I recently had a water leak emergency with my hot water heater. Came home from work to find water pooling in my garage and in my bathroom. Of course I was very concerned and called Pink Plumbing and Sewer right away. Even though they stated that all their technicians were currently busy, they went out their way to find a technician to help me. They were out in an hour even though it was late into the evening and Omar was wonderful! Friendly, professional and answered all my questions. Even called a water mitigation company to come out that night to start the drying process. Would recommended again and again! Thank you Omar! You are the best!

Requested a quote and received an immediate response. A price was quoted- and Chris even proactively offered me a coupon!  Rich and Alex were able to squeeze me in between appointments (the week of Christmas), so they were out within an hour of the first response. They provided me options to replace my garbage disposal and after we determined a plan they fixed my issue quickly and efficiently. Both were polite and knowledgeable. I had a busted water hose that connected to my pool. A lot of water was leaking. I called Carlos from Elite Rooter immediately and he was literally there within 30 min and resolved the issue. He is very reliable and easy to work with. He listens and always gives great fast service. If there were more stars I would place them. :)

I hired Brian to come replace an under-counter sink the kitchen after several other plumbers declined to do the work or gave me a ludicrous estimate. Brian showed up and talked me through all of the different options. Once we decided on a path he was extremely helpful not only arranging his schedule to align with mine but also went to the hardware store with me to select a sink and other parts.

I must stress that this job was highly nonstandard and extremely difficult. It involved carpentry, plumbing and craftsmanship. Brian worked all day, approximately 12 hours so I wouldn't have to go without a kitchen sink for more than just one day. The end result was outstanding. He found a way to remove my 20 year old sink and install a modern beautiful single basin stainless sink in its place. I could not be more thrilled or more impressed with Brian's professionalism, skill and just being a generally great guy. He left the worksite extremely clean and followed up to ensure all went well.

I highly recommend Brian and Sound Plumbing. I wouldn't hesitate for second to hire them again.

Called to get an estimate for a pressure reducer (common in some areas throughout Phoenix) due to a sprinkler issue. They showed up same day evaluated the piping, explained the process and quoted. We pulled the trigger and in about an hour everything was done and top notch. Very knowledgeable, courteous and extremely professional job. I highly recommend these guys for all your plumbing needs.

We are new homeowners and Casey came out to help us fix our leaky shower. Not only did he fix it but he walked us through how to maintain our plumbing!

They fixed a leak from our toilet this week, and they were quick with a response and and we're able to get it fixed within the same day I called. They are next going to replace my water heater and then hopefully replace my water softener so I will continue to use their services for anything that my house may need.
