Being in customer service myself, I often choose Yelp to help me find what I am looking for.  I chose Turn It On because of the great reviews.  Pedro was nice enough to call ahead to ask what time would be best for me within the 2 hour window of my appt.  I was just getting out of work, so I really appreciated that.  He was fast, knowledgeable, super friendly.  He did not mind me asking questions as we went along.  He explained everything he was doing.  My curiosity did not seem to bother him in the least.  I would use them again, and I would definitely ask for Pedro.  He excelled in the customer service department, which often times these days is hard to find.  Thanks for the great service!

I had Tab electric bid a spa electric service Tom came out bid the job and got back to me right away. I gave my ok to the bid an they said they could start in a couple days. They showed up on time completed the work in 2 1/2 hours picked up after themselves asked if there was anything else they could do I am very happy with the work. And they were very professional I will recommend them to anyone thank you tab electric.

Just hired Wiring Pros for the first time, to do a wide array of work on home I ust purchased:  new lighting fixtures, rewiring, exterior floodlights, ceiling fan installs, etc. etc.  They did a great work, all professionally completed on time and without issues. They rescheduled quickly and easily when I had an issue getting my ceiling fans shipped, and made an extra visit to do the install.  Very pleased and will hire them again.

I hit up the owner, Gabriel (who goes by Gabe), around 7 pm on a Thursday night after my stackable W/D broke down and the washer completely stopped at Rinse during a large wash cycle of clothes. I was freaking out and felt like it was an impossible mission - I have people coming in town in two days, I have tons of laundry to do to get extra bedding/towels around, and my landlord lives across the country. Added on that, it's a Thursday evening after hours and it's getting to be hot outside again, so contractors are busy bees right now as it is.

He responded immediately to my message sent on Yelp, and was just as knowledgable and helpful as his reviews say! He asked for specific photos of my washer and the model number for the unit and assured me he could handle the job. He was even kind enough to walk me through the right place to find the model on the machine, very patiently might I add, as it took me a few tries. He was great with giving me directions to help him.

I had a few other contractors that I had contacted for this project on the site as well and One Shot Installation, by far, was the best choice. Gabe was here at the exact time he said he would be this morning, he was very thorough and tested my machine twice while walking me through every thing it could or could not be. He is very knowledgable about his work and all appliances, electrical work, and telecommunications (and more!) He was in and out in an hour with a real fix.... instructions on how to avoid this happening on my older unit in the future. What a company, seriously. Truly exceptional service and response times. Plus, Gabe is a real cool guy and character! Trustworthy service all-around to have in your home, coming from a female that lives alone in a first floor condo.

I needed to have 3 light fixtures removed and replaced in two bathrooms and in hallway.  I asked for a quote and received a phone call letting me know that a electrician would be at my home on Tuesday afternoon, to make a quote.  I received a very good quote for the work to be done and Samuel got right to work and completed all the installation in about an hour and half.   I am very pleased with Bolt electric and Samuel.  A very good company to deal with and when I need any other electrical work to be done I know who I will be calling.   Thank you for your very good service.

We just had Josh come over and do several things in our new home and he did such a fantastic job and provided us an amazing price. Highly recommend!

Alex is awesome! Super nice guy, easy to work with and highly knowledgeable. He was incredibly flexible with our last minute timing as well. If you need an electrician, don't look at anyone else.

I don't normally give reviews, but Matt and his team do fantastic work.  They are punctual, personable, treat your home as if it were their own. I will definitely be calling them anytime I need electrical work done. Thank you Matt and Humberto!  It is refreshing to work with people that care.

I requested a quote to have a ceiling fan removed from one area of my home and installed in another that was not currently wired for it. Gary was responsive and concise in his quote, which I very much appreciated over other quotes I had received. Gary was on time for our scheduled appointment, arriving in a clean white commercial van. He advised me of his work plan for the project after looking over the area, and when I gave the go ahead, he got right to work. He laid down a protective blanket to keep the area clean and moved my furniture back in place when everything was complete. He was very thorough, clean, and went above and beyond what I expected. I'll look to Gary in the future for any other handyman needs!

We requested a quote to get an outlet installed. They came out to review the quote and the tech was rude. We were treated as dumb for not knowing the ins and outs of our electrical box and were even questioned we had electrical out there. (We had previously been running lights and an AC unit).

After all of that they texted us and said they are declining our ask (install an outlet outside? Lol) as they don't think they are the right company. Very odd experience with poor customer experience. Don't waste your time.

UPDATE: business certainly deserves the right to refuse business. We were given no reason and were treated poorly. Based on owners replies to negative feedback he take no accountability nor attempts to understand the customer's point of view. At least he didn't call me a liar or immature like he has to others!

Reedco did everything right. From appointment scheduling, to follow up after the job was completed. Our electrician was Wayman, and he was amazing. He even let my 8 year old watch his work.
I can say with confidence that Reedco is the very best electrician company in Arizona.

These guys are as good as it gets!  Fair prices and perfect installation.  Showed up when they said they would - and gave me great hints.  Purchased all my fans both indoor and outdoor and they installed them along with two pendents I purchased (not from them).  I would highly recommend.

Alex was extremely accommodating and flexible. He communicated well throughout the entire process. Alex took the time to explain what the issue was, the cause and remedy. He was very professional and I would recommend Alex for your electrical needs.

Econolight was an amazing find in very hectic situation last week. I had some electrical problems that needed resolution the same day. I was dialing for dollars until a wonderful woman answered the phone and helped me find an available electrician to come to my house the same day!! I didn't have time to get 3 bids...I needed the work done ASAP in order to close the sale of my home. Jay showed up in the afternoon, got everything fixed in record time and ...the big kicker...they didn't over-charge me! Not this time. Thanks Jay for an amazing job! Wish this review could have been up on Yelp as fast as the service I received!!

My husband and I needed some assistance balancing a few fans and hanging one.  I called and was able to get an appoint set up for the next day after hearing the quoted price.  They were on time and the fans are up and don't wobble!  Yay!!

James and David were very pleasant to work with.  I found them here on Yelp and decided to give them a go.  I just bought a house that had a laundry list of mostly minor issues that needed to be address.  They showed up when they said they would show up, offered a fair price and, as far as I can tell did everything they said they would do.  When I had questions they were happy to answer them.  I was also appreciative that they cleaned up their mess.  Will definitely go to again in the future.

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.
