I contacted them on Thursday afternoon to clear out a bathroom drain and they were able to come out Friday morning. My appointment was set for 8-10am and Chris arrived promptly at 8. Extremely friendly and courteous and solved my issue in less then 15 minutes! Their services costed less then I expected and they are first responder friendly! Very satisfied with Chris's work and I will definitely recommend them to others and use them again.

We called Diamondback Plumbing to fix a slab link in the suspected area on a bathroom.  The technician came out with the sounding equipment and identified where he thought the leak was.  To verify he cut into one wall and cut the hot water pipe coming from the manifold into the bathroom and then kitchen. He reworked the hot water pipe manifold so we could have hot water in the rest of the house. Before going he stated that they would get us a full repair quote the next day and get us on the repair schedule since we had no hot water in the kitchen.  The next day by noon we had no quote or phone call.  We call and was told that it normally takes 1 week to get a quote.  We explained the situation and what was told us.  We were told the technician was in classes for the next few days.  After we talked to a supervisor, he got us a quote.  However that afternoon we found that there was water leaking into our garage from the wall the technician worked in.  We called and left word that we were having leaks.  

Next day, no word from the company so we called and emailed the supervisor and advised of the continuing leaks and our disappointment.  Now 3 days later and more leaking, still no communication even though we paid for the preliminary work done.  To solve the temporary fix, we had another plumber come out.  He determined that the original technician did not put a cap on the cut line and the water is backflowing from the kitchen sink cold water through the hot water line when the faucet is turned partway hot.  So we are not several hundred dollars out of pocket with no communication at all  from Diamondback Plumbing.  

I'd avoid this company and wish there was a way to get all or part of our money back.

Our tech was super friendly and very knowledgeable about our water heater, and how to take care of our house plumbing in general. Will absolutely be calling them for anything else in the future!

My slow-running kitchen drain became totally clogged on a Sunday night. First thing Monday, I started calling plumbers. The first two couldn't respond that day. But Flush King was out by noon. It took about an hour to get 39 years of muck out of that drain. Not cheap, but worth it. I really appreciated Flush King's responsiveness.

A pipe burst in our wall on Christmas Eve. Bumble Bee Plumbing was not only friendly and accommodating but they had some out out to the house in 30 minutes to repair the issue. Overall we were very pleased with the service, price and friendliness from the company and the tech who came to the house. We will definitely use them again.

I will start by saying I NEVER write reviews online but I was so blown away by the amazing service that Lawson Family Plumbing gave this week that I was compelled to write a review. They came out to repair our shower because the cold water did not work. The technician Sean was so knowledgeable and curteous and the customer service was top rate! ! Our 1.7 year water heater stopped working.  This man knew exactly what to look for, as it was the breaker.  His diagnosis procedure was fast and efficient and fixed the problem within 30 minutes.  In today's time, it's very rare to experience a phenomenal company and service, and this company was professional, affordable, on time, and did a superior job.  We **HIGHLY** recommend this company and will use then in the future going forward.  Gabriel & Greg were incredible!  Thank you SO much for restoring our hot water on a Sunday.

The reason they have 3 stars is only because they were polite, and contacted other companies we needed for repairs. I had a leak in my ceiling and it caved in. It was $350 to fix the pipe, which I thought was fine. They then told me their supervisor was going to come out to look at some more stuff. He came out later that day and said another pipe could leak that was attached to the one they had fixed. He pointed out which one it would be and let him know it had already been replaced. We decided to have him come out the next morning to take a look at other ones. He never showed up, and since he said he was only concerned about the one that had already been replaced I let it go and decided I just wouldn't give them a review (since they asked for one). Now, a pipe connected to the one they fixed DID cause a different place in my ceiling to collapse, but it was not where they said it would have been. I am very disappointed. I trusted their opinion since they are the professional. I am now looking at thousands more in repairs and wish I had called a plumber that would have 1. done what they said they would do, and 2. had been correct about the pipe to look out for.

My shower had severe water damage due to a leak. Somers Plumber gave an estimate and different options for the situation. Amazing work, the price is just right! Definitely my go to plumber now. Extremely friendly, explained in clear details about the situation. Professional and reliable.

My septic tank alarm started going off a few months after moving into my new house. My wife called me panicking not knowing what was going on so we called Element plumbing to come to our rescue. Michael figured out the problem very quickly. He said our septic pump had stopped working and was no longer pumping everything out into the drainfield. It most likely stopped working when a different company came out before we bought the house and inspected the pump but did not replace one of the seals causing the pump to burn out. Michael very quickly fixed the problem by replacing the pump and the seal. He was so professional and efficient that I called him again to come out and fix both my leaking garden hose faucets. Sound Plumbing did a great job for us today. We had a few items for updates and repair, Brian was very professional and knew his stuff. Definitely will call again for any plumbing needs.

My whole house water filtration cartridge was first installed about 10 years ago.  But a few weeks ago I began noticing that the housing had started to leak.  Luckily, this thing had been located on the outside of our house - so the leak was more of a nuisance than a big mess.

But it was time to replace the copper pipes and shutoff valves, and the old filter housing as well.  So I got three prices from three different plumbers.  Although the price I got from 100% Plumbing wasn't the lowest, I found 100% Plumbing and the many 5 Star ratings on Yelp from their former customers to be the deciding factor.

Jason showed up on the day and time we had agreed on, and he worked for a couple of hours.  When he finished, I found his work to be first class.  Everything he said he would do had been done perfectly.  All the new copper pipes and shutoff valves were placed exactly as they needed to be.  And the new pipes and cartridge housing had no runs, drips, or errors.

I am very happy that I chose 100% Plumbing to do the work I needed to have done.  Their price was fair and there were no problems from start to finish.  If you need a good, honest plumber  I highly recommend these guys!

Their prices are great. Quality of work great. I really appreciated Ramesh, who came out. He was down to earth and made me feel like he gave a dam and wasn't out to just take my money. Thanks so much!  When we are ready for a water softener you'll hear from us no question. They also have a shorter time frame for arrival then most which is also nice.

This company is AAA+ with everything, including customer service, honesty, and most importantly, excellent work. I have used Rooter Ranger many times for both residential and commercial needs and have always received great service. A couple times I was more than impressed that the technician was able to overcome a seemingly impossible problem. I am not a friend of the company, only a sincere customer who is very happy to have them on my speed dial. Would highly recommend for any circumstance.

I had a leaky water pipe in my laundry room area.  The plumber was prompt, and competent.  He thoroughly cleaned up the area at the conclusion of the job.  I had a question about the charges and the manager responded quickly and to my satisfaction.  Their exemplary YELP ratings are no fluke.  Fair and honest.

A man named Devin came to my house today to unclog a toilet for me. He was great - professional and friendly - I couldn't have asked for better. He got the job done quickly - no mess, no fuss, for a really great price. It doesn't get any better than this. If I ever need a plumber again, Option One is already saved to my contacts. My experience with Hays was almost Outstanding....the office staff keep me informed and Mark was personable, flexible and just a nice guy who knew what he was doing.  Even added some work from my original issue.  No,problem, gave me a price...and was done with both jobs in under two hours.   He also tolerated my annoying dog...sorry.
I will give the  the rating they deserve, not their problem that plumbing is SO FRIGGIN expensive.  They were competitive, but the people made the difference...THANKS
