Best Plumbing Services in Phoenix, AZ

Have had Pink come to my condo twice for different reasons.  Both times Omar has exceeded my expectations with his knowledge, experience attention to detail  and on time start and completion of the jobs.  Also had great service with Steph in setting up the remodeling portion of the job prior to Omar's visit.
This time the job was cutting into 2 Fiberglass showers to install new valve and fixtures.  It turned out great!  Photo below, wouldn't know he had to cut into the fiberglass to reach removal of old valve & replace.
Like a brand new shower!!
Previously Pink replaced and installed new Toto toilet.  
I will plan to always use Pink for all of my future plumbing needs.  Great company!

I've had a problem with a toilet they installed, with moisture around the base.  However I was unaware of it. I had issue with something else. I called another company experts on drains. That outfit wanted me to spend 3000 for a problem that did not exist.  I called Justin back for a second opinion.
He corrected the moisture issue with the toilet.
It was a great relief. Diamondback is an honest outfit. I'll call them anytime I have a plumbing issue.

I called they were here at the time they said the plumber Tate Withers was fantastic cleaned everything up very polite. He is definitely hired in my book.

Fair price for good work and friendly service. I've used Lawson a few times for a business I own and I have been happy with the results each time. They do prompt work and don't gouge prices.  When something is leaking or backed up, it's hard to shop around. With Lawson, there isn't a need to.  Every time I've called, they fix the issues we have and charge a totally appropriate price.  Thank you for being a trustworthy plumber.

Outstanding service.   I used yelp to get a quote from a few different plumbers and Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers was a fair price and able to come out within an hour of when we talked.   Normally I would t be so surprised by someone coming out that quick but it was Friday night at 8 pm I contacted him and he was at my house before 9 pm.   Thanks for the great service in replacing our water shut off valve.   Next time we need a plumber you'll get the call.

Richard was amazing. Everything from start to finish was amazing. From my first phone call to the follow up call I received just after Richard had left, it was nothing short of five-star service.
A few years back I had to get the toilet in my hall bathroom replaced, and it never worked right. Multiple problems with water flow, nasty smells, and clogging. A couple days ago it got partially clogged and this time, no matter what I tried, it would not cooperate. Bumble Bee was the second place I contacted to have someone come and look at it. I requested a quote through Yelp, received a reply only five minutes after I sent it, and was on the phone with someone ten minutes after that. $40 to have someone come take a look. This was the first thing I was happy to hear, because I'm used to most places charging twice that, and the lady I spoke with was pleasant and accommodating.
Richard arrives today, prompt and extremely professional. He agreed that it was a partial clog, gave me a range of options to try. I ended up telling him to just replace the darn thing with the toilet he had in stock in his truck, because I was seriously tired of this lemon of a commode clogging up on me over and over again. 1 1/2 hours later, it was all installed and ready to go and is working perfectly. Richard was never anything less than sweet and helpful. He listened to my questions, answered me without talking down or giving me the runaround, and was as clear as could be every step of the way in regards to his process and prices. Thank you all so much for your stellar service and kindness!

UPDATE TO MY EARLIER REVIEW:  Within minutes of posting my review I received a call from the owner, Jeffrey Lawson. He is the quintessential business person. I can see why the business has a FIVE Star Yelp review overall. OOPS ON MY PART FOR SOME OF THE MISUNDERSTANDING. I hadn't listened carefully enough when the filters were changed on my reverse osmosis. The fifth filter and heart of the system was a little more costly than the typical four I had been replacing in previous years. The tech did say to me that the fifth filter needed to be changed every ten years or so and I blanked that part. Hence the difference in cost. On the plus side for me Jeff pointed out that the pricing had not taken into consideration the other work I had done while the tech was here and he processed a credit to my Visa. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you to Lawson Family Plumbing. Just as Jeff said to me and by the way his tech told me this when he was in my home. The owner cares about the customer and wants to hear their feedback.

Lawson Family Plumbing was in my house on July 27th. This should have been a five star review except for one issue. I needed some work done on toilet parts and that work was done very well. The price felt right and so far no issues with any of the toilets.

Unfortunately they earned the three star review due to pricing on the Reverse Osmosis filter replacement. In the last ten years I have never paid more than $100 to have these filters replaced. Lawson's price was a whopping $275. I guess I should say shame on me for agreeing to have the work done. But I did and won't make that mistake again.

I do love these businesses that have great reviews as Lawson does. My son owns a local service business and hovers between 4 1/2 stars and five stars on Yelp. I know how hard it is to earn this kind of rating from your customers.

I was very pleased and impressed with my AC installation.  From the time of the quote, to completion of the job, it was a great and painless experience handled in the most professional manner.  

Hector came over to review my situation (16 year old unit that was on its last leg) and then quickly provided a quote.  From there, he coordinated the efforts of scheduling and explained the process.  We scheduled our install a few weeks out, and unfortunately it just happened to fall in mid-June with the major heat wave.  Despite the ridiculous heat, Jake and Ethan handled it like pros!  They worked so so hard and never once complained or looked defeated.  They even took the time to explain the new system and help set up the new thermostat.  I was very pleased with how courteous and professional they were, top notch.

Overall, I'm so happy I went with ProSkill.  There are tons of AC companies so choosing just one is a big choice.  But trust me, you won't be disappointed.  Thank you ProSkill!

We had a collapsed sewer line, Elite Rooter was very responsive and had our sewer line replaced quickly.  Julio was great at communicating the process and keeping us updated.

Called Somers Plumbing based on Dave's experience & customer reviews and he lived up to all of it! Quick response, explained the problem & fixed it quickly! A nice guy. You're crazy if you don't call him & support this entrepreneur and his new business!

Anyways..  Brian was great.  Found my water heater leaking and he came out the next morning.  Just quick and easy for me..

Eddie was great!  He took the time and care to install a tankless water heater in our home today.  Everything was done to perfection.  This is not the first time we have used 100% Plumbing and they never disappoint from the scheduling process to the tech arriving and completing the job.  It's good to be 100% satisfied.

Allegiance Water Services installed a water softener and RO system in our home and we could not be happier with our experience and/or end product!  Eloy was our technician and he was wonderful -- very knowledgeable, skilled, meticulous, professional, and he answered every question we had then some.  The service he provided speaks volumes of the company he represents.  Allegiance Water Services was direct, to the point, and efficient from quote to completion and we will definitely use them again in the future!  11/10 would recommend to anyone in need of the services they provide!

Jason came to the house and fixed our issue quickly and was very professional. Will use this company and request Jason in the future.

I noticed some water damage when removing trim for a project.  Jordan was super quick and easy to confirm an appointment with and seemed very knowledgeable.

This was my second interaction with Lawson.   The first time was a blind call on my behalf and was in ever lucky.   The insides of my toilet needed to be replaced and they did a great job.   They also advised me that something is was doing wrong in using chlorine tablets contributed to my problem.   I also had them look at a sink that needed attention too.  Well they did an excellent job on that too.   There was also a calcium deposit in the sink that I had no idea how to get rid of and again the technician told me how to get rid of it.  I tried his suggestion and to my delight it totally took care of the problem.   Lawson is the best it is the only plumbing organization i will use.   The second time I called was I saw a post on FB regarding having your hot water heater flushed and they had a coupon on Angies list.   The service is normally  $99 but with the coupon  $59 so called they came out did the work took all of 30 minutes.  One of the most refreshing part of this call was they found no problem and did not try to sell me anything . Sorry for being so long but didn't know I could post here so just giving Lawson their proper due.

Absolutely HORRIBLE phone/customer service!!! Our septic tank was backing up and we were told to call Option One because they would snake our clean out line for $50. I called them at Noon gave all my information to a receptionist and was told I would get a call back. At 1:37pm still no call so I called them and was told I would get a call back. By 2:15pm still no call back so I called again and was finally able to schedule someone to come out between 5-7pm and that the technician would call when he was on his way. By 7:12pm no call from the technician and I couldn't reach anyone in the office, I left a voicemail that was never returned either. By 8:12pm I tried calling again and finally got an answer, the receptionist said I was the next call. Finally at 9:13pm the technician called saying he was on his way. By 9:47pm he finally showed up and was able to unclog our clean out line to our septic tank. If I could give separate ratings I would give the technician, Israel, 5 stars for being polite, professional, and helpful. I would give the office workers (ie receptionist or scheduling person) 0 stars!! All that was needed was a call back the first 2 tines I called and a call saying your technician is running behind he should be there between xx-xx, really really poor phone service. ~ 2/18/2013 ~
