Our A/C unit had not been serviced in a few years and since we had other major issues with our home recently we decided to obtain a preventative check-up with the A/C running all day and night in this stifling heat. Called and scheduled a timely appointment during this busy time of year for A/C services in the Phoenix area. Sam N came out to our home and was very pleasant. He thoroughly inspected the A/C units, found  a deteriorating disconnect, provided us with photos and replaced the old wires and box, in addition to a 24-point check and cleaning. Definitely peace of mind that the A/C had a thorough check. The one year service plan we obtained covers a second evaluation in 6 months plus priority emergency service and warranty. Larson is a quality professional company for your A/C/Heater care here in the Phoenix area, as others have attested to here on Yelp. Highly recommended based on this encounter!

For some reason, the breaker kept turning off our air conditioner. We thought maybe something was wrong with the AC so we called American home water out. A super nice guy came out to our house, and did a whole inspection of our AC unit. He found some loose wires, and even though our AC unit is old, he fixed it for us and now our AC has been  great!
Honesty, logic, and problem solving skills are pretty rare these days. (Just saying) If you want a competent person that's not trying to rip you off, call this company! Such friendly customer service from the call to the call out, and great prices. Thank you so much and we will call you if we need anything else.

James came out right away and did an excellent job. Explained what the issue was and that is was a far less complex issue than we anticipated. Pricing was also better than other quotes received.

We purchased our current A/C unit from Boldt 3 years ago and cannot say enough about the integrity of this business.  No hidden costs.  No pressure.  No oversell.  And, any time, we have had a problem, someone has been here within a matter of hours to take care of it.  I called again this morning regarding a small issue.  Phillip was here to take care of it within an hour of the call.  I highly recommend this locally owned and operated business. They don't just SAY they care, they SHOW it!

I called Johnny out to help with my 2 AC units on a new home that were having problems. They arrived within the hour and worked for 2 days to try every possible repair and way to save the units. They had a very reasonable price and I paid in cash. Later the same day it became apparent as they had mentioned that the units may fail due to their age and condition. Of course they did unfortunately. These guys were honest enough to meet me the next day and return back half of my cash which was more than fair with all
Of their time and efforts to save the units. Bottom line they are the most honest and the best in the business. You won't find anyone more reasonably
priced and with the same integrity that Johnny has! I will use them for all of my ac repairs in the future and refer them to all!

The heat at my office wasn't coming on, and my employees and customers were cold!  When I first called Hays, they said they couldn't get out until the next afternoon so I was going to check around to see if I could get someone out sooner.  Hays called back a few minutes later to say a cancellation had opened up a time that same afternoon.  It turns out they still weren't able to make it that afternoon, but Mike was at my office promptly at 7:00 the next morning.  He was police and professional.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and clearly outlined my options.  I was pleased with the service and will definitely call Hays again if I have any heating or air conditioning issues, either at my office or at my home.

When I called this morning at 6am, the man on the phone was very nice. I explained that I have 3 dogs, so I had to be home and safe. He told me to turn off my air conditioner and someone would be out by 9.

At 8:30am, I got a phone call from one of the rudest people I can remember speaking to. He asked if I had called other places. I said, 'No, I didn't know that I was supposed to.' At that point he got so argumentative with me, and every question he asked he got angrier at my responses. I cancelled the service. No way would I recommend that repairman. Based on the initial phone call, other repair people might be great, so I'm giving it a middle rating, in an attempt at fairness.

My wife and I finally decided to kick on the heater and when we did it just kicked out cold air. I requested a few appointments first thing the following morning and cool zone responded first, the next call from another company was hours later. They had a tech here in my home within hours to see what the issue was. After the inspection was complete we were given the unfortunate news that the compressor had given out on us. Our tech verified the unit was under warranty still, gave us a quote on what we would have to pay and got us setup for the next day. To have a job be complete from diagnosis to complete in less than a day made us very happy. From quick response and job well done to having a warm house our experience couldn't have been better. Great service experience with Gabe and Christine of Gladiate AC. After reading all the positive reviews on Yelp I decided to try them out to service the AC units for my duplex in Phoenix. Gabe was extremely helpful in explaining the process and went above and beyond to get the job done. I will use their services again for regular AC maintenance in my duplex. Christine was very efficient in setting up the appointment and explaining the AC maintenance procedures. Thank you Gabe and Christine!

It doesn't get any better than these guys.  24/7 service, wiling to stop by within the hour and problem fixed quickly.  I had a loud noise coming from the air handler in the ceiling.  It tuned out the scroll fan and motor were shot.  John stopped by at 7am, removed the bad parts, picked up new parts from the dealer and had me up and running by 10am.  

Great guy to deal with, fast service, and quality work.  While he was here he even checked out the whole system to be sure it was operating correctly.

The owner David communicated very well showed up in the timeframe expected was super professional and honest. We had our air conditioning serviced and recharged, David went above and beyond and told us we were good until the next service and did not try and sell us something we didn't need.

I will be recommending this company to everyone I know! Whether you need help or not, it's so hard to find honest people these days. Not only was this the first company I called, it was the only company. Sometimes you can hear the sincerity in people's voices. After speaking with Lisa over the phone and talking with Jimmy in person, I just knew that whatever the diagnosis was it would be legitimate. I was told it could be one of two things...the starter or the compressor. Both were on opposite ends of the spectrum as far as cost goes. I feel that with my lack of knowledge with AC units many other companies would have told me I needed a compressor. Luckily, my problem was the least severe of the two and it was fixed in no time. Reasonable price and excellent work! Thanks guys!

Fabulous company.  Chase was the 8th person who came out to replace my air conditioner. Six gave quotes. My maintenance company said I was out of freon and for $3500 he could see if he could find the leak.  Curtis came in checked the air conditioner and within 20 minutes said he found the leak, didn't see any other issues and for $1500 I had air almost immediately.  He is honest and interested in the care of his customer.  He now has a loyal customer.  No wonder Cave Creek Cooling has a 5 star rating.

Alan's Air is an amazing service, these guys follow a great code of ethics every time they go out. They're honest, prompt and all around a great company. They're my go-to guys for all my HCAC needs. :)

Ideal Energy LLC sets the standard for a customer oriented business.  Forget those adds you see on TV Elena, Alex and thier crew are the real deal.  On time, fairly priced, and thorough.  They found things previous installers never even made us aware of.  The work this company performed was neat and clean and they went out of their way to explain every step of the process.  I also appreciate them coming all the way out towards Casa Grande to complete this work.

I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a home energy audit and the followup work to follow.

Late in the evening noon on a Sat., my AC stopped working(temp was 110). A call was placed to a company to remain un-named. After more than 3 hours without a returned phone call. I called Doug who answered immediately.(I later found out that he had been working since 2:30 am) After explaining my situation, he informed me that he would have to call a co-worker to drive, (observing company safety regulations, regarding over stressing of techs) but, assured me that he would be out to fix my AC. In just over an hours time, Doug arrived with Dennis and they had my AC running in about 30 minutes. Despite of their grueling schedule, they were pleasant and professional. Don't hesitate to call DCM in a time of need.

I have used Silver City on a number of projects ranging from a roof replacement to a French door replacement after a break in. Both times the workers were prompt and courteous. Best of all no issues with the claims adjuster.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

Don't use them (him) Craig comes off very profession at 1st but once he runs and cashes your check you will never get him to respond back or call you back. Also changed his name to CMS restoration because his rating was so bad. He's a shiester. Don't trust him. When it drys is when you can tell it's a very poor job and he's already ran to the bank.
