Larson was a great company to work with. I recently got a new HVAC and insulation blown into my attic. They were on time, very professional and  did a great job. I love that they communicate the day before by email and send a text when they are in the way. Mike and the crew of installers were great and left everything nice and clean. They even swept the garage from the insulation dust that was left behind.

Great service, they were on time and very detailed. The service tech took all the extra precautions to be safe and made me feel very comfortable. They unit was serviced and the area was kept clean. First Class operation!

We never had a fridge problem before, so this was our first time figuring out who to contact and eventually trust. The guy came early- within the 4 hour window. He was super nice and there's an $80 fee; however, it'll go towards the service. I'll definitely be using their service next time.

My A/C was leaking and needed maintenance. I called several A/C companies b4 having Boldt come out. A lot of them wanted to charge me a fee to come out and then if I got any needed repairs, I'd get that fee credited towards the repair. However, I liked how Boldt did not conduct their business that way. Their technician Juan came out and took care of the maintenance for a flat $65.00. He cleared the clog and leak, as well as some other issues that he had found. Juan was very professional and thorough with his work.

Guys arrived right on time, which was about 90 minutes after I contacted them. Were very helpful explaining my HVAC system, which I appreciated as a new home owner. They completed the minor repairs (kinked hose) for a very reasonable price. Don't bother looking for another company!

I don't usually leave bad reviews but I was surprised by todays service. I was told over the phone there would be a $79 up front fee which would not be applied to service. That threw me off because most companies will apply it if you decide to use their service but I based my decision off the reviews and agreed anyways. After the tech looked at my unit he mentioned it is most likely a leak and it would be between 200-300 to identify the leak and mentioned that a rough estimate if I decided to fix the leak would be an additional 2,000-3,000! To top it off he said there was an additional $100 diagnostic fee which I was never told there would be a separate fee to diagnose aside from the $79. I guess the $79 just covers the gas to get to your home! Now I'm $179 short and not even certain if the issue was a leak or where the leak is at! Would never use this company again!

We had other companies come out and look at our AC unit because it had stopped working.  We were told by 3 different companies we had a bad unit, and a leak in our system because we were missing about 10 pounds of coolant.  All three companies recommended replacing the AC unit, which would have cost about $8000 to get our AC working again.

Upon a referral from a friend, we called Arizona Air Experts.  Caleb came out and spent almost 2 hours investigating the issue.  We had a value that was creating a blockage, so our system wasn't working correctly.

Caleb came by the next night after 6pm and stayed until he replaced the bad part in our system, and added the coolant that was needed.

He could have tried to up sell us like the 3 other companies with saying we needed 10 pounds of coolant, at $150 a pound.  He could have said we needed a whole new AC unit, which would have cost thousands of dollars, just like the other 3 companies said.

He didn't.  He simply was honest, found the root cause of our issue and fixed it.  The whole job was about 15% of what the 3 other companies wanted to charge.

It was great working with someone who really takes pride in their work, is knowledgable and honest.  I won't call any other AC company again, and will refer anyone and everyone I know to Arizona Air Experts!

I've been a customer since 2012 and have all the confidence in the world with Cool Zone and their team. Honest, professional, and reasonable. I would highly recommend!

Appreciated the fast response when my system went down on a Friday night as guests were about to arrive.  System was restored quickly and the weekend was saved.

My mom's AC/heater was acting up, blowing smoke all up in her home and Dave from Gladiate Air flew in to the rescue!!! Big thanks to Dave's wife for setting up the same day service!!

When Dave arrived and turned the on the heater, the smoke decided not to rear it's dark cloud, but instead, it stopped working. Dave found the problem & fixed the broken wiring in no time and quoted me with a reasonable price! He was very professional and explained everything to me every step of the way. He's an expert in his field and provided excellent service!

Hopefully my mom won't have much more AC/heating issues, but if she does, I trust Dave and Gladiate Air for all of our AC/heating problems! Thank you Dave, you're a life saver!!!

I would say the service is good as far as friendly, being on time, etc. but a recent billing charge has made us tell our own customers to look elsewhere unfortunately.  6 months ago they tuned up our A/C units (two of them), and the tech said everything all set for summer and winter (he helped set the thermostats).  Well a month ago heat was not coming on and we could not figure it out so we called to have them come.  It ended up being the one tech not setting our thermostat for electric, so it took maybe 3 minutes to figure that out, and the tech was great at telling us it was set up wrong.  Well they were going to charge us $67 for the visit after he called the office, but than sold us a 3 year monthly contract, but one week later they said could not do the monthly contract and needed upfront.  So they charged us $18 for first month of contract, and than I called to say just charge us the $67 for the visit, which to be honest it was their other tech that set our thermo to gas, and so 3 minutes was $67.  Person on phone said well it will just be $90 than for the visit, and I said initially it was $67, so why the difference??  Well now they are not only charging us the $67, but not crediting the $18 since there was no monthly 3 month contract option.  So fine, the $67 for 3 minutes was fine with us though still left bad taste, but now it is $67 and the $18 for 3 minutes of work.  We do not like to write bad reviews, but we had to based on the billing fiasco nonsense.  We do understand business is business, but nothing was wrong with anything, just tech put wrong program in for thermostat.

David was awesome! I called at 4:00p in a pinch with family in town and my AC was not cooling the house despite it running all day. David spent 2 hours fully investigating what the issue, beyond the obvious that it had frozen up. He found a small blockage in a part deep inside the unit, and was able to restore the unit's ability to cool the house. It's a 12 year old unit that has been rebuilt improperly and although the unit works, we are ultimately using David / Biltmore Mechanical to replace with an entirely new system. Great guy and great neighbor!

We have been a customer of Bumble Bee AC for about 4 years now and we have been meaning to write them a review!  We can't say enough good things.  We started by Having them install a new central air unit and insulting our attic.  From the consultation, quote, options and installation everything went well.  When the SRP rebate didn't come for the unit, BBAC even sent us that check to make it good.  The level of honesty is so appreciated.  We have been having them do twice a year maintenance to make sure our unit is working it's best as well.  
Today we had them come back to install a mini split unit on our addition and again, they sent enough people to do the job in an efficient manner.  This company is always there when they say as well and they have our confidence.  Hire them!!!

Michael was very responsive from the first call. He called on his way to the appointment to let us know he was on his way. He was prompt, friendly and did a great job on our air conditioner! Would definitely use him again!! Highly recommend!

Update on my review. Even though it's not fixed, they went above and beyond. Alan has come to my place 2 times to attempt to fix it. He has tried different methods, the issue is not with my unit but it is with the HOA settings for my chiller unit. Unfortunately out of my control, however Alan offered so much support and he attempted to flush the system in hopes it works. Thank you so much for trying!!  
Not to mention, he came on Father's Day. I felt so bad because it was not my intentions to make them come on a Sunday but I am overall grateful. Definitely will use them again.

We (sort of randomly) picked Ideal Energy to conduct our SRP $99 home energy audit and Ben came out. He explained everything thoroughly and let us know the problem areas. He followed up promptly with a detailed description of our house and a quote, then again a few weeks later to let us know SRP had increased its rebates. Great customer service and we decided to contract with them to do the repairs they identified in our duct work and insulation. Chris and his crew did it all in one day and we've been super happy with the results so far. Hopefully we'll see energy savings next summer. Highly recommended!

Fidel came promptly at 9:00 AM. Very respectful, wearing a face mask/gaiter as well as shoe covers. He was fast and efficient, and most importantly fixed our heater. Definitely recommend Desert Comfort!

Silver City Restoration did an excellent job when they worked on my rental condo. Melanie Hunt was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely use them again!

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

I had Craig power wash and seal my outdoor pavers.  The job turned out well and he gave me a 5 year warranty.  Since the completion of the job, there have been several areas that need to be redone.  Craig refuses to answer my calls or emails! It seems that the warranty is not even worth the paper it is written on!  If I could give a zero star review based on his customer service,  I would!  Don't use this company!!
