Lyle has been our technician since we bought our new Trane from Larson Air Conditioning. He has had to return for follow up repairs but each time he treats us with the upmost respect and professionalism.
Today he went above and beyond. He needed a new part. Instead of waiting for another week to go by for another appointment, he traveled to pick up the part and bring it back to replace it today! We do appreciate you Lyle and so should your employer. Thank You!!!!

Amazing service. Came home to a dead ac unit. Called at 6 PM and the AC was repaired and running by 7:15 PM. Did not try to upsell me anything, the price was fair and the tech even took the time to explain how everything worked.
My units will need replacement soon and these guys will be at the top of my list for that.

Big name AC co.Worlock charged a $400.00 service call. that said i needed a $4000.00 AC replacement.[rounded off figuires]

Boldt HVAC & Repair came out next day and Explained and showed me step by step as he repaired my AC. he even preventive maintenenced our 2nd AC setting buy the side of broken one. THAT WAS OVER A YEAR AGO, there still purring along perfectly.
I feel little bad about thi part , The total bill was $248.00

Ok, I just purchased a home, shortly after my AC united pooped out. I had called 3 other people and then called Arizona Air Experts. I spoke to Misty in the office she was super warm and professional she scheduled my appointment for Caleb to come out. As soon as I spoke to him I knew they were the company I wanted to replace my old unit. Misty would always keep me posted on when and what was going on. She is on it and lets you know whats going on before you have time to even realize. When I met Caleb the owner, I knew he was confident and knowledgeable and just knew what was up. I hired him to replace my unit. Him and his crew were great. Even his crew was warm and professional I loved them. After they got the job done, Caleb explained things to me about my new unit and told me if I had any questions or concerns to call them. I know for a fact I picked the right people to do this job and to do business with. How often can you say that? So, if you want a company with integrity and professionalism that is unparalleled, look no further, these are the people. We set up a summer readiness appointment and Byron was the technician that showed up. We couldn't have been more happy with the check-up. He offered us simply the check-up but also made us aware of service plans that are very reasonable and also come with monthly payment options that make it very convenient if needed. Byron was very personable and great to talk to! There was no pressure to buy into anything and gave us a very thorough check-up and explanation of our systems. I highly recommend this company and Byron!

I just had Arctic Fox A/C & Heating out to service my a/c for the summer. They were recommended to me by my brother.  These guys are GREAT! It was explained to me in detail what they were going to do. There was a part they suggested to replace - it would eventually stop working and I don't want to deal with a broken a/c unit in 116 degrees. They had the part on their truck and replaced it very fast. The technicians, Heath and William were very knowledgeable and professional.  I will use them again and I would highly recommend them.

Dave was very quick to respond and displayed utmost professionalism without any upselling tactics. I will definitely use Gladiate Air in the near future again.

Called Friday at 627 p.m. and quite honestly i started to worry they may have suffered the worst of a bad Corona.
Next morning at 701 a.m I am out tending to my animals and my phone rings.  
Super pleased to hear it's the Best A/C service team in the Valley returning my call.  
Just as thrilled to hear they'll be sending out a technician TODAY!
Initially it was scheduled for 11-3, then got shifted just a little later because of a potential double scheduling.   I was just so happy they are still in business AND someone was going to make it out to our home today.
Now if that isn't all you could wish for,  as the hours begin to tick past and my hard labor caused dripping forehead began to increase, my ohibe rang again and the tech wanted to know if he could come earlier than originally scheduled.
I'm like, Heck yeah!
Granted the repair wasn't inexpensive, but sometimes the system needing service needs more TLC then you expect.
These guys must've been Boy Scouts because they come prepared.
I opted to skip on the OEM blower motor so the work could be completed TODAY.
Kicking myself in the butt for not making arrangements for the pre-season service like I did last year.
Let me add here, in addition to a few suggestions to help keep system functioning at its best, the technician abided by the rules of the 2020Game, wore his mask and made every effort to maintain the recommended SDS (Social Distancing Space).
So for those that see the value in this I want you to know, they understand the importance of staying safe as much as we value it -and a temperature below 83° in the house

Called Alan a couple weeks ago after buying and moving into a new house because there was no air blowing through the vent in the master bathroom.  He asked if I could meet him the next morning at 8am, I drove over to meet him and he was there right on time!  He checked out the problem and called me to say the duct was crushed and just needed a small new piece of duct.  He tried to find the exact type of duct but they don't sell it anymore so he ran a new duct line and did all this for about $100, I was expecting much worse.  He is honest, well priced, and a great guy to work with.

I just called him back this afternoon and he was here within a couple of hours when I asked if/how we could get any more air to the bathroom so he came and adjusted all our vents so that all rooms are getting equal air and it is now working great!  He gave us a few other possible suggestions on how we could improve air flow easily and went out of his way to make us a happy customer, this is 5+ stars in my book, especially for a contractor, he is great!

Best service I've ever received from a service company. Their staff was friendly, professional and  very good at what they do!  I had them add more cellulose insulation, seal ducts, and add dampers for balancing and they did a great job!  Highly recommended!  Thank you Ideal Energy.

Silver City was recommended to me by USAA, one of the top insurance companies, for roof repair/replacement. I knew they would be reliable, but was extremely pleased with the excellent customer service from Brenda, the great job oversight and coordination by Dave and the competency and cleanliness of the construction crew. They even delayed the crew for one day to allow me to re-insulate, providing me help and tips on that at no charge.  They found several areas of damage I had not seen, went back to USAA for me and got them paid for and repairs.  I will never use anyone else for this type work.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

Don't use them (him) Craig comes off very profession at 1st but once he runs and cashes your check you will never get him to respond back or call you back. Also changed his name to CMS restoration because his rating was so bad. He's a shiester. Don't trust him. When it drys is when you can tell it's a very poor job and he's already ran to the bank.
