Larson is a great outfit and very professional.  They communicate throughout the process, show you and explain everything they find or concerned with.  Caleb, great representative of Larson's, took pictures of everything they worked on.  They do great work and cleanup after words.  I've had a lot of workers in and out over the last couple months and they've been a company I felt very comfortable and trusting of their work.

I don't believe the one star reviews...they definitely sound like the same person with the same attitude. Anyway, we got a great deal on a new Trane AC unit from American Home. They were also able to come out sooner than any of their competitors. Wonderful customer service!

The while process was very professional and friendly.  No pressure either. We asked for a quote for routine maintenance on two ac units and our hvac.  They got back to me very quickly and so we scheduled for that week. For the day that the appt was for I did have a prior commitment to get to so I messaged them that day to find out when they will be here so it did not interfere with my other commitment. Anyways, they were willing to reschedule but we kept the appointment. Tim and Brandon came and were very friendly, respectful, and professional. They even pointed out a tip to keep the ac units clean. When we settled the bill, they mentioned the maintenance plan which I declined but there was no pressure from them.  We were very happy and will continue to use them going forward

Phillip came out to my house and replaced the motor.  Straight forward guy that explained everything and answered all of my questions.  Didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need.  Highly recommended.

Johnny came out to the house at 8pm late August to fix the air conditioning unit. They had it fixed in about 15 minutes. Very satisfactory service.

I have a service contract with Hays. I contacted their call service at 8pm Friday after my rental tenant told me his AC was blowing heat. I was told a technican would call to let me know when they could schedule service. I followed up at noon Saturday, 5pm Saturday and 4pm today and still have yet to receive a call back to provide service as of 11pm Sunday.

This company is top notch. I'm also in a customer service business so have very high expectations. Randy and his crew were extremely professional, honest, did a great job, cleaned up perfectly and were priced extremely reasonably. My neighbor recommended them and I couldn't be happier to have this crew swap out 2 complete units for me. Thanks so much to the entire team!

My Evaporative cooler was not working and causing a breaker to trip. I reported the problem to Danette at Cool Zone and made an appointment for repairs to be made.  On 04/25/2019 a technician (unknown name) arrived, and I told him to proceed with the repairs (without asking for a cost estimate).  He completed the work and presented me with an invoice for $826.97 which included the cost of a 3/4, 115V blower motor @ $666. I thought  the cost was extremely high, but paid it, as I had no idea how much the motor should cost. However, I later checked with Lo
we's and Home Depot and found the motors retail for between $85 and $150. I discussed the above with my niece, Kathy, who called Danette and suggested there may have been an error in the billing.  Kathy was told there was no mistake and they would not make any adjustments to the billing. I would not recommend doing business with Cool Zone.  I would be glad to re-think this review if CoolZone would furnish me with a copy of the invoice showing exactly how much they paid for the blower motor.

During the heat wave of the week of July 23, 2018 my heat pump would shut off at the hottest part of the day and then return to normal operation about two hours later. I called Arctic Fox and let Misty (the owner's wife)  know what was going on with my unit. I told her it was not an emergency, as the unit was running when I called. We scheduled Friday of that week for Heath (the owner) to come out and look at the heat pump. Misty stated if it got any worse to call and they would fit us in.

I called back on Thursday morning, as my wife was concerned about our dogs and cat. Heath arrived at our house and did some troubleshooting on the unit. He could find nothing wrong with the unit. After providing him with the symptoms that occurred each afternoon he determined it may be the motor for the fan that cools the coils. It has a thermostat that shuts down the motor at 200 degrees. It did not occur when he was there (naturally). He stated he would return the next day with a new motor. Friday he removed the old motor and lo and behold, the motor was leaking oil near the shaft. The motor was heating to shut down temperatures the previous days. Heath worked fast and diligently to replace the motor as the heat pump was shut down during this task.

When it was all said and done, the motor was under warranty and there was no charge for it. Heath said there was also no labor charge. I disagreed with the free labor, as he came out two days and I know the manufacturer was not going to reimburse him for his time.  I asked him what his labor rate was for the two days he was at my home. He provided me with the cost (I think he may have low balled it) and I gladly paid.

I cannot say enough of the integrity, customer service and genuine care this husband and wife company displays every time I use their services. The big name companies cannot even come close to Arctic Fox's business ethic.

This company (Gabriel) was recommended to me from a family member and I couldn't be happier with the service! I called Gabe around 9am he was at my house around 9:30 and my AC was up an running within a half hour. He told me to call him back if anything happened and that he would follow up next week. My AC went out again on Sunday and Gabe came back out on Monday dug deeper into what the problem was and fixed it again. I am very happy with the customer service, prompt response, friendliness, and professionalism! I will definitely be using them again and will recommend to my friends and family. Thank you!!

Robert came out the same day to my parents house out in San Tan Valley.  He was timely, calling ahead to let me know exactly where in the window of time when he'd be there (15 min. prior to their 2-4pm window).  He was extremely knowledgable and gave the worst case scenario first, followed by several other scenarios, leading up to the cheapest. Said he wanted us to know the possibilities! Then he spent less than 20 minutes finding the problem (being the cheapest too thankfully), and immediately started to fix it. He was very patient with my parents as they are older, and he took his time explaining everything as he did each step. Less than 24 hours later, their AC is running at proper levels and are 100% satisfied with Roberts work! Thanks Dukes!

Dave was super awesome!!! After another AC company said my heat pump wasn't working and needed to be replaced I reached out to Dave for a 2nd opinion. He came right over, inspected my unit and said it was fine and working properly.  So thankful for his honesty and integrity!  He's my new AC guy!

New to the area and found Bumble Bee AC after reviewing a few sites. Honest and accurate reviews and our service was nothing but outstanding. Needed help adjusting my smart thermostat and was so impressive with phone call and service, we decided to enroll in their annual service program.

My experience with CCC is the reason I am a YELP shareholder. 5 stars. Local. Small biz. When you get a combo like that you get an amazing experience. Mike was professional, on-time, clean, thorough and explained what was going on so I could understand it.

My experience...
1. Came out bc 2nd floor was not cooling down. Identified the problem, provided a quick fix while we waited for a part.
2. Literally 3 days later, the downstairs went out ! I called mike to see if he could stop by. He called me promptly, came by within hours and had the part to fix my downstairs. Problem solved !
3. He just came to finish the 2nd floor. Tough job getting to the part but he got it done and now our air is working great. BOTH up and down.

Forget home warranty companies. They send inferior tradesman to your house. Use YELP. 4-5 stars only. Have peace of mind the job will be done correctly.

I will be using CCC for all my air needs going forward. So happy I found Mike. Now I have my air guy !!!

We had Alan's Air come out to give us an estimate on a new AC unit and they were quick and answered my questions. We ended up going with another company but were pleased with the response and speed of service from Alan's. Thanks guys!

I contacted Alex and Elena at Ideal Energy when my AC didn't seem to be working correctly.  I got an immediate response from them, and Alex was able to come take a look at my AC in an extremely timely manner. He explained what some of the issues were that he could immediately see.  He took the model number of my OLD unit and went home to do a bit more research on the make and model for what I currently had.  He updated me on what he had conlucded and explained everything to me. I eneded up replacing everything because it was necessary. He kept me up to date with what was happening during the process of when the new parts were arriving and when they could get it installed.  I would recommened them to anybody that needed any AC work done. I have never met a more professional group of workers, as well as a more professional business!

I called late on Thursday and Fadel listen and understand exactly what I needed. Showed up the next morning even earlier than appointment time and solved all of our concerns. What a great experience and the price was even better.

Silver City Restoration has performed several repairs at my property and has always been professional in communication, service and performance.  As an out of state homeowner, they have always gone the extra mile by contacting me when they are at the home and sending videos and photos of the completed projects.  Additionally the office staff are courteous and handle paperwork and payment efficiently and everything goes smoothly from beginning to end.  Many thanks to Brenda, Mike, Jimmy and Saul!

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

This has been smoldering with me for a number of months. This was a disaster. Craig came out and talked big on how they were called out to fix Coit failures on travertine floors and told me how he would be able to fill cracks and pop outs as if they were not there. He would use top of the line products and our floors would look very nice. He quoted me a price that was what seemed a little high however ensured excellent quality work. Included in the price was furniture moving. When he came out he showed up alone (said his crews were on other jobs) and I had to leave work to help him move furniture. He then cleaned and stripped the floors. When I went back to work he was short with my wife when she asked about filling the cracks and pop outs. He stated he had not planned having to take care of all of the pop outs. He then proceeded to use sanded caulk grout for filling the imperfections instead of travertine filler. He made a mess on the floors with the caulk and did not clean the excess up. Needless to say the filling was horrible. Then he applied a sealer which he apparently was not familiar with and made a tacky mess of my floors. It took 8 days for my floors to dry and by that time they were a dirty mess from dust blowing in.  I contacted him to come back out and clean the floors and he was very short and upset. He did come back out and did a light strip on the floors (again I had to help move furniture), which helped some but far from the result he promised. When he left after the re-clean he never even asked if we were satisfied and just disappeared. What even makes it worse is he stated We should have ground the floors and redid them which would have only been about $1000 more than the $1900 for the clean and seal however he initially told me it would be several thousand more to grind the floors. Also he apparently forgot what he charged me for the original job, $2250. This guy was a joke. I did call another company and they stated the could come out and fix his work for about $750. I guess I have learned an expensive lesson and everyone needs to watch out for this guy....
