They quickly got someone over to my house the same day I called for service. They were able to immediately work on my plumbing issues and there was more than one. It took a matter of a couple of hours and we were back in business. The staff is very friendly and helpful and we really appreciated that.

Contacted them to have an AO Smith water heater repaired. They are even on the AO Smith directory for authorized repair centers. They sent a tech out and the tech said he needed to get in touch with AO's tech support for assistance to help diagnose the problem. However the tech support was closed. So the technician said their is nothing he can until Monday when tech support opens. I was told to call the office to make another appointment for Monday for the tech to return.  The operators answered (btw their operators are all very polite and kind) and they transferred to the supervisor on duty, Joe. I asked Joe if I was going to be charged for today visit. Joe replied yes and people don't work for free and did he not come out their to fix your water heater?  The tech only made a call. Did not even try to diagnose the problem because he did not have the knowledge to do so without tech support. I would assume a company that repairs AO water heater would also know that the tech support is closed on the weekends if that is how they normally operate.  They could have saved themselves a trip if they knew their technician would need tech support. I called up a different plumber on the AO list and he knew exactly what was needed to be done and had it repaired the same day. I do not recommend Diamondback Plumbing

I found Hansen's Plumbing service via yelp and I'm so glad I did! The owner answered the phone and had a guy out a few hours later. I had multiple plumbing issues and Edward was able to fix everything beyond expectations. I was assuming the worse seeing water leaks and not having water running to the fridge in my kitchen and the problems were fixed very simply. I will definitely use them again in case of a plumbing emergency.

Wow, is all I can say. This was my first time using this awesome company and it won't be my last. Called around 10 in the morning and Michael was here by 11:30. Michael was so professional and did a great job fixing our toilet. Was considerate and left no mess whatsoever. I highly recommend this plumbing company.

Our water heater failed.  I called Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers at 7:15AM on a Sunday morning and got an immediate answer.  Larry arrived at 9:00AM and got us back up and running with a new unit.  He was very courteous and professional.

The cost of our job was 1550$ out-the-door.  I did not receive an itemized receipt ( which would have been nice but does not seem to be the norm with any plumbing company that we have ever worked with ).  The new water heater that was installed retails for about 700$.  A drain pan and some short additional pipes were also installed to ensure that if it happens again, it does not leak into our drywall.  The additional parts probably retail for about 50$.  Assuming 200$ for basic trip charge, disposal fees, and taxes leaves approximately 600$ for labor costs divided by the 4 hours would be in the neighborhood of 150$ per hour.

Overall, very happy with the service provided with short notice on a Sunday morning.

We had a little bit of scare when our kitchen was flooded with water the day before we were supposed to be having a birthday party. We found bumble bee plumbing and had someone come out to help. Chad was very professional and very knowledgeable and fixed the problem in less than 2 minutes! Super nice guy and very reasonable!

STOP!!! Don't call any other plumber folks! Tony came out to replace a drain pipe without cutting into wall like the other co said he had to do....and they snaked out the drain same day because of the BAD experience from the other co.

If anything goes wrong in your home that's within their scope of services, don't bother calling anyone else. They're the best around, offer straight forward service at prices that others can't beat.

I wanted to thank Elite Rooter for their excellent service. Especially Soro who helped explain in an honest and detailed manner what was needed and what was not. As well as what to expect in the future as I have an older home with cast iron and clay sewer pipes. Kudos to this company for being honest and fair which is sometimes hard to find these days. Very professional and just great people to know. Five stars all day long. And no, I did not know this company or any of its employees prior to meeting them at my home for the first time. But I will refer them to all my neighbors. Great job guys!!!

Dave came in and fixed the broken valves for our washing machine and on top of that fixed our leaky shower. Dave went above and beyond as he was only going to change the trim kit for the shower but he ended replacing the shower valve due to a leak. He stuck around and finished the job and then cleaned everything up. I would not hesitate to use Somers Plumbers again.

If I could give them negative stars I would.  First they are EXPENSIVE. For 5 water cut offs I was charged $800. Only 2 were under a sink.
Second job I was told they have plenty of techs waiting on a call. When the estimate was given, they couldn't get here until tomorrow.  
When the techs showed up at 7:45am, they STUNK!!  Smelled like they had slept off a drunken bender. Then they did not take care when cutting out the drywall and were not going to replace it!  For almost $2k to move kitchen water line and drain 6, replace ice maker supply and one supply line, I would have expected better care or at least rough replacement of drywall. I found another plumber that did the job for less than $500.  Shop around and don't get taken.

I am very impressed with Lawson Family Plumbing.  We discovered a leak in our dining room ceiling and wall, below our master bathroom.  Kenneth came right out and found the problem and fixed it quickly.  He was polite, professional, and showed up on time.  The leak was not easy to locate due to the location within the wall and ceiling, below and behind our upstairs bathroom sink.  Kenneth even went up into the second floor attic to inspect the vent pipe and ensure the leak was not in the roof.   He spent over an hour finding the problem and did not charge us anything for his time.  He communicated clearly what the problem was, gave us a very fair estimate and fixed the leak on the spot.  It appeared to a challenging repair due to the limited work space and multiple structural obstacles he had to work around.  Despite that, Kenneth solved the problem quickly and efficiently.  I would recommend Lawson to anyone needing plumbing work.

As a follow on to Stepheni M.'s review, I wish I could give Hays 6 stars.  From design, estimation, through installation, setup and finally follow-up, everyone and everything exceeded expectations.  We were treated beyond what they said in the video advertisement.  We replaced 2 almost 20 year old 10 SEER mixed parts (mostly Trane, some Payne) systems with 2, 16 SEER Trane systems and then had them blow in more attic insulation, put some transom vents for air return in rooms where the doors are almost always closed, and add a supply register in a room that needed one.  When I say replace, I mean replace; they also said our plenums were way undersized so they replaced those too and what they said they were so spot on.  These units blow so much more cool air all through out the whole house so much better - they don't short cycle like our old system did, which was leaving hot spots (and probably higher electric bills).  So it was much more than just replacing old with new, they made sure that our system as a whole was operating better.  I'm convinced now that while some companies may be able to install new A/C and furnace units, but can they make sure everything is working well together like Hays did, that to me is a huge differentiator.  We found Hays based completely on web reviews and am so glad we did.  BTW, our OCD dog AJ already misses the guys!!!!

I used Terry from King Plumbing, Heating and AC about 6 months after we bought our house. We needed service done on our heater, AC unit, and garbage disposal. Terry went right to work, got everything done in a few hours, including installing a programmable thermostat. He helped us get full use out of our home warranty plan and cleaned up after everything was done. Highly Recommended!
