Best Plumbing Services in Phoenix, AZ

We had another plumbing company here a couplenof weeks ago, but they failed to solve the problem. BRANDON at Pink plumbing came, identified the problem, and got our toilet working the way it should. He was very friendly and professional.  I will be keeping Pink plumbing in my phone for future plumbing needs for sure! Thank you, Brandon. Full disclosure,  our linoleum did rip due to overzealous caulking (not theirs), which was a bummer.

This company is very professional and will go out of their way to accommodate you.  We had tried two other plumbing companies and they couldn't schedule is for about 5 days out.  We really needed someone to come soon as we had a faucet that wouldn't shut off.  Diamondback was very accommodating and could schedule us in 3 days.  Our tech was Cabe and he was on time, very courteous.  He got right to work and installed two new faucets in the bathroom and replaced our garbage disposal.  We were very happy with the way things turned out and would highly recommended this company and we would use in the future!

Great service!  Called on a Saturday with a sink leak. Erik told me to snap a few pics and send to him.  A minute after I sent them he called me back and immediately knew what was wrong.  He was able to tell me what to do over the phone and my sink was back to perfect within in minute!  Didn't even have to come out to me!  Unbelievable! He could have come out and charged me but was nice enough to walk me through my issue.  I will definitely call again and hopefully pay them this time!  What amazing service!

Craig from Lawson Family Plumbing is AWESOME,  we were doing a DIY project and ran into a piping alignment issue, he came in and assessed the situation and had us back up and running in no time. His knowledge and professionalism is top notch. I highly recommend this company. And the price was just right.

We had a broken faucet so I call Scottsdale rooter plumbers. Chris answered right away. Mike came the next morning and fixed everything. He did a great job at a good price. I will have them handling all my plumbing issues. Honest people doing quality work.

I found Bumble Bee Plumbing on Google with a great overall rating. My situation is odd in that I'm taking care of the house for family in NY. Bumble Bee made everything so easy by taking the initiative to call the owner and coordinate with both of us to fix/replace the water heater. Jordan was my plumber and he couldn't have been nicer. I was amazed at how clean everything was after he was finished and how quickly the water got hot. Thank You Bumble Bee & Jordan!

I initially posted a great review b/c the technicians who worked on my house were responsive and did a great job installing a tankless water heater and softener. However, the water heater is no longer working (after only 3 mos) and it has been impossible to get the manager to respond and to come out to fix it or even check it out. Additionally, there was a mistake in the financing and they have not been responsive in following up to get it straightened out. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau on this company.

After our usual plumber let us down several times I took to Yelp and found Somers Plumbers.  Its a huge challenge when you are reaching out trying to find a decent person to work in your home.   Someone that doesn't just pull down the first $ number that comes to their head and someone that you can trust to be there when they say and do what you ask.

I am really happy to have been able to find Dave Somers.  Dave is a truly knowledgeable plumber coming from over 16 years working for someone else, Dave now turned his experience over to becoming an ROC Licensed Plumber and business owner recently

He was quick to respond back to questions and rough pricing through Yelp, his communication skills through text/Yelp & phone are fantastic.  I always knew where I stood with Dave.

I set Dave up with 5 different faucet replacements which included new drain/plugs and a challenging hands free kitchen faucet.  Dave came through perfect on everything.  If I didn't have the right part, he had the parts on hand or knew where to get them.   He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.  

I am already figuring out his next project.

Leaks, water softeners, RO, faucets, drains, toilets.  Dave does them all.

Needed to replace a shower cartridge for a rental.  I want to have the place ready before the weekend.  Called around and Michael was fast and efficient.   He was able to address the issue that same day.  It was a little on the higher side, but they are dependable with good ratings.

Brian is one of the most honest men I've ever met in the industry. His knowledge goes beyond what I was expecting and his customer service was excellent. I highly recommend using his company.

They will take advantage of you and try to scam you by creating problems that do not exist. do not waste your time or money on this company. we contacted them to clear a clogged kitchen drain, after mgr came out, they insisted it was a major issue with mud & roots in our pipes and would cost $2500-2800 to jet the pipes. then stated it would cost $10k-15k when they start jackhammering into the bathroom floors. We only hired them because they offered a special to clear the drain for less than $50.. it ended up costing $270 by the time they left, and I still had a clogged drain. we called our normal plumber at Deer Valley Plumbing and they confirmed NO mud or roots in our pipes, it was simple grease clogged in the peatrap. but they stated, even if it was bad & needed a jet, it would only cost $800. definitely would not need any jackhammering into floors. the tech ANDRE and his manager totally took advantage of a woman home alone, offered several hugs, complimented all our hobbies, and played on my stressed emotions. they didn't even bother checking the peatrap or anything under the sink. they immediately went to mud & roots and even claimed to see them on the camera scope. LIARS and SCAMMERS!! I posted this review on their Facebook and they blocked my account within an hour. They are hiding bad reviews!! Do not use this shady company!!!!!

They were quick to respond with out needs for a water softener. I appreciated the details the tech representative had with the materials and he knew his stuff. I asked questions and husband too that made us comfortable to do business with him. I asked him why them and not their competitors and provided a solid statement and his reason why he works for them. I paid a little more more than another company but also felt confident that they work as a team and are happy there to stand by their words. Thanks for your pride in the work you do!

Always reliable and trustworthy. Which is what you want in a plumber. Not the cheapest but youget what you pay for!

I had a clog in my main sewage line (at least I think that is what it is called).  I had another plumber come out.  He charged me $200 spent 3 hours here and then told me it was going to be $4400 to fix.  I called Option One and they sent Dmitiri over.  He fixed it in 20 mins and charged me $50.  What a saint!  Thank you Dmitri!!!!!!!  I will only use Option One Plumbing from now on.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Our air conditioner went out in 114° and our warranty company would not be able to get anyone out for over a week. Hayes had installed the original system in our home before we bought it so we gave them a call. Not only did Charlie come out the same day but went above and beyond. We were not able to fix the unit the same day but he made sure we had some cool air and worked diligently to find the parts we needed. He was communicating with me in the evenings and on the weekend truly going above and beyond. They fixed our system and it was worth every penny! I would HIGHLY recommend Hays and can't thank Charlie enough!
