UGH, summer heat and the AC unit blows warm.   Larson scheduled for the next afternoon.   At 9am, I received a call that they could be here in about 30 mins!  After spending a night trying to sleep in front of a fan and not looking forward to a long hot afternoon wait...needless to say, I was very happy! Caleb was friendly and professional and very efficient in fixing the issues.  A most stress free as possible from the office staff to Caleb. I highly recommend this company.  Thank you

Same day water heater replacement.  Knowledgeable staff, Fidel, came out and made short work of removal and installation of 50 gal electric water heater for less than .  Would recommend to anyone.

James came out right away and did an excellent job. Explained what the issue was and that is was a far less complex issue than we anticipated. Pricing was also better than other quotes received.

We needed service fast, they answered my inquiry within 10 minutes and were able to come out within 12 hours (that next morning). Service was reasonably priced and the technician was great! My fiancé said he (the tech) was able to use great analogies to explain what he was doing. I understand why they have all 5 star reviews!! Will be using them in the future if we need them.

My AC went out on Saturday night in the middle of Summer. I called Johnny Sunday morning at 7:30 AM and he was there by 9:00 AM. They fixed my AC at a reasonable cost, gave great advice for caring for the AC and seemed to care more about fixing the AC than making a profit. You will also get a couple of good laughs during your conversation with Johnny. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Just had a new HVAC system installed last week.  Bill, the sales person was nothing but professional.  The installation went very smoothly with both Dan and Jacob on time, detailed and clean.  I will see how the new system works over time, but so far would highly recommend!

5 stars to Cool Zone Air Conditioning and Heating! I attempted to install a new thermostat on Sunday and turned off the power like the directions said but  turned off to the AC, not the air handler and blew a fuse. My boyfriend found them on Yelp, have them a call and had David at my house within an hour and done in an hour, including the install of my new thermostat. David showed me how to program the new thermostat and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for quick service on a Sunday. Great service, Thank You!

Heath is the best. Very reliable, great prices, knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. Love to deal with smaller companies because they actually care as owners. Wouldn't use any other company besides Attic Fox.

Gladiate Air responded quickly and installed my a/c in a timely manner. They were very knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly. I also decided to add the whole health system and we've noticed a difference with our allergies already! Thank you Gladiate Air!

One word - honest.

Good HVAC units are essential in AZ. The unit on my rental property was dated and undersized for the property, but they kept the air blowing cold when components would fail.

I'd always inquire how much longer the unit had and they were consistent based on the manufacturer, the workload the unit was under, and their experience.

When it came time to replace, they provided a competitive bid and a unit that made sense for the property's needs.

I'll continue to hire them for my HVAC needs.

David was great!  Our a/c went out mid-day on a weekend and we didn't know who to call!  We knew it was going to be expensive whoever we called.  David had space and spent over 2 hours on our roof in the heat to make sure we knew what the problem was.  Our worst thoughts had come true but, he priced us out on a new unit, with exactly what we needed.  He also did we he could do to keep our current one working for now, but it is 40 years old.  Highly recommend.

I've been having a problem with one of my AC units. I had a company come out and they claimed the problem was due to a low amount of freon. I paid them to fix it and a month later I was having the same problem.

Last week I called Bumble Bee and they sent Gabriel out. He was very friendly and honest. I asked him for an estimate and breakdown of costs. I called my brother in Utah who is an AC tech and explained the problem and estimate and he let me know that they were right on and the price was fair.

I called Bumble Bee back and they sent out Steven who got the job done. I'm very pleased with the service the provide.

Finally, guys who will fix your AC without replacing the whole thing for thousands of dollars.  I called out this company after trying another company that told me I need a new AC system (and they lied about its condition).  Cave Creek Cooling came out and replaced the fan blower motor and everything works perfectly.  If I listened to the other guys, I'd be replacing my AC every 3 years.  Cave Creek Cooling sells you what you need.  Honest repair people.  Skilled at what they do.  And rates are very competitive.  And yes, they can replace everything too if you really need that.  But they are happy to work with you even if you need a relatively simple repair to get you going.  That's almost rare in Arizona these days.  Would recommend to others.

Of course after running fine for years, my AC decides to die right at the start of June, just as it gets super hot. I found myself in the market for a new repair man. Based on only a few other reviews, I took a chance and called Alan's Air. Well, I'm glad I did. Alan is a genuine, nice person. He explained the problem with my AC unit clearly, and he got it fixed good as new. Reasonable rates. Support your local small businesses; call Alan.

We had this business come out to replace out old poorly installed air conditioner. They did an amazing job. Alex was awesome did a very thorough inspection of my home and gave me the perfect size unit and estimate for the job. If you ever need to have your Air Conditioner replaced I highly recommend this company

DCM was quick to respond, quick to schedule, and quick to get the necessary work done! Their work is warrantied for two years as well. We'll definitely be using their services again in the future!

Damaged my oak cabinets and teplaced oak panels with plywood.  Cut shelves after I told them not to. Treated me with extreme disrespect. They knew I had just lost my husband and they took advantage of the situation. Charged for work they had not done.  I refused to have them in my home to finish the job as they did more damage than good. I had to raise concerns to the insurance adjuster's manager to get honest, reputable people to fix their damages.  I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.  
 As for John's comment about physical abuse, it's totally absurd, but exactly what I would expect from Silver City Restoration.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

We hired this company to clean our grout throughout our entire house; it took him about an hour to do the work.  When he was finished he told us that it would take several days for the grout to completely dry.  After a week days we noticed that the grout was a different color in many different areas.....it looked like it had not been cleaned.  After trying to reach Craig for almost a week he finally said that he would come to reclean those areas.  He set a time from between 3pm and 4pm.....by 4:45pm he had not shown up or called....he just blew us off.  We called our credit card company and will be charging the amount back to him. Do not use this company!!
