So glad I found this company!  Our air conditioning went out this past Sunday and after getting the run around from several companies I found this company on Thumbtack. I contacted them on Monday evening after 5 pm. They responded to my inquiry on line within minutes and Mike was at my house in 20 minutes. He was very professional and friendly, not pushy at all. They are a family owned company that obviously takes pride in their work. I plan on referring them to everyone I know.

I'm not big on contractors and repair guys. You usually feel like whatever the outcome you're going to get hosed. Not with this company. Phil came out and he was super honest friendly and helpful.  He had many opportunities to upsell me, instead he educated me on ways to save money.

Look no further, these are the guys you want to call to come check out your AC unit. Johnny answered our call at 5:45am! He was professional, and I could immediately tell he knew what he was talking about. He instructed me to do a couple things over the phone to diagnose the problem, guaranteeing to have the parts needed when he came out within the hour! That immediately blew me away!! Within the hour ya'll! I can't hate on his hustle! He had my AC back running in an hour and a half! He also recommended filters I should use instead of the ones I had for my type of a/c. Plus he offered some helpful tips I can do yearly. They also told me they do AC checkups! I definitely will call them !

Every time we have an issue I call Hays! Almost 100% of the time they can make it out same day and if not, it's the next day. All of their employees I've met so far have been professional and friendly.

Called and scheduled Caleb, the owner, to stop by for a check up before summer. Caleb is the owner if his own company so he does not work on commission. He is not trying to make a commissions and up-sell his customer. He wants the best so 'we' continue to call him back. I've had a quote from another reputable company and he completely invalidated the quote and when he looked further, advised that the parts are all fine and accomplished a minor fix that was much lower than the quote. Overall you can tell Caleb is a genuine good guy running a good company trying to provide exceptional professional service to his customers.

The team at Cool Zone performed an AC inspection before I bought my new home. They identified a duct issue that would have cost me $4000; I was able to recoup it from the seller. Because of the inspection they performed, I had Cool Zone redo all of my duct work in the house. Dave was great and incredibly communicative. The work took a bit longer than planned, but it turned out great, the team took time to answer my questions, and they listened to my asks to move ducts around so I could raise ceilings. I'll likely need a new AC unit soon and I plan to go back to Cool Zone because of their quality work and professionalism. I definitely recommend them to others!

My AC went out and my house quickly became 90 + degrees. Chris came out and was extremely nice even when he told me my entire system was a giant chunk of ice and needed to melt for 12 hours. He seriously went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He came back at 6 am the next morning and got it all up and running.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I have dealt with about 4 different HVAC companies in the past 2 years, all of which were disappointing. My heater suddenly broke and was tasked with finding another company. I contacted David early on a Saturday morning and had a response within 15 minutes and then he was over about 2 hours later. He took videos to show me what was wrong of my unit in the ceiling which was great as I knew I could trust what he was working on. He went out of his way to go pick up a necessary part from the manufacturer and still come back and fix my heater the same day. He kept the house clean while he worked and then at the end of his work he walked me through a detailed report of his findings and set aside the broken parts to show me exactly what was wrong. I will certainly count on him for further work!

I cannot think of a more honest, friendly, genuine, professional than Michael from Cave Creek Cooling Company. He was able to troubleshoot the problem right away and was just a pleasure to deal with. He did not try to upsell me, but made good suggestions. I recommend him without any hesitation for all your a/c needs!

We used Alan's Air when our A/C needed to be replaced and we couldn't be happier.  When our rental house A/C had a problem in mid-summer, they were there to repair it the same day. The owner, Alan, is honest and very easy to work with.  We won't call anyone else if we need a A/C company.

This company is fantastic!  I can't say enough good things: they are timely in their communication, they charge fair prices and are completely honest in their work (telling us our old, old unit is still good for awhile rather than trying to talk us into to buying a new one.)  They also take their time with their work once they are at your home.  If you need a great air conditioning company, this is it. You won't be disappointed!

I'm very satisfied with the work done. I sincerely hope my house doesn't suffer water damage again, but if it does you guys will be the first call I make. Tim, Mario & Robert did an amazing job. Always on time, always professional. Overall this was a pleasant outcome to a stressful situation.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

We hired this company to clean our grout throughout our entire house; it took him about an hour to do the work.  When he was finished he told us that it would take several days for the grout to completely dry.  After a week days we noticed that the grout was a different color in many different areas.....it looked like it had not been cleaned.  After trying to reach Craig for almost a week he finally said that he would come to reclean those areas.  He set a time from between 3pm and 4pm.....by 4:45pm he had not shown up or called....he just blew us off.  We called our credit card company and will be charging the amount back to him. Do not use this company!!
