The technician showed up and was able to get to work to find the issue in our front yard. Within 1.5 hours he fixed the main water line to the house and he was efficient and professional the entire time explaining what he was doing and how the device would fix the issue.

Sent and inquiry and left a voicemail to get a quote on a shower drain issue at the home and also to check on an outdoor drip line expansion, if that's something they do, and had no response.

I called on Sunday and Samantha called me within an hour and I had an appointment the very next day.   Jason K came to my rescue.  I had a water leak from my brand new a/c unit.  Jason told me that I should have the A/C company install a p trap because my a/c was under warranty and he did not want to violate the warranty conditions.  Jason K. also referred a restoration company to assist with the water damage.  This is the first time I have used this company and will use them in the future.  Look no further for a honest and reliable service.  Jason K is awesome.

We are new to Sun City West, Arizona and needed to replace an old HVAC system. We found ProSkill Services to be very professional, skilled and caring to every detail. They arrived on time and in about five hours our new system with new ducting was installed and operational. Not only that they vacuumed and left our house just as they had found it. Dave did a great job of replacing our old, cracked, leaking disposer. He tested the new system a number of times and discovered a leak, which he repaired. He kept testing and looking to make sure that everything was in perfect condition before he left, even carefully removing overflow putty that I couldn't see until he cleaned it out. I was so pleased with his excellent work and friendly manner, explaining what he was doing at each step. If we have any future plumbing needs, I will gladly call Somers Plumbing to take care of us. It was a snow day and the owner took the time to answer my frenzied questions. Based on the timely and helpful responses alone, we were able to solve our problem. Others had basically had automated responses about getting scheduled 3 days out not even bothering to ask if that would be the appropriate solution. We had dropped a ring down the shower drain and with their help we figured out how to retrieve it. If and when we need plumbing, I'm calling them first!

Sound Plumbing did a great job for us today. We had a few items for updates and repair, Brian was very professional and knew his stuff. Definitely will call again for any plumbing needs.

Rommel Valenzuela came today to service my filtration system.  He was nice, professional and did a great job.

Charged thousands of dollars to fix an issue they couldn't even fix. Never got a refund and they left the work incomplete. We had to end up doing it ourselves. Ended up trying to charge us for work that was never done. Only removed the excess charge when we mentioned it. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Near me plumbing and drain replaced (Two) Moen Magnetix Shower heads in our new home.  Jordon also installed a salt free water softener system. He not only built an inside loop in the garage wall but he went over and beyond. I got an inside salt free water spigot-faucet, a shutoff water valve behind tanks (Great for washing your car) and a beautiful sleeve for my tanks Inside my garage. I still have my outside spigot and water shutoff vale on the outside. I would recommend Jordan to anyone, he was professional, polite, helpful, did excellent work in a timely manner, and left the place clean. Most important the Water Taste Great!!!

I live in a 55+ community and am widowed. Technician Eddie did a good job, but when he brought out Tim, with the camera, to scope my backup issue, Tim tried to BULLY me into having them put a clean out line in for $4,000.00.  He said no clean out line, no service.  I was fortunate that the property management company came up at the same time with another plumber who resolved my issue. When Tim realized he could no longer bully me, he stormed off and drove away when the other plumber called him on his

Honest, Fast, Professional, and Reliable. After firing a previous plumbing company for a sewer line inspection, I hired Hays. I was on a very short inspection timeline so I needed them ASAP. I called on a Sunday morning and a tech was out the next day. The previous company tried to tell me I needed a complete sewer repipe in the house and Hays showed me and explained to me everything I was seeing, with their cameras, that the lines were fine.

There was a complete difference to the pictures the previous company showed and what I was actually seeing with Hays' sewer line cameras.

This company saved me a lot of stress and money!

They sent a seasoned plumber who said that he did not like the price that I would be charged to change an outside spigot. So he gave me a lower price. Was not sure if this is a line that he tells everyone. Not happy about the price. On the first try, the fitting leaked. The second try worked.
