I found Hansen's Plumbing service via yelp and I'm so glad I did! The owner answered the phone and had a guy out a few hours later. I had multiple plumbing issues and Edward was able to fix everything beyond expectations. I was assuming the worse seeing water leaks and not having water running to the fridge in my kitchen and the problems were fixed very simply. I will definitely use them again in case of a plumbing emergency.

I hired Lawson Family Plumbing to work on my home on 06/29/22 because my bathroom had a clogged drain, after they finished their initial work order, the following day both my bathrooms on the east wing began gurgling water and wouldn't flush properly,  same company but a different tech were called out and claimed that the guest bathroom shower needed to be unclogged and they performed that work at no cost, then the (3rd) day after those events, I was doing laundry and my other guest bathroom toilet on the west wing began to leak and flood water into my home, and from there work exceeded for about 2 months, including work that was not necessary and I was charged over $6k in fees. I was told that it would have costed 5k to get work done they started to do it then they told me that it would cost an extra 2k to digg in a diffrent spot. when I asked the reason why they couldnt tell me other than it needed to be done. Once I couldn't get an answer from techs I asked for more clarification from manager mike. Before Mike came to further inspect, I checked my ring activity for the day of techs work on my new pipe installation and there was 30 seconds of a black out on and no activity on the camera was recorded, including audio, and then the scene clips back to the techs filling the dirt hole and you can see the hole is filled about 90% between the 30 seconds of the ring footage. I went back and watched all videos never had that happen on my ring. I also reviewed more videos and found out they knew where to dig the whole time. I began to really question their work and looked further into the company and company reviews to find similar complaints about the plumbing technicians adding work to their homes that didn't need to be done and being charged outrageously for it or the past customer felt they were taken advantage of. But the biggest issue is that I found out they are not individually licensed plumbing techs and the Lawson Family Plumbing co is licensed as an LLC and allowed these unlicensed plumbers to work on my home and cause additional plumbing damages and fees. I tried to discuss my concerns with Mike and told him about my ring camera being compromised during the techs work, and Mike verbally admitted that the techs on site did touch and move my ring camera during the time of the pipe reinstallation, where they dug an unnecessary pit and performed unneeded work.  Doing this, they caused more damages to my abandoned pipes and cracked part of my pool deck because they were so adamant that the plumbing issue was being caused from a pipe that was placed in the middle of my back patio and pool deck (all of which are concrete so I was told they would need to drill the whole space out)  but after hiring another plumbing group for a second opinion, we learned the pipe that the Lawson Family Plumbing Techs claimed needed to be drilled out, was abandoned prior to me owning the home and that plumbing group found the issue was located in a completely different area of the house and the pipe was easily accessible and no patio drilling or anything we were quoted for from Lawson Family Plumbing was actually necessary. Spent over 3 months with lawson back and forth just to tell me it would cost 17k to fix an abandon pipe. The other company got issue done under 9k. I spoke with owner eventually and received an apology and a refund. I was told by owner he would find a pool company and help me resurface my pool deck in august and never heard back from him. I don't like writing reviews but when you have a company take advantage of you this bad I want to make sure no one has to go through similar experience.

So in summary this company:
- Takes advantage of people (women from what I see in other reviews)
- Techs are not licensed which per law anything over 1k they need to be
-Must work on commission so will take advantage to make a buck
-Do not know what they are doing  
-Wont get to the root of problem in a timely manner(probably because they arent licensed and experienced)
-Techs  Harley Talian, Nicholas Bishop were the ones to touch camera and attempt to take advantage of me.

Flush kings was professional and very responsive.  They quickly took care of the problem and were pleasant to work with.

Of course it's never a pleasant experience when you're having plumbing work done, but Bumblebee Plumbing made it the best they possibly could be. Both Michael P and Mike J did a great job, worked very hard, and kept me informed of everything they were doing. I was quite pleased with the job they did and their professionalism.

Great service; fair prices, courteous service man (Michael).  He did a great job, cleaned up after himself. friendly and looked for a discount for me in replacing faucet.  No one really likes to have to call a service person; but I actually enjoyed having him in my home.

Provided quote for the faucets, but needed to inspect toilets installation before quoting install price. Since their quote was much higher for the faucets I elected to go with a different company.

Brian came over to fix a clogged disposal. He was extremely personable, professional and thorough. He was eager to help us and explained everything that was going on. He also came to our home to fix a leak and again was very thorough. I could tell it was a challenging leak and he was determined to fix it working extremely hard late into the evening. We will recommend Brian to anyone who is ever in need of this service. Brian also spoke very highly of his company which I thought was nice to hear.

Let me preface this review by stating I am not a plumber, but am probably in the 99th percentile of homeowner's who will tackle projects themselves. I have plumbed a bathroom, replaced every faucet/sink in my house, added a garage sink, repaired my roof, installed new floors, landscaped the yard, installed an irrigation system, etc. etc. We had a clog in our main drain I discovered around midnight last night. I tried to snake it myself for about an hour, but with nothing to show for it with my 15 ft snake. Removed both toilets and tried from our washout, but couldn't get it. Enough about me.

Dave came out in less than an hour from when I first contacted him, charged an incredible price, and fixed the issue in about 45 mins. I won't mention what he was able to pull out of the drain line, but his customer service is excellent and quality of his work was outstanding. I have some scar tissue from getting gouged by plumbers in the past, and feel confident going to Dave for any and all future plumbing needs! He is a one man show, so you don't have to deal with a scheduler or multiple field folks. Save his contact info. 10/10 recommend Dave!

Found Ascend on Yelp. First plumber couldn't find the leak and couldn't co.e back for 4 days. My husband cut open the wall. Second didn't have the parts to fix it but helped stop it. Again 4 day wait for next visit. All were great, but Mom just didn't want to wait.

Ascend was our third plumber and was a charm. Michael is very experienced, knowledgeable and professional.. He was  able to make it out the next morning where no one else could come until Tuesday. Best of all he had all the parts! He was on time and my mom really appreciated him.  He rebuilt my mom's leaking shower cartridge and valves. Adjusted the shower handle and caulked everything  If you ask me he went above and beyond. This is why I need Yelp!

Brian was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. He patiently answered all of my questions before I hired him. When all my questions were answered he offered to get the job done that same day! The job was well done and I couldn't be happier with Sound Plumbing.

I've used Allegiance Water Services for various things at a few properties: toilet installation, garbage disposal replacement, sink repairs, and hot water heater replacement. They're great. They always get me on the schedule quickly, and every repairman I've worked with has been incredibly polite and skilled. I'm so happy I found them. I don't have to shop around for prices every time an issue comes up. They do a great job at a reasonable price.

They were quick to respond with out needs for a water softener. I appreciated the details the tech representative had with the materials and he knew his stuff. After moving to Chandler 10years ago, I am so glad I've found a reputable company to service all my plumbing needs.  They have replaced my water heater (on a short notice, the owner came on a Sat).  That was my first experience with them!  Awesome service and left the place super clean!  Since then I've called them with other problems, most recently a leaking shower.   Tony came out on time and did an amazing job!  Their prices are very competitive and they always show up super professional and friendly.  They don't mind answering any questions you have and also try to educate you.  Again, with so many plumbing companies out there, this company is top notch and  the best!!!!  You will not be disappointed!

We contacted and received quotes from 5 different companies due to our hot water heater pilot light repeatedly going out. Option 1 Plumbing was a finalist and who we opted to go with for the service. Robert came out the next day, checked out the situation, offered a competitive quote, asked if there was anything else we may want done, and as a matter of fact we did and it was the only company that asked the question. Robert was completely forthright and even went as far as updating the work order to reflect everything that would be done to install a new hot water heater to give me piece of mind. Robert came back the next morning as promised and completed the installation and extra project within probably 2 Or 3 hours. Robert was great to work with and we will definitely utilize Option 1 Plumbing services for future needs.

Reached out to this company about a week ago to get a quote on a furnace mounted humidifier. The sales person arrived on time and was friendly. Before he left he said I'd have a quote before COB. That never happened. I called the next day. The person on the phone said they would look into the matter straight away and I would receive a quote shortly. That never happened. I called for the last time the following day. Yet another person said they would elevate and I would without fail receive a quote. That never happened.
Everyone can decide for themselves if they want to do business with these folks. It's clear to me how they value their customer. I'm moving on. Jeez.

We had a very positive experience.  They were professional , helpful and knowledgeable. They were very prompt in getting someone to our house, they wore masks, and diagnosed and resolved our issues.  We will definitely call them again when we have any problems.
