Best Plumbing Services in Phoenix, AZ

I hadn't had to call a plumber since I remodeled in 2009.  Thank heavens for Yelp and the reviewers!  Pink Plumbing was an absolute five-star find.  Jason gave it his all to find the problem (which went back to the pre-remodeling plumbing).  He was terrific to work with, and kept me in the loop every step.  Once the immediate problem was solved, he clearly laid out the possible further actions I could take.  I chose to have another procedure done, and Chris was here right on time to do it.  Pricing was reasonable and there were no hidden charges.  I recommend Pink Plumbing without reservation.  They are great!

I had four plumbing issues at my home I needed fixed. I reached out to a few different companies and Steve at Diamondback Plumbing was the only one that sent me quotes. We talked on the phone and he explained everything to me what to expect. I received a call about a half hour before our technician arrived. Justin was our technician and did a fantastic job fixing all of our issues we were having. He was very friendly and cleaned up after he was done. At the end the cost was exactly what Steve quoted me. Would definitely do business with them again.

They did a great job replacing my water heater. They were on time, explained everything, and got me hot water!  Thank you!

Too much sparkle, not enough substance.

I asked for an emergency leak repair on a Friday. On Saturday, I couldn't answer the technicians on site call before it went to voice mail.  My Saturday return call went to thier voice mail and went unreturned, and the leak was not repaired.

At my request, my sister called. She was not able to have a substantive conversation, but  a a supervisor was going to get back to her.  When a supervisor called, he told her a quote had been by emaIl, he forwarded it to her and she called me baffled. Neither of us understood why they had provided a quote a $3,600 to replace a watersoftener.  There was no quote for leak repair, which I had hope to have done on Saturday emergency appointment.

I speculated that perhaps the $250 portion of the total quote, SVC4420-RET Hard Bypass, might be a quote to repair the leak.

We attempted to conference call with a field supervisor three times.  Each time, thier phone system dropped our call.  

I declined thier emailed quote and returned their email to ask if the $250 hard bypass was a quote to repair the leak.

After multiple failed attempts to communicate and get leak repaired by Lawson, another company came out and fixed it for $225.  Thier phone system dropped my calls three times.  If you have difficulty communicating with them, they notice email and yelp.  They are very polite.

This was meant to be an edit of the origonal review, but yelp policy replaces original rather than update.

If you want to be unsold instead of getting a  repair, some people do, this company will not disappoint.  However, if you are not a credit card quick-draw, perhaps a smaller company would suit you.  Blessings to the Lawson Family and thier employees.

Chris helped me save thousands after a previous plumber misdiagnosed an issue. He came out same day I called and explained what was wrong with my kitchen sink.

Wanted a new bathroom faucet installed with drain and I had the parts.  He quoted a price of over $530, or he said I could get in a monthly membership.  A total scam, plus they had me waiting for over 5 hours.  I said I would pay the service fee of $39, for showing up as I wasn't getting in a membership nor pay over $530 for a faucet install.  He ended up waving the $39 fee, yes! Cause everything was a membership SCAM!
They wont quote any prices on the phone, as they'll bone you down when they get there.

Professional, Fast, Informative, Somewhat friendly, Way Overpriced.

The main issue with my bathtub was a leaky faucet. Essentially, the cold water knob didn't close the water line all the way so there was a constant leak coming out. I called Lawson Family Plumbing, with it's consistent 5-star reviews, since I usually turn to Yelp for the best service in any industry. The technician came within the same day and spent about an hour total to fix the issue and give the free estimate. In understanding the issue, he said I needed to replace the shower cartridge in each of the Hot/Cold water knobs. In creating the estimate, the quote was $250+ dollars. At first, I didn't question the quote since this is a highly rated professional plumbing service. After spending about 30 minutes fixing the leak and replacing the cartridges, the technician processed all of the paperwork and left me a few notes if I needed to fix other plumbing issues around the house.

After doing a bit of research, I don't understand why I paid $250+ dollars to replace shower cartridges in my bathtub. A shower cartridge costs maybe $50-$60/each with a hot and water knob that's $100-$120 right there. The technician spent less than an hour doing the actual fixing/installation, but I understand charging an hour worth of his time. Hourly rate of a plumber is what, $50-$60? So I truly don't understand how I was charged such an outrageous  price for all of this. Did I pay for adamantium-grade shower cartridges? If someone from the company can break down the costs for me I would greatly appreciate it. Would I recommend their plumbing services to others? Sure, if money is not a factor in repairing your needed home issues. Next time, I guess I'll just take the estimate and dig into YouTube myself.

6/8/2016 Update: 3 stars to 4 stars.

After discussing with the owner about my quote and breaking down the cost, I now understand why it was priced at $250+ dollars. For those of you who didn't know, like me, you are paying for a licensed plumbing company therefore the hourly cost of labor will be higher than what you pay for in comparison to someone on Craigslist. Yes, the average hourly cost if you research online is probably $50-$65 dollars, but that's essentially seeking out a self-employed plumber on Craigslist. The owner, Jeff, was very prompt, kind, and empathetic towards my dilemma as he did what he could to remedy the situation. With a partial refund, I now understand the mistake on my part to assume $250+ was a ludicrous amount. Yet again, based upon my first review, Lawson Family Plumbing, did a terrific, quick, and informative job in fixing my faucet and leak and providing advice for future issues. My only gripe was just the price, but now I know what to expect in future plumbing needs. Depending on your quote and budget, these are great people to work with.

Our water heater died and was leaking water all over our box filled garage. We called in the morning and they gave us a window of arrival between 2-4pm. They arrived a few minutes past 2 and finished install and replacement under 3 hours. Service was great. My mother has used them many times in the past and had great experiences. Would recommend.

I had a busted water hose that connected to my pool. A lot of water was leaking. I called Carlos from Elite Rooter immediately and he was literally there within 30 min and resolved the issue. He is very reliable and easy to work with. He listens and always gives great fast service. If there were more stars I would place them. :)

Let me preface this review by stating I am not a plumber, but am probably in the 99th percentile of homeowner's who will tackle projects themselves. I have plumbed a bathroom, replaced every faucet/sink in my house, added a garage sink, repaired my roof, installed new floors, landscaped the yard, installed an irrigation system, etc. etc. We had a clog in our main drain I discovered around midnight last night. I tried to snake it myself for about an hour, but with nothing to show for it with my 15 ft snake. Removed both toilets and tried from our washout, but couldn't get it. Enough about me.

Dave came out in less than an hour from when I first contacted him, charged an incredible price, and fixed the issue in about 45 mins. I won't mention what he was able to pull out of the drain line, but his customer service is excellent and quality of his work was outstanding. I have some scar tissue from getting gouged by plumbers in the past, and feel confident going to Dave for any and all future plumbing needs! He is a one man show, so you don't have to deal with a scheduler or multiple field folks. Save his contact info. 10/10 recommend Dave!

I thought about taking on this project myself, but I'm glad I called them. Some extra effort was needed, and they worked through it and did a great job.

The original company that was supposed to follow up at my mom's house once my husband opened up the wall for a leak was unable to come until Tuesday. Being a Friday it was just too long to wait as the leak ended up being active unless the main was off.

I hit Yelp again and Sound Plumbing was thr first company that I called that could make it before then. Dylan showed up the same day, but didn't have the parts to fix until Tuesday as thr parts stores would be closed for the holiday weekend and he was booked for Monday, He was able to stop the water from leaking where the main could be on which bought us some time. He was professional, super polite. Great guy. I would recommend!

Great guys, we had a mess on our hands with an inside leak under our slab and also an issue with main line to house. 30,000 gallons of water in less than a month. We were freaking out. But they were very professional and gave us a little break because of the multiple problems we had.

Another EXCELLENT job by the folks over at Allegiance Water Services. We had a pipe leak last night and I called but did not leave a message figuring I'd call later. Eloy recognized my number and called me instead almost immediately and walked me through shutting off the main. This morning John came out (on his day off no less) and made the repair so we could get our house up and running. Allegiance installed my irrigation system, just recently installed a new hot water heater and water softener, and their prices and workmanship are second to none. Obviously, I recommend them and they continue to be my go-to plumbing company. When you make that call, most likely David will answer and you will be so glad you did!

Highly recommended them!! I had an emergency with a leak coming through my ceiling from my upstairs laundry room and randomly called them off google. Totally professional and kind and the response time was really quick. Mario and Jesus came out and resolved the issue and the prices were reasonable. Thank you!

We had a complex job involving a leak in the yard that ended up requiring rerouting our water from the main to the house due to tree roots ruining the original line. Lawson came out promptly, worked with us to coordinate with the city to open the main valve, gave us a temporary line so we could have water overnight, and came back right away to finish the job. They did fantastic work and you'd never know they had to dig up the front yard to do it!  They have our highest recommendation.

Sammy came out  and replaced our toilet , water heater, & fixed a pipe in the wall that was leaking. He did an amazing job will all his work and in a timely manner. I would recommend Sammy and option one plumbing for any plumbing needs you have . Very personable and kind!!

We had a problem with the a/c and a technician by the name of Frank came out. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything, and gave us a couple of different options to fix it. He did a good job and I thought the price was fair. Just an FYI that there is a $79 trip charge. But I thought it was well worth it and would pay it again based on our experience.

From the moment I called in they were professional, nice, and knowledgeable. Randy and Brendan installed the water heater and they were super nice and quick! Great service and great pricing. Really a wonderful experience!! Thank you!
