Unfortunately due to an unfortunate incident with a preteen boy, a toothbrush, and a toilet we are now on a first name basis with our plumber (it took a while to discover there was a toothbrush in the toilet).  In any event, we can't say enough good things about this business - friendly technicians, easy scheduling and very responsive.

Called at least 6 other companies before Diamondback said they would come on Easter Sunday for a drainage problem.  Listened, identified the problem, fixed it. Kudos to Jason and Jerry.

Robert fixed my issue with bathroom faucet same day at a fair price.

Lawson Family Plumbing is now my go to plumber.  The company is awesome, especially Jason!  He has been to my house twice to fix various leaks, remove a tub and cap everything off.  Jason is very knowledgeable in his field, personable and courteous .  One can see that he enjoys his job.  Kudos to Jason, he deserves a raise.  Thanks for everything Jason and keep up the good work!!!    You ROCK!!!

Will definitely hire again for any plumbing problem, Chris and Larry were great! They changed out my water heater same day.

First time customer of Bumble Bee Plumbing. Michael P was very professional, very knowledgeable & explain what needed to get done & why. Then showed me what was done & how he'd set things up. I required a new shut off valve for the ice maker & a new toilet. He was fast, cleaned up afterwards & thanked me for calling him. That night the other toilet sounded like someone was jackhammering in there after it was flushed. What?!? I called Bumble Bee the following day. Poor Michael came out (on a Friday...5 pm) diagnosed the issue in seconds & took care of the problem within minutes of arriving. Thank you Bumble Bee for hiring people that take pride in their work.

Knew exactly what the potential issues were, talked me through the possibilities, and quickly worked through them. (thankfully it was the first and easiest to fix) Larry did a great job. They called a couple times when they knew they would be able to arrive early. I'm already planning on using them again.

Update 02/08/2021: Greg and the GM reached out over the weekend and had Greg come out in the morning today to take a courtesy look at my work (I installed a sink over the weekend myself). They helped fix a tiny barely dripping nuisance cold valve supply line and ensured everything was done properly as spoiler alert: I am not a plumber. They also made things right with the sink. I will chalk this up to a very green technician needing some coaching rather than an overall bad business.

Still taking a star off for the initial encounter but the response warrants a 4 star rating. We could potentially do business in the future as long as experienced, seasoned techs come and do work here based on the service after the first experience.

I had a home plumbing emergency coinciding with a medical emergency (isn't that usually the case?) and it has to be 3 hours before anyone opened in the morning. I left messages by phone and through the YELP app and Elite Rooter wa the quickest and had the most positive response of anyone.

Thy couldn't cone out right away but was empathetic w met medical situation and offered to keep a tech flexibly in my area as much as possible when I anticipated being finished with my medical procedure and told me to call when I was on my way home. I did and they had a tech there to resolve my problem 30 minutes after I arrived home. All others had me make an appointment the next day or later.

Great experience!  He is hands-on with his own company - he understood and knew what he was getting into before he arrived but still asked questions before he did anything.  Always nice having someone with experience.  Confirmed we didn't have a recirculating pump before cutting off the water, etc.  Dave explained what he was going to do, got us the matching 1/4-turn piece (which others charged more for) and knocked the job out.  He charged what he said he would charge and I am happy (my wife is happy).  Good price and I would rather tip because of a good job then agree to the highest and hope.  
I will use him again for future jobs and recommend to my friends and clients.

I've used Michael on a number of occasions and he has been nothing but the most professional contractor (not just plumber) that I've ever hired, and I hire contractors for a living. He's exceptionally clean, communicative, and second to none when it comes to customer service.

Uncommonly good experience.  Solid work too.  Very reasonable pricing.  So glad I hired Sound Plumbing to install the water softener I bought at HD.  They also had to install the Plumb lines as the house wasn't built to accommodate a water softener.

The tech arrived 1 hour beyond the 3 hour window with no phone call.
The estimate to replace two faucets ( I supplied Kohler ) I was told that it is a flat fee for the first and 20% off for the next. Also asked about new shut offs.
That too was a flat fee for the first with the 20% discount for the remaining 3.
After having a minor attack when the numbers were finally given, I said I would need to think on the national debt. He said he would e-mail the estimate. That was 34 days ago and no estimate yet. The faucets are however replaced at 1/3 the cost quoted and in about 3 hours.

Second time using this team and both experiences have been great!  Scheduling is easy, the technicians take the time to explain what they're doing, and the quality of work has been terrific.

Absolutely the best.  Came in a timely fashion and did the job for less than quoted.

I cannot recommend Jordan enough. He is timely/professional/ and most importantly keeps his word. He fixed some loose handles in my guest shower and warranted his work. Unfortunately there was a faulty washer that allowed the shower to drip. Jordan was back out immediately to fix this issue along with a leak in my other shower and honored his warranty. He is great and I will continue to use him as my plumber for as long as I am in Arizona. He is a plumber you can trust!

The water suddenly opened like a cloud burst from the ceiling. Luckily, I had called Option One who showed up to help. We had a drain clog a few months ago with Matt coming to save the day, so I knew to call Option One again! Matt is so calm and helpful- explaining what's going on and needs to be fixed. Matt and Robert just turned the water back on, and we're good to go! Matt with Option One is the best!

Matt arrived on time and was courteous. He listened to me when I said to start camera-ing the sewer pipe at the toilet where another plumber pulled tree/shrub roots from my toilet.  Matt removed the toilet and camera-ed the pipe starting at the toilet. It turns out the roots entered the toilet from a gap between the slab and toilet flange, which was visible in the camera monitor, and Matt pulled out a root that had ringed itself around the lip of the flange. He then replaced/reinstalled the toilet, complete with a new wax ring and caulking around the base of the toilet. Matt also cleaned everything up when he was done.  My task is to completely remove the offending tree and shrubs. I'm very grateful that It wasn't necessary to jack-hammer my post-tension foundation slab, and that my sewer pipes are intact. Additionally, Option One comes to Casa Grande, AZ. We had a service appointment for 5-7pm last Friday June 6th.  (our upstairs AC vents were not blowing properly in our multi zone house).

A lady from the office called us around 6pm to say that our service person was running a bit late as he had to pick up some parts.
**After that phone call...nothing.  
**No service person, no other phone call to let us know what happened.  It's tough being stood up :)

We called the on call number the next day (Saturday) to ask what happened and to get a message to the company.  The on call person was very nice and apologetic and promised to get the message passed on right away.
**Again...no phone call, no communication.  We received no call back.
**We awaited a call from the office on Monday.  
**Again....nothing, no communication from Hay's.

So, yet again, we called.  They didn't apologize nor acknowledge the missed appointment, but they did schedule a service person (who showed up!).

Michael was very polite and courteous.  And- BONUS- he put booties on over his shoes while he was in our house (love that).  
**He said our AC unit was way undersized (it was 4 tons, and we absolutely needed 5 tons) for our house.   This is not the case at all and would not logically explain our issue.  This would not explain why only one zone was not cooling. The other two zones cooled like champs!

This technician then said a comfort specialist would be in touch with us with to discuss remedies.

Out of the blue, another person from Haye's called us, saying he'd read the notes and he wanted to send out someone who specialized in multi zone systems.  The notes did not seem correct to him.
**Why was this not done in the first place?  Our notes from our initial call were very clear that we had a 3 zone house.
**Had this person not happened to read our notes, this would've gone undetected and we'd have gone down a road of repairs that would perhaps not fix our issue.

The zone specialist -Mike-came out today.   He was phenomenal.  (kind and courteous as was the prior technician)
As we initially expected, the problem is with the damper not closing / opening properly.
He was great and we already have the quote and are awaiting scheduling.

Overall, we are disappointed in this experience.  We understand things happen and appointments cannot be kept.  But, this must be communicated.
At the very least, please acknowledge the inconvenience and the issue.  We waited 3 + hours on a Friday night.

Secondly, I'd expect our notes to be read thoroughly and a qualified, multi zone technician be sent out.

There were zero missed calls from Hay's to us.  I have the call logs.
Last communication from Hay's to us was Friday evening around 6pm or so- as i mentioned letting us know the driver had to make a stop for items.
There is no way 6 calls were missed, as they stated.  It's absurd.  
Additionally, why was there no follow up after we phoned the on call service on Saturday?
The fact that we had to keep chasing you down- making yet another call on Monday to find out what's going on is unacceptable.
A no show is acceptable as long as there is sufficient communication.
Please don't state 6 calls were made to us that were unanswered as that's demonstrably false.
Let's pretend that IS true.  Why were there no voice messages left?

I can't say enough about the customer service from King Plumbing & AC.  Just as luck would have it the AC in my home stopped cooling on a weekend in July, it was just running constantly.  I posted a message on Yelp that following Monday morning. King Plumbing was THE ONLY company who could come out that morning.  Luis and James arrived right on time. Both were very polite, professional and honest. They noticed the unit was low on coolant, recharged it and cool air had returned.  Next step was to reach out to Old Republic, the home warranty company, to get the AC repaired or replaced.  They sent out some shotty company who charged me 75.00 just to tell me nothing was wrong, didn't even check anything except to tell me the unit had plenty of coolant. No duh  since King had just been out a day prior.  This company then closed out the service ticket with no problem found. I called Old Republic back and stated there was a reason why the unit was so low on coolant and insisted either they repair or replace the unit.  Since King Plumbing & AC is also a contractor for Old Republic, I demanded that they open a new ticket to King.  Luis and James came out again, went up in the attic and found multiple leaks in the coil. Luis worked with the manufacturer to locate a replacement part which was so nice of him. A part was found and the insurance company approved the repair with no cost to me.  Luis and James came back out once the part arrived, replaced it and now the AC works great.  I even signed up for the maintenance plan offered by King so now twice a year the unit can be inspected so no more summer without AC.  There are so many AC companies in Maricopa County but if you are looking for a company with honesty, integrity, that goes above and beyond, by all means, look no further than King Plumbing & AC.
