The service is very professional and friendly. Always have text reminders for the upcoming service. The technician, Sam, very professional, friendly, and care. He even wearing shoe-covers inside the house because of his wet shoes. Plus the update information and items that helps my AC works better. Very highly recommended.

I'd like to give a shout out to the crew at American Home Water and Air.  I was having a issue with A/C in my home not cooling down my house in the afternoon.  I called around 7:20 AM and a lady answered the phone.  I told her my problem and she put me on hold for about 30 seconds.  She came back on she said that a technician named Rocky would give me a call in about 30 minutes to set up an approximate time he could come by.  Sure enough he did...he said hie first two calls did not answer their phones so he could come by now.  He showed up...diagnosed the problem...told me what it was and gave me a price. I said go ahead and fix it.  Little while later my A/C was working GREAT!  Very polite!  Thank You Rocky!

This is my second time using 1st Choice Mechanical. The first time was in November for an HVAC repair and this time for a refrigerator repair. I'm both cases their customer service has been outstanding and their techs have been timely, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were able to make necessary repairs in the timeframe quoted, and were easy to work with. I would gladly use them again in the future.

The reviews are worth the hype. The office support was friendly when scheduling the appointment, and Mike came out next day and saved me potentially hundreds had I gone with someone else. Mike is extremely transparent, and took the time to educate me on my system and how someone may have messed up a valve by glueing on a cap due to a previous potential leak. He was in and out in under 30-45 minutes. I would recommend this company to family and friends. (Water lines in blower cleaned out and freon added)

Call him!! Johnny is such a great and reliable guy. Called him on a Saturday because one of our AC was struggling. He squeezed us in between his other appointment and was over at our house within an hour. Apparently our AC had gotten frozen so he asked us to switch it off till Monday to let it thaw.

Monday came around, he called early in the AM to let us know he would be over around 9-10am. Guess what? He was right on time! We ended up having him service the other units.

He's so straightforward and no BS kinda guy, a quality which I appreciate. He wasn't one of those who would scare you in buying new AC or service more than what's needed.

By the way his fees are super reasonable. He didn't charge us twice; or extra when he came out on the weekend. We'll be calling him again for our regular tune up.

I have used Hayes Cooling and Heating a number of times and I want to call out Jerry as a truly outstanding technician. He is thorough, professional and personable in every aspect. It is a pleasure and a relief having him work on my HVAC.

Our air conditioning unit went out this summer, so we needed a brand new unit. After getting several quotes we chose to go with Arizona Air Experts, and we are glad we did. We spent lots of time researching air conditioning units and installers, and we feel we ended up with a great product for our needs, and also at a really great price.  Some other companies came and some sounded great and offered some white glove touches, but Arizona Air Experts also included pretty much all of the same things, but the cost for a great quality product (American Standard) was significantly less expensive. We ended up replacing two units because the cost was reasonable for both. Very happy with the service and care of the installers. Start to finish, it was a great experience.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I woke up to a hot house with my ac unit switching on and off. I found this company on yelp, received a quote, called and within 30 minutes a tech was out to diagnose and repair. Amazing and speedy service. They turned a helpless situation into a positive experience. Definitely will be using in the future and referring everyone I know to them.

Great service and knowledgeable technicians. We've had companies charge a initial visit fee only to tell us that they don't know how to fix the AC unit we have (commercial Carrier). These guys have only ever sent technicians who know what they are doing. And they are always super-nice and polite. Happy are we found we them.

This company did not figure out how to fix the unit and we stayed without AC for 6 days. The person answered the phone was unprofessional. I am not responsible if other people came to the property without permission while the technician was there. The police was notified of this right the way . That's not a good answer!

This will go down as one of the most pleasant service/ home repair visits ever ! John replaced the blower motor that had gone kaput. He was knowledgeable, considerate, reliable and just as nice as could be. These are the things we all hope to find when having to have an outside service come into our homes and fix things. From my first contact with Tonya to Johns arrival, it was a positive experience. I know that I have a reliable company to turn to, for all heating and air needs.  Yee Haw! (I had to put it!)

These guys are the best. After being told by Orangatan that I needed a new compressor and another part replaced thatunder warranty for labor and parts was going to cost me $1500, Bumblebee's tech came out and found that the compressor worked fine and the cost of the other part was all i needed. The cheating folks at Orangatan said that the cost with free labor and part would be $958 due to additional uncovered expenses.  Bumblebe found the part under warranty and with labor, and the other uncovered expenses charged us $700. I will go with this local HONEST company from now on and so should you!

It's hard to find trustworthy HVAC companies in the Phoenix area these days. Chase came out and quickly diagnosed and fixed a clogged condensate line. Scheduling was easy, he came out when promised, and the pricing was upfront and fair. Cave Creekers are fortunate to have such an honest and ethical local HVAC business!

Couldn't be happier with our service from Ideal Energy. Less than 24 hours ago, I'd never heard of this company. Due to an issue with the sensor linked to one of our thermostats, I gave Ideal Energy a call yesterday, in the late afternoon. They were able to add us to the schedule for first thing this morning. Today, around 7:30 am, I received an email and text message to let us know that Chris, the technician, was on his way. These alerts included Chris' photo and key information about him, e.g., his professional background and experience, number of years with the company, ROC number, etc. I've never seen this done before, but it set the stage for a great service call and ensured that it was a familiar face standing on our doorstep a few minutes later.

Chris was professional, friendly, and competent. He assessed the situation with condensation build-up near the sensor and also helped us with a separate issue we were having with another thermostat (linked to a different A/C unit) in the house. (For the latter issue, we knew that the thermostat would need to be replaced entirely, based on a lengthy phone call with the manufacturer a month earlier.) Chris gave us straightforward information about our thermostat replacement options, with details about pricing and the pros and cons of different models. He also offered to do touch up paint, if we happened to have any spare paint on hand, in the event that the model we chose took up less wall space than our previous one. He left to buy the thermostat that seemed like the best fit for our price point and home needs, as it was not one that he had on hand.

Less than two hours later, we had a sensor replaced for one thermostat and a new thermostat installed in another part of our house. The total price seemed reasonable and in line with (loose) estimates that I'd received when calling a few other A/C repair companies the day before. The $95 diagnostic charge for the appointment was applied toward the parts and labor of the work that Chris performed. We received an electronic copy of our invoice a minute or two after Chris left, to keep on file, and everything about the service call, from start to finish, was outstanding.

We couldn't have asked for a more competent and professional technician or a more positive experience overall. I'm happy that I reached out to Ideal Energy yesterday and trusted all of their 5-star reviews on Yelp. We couldn't have had a better experience.

Fidel came promptly at 9:00 AM. Very respectful, wearing a face mask/gaiter as well as shoe covers. He was fast and efficient, and most importantly fixed our heater. Definitely recommend Desert Comfort!

We had a huge water mess from a leaking faucet.  PJ was easy to work with and he and his team did a great job remediating the  water mess in my house.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

We paid a great deal of money to have our pavers sealed by this company 1 1/2 years ago. Six months later they looked terrible, We have called for 1 1/2 years and they have never returned the call. Stay away from this business. It is a scam. They have now changed their name to CMS Stone Restoration..
