I was visiting a friend's house when Jordan came by to replace the filters on the RO system. I was impressed by how professional and neat he was. The filters were quickly changed and he have great instructions on how to purge the system. I was really impressed.

Our AC in our new home started short cycling in the middle of a heat wave, and our home warranty company was unable to find anyone to come until 4-5 days later. We have a newborn baby at home, so it was imperative that we got it fixed immediately.

So I was on my own to find someone. Luckily 1st choice got right back to me in less than an hour and were here the next day. Tim and Brandon showed up ready to rock and roll and figured it out very quickly. After both AC's started blowing cold, Tim was adamant to come back the following day to check everything out and make sure all was well. These guys were so personable and solid, I wish every company operated the way they do.

I was even more impressed when I got the bill. I was shocked at how affordable they were as they could have easily charged me anything at that point to get my house cool again.

I can't say enough good things about Tim and 1st Choice. They work hard, and are just plain nice people who won't take advantage of you. My family and I are so grateful for getting us taken care of on such short notice.

I needed help with installing a nest thermostat and wasn't sure if pit was compatible so I messaged a few companies and Phillip responded right away with a few questions and sent Mike out the next day! I was really impressed how quick and affordable it was. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable and had my thermostat up in running in no time at all. If you want honest hard working employees these are your guys.  My AC unit is unrepairable... they wrote down exactly what I needed so I would not overpay.  They were at my door fast on a Saturday morning.  I would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them again without hesitation!!!

We had a problem with the a/c and a technician by the name of Frank came out. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything, and gave us a couple of different options to fix it. He did a good job and I thought the price was fair. Just an FYI that there is a $79 trip charge. But I thought it was well worth it and would pay it again based on our experience.

This business does not want to communicate via Yelp. It wasn't a good fit I guess? Contacted this business for an HVAC service quote at my remodel. In the screenshot you can see I replied with the requested information and a wide open schedule.

This is by far the best AC/Heating company in the valley. My fiancé and I have used them to repair our rental condo's AC that was acting up as well as our primary home. They are fast, professional, and high quality for the right price!

I'm impressed with this company and I have used them twice so far. Once to give me a quote on my AC and once to fix my heater. Both times they followed up quickly and tried to troubleshoot on the phone to save me the cost of an unneeded house call.

Both time i did have to have them come out, however I was impressed with the service detail and prices. I will continue to recommend them to friends.

Found MY air conditioning company just a few short weeks ago!!  During my checkup visit, I asked about the brand name and manufacture date on my units.  13 year old units facing a very difficult Phoenix cooling season caused me to think about replacing the system as a preventive measure.  When I called Kalem and asked him to send someone to give me an estimate, he had it arranged within minutes.  Rob Bowen came out, gave a great evaluation and presented the best fit for our home.  He was so knowledgable we knew he was shooting straight with us.  Very comfortable to talk to.  Set up the changeout for today.  Manny, Luis, Freddy, Beto, and Danny were here just after 6 AM and went to work effecting the entire changeout--take note today is the hottest day of the year so far (110 at 2 PM).  There were many actions happening simultaneously and they finished the job right around noon.  Wow!!  We are sitting at a cool comfortable 80 degrees in our living room and we can't even hear the unit running outside (the old unit announced itself each time it activated.  I am so glad we found AZ Dukes of Air and their team of professionals.  They get my highest recommendation--trustworthy, customer-centered, communicative.  Their teammates show up when they're scheduled and they call ahead to let you know they're enroute.  Their cleanup after their work is phenomenal.  I can attest to the temperatures they're worked in up in the attic and they were up there for hours.  Manny and his install team work so well together I do hope the big bosses at AZ Dukes of Air give them a bonus for all their hard work.  We can now rest comfortably knowing we have a great new Trane system installed and we should be trouble free for whatever mother nature throws our way.  Thanks AZ Dukes of Air team!!

We've had them rescue our unit a few times now and ended up signing up with their maintenance plan for piece of mind.

Anytime they do work they take tons of pictures and are transparent about what they're doing, what they recommend, pricing etc. Highly recommended, they have great communication and service!

Sometimes the best AC guy is the one you don't end up using. Our AC died the other day, obviously a huge problem if you live in Arizona. We didn't end up working with him, but I was super impressed with his honesty and advice. He made a real effort to get the AC manufacturer to get us a new unit via warranty. In the end, that wasn't successful, but he shared his insight into how much we should pay for a unit and how to proceed. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out if I needed AC help.

Two years ago, Ideal Energy did some work on my old house to improve it's energy efficacy.  The results was lower bills this last summer.  So when my furnace started spewing carbon monoxide I called them and some other BBB A+ firms.  When the bids came in, not only were they more than a thousand dollars cheaper, they where able to install faster than the other firms--they had the furnace installed the next day. I highly recommend Elena, Alex, Chris and the crew if you need anything having to do with homes HVAC and saving energy (and money!)

Wow, what a great company.  Let me save anyone looking for a new HVAC system the trouble of shopping around.  I recently purchased a new split Gas and AC system (5 Ton) 14 Seer from Desert Comfort Mechanical (DCM) and my experiences with Fadel and his entire team have been nothing short of exceptional.  Many HVAC providers promise you great customer support and service but DCM and the entire team don't just talk the talk but they walk the walk in every interaction providing exception value and service.  Even during the due diligence inspection they worked around my schedule to arrive at 6:00am so I could leave for work on time, It's refreshing to know that there are companies like DCM here in the PHX metro area that still know how to deliver exceptional service along with extraordinary value.  Well Done Fadel, please pass on my many thanks to your team and you for delivering a pain free experience.  You can be certain that you and your company (DCM) are the one and only I'll have on speed dial.

We had a leak in our roof a year and 1/2 ago USAA sent out Silver city.
They repaired the roof and the ceiling in the kitchen, in a timely manner.
Fast forward to October 5th 2018 after the rain we had i noticed the same area in the kitchen ceiling started to crack. Called USAA they said it's still under warranty with SC so i called them on the 8th, 10th, 15th & 17th with no updates or contact from them. On the morning of the 18th they called and said they will be in 30 mins.  I had to leave work and the guy said it was a rookie mistake the guy didn't repair high enough.

He said they would contact me about repairing the ceiling.
So i started with the phone calls again (as no one ever called us)
Called 10/29, 11/5, 11/8, 11/9  on the 9th they gave me the project managers phone number for JIM when i called it wasn't JIM it was another project manager Robert for the east valley.
He said he would call me back (never did)  I called Robert on 11/13 at 8am
And he said he would call me back. He did 2 hours later he called and said he was going to send one of his guys from the east valley  even tho it isn't his job. The guy that repaired it was awesome. He said he would be back at 7 am to paint.  I waited until 8:30 and then called again.
Robert said remember i said it wasn't his area and that he spoke with JIM and he was sending someone. Which he obversely didn't. Robert called JIM and said you need to call us. When i didn't hear anything back i called Robert back and he said Jim was suppose to call me.  
Robert gave me JIMS number which JIM did not answer.
SO PO right NOW......

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

I hired this company's other entity CMS STONE RESTORATION to restore my Saltillo tiles patio. That apparently meant power washing the patio and sealing it.
I honestly was expecting more for what he was charging for such a small patio. I though he was gonna make it look like the before/after pictures on their website.. you know??
Craig showed up all enthusiastic on how this small job was going to be so easy and would be done in no time.
He was right! It took him not time at all!! I paid him by check (a pretty hefty amount for such a small job) and he left.
Only after my patio dried I realized that he had ruined it completely! He etched every tile by power washing it, sandblasting it and creating all kinds of swirls on the tiles that could not be washed off because the water pressure ate the tile away...
When I texted the photos he was totally great about how he will take care of everything and fix all the damage on my patio.
He showed up the next day and power washed again!!! as if that would change anything and said he would be back to seal with a different/better sealer.
At this point the check hadn't clear yet.
I knew that I had to do something more to fix this before sealer went on, so I spent the weekend hand sanding each tile. All 400sqft worth. One by one!
Monday I texted as to when he would come, and he replied towards the end of the week.
I should have canceled the check right there and then!
Thursday I got a text that he would show at 7:30am next morning. He never showed and I texted at 8 to let him know not to bother as landscapers next door were blowing stuff all over and I would have to clean the patio before he came... but this time the check had cleared and I never heard back from him. Not a single word. Not an ok, I ll come an other time, nothing! I still haven't heard from him.
I found out he was originally this carpet cleaning company now doing something else to branch out...
The fact that his company's name now is CMSstonerestorationscott… and not registered on Yelp (they are registered there under CMS cleaning) should have been my first clue as their site doesn't allow reviews.. and they pick which ones to show on their new website... I wonder why?
I would have been ok if he offered partial refund and told me I should find someone else, after he ruined my patio, but he chose to be petty and take the money and run!
He has lost my business for good and I am notifying everyone I can in Phoenix, including all the neighbors on next door app as well, so none of you fall victim of this company.
