The most outrageous  quote we received!

It was TRIPLE of the 3 companies we had quote our new Install trane ac.
We knew the general price and had been milking our old 5 ton until the winter for a fairer pricing..

The salesman sat at our house after we asked him to email the quote to us and marked up the quote that was 3 times higher than any quote we have received.

I don't need nor want your politics in my home  as well.

I've upped this to 2 stars because I was contacted by the company. They did show concern and asked for a 5 star yelp review.  I was also asked why I did call back to get the price lowered ,that is not my place nor do I have the time to that.  This is why we waited until the winter and had 4 quotes that came close to the quote we went with.  Larson was  by far the most expensive.  That was it in a nutshell.

We had our your 5 ton trane installed yesterday by a fair company and so happy we had them come back and install  a new net thermostat on our other unit.

Our ac stopped working last night and thank God they were able to come out right away! Everything was fixed within 30 minutes and he was so friendly! Highly recommend American Home Water and Air!

Thank you Fran for answering my call at 7:30 AM. this morning! I had to sweat it out a full night {July 25th} as the company I was using didn't return my call for 14 hours! Juan was excellent and had the cool air a blowin' in under an hour. He came at 8:30 AM, and I really appreciate that because I had to get to work. I realize that sometimes you do have to wait but when dealing with this company Boldt: you're dealing with real people. I'll keep using this company for my A/C needs. They exceeded my expectations.

I am shocked at all the five star reviews. Pros: Johnny and his guy came out on a Saturday on short notice, fixed an issue I was having with my AC unit. Cons: They were generally unprofessional- being loud and cursing to boot - while they knew I had an infant trying to sleep in the next room. They left a big mess and made minimal effort to clean it, while charging me for about twice the time they actually spent working on the problem. They also made several recommendations that were plumbing-related that a licensed plumber rebuffed.

I just had a RO system installed today. The office was efficiant and organized. They verified and reminded me as well. Matt was informative and patient with all my questions. Of particular interest was an additional step added to the system that boosts the alkalinity after filtration which addressed my main concern with Reverse Osmosis. Matt installed the system the same day which saved us another appointment although I'm sure that is not always an option.

It is easy to recommend these folks and I will likely have them do a whole house system next.

Called and scheduled Caleb, the owner, to stop by for a check up before summer. Caleb is the owner if his own company so he does not work on commission. He is not trying to make a commissions and up-sell his customer. He wants the best so 'we' continue to call him back. I've had a quote from another reputable company and he completely invalidated the quote and when he looked further, advised that the parts are all fine and accomplished a minor fix that was much lower than the quote. Overall you can tell Caleb is a genuine good guy running a good company trying to provide exceptional professional service to his customers.

Great overall experience with this company. They answered my request for quote within minutes and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Caleb, the technician, arrived right on time. He was friendly and informative. He explained everything he was going to do and then did a thorough job diagnosing the issue. He told me what the problem was and explained everything in way that was easy to understand. I will definitely be using this company for future repairs and service.

We own rental properties in Surprise and have had a need for a/c repair services on multiple occasions. Heath, Misti and their team are so incredibly responsive, day and night. They truly care about their customers, are extremely knowledgeable, and 100% trustworthy. It is always awesome to find a great small company with terrific people and fabulous service. Just had a new AC unit replaced. This company lives up to the 5 star reviews. From the free estimate, to scheduling, to the actual install was a pleasurable experience. They sent a crew of 5, which was great so a team could work on the unit outside while others worked on the furnace in the attic. The entire team was professional, courteous, friendly and when they left they cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell they were there. Can't say enough good things, they ran circles around the company I used to replace another unit a few years ago. Will definitely be using them for all future needs. Big thanks to Freddie, Manny, Danny, Luis and Beto, the crew that did the install.

Honest and reliable. David inspected the AC unit on a house that we are buying.  He gave us an honest opinion without trying to upsell other unnecessary services. I highly recommend his services.

Awesome company, and awesome team. I bought an AC with them last year and they came and did the install on time without any problem.  

Besides the install, they have come one more time to do preventive maintenance and check on the coolant.

In both times, the team has been awesome. The technicians are great and willing to answer any questions.

The text services that they have is also great, and they follow up promptly to any texts, sometimes even out of their schedule.

These guys were great! I called at 11am in late July when it's 111 degrees and they had someone out to us by 1pm. Bill was super nice, knowledgeable, honest and friendly. I plan on only using Alan's Air going forward. Would highly recommend.

My experience with Ideal Energy was very good from my first call to the arrival of Adam the tech. I liked that they sent a picture of their employee and also a little write up/resume on him, I was very impressed. I appreciate Adams honesty, knowledge and professionalism. Fidel and crew, you guys are awesome. Called on the weekend in regards to a leak in the ceiling from the AC unit. Fidel was very responsive and at my place within the hour. Horrible company to deal with. Their work is horrible and half asked. If you can get a call back then consider yourself lucky. Our experience with this company has been horrendous. 9 months later and we still don't have a working oven. They fixed our black cabinets with brown. Doesn't even come close to matching our original. They were suppose to paint walls doors and ceilings. They left the paint for us to finish. Don't even waste your time with this company. It's nothing but pain and anguish.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

Don't use them (him) Craig comes off very profession at 1st but once he runs and cashes your check you will never get him to respond back or call you back. Also changed his name to CMS restoration because his rating was so bad. He's a shiester. Don't trust him. When it drys is when you can tell it's a very poor job and he's already ran to the bank.
