I have bought the 10 yr presidential water softener and it is perfect and works exactly as TOM said it would. I have used them to service the ro system we use 365 days a year. I had problems until Jose showed up and he can solve any problem you have. He calls ahead he keeps his word he is promptly on time with all the supplies needed on the truck. The prices are very reasonable and Jose is a very good honest human being and an excellent repair or install or trouble shooting technician. I will call the for every thing I need without ever calling any other company to compare. When you use a company this excellent, there is no reason to hire anyone else. Thankyou Jose for being the excellent conscientious man that you are. When you leave everything works better than new. It's a pleasure to know you. You are the best in ARIZONA

Nice to know there are people out there in the business world with the ethics of Mike. Very much appreciated his honesty...as well as his overall knowledge in terms of his work. HIGHLY recommend to anyone who has the I'm leery about hiring contractors...this guy is as good as they come.

I was looking for a HVAC company that could look into some issues in detail that a home inspection found up in the attic and Yelp provided me a great one.

We arrived in Scottsdale to find our air not working. It of course was on a Saturday in September the temp was 107. We came across Johnnys number online, they called us right back and were at our house within 30 min the job took 20 min. Extremely knowledgeable!!!

I just had a RO system installed today. The office was efficiant and organized. They verified and reminded me as well. Matt was informative and patient with all my questions. Of particular interest was an additional step added to the system that boosts the alkalinity after filtration which addressed my main concern with Reverse Osmosis. Matt installed the system the same day which saved us another appointment although I'm sure that is not always an option.

It is easy to recommend these folks and I will likely have them do a whole house system next.

If there were more stars to give this company would have each one! From the star of contacting them till the end of the service, Arizona Air Experts were excellent! The lady who helped me get an appointment the same day was sweet and has great customer service and great communication, she called every step of the way. Darrin was our technician and he was AWESOME. Very honest, friendly and helpful. He showed us every step of the way of what he was doing and how to help the performance of our AC unit. He was also very patient with us as we had to go through our home warranty for authorization for our reimbursement process. Great company and I will most definitely be using them for our maintenance on our AC and any plumbing service! Thank you so much, your company made our day!

5 stars to Cool Zone Air Conditioning and Heating! I attempted to install a new thermostat on Sunday and turned off the power like the directions said but  turned off to the AC, not the air handler and blew a fuse. My boyfriend found them on Yelp, have them a call and had David at my house within an hour and done in an hour, including the install of my new thermostat. David showed me how to program the new thermostat and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for quick service on a Sunday. Great service, Thank You!

The Arctic Fox team was very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, provided a very competitive bid, and did an excellent installation of two A/C and furnace units to replace old units. I highly recommend them.

I just had Dukes of air come for the first time today, to do maintenance. Kalem was fantastic! He called to let me know he was on his way and apologised for being a bit behind schedule. (He wasn't late in my opinion!)  He took the time to explain everything to me, which I really appreciate. He was kind and polite which was also great! Came into town in July to find a non-functional ac. Called a few places and bumble bee sent someone over with an hour. Unfortunately, the compressor was stuck. The normal trick of enlarging the capacitor didn't work, so...I got quotes for replacing the compressor and the entire ac. I decided to replace the entire ac and it was in and operational the next day.  Total elapsed time from my first call less than 24 hours. Awesome service and really nice people.

Wow, what a great company.  Let me save anyone looking for a new HVAC system the trouble of shopping around.  I recently purchased a new split Gas and AC system (5 Ton) 14 Seer from Desert Comfort Mechanical (DCM) and my experiences with Fadel and his entire team have been nothing short of exceptional.  Many HVAC providers promise you great customer support and service but DCM and the entire team don't just talk the talk but they walk the walk in every interaction providing exception value and service.  Even during the due diligence inspection they worked around my schedule to arrive at 6:00am so I could leave for work on time, It's refreshing to know that there are companies like DCM here in the PHX metro area that still know how to deliver exceptional service along with extraordinary value.  Well Done Fadel, please pass on my many thanks to your team and you for delivering a pain free experience.  You can be certain that you and your company (DCM) are the one and only I'll have on speed dial.

There are many restoration companies available in the Phoenix area so it is important to know & trust the people that will be in your home.   That is what you get when you call Melanie and work with her team.  Having damage to your home is never fun but dealing with a company like Silver City can at least make it easy.   I do recommend.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

Don't use them (him) Craig comes off very profession at 1st but once he runs and cashes your check you will never get him to respond back or call you back. Also changed his name to CMS restoration because his rating was so bad. He's a shiester. Don't trust him. When it drys is when you can tell it's a very poor job and he's already ran to the bank.
