The best HVAC company there is. Office is prompt, timely, and kept us updated on the progress. The techs are amazing, Ryan & Victor wrestled with the system that two prior companies mess up, and fixed it, did not leave till they got it right and confirmed it working. Their boss was on the phone with them giving them instructions and troubleshooting with them. The price was very nominal.

I will recommend them to anyone.

My water heater wasn't putting out much hot water, and was knocking as it was filling. I feared it was close to giving up the ghost with it being 10 years old. It also didn't have a drip pan so if it failed, the master closet was on the other side of the wall. Not wanting an unhappy wife with wet clothes I figured I'd nip this in the bud.

I reached out Friday afternoon for a quote after seeing the large number of great reviews. Within an hour, I had a reply from Thomas A. (Owner) with a total and was advised to call within working hours Mon-Sat to schedule. I called on Sat. morning and within 10 minutes had an appointment set up for first thing Monday morning.

Monday morning I received a call from the service tech Angel exactly when I was told to expect one. He was here by 9AM and ready to go with a smile on his face. Right off the bat he noticed the water heater nook in my garage was too narrow for the 50 Gal replacement. Being that my old water heater was also a 50 Gal I was understandably confused. Angel clearly explained to me that the newer energy efficient models are shorter and wider than the non energy efficient models.

I was presented with two options on the spot 1. Go with a 50 Gal non energy efficient model or go with a 40 Gal energy efficient model which would fit. After asking Angel about the difference in energy used by the two, I opted to downsize to the 40 Gal. At this point I assumed that we would have to reschedule as he didn't have the 40 Gal model with him, so I was surprised when he said it would be delivered by the time he emptied the old one. Two hours later, and the new water heater was installed and I couldn't even tell that any work had taken place. The area was clean, and the old water heater already loaded into his truck.

Absolutely awesome experience. Angel was right on point with answers to my questions, all the while keeping a positive can-do attitude. I will not hesitate to use American Home Water and Air again in the future!

Tim came out and was very professional (wore a mask) and had my HVAC working in no time. Was even nice enough to check the cooling system for me and informed me it was looking good

Excellent service! Called in a panic first thing this am after awaking up at 2:00 am drenched in perspiration. Decided to check my thermostat and noticed the temp was 77 even though it was set at 70 for beautiful night-time slumber. Checked my circuit breakers, reset and actually checked my huge a/c unit and noticed the fan was at a standstill. Watched a movie...2:30am...fell back to sleep ...and woke up to research Yelp for immediate repairs. First 2 calls were quite close in proximity but could not provide service today.

Third call was a charm! Francis from Boldt HVAC and Repair answered, noted my details and said they coould have someone over at 12 noon. I was thrilled as my home stays cool in the am. 10:30ish I receive a second call from Francis asking if my technician could come Now...What?!? Yeah...give me 5 min to dress and greet...

Michael...very professional...arrived 1 1/2 hrs early...headed straight for my unit...worked his magic...and in less than 20 min...my central air was a blastin! I needed to compressor replaced. Ba da bing ba da Boom...job complete! Price seemed resonable too or maybe no A/C in AZ in May leaves one desperate and gracious!!

Can't Thank this Outfit...Business...enough...they have my patronage locked in!

This review is only based on customer service. I called johnny for a quote for a new unit for my casita. Unfortunately, they don't do install but he gave me some pointers on what to look out for and some other companies he recommended. He also, called me back after we hung up to give me some more suggestions. I'm amazed at how much time and consideration he gave me even when he knew he couldn't get any of my business.

First rate service.  We woke up Sunday morning and discovered we had no hot water.  We called and within 40 minutes or so, Chas showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem.  He helped us weigh the choice between a repair vs a new water heater.  And he showed up early this morning to install the new water heater.  He was efficient, thorough and did an excellent job.  I think we'v found ourselves a new plumbing company if a problem arises in the future.

The technician Randy showed up to my home in less than an hour and it was a simple fix due to a wiring malfunction. He didnt try and up sell, he was in and out in less than 30 mins. Very satisfied and will defiantly use Arizona Experts in the future.

Appreciated the fast response when my system went down on a Friday night as guests were about to arrive.  System was restored quickly and the weekend was saved.

I'm impressed with this company and I have used them twice so far. Once to give me a quote on my AC and once to fix my heater. Both times they followed up quickly and tried to troubleshoot on the phone to save me the cost of an unneeded house call.

Both time i did have to have them come out, however I was impressed with the service detail and prices. I will continue to recommend them to friends.

Had a new AC unit installed yesterday.  The office people were great in scheduling and answering all my questions and the 2 guy crew (Manny and Beto) who showed up for the install were very polite and efficient.  Overall, a very good experience.

David rocks! Our family are loyal customers of Biltmore Mechanical H&C.  We've used their service several times over the last 4-5 years and each time David 'shows up'!  - grateful he does.  He schedules promptly and comes out usually within a day or same day to fix our AC breakdowns. Original Symptom: water dripping from attic, a/c coils frozen, unit almost 15  years old

I called Bumble Bee after I dealt with two companies from personal referrals. ( I think personal referrals are not  necessarily better or even as good as those coming in from a Yelp-type thing. I could be wrong but I've gotten the sense the personally referred provider may offer less value when they think they have you through a personal connection.)  Anyway, I had two personals and was about to go with the second one when I remembered Yelp. I found Bumble Bee with several stars and called them in order to gain some knowledge so I could increase my negotiating leverage with my personally referred provider. However, after I spoke to Bumble Bee, I realized my referral was not going to  provide me value.So I started to compare:  My  referred provider wanted to give me inferior MFG'd equipment and just replace the coil and have me keep my old furnace,(Hey, it's still working, I was told), whereas, Bumblebee offered a better MFGer,(Trane) and included a new furnace for a better overall price. After speaking to Bumblebee, I did make other yelp connects (all duds) and ended up going with Bumble Bee . That's half the story.
The rest is that I received a fast, first visit and quote (same day in my case). Then they scheduled me for an installation two days later. They handled the installation without a hitch including the crane requirement. The minor wall board repair and other finish work was to a tee.

Michael came for a yearly inspection and did a very thorough job, answered all my questions and was very professional. My AC unit was in dire need of maintenance and the prices were extremely reasonable and maintenance packages are also available. I will continue to use Cave Creek Cooling Company in the future whether it be for maintenance or repairs.

Cannot say enough about Alan's Air! He gave me advise over the phone as to how to check something on my AC unit and saved me a ton of money! Other companies were trying to charge me a service fee to come out and $500+ to check the unit! So many of these companies are a scam, even ones with good reviews. I will only be having Alan's Air come out from now on! He is a small business, only has 4 employees and they don't work off commission!

Alex and Elena did an energy audit on our home. They are so professional and friendly. They did a great job explaining our options and informing us just where our problem areas were. We decided on replacing our very old A/C unit as well as insulating and adding ducts. Their crew led by Chis were efficient, knowledgeable and very clean. We now have a very comfortable home and an efficient system. We appreciate their suggestions and so very happy with the work they did. We highly recommend using Ideal Energy!

I could not recommend this company more. My techs name was Fidel and he was very helpful considerate and took my call in the evening on a Saturday for an emergency. Not only was he able to help me on Sunday but he was actually early so fantastic company to work with!

We had a leak in our roof a year and 1/2 ago USAA sent out Silver city.
They repaired the roof and the ceiling in the kitchen, in a timely manner.
Fast forward to October 5th 2018 after the rain we had i noticed the same area in the kitchen ceiling started to crack. Called USAA they said it's still under warranty with SC so i called them on the 8th, 10th, 15th & 17th with no updates or contact from them. On the morning of the 18th they called and said they will be in 30 mins.  I had to leave work and the guy said it was a rookie mistake the guy didn't repair high enough.

He said they would contact me about repairing the ceiling.
So i started with the phone calls again (as no one ever called us)
Called 10/29, 11/5, 11/8, 11/9  on the 9th they gave me the project managers phone number for JIM when i called it wasn't JIM it was another project manager Robert for the east valley.
He said he would call me back (never did)  I called Robert on 11/13 at 8am
And he said he would call me back. He did 2 hours later he called and said he was going to send one of his guys from the east valley  even tho it isn't his job. The guy that repaired it was awesome. He said he would be back at 7 am to paint.  I waited until 8:30 and then called again.
Robert said remember i said it wasn't his area and that he spoke with JIM and he was sending someone. Which he obversely didn't. Robert called JIM and said you need to call us. When i didn't hear anything back i called Robert back and he said Jim was suppose to call me.  
Robert gave me JIMS number which JIM did not answer.
SO PO right NOW......

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

0  STARS:     REFUSE TO SUPPLY WHAT THEY ADVERTISE:          Found their ad in the magazine The Grand Season Sun City West Edition.  They offer $239.00 for 5 rooms carpet cleaned plus sofa/love seat and grout cleaning.  Seemed like a good deal!  When I called the man said no way I can do that for that price. I told him that is what his ad says- how can you refuse to do it!  He insisted that he could not do it - it is a mistake.   I questioned him and asked have you as a businessman heard of truth in advertising?  Even if it is a mistake you should honor your advertising. After more discussion he told me (very sarcastically) that I was a real sweetheart and then hung up!
I would NOT RECOMMEND using this company as they obviously don't supply what they advertise!
