These guys are amazing!! We had all of our drain and sewer completely replaced and I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of work and customer service. Chris, the owner walked me through all that would be done. Even when I had questions he probably spent another half hour on the phone with me, calmly explaining everything so that I could understand. They guaranteed the drain and sewer work for 20 years when other companies only guaranteed for 2 years or I would need to purchase a yearly maintenance plan. Pink Plumbing's pricing was fair and competitive. They've done other work in our home (garbage disposal, water filtration system, faucet) and we have never once had to call them back on the work they have done. For the drain and sewer they preserved the destruction of our kitchen by rerouting our laundry line and went around our patio outside to save that as well. I can't say enough good things about them!! This is a two-part review: one for AC Tune up and one for Plumbing

I'd like to start by sharing there was an issue when setting my first appointment, but I immediately received a call to fix it. That tells me a lot about the integrity of a company.

I requested an AC Tune up service and was absolutely impressed by the technician, John. He was very thorough, provided lots of good information about our existing unit, cleaned our unit, and made solid recommendations. No repairs were needed.

Also, received a quote to replace our existing polybutylene pipes. The gentleman took his time going through our home, inspected the work areas, we asked for some things to be added such as a wash basin in the garage and a hose bib to the exterior. He was very easy to work with.

Overall, very impressed.

The city needed me to upgrade some old connections to their water lines so that it would be compatible with their new meters. All was done as expected. Also assisted me with fixing issues in my house related to the mess left by another contractor in my kitchen.

Finally! I have found a plumber that is responsive, efficient, and a great guy.  Someone who I can feel good about calling again should an emergency strike.

Chris came out and took a look at my problem using a camera to check out the lines.  After discovering the problem was not in the lines he recommended a septic tank service and a follow-up call.  This was the solution that was needed.

Previous plumbers had all been quick to rooter the lines and charge for this unnecessary service.  Not only was Chris interested in solving the problem, his billing was very fair and reasonable.  After a small backup (which I plunged prior to his arrival) he came out again to double check the line and it was fine.  With no charge for this follow-up visit, I was again impressed with his professionalism and common sense approach.

Should anyone need a referral for plumbing services, this is my choice.

I have been without a toilet for too many days now and Bumble Bee had someone at my house within about an hour from the time I called (out of 10 companies called). Jesus and his apprentice, David, were AWESOME!! They were both very friendly, polite, and considerate. They both had face coverings, gloves, and booties on. Jesus educated me on a number of things around my house. As a first-time homeowner, the time he took to do that meant a ton! He did not try to pressure me into buying anything more than I needed and, in fact, they went above and beyond with my toilet installation. They even left the area cleaner than it was when they came in!! (Thanks guys!). Plus, I got a cool Bumble Bee 'things to do' pad of paper for my refrigerator.  I will most assuredly be using Bumble Bee in the future and refer them to others!

Tanner was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I will use the service again.

We've hired these guys for 3 different jobs over the last 2 years. They are always professional and have the best customer service of anyone we've encountered. They've installed a water softener, hot water heater and replaced our main water line to our house. These guys are the best... very responsive, communicative and respectful. We will always call them first!

2 of our toilets were having a hard time flushing all the way (they would just spin & spin & nothing would go down without the assistance of a cup of water.) I messaged about 25 different companies (through Yelp) & these guys were the only ones that could come out the next day so we booked with them for I believe $79 to clear the drain since we had family coming to stay with us later that week. They came out the next day & checked out problem (were thinking it was a backed up clean out but the toilets were just both old dual flush types & they recommended we swap them out. They also scoped our lines to the street & notice some sentiment in our pipes (under our lawn) & they recommended a hydroflush (I think that's what I was called.) We opted to just start with replacing our 2 troublesome toilets & that seemed to resolve the problem. Kinda a bummer to pay the $79 to unclog any drain even though there was no drain to unclog but I guess it was worth it for them to diagnose our problem. Thanks so much for the quick response & service.

Found Ascend on Yelp. First plumber couldn't find the leak and couldn't co.e back for 4 days. My husband cut open the wall. Second didn't have the parts to fix it but helped stop it. Again 4 day wait for next visit. All were great, but Mom just didn't want to wait.

Ascend was our third plumber and was a charm. Michael is very experienced, knowledgeable and professional.. He was  able to make it out the next morning where no one else could come until Tuesday. Best of all he had all the parts! He was on time and my mom really appreciated him.  He rebuilt my mom's leaking shower cartridge and valves. Adjusted the shower handle and caulked everything  If you ask me he went above and beyond. This is why I need Yelp!

I had a gas leak in my outdoor grill. I called them this morning and they scheduled someone to come out the same afternoon to look at it. Gave me a quote when they arrived on site and got the repair done the same day. Brian was very professional and courteous and did a great job with the new gas pipe.

Mont answered my call and right away I was struck by his courteous, thoughtful, and thorough demeanor. I explained that we had a nanny at home and he was thoughtful enough to ask her name and get any important information to ensure that she felt comfortable with the technician. They utilize this great service that shows you a picture of the technician as well as notifies you as to when they are en route to the house.
We called because our water softener was leaking and turns out, we just put in too much salt (oops!). I was shocked that we were given great instruction on how to properly use the water softener but weren't charged anything for the consult. It is an excellent and honest business practice and 100% Plumbing has our customer loyalty from here on out.

Highly recommend this company! We had a different company install and do yearly checks but we switched to Allegiance and it was the best decision. Tom came out & not only was extremely professional, personable, and smart but was down to earth and kind. My husband and I don't know much about RO and water softeners (except that they are important haha) and he was incredibly informative and helpful. Explained everything he was doing to help us be well informed. Trust is a big thing with me & this company definitely gained my trust. If you're on the fence or don't know who to call, you will never regret calling this business & gaining a lifetime contact for household needs.

I cannot recommend Jordan enough. He is timely/professional/ and most importantly keeps his word. He fixed some loose handles in my guest shower and warranted his work. Unfortunately there was a faulty washer that allowed the shower to drip. Jordan was back out immediately to fix this issue along with a leak in my other shower and honored his warranty. He is great and I will continue to use him as my plumber for as long as I am in Arizona. He is a plumber you can trust!

If you're looking for a locally owned family run business, choose Lawson.  They worked with my schedule to come out the same day.  It took a few days to fix the leaking shower however Darrel fixed it and it is no longer leaking buckets.  He was also able to remove the corroded shower head so that I could thoroughly clean the build up off before we used the shower again.  I will mention that since I had never actually paid for plumbing before, that I was shocked at how expensive a project could run.  After speaking with Jeff, he explained that compared to National companies that charge upwards of $300-$400 per hour, that they are competitively priced at roughly $125 per hour.  It was important for me to find a local company that is licensed and bonded and fully understand that they charge more, because in most cases they know more.  Jeff also explained that their techs specialize and are trained on plumbing going back 100+ years so that they can easily identify and tackle the issue.  His office gals were great - they called to follow up after the service and actually listened to feedback.  Overall, besides not being able to use my shower for two days, it was a nice experience.

I cannot recommend Option One highly enough!

After trying to fix our plumbing ourselves for three days my husband and I were completely exhausted. We called Option One and within two hours we had the most professional young man show up at our house and fix our plumbing for us with professionalism and friendliness that is unparalleled. Wonderful company to work with, courteous, on time, helpful, not pushy.
We met with sales person Jeff to discuss replacing our 25 year old Trane AC and were presented with best two options to meet our needs. We had Justin service our unit and he was fabulous. not only did he service our equipment he notified us of spiders in our crawl space. Kudos for bravery as well as service. We will purchase in the Fall, wouldn't do business with anyone else.

I had Brandon from King come out to give an estimate for a waterline to the refrigerator and for my dishwasher. He was completely progressional in appearance (that matters to me) and manner. So impressed I called them back the next day to the job. The day before he showed up we had our AC quit working, he was nice enough to take a look at it and even figured out the problem right away, so my wife and newborn could get some cold AC. I am very impressed and will call them anytime I have any issues.
