I can always depend on Larson Air Conditioning.  They replaced both of our old heat pumps and have kept the two replacements in perfect running condition.

Waking up to a blown water heater is a absolute nightmare! Checking yelp for a reputable company to do a quick and reasonable installation of a new one and struck absolute Gold!
American Home Water and air gave me a more than reasonable quote out the door right there on the phone......No add ons no gimmicky sales pitches just good old fashioned honest prices.
Fidel and Junior came in and did a professional job and were courteous to a fault.

To start I was immediately seen as soon as they were available took less than an hour to get to my house and start investigating my issues! Then not only did they find out what was wrong but then fixed it properly quickly and affordably which is saying a lot these days! After the work was complete had no problem walking me up into my attic and explaining everything they replaced fixed and or repaired. Great communication and quality of work done!! Tim and Brandon were awesome dudes and made my shitty problem go away!

Phoenix, Arizona, middle of August 2021 with 115+ temps our HVAC went out while we were on vacation. Our son was house sitting and tending to our pets when I got a notification on my Ecobee (little plug love my smart thermostat) that it went out. Once I called my son and got confirmation, it was already after 5pm. Even tho it was late I was able to reach someone and get them out there first thing the next morning. They were able to make the repair that same morning and for a completely reasonable cost. Being away from home myself, I thought it would be a more problematic situation but they were courteous, professional and understanding to our situation. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will use them again. I felt their professionalism and customer service even after getting everything fixed, and it felt great to deal with a company that doesn't just offer it to payment, but beyond.

These guys are awesome, Johnny and his partner were extremely helpful, honest and straight to the point. You can tell they generally care.

Capacitor went out when we got back from being out of town. Set up an appt for the next day, which I was surprised at getting one that fast.
Replaced the capacitor in around a half hr and the house is finally cool again. I highly recommend Cool Zone Air.

During the heat wave of the week of July 23, 2018 my heat pump would shut off at the hottest part of the day and then return to normal operation about two hours later. I called Arctic Fox and let Misty (the owner's wife)  know what was going on with my unit. I told her it was not an emergency, as the unit was running when I called. We scheduled Friday of that week for Heath (the owner) to come out and look at the heat pump. Misty stated if it got any worse to call and they would fit us in.

I called back on Thursday morning, as my wife was concerned about our dogs and cat. Heath arrived at our house and did some troubleshooting on the unit. He could find nothing wrong with the unit. After providing him with the symptoms that occurred each afternoon he determined it may be the motor for the fan that cools the coils. It has a thermostat that shuts down the motor at 200 degrees. It did not occur when he was there (naturally). He stated he would return the next day with a new motor. Friday he removed the old motor and lo and behold, the motor was leaking oil near the shaft. The motor was heating to shut down temperatures the previous days. Heath worked fast and diligently to replace the motor as the heat pump was shut down during this task.

When it was all said and done, the motor was under warranty and there was no charge for it. Heath said there was also no labor charge. I disagreed with the free labor, as he came out two days and I know the manufacturer was not going to reimburse him for his time.  I asked him what his labor rate was for the two days he was at my home. He provided me with the cost (I think he may have low balled it) and I gladly paid.

I cannot say enough of the integrity, customer service and genuine care this husband and wife company displays every time I use their services. The big name companies cannot even come close to Arctic Fox's business ethic.

We truly coulombs happier with the service Gladiate provided. Our AC completely went out mid July, and after calling Gladiate in the morning, we had a quote on a new AC by earlier afternoon. Installation was prompt and the price was affordable. I have already recommended Gladiate to a couple people, and always will.

I had them install a new hvac system.  Couldn't be happier.  Manny, Luis,Feddy,Beto did an amazing job.  So professional, polite,friendly, and neat!!! Christy in the front office filled out all my needed paper work for my warrenty.  They go the extra step.  Manny set up my new digital thermostat and help me put it online and my phone. He saved me 30 min of time and anguish.  Highly recommend this company!! The owner stopped by to make sure I was satisfied and everything was done properly.

I have used David a couple of occasions. David is reliable, knowledgeable, and very responsive. My most recent air conditioning issue, I called David and told him the issue I was having. David was so nice and told me that it was an easy fix and actually walked me through how to do it on my own. My lack of knowledge, I took up 30 minutes of David's time on the phone and he was very patient with me. It is hard to find good knowledgeable people with integrity and David definitely has it. I would highly recommend David.

I contacted them after their business hours because my AC stopped working. They reached out via text and offered some temporary solutions to get through the night and came over the check the system first thing the next morning. I ended up replacing the entire system with them, too--they were transparent throughout the system and very efficient, and even fixed a problem with the dryer duct they happened to discover in the attic. I had some very basic questions I had to ask, and everyone I have interacted with were patient and helpful.

Michael is as good as the rave reviews he gets on this site. He was friendly, quick and honest. I would certainly use this company again.

I was referred to Alan by Johnny's Air, another local guy who does repair and had great reviews. We recently bought a new condo and was told by two repair companies that the entire unit (wasnt blowing warm air) needed to be completely replaced for over $7000, or they could repair it for several thousand.

Alan came out to check it out, and was super impressed by the rare and unique system. He said that although he had only seen a few of them like this, he thought he could fix it.

Sure enough, he could and the price tag was substantially less than any other quotes - which were just lazy in my opinion!

We are now a customer for good. Thanks Alan!

After having scheduled a service appointment for a number of days, a representative contacted me by text and phone and wanted to reschedule the service appointment because of an unexpected heat wave and extreme demand. This is a total lack of respect for commitment to customers. In the end I had to cancel my appointment with this company.

I was so happy with the work performed by Fidel. A real life saver and true professional. Thank you so much for taking great care of us in our time of need. We are cozy and comfortable thanks to you.

Silver City was recommended to me by USAA, one of the top insurance companies, for roof repair/replacement. I knew they would be reliable, but was extremely pleased with the excellent customer service from Brenda, the great job oversight and coordination by Dave and the competency and cleanliness of the construction crew. They even delayed the crew for one day to allow me to re-insulate, providing me help and tips on that at no charge.  They found several areas of damage I had not seen, went back to USAA for me and got them paid for and repairs.  I will never use anyone else for this type work.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

I had the folks from CMS come out to clean my travertine floor. What a great job. I never knew how beautiful my tile could look. They were fast and efficient  and very polite. I am having them come back to seal my pavers next week. Very reasonable prices.
