My units were 22 yrs old and I got three different quotes to replace them. Larson was the most reasonable, did not pressure me and were very responsive the entire way through the process. I had to set nearly everything up for installation and financing while out of town and they were great as far as keeping in contact and being flexible and accommodating. I liked that they would text with a photo of the technician before they arrived and were willing to come to my house to finish documentation and even to do the rebate for me! All the staff from Eli, Bruno, Doug, Claude, Rick ( I know I am missing one of the installation technicians, sorry!) were wonderful! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Gerardo came to the house today to install a soft water system. He arrived on time, was very pleasant to speak with, and was thorough in his work and explanation of the system. I was very satisfied with AHWA for install in less than 24 hours from calling them. I will definately use this company in the future as needs arise.

Our AC in our new home started short cycling in the middle of a heat wave, and our home warranty company was unable to find anyone to come until 4-5 days later. We have a newborn baby at home, so it was imperative that we got it fixed immediately.

So I was on my own to find someone. Luckily 1st choice got right back to me in less than an hour and were here the next day. Tim and Brandon showed up ready to rock and roll and figured it out very quickly. After both AC's started blowing cold, Tim was adamant to come back the following day to check everything out and make sure all was well. These guys were so personable and solid, I wish every company operated the way they do.

I was even more impressed when I got the bill. I was shocked at how affordable they were as they could have easily charged me anything at that point to get my house cool again.

I can't say enough good things about Tim and 1st Choice. They work hard, and are just plain nice people who won't take advantage of you. My family and I are so grateful for getting us taken care of on such short notice.

My AC has been struggling and running at 85-92 the past month so I had someone come out to check on it and they recommended a repair which I thought was a little high.  I then asked a friend's son who is out of market about his opinion on what they said (figuring it would be honest since he's not trying to get my business) and he recommended a new unit based on the costs involved with the motor and coils.  A local friend had Boldt come out to install their AC units, so I decided to schedule a second opinion with Boldt.  He found the same issues the original company did but also recommended a new unit, saying the original unit was not the right size for my place!  He was able to add some refrigerant and it's freezing cold inside now.  Will definitely be using these guys again!  Thanks.

I feel like I'm repeating what others have already said about Johnny's but here goes. They are great! My A/C went out around 9 p.m. It took me a little while to find them on Yelp. I called around 10 at night thinking I would leave a message. NOPE. Johnny answered and was as nice as could be. Within a minute or two he told me what the problem probably was and we set a time for the next morning. He even called me back a few minutes after we first talked to ask me to check if the part was still under warranty. He was willing to lose the repair job if it meant I would save money! Johnny and Johnny were here the next morning on time, found out the problem was a related but much less expensive part and my A/C was back up and running. I've dealt with a lot of repair companies and this was by far the best experience I've had. I wish all companies were like them.

Man trying to find the right company to come to your house for a repair, can be a nail-biting experience. There are so many to choose from. The 1st one I called was recommended by my neighbor and he never showed up. See what I mean?
Well I got lucky this time around. From the pleasant receptionist who at 0900 said they could be at my home today. To the professional repairman who called my wife to say he was on his way. Job done right! Thanks Hays! Now when it comes to HVAC issues, my nail biting days are over!

The technician Randy showed up to my home in less than an hour and it was a simple fix due to a wiring malfunction. He didnt try and up sell, he was in and out in less than 30 mins. Very satisfied and will defiantly use Arizona Experts in the future.

My wife and I finally decided to kick on the heater and when we did it just kicked out cold air. I requested a few appointments first thing the following morning and cool zone responded first, the next call from another company was hours later. They had a tech here in my home within hours to see what the issue was. After the inspection was complete we were given the unfortunate news that the compressor had given out on us. Our tech verified the unit was under warranty still, gave us a quote on what we would have to pay and got us setup for the next day. To have a job be complete from diagnosis to complete in less than a day made us very happy. From quick response and job well done to having a warm house our experience couldn't have been better. The Arctic Fox team was very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, provided a very competitive bid, and did an excellent installation of two A/C and furnace units to replace old units. I highly recommend them.

Biltmore Mechanical has been to my house twice now. Once for an AC leak and again when my AC stopped cooling my house. Both times I was extremely pleased. Not only are they quick to respond and schedule an appointment, they are also extremely reasonable. When my AC stopped cooling my house, they sent someone out on a Sunday morning-no outlandish last minute emergency fee-and when the issue couldn't be fixed right away because of frozen coils, they came back a few hours later after my unit defrosted to get the AC working again. Highly recommend for their great service!

It's a small but professional and affordable family company. I compared their work to two other highly rated organizations on Yelp. They were the most honest about the work I needed done.  (I had an air conditioning unit replaced with a train seer 16 system and I had the air intake moved about 20 feet.  Responsive, and very affordable when compared to other bids.

Came out and did a relatively minor repair within 2 hours of taking my call! Explained everything well, and my unit is working again. I highly recommend Mike.

What a fantastic company!  I discovered one of my units not working on a Sunday.  I read several yelp reviews of AC companies, I chose Alan's Air to contact.  Alan promptly answered the phone and had one of his tech's, Phil, call me.  Phil was at my home quickly.  He was very friendly and informative.  He replaced my AC motor in less than an hour!  I felt that the price was very fair, and honest.  Phil was great!

Great service and support.  What I needed was just a question answered on a 105 degree day.  They walked me through my challenge and helped avoid an unnecessary technician call.  I will be using them for my air conditioner checks and any service in the future.  They have forever earned my business.

There are many restoration companies available in the Phoenix area so it is important to know & trust the people that will be in your home.   That is what you get when you call Melanie and work with her team.  Having damage to your home is never fun but dealing with a company like Silver City can at least make it easy.   I do recommend.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

I hired this company's other entity CMS STONE RESTORATION to restore my Saltillo tiles patio. That apparently meant power washing the patio and sealing it.
I honestly was expecting more for what he was charging for such a small patio. I though he was gonna make it look like the before/after pictures on their website.. you know??
Craig showed up all enthusiastic on how this small job was going to be so easy and would be done in no time.
He was right! It took him not time at all!! I paid him by check (a pretty hefty amount for such a small job) and he left.
Only after my patio dried I realized that he had ruined it completely! He etched every tile by power washing it, sandblasting it and creating all kinds of swirls on the tiles that could not be washed off because the water pressure ate the tile away...
When I texted the photos he was totally great about how he will take care of everything and fix all the damage on my patio.
He showed up the next day and power washed again!!! as if that would change anything and said he would be back to seal with a different/better sealer.
At this point the check hadn't clear yet.
I knew that I had to do something more to fix this before sealer went on, so I spent the weekend hand sanding each tile. All 400sqft worth. One by one!
Monday I texted as to when he would come, and he replied towards the end of the week.
I should have canceled the check right there and then!
Thursday I got a text that he would show at 7:30am next morning. He never showed and I texted at 8 to let him know not to bother as landscapers next door were blowing stuff all over and I would have to clean the patio before he came... but this time the check had cleared and I never heard back from him. Not a single word. Not an ok, I ll come an other time, nothing! I still haven't heard from him.
I found out he was originally this carpet cleaning company now doing something else to branch out...
The fact that his company's name now is CMSstonerestorationscott… and not registered on Yelp (they are registered there under CMS cleaning) should have been my first clue as their site doesn't allow reviews.. and they pick which ones to show on their new website... I wonder why?
I would have been ok if he offered partial refund and told me I should find someone else, after he ruined my patio, but he chose to be petty and take the money and run!
He has lost my business for good and I am notifying everyone I can in Phoenix, including all the neighbors on next door app as well, so none of you fall victim of this company.
