We just used American Home Water & Air to install a water softener at my parent's house. Not only were they very efficient in organizing the appointment, they were also very prompt. Junior was our technician. He was very conscientious, explained everything about the system, and even ensured that the unit and surrounding space were clean before he left. Thank you!

I get my AC checked out every year before summer and have used many different companies to take care of this task. I have to say, I have saved 1st Choice Mechanical in my contacts on my phone after today's visit. Tim showed up right on time, kept me in the loop as to what he and his trainee were doing and even showed me some tips to keep my unit running efficiently (no other company I have used have done that). They were courteous and covid safe. No mess after their work, it's like they weren't even here! I will definitely call on them again for next years service or any service in between! I contacted this company and Philip was able to come out the same day. After spending some time on the roof,he explained what the problem was. The technician I had used previously had apparently done the same repair incorrectly and when it didn't work,moved on to the replace parts until we solve it theory.
Philip declined the job,not wanting to have to be responsible if other errors had been made by the original tech. This made perfect sense to me.
I now understand air conditioning systems a little more, and if my situation changes,this will be the first company I contact.

We had an emergency issue with the heaters in our VRBO. We called several companies and due to the drop in temps we were told it would be next week. I called Johnny and he was amazing! He immediately looked at his schedule and said he could fit us in that day as we had tenants with a half working heater. Unfortunately it was raining at the time he was heading out so he had to cancel. However he promised 9am the following day.

The heater ended up fixing itself when he got out there but his excellent customer service and reliability made us fans. We will definitely be giving him our business on the next one. Thanks Johnny!

I am happy to say I had a very good experience with Hay's. One of my units wasn't blowing cold, so I called around a few of the higher rated places on yelp. I made the mistake of going with someone last year who wasn't on yelp, and I totally regretted it--the guy totally reamed me. Hay's was different-honest about their pricing and went above and beyond, even fixing a leak in one of my units the guy last year said he couldn't fix without being there while it was leaking (WTH?). So they fixed my unit, fixed the leak, tuned them both up, and because I signed up for their service plan, waived the trip fee. It's hard for me to know what is fair pricing as I don't have a lot of experience with HVAC repairs, but I feel like a I got a fair deal for all that they did while they were here.

This business does not want to communicate via Yelp. It wasn't a good fit I guess? Contacted this business for an HVAC service quote at my remodel. In the screenshot you can see I replied with the requested information and a wide open schedule.

Capacitor went out when we got back from being out of town. Set up an appt for the next day, which I was surprised at getting one that fast.
Replaced the capacitor in around a half hr and the house is finally cool again. I highly recommend Cool Zone Air.

We truly coulombs happier with the service Gladiate provided. Our AC completely went out mid July, and after calling Gladiate in the morning, we had a quote on a new AC by earlier afternoon. Installation was prompt and the price was affordable. I have already recommended Gladiate to a couple people, and always will.

My AC went out Saturday night with a forecast of 120F for Sunday.  I called Sunday morning and left a message assuming I'd not hear back until Monday.  They returned my call within about 15 minutes and while they don't regularly have Sunday hours, they did this week due to the near record temps forecasted.  They said someone could come out in the morning but as I was going to be out of the house in the morning I asked for a later (1pm-4pm) window.  The tech called me about twenty minutes before arriving and came just after 1pm, which was much nicer than me having to wait till close to 4!  He was very professional, friendly, and was happy to answer all my questions.  He diagnosed the problem real fast and fixed it very quickly (replaced the capacitor.  He also let me know that the A/C unit I currently have is in good shape and is a really good one (came with the house when we bought it so I didn't know how good it was).  Also, the price came out less than what he told me it would be when I gave him the go ahead to fix it.  All in all I was very pleased with the service and feel the pricing was fair also.

I have used David a couple of occasions. David is reliable, knowledgeable, and very responsive. My most recent air conditioning issue, I called David and told him the issue I was having. David was so nice and told me that it was an easy fix and actually walked me through how to do it on my own. My lack of knowledge, I took up 30 minutes of David's time on the phone and he was very patient with me. It is hard to find good knowledgeable people with integrity and David definitely has it. I would highly recommend David.

I will be recommending this company to everyone I know! Whether you need help or not, it's so hard to find honest people these days. Not only was this the first company I called, it was the only company. Sometimes you can hear the sincerity in people's voices. After speaking with Lisa over the phone and talking with Jimmy in person, I just knew that whatever the diagnosis was it would be legitimate. I was told it could be one of two things...the starter or the compressor. Both were on opposite ends of the spectrum as far as cost goes. I feel that with my lack of knowledge with AC units many other companies would have told me I needed a compressor. Luckily, my problem was the least severe of the two and it was fixed in no time. Reasonable price and excellent work! Thanks guys!

Alan's Air is Awesome!!!  I called Alan's Air on a Sunday morning when my air conditioning stopped working and temps had been in the triple digits for days. Alan answered the phone himself and when I told him the symptoms he first walked me thru what I could do myself to fix the problem, thinking it was one of the fuses to the compressor. I was so impressed and thankful to find a person who would even take the time to tell you what you could easily do yourself to avoid a service call. I did what he said and when that did not work he stopped by within an hour and solved the problem. Alan is a dedicated professional with 35 years of experience and a very kind and honest man who I will recommend over and over!

Update to last review -
After the energy audit was conducted, some serious issues were identified. It was determined that for all intents and purposes, I might as well have had a 14 hole in my wall, just pumping cool air to the street.  I was provided with a full report and a very reasonable quote to bring all of my insulation and ducting up to standards.  I was also given a reasonable quote for upgrading my pool pump to a more efficient model.  Long story short, when the work was all done, I compared the previous month's bill to the current month.  The savings was, well...take a look.  
August billing cycle:  $467
September billing cycle: $297
And I haven't even had the pump replaced...yet!  
Also to note, they helped me get all of the available rebates that I qualified for with SRP.
I'll be calling Ideal Energy when I'm ready to upgrade the pool pump soon!

Doug at Desert Comfort answered on New Year's Eve, was able to come quickly AND get our heat on within a couple hours!

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

0  STARS:     REFUSE TO SUPPLY WHAT THEY ADVERTISE:          Found their ad in the magazine The Grand Season Sun City West Edition.  They offer $239.00 for 5 rooms carpet cleaned plus sofa/love seat and grout cleaning.  Seemed like a good deal!  When I called the man said no way I can do that for that price. I told him that is what his ad says- how can you refuse to do it!  He insisted that he could not do it - it is a mistake.   I questioned him and asked have you as a businessman heard of truth in advertising?  Even if it is a mistake you should honor your advertising. After more discussion he told me (very sarcastically) that I was a real sweetheart and then hung up!
I would NOT RECOMMEND using this company as they obviously don't supply what they advertise!
