These guys are just amazing!

They are clean, they work hard until the job is complete, they take photos and even wear booties and clean up after themselves. This is the way its supposed to be.

Claude, JC and Caleb were excellent at sealing my duct work in attic and sealing the vents from inside the house. Believe it or not, as soon as they left, I could feel and smell the difference. It was subtle, but so much cleaner and fresher. I had no idea it would make such a difference! I am impressed with their attitude, and their work. It's hard to find real gentlemen in this kind of work, and this team out did themselves.

I had reverse osmosis and water softener installed May of 2017.  The also had to weld a water loop. Fidel and Gerardo were very professional and the results were excellently installed.
They were nest and efficient. They also explained well how to use the products.

Great service. Sent in a request on Wednesday evening and Mike responded quickly. We got the details and he told me he would reach out Thursday to schedule. Quick phone call and we were booked for Friday. Mike called before arriving, showed up, and got to work. Quickly diagnosed the washer issue and found a clogged washer filter. Cleaned it out, tested it, showed me where it was for the future, and was out. Very reasonable rates, great service, and overall good experience.

Once in a while the stars line up and you luck out... Knowing zero about a/c repair and the costs, it was so helpful to be able to read the Yelp reviews from Boldt customers. A lifesaver.

After a day and night of my a/c not cooling below 84 degrees, and trying everything I could think of to not call a repair person (new filter, new batteries, checking breakers) I decided it was time to get some help so I logged on to Yelp and decided on Boldt due to the great reviews.  First stop, Fran, who took my information and made arrangments for Phillip to head over to take a look.

Within an hour Phillip pulled up and after a brief introduction, got to work. He'd intermittently stop and explain what he found with his step-by-step inspection.  The coils were frozen and Phillip found the reason for this and fixed it, but first, he explained what the problem was and how much the product he needed to use would cost.  

Within 45 minutes of Phillip's arrival, cool air was flowing out of my vents again. Phillip took some time to explain that I was using the wrong filter and suggested a few other maintence items I needed to take care of down the road. Never did he upsell or try to get me on a service plan. This is a good guy who I honestly think is just as interested in doing a good job and treating his customers with respect as making a buck. Plus he likes cats, always a sign of a good soul.  

I will never use another company.  Thank you, Phillip and Fran, for your help today and for your kindness and diligence.

Developed a Freon leak on the hottest day of the year called and scheduled same day appt. Got a call that they could actually arrive sooner than scheduled. They arrived, and quickly found and repaired the leak. Dakota (the service tech) was pleasant as well, he actually adjusted my fan blade, tested the capacitors and compressor. I was back up and running in a couple of hours of his arrival! I have peace of mind that the job was done right and that I have an HVAC contractor that I can trust to call for any future problems. Keep up the good work!!!

Literally, the best AC company in AZ. I can't say enough good things about this company. We had an AC unit from 1998 that was on it's last leg. It wasn't going to last through the weekend. Friday I was calling companies and getting quotes, trying to figure out who could help us over the weekend. Not only was Arctic Fox a very competitive price, they were the ONLY company that could help us on Saturday. We had an AC unit installed the very NEXT day!!

Heath installed the unit with precision and the highest standards, everything works perfectly and looks great. His recommendation for units and standards for installation are far superior from other companies.

This is the only company we're ever going to use in the future and we will be telling everyone to do the same!

I have been meaning to write a review for Dave for some time.  My air conditioner broke down after 7 years of operating with no issues after buying the home.  I had an archaic/obsolete model sitting on my roof that Dave would periodically maintain (My Mom gave me his contact info.).  On the rare occasion that Dave didn't just trouble shoot issues I was having over the phone for free, any charges that I received for his work were not significant.  

The AC broke down in the middle of August, and this was the first time that Dave had to do real work and he got it all done extremely fast.  The fortunate side of my bad luck was that the unit broke down on a Friday, and Dave had my system installed and running by Monday evening.  He made every effort to get the job done first thing in the morning, which is unheard of given the quick procurement of a model that fit in a confined working space, but unfortunately couldn't get the crane on time to have things back to normal on Monday morning.  Really minor hiccup that Dave actively communicated with me on.  

Given the expediency and efficiency that was delivered, I really feel that Dave over-delivered.  Of course a new AC unit and cost of labor for this kind of job isn't going to be cheap, but in hindsight and having scoped out comps from time to time since, he was VERY AFFORDABLE.  I am never going to go to anyone else for AC services.

5 weeks ago another service came out to do our yearly maintenance, we were shammed into buying parts we didn't need. The tech wired what he did put on wrong. Never checked to see if everything was up and running before he left.  We turn the air on Monday night and surprise it doesn't work. I researched on yelp for a reliable company and found you.  Your tech was amazing, personable, and very knowledgeable about what he fixed. He only charged us a service call of $67, and corrected the issue right away.  We will now be using this company for our yearly check ups. :)

David is the best and we would highly recommend him! He is reliable, extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. He doesn't try to upsell and will tell you honestly what you need or don't need. We really appreciate his expertise and will be calling him for all our future HVAC needs.

I contacted Bumble Bee through yelp when my a/c was not working.  They were here and fixed the a/c within two hours.  I would not hesitate to use Bumble Bee again!

Once again Cave Creek was able to do a remarkable job on our washer and dryer duct work.  This Company is definitely a keeper.  Love doing business with such a class act.

Heat pump went down on Sunday morning and I called Alan and he was at our house in 2 1/2 hours.
Fan motor on outside unit went out also checked out second unit and found it was low on freon.
I recommend Him highly. He knows his stuff.
Very fair on pricing. No like a lot of companies in the pass that ripped me off.

His company is a very small family Business.

Chris was very professional and cleaned up after he was done. He brought plastic to cover the clothes in the closet, wore shoe covers when in the house, and vacuumed up after he was done. He explained what was wrong, how he fixed it, and prevention. I needed my primary drain cleaned out and had a secondary shut off switch installed. They are a local small business that I would support again! Thank you :)

Y'day late evening my air-conditioner started blowing hot air. (110 degree outside)... I tried calling a few different local companies/ contractors here...Being Friday night, no one was available...
Luckily, I was able to reach Doug over the phone. First he also said that the soonest one of his men will be able to come over would be Saturday AM. THEN, he asked me a few questions about the situation I was in and said that he'd like me to perform a few steps....NO WONDER - within a couple of minutes of him walking me over the phone...the air conditioner started working! WOLAAAA! AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! Trust me Doug...I still owe you a case of beer! :-) Thank you Thank you Thank you! God Bless you!

Horrible company to deal with. Their work is horrible and half asked. If you can get a call back then consider yourself lucky. Our experience with this company has been horrendous. 9 months later and we still don't have a working oven. They fixed our black cabinets with brown. Doesn't even come close to matching our original. They were suppose to paint walls doors and ceilings. They left the paint for us to finish. Don't even waste your time with this company. It's nothing but pain and anguish.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

Stay away from this company. Paid $1000.00 to have my pavers sealed. 6 months later it looked terrible. Have been calling for 1 1/2 years with no response. This company is a scam.
