My family had been using Simple Electric for all our electric issues and have been very happy with the service. All the techs are super nice and answer all our questions!! I highly recommend them!!!

My initial review was not so great because i was unhappy with the results of the work. Since that time, this morning to be exact, one of the problems has been resolved and in a timely manner. My fan works perfectly now. As an aside it was a human error but one that needed some finesses by an electrician. Thank you Laurie for having Bill come by this afternoon. All the best to the staff at TIO Electric.

Had a problem with the wiring to my pool filter.  Waited a few days for people to call me back or mess me around. Finally found Tab online.  Called, and Tom answered.  Had Eric round an hour later.  Fixed onsite.  Courteous and knowledgeable.  Guess we've now found our new go-to electricians.  Awesome.

I needed ceiling fans installed into two bedrooms that did not have existing fans or wiring in place. After putting out a RFP on Yelp for multiple bids I received a very fast response from Wiring Pros. They sent out David G. on my schedule and he showed up on time and with a smile on his face. He walked through the space and listened to my ideas because the rooms have lovely 80's popcorn ceilings I am too lazy to scrape off and I wanted to avoid cutting into that wherever possible because it is near impossible to repair and match. We agreed on a plan of attack and I had a written estimate in hand within 24 hours. This included all drywall repairs at the time of the work instead of requiring another subcontractor at a later date which was a key reason I chose them over other companies (I wanted it to be one-and-done.) I ordered a couple of fans (of course they weren't in stock) and Wiring Pros was patient with me as I waited for the fans to show up. Once I had the fans in-hand we scheduled a date and again their technicians showed up exactly when they said they would. They quickly got to work and followed the plan I discussed to get around the ceiling issue (only ceiling cut was a round cut to mount the fan box on the joists.) They covered everything in the rooms with plastic, and cleaned up after themselves before asking me to inspect the job. There was a minor miscommunication on the quote/work order (I wanted stacked dual switches to control fan/lights separately - I showed David G. the same setup I recently had installed in my bathrooms for the exhaust fan/light combo as a reference to make sure we were on the same page - was only listed as install switch) and when I asked about it they made a quick call to base to confirm what was required. I have experienced the hemming and hawing of its not on the work order, you need to reschedule, blah blah blah and I did sign off on that WO without questioning it before paying. After a fast confirmation and not having the right switches on hand they quickly hit the local big box hardware store and returned within 20 mins and installed what I needed with no more fuss. It was refreshing to work with a company that did what they said they would do, did it on time, did it at the cost they quoted AND cleaned up after themselves. I would (and will) recommend Wiring Pros to anyone needing any electrical work in the future.

I don't understand why people sing this company's praises. My garbage disposal switch stopped working (the disposal itself works perfectly), so I called to get some idea of how much it would be to replace the switch. She wouldn't give me even a rough estimate over the phone, and said the diagnostic would be the hourly rate of $125, with a mandatory $50 attached to the first hour, so it would be $175 just to come out and diagnose the problem! That's highway robbery. Other people's reviews talk about their reasonable prices. $175 simply to diagnose a problem is not reasonable.

We were looking for a same day service. Gabe was very responsive and was able to work us in his busy schedule. Very nice and professional. Will definitely use his services in the future!

Firefly Electric fixed a particularly tricky electric issue for me.  My kitchen island went dead (no power) one day and the breaker was not tripped.  Ryan was able to come out the next day to debug the problem.  For some reason, the neutral connection feeding the island wasn't connected to the breaker box anymore.  He asked me a series of questions like what was happening when the power died? and what was added when the kitchen was remodeled a few years back?  He theorized that a nearby switch-box in the kitchen was probably where the power came in from the panel, opened it up, retightened the wire nuts that connected all the neutrals together and... voila... restored power to the island.  I can't thank Ryan enough for his help.  Great company, great communication, great debug skills.

Ok I've rated them before but here I am again for a new experience. I want to say it was the same guy who came out the second time as the first time. So polite and friendly. Fixed my light fixtures so fast. I would keep them in mind for when I owned my own house. Right now I'm in a townhome and the property management contacts them and pays them but my experiences have been so positive, I'd like to use them again in the future!

Josh completed the update/installation of sockets (regular, GFCI, USB) and light switches at our property. He was quick and helped us get up to code as well. He even came back out to finish the GFCIs we needed to add on another day. His rate was the best and everything looked great. He was transparent and accommodating. Invoice and payment was a breeze as well. Highly recommend.

Alex from Arc Electrical is the man. Very kind, professional, punctual, fairly priced - and he does great work! Alex installed my Tesla wall charger for me in my garage. He was able to have it installed in the center of my garage so it's convenient to use.  He also installed two smart thermostats, and is coming back to help with creating an additional outlet, installing new ceiling fans, and replacing a ceiling fan as well. I have already referred him to my brother and neighbor.  Thanks Alex for all of the help, I really appreciate you!

If you're getting a Tesla or other electric vehicle soon you'll probably want a home charging solution.  After getting my Tesla I contacted 3-4 contractors, some who didn't even return my call.  

Matt at Empowered Electrical (EE) Solutions did a fantastic job in 2 days after calling.

It wasn't easy. Because my electrical box was on the other side of the house from my garage he had to thread the line under my entry walkway.  At 7pm I asked him if he just wanted to return the next day.  He was determined to finish and completed it with a headlamp on!  

You don't get service like that often so I just wanted to give Matt a great shout out!

Gary fixed a plumbing problem for us on Mother's Day Sunday.  I wouldn't have been able to make dinner for my wife otherwise.  Great job and great service.

I had an issue with my Insteon 3-way switches in the kitchen. It wasn't wired up like some of the other switches I was able to install. I finally decided to call in a professional. Luckily, Dodge has experience with these smart switches! That was all I needed to hear.

Seth came by around 9am this morning and got busy. He ended up in the attic to find some creative wiring (not my doing!) and was able to sort it all out and had our switches dimming away in a few hours. Super nice, super professional. I would NEVER have been able to figure this out. Plus he cleaned up the 4-gang box that held one of the switches. I couldn't be happier.

If you've ever used Insteon switches (They can be controlled with your phone and Amazon Echo - all voice commands) they're amazing. But the 3-ways are set up differently and take a little YouTube research to figure out. Save time and call Dodge. This was well worth it to us. Finally we can call that project DONE!

Had an electrical issue in our kitchen which we tried unsuccessfully to trouble shoot. Reedco quickly sent Wayman and Casey who were both very competent and professional. They fixed my issue quickly, and because there is a two hour minimum charge, they asked if there was anything else I needed to have done while they were there. They explained to me what was wrong and what they did to fix the issue. I would use again.

THE place to take care of ceiling fan needs. Brought our dimensions and even photos and they spent as much time as needed to be sure we got what we wanted and needed. Very professional and installation easily scheduled and done.
Don't just buy from a big box store. Get proper advice and buy what's correct for you. It might cost a little more, but you'll be satisfied for years.

Alex was great to work with. Very easy to talk too, respectful and professional. We had over 14 switches and outlets to update and replace. Pricing was fair and he was a hard worker. We will be using him for other projects around the home.

We hired Econolight to do a couple of projects at our home in Phoenix. We had can lights installed, several outlets installed outside, a couple of fancy USB charger outlets installed inside, and we also put in dimmer switches in our main living areas. We got an initial quote quickly but given the large scope of work, we were unable to get scheduled for about 6 weeks. Now that all's said and done, I can confidently say that they were worth the wait!

Jay and Chase did an excellent job. They were professional and worked quickly, yet safely. They left absolutely no mess behind, which is impressive as they cut through ceiling drywall to put in the can lights. They prepped the room nicely with large sheets of plastic to prevent nasty insulation from getting into our carpets.

We are very happy with the work and we will certainly hire the Econolight crew again for future electrical needs.

Mark @ Zimmerman Electric came to our home March 9, 2016.  There is a problem with one of our ceiling fans with a light.  He was very professional and friendly and obviously knew his electrical work.  He was very thorough and explained to us what was wrong with the light on the fan that was causing the problem.  He was able to fix it at a low cost and saved us the cost of a new fan & light.  I would definitely use his services again and recommend him highly to anyone in need of electrical work.

Stay Away. Incompetence is the word that describes this company.  I had them do some simple electrical wiring.  Did not work.  They refused to fix the problem.  Finally, I had to hire another company to get it done correctly.

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.
