We had a major leak in the water pipe between the meter on the street and the front door of our home (the part not covered by the water company or our home insurance),  Options were to dig up flagstone and concrete slab to find the leak and repair it, or run a new line for 160 feet through the yard, shooting it below the flagstone, avoiding that. We chose the latter, at a total cost of $4,350.  Despite being backed up with work (principally commercial), the company put three great guys - Matt, David and Brian - on the job, which was completed in two and a half days, as scheduled.  We were impressed by the professionalism of everyone with whom we had contact.

Highly recommended for a big job like this.

I have a rental property in Arizona and I live in California.  This is my first rental property and so when the tenant called about problems with a lack of ample hot water to fill the bathtub I got concerned and assumed the worst case (water heater replacement or worse...).  I saw Hansen's had good reviews and was impressed by the business sense of the owner Eric to produce such a video promoting his company.  I just trusted based off of those two things.  I called and spoke with Eric and he was helping me diagnose the problem by phone.  I connected him with the tenant and Eric met him at the property in Arizona on Monday.  I was PLEASANTLY surprised that Eric called saying it was a valve that was shot and not opened properly to begin with because the townhome had been sitting for some time in foreclosure and so someone had turned the valve which limited the hot water supply.  Anyway, an expected replacement of a water heater of $700-$800 went to a replacement of a valve for under $200.  I appreciated and respected the honesty so much and now have a reliable, trustworthy and professional plumber in Eric and Hansen Plumbing Service that I'll use in the future and refer to others.

If we could give a rated less than one star we would Ben the plumber decided either he didn't want the job or was going to rip us off. Anyway he said he couldn't complete the job without someone in the house. His bid was $1,523.00 and we were able to have the job completed for $267.00.  You be the job of the integrity of such a plumbing company.

I took a giant dump a few weeks ago after 15 cent taco night the likes of which ive never seen. Yall came and fixed the gastrointestinal apocalypse that occured. 5 stars.

Contacted though Yelp to see if they do water softener installs & do they give free estimates?  I got no response but a phone call to call back.  Called back and then told after giving my address & info its a $39 service call.  For an estimate?  I wish they would have just responded saying no free estimates.

Have used this company twice. Each time they were prompt, professional, didn't try to oversell me or talk down to me. Gabriel in particular was patient explaining some of the solutions to my concerns. Would recommend them and him without reservation.

Dave did a great job of replacing our old, cracked, leaking disposer. He tested the new system a number of times and discovered a leak, which he repaired. He kept testing and looking to make sure that everything was in perfect condition before he left, even carefully removing overflow putty that I couldn't see until he cleaned it out. I was so pleased with his excellent work and friendly manner, explaining what he was doing at each step. If we have any future plumbing needs, I will gladly call Somers Plumbing to take care of us. Michael (the owner) came out to replace an old hose bib (faucet) that had begun to leak badly. He arrived on time, calling beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He showed up masked, and even put on booties for the inside work. Replacing the faucet required opening up an interior wall to get at the plumbing. Access was awkward, requiring either removal of a toilet tank or working underneath a built-in desk. He opened the wall from the desk side (saving me money on parts & labor), working in the cramped space below the desk. He also installed an access door, which hid the hole nicely and allows future access if needed. The faucet itself is from a US manufacturer, appears well-made, and is easy to turn (which my wife will appreciate). He did such a great job I asked if he could replace our other outside faucet, and he was able to do that on the same visit, giving us a discount since a second trip wasn't needed. The whole job took him only three hours, and I felt the cost was quite reasonable. I'm very pleased with the work done, and would definitely hire Element Plumbing for any future plumbing work.

Brian is absolutely amazing! For our project, he was very responsive and punctual. His work was great and his prices were very reasonable. I recently had 100% Plumbing out to take care of some shower valves that needed replace.......the replacement cartridges were difficult to find according to a previous plumber.   100% came out , verified the necessary parts, got them ordered and stayed in contact with me while the parts were ordered......... communication is a rarity in business today but these guys did it very well.  They got the parts and the plumber Eddie came out, masked and went right about his business and took care of the replacements.   Very impressed from start to finish with this company,  thanks for taking care of my plumbing issue........you will be hearing from me in the future on any plumbing issues I have.

What a GREAT experience.  First talked to David on the phone who was so knowledgeable about RO Systems and went out of his way to explain it all.  John came to install the new system and was a pro!  Allegiance replaced our whole system and we feel confident that it is a better RO System than we had as well as knowing we hired the right people.  You will not be disappointed with Allegiance!
