We had Jay come out and look at an outlet that was sparking. The staff were professional and friendly and Jay was on time! It was easy to schedule the appointment and there ended up not being anything wrong with the outlet (whew!). We weren't charged for the service call due to finding them on yelp, so it was $0 for something I was concerned would be $$$. Jay took his time and tested the outlet multiple different ways to ensure it was functioning normally. If you need an electrician, call these people!

Took 5 days to get an estimate.We own and manage multiple properties and the lady on the phone had nothing but excuses. When the bud finally showed up it was 30% higher than the company that did the job.

It's no surprise that this family owned business constantly gets 5 star reviews. This is the  third time I've used this company and I couldn't be happier. I called last week to have my garage wired for 240 volts so I could charge my new Tesla EV at home.  The technician Bryce arrived right on time and did a custom installation to my specs in about two hours. He never complained once about working in my 140 degree attic for over an hour. Great installation, fair price and my car charges super fast! Wish i could award more than 5 stars.

Cannot give more than three stars.  Labor charge was way too high for my washer.  No parts required, just an adjustment.  A little over an hours work for almost $300.  Tech was nice and quite chatty.  Fixed the problem but way overboard on price.

Diontae is the go to guy. A Veteran and a top notch electrician. Work was accomplished effectively and at a reasonable price. The crew cleaned up before leaving. I have requested extra work be done but have not heard back from big boss to explain estimate. I would recommend especially Diontae and crew. Just waiting for boss to call to schedule additional work.

I contacted Bolt Electric reference an electrical issue with my garage doors.  Matt responded out and fixed the issue quickly and the pricing was excellent. Matt was on time, polite and professional.  I would highly recommend Bolt Electric for your future electrical needs.

JR from Affordable Electric Service provided excellent service from my initial phone call to the completion of my request installation of 3 dedicated 20A circuits. This is a New home purchase December 19, 2022. The master bedroom, and living room, were on one circuit breaker. When I used my floor heater would trip  the circuit breaker. JR from Affordable, Electric Service, installed (3) 20A to solve my problem. I now have peace of mind when turning on my floor heater. JR converted an already existing plate to have 20A and 15A plug.

Recently, I had two exterior electrical outlets go out. After tinkering around for a bit (no real electrical background here), I found Arc Electrical on yelp and google and liked that it was a local company, close to where I live, and had phenomenal reviews. I called them and the person I talked with (owner?) walked me through what he believed was going on and I was able to fix both outlets in literally 10 seconds. While the solution was an easy, quick fix, someone with not a lot of electrical knowledge like myself, wouldn't have known the problem or what to look for. He saved us time and money. There's a lot of integrity to I could tell this company and owner have just over a short one-minute phone call. I think a lot of places could've have easily just sent an electrician or tech out and charged you hundreds for the same fix. Not this guy, not this company. I will use Arc electrical for any and all future electrical needs and I'll certainly recommend them to friends and family.

My wife and I wanted to add some LIGHT to our great room and some SOUND to our patio. After a little research with yelp, I decided on Dodge Electric. Why? Because Mike, the project manager, responded to my email within 24 hours. Others didn't respond at all or were a week later (after I had already secured Dodge). Of course, the initial request for a quote went out as a result of high reviews on yelp.

All via email (my preference), Mike and I decided on a date for Dodge Electric to come out and take a look at our home and give us a quote.

Preston arrived on time and asked great questions and made fantastic suggestions in regards to what we wanted. While we had a wishlist of what we might get done (dependent on the price of each mini-project), we decided to price out adding can lights to our great room, speakers to our patio, a speaker outlet for our backyard, can lights for the master bedroom, a light over the master shower (per Preston's recommendation, one that can handle the moisture and doesn't give off creepy, unnatural light) as well as two 'Christmas Outlets' on both sides of our house. In the end, we just chose to light up our Great Room and bring sound to our patio and add an outlet for future speakers in the yard.

The estimate came in at nearly what we expected. We had a quote from a contractor which we thought was a bit outrageous - Dodge Electric's quote was within what we originally might have expected. Everything, again, was handled via email. The quote was sent in PDF form, we signed it on our iPad and sent back the work request to Mike, who then emailed back to confirm a date for install.

On the installation day, the two electricians, Francisco and Roger, arrived within the time window Mike had provided. We confirmed the work we were having done. One snafu: they were going to install dimmer switches that didn't match what we already had. During the initial appointment, Preston had taken pictures of what we already had so they matched. No problem for Roger, he said he'd just run and grab the ones that matched! No push back or anything from Roger, just a no problem, essentially.

Roger and Francisco went right to work after finalizing locations of our can lights and speakers as well as the new switches. All-in-all, it took about five hours to complete the work, which was less than expected. They cleaned up after themselves for the most part, were nice to talk to and always wanted to make sure things looked good and we approved.

Such a relief to hire a service that cares about customer satisfaction. They've created a raving fan. We will highly recommend them to friends, family and coworkers without hesitation.

I had a dryer cord that needed to be changed out from a three prong to four prong. I had the cord, but was hesitant to change it myself (or rather my husband was hesitant for me to change it. Ha). I contacted REEDCO and Mike was so kind as to fit me in that same day.  I'm guessing electricians don't make their bread and butter by changing out dryer cords, but Mike was gracious enough to take the time out of his day to assist. He was very professional and friendly, and I will absolutely be reaching out to him again should we have need of an electrician in the future.

Initially I found Fan Doctor thru my fan manufacturer due to a warranty fix but after working with them, knew there was much more I could have them do. So far I have had them out several times helping with our existing ceiling fans to several electrical jobs and every time, they have been nothing but professional and a pleasure to work with!

I am a big proponent of not going with the lowest bid because you usually sacrifice quality and service but the most pleasant surprise was how cost competitive cost Fan Doctor is!! So not only do you get great service but it doesn't break your bank to use them.

I would highly recommend them for any ceiling fan needs but also anything you need electrical wise. They have a great service department!!

He had great attention to detail, was kind, courteous, personable and provided great recommendations. These guys are amazing. I've had them out twice now.

So first, James is very friendly. He's been early to every appointment we've sent. Quotes are always accurate. I know what to expect because he's consistent and reliable. Also an animal lover. The first time they came out was two years ago, and the second time was just today. The quality of service has not changed nor their business practice.

Second, James and David have something that makes them special and unique. They have a way maintaining professionalism but when they're in your home, but they feel like friends. This is rare to find in a contractor. You instantly trust them.

Third, if you don't use them, you're making a mistake. Great pricing, great people, reliable and trustworthy! What else could you ask for?

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.
