After 20 years, even though it was time, buying a new A/C unit stinks! Larson Air Conditioning, LLC. helped make the experience as pleasant as it could be. I've done my homework when our A/C went out, so now you don't have to! Starting with their prices, product knowledge and efficient and meticulous technicians to their unbeatable top notch level of service. They had constant communication and follow up through the entire process. Their Yelp perfect 5 star rating is well deserved. If you need A/C repair, I obviously highly recommend them. Bart was AWESOME!

Wednesday evening I discovered that my 15 year old water heater had been leaking for some time, flooding part of the garage floor.  I opted to purchase a new one and selected American Home Water & Air because of the great reviews, the quick email response from Tom, and the upfront and reasonable pricing.  They worked me in the next morning and had it replaced quickly.  The two technicians, Higinio and Mario, were professional, knowledgeable, and very nice.  They installed the water heater, turned everything back on, cleaned up all around the mess the leak had made. I feel like they thought of everything!  I am extremely satisfied and will use this company in the future.

Nice to know there are people out there in the business world with the ethics of Mike. Very much appreciated his honesty...as well as his overall knowledge in terms of his work. HIGHLY recommend to anyone who has the I'm leery about hiring contractors...this guy is as good as they come.

After searching yelp I found Boldt.... I called Philip about a noise I kept hearing that recently started. He came the next day and was prompt, knowledgeable, clean, friendly and professional! After a quick diagnosis, It ended up being woodpeckers haha! But he didn't want to charge me just to go on the roof but I wanted to make sure it wasn't anything else. I just had Parker & Sons come in late February-early March as a Costco promotion! Upon inspection (which he spent 30 min) he came down with pics and information which was obvious Parker & Sons didn't do much! Come to find out the elbow for the duct work isn't a proper fit and Philip explained the problem! He never tried to UP sell me and I appreciate his honesty! If you are looking for AC repair... Boldt is the only call you need to make!

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Amazing and quick service! I have a rental property in Tempe and my tenants called me letting me know when they got home from work the AC wasn't working. Summer in AZ is no joke so I tried to find someone to hopefully come out in the next 24 hours, then found Johnny. I called Johnny at 6:15pm and he was out to the property and fixed the issue all by 8:15pm! Super quick, super affordable, and a really nice guy! Can't say enough good things about him! You won't be disappointed.

Called them up first thing in the morning and had my ac back up and running just after lunch.

A few hours after my call, Al was at my door.  Professional and ready, he set out to work immediately.

Basically spend the whole time fixing the last guys mistakes. He showed me all the damage he found and his fixes for them.

Ok, I just purchased a home, shortly after my AC united pooped out. I had called 3 other people and then called Arizona Air Experts. I spoke to Misty in the office she was super warm and professional she scheduled my appointment for Caleb to come out. As soon as I spoke to him I knew they were the company I wanted to replace my old unit. Misty would always keep me posted on when and what was going on. She is on it and lets you know whats going on before you have time to even realize. When I met Caleb the owner, I knew he was confident and knowledgeable and just knew what was up. I hired him to replace my unit. Him and his crew were great. Even his crew was warm and professional I loved them. After they got the job done, Caleb explained things to me about my new unit and told me if I had any questions or concerns to call them. I know for a fact I picked the right people to do this job and to do business with. How often can you say that? So, if you want a company with integrity and professionalism that is unparalleled, look no further, these are the people. I am telling my neighbors about them and anyone else asking or looking for AC/Heating company. They are a phenomenal company!!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I woke up to a hot house with my ac unit switching on and off. I found this company on yelp, received a quote, called and within 30 minutes a tech was out to diagnose and repair. Amazing and speedy service. They turned a helpless situation into a positive experience. Definitely will be using in the future and referring everyone I know to them.

We own rental properties in Surprise and have had a need for a/c repair services on multiple occasions. Heath, Misti and their team are so incredibly responsive, day and night. They truly care about their customers, are extremely knowledgeable, and 100% trustworthy. It is always awesome to find a great small company with terrific people and fabulous service. Responded quickly and arrived to do seasonal A/C and gas furnace checks in matter of days. Technician observed mask and social distancing in addition to shoe covers. He was friendly and polite. I will continue to contact them for any furnace and A/C needs.

I'm very glad we decided to go with Dukes of Air for our AC repair. Tom came out right away on a Saturday morning! He was very knowledgeable and knew right away what was wrong. We will definitely call them again in the future.

I called Biltmore mechanical to repair my AC unit that was not cooling, he came that same day in the late evening to diagnose my unit. He found a bad indoor motor and was able to replace it the next day. He was very professional and reasonable, I was very pleased with his response and pricing

I really had a good experience with these guys. We installed two AC units, a 5 ton and a 2 ton plus 2 new furnaces. First of all they did a good job, everything neat and clean and made sure everything was working right when they left. The company employees were wonderful to deal with. Equally important to me was that they were really knowledgeable. I am integrating the new HVAC system with a new solar system. There are a number of engineering considerations when you do that. Their knowledge of HVAC systems was really a help, and what they didn't know, they found out for me. Nicole sold us the equipment and Craig led the installation crew. Both great.

Found with the help of Yelp contractors. After he reached out to me promptly, we scheduled an appointment same-day for an AC that wouldn't turn on. He was able to arrive a bit early, which was great. He was friendly and went right to work. AC was on in the matter of minutes! When he came back inside he told me what was wrong and what he fixed. He even inspected the system to check overall condition and found out fan speed set too slow. For years we've lived with our AC not blowing hard enough for this simple reason. It's already cooler than normal in our house!  He accepts credit cards and emails receipts. Will hopefully not have to call him again for some time but I know who to call if I need someone!

Horrible customer service.  They did come out the next morning when I called them on Wednesday evening, so their one star was earned for that.  Alan came out with another technician (who left a cigarette butt in my yard right next to my a/c).  He said we needed a new circuit board as ours was fried and he'd call me within a couple days when he receives the board.  He did not give me an estimate at this point, my mistake for not asking for one.  He was at my house for about an hour.  He rigged my air conditioner to run constantly and my husband or me had to go out to the unit and pull the breaker in order to shut it off, making us human thermostats.  Thinking this was only for a day or 2, I was thankful to have a/c at all.  I did not hear from him Fri, Sat or Sun.  I called on Monday to ask about it and did not receive a call back from anyone.  I called again a few hours later on Monday and did not get a call back again, Marcel informed me that they were busy with it being super hot and all and please be patient.  I wait Tuesday, no call.  I call them again on Wednesday and tell Marcel that nobody has still called me back.  Alan finally calls me back saying he just got the board in and wasn't going to pay the $65 to overnight it so he had them regular mail it.  He never communicated this to me until almost a week later, once the board had already come in.  He apologized for not calling me and said someone in the office should have called me, then he assured (he used the word assure) me that they'd be out the following the day to come replace the board.  I arranged to be home on Thursday.  Thursday around noon I still had not heard from them so I called the office and spoke with Marcel, he was very nice, called Alan for me and said that someone could be out there on Friday.  I was livid, I had already arranged to be home on Thursday and could not arrange to be so again on Friday as I had a meeting.  After trying to demand that someone come out Thursday like I was assured they would, I agreed to let them come out on Saturday morning (9 days after they originally came out).  Bill texts me on Saturday morning and tells me it would be $532, and had I gotten an estimate.  I told him no, I was livid once again.  I'm not sure why Alan would not have mentioned the price if it was going to be so outrageous.  Alan called me because I was so upset and said that the best he could do would be to take $50 off of the labor of the bill, but since he had no control over the price of the board, that is all he could do.  Again though, I did not ask for an estimate, so I agreed to this.  Bill shows up to look at the unit and replace the board and tells us that it doesn't even need a new board.  He saw that only one connection was fried and it had other connections that he could use.  He hooked it up, it worked.  Finally.  The board was no longer needed, so they took the price of the board off of the bill and charged me $340.  I texted Alan myself after this to make sure he let Bill know to take the $50 off of the bill, like we had discussed.  He told me that since we were paying so much less than the $532, that was no longer an option.  I texted him back that I was under the impression the $50 would come off of the labor as he had no control over the part price, and he just flat out never responded to me.  Bill spent maybe 30 minutes at my house.  That is 1.5 total they spent at my house, my bill was charged for more than that.  I will never use Alan's air again, and frankly, I am relieved to be done with them.  I then get a bill from them in my email today, 18 days later for $480.  I call the office, livid once again, and Marcel figured out for me that it was an error that Alan made and that I can disregard the bill.  Horrible communication from this company, mainly from Alan himself.  Marcel and Bill were excellent at communicating and very helpful.  I did not find Alan helpful in the slightest and he even told us a new board was needed when one wasn't.  I think Alan needs to retire.

My family and I moved into a 1950's home in N.Central Phx 2 years ago. We knew the home had issues--10 tons of AC for 3500 sq ft of living space in all the wrong areas.  Old Hard Duct mixed in with flex ducts that had very little air flow in parts of the home.  Insulation that was spotty and not complete.   I started the process of finding a solution to our comfort issues in our home.  The journey was not easy.  In February this year, I started with the reputable HVAC companies in my area.  I had 2 smaller HVAC contractors and Howard Air, Day and Night Air, Hobaica (was the worst), and Larson Air(good).  Alex was the ONLY contractor who provided a complete solution to the many problems.  The other companies either provided a partial solution or did not even follow-up because the scope of the work was too much for their busy schedule.  Alex was the only one who crawled up into my attic space on a 105 degree day and provided solutions to insulate areas of my attic and roof that others did not even suggest or recommend.  He did his J-Load Calculations and recommended 7 tons of ac for my home, along with proper size ducts and insulation.  At first I was worried that the tonnage was undersized because other contractors had recommended that I maintain 10 tons of ac.  The team at Ideal Energy along with the project managers were all professional.  They made sure to place protective plastic and blankets over the work area every day and they vacuumed and cleaned up at the end of the day.  The entire project took 6 days.  The whole team was very professional.  They showed up on time. They were very receptive to any questions I had.  And they did all of this on the hottest week of June when the temperatures were over 110 degrees.   My family are I are now 1 month into our newly updated home by Ideal Energy, and the improvement is amazing.  The overall cost was on par if not better than the few partial quotes I received.  The flexible payment plan along with the APS rebates made the total cost much easier to manage.  My experience with Alex and his team was flawless, and it's nice to see that my monthly APS bill is going to be $200 less than last year.  Thanks so much!

The A/C started blowing hot air late Friday night during the hottest Labor Day weekend in history.  On Saturday morning, I started calling around to 24/7 A/C service companies and no one was available until Monday or Tuesday.  I searched Yelp and found Desert Comfort Mechanical.  Fadel was able to come out and find the problem right away.  I highly recommend Desert Comfort Mechanical.

It starts on the top and comes all the way down. Will never have this company in my house please stay away!

Jim Cox, was a project manager assign to my job.
1. He was late on the first day and was drunk or had a long night.
2. 3 weeks passed and called up and said My cabinet guy has been trying to call you and left voice mails. Not true! checked for his number and nothing comes up!!
3. Cabinet guy comes the following week. Removes the temp sink and asked me? has Jim, setup a plumber to install my sink and plumbing lines. So he calls  Jim, to check and nothing was setup and he was going to call him back. 6hrs later the cabinet guy once more calls to check on the plumber and nothing.
4. I called Jim Cox, to check on the status of the plumber and starts yelling at me. No plumber will be here today, tomorrow etc! Keep in mind he had over a week to plan this out. So we start going at it! and this child hangs up the phone.
5. Called the SCR office and John, manager never called me back to talk about his child acting like a teen.
6. Stay away from this nasty company!!

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

Don't use them (him) Craig comes off very profession at 1st but once he runs and cashes your check you will never get him to respond back or call you back. Also changed his name to CMS restoration because his rating was so bad. He's a shiester. Don't trust him. When it drys is when you can tell it's a very poor job and he's already ran to the bank.
