We called Larson to get set up on one of their annual plans and was not disappointed. Our summer check up was scheduled within a week of setting up the plan and the technician that came out was awesome! Richard was very knowledgeable about any questions and concerns we had with the A/C unit and assured us it's good to run for summer! We'll be sticking with Larson for now! Great customer service from the first time we called to the great technician that arrived to service our unit!

Company advertisement on yelp says, free in home survey, but when i called to ask for an in home survey they said it's $99 non refundable. Shady company i would not recommend calling this company.

I am so impressed with Mike and this company! We had a really, really bad experience with a different appliance company. This other appliance company came out 5 different time and couldn't fix our dishwasher.  1st choice mechanical came out once and were able to resolve the problem! They were honest and professional. I would highly recommend them! We were be using 1st Choice Mechanical for our future appliance or AC needs!

I will be honest- I did not expect to have a good experience with an air conditioning repair place.  But, after I replaced my thermostat (correctly, I might add!), I needed to make the call as our older heat pump unit was not fully compatible with my new thermostat. I am so glad I called Boldt. As soon as I got a text message that someone would call me right back, I knew we were in a new era of utility repair. I was given a short window which was only a few hours after I called, and the tech arrived right on time. He was extremely respectful of social distancing, which I'd also requested, and he even offered to have me try part of the indoor portion of the work before he came inside. He even wore little disposable socks over his shoes. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem, and he gave me some additional tips for general maintenance of our system. The price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Boldt!

The ONLY reliable person on a Sunday. With no exaggeration, I called every AC repair on yelp within the Phoenix metro area, and no one wants to answer or call us back. Even the companies with 24/7 on their bio. Thanks Johnny! You saved us!

Man trying to find the right company to come to your house for a repair, can be a nail-biting experience. There are so many to choose from. The 1st one I called was recommended by my neighbor and he never showed up. See what I mean?
Well I got lucky this time around. From the pleasant receptionist who at 0900 said they could be at my home today. To the professional repairman who called my wife to say he was on his way. Job done right! Thanks Hays! Now when it comes to HVAC issues, my nail biting days are over!

It's very refreshing to met a honest AC repair company.  I have used other AC companies in the past due to free or extremely cheap AC system inspection the repairman always turn into salesman. Celeb was straightforward and found part that was starting to weaken but did not pressure to replace it.

Dave came by the evening I called to give an estimate on a new unit. Of four estimates, his was the lowest. I don't usually go with the lowest, but I checked him out with BBB and Contractors and besides he's in my neighborhood. He and his crew did a great job, quick and clean. He also added dampers, moved the air handler up and over for easier filter access and sealed some areas that my previous AC guys had created. At no extra charge. Now all areas of the house are comfy and quiet. Great guys!

Simply the best AC/Heating company in the Valley. I had several quotes from different companies. Arctic Fox had the best price for the heat pump we were looking for. I signed the contract on a Monday and Tuesday afternoon the unit was up and running. The impeccable service, and quality craftsmanship we received was second to none. My mom's AC/heater was acting up, blowing smoke all up in her home and Dave from Gladiate Air flew in to the rescue!!! Big thanks to Dave's wife for setting up the same day service!!

When Dave arrived and turned the on the heater, the smoke decided not to rear it's dark cloud, but instead, it stopped working. Dave found the problem & fixed the broken wiring in no time and quoted me with a reasonable price! He was very professional and explained everything to me every step of the way. He's an expert in his field and provided excellent service!

Hopefully my mom won't have much more AC/heating issues, but if she does, I trust Dave and Gladiate Air for all of our AC/heating problems! Thank you Dave, you're a life saver!!!

5 weeks ago another service came out to do our yearly maintenance, we were shammed into buying parts we didn't need. The tech wired what he did put on wrong. Never checked to see if everything was up and running before he left.  We turn the air on Monday night and surprise it doesn't work. I researched on yelp for a reliable company and found you.  Your tech was amazing, personable, and very knowledgeable about what he fixed. He only charged us a service call of $67, and corrected the issue right away.  We will now be using this company for our yearly check ups. :)

I have dealt with about 4 different HVAC companies in the past 2 years, all of which were disappointing. My heater suddenly broke and was tasked with finding another company. I contacted David early on a Saturday morning and had a response within 15 minutes and then he was over about 2 hours later. He took videos to show me what was wrong of my unit in the ceiling which was great as I knew I could trust what he was working on. He went out of his way to go pick up a necessary part from the manufacturer and still come back and fix my heater the same day. He kept the house clean while he worked and then at the end of his work he walked me through a detailed report of his findings and set aside the broken parts to show me exactly what was wrong. I will certainly count on him for further work!

Awesome customer service from Lisa. I have two warranties, parts and labor, Lisa helped me to contact two companies to greatly cut down my out of pocket cost. Thank you so much! I will use their service next time I need an A/C repair or tune up. Highly recommended!

My husband and I highly recommend Cave Creek Cooling Company.  Mike came out within an hour of our telephone call.  He even called and let us know he was within 10 minutes of our home.  He replaced our blower motor and another part and was done in an hour.  Another company said it would take two and a half hours to replace the blower.  He also said he would not replace our 14 year old unit.  Saw his good reviews on Next Door Fantastic, Fair, Reliable. I called to have my ac/heating checked on my condo that I'm  purchasing. The seller or HOA couldn't be more helpful than Alan's Air! I just provided the address and was provided with details how it works.  Very impressive!  Highly recommend!

Great service.  Called them last night after my AC unit started to blow hot air and they were able to come by 6 am the next morning.  The Tech, called on his way to my house to let me know he'd be there in about 20 minutes.  He went through my system and was able to determine what the problem was..... a fuse blew out and also noticed that they had an improper fuse, luckily my compressor didn't go.  He replaced both fuses made sure the system was running properly.  He didn't try to bang me out for some unnecessary repairs.  Sad thing is i had another company here the day before and asked them to look at that unit besides the one that also went out and they didn't catch the problem.

So i would definitely recommend Ideal Energy.

I just had the pleasure of having Fidel and his crew install a new AC Unit. I called on a Monday, and the next Saturday they installed the new Unit. They were knowledgeable, trustworthy, polite, efficient and very reasonable. I made one phone call and it was the right one. . .I highly recommend Fidel and Desert Comfort Mechanical. .  .

SilverCity Restoration just restored our house like new after a water leak. Everyone, from start to finish was extremely professional & concerned about our satisfaction. They started/finished our job ahead of schedule & we couldn't be happier!

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

I hired this company's other entity CMS STONE RESTORATION to restore my Saltillo tiles patio. That apparently meant power washing the patio and sealing it.
I honestly was expecting more for what he was charging for such a small patio. I though he was gonna make it look like the before/after pictures on their website.. you know??
Craig showed up all enthusiastic on how this small job was going to be so easy and would be done in no time.
He was right! It took him not time at all!! I paid him by check (a pretty hefty amount for such a small job) and he left.
Only after my patio dried I realized that he had ruined it completely! He etched every tile by power washing it, sandblasting it and creating all kinds of swirls on the tiles that could not be washed off because the water pressure ate the tile away...
When I texted the photos he was totally great about how he will take care of everything and fix all the damage on my patio.
He showed up the next day and power washed again!!! as if that would change anything and said he would be back to seal with a different/better sealer.
At this point the check hadn't clear yet.
I knew that I had to do something more to fix this before sealer went on, so I spent the weekend hand sanding each tile. All 400sqft worth. One by one!
Monday I texted as to when he would come, and he replied towards the end of the week.
I should have canceled the check right there and then!
Thursday I got a text that he would show at 7:30am next morning. He never showed and I texted at 8 to let him know not to bother as landscapers next door were blowing stuff all over and I would have to clean the patio before he came... but this time the check had cleared and I never heard back from him. Not a single word. Not an ok, I ll come an other time, nothing! I still haven't heard from him.
I found out he was originally this carpet cleaning company now doing something else to branch out...
The fact that his company's name now is CMSstonerestorationscott… and not registered on Yelp (they are registered there under CMS cleaning) should have been my first clue as their site doesn't allow reviews.. and they pick which ones to show on their new website... I wonder why?
I would have been ok if he offered partial refund and told me I should find someone else, after he ruined my patio, but he chose to be petty and take the money and run!
He has lost my business for good and I am notifying everyone I can in Phoenix, including all the neighbors on next door app as well, so none of you fall victim of this company.
