On Friday, I woke to a clogged bathroom sink and my usual plumber couldn't get out until Tuesday.  I called Pink Plumbing, and they were able to come out the next day between 11-1.  Jason arrived by 11:20 (after sending a text that he was on the way) and he patiently showed me that I had a pretty small problem.  He took the time to educate me on how to pull the drain out for frequent cleaning with hot water, so that grease doesn't get built up.  I have never had anyone spend the time with me so that I wouldn't have to spend the money every few months to do something that is very easily prevented.  Thank you Jason and thank you Pink Plumbing!  Looks like I found a new plumber. :)

Laundry drain was backing up due to a clog in the drain somewhere. Also had a bad garbage disposal that needed replaced. I called to get quotes and information, was told if I buy the garbage disposal they will install it for a charge. Arrived as promised, drain was snaked and tested twice before calling it good to go. Had the disposal installed in less than thirty minutes. Friendly, clean, and professional service with reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend, and do business again. Thanks

Called for a pretty bad shower faucet leak, plumber wasn't confident he could repair without breaking due to corrosion and gave options and estimate. Appreciated him being up front about it. Wish we would have known about the $99 service call fee up front. Not mentioned anywhere. Happy to pay something but feel like $99 for 15 min, and no repair done, is a bit steep.

A few prior bad experiences have left me a little untrusting of tradesmen.  And it's unfortunate because there are a lot of good and honest ones out there.  Well, I'm a little less untrusting after calling Lawson... because they are one of the good and honest ones!

I had a couple of slow draining drains in my upstairs bathroom.  I treated it with one of those professional grade cleaning gels... but felt like there might still be an obstruction.  That's where Lawson comes in.  I called them and scheduled an appointment to have them snake/root the drains.  Since it was not an emergency, I scheduled it a few days out.  

Dylan was the plumber who came out... and instead of just jumping right in and making some money, he tested the drains first.  His assessment?  The drains were draining properly and no work was needed at the time.

I was expecting to pay a couple hundred dollars for the service... but ended up not having to pay anything!  How great is that?!?  

The next time I need (or think I need) a plumber, I know who I am going to call -- Lawson Family Plumbing!

Had a blockage in our sewer line right before the holidays. Chris made the time to come out, showed up on time, had all the equipment to analyze and fix the problem. Could not have asked for more.

Great experience with Bumble Bee Plumbing.  Excellent service all around, from my call for an appointment to the actual service performed by Thomas.  He was outstanding!  I will definitely call Bumble Bee Plumbing again to perform routine maintenance/service.

My tenants contacted me early on a Sunday morning that they had no hot water.  I was worried I wouldn't be able to find someone to come out on a Sunday.  The first place I called never returned my call, second wasn't open and third call was to Lawson.  A very nice woman answered my call immediately and scheduled for someone to come out a few hours later.  They were there within the time frame specified and had the issue fixed same day.  My first call will definitely be to Lawson if I'm ever in need again!

Jared was early - called to verify - was friendly, professional, efficient and knew how to evaluate our water pressure problem and how to fix it, unlike the last plumber we called. Thank you for such great service!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.  They ripped up my house for a pipe that could have been fixed.  Insurance company requested statements with breakdowns which they refused to provide.  They put a fake lien on our home.  Was told EVERYONE gets one.  Once they got paid, never apologized or took responsibility for the harrassessment I endured by them.  Keith tells people he is the owner, he is not.  Company is a joke!!!!!

Let me preface this review by stating I am not a plumber, but am probably in the 99th percentile of homeowner's who will tackle projects themselves. I have plumbed a bathroom, replaced every faucet/sink in my house, added a garage sink, repaired my roof, installed new floors, landscaped the yard, installed an irrigation system, etc. etc. We had a clog in our main drain I discovered around midnight last night. I tried to snake it myself for about an hour, but with nothing to show for it with my 15 ft snake. Removed both toilets and tried from our washout, but couldn't get it. Enough about me.

Dave came out in less than an hour from when I first contacted him, charged an incredible price, and fixed the issue in about 45 mins. I won't mention what he was able to pull out of the drain line, but his customer service is excellent and quality of his work was outstanding. I have some scar tissue from getting gouged by plumbers in the past, and feel confident going to Dave for any and all future plumbing needs! He is a one man show, so you don't have to deal with a scheduler or multiple field folks. Save his contact info. 10/10 recommend Dave!

Highly recommend Element Plumbing.  They have handled small, quick plumbing problems to doing a major remodel in my kitchen and powder bath.  All the work performed was high quality and the finish detail on placement met my high expectations.  I would and will hire them again.

I had a small leaky pipe in attic and had another company come out for quote (name starts with H ends with A) and they wouldn't just fix the problem without installing all new pipes for over $1400!! Total ripoff. I called Sound Plumbing and Dylan came out a few hours later and finished the job on the same day!! He was nice and informed me of his plan: which was NOT to repipe the attic, but to FIX THE PROBLEM. It was reasonably priced and I was very happy that I made that 2nd call for another opinion.

Our backyard spigot had sprung a leak.  Every attempt to loosen the existing hose connection resulted in potentially blinding the entire spigot as it was frozen.  100% Plumbing's operator Rebecca immediately scheduled us and technician Tim came out within 3 hours.   Price and solution were both extremely reasonable.   Highly recommend these guys.

Jeff was friendly, got the job done quickly, and did great work. Took all precautions including mask and shoe coverings. We just needed a hole drilled for our RO system being installed later this week but we really appreciated the communication and professionalism from Allegiance.

We called at 5:30 pm and they said they had a driver in N. Phoenix and we live at 75th Ave and Camelback and the service man was at our house at 6:45 pm.  We paid $47 and couldn't be happier.  Great job Rooter Ranger. WOULD recommend this company.

Lawson's saved the day! A lesser plumber botched a job. Lawson's repair was for a fraction of the price and they did the job quickly by arriving onsite. Will do business with Lawson's again.

STAY AWAY!!!  Had an appointment for 12-2pm today and they called at 1:55pm to say they would be 1hr & 30mins late.  At 5:40pm (2hrs & 10mins after the new time they quoted) we called them back and told them about the situation.  They lady on the phone was extremely rude and did not offer any assistance in the matter.

Hays was quick to set an appointment for my yearly AC check up and was great with communication. The tech was running a little behind the morning of my appointment but Hays was very proactive in contacting and updating me. To clarify, I was not bothered by the tech running behind--I have no doubt they are swamped with AC needs in the AZ heat! My tech, Sam, arrived and was super friendly then got right to work. He did a very thorough job, explained everything to me clearly and didn't pressure me at all. They honored the online coupon/discount and Sam told me about the yearly preventative maintenance plan they have but did not try to pressure or up sell me at all. I will for sure be contacting Hays in the future for my AC needs.
