Pink Plumbing & Sewer was a life saver! My family woke up to toilets that didn't flush and water that wouldn't drain. It was a nightmare, especially with a full house. I called Pink Plumbing and they sent someone over within the hour and a half they said they would. While the job was much bigger than anyone anticipated, they finished everything and more! I'm so grateful for this team.

Update: As things do, another water disaster happened. This time it was our water heater. Thankfully, Pink Plumbing came to the rescue...again. Lou is fabulous! At this point, he's practically family.

I've used Diamondback Plumbing several times now, and have always had a great experience with them. They may not be the cheapest out there, but as they say, you get what you pay for. What I've gotten with Diamondback is high-quality work that I trust, performed by very friendly and professional technicians (Ozzie and Bryan have both been great).  Not paying an additional fee for work done on a Sunday is just icing on the cake. I recommend these guys 100%.

Hansen Family Plumbing is a great company and I've been nothing but impressed with their work and professionalism after two jobs.  They are straightforward and talk to you about what they are seeing and doing and are honest with their estimates.  I thought we were going to have to jackhammer our some concrete but found myself pleasantly surprised by what a professional plumber can do.

Had an after hours emergency pipe burst and could not turn off the water at the house or on the street with the backyard flooding.

Called Lawson while freaking out and the person on the phone asked questions and informed me of the after hours costs calmly and didn't get flustered as I continued to freaking out at the problem.  just get here!

A short time later, Lawson's plumber showed up, was SUPER friendly and took a few hours to fix the problem and everything is right with the world again, so, they were great, great price and calmed me down during an emergency!

Use them!

Called on a Sunday afternoon since my water heater went out. As soon as I called Chris said he could be at my house in 30 minutes (he did arrive even a little before that).

Once he arrived diagnosed new water heater needed and said he can install that day (on a Sunday) and his pricing was fair.

After he did that he was also able to help by closing the loop on an old water softener we wanted to get rid of as well. It was a great experience and will definitely call them again as well as refer them to any other friends/family in Scottsdale area that need plumbing repairs.

Update 11/16: Since my first review a few weeks ago I had a running toilet bowl (Chris fixed like a charm, quick and again great pricing) and hot water line leak as well. Chris has helped me 3 times in less than a month and consistently an expert and professional at his craft. He has a great network of water damage,leak detection guys too so he has made our recent issue of having water leak in the wall from a copper pipe not as bad as I thought it could be thanks to his efforts. Highly recommend Chris for any plumbing issues.

Awesome, professional, and prompt company from the call taker to the dispatcher to the plumbers themselves. We initially called another company out and I was not impressed. I called Bumble bee and had a plumber put the next day. Brad came to our house first thing in the morning and was able to identify and clearly explain what was going on. They quickly unclogged our system and had us flowing. Brad and Michael we're professional, proficient, and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend this company.

I had an issue with a long standing leak in a bathroom tub faucet, the leak was going through around the seam of the tub so I had thought it was a pipe issue. I had Tony from Lawson plumbing come out and he was very honest and thorough. It ended up being just the faucet and he was honest and didn't try to make up repairs to just get the job he even walked around the house with me to help me find my water shut off since it wasn't easy for me to find. I will definitely be calling them again for any plumbing issues I have.

There is a reason these guys have 5 stars here and on google. My AC went out and a tech was available shortly. They text you the tech's name and picture, which I thought was nice. He fully inspected and tested everything and quickly determined the problem. He replaced the part which he had in his truck immediately. My tech was Nate and he was amazing, knowledgeable and personable. I will definitely use them for any of my service needs.

I had a busted water hose that connected to my pool. A lot of water was leaking. I called Carlos from Elite Rooter immediately and he was literally there within 30 min and resolved the issue. He is very reliable and easy to work with. He listens and always gives great fast service. If there were more stars I would place them. :)

Dave within a couple days and was able to rebuild our custom copper fixture that needed replaced to do a slow leak! Really nice and accommodating as well!

Element Plumbing did a very professional job replacing all my water valves so they are up to code, and came up with a great solution for the water line on my fridge so I could fit a newer model in that has an icemaker.

I cannot say enough thing about this company!!!  I couldn't shut off the water to my house and the valve wasn't working. I found this local company and they came out very quickly, had great communication, professional work and charged me a fair price. He also answered all my questions and was very honest. I feel like he went above and beyond and walked me through the whole thing. I will be using him for all my plumbing needs.

Once 100% Plumbing earned my business, they showed me that their top priority was to keep my business going forward.  Mont and Eddie went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the purchase and installation of a new toilet.  Eddie performed the work neatly and efficiently, and the appointment scheduling was super-convenient too as they even let you know by text message when the service tech is en route.  That level of care certainly will have them keeping me as a customer for all of my future plumbing needs.

My water softer was leaking from a connection at the top. There initially was a miscommunication about the time Allegiant Water Service was supposed to arrive for my appointment. They waived the service call fee as a result. They were very professional and took care of the job and gave recommendations for the future. I will absolutely reach out to them again for any needs that may come up.

They came out on New Year's Eve within a couple
of hours. A competitor quoted us holiday rates which were outrageous. They did a great job and did it quickly.

I had a leak from an upstairs shower that seeped down to the first floor ceiling and possibly down the first floor wall. I called Lawson Family Plumbing based on what seemed like legit Yelp reviews.

They answered the phone right away. No message with, We'll call you back when we have time. Then they scheduled someone for later that day!

Daryl came and what a nice man. Down to business but just really genuine and no b.s.  Luckily he was there before the restoration company the insurance company sent out left. Daryl took about 5 ten minutes to inspect the shower, took a hard look. He then acquiesced to my request he huddle with the restoration guys and he said, I don't think this is a plumbing problem. I think the water is getting through the cracks of the tile joints. That was exactly the opinion of the other company.

I was so grateful he didn't just try to make money and ask for permission to start removing tiles, etc. not only was he honest, but he and Lawson Family Plumbing did not even charge a fee!!!! EVERYBODY charges an outlandish service fee even if they don't do anything!

Do yourself a favor. USE THESE GUYS!

Option One was the first plumber to call me back about my non-working garbage disposal.  Devin came in, assessed the problem, easily and quickly cleared the jammed blades, and was out in no time....AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME A DIME!  I've never heard of a plumber NOT charging for a service call!  Will definitely call Option One in the future.

My split unit air conditioner needed to be replaced. When I called my regular ac guy, I learned he had passed away. So started the hunt for someone new. I asked for recommendations. I got a number of them. I ended up going with Hays. Bill answered all my questions. Even ones I didn't know to ask. Price was comparable to the others. We scheduled the install. The guys were on time. Nice guys. Couldn't be happier with the results. The Yelp reviews were a big reason I went with Hays.

Randy and Marc showed up on time and were friendly, helpful, and very professional. They found simple solutions that 2 other plumbers hadn't found and wanted to charge us a ton of money to fix. One was the recirculating pump, which wasn't working. These guys figured that it wasn't plugged in! (It still needed work, but....) We also had no cold water in the master shower. A previous plumber told us it was a cartridge that was hard to get to, and would cost $1000. Randy handed me a rubber piece and said someone put this rubber piece on backyards and it blocked your cold water intake. I'm 63 years old. This was the best plumbing experience I've ever had!
