One year after they installed a new AC unit, we had a small issue and Larsons was out next day to assess the situation, replace parts and make sure things were back in working order. I am VERY happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone who needs reliable AC and Heating. They keep your current system in great working shape as long as possible PLUS if you should need new equipment, they dont just install and ghost you, they remain with you to make sure things keep running well. Its exactly what a homeowner is looking for! Great company and the right ones to call NOW if you are reading Yelp reviews. You cannot find better than Larson. Every single technician who has come to the house has been exceptional. This is obviously great management who cares. Thanks guys!

My 10-yr old water heater was leaking. I have AHS insurance, and was getting screwed by their 'recommended' plumbing contractors supposed non-negotiable necessary additional parts and fees.  After finding out I could get reimbursed for  the cash value if I found a better deal, I went on the search for someone.
American Home Water showed well on Yelp so I gave them a call.  Wow!!  An honest plumbing contractor!  Yeah, there was a little out of pocket difference, but nothing like those ripoff guys that leach off AHS insurance.
AHW has fair and all inclusive pricing, no pressure, no rip-off, no BS. I'm a fan.
Angel was punctual, courteous, knew what he was doing, and got the water heater replaced quickly, cleanly, and professionally. Great tech!
I'd recommend AHW to anyone, and they'll be who I call first in the future.

I get my AC checked out every year before summer and have used many different companies to take care of this task. I have to say, I have saved 1st Choice Mechanical in my contacts on my phone after today's visit. Tim showed up right on time, kept me in the loop as to what he and his trainee were doing and even showed me some tips to keep my unit running efficiently (no other company I have used have done that). They were courteous and covid safe. No mess after their work, it's like they weren't even here! I will definitely call on them again for next years service or any service in between! I feel like I met a legend! I didn't know that was his last name when he came and fixed up our system. I'm a couple weeks behind writing this, but naturally my AC had gone out in the hottest part of Summer. I had trouble with other HVAC companies, and I finally got in touch with Boldt, told them my troubles and said they'd send their best tech. I thought, hell yeah, I'm getting star treatment. Phillip came in and within 30 mins he had the issue figured out. Always check the easy stuff first. Phillip is great because he teaches you about your system (if you want to learn). Phillip is professional and personable and reasonably priced. There's some places that are cheaper and some more expensive but you don't want to cheap out and you don't want to overpay. A+

Johnny finds your problem and fixes your unit. Super nice, honest, and trying hard to save you money. Johnny fixes the problem and charges you​ as little as possible.

Imagine an auto mechanic trying to sell you a new car every time you brought yours in for a tune-up​. What​ you really want is someone to fix the one you already have. That is what Johnny will do. Find your problem and fix it. I am NEVER calling anyone else.

On time, knowledgeable, and good communication make these guys the best I've seen. They take the time to explain the situation face to face in layman's terms and make recommendations. Unlike the other guys who mumble technical jargon while they're on the run and hand me a big bill. Hayes techs are invested in the work and seem happy to help. They also have expertise, and even corrected some issues created by previous companies.

These guys were awesome!  I originally called another company just to service the a/c and he was a no show so I forgot to call another company and today my air stopped working.  I called Arizona Air Experts and they came out and fixed my air.  They discovered there was a short that caused my thermostat to break.  They fixed the short and replaced my thermostat and didn't charge and arm and a leg.  I will only be using them in the future.

A friend referred Arctic Fox to me yesterday. I called this morning and talked to Tim. He answered the phone, listened to my problem, and had Steve come out almost immediately to look/fix the issue. Steve is very knowledgeable as is Tim. I will only call Arctic Fox from now on. They are reliable, friendly, on time, responsive, informative, helpful, honest, etc. Don't think twice! Update - had a freeze up the day after and had to have the unit looked at again. Heath came out this time and located the problem and fixed it. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable. I will be calling him for any future tune up/repaires for sure! Great service. Never has our a/c worked as it does now. Thank you Heath!

After another company spent a day playing Lucy-and-the-football with us, we called Gladiate. They responded immediately, showed up right away, had the right part, and installed it along with something else that needed attention, all for a reasonable price! Also friendly and courteous!

we needed to call someone for a breakdown on our 4ton york heat pump on june 29th at 7 am. our unit was installed in 2008 and was very efficient and a well built unit. i checked on a neighbor that does refrigeration service. he was not available. so checked yelp for good results and found a five star company, dukes of hazzard, whoops, i mean dukes of air. was concerned i might run into boss hog but was surprised to be able to talk to a live person and not just a recording. with a 96 yo mom in law in our home with us, i didnt want to spend a day without air considering the high 110 degree days. we were set for an appt for 11-1 pm which was great. chris called about 15 minutes before he showed in person. immediately went to the rooftop unit and found the ecm blower fan had failed after eight years. he checked on availability and found only one unit in california and could be had in 7-10 days. so he replaced the fan unit with a temporary fixed speed fan until the new one arrived. came this morning, 7-13-2017 about one hour before the agreed time and mentioned that the part sent was the wrong part  so it took a few days longer to get the unit in two shipments. hit the roof almost immediately and took less than 10 minutes up there. altogether was here about 45 minutes. this company, including the personable chris and the efficient and friendly staff on the phone plus the email followup detailing the visits show very professional attitude on their part. will be recommending this company to all people needing ac service and can be sure they will get 5 star service from them. thanks again, dukes.

I instantly got good vibes from David. He's definitely a hard worker that knows what he's doing and he's got a great attitude while doing it. He helped me and my husband and I greatly appreciate it and would recommend him to anyone.

You know that sinking feeling? It's 113 degrees outside when your air conditioner has stopped working?

My husband was out of town, I don't know sqaut about an air conditioning, and I'm dreading the news that I have to buy a new one?

At the recommendation of a friend, I called Jim at Bumble Bee and he was able to fit me in that afternoon. THANK GOD!

I know that this is shocking, but there actually is a Heating and Air Conditioning Company in town that is ...ready? HONEST!

Jim tested my capacitor (my neighbor had checked for everything else, so Jim didn't have to do a lot of testing on the unit)  and the capacitor had failed. He replaced it and added some freon.

I was slightly surprised by my bill, which was $280, because my neighbor had told me that a capacitor is a relatively inexpensive part ($25-$50), but I do believe Jim to be honest and capable..and who wants to argue that when it's 113 degrees?

This is THE company to call for HONEST repair and sales!

I am out of town and my neighbor said my AC was making a strange sound!  I contacted Mike through Yelp and he was at my house and it repaired the following morning! Thank you Mike! Highly recommended!

Alan's air is legit. They came out to help my father in his time of need. We had 2 other companies came out prior to Alan's Air and offer a bid. They were way above what my father on a fixed income could afford. Alan's air came out and quoted us multiple options for us. Their pricing was beyond fair. They also rushed the order and installed it super quick due him being elderly, which was impressive (they run a small crew). Bill, Alan, and marcel (Scheduling) definitely rock. We would definitely recommend.

Wow! Where do I begin with this company? A+++++ as far as honesty, caring, and customer service! We purchased a house last month, moved in, and voila! A/C stopped working.... of course! After tossing a guy out from George Brazil (do not use those guys....) who literally spent 5 minutes diagnosing the system and then immediately went into a sales pitch trying to sell me an $11,000 unit, I called Ideal Energy as they came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint! They got right in here and did an entire system evaluation (turns out we had several problems going on...) Because of the sweltering heat, they went above and beyond to make our repair top priority, even coming early mornings and on a Saturday to make sure we weren't without cooling. The communication and follow up were top notch! They may not be the least expensive operator out there, but they take pride in everything they do and provide a professional quality, honest work and service. Worth every penny for peace of mind and to know the job was done right! We won't use anyone else!

The A/C started blowing hot air late Friday night during the hottest Labor Day weekend in history.  On Saturday morning, I started calling around to 24/7 A/C service companies and no one was available until Monday or Tuesday.  I searched Yelp and found Desert Comfort Mechanical.  Fadel was able to come out and find the problem right away.  I highly recommend Desert Comfort Mechanical.

I recently remodeled my house and was referred to Silver City by an adjuster. Great referral. Everything from the packing of contents, drywall, trim, flooring and paint was beyond expectations! I need to work on the outside and was happy to find out they do roofing in house! I will definitely recommend them to everyone and will be hiring them for more projects!

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

We hired this company to clean our grout throughout our entire house; it took him about an hour to do the work.  When he was finished he told us that it would take several days for the grout to completely dry.  After a week days we noticed that the grout was a different color in many different areas.....it looked like it had not been cleaned.  After trying to reach Craig for almost a week he finally said that he would come to reclean those areas.  He set a time from between 3pm and 4pm.....by 4:45pm he had not shown up or called....he just blew us off.  We called our credit card company and will be charging the amount back to him. Do not use this company!!
