After 20 years, even though it was time, buying a new A/C unit stinks! Larson Air Conditioning, LLC. helped make the experience as pleasant as it could be. I've done my homework when our A/C went out, so now you don't have to! Starting with their prices, product knowledge and efficient and meticulous technicians to their unbeatable top notch level of service. They had constant communication and follow up through the entire process. Their Yelp perfect 5 star rating is well deserved. If you need A/C repair, I obviously highly recommend them. Bart was AWESOME!

Wait until u have a issue with this company they installed a new water heater two years ago and it is leaking and done. I called them they said yes the water Hester is under warranty but they labor is not. I ask how much is the labor they said 450 but I only paid 650   I owned twenty plus homes and never seen a water heater go bad in less then 6 years most will go up to ten years. My question what are they selling you as a customer to last two years then charge 450 for a hour job to replace.   I will call around before you trust what they are selling. I have used this company many of times my rentals homes too.  Not again

5 stars  is not a high enough rating for BOLDT !   I've delt with a few different   AC service providers and this company  is by far the best. You want honesty, integrity, reliable, and professional then you found it.  My AC went down and I was back up and running within an hour of  my call, I could not  believe  it.  I recommend  this company,  hands down  the best in the valley! Our AC unit was making a loud noise for a couple days, then stopped working. My normal AC repair guy was unavailable, and I was really worried I would have to pay extra for a Sunday job. But I'm really glad I called Johnny. He answered the phone right away, quoted me $80 for the diagnosis, and arrived in under an hour. He had the problem figured out within a few minutes. It was a loose wire that was touching the coolant pipe. He said we were lucky it didn't burn through the pipe. The total cost was only $150, which seemed totally reasonable to me. I checked in with my normal repair guy, and he agreed that Johnny did a great job.

Once again we had an AMAZING experience with this company. We received a brand new water heater 2 1/2 years ago, but the company that put it in did not do things correctly. We have had four issues with it since then. Hayes came out and noticed that the pipes were not even soldered  to the wall and fixed that. We then had an issue with it tripping the breaker. Hayes came back out and found that it was leaking from the way it was first installed and became rusted. They have switched out the old water heater and replaced it. Nick the manager was absolutely amazing and so kind.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. Every time we interact with them everyone has been wonderful.

It's very refreshing to met a honest AC repair company.  I have used other AC companies in the past due to free or extremely cheap AC system inspection the repairman always turn into salesman. Celeb was straightforward and found part that was starting to weaken but did not pressure to replace it.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I woke up to a hot house with my ac unit switching on and off. I found this company on yelp, received a quote, called and within 30 minutes a tech was out to diagnose and repair. Amazing and speedy service. They turned a helpless situation into a positive experience. Definitely will be using in the future and referring everyone I know to them.

We own rental properties in Surprise and have had a need for a/c repair services on multiple occasions. Heath, Misti and their team are so incredibly responsive, day and night. They truly care about their customers, are extremely knowledgeable, and 100% trustworthy. It is always awesome to find a great small company with terrific people and fabulous service. I could not recommend Arctic Fox more highly!

I highly recommend Gladiator Air. Dave and Gabriel immediately responded to each of my requests, even though it was the weekend and Dave was out of town. They were able to schedule an immediate appointment, provide a complete analysis of my system, and and identify the issue with my heating system (another company could not). These guys are experts and their pricing cannot be beat.

I initially called another company to look at my ac unit because the drip pan was leaking.  I was told that the unit needed to be replaced and giving two options, $6k and $8k.  I wanted a second opinion so I called Dukes.  Christy took my call and scheduled a tech to come to my home the same day.  When Robert arrived he conducted himself in a highly professional manner, actually looked inside the unit and determined that the unit didn't need to be replaced.  It turns out that the other guy didn't even look inside! The other guy said he checked the line and it was clear.  When Robert checked it, about 2 gallons of water drained out.  Dude!  DUKES JUST SAVED ME S6,000!
Robert also taught me how to monitor my outside drains so I can tell if its clogged again.  
It turns out that, like many AC companies, the other guys work on commission and simply try to sell you new units.  Thanks so much Dukes!

So I wake up on a Sunday morning and it's 91 in my house... I first called a large chain AC place and briefly spoke with a receptionist/scheduler. Was given a 5 hour time frame and just didn't feel she (the company) really cared. I then decided to try someone else and I could not be more pleased with who I called!
David (the owner of Biltmore Mechanical H&C) picked up, very pleasant (again calling on a Sunday morning...) right from the get go. He was already on a call and gave me a 2 hour window (1-3); I said I'll take it, but earlier the better. Come 11am he stated he was able to finish the other job quicker than expected and could be over sooner.
11:30; David is here and in less than 1 hour, my AC was running again! Bad wiring led to compressor not kicking on/cooling. He checked  all aspects of outdoor unit (Freon levels, ensure equipment was working properly, etc.). He probably could have upsold me on something I didn't need to make an extra buck, but he didn't and I am very thankful for that (as I'm no millionaire...). He explained everything in a friendly / professional manner and I am so thankful that once again, myself and my dog are cool! Just in time, as it's about to be 115 on Thursday.

It's a small but professional and affordable family company. I compared their work to two other highly rated organizations on Yelp. They were the most honest about the work I needed done.  (I had an air conditioning unit replaced with a train seer 16 system and I had the air intake moved about 20 feet.  Responsive, and very affordable when compared to other bids.

Micheal from Cave Creek Cooling was outstanding!!  Highly recommend!!  Michael responded quickly after my A/C stopped working on Labor Day weekend. Extremely professional!!

Bill came out to my home today to install new Nest thermostats.  He was extremely knowledgeable and completed the work quickly.  Very impressed and I would highly recommend them!

Very professional and timely. Thorough and gave me several price options.  They prioritized my ac because mine had broken so they felt it was urgent.  The workers were very good at covering the floor and cleaning after they were done. I only wish they had spent time explaining my system and discussing the maintenance.

Fantastic company. Fadel, the tech was informative and super helpful. My AC went out at 2pm. Got a hold of Desert Comfort Mechanical and had an appointment for 6AM the next day. Fadel called at 7pm and said he was running ahead of schedule and could fit me in same day. He was here in about 11min, had the problem diagnosed and fixed very quickly. He explained everything that he did and double checked the compressor, fans, voltage, everything. Great company, reasonable pricing and great service!!!! If you are looking for a great HVAC company, call them.

Silver City Restoration and my rep Melanie Hunt are the absolute best!  I have complete confidence in referring over clients to Melanie and Silver City.  She is honest and responsive and has done a great job in communicating with my clients.  Everyone with Silver City has been exceptional from top to bottom within the organization.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

I had Craig power wash and seal my outdoor pavers.  The job turned out well and he gave me a 5 year warranty.  Since the completion of the job, there have been several areas that need to be redone.  Craig refuses to answer my calls or emails! It seems that the warranty is not even worth the paper it is written on!  If I could give a zero star review based on his customer service,  I would!  Don't use this company!!
