I called Pink Plumbing to have someone come out and check my refrigerator water/ice valve.  After scheduling the appointment Pink Plumber was fantastic with automated communication about reminders and the plumber's arrival time on that date.

Jason was awesome!  Very informative and worked hard to not have to tear out the wall, which was a success.  I couldn't be more pleased with the timeliness and efficiency of jason's work.

We had a nightmare situation in putting our house for sale. Gas leak started the first day of  showings! Parker and Sons took up half the day just to get a hold of them and then they couldn't arrange anything. Benjamin Franklin plumbing came out two days later and spent another two days (12 hours of labor) trying to fix the leak. The customer service was so poor, cost us $800, and it still failed pressure test!!! Called Diamondback 9:30am, told her my woes, and Liz got someone to our house by 10am!!!!!!! THEY FIXED THE LEAK BY 10:42am!!!!!! Southwest gas was right on site and everything was turned back on and operational without leak by 11 AM. I swear these people are straight magic! Guess who we are calling when we plumb gas to our new range in the new house?

I called Hansen to fix an unrelated plumber's poor toilet installation, which was leaking, wax rings not installed right, and not leveled. Despite my embarrassment of asking them to fix someone else's poor workmanship, they assured me it happens and never once made me feel bad for calling them for help.

Robert arrived on time with a smile, and given the current COVID situation and concerns, properly wore a mask through the entire visit. That really put us at ease considering we have a high-risk household. Robert was not only friendly at the end of a long day, but easy to work with and clearly skilled and knowledgeable. He explained everything he did, why he did it, and happily answered all of my questions. I was particularly impressed with the respect and attention to detail - not putting tools directly on the tile floor or countertops, making sure the work area was clean, and overall doing a high-quality, nice looking job in a short amount of time. Yes - it was a basic toilet install, but the caulking was clean and smooth, and the toilet was properly leveled with shims which are undetectable. If their attention to detail is this high on a toilet install, imagine what it's like on a larger job. The work, character, integrity, and overall demeanor gave me all the confidence that Hansen Family Plumbing will continue to be our go-to plumbing company. This is our second job with them, and the consistent high-quality results coupled with their unmatched responsiveness and respect for their customers will keep us coming back. Thank you.

Our main sewer line was clogged and I called about 10 different companies to get someone out same day. Most companies were helpful but couldn't give a specific date or time they would be out. I called Lawson around 9AM and they were able to help me, same day. They were able to come over and fix the problem within 30 minutes. The plumber, Matt, explained to me what happen in a way that's easy to understand and and gave me advise on another general plumbing question that I had. I would definitely use this company again will recommend them the others.

I used yelp to help me find someone to help fix my clogged sink and shower. The owner messaged me within a minute and was completely up front about costs. Tom came out same day and was super clean and friendly. He loves dogs too which is nice!! I highly recommend. Cost was exactly as expected. So happy. I will use them again!

This review is about 2 months late due to my busy work schedule, but I wanted to say what a wonderful job Mike P. and his team did with installing my water softener system and new shower kits. Mike even came back and fixed a leak I had noticed from one of the shower heads and didn't even charge anything additional. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they are on the pricier side. They provide excellent service and I can tell the water softener is top-of-the-line, but I know I could've saved half of what I paid had I used a different company. When I asked how much it would cost to install a new bathroom faucet I purchased from Home Depot, their cost was nearly $250 (and that was the discounted membership price!). Instead, I found a handyman who did it for only $40. I wish Bumblebee was more competitive with their pricing.

So... I tried to use Lawson again.  That didn't go well.  I wrote a negative review and the owner reached out to me.  That's where things went right again!

The owner is professional and, despite catching me on a bad day (house is closing tomorrow), he was kind and apologized for a miscommunication between his staff and I.

I don't need to go into detail... but I will definitely recommend them again (as I always have).  

If something seems off call Jeff, the owner, and he will resolve it with you.

Have 3 toilets, all of them having issues. We had Decio Arnot at the house. He was quick, professional, courteous, and got the job done.

I had a clogged sink. Elite Rooter showed up quickly within a couple hours after calling them. They fixed the problem. Only charged $77 to unclog the sink. I'll definitely use them again.

Called Somers Plumbing based on Dave's experience & customer reviews and he lived up to all of it! Quick response, explained the problem & fixed it quickly! A nice guy. You're crazy if you don't call him & support this entrepreneur and his new business!

Really wonderful. Not only was Ascend fair and competitive with pricing, an installation of three new toilets was clean and neat. The project was done at a home where my elderly parents live and they told me how kind and professional Michael was during the job.

Anyways..  Brian was great.  Found my water heater leaking and he came out the next morning.  Just quick and easy for me..

Not having hot water in your morning shower is not the way to start your day, finding your garage flooded doesn't make it any better. Thank goodness I found 100% Plumbing.  Mont told me how to turn the water off and Eddie & Evan (I'm horrible with names so I hope this is correct) came a couple hours later and changed our hot water tank and patiently answered all my questions!
