Mark was able to get Omar out on the same day to change the water heater. Very professional and worked to correct other connections even after dark.  Great job. Faster hot water than we've had in awhile.

I called Diamondback plumbing today to replace a water heater.  I called them around 9am and since this wasn't an emergency I said the next available plumber would be great.  Around noon I received a call that the plumber was on his way. By the time he showed up I had already emptied the water heater and cleared space for him to work.  I asked if I should run to home depot and purchase the replacement water heater or if he was going to sell me one.  In the end I went to home depot and picked up a water heater and the other parts he recommended.  2 x 18in copper flex lines and a water heater pan.  When I return the old water heater is removed and he has installed some steel flex lines instead of the copper ones I bought.  We roll the water heater in and he gets everything installed.

Labor for 90 minutes of work $300

The only things that bothered me was the fact that he kept the copper flex lines in lieu of charging me for the steel ones he found in his truck and that he parked in my driveway and left an oil spot.

Other than that I'm happy with the response time and how quickly things were fixed.

I was walked through with FaceTime to show the issue and a conversation about the problem. Then given direction on my first steps to solve the problem. I would not hesitate to call again and have them come out for further repairs.

They were very responsive to my request for a sewer line inspection and scheduled just a few days out.

We had to have a whole house repipe on the day the came home with our newborn. Chris, Larry, and Armando were very quick and courteous while working to get our house back in order. I will always be calling them with our plumbing needs!

Uncommonly good experience.  Solid work too.  Very reasonable pricing.  So glad I hired Sound Plumbing to install the water softener I bought at HD.  They also had to install the Plumb lines as the house wasn't built to accommodate a water softener.

Not having hot water in your morning shower is not the way to start your day, finding your garage flooded doesn't make it any better. Thank goodness I found 100% Plumbing.  Mont told me how to turn the water off and Eddie & Evan (I'm horrible with names so I hope this is correct) came a couple hours later and changed our hot water tank and patiently answered all my questions!

The office was very responsive and sent Justin over the same morning. What a nice young man. Replaced the parts on our tankless hot water heater. After many calls I learned that very few plumbing companies work on tankless heaters, so we were thankful to find this company. Will defuse again.

Today is Saturday the 12th I was having plumbing issues and my drain got clogged today I luckily  found this company and they came to our rescue I highly recommend them. they came out less than 30 minutes After I called I got the pleasure of meeting Francisco he was amazing so friendly so helpful and went above and beyond my expectations he really cared about taking care of us! I just hate hiring professionals to do a job because I just feel like I'm going to get a high bill for POOR labor ... HOWEVER, the Lawson Family Plumbing was a welcome change for me ... the plumber, Paul, listened to me and explained in detail what would need done and what didn't need to be done ... then he told me exactly what the cost would be to the penny ... Paul completed each task and I inspected his work and it was done perfectly ... Everything was done completely and thoroughly with no exceptions ... the price was more than fair (Thank You) and the work Paul did was Grade A First Class all the way, Paul was great, Thank you Sir ... I have been using Option One for all my plumbing needs for 5 years now from anything from sink line clearing to

Just called to schedule an appointment for service on our home air conditioning unit. The gal that answered the phone told my husband that they weren't accepting any new customers. What's with that?! Must be like a doctor's office.
Anyway, if you haven't used them in the past don't bother taking the time to call them.

They were very friendly and personable. And to top it off they were inexpensive, thorough and fast! I had a great experience and will definitely be using them again. Hopefully not for another clogged kitchen sink...
