Best Electricians in Phoenix, AZ

Needed 2 new light fixtures installed and called Simple Electric after seeing the truck driving near my home and checking out Yelp reviews. Quickly got a convenient appointment scheduled. The day of the appointment, they called, saying they could come early which totally worked for me. Upon arrival, they removed the old fixtures and starting installing the new ones.  There were some issues due to my home being a 1990s track home, but they quickly came up with solutions and I now have 2 new fixtures that look amazing.  I'll definitely be calling Simple Electric the next time I need an electrician!!!

Happy to hire TAB Electric to install my Electric Vehicle ChargePoint station. I was in a rush to get this thing installed before the end of the year because of the federal tax credit available to EV owners. Shout out to the office staff and Tom for being so responsive and accommodating. The electricians, Humberto and Jason were great to talk with and they answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. They worked fast and were very professional and friendly.  They also replaced two hallway lamp sconces that I've needed to get done and Jason did a perfect job removing the very old sconces and not peeling/tearing paint away and making a mess. I bought two new sconces that were almost identical in size and I was hoping that I wouldn't have to do a lot of paint touchup around the area. So thanks guys! Quick service!  I needed a NEMA outlet installed in my garage and received a recommendation from someone that just had the same job done by Wiring Pros.  I sent them a couple pictures and they gave me an estimate...two days later, they were here (and on time) and the job was finished in an hour.

I completely concur with all these five-star reviews. To complete the final touches of making our new house a home, we needed to find an electrician to install fans and recessed lighting.
The first time we used Rogoz, Rogoz' guys, including Rob, came out and spent the better part of a day making our plans a reality. I relied on Rob's expertise and good judgment in placement of the cans. Glad I did. Amazing results - changed the whole ambiance of the room - beautiful lighting!  When I was handed the invoice, I was not disappointed; It was a very fair price. I've become a little jaded by some trades that charge by the zip code (not that ours is all that impressive!), but I was even more impressed with the integrity of Rogoz Electric. In fact, we had them (Rob) install recessed lighting in another room a week later and a ceiling fan on the patio.

I will not hesitate to call Rogoz Electric in the future.

In general I am a DIY person. However, I have a newborn that doubles as a black hole for time so doing anything, much less a big project was out of the question.

I wanted to do three main projects - rewire the pool pad, install coach lights, and install a receptacle for a car charger in the garage. I checked NextDoor and found all the electricians that people suggested and contacted them all. I contacted 6 of them and this is how this all panned out.

2 never returned a call/email/showed up for their appointment
3 came out and gave a verbal estimate but never would return my calls/emails to give me a written quote.
1 came out to give me a verbal estimate, talked to me about my overall scope of my project, allowed me to change my mind over details a few times, measured the distances for the project, called/voicemail, and gave me a written quote.

Can you guess who the last one was? You guessed it - it was Ryan of Firefly. Everyone else was a dud.

I am not sure why there was such a discrepancy of levels of service. The only thing I can think of is that the scope of my project was simply too big for some of these guys OR it was simply more profitable to go do small jobs (lets face it, it is probably more profitable to change a fan than it is to do one of my big projects) and instead of just saying this is too big for me, I'll pass they just ignored me.

Who knows.

But Ryan came through. I actually only did two of my three projects - the pool pad rewire and installed a car charger. I over-engineered both projects and thus spent more so I cut one of the projects out until a later time.

My pool project was what I'd consider a pretty big residential project. I basically had a sub-panel installed which for me meant going from 0.5 conduit to 1.5 conduit and running big wires. To get all that out to the back yard we had to cut concrete. This may have been what scared some of the people off.

The only thing I can fault Ryan for is that I didn't completely confirm how I wanted the pool panel conduit to be ran. My previous conduit was ran along the bottom of my house and I thought that Ryan would remove that and install the new conduit in it's place. Instead he installed it higher on the wall. While this makes good engineering sense (less moisture up there), I was a bit taken back by the installation location. In the end it was fine it was just when I went and saw it after he was done I was a little taken back because it wasn't what I expected. Ryan did explain himself well and even showed me the old conduit that was rusted out due to it's location.

So in conclusion, if you want someone that will take you from verbal quote to work done AND all the steps in between then Ryan is a good guy to do business with, especially if your projects are beyond changing a fan or replacing a wall switch.

Josh completed the update/installation of sockets (regular, GFCI, USB) and light switches at our property. He was quick and helped us get up to code as well. He even came back out to finish the GFCIs we needed to add on another day. His rate was the best and everything looked great. He was transparent and accommodating. Invoice and payment was a breeze as well. Highly recommend.

Alex was great. Come highly recommended by us! He installed our Tesla charger and ran another circuit for our freezer in the garage. He did great work and was on time, highly professional.

Gary the Handyman responded right away to an inquiry. He fixed the light switch the next day because he says the house was on the way to his next job.
Why the 2 stars? The dishonesty in pricing. I asked what he thought how long it would take for the issue to be resolved, he said something along the lines that it may take an hour or it could take longer. He says his hourly rate is $65 an hour. I agreed. He shows up and fixes the light switch under an hour. He then charges me $195. His words Service call is $65 to do that type of work is $195.

What I really appreciated about these guys is that even though they missed an appointment Mike called, apologized (which is rare now a days) and asked if they could earn my business back.   We re-scheduled, they showed up and did a fantastic job with some lights I wanted installed and wiring for security cameras.   They were as pleasant as could be and did a nice job cleaning up after themselves.   I would recommend using them.   The only reason for not giving 5 stars was because I had to take a second PTO day to get the work done.

Amazing work so far by the two most polite gentlemen who were also very good at problem solving to meet my needs and wants.  Looking forward to working with them again!  Highly recommend!!

We just used Fan Doctor again for recessed lighting in our bedroom and living room and under cabinet lighting in our kitchen. Their prices are very reasonable and their work was exceptional. They don't just do fans!

It seems to be a big company. Technician came out the next day and replaced our lights. Hourly rate. Sold me a fixture for a fair price because mine was beyond repair. I'm about to call them again for another installation.

answered the phone. Able to explain my problem over the phone, got someone scheduled fast, came out, clean, efficient, friendly, explained the work, felt like I got a great deal and was happy to pay for the service. Highly recommend.  If youre comfortable with electrical, they will help you as much as they can over the phone and save you some money if possible.

James and David were very pleasant to work with.  I found them here on Yelp and decided to give them a go.  I just bought a house that had a laundry list of mostly minor issues that needed to be address.  They showed up when they said they would show up, offered a fair price and, as far as I can tell did everything they said they would do.  When I had questions they were happy to answer them.  I was also appreciative that they cleaned up their mess.  Will definitely go to again in the future.

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.
