Great experience working with Lawson air-conditioning. My 12 year old AC units were due for replacement and I received an in person quote from Claude who was super helpful. After purchase, my installation was promptly scheduled and efficiently handled by Mike and Curtis who showed up on time and did a great job. I trust the Lawson family network because I've also used the services of the sister company, Lawson plumbing. Both among the best in the Valley and always trustworthy.

Very Friendly and helpful staff!  I was researching how to clean A/C Drain Line and found very useful information on AHWA Website.  I had a few questions and called the listed telephone # not knowing the business was in AZ while I was in FL.  Rather than just telling me to call a FL Co.  AHWA took a concerned interested in my particular issue and took the time and effort to render valuable insight to assist someone thousands of miles away.  The helpful action by AHWA demonstrates a business that valves high customer service.

Great service. Sent in a request on Wednesday evening and Mike responded quickly. We got the details and he told me he would reach out Thursday to schedule. Quick phone call and we were booked for Friday. Mike called before arriving, showed up, and got to work. Quickly diagnosed the washer issue and found a clogged washer filter. Cleaned it out, tested it, showed me where it was for the future, and was out. Very reasonable rates, great service, and overall good experience.

Johnny is amazing. I called ready to accept the payment I'd have to make to get the air conditioner working in this hot summer, and he told me days. Big facts. He said my batteries might be too weak and go get some juicier ones. I figured that was right cuz Amazon isn't a battery company.

I swapped it out with duracells and it still didn't work. I called him back and he told me how to take off the thermostat and replace it myself because he was on the other side of town.

Lo and behold I got it off, saw what was wrong (the battery wasn't touching the terminal), pushed the battery into place, out the thermostat back on and BAM my A/C works.

Although we never met, Johnny consulted me at no cost and I got my thermostat working.

Part 2...Hays Cooling & Heating came out after I booted out the first company I called (search my name for my part 1 review). Mike came out and quickly realized that the ONLY thing that was needed to be changed was the capacitor. THE CAPACITOR, that's it. Oh and he also realized that some wires were fused together (fixed) when the capacitor burned out. I was so impressed with Mike's honesty that I signed up for their maintenance contract for 1yr on the spot. Even Mike said that he joined Hays because they are above board and do not expect the techs to sell but to fix (what a great concept)! Hays, you have a customer for life and with my big mouth, I will be extolling your virtues for many years to come. Thank you for cooling us off!!!

Caleb is simply the best in the business. He was extremely prompt and professional. He gave my full A/C and heating system a look over. His inspection lasted about an hour. He then gave me a full list of things that needed to be done, in order of precedence. He told me honestly what should be addressed and what could wait.

He is extremely cautions to work cleanly. When he brought in a ladder to access the attic, he laid down a rug so his ladder wouldn't touch our floors. When he came in to give us the bill, he took his shoes off.

I would highly recommend Arizona Air Experts to anyone. All said and done, and inspection plus cleaning only costed $90.

Developed a Freon leak on the hottest day of the year called and scheduled same day appt. Got a call that they could actually arrive sooner than scheduled. They arrived, and quickly found and repaired the leak. Dakota (the service tech) was pleasant as well, he actually adjusted my fan blade, tested the capacitors and compressor. I was back up and running in a couple of hours of his arrival! I have peace of mind that the job was done right and that I have an HVAC contractor that I can trust to call for any future problems. Keep up the good work!!!

During the heat wave of the week of July 23, 2018 my heat pump would shut off at the hottest part of the day and then return to normal operation about two hours later. I called Arctic Fox and let Misty (the owner's wife)  know what was going on with my unit. I told her it was not an emergency, as the unit was running when I called. We scheduled Friday of that week for Heath (the owner) to come out and look at the heat pump. Misty stated if it got any worse to call and they would fit us in.

I called back on Thursday morning, as my wife was concerned about our dogs and cat. Heath arrived at our house and did some troubleshooting on the unit. He could find nothing wrong with the unit. After providing him with the symptoms that occurred each afternoon he determined it may be the motor for the fan that cools the coils. It has a thermostat that shuts down the motor at 200 degrees. It did not occur when he was there (naturally). He stated he would return the next day with a new motor. Friday he removed the old motor and lo and behold, the motor was leaking oil near the shaft. The motor was heating to shut down temperatures the previous days. Heath worked fast and diligently to replace the motor as the heat pump was shut down during this task.

When it was all said and done, the motor was under warranty and there was no charge for it. Heath said there was also no labor charge. I disagreed with the free labor, as he came out two days and I know the manufacturer was not going to reimburse him for his time.  I asked him what his labor rate was for the two days he was at my home. He provided me with the cost (I think he may have low balled it) and I gladly paid.

I cannot say enough of the integrity, customer service and genuine care this husband and wife company displays every time I use their services. The big name companies cannot even come close to Arctic Fox's business ethic.

We needed help completing the install of our range hood ventilation. Gabriel came out 2 days after I called and gave us a very fair price for the work. We were more than happy with the service we received.

I decided to give Arizona's Dukes of Air a try due to 4 to 5 average stars reviews. In Arizona when the temperature starts to climb, it is time to get ready to test your A/C unit for the summer.

I am a new customer. I ordered a maintenance check on April 6th on my home A/C unit to be checked on April 13th. The initial interaction was very simple and easy for scheduling.

I received a notice by email and text to confirm my appointment on Sunday, April 12th.

I received call 25 to 30 minutes on Monday, April 13th from the technician for my 7 am to 9 am appointment that they are on the way.

Arizona's Dukes of Air did provide me one of their complete customer care maintenance plan if I decide to sign up. It is hassle free and it was up to the owner. I was not pressured to sign up.

The technician named Kalem showed up on time and ready to work. Also, he was professional.  He described to me on how a capacitor works for a home A/C unit. He showed me I have a 15 year old capacitor and it was very rare it was still working. The voltage was creeping to danger zone. So I decided to change it due to the age of the capacitor.

Finally, Kalem did show me some potential concerns on my A/C unit that needs to be changed in a year which is the thermostat wiring due to sun damage. So far, my experience with Arizona's Duke of Air is a 5 star.

Honest and reliable. David inspected the AC unit on a house that we are buying.  He gave us an honest opinion without trying to upsell other unnecessary services. I highly recommend his services.

The quality of their work cannot be beat. When no other company could figure out what was going on with our A/C, they had it diagnosed and working in 20 minutes. They now have my total business for all A/C and Swamp Cooler problems as well as doing regular maintenance on the system for the future. I highly recommend them.

Mike is the best A/C guy. Yes, he absolutely is a professional and knows everything there is to know about A/C. If you have any problem, he can properly diagnose & fix it. What I like about Mike the most, is that when I call, he knows who I am. He takes time to get to know his clients. It's clear his focus is to have clients for life. CCCC is my go to!

Alan's Air is Awesome!!!  I called Alan's Air on a Sunday morning when my air conditioning stopped working and temps had been in the triple digits for days. Alan answered the phone himself and when I told him the symptoms he first walked me thru what I could do myself to fix the problem, thinking it was one of the fuses to the compressor. I was so impressed and thankful to find a person who would even take the time to tell you what you could easily do yourself to avoid a service call. I did what he said and when that did not work he stopped by within an hour and solved the problem. Alan is a dedicated professional with 35 years of experience and a very kind and honest man who I will recommend over and over!

I want to thank Ideal Energy for their integrity, and professionalism. We have used Ideal for any A/C, vent, duct , heater work that had come up in the last years. In the early spring, my husband had scheduled some work to be done and paid half of the total expected bill. Shortly my husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer, he lived only 90 days.
The team promptly refund our payment, when I decide to proceed with the work, I will absolutely use Ideal.

Fadel came out and serviced/assessed our aging swamp coolers (20+ years) a few months ago.  He was professional and honest.  Got our coolers as functional as possible and advised us on future replacement.  Once the unit threw the belt again, found the motor housing cracked, he said it was time to replace.  Doug was very helpful in ordering & scheduling replacement.  Shawn & Adam were here on time and got started ASAP. Install went smoothly and Fadel came out to double check.  He even communicated with the electrician to ensure that portion of the work was new, correct and up to standard for the new unit. Would recommend Desert Comfort Mechanical to anyone.  Our experience is based on commercial building swamp cooler, but have confidence in their skill & integrity and will certainly call for other issues in the future!!

Silver City Restoration did an excellent job when they worked on my rental condo. Melanie Hunt was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely use them again!

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

Don't use them (him) Craig comes off very profession at 1st but once he runs and cashes your check you will never get him to respond back or call you back. Also changed his name to CMS restoration because his rating was so bad. He's a shiester. Don't trust him. When it drys is when you can tell it's a very poor job and he's already ran to the bank.
