Best Plumbing Services in Phoenix, AZ

This was my first encounter with Pink Plumbing & Sewer. They quickly responded to my inquiry about unclogging a toilet. They provided me with an estimate, and were able to set up an appointment for the next day. They provided me with a TWO HOUR window for a service call, not the usual THREE or FOUR hour window provided by others. The plumber that that responded,Jason Hill, was prompt, professional, and ready and able to fix my problem. Other companies only want to send someone to provide an estimate and to sell additional services. Then, you have to schedule your appointment. Chris personally answered my inquiry, and Jason could not have been more capable.I could not be more pleased with Jason, Chris and their pleasant staff. I am happy to recommend Pink Plumbing to all of my family and friends!

Great communication and service. The tech they sent out was knowledgeable always took our budget into consideration when making recommendations. Fixed our leaks timely and kept labor costs down.

A few prior bad experiences have left me a little untrusting of tradesmen.  And it's unfortunate because there are a lot of good and honest ones out there.  Well, I'm a little less untrusting after calling Lawson... because they are one of the good and honest ones!

I had a couple of slow draining drains in my upstairs bathroom.  I treated it with one of those professional grade cleaning gels... but felt like there might still be an obstruction.  That's where Lawson comes in.  I called them and scheduled an appointment to have them snake/root the drains.  Since it was not an emergency, I scheduled it a few days out.  

Dylan was the plumber who came out... and instead of just jumping right in and making some money, he tested the drains first.  His assessment?  The drains were draining properly and no work was needed at the time.

I was expecting to pay a couple hundred dollars for the service... but ended up not having to pay anything!  How great is that?!?  

The next time I need (or think I need) a plumber, I know who I am going to call -- Lawson Family Plumbing!

As with most service companies this one too charges outrageous prices to those who are desperate but provides minimal service. I needed my mainline to septic cleared. Plumber came out for 5 minutes, claimed the blockage was cleared, and then promptly left. An hour later it was blocked again. All for $300. I need to get into the plumbing racket.

*The response from the owner below is all lies. it had only been a year since my septic was serviced and i stated that. The septic was serviced again two days later and found to be only half full.

Sewage did not come shooting out like a geyser, nor was a camera ever used. The only piece of equipment used was a $50 snake anyone could buy from home depot. The only inaccuracy in my original review was the two stars. i corrected it to a one.

Look at the other negative reviews. They're all true. do good work and you won't get bad reviews.*

7/'7/2022 9 pm: More lies posted from the owner in a modified post. In there he states that I am black mailing him into refunding the money. Not true. Not once have I asked for my money back. He did call and leave a message on my phone, however, in an attempt to intimidate me into removing this review. I'll continue to post updates as he changes his story. Again, don't use this company. There are many other choices. Look at the other negative reviews. Not once has he accepted responsibility for his inadequate service.

7/7/22 9:20 pm: Owner continues to psycho babble saying that I never called him to complain, right after his previous post claiming I'm trying to get money out of him. He's right on this one. I don't want my money back, I just want people to make informed decisions when they hire a plumber. Carefully look at the negative reviews. He responds to all of them with a bunch of angry excuses. This is not a person you want on your premises folks.

I was in need of plumbing services
and researched Bumblebee Plumbing on Google and Next-door. I also reviewed thier website. I loved that they were very transparent with how they operate and that they value the customer. I received 2 estimates prior to calling them. Bumblebee Plumbing is the real deal!

Calling the office to setup my appointment was awesome! Cheyenne explained everything to me and it l played out exactly. Much appreciated.

Richard the plumber technician was phenomenal!! He was very detailed and gave me options and estimates to all the jobs I wanted prices for. He did an outstanding job and worked clean. Put everything back and cleaned up.

I would have hugged him if it wasn't covid season. Hahaha

The price was extremely pocket friendly and we'll definitely use them again. Definitely recommend them!!

Used Lawson's Family Plumbing again after one year for different job: still excellent service! Jeff and Jacob were punctual, professional and worked exceptionally well, delivering exactly what they had quoted us for. They replaced our old bathtub and drilled our backyard concrete to install new discharge for our washer, covering everything with new cement once done. They worked hard the whole day, and never complained; once or twice, I even heard them humming a song! Great hardworking, honest individuals, and so pleasant to work with! We love this company! Again, 5 stars!

Fall furnace (heat pump) checkup. Went as expected with no issues found. Love the entire process with text message reminders and notification of who the tech is and will be their shortly, etc.

Saturday morning we had a major kitchen sink clog/backup.  We tried all the usual homeowner solutions, like plunging, boiling water and dawn liquid detergent, and vinegar and baking soda, it would not budge.  To be honest, I called 2 other places only to be told me they don't work on weekends!!  Isn't that when you need them the most?  So I called Elite Rooter Phoenix.  Joel arrived a little over and hour later.  He did a super job, and was very professional.  He tried to save me some money by checking the main sewer tap outside, but that was clear so explained to me what his only option was and the price.  I won't hesitate to call when I need them again.

Amazing customer service from Somers Plumbers.  I used them for new plumbing installations and I highly recommend them. Very thankful to have found them through the Yelp bid request.

They're responsive, great value. Reliable, great work. Both of our toilets are in good working condition, they're quick.

Serivice guy was very good and polite explaining everything very good wife was sleeping at 8 so he came back at 10  no extra charge very pleased with service

I love this company.  Mont and his guys are always on time and do a great job.  They are so reasonable compared to other companies.  I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone.

Paul was amazing! Came back to dial the system in and make sure we were 100% satisfied,  he was informative and on point and most importantly ON TIME! I knew he was a true professional in his craft and having nothing great to say about him besides give this man a RAISE!

Jordan and team answered my call and got me on the schedule right away! After accessing the problem, Jordan communicated the issue and provided solutions to ensure it would be fixed quickly. He provides quality work at great prices and he cleaned up the area once done. Will absolutely call again in the future!

The water suddenly opened like a cloud burst from the ceiling. Luckily, I had called Option One who showed up to help. We had a drain clog a few months ago with Matt coming to save the day, so I knew to call Option One again! Matt is so calm and helpful- explaining what's going on and needs to be fixed. Matt and Robert just turned the water back on, and we're good to go! Matt with Option One is the best!

I am happy with Adam who arrived within the time frame and the price was as quoted. He was kind, quick and knowledgeable. I have a home warranty and refused to use it as they only send 1 & 2 Star rated suppliers. Plumbing is too important to leave up to chance!  I will use Option One for my future needs and the needs of my clients (I'm a House Mgr).  Thanks Adam!

I hope everyone sees this review.  I just moved to Arizona from Georgia, not knowing anyone.  The AC unit on the condo I purchased died a few weeks after I arrived.  I wasn't in a position to purchase a new unit, but with 106 degree temps I had to figure something out.  Not knowing who to call, I simply responded to an add on the radio and hoped for the best.  Hays immediately came out and did the best they could to keep my current unit running to help me have a little time to figure out what to do, then once it would no longer run they connected me with Jack Zwiers.  He immediately came to the rescue, did I mention it was July 4th, when every other company refused to work?  He was knowledgeable, professional, and was able to answer all of my questions.  Hays offers great financing and made it where I could get my new unit installed immediately. Their prices are competitive and the service you receive is outstanding.  My home has been wonderfully cool and just when I thought everything was done I receive a call from Hays scheduling a quality check. Even though everything is running good, they still come out afterwards and make certain everything is running properly.  I'm definitely one that believes if it's too good to be true, it probably isn't, but please believe me when I tell you Hays Cooling is legit.  I'm already recommending coworkers at my new job to them.

King Plumbing provided my family with the absolute BEST plumbing service we have had in our 50+ years.  Not only was the work professional, on time, well organized with no gimmicks, but the technician was polite and efficient.  He was the most on-task person we have ever met.  We will call King Plumbing for all future plumbing needs and encourage others to do teh same.
