We just scheduled them for our winter service and were blown away! From the time I booked the appointment, they were very professional and went out of their way with communication. The day of the appointment, they emailed me the profile of the tech who would be showing up.  Then, they email you when the tech is on his way and his estimated arrival. Josh and Jared showed up, took their time performing what is their Premium Service, and was I amazed. While they were on the roof, I got pictures and even a short video of the things they found.

This is definitely NOT the normal Kick test performed by most AC companies. I can't say enough god things, and highly recommend them!!

This company is my go-to place for air,water softener,RO, hot eater heater. Just moved in to our new home and wanted these systems inspected and maintained because the owner did not have any other information and I did not want to rely on the inspection reports (these guys are a joke... Would rather have individual trades people to examine the above systems). This company is fair professional efficient knowledgeable! These are the guys you want! Thank you so much. Mike showed up and saved the day!! In the throws of our Phoenix heat our A/C went out and he showed up promptly and was courteous, professional and kind. He had us up and running in a few minutes and we are SO grateful!!

Big name AC co.Worlock charged a $400.00 service call. that said i needed a $4000.00 AC replacement.[rounded off figuires]

Boldt HVAC & Repair came out next day and Explained and showed me step by step as he repaired my AC. he even preventive maintenenced our 2nd AC setting buy the side of broken one. THAT WAS OVER A YEAR AGO, there still purring along perfectly.
I feel little bad about thi part , The total bill was $248.00

When I called this morning at 6am, the man on the phone was very nice. I explained that I have 3 dogs, so I had to be home and safe. He told me to turn off my air conditioner and someone would be out by 9.

At 8:30am, I got a phone call from one of the rudest people I can remember speaking to. He asked if I had called other places. I said, 'No, I didn't know that I was supposed to.' At that point he got so argumentative with me, and every question he asked he got angrier at my responses. I cancelled the service. No way would I recommend that repairman. Based on the initial phone call, other repair people might be great, so I'm giving it a middle rating, in an attempt at fairness.

Great overall experience with this company. They answered my request for quote within minutes and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Caleb, the technician, arrived right on time. He was friendly and informative. He explained everything he was going to do and then did a thorough job diagnosing the issue. He told me what the problem was and explained everything in way that was easy to understand. I will definitely be using this company for future repairs and service.

We've used several companies for our AC maintenance and never liked the service we received from them.  Dukes of Air has great reviews and deserves every one of them.  Our technician Robert was truly amazing.  He really took his time to explain everything to me and physically show me what was going on with our system, something none of our previous technicians had ever done.  His advice, education, service and attitude were amazing and we are so happy to have finally found a company we will use from now on.  Thank you.

You know that sinking feeling? It's 113 degrees outside when your air conditioner has stopped working?

My husband was out of town, I don't know sqaut about an air conditioning, and I'm dreading the news that I have to buy a new one?

At the recommendation of a friend, I called Jim at Bumble Bee and he was able to fit me in that afternoon. THANK GOD!

I know that this is shocking, but there actually is a Heating and Air Conditioning Company in town that is ...ready? HONEST!

Jim tested my capacitor (my neighbor had checked for everything else, so Jim didn't have to do a lot of testing on the unit)  and the capacitor had failed. He replaced it and added some freon.

I was slightly surprised by my bill, which was $280, because my neighbor had told me that a capacitor is a relatively inexpensive part ($25-$50), but I do believe Jim to be honest and capable..and who wants to argue that when it's 113 degrees?

This is THE company to call for HONEST repair and sales!

I'm very happy with the service. They responded quickly and were friendly. The service lasted less than 20 minutes and they were all smiles and very educational. My AC stopped working and the house was 90 degrees. They came out and in less than 20 minutes it's up and running again for way less than I was expecting. Happy to recommend to anyone.

Once I realized I needed a new air conditioning system, I contact 4 companies for quotes. Ideal Energy was the company I chose, based on the information provided, as well as their excellent customer service. The installation went well and I am extremely satisfied. Damaged my oak cabinets and teplaced oak panels with plywood.  Cut shelves after I told them not to. Treated me with extreme disrespect. They knew I had just lost my husband and they took advantage of the situation. Charged for work they had not done.  I refused to have them in my home to finish the job as they did more damage than good. I had to raise concerns to the insurance adjuster's manager to get honest, reputable people to fix their damages.  I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.  
 As for John's comment about physical abuse, it's totally absurd, but exactly what I would expect from Silver City Restoration.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

Stay away from this company. Paid $1000.00 to have my pavers sealed. 6 months later it looked terrible. Have been calling for 1 1/2 years with no response. This company is a scam.
