I have used the services of this company a few times now. They have done repairs and also inspected the HVAC system of a house I was buying.
They respond quickly and when my A/C was broken this summer they sent a tech out right away to fix it.

Little over 8 years old water heater started leaking on March 14th at night. I called American Home Water and Air at 7:45 am to see if they could install brand new water heater by the end of the day. Angel came out as promised (between 2:30-4:30) and installed it within a timely manner. He did an amazing job. Highly recommended and will use this company in future.

Excellent service I can't say enough!  I called 1st Choice Mechanical for a estimate on replacing a compressor.  Michael / owner was our technician and he quickly diagnosed our problem.  After explaining the solution and cost we agreed on repairs. What can I say,he saved my friend $3000. I couldn't be more satisfied.  We have set her up with bi-yearly service agreement. I feel that she is in very experienced hands now.
I take care of 11 restaurants, 19 Ac units.  First choice has my stamp of approval.

Best AC service around town, wish I found them earlier.  Phillip was honest and knowledgeable.  For sure I will be using them for all my AC work and service in the future.

Really nice guys that came out within an hour of our air conditioning going out! Tried troubleshooting on the phone even in order to help us out in advance! Even though it looks like it needs to replace the units which they don't do, they helped steer us in the right direction with ballpark pricing and what to look for. If there were more stars to give this company would have each one! From the star of contacting them till the end of the service, Arizona Air Experts were excellent! The lady who helped me get an appointment the same day was sweet and has great customer service and great communication, she called every step of the way. Darrin was our technician and he was AWESOME. Very honest, friendly and helpful. He showed us every step of the way of what he was doing and how to help the performance of our AC unit. He was also very patient with us as we had to go through our home warranty for authorization for our reimbursement process. Great company and I will most definitely be using them for our maintenance on our AC and any plumbing service! Thank you so much, your company made our day!

This is by far the best AC/Heating company in the valley. My fiancé and I have used them to repair our rental condo's AC that was acting up as well as our primary home. They are fast, professional, and high quality for the right price!

So my thoughts are when the house hits 102 degrees, call Heath at Arctic Fox Heating and Air, (623) 533-5718, because he is seriously the best - and honest - and reasonable - keeps you updated, and does what he says he's going to do. We've had experiences with less than honest technicians from other company's and it's just not worth it.  We just gave him keys to the house for three days, and we stayed in an air conditioned hotel!  We completely trust Heath and his team, and have total respect for what he does.

One of my AC's went out on my short-term rental. Christine and Dave have been a trusted partner, helping implement a short-term solution to keep my guests cool while we wait on parts for my new installation. We have been utilizing Dukes of Air for several years.  They are hands down a company that has integrity.
Our home required either a complete overhaul of the existing outdated 22 year Trane system or the purchase of a new system.
The technician was honest and explained that our existing system could be overhauled and fixed.  He also explained that the freon would be more expensive due to the changes to the law regarding environmental concerns with older units.  

The honesty and integrity that this company abides by is refreshing.  We had another company come in and give us a second opinion with quote.
The other business tried to sell us on only a new system not recommending that we fix the older unit. They told us our freon was the older outdated kind and the laws had changed drastically making our unit obsolete.  

We went with the Dukes of Air because they were honest and willing to overhaul our 22 year old system.

We decided for ourselves that a newer more efficient seer Trane system was what we wanted. They didn't pressure us and were helpful in looking at all options for new system.  
The Trane system we purchased was professionally installed by Dukes of Air last February 2019. The savings we have seen in the past year has been nice on our electric bill.  We previously paid $246.00 a month on the equalizer payment to 196.00 monthly after new unit.

Recently the Nexus thermostat went haywire. We called them in the morning and they were here same day. No cost to us!  

I can't say enough about the quality of work, quality of technicians, outstanding customer service and overall top notch integrity of their company.

I was incredibly impressed with Biltmore Mechanical!  David answered my call immediately and was able to come over the same day.  He diagnosed my problem within about 5 minutes and  discussed with me the deficiencies of my system.  He was able to get my system up and running that very same day and also  got me two new automated thermostats.  He was very reasonably priced.  I was extremely happy with him.  Biltmore Mechanical is now my go to HVAC company.  Highly recommend!!!!

They came to our rescue!

We live in California and have a rental in Tempe. It is difficult to schedule urgent repairs so far away and having someone trustworthy is key.  Our tenant called in the morning stating the a/c wasn't working and needed it fixed ASAP since it was going to be about 116. We had actually called another company that we had used in the past for maintenance on the unit (AccuTemp). They arrived in afternoon and wanted almost $800 to repair the motor.  

My husband quickly got on the internet and found Bumblebee.  Lisa quoted half the price for the same repair!  She moved heaven and earth and got a repairmen out that same day as well as calmed down our agitated tenant.  They were professional, courteous, efficient, and reputable.  It was great to feel like they cared and that you weren't getting ripped off because you were stuck in a jam.  Excellent experience!

Mike at this company was called at 8 pm last night after our company, Sonoran Mechanical left me hanging with no air for over 24 hrs. The sonoran guy came and couldn't fix and told us it needed 3 parts and that the company would call in am. Called Cave Creek. Mike picked up call and came in 20 min.  In 20 min it was fixed!!! He had to replace the capacitor that Sonoran had just put in, and a starter which the other guy couldn't be bothered to do. I highly recommend this company and Mike as he is honest, efficient, reliable. He'll be our guy going forward. The other company mever called us and we were club members.

Alan is the BEST!!  My heater broke down last year and I had CPM Air come out to look at it and after a year of trying to get them to fix my heater which they quoted me at $650 to replace a part and to replace the thermostat that they replaced last year that doesn't even work, I finally decided to get someone else in after several futile attempts to get them to call me back.  I found out in the process of calling around that I have a very unique chiller system that is rarely used anymore and not too many companies will or are able to repair these units. I ran across Alan's Air on Yelp and he was the only company out of the 4 companies I called that would work on my type of system. He came out, took the piece off and took it home with him and repaired the unit, and came back the next day and installed it, instead of telling me to replace it like most companies seem to do these days and also gave me a new programmable thermostat saving me $400!! I am so glad I stumbled across Alan and I will never use anyone else!!

Five Stars and more!  From first phone call to final billing, this experience was exceptional.  Alex and Elena were fantastic during the initial consult and home energy review.  They answered all of my many questions from efficiency to implementation.  Chris and his crew were prompt, professional, and efficient.  They even finished a day earlier than estimated and left my home exactly as they found it!  Ideal Energy has earned a lifetime customer from me for all of my HVAC and energy efficiency needs.  I could not give them a high enough recommendation!

Doug at Desert Comfort answered on New Year's Eve, was able to come quickly AND get our heat on within a couple hours!

Silver City (SC) was recommended by USAA and so I hired them to assess and repair damage from a possible roof leak in my guest house as the paint on my wall had started to ripple.  The estimator from USAA bid the job to remove most of one wall from ceiling to floor board so that we could determine the source of the leak with the understanding that once the inner wall was opened we could determine what would need to be repaired.  The gentleman from silver city was very nice but came and cut out a 6'x4' section of the wall where damage was evident and was about to start replacing it when I asked him where the leak had originated from.  He said he had no idea...that he wasn't there to figure that out.  I informed him that he was and called SC who said they didn't know what I was talking about so then I called USAA and the next thing I knew they called SC and the gentleman cut a huge area out as he was supposed to initially and told me that there was damage to the wood by the ceiling.  I called USAA and let them know and silver city sent an estimator who didn't even get up on a ladder but just looked at the area (ceilings are 14high).  The next thing they set up was that someone came to treat for mold.  I asked if anyone was going to assess the wood and the mold treatment guy told me he didn't do that and wasn't there to figure that out.  I called USAA again and they stopped the job and had a structural engineer come to the house and assess the situation.  Needless to say, there is extensive damage that needs to be repaired and the wood in question was still wet and should never have been treated with anything but rather repaired.  SC was only going to put a bandaid on the issue and cover it up rather than fix it.  USAA withdrew the bid from them, they were paid for removal of sheet rock only and a different contractor was hired.  In addition, they left a window open in the room and left a bunch of construction supplies in my yard.

buyer beware!  If I hadn't been home and followed up on what they were doing I would never have known the amount of damage that was about to be covered up.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

We hired this company to clean our grout throughout our entire house; it took him about an hour to do the work.  When he was finished he told us that it would take several days for the grout to completely dry.  After a week days we noticed that the grout was a different color in many different areas.....it looked like it had not been cleaned.  After trying to reach Craig for almost a week he finally said that he would come to reclean those areas.  He set a time from between 3pm and 4pm.....by 4:45pm he had not shown up or called....he just blew us off.  We called our credit card company and will be charging the amount back to him. Do not use this company!!
