They did a great job with fixing my toilet. Very transparent and honest with the cost of everything. Mike was my plumber, and he did a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend Pink Plumbing & Sewer to anybody!

I called Diamondback plumbing today to replace a water heater.  I called them around 9am and since this wasn't an emergency I said the next available plumber would be great.  Around noon I received a call that the plumber was on his way. By the time he showed up I had already emptied the water heater and cleared space for him to work.  I asked if I should run to home depot and purchase the replacement water heater or if he was going to sell me one.  In the end I went to home depot and picked up a water heater and the other parts he recommended.  2 x 18in copper flex lines and a water heater pan.  When I return the old water heater is removed and he has installed some steel flex lines instead of the copper ones I bought.  We roll the water heater in and he gets everything installed.
Parts I purchased $622.89
Parts he supplied $27.27
Fuel surcharge $5
Labor for 90 minutes of work $300

The only things that bothered me was the fact that he kept the copper flex lines in lieu of charging me for the steel ones he found in his truck and that he parked in my driveway and left an oil spot.

Other than that I'm happy with the response time and how quickly things were fixed.

We needed several repairs, including a new kitchen faucet. Robert was right on time for both the estimate and the repairs. While on his way, we were notified by text (the company contact Gabriella was friendly and responsive) with a picture and biography of Robert. He was very personable, obviously knowledgeable, and got right to work. Afterward, he cleaned up the mess. We are extremely happy with the work done, and will request Robert if we need any more plumbing help.

If I could give this company 10 stars....I would! They listened to the problem we had with our water heater & had someone out the next day! Randall came to the house & took his time to thoroughly diagnose the problem (he did pressure tests & soap tests etc). Since we had such a bad experience with the first plumber who installed our water heater, Randall wanted to make sure he fixed it right the first time! He called various places to find the part he needed. He genuinely cared about our situation. This company has instilled good values in their employees. I will also mention that their prices are reasonable. You will not go wrong with this company!!!!

Very satisfied with the service I received from Chris tonight for emergency service to clear my clogged drains.  Responded promptly on a Sunday night and went through a thorough process to resolve the immediate issue as well as identify other less urgent future potential issues with the pipes in the house.  Reasonably priced.

Unbelievably overpriced. I had a shower faucet that wouldn't stop in the right place and had mixing issues. All I need was to be told the parts and I could have gotten everything done myself, but instead of what should have cost $200 for a faucet repair, it cost me $700! Not to mention the fact that they couldn't make it out on the original day they said they would, Monday. Then they rescheduled me for the wrong day when I told them Friday. Mike was a reasonably nice dude, so that's a positive. Should have called someone else 100%

The only reason that a membership was selected was because of the discount, so I literally selected THE CHEAPEST option given to me. I absolutely do not like the fact that they try to get you to buy a membership.

As far as researching my specific valve, locating the parts and same day pick up, I literally could have done this whole service in 3 hours or less. I don't see driving to Home Depot as a 700$ service, and yes, I'm sure someone there could have pointed me to the correct parts.
I guess I just got played, you're right, I could have and should have taken a while to research the item but I figured since this company has such great reviews, they must have fair pricing. It is clear now that they just groom their reviews and work hard to get people to post only positive reviews. But in the end, they have my money and there is nothing that can be done.

As far as scheduling, unfortunately no, your records are not correct. When your technicians COULD NOT MAKE THE SCHEDULED DAY AND TIME, I had zero options when called asking if we could reschedule. I asked if there was any chance they could still make it that day (which I consider informing you that it was an issue) and was denied. I should have not rescheduled in hindsight, but I chose this company so I was going to make sure they would come out. I did expect some sort of discount because of the missed day. Don't book me for Monday if you can't make it on Monday. I never, ever asked for an appointment on Wednesday. Your receptionist made a mistake, own it.

Also, really didn't like the absurd amount of phone calls from your reception. I got probably 4 calls on Monday letting me know I was being serviced today, I was next in line and that Someone will be coming soon, when in the end you couldn't make it out? That is honestly just annoying.

I hate writing reviews and wasting my time, but the fact that I spent 700$ for a service that was insanely simple and easy really upsets me.

Love, love, love this company! When we went to disconnect the washer and dryer for the moving company, we discovered that the valve for the cold water wasn't turning off. I emailed ProSkill at 8pm and had a (friendly, informational, knowledgable) plumber on-site 12 hours later! Does it get any easier than that?

I hear they don't travel south of Bell, but I'm hoping they'll consider modifying that to south of Cactus. I've used them multiple times and can't imagine I'd ever find another plumbing company as honest and friendly.

These guys did a great job. Needed my sewer line replaced from house to city connection and they were very responsive. They were the lowest quote and also had the quickest turn around to get it down. I would recommend them again for sure.

Dave within a couple days and was able to rebuild our custom copper fixture that needed replaced to do a slow leak! Really nice and accommodating as well!

Found Ascend on Yelp. First plumber couldn't find the leak and couldn't co.e back for 4 days. My husband cut open the wall. Second didn't have the parts to fix it but helped stop it. Again 4 day wait for next visit. All were great, but Mom just didn't want to wait.

Ascend was our third plumber and was a charm. Michael is very experienced, knowledgeable and professional.. He was  able to make it out the next morning where no one else could come until Tuesday. Best of all he had all the parts! He was on time and my mom really appreciated him.  He rebuilt my mom's leaking shower cartridge and valves. Adjusted the shower handle and caulked everything  If you ask me he went above and beyond. This is why I need Yelp!

Best of the best! We needed to get our water softener removed and pipe bounding done. Very quickly I heard back from Dianna, who scheduled an appointment for the following day to get a quote. Brian came out on time, even sent a message notifying us that he was en route. He evaluated the work needed to be done, provided us a quote and was back few days later to get is all done. Hands one one of the most professional, friendly and honest services around!

Not having hot water in your morning shower is not the way to start your day, finding your garage flooded doesn't make it any better. Thank goodness I found 100% Plumbing.  Mont told me how to turn the water off and Eddie & Evan (I'm horrible with names so I hope this is correct) came a couple hours later and changed our hot water tank and patiently answered all my questions!

I called rooter ranger on a Saturday morning and the phone staff was extremely nice and helpful routing my call to next  available tech that would call to let me know arrival time. Within 15 mins a tech called to trouble shoot and said he would be at my house wIthin 2 hours. Very awesome customer service. The tech that arrived was Mario, very professional and knowledgeable. He troubleshooted the leak in my shower and fixed the drip with a cap and offered to return to fix when parts arrive, didn't charge for the diagnostic or home visit such a great company with great customer service. Will call them again for sure!

Jordan was amazing. He came out one day to fix a leaky hose fixture and he got me on the schedule the next business day to fix my sinks (I needed to buy new faucets before he could help me out with those). All around great service, fast response time, and very nice!

We've been calling on Lawson Plumbing for about 4 years, from R/O to toilet to hot water heater, they are smart plumbers and care about customers.  This week they went above and beyond....AGAIN!   Pick Lawson, and enjoy the on-time service.

My only complaint is the receptionist whom I called mid-way through my appointment time slot of 10-12AM to ask her if the service person was going to be late and asked her to please call me if he was going to come past the 12:00 window as I had plans with my granddaughter.  She never called back and the service person didn't arrive until 12:40.  He was very apologetic and got right to the task at hand; clearing my bathtub drain.  He was a very nice young man who took the time to explain everything he was doing and the best part of it was they stuck to their advertised price of $49.50.  Unlike the previous company who came out (Schuelke Plumbing, LLC ) who said they were going to have to charge me $200 becuase he had to use his rooter without even removing the drain plug to take a look at it.  So call Option One if you need this kind of repair.  I am a very picky person and would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the flaky receptionist.

We love Hays! Nick Pratt was just here to service our tankless hot water heater. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, very pleasant to deal with and was able to take care of the issues we were having. The entire office staff is professional and pleasant to work with! The window of time they give you isn't half a day so you aren't stuck waiting, they call when they're on the way or if they're running a little late (which rarely happens). I wouldn't call anyone else for our heating, A/C and plumbing needs!

King plumbing gets a very good review from me.  Although I did not hire them for plumbing because I am a very good plumber myself but rather I hired them for air conditioner service.  This technical kind of job out classes my skill set and tools so I needed  some help.  So I Yelped out.  A few out other companies were not willing to service my unit (because it was a Mexican market unit I bought for cheap).  Some other companies were willing but they Didn't have any reviews yet but I wasn't willing to be the first one.  So I called King plumbing because they had very good reviews already.  What can I say the reviews don't lie.  The first company I hired last year to do the install messed up the install.  It was a simple mistake but there was a tiny leak and so the machine ran out of Freon in the winter when I need it to make heat which makes it kind of difficult to service.  King Plumbing Took care of it easily, and they came through right away and fixed it very reasonably.  Their master journey man level technician was very professional and respectful.  I was happy and proud to leave him his first tip.
