Always on time,  very reliable and courteous techs, a pleasure to work with. Both Chad and Victor were professional and gave us great advice on how to move on with our old system, and most important, solved the issues we ran into.

Gerardo installed our water softener and reverse osmosis yesterday. He was very professional and sweet. At the last minute we decided not to take the reverse osmosis to our refrigerator at this time and Gerardo was very amenable to that. Suggested if we changed our mind he would come back another day. I would definitely recommend American home and air to anyone. Very satisfied.

My experience with 1st Choice was fantastic.  The person answering the phones was very attentive and responsive and was able to get a technician out same day and rather quickly.  The father and son duo were extremely professional and polite and had diagnosed my units problem fairly quickly and even had the part already on hand in their work can so they were able to get my AC fixed very quickly.  I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for an future needs.

My 82 yr old mom in Sun City had an issue with ac not running cold, I looked for a company with good reviews on Yelp and found Boldt. I have heard stories of HVAC companies taking advantage of elderly and charging for things that are not needed. I gave her their number and they said they could be there between 5-7pm that day. They showed up around 4, wgich was less than an hour from time she called. He told her all she needed was a new filter, that the one she had was 100% dirty. Total bill was less than $100. Great service, felt very safe and trustworthy. Also took precautions concerning Covid19. Great experience. Thank you!!

We can't say enough great things about Johnny! We came home from a quick trip away in August and the house was at 93 at 10am already, and the air was not working...every Arizonan's worst nightmare! Johnny was here within an hour of calling him, and they had a diagnosis and new part installed within 2 hours of calling him! After they left, Johnny called us to check in, make sure it was running ok and asked to call him if there were any issues. We won't be using anyone else for any future HVAC needs. I don't usually leave bad reviews but I was surprised by todays service. I was told over the phone there would be a $79 up front fee which would not be applied to service. That threw me off because most companies will apply it if you decide to use their service but I based my decision off the reviews and agreed anyways. After the tech looked at my unit he mentioned it is most likely a leak and it would be between 200-300 to identify the leak and mentioned that a rough estimate if I decided to fix the leak would be an additional 2,000-3,000! To top it off he said there was an additional $100 diagnostic fee which I was never told there would be a separate fee to diagnose aside from the $79. I guess the $79 just covers the gas to get to your home! Now I'm $179 short and not even certain if the issue was a leak or where the leak is at! Would never use this company again!

Ok, I just purchased a home, shortly after my AC united pooped out. I had called 3 other people and then called Arizona Air Experts. I spoke to Misty in the office she was super warm and professional she scheduled my appointment for Caleb to come out. As soon as I spoke to him I knew they were the company I wanted to replace my old unit. Misty would always keep me posted on when and what was going on. She is on it and lets you know whats going on before you have time to even realize. When I met Caleb the owner, I knew he was confident and knowledgeable and just knew what was up. I hired him to replace my unit. Him and his crew were great. Even his crew was warm and professional I loved them. After they got the job done, Caleb explained things to me about my new unit and told me if I had any questions or concerns to call them. I know for a fact I picked the right people to do this job and to do business with. How often can you say that? So, if you want a company with integrity and professionalism that is unparalleled, look no further, these are the people. I am telling my neighbors about them and anyone else asking or looking for AC/Heating company. They are a phenomenal company!!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I woke up to a hot house with my ac unit switching on and off. I found this company on yelp, received a quote, called and within 30 minutes a tech was out to diagnose and repair. Amazing and speedy service. They turned a helpless situation into a positive experience. Definitely will be using in the future and referring everyone I know to them.

My mom's AC/heater was acting up, blowing smoke all up in her home and Dave from Gladiate Air flew in to the rescue!!! Big thanks to Dave's wife for setting up the same day service!!

When Dave arrived and turned the on the heater, the smoke decided not to rear it's dark cloud, but instead, it stopped working. Dave found the problem & fixed the broken wiring in no time and quoted me with a reasonable price! He was very professional and explained everything to me every step of the way. He's an expert in his field and provided excellent service!

Hopefully my mom won't have much more AC/heating issues, but if she does, I trust Dave and Gladiate Air for all of our AC/heating problems! Thank you Dave, you're a life saver!!!

Wonderful experience, better than we could have hoped for. Friends we've referred to this company feel the same. We joined their maintenance plan and were blown away by the customer service and how thorough the check up was. I was so nervous about the bad rep AC companies have -- I wouldn't chance going with anyone else, we hope Dukes of air is around for a long time!

David is fantastic. He knows what he is doing, he works hard, is extremely honest and he goes out of his way. We met him when he worked for another heating/cooling operation in town and we were so impressed by his honestly and work ethic that when he told us he was starting his own small business, we followed immediately and referred all of our friends. David has helped us when our air conditioning failed multiple times (often rearranging his entire schedule to come faster), when we realize that none of the ducts were sealed securely in our older house that had been remodeled, and just recently he put in an air scrubber for our home to help our sons immunosuppression issues. This is the first time we have ever turn on the heat without an asthma flareup in our house. And his prices are extremely fair.

Bumblebee was referred to us so we asked them and two others to come to our house so they could give us a quote for either repairing or installing a new A/C unit. They were not the low bidder but their quote was more detailed and in the long run I feel we actually saved money for the work performed.
They went above and beyond what was required of them. We're definitely happy customers and will use them for any future needs.

Had another company cancel twice on us for an AC repair/problem.  Waited a week, and got nothing. Found this company via yelp after calling 5 others that were too busy.  Most folks laughed when I asked for same day.  (Late July in AZ 117 degrees) These guys came out twice in the same day to figure out my condensation valve issue.  Will use them and them only form this point on. I was desperate and price wasnt even a concern but these guys were priced very very fair, for sure.  Super nice people, you can tell its a family run business.  Not one issue from the initial phone call to the final visit.  They called, texted and emailed to keep me on the loop as to when and who to expect visits from.  Awesome!!  All in the same day

Ideal Energy was fantastic!!! We had them perform an energy audit and our house feels amazing.  The employees were always professional and courteous.  The work was completed very quickly and they explained every part of the process in a way that I could understand.  Besides their amazing work, another benefit of using their services was that they complete the paperwork needed to get the SRP rebate : )

I called late on Thursday and Fadel listen and understand exactly what I needed. Showed up the next morning even earlier than appointment time and solved all of our concerns. What a great experience and the price was even better.

Damaged my oak cabinets and teplaced oak panels with plywood.  Cut shelves after I told them not to. Treated me with extreme disrespect. They knew I had just lost my husband and they took advantage of the situation. Charged for work they had not done.  I refused to have them in my home to finish the job as they did more damage than good. I had to raise concerns to the insurance adjuster's manager to get honest, reputable people to fix their damages.  I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.  
 As for John's comment about physical abuse, it's totally absurd, but exactly what I would expect from Silver City Restoration.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

I hired this company's other entity CMS STONE RESTORATION to restore my Saltillo tiles patio. That apparently meant power washing the patio and sealing it.
I honestly was expecting more for what he was charging for such a small patio. I though he was gonna make it look like the before/after pictures on their website.. you know??
Craig showed up all enthusiastic on how this small job was going to be so easy and would be done in no time.
He was right! It took him not time at all!! I paid him by check (a pretty hefty amount for such a small job) and he left.
Only after my patio dried I realized that he had ruined it completely! He etched every tile by power washing it, sandblasting it and creating all kinds of swirls on the tiles that could not be washed off because the water pressure ate the tile away...
When I texted the photos he was totally great about how he will take care of everything and fix all the damage on my patio.
He showed up the next day and power washed again!!! as if that would change anything and said he would be back to seal with a different/better sealer.
At this point the check hadn't clear yet.
I knew that I had to do something more to fix this before sealer went on, so I spent the weekend hand sanding each tile. All 400sqft worth. One by one!
Monday I texted as to when he would come, and he replied towards the end of the week.
I should have canceled the check right there and then!
Thursday I got a text that he would show at 7:30am next morning. He never showed and I texted at 8 to let him know not to bother as landscapers next door were blowing stuff all over and I would have to clean the patio before he came... but this time the check had cleared and I never heard back from him. Not a single word. Not an ok, I ll come an other time, nothing! I still haven't heard from him.
I found out he was originally this carpet cleaning company now doing something else to branch out...
The fact that his company's name now is CMSstonerestorationscott… and not registered on Yelp (they are registered there under CMS cleaning) should have been my first clue as their site doesn't allow reviews.. and they pick which ones to show on their new website... I wonder why?
I would have been ok if he offered partial refund and told me I should find someone else, after he ruined my patio, but he chose to be petty and take the money and run!
He has lost my business for good and I am notifying everyone I can in Phoenix, including all the neighbors on next door app as well, so none of you fall victim of this company.
