Lou and Adam were out today to replaced 3 faucets for us.  Simply said they were fantastic!  Professional, quick working and knowledgeable they answered all my questions and provided great tips.  I would absolutely recommend Pink and will be using them again.

I called Diamondback plumbing today to replace a water heater.  I called them around 9am and since this wasn't an emergency I said the next available plumber would be great.  Around noon I received a call that the plumber was on his way. By the time he showed up I had already emptied the water heater and cleared space for him to work.  I asked if I should run to home depot and purchase the replacement water heater or if he was going to sell me one.  In the end I went to home depot and picked up a water heater and the other parts he recommended.  2 x 18in copper flex lines and a water heater pan.  When I return the old water heater is removed and he has installed some steel flex lines instead of the copper ones I bought.  We roll the water heater in and he gets everything installed.

Labor for 90 minutes of work $300

The only things that bothered me was the fact that he kept the copper flex lines in lieu of charging me for the steel ones he found in his truck and that he parked in my driveway and left an oil spot.

Other than that I'm happy with the response time and how quickly things were fixed.

Hansen Family Plumbing and the technician Zack provided A+ service from presenting an accurate cost  estimate, scheduling and completion  of repairs consisting of a shower cartridge replacement and a tub diverter spout replacement.  Could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend their service and will definitely reach out to them for any of my future plumbing needs.

I am a week into renting my guest house on Airbnb and guests found a little puddle of water in the bedroom - cue panic mode! It was about 9pm so I submitted a quote request through Yelp and Chris responded within a few minutes. I had a tight window to work with between guest turnover and they were able to work within it. The morning of appointment, my guests left early so Chris was able to get Robert to my place about 45 minutes later (or 2 hours earlier than we'd originally talked about)! The issue was fixed before the original appointment time was scheduled - amazing! As a single woman, I also have to shout out Robert - really genuine guy...it's such a relief to feel comfortable with the people who you have work on your house: from an honesty standpoint, but also a safety standpoint. Chris's communication was perfect and if I have issues down the line, he will be my first call. Thank you, Chris & Robert!

This company was awesome! Their customer service is at a higher level as they are very professional and keep you updated from scheduling an appointment, to letting you know the status of your tech. Mike P & Cody (apprentice) we're my experts, and both were awesome! They wore masks, super friendly, answered ALL of my questions and didn't bait me to purchase stuff I didn't need. They fixed an annoying leak I had and stuck around to all my inquires and fixes were met. Definitely referring this company and staying with as a lifer!

This place is awesome! I asked them a question about the food disposal problem and the owner Jeff answered my question through yelp even without charging anything! We fixed our own problem. Other place probably could have just come and fix it themselves to get money. I am very impressed by their honesty. Thank you, Jeff!

ProSkill rocks!!  First and foremost, they were on-time this morning. For me, that is very important.  Second, Joe introduced himself at the door and was ready to work. Let's start by saying this company is the best plumming company I've ever had. Keith was so professional and one straight up dude. Never lied or tried to upsell me he is beyond incredible and awesome!!!!Brian and Greg his workers I don't have words for these guys they hard are workers and so nice and made me and my family feel so comfortable and let it be known my issue wasn't small I was placed in a hotel and these guys are hell of a workers they kicked ass!!! After our usual plumber let us down several times I took to Yelp and found Somers Plumbers.  Its a huge challenge when you are reaching out trying to find a decent person to work in your home.   Someone that doesn't just pull down the first $ number that comes to their head and someone that you can trust to be there when they say and do what you ask.

I am really happy to have been able to find Dave Somers.  Dave is a truly knowledgeable plumber coming from over 16 years working for someone else, Dave now turned his experience over to becoming an ROC Licensed Plumber and business owner recently

He was quick to respond back to questions and rough pricing through Yelp, his communication skills through text/Yelp & phone are fantastic.  I always knew where I stood with Dave.

I set Dave up with 5 different faucet replacements which included new drain/plugs and a challenging hands free kitchen faucet.  Dave came through perfect on everything.  If I didn't have the right part, he had the parts on hand or knew where to get them.   He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.  

I am already figuring out his next project.

Leaks, water softeners, RO, faucets, drains, toilets.  Dave does them all.

Michael (the owner) came out to replace an old hose bib (faucet) that had begun to leak badly. He arrived on time, calling beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He showed up masked, and even put on booties for the inside work. Replacing the faucet required opening up an interior wall to get at the plumbing. Access was awkward, requiring either removal of a toilet tank or working underneath a built-in desk. He opened the wall from the desk side (saving me money on parts & labor), working in the cramped space below the desk. He also installed an access door, which hid the hole nicely and allows future access if needed. The faucet itself is from a US manufacturer, appears well-made, and is easy to turn (which my wife will appreciate). He did such a great job I asked if he could replace our other outside faucet, and he was able to do that on the same visit, giving us a discount since a second trip wasn't needed. The whole job took him only three hours, and I felt the cost was quite reasonable. I'm very pleased with the work done, and would definitely hire Element Plumbing for any future plumbing work.

I had a gas leak in my outdoor grill. I called them this morning and they scheduled someone to come out the same afternoon to look at it. Gave me a quote when they arrived on site and got the repair done the same day. Brian was very professional and courteous and did a great job with the new gas pipe.

100% would recommend. I noticed an outside leak this morning, called 100% Plumbing, and they fix it. This all occurred within 2 hours - talk about service! Eden was the technician that came out. He took the time to answer my questions, was polite, and worked efficiently. Thank you!

Mike Turner, the Project M ager has the patience of Job. I can't remember how many emails Mike answered (most after hours) but I think it was at least 6. Each email received answered all my questions thoroughly and clearly. I finally had my softener installed today by Jason and his professionalism and knowledge was on par with my experience with Mike. Jason was very efficient and precise, as you can see from the photos of his work. It is a pleasure  doing business with companies that strive to provide great service and work. I am very pleased with the service I received and will go to Allegiance for future plumbing needs. Jordan was amazing. He came out one day to fix a leaky hose fixture and he got me on the schedule the next business day to fix my sinks (I needed to buy new faucets before he could help me out with those). All around great service, fast response time, and very nice!

We had a leaking sink as well as a bad garbage disposal, Joe showed up early and took the time to explain and show me exactly what the problem was . He was friendly, professional and finished the job quickly .

I called Option One Plumbing on Friday for a backed up sewer line. The said that someone would come out this afternoon. I got a message around 5 pm that they had to reschedule for Monday. I called them back on Saturday morning and they said that it would be an extra $150 to come on Saturday. My appoint was set for Friday so I'm not paying extra when they could not keep their appointment, I said no and called another plumber. I would never recommend or use this company...

Honest, Fast, Professional, and Reliable. After firing a previous plumbing company for a sewer line inspection, I hired Hays. I was on a very short inspection timeline so I needed them ASAP. I called on a Sunday morning and a tech was out the next day. The previous company tried to tell me I needed a complete sewer repipe in the house and Hays showed me and explained to me everything I was seeing, with their cameras, that the lines were fine.

There was a complete difference to the pictures the previous company showed and what I was actually seeing with Hays' sewer line cameras.

This company saved me a lot of stress and money!
