I had forgotten to schedule my fall maintenance. Larson A/C was polite but persistent in reminding me to schedule and when I finally responded they were able to send someone out right away. The technician (Sam N.) informed of what he was going to do before proceeding and checked with me more than once to see if he could answer any question. Excellent service.

I am a realtor and have use this company not only for myself but have clients who have used them as well.  The nice thing is you can buy your tank and install it yourself or have handyman do it as well.  Hot water tanks are a common problem in the valley because of our hard water here they tend to need to be replaced every 8 to 10 years.  BEST PRICES I HAVE SEEN!

Wow! These guys are the best. AC went out Sunday morning before Labor Day 2016. After calling 3 companies who would get back to me or couldn't come for 2 days. Johnny answered the phone and came an hour later. Charged under $200 to replace a part. You can't get better than that! Super nice guys! Thank you!!!!!!

We spent a ton of money getting a completely new A/C/Heating System.  To thank us, they make us wait nearly 6 weeks for a Fall heating check up.  A company should never make good customers wait that long.  It tells me that they don't have enough workers to accommodate customer needs.  The gal on the other end wasn't too friendly and seemed like she couldn't care less.  Typical company - once they have your money, they don't care about you anymore.  We are very disappointed in them.

Cannot give this local company enough compliments for its gold standards in customer service! They will go above and beyond for the customer. I have a rental property which needed an AC replacement, and needed prompt and reliable service. The tenant was not the most hospitable, but Randy, one of the co-owners of the company, was extremely professional in inspecting the property and getting back to me with his recommendations. Their pricing is extremely fair, but the communication and trustworthiness with their customers is what will always bring back repeat clients! So many businesses could learn from them! The team at Cool Zone performed an AC inspection before I bought my new home. They identified a duct issue that would have cost me $4000; I was able to recoup it from the seller. Because of the inspection they performed, I had Cool Zone redo all of my duct work in the house. Dave was great and incredibly communicative. The work took a bit longer than planned, but it turned out great, the team took time to answer my questions, and they listened to my asks to move ducts around so I could raise ceilings. I'll likely need a new AC unit soon and I plan to go back to Cool Zone because of their quality work and professionalism. I definitely recommend them to others!

Called Dukes of Air for a quote on AC system and they got back to me very quickly and came out that day! Dustin was very thorough and polite, it's wonderful to see Customer Service is still a priority to some companies!

We had them perform an energy audit and our house feels amazing.  The employees were always professional and courteous.  The work was completed very quickly and they explained every part of the process in a way that I could understand.  Besides their amazing work, another benefit of using their services was that they complete the paperwork needed to get the SRP rebate : )

Fantastic company. Fadel, the tech was informative and super helpful. My AC went out at 2pm. Got a hold of Desert Comfort Mechanical and had an appointment for 6AM the next day. Fadel called at 7pm and said he was running ahead of schedule and could fit me in same day. He was here in about 11min, had the problem diagnosed and fixed very quickly. He explained everything that he did and double checked the compressor, fans, voltage, everything. Great company, reasonable pricing and great service!!!! If you are looking for a great HVAC company, call them.

This place has employees who steal from you. I trusted them with my belongings and their crooked staff robbed me blind. Dont let these people in your house.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

We hired this company to clean our grout throughout our entire house; it took him about an hour to do the work.  When he was finished he told us that it would take several days for the grout to completely dry.  After a week days we noticed that the grout was a different color in many different areas.....it looked like it had not been cleaned.  After trying to reach Craig for almost a week he finally said that he would come to reclean those areas.  He set a time from between 3pm and 4pm.....by 4:45pm he had not shown up or called....he just blew us off.  We called our credit card company and will be charging the amount back to him. Do not use this company!!
