Wow! First of all they sent me an email with the picture of the technician and notified me when he would be here. At 64 I have NEVER had this kind of service. Chase is an amazing young man. He is polite, explains things to you, and is through. This is now my company for all my air conditioning needs. Sometime when I see a lot of 5 stars I wonder if they are real. I'm here to tell you that this company is the real deal and they're a 5 star company.

Very responsive and knowledgeable.  I set up a plan with them to service my four HVAC units twice a year.  Xavier and Tobin techs came by and serviced all units.  They were very personable and walked me through the entire process.  I'm glad I found American Home Water & Air on Yelp.

Our AC went out, in July, and the inside temperature of our home was in the high 80s.  We were in desperate need of a repair and saw the positive Yelp reviews for 1st Choice Mechanical.  I reached out and was able to get in touch with someone right away who scheduled an appointment for us.  Within a few minutes, I received a call back that they could get someone out within an hour which is a VERY pleasant surprise.  The technicians were extremely professional and knowledgeable.  Unfortunately, we did need a whole new system, but they were able to create a solution to kick start our existing unit and get some cool air flowing while we waited for the replacement.  I was extremely pleased with all aspects of their service and will absolutely be keeping their information close by for the future!

We have had these guys out two times to help with our AC units and they are amazing! We had two new units installed a few years back and I only wish we knew about Boldt before and had them take care of our install as well. These guys are really responsive, on time and quick with the repairs. Pricing is very fair also. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We called Johnny on the hottest day of the year when our air conditioner wasn't cooling. Johnny answered my call on a Saturday and was able to come out that afternoon. We really appreciated his responsiveness and going out of his way to help us, all when it was over 115 degrees out. What a wonderful person.

Our AC unit died on 7/4.  Our unit was brand new having been installed 3 months earlier.  With the temperatures outside of over 100 degrees we knew we had to get someone out to fix it ASAP.  Hays has an emergency number for just such an issue.

Rebecca answered the call and was able to get a technician out to our home within the hour.  A blocked condensation pipe was the culprit and our unit was repaired in less than an hour.

We are very impressed with this company and have used them for years for our HVAC and plumbing needs.  They will be our go to company for these issues going forward.

Based on other Yelp reviews, we called Arizona Air Experts when our A/C unit was not performing well.  We were impressed with the response time and professionalism of their team.  We needed a new unit to replace the 19 year old unit we had.  They promised a date and time for the new unit and were there as scheduled to install the new unit.  We join the other Yelp reviewers in recommending Arizona Air Experts.

We had one of our a/cs go out, we called and they sent out a tech same day, he came within the time window provided and gave us a call when he was on his way.

We decided to install a swamp cooler on our roof before the upcoming summer months. We found Arctic Fox online, requested contact through their website and were contacted back within one hour. Heath, the owner, came over to our house to discuss what we were looking for and to look at the existing system. He tied the swamp into the existing AC duct system, created custom duct panels to fit, and installed a custom water line. They showed up early in the morning, and worked throughout the day to get the system installed. They worked late to ensure the system was installed the same day. His quote for the work was right on and the entire team was very professional. We will, and already have, recommend Arctic Fox to anyone in the West Valley needing AC, heating, evap, or water heater work done. It was the best experience we have had with any company in this industry.

Once again Gladiate has delivered. Great pricing on my mid-summer checkup, that should have been done in April, yep I procrastinated again. I truly cannot express enough how happy I am to have them as my go to AC guys! Living in Phoenix, you just need that piece of mind that your AC will work...or get fixed in a pinch. Gladiate gives me that piece of mind!

We have been using Duke's of Air since the summer of 2018, and every experience that we have had with them has been prompt and professional. We signed up for the service plan with our new home with an older ac, and at first I was very hesitant. I was thinking to myself am I getting taken advantage of. Looking back on that I now know that it was the right decision to get the plan and continue to work with Duke's of Air.

We had the technicians out several times for routine check ups and every time I was blown away. They all are complete experts, and their customer service was probably the best I have received. They even brought me on the roof to explain what they were seeing and took the time to educate me. Everyone went above and beyond to help me understand my current set up and maintenance to keep it running well. I never felt pressured, and if we ever needed someone to come out they stopped by same day. I highly recommend them!

One man show, and looks like David will be at a good place in few years, given that he is very reasonable in price, knowledge and service principles!
Weekend problem with the AC, very courteous lady answered the phone,
promised to be at my house between 12-4 pm and followed up with a phone call to let me know that they are running a bit late, as they were the other side of the valley.  Problem solved in less than and hour,
I would recommend them to anyone who needs his AC work done!

I had no AC on 4th of July weekend. When everyone else was curving my calls and pulling some general bad business fuckery, someone at Bumblebee answered my call on her personal cell phone, in the middle of her holiday hike. She sent someone down fast, charged less than all the other quotes, and worked with my evil home warranty goons. Nobody has ever come close to this level of service, and if I waited for anyone else to help me, I'd probably be deader than earth's dwindling bee population.

I woke up this morning and my AC was struggling. I reached out to numerous companies around the valley and every one of them only had appointments into next week. I reached out to Cave Creek Cooling and only waited an hour for the tech to show up. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to not only explain everything,  but to show me the results of his diagnostic work. Everything said and done he was in and out in about 45 minutes and now my AC is good to go. I've found my AC company moving forward, I won't be using anyone else. If you're looking for quick, honest, and affordable work, I would highly recommend!

We chose to have Ideal Energy bid on a project that included having an SRP approved Energy Audit completed, adding insulation and the possibility of installing a new HVAC system for our home based on the stellar reviews of previous customers here on Yelp. All I can say is WOW!!! First of all, this company knows how to communicate with it's customers and every single person I encountered via phone or person was always professional, courteous and attentive with any questions/concerns.

Alex (Co-Owner) was always on time for appointments, very thorough when completing the energy audit and NEVER made myself or my wife feel pressured to buy ANYTHING. He explained how and what could be done but more importantly, what needed to be done to make our home more energy efficient. Elena (Co-Owner) was extremely helpful with setting up the SRP Rebate process which was streamlined and extremely easy, helping set up the funding PROMO for the project w/ local bank (0% APR 60mo - No early payoff penalty), and was able to get us scheduled 22 days ahead of our initial scheduled construction date. Chris (Construction Manager) and his crew ALWAYS showed up on time, displayed professionalism at all times and did a thorough clean up at the end of each construction day that went above and beyond what I've come to expect from most companies. Attitudes were great, they take pride in there work with keen attention to detail and NO CUTTING CORNERS ensuring a job done right. Construction was completed a day ahead of schedule because every single employee on the construction site busted his/her tail to get the job done right the first time.

After construction was completed, Chris gave a relaxed (not rushed) tutorial of how to use the new thermostat (which is the brains of the system). Chris also advised my wife and I that it isn't uncommon to have small adjustments made to a new system install as each customer or project has different demands that aren't realized until after the new system is up and running. After a few days of testing out our new HVAC system it was determined that a few minor tweeks needed to be made to the on board computer system which controls air flow, fan speed, how much etc. It's a smart system that has set parameters that only technicians can access. Chris and another technician came back the next day, on time and quickly was able to change certain parameters and verify. PERFECT!

We used to have a few hot rooms and a cold master bedroom upstairs with no control as our old thermostat was located in the hall. Our master bedroom would be consistently 2º cooler than the temp at the thermostat and our hot rooms easily 8º warmer than the temp at the thermostat. What a waste of energy...  NOT ANY MORE! Now we can control the temperature in individual rooms so nobody is too hot or too cold. It truly has been a wonderful experience having Ideal Energy as our contractor.

I was calling around to get estimates on having an evaporative cooler removed.  Desert Comfort Mechanical immediately stood out because the person answering the phone knew exactly what they were talking about.  We discussed capping or totally removing the system.  I appreciated a professional opinion.   They also gave me an instant quote. This gave me comfort that they must do this type of work frequently.   The other companies I contacted didn't know immediately if they did this type of work and of course couldn't give me a quote.
The crew showed up on schedule.  I had received a call letting me know they were on their way.  They were very professional and completed the work with the removal and capping.   Once the work was finished, one of the technicians showed me everything that had been done, making sure I was happy with the work.
Best part was that as I was paying my bill I was asked if I was a veteran.  I was using my USAA card.  I told him I was and he gave me a 10% discount off of the quoted price!
Finding honest, professional help isn't always easy.  I think I found a good one.  I would definitely use them again and would recommend them highly to others.

Silver City Restoration did an excellent job when they worked on my rental condo. Melanie Hunt was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely use them again!

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

I had Craig power wash and seal my outdoor pavers.  The job turned out well and he gave me a 5 year warranty.  Since the completion of the job, there have been several areas that need to be redone.  Craig refuses to answer my calls or emails! It seems that the warranty is not even worth the paper it is written on!  If I could give a zero star review based on his customer service,  I would!  Don't use this company!!
