polite and patient.  The install went very well and within the time that was scheduled.  They cleaned up and made sure that all the debris was picked up the same day.  I would fully recommend Larson Air Conditioning.

Just had AHW put in a new water heater and recirculating pump. Tom, the owner, is great. Answered all my questions and his pricing is very fair. There were a couple of other companies that were really pricey ... one in particular was almost twice as much as what Tom quoted. They nickel and dime you for all the new replacement valves and hoses. Tom included all that plus haul away and tax with his price and it was still well below what others quoted. Angel, the technician, was very professional. He came, explained what was going to be done, asked if I had any questions and then got to work. He was done in about an 1 1/2 hours.  I have also used them for a water softener in the past. I would definitely recommend them if you need a new water heater and/or water softener.

My AC was on the fritz on the hottest day in AZ so far! Called Mike and he was able to help me get it back on its legs and it works like it never has before! Previously I was being serviced by a big name company who kept wanting me to buy a new unit....which I need, but just didnt have to dish out. Mike fixed the capacitor on my 17 year old unit and got her spinning again! I recommend 1st Choice Mech in your time of emergency! He was friendly, upfront, kind and knowledgeable!

We just installed our replacement Trane Air Conditioner after 20 years of faithful service in the Phoenix Desert. Over the past 2 years Hays serviced the old unit and said you still don't need to replace yet. Finally it was time and their crew did a spectacular job. Arrived at 7 and Done by 1pm. House was clean as could be and this included an attic install of the air exchanger. Looking forward to many years with our new Trane

Based on other Yelp reviews, we called Arizona Air Experts when our A/C unit was not performing well.  We were impressed with the response time and professionalism of their team.  We needed a new unit to replace the 19 year old unit we had.  They promised a date and time for the new unit and were there as scheduled to install the new unit.  We join the other Yelp reviewers in recommending Arizona Air Experts.

Capacitor went out when we got back from being out of town. Set up an appt for the next day, which I was surprised at getting one that fast.
Replaced the capacitor in around a half hr and the house is finally cool again. I highly recommend Cool Zone Air.

I just had Arctic Fox A/C & Heating out to service my a/c for the summer. They were recommended to me by my brother.  These guys are GREAT! It was explained to me in detail what they were going to do. There was a part they suggested to replace - it would eventually stop working and I don't want to deal with a broken a/c unit in 116 degrees. They had the part on their truck and replaced it very fast. The technicians, Heath and William were very knowledgeable and professional.  I will use them again and I would highly recommend them.

Great service experience with Gabe and Christine of Gladiate AC. After reading all the positive reviews on Yelp I decided to try them out to service the AC units for my duplex in Phoenix. Gabe was extremely helpful in explaining the process and went above and beyond to get the job done. I will use their services again for regular AC maintenance in my duplex. Contacted this company because of the great reviews and the reviews are correct.  Had A/C problem and they were able to come out the same day.  Was contacted by Dusty with time of arrival and he was on time.  We knew that we had to replace our heat pump for over a year and had talked to several companies.  We thought today was the dreaded day, but was only a clog. Dusty took care of it and didn't charge us.   We asked for a quote for a new heat pump and knew this was the company for us.  Had new heat pump installed 2 days later, which was perfect since the heat pump died at 3 a.m. and new one arrived right on time at 8 a.m.  Robert and partner are very professional and experienced regarding the install.  Perfect installation and we are all cool again.  Thanks for everything and this company will be our A/C company for us, my Dad, and brothers.

David is fantastic. He knows what he is doing, he works hard, is extremely honest and he goes out of his way. We met him when he worked for another heating/cooling operation in town and we were so impressed by his honestly and work ethic that when he told us he was starting his own small business, we followed immediately and referred all of our friends. David has helped us when our air conditioning failed multiple times (often rearranging his entire schedule to come faster), when we realize that none of the ducts were sealed securely in our older house that had been remodeled, and just recently he put in an air scrubber for our home to help our sons immunosuppression issues. This is the first time we have ever turn on the heat without an asthma flareup in our house. And his prices are extremely fair.

Amazing service!!! We used them last year to replace a part that was broken on our air conditioning. We had an issue with it again this year. They came out the same day to check it,  although they were already booked for the day, knowing that we had a baby at home with this heat!
Dylan was amazing and helped in every way he could.  He even brought us a portable air unit to use until we got the unit repaired with our warranty company. They have amazing customer service and we will definitely use them and refer them to everyone we know.  Thanks again!

I am thrilled about finding Mike and Chase at Cave Creek Cooling.  I had been using another company for service and maintenance program, and felt they were always trying to sell me something.  After receiving their outrageous estimate for a Duct Zone Damper on my A/C,  I called Cave Creek Cooling.  Mike diagnosed the problem on the phone, and Chase appeared at my home  with the fix 3 hours later. HALF the price and a tutorial on the mechanics of it all, which I greatly appreciated.  I'm now a happy subscriber to their Maintenance Program for my HVAC system.

We have had many issues with our AC and just as many issues finding a great company to help us. We decided to find a new company to help. Alex and Ideal Energy, are absolutely the best. They fixed our nagging coil issue (correctly, unlike the previous company) and did fantastic work. They made us a priority and took great care of us. I highly recommend them! Damaged my oak cabinets and teplaced oak panels with plywood.  Cut shelves after I told them not to. Treated me with extreme disrespect. They knew I had just lost my husband and they took advantage of the situation. Charged for work they had not done.  I refused to have them in my home to finish the job as they did more damage than good. I had to raise concerns to the insurance adjuster's manager to get honest, reputable people to fix their damages.  I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.  
 As for John's comment about physical abuse, it's totally absurd, but exactly what I would expect from Silver City Restoration.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

I had the folks from CMS come out to clean my travertine floor. What a great job. I never knew how beautiful my tile could look. They were fast and efficient  and very polite. I am having them come back to seal my pavers next week. Very reasonable prices.
