My AC was over 20 years old and completely went out, I needed a whole new system. I got 4 quotes, and Larson was the most affordable and had the best financing options. They were able to complete the job same day and I have AC by 3pm the same afternoon! They already called to set up the quality walk thru just to make sure things are going well. Their customer service is great!

This review is easy. To sum it up,  American Homewater set the bar for many home service providers to strive to. kudo to them.

I had one other company try and fix my heating and other companies didn't even know how to work on the system my apartment had. 1st Choice responded quick and gave updates on the status of the driver. Jared was very knowledgeable and very respectful. Highly recommend.

I woke very early Saturday to find both my AC units had failed.  Called Johnny at 4:30 AM expecting to get an answering machine but Johnny answered and said he would be there (a 45 minute drive from his location) by 9 AM.  He showed up an hour early and fixed both units quickly. Asked if he would mind checking my 3rd unit and he agreed.  Found that was going bad and fixed as well with no extra charge.  Gave me instructions on replacing some parts on my older units that could fail soon so as to not have another emergency this summer.

My AC went out at midnight on Tuesday. Wednesday morning I got a referral from a friend who advised me to call Hays. They were called at 9 a.m. in the morning and at 4 p.m. that same day, a tech arrived. The tech name is Karl he was very courteous, prompt, informative and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them. Several other companies were called and they stated they could not arrive until Friday mid-morning. Thank you to the management at Hays for running an efficient company.

If there were more stars to give this company would have each one! From the star of contacting them till the end of the service, Arizona Air Experts were excellent! The lady who helped me get an appointment the same day was sweet and has great customer service and great communication, she called every step of the way. Darrin was our technician and he was AWESOME. Very honest, friendly and helpful. He showed us every step of the way of what he was doing and how to help the performance of our AC unit. He was also very patient with us as we had to go through our home warranty for authorization for our reimbursement process. Great company and I will most definitely be using them for our maintenance on our AC and any plumbing service! Thank you so much, your company made our day!

My wife and I finally decided to kick on the heater and when we did it just kicked out cold air. I requested a few appointments first thing the following morning and cool zone responded first, the next call from another company was hours later. They had a tech here in my home within hours to see what the issue was. After the inspection was complete we were given the unfortunate news that the compressor had given out on us. Our tech verified the unit was under warranty still, gave us a quote on what we would have to pay and got us setup for the next day. To have a job be complete from diagnosis to complete in less than a day made us very happy. From quick response and job well done to having a warm house our experience couldn't have been better. I contacted Arctic Fox per a recommendation from someone who had excellent feedback about the experience with the company, so naturally - I already felt a little bit more comfortable reaching out. I called about midday and nobody answered the call but we left a message for a call back, and we received a call back within 10 minutes. It was a Saturday and we scheduled for a Monday service call on the two units we have for the house. The upstairs unit was sporadically working and wasn't providing cold air so we wanted them to also take a look at that.

The person that came out at 9am was cordial, clear, and expansive in the sharing he provided about what he was doing, what he was looking for, and what we were hoping for. It was a bunch of gibberish to me because hvac isn't my jam but it was helpful information to have later so I could explain to my cousin who does know HVAC. By around noon he was able to determine what the issue was, tell us what part/s were needed and given us a quote for the service. He was going to be able to fix it before the end of the day and something excellent to note is that our old unit (original from '98) still had parts! (Something 2 other companies that had come out wanting us to purchase brand new units had boasted and made us fear!) That in itself made us trust that he was actually trying to help us and not just sell us a new AC unit in the middle of an AZ summer!

He left and came back with parts, a partner to help, and was finished right about 4pm or so. The price seemed fair for the service, parts, labor and overall the experience we had was positive so I was thrilled that by the end of the day, our old original unit (both of them for that matter) felt like they'd gotten a refresh and were back up and running again! Also, the warranty for service covered a year for the parts and 2 years for the service.

Overall a super positive experience and thrilled we didn't have to buy a new unit, that we fixed the issue, and that we feel covered for the next year! Thank you to Arctic Fox for the excellent service.

They found what was wrong with my A/C and fixed it. The price didn't seem outrageous or anything compared to how much time and effort was put into the repair. I would recommend and hope to see them again if I have any future A/C issues.

My heroes! My aging AC unit was not keeping the house cool...never reaching below 82 degrees. When I called the Better Business Bureau's A+ rated Dukes of Air, Christy answered with a caring voice and got me on the schedule the same day. When Anthony came out he was honest, truly cared about my situation and performed the repair in an efficient and professional manner. He didn't try to sell me a new unit and instead got the old unit working again. He made some recommendations and was on his way. I couldn't be happier with my experience and I will definitely return to Dukes of Air when it's time to replace the unit, or for any other AC needs. Great company! Highly recommend them.

I called Biltmore Mechanical when my usual local AC company (Alan's Air) was swamped with breakdowns. I only needed a tune-up before the summer months so they couldnt get to me right away, understandable. I called several other highly rated companies I found on Yelp and all of them said the same thing. When I called David he said he could be there that same day, after hours. I told him later in the week would be fine and he was here as expected. He confirmed the appointment, service, and cost the same day we made the appointment. The day of he texted and called me to let me know we were on schedule. The service itself took less than an hour and he described in detail what he did, and answered all my questions. My unit is only a year or two old so I'm pretty picky about who I call to work on it, I would definitely call David again. Great customer communication and service.

Bumblebee was referred to us so we asked them and two others to come to our house so they could give us a quote for either repairing or installing a new A/C unit. They were not the low bidder but their quote was more detailed and in the long run I feel we actually saved money for the work performed.
They went above and beyond what was required of them. We're definitely happy customers and will use them for any future needs.

we contacted Alan's air after having another company come out who quoted us 5 times to fix our AC unit.  The other company even suggested we replace our AC unit at $8k since they mentioned the repair costs would be over third of the cost for new unit.

Alan was able to just replace the capacitor in under 30 min and costs me 5 less than what AC by J quoted in shorter amount of time.

He came after business hours, he fixed one; came back the next morning at 7am to fix the other...way before business hours!! He worked with our time and did not turn us down just because we couldn't be home during normal business hours.

I really like this company!I was out of town and my moms ac just stopped working. The guy came out to the house and really helped my mom.He Fixed our issue real fast and even followed up the next day to see if everything was ok. He even applied a coupon for $50.00 off our repair! Really nice man. They are professional kind, honest and  seem to really care about people. I won't ever call another company. Thanks DCM your tops!

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

We paid a great deal of money to have our pavers sealed by this company 1 1/2 years ago. Six months later they looked terrible, We have called for 1 1/2 years and they have never returned the call. Stay away from this business. It is a scam. They have now changed their name to CMS Stone Restoration..
