Had a great experience with Chris @ Pink today. We just moved into a flipped home and on our second night here, we had water backing up into our bathtubs and showers in both bathrooms. Chris and Bethany returned our call right away and came out the same day.  Chris arrived on time, told me what the problem was and how he was going to diagnose it. In the end, he was able to find the problem and fix it on the spot. He did all of this at a fair price and didn't try to oversell the problem. We really appreciated his honesty and will definitely call him again when we need a plumber!

after several visits for a clogged pipe issue and $$$$ cost, they then charged me 1400$ to replace the pipe and STILL have the same issue. so if you want to spend 1400$ plus additional visits and still have the same problem????? do not go to this plumbing company!

This company is awesome! I requested a quote yesterday and got scheduled for the very next day. We were sold a lot of BS by another plumbing company who wanted to charge us $338 for nothing. Reasonably priced and helpful. Definitely will use again.

Our main sewer line was clogged and I called about 10 different companies to get someone out same day. Most companies were helpful but couldn't give a specific date or time they would be out. I called Lawson around 9AM and they were able to help me, same day. They were able to come over and fix the problem within 30 minutes. The plumber, Matt, explained to me what happen in a way that's easy to understand and and gave me advise on another general plumbing question that I had. I would definitely use this company again will recommend them the others.

I Searched for someone to come out as we had a pretty bad back up. This place responded to me with the quickness on Yelp and was able to come out today and fix our clog. Great service and I highly recommend this company. Chris is awesome and very respectful.

I called bumblebee with emergency fix at 9 AM within 25 minutes they had a technician on site and within 10 minutes of him being there it was completed and they were on their way. Not only were they extremely efficient but their customer care and professionalism was outstanding.

I had a great experience with Lawson Family Plumbing this week.  While I had dreaded calling a plumber, it was very stress free from beginning to end.  The lady that took my call and made the appointment was very friendly.  The plumber arrived at the scheduled time and did a great job.  Jason was also very friendly, clearly explained what he was going to do and the price was less than I was expecting.  I wouldn't hesitate to use Lawson again and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Awesome caring people.... never dealt with them before but had a problem where my sewer was backing up into my shower. I called them Saturday morning at 8;30....The lady who answered the phone was very caring and concerned and was as helpful as she could be..By 11:00 Aaron A the service tech came and fixed the problem.  also a very nice young man.. They treat people like family and don't gouge you...Bravo

Dave came in and fixed the broken valves for our washing machine and on top of that fixed our leaky shower. Dave went above and beyond as he was only going to change the trim kit for the shower but he ended replacing the shower valve due to a leak. He stuck around and finished the job and then cleaned everything up. I would not hesitate to use Somers Plumbers again.

Element Plumbing is a great company. Mike is honest, dependable and trustworthy. We will definitely call Mike again if needed down the road. We strongly recommend him to our friends, family and anyone asking for a plumbing service referral because we had an absolutely wonderful experience.

I had a small leaky pipe in attic and had another company come out for quote (name starts with H ends with A) and they wouldn't just fix the problem without installing all new pipes for over $1400!! Total ripoff. I called Sound Plumbing and Dylan came out a few hours later and finished the job on the same day!! He was nice and informed me of his plan: which was NOT to repipe the attic, but to FIX THE PROBLEM. It was reasonably priced and I was very happy that I made that 2nd call for another opinion.

Had water dripping through my kitchen ceiling yesterday from the upstairs bathroom.  I didn't want to wait a few days for the home warranty people to come out.  I found their info on NextDoor and called them right away. They had a technician out within 2 hours.  He explained what he was going to do and was up front about the cost of diagnosis.  He determined it was a faulty seal on a recently installed upstairs toilet.  He fixed the problem.  Everyone was professional.  I think the repair and reseat of the toilet cost was fair given it was an emergency call.  I asked him if he should check my other upstairs toilet that was recently installed and he took a look and told me he didn't believe there was an issue with that toilet and he didn't want me to have to pay for him to pull the toilet and then reseat it if there was nothing wrong.  I would use them again for sure.  No negatives.

If I could give more stars I would. I utilized the yelp quote function and received several responses with requests for high payment prior to even looking at the problem.  Allegiance is the only company who offered to take a look and then give an estimate for price.  When all was said and done the total for the job was very fair and the work was top-notch.  Extremely professional customer service. Highly recommend.

EDIT: I do not know for certain the name of the person I met. I did not ask for ID. My identification was based on the fact that I was given a business card for a man named Jordan Beebe, who contacted me after this review to say he hasn't been in the field for three years.

That may be true. I just know the name from the business card (see photo), and was told that the man who worked the camera through the pipes was said to be the supervisor/boss to the original tech who tried to fix the issue. I have amended the references to his name in this review.

Rooter Ranger was out at my older (1970s) basement home in Gilbert, Arizona on June 5, 2021. I had called for plumbing help because our downstairs bathroom was backed up.

I have since had the problem completely fixed by another company (including a camera check), and can now say definitively that he was totally wrong about the problem.

The company representative *insisted* that there was a break in the pipe under the slab in the adjacent room. This was not the case. (See photo.)

At the time, I told him at least twice that what he was suggesting made no sense, based on where the drain entered the sump, and the logical path for the plumbing in the bathroom. Even with their camera, he apparently couldn't orient himself with what he was seeing.

He relied solely on pinging his electronic equipment, instead of taking the time to use visual clues (with and without the camera), listening to his customer's concerns, measuring the distance, and/or doing his due diligence by looking inside the sump pump basin. (I asked him twice if he wanted to take a look inside it, and he said no both times.)

So he couldn't be bothered to take the time to check out a very integral part of our plumbing system that was near the bathroom, nor did he seem to verify anything else that could have been the issue... but he had no problem at all immediately telling me that the solution was $3,200-$3,400 of jackhammering/repair to fix the broken pipe. (He didn't even mark the area on the floor where he thought the problem was. How was someone supposed to properly fix anything without such guidance?)

If he had simply checked the pump basin, the company representative would have literally seen the root of the problem -- as well as the tip of the camera -- and he also might have even noticed that the pipe was not broken. (The root entry was at a joint, not due to a break.)

What the company representative suggested would have been very destructive, expensive, hugely disruptive to our entire household -- and completely unnecessary. He also prolonged the length of time it took to solve our major plumbing problem.

And to get to the point where he could deliver this advice, the company charged me $200.

Before submitting this review, I contacted Rooter Ranger about this issue with the details above. I got one brief email back from someone else, suggesting a phone call -- but I never received a call or voicemail. (ETA: I gave them 30 days to contact me/discuss this before posting this review.)

A follow-up email has seen no response at all.

Jordan was super responsive and communicative. Did a great job and will definitely utilize them again jn the future.

From start to finish, we had a great experience. Our tech, Jeff, first showed up the same day we had called for an estimate as he had a local cancellation. Jeff was very professional and knowledgeable. We showed Jeff what was to be done at that time. A few days later, Jeff sent a revised estimate as we had an issue come up and wanted to make sure we were comparing the same thing amongst estimates. Through out the process, I consulted with Jeff, who exhibited great communication skills, a sign of great customer service. When everything was all said and done, we chose Lawson Family Plumbing for our home improvement project as they had the balance of fair pricing, great communication skills, and could do the project when it was convenient for us. That service was performed on June 15. Jeff called 30 minutes prior to arriving for the appointment, along with his assistant. We showed them all of the parts we supplied and they verified we had everything intact. Our project was completed in approximately 2 hours. The quality of the workmanship was great. We are very pleased with this project. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lawson Family Plumbing for your home improvement needs. Much appreciated and thanks again!

We had a plumbing emergency. Everyone was so nice from the original receptionist to the plumbers. Got here with in 15 minutes. Fixed the problem immediately. Devon explained the issue thoroughly and gave us a list of options for the future. Very trustworthy and didn't price gouge. The best!

Our 14 year old air conditioner gasped its last breath of hot air with low freon a little over a week ago. Our first thought was to get the company we had come out once before several years to see if more freon was needed. It was not Hays, but a well known company with their amusing commercials. To be fair, they did send someone out and after examining the unit outside and in the attic, he said it pretty much on its last legs,. Suggested we have a sales rep come out the next day and I said well what do I do till then? Three dogs and one of the highest temps this summer in Phoenix, our hour was not over 95 degrees with nowhere to go. He offered a temporary fix a with five pounds of coolant but warned it would most likely be gone in a week or less with the holes our coils had. With little choice in the matter and becoming very ill from the heat, I said go ahead. The cost approximately 700.00.

A day later we had a sales rep come out and gave us an estimate. He was nice but my dad always told me to get a second estimate when confronted with something as expensive as this. I went online and search help about found one company with five stars from every reviewer! That is unheard of! Then I went on better business bureau, and three other review sites. Every single one of them had no bad marks against Hays air conditioning and people seemed pretty happy with the results.

Made a call and a technician from Hays named Mike came out and looked at our unit.he said basically the same thing as the other company but had pictures from his smartphone he took up in the attic to help us see exactly what was going on. This young man was very respectful of our home and I could tell he knew his business well. He told us the five pounds of coolant had already went down to three and the hole we had on the coils was pretty huge to leak that quickly.

We decided to call for an appointment for a someone to come to see what his estimate would be. and within the next day a sales rep name Jim came out and talked to us after he examined the unit. First thing he asked was what kind of units were we looking for and we were thinking of a two stage type which was recommended by the first company who came out. He explained to us how a variable units compared with a two stage and well as a simple one state unit. So many brands to choose from, so many variables in units...it was quite overwhelming. Jim was very nice, professional and not at all pushy. He left us with some information on the units we were thinking of and said to give him a call when we decided. Three agonizing days later after doing research on brands, energy savings and of course the outstanding reviews we read of Hays reputations and standing behind their work, we decided

Within two days they had our new Trane air conditioner installed. They said our old one had just run out of coolant as they dismantled it., it took them approximately eight hours to get everything up and running. Not even sure they took a lunch break! They were very efficient, polite and knowledgable. There names are Rich, Reg or Rey, and Robert. I cannot say enough good thing about this company and their team. I would highly recommend them  because they are honest and stand behind their products and service. And now that we had our first 116 degree day, we are so grateful we found them just in time. Thank you.

My wife and I just moved to Tempe. There were a few plumbing issues; to say the least. I was refereed to King by my agent. Terry was very pleasant on the phone. He was also able to accommodate me by sending a plumber the next day. The plumber was Randy. He was AWESOME. Very personal and informative. He did not talk down to me or treat me like I was an idiot for not knowing how to fix the problems. It was like he was helping a buddy and not some guy that just called. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Unless we move away we will never use any other plumbing service.
