After having terrible service by a competitor who said my A/C was not working because it needed Freon (which they added) it only worked for a few hours and stopped again.  I then called Larson based on the positive reviews.  I suspected it was the P-Trap, which is common during monsoon season.  It was indeed the P-Trap.  Larson serviced the unit while giving me explanations of why these issues happen.  The service was professional and courteous from beginning to end.  This seems to be a family business and they care for the customer.  You now have my business from here on.  Thank you

What can I say. They were great, from the first contact to the finished product. I reached out to Brad for an inspection of an AC unit for a home we were thinking of buying. He came right over and inspected the system and gave us an honest answer. We ended up buying the home and had his team replace the entire heating and cooling system. I was on a tight schedule and Brad was able to schedule around it. The day of the install arrived and his team was on time if not a little early. Extremely rare with a lot of companies. Daniel, Mario, and Darrin did an excellent job. Extremely professional and honest. They cleaned up the entire mess from the install. I couldn't even tell they were here. They also kept me informed throughout the day. I will not go anywhere else for all my heating and cooling needs. Great guys and company.

Our AC went out, in July, and the inside temperature of our home was in the high 80s.  We were in desperate need of a repair and saw the positive Yelp reviews for 1st Choice Mechanical.  I reached out and was able to get in touch with someone right away who scheduled an appointment for us.  Within a few minutes, I received a call back that they could get someone out within an hour which is a VERY pleasant surprise.  The technicians were extremely professional and knowledgeable.  Unfortunately, we did need a whole new system, but they were able to create a solution to kick start our existing unit and get some cool air flowing while we waited for the replacement.  I was extremely pleased with all aspects of their service and will absolutely be keeping their information close by for the future!

These people are awesome.  My A/C wasn't cooling the house and of course it is never hot or anything outside when this happens, right!? (only about 113!!!).  Well, I called around to a couple of places that I had researched on yelp, also with positive reviews, and both told me that they had no time or anyone available to come out same day, and I get it.  It's mid summer and the busiest time of year for HVAC repairs.

Well I gave Boldt a call.  The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and got someone out to my house within a couple of hours, same day.  Awesome.  Fearing the worst, I was worried it would cost a lot to fix because 1. I know nothing about these systems and 2. there's always a fear that since I know nothing, that people will take advantage of my ignorance and charge me for things I don't really need.  Well fear not.  Mike came out, was very thorough with his assessment.  He first suspected I needed more refrigerant...so I trusted his word, and told him to do what he needed to do.  Later he came back with the final diagnosis and it was far far less cost for the repair than I thought and he told me that he checked the refrigerant and everything was fine, so he didn't need to add any.

It's this kind of honesty that makes me appreciate a business like this.  He could have told me anything.  Like I'm going to get a ladder, climb on the roof to make sure, right?  So I paid a very fair price for the work, my AC was up and running in less than an hour from his arrival and now I sit, writing this review in a nicely cooled house.  Thanks guys, you all are awesome.  Keep up the good work!

My AC went out on Saturday night in the middle of Summer. I called Johnny Sunday morning at 7:30 AM and he was there by 9:00 AM. They fixed my AC at a reasonable cost, gave great advice for caring for the AC and seemed to care more about fixing the AC than making a profit. You will also get a couple of good laughs during your conversation with Johnny. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

I have been calling around to get an idea of how much it would cost to remove our broken swamp cooler from our roof. I received a quote for $340 from a honest referral but wanted more options to make sure that was a good deal. I called Hays and they quoted me $800! Yes, that's right, $800. When I said that seemed high, they said we will do it for free if you buy an air conditioning unit from us. Really, how do you guys have 5 stars?

What a great experience. Darrin and his crew did a fantastic job. They could have replaced what we had, the way it already was and been done. But Instead, they reconfigured duct work and the furnaces for us to get maximum air flow.  We couldn't believe the difference.

5 stars to Cool Zone Air Conditioning and Heating! I attempted to install a new thermostat on Sunday and turned off the power like the directions said but  turned off to the AC, not the air handler and blew a fuse. My boyfriend found them on Yelp, have them a call and had David at my house within an hour and done in an hour, including the install of my new thermostat. David showed me how to program the new thermostat and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for quick service on a Sunday. Great service, Thank You!

We decided to install a swamp cooler on our roof before the upcoming summer months. We found Arctic Fox online, requested contact through their website and were contacted back within one hour. Heath, the owner, came over to our house to discuss what we were looking for and to look at the existing system. He tied the swamp into the existing AC duct system, created custom duct panels to fit, and installed a custom water line. They showed up early in the morning, and worked throughout the day to get the system installed. They worked late to ensure the system was installed the same day. His quote for the work was right on and the entire team was very professional. We will, and already have, recommend Arctic Fox to anyone in the West Valley needing AC, heating, evap, or water heater work done. It was the best experience we have had with any company in this industry.

Gabriel is a lifesaver! The AC went out in my Airbnb unit the morning before a guest was supposed to arrive, and Gabriel came out right away and fixed it within a couple of hours. Super professional and reliable--I would call them any time I need a repair and I recommend them to anyone!

Bray came out to do a tune up on our system. We just recently bought an older house and wanted a once over before summer really hits. He was very professional and friendly. He answered all questions and had a wealth of knowledge to share. These guys don't setup the BS stand and try to sell you on useless stuff. They're truly looking out for the customer and their needs. I strongly recommend them and will be using them again.

When we needed a new a/c unit installed, Bumble Bee was the only company we trusted to do the work. Mike is the best A/C guy. Yes, he absolutely is a professional and knows everything there is to know about A/C. If you have any problem, he can properly diagnose & fix it. My house is 75 years old and poorly insulated, which means I am hot all summer long and cold all winter. The worst room is our master bedroom, which is where we spend 1/3 of our time! Our main AC unit is 5 years old and the ductwork has been adjusted to improve airflow throughout the home. We've installed new windows and added as much insulation as our attic will hold, but it's impossible to compensate for poor construction. After 3 years in the house, we were fed up and ready to do something to make our master bedroom more comfortable. Enter Ideal Air, my new favorite company.

I realized that our best option to cool down our master bedroom was to install a ductless mini split AC unit so I reached out to a couple companies for quotes. Out of the four quotes I received, Ideal Air provided the best option. They weren't the cheapest, but the quote they gave was incredibly thorough, the salesman Wes was patient with my questions, and the zero-interest financing option was an added bonus! We decided to go with a mid-range Mitsubishi unit. Once we decided to move forward, our install was scheduled within 48 hours - awesome!

We were so impressed with the work done by our installers Cristian and Brandon. The two of them were on-site for over 9 hours completing the job. They kept the interior workspace clean, covering all our furniture and carpets with plastic. The exterior patio was swept when all work was complete, and they took all their trash with them. Cristian and Brandon were super professional and friendly (even when my dogs were barking non-stop at them!!), and they made the whole install experience easy and pleasant.

It's been 5 days since our mini split AC unit was installed and I couldn't be happier. Our master bedroom is so cold now - such a treat compared to how it was before! Almost immediate call back.  Doug was very helpful, went out the very next morning and had a repair plan and estimate the same day. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future for all my swamp cooler needs.

There are many restoration companies available in the Phoenix area so it is important to know & trust the people that will be in your home.   That is what you get when you call Melanie and work with her team.  Having damage to your home is never fun but dealing with a company like Silver City can at least make it easy.   I do recommend.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

We hired this company to clean our grout throughout our entire house; it took him about an hour to do the work.  When he was finished he told us that it would take several days for the grout to completely dry.  After a week days we noticed that the grout was a different color in many different areas.....it looked like it had not been cleaned.  After trying to reach Craig for almost a week he finally said that he would come to reclean those areas.  He set a time from between 3pm and 4pm.....by 4:45pm he had not shown up or called....he just blew us off.  We called our credit card company and will be charging the amount back to him. Do not use this company!!
