Larson AC has been fantastic for our family! Easy to schedule, communicative,  prompt and affordable. I would highly recommend them.

We had an issue with our heater blowing out cold air. This company was super responsive with getting us scheduled. We weren't in a hurry but it was nice that they did a same day visit! The tech was honest and no gimmicks. He didn't BS us on what we need to get fixed. He located the issue and fixed it. We didn't pay an arm and a leg either!!

I will definitely use them again and we have them coming back for AC tune up once it's warmer out.

We've been using Boldt HVAC for both heating and cooling for several years. They are so wonderful. We've had the same technician (Juan) every time - that's unheard of! He's polite, extremely knowledgeable and does a great job of keeping our systems up and running! Thank you to Boldt - it's nice to have a trusted company to call.

If you want honest hard working employees these are your guys.  My AC unit is unrepairable... they wrote down exactly what I needed so I would not overpay.  They were at my door fast on a Saturday morning.  I would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them again without hesitation!!!

We had a service appointment for 5-7pm last Friday June 6th.  (our upstairs AC vents were not blowing properly in our multi zone house).

A lady from the office called us around 6pm to say that our service person was running a bit late as he had to pick up some parts.
**After that phone call...nothing.  
**No service person, no other phone call to let us know what happened.  It's tough being stood up :)

We called the on call number the next day (Saturday) to ask what happened and to get a message to the company.  The on call person was very nice and apologetic and promised to get the message passed on right away.
**Again...no phone call, no communication.  We received no call back.
**We awaited a call from the office on Monday.  
**Again....nothing, no communication from Hay's.

So, yet again, we called.  They didn't apologize nor acknowledge the missed appointment, but they did schedule a service person (who showed up!).

Michael was very polite and courteous.  And- BONUS- he put booties on over his shoes while he was in our house (love that).  
**He said our AC unit was way undersized (it was 4 tons, and we absolutely needed 5 tons) for our house.   This is not the case at all and would not logically explain our issue.  This would not explain why only one zone was not cooling. The other two zones cooled like champs!

This technician then said a comfort specialist would be in touch with us with to discuss remedies.

Out of the blue, another person from Haye's called us, saying he'd read the notes and he wanted to send out someone who specialized in multi zone systems.  The notes did not seem correct to him.
**Why was this not done in the first place?  Our notes from our initial call were very clear that we had a 3 zone house.
**Had this person not happened to read our notes, this would've gone undetected and we'd have gone down a road of repairs that would perhaps not fix our issue.

The zone specialist -Mike-came out today.   He was phenomenal.  (kind and courteous as was the prior technician)
As we initially expected, the problem is with the damper not closing / opening properly.
He was great and we already have the quote and are awaiting scheduling.

Overall, we are disappointed in this experience.  We understand things happen and appointments cannot be kept.  But, this must be communicated.
At the very least, please acknowledge the inconvenience and the issue.  We waited 3 + hours on a Friday night.

Secondly, I'd expect our notes to be read thoroughly and a qualified, multi zone technician be sent out.

There were zero missed calls from Hay's to us.  I have the call logs.
Last communication from Hay's to us was Friday evening around 6pm or so- as i mentioned letting us know the driver had to make a stop for items.
There is no way 6 calls were missed, as they stated.  It's absurd.  
Additionally, why was there no follow up after we phoned the on call service on Saturday?
The fact that we had to keep chasing you down- making yet another call on Monday to find out what's going on is unacceptable.
A no show is acceptable as long as there is sufficient communication.
Please don't state 6 calls were made to us that were unanswered as that's demonstrably false.
Let's pretend that IS true.  Why were there no voice messages left?

They were very reaposive and gave us info to help get the blower replaced. Maria was awesome, kind and good follow up. Thank you your old school customer service.

Capacitor went out when we got back from being out of town. Set up an appt for the next day, which I was surprised at getting one that fast.
Replaced the capacitor in around a half hr and the house is finally cool again. I highly recommend Cool Zone Air.

So my thoughts are when the house hits 102 degrees, call Heath at Arctic Fox Heating and Air, (623) 533-5718, because he is seriously the best - and honest - and reasonable - keeps you updated, and does what he says he's going to do. We've had experiences with less than honest technicians from other company's and it's just not worth it.  We just gave him keys to the house for three days, and we stayed in an air conditioned hotel!  We completely trust Heath and his team, and have total respect for what he does.

I've used Gladiate Air Conditioning and Heating for years and all they do is get better over the years, look no further, the best!

We chose Arizona's Dukes of Air based on excellent Yelp reviews and were not disappointed.  Our heat pump had not been looked at since we bought our house three years ago and decided it was time for a tune up.  Kalem, our technician, was knowledgeable, courteous, on time, and answered all our questions.  He was very informative when I asked about a whole-house fan and possibly augmenting our heat pump with a natural gas furnace.  We ended up needing a minor part replaced in our attic unit, but I never felt Kalem was trying to up-sell us with something or a service we really did not need.  All in all a very satisfactory experience.

I have used David a couple of occasions. David is reliable, knowledgeable, and very responsive. My most recent air conditioning issue, I called David and told him the issue I was having. David was so nice and told me that it was an easy fix and actually walked me through how to do it on my own. My lack of knowledge, I took up 30 minutes of David's time on the phone and he was very patient with me. It is hard to find good knowledgeable people with integrity and David definitely has it. I would highly recommend David.

I live in Calif and my son lived in the Tempe, AZ house while attending ASU and after graduation.  When he moved, I had some rennovation work to do, including the heater.  I called Bumble Bee to do the work after reviewing them here on Yelp.  They showed up when they said they would (ok, he was 10 minutes early);  He figured out what was wrong with the antiquated heater and fixed it at an unbelievably fair price;  He provided me with a very fair quote for a replacement when this old system kicks the bucket as I requested;  In short, they provided me with excellent service at a very reasonable price.  I know who I'll call for any HVAC problems, without a doubt, it will be Bumble Bee Air Conditioning.  They have truly earned their 5-star rating.

I am out of town and my neighbor said my AC was making a strange sound!  I contacted Mike through Yelp and he was at my house and it repaired the following morning! Thank you Mike! Highly recommended!

Ok, this place is AWESOME! I called them for a 2nd opinion because the other company I called said that we needed a new unity. Bill came over right away and fixed the problem right away. The motor was bad and found out that the other company had lied to me about what needs repair! I'm so thankful for them! They are honest and I would highly recommend them!

We would recommend Ideal Energy to anyone who wants amazing and prompt customer service.  Alex, Elena, and their team have been great to work with.  We live in a slump block house that was built in 1973.  Needless to say it was in need of new insulation and additional energy saving work. After completing an energy audit for us in 2012, it has resulted in much lower energy bills, saving us at least $50 or more on our electric/heating bill every month!   Today was the 3rd time we have had them out for various work and they did not disappoint.  They installed a new AC for us in a timely manner and made sure that we received the best price available.  We really appreciate the fact that they are nice, truly careful about the quality of service they give, and above all leave us with peace of mind that we are getting a great product every time we need something. On a side note, they make sure to clean up everything before they leave.  I cannot say that about most contractors we have had in the past.  Thank you guys!

I could not recommend this company more. My techs name was Fidel and he was very helpful considerate and took my call in the evening on a Saturday for an emergency. Not only was he able to help me on Sunday but he was actually early so fantastic company to work with!

This is a story sad but true of a company that has very good work but very bad business practices
This begins in September of 2021
An estimator is sent to survey damage done by a roof leak due to a Solar installation
On this visit, the estimator without authorization attempted to fix an issue
The problem as was always suspected was part of a Solar panel installation and not even close to the problem area, again this was not authorized
The estimator spent roughly 45 minutes for his activity and arrived late even though it was clearly communicated my sister-in-law worked nights and was asleep, there were 2 guests here, but they wouldn't have authorized; this was presented as a favor - to attempt to stop further leakage
Now to current time, on March 16th, 2022
I have resolved my roof issues with Reimagine Roofing - recommended
Jim the representative for Silver City comes to inspect the work and close our business and I am presented with 2 invoices, 1 for the ceiling repair and 1 for what i have no idea
It came to be that 1 as for the ceiling and 1 the additional charges were for the attempted unauthorized repair which didn't do anything anyway
Those charges were 586.46 - during an estimate appointment for insurance purposes
this amounts to $13 a minute
i will add that if you have any interaction them, they or their representative's do understand payment options using current electronic/computerized systems, like Zoelle or simple BillPay

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

This has been smoldering with me for a number of months. This was a disaster. Craig came out and talked big on how they were called out to fix Coit failures on travertine floors and told me how he would be able to fill cracks and pop outs as if they were not there. He would use top of the line products and our floors would look very nice. He quoted me a price that was what seemed a little high however ensured excellent quality work. Included in the price was furniture moving. When he came out he showed up alone (said his crews were on other jobs) and I had to leave work to help him move furniture. He then cleaned and stripped the floors. When I went back to work he was short with my wife when she asked about filling the cracks and pop outs. He stated he had not planned having to take care of all of the pop outs. He then proceeded to use sanded caulk grout for filling the imperfections instead of travertine filler. He made a mess on the floors with the caulk and did not clean the excess up. Needless to say the filling was horrible. Then he applied a sealer which he apparently was not familiar with and made a tacky mess of my floors. It took 8 days for my floors to dry and by that time they were a dirty mess from dust blowing in.  I contacted him to come back out and clean the floors and he was very short and upset. He did come back out and did a light strip on the floors (again I had to help move furniture), which helped some but far from the result he promised. When he left after the re-clean he never even asked if we were satisfied and just disappeared. What even makes it worse is he stated We should have ground the floors and redid them which would have only been about $1000 more than the $1900 for the clean and seal however he initially told me it would be several thousand more to grind the floors. Also he apparently forgot what he charged me for the original job, $2250. This guy was a joke. I did call another company and they stated the could come out and fix his work for about $750. I guess I have learned an expensive lesson and everyone needs to watch out for this guy....
