Lawson sent Jason out to help me with a potential leak in my wall. Jason was great about explaining the process, giving me my options (and his advice), he even helped me navigate issues around insurance. At the end of everything, the leak was actually from a neighboring unit so Lawson did not charge me for the two visits and exploratory work. Working with Jason and Lawson was great. I highly recommend the company and Jason to anyone who needs a repair or any plumbing related work. I hope I don't have any plumbing issues in the future, but if I do I will be calling Lawson!

Had an emergency plumbing issue, and water was backing out and coming out from under the toilets. I'm usually a do it yourself, but I knew this was out of my league. My wife went on Yelp and found Scottsdale Rooter. Within a couple of hours Chris was at our house and tackled the problem. He did an excellent job and also fixed one other issue while on site. Would highly recommend Scottsdale Rooter, and will only use them in the future!

We had a free standing tub that needed to be installed after our contractor left it unfinished.  Upon reviewing what needed to be done... I was explained the options and specifically what would be done to complete the project.  They took great care to protect the floors and area.  Brad the technician did an awesome job.  This is the 3rd time using Bumble Bee.  I highly recommend their services.

Lawson was quick, very responsive and professional in coming out to look at my (dead) water softener. They let me know the extent of the problem and explained why a new softener was necessary, and installed a brand-new top of the line unit the very same afternoon. Because the cost was far outside my budget, I was happy that they offer payment plan options without financing. What a relief.
Now, my water is flowing great and it's definitely softer. I'm very happy with the service and I am confident that if anything goes wrong or I have questions, they'll be just as professional and responsive. I just get a feeling that this is the way they do business.

It doesn't surprise me that this company has a 5 star rating. I had Precision air and plumbing install 3 AC units for me last year. Over $15,000 spent with them. 1 year later my AC quits working. 90 degrees in the house on a friday afternoon. Called  Precision to get someone out to fix it. Monday of the next week was there response! Called ProSkill Services and spoke with a very friendly gal, who had a service tech at my door within the hour! Aiden arrived. What a professional, Intelligent and very friendly young man. Aiden explained everything to me and the entire bill was only $125.00. He had to replace a part, that they covered under warranty, and waived the trip charge! I was only charged labor. I have owned my own business for 25 years, and can't say enough about the professional way all of the staff treated me. Thank goodness for these guys! My stupid sink started backing up in my kitchen. Being a first time home owner is stressful and I wasnt prepared with a trusted plumber yet.  Got referred to Element and am so happy to have a plumber that i can trust. Michael worked around my work schedule and even gave me info about how to maximize my hot water tank output. He let me know that my leaky faucets in my shower could be fixed with a few quick adjustments (and that I didn't have to get new fixtures) and that my drain being plugged.... was from 12 feet under my unit. Cool to know the dirty details.

He was very clean, respected my house, didn't make a bunch of noise and disrupt my space. Even sanitized my sink after clearing the clog.

We are in the market for a kitchen sink install and garbage disposal so I will update with pictures once he comes in and installs it. We have already re-hired him for job number 2!! Thanks for making this a manageable project.

A truly great experience. We had a gas leak in our outdoor BBQ and Firepit/Firepots. We asked for recommendations and several neighbors suggested 100%. Allegiance just finished a very extensive irrigation project in my home in Mesa. They converted an old fountain into a raised planter with a drip system and it's own valve and timer. My sprinklers were old and not covering well. Some were broken. They were all replaced with MP rotators. Within two weeks the grass was nearly filled in and green again. There was no more overspray or wasted water. My former home in Fountain Hills was extensively planted and the yard was multi-level and difficult to irrigate. The owner, Tom, did this job to perfection. He also repaired a fountain that two previous companies failed to do.

All the technicians working for the company that come out to work on your project have been thoroughly trained and are competent professionals. Tom emphasizes that customer service is first and foremost. He will explain what he believes should be done, and  how it should be done. After completion of the project he will walk you through everything has been done and answer any questions you may have remaining and usually will check in with you after a few months to make sure that everything is still fine. You will not be disappointed.

Spent Saturday afternoon trying to fix a rusted cap that the builder had installed on the outside house spicket.  Couldn't quite get it soldered correctly and had a leak.  With the main water line to the house turned off, we needed someone out on a Sunday.  Called a couple other plumbers who couldn't come until Monday.  Got a hold of Melinda at Lawson and she had technician David out within 30 mins.  David showed up and not only fixed the solder issue in 10 mins, but also talked me through why we had an issue.  To make it even better, he only charged me their standard trip charge even though it was a Sunday.  My whole experience was fantastic and I would recommend Lawson to anyone who needs a professional plumber.  Thanks Lawson!

Please allow me to paint a picture for you. It's December, my wife and I have recently welcomed our second daughter into the world and on the morning of our second day home from the hospital our central heating goes out.

Now I know it's Arizona and yeah it doesn't get that cold however this is 2 days after we get home with a baby that had an extended stay in the hospital due to some complications so naturally my wife and I are a bit on edge about this issue.

We have heard rave reviews from everyone who has worked with the Hays family and they were all correct. We reached out and they made space in their busy schedule on the same day, even having their technician Mark work late to resolve our issue and get us back up and running same day!!
