Great service in a timely manner! We keep coming back to this small business for our heating and Ac needs.

I've had a water softener and an RO System in my house for the last 4 years. American Home Water was the one who installed it and have only had to come out to deliver salt bags to us! We have had no problems with our equipment in the last 4 years, the prices are very reasonable, and they are very quick to get back to you and are always considerate of your time and work around your schedule. Like another reviewer said, they were honest and upfront and didn't try to up sell me on anything. They were very knowledgable of their systems, and were very friendly when they came. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a water softener or RO system!

I want to share a review for Phillip & Boldt HVAC after helping is with our emergency today.
I searched Yelp last night for a highly reviewed and reputable HVAC company to determine the cause of a burning smell coming from my AC unit and get us up and running again. Phillip (owner) and Tino showed up right on time. The care he takes to properly diagnose & troubleshoot to find the root cause of the failure with the system based on the years of experience reasures us that he will get the job done right the first time.  He provides the corrective action and fix for exactly what is failing and does not up sell his customers for parts that are still functional.  They even noticed that one of the covers for the refrigerant was missing an o-ring and replaced it (possibly saving hundreds of dollars in R22 replacement).  Phillip & Tino provided honest service at affordable prices and will most defintely call and recommend Boldt HVAC for all our HVAC needs in the future.

Johnny is very honest and quick.  Tuned up the AC at a reasonable price without trying to sell us a new unit or service we didn't need.

I live out of state and the AC in my Peoria rental home needed to have the indoor coil replaced (in the middle of a June heat wave, of course!) Hays was very accommodating & their staff was superb! The receptionists, Veronica & Tanya, were very pleasant & professional. The two techs we'd dealt with between the couple of visits that had to be made to my home were Jerry & Mike, both were quite knowledgeable and extremely courteous and professional over the phone. The only thing I could suggest is to give an itemized estimate for jobs. We had to spend $2800 on our AC & would have liked to know what we were spending it on. Being out of state, we had to put our trust in Hays so the job could be completed as soon as possible (we have a tenant who's pregnant) & didn't have time to collect alternative estimates.

It is clear that Hays has high service standards and engagement among their employees, definitely an under appreciated quality of small businesses.

Great company. I called them on a Friday at 1:30 PM and the were able to get to my house at 6:30 PM. The blower motor on my second floor AC was out. They needed to get the part and were at my house by 11:00 on Saturday. Everything working great by 12:00. Great price, response, and service. Will definitely continue to do business with Arizona Air Experts. Thanks Jeff Lundy

I have used Cool Zone for about a year and a half.  They installed a split system (for the previous owners of our home), which I couldn't figure out how to use.  I had another (redacted name company) out to replace a condensate line and to check the split system.  The other company indicated that the split system wasn't working and that they'd need to fix it.  I contacted Cool Zone since I found the split paperwork showing they had installed it and I was hoping it was under warranty.  Dave (owner) came out and showed me how to use the split system (no charge) and that it was working fine.  Since then, we've had them install a two stage system to address an issue with poor cooling of an area of the house, install Ecobee thermostats, do general checks and tune ups, and address a weird leak.  I've got nothing but great things to say about this company.  They are probably not the cheapest in town, but they show up on time, do the work correctly, and don't try to up sell.  Their prices seem about average, and less than (redacted company).  On a personal note, everyone I've interacted with in the company: Dave, Byron, Ryan, and Danette are great people as well.

I just had Arctic Fox A/C & Heating out to service my a/c for the summer. They were recommended to me by my brother.  These guys are GREAT! It was explained to me in detail what they were going to do. There was a part they suggested to replace - it would eventually stop working and I don't want to deal with a broken a/c unit in 116 degrees. They had the part on their truck and replaced it very fast. The technicians, Heath and William were very knowledgeable and professional.  I will use them again and I would highly recommend them.

I'm so very happy with this company! They arrived on time and immediately went up on the roof to examine my AC unit. The good news was there was nothing wrong and instead of telling me stories they admitted the truth! They told me what to look out for if I ever heard the noise again and how much it would cost to replace the motor. The price seemed very reasonable. I will return to them for all my AC and heating needs

Prompt and quick service. I contacted Dukes at Noon and they had someone out to look at our AC by 4 and fixed everything by 5. Great service, fair price I think I found my new HVAC company in the desert. Thanks.

Totally lucked out! At 1:15AM discovered that AC drain had backed up and water was leaking from new AC unit onto new hardwood floor. Called two 24 hour emergency services and got the scheduling run around, could give even an approximate ETA.  Third call was to Biltmore and owner ( David ) answered the phone and was at my house within 20 min.

He took care of immediate leaking issue but in process we discovered that prior AC install company had set the drain spout at ground surface level and as such water couldn't exit the drip pipe and as such backed up into house.

As it was now after 2AM we decided to address the underlying issue the following morning, which David did. Not only is he a nice guy and very professional, he was shockingly reasonable, so much so that I added extra to his bill, which he was hesitant to accept.  That's a first class guy and first class service.  I'll have him do my future service check ups going forward.

I have a rental in Arizona but live in another state.  Bumble Bee Air Conditioning was one of three quotes that I got to replace the A/C unit.  All three trades responded immediately but the reasons I went with Bumble Bee Air Conditioning are:  1) their thoroughness in their quote 2) competitive pricing on the specific unit they quoted me, and 3) their friendliness and courteous correspondence.  They arranged an appointment with my tenant and everything went as smoothly as possible.  I highly recommend this company.  I believe them to be fair and reasonable beyond a doubt.  I don't give out many reviews but was happy to do this one.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had so I had to write a review.  For a solid week in late June I did not have air because of their poor communication and them not caring.  The red flags showed up early when they were suppose to show up at 9am but didn't show up until 4pm.  At that point it was too hot to fix the problem so I had to deal with a 90+ house and oh yeah they charged a service fee. They showed up two days later to fix a fuse that popped less than 24 hours later and guess what charged a service fee.  Showed up two days later to tell me they will not return and guess what charged another service fee.  Called another company that showed up the next morning that fixed the problem a fuse and one bad wire. What a disappointment Alan's air was. Wasted so much time waiting around for them and charged me so much money to do barely anything.

I don't know where to start but long story short, I initially contacted Alex and Elena at ideal energy because my summer cooling bills were ridiculous and some rooms in the house were warmer than others. I was sent Theo for a 3 hour thorough inspection and analysis and Theo knew exactly what he was doing. This was a guy who was a subject matter expert and provided me with a dozen page report detailing everything. It turned out that my insulation in the attic and the duct system was all messed up. So I scheduled an appointment for them to take care of all of those issues.
A whole crew was sent out to my house, i think 6-7 people with the crew lead Kristian who is definitely an expert at what he does. Each and every one of them was professional and well mannered, very knowledgeable, they did an amazing job and an amazing cleanup after they were done and all with a smile on their faces, which you don't see too often these days. Alex contacted me later in the afternoon to make sure that everything went well as i would expect from any business that knows how to take of customers. I have noticed a big change with the added comfort and i will definitely be contacting them again in the future.

I called Thursday because my furnace would not shut off.  Fadel was out in a couple hours to troubleshoot the problem.  He provided tons of advice and even offered to walk me through installing a new thermostat should I buy a new one.  He showed me what to do and offered to help over the phone if I had problems.  He would also come and install it if I wanted.  Amazing customer service and they are my go to and I will recommend to all my friends.

SilverCity Restoration just restored our house like new after a water leak. Everyone, from start to finish was extremely professional & concerned about our satisfaction. They started/finished our job ahead of schedule & we couldn't be happier!

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

I had the folks from CMS come out to clean my travertine floor. What a great job. I never knew how beautiful my tile could look. They were fast and efficient  and very polite. I am having them come back to seal my pavers next week. Very reasonable prices.
