I had a PVC leak in the routing connections alongside the air handler in an interior closet. Jon, from Larson Air,  was scheduled as soon as I called, for next day service. He fixed the problem quickly & made the system more efficient. No more worries! I will have Larson Air from now on service my cooling & heating systems regularly. Thank You for the great service!

Wait until u have a issue with this company they installed a new water heater two years ago and it is leaking and done. I called them they said yes the water Hester is under warranty but they labor is not. I ask how much is the labor they said 450 but I only paid 650   I owned twenty plus homes and never seen a water heater go bad in less then 6 years most will go up to ten years. My question what are they selling you as a customer to last two years then charge 450 for a hour job to replace.   I will call around before you trust what they are selling. I have used this company many of times my rentals homes too.  Not again

So professional! I was able to schedule an service appointment online. On the day of service, I received two phone calls letting me know that they were understaffed and apologizing for the delay. I also got a text when the tech (Tim) was on his way. When he arrived, he did a great job explaining everything to me and asking questions. After the routine maintenance, he sat down with me and went over my options for my (very old) AC unit - breaking down the cost of repairs versus total replacement. He was friendly and efficient!

We were out of town and our AC went out. Called Fran on a Saturday and within a couple of hours, they were there and quickly solved the issue for under $200. Amazing. I can't say enough about this company. Friendly, fast and honest. I will never use anyone else nor will I recommend anyone else!

Had a pretty epic issue with the sewer line at my house. It couldn't have come at a worse time. My wife and I were in the process of finishing our costly landscaping project. Our sewer line stopped up in the house. No flooding which was good. We hired the first company that could come out( not Hay's). They removed the blockage and put a camera down the line. They located what they thought was Orangeburge sewer pipe. They quoted me an insane amount,$5000 to dig a 2ft x 2ft x 3ft hole to confirm their finding. I was floored, that is insanity. I started searching again and found Hay,s. Brett showed up and was ready to rock. I explained the time restraint concerning the schedule of landscapers and the issues with the sewer line. He assured me it wouldn't be an issue. After scoping the line and digging the initial hole, for a fraction of the price the other company quoted mind you, he confirmed it was Orangeburge. He gave me a quote and walked  me thru the pipe bursting process. This was a Thursday. I accepted the quote with a fist bump( COVID protocol) Fast forward to Monday and I had a team of guys ready to go. They dug a hole in my front yard and one in my back yard, this is for pipe bursting. They also trenched a section in my back yard, to avoid damaging existing utilities. The pipe bursting process took a little over an hour. The trenched area was laid by hand. The entire process from digging to back filling took 3 days. You can barely tell they were here. Amazing to think I have a brand new main sewer line from the back yard to the city tie-in. The price was fair, the peace of mind is priceless. Thank you Brett , for leading the project start to finish and Nick, for answering all my stupid questions as well as the entire Hay's team for making a difficult situation truly painless.

I called several places when our AC stopped working at 8pm on a hot Phoenix June night. No one answered or called me back except Arizona Air Experts, they came out that next morning and fixed our unit in under 30minutes and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Patrick is amazing! First I used the yelp app to reach out and get some basic idea. I feel that cool zone air was pretty quick with their response time. And it was not the cheapest estimate I got but how they handled my business is what got them the 5 stars. On time with their estimated time with the phone call before letting us know they were on their way. Very honest with what needed to be done and not over priced. They asked us about their service program but did not push the issue. I will use them from now on!!

Appreciated the fast response when my system went down on a Friday night as guests were about to arrive.  System was restored quickly and the weekend was saved.

We needed help completing the install of our range hood ventilation. Gabriel came out 2 days after I called and gave us a very fair price for the work. We were more than happy with the service we received.

Knowledgeable and timely, but grossly overpriced and questionable upselling practices.  The Dukes arrived and quickly diagnosed that our newer 5yr old AC had a faulty TXV valve, and gave an estimate of $2500 to replace the valve. Then proceeded to try to sell me that at this cost I should just consider a new unit?!?  I'm no AC expert, but I was pretty sure a valve doesn't cost $2500 to replace, and I'm pretty sure I don't need to replace a newer 5yr old unit.

I subsequently got estimates from a couple other reputable contractors to replace the TXV valve, the first quote was for $750 and the second for $800.  I went with the local family name company in Gilbert with 5 stars on Yelp who replaced the TXV for $800.

I recently had the pleasure of working with David and Oscar with Biltmore Mechanical Heating And Cooling, and I am extremely impressed with the level of service I received. David was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was very fair in his pricing.  I would highly recommend David and Biltmore Mechanical Heating And Cooling to anyone in need of HVAC services. Our A/C unit hasn't worked so well in years. The Bumble Bee staff not only did a good job with their regular maintenance but correctly diagnosed some deficiencies, recommended corrective steps, and made the needed improvements, all at a reasonable price. We're very pleased-except my wife who thinks, It's too cold in here!

Technician skilled in their craft will always get my (repeat) business.

I noticed a leak around my AC unit, gave Mike a call and  he was able to come right out and take care of the problem quickly. Very reliable, explains things clearly, and efficient! Highly recommended.

Horrible customer service.  They did come out the next morning when I called them on Wednesday evening, so their one star was earned for that.  Alan came out with another technician (who left a cigarette butt in my yard right next to my a/c).  He said we needed a new circuit board as ours was fried and he'd call me within a couple days when he receives the board.  He did not give me an estimate at this point, my mistake for not asking for one.  He was at my house for about an hour.  He rigged my air conditioner to run constantly and my husband or me had to go out to the unit and pull the breaker in order to shut it off, making us human thermostats.  Thinking this was only for a day or 2, I was thankful to have a/c at all.  I did not hear from him Fri, Sat or Sun.  I called on Monday to ask about it and did not receive a call back from anyone.  I called again a few hours later on Monday and did not get a call back again, Marcel informed me that they were busy with it being super hot and all and please be patient.  I wait Tuesday, no call.  I call them again on Wednesday and tell Marcel that nobody has still called me back.  Alan finally calls me back saying he just got the board in and wasn't going to pay the $65 to overnight it so he had them regular mail it.  He never communicated this to me until almost a week later, once the board had already come in.  He apologized for not calling me and said someone in the office should have called me, then he assured (he used the word assure) me that they'd be out the following the day to come replace the board.  I arranged to be home on Thursday.  Thursday around noon I still had not heard from them so I called the office and spoke with Marcel, he was very nice, called Alan for me and said that someone could be out there on Friday.  I was livid, I had already arranged to be home on Thursday and could not arrange to be so again on Friday as I had a meeting.  After trying to demand that someone come out Thursday like I was assured they would, I agreed to let them come out on Saturday morning (9 days after they originally came out).  Bill texts me on Saturday morning and tells me it would be $532, and had I gotten an estimate.  I told him no, I was livid once again.  I'm not sure why Alan would not have mentioned the price if it was going to be so outrageous.  Alan called me because I was so upset and said that the best he could do would be to take $50 off of the labor of the bill, but since he had no control over the price of the board, that is all he could do.  Again though, I did not ask for an estimate, so I agreed to this.  Bill shows up to look at the unit and replace the board and tells us that it doesn't even need a new board.  He saw that only one connection was fried and it had other connections that he could use.  He hooked it up, it worked.  Finally.  The board was no longer needed, so they took the price of the board off of the bill and charged me $340.  I texted Alan myself after this to make sure he let Bill know to take the $50 off of the bill, like we had discussed.  He told me that since we were paying so much less than the $532, that was no longer an option.  I texted him back that I was under the impression the $50 would come off of the labor as he had no control over the part price, and he just flat out never responded to me.  Bill spent maybe 30 minutes at my house.  That is 1.5 total they spent at my house, my bill was charged for more than that.  I will never use Alan's air again, and frankly, I am relieved to be done with them.  I then get a bill from them in my email today, 18 days later for $480.  I call the office, livid once again, and Marcel figured out for me that it was an error that Alan made and that I can disregard the bill.  Horrible communication from this company, mainly from Alan himself.  Marcel and Bill were excellent at communicating and very helpful.  I did not find Alan helpful in the slightest and he even told us a new board was needed when one wasn't.  I think Alan needs to retire.

2014- We had the energy audit done with a different company and when they quote their price for the repairs we started shopping around. We had more than a half dozen companies come review the audit and our house and decided to go with ideal energy. They did a fantastic job with everything up front. Alex and Chris were always professional and timely and we were promised that everything would be perfect when they were done. After the ac replacement and hvac repairs were completed was when the difficulty started. They were slow to respond to balancing the air flow around the house and replacing our gable vent (that they bent when they removed it) It was all eventually fixed but it took a lot of follow up calls etc to get it right. I'll be shopping around when we buy our next house.

2016 UPDATE- Since our last review we have bought and moved into a new (to us) home that was older and in need of a lot of help. Alex and his team came in before closing and gave us a great idea as to what we were looking at and how we could phase the work, as it was a big project. We had a few others come in for estimates and decided to stay with IE because they seemed like the most knowledgeable at the the best price. We got started on the first phase and everything went very smoothly. His team is courteous and professional. When we r ready for the next phase they will be our first call.
2017- now we needed a new unit, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was right, for the actual u it to the instal and service. I recommend them every chance I get.

Highly recommend! These guys were great and came out the next day for an HVAC tune up requested by the people buying our house. Great to work with!

Had a bad leak from second-story down through ceiling in master bedroom on first floor. Silver city worked with insurance company seamlessly and made sure that we got top quality work and then worked out details with insurance so that everything was covered. Philip and Robert were absolutely fantastic. They did what they said they would do and did it efficiently and incredibly fast. Their work was really excellent. They were easy going and didn't vibe me in anyway when I inspected their work. They were happy to have me look things over. They take a tremendous amount of pride in their work. Hope you will at least meet them for any job to get a feel for them and get an estimate. They earned all 5 stars!!

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

0  STARS:     REFUSE TO SUPPLY WHAT THEY ADVERTISE:          Found their ad in the magazine The Grand Season Sun City West Edition.  They offer $239.00 for 5 rooms carpet cleaned plus sofa/love seat and grout cleaning.  Seemed like a good deal!  When I called the man said no way I can do that for that price. I told him that is what his ad says- how can you refuse to do it!  He insisted that he could not do it - it is a mistake.   I questioned him and asked have you as a businessman heard of truth in advertising?  Even if it is a mistake you should honor your advertising. After more discussion he told me (very sarcastically) that I was a real sweetheart and then hung up!
I would NOT RECOMMEND using this company as they obviously don't supply what they advertise!
