This will be my new go-to plumber! I have used them twice so far and they always show up on time (If not early) and get true job done super quick! Lou is also very friendly and helpful with explanations and answers. I would recommend them in a second to anyone.

Don't waste your time waiting for these guys to give you a bid.  Use someone else.  I called these guys on a Thursday to get a bid on running a gas line for a Dryer.  They only stop by if they are in the area, so I waited a week but didn't hear from them.  I called them a week and a half later to see if they were going to stop by; I was told that they did stop by and were preparing a bid. I called a couple more times that week and was told they were working on the bid. I never received a bid, I wasted 2 weeks and still need to find someone to run this line.  Start with someone else, it'll be faster.

The pilot light went out on our water heater and we couldn't get it back on. Called Eric, who answered the phone, and he told me what I needed to do without coming out. That kind of helpfulness and honesty is extremely impressive since he could have come out and charged me -- and I would have been grateful. This is definitely who I'll call if I have future plumbing problems.

Gabriel visited our home on Tuesday to fix a leaky shower faucet. He gave us a quote of $1186. We contacted another plumber. The plumber fixed the leak within 30 minutes, and the charge was $233.

We found out during the inspection on our new home that it had polybutylene pipes. After reading about it and talking to a number of plumbers we decided that repiping would be a major repair but one worth doing. Well as it turned out, our house was a nightmare to repipe and what is usually a 2 day job for one plumber turned into a 4-5 day job for a whole team of plumbers. It was super stressful!! While a different company was who we primarily worked with (I was super pleased with them as well), Flush King worked with them to get the job done in a timely manner for me. It was neat to see two separate plumbing companies work together to help one customer. I was also very impressed with the team Flush King sent over. They showed up as soon as they were needed and worked hard the entire time. Thanks for your help guys!

We have used Pro-Skill plumbing over the years.  Abby and Tyler are neighbors of ours and have always been helpful on the neighborhood Facebook page helping out neighbors and what not.  We had to have our kitchen faucet changed out the other day and our technician Israel was very friendly.  He offered to put the booties showing respect for our home.  He was on time and did a nice job installing our faucet and cleaning up after himself.  The job took about 2 hours and they charged about $125.00 which I thought was pretty fair.   I would definitely recommend Proskill.  We had also had them  install a GE water softener that we had already purchased from Home Depot in our rental property.  The technician Matt that did the install was trying to sell us their water softener and was a little pushy and I had to tell him no three or four times.  We had already purchased and had the GE water softener delivered from Home Depot and didn't want to return it.  The GE unit was also an all-in-one unit which saves a little space over the softerner with the separate brine tank.  Matt did a good job of promoting his product, describing its features, and was very professional though.  The funny thing was though the GE softener ended up being damaged and I probably would have been better off going with his unit.  After it was installed I ended up having to call a GE service technician to come out and do a repair on the softener.

Isaac came over within the hour and helped stop a badly leaking toilet water line. He was very efficient, courteous. I was also so pleasantly surprised that Elite rooter came on the weekend ( especially given that it's Labor Day). Very impressive company and it's services. Strongly recommend you try them for your plumbing needs. Especially no trip charges and no cost estimate shows their confidence in their people.

Called Somers Plumbing based on Dave's experience & customer reviews and he lived up to all of it! Quick response, explained the problem & fixed it quickly! A nice guy. You're crazy if you don't call him & support this entrepreneur and his new business!

Things will break. They will argue it's not their fault. Absolutely would not recommend.

Sound Plumbing did a great job for us today. We had a few items for updates and repair, Brian was very professional and knew his stuff. Definitely will call again for any plumbing needs.

Today is our first experience with 100%, they installed a new water heater and 2 bathroom faucets.  They are punctual, courteous, professional.  Eden did a fabulous job!  Do not hesitate to use them for your plumbing needs!

Used Allegiance for a bathroom remodel, pricing was great! You can count on these guys be there when they said they would be. They did a fantastic job even though we have a few challenges. Will use them again for sure.

We had an issue with our pipes being blocked Frank resolved the problem immediately! He was an amazing technician!!  He was on time, clean, and very knowledgeable. He helped us understand the issue, walked us through the process and answered all of our questions. Frank was fast in responding to our issue and fixed the issue within an hour. We are very pleased with the results and recommend Frank for any of your household needs with Rooter Ranger! Thank you Frank!

Jordan is a really good guy. Got me pointed in the right direction even thou we didn't end up working together.

***Update***

The owner, Jeff, contacted me almost immediately after I submitted my review and was extremely apologetic. He explained that he was investigating what had happened and was going to work with Old Republic and me to fix the situation. He had a team out by 10 and we now have a working water heater! The team was super nice and did great work. Jeff was great to work with and I can now see why his company gets good reviews. Thank you for the great communication and responsibility!

We were assigned this company by Old Republic Home Warranty because we had a water heater that wasn't working. They had a technician come out the following day. He took one look at the water heater and said it needed to be replaced. He followed that up by saying that he wouldn't be able to do it and it would take two people to remove it and another company would need to be assigned by Old Republic. He was literally in my house for less than five minutes and it was obvious from his demeanor that he didn't want to be there. When I followed up with Old Republic, they told me that he had reported that our water heater was 75 gallons (it was only 50) and used that as his justification for why he couldn't take the job.

Isaiah was a trooper and did not give up! My dishwasher was coming up my bath tub in my front bathroom and I have 2 additional bathrooms in the back of the house. Unfortunately, my line is up on my roof. That being said, he snaked the lines who knows how many times and everything is in great working condition. Thank you so much! You have a customer and excellent review for anyone I know that needs a plumber!!!!!

I called Hays this morning to try to get an estimate for how much it would cost to replace the two thermostats we have in our house.  We had used Hays in the past to repair our air conditioner and had been satisfied with their work.  The gentleman told me on the phone that it would be a $79.95 charge for them to come to our house to give us an estimate on replacing our thermostats.  I asked if the $79.95 charge could be waived; he said no.  I asked if we ended up going ahead with the replacement if the $79.95 charge could be credited towards the replacement costs; he said no.  I relayed the information to my husband and he decided to call them to see if the almost $80 trip charge to provide us with an estimate could be waived since we have a history with the company.  Not sure who he talked to, but whoever it was agreed to waive the charge for him.  A few minutes later he gets a call back from someone at Hays telling him that the person he talked to earlier was new, and that they were not willing to waive the charge.  Heading in the wrong direction Hays.  First, not being willing to waive the $80 fee to come to our house to give us just an estimate, after being loyal customers, seems like bad customer service and in poor taste.  But then to actually call us back to tell us that you're taking back your offer to waive the fee after saying you were willing to do so is just something else entirely.  You've lost this loyal customer and any future referrals.

Had our backyard sump pump fail (kept tripping the GFCI). Called King Plumbing, Heating and AC and Ulises came out fast to give me an estimate on the repairs/replacement. He was very courteous and offered suggestions etc on how to remedy the situation. After all the parts came in Ulises came out again to do the repairs/replacement of the sump pump and I was amazed by the attention to detail and cleanliness. He kept me informed during the repair process and let me know tips on future maintenance of the sump pump in order to increase longevity.

Once the job was done, Ulises cleaned up and verified the sump pump performance to my satisfaction.

Overall, I would not hesitate to reach out to Ulises and King Plumbing, Heating and AC again in the future.
