Great team! They are always on time, very thorough,  and detail-oriented. They do excellent job and have a very good warranty plan.

Despite the owner dismissing this to be an attack from a competitor (clever), this is not. I called and left a message on Sunday, 08/06 @ 7:28pm @ 602.674.3255.  I received a call back from someone on call @ 7:41pm from 602.819.6705.  He acted like he could come, but his guy is already somewhere and wouldn't be done for an hour, but he would come if I really needed him to.   I said that I did need him to be over as soon as he was available.  He agreed , but still dragged on his answer by saying that it could be longer than 2 hours, it could be midnight, he wasn't sure.  I then pressed him by asking he isn't coming at all, is he... .  His answer was   there is a good chance that he won't.   So.. how is this a 24 hour service?   I appreciate that the serviceman was overworked, so it's not his fault that the company isn't staffing correctly to fulfill the 24/7 service promise.  Just take the feedback and improve your service.

Needed some new shut-off valves installed for our W/D.  The initial quote for the work was similar to a few other companies I reached out but on the lower end.  The work was completed early/quickly and the technician was very courteous and helpful explaining what he needed to do.  Icing on the cake, I was called about 20 min after the job was complete for the office to tell me that because they didn't need to cut into any drywall, I would actually be charged LESS for the work and they helped process a refund.  I was blown away and will use Hansen for any plumbing needs in the future.

I can see why this company is rated the Best in AZ. Their plumber, Kevin Dillon, replaced my leaky drip system pipe, which is attached to the water shut-off valve outside the house.  He clearly explained what was needed, got the part in a very reasonable amount of time, and efficiently did the repair.  Very reasonable cost, too!  I am very pleased with this company and will absolutely call them again for future plumbing repairs.  Good job, Kevin!

Stellar service! I had a broken faucet valve and messaged Chris at 11pm to see if he could fix it the next day. When I woke up at 6 the next day he had always sent me a quote and said he could be here that day. He was on time, did a thorough job and was up front with the cost, which was very reasonable. We even had him estimate a couple other plumbing projects we had in mind while he was here. Will definitely call him again.

My water heater went belly up Monday evening. Leaked 50 gallons of water all over my garage. Bumble Bee came out the next day and gave me 3 quotes for getting it replaced. All were reasonable and explained to my in a manner I could understand, i.e. pros and cons. The plumber, Brad, is the consummate professional!!! Courteous, knowledgeable, respectful and just a very nice guy. He made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way and helped relieve a lot of the anxiety I was feeling. When he was finished, he walked me through his work and showed me the basic functionality of my new water heater. I am now a lifetime customer of Bumble Bee. No need to shop around or anything. If something goes bad, I'll simply call them. Lastly, they even had COVID-19 safety measures which they consistently used, thus once again demonstrating they care about their customers.....GREAT JOB BRAD!!!!

Upon review submittal I received a telephone call from the owner with apologies for how my call was handled. Without going into detail the issue was/will be addressed. That said it is important note that you can ask your home warranty company for a cash out. You then go to ANY company you would like and pay for the service. Send your home warranty company copies of the new receipts and you are covered again. This puts the consumer in the drivers seat. As previously mentioned we do have choices. Thank you for the follow up call.

Not pleased with my initial experience with this company. Called and requested an estimate on a new gas water heater. Automatically given a price of $1,044.63 for heater, install and haul away services. Requested more detailed information; a break down of the cost for the actual water heater itself. Was told someone needed to come out to provide an estimate. Up to this point the conversation is just fine. I obtained a time when someone could come to my home and provide an estimate. The call took a turn when I asked if they worked with any of the home warranty companies. I was then lectured on how home warranty companies operate and that they ONLY work with their own vendors. I provided the name of the home warranty company and was told they didn't have a relationship with them and that I needed to contact them directly. Because I have a very clear understanding of how my home warranty works I wasn't going to argue, instead I just cancelled the quote trip. I didn't appreciate the lecture. It is simply wrong to assume that consumers that contact you are uneducated regarding their needs/resources. Businesses need to understand that as a consumer I have CHOICES! Considering your high ratings I was looking forward to working with you. I am very disappointed and will take my business elsewhere.

Provided quote for the faucets, but needed to inspect toilets installation before quoting install price. Since their quote was much higher for the faucets I elected to go with a different company.

I needed to have 6 new faucets in 3 bathrooms, I am updating a new home built in 2018, I asked for an estimate, but was quickly booked for a plumber to come out to give an estimate between 9-11am the next morning.  I waited till 12:30 no call from anyone, then called the company to check on it, I was told the plumber was behind, however, she told me the day before to expect an ETA by the plumber, which never happened, I called back when this time he didn't call nor show up so she said once again he is behind, well if he's not going to call the next customer, and I have other appointments to go to, but waited again anyway, I decided to cancel it completely.

In my experience and opinion this is an unreliable company they said anything to get business.   Maybe it's because they are located in Tempe I had not noticed it was that faraway until I looked up the call number again, I am in northwest Phoenix, honestly, she should have informed me on that particular issue the day before, so I could make a qualified decision.  If they are short handed be honest and tell a potential customer what the real scoop is.  Next time I will read a website more carefully for company servicing locations and ask better questions.

Dave is timely, efficient and skilled and responsive to text messages and very timely. He communicated when he would be arriving and to explained everything that needs to be done and very fair pricing the repairs were done. We highly recommend Somers plumbing and will be using them for future needs!

I've used Michael on a number of occasions and he has been nothing but the most professional contractor (not just plumber) that I've ever hired, and I hire contractors for a living. He's exceptionally clean, communicative, and second to none when it comes to customer service.

I can't say enough great things about this company. They are fast, reliable, honest and really know their stuff. When my home warranty company couldn't get the job done, I decided to turn to Yelp to find someone who really knows their stuff. I called and they were able to send someone out the next morning, when other companies couldn't help for weeks. In a matter of minutes they were able to properly diagnose our issue and got to work on getting it fixed, and what do you know? Two other companies couldn't get the job done and they did.

Special shout out to Dylan Morris who is an absolute gem. This guy is an expert and is so kind and professional. He really took the time to explain what was going on and laid out several courses of action we could take. He truly went above and beyond to help us out.

This is my go-to plumbing company moving forward. Highly recommend!

This is my TRUE story.

I was in a bind because my water heater started leaking this past Saturday evening and I have an Old Republic Home Warranty and didn't think I would have an issue. I called them and placed a claim around 4:45pm and then told the rep that it's leaking bad onto my garage floor'. She said she would place an emergency Work Order and the service provider would respond quickly.

(Side Note) The previous plumber who replaced the water heater only 3 years, 11 months and 27 days before never reinstalled the drip pan or the gas line sediment trap when they replaced the previous water heater (AAA Precision Plumbing...THEY SUCK-DON'T USE THEM, and refused to return to install these parts)

Well, after 3 hours, I didn't get any call, so I had to shut off the water and gas because I had to go to work. I waited all day Sunday and never received any calls even though Old Republic said I would when I called them back a few times on Sunday.

Finally, on Monday the Service Provider called me at 7am and said they would be out between 10am-2pm. Then within 1 hour they rang my bell. (guess I can't really complain at that point). They said because the water heater was under a parts warranty, I would have to pay for the removal and reinstallation AND a processing fee for their workers to fill out the warranty paperwork to get my new water heater. And they would be happy to install the drip pan and gas line sediment trap but nothing else for the price of $875.00. Remember, the water heater itself was NO CHARGE!

Well, I lost my S*#t and told them forget it.

It was already 11:47am and I had previously used 100% Plumbing before for my irrigation system and for a water pressure issue and was very impressed by Mont and his crew. So I called Mont and the FIRST THING he said was, I'm Sorry you're having this problem. I told Mont what I needed and that the heater was under warranty and I needed the drip pan and gas line sediment trap added. He said he could do it for $675.00 Complete! I asked him how soon could he do it, and he apologized and said he was busy and couldn't get out to my house till 3:00pm later TODAY.

YES, less than 4 hours later, his crew was in my garage pulling the water heater out and by 5:45pm, not only did they have the water heater installed and heating up water, but they also put the new drip pan in and the gas line sediment trap in,

But the crew ALSO installed 2 Brand New flex water lines, new copper feed lines, and a drain pipe to direct the water properly to not cause damage when this water heater inevitably leaks in the future. They even polished the copper lines to look shiny! I SWEAR they did! They even worked to make the solder spots look smooth! CRAZY!

Then when they were done, they cleaned up the area and even swept the garage where they worked.

SO, No I am NOT a friend or relative or a fake review for 100% Plumbing! But I would be PROUD to be any of those!

Mont and his crew are The Best. Forget those big companies and use these guys!

So, come on and let's hear the nasty comments. You're just jealous because your plumber isn't as great as 100% Plumbing! THANKS MONT!

Garrod came out, he let me know when he would arrive and arrived on time. He was really nice and explained everything to me and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He was quick and there was no mess or fuss. Prices were competitive also. I will definitely call them again and recommend to others.

Very happy with the service I was provided by these guys. Great price, on time and fast service. Communication with Casey and Jordan was great throughout. I'll definitely be recommending them and will reach out in the future.

timely, friendly, good work. Had an pipe broke outside of my rental today. They we're fast and did excellent work. Would recommend them to anyone.

This was my first time using Option One Plumbing.  The tech, Andrew sent a text when he was on the way.  He was clean (even at the end of the day), thorough and very polite.  He explained the cause of the problem and how to prevent future issues with my plumbing.  The price was very reasonable, actually less than I have paid for the same repair in past years to a different company!  Thanks  Option One, I think I have found my new plumbing company.

Just called to schedule an appointment for service on our home air conditioning unit. The gal that answered the phone told my husband that they weren't accepting any new customers. What's with that?! Must be like a doctor's office.
Anyway, if you haven't used them in the past don't bother taking the time to call them.

Lane from Kings Plumbing was so great to work with.  He was knowledgeable and very easy to get along with. He gave me straight answers and some helpful tips on preventative maintenance. Awesome guy and hard worker. Thanks KIngs Plumbing!
