Chris and his team were absolutely amazing. We woke up on morning and noticed that some of our wall and baseboards were wet. We called a few different plumbers and Chris and Pink Plumbing were the first to arrive (within 2 hours of calling). After he gave us an overview of what was happening and the cost of repairs, we still decided to have a couple of other plumbers have a look at it since we had already scheduled appointments and it doesn't hurt to get a few estimates. Chris' price estimate was very accurate and similar to the others but his knowledge, availability (immediately responded to texts and calls), his explanations, and more, made us choose him and we couldn't be happier. The repair was done in day and everything  looks great. I told Chris and his team that they are for sure our plumber moving forward with any issues we may have in the future. I highly recommend them as we had an awesome experience with them especially during a bad situation!

I'm selling a house and the buyer's inspection report noted a block sewer line.  Steve quoted me a fair price to hydrojet the line, we scheduled an appointment the day before the holiday and Mike cleared the obstruction without issue.  I'm slightly bias because they are both from Michigan but overall i was pleased with the experience.  Diamondback said what they were going to do, made me aware of worst case scenarios and then did what they said....honest work.

Great response time. Jesus the technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I had a leak on the outside water line and also got the garbage disposal replaced. Great company to work with.Would definitely recommend them.

It started off great. Lawson was fast and helpful. The project we had took 3 different teams. The first team was demo and that got started right away and we were happy with what they'd done.

The second team was supposed to be the plumbers and after the demo team left we went 5 days with nobody showing up or communicating with us. We sent multiple emails to the Lawson team requesting a timeline and an update. During this time we were without the use of our kitchen and our hot water had to be turned on and off at the heater each time we wanted to use it.

A week after the demo crew left, Lawson got back to us and communicated they could get to us in 8 more days. To be fair it is close to the holidays and when you're dealing with a multi-faceted job the ball can be dropped but we did not feel valued or prioritized. They were fine with us celebrating Christmas with a demoed kitchen.  

We called another plumber who came highly recommended today and he should have the plumbing part of the job completed tomorrow.

Extremely satisfied. Called on a Sunday and a plumber was at my house within an hour. The problem was fixed quickly, and the price was fair. Very happy.

Just had Jason come out to asses my plumbing problem. He resolved the issue very quickly. I will be calling Lawson Family Plumbing in the future for all of my plumbing needs!

It was easy to schedule and they provided good communication throughout. Text alert when tech was on the way + email invoice and photos provided afterwards. The tech was on time, friendly and knowledgeable (Deon E).

The only downside is that it was a real bummer to pay an extra $125 for After Hours Fee, especially since the repair ended up being $500+ alone (3lbs of refrigerant + leak sealant). It seems like a fee like that should be waived at a certain price point and I would urge the owners to reconsider this policy. I scheduled on a Sunday at 7:30am for an 8-10 window and the tech was completely done by 10am, so I do understand if they feel the right to charge extra for that quick of a response time.

I initially posted a great review b/c the technicians who worked on my house were responsive and did a great job installing a tankless water heater and softener. However, the water heater is no longer working (after only 3 mos) and it has been impossible to get the manager to respond and to come out to fix it or even check it out. Additionally, there was a mistake in the financing and they have not been responsive in following up to get it straightened out. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau on this company.

Let me preface this review by stating I am not a plumber, but am probably in the 99th percentile of homeowner's who will tackle projects themselves. I have plumbed a bathroom, replaced every faucet/sink in my house, added a garage sink, repaired my roof, installed new floors, landscaped the yard, installed an irrigation system, etc. etc. We had a clog in our main drain I discovered around midnight last night. I tried to snake it myself for about an hour, but with nothing to show for it with my 15 ft snake. Removed both toilets and tried from our washout, but couldn't get it. Enough about me.

Dave came out in less than an hour from when I first contacted him, charged an incredible price, and fixed the issue in about 45 mins. I won't mention what he was able to pull out of the drain line, but his customer service is excellent and quality of his work was outstanding. I have some scar tissue from getting gouged by plumbers in the past, and feel confident going to Dave for any and all future plumbing needs! He is a one man show, so you don't have to deal with a scheduler or multiple field folks. Save his contact info. 10/10 recommend Dave!

My whole house water filtration cartridge was first installed about 10 years ago.  But a few weeks ago I began noticing that the housing had started to leak.  Luckily, this thing had been located on the outside of our house - so the leak was more of a nuisance than a big mess.

But it was time to replace the copper pipes and shutoff valves, and the old filter housing as well.  So I got three prices from three different plumbers.  Although the price I got from 100% Plumbing wasn't the lowest, I found 100% Plumbing and the many 5 Star ratings on Yelp from their former customers to be the deciding factor.

Jason showed up on the day and time we had agreed on, and he worked for a couple of hours.  When he finished, I found his work to be first class.  Everything he said he would do had been done perfectly.  All the new copper pipes and shutoff valves were placed exactly as they needed to be.  And the new pipes and cartridge housing had no runs, drips, or errors.

I am very happy that I chose 100% Plumbing to do the work I needed to have done.  Their price was fair and there were no problems from start to finish.  If you need a good, honest plumber  I highly recommend these guys!

My 10 year old water softener started leaking so I called around to get a few quotes and these guys had the best price for similar systems.  They replaced it with a new system and it works so much better. The plumbing used hook up the new system to the loop looks so much better than my first softener system, and Ramesh was very pleasant to talk to.

I had another company give me a quote for a job they didn't fix the first time out. After snaking my toilet and leaving, the water started to back up in the tub and toilets. After he came back he said it would cost 4500.00 for a new back flap drain. Whaaat? What even is that? So on getting a second opinion I was actually shown what the problem was AND they searched for the part even tho it had been discontinued. They did the job for 3200.00 and went above and beyond from start to finish. They even helped me replant my cactus which was too close to the work being done. Tim and Shawn were professional and explained all aspects of what they were doing. I can highly recommend this company to do an honest and fair job! Will use them again! Hopefully not soon...lol

Had an issue with our water pressure in the house. Did some basic diagnostics and decided I needed professional help. Put out a job needing to be done on Yelp. They came out a couple of days later. Our tech was very thorough and explained everything to me. Job was completed in about 2.5 hours. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is they missed the morning appointment and I had to contact them. After that it was smooth sailing.

I was very impressed with John, he was not only very professional he was able to fix the problem that I had caused by trying to fix the problem myself in a short period of time.
I will be recommending Lawson Family Plumbing to all my family and friends.

My kitchen sink has been an absolute nightmare since I've moved in to my own two years ago! It finally gave out on me (the day I was hosting 10+ guests in my home for New Years Eve).

Sammy saves the day! He squeezed me into his already busy schedule and arrived at my home (with hours to spare).

He fixed my sink, had affordable pricing, and was incredibly kind!

Hay's has been fantastic to work with.  They corrected numerous poor installation items by another vendor in the Valley, and have been very knowledgeable and responsive.

Amazing amazing amazing!  We had a huge back up and they responded fast!  They were so polite and efficient. Zac was great scheduling and Randy was fabulous. They were excellent using Covid precautions. Highly recommend them!
