Worst experience I have ever had with a company in my life. They charged me over $200 for being here for 30 minutes and nothing was fixed in the slightest. Get yourself a company you can pay to actually fix the problem, the whole situation and aftermath was beyond unprofessional.

Responsive and timely. I had initially contacted another plumbing company who indicated they could not help me and recommended Hansen as better equipped to handle it. If another plumber is referring me to who they consider superior, well heck I'm gonna call. I'm glad I did. They were responsive and understanding. Service was sent within an hour. True they did have to come back as the problem persisted and Richard is great to work with, was honest about the problem, and didn't gouge me for services I didn't need even though he totally could have...I have no clue how plumbing repairs work. I appreciate that. Did I mention the price was also reasonable and fair? I will be using them to install my new water softener and water heater. Well worth it for this level of professionalism. I would like to highly recommend this business....especially if you have concerns over the current safety precautions this pandemic is causing.  I had a plugged bathtub and as someone in a high risk group was nervous about having someone in my house.  I called Lawson based on their Yelp reviews.  James arrived promptly at 8 a.m. wearing mask and gloves. I sat in my front yard, directed him to the bathroom.  He put on shoe covers, went in, figured out what was wrong and cost, came back out, removed shoe covers and gave me price. He then fixed it, came back out with invoice and asked if I wanted to have him put in my credit card number.  No contact whatsoever.  Professional, pleasant, I felt very secure about the whole process.  Will definitely use again!

Larry came out when I noticed a sulfur/ gross smell coming out of my bathroom sinks. He was friendly, professional and thorough. He cleaned out all my P Traps and even offered to go to the pool store for me to buy me shock to put down the drains to take care of the smell. He mentioned it was safe and effective for plastic pipes. I would recommend them again since they came out the next day after I called and were happy to help.

The customer service was excellent.  I was surprised at how quickly I could have a water heater, water conditioner and RO system installed.  I have am pleased with the operation of the equipment.  However, I was disappointed in a couple of things:  not having specifics about the placement of the water conditioning tank and the selection of the type of faucet used for the RO under sink tanks.  The appearance of both are not what I would have preferred.  But, David's knowledge and professionalism was appreciated.

These guys are the best and really know their stuff! The owner, Jeff, is a master plumber and he makes sure all his staff are more than qualified to handle any situation. They take pride in their work and provide the highest quality work and service I've seen. I constantly refer people to them and trust putting my name behind them. They're the best value in plumbing and you don't need to look any further for an amazing plumber!

Last night my a/c stopped working. I called ProSkill and left a message. I also called first thing this morning and was lucky to be served so quickly! Gavin was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. My house is cool already!!

I requested a quote on Saturday, they didn't respond until Monday. THEN they said that they only do in person estimates. I told them the guy that gave me a fair estimate, got the job.

Great experience!  He is hands-on with his own company - he understood and knew what he was getting into before he arrived but still asked questions before he did anything.  Always nice having someone with experience.  Confirmed we didn't have a recirculating pump before cutting off the water, etc.  Dave explained what he was going to do, got us the matching 1/4-turn piece (which others charged more for) and knocked the job out.  He charged what he said he would charge and I am happy (my wife is happy).  Good price and I would rather tip because of a good job then agree to the highest and hope.  
I will use him again for future jobs and recommend to my friends and clients.

I've used Michael on a number of occasions and he has been nothing but the most professional contractor (not just plumber) that I've ever hired, and I hire contractors for a living. He's exceptionally clean, communicative, and second to none when it comes to customer service.

I cannot say enough thing about this company!!!  I couldn't shut off the water to my house and the valve wasn't working. I found this local company and they came out very quickly, had great communication, professional work and charged me a fair price. He also answered all my questions and was very honest. I feel like he went above and beyond and walked me through the whole thing. I will be using him for all my plumbing needs.

We were very pleased with Tom and his team! He was very professional and unbelievably experienced in not only the irrigation system but the plant life in this desert area. He spent a lot of time explaining to us different aspects of watering requirements. His prices were extremely reasonable compared to other companies we checked. He did a wonderful job and we will always go back to him for future indoor and outdoor plumbing needs!

I had the pleasure of Mike and Brett come to fix a blockage we had in our bathroom today. They were very professional, on time, and honestly did everything they could to resolve the issue. I searched Yelp for a plumber to replace all 14 of my bound to fail FloTite water shutoff valves. Not only were they the lowest price quoted, I picked Near Me Plumbing & Drains because of their quick response, and their kind words telling me how smart I was to replace those crappy valves! Jared and Landon completed the work quickly, even arriving early due to their previous job not taking as long as scheduled. They were polite and respectful of our property. I will definitely call Near Me Plumbing & Drains if I ever need any other plumbing work done!

James was fantastic! Our garbage disposal wasn't working. He had it reset and unclogged in a jiffy and it was free of charge! I was so surprised. James was polite and informative. I will definitely be using this company for my future plumbing needs. Highly recommend. :)

My only complaint is the receptionist whom I called mid-way through my appointment time slot of 10-12AM to ask her if the service person was going to be late and asked her to please call me if he was going to come past the 12:00 window as I had plans with my granddaughter.  She never called back and the service person didn't arrive until 12:40.  He was very apologetic and got right to the task at hand; clearing my bathtub drain.  He was a very nice young man who took the time to explain everything he was doing and the best part of it was they stuck to their advertised price of $49.50.  Unlike the previous company who came out (Schuelke Plumbing, LLC ) who said they were going to have to charge me $200 becuase he had to use his rooter without even removing the drain plug to take a look at it.  So call Option One if you need this kind of repair.  I am a very picky person and would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the flaky receptionist.

Called around yesterday trying to find someone short notice to analyze sewer pipes on an older home (1950's) we are purchasing in downtown Phoenix.  They had one of their professionals (Nick) call and explain the process.  He was able to to do the camera inspection the following day.  The house had three separate additions with 3 different types of sewer pipes.  He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the pipe dating back to the 50's and what had been done over the years.  Super impressed with his report back and professionalism overall.

I can't say enough about the customer service from King Plumbing & AC.  Just as luck would have it the AC in my home stopped cooling on a weekend in July, it was just running constantly.  I posted a message on Yelp that following Monday morning. King Plumbing was THE ONLY company who could come out that morning.  Luis and James arrived right on time. Both were very polite, professional and honest. They noticed the unit was low on coolant, recharged it and cool air had returned.  Next step was to reach out to Old Republic, the home warranty company, to get the AC repaired or replaced.  They sent out some shotty company who charged me 75.00 just to tell me nothing was wrong, didn't even check anything except to tell me the unit had plenty of coolant. No duh  since King had just been out a day prior.  This company then closed out the service ticket with no problem found. I called Old Republic back and stated there was a reason why the unit was so low on coolant and insisted either they repair or replace the unit.  Since King Plumbing & AC is also a contractor for Old Republic, I demanded that they open a new ticket to King.  Luis and James came out again, went up in the attic and found multiple leaks in the coil. Luis worked with the manufacturer to locate a replacement part which was so nice of him. A part was found and the insurance company approved the repair with no cost to me.  Luis and James came back out once the part arrived, replaced it and now the AC works great.  I even signed up for the maintenance plan offered by King so now twice a year the unit can be inspected so no more summer without AC.  There are so many AC companies in Maricopa County but if you are looking for a company with honesty, integrity, that goes above and beyond, by all means, look no further than King Plumbing & AC.
