Pink Plumbing & Sewer was a life saver! My family woke up to toilets that didn't flush and water that wouldn't drain. It was a nightmare, especially with a full house. I called Pink Plumbing and they sent someone over within the hour and a half they said they would. While the job was much bigger than anyone anticipated, they finished everything and more! I'm so grateful for this team.

Update: As things do, another water disaster happened. This time it was our water heater. Thankfully, Pink Plumbing came to the rescue...again. Lou is fabulous! At this point, he's practically family.

My AC fuses blew out, nothing more. My unit is over 10 years old now. How easy would it be for the tech to say  You need a new unit? Integrity is a big deal for the customer in this business. I've used their plumbing services several times already and thought I was given a fair deal every time. This seems to be well run company with a lot of quality people all around. Good job and keep up the good work!

We had a bb sized hole in the main water line to our house and needed it fixed immediately. Our leak had managed to flood the neighborhood transformer and APS had the power shut off to multiple residents and would not turn it back on until we got the leak fixed. After contacting AZ Leakfinders (terrible experience) we called Hansen's and they literally saved the day. Edward was at our house, diagnosed the problem, and offered several options to get the problem rectified within a few hours. Edward was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. Most importantly, my wife and I never felt we were being taken advantage of and walked away from the experience with nothing but good things to say. I would not hesitate for a second recommending Hansen's. They're my new plumber for anything in the future, without a doubt.

There is a reason why they have 5-stars. Their service is impeccable. I needed a sewer scope on a property with little notice, and they were able to help me out. Paul came out to help and he was great, and knowledgable and helped answer all my questions. The front office is very professional and nice as well. I will definitely give them a call in the future when needed.

We had Tom out today for our Plummer pipes and he is a great tech and worker. If and when hopefully not again I will request him again. Ask for Tom if you need any plumbing issues.

Just had them out here to pull my toilet, as the wax ring and anchor bolts had to be replaced (a bolt broke right off yesterday when I was cleaning).

I got same day service, they waive the service-call fee if you have them do the work, their prices are on the lower end of competitive, their technician was professional & fast and the cleanup? PERFECT! I would recommend them to my 82 year-old mother!

After talking to the mfgr of our hot water heater Proskill has taken care of us and fixed the dark water that was coming out of the hot water faucets. They have promised to come back in a month and check again and if still a problem replace water heater under warranty. Thanks Proskill...

100% Plumbing has been a life saver!!!

Where do I even begin?! I've gone through 4 plumbers in the past 8 months and all were quick to take my money, but failed to do the job right or correct their mistakes.  

Thankfully I was referred to 100% Plumbing And moving forward I will only use 100% plumbing.   Soro the plumber was a rockstar! I will refer him to all my friends, family, and even strangers.  Soro and Jose did not miss a beat doing the job..  They showed up on time each day putting in all new plumbing inside and outside of my old home.  These guys are some of the hardest working men I've met.  A job that usually takes a week or more was done in 4 days and done right!!! Soro even answered my calls, text, and communicated with my home warranty company on his Birthday (Talk about amazing customer service).  Thank you guys for putting a stressed home owner at ease.  My family can now enjoy our home with our new plumbing because of you.

I had a sprinkler leaking. The serviceman came and fixed the pipe. He went in the back to check the sprinkler system there. After he left I noticed that only one section of the back yard was on and it never shut off. Additionally the back part of the yard wouldn't come on. He came back and looked at it and said that's a completely different problem and you need a sprinkler head. ($199) I called my regular landscaper who looked at it and said something had been turned off.  I'm a single senior and I felt that they thought they had me. NOT

Adrian was prompt and fast with my tub drain clogging issue, and got it done at a reasonable price. Got same day service, which was an added bonus!

I cannot recommend Jordan enough. He is timely/professional/ and most importantly keeps his word. He fixed some loose handles in my guest shower and warranted his work. Unfortunately there was a faulty washer that allowed the shower to drip. Jordan was back out immediately to fix this issue along with a leak in my other shower and honored his warranty. He is great and I will continue to use him as my plumber for as long as I am in Arizona. He is a plumber you can trust!

I had a leaky water pipe in my laundry room area.  The plumber was prompt, and competent.  He thoroughly cleaned up the area at the conclusion of the job.  I had a question about the charges and the manager responded quickly and to my satisfaction.  Their exemplary YELP ratings are no fluke.  Fair and honest.

I was very pleased with the service  that Devin provided today. He arrived on time, listened to my description of the issue and got to work. We had a slow drain that was backing up into the kitchen sink. He snaked it from the sink. Then he went on the roof and used a camera and then a jetter to unclog,. It wasn't easy and he stayed up there until he was satisfied that it was clear. He did it several times. He cleaned up everything.. He was also very personable. I will definitely have him back. Thank you.

Just the facts:
After reading this, also look at the PS that resulted from the owner's attention.  I was out of town and received a call that a heater in a rent house was not working.  Called Hays--first time I used them.  They told me that a service call was $70 plus repairs and that the technician would call to authorize repairs.  When the call did not come I called the tenant.  The technician had come and gone--discovered it was only the gas valve in the off position--turned it on, furnace was working, and left.  Got a call from Hays asking for $160.  According to the technician, the extra $90 was for the safety check.  I mailed a check so they have no cause for complaint.  
This does not square with all the previous glowing reviews.
Does this deserve one star?  Yes--they should have been more up front about the charges.

PS.  The owner called and admitted a mistake in the charges.  It has to do with what the technician writes down and this technician was new to the company.  A refund is being processed.  Will raise the rating another notch when received.  I will try them again and then Hays may deserve a 5 star rating.
PSS: Received a refund of $90.

King Plumbing provided my family with the absolute BEST plumbing service we have had in our 50+ years.  Not only was the work professional, on time, well organized with no gimmicks, but the technician was polite and efficient.  He was the most on-task person we have ever met.  We will call King Plumbing for all future plumbing needs and encourage others to do teh same.
