My AC System is an older not so efficient one, I maintain it but know it will not last many more seasons. That's why I'm looking now for a good company  for when I need to replace it. I've had negative experiences in the past with some companies and decided to have a couple companies out here and hired Larson to do a system check. Leo checked the system out advised me of a part that was not so strong, cleaned the coils checked refrigerant and all is good. I knew about the part that was failing so had no problem getting that replaced. All is running like it should, price was reasonable and Leo was professional. Larson is on my list to call when I need a new unit.

We purchased our 1st home at the end of last year. We knew going into the summer we wanted to get both A/C units serviced before we get into the real heat soon. I found AHWA through Google and Yelp reviews and decided to give them a call. I spoke with Tom who was friendly and accommodating and was able to get us in next day. John called morning of to see a time that works best for us. My mother in law was here when tom arrived for service. She said he was on time and very friendly from the start. He cleaned and services both A/C units and was even kind enough to change out our filters upstairs for us! John called me when service was complete to go over everything and we ended up purchasing a package through them for our heater service in the fall. My mother in law can be hard to please and even she can't say enough good things about this company. It's hard to find GREAT customer service these days but AHWA has it figured out! We will def be using them in the future and recommend them to everyone!

Professional. That's the first thing that comes to mind. They have a real person that answers the phone that will help you with an appointment and answer questions. Not a phone tree that you have to leave a message. The technician's are all helpful and courteous. This is the way all companies should be. Very happy I chose them to install my new air conditioner.

I had a great experience with Boldt HVAC.  They gave me a bunch of suggestions to troubleshoot my AC before scheduling a technician to visit.  Once I'd tried everything, I was ready to have someone come take a look.  The technician showed up on time and worked quickly.  He answered all of my questions and had everything he needed to complete the work in his truck.  I was back in cool air in about an hour.  What a relief!

Came quick and was able to fix. Would recommend for repairs. Sadly need a new unit but he at least got it temporarily working.

I must say that I am impressed with the owner of this company.  After my post yesterday, he called me and left me a message to call him.  I was very busy yesterday, however, even if I wasn't, I still would not have called him back because I didn't want anything  (I told him this as well).  I wasn't looking for financial compensation or anything, I was just frustrated with the circumstances and wanted others to know to be careful.   We own three businesses ourselves and understand mistakes happen, however, as per my previous posting, I was not happy with the way everyone but Steve had handled the situation.  Today, July 22, Steve and Chris (the owner) came by my store first thing.  I was shocked, but completely impressed.  The owner wanted to make things right.  He apologized profusely and told me the changes they were going to implement to ensure these issues don't happen in the future and offered a complementary 2 year service plan for the troubles I had.  As mentioned, I was not looking for any compensation, and I told him that it wasn't necessary, but he insisted.  I was very happy to see a business owner take ownership of the mistakes.  He could have just left things as they were, but actually coming to see me in person showed me just how much he cares about his business.  So many people who own businesses loose sight of these things and Chris has not.  Handling staff can be a headache, especially during busy times, however, it's what the company does to resolve issues I believe that sets them apart, and Chris has now set his business apart for me and I will refer many people to their company because of Steve and Chris.  Thank-you again Chris and Steve, I am very impressed with the way you have handled things for me.

This business does not want to communicate via Yelp. It wasn't a good fit I guess? Contacted this business for an HVAC service quote at my remodel. In the screenshot you can see I replied with the requested information and a wide open schedule.

I am late in writing this review. Cool Zone installed a new HVAC unit in August 2019. They gave me a great price and warranty but their service went above and beyond. They deserve 6 stars if I could. They also provided portable coolers while our unit was on order and installed. I was a Realtor for many years and dealt with many contractors, Cool Zone is one of the best from my experience. They did everything they could to make the installation as perfect as possible. Danette responds to calls quickly as does David and the contractors. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them.

We had a packrat take up residence in our 8-year old Mitsubishi ductless mini-split HVAC unit to our bedroom. WTF??? Called the original contractor, their estimate for replacement was astronomical. My wife called her BFF for a referral, and she recommended Arctic Fox. Tim contacted us immediately, offered to replace the system for a reasonable cost, and was there two days later with everything ready to go. Tim and Keith spent literally the entire day installing the new system, including careful sealing of the required new access hole, making sure all wiring and connectors were weather (and rodent) proof, as well as completely repairing the old hole (which was a rough hole that the prior contractor had simply punched through the wall, without any finishing, sealing or weather-proofing). Very happy with the result, I highly recommend them. Bye, George!

We needed routine maintenance on our A/C unit & Gladiate Air offered great communication & service throughout the entire process.  Dave & his team are a pleasure to work with.

Few days back our outdoor unit started making some strange noises and after looking at the Yelp reviews I called this company. John came by and explained me what needed to be done and gave me a quote. From talking to John I felt that his assessment was honest. His price was also good. Today he came by and did the needed job. Again, it was a pleasure dealing with him.

This whole experience with this company has been so different than my last experience (see my earlier Yelp review on a similar company).

David Flores has been servicing my house since 2013 when he was with another company. I thought highly enough of him to track him down and seek out his continued services on our home HVAC needs. He communicates very well, he is courteous and professional. Most importantly he is reliable and knows his stuff and wont upsell you on junk you dont need. I appreciate that he pays special attention to details and takes his time explaining to me what he's doing...I like to watch him working and ask a lot of questions (sorry David it probably annoys you! Haha) I am a contracts manager in my own profession so it's in my nature. David works with me on pricing and rewards loyalty. Appreciate you David. Thank you for your dependable services, fair pricing and honesty.

My AC went out this morning. I called first thing about 7am to get someone out to hopefully take a look. Craig with Bumble Bee AC  was here by 945 am and my AC was blowing cold air within 20 minutes!!! I was extremely happy with Craig's friendly attitude and focus on safety. He was wearing a mask and didn't even need to come inside. On top of all of this, the price was very reasonable and i didn't feel like anyone was trying to charge me for something I didn't need. The feeling of cold air on a hot day is definitely priceless!

Over the 4th of July we decided to change our thermostat and we attempted to replace it ourselves. It didn't go well and we lost our air conditioning.   Finding someone to come out on the 4th of July was difficult and the company we hired charged us $1100 to get it running but didn't have time to  install the new thermostat.  Not wanting to attempt installing the new thermostat again by ourselves, and not being impressed with the company who charged us $1100, we called Cave Creek Cooling Company to install the new thermostat and they were awesome!! He was professional, efficient and honest. He changed the thermostat quickly and inspected the work that was previously done to give us peace of mind. His inspection revealed that the previous company had simply changed a 3 amp fuse for $1100. From now on for us it's CAVE CREEK COOLING COMPANY!!

after i cleaned my air ducts and found that there was mold i called Allan to fix the water leak i had in my a/c he was very nice and fix the problem

We are so incredibly happy with our experience with Ideal. We renovated our 1954 ranch style block home about 1.5 years ago, which included adding all new ducting and new AC unit. Ideal did not do that work, our general contractor did. We noticed when we moved back in that the AC was VERY loud. Well, then we didn't use it from November - April and forgot about the noise. We turned on our AC again for this summer and were blown away by how loud it was. We had to turn on captions on the TV because it was so loud and it was really affecting our quality of life. I couldn't even hear my husband talking if he was 6 ft from me. We decided to call Ideal to come take a look.

They were very quick to send a tech out who pretty quickly diagnosed our issue as a high static pressure problem - essentially, our new AC unit was way too powerful for the one air return vent we had and it was like our AC unit was trying to drink an extra thick milkshake through a straw to get air returned. We then had the audit/sales guy come out who confirmed the problem as well as some additional technical stuff I don't remember. He presented us with 3 solutions at different price points, which I really appreciated. The no interest financing option allowed us to get this project done ASAP.

The work crew arrived right on time and provided us two phone calls on their way - which seems like not a lot to ask for but wow so refreshing! The crew got along great and went right to work. We could hear them problem solving as they figured out how the heck to fix all our issues and install a second air return while navigating a small old 1950s attic with zero crawl space. The guys managed to fix our issues and install a second air return and we literally can barely even tell our AC is on now. We went from jet engine comparable noise to barely any noise. So thankful for this competent company and for how quick and creatively they were able to solve our problem!

Great service and support.  What I needed was just a question answered on a 105 degree day.  They walked me through my challenge and helped avoid an unnecessary technician call.  I will be using them for my air conditioner checks and any service in the future.  They have forever earned my business.

I have used Silver City on a number of projects ranging from a roof replacement to a French door replacement after a break in. Both times the workers were prompt and courteous. Best of all no issues with the claims adjuster.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

Stay away from this company. Paid $1000.00 to have my pavers sealed. 6 months later it looked terrible. Have been calling for 1 1/2 years with no response. This company is a scam.
