We purchased annual service plan when we purchased out Scottsdale home - you need efficient ac in Arizona. Larson has been great with scheduling reminders and service. They send the same person, Joe each time which is nice. We also used them for a duct cleaning service and were happy with that service as well.

Called American Home Water and Air at 8:30am as we were in need of a new water softener, as the old unit was of poor quality and leaked. Tom Knapp (the owner) answered the phone and explained our options. We selected an appropriate model and requested an installation as soon as practical, as in later that day or the next. The technician, Gerardo, called me about an hour later and said he would be there around 10:00. He arrived as promised, removed the old unit, and installed the new one. It was immediately apparent that Gerardo highly skilled as he quickly and efficiently removed the old unit and installed the new unit in very short order. The new installation is perfect and Gerardo was packed up, cleaned up, and finished by 11:30. That's three hours from start to finish, including travel time. Pretty impressive! I realize that not always possible to get scheduled that quickly, but things went very well for us. Highest marks!

Excellent service I can't say enough!  I called 1st Choice Mechanical for a estimate on replacing a compressor.  Michael / owner was our technician and he quickly diagnosed our problem.  After explaining the solution and cost we agreed on repairs. What can I say,he saved my friend $3000. I couldn't be more satisfied.  We have set her up with bi-yearly service agreement. I feel that she is in very experienced hands now.
I take care of 11 restaurants, 19 Ac units.  First choice has my stamp of approval.

Had a problem with the AC in the addition to my home where a guest was staying. Called Johnny's and was able to schedule a time for service on a Sunday.
Repairman showed up and fixed the problem promptly. Gave status report on the unit and the charge was reasonable. Couldn't ask for more on a weekend urgent situation!
Will definitely us Johnny's again!

Jerry was a great technician and very helpful. Can't give 5 stars because my appointment was 2-4 pm and he didn't arrive until 6:30 pm.

Our air conditioning unit went out this summer, so we needed a brand new unit. After getting several quotes we chose to go with Arizona Air Experts, and we are glad we did. We spent lots of time researching air conditioning units and installers, and we feel we ended up with a great product for our needs, and also at a really great price.  Some other companies came and some sounded great and offered some white glove touches, but Arizona Air Experts also included pretty much all of the same things, but the cost for a great quality product (American Standard) was significantly less expensive. We ended up replacing two units because the cost was reasonable for both. Very happy with the service and care of the installers. Start to finish, it was a great experience.

5 stars to Cool Zone Air Conditioning and Heating! I attempted to install a new thermostat on Sunday and turned off the power like the directions said but  turned off to the AC, not the air handler and blew a fuse. My boyfriend found them on Yelp, have them a call and had David at my house within an hour and done in an hour, including the install of my new thermostat. David showed me how to program the new thermostat and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for quick service on a Sunday. Great service, Thank You!

Simply the best AC/Heating company in the Valley. I had several quotes from different companies. Arctic Fox had the best price for the heat pump we were looking for. I signed the contract on a Monday and Tuesday afternoon the unit was up and running. The impeccable service, and quality craftsmanship we received was second to none. Tech was on time, thorough and professional. While my service was only a summer HVAC system check up, I was highly impressed.

As with many, I always hate having to deal with this stuff.  So many times it is an exercise in not getting overcharged, getting people to show in a reasonable time, and everything else that comes along with this stuff.  I had called another company when my AC first went out and could not get them to call me back.  I got on Yelp and found these folks.  Got ahold of someone, the scheduled me for the next day, actually showed up early, and fixed my problem.  My problem was pretty bad and actually took all day to fix.  In the end, I actually paid less than others would have charged and I feel as if I received top notch service.  In short, from my experience, these guys get it.  They work hard, they do the job right, and they leave the place as good or better than they found it all for a reasonable price.  There really is not much more to say.

So my AC broke suddenly and was no longer blowing out cool air. I picked Biltmore Mechanical because it was the only business listed as being right in my neighborhood. Well, I called the next day and David showed up after I got off work--in fact he happened to be early. Very un-repairman like, LOL.

Well, first off, David is a genuinely nice guy which is important to me. He also never made me feel weird as a female asking him to explain the mechanics of the problem and how the AC unit operates in general. I also feel that he charged me a fair price that included a new part and the labor. And there was definitely labor involved! He didn't complain when it was made clear that he would have to climb onto the roof of my complex in 108 degree heat to get to my AC unit. I would definitely call him the next time I'm in a bind.

Pampered. This place is awesome with every experience I've had with them. But my favorite part is their communication. Cari and Lisa work in the office and really go the extra mile for their customers. Even if the tech is going to be a few minutes late, they shoot over a call or a text with an update. They are also extremely fair and honest. I have never felt like they are ripping me off and I'm super observant of that after being a property manager for the last 10yrs. They are also extremely good with follow through and warranties. They have helped me on weekends with drainage line backups to completely replacing my HVAC unit (and in the middle of the summer). They are a hard working, kind, and communicative business that made me feel pampered as their client. Thank you!

Cave Creek Cooling was amazing.  I woke up this morning to our house being 9 degrees above what the thermostat was set at.  Called them at 7 AM this morning and was scheduled for them to come out later this afternoon between 12-2 PM.  They ended up calling earlier than that and were able to stop by around 9:30 AM.  Only took a couple minutes and they swapped out the compressor run capacitor, which immediately fixed the problem.  Was really impressed and happy with the quick time response, especially since we're in the middle of the summer in Phoenix.  The repair was $265, and we couldn't be happier.

I sent a request for a quote to Alan's Air early on a Sunday morning after my A/C quit working during one of our wonderful 115 degree days. Alan called me back within an hour and was out to my house within 3 hours to fix the problem. They changed my capacitor and my A/C was cooling my house within minutes. Alan was courteous and his price was reasonable especially given it was a Sunday and he was slammed with everyone having problems with their A/C's due to the extra warm weather.

Update to last review -
After the energy audit was conducted, some serious issues were identified. It was determined that for all intents and purposes, I might as well have had a 14 hole in my wall, just pumping cool air to the street.  I was provided with a full report and a very reasonable quote to bring all of my insulation and ducting up to standards.  I was also given a reasonable quote for upgrading my pool pump to a more efficient model.  Long story short, when the work was all done, I compared the previous month's bill to the current month.  The savings was, well...take a look.  
August billing cycle:  $467
September billing cycle: $297
And I haven't even had the pump replaced...yet!  
Also to note, they helped me get all of the available rebates that I qualified for with SRP.
I'll be calling Ideal Energy when I'm ready to upgrade the pool pump soon!

This place has employees who steal from you. I trusted them with my belongings and their crooked staff robbed me blind. Dont let these people in your house.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

We paid a great deal of money to have our pavers sealed by this company 1 1/2 years ago. Six months later they looked terrible, We have called for 1 1/2 years and they have never returned the call. Stay away from this business. It is a scam. They have now changed their name to CMS Stone Restoration..
