I have used the services of this company a few times now. They have done repairs and also inspected the HVAC system of a house I was buying.
They respond quickly and when my A/C was broken this summer they sent a tech out right away to fix it.

Its rare to see business integrity in action but when l do, it amazes me..Brad came out went into attic  & diagnosed ventilation issue  which he was honest enough to tell me they don't fix .Referred me to another specialist..Impressed by employee, company , & owner Tom answering emergency phone lines. No wasted time or stress.

I get my AC checked out every year before summer and have used many different companies to take care of this task. I have to say, I have saved 1st Choice Mechanical in my contacts on my phone after today's visit. Tim showed up right on time, kept me in the loop as to what he and his trainee were doing and even showed me some tips to keep my unit running efficiently (no other company I have used have done that). They were courteous and covid safe. No mess after their work, it's like they weren't even here! I will definitely call on them again for next years service or any service in between! Late last night our outdoor ac unit starting making a high pitched buzzing noise and the fan was no longer working. With the high temperature being 105° the next day I knew this was not a good situation. I started reaching out for quotes on Yelp right away. I followed up with a phone call at 7am and spoke with Fran. She was so nice and so helpful. A few quick questions and she was able to schedule a technician to come out in a couple of hours. Note: many of the other companies I reached out to still haven't responded to my yelp requests or phone calls. So the fact I had someone who not only responded, but was able to help on such short notice and was so pleasant to talk to was...amazing.

Phillip (the technician and owner) was here at 11am on the dot. He worked with my husband and was able to get the issue resolved quickly and easily. He advised for some additional items for my husband to keep an eye on, saying we'd want to replace them in the future, but weren't critical for getting the ac functional today. No high pressure sales pitch, he just fixed our ac and went on his way.

Thank you so, so much Fran and Phillip. You turned what could have been a very hot, very bad Sunday into a wonderful experience. We'll be using Boldt HVAC for any future air conditioning needs!

HERE'S THE DEAL, I got to my unit late last week, ok, the heat is out, damn. So I suffer through a few days because I was in and out, and I can do pretty well just from the fire place. but,... when you are expecting guests in the next couple of weeks, you'd better find someone to fix it. I just bought this place not that long ago, and was really hesitant to call someone that was going to tell me a bunch of bad news about the old unit that  I inherited, and or worse, how much it's going to cost me to have it replaced!,  so, dilemma.  I'm not from around here, who ya gonna call?? ...So I google A/C/ furnace repair, and Johnny's pops up with almost 100% satisfied customers. OK, let's try the little guy and see how long it's going to be before they can get over here to help me. Wow, you can be here in two hours??? I'm expecting two weeks! NICE! Well Johnny and his assistant show up, I'm thinking geez two guys ? for a furnace repair? how much is this going to cost me. Truth is, we had one guy on the roof with the unit, another downstairs working the thermostat.  The problem is quickly identified not as a furnace problem, but a loose wire in my thermostat. My unit checks out, and I'm told that I inherited a fairly new and excellent unit. they change my filters, scold me for not changing them sooner, and I'm out the door for under a hundred bucks?? When does that ever happen, ??

This business does not want to communicate via Yelp. It wasn't a good fit I guess? Contacted this business for an HVAC service quote at my remodel. In the screenshot you can see I replied with the requested information and a wide open schedule.

I requested quotes from several companies. Cool zone was the first to respond and had the soonest availability. I was told a tech would be to my house between 3-5pm the same day I requested the quote. I was delighted at 1:30pm when I got a call saying the tech could make it earlier. It was nearly 90 degrees inside my house when Ryan arrived. He got right to work and had the problem solved and repair completed before 3pm! He stuck around and chatted for a little while to make sure that the temp was dropping in my house. He was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend cool zone to anyone needing AC repairs!

I contacted Arctic Fox per a recommendation from someone who had excellent feedback about the experience with the company, so naturally - I already felt a little bit more comfortable reaching out. I called about midday and nobody answered the call but we left a message for a call back, and we received a call back within 10 minutes. It was a Saturday and we scheduled for a Monday service call on the two units we have for the house. The upstairs unit was sporadically working and wasn't providing cold air so we wanted them to also take a look at that.

The person that came out at 9am was cordial, clear, and expansive in the sharing he provided about what he was doing, what he was looking for, and what we were hoping for. It was a bunch of gibberish to me because hvac isn't my jam but it was helpful information to have later so I could explain to my cousin who does know HVAC. By around noon he was able to determine what the issue was, tell us what part/s were needed and given us a quote for the service. He was going to be able to fix it before the end of the day and something excellent to note is that our old unit (original from '98) still had parts! (Something 2 other companies that had come out wanting us to purchase brand new units had boasted and made us fear!) That in itself made us trust that he was actually trying to help us and not just sell us a new AC unit in the middle of an AZ summer!

He left and came back with parts, a partner to help, and was finished right about 4pm or so. The price seemed fair for the service, parts, labor and overall the experience we had was positive so I was thrilled that by the end of the day, our old original unit (both of them for that matter) felt like they'd gotten a refresh and were back up and running again! Also, the warranty for service covered a year for the parts and 2 years for the service.

Overall a super positive experience and thrilled we didn't have to buy a new unit, that we fixed the issue, and that we feel covered for the next year! Thank you to Arctic Fox for the excellent service.

Tech was on time, thorough and professional. While my service was only a summer HVAC system check up, I was highly impressed.

My husband and I can't say enough amazing things about Dukes of Air!! Everyone that we worked with and spoke to was so professional and responsive. We had to have our old AC unit replaced and they made it as seamless and stress free as possible.

The day they installed the new unit, they worked incredibly efficiently and was done with everything from start to finish in about 6 hours. They left all the work areas cleaner and better then what was there when they arrived.

I don't write many Yelp reviews unless I feel it worth it to show support to a great business and Duke of Air is nothing short of a great business. Don't even bother looking anywhere else for your AC needs.

Hands down best service. David is professional, attentive but above all trustworthy. As a small business owner he truly helped to resolve my a/c issue in my place of business. He arrive promptly and came to the rescue on 2 separate occasions. He really educated me about the issue and remedied the solution quickly. Repairs can be stressful and he truly helped to alleviate the headache. The only person I will try with any a/c issues going forward! Thank you David!

Great service and people do deal with! AC broke over the weekend (in July). I had another company out who told me the AC was shot and as old as it was, should be replaced. They were great to deal with as well but wouldn't be able to get to it until 2 days later. Bumble Bee AC came recommended and I called them for a second opinion and estimate. Jimmy went the extra mile and squeezed me in to check my AC on a Sunday and agreed that repairing the very old AC was not recommended. They were able to get the new AC in the next morning and by 1pm they were all done. The estimate I received was the pretty much the same as another company, reasonable and competitive. The level of service, professionalism and friendliness was top notch - the kind that is hard to come by these days!

Michael is as good as the rave reviews he gets on this site. He was friendly, quick and honest. I would certainly use this company again.

Absolute life savers! Our AC unit died right before the 4th of July. We tried calling around a couple places and Alan's Air was the only one who responded. They got us a quote super fast and the price was very fair. Because the wearhouse that had the unit wasn't open they couldn't do the install for a few days, so they came and dropped off a portable AC unit to get us through the weekend. We wouldn't have made it through the weekend without it! They just finished up an install that took a fraction of the time we expected and our new unit is pumping out blessedly cool air. We can't recommend Alan's Air enough. From top to bottom everything was fantastic!

Chris was very professional and cleaned up after he was done. He brought plastic to cover the clothes in the closet, wore shoe covers when in the house, and vacuumed up after he was done. He explained what was wrong, how he fixed it, and prevention. I needed my primary drain cleaned out and had a secondary shut off switch installed. They are a local small business that I would support again! Thank you :)

A motor in my air handler went out. Handler is over 15 years, but they found the parts and were out in under two hours. Super friendly team, great service, great price. Not much else to say except thank you.

This place has employees who steal from you. I trusted them with my belongings and their crooked staff robbed me blind. Dont let these people in your house.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

I had Craig power wash and seal my outdoor pavers.  The job turned out well and he gave me a 5 year warranty.  Since the completion of the job, there have been several areas that need to be redone.  Craig refuses to answer my calls or emails! It seems that the warranty is not even worth the paper it is written on!  If I could give a zero star review based on his customer service,  I would!  Don't use this company!!
