Best Plumbing Services in Phoenix, AZ

I called at 7:30 AM on Tuesday and they were at my house by 11:30 the same day (they could've been there earlier). They diagnosed my issue, which wasn't good, but scheduled me for next day repairs. The team arrived the next day when they said they would (which is worth 5 stars by itself) and got to work. Jackhammered and dug up my broken main sewer line, made the repairs, filled the hole and were gone by noon. The only demerit I could give them would be on cleanup. Plumbing is a dirty business and I'm pretty picky. All in all, great work at a fair price, can't ask for more.

This company is a rip off. The guy came out, was rude, told me they're $175 an hour and then went to his car, came back, said he called his supervisor and they charge by the job now and it's $600. Didn't explain anything and wasn't very friendly unfortunately.

Thank you Hansen Plumbing! I had a major water leak and Megan rearranged a schedule to help me. I had them out twice this month for different issues. Have had Joe from Lawson Family Plumbing out on two different occasions and both times he was fast, efficient, and very courteous. Joe installed a new pressure reducer, replaced my home emergency shut off valve, and replaced just about every individual shut-off valve in my home (11 of them - replaced the old ones with quarter turn). He also came back a second time for some quick warranty work and installed a new front hose spigot. He was on time (or early with a courtesy call from the Lawson office) both times and explained all the replaced parts to me. Would recommend.

Great however they are Flush King which was confusing why it's a different name. But fantastic service! Chris and Larry are great to work with . Larry is so professional and really takes the time

Good service. tech took care of problem. It may have been in the high end price wise but I didn't compare to anyone else. I was just happy to have someone come the same day.

Plumber was good at his job, but a little on the expensive side.

While the plumber was there, I asked for a quote for a rather large job, but he deferred the quote to his boss. They never followed up with me, which is a little surprising.

Thrilled with the quick service and knowledge of the two plumbers this company provided me to solve a tricky issue of a bathtub clog on an older property. The first plumber came out and called another plumber at the company to get his take on the situation and next day the 2nd plumber came out and solved the issue. Very happy customer here! BRIAN Kaib with Elite Rooter was personable and professional the entire time he was in our home. He did an amazing job putting our new drainage in our home! He was also clean and had a tidy work area ! He stayed till the job ws complete.  I would have to say he is dedicated to his team. Thank you Brain!

Let me preface this review by stating I am not a plumber, but am probably in the 99th percentile of homeowner's who will tackle projects themselves. I have plumbed a bathroom, replaced every faucet/sink in my house, added a garage sink, repaired my roof, installed new floors, landscaped the yard, installed an irrigation system, etc. etc. We had a clog in our main drain I discovered around midnight last night. I tried to snake it myself for about an hour, but with nothing to show for it with my 15 ft snake. Removed both toilets and tried from our washout, but couldn't get it. Enough about me.

Dave came out in less than an hour from when I first contacted him, charged an incredible price, and fixed the issue in about 45 mins. I won't mention what he was able to pull out of the drain line, but his customer service is excellent and quality of his work was outstanding. I have some scar tissue from getting gouged by plumbers in the past, and feel confident going to Dave for any and all future plumbing needs! He is a one man show, so you don't have to deal with a scheduler or multiple field folks. Save his contact info. 10/10 recommend Dave!

I don't usually write reviews but I had such a great experience with Element Plumbing that I had to write a rave review.  Our water heater was spewing water all over our ceiling and I was in a panic, I was sure it was going to cost a small fortune.  A friend recommended Element Plumbing so I called and Mike was able to come over within a couple of hours.  He was very professional and friendly.  He knew what the problem was right away, explained it all to me thoroughly, had all the parts he needed with him and fixed it quickly and he was very reasonably priced!  I would highly recommend him to anyone and will be using him for all of our plumbing needs.  He was awesome!

Sound Plumbing did a great job for us today. We had a few items for updates and repair, Brian was very professional and knew his stuff. Definitely will call again for any plumbing needs.

A truly great experience. We had a gas leak in our outdoor BBQ and Firepit/Firepots. We asked for recommendations and several neighbors suggested 100%. Jason explained what he was going to do and why it was the best course of action. A couple of hours later it was all finished and working. The cost was very reasonable. Thank you!

These guys are awesome!  I was referred to them for a Fire Sprinkler repair which turned out not something they could work on BUT, they called me back with two other companies that could!  They did the research and found two options from Yelp, called them to make sure they could do it before sending me their contact info.

Highly recommended them!! I had an emergency with a leak coming through my ceiling from my upstairs laundry room and randomly called them off google. Totally professional and kind and the response time was really quick. Mario and Jesus came out and resolved the issue and the prices were reasonable. Thank you!

I needed a plumber...stat. The water line to my misting system burst and the company that installed it did not put a cutoff valve on it. I had to turn the water off at the main...no water to the house. I called Near Me Plumbing and was told they could have someone here at 10 AM. The tech showed up exactly on time and assessed the problem. He spliced the line where the pipe had burst. He thought the pipe may have burst due to vibration from the misting system compressor and the fact the pipe was against a block wall so he wrapped it in a rubberized leak sealing tape to prevent it from happening again (hopefully)...BUT he also installed a cutoff valve in case it did. The repair was quick, the work area was left clean and the tech was very professional and friendly. Near Me Plumbing will be my first call for all plumbing needs in the future.

Robbie from Lawson Family Plumbing helped us to repair a broken main water line. The work was challenging and required to install a whole new line around a tree. The work was done well, communication was good as well as punctuality. He made a great effort to avoid damaging some pavers and leave things as they were before. I recommend the service and will call them again any time. Robbie was very nice and helpful during the whole process.

5-star service and price. -1 star for scheduling / not being on time.

Part of the main sewer line in my home clogged on a Thursday night-- half the house backed up. Called Option One on Friday morning at 9am; I was told they could be there between 11am-1pm, which is fine. At 12:45pm I get a call from dispatch that they are still on another job and asking if I can wait a little longer; that's okay, and I appreciate that they are keeping in contact. So I wait, and wait some more. Then it's 4pm and I still haven't heard anything. At this point I have other plans for the evening so I have to call back and reschedule for Saturday morning.

BUT, when Jesse showed up on Saturday (on time), he was professional, cleared the clog, and gave me some invaluable tips on drain maintenance for my particular problem. And the total was only $49.50, as advertised-- the cheapest drain cleaning service I've ever had, by far.

I was bothered by the scheduling issue, but for the great service and price I'd definitely call them again to clear a drain.

Very professional and quick. I called first thing in the morning and was able to get an appointment that day. Also they were an hour earlier then originally planned but called to make sure it was okay first. Which was awesome when your ac unit is not working in the summer in Phoenix the earlier the better. And our technician was great! Frank was polite and got the job done fast. He was excellent at explaining to me what the problem was and gave me a few options for repairs. He went above and beyond getting our two units working perfectly and the expensive was less then expected. I also found it very useful that he gave me some tips on monthly maintenance I can be doing to keep my units running more efficiently. Being a first time home owner I really appreciated this. I will be using Hays for any of my future ac/heater needs.

Service was very good. They let me know Chino was running late and he arrived promptly at the new time. He was friendly and respectful and did a nice neat job installing a new shower faucet valve.
