I have used Larson Air in the past and had a great experience with them. I have purchased two Trane air conditioners and a Trane heating system from them. This time I unfortunately had a very negative experience. I was given a quote from Art Schieffer one of their salespeople to install an air conditioning unit at a price of $4,477. After signing the quote and after Art said he would call me in the morning with the install date, Art called me back to gouge me for more money. He said that he wanted 500-600 more dollars to complete the install or it wouldn't be done. I told him that this was unethical business practices to ask for more money after I had already signed his paper and he started yelling at me over the phone. I promptly told him to have the owner of the company call me and hung up. In addition to Art's disrespectful attitude, the owner of Larson Air told me that he would not be bullied into a decision. I hardly believe that reporting unethical business practices in the proper place to be bullying behavior. The owner refused to honor his signed paper.

I can't say enough great things about Brenda (scheduler) and Jose.  Came out and serviced the water softener that was in the home we purchased.  Took the time to explain the system and make sure it was working properly.  When I had a concern after the initial appt; Brenda went above and beyond to try and help me.  She then had Jose come out and help me... no charge for the second visit either.  They offer a 30 day warranty on their service appts too.

I found 1st Choice Mechanical on Yelp due to their great reviews. I was completely down and out after previously being scammed by a horrible company and happened upon 1st Choice. I spoke with Tori and she was so kind and caring and let me blab and cry about the horrible situation I was in. She said she would try and call her father Michael and asked if he would come on Saturday, a day they are normally closed. Immediately she called back and said he would be there. Michael showed up promptly and was so friendly and knowledgeable. I felt at ease and confident in his skill set. He was done within an hour. Having just moved here and being a first time home owner, I knew nothing. Now I know a great family owned company who I will go back with time and time again.

The owner (Phillip) and his crew installed a new air conditioner for me about four years ago. They did an excellent job then so when I decided to get a summer tune up on the unit this year I didn't hesitate to call them. The unit was working great so I was surprised when the tech came down from the roof to tell me that there was a problem. He called his boss to come out to take some pressure measurements. Turns out that we had a very small leak but it would be covered by the warranty. When Phillip called the manufacturer about replacing the tubing he convinced them to simply swap out the entire unit for a brand new one. I liked hearing that solution. There's more to the story but that is the long and short of it. I have found Phillip to be honest and informative. It is obvious that he knows the HVAC business. What I like the most about him is his willingness to go the extra mile to make sure that the job is done right. And Fran, who works the front desk, was great about scheduling and keeping me informed. I'm giving them 5 stars because they did a great job and they deserve it.

Caution! These people are shady. I had fan problems and asked them to check the freon level. They didn't even look at the fan, just told me I needed freon. I asked them to fix the fan first. They said they had to put freon in first. Initially they said the freon would be around $160/pound for reclaimed freon. When I complained about the price (knowing the price should be between $40-100 max), that's when they said I needed 3.5 lbs. I was not on the roof to verify anything! They wouldn't take a credit card so I had to go to the bank to get cash. By the time I got home, the unit wasn't working. I called them back, wherein they said Oh, you probably need a new fan.
I called a different company. They fixed the fan FIRST, then put in 5.5 pounds of freon! I witnessed this. They had a sensor that showed there is no leak in the coils. There is no evidence of a leak. I'd say I was ripped off by Johnny's.

On time, knowledgeable, and good communication make these guys the best I've seen. They take the time to explain the situation face to face in layman's terms and make recommendations. Unlike the other guys who mumble technical jargon while they're on the run and hand me a big bill. Hayes techs are invested in the work and seem happy to help. They also have expertise, and even corrected some issues created by previous companies.

Called and scheduled Caleb, the owner, to stop by for a check up before summer. Caleb is the owner if his own company so he does not work on commission. He is not trying to make a commissions and up-sell his customer. He wants the best so 'we' continue to call him back. I've had a quote from another reputable company and he completely invalidated the quote and when he looked further, advised that the parts are all fine and accomplished a minor fix that was much lower than the quote. Overall you can tell Caleb is a genuine good guy running a good company trying to provide exceptional professional service to his customers.

My wife and I finally decided to kick on the heater and when we did it just kicked out cold air. I requested a few appointments first thing the following morning and cool zone responded first, the next call from another company was hours later. They had a tech here in my home within hours to see what the issue was. After the inspection was complete we were given the unfortunate news that the compressor had given out on us. Our tech verified the unit was under warranty still, gave us a quote on what we would have to pay and got us setup for the next day. To have a job be complete from diagnosis to complete in less than a day made us very happy. From quick response and job well done to having a warm house our experience couldn't have been better. Ac tune up/repair

Awesome job guys!  On time very professional and explained everything in detail.

Gabriel is a lifesaver! The AC went out in my Airbnb unit the morning before a guest was supposed to arrive, and Gabriel came out right away and fixed it within a couple of hours. Super professional and reliable--I would call them any time I need a repair and I recommend them to anyone!

When my a/c stopped blowing cool air I came straight to a Yelp for help. I contacted Arizona's Dukes of Air because of all the positive reviews. They did not disappoint! I called at 9:30 AM and was given a 3:30 PM - 5:30 pm window the same day! I'm very impressed with the service provided. Kalem was the tech assigned and was at the house right at 3:30 pm. He is a great guy and extremely helpful. I'm always hesitant when it comes to home repairs because I'm not knowledgable in any aspect of it. Kalem explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. He definitely went above and beyond my expectations. I was so impressed I signed up for the maintenance plan. I will recommend this company to my friends and family.

I found This company online after another HVAC company was unable to figure out why my AC unit was leaking from the return vent. David was able to figure it out and corrected the problem. After doing that I had him service the unit. He informed me at that time there were many issues with it. So I had him replace with a brand new one. Upon the first installation attempt, he was able to see a plumber was needed to cap a water line. He was able to refer a plumber who capped water lines and wound up replacing my hot heater that was in VERY bad shape. All this was especially helpful as I am an absentee landlord. Excellent service, great work and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!

Getting repair work is always stressful for me. I'm not mechanically gifted so I rely on the professionals I choose to treat me right and set me straight. And there is no one I would trust more with my AC unit than Jimmy @ Bumble Bee. I know he's gonna tell me the real story about my unit, recommend service when it's needed, and give me the all clear when it's runnin' smooth. If you're looking for an AC guy you can trust, you've gotta use Bumble Bee.

Micheal was absolutely awesome.  He was fair explained the work being done and in my view went above and beyond to help me out of a jam with my Mini split.  Cave Creek Cooling Company is my new go to for any HVAC needs!

I called to have my ac/heating checked on my condo that I'm  purchasing. The seller or HOA couldn't be more helpful than Alan's Air! I just provided the address and was provided with details how it works.  Very impressive!  Highly recommend!

So just to be honest we haven't technically gotten any services besides a free quote done by Ideal Energy but after having NUMEROUS air conditioning repair guys out I just had to review to say how thorough and professional Tanner was. Some of the guys today didn't even look in our attic, let alone measure our windows. Tanner, however, provided pictures and gave me more information than any other company. I wish I had the ladies name who called us from Ideal bc she was also thorough and professional but she mostly spoke with my husband.

Having dealt with a home warranty who doesn't want to replace our unit, the multiple techs that they've sent out who also didn't want to do the work, and then the guys who have been out all day today giving us quotes, I can quite honestly say it was an absolute pleasure getting a quote from Ideal Energy. It seems like more than a few guys know we live in AZ and pretty much have no other choice (especially when your ac poops out and you're in a 89-94 degree house). Thank you again, if you haven't just gotten a new client, you have definitely gained a new cheerleader!

Fidel responded to me right away and had two of his techs come out and address my HVAC systems.  They are very honest and upfront about the issues your system has and what is wrong with it. I got a service plan because I found them trustworthy and reliable. I will see them back for years to come I am certain.

Had similar situation to other person. 80 days in a hotel I finally returned home last week. After feeling pressured into signing release started seeing damages done throughout. The tile guys they hired were the only part of experience that seemed to work out. Jim was hard to work with. He never gave updates or estimates. I had my replacement tile and carpet picked out days after flood, yet took him over a month to order it. (Wrong I might add) I called him to get update and he told me he had just placed order. It was backordered 3 more weeks. This was just the start of a VERY long process. I could write all day. I now am fixing the damages that were caused by this company. Everything required me to bring them back several times. Paint, drywall etc. Still have poorly done job on some parts of drywall. Lots of dings and dents in molding and trim. Chunks taken out of furniture etc. I informed them of damages done to coffee and dining table from move but they don't seem to think it was them. This whole process has been a headache. Glad to have my life back though.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

This has been smoldering with me for a number of months. This was a disaster. Craig came out and talked big on how they were called out to fix Coit failures on travertine floors and told me how he would be able to fill cracks and pop outs as if they were not there. He would use top of the line products and our floors would look very nice. He quoted me a price that was what seemed a little high however ensured excellent quality work. Included in the price was furniture moving. When he came out he showed up alone (said his crews were on other jobs) and I had to leave work to help him move furniture. He then cleaned and stripped the floors. When I went back to work he was short with my wife when she asked about filling the cracks and pop outs. He stated he had not planned having to take care of all of the pop outs. He then proceeded to use sanded caulk grout for filling the imperfections instead of travertine filler. He made a mess on the floors with the caulk and did not clean the excess up. Needless to say the filling was horrible. Then he applied a sealer which he apparently was not familiar with and made a tacky mess of my floors. It took 8 days for my floors to dry and by that time they were a dirty mess from dust blowing in.  I contacted him to come back out and clean the floors and he was very short and upset. He did come back out and did a light strip on the floors (again I had to help move furniture), which helped some but far from the result he promised. When he left after the re-clean he never even asked if we were satisfied and just disappeared. What even makes it worse is he stated We should have ground the floors and redid them which would have only been about $1000 more than the $1900 for the clean and seal however he initially told me it would be several thousand more to grind the floors. Also he apparently forgot what he charged me for the original job, $2250. This guy was a joke. I did call another company and they stated the could come out and fix his work for about $750. I guess I have learned an expensive lesson and everyone needs to watch out for this guy....
