Leo was awesome! He got us all set for the summer heat! He fixed our problem efficiently and effectively! You can always tell when a companies employees care about getting the job done right and helping the customer!

We had them come out to do a duct cleaning and one of the techs noticed there was rust in our duct, turns out our coil was rusted through.  We got new a/c systems installed. They were great!

Best company, hands down! Experienced, professional technicians with integrity, and exceptional customer service. So glad I found them!!

As an owner of many condos for years i worked with a large hvac firm . Until one of my units needed a new system and i was told the large firm had installed the wrong air in one of my units !!! Thats when   another owner told me about boldt a family business. Thier great people you can trust and the pricing for new units and repair beat all 3 bids

I am SO thrilled I found this local company. I have absolutely found someone I will be using in the future that is quick, honest, and has good pricing. That being said, these are the reasons I feel that way:

1. I originally contacted them Fourth of July weekend when my ac stopped working. I explained the issue to them and they quickly told me what they thought it was and how I could troubleshoot it myself in order to save money. Their steps works and my ac was running great again. It was a five minute phone call and did not cost me a thing.

2. My heater has not worked in my house for literally ten years. I have called 3 of the large corporate ac companies throughout the last decade  to look at it. Each one of them told me in order for it to be fixed, I needed to get an entirely new unit. My ac is amazing (which in ac is the more important part honestly) and so we just dealt with the no heat. However, this winter we have a newborn and heat is now more important. I remembered this company from my July experience and my gut told me to just give them a call just to see if by chance they could fix it.

I called at 8am Friday and they were on my roof by 10:30am Friday. More importantly my heater was working by 10:38am Friday. I was floored!!

It was the same part that the other companies had told me was broken, but they knew how to quickly fix it and for only $80. I'm still shocked I went a DECADE without a heater when it was a five minute fix and $80 cost. I wish I had found them sooner.

The last way they showed me their honesty is due to something that happened when they were leaving. I paid the bill in cash and being so happy with their services I gave extra cash as aholiday thank you. He must not have heard me say there was a holiday tip and as  he was walking away he counted the cash and turned around to tell me that it was too much. It was cash. He could've not said a single thing. I know with confidence if I ever overpaid by accident in the future they would let me know. I don't believe other companies would do the same. I also don't feel they will ever push me to a new unit for their gain, unlike the THREE other companies that tried to do that.

If you are looking for an honest, fast,  good priced ac company, I cannot recommend them any higher. I truly hope this review helps someone decide to book them, as they deserve any new customers they can get from it.

Had Hayes out after another company told us we needed to replace an entire air-conditioning heat pump system for $11,000.  Hayes fixed what was broken for 1200.  Very knowledgeable and great service.

These guys were awesome!  I originally called another company just to service the a/c and he was a no show so I forgot to call another company and today my air stopped working.  I called Arizona Air Experts and they came out and fixed my air.  They discovered there was a short that caused my thermostat to break.  They fixed the short and replaced my thermostat and didn't charge and arm and a leg.  I will only be using them in the future.

The team at Cool Zone performed an AC inspection before I bought my new home. They identified a duct issue that would have cost me $4000; I was able to recoup it from the seller. Because of the inspection they performed, I had Cool Zone redo all of my duct work in the house. Dave was great and incredibly communicative. The work took a bit longer than planned, but it turned out great, the team took time to answer my questions, and they listened to my asks to move ducts around so I could raise ceilings. I'll likely need a new AC unit soon and I plan to go back to Cool Zone because of their quality work and professionalism. I definitely recommend them to others!

Our HVAC had issues and Steve was quick to find the issue. I highly recommend this company for AC issues.

We needed help completing the install of our range hood ventilation. Gabriel came out 2 days after I called and gave us a very fair price for the work. We were more than happy with the service we received.

I'm happy to continue this company's 5 star review history. Not only were they able to schedule us in the day after I made my call, but they identified the problem and replaced what needed to be replaced at a really good price.  I even asked if I was better off replacing the entire unit. The service tech could easily have said yes and taken my money, but he didn't.  I let Arizona's Dukes of Air know that I would be using them exclusively from now on.

David showed up on time and performed the first annual inspection on my Bryant HVAC system to be sure there aren't any potential problems in the near future. I really appreciate his thoroughness because I am a firm believer in preventative maintenance. David was able to discover a low pressure switch that was inadvertently rubbing against a copper line. David added insulation to the wires to prevent it from shorting, all free of charge as part of my first annual inspection with this company. I highly recommend Biltmore Mechanical Heating & Cooling, especially if you own a Bryant HVAC system!

Thought our 20 year old a/c had died. Other vendors only bid on replacing it. Bumblee came out, said it was the fan motor, replaced it and gave it a through once over and said it was good to go. It's been running like a champ ever since. Great customer service, friendly crew. Fair pricing. Highly recommend them.

Mike @ Cave Creek Cooling is the best.  He was recommended to us by a friend and we couldn't be happier with the service that we have received. He is very honest and knowledgeable! If you have any HVAC needs Mike is your guy!! Don't use anyone else!!

Great experience with Alan's Air.  Called to schedule a routine maintenance on my A/C unit, which is 15+ years old, and Alan came out on time and was very honest and professional.  One of the good guys.  He educated me on various ways I could upkeep and maintain an efficient running A/C.  Pricing was very fair and reasonable.  I will definitely call them again the next time I need service completed.  Thanks Alan.

My experience with Ideal Energy was exceptional.

I would highly recommend any home/condo owner to contact IdealEnergy for a $99 home energy audit and then to follow through with IdealEnergy to conduct repairs.  Here my story:

My home was initially evaluated by a 'certified' contractor for the APS/SRP home energy program and rebates.

The resulting data/report/estimate that was presented to me was confusing, and the proposal for repairs and service was limited in detail and difficult to understand...even though I consider myself an intelligent consumer, especially as it relates to energy conservation and being 'green-aware.'

As I did not have 100% confidence in my initial contractor - I contacted Foundation for Senior Living (the group that oversees the SRP & APS rebate program) and asked for three other 'certified' contractors.

I asked each contractor to review the existing data collected, inspect my home, and submit a bid for repair. Based on the three new bids and again interviewing each contractor, I learned there are big differences between contractors' knowledge of A/C, air handling, insulation and what it takes to repair and maximize efficiency under a roof.

IdealEnergy provided the most thorough assessment of A/C and air-handling efficiency and then identified and explained in simple terms the best way to maximize efficiency and minimize A/C cooling loss.

Their proposal included pictures of MY home (not another person's home/attic) and explained how each repair would contribute toward efficiency- energy wise.

Further - Alex - was easy to reach when I called to ask any question...I ask a lot of questions - I called Alex at least 3 times after getting the IdealEnergy proposal and each time he was patient and answered questions thoroughly.

I even price-checked Alex's estimate with another contractor friend - IdealEnergy's pricing was in range. I asked Alex for a discount as I had a referral in my back pocket....Alex did not waiver - he stated that he gives his best price the first time and that his margin is slim, mostly because he pays his crew a good wage on account of the difficult work they perform. Seriously after 3 minutes in any attic during summer months in Phoenix (crew members spent 2 hours at a time in the attic)- they deserve a just wage.

After all this research and knowing that my home desperately needed efficiency attic/duct work, I chose IdealEnergy.

FYI, my home is 1990s build - part of a larger community of 1,2,3 bedroom units. Back then, the builder installed the SAME split unit (handler/coil) into each unit...of course the builder skimped on the A/C and air handler quality ...the duct work was pretty shoddy too...needless to say - nearly every unit in my development could benefit from IdealEnergy's assessment.

In my case, the most important lesson, was understanding the air handler needs to 'breathe' and, as is often the case in older buildings, the A/C air return is too small or impeded (by small grill), or both. Thus, there is the need to open more return vent space for A/C air return is needed (plus they have the test numbers to prove it).  

If , for example, you neglect increasing the A/C air return - you will find that despite resealing all duct work to keep out 'attic air' it will cause the air handler work harder and will ultimately create additional/more leaks in the duct system - and you're back to an inefficient unit in no time.

Prior to having the work completed - I met each of the crew members who worked on my home...they were attentive to my concerns as they prepared to come into my home.  They clearly stated the work they would perform and why....everything matched up with the proposal.

The work took 2-full days (6 am - 2 pm) and was a bit messy, but the crew did their best to partition off the area where they worked and cleaned up before they left each day.

It has been 2 weeks since about  1/2 of attic insulation was removed, duct & A/C handling repairs were performed, another energy audit showed the duct work is delivering cool air (and not attic air) and new cellulose blown in over the top of duct repairs and ceiling.

During the past week (115, 113, 112 and expected 110+), the weather has really tested the improvements of my A/C system. The temperature in my home is balanced - there are areas that remain cooler than others - but there is not the extreme change in temperature as was the case before IdealEnergy did their work.

Overall - I am very satisfied with IdealEnergy and would highly recommend Alex and his crew to address energy efficiency within your home or business.

Final FYI - I am a social worker - I do not make a lot of $$ - and I rely on others' recommendation for goods and services...and I will be a personal reference for anyone who needs more information about Ideal - simply ask Alex for my contact info.  

The only problem I have with Alex is that he is ASU alum....GO WILDCATS!!

Great service and support.  What I needed was just a question answered on a 105 degree day.  They walked me through my challenge and helped avoid an unnecessary technician call.  I will be using them for my air conditioner checks and any service in the future.  They have forever earned my business.

I recently remodeled my house and was referred to Silver City by an adjuster. Great referral. Everything from the packing of contents, drywall, trim, flooring and paint was beyond expectations! I need to work on the outside and was happy to find out they do roofing in house! I will definitely recommend them to everyone and will be hiring them for more projects!

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

Don't use them (him) Craig comes off very profession at 1st but once he runs and cashes your check you will never get him to respond back or call you back. Also changed his name to CMS restoration because his rating was so bad. He's a shiester. Don't trust him. When it drys is when you can tell it's a very poor job and he's already ran to the bank.
