Best Plumbing Services in Phoenix, AZ

I contacted Pink Plumbing to take a look at a water heater at my rental property . After the inspection I had no contact with the technician. Technician told my tenants he would email / call me with the diagnosis. I didn't hear anything that day or the next. After not hearing back I phoned pink plumbing , the admin said the tech had not put notes in the account but she would have them do it and follow up . I received a follow up text stating she reached my tech and he would email or follow up with diagnosis. Tech went out on Dec 14  and still have not heard anything on 12/23. I couldn't have my tenants go without hot water so I went elsewhere . Very disappointing that they didn't follow up initially or after I followed up with them .

*UPDATE:* Chris the owner contacted me and took ownership of this situation with the tech that was assigned to me . Although I did not receive work by Pink Plumbing, I will consider them in the future .

I was selling a rental house and needed a water leak in some exterior irrigation piping fixed quickly so we could close the sale. I was unavailable to be on site and Jen one of the office gals was EXCELLENT with customer service. However the plumber Justin and the supervisor Steve or Ed were HORRIBLE! Plumber got on site and saw the part that was leaking and said he had never seen it before and that it must be from Sprinklerworld.  Being that I was in a rush to get the work done, I said just fix it. He replaced the leaking piece with something completely different to the tune of $300. The next day I found the same exact part at Home Depot for $33. When I called in to complain/discuss the supervisor was not interested in hearing what I had to say or take any kind of ownership with the issue. He kept talking over me and essentially wouldn't let me complete sentences and listen. Folks this is NOT a company that you want to have doing work for you. To the uniformed they may seem like they want to help and deal fairly, but to those aware they are obviously trying to gouge people they think they can take advantage of. I added 3 pics here to identify what was not working and what they replaced it with. Not sure if they'll stay or if Diamondback will get them deleted.

Our plumber was the greatest and it was the best experience I have ever had with a plumber. Fast honest service and left the place clean and shiny

Had an emergency plumbing issue, and water was backing out and coming out from under the toilets. I'm usually a do it yourself, but I knew this was out of my league. My wife went on Yelp and found Scottsdale Rooter. Within a couple of hours Chris was at our house and tackled the problem. He did an excellent job and also fixed one other issue while on site. Would highly recommend Scottsdale Rooter, and will only use them in the future!

Great customer service but a little pricey. I had Tony out to fix a leak from an old water softener system line. He was very thorough and went over some concerns with the plumbing in my home and gave me estimates to fix them all. I ended up just having the water softener line removed and putting the main line back to its original form. Thank you Tony.

We called Lawson late on a Sunday night when our driveway and sidewalk decided to become a natural spring - while it wasn't flooding our house, it wasn't fun seeing my next paycheck being washed away down the street at a rate of 21 gallons per minute (ouch). The technician on call answered the phone and assured us that somebody would be out in the morning to take a look. Sure enough, he was able to come out even earlier than the window they gave and was able to shut off the water at the meter and stem the flood in our driveway. He was very professional and friendly. Although the estimate came in a little over above our budget and we ultimately went with a different company, I have to give Lawson five stars because they offered such good service and didn't even charge us for coming out and shutting off the water when we didn't know what to do. We will definitely be considering Lawson for future plumbing needs

Fall furnace (heat pump) checkup. Went as expected with no issues found. Love the entire process with text message reminders and notification of who the tech is and will be their shortly, etc.

Yair came over for an issue we had and from the absolute very beginning he was very respectful and professional. I would gladly recommend this business. Thank you guys so much for a prompt response and great work.

Dave came out to repair my clogged toilet in our guest bathroom this morning. He was on time and very responsive and very reasonably priced.

The original company that was supposed to follow up at my mom's house once my husband opened up the wall for a leak was unable to come until Tuesday. Being a Friday it was just too long to wait as the leak ended up being active unless the main was off.

I hit Yelp again and Sound Plumbing was thr first company that I called that could make it before then. Dylan showed up the same day, but didn't have the parts to fix until Tuesday as thr parts stores would be closed for the holiday weekend and he was booked for Monday, He was able to stop the water from leaking where the main could be on which bought us some time. He was professional, super polite. Great guy. I would recommend!

Once 100% Plumbing earned my business, they showed me that their top priority was to keep my business going forward.  Mont and Eddie went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the purchase and installation of a new toilet.  Eddie performed the work neatly and efficiently, and the appointment scheduling was super-convenient too as they even let you know by text message when the service tech is en route.  That level of care certainly will have them keeping me as a customer for all of my future plumbing needs.

These guys were awesome to work with. Scheduling was easy and painless and they were upfront about cost and scope from the very beginning. They communicate better than pretty much every company I've ever done business with. Not an exaggeration. Mike was a pleasure to work with. My job was not an easy one but he got it done and made sure it was done right. Glad I found them they're my go to for any plumbing issues I have in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Mario snd Jesus. It was a Friday night on a holiday weekend and my toilet was stopped up. They were running behind and came out at around 8:30 Pm. Because it was later than they said they would not charge us. That has never happened!  What plumber would come out, do a stellar job and not charge you?  In fact, they would charge more for a Friday night.  Thank you Mario and Jesus. You are now our plumbers for life!!

Highly recommend . Tommy our plumber was so prompt and very good to deal with . It was an usual problem but he fixed it . Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant .

Finding the right plumber in the sea of contractors that is Arizona is never easy. NO NEED TO LOOK ANY FURTHER.

I called Option One Plumbing on Friday for a backed up sewer line. The said that someone would come out this afternoon. I got a message around 5 pm that they had to reschedule for Monday. I called them back on Saturday morning and they said that it would be an extra $150 to come on Saturday. My appoint was set for Friday so I'm not paying extra when they could not keep their appointment, I said no and called another plumber. I would never recommend or use this company...

Please allow me to paint a picture for you. It's December, my wife and I have recently welcomed our second daughter into the world and on the morning of our second day home from the hospital our central heating goes out.

Now I know it's Arizona and yeah it doesn't get that cold however this is 2 days after we get home with a baby that had an extended stay in the hospital due to some complications so naturally my wife and I are a bit on edge about this issue.

We have heard rave reviews from everyone who has worked with the Hays family and they were all correct. We reached out and they made space in their busy schedule on the same day, even having their technician Mark work late to resolve our issue and get us back up and running same day!!

To summarize, clean technical staff, fair prices and exceptional service from a locally family owned business!!
