I can not say enough about this outstanding company. I called this afternoon with a big problem which involved my major appliances including my AC not getting any electricity due to SRP doing some work in my area! The fantastic woman I spoke to on the phones told me that even though they did not have an opening for an appointment until next week she felt that we could not be without AC until then. Thankfully she checked to see if anyone in my area was available to stop over and check out my problem. One of their techs was finishing a job in my area and was at my house in about an hour! Robert was professional and knowledgeable about my problem and knew exactly what to do!  The problem was on SRP's end and he told me to call them and tell them to come out and replace my meter which was not working due to something SRP had done earlier in the day. The best part was that Robert told me there would be NO CHARGE for his prompt service!  Now thats what I call excellent customer service!  Fantastic customer service from the first phone call to the end of the service they provided!  This will always be my go to company for any electrical problems or needs I may have in the future!  I would give them 10 stars if I could!! Thanks so much!!

TIO has replaced our circuit panel and upgraded our home wiring, repaired our brother's condo wiring, and today repaired a fire-hazard wiring fault in our rental unit.  Every technician and student has been polite, WELL-TRAINED, and thorough in explanation of charges and services.  We will not hire anyone else in the Phoenix area.

This company has good reviews which is the reason we contacted them. I'm sure they do good work, but we had a bad experience. The customer service rep was rude and disparaging over the phone when he wasn't able to answer some basic questions about the nature of our job request. Perhaps the contractors they hire are great, but from our experience with the front office, the word incompetent says it all

Absolutely amazing experience.  They were fast, responsive and definitely the best deal I found.  They did an amazing job installing my EV charger.

I've had them out twice to fix issues going on with my electric. Both times Rob identified the issue immediately and took care of it quickly and safely.

Their price is on the high side, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend.

I recently moved to the Moon Valley area and called Gabriel blindly from an ad for washer/dryer repair.  He patiently answered all my questions even as I called back to clarify a few times. He even had me send him pics of dryer issue to more accurately give answers! He came same day service in the evening and fixed my dryer and was also able to do Electrical repair!!! He was super affordable and he went above and beyond! He really can do it all and the name One Shot fits, one call did it all.

The entire experience with Firefly Electric has been quick and painless. From the scheduling, to the electrician coming out and making the repairs, I've really been impressed. Specifically, Chad (the electrician that performed the service), was extremely helpful, fast, and friendly. I really am impressed with this company and who it employs.

Beyond happy with their service, reliability and professionalism. The technicians who came out were great, friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Why haven't I written a review for Matt yet? No clue, but I'm one of his biggest fans!

Matt is honest, punctual and has reasonable prices. I can't imagine asking anyone else to do electrical work for me.

The first time he was out the outlet for our water softener needed a new GFCI. His suggestion was that I do it myself and save some $$. And yes, I could have done it, but I was on my way out the door to catch a flight. How honest is that?

Since then, Matt has hung two TV's, relocated outlets so I wouldn't have to look at unsightly wires, added outlets, installed lighting fixtures from scratch and ran wired cable to the back of our TV for the best streaming.
See, Matt does it all!

I will say this, he's in demand because of his great work, so please give him advance notice. I'm never in a hurry and plan out my work so it always works out. But know that he'll likely find a way to take care of an emergency.

Gary did an Outstanding job on my kitchen repair job.  He is very professional and does exactly what he says he's going to do, he showed up right on time with all the tools and supplies he needed for the job.  He was very accommodating with my tight deadline as well, a real lifesaver.  He's very reasonable on pricing, he will be my go-to guy for any future jobs I need done.  Do yourself a favor and go with Gary for the next project you need done.

I called Dodge Electric because of the favorable reviews other customers have posted when I was looking for a company to place a box for a ceiling fan on my patio and an electrical outlet for a future TV.
I had called about 3 other companies to ask for bids on the job. I explained that I had a house painter coming the weekend after Thanksgiving and I only had about 10 days to get this done prior to the painting work.
Dodge not only sent someone out within a day to give me the bid, but when I explained that I have wired my own garage when my husband and I built it; they agreed with me on how to do the job.
The first company I called quoted the job over the phone without coming out.
The other two were way out of the ballpark and said there would be holes left in my drywall inside and out.
The two electricians who came out not only were fast, but did an excellent job. You would never know these two electrical fixtures were not originally in the house.
NO HOLES to patch! They did everything with my existing switches and the wiring in the attic.
Kudos for a job well done! I will definitely recommend Dodge Electric to all my neighbors.

I am so happy with the work that Reedco did for me. I called yesterday at the end of the day, and Derek and Moses were here at 8:00 a.m. this morning to fix my external outlet. They identified an issue with the home builder's electrictian's  work - Austin Electric, who installed an indoor outlet outside, and also left a part inside of the panelbox that could have causted an electrical fire. Derek explained the work that he performed thoroughly. I will absolutely put Reedco in my contacts, and use them for all of my electrical needs in the future. Thank you, Mike, Derek, and Moses!!

These guys are as good as it gets!  Fair prices and perfect installation.  Showed up when they said they would - and gave me great hints.  Purchased all my fans both indoor and outdoor and they installed them along with two pendents I purchased (not from them).  I would highly recommend.

Provided estimate and then no communication, tried reaching few times and no response.

Econolight was an amazing find in very hectic situation last week. I had some electrical problems that needed resolution the same day. I was dialing for dollars until a wonderful woman answered the phone and helped me find an available electrician to come to my house the same day!! I didn't have time to get 3 bids...I needed the work done ASAP in order to close the sale of my home. Jay showed up in the afternoon, got everything fixed in record time and ...the big kicker...they didn't over-charge me! Not this time. Thanks Jay for an amazing job! Wish this review could have been up on Yelp as fast as the service I received!!

Mark @ Zimmerman Electric came to our home March 9, 2016.  There is a problem with one of our ceiling fans with a light.  He was very professional and friendly and obviously knew his electrical work.  He was very thorough and explained to us what was wrong with the light on the fan that was causing the problem.  He was able to fix it at a low cost and saved us the cost of a new fan & light.  I would definitely use his services again and recommend him highly to anyone in need of electrical work.

I needed an outlet moved for a master bathroom cabinet install.  Brian arrived on time & finished and outlet quickly.  The cost was comparable to  other electricians and he was very professional.  I would use Coltech again if the need arises.

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.
