Everything went great with Larson A/C. The technician John was on time, neat/clean, careful of the home, and very thorough in his evluation and repair. I will most definitely use Larson in the future.

Very impressed!  Called for a home quote.  Arrived on time.  Not pushy, just explained their product.  Asked when I could get an install and it was next day!  Technicians ( Fidel and Gerardo) arrived on time.  Were friendly and knowledgeable.  Install was quick.  Product was explained to me well. Reasonably priced.  Stand behind their product.  I just could not be any happier!!  Amazing company!!  Would recommend to anyone

We never had a fridge problem before, so this was our first time figuring out who to contact and eventually trust. The guy came early- within the 4 hour window. He was super nice and there's an $80 fee; however, it'll go towards the service. I'll definitely be using their service next time.

      I made the mistake of forgetting to write this yelp review after my 1st experience with Boldt...

Review 1:
      In 2020 my AC went out in the middle of June, temperatures were climbing and the following days only seemed to be getting hotter. I wont mention the name of the 1st company I used, but its HARD TO SPELL ;)  and the technician who came out attempted to tell me that the fan motor was broken and to replace it would be $1000+ just for that repair and then even after that the unit might not even work. He recommended a complete unit replacement and quoted that job at $12,000+!!!! This left a bad feeling in my mouth as that was not in my budget. My wife went to Yelp to get a second opinion and she landed on Boldt. I made the call (late in the evening 8pm+) I got a response 1st thing in the morning I wanna say around 630 AM and Phillip came out that very same morning. Phillip confirmed the previous techs broken motor evaluation but said I definitely did not need a whole new unit. He quoted me a $500ish repair for the motor so I went to get the green light from my wife, by the time I got back outside just a few minutes later Phillip already had the motor out and grabbed a replacement from his truck, he didn't skip a beat! Within 20 or 30 minutes my unit was up and running and dumping cold air into the house. After the repair he checked the whole system, even telling me how much coolant I had left and when he thinks the unit will need to be replaced as that coolant isn't being used or made anymore. Even then for a unit replacement his quote for the tip top of the line unit was around $8000 and $5000 on the lower end. Compared to the competition that is an insane savings and I cant help but think I was being  cheated! 100% I will be using Boldt for every HVAC needs I have in the future, I almost don't even want to move out of their service area!!

     Fast forward to the present, another convenient June AC failure. My AC died late one day and again I contacted Boldt late in the evening only to get a call back at 830pm the same day from Fran! I explained what happened and she said she would have someone out the very next morning at 730AM, great response time on the phone and in person. Mike showed up a few minutes early, which is ALWAYS good, and he went straight to work. Upon opening my unit the 1st thing he said was Oh!, I can fix that right now and that was music to my ears. The wiring in my unit shorted and fried and he promptly replaced all the wires and then finished by checking the rest of the unit. He gave me a report and updated on the coolant as Phillip did the year prior. Mike was prompt, efficient, and professional. You really can't ask for more from a technician or the company.

     If you have ANY HVAC needs... Please do yourself a favor and call Boldt! You will not regret it. I'm pretty sure Ron Swanson would work for this company! and he would probably punch the other company in the face for being corrupt and useless.

Over past 5 years, today was the 2nd time having Johnnys out to my condo for emergency service. Both times they have been extremely fast to respond, arrive, and helpful and honest work. Recommend!

5 STAR SERVICE is what you get with HAYS COOLING
Had tech Charlie out, I needed a new unit due to the hail damage, their install team of Chuck & Kenny were the fastest install team I have seen and unit is up working keeping it 75* in the house while it gets 100 * outside. Everyone there was great I will make Hays Cooling & Heating our go to guys!!!!!!!

Caleb is simply the best in the business. He was extremely prompt and professional. He gave my full A/C and heating system a look over. His inspection lasted about an hour. He then gave me a full list of things that needed to be done, in order of precedence. He told me honestly what should be addressed and what could wait.

He is extremely cautions to work cleanly. When he brought in a ladder to access the attic, he laid down a rug so his ladder wouldn't touch our floors. When he came in to give us the bill, he took his shoes off.

I would highly recommend Arizona Air Experts to anyone. All said and done, and inspection plus cleaning only costed $90.

The team at Cool Zone performed an AC inspection before I bought my new home. They identified a duct issue that would have cost me $4000; I was able to recoup it from the seller. Because of the inspection they performed, I had Cool Zone redo all of my duct work in the house. Dave was great and incredibly communicative. The work took a bit longer than planned, but it turned out great, the team took time to answer my questions, and they listened to my asks to move ducts around so I could raise ceilings. I'll likely need a new AC unit soon and I plan to go back to Cool Zone because of their quality work and professionalism. I definitely recommend them to others!

Great service and knowledgeable technicians. We've had companies charge a initial visit fee only to tell us that they don't know how to fix the AC unit we have (commercial Carrier). These guys have only ever sent technicians who know what they are doing. And they are always super-nice and polite. Happy are we found we them.

Fantastic! They came out on a Sunday morning and fixed my air conditioner in about an hour. Super professional! They are my new go to for my air conditioning needs!

Last week our upstairs AC stopped working.  I called Dukes of Air and they had a technician at my house within a few hours.  Tom the technician was very polite and explained the compressor in the unit was bad and would need to be replaced.  He provided detail on the old R22 refrigerant that our old units used and broke down the pros and cons of repairing our old unit versus replacing it with something new and efficient.  

Later that day AZ Dukes had Jerry come by to take measurements and provide me with info on options for replacing the old AC unit.  Jerry was very professional and provided different options to consider.  It was determined the install wouldn't be able to take place for several days and he offered to  bring portable AC units over to help keep the upstairs of our home from melting in the Arizona summer!  Jerry brought over two portable units and hooked them up that same afternoon.  I later spoke with Jerry an mentioned the upstairs was still fairly warm so he brought another portable unit over in an attempt to help cool off our second story.

I received a phone call from John, the owner of AZ Dukes following up regarding our recent service and planned installation.  John was able to find an opening for the install sooner than anticipated which was a huge relief.  

This morning the installers came bright and early to replace the AC unit and get us back to normal.  Luis, Beto, and Cris were the installers and were great.  They were very friendly and professional.  When they were done everything was cleaned up and they even vacuumed the floor and area surrounding the attic entry.  Luis walked me through setting up the new thermostat and connecting wirelessly with the app on my phone.  All in all we had a great experience with Arizona Dukes of Air.  Highly recommend!

Wow!  David was awesome and I am now going to use him for all my air conditioning needs!  He was super responsive and went above and beyond what was expected!  He is more than fair.  I was surprised that there are still people out there that go the extra mile....that was David!  Thanks again to David at Biltmore Mechanical!  Happy customer here!

We decided to give Bumble Bee Air Conditioning a  try based on the reviews.  We had a great experience from beginning to end.  Lisa was very prompt with returning my email to request service on my ac unit, and was able to get someone out the very next day.  

The day of service, I received a a phone call from Nicole, who was very polite and friendly, letting me know when my technician would be arriving; Which was in the timeframe they had advised me.

When my technician Kris arrived, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about my unit.  He answered all my concerns I had regarding my aging unit and never tried to sell me on anything.  

Overall, I am very happy with Bumble Bee and look forward to continuing to work with them!

I woke up and my A/C wasn't working. Called Mike and told him what was going on. He came and fixed things within 20 min. Sweet bliss in over 100 degree heat!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had so I had to write a review.  For a solid week in late June I did not have air because of their poor communication and them not caring.  The red flags showed up early when they were suppose to show up at 9am but didn't show up until 4pm.  At that point it was too hot to fix the problem so I had to deal with a 90+ house and oh yeah they charged a service fee. They showed up two days later to fix a fuse that popped less than 24 hours later and guess what charged a service fee.  Showed up two days later to tell me they will not return and guess what charged another service fee.  Called another company that showed up the next morning that fixed the problem a fuse and one bad wire. What a disappointment Alan's air was. Wasted so much time waiting around for them and charged me so much money to do barely anything.

Another company that really don't want to say any prices over the phone but ball parked me 5 to 8 g on 14, 4 ton unit, without telling me anything else .. No interest in doing the business unless they can come and get their free 100 dollars to say yes, it's not working

Y'day late evening my air-conditioner started blowing hot air. (110 degree outside)... I tried calling a few different local companies/ contractors here...Being Friday night, no one was available...
Luckily, I was able to reach Doug over the phone. First he also said that the soonest one of his men will be able to come over would be Saturday AM. THEN, he asked me a few questions about the situation I was in and said that he'd like me to perform a few steps....NO WONDER - within a couple of minutes of him walking me over the phone...the air conditioner started working! WOLAAAA! AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! Trust me Doug...I still owe you a case of beer! :-) Thank you Thank you Thank you! God Bless you!

Silver City Restoration has performed several repairs at my property and has always been professional in communication, service and performance.  As an out of state homeowner, they have always gone the extra mile by contacting me when they are at the home and sending videos and photos of the completed projects.  Additionally the office staff are courteous and handle paperwork and payment efficiently and everything goes smoothly from beginning to end.  Many thanks to Brenda, Mike, Jimmy and Saul!

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

I hired this company's other entity CMS STONE RESTORATION to restore my Saltillo tiles patio. That apparently meant power washing the patio and sealing it.
I honestly was expecting more for what he was charging for such a small patio. I though he was gonna make it look like the before/after pictures on their website.. you know??
Craig showed up all enthusiastic on how this small job was going to be so easy and would be done in no time.
He was right! It took him not time at all!! I paid him by check (a pretty hefty amount for such a small job) and he left.
Only after my patio dried I realized that he had ruined it completely! He etched every tile by power washing it, sandblasting it and creating all kinds of swirls on the tiles that could not be washed off because the water pressure ate the tile away...
When I texted the photos he was totally great about how he will take care of everything and fix all the damage on my patio.
He showed up the next day and power washed again!!! as if that would change anything and said he would be back to seal with a different/better sealer.
At this point the check hadn't clear yet.
I knew that I had to do something more to fix this before sealer went on, so I spent the weekend hand sanding each tile. All 400sqft worth. One by one!
Monday I texted as to when he would come, and he replied towards the end of the week.
I should have canceled the check right there and then!
Thursday I got a text that he would show at 7:30am next morning. He never showed and I texted at 8 to let him know not to bother as landscapers next door were blowing stuff all over and I would have to clean the patio before he came... but this time the check had cleared and I never heard back from him. Not a single word. Not an ok, I ll come an other time, nothing! I still haven't heard from him.
I found out he was originally this carpet cleaning company now doing something else to branch out...
The fact that his company's name now is CMSstonerestorationscott… and not registered on Yelp (they are registered there under CMS cleaning) should have been my first clue as their site doesn't allow reviews.. and they pick which ones to show on their new website... I wonder why?
I would have been ok if he offered partial refund and told me I should find someone else, after he ruined my patio, but he chose to be petty and take the money and run!
He has lost my business for good and I am notifying everyone I can in Phoenix, including all the neighbors on next door app as well, so none of you fall victim of this company.
