Michael has come to our house twice and by far undercut the prices of everyone else and the severity of what our problem was. He was out this week when we thought our air conditioner was done and he charged us $110. Basically a service charge to reconnect some wiring that we didn't know came loose. How many other companies would've tried to convince you that you needed a new air conditioning unit when yours is 20+ years old? He has my business for as long as I live here.

After a routine check of our A/C units, Cave Creek Cooling Company recommended some important services. We scheduled a return visit from them.
Chase arrived as scheduled calling us prior to his visit. He worked quietly and efficiently. When the work was completed, he went over what he did. He again was very professional.
When billed we noticed the invoice gave us a nice Yelp discount. Wonderful! Every little assistance to the pocketbook is always appreciated. Thank you to Cave Creek Cooling for your services!

I had the most pleasant experience with this company. The thermostat went out and the house was literally baking !! I reached out on yelp and received a response in less than 10 min. I received an appointment, and our technician Chase was prompt and even called to let me know he was just a couple minutes away. He quickly identified the problem and did the repairs just as quick! The company also sent status updates via text. The pricing was reasonable and he gave me choices to fit my needs and my budget.

I will definitely call them again if I ever need any HVAC services, as well as recommend to anyone who needs fair and reliable services. Great company!

It's hard to find trustworthy HVAC companies in the Phoenix area these days. Chase came out and quickly diagnosed and fixed a clogged condensate line. Scheduling was easy, he came out when promised, and the pricing was upfront and fair. Cave Creekers are fortunate to have such an honest and ethical local HVAC business!

I am thrilled about finding Mike and Chase at Cave Creek Cooling. I had been using another company for service and maintenance program, and felt they were always trying to sell me something. After receiving their outrageous estimate for a Duct Zone Damper on my A/C, I called Cave Creek Cooling. Mike diagnosed the problem on the phone, and Chase appeared at my home with the fix 3 hours later. HALF the price and a tutorial on the mechanics of it all, which I greatly appreciated. I'm now a happy subscriber to their Maintenance Program for my HVAC system.

My experience with CCC is the reason I am a YELP shareholder. 5 stars. Local. Small biz. When you get a combo like that you get an amazing experience. Mike was professional, on-time, clean, thorough and explained what was going on so I could understand it.

My experience...
1. Came out bc 2nd floor was not cooling down. Identified the problem, provided a quick fix while we waited for a part.
2. Literally 3 days later, the downstairs went out ! I called mike to see if he could stop by. He called me promptly, came by within hours and had the part to fix my downstairs. Problem solved !
3. He just came to finish the 2nd floor. Tough job getting to the part but he got it done and now our air is working great. BOTH up and down.

Forget home warranty companies. They send inferior tradesman to your house. Use YELP. 4-5 stars only. Have peace of mind the job will be done correctly.

I will be using CCC for all my air needs going forward. So happy I found Mike. Now I have my air guy !!!

Fabulous company. Chase was the 8th person who came out to replace my air conditioner. Six gave quotes. My maintenance company said I was out of freon and for $3500 he could see if he could find the leak. Curtis came in checked the air conditioner and within 20 minutes said he found the leak, didn't see any other issues and for $1500 I had air almost immediately. He is honest and interested in the care of his customer. He now has a loyal customer. No wonder Cave Creek Cooling has a 5 star rating.

Over the 4th of July we decided to change our thermostat and we attempted to replace it ourselves. It didn't go well and we lost our air conditioning. Finding someone to come out on the 4th of July was difficult and the company we hired charged us $1100 to get it running but didn't have time to install the new thermostat. Not wanting to attempt installing the new thermostat again by ourselves, and not being impressed with the company who charged us $1100, we called Cave Creek Cooling Company to install the new thermostat and they were awesome!! He was professional, efficient and honest. He changed the thermostat quickly and inspected the work that was previously done to give us peace of mind. His inspection revealed that the previous company had simply changed a 3 amp fuse for $1100. From now on for us it's CAVE CREEK COOLING COMPANY!!

Mike was absolutely wonderful. We had installed a thermostat incorrectly and were stuck without AC overnight.

I had messaged him in the middle of the night for a quote and he was very quick to respond. The price was very very good!

I called him first thing in the morning and left a message and he called back shortly after. He asked what was going on with our new thermostat and had me send him photos. He was actually working on a different appointment that morning, but had to go to a supply store that was nearby our house, so he stopped by. He had everything fixed and the cold air was blowing in about ten minutes.

I will definitely use him and recommend him for all of our future needs with our air conditioning. He was very friendly and definitely knew what he was doing!

An update. Mike came over, not due to a problem, but for Maintenance as we soon enter 'that Season' when Air Conditioning will likely be called on.
He throughly checked out, and cleaned each of my 3 Units, and determined that each, albeit over 20 years old, is functioning well. He is professional, and

Finally, guys who will fix your AC without replacing the whole thing for thousands of dollars. I called out this company after trying another company that told me I need a new AC system (and they lied about its condition). Cave Creek Cooling came out and replaced the fan blower motor and everything works perfectly. If I listened to the other guys, I'd be replacing my AC every 3 years. Cave Creek Cooling sells you what you need. Honest repair people. Skilled at what they do. And rates are very competitive. And yes, they can replace everything too if you really need that. But they are happy to work with you even if you need a relatively simple repair to get you going. That's almost rare in Arizona these days. Would recommend to others.

Michael D. is amazing and assisted with my wiring problem ASAP. Others were taking much longer and were quoting super high prices just to diagnose and not even fix the problem. I was trying to setup a smart thermostat in my home, and he immediately knew what the problem was and how to solve it regarding c-wire. Chase was awesome. The cooling function of our AC unit went out and Chase was at our home within a couple of hours. He diagnosed the problem (which was on the roof), found and purchased a new condenser fan, and had the repair complete within two hours total! They are communicative, knowledgeable, and friendly. Pricing is fair, especially for emergency services in this heat. Would use again and recommend to anyone in the area.

We were leaving for vacation when 1 of our AC's went out. I looked at reviews on Yelp and called when on vacation for an appointment. We arranged to have service immediately on our return. By 8:15 am after our return Mike arrived, by 8:45 he had completed our repair and we were back in action. A week later our 2nd AC went out. I called Cave Creek cooling immediately and they were able to come that same day to diagnose and repair. This time we had Chase who was just as pleasant and competent. I am so pleased to find a local company with such great service. I have already recommended them to friends.

Just had a spring AC maintenance and a part replaced. These guys were extremely efficient, got back to me almost immediately, arrived on time, knew what they were talking about, were very nice and the pricing was in line if not better than the large companies working in the valley. Best service company I have dealt with in a long time. Mike was onsite in one hour when all the other companies I called said they couldn't be out any sooner than a day and a half. I ordered two thermostats and Michael from Cave Creek Cooling agreed to install them for me. Unfortunately after installing the first device Mike determined that the thermostats were not comparable with my systems. He reinstalled my old thermostat and would not accept payment for his time.

After dealing with my home warranty company after 2 days being down in 112 degree temperatures, I got recommendations on Cave Creek Cooling Company. Within 30 minutes of my call with Mike, he was here at my house and quickly diagnosing the issue and trying to get my ac back up and cooling. He explained things in details along the way. Cave Creek Cooling was amazing. I woke up this morning to our house being 9 degrees above what the thermostat was set at. Called them at 7 AM this morning and was scheduled for them to come out later this afternoon between 12-2 PM. They ended up calling earlier than that and were able to stop by around 9:30 AM. Only took a couple minutes and they swapped out the compressor run capacitor, which immediately fixed the problem. Was really impressed and happy with the quick time response, especially since we're in the middle of the summer in Phoenix. The repair was $265, and we couldn't be happier.

Found with the help of Yelp contractors. After he reached out to me promptly, we scheduled an appointment same-day for an AC that wouldn't turn on. He was able to arrive a bit early, which was great. He was friendly and went right to work. AC was on in the matter of minutes! When he came back inside he told me what was wrong and what he fixed. He even inspected the system to check overall condition and found out fan speed set too slow. For years we've lived with our AC not blowing hard enough for this simple reason. It's already cooler than normal in our house! He accepts credit cards and emails receipts. Will hopefully not have to call him again for some time but I know who to call if I need someone!

Our AC was acting up, so I called Cave Creek Cooling first thing the next morning. Mike came out a couple hours later; replaced a part, and took time to clean the units and saw the pressure was really high. He adjusted it and stayed to make sure it was running better. We now have cool air on this really hot AZ day.
Mike is so professional and wonderful, and so thankful to him for fixing our really old unit. He did not pressure us to replace them; fixed the problem, and we now have a new AC guy. He is awesome!

I woke up this morning and my AC was struggling. I reached out to numerous companies around the valley and every one of them only had appointments into next week. I reached out to Cave Creek Cooling and only waited an hour for the tech to show up. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Fantastic service! These guys will be our go-to for all HVAC issues in the future. Very prompt response, fair prices. Mike at this company was called at 8 pm last night after our company, Sonoran Mechanical left me hanging with no air for over 24 hrs. The sonoran guy came and couldn't fix and told us it needed 3 parts and that the company would call in am. Called Cave Creek. Mike picked up call and came in 20 min. In 20 min it was fixed!!! He had to replace the capacitor that Sonoran had just put in, and a starter which the other guy couldn't be bothered to do. I highly recommend this company and Mike as he is honest, efficient, reliable. He'll be our guy going forward. The other company mever called us and we were club members.

My husband and I highly recommend Cave Creek Cooling Company. Mike came out within an hour of our telephone call. He even called and let us know he was within 10 minutes of our home. He replaced our blower motor and another part and was done in an hour. Another company said it would take two and a half hours to replace the blower. This company was recommended by a friend. The guy who came out was very courteous and seemed genuine. Our problem was something we thought might cost us thousands but we weren't sure. He gave us an honest assessment of our issue, didn't seem like he was trying to make crazy money off of us. But, he fixed our unit, and haven't had any issues with it at all. From start to finish, Mike was great. We had recently converted our office to a nursery and the room wasn't cooling adequately for our daughter to sleep. Mike talked to me at length over the phone about the issue, scheduled to come out the next day, was communicative about his ETA on the scheduled date, was efficient at evaluating the problem and came up with a solution. He was in and out in less than two hours, and the price was reasonable. More than anything, I trusted him right away. You can tell he is an honest guy, and ethical, (which from what I've heard from others in the business is not easy to find.) What more could I ask for?! After a near lightning strike, our AC was out - still running but icing over. Also electric out in 4 rooms. After doing as much as I could on my own (not much) I got a referral for Mike, here. What a great job he did - got us up and running with parts he had on the truck, showed me where the relay board was fried, installed new thermostats. Great guy, fast, knowledgeable, hard working, and (I kid you not) his eyes light up when he talks parts. You gotta love the enthusiasm. He even helped us figure out the electrical. We signed up for the maintenance/tune-up program - cheaper than the one we were using before and WAY cheaper that a new unit. Call Mike. You'll like him, and he will do a good job at a reasonable price.
