Very conscientious, courteous, clean, great personality.  Spent a lot of time on our three units and we felt the technician was very thorough, fair and so reasonably priced.  Will call them anytime we need any HVAC help or when our units need to be replaced.  Highly recommend.

Where do I even start? This company EXCEEDED my expectations and was a pleasure to work with. Not only are they professional, quick responders, honest, hard working, but lastly they are affordable. I got 3 bids from other companies and no one even compared. My air was broken and was 98 degrees in my house. Brad (the most honest gentleman) showed up at my house within an hour and scheduled for a whole new replaced unit the next day. On top of that there were around 5 men doing the install and a 6 hour job took them almost 10 hours because they updated all my duct work in my house for FREE!!! Yes for free. Approximately $1500 worth of duct work they updated no charge. I have never had such a positive experience with a company as I have with this one. I work for a major insurance company and will be referring them to all of my insureds because I know they will be taken care of. I can't honestly thank this company enough and so grateful that there are still honest and affordable companies out there.

Pregnant in July = not the best time for my A/C unit to give me problems. Alas, my thermostat showed the indoor temperature getting warmer as the day progressed, so I turned to Yelp in desperate need to find someone who wouldn't take advantage of a miserable (and overheated) pregnant woman.

I am SO GLAD I stumbled upon Johnny's! They picked up my call immediately and told me they could be there within an hour. They arrived and got to work right away, diagnosing the problem within the first 10 minutes of being there. They gave me honest pricing with two options to fix and had everything working again within 30 minutes!

It is so refreshing (literally and figuratively) to meet honest, friendly technicians. I plan on using Johnny's for all of my heating and cooling needs!

I live in Fl has a rental in Surprise AZ. The property needs an AC replacement. I found great reviews for Az Air expert so I gave them a chance and it was a great experience. Patrick is amazing! First I used the yelp app to reach out and get some basic idea. I feel that cool zone air was pretty quick with their response time. And it was not the cheapest estimate I got but how they handled my business is what got them the 5 stars. On time with their estimated time with the phone call before letting us know they were on their way. Very honest with what needed to be done and not over priced. They asked us about their service program but did not push the issue. I will use them from now on!!

We had a packrat take up residence in our 8-year old Mitsubishi ductless mini-split HVAC unit to our bedroom. WTF??? Called the original contractor, their estimate for replacement was astronomical. My wife called her BFF for a referral, and she recommended Arctic Fox. Tim contacted us immediately, offered to replace the system for a reasonable cost, and was there two days later with everything ready to go. Tim and Keith spent literally the entire day installing the new system, including careful sealing of the required new access hole, making sure all wiring and connectors were weather (and rodent) proof, as well as completely repairing the old hole (which was a rough hole that the prior contractor had simply punched through the wall, without any finishing, sealing or weather-proofing). Very happy with the result, I highly recommend them. Bye, George!

Great experience with Gladiate air conditioning. I had an appointment for a routine maintenance appointment. Gabe was great; very honest, knowledgeable and efficient. He found an issue with my air conditioner that could have given out in the middle of the summer and fixed it on the spot. I have been dealing with service people for quite some time now and this is a very good company, highly recommend!!!!

Our ac stopped working in September and a quick call had a repair underway first thing the next morning. Issue was fixed and we were cool again.  I was so impressed that we signed a maintenance contract.  It's reassuring that they respond so quickly.  I definitely recommend them.

Hello, there should be two reviews but it will only let me do one. David should have 10 Stars from me. A girlfriend of mine's AC went out this summer and she asked me for a recommendation. I had seen David's name on our Nextdoor site in our neighborhood. David was taking care of our neighbors and they were haopy. I called him up in the middle of summer and he was on a job site but he came right after. He got her AC up and running and followed up on with her to continue making improvements. Bet service and best prices no joke and a very nice guy.

Here's my second review, my heating wasn't working on a brand new Trane that I put up on a rental house and the installer was blaming it on a control board. The Trane was only a year-old and we've all heard the commercials Nothing Stops a Trane. I called David up on a holiday he came out and went through the whole unit.He spent 2 hours while his fiancee  had a nice ham waiting for him at the house. Got my unit back up and running and we diagnosed the problem. I saved over $500. Thank you. Give him a call on your next ACR heating issue you will be happy

Good service, honest, friendly and pretty quick. They don't often come within the time frame allotted, so it can be a challenge to schedule if you have a job away from home. Communications can be challenging as well since most of them are done via text message and email.

Michael and Chase were finished within 2 hours. Right to the point and had more equipment than I have ever seen by any HVAC company I have ever seen.

Their price was very very reasonable. If you are in need of AC repair don't look any further.

We highly recommend Alan's Air! Their response time was great...they followed through and showed up when they estimated. Their customer service is on point. We ended up changing our plan at the last minute (and went with an authorized dealer so we could save $ and be under warranty, ) and they were understanding and so kind. They gave us a portable AC unit in the mean time (until our appt) and we will highly recommend them to everyone that asks!

We have had many issues with our AC and just as many issues finding a great company to help us. We decided to find a new company to help. Alex and Ideal Energy, are absolutely the best. They fixed our nagging coil issue (correctly, unlike the previous company) and did fantastic work. They made us a priority and took great care of us. I highly recommend them! Beyond their great work, they communicated very well with us and their customer service is top notch! I couldn't be happier with our choice. Thank you!

So I was in the cooking dinner and noticed it was getting a a little hotter in the kitchen than the usual. Turns out, the AC in our home is went out in the middle of summer. The thermostat was showing 92 degrees inside! So I turn on every fan we have (which was no help) felt like we were living inside an air fryer. Long story short I started calling a bunch AC repair places who claim to be 24/7 but the earliest they could come out was 2-3days later. -__-  Anyways I contacted Desert Comfort Mechanical around 11:30 pm and they were able to come out the following morning. The crew Fadel and Dennis are great guys and took really good care of us. They were knowledgeable courteous , Fast, and gave us a fair price. What I like most is that did not rip us off like the other AC company we've used before with the big ugly blue trucks with the goofy looking polar bear on the side. Desert Comfort Mechanical  will  definitely be my go to for any AC problems. 100% satisfied, Thank you guys again.

Silver City Restoration did an excellent job when they worked on my rental condo. Melanie Hunt was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely use them again!

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

This has been smoldering with me for a number of months. This was a disaster. Craig came out and talked big on how they were called out to fix Coit failures on travertine floors and told me how he would be able to fill cracks and pop outs as if they were not there. He would use top of the line products and our floors would look very nice. He quoted me a price that was what seemed a little high however ensured excellent quality work. Included in the price was furniture moving. When he came out he showed up alone (said his crews were on other jobs) and I had to leave work to help him move furniture. He then cleaned and stripped the floors. When I went back to work he was short with my wife when she asked about filling the cracks and pop outs. He stated he had not planned having to take care of all of the pop outs. He then proceeded to use sanded caulk grout for filling the imperfections instead of travertine filler. He made a mess on the floors with the caulk and did not clean the excess up. Needless to say the filling was horrible. Then he applied a sealer which he apparently was not familiar with and made a tacky mess of my floors. It took 8 days for my floors to dry and by that time they were a dirty mess from dust blowing in.  I contacted him to come back out and clean the floors and he was very short and upset. He did come back out and did a light strip on the floors (again I had to help move furniture), which helped some but far from the result he promised. When he left after the re-clean he never even asked if we were satisfied and just disappeared. What even makes it worse is he stated We should have ground the floors and redid them which would have only been about $1000 more than the $1900 for the clean and seal however he initially told me it would be several thousand more to grind the floors. Also he apparently forgot what he charged me for the original job, $2250. This guy was a joke. I did call another company and they stated the could come out and fix his work for about $750. I guess I have learned an expensive lesson and everyone needs to watch out for this guy....
