Here is the second day of our new A/C heating unit being install. We also are updating all the duct work, and blowing new installation in the rafters. I'm so happy  to of hired Larson Air. They have been amazing! There team sealed every crack/hole in my home making it air tight. I am so grateful to have found them on yelp.  Because they have the best customer service and go up and beyond for delivering customer satisfaction. The crew is genuinely caring, and very hard workers. I would hire them for future jobs  100% percent. I also had them do a energy audit, before they started work on my home. I cannot wait to see the results on the 31st of how much energy and money I will save by this update. If you are looking for professionals who go beyond your expectations and install everything right the first time. There team is it! They definitely impressed me. I highly recommend. Gerardo came to the house today to install a soft water system. He arrived on time, was very pleasant to speak with, and was thorough in his work and explanation of the system. I was very satisfied with AHWA for install in less than 24 hours from calling them. I will definately use this company in the future as needs arise.

Super fast and friendly service. Didn't try and sell me a bunch of extra stuff. Tech took time to thoroughly explain the issue and show me stuff about my house I didn't know. I didn't think service like this existed these days anymore, but it does here.

15 days later a/c issues came back. Rescheduling was no problem except they gave me a window of 12-2 one afternoon and called me at 1 saying they would be there at two. That sounds an awful lot like a 12-3 window. Had to reschedule for another day.

I would recommend this company to everyone! Caleb and Misty are awesome :-) Misty always called and kept me in the loop about our services and Caleb was always polite and very knowledgeable. Great family business! We had to wait for our new unit to be ordered and delivered but Caleb was nice enough to go back to his shop to see if he had portable ac units to make my family comfortable. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I woke up to a hot house with my ac unit switching on and off. I found this company on yelp, received a quote, called and within 30 minutes a tech was out to diagnose and repair. Amazing and speedy service. They turned a helpless situation into a positive experience. Definitely will be using in the future and referring everyone I know to them.

We had a packrat take up residence in our 8-year old Mitsubishi ductless mini-split HVAC unit to our bedroom. WTF??? Called the original contractor, their estimate for replacement was astronomical. My wife called her BFF for a referral, and she recommended Arctic Fox. Tim contacted us immediately, offered to replace the system for a reasonable cost, and was there two days later with everything ready to go. Tim and Keith spent literally the entire day installing the new system, including careful sealing of the required new access hole, making sure all wiring and connectors were weather (and rodent) proof, as well as completely repairing the old hole (which was a rough hole that the prior contractor had simply punched through the wall, without any finishing, sealing or weather-proofing). I've used Arizona Duke's of Air for 3 years now and had great experiences.  Recently worked with Scott and wanted to review his work.  He is very knowledgeable, patient, skilled, and takes the extra step.  His mentality is what gets me, treating my ac unit as if it were his.   Thanks for the great work Scott!

David was great!  Our a/c went out mid-day on a weekend and we didn't know who to call!  We knew it was going to be expensive whoever we called.  David had space and spent over 2 hours on our roof in the heat to make sure we knew what the problem was.  Our worst thoughts had come true but, he priced us out on a new unit, with exactly what we needed.  He also did we he could do to keep our current one working for now, but it is 40 years old.  Highly recommend.

Just an update the tech they sent out they let go, if there tech are highly competent as she said they were why would they have to let the guy go

I wouldn't believe a word you say Lisa you said you charge my credit card and it was never charged and then you were trying to give me a refund I don't think you know what's going on there you fired the tack you said he was no longer with your company and that came from you not from Carrie get your story straight your company sucks

Quick, honest, affordable and efficient service!  My Air Conditioner broke during this extreme heat and Alan's Air was out in a jiffy. They showed up as scheduled, with masks (which had to be horrible in this heat) and had everything repaired in less than an hour. I will definitely use them for any future needs. I only wish all service calls went like this.

They're customer service was top notch. Everyone I spoke to was super responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The gentlemen that came over for my quote on the new AC was incredibly thorough, showed us pictures of problem areas in the attic, and walked us through all our questions. They had my new ac installed two days after the quote and got the job done quickly and cleanly.

The four stars is because we recently noticed the ac runoff was placed directly above our electrical panel, which may be a problem in the future.

I called Thursday because my furnace would not shut off.  Fadel was out in a couple hours to troubleshoot the problem.  He provided tons of advice and even offered to walk me through installing a new thermostat should I buy a new one.  He showed me what to do and offered to help over the phone if I had problems.  He would also come and install it if I wanted.  Amazing customer service and they are my go to and I will recommend to all my friends.

This is a story sad but true of a company that has very good work but very bad business practices
This begins in September of 2021
An estimator is sent to survey damage done by a roof leak due to a Solar installation
On this visit, the estimator without authorization attempted to fix an issue
The problem as was always suspected was part of a Solar panel installation and not even close to the problem area, again this was not authorized
The estimator spent roughly 45 minutes for his activity and arrived late even though it was clearly communicated my sister-in-law worked nights and was asleep, there were 2 guests here, but they wouldn't have authorized; this was presented as a favor - to attempt to stop further leakage
Now to current time, on March 16th, 2022
I have resolved my roof issues with Reimagine Roofing - recommended
Jim the representative for Silver City comes to inspect the work and close our business and I am presented with 2 invoices, 1 for the ceiling repair and 1 for what i have no idea
It came to be that 1 as for the ceiling and 1 the additional charges were for the attempted unauthorized repair which didn't do anything anyway
Those charges were 586.46 - during an estimate appointment for insurance purposes
this amounts to $13 a minute
i will add that if you have any interaction them, they or their representative's do understand payment options using current electronic/computerized systems, like Zoelle or simple BillPay

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

We hired this company to clean our grout throughout our entire house; it took him about an hour to do the work.  When he was finished he told us that it would take several days for the grout to completely dry.  After a week days we noticed that the grout was a different color in many different areas.....it looked like it had not been cleaned.  After trying to reach Craig for almost a week he finally said that he would come to reclean those areas.  He set a time from between 3pm and 4pm.....by 4:45pm he had not shown up or called....he just blew us off.  We called our credit card company and will be charging the amount back to him. Do not use this company!!
