They did a great job handling a weird emergency on a Saturday.  Everyone was thorough and professional and nice.  I didn't get other estimates, since no one else I called could even come today, but the price was less than I expected.  I will definitely use them again.

5 years later and Erik still does a great job for me. I can text him pictures and he can guesstimate what the issue is and he is always right!

Was very responsive to our dilemma. We spoke with several plumbing and had the line scoped with a separate company. I got All kinds of explanations to why our tub and toilet were backed. We were told we needed to replaced the galvanized pipe in our line which would have involved tearing up the whole bathroom. We were told the sewer line went out the front and we needed to dig up the line because tree roots were getting into it outside. Chris was able to clear the line and the confusion

Bumble Bee helped us when we needed a rooter service. They were great! Called at 5p and they had someone out first thing in the morning. Great customer service, and did a great, professional job with the issue we were having. This family-owned company cares about your business and it shows!

I called for a quote to see how much it would cost to possibly replace my hot water heater. Fast response time and scheduling. The tech was early (which I appreciated). The tech was very polite and informative. The tech looked at my hot water heater and after I explained the issue I was having and having been draining it, he explained my hot water heater should be good for a few more years. The tech recommended the drain valve be replaced with one with a larger opening so it won't get clogged and flow rate will be better. The tech had the new ball valve and gave me a price for it and the install. I was surprised with the price ($167.14) but I agreed so I didn't have to go out and try to find the ball valve and then install it. The new ball valve definitely helped with the further draining of my hot water heater. I'm glad I had it changed but feel the price of it and the install was a little high. I could be wrong though.  I would still recommend Lawson Family Plumbing and will use them again when needed.

Brian came over to fix a clogged disposal. He was extremely personable, professional and thorough. He was eager to help us and explained everything that was going on. He also came to our home to fix a leak and again was very thorough. I could tell it was a challenging leak and he was determined to fix it working extremely hard late into the evening. We will recommend Brian to anyone who is ever in need of this service. Brian also spoke very highly of his company which I thought was nice to hear.

Dave did a great job of replacing our old, cracked, leaking disposer. He tested the new system a number of times and discovered a leak, which he repaired. He kept testing and looking to make sure that everything was in perfect condition before he left, even carefully removing overflow putty that I couldn't see until he cleaned it out. I was so pleased with his excellent work and friendly manner, explaining what he was doing at each step. If we have any future plumbing needs, I will gladly call Somers Plumbing to take care of us. Once 100% Plumbing earned my business, they showed me that their top priority was to keep my business going forward.  Mont and Eddie went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the purchase and installation of a new toilet.  Eddie performed the work neatly and efficiently, and the appointment scheduling was super-convenient too as they even let you know by text message when the service tech is en route.  That level of care certainly will have them keeping me as a customer for all of my future plumbing needs.

I found this company through Yelp and I'm sure glad that I did.  David in the office was very helpful.  He scheduled an appointment and told me that the repair guy would call prior to arriving.  Garrod did exactly that!  He resolved the issue quickly, thoroughly, and called me to let me know exactly what he had done.  David called again to follow-up and make sure that everything was satisfactory.  From my initial phone call to the follow-up call from David, I don't know that any company could have handled things so professionally

Highly recommend . Tommy our plumber was so prompt and very good to deal with . It was an usual problem but he fixed it . Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant .

I wound up changing out my sink, faucet and garbage disposal.  I got everything installed myself but wanted a plumber to come out and change out my old corrugated supply lines to quarter turn ball valves.  Also since I was going from a two drain to a single drain sink with an off center drain, the waste line needed to be redone.

The repairman arrived right on time, was friendly, and was done pretty quickly.  Everything worked great right away and the price was less than I was bracing myself for which is always a good thing.  I would definitely recommend this company.

Update 9-2018 I needed my washer water lines fixed up.  The shut off valves that were installed when the house was built back in '96 were a joke.  I called on a Thursday night, and I was their first appointment at 8 on Friday.  Sean came out and had to cut into the dry wall to get access to the pipes.  He did the work quickly and he did a really good job patching up the hole.  I was worried what it would look like, but it's perfectly fine.  He installed modern valves that you can actually turn with your hand.  The old valves had a metal flag with two legs connecting them to the valve.  I had to use pliers to open and close the valves and they were never perfectly shut off.  Will definitely call them future work.  They are great!

Very professional and nice. They were able to not only unclog the main line to the house but also locate the problem that the city now has to fix. Saving me thousands of dollars. I would highly recommend them.

I have a service contract with Hays. I contacted their call service at 8pm Friday after my rental tenant told me his AC was blowing heat. I was told a technican would call to let me know when they could schedule service. I followed up at noon Saturday, 5pm Saturday and 4pm today and still have yet to receive a call back to provide service as of 11pm Sunday.

Had a new AC installed w King Plumbing. Great price, service and transaction. I would recommend.
