If you want fast, reliable help, you need to call Lou and Jay at Pink. They explained what was wrong...helped me learn how to do it myself for next time (pilot light out) and even were concerned with how it all fits together. What great guys. I'm now one of their 'will repeat' customers.

I had a very challenging situation with a hot water heater that needed to be replaced in a tight space on the 3rd floor. I got the runaround from a few other companies that obviously didn't want to try to tackle it, which was discouraging because it had to be done! Diamondback sent out Tony who was super knowledgeable about what to do and how to do it and wasn't afraid to tackle what really was a challenging task. He did a really great job! I highly recommend Diamondback!

Excellent all around experience!  We will be using Hansen again.  
We were looking for a tune up of our AC unit and turned to Yelp for suggestions.  We selected Hansen based on Yelp reviews and the company profile.  We liked the fact that it was locally owned.  The response from the company was prompt and the scheduler was very accomodating.  They could come out within a week of our contacting them.  
The person who performed the work was John, the HVAC Supervisor and an assistant.  They both worked efficiently and gave us very detailed explanations of what they were doing and why.  Our AC unit is old and does need to be replaced but we felt no pressure from them to do so.  John showed us where the unit was breaking down and advised us of options.  We are very happy with Hansens and the work that John did for us.

Lawson Family Plumbing is very responsive and fair. Harley came out and replaced the shut off valve and the flap in the tank but the toilet still runs, turns out the toilet is 11 years so, instead of taking it apart and looking for the problem it may be worth it to just replace it with a new one. I'm looking around now for prices on toilets and installation.

Please read the whole review before interpreting my rating.  This was a five star service but the only reason I am giving this company a three star review is because of the price.  I needed a service immediately so my tenant wouldn't have any backing up or flooding issues due to a clog.  Without knowing the reason for the clog, I went with the first one who could get there to fix my problem.  So, am I paying for convenience?  That is what it felt like but I could have waited a few hours longer and saved a chunk of change.   I appreciate the service but I don't like the price charged.  This one kind of rubbed me it wrong way.  Felt like their price was a bit of a gouge.  If you want fast service but don't care about price, these are your guys.  They are good, on time and get it done.  If you will be a bit patient, you can probably save a few bucks doing some shopping.  Finding out after the fact that other companies could have done it for half the price is like salt in a wound.

Saw this company on Yelp and chose them for their good reviews. We had what I would consider a very serious leak in our shower faucet, since it required shutting off the house water.    Jae showed up and he fixed it.  I was totally impressed!  On the first call I got a live representative (not a recording) and he referred to their people as service professionals and I was told they have fully stocked trucks.   They showed up on time and were very affordable.  I have seen the truck in my neighborhood before at neighboring homes and I can see why.  I highly recommend this company.  It's such a pleasure to call somebody that is on time, courteous, professional, and knows what they are doing.  Use these folks, and you will be impressed.

I would give less. Made an appointment and it held to the day. I even confirmed when i called that day. Told me someone was out and on their way. Nope no call no show. Tried calling the next day but said forget it. With service like that why bother. Never again.

Hired these guys to come do some plumbing and job was quick and decently priced. About a month later there was some leaking. Their master plumber Mike was there at 8 am next morning to address the issue. He was professional and friendly. Job went smoothly and I am still very happy with this company.  My overall experience has been very positive. Would definitely recommend.

Cleared drain but said pipe needed to be scoped.    Was suppose to show up later in the day but never showed up .   Called the following week because they never asked for payment and they sent a guy out.    He used his crapper camera and claimed our seer drain needed to be replaced.  Told up we could make a claim in home owners insurance.   He would not leave our house when asked .  Finally had to lie to him to get him to leave and then call there dispatch to cancel everything and pay them.    Scam.   Found similar insurance scam reviews online.

Great experience!  He is hands-on with his own company - he understood and knew what he was getting into before he arrived but still asked questions before he did anything.  Always nice having someone with experience.  Confirmed we didn't have a recirculating pump before cutting off the water, etc.  Dave explained what he was going to do, got us the matching 1/4-turn piece (which others charged more for) and knocked the job out.  He charged what he said he would charge and I am happy (my wife is happy).  Good price and I would rather tip because of a good job then agree to the highest and hope.  
I will use him again for future jobs and recommend to my friends and clients.

I don't usually write reviews but I had such a great experience with Element Plumbing that I had to write a rave review.  Our water heater was spewing water all over our ceiling and I was in a panic, I was sure it was going to cost a small fortune.  A friend recommended Element Plumbing so I called and Mike was able to come over within a couple of hours.  He was very professional and friendly.  He knew what the problem was right away, explained it all to me thoroughly, had all the parts he needed with him and fixed it quickly and he was very reasonably priced!  I would highly recommend him to anyone and will be using him for all of our plumbing needs.  He was awesome!

Brian was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. He patiently answered all of my questions before I hired him. When all my questions were answered he offered to get the job done that same day! The job was well done and I couldn't be happier with Sound Plumbing.

Had water dripping through my kitchen ceiling yesterday from the upstairs bathroom.  I didn't want to wait a few days for the home warranty people to come out.  I found their info on NextDoor and called them right away. They had a technician out within 2 hours.  He explained what he was going to do and was up front about the cost of diagnosis.  He determined it was a faulty seal on a recently installed upstairs toilet.  He fixed the problem.  Everyone was professional.  I think the repair and reseat of the toilet cost was fair given it was an emergency call.  I asked him if he should check my other upstairs toilet that was recently installed and he took a look and told me he didn't believe there was an issue with that toilet and he didn't want me to have to pay for him to pull the toilet and then reseat it if there was nothing wrong.  I would use them again for sure.  No negatives.

Frank came out and was able to get the job done. Initially Whitney came out, but we were still having issues. Frank took his time and ensured the job was completed. He was friendly, patient and knew what he was talking about. Also, made sure he really got into the pipe. We recommend everyone to call Frank!

I searched Yelp for a plumber to replace all 14 of my bound to fail FloTite water shutoff valves. Not only were they the lowest price quoted, I picked Near Me Plumbing & Drains because of their quick response, and their kind words telling me how smart I was to replace those crappy valves! Jared and Landon completed the work quickly, even arriving early due to their previous job not taking as long as scheduled. They were polite and respectful of our property. I will definitely call Near Me Plumbing & Drains if I ever need any other plumbing work done!

I have had work done on 2 houses by Lawson family plumbing, multiple jobs at each house. Every time there has been a problem, especially with their dispatch not knowing anything about plumbing and not accurately scheduling or letting me know what would be happening when the technician came. We've had leaks that then the quality control manager had to come out and fix, and had combative technicians (video captured by my Ring camera) when it came to additional costs that I refuted due to the technicians negligence. Today is the day I sever ties. I was told by dispatch that work would be done today we can do that, when in fact a technician came to quote me. I had cleared my schedule and allotted for the cost. The technician, came in, took pictures, and went to his truck for 40 minutes before I received a call from dispatch that the work was getting scheduled for the following day with a technician and a manager. The managers explained on the phone that there is always a quote first and the work done later, but another company came on short notice after I called them, gave me a lower estimate, and warrantees their work for 2 years vs 30 days that Lawson does, and finished in less time than Lawson quoted for more work (angle stop needed replacing, new company saw that need and took care of it). Bye, Lawson.

Had an emergency situation at the house put out some feelers and option one was not only quick to respond but they were able to fit me in today which I really appreciated the communication from the jump was very professional. The technician was very knowledgeable and completed his job with no issues very professional able to explain the situation and was in and out in no time. I definitely keep them in mind.. I highly recommend this company.

I called Hays this morning to try to get an estimate for how much it would cost to replace the two thermostats we have in our house.  We had used Hays in the past to repair our air conditioner and had been satisfied with their work.  The gentleman told me on the phone that it would be a $79.95 charge for them to come to our house to give us an estimate on replacing our thermostats.  I asked if the $79.95 charge could be waived; he said no.  I asked if we ended up going ahead with the replacement if the $79.95 charge could be credited towards the replacement costs; he said no.  I relayed the information to my husband and he decided to call them to see if the almost $80 trip charge to provide us with an estimate could be waived since we have a history with the company.  Not sure who he talked to, but whoever it was agreed to waive the charge for him.  A few minutes later he gets a call back from someone at Hays telling him that the person he talked to earlier was new, and that they were not willing to waive the charge.  Heading in the wrong direction Hays.  First, not being willing to waive the $80 fee to come to our house to give us just an estimate, after being loyal customers, seems like bad customer service and in poor taste.  But then to actually call us back to tell us that you're taking back your offer to waive the fee after saying you were willing to do so is just something else entirely.  You've lost this loyal customer and any future referrals.

They were very friendly and personable. And to top it off they were inexpensive, thorough and fast! I had a great experience and will definitely be using them again. Hopefully not for another clogged kitchen sink...
