Larson Air Conditioning did an amazing job at installing my new AC system, specifically Jacob, Kyle and Zac.

Jacob, the person who quoted me on the project, wasn't pushy/aggressive, super responsive, informative and nice. Kyle and Zac were very fast and thorough at installing the AC -- making sure I was fully comfortable before leaving. Kyle and Zac also found a way to do this work while making minimal noise, allowing me to fully focus on work/zoom meetings.

Price/value wise, Larson had better reviews than any other option and they were the most cost effective option. Ideal combo of value and cost.

I was extremely pleased with my water softener installation from American Home Water & Air. I spoke with Tom Knapp about the systems that AHWA offered. Tom reviewed the systems with me over the phone. He reviewed the features and warranties of both systems I was considering. Tom sent me a quote on both systems via email. I called Tom later that day and ordered the President because of the longer warranty. The next day Angel called to confirm when he was coming to install the system. Angel showed up on time and installed the system in about an hour. Angel reviewed the system with me and answered my questions. Angel did a great job of cleaning up when he was done even wiping down the wall. The system looks great and has worked great since installation.

Jared came out and did a complete tune-up on our system. He was very friendly and professional and did a great job. He explained everything he did along the way. He even went back and got a part he needed, and I wasn't charged extra. Very reliable, called ahead and was right on time. I can definitely recommend this company.

Our AC always struggled to keep house cool, but I only called Boldt after a horrendously high electrical bill.  Phillip seemed very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem.  Apparently the last company to service our machine did not add enough refrigerant.  

It's been about half a week since Phillip fixed the AC and it has never worked as well. I plan on calling them for preventative maintenance before next summer.

Where to begin... If I could give 10 stars I would. Our outside condenser unit just stopped working yesterday afternoon when it was 116° and I called around to a bunch of other places and I either had to leave a message or couldn't get an appointment for a few days.

Then, I called Johnny. *The* Johnny answered the phone (what??) and was so nice. He said he was on another job and it was a big one but would call me back when he was done to see if we still needed him to come out.

Get this, he actually called back and asked if we still needed him. I said, yes! And he said he'd be to our house in about an hour...and he was...with an assistant. He was here for no more than 15 minutes in total and in those 15 minutes he figured out the problem, had the necessary parts on hand, and made the repair!  And the amount he charged us was beyond reasonable, especially considering it was an after hours emergency repair.

It does not get any better than Johnny's Air Conditioning and Heating.

From years of bandaids to, finally, two, new AC units the Team has always been quick to respond. Honest and professional in every way. As a follow up to questions I had, several days after the recent install, a service rep, Ideal, came by and addressed my questions and concerns and I'm confident that everything is working great. Our air conditioning unit went out this summer, so we needed a brand new unit. After getting several quotes we chose to go with Arizona Air Experts, and we are glad we did. We spent lots of time researching air conditioning units and installers, and we feel we ended up with a great product for our needs, and also at a really great price.  Some other companies came and some sounded great and offered some white glove touches, but Arizona Air Experts also included pretty much all of the same things, but the cost for a great quality product (American Standard) was significantly less expensive. We ended up replacing two units because the cost was reasonable for both. Very happy with the service and care of the installers. Start to finish, it was a great experience.

My wife and I finally decided to kick on the heater and when we did it just kicked out cold air. I requested a few appointments first thing the following morning and cool zone responded first, the next call from another company was hours later. They had a tech here in my home within hours to see what the issue was. After the inspection was complete we were given the unfortunate news that the compressor had given out on us. Our tech verified the unit was under warranty still, gave us a quote on what we would have to pay and got us setup for the next day. To have a job be complete from diagnosis to complete in less than a day made us very happy. From quick response and job well done to having a warm house our experience couldn't have been better. I am so blown away by the service we received from Arctic Fox, Heath is amazing!  We were so impressed with how fast he was able to diagnose and fix our ac...and in July!  Only waiting a few hours was a complete blessing in the middle of summer.  We are so thankful to Heath and will be only calling Arctic Fox from now on!

We had a mini split installed in a guest house during renovation. It continued to fail in spite of being a new unit. The installer said nothing was wrong. We then asked Gladiate to come take a look at it. The issue was immediately identified and repaired. I was afraid our cost would soar, but the price was more than reasonable. I recommend Gladiate to everyone who needs a repair.

Our AC went out midday last Monday, Kalem showed up after a long day for him at 8pm.  Showed up with a great attitude and after a thorough inspection, informed us that our 20 year old unit was too expensive to repair versus a replacement.  We knew we were on borrowed time.  Off to the hotel we went with our three cats in tow until we were to meet with their sales guy Rob the next morning.  Nice guy, sweating bullets at our kitchen table preparing our estimate.  The nice people at Dukes were able to loan us two portable units so we could stay at home until a Saturday install.  Manny, Danny, and Freddy were punctual and friendly and had the job done in 5 hours, much to our delight.  Our unit runs amazingly more efficient and evenly.  Would definitely recommend this company.

My air conditioner died and if course it was going to be 100 degrees the next day. I called them and they came out the next day and fixed the problem. Very professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them!

The quality of their work cannot be beat. When no other company could figure out what was going on with our A/C, they had it diagnosed and working in 20 minutes. They now have my total business for all A/C and Swamp Cooler problems as well as doing regular maintenance on the system for the future. I highly recommend them.

I had another AC company come out to do a tune up.  Less than 24 hours later, my AC (which previously worked fine) stopped blowing cold air.  Alan came out and identified the problem immediately.  The other guys had drained my freon.  Alan helped me understand the issue and advised me on how to get it fixed... Without charging me a dime.  I was able to get the first guys back out to fix the problem they created, but I never would have been able to do that without Alan's honesty.  I will be relying on him for all my AC needs from here on out!

I have not used this company. After having an energy audit with another company I called ideal energy to get a quote from them on the work recommended by the energy audit. The first available appointment was 2 months from now. I was surprised since all the yelp reviews indicate how fast they are able to schedule and do work. This does not appear to apply to attic insulation and ac duct work. If they have a 2 month wait list I assume they do good work. However, 2 months is a little too long of a wait.

A very reliable and honest company. They do quality work at a fair price. They work directly with your insurance company adjusters, and are quick to reply when you have questions!

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

Stay away from this company. Paid $1000.00 to have my pavers sealed. 6 months later it looked terrible. Have been calling for 1 1/2 years with no response. This company is a scam.
