My rental home needed a new air conditioning system. I live out of state and know nothing about them!! I called several companies and also checked Yelp reviews. I was amazed how the quotes were thousands of dollars apart. I knew I didn't want the cheapest and I knew I didn't want the most expensive I wanted somebody fair, honest and knowledgeable. One company stood out!! Larson Air Conditioning, I spoke with Jared. Although they were slammed the day after Labor Day he managed to get somebody out there a couple of hours after I called. They texted to let me know who was coming (name and photo) and that they were in route!

I was blown away by how professional the quote was and how all the information is right there and easy to find and understand. I called Jared  a few times with questions and he was always available to talk to me and everybody that answered the phone was extremely nice and ready to help. At 5pm on Tuesday he was able to get technicians there the next morning to get the job done! I was so stressed out and Jared went above and beyond! Call and see for yourself!

When we bought our water softener 2 years ago (a refurbished unit) I did my research online and selected American Home Water.  Next day install was neat, clean and professionally done.  Later that day a minor seep appeared on the controller unit, I called, it was repaired that afternoon.  Recently had major leaking issues develop...water running out the back of the garage.  I emailed AHW on the evening of January 1st asking them to arrange with our tenants to get in to fix it.  AHW phoned 4 times the next day to make contact and arranged an appointment for Jan 3rd to ascertain the problem. On the morning of Saturday Jan 4 I received a call from Tom at AHW that the tank had multiple leaks and would be replaced today at no cost, full parts and labor covered.

I am writing this review to compliment the service we have received.  At every step of our relations it has been exemplary.  Products fail...it happens.  The measure of a company is how they respond.  I could not be more pleased.

Jared came out and did a complete tune-up on our system. He was very friendly and professional and did a great job. He explained everything he did along the way. He even went back and got a part he needed, and I wasn't charged extra. Very reliable, called ahead and was right on time. I can definitely recommend this company.

Our AC motor went out, Juan their repair technician replaced the motor, wanted $700 for the motor. The motor was way to loud and next day it started going out, so we were without the AC all night and next day thanks to their work. When I called the next day and complaint asking them what kind of motors do they install that only last one day, they told me they don't know and to find somebody ales to fix it. So this is what you gonna be dealing with if you go with them. Stay away from this company.

Dan from Hays Plumbing & Drain..I found them on Angies list. When I called to make the appointment they were very professional took my info ad within 24 hrs. Returned my call. When he came he looked at my problem , gave me a solution wanted to make sure I knew what the repair entailed.He gave a price with a guarantee, signed the paperwork..went to get the  parts.returned and completed the job. He was very professional,easy to talk to.cleaned up after himself . I would use him again.

The technician Randy showed up to my home in less than an hour and it was a simple fix due to a wiring malfunction. He didnt try and up sell, he was in and out in less than 30 mins. Very satisfied and will defiantly use Arizona Experts in the future.

This is by far the best AC/Heating company in the valley. My fiancé and I have used them to repair our rental condo's AC that was acting up as well as our primary home. They are fast, professional, and high quality for the right price!

We had a packrat take up residence in our 8-year old Mitsubishi ductless mini-split HVAC unit to our bedroom. WTF??? Called the original contractor, their estimate for replacement was astronomical. My wife called her BFF for a referral, and she recommended Arctic Fox. Tim contacted us immediately, offered to replace the system for a reasonable cost, and was there two days later with everything ready to go. Tim and Keith spent literally the entire day installing the new system, including careful sealing of the required new access hole, making sure all wiring and connectors were weather (and rodent) proof, as well as completely repairing the old hole (which was a rough hole that the prior contractor had simply punched through the wall, without any finishing, sealing or weather-proofing). I have been meaning to write a review for Dave for some time.  My air conditioner broke down after 7 years of operating with no issues after buying the home.  I had an archaic/obsolete model sitting on my roof that Dave would periodically maintain (My Mom gave me his contact info.).  On the rare occasion that Dave didn't just trouble shoot issues I was having over the phone for free, any charges that I received for his work were not significant.  

The AC broke down in the middle of August, and this was the first time that Dave had to do real work and he got it all done extremely fast.  The fortunate side of my bad luck was that the unit broke down on a Friday, and Dave had my system installed and running by Monday evening.  He made every effort to get the job done first thing in the morning, which is unheard of given the quick procurement of a model that fit in a confined working space, but unfortunately couldn't get the crane on time to have things back to normal on Monday morning.  Really minor hiccup that Dave actively communicated with me on.  

Given the expediency and efficiency that was delivered, I really feel that Dave over-delivered.  Of course a new AC unit and cost of labor for this kind of job isn't going to be cheap, but in hindsight and having scoped out comps from time to time since, he was VERY AFFORDABLE.  I am never going to go to anyone else for AC services.

I've had a maintenance contract with Dukes of Air for three years. They are prompt, polite, and comprehensive. They've done a great job with our HVAC. They never try to sell us stuff we don't need. They have done a great job servicing our HVAC.

I cannot say enough good things about David.  He has taken care of my AC unit at my rental property at a moment's notice.  Once, when there was a leak and then again when the unit wasn't cooling properly.  He's responsive, thorough, and really excels at customer service.  He even went so far as to send me pictures of the issue.  I would trust him with any AC need.  It's nice to have someone you can trust AND depend on!

This is an amazing company loaded with integrity and knowledge.    I am fortunate to have found them.    Their timeliness and follow through makes them stand out in the industry.

Alan's air is legit. They came out to help my father in his time of need. We had 2 other companies came out prior to Alan's Air and offer a bid. They were way above what my father on a fixed income could afford. Alan's air came out and quoted us multiple options for us. Their pricing was beyond fair. They also rushed the order and installed it super quick due him being elderly, which was impressive (they run a small crew). Bill, Alan, and marcel (Scheduling) definitely rock. We would definitely recommend.

I found Ideal Energy while sitting in my living room, scrolling through yelp reviews as the temperature was continuing to rise inside my house. I figured it would be at least a few days or more because it's summertime in Arizona! Functioning air conditioning is in high demand! Ideal energy surpassed my expectations! They were efficient and organized over the phone-they sent Chris out right away on the day that worked best with my work schedule, he was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem within an hour and gave me some helpful tips for keeping my AC unit in good condition. I really like this company!I was out of town and my moms ac just stopped working. The guy came out to the house and really helped my mom.He Fixed our issue real fast and even followed up the next day to see if everything was ok. He even applied a coupon for $50.00 off our repair! SilverCity Restoration just restored our house like new after a water leak. Everyone, from start to finish was extremely professional & concerned about our satisfaction. They started/finished our job ahead of schedule & we couldn't be happier!

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

We hired this company to clean our grout throughout our entire house; it took him about an hour to do the work.  When he was finished he told us that it would take several days for the grout to completely dry.  After a week days we noticed that the grout was a different color in many different areas.....it looked like it had not been cleaned.  After trying to reach Craig for almost a week he finally said that he would come to reclean those areas.  He set a time from between 3pm and 4pm.....by 4:45pm he had not shown up or called....he just blew us off.  We called our credit card company and will be charging the amount back to him. Do not use this company!!
