Very pleasant people and did the job quickly.  Although I didn't observe the 'finished product' we trust it was done well.  (Who watches the digger and want to smell the sewer?).  Expensive but necessary repair.  Thanks, Pink!

Had a leak under the kitchen sink. Called at 11am and they were onsite at 1pm. Garbage disposal leak. Replaced and cleaned up in an hour. They don't rip you off with a trip charge and provide timely and professional service. They are my plumber of choice.

Had a plumbing problem, called Hansen, and they scheduled for the next day.  Their plumber discovered that our drain was plugged some due to rust from cast iron pipes.  He could not take off the drain pipe because it was rusted in so he went through the roof pipe with a snake to clean the pipes.  In 90 minutes, water was running great.  He was also very friendly and explained everything he was doing.  I would definitely call Hansen again.

After several plumbers sent by the home warranty company who did nothing but upsell and take advantage of my elderly parents I had them call Lawson. Tanner came out, found the issue and had it fixed in minutes. Three cheers for Tanner & Lawson's. Highly recommend and would call first with any plumbing needs.

Our toilet stopped up and I looked for a plumber to come ASAP.  
Flush King was the only one that could come out within a 2 hour time period.  The rest said it would be a week or more.  Larry came and quickly unstopped it.  He charged the quoted price, cleaned up nicely.

Within a few hours of my previous post regarding the switch and bait from the sales team. The owner called to apologize for the mistake on reps part for not disclosing the additional fees. He offered to personally remedy the issue by sending a professional who helped not only identify the root cause but also provide a few options to fix the leak. Changing my prior review form 1 star to 5 stars for exceptional effort on the owners part to make things right.

TL;DR version: these guys rock! They're fast, affordable, and really friendly!

Nobody wants stinky garbage disposal water anywhere, least of all squirting across your kitchen at 9pm the night before the head of the household is leaving for a business trip. But that's what happened to my family. And worse than that, the usual handyman was booked for the next three weeks! There are not enough Yankee candles in the world to handle three weeks of stinky garbage disposal water.

Enter Lawson Family Plumbing.
They set up an appointment by for the next day for between 10a-1p. By 10:03a Tony was under the sink replacing the cracked and busted garbage disposal. By 10:30a he was ringing me up and we were done! It was well within a reasonable price range, and everything works perfectly now!
Tony was friendly, fast, and really professional. And he even gave me a $20 coupon towards a future visit. We're definitely keeping Lawson Family Plumbing in our contacts list.

Signed up for heating and air maintenance program yesterday and scheduled service for today.  Eric and Tucker showed up on time wearing masks.  They were very efficient and courteous.  Very satisfying experience.

All was going pretty good until they decided we needed a new pressure gage( or whatever)additional 800.00
They did not have the part and said they would be back in am. And would rake and clean up area . They installed the 800.00 additional item. And said they did not put back hose and large potted plant because they did not move it, and they most certainly did.I contacted them 3 times and no response. Would never use again.

Dave within a couple days and was able to rebuild our custom copper fixture that needed replaced to do a slow leak! Really nice and accommodating as well!

The work was done correctly, in a timely manner, and at a fair price. All interactions with Michael were courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Element Plumbing and would use them again for my plumbing needs.

We needed a broken spigot on the side of our house fixed asap as it was leaking water pretty quickly. We called them this morning and they were out here within a few hours and replaced the whole thing! McKinley was great to work with and got the job done quickly. We were recommended them on Nextdoor and we can see why. Highly recommend!

I was convinced by the tech to pay an extra $150 to replace a working pipe because copper is better than pvc they said. After paying $500+ for the job, the value connected to pipe he replaced is now leaking. I called thinking this was a obvious cause of the work they had done. Instead I was told it would be another $400 to replace the value. I called to complain and was told the owner would call me, instead he called the tech and had him offer me $100 off something I should not be paying for in the first place. I will be finding someone else to fix what they broke. I will not give them anymore money. Do not trust this company.  
*To add to your response. You are trying to blame it on me for your work breaking it. You say it was not leaking when you left but there would not have been enough time to even tell. You can lie all you want. Everyone should know they will not stand by their work!!!!
** I hired a new company ( the most reputable in town), they confirmed it was the torque used to break the seal on the replaced pipe that created the leak.

Man, is this a great Company!!! We called and Mario was here in an hour! They charge by the job not by the hour so no surprise $$$$$ Bills or upselling. Mario was so great and so professional we were very impressed and pleased with the kitchen drain snaking and clog busting. These are the people we will call in the future for all our plumbing needs.

Highly recommend . Tommy our plumber was so prompt and very good to deal with . It was an usual problem but he fixed it . Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant .

We had a tub spout and the stem was damaged.  Larson came out and did a great job fixing the spout connection.  

Later not related to the spout that fixed, we experience a water leak.  We called them out to trouble shoot.  They did and they corrected a shower stem and installed a new one - $199.  They did a great job on the shower stem.  

They warned at the time that there could be additional issues and recommended accessing the back through the drywall in the adjacent bedroom - $300 more for a total of $499.  

My issue is the plumber appeared to be very impatient and rushed and didn't even bother to test out the first fix.  

Bottom line - I replaced the bathtub drain and installed a new cartridge - I tested and no more leaking.

I will not be calling Larson for any plumbing services ever again.  In my opinion their pricing is outrageous.

Bruce and Robert from Option One just got finished doing some work for us and the experience was fantastic. There was zero hassle in the entire experience. They arrived on time, demonstrated solid professional and courteous behavior, and also were extremely quick at identifying and resolving the issue. Forget five stars, if Yelp had a gold star, I would happily give it to them.

This is the second or third time we have used Option One and had a great experience, while you always hope you don't need to call a plumber, it's nice to have a good plumber to call.

Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night. Called Hays early on a Sunday morning, they sent out a tech, Brandon. He was knowledgeable and precessional and got the air back on in no time. Keep up the good work guys. Fantastic service!

We had a leak from the condensate drain clog in the attic. Terry from King Plumbing was great, professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He did a great job. I am extremely satisfied with his work.
