I couldn't be happier with the service that was provided throughout the entire process. I called on a Saturday to have someone take a look at a number leaks I discovered the night before. Jerry came out on the same day. He was very kind. I told him he was the first person to come out and I wanted to have others take a look at it too. He was very understanding and even tightened something to temporarily make the leaking stop. He was the only one that could come out on Saturday. Everyone else I had to set up time for the upcoming Monday. Turned out that the price Jerry provided was around the same price range but on the lower end. I decided to move forward with the work and it was beyond my expectations. I thought I would only get one of the three things fixed but he fixed all three and I got a discount! He was quick and everything looked great. I'm so happy. Thank you, thank you so much for helping me.

Friday afternoon, hubby found our ancient water heater had bursted on one side and leaked water that covered roughly half of our garage where it was located.  He was able to get the leak to stop but now we were without hot water.  He called our home warranty company for help but being so late in the afternoon, they needed to pick up our case the next morning.

Mid-morning today, Saturday, we received a call from Lawson Family Plumbing wanting to schedule a time to come out.  I had to call back twice but each rep I spoke with were incredibly nice and easy to talk to.  We agreed on a timeframe of 3 to 6pm and our tech, Vic, called within 2 hours of me initially setting the time to ask if he could come sooner.  WELL YES OF COURSE!  He ended up coming over about 90 minutes sooner than scheduled.

During the initial visit, we found out that there was an additional charge we weren't aware of that our home warranty didn't cover, which was the removal and disposal of the old water heater.  Thankfully, it was reasonable and didn't put us in financial hardship.  

As hubby and I expected, our ancient water heater needed to be replaced.  Once that was determined, Vic left to pick up a new water heater and came back to install it.  Total time spent was about 2 and a half hours.  Vic worked quickly and cleaned up really well, like he was never there.  He was also incredibly nice and easy to talk to, much like the reps I spoke with over the phone.

Thank you home warranty company for sending angels from Lawson to help!  Now that this ordeal is resolved, I can proudly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Chris and team did a great job for me.  I needed some major work that ranged from a sink leak to a sewer line replacement that required digging through my concrete floors.  I was very appreciative that they were willing to work through the weekend to get the job done.  They were prompt, meticulous in sealing off the work areas in my kitchen and family rooms and cleaned the work area daily.  
I give Chris and team my highest recommendation and certainly would use them again.

It doesn't surprise me that this company has a 5 star rating. I had Precision air and plumbing install 3 AC units for me last year. Over $15,000 spent with them. 1 year later my AC quits working. 90 degrees in the house on a friday afternoon. Called  Precision to get someone out to fix it. Monday of the next week was there response! Called ProSkill Services and spoke with a very friendly gal, who had a service tech at my door within the hour! Aiden arrived. What a professional, Intelligent and very friendly young man. Aiden explained everything to me and the entire bill was only $125.00. He had to replace a part, that they covered under warranty, and waived the trip charge! I was only charged labor. I have owned my own business for 25 years, and can't say enough about the professional way all of the staff treated me. Isaac was a saint and our bathtub drain was fixed in under 20 minutes. 10/10 would call again. Extremely efficient and easy to work with!! Go with them!

Called Somers Plumbing based on Dave's experience & customer reviews and he lived up to all of it! Quick response, explained the problem & fixed it quickly! A nice guy. You're crazy if you don't call him & support this entrepreneur and his new business!

Michael (the owner) came out to replace an old hose bib (faucet) that had begun to leak badly. He arrived on time, calling beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He showed up masked, and even put on booties for the inside work. Replacing the faucet required opening up an interior wall to get at the plumbing. Access was awkward, requiring either removal of a toilet tank or working underneath a built-in desk. He opened the wall from the desk side (saving me money on parts & labor), working in the cramped space below the desk. He also installed an access door, which hid the hole nicely and allows future access if needed. The faucet itself is from a US manufacturer, appears well-made, and is easy to turn (which my wife will appreciate). He did such a great job I asked if he could replace our other outside faucet, and he was able to do that on the same visit, giving us a discount since a second trip wasn't needed. The whole job took him only three hours, and I felt the cost was quite reasonable. I'm very pleased with the work done, and would definitely hire Element Plumbing for any future plumbing work.

Brian is one of the most honest men I've ever met in the industry. His knowledge goes beyond what I was expecting and his customer service was excellent. I highly recommend using his company.

100% would recommend. I noticed an outside leak this morning, called 100% Plumbing, and they fix it. This all occurred within 2 hours - talk about service! Eden was the technician that came out. He took the time to answer my questions, was polite, and worked efficiently. Thank you!

What a GREAT experience.  First talked to David on the phone who was so knowledgeable about RO Systems and went out of his way to explain it all.  John came to install the new system and was a pro!  Allegiance replaced our whole system and we feel confident that it is a better RO System than we had as well as knowing we hired the right people.  You will not be disappointed with Allegiance!

Mark & Tito came out to unclog the kitchen and fix a leak. They were here approximately five minutes before they fixed the clog. The leak required 2 washers and they were done fairly quickly. No jacking up the price and charging for stuff I didn't actually need. I would definitely use them again. 100%

They were quick to respond with out needs for a water softener. I appreciated the details the tech representative had with the materials and he knew his stuff. I asked questions and husband too that made us comfortable to do business with him. I asked him why them and not their competitors and provided a solid statement and his reason why he works for them. I paid a little more more than another company but also felt confident that they work as a team and are happy there to stand by their words. Thanks for your pride in the work you do!

Joe was great.  Came out, gave me a quote on an outdoor plumbing issue, and fixed everything up quickly.  And did I mention it was 110 degrees out?  What more do u want from your plumber? Thanx Joe!

I only needed help on a simple but annoying kitchen drain clogging issue and called Option One (never used them before). Option One kept it simple for me, gave me an upfront estimate, arrived on time and completed the work in an efficient manner. What more could you ask for? I'll use them again for sure!
