Was quick and efficient. So far the problem seems to have been fixed, also gave a discount for finding through yelp! Will definitely be using again.

The ones that tackle the tough jobs. They come out right away. My remodeled kitchen they disconnected reconnected and also had to modify a gas line. Levi, Justin and Joe did great work. Justin stayed late to finish his big portion because he knew he wouldn't be available the next day and didn't want anyone to have to finish his work. So responsible. I like using a team that can do it all and charge a reasonable amount for their expertise. I refer everyone to them and have had the same feedback as everyone appreciates their skills!

I would call them again in a heartbeat!  My problem wasn't easy to diagnose. They continued until they successfully solved the problem completely!  All done within a matter of hours from the initial call.  Thank you!

This company is great.   I called on a Tuesday and the next day they had someone come out to assess our main valve plumbing issue, free of charge too. The tech Steven was very nice and honest. I had him check out a shower leak and I appreciated  his honest insight on how to best take care of our shower issue. When we are ready to get that done (during our bathroom remodel project), we will definitely give them a call.

I can't say enough amazing things about this company!! I reached out at 8:30 at night through Yelp, I had a response within minutes from the owner Chris! The next day we had Larry come out, he found out the issue and he immediately reached out to a Water restoration company who was at our house within the hour!
Larry came back the next day (once the area was dry) and proceeded to replace pipes and fix the leak!
He gave us a great price ( thought it was going to be much more ) and when commented on how low it was- Larry said, 'Nope, we are an honest company and we don't rip people off!!' Love it!!!

They came early (calling before they arrived to make sure it was ok) and fixed the issue in 30 minutes. The plumber was also very personable. I would use them again.

Called them to replace the washing machine faucets. They did a great job at a good price.  They cashew it within a couple hours.  Definitely will call them for any future plumbing issues

Fantastic! Had Greg install a water softener system and reverse osmosis system and we love them. Installation was clean and quick. The cost was reasonable and worth it. This company is very professional. My friend referred them to me, I referred them to another friend, and I highly recommend them.

Big disappointment.  Fast response time but then i was quoted $650 to fix a pinhole leak in an exposed above ground copper line .  When i told the plumber that price is ridiculous they dropped the price by $200 3 minutes later.  Feels like they are trying to scam people.  Another plumber charged me under $200.

I just moved in to my new house used Yelp to help find a licensed plumber. I need a new regulator on my built in gas grill. Sound plumbing responded and came to my home for a quote. Brian was on time and came back the next day with the parts and completed the installation. Thanks now I can have a house warming party.

Eddie came out within a day of the call!  Looked at three concerns.  Unplugged the bathtub and diagnosed a slow leak.  Didn't charge because he was able to do it all in a half hour.  Polite and thorough.This is my 100% plumber from now on!

We used Allegiance Water Services to replace a toilet shut off valve which had recently developed a minor leak and also became impossible to remove.  

First off, Allegiance Water Services was right on top of the game when it came to responding to the general service estimate request I placed on Yelp.  Within just a few minutes I heard from Dennis and a free estimate appointment was set up for the next day.  Dennis's communication exchange was prompt, professional and no pressure...a welcomed relief.

As for the estimate and repair work handled by Justin (the serviceman), well that was top notch, as well.  After placing a reminder service call, Justin was right on time, pleasant, professional in appearance and in about 30 minutes (or so) later, Justin had the issue resolved and left the work area as clean as he found it.

Probably the most difficult part of this transaction was the decision on our end as to how to go about locating a plumbing service we felt comfortable using and (with a little help from Yelp) Allegiance Water Services was able to quickly and professionally provide this at a reasonable rate, including warranty.  (Additionally, Allegiance Water Services is currently offering a 10% discount for first time Yelp customers, and without hesitation this was honored, straight up...NO dancing around, in attempt to not keep their word.  Nice.)

This completed service repair was a huge plus (and relief :) and I wouldn't hesitate to use Allegiance Water Services again or to recommend them.  Thanks to all involved for this positive transaction!!

I had an angle stop break, flooding my kitchen. My normal plumber wasn't available. In a panic, I googled emergency plumber Phoenix and Rooter Ranger came up. They were so kind and responsive. Within a matter of hours after receiving my call, they had me fully up and running! Thanks for helping me make the best of a bad day!! Definitely recommend these guys-especially in a pinch. They may be more expensive than some, but they guarantee their work and they were here for me in an emergency. Worth every penny, in my opinion. Thanks Rooter Ranger!

Literally fantastic, had a clog in my drain it was an easy fix they didn't even charge me will definitely be using them in the future.

5-star service and price. -1 star for scheduling / not being on time.

Part of the main sewer line in my home clogged on a Thursday night-- half the house backed up. Called Option One on Friday morning at 9am; I was told they could be there between 11am-1pm, which is fine. At 12:45pm I get a call from dispatch that they are still on another job and asking if I can wait a little longer; that's okay, and I appreciate that they are keeping in contact. So I wait, and wait some more. Then it's 4pm and I still haven't heard anything. At this point I have other plans for the evening so I have to call back and reschedule for Saturday morning.

BUT, when Jesse showed up on Saturday (on time), he was professional, cleared the clog, and gave me some invaluable tips on drain maintenance for my particular problem. And the total was only $49.50, as advertised-- the cheapest drain cleaning service I've ever had, by far.

I was bothered by the scheduling issue, but for the great service and price I'd definitely call them again to clear a drain.

We could not be happier with our experience with Hays. They were extremely quick to reply and get us a tech to the house. Within 2 days they came out, quoted and fixed the issues we were having. Jason was our tech and he was kind, professional and really set us up for success.

The guys at King AC and Plumbing are the best. They saved me thousands of dollars. I first had my AC unit looked at by one of the big AC companies here in the valley because it was vibrating very badly. I wont name names, but let's just say the original owner's last name is the same as a large South American country where the World Cup is taking place right now. After the big guy's service tech failed attempts to convince me that I needed a brand new unit ($5,000), he told me that the blower motor needed to be replaced and would cost $1,300 with some sort of VIP package. A few days later I saw Brendon with King AC in my neighborhood working on my neighbors unit. It was already pretty late in the evening, but after a quick conversation with Brendon, he gladly climbed on to my roof to take a look at my unit. He came down and said there was an issue with the blower motor but it would be nowhere near the $1,300 I was originally quoted. He also informed me that the other guy that came out never even opened a single panel on my unit to come up with his expert diagnosis. The next day I received a call from the owner Terry who told me that the motor was a specialty order part and was quite expensive, but again nowhere near the original amount I was quoted. He also informed me that most likely the motor didn't need to be replaced, but the squirrel cage probably just needed to be cleaned out so it could spin properly. With Terry's advice in hand, I spent a couple of hours that weekend cleaning out the very dirty squirrel cage which was super easy to do and cost me $5 worth of cleaning solution. After I put a couple of panels back on and started up my unit again, the heavy vibration had completely disappeared. Today I had Brendon come out to take a second look over my work and make sure everything else was tip-top. He informed me that my unit needed a couple pounds of Freon and everything else with my dinosaur of a AC unit looked great. Now my unit blows colder than ever and stays on half the time that it used to, which is going to save me a small fortune on my electric bill. I have nothing but compliments for this company and their employees. All around knowledgeable and honest guys. I will never call another company for any of my AC or plumbing needs. I know with King I will receive an truthful recommendation at a good price. No scare tactics, up-selling, or commission based sales. The world needs more genuine people out there who work to help others and not take advantage of them. Thanks King AC!
