Chris was on time (early actually), courteous, clean and fast! He unclogged the shower drain in under five minutes. Very positive experience and I will use again and definitely recommend. Thank you very much.

Despite the owner dismissing this to be an attack from a competitor (clever), this is not. I called and left a message on Sunday, 08/06 @ 7:28pm @ 602.674.3255.  I received a call back from someone on call @ 7:41pm from 602.819.6705.  He acted like he could come, but his guy is already somewhere and wouldn't be done for an hour, but he would come if I really needed him to.   I said that I did need him to be over as soon as he was available.  He agreed , but still dragged on his answer by saying that it could be longer than 2 hours, it could be midnight, he wasn't sure.  I then pressed him by asking he isn't coming at all, is he... .  His answer was   there is a good chance that he won't.   So.. how is this a 24 hour service?   I appreciate that the serviceman was overworked, so it's not his fault that the company isn't staffing correctly to fulfill the 24/7 service promise.  Just take the feedback and improve your service.

Hansen Family Plumbing has serviced several homes and business property's for us over the last several years. They have always been extremely helpful and responsive. They come out quick and I've never had to have them come out for a callback.

Wow, is all I can say. This was my first time using this awesome company and it won't be my last. Called around 10 in the morning and Michael was here by 11:30. Michael was so professional and did a great job fixing our toilet. Was considerate and left no mess whatsoever. I highly recommend this plumbing company.

Jeff Lawson showed up right on time and got the job done quickly and the right way.  He was very cordial, and fair with his pricing.  I would recommend him to anyone.

I will use this company from here on out! I had Parker and Sons yank me around and lie to me for 2 days. I finally came to my senses and called ProSkill and they were able to come out within the hour. They were affordable and honest with me the entire time. They explained every step of the way to me and have gained my business for life!

Paid these guys 10k to replace a collapsed waste line, and they didn't bother to clear the lines, which lead to my toilet being clogged. When I called them out to look at it they told me it would cost 4k. I got a second estimate and had it fixed for less than 1k.

I've waited a couple months before posting this review, because they said they would pay for the other plumber, but they haven't.

Anyway, don't call these guys in an emergency, they will take advantage of you.

Dave is timely, efficient and skilled and responsive to text messages and very timely. He communicated when he would be arriving and to explained everything that needs to be done and very fair pricing the repairs were done. We highly recommend Somers plumbing and will be using them for future needs!

I just hate hiring professionals to do a job because I just feel like I'm going to get a high bill for POOR labor ... HOWEVER, the Lawson Family Plumbing was a welcome change for me ... the plumber, Paul, listened to me and explained in detail what would need done and what didn't need to be done ... then he told me exactly what the cost would be to the penny ... Paul completed each task and I inspected his work and it was done perfectly ... Everything was done completely and thoroughly with no exceptions ... the price was more than fair (Thank You) and the work Paul did was Grade A First Class all the way, Paul was great, Thank you Sir ... I appreciated the very quick to response to my Yelp inquiry. I was able to get a same day appointment and Sam made quick work of clearing a backed up toilet. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and kind. I liked the text updates and that I received a picture of the technician so I knew who to expect!
