Best Plumbing Services in Phoenix, AZ

The Customer Service we experienced at this level is unheard of these days. We had a leak at the coupling where the city water connects to our house. Water was coming out with a vengeance. I managed to get the water shut off and dig down 2 feet and discovered a connector that I had never dealt with before. Mike from Pink Plumbing lives across the street so I texted him to see if he could tell me what I was up against. Keep in mind this was in the evening. He came right over and calmy said No big deal he noted, a crack in the brass coupling on the house side of the equation. He said he could help out the next afternoon to which we were so grateful albeit we had no water till then. Less than an hour later we heard water filling the pipes and I was sure we had a tragedy on our hands. Our door bell rang, it was Mike, he brought over his tools had already fixed it!!! This is next level and you just don't see this type of service.  Use these guys, you'll be glad you did.

Not so impressed. They were very fast to come out to my home, especially after I'm sure they were inundated with calls related to the freezing overnight temperatures. The plumber who came out was nice enough and he opted to put a shark bite (permanent fitting) on the pipe that was leaking. I had mixed feelings about this but I figured he was the expert, so I asked a few questions and then let him continue. I was also assured that there was a 1-year warranty on the labor/parts.

Less than 24 hours later, the shark bite fitting had completely popped off and water was gushing out of the pipe. The problem was undoubtedly WAY worse than when I called in initially and it was just a small leak. I called Diamonback and they sent someone out immediately to fix it. After the second visit, I was then told that there would be no further warranty on labor or parts. So basically, if anything breaks again, tough luck. Not exactly the peace of mind I wanted when I decided to call in a professional. I'm hoping that the work that was done today doesn't break again overnight but if it does, I guess I'm on my own.

This company is awesome! I requested a quote yesterday and got scheduled for the very next day. We were sold a lot of BS by another plumbing company who wanted to charge us $338 for nothing. Reasonably priced and helpful. Definitely will use again.

We had a problem with not having hot water.  Called Lawson and Jason was out here in an hour.  He diagnosed the hot water heater and didnt find anything wrong.  Turned out a valve was turned in the wrong direction.  He could have easily charged us to replace the valve but he was honest and just charged us the trip charge.

Very pleased and will call them again when we need a plumber.

Bumble Bee Plumbing was absolutely fantastic!  We found our water heater was leaking and they set up an emergency visit and came out the very next day and took care of our problem along with a couple of other plumbing issues that we advised them once Ken their plumber was onsite.

Ken was fabulous and assessed the repair, provided  repair options and completed all the work in about 4 hours. That included the removal and replacement of old water heater and replacing old valves with new ones.  Great job Ken thanks for all your help!

We came home from work to find a leak in our bathroom wall. I called Lawson Family Plumbing based off of their Yelp reviews. A gentleman named Tanner took my call and was very empathetic and nice. He dispatched a gentleman named Kevin to our house, and he was here in less than an hour an a half. Kevin evaluated the issue, gave us a reasonable quote, and fixed our leak quickly. He was very considerate of our flooring and wore booties on his boots. He even kindly tolerated my little dog occasionally barking at him. He cleaned up after himself and left our home clean. Kevin was kind, efficient and very professional. We highly recommend this plumbing company! Thank you!

If you live in North Phoenix or Anthem, these guys are the real deal. Recently purchased a no hassle / no haggle hot water heater with install from them. They cared more about me as a customer and getting it right rather than focusing on a sale, which they ended up getting anyways! Great job and will keep coming back.

Sound Plumbing did a great job for us today. We had a few items for updates and repair, Brian was very professional and knew his stuff. Definitely will call again for any plumbing needs.

A truly great experience. We had a gas leak in our outdoor BBQ and Firepit/Firepots. We asked for recommendations and several neighbors suggested 100%. I've used Allegiance Water Services for various things at a few properties: toilet installation, garbage disposal replacement, sink repairs, and hot water heater replacement. They're great. They always get me on the schedule quickly, and every repairman I've worked with has been incredibly polite and skilled. I'm so happy I found them. I don't have to shop around for prices every time an issue comes up. They do a great job at a reasonable price.

Yes, I did have issues with Rooter Ranger Plumbing. Several people reached out to understand the issues and to make things right. I was assured that all the issues were addressed with the technicians that were involved. I sincerely believe the service call and subsequent issues were an anomaly and don't reflect their normal business practices.

They were quick to respond with out needs for a water softener. I appreciated the details the tech representative had with the materials and he knew his stuff. I asked questions and husband too that made us comfortable to do business with him. I asked him why them and not their competitors and provided a solid statement and his reason why he works for them. I paid a little more more than another company but also felt confident that they work as a team and are happy there to stand by their words. Thanks for your pride in the work you do!

Michael showed up professional and ready, right at the agreed upon time. It felt like I was inviting an old family friend over to help me with my plumbing. He quickly solved my problem, assured me that if I had anymore problems I could give them a call (so they could further investigate), checked my water pressure and was gone. Dimitri is very courteous and professional. Our sewer lines clogged up and we called a different plumbing company at first, they could not unclog the drain.Called Option One Plumbing and they came out the same day and got the drainage fixed. Did advise me that the plumbing was not installed correctly, to many bends and curves in the line with waste water flowing up instead of down. Dimitri replace part of the drainage pipes so everything is flowing correctly.They even gave us a 5 year warranty on the piping they replaced. I highly recommend Option One Plumbing they get the job done at a reasonable price. By the way the outside temperature was 116 degree Fahrenheit while Dimitri replace the pipes. Great job, thank you!!!!!!!!

I first called Simply the Best when my AC stopped last week. The technician came right out, diagnosed the problem, explaining to me the blower motor was no longer operable. He said it was too old to be replaced and that I needed a new system. He put me in touch with a salesman who came out and quoted me $5500 for a new AC unit (my condo is 600 sq ft). I asked if he would subtract 10%, as specified in the service agreement I have with Simply the Best. His response: I'm already reducing the cost by $1,000; that's far more than 10%. I asked about options. He said there are none; he had only one system that fit my condo. I decided to think things over.

Two days later the system resumed working just like before: nice cold air, good strong blower.

I decided to get a second opinion and called Hays. Thad came out and checked my blower: took amps draws, tested the capacitor and motor temp. All good. Then he checked out the thermostat, found bare wires and loose connections, which he adjusted and tightened.

The difference between Hays and Simply the Best? Day and night.

King plumbing gets a very good review from me.  Although I did not hire them for plumbing because I am a very good plumber myself but rather I hired them for air conditioner service.  This technical kind of job out classes my skill set and tools so I needed  some help.  So I Yelped out.  A few out other companies were not willing to service my unit (because it was a Mexican market unit I bought for cheap).  Some other companies were willing but they Didn't have any reviews yet but I wasn't willing to be the first one.  So I called King plumbing because they had very good reviews already.  What can I say the reviews don't lie.  The first company I hired last year to do the install messed up the install.  It was a simple mistake but there was a tiny leak and so the machine ran out of Freon in the winter when I need it to make heat which makes it kind of difficult to service.  King Plumbing Took care of it easily, and they came through right away and fixed it very reasonably.  Their master journey man level technician was very professional and respectful.  I was happy and proud to leave him his first tip.
