Chris did some work recently for my daughter and son-in-law in connection with an insurance claim. He found a collapsed sewer pipe under the bedroom concrete floor. When he got into the project he placed new pipe from the kitchen drain and the laundry room drain all the way to the master bedroom drain. This created a Y in the middle of the bedroom floor which had to be jackhammered and re-concreted. He completed the entire project in a very timely manner; his workman cleaned the room thoroughly; his price was fair. WOW - I didn't think professional plumbers existed anymore. He's the TOPS! In fact, they are planning on using him for a remodel project in the near future. When you need the best - call PINK.

Had a kitchen drain back up today...a Sunday and Fathers Day.  Came out in less than 2 hours and fixed the problem.  No trip fee, no emergency fee, no weekend fee unlike all the other plumbing services in town.  Diamondback Plumbing is the only plumbing service I will recommend...service like it used to be, fair and honest.

It was a beautiful spring morning when I heard my daughter say the last thing a parent never wants to hear.  There's water coming from the ground.  Sure enough, water was backing up out of our clean out pipe.  I tried to reason with it and I had a pretty solid argument, but it was a clog and couldn't be reasoned with.

I found Hansen Family Plumbing on Yelp with so many stars next to their name and called, hoping for any availability.  They could send someone that afternoon (between 2-5).

I received a text with our plumber's name and photo when he was on his way.  The plumbers who came out, Preston & Jordan, arrived at 2.  They did an assessment of the issue and got to work.  Preston did an excellent job of keeping me updated on their progress as they hit a snag and and to call a supervisor out who had different equipment.

The supervisor (sorry I didn't get his name) showed me the issue on his pipe camera.  Roots growing into the pipe and gave suggestions how to address the problem.

Excellent, friendly, and prompt service.  Would recommend.

We had several experts out to find the source of random, intermittent sewer odors in the house, even going so far as to do a sewer line video and smoke test.  The experts were never able to get to the bottom of it, and the smells persisted.  After tons of research, I called Lawson Family Plumbing.  They did what the other experts did, but better.  They found three or four major issues nobody else found.  The house is now free of the sewer smells.  Tim knows how to do a thorough smoke test, which others cut corners on.  I hope we never have another issue like this again, but if we do, I will not hesitate to call Lawson Family Plumbing again.

Requested a quote for sewer line repair and sent over videos of sewer scope inspection. Received probably one of the most rudest and nastiest replies I've ever encountered from a vendor. Don't waste your time. The conversation speaks for itself.

Great customer service but a little pricey. I had Tony out to fix a leak from an old water softener system line. He was very thorough and went over some concerns with the plumbing in my home and gave me estimates to fix them all. I ended up just having the water softener line removed and putting the main line back to its original form. Thank you Tony.

Best home service experience I've EVER had--no BS. From when I first inquired about if they could help with our garbage disposal to when the tech left my house, the service was extremely prompt and knowledgeable. I had a Saturday appointment between 8-11 and to my complete surprise, the tech showed up at 8 on the dot. I honestly think this was the first time I had a home services company show up within the allotted time, let alone at the start of it.  Highly recommend this company when your in need of some plumbing help.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.  They ripped up my house for a pipe that could have been fixed.  Insurance company requested statements with breakdowns which they refused to provide.  They put a fake lien on our home.  Was told EVERYONE gets one.  Once they got paid, never apologized or took responsibility for the harrassessment I endured by them.  Keith tells people he is the owner, he is not.  Company is a joke!!!!!

Dave is timely, efficient and skilled and responsive to text messages and very timely. He communicated when he would be arriving and to explained everything that needs to be done and very fair pricing the repairs were done. I cannot say enough thing about this company!!!  I couldn't shut off the water to my house and the valve wasn't working. I found this local company and they came out very quickly, had great communication, professional work and charged me a fair price. He also answered all my questions and was very honest. Sewage water started coming up through the pipes into our bathtubs and our toilets started gurgling on Christmas Eve, of course.  Not the best holiday experience.  Did I mention I just had surgery three days prior?  I knew we'd never get anyone out on Christmas Eve or  Christmas but started researching different companies for quality work.  We called Lawson Family Plumbing on the 26th and Austin came out within 6 hours.  He unclogged our pipes but that was just a quick fix.  The original plumbing company that put our sewer lines in did very poor and sloppy work. The pipes were angled up instead of down and couplers were put on upside down causing bellies in the lines.  They came out on the 28th and marked the area, showed my husband the problems, and made a video of the issues.  Austin also moved all the rocks out of the way.  Very nice of him.  It was a huge job.  SRP, Town of Gilbert, SWG and the cable company had to come out and mark their lines on the 29th.   Four hardworking men started trenching on the 30th at 6am and stayed until it was done at 1 am.  They came out again the next morning to clean up and move all the rock back.  You always hear people complaining about the high prices plumbers charge for their work but believe me these guys earned every cent.  They are honest, hardworking and very nice people.  I highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing.

Devin, from One Plumbing, was great. He showed up prompt, same day, was very professional and fixed our backed up sink very quickly and for a very good price. I have several other plumbing issues that I need handled and I will definitely call them again (instead of wasting my time and getting frustrated doing a job I don't have the right tools or training for!). Call them. They are fair, honest and helpful.

Called these folks because other companies proposals were all over the board in price. We were in an emergency situation no ac on 100 degree day. Their response was that they would come look at it to make a proposal for a FEE of 98 dollars. Never use these thieves!!

I can't say enough about the customer service from King Plumbing & AC.  Just as luck would have it the AC in my home stopped cooling on a weekend in July, it was just running constantly.  I posted a message on Yelp that following Monday morning. King Plumbing was THE ONLY company who could come out that morning.  Luis and James arrived right on time. Both were very polite, professional and honest. They noticed the unit was low on coolant, recharged it and cool air had returned.  Next step was to reach out to Old Republic, the home warranty company, to get the AC repaired or replaced.  They sent out some shotty company who charged me 75.00 just to tell me nothing was wrong, didn't even check anything except to tell me the unit had plenty of coolant. No duh  since King had just been out a day prior.  This company then closed out the service ticket with no problem found. I called Old Republic back and stated there was a reason why the unit was so low on coolant and insisted either they repair or replace the unit.  Since King Plumbing & AC is also a contractor for Old Republic, I demanded that they open a new ticket to King.  Luis and James came out again, went up in the attic and found multiple leaks in the coil. Luis worked with the manufacturer to locate a replacement part which was so nice of him. A part was found and the insurance company approved the repair with no cost to me.  Luis and James came back out once the part arrived, replaced it and now the AC works great.  I even signed up for the maintenance plan offered by King so now twice a year the unit can be inspected so no more summer without AC.  There are so many AC companies in Maricopa County but if you are looking for a company with honesty, integrity, that goes above and beyond, by all means, look no further than King Plumbing & AC.
