This was such a positive experience from the initial quote here on Yelp, to the completion of installing 3 new toilets.   Quote within 10 minutes.  Contact and scheduled within 24 hours.   Completed in the same week.

Despite the owner dismissing this to be an attack from a competitor (clever), this is not. I called and left a message on Sunday, 08/06 @ 7:28pm @ 602.674.3255.  I received a call back from someone on call @ 7:41pm from 602.819.6705.  He acted like he could come, but his guy is already somewhere and wouldn't be done for an hour, but he would come if I really needed him to.   I said that I did need him to be over as soon as he was available.  He agreed , but still dragged on his answer by saying that it could be longer than 2 hours, it could be midnight, he wasn't sure.  I then pressed him by asking he isn't coming at all, is he... .  His answer was   there is a good chance that he won't.   So.. how is this a 24 hour service?   I appreciate that the serviceman was overworked, so it's not his fault that the company isn't staffing correctly to fulfill the 24/7 service promise.  Just take the feedback and improve your service.

We had an issue last night with our plumbing - toilets wouldn't flush, sinks and tubs backing up, etc. I've never had an issue with this before. I called Eric this morning, and it worked out where he was able to come out right away. For someone that has his knowledge, it was a pretty quick and easy fix, and literally within minutes we were back in business. Very nice, helpful, and most importantly, I wouldn't hesitate to call again for any issue.

I had a leak under my sink.  I looked for a plumber in my area and found Lawson Plumbing - they had good reviews so I gave them a call.  They said the would send someone out between 12 - 3 pm.  I got a call from JT who said he got finished with his last job and could come early - I said come on down.  JT got here and was very professional and assessed the problem.  He went and got a new faucet and installed it in a timely manner.  I am very pleased with the service I received from Lawson.  Thank you Lawson and JT.

Flush king came out to our rental property in Scottsdale within 90 mins of me calling and fixed the toilet that was causing a leak in our unit. Only reason for 4 stars is that $379 to replace a wax ring is highway robbery.

David and Eduardo diagnosed and fixed a leak from my upstairs bathroom and they did an amazing job. I will be requesting them again when I have my shower valve replaced. Thanks guys!

David C. arrived at home to repair toilet. He was both professional and polite. After diagnosis he gave us the costs for repairs vs. replacement. We discussed, and decided to go new. He gave us brand recommendations and we are purchasing a new toilet. We are scheduling Lawson to install, as well as keeping them as our future service provider in the coming years.

I had the unfortunate luck of having both AC units break in the middle of Arizona heat wave above 110 degrees late Saturday night. I must've called around half dozen places on Sunday but they were all booked 3 days out. When I called Proskill Services, not only did they have opening, they said they will be over in 2 hours. The technician, Julio arrived half hour early too. Needless to say, I was very impressed already. Julio fixed one AC, but had to order a part for my second unit. He came the very next day and repaired the second unit. My AC is running smoothly now and it's much quieter too. Julio was very courteous, friendly and professional. Highly highly recommend Proskill Services.

I needed my front hose bib replaced. After calling most of the plumbers in the southeast valley the best offer I had was for $250, other offers were to be charged $50 to just come out and give a quote! Luckily I called Elite Rooter before I gave up. They came out the same day for a free quote, only plumbing company I found that would do that. Later that week Michael Chavez came out and had the job done in a half hour, for a fraction of what the other companies would have charged! This company is great, professional, and won't overcharge. From now on when my friends need a plumber I will strongly suggest Elite Rooter. Seriously, I got very lucky by calling this company.

Dave came out to the house within 10-15 minutes after I called him on Saturday after seeing water in my garage. He quickly figured out it was a drain pipe in my upstairs bathroom. He had to come back another day for fix it after flood company dried everything and removed vanity. Everything was fixed and his prices were more than reasonable. Also, great communication

Go no further - you have just found a plumbing company that is meticulous, on time, professional and efficient. In 2 days they replaced 2 toilets (1st plumber did not show up). It started with call to the office where Ana was helpful and so nice.  The installation done by Mike and Matt was on time and looks better than any plumbing I have ever seen. Could not be happier with this well organized and well run company. Our highest recommendation and we are picky.

Best of the best! We needed to get our water softener removed and pipe bounding done. Very quickly I heard back from Dianna, who scheduled an appointment for the following day to get a quote. Brian came out on time, even sent a message notifying us that he was en route. He evaluated the work needed to be done, provided us a quote and was back few days later to get is all done. Hands one one of the most professional, friendly and honest services around!

Eden was super-helpful in getting a new faucet & new shut-off valves installed.  Pricing was good and installation was quick and looks great.  Will use again.

I just met with Garrod and I am incredibly happy with the service provided! I am pretty clueless when it comes to plumbing around the house. Our water softener was giving us an alert so I found this company on Yelp, wanting to make sure that it was not anything that I should be concerned about. The woman that answered the phone was very nice, and was able to get someone to come out the same afternoon for a free inspection. Garrod explained to me what the alert meant, and then went through several things I should keep an eye on around the house. He was not pushy at all- I did not feel at all like he was trying to sell me anything.
This is my first review on here and I felt the need to create an account just to give them a review. I am a true believer in the power of great customer service and would highly recommend them!

My overall interaction with this company was pretty good.  My hot water heater was leaking and I called Lawson Family Plumbing out to assess the issue.  They sent Tony out who assessed my issue and said that I needed a new hot water heater.  I got a price from him.

He also showed me that there was water damage underneath my hot water heater and that probably needed to be taken care of.  I believe he drained the tank, shut off the hot water heater, and I thought him do everything, but there was one thing I did not see him do, which was flip a metal thing at the top of my hot water heater.

He also turned off the water to my hot water heater, which I knew he did, but I didn't know doing so would not allow me to get any water whatsoever to my bathrooms.  I couldn't have that.  So I turned back on the water to the hot water heater and him flipping the metal switch at the top caused the water to come out of the side of the house.

We ended up in a short amount of time getting a lot of water to the side of our house so I turned off the water to the hot water heater again and called Lawson Plumbing, actually called and texted Tony.  The office called me back to schedule for Tony to come back out.

I think it was maybe a couple hours later, Tony walked me on the phone to flip that metal thing back up, turn back on the water so I could have water to my bathrooms.  He never came back out.  He told me that the water would no longer drain out to my side yard, but it my hot water heater would still be leaking.

It's not a huge deal that he didn't tell me that he flipped that metal thing, but not having any water to my bathrooms wasn't good, so that's why a 4 star instead of 5 star.

Unfortunately, I learned that my home warranty used another plumbing company instead, so I did not use Lawson Family Plumbing.  But if I had to, I would probably go with these guys.

There was not cost to give me a quote on the work that needed to be done.

We needed to have our main drain snaked on a Sunday. The water was backed up and we couldn't use showers or toilets. We called around and most places either weren't open on Sunday or charged a rediculous price to come out on a Sunday. Not these guys! They came out the same day and had the lowest price around. Ask for Devin. He did a great job with our plumbing issues. We hope not to have further problems, but if so, we will specifically request him next time.

In the valley of the sun it is crucial to have your Ac running smooth during these summer months. Anthony called to let us know he was on the way and arrived ready to get to work. He took his time and is thorough when going through the system. Our call was more of a maintenance yearly checkup which gave us peace of mind knowing we will stay cool this summer

I've used King Plumbing, Heating and AC twice now. Once for an AC issue and once for a plumbing problem. Both experiences have been wonderful! They arrived on time and figured out the problem quickly and completed in it in the same day. I felt very confident in their work and will definitely use them in the future.
