The while process was very professional and friendly.  No pressure either. We asked for a quote for routine maintenance on two ac units and our hvac.  They got back to me very quickly and so we scheduled for that week. For the day that the appt was for I did have a prior commitment to get to so I messaged them that day to find out when they will be here so it did not interfere with my other commitment. Anyways, they were willing to reschedule but we kept the appointment. Tim and Brandon came and were very friendly, respectful, and professional. They even pointed out a tip to keep the ac units clean. When we settled the bill, they mentioned the maintenance plan which I declined but there was no pressure from them.  We were very happy and will continue to use them going forward

I will be honest- I did not expect to have a good experience with an air conditioning repair place.  But, after I replaced my thermostat (correctly, I might add!), I needed to make the call as our older heat pump unit was not fully compatible with my new thermostat. I am so glad I called Boldt. As soon as I got a text message that someone would call me right back, I knew we were in a new era of utility repair. I was given a short window which was only a few hours after I called, and the tech arrived right on time. He was extremely respectful of social distancing, which I'd also requested, and he even offered to have me try part of the indoor portion of the work before he came inside. He even wore little disposable socks over his shoes. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem, and he gave me some additional tips for general maintenance of our system. The price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Boldt!

I came home from work to a baby, dog, and grandma all hot and sweaty. Our AC had gone out. I called Johnny at 5:30 pm and our AC was working by 6:30pm. He came over right away, diagnosed the problem, and replaced a broken part all within the hour. We are all feeling cooler and very relieved. I am so grateful!! I certainly will be calling the next time we have any AC issues in the future. Would certainly recommend them to anyone!!

It's very refreshing to met a honest AC repair company.  I have used other AC companies in the past due to free or extremely cheap AC system inspection the repairman always turn into salesman. Celeb was straightforward and found part that was starting to weaken but did not pressure to replace it.

This is by far the best AC/Heating company in the valley. My fiancé and I have used them to repair our rental condo's AC that was acting up as well as our primary home. They are fast, professional, and high quality for the right price!

Technician was great! He repaired my AC unit swiftly, even went  the extra mile to make a return visit later that evening  when the temperatures  the house was not holding. He ever contacted me the next morning  to assure my AC  system was working perfectly.

This company (Gabriel) was recommended to me from a family member and I couldn't be happier with the service! I called Gabe around 9am he was at my house around 9:30 and my AC was up an running within a half hour. He told me to call him back if anything happened and that he would follow up next week. My AC went out again on Sunday and Gabe came back out on Monday dug deeper into what the problem was and fixed it again. I am very happy with the customer service, prompt response, friendliness, and professionalism! I will definitely be using them again and will recommend to my friends and family. Thank you!!

We recently upgraded our AC units with the team at Dukes, and couldn't be happier!  The new energy efficient XV units are exactly what we were looking for to lower our energy bills, but keep our house cool and comfortable.  We also opted for the 'air scrubbers' and you can immediately smell the fresh difference in the air in our home!

Weekend problem with the AC, very courteous lady answered the phone,
promised to be at my house between 12-4 pm and followed up with a phone call to let me know that they are running a bit late, as they were the other side of the valley.  Problem solved in less than and hour,
I would recommend them to anyone who needs his AC work done!

We decided to give Bumble Bee Air Conditioning a  try based on the reviews.  We had a great experience from beginning to end.  Lisa was very prompt with returning my email to request service on my ac unit, and was able to get someone out the very next day.  

The day of service, I received a a phone call from Nicole, who was very polite and friendly, letting me know when my technician would be arriving; Which was in the timeframe they had advised me.

When my technician Kris arrived, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about my unit.  He answered all my concerns I had regarding my aging unit and never tried to sell me on anything.  

Overall, I am very happy with Bumble Bee and look forward to continuing to work with them!

Mike at this company was called at 8 pm last night after our company, Sonoran Mechanical left me hanging with no air for over 24 hrs. The sonoran guy came and couldn't fix and told us it needed 3 parts and that the company would call in am. Called Cave Creek. Mike picked up call and came in 20 min.  In 20 min it was fixed!!! He had to replace the capacitor that Sonoran had just put in, and a starter which the other guy couldn't be bothered to do. I highly recommend this company and Mike as he is honest, efficient, reliable. He'll be our guy going forward. The other company mever called us and we were club members.

I've had a fantastic experience with these guys. They're extremely responsive, friendly, and efficient. Each time I've had a problem with my A/C, they've responded within an hour (even when contacted in the evening) and been at my house within 18 hours. They haven't tried to nickel and dime me or sell me on an expensive solution I didn't actually need; their focus was solely on helping me fix my A/C problem. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a top of the line AC contractor, look no further. When our old AC unit finally died, we called Ideal Energy to come look at it and see if there was a fix. They sent out their tech quickly and texted and emailed us with a two hour window when to expect their tech to arrive. The text contained a picture of the technician, so we knew who to look for. When the tech was on his way, we got a second text letting us know he was arriving shortly. So nice!! The tech was knowledgeable and tried to repair the issue, but sadly, our VERY OLD unit was beyond help. Ideal helped us pick a new unit, discussing all the pros and cons of staying with a 5-ton unit instead of other options, which might be more energy-efficient. They even added a smart thermostat so our new AC unit would run as efficiently as possible.
The new AC unit is whisper quiet and super efficient! I would recommend Ideal Energy for anyone needing an A++ expert team for their AC or energy efficiency issues.

Fidel came promptly at 9:00 AM. Very respectful, wearing a face mask/gaiter as well as shoe covers. He was fast and efficient, and most importantly fixed our heater. Definitely recommend Desert Comfort!

There are many restoration companies available in the Phoenix area so it is important to know & trust the people that will be in your home.   That is what you get when you call Melanie and work with her team.  Having damage to your home is never fun but dealing with a company like Silver City can at least make it easy.   I do recommend.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

I had Craig power wash and seal my outdoor pavers.  The job turned out well and he gave me a 5 year warranty.  Since the completion of the job, there have been several areas that need to be redone.  Craig refuses to answer my calls or emails! It seems that the warranty is not even worth the paper it is written on!  If I could give a zero star review based on his customer service,  I would!  Don't use this company!!
