Our A/C went out unexpectedly, and we weren't sure where to turn. I went onto Yelp and read over Larson's excellent reviews. And I'm pleased to add my endorsement and recommendation.
I called last night after their business hours and was very pleased to receive a callback from Cheryl within the hour. She was very informative and helpful and set us up with an appointment for this afternoon. This morning I received a call that they could get someone here this morning. Perfect! Caleb showed up shortly, met with us to understand the problem, did a rooftop check of our HVAC, came back down with pictures and a diagnosis, and advised us about costs. He was committed to making sure we understood the problem and our options. He was thoroughly professional and friendly, and did an excellent job of repairing the unit. He also checked out the heating, and reported that everything was good; he also saved me the trouble of changing out the air filters. We signed up for their maintenance program, which will keep us ahead of the curve.

I had a leak in my garage which I assumed was my old water softener which turned out to be a leak in my air handler.  HIGI was the tech and was able to stop the leak.  We did have a very old water softener so we asked them to install a new one.  I spoke to the owner, Tom and he was able to have HIGI out to my house within 3 hours of talking to him on the phone.  Great customer service and very professional from the top down.  Thank you HIGI and Tom

Our AC went out on a Saturday night and he Phillip came out right away and went out to get the part. He got it done by 10pm on that sake Saturday night and was very nice and professional. He was very affordable and flexible. The next night our breaker box was broken so we called him to ask if it could have anything to do with the AC, and he said it didn't. He even called us the next morning to see if we got the breaker box and if there was anything he could do. He and his staff were great and we would recommend him to anyone and would use him again if needed (although we hope we don't have it break again ).

Johnny's provided great service when my air conditioner died on a Sunday morning on the hottest day of the year. I called that morning and they came over as soon as they could, had the right parts on hand, and quoted me a fair price. They were friendly, professional, and upfront about the repairs needed and approximate timeframe required. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is having A/C or heating issues in their home. I will definitely be using them again for any A/C tuneups or future repairs!

AC unit went out on a Saturday night and very uncomforable in the house.  Not much sleep last night.   Called the company that installed the unit twice and left messages and no call back.  I even checked the old company out on yelp and got glowing reviews which I now thing were overrated.

So then I got online and checked out some others along with their BBB rating and chose Hays.  Service tech was there in less than a hour and had it repaired and operational within 30 minutes after arriving.  Prices were reasonable and now I have a AC / plumbing contractor that I can rely on.

I will gladly use them again in the future.

Called and scheduled Caleb, the owner, to stop by for a check up before summer. Caleb is the owner if his own company so he does not work on commission. He is not trying to make a commissions and up-sell his customer. He wants the best so 'we' continue to call him back. I've had a quote from another reputable company and he completely invalidated the quote and when he looked further, advised that the parts are all fine and accomplished a minor fix that was much lower than the quote. Overall you can tell Caleb is a genuine good guy running a good company trying to provide exceptional professional service to his customers.

Patrick is amazing! First I used the yelp app to reach out and get some basic idea. I feel that cool zone air was pretty quick with their response time. And it was not the cheapest estimate I got but how they handled my business is what got them the 5 stars. On time with their estimated time with the phone call before letting us know they were on their way. Very honest with what needed to be done and not over priced. They asked us about their service program but did not push the issue. I will use them from now on!!

My brother referred me to these guys and they came out the same day and took care of the problem. The Tech was polite and professional. I had him change out the fan motor on the condenser and that took care of the problem. The repair was pricey. It was 650 dollars to replace the fan motor that costs about $100. I just think the labor was high. I knew that I was overpaying but it was Saturday afternoon so I just had him do it. He was there for about 2 hours in total. If you need someone right away then I would recommend them but they might be more expensive. 3 stars on price.

Update on my review. Even though it's not fixed, they went above and beyond. Alan has come to my place 2 times to attempt to fix it. He has tried different methods, the issue is not with my unit but it is with the HOA settings for my chiller unit. Unfortunately out of my control, however Alan offered so much support and he attempted to flush the system in hopes it works. Thank you so much for trying!!  
Not to mention, he came on Father's Day. I felt so bad because it was not my intentions to make them come on a Sunday but I am overall grateful. Definitely will use them again.

Best company to work with EVER!! I was spending $700 a month in the summer months on my A/C. I have a historic home and was bleeding money on my A/C bill every summer. Ideal Energy came out and was able to save me $100-$115 on my bill in the summer by making my home more efficient. I don't know if the savings will be as significant in the Winter. I am a curious person so I was asking a lot of questions and their rep Alex was super helpful and patient.

The A/C started blowing hot air late Friday night during the hottest Labor Day weekend in history.  On Saturday morning, I started calling around to 24/7 A/C service companies and no one was available until Monday or Tuesday.  I searched Yelp and found Desert Comfort Mechanical.  Fadel was able to come out and find the problem right away.  I highly recommend Desert Comfort Mechanical.

This place has employees who steal from you. I trusted them with my belongings and their crooked staff robbed me blind. Dont let these people in your house.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

Stay away from this company. Paid $1000.00 to have my pavers sealed. 6 months later it looked terrible. Have been calling for 1 1/2 years with no response. This company is a scam.
