Now I understand why there are so manyb5 star ratings for this company.
I've been having a really hard time finding a good plumber who knows what they are doing and tries to upcharge me for things I don't need.
I can now stop searching. My experience with Jason was wonderful! He was such a smart experienced, and warm person. He spent a lot of time diagnosing a difficult problem. Pink plumbing is now my plumber and I can stop searching!

Disappointing. My 4 year old AO Smith water heater began to leak gas, so I called over the gas company. They used their magic wand detector and told me it was the regulator that went bad, something that was under warranty. Since I am new to replacing water heaters I called AO Smith and they sent a new regulator and recommended diamondback on their site.

After a missed appointment and a delayed one a day later they showed up, replaced the entire regulator unit and discovered only afterward that it was just the gas hose that was leaking.

My issue with them is that I told them I suspected it was the regulator. As a professional company, I would imagine they would test this theory and do their own troubleshooting, unless of course, they wanted the much larger service fee for the regulator, which I suspect.

What makes this even worse is 1. They charged me without testing what was wrong for the larger issue, 2. Didn't have a connector hose so I had to buy a $30 dollar part, 3. Told me to install it, and 4. Took the other good part away, probably for resale.

I would have expected a great company to outperform their customers expectations by determining the issue first before replacement and then shipping back the part to save AO Smith money on a replacement nad the customer money on an unneeded service charge for a part that was not bad. Oh, and not expect a customer to fix their own water heater when that is what they were called to do.

Amazing!! I had four companies come out to do a quote for a gas line. I even called a close friend of mine who owns a plumbing business for a quote. Hansen beat everyone out by far. Dick came out to give the quote and do the install. He was training another employee during it. He was patient, explained everything in detail and answered all of the gentleman's questions (and mine of course). I was very impressed and happy with their service. I would definitely recommend Hansen Family Plumbing.

If you don't hire Lawson Family Plumbing you are making a huge mistake they are fantastic! The woman I spoke to in office on Friday around noon was a delight and very informative. We were fortunate that they had a same day opening! The Plumber came out at 2:30 the same day.

The plumber who had 2 ideas of our issue. He however couldn't access where he believed the problem was coming from. water was appearing in out spare bedroom behind where our master bathroom shower is located. So he recommended Bingham Restoration; to come out and gain access.

They had guys in the area and were at my house within an hour! They gained accessed to the problem area quickly and then cut away the damaged area, cleaned everything up well and left dryers and de-humidifiers for the weekend. Then helped me file my insurance claim the same day!

Nick from Lawson came back out on Monday and saw where the problem was and unfortunately had to have our entire custom cultured marble shower taken out to access the leaking pipe.  

So the next day Bingham was out to remove the shower and the next day Nick was back to fix the pipe. Bingham suggested a general contractor to restore the drywall, carpet, baseboard and wall texturing and paint to the spare bedroom and then replace the shower.

This has been a super smooth process and I am very impressed will refer Lawson and Bingham to everyone. I cannot recall the name of the Contractor. I am meeting with them today to choose my new marble and carpet!

5 stars once again. We had an issue at my in-laws place where the water heater wasn't working. We looked at various YouTube videos, and did a bunch of Google searches to see if we would be able to find a solution that wouldn't cost us an arm and a leg. Sadly, we were unsuccessful in our quest to find a solution so we decided to call Donny's Plumbing. Chris was great, once again. He was attentive, polite, and professional.

He ended up having to replace our water heater, and he gave us a great deal on it. I didn't expect to save as much as we did, but we owe it all to Chris. He was able to do the whole job in twenty-four hours which is unbelievable. Thanks Chris!

We had to have the faucet in our shower fixed. The part cost $100.00 and it took the plumber 30 minutes to take it apart and put a new cartridge in. I was billed $432.00 That seems really expensive to me. I won't use them again.

Where to start. Lawson Plumbing installed a tankless hot water heater in our home about a year ago. They did such an incompetent job that they caused a gas leak. We called the gas company because of the TREMENDOUS smell of gas around the hot water heater and they said that the leak was so dangerous that they shut off gas to our home. We went over 3 weeks in the dead of winter with no heat, no hot water, no dryer, no stove. Lawson Plumbing came out several times and could not find the problem. Finally they came out with an engineer from the company that makes the water heater (Navien). Thank God for that engineer from Navien! He discovered that Lawson had incorrectly installed that line into the hot water heater. He fixed it in less than 5 minutes and no more gas leak. When the Lawson guy (Vic, a supposed manager) and the Navien engineer didn't know I was listening and were closed in our maintenance closet testing the fix to make sure it wasn't leaking gas anymore, I heard the Navien engineer railing against the e Lawson guy for how incompetent their staff were for messing up such a simple install. The Lawson guys kept saying I know. I know. I'm sorry. They both profusely apologized to me. Vic (from Lawson) accepted responsibility and said he would make our not being able to take showers and cook and do laundry in our own home for over a month right. If he had made it right, I would be writing a 5-star review instead of a 1-star review. Long story short (and many unreturned phone calls and emails over an entire year later) we are having to fight them through Better Business Bureau. Yes to Navien water heaters. NO NO NO to Lawson Plumbing. What a nightmare!

My two units are 18 years old and one of them wasn't working. Tyler came out in the morning to review my current setup and quote me on different Trane systems. I already had quotes from two different companies. ProSkill came in between the two quotes, but because both Tyler and the quote itself went into far greater detail on the work they would do and because of ProSkill's high reviews on Google and Yelp, I went with ProSkill. The only issue was I still had a broken unit and they were booked out three weeks before they could replace it. I had a quote of $850 from another company to repair it. ProSkill fixed it for essentially free. For $595 up front they did the repair, but then discounted the cost of the new systems by $595. Tyler does quotes and not repairs, so they needed someone else to come out. They were able to get someone out about four hours later and Louis did a fantastic job replacing the blower motor and capacitor to get the unit up and working. So ProSkill wasn't the best price, but I would say all around the best value.

We live in Peoria AZ and had a toilet back up. Well we thought it was the toilet. I bought a toilet auger and was not successful unclogging the blockage. The auger went through the wax ring plastic and I could not go in either direction. I had to remove the toilet. I was ok with that as we were considering a new one. Once removed I used my upstairs bathroom and it over flowed. I have one of 5 tri-levels just north of Olive ave.  Of course we have a full bathroom in the basement. After removing the toilet I became the lowest spot and water would flow out.

I knew I needed professional help so we found Elite Rooter. They offered a 15% military discount. At this time we thought the blockage was between us and the street.

Elite responded quickly. Yair Vicencio was the tech. He ran his snake/auger back into the house through the clean out, then all the way to the street, the full length of his equipment. We still had a blockage. He called a team member with the video and even with the line full of sewer water they could not tell where the blockage was. This was all for $90. At this point I elected to have them hydro jet the line for $1250.  

After several hours and complete hydro jetting I still had a blockage. At this point Yair suggested I look into the cleanout of my neighbor across the street. He had water backed up too. But since his lowest drain was 4 feet higher than mine he was not affected yet.

At this point I called the city of Peoria. After convincing them we had exhausted all possibility of a blockage on my property the sent out a crew and discovered the blockage was 4 blocks north in the middle of Olive avenue.

The story has a happy ending as the city cleared the blockage and the shit went downhill. We will file a claim against the city but they actually really did a good job.

Highly recommend Elite Rooter. Very well priced and accountable. They had 3 people on with the owner and stayed till my problem was resolved.

Dave came out to the house within 10-15 minutes after I called him on Saturday after seeing water in my garage. He quickly figured out it was a drain pipe in my upstairs bathroom. He had to come back another day for fix it after flood company dried everything and removed vanity. Everything was fixed and his prices were more than reasonable. Also, great communication

Highly recommend Element Plumbing.  They have handled small, quick plumbing problems to doing a major remodel in my kitchen and powder bath.  All the work performed was high quality and the finish detail on placement met my high expectations.  I would and will hire them again.

Best of the best! We needed to get our water softener removed and pipe bounding done. Very quickly I heard back from Dianna, who scheduled an appointment for the following day to get a quote. Brian came out on time, even sent a message notifying us that he was en route. He evaluated the work needed to be done, provided us a quote and was back few days later to get is all done. Hands one one of the most professional, friendly and honest services around!

We were going out of town and the night before we left our shower cartridge decided to break and the water wouldn't turn off. After a slight panic, we turned the water off at the main and enlisted a neighbor to assist in letting a plumber into the house to make the fix while we were gone. Allegiance was one of the only plumbers to come back to me with reassuring answers. Other plumbers I contacted made it seem like they didn't need my business and weren't all that willing to help me, and I could tell they were totally price gouging me. It was no problem that we had to wait 2-3 days for Allegiance to come out since we were out of town anyway. They coordinated with my neighbor and showed up when they said they would. They called me when the work was complete and gave me a discount for initially contacting them through Yelp. In addition, payment was so easy by e-mail, it really was no hassle once we figured out what I needed and coordinated with my neighbor to let them in. I'd definitely call them again. And yes, they were WAY more reasonable than other quotes I received. The last thing I wanted to worry about was this type of problem while on vacation but they were very accommodating and I had no reason to stress. Thanks guys!

Josh came out within 30 mins of calling in. Super friendly and can tell he was an expert. Got our problem fixed quickly and offered great advice and next steps for ensuring this doesn't happen again. 10/10!

Had an issue with our water pressure in the house. Did some basic diagnostics and decided I needed professional help. Put out a job needing to be done on Yelp. They came out a couple of days later. Our tech was very thorough and explained everything to me. Job was completed in about 2.5 hours. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is they missed the morning appointment and I had to contact them. After that it was smooth sailing.

My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Lawson Family Plumbing. They are professional, have excellent customer service, and are quickly responsive. A while back we had them install two new toilets. We had issues with one of the toilets and they came back several times at no charge to help problem-solve the issues. A couple of days ago we noticed what we thought was a leak in our master bath shower and Lawson Family Plumbing came to diagnose the issue. They diagnosed the issue quickly and provided suggestions to us for how to fix what is going on, even though the solution does not include needing plumbing services. We highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing!

Technician, Devin, did a great job. Cleaned out the main line to the street. Fast, good price and explained things as he was going. Highly recommend.

I live out of state and the AC in my Peoria rental home needed to have the indoor coil replaced (in the middle of a June heat wave, of course!) Hays was very accommodating & their staff was superb! The receptionists, Veronica & Tanya, were very pleasant & professional. The two techs we'd dealt with between the couple of visits that had to be made to my home were Jerry & Mike, both were quite knowledgeable and extremely courteous and professional over the phone. The only thing I could suggest is to give an itemized estimate for jobs. We had to spend $2800 on our AC & would have liked to know what we were spending it on. Being out of state, we had to put our trust in Hays so the job could be completed as soon as possible (we have a tenant who's pregnant) & didn't have time to collect alternative estimates.

It is clear that Hays has high service standards and engagement among their employees, definitely an under appreciated quality of small businesses.

I used this company for a plumbing issue with my kitchen sink. I actually found them here on Yelp and decided to give them a try. I was so happy with my service! I called in the morning, received a response within 30 minutes, and was able to get same day service within a few hours. Excellent service by a friendly and knowledgable worker! I would definitely use this company again and recommend to anyone who needs it. Being reasonably priced was a bonus :-)
