I don't often write reviews. However, I am compelled to do this after returning from dinner on Friday evening (with out of town guest) and finding the A/C was not cooling, I called George Brazil, Parker and sons and several other big name companies that promoted 24 hour service. Not one of them returned my calls. Early on Saturday, I tried again with no results. After searching on Yelp for reviews I came across Johnny's...who actually answered the phone himself. Committed to be there by 9 a.m. , but called back and said he would be there earlier.  Arrived at 8:30 and 30 minutes later found and replaced the part at a very reasonable price. I strongly recommend not counting on the big guys and there advertising to get the job down when independents like Johnny's are happy to please.

Recently had them come out to do a pre summer check on my A/C. Were very polite over the phone and in person. Will use next time :-)

I can't say enough good things about my recent experience with AZ air experts. We had been told by a previous air co. that we needed over $1500 -$3,000 worth of work done, but air experts came in and fixed the problem for $330. They were extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. They took the time to troubleshoot the problem and explain all of it in detail. It is so refreshing to find a company that is honest and straightforward. I will recommend them to anyone that needs a recommendation for their A/C!! Thank you!!! Thank you!!!

I am late in writing this review. Cool Zone installed a new HVAC unit in August 2019. They gave me a great price and warranty but their service went above and beyond. They deserve 6 stars if I could. They also provided portable coolers while our unit was on order and installed. I was a Realtor for many years and dealt with many contractors, Cool Zone is one of the best from my experience. They did everything they could to make the installation as perfect as possible. Danette responds to calls quickly as does David and the contractors. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them.

Awesome job guys!  On time very professional and explained everything in detail.

I'm impressed with this company and I have used them twice so far. Once to give me a quote on my AC and once to fix my heater. Both times they followed up quickly and tried to troubleshoot on the phone to save me the cost of an unneeded house call.

Both time i did have to have them come out, however I was impressed with the service detail and prices. I will continue to recommend them to friends.

While the customer service was great.   They came out in under an hour from my call.  Wasn't an emergency since it was my basement unit not cooling off.   He was out here less then an hour.   Replaced two capacitors (one inside and one outside) for same system.   He charged me $410 for parts and labor.  The parts are $15.35 for 97F9829 and $8.45 for 27l566.   $386 for labor and tax?   I appreciated the quick service but really....is overcharging necessary?   I guess it's a one and done relationship, I won't be calling you again and I will be giving your name as who not to use for Air Conditioning repairs.

I sincerely apologize that you feel overcharged by our company.  It looks like you priced out a few capacitors online (not the same quality capacitors that we installed).   Let's not bicker over the cost of the part.  Instead, please allow me to explain the costs that we, as HVAC contractors, incur to do business.  I am hopeful that at the end of this, you will realize that we do not overcharge for our service.  To have a technician come to your door costs the company money & this is the cost incurred due to overhead (truck, fuel, insurance, training, building, office staff, telephones, utilities, taxes, marketing etc.) before we even pay for the technician's time.  Now, most technicians make approx. $30.00 per hour (pretty reasonable).  After you factor in payroll taxes, workers compensation insurance, medical insurance, etc. the cost of that technician is closer to $38.00 per hour.  Then we have the cost of the materials, which are stocked in the truck that arrives to your home.  Next we have the part warranty that is given w/ every part we install & finally we have profit margins that need to be met, in order to stay in business & provide expedient, quality service.  I would encourage you to call other reputable HVAC contractors and price out a dual run capacitor and a blower motor capacitor.  I hope this helps and if you would like to discuss further please feel to call me at the office.   Tonya K

We have been a customer of Bumble Bee AC for about 4 years now and we have been meaning to write them a review!  We can't say enough good things.  We started by Having them install a new central air unit and insulting our attic.  From the consultation, quote, options and installation everything went well.  When the SRP rebate didn't come for the unit, BBAC even sent us that check to make it good.  The level of honesty is so appreciated.  We have been having them do twice a year maintenance to make sure our unit is working it's best as well.  
Today we had them come back to install a mini split unit on our addition and again, they sent enough people to do the job in an efficient manner.  This company is always there when they say as well and they have our confidence.  Hire them!!!

Mike was absolutely wonderful. We had installed a thermostat incorrectly and were stuck without AC overnight.

I had messaged him in the middle of the night for a quote and he was very quick to respond. The price was very very good!

I called him first thing in the morning and left a message and he called back shortly after. He asked what was going on with our new thermostat and had me send him photos. He was actually working on a different appointment that morning, but had to go to a supply store that was nearby our house, so he stopped by. He had everything fixed and the cold air was blowing in about ten minutes.

I will definitely use him and recommend him for all of our future needs with our air conditioning. He was very friendly and definitely knew what he was doing!

Alan's Air was amazing. Alan answered my call on a Saturday. He then checked out what we needed to get done the following day Sunday. Then he got Bill to come out that next day Monday and he started working on our vents!

We needed our job done quick and with no notice. Alan's Air was there to save us. Every other company that came out to the job kept saying we needed a new A/C unit; which was SO not the case. We knew we only needed new duct work. Alan's Air was one of the only companies that actually listened to what we needed done. On top of that, they were extremely well priced!

Bill was super communicative and so nice. I really enjoyed working with them and will continue to seek out their services for our future projects; as well as, recommend them to my family, friends and clients.

Wow! Where do I begin with this company? A+++++ as far as honesty, caring, and customer service! We purchased a house last month, moved in, and voila! A/C stopped working.... of course! After tossing a guy out from George Brazil (do not use those guys....) who literally spent 5 minutes diagnosing the system and then immediately went into a sales pitch trying to sell me an $11,000 unit, I called Ideal Energy as they came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint! They got right in here and did an entire system evaluation (turns out we had several problems going on...) Because of the sweltering heat, they went above and beyond to make our repair top priority, even coming early mornings and on a Saturday to make sure we weren't without cooling. The communication and follow up were top notch! They may not be the least expensive operator out there, but they take pride in everything they do and provide a professional quality, honest work and service. Worth every penny for peace of mind and to know the job was done right! We won't use anyone else!

I was calling around to get estimates on having an evaporative cooler removed.  Desert Comfort Mechanical immediately stood out because the person answering the phone knew exactly what they were talking about.  We discussed capping or totally removing the system.  I appreciated a professional opinion.   They also gave me an instant quote. This gave me comfort that they must do this type of work frequently.   The other companies I contacted didn't know immediately if they did this type of work and of course couldn't give me a quote.
The crew showed up on schedule.  I had received a call letting me know they were on their way.  They were very professional and completed the work with the removal and capping.   Once the work was finished, one of the technicians showed me everything that had been done, making sure I was happy with the work.
Best part was that as I was paying my bill I was asked if I was a veteran.  I was using my USAA card.  I told him I was and he gave me a 10% discount off of the quoted price!
Finding honest, professional help isn't always easy.  I think I found a good one.  I would definitely use them again and would recommend them highly to others.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

We paid a great deal of money to have our pavers sealed by this company 1 1/2 years ago. Six months later they looked terrible, We have called for 1 1/2 years and they have never returned the call. Stay away from this business. It is a scam. They have now changed their name to CMS Stone Restoration..
