Had an issue where methane gas was leaking into my crawlspace all because someone hadn't ventilated a bathroom properly. Thanks to these guys, the ventilation was fixed and the issue resolved quickly. I'll definitely use them again for any future problems.

This review is a long time coming.  My hot water tank blew up recently..called Diamondback as my tank was on warranty.  Spoke to service manager and he said the new tank would be fully covered.  Then said it was a $150.00 stocking fee and $350.00 labor..  for a total of $500!!  I was desperate so I didn't argue..  $500 for what should've been free.  What is said is this used to be my go to plumber..  NEVER AGAIN!!  So dishonest!!  Please heed this warning..  this company is dishonest as they come!!

On time did a great job replacing a wax ring on my toilet, very professional would recommend to everyone!

Mike at Lawson plumbing is A+! He was the fourth plumber we have had at my townhouse to address a leak, and the ONLY one to figure it out! Pricing is very fair! Extremely knowledgeable, will only be using him in the future!

Had a blockage in our sewer line right before the holidays. Chris made the time to come out, showed up on time, had all the equipment to analyze and fix the problem. Could not have asked for more.

I was having a horrible morning no shower, no coffee!!  You need water to have both of those. Last night about 7 pm I lost all water pressure to my house. So my hunt started for a great plumbing service. Bumble had good reviews , I decided to take a chance with them! Called this am, they squeezed me in today!  The tech they sent was
MIKE. P, who was extremely nice and knowledgeable he walked me through everything that was going to happen, answered all my questions. And got my water flowing and working the it should! I can be happier with mike and bumble bee.  Thanks

After seeing my poor review, the owner of the company, Jeff, reached out to me immediately to clarify their relationship with Dry Force and help me contact the right people at Dry Force which I was never able to do on my own.  Jeff stated that the company absolutely does not receive kick backs or money for referrals but they do have a working relationship with Dry Force at the current time.  Jeff spent a great deal of time helping me to contact the right person at Dry Force and was very very helpful.

Update 02/08/2021: Greg and the GM reached out over the weekend and had Greg come out in the morning today to take a courtesy look at my work (I installed a sink over the weekend myself). They helped fix a tiny barely dripping nuisance cold valve supply line and ensured everything was done properly as spoiler alert: I am not a plumber. They also made things right with the sink. I will chalk this up to a very green technician needing some coaching rather than an overall bad business.

Still taking a star off for the initial encounter but the response warrants a 4 star rating. We could potentially do business in the future as long as experienced, seasoned techs come and do work here based on the service after the first experience.

The reason they have 3 stars is only because they were polite, and contacted other companies we needed for repairs. I had a leak in my ceiling and it caved in. It was $350 to fix the pipe, which I thought was fine. They then told me their supervisor was going to come out to look at some more stuff. He came out later that day and said another pipe could leak that was attached to the one they had fixed. He pointed out which one it would be and let him know it had already been replaced. We decided to have him come out the next morning to take a look at other ones. He never showed up, and since he said he was only concerned about the one that had already been replaced I let it go and decided I just wouldn't give them a review (since they asked for one). Now, a pipe connected to the one they fixed DID cause a different place in my ceiling to collapse, but it was not where they said it would have been. I am very disappointed. I trusted their opinion since they are the professional. I am now looking at thousands more in repairs and wish I had called a plumber that would have 1. done what they said they would do, and 2. had been correct about the pipe to look out for.

Let me preface this review by stating I am not a plumber, but am probably in the 99th percentile of homeowner's who will tackle projects themselves. I have plumbed a bathroom, replaced every faucet/sink in my house, added a garage sink, repaired my roof, installed new floors, landscaped the yard, installed an irrigation system, etc. etc. We had a clog in our main drain I discovered around midnight last night. I tried to snake it myself for about an hour, but with nothing to show for it with my 15 ft snake. Removed both toilets and tried from our washout, but couldn't get it. Enough about me.

Dave came out in less than an hour from when I first contacted him, charged an incredible price, and fixed the issue in about 45 mins. I won't mention what he was able to pull out of the drain line, but his customer service is excellent and quality of his work was outstanding. I have some scar tissue from getting gouged by plumbers in the past, and feel confident going to Dave for any and all future plumbing needs! He is a one man show, so you don't have to deal with a scheduler or multiple field folks. Save his contact info. 10/10 recommend Dave!

100% Plumbing has been a life saver!!!

Where do I even begin?! I've gone through 4 plumbers in the past 8 months and all were quick to take my money, but failed to do the job right or correct their mistakes.  

Thankfully I was referred to 100% Plumbing And moving forward I will only use 100% plumbing.   Soro the plumber was a rockstar! I will refer him to all my friends, family, and even strangers.  Soro and Jose did not miss a beat doing the job..  They showed up on time each day putting in all new plumbing inside and outside of my old home.  These guys are some of the hardest working men I've met.  A job that usually takes a week or more was done in 4 days and done right!!! Soro even answered my calls, text, and communicated with my home warranty company on his Birthday (Talk about amazing customer service).  Thank you guys for putting a stressed home owner at ease.  My family can now enjoy our home with our new plumbing because of you.

I just met with Garrod and I am incredibly happy with the service provided! I am pretty clueless when it comes to plumbing around the house. Our water softener was giving us an alert so I found this company on Yelp, wanting to make sure that it was not anything that I should be concerned about. The woman that answered the phone was very nice, and was able to get someone to come out the same afternoon for a free inspection. Garrod explained to me what the alert meant, and then went through several things I should keep an eye on around the house. He was not pushy at all- I did not feel at all like he was trying to sell me anything.
This is my first review on here and I felt the need to create an account just to give them a review. I am a true believer in the power of great customer service and would highly recommend them!

Gabriel was our technician and came in very professionally.  I would highly recommend him.  I felt safe, and he did a good quick job.

Had an issue with our water pressure in the house. Did some basic diagnostics and decided I needed professional help. Put out a job needing to be done on Yelp. They came out a couple of days later. Our tech was very thorough and explained everything to me. Job was completed in about 2.5 hours. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is they missed the morning appointment and I had to contact them. After that it was smooth sailing.

Horrible service.  Hired them to fix a few minor things at my rental property and they charged my wife $700.  A few days later the toilets they supposedly fixed wouldn't work.  We called and left 5 messages without a return call.  Renters were appropriately going nuts ... called ASAP today and they were out in 30 minutes and fixed all the mistakes Lawson had made.  I am disputing the charges now ... pathetic.  Maybe I was just unlucky as other rating seemed very positive which led to my decision.  From now on I only call google guaranteed providers.

Absolutely HORRIBLE phone/customer service!!! Our septic tank was backing up and we were told to call Option One because they would snake our clean out line for $50. I called them at Noon gave all my information to a receptionist and was told I would get a call back. At 1:37pm still no call so I called them and was told I would get a call back. By 2:15pm still no call back so I called again and was finally able to schedule someone to come out between 5-7pm and that the technician would call when he was on his way. By 7:12pm no call from the technician and I couldn't reach anyone in the office, I left a voicemail that was never returned either. By 8:12pm I tried calling again and finally got an answer, the receptionist said I was the next call. Finally at 9:13pm the technician called saying he was on his way. By 9:47pm he finally showed up and was able to unclog our clean out line to our septic tank. If I could give separate ratings I would give the technician, Israel, 5 stars for being polite, professional, and helpful. I would give the office workers (ie receptionist or scheduling person) 0 stars!! All that was needed was a call back the first 2 tines I called and a call saying your technician is running behind he should be there between xx-xx, really really poor phone service. ~ 2/18/2013 ~

Mike was the name of the technician who came to my home to inspect my HVAC unit on the house I had just purchased.  He was the second HVAC guy out because the first guy quoted me an outrageous price to get standard maintenance up-to-date.  I was very happy with how thorough Mike was in his inspection.  He essentially found four things wrong:

1.  Coils needed to be cleaned (part of the visit)
2.  Fuses were the wrong size
3.  Condensation hose was unhooked (ended up it was also clogged)
4.  Thermostat was pretty old.

It should be noted that the previous HVAC guy who was out didn't even catch that the fuses were the wrong size and that the condensation hose was unhooked.  The previous HVAC guy tried to tell me that the unit was a 2002 unit, and I verified through Mike and through the guy who did my home inspection prior to me purchasing it that it was, indeed, a 2009 unit.

Now I don't think the thermostat needed to be replaced, but he offered to do all of the above for $383.  I agreed, and off to work he went.

I am a due diligence kind of guy, so while Mike was working, I did some research on what all of that actually cost.  First of all, I should note that regardless, I was going to pay $85 to have the semi-annual inspection done.  So here is an itemized breakdown:

1.  New fuses     $8      (Lowes)
2.  Thermostat:   $179  (Amazon)
3.  Tax:                $16
4.  Service visit:  $85
    Total              $288

The way I look at it, I essentially paid him a $95 labor fee to install a thermostat, and I'm completely okay with that.  It would probably take me 4-6 hours to do all of the above.  His total visit was about two hours.

As a side note, I think it's pretty awesome that I can change my thermostat on my phone from pretty much anywhere in the world.  

I should also note that Mike was pretty awesome.  He took the time to explain everything to me as well as he could.  I think that in his line of work, which is extremely technical in nature, one of the hardest parts is understanding pricing in such a way so that it can be explained fluently to customers, and he excelled at that.  He also pointed out a couple of other products that the folks at Hays stand behind without offering any pressure to make a purchase.  I'm pretty sure that Mike ended up getting off about 30 minutes after the time his shift was supposed to end, and he had a long drive through traffic to get home.  Those kinds of things annoy the crap out of me when I have to deal with them, but he shrugged them off with a just doing my job attitude.  I think Mike really likes what he does for a living, and I admire that.

I will also be calling Hays next fall to do my semi-annual inspection.  I highly recommend them.

I know this company has great reviews, in fact, I specifically asked my home warranty to assign them because of that,  but I had a really bad experience with them and I felt like they totally wasted my time and were dishonest. This review is based solely on my phone calls and service call to my house.   They did not actually fix my plumbing problem.  

I have Old Republic Home Warranty and this is the company that was assigned from my home owners insurance.   I made arrangements to work from home and set up an appointment for Monday, to which they cancelled, last minute, saying that the home warranty company cancelled the work order.  When I called the home warranty  company they told me King's Plumbing canceled the call because they were to busy to take it. I called the company back and reported this to which they denied it being true and rescheduled.  I then planned a second day to work from home to have them come out again. We were set for an afternoon appointment block to which they showed up in the morning unscheduled.  The plumber looked at my issue and told me they can fix it the following week.  Never, mentioning they were not willing to fix my issue bc they were to busy.   

After they left, I then received a call from the home warranty company telling me that Kings Plumbing denied service because they were to busy. When I called Kings, the gentlemen on the phone, did in fact confirm,  they are not accepting the job because they are to busy and short staffed.  The entire interaction was just weird.  I felt like they were not honest with their intentions and wasted my time, forcing me to work from home on two different days when they were not in a position to take the job to start with as they are over worked and short staffed.  I know have to stay at home a 3rd day for a new company to come out and give me an estimate.
