Most amazing plumber I have ever had. Had my garbage disposal replaced by Lou Hernandez. Not only did he show up on time, he wore shoe covers to protect my floors. The garbage disposal was replaced in a short amount of time.  I would not hesitate to call them again!

Came out to give an estimate. Plumber said he didn't have the right part and I could pay $200 to keep their supply depot open after hours or come back the next day. I opted for them to come back the next day to repair the leak. The plumber said the office would call with a total and get permission to commence repairs and collect payment. The next day came and went. It's been 6 days and I never heard from them again. Seems my issue wasn't going to make them much money so they completely ignored my business. There are plenty of other great plumbers in the valley that are grateful for your business, I'd look to them instead.

My washing machine started to overflow and the kitchen sink at the same time. Hansen family plumbing was able to send someone out within the hour to clean out the drain outside. Thank you Robert for you great work and conversation.

Called on Thursday afternoon ... new water heater installed next morning. David knows his plumbing folks ... his work is not merely functional, it's a work of art. Nice guy too. Let me start by telling you that this is not the cheapest plumbing company in town, if you're looking for the cheapest, this is not for you, but if you don't mind spending a few extra bucks for top notch service, quality and experience, then this company should be your plumbing company.   I called on Monday to have a leaking toilet wax ring and toilet shut off valve replaced.  The owner, Chris answered the phone and got me scheduled for the next morning (btw, I love that the owner answers the phone and does scheduling and will give you a quote right then and there while on the phone).  The tech he sent out was fantastic. He was clean cut, smiling, spoke well and was very polite.  He did a great job and also cleaned up the area where he was working nicely before he left.  This is my second time that I have used them and I am as impressed as the first time.  Last time it was a tech named Larry and he was just as great!  Also, I got a $50 discount for being a repeat customer!  Thank you Chris for running a great crew and a great company!

My technician Bill arrived early, did the work promptly, professionally and timely and couldn't be happier about the results...some drywall had to be cut to replace water valves in the laundry room, but I was planning on remodeling  anyway and dryer hides it anyway...thx

Had a leak that came through the ceiling at 130am. The worst!! Called Lawson plumbing at 4 am and they showed up at 8. Quickly assessed and fixed the problem. Awesome well done plumbing work both inside and outside the house. I will call Lawson first if I ever need plumbing work done again!!

These guys are awesome! I called about some electrical to dos and they were able to get a tech out the next day. I was scheduled the day after that for the repairs after being happy with my quote. The tech that came out was fabulous! He was so friendly and never let his frustration show when dealing with a stubborn oven issue that took forever. He even showed up 4 hours early, but he did call first to ask if he could some early. I was happy about that. They were prompt and didn't upsell unneeded parts. We will use them at our new home. I appreciate good, honest, reasonably priced work by competent technicians

We had an emergency on a Saturday night and Elite Rooter responded quickly to our call. We had the pleasure working with Joel who was very professional and went above and beyond and stayed until the job was done. Two days later Soro came to do a checkup to make sure that everything was working great. In the ten years that we lived in the house we had have many different Rooter company's that comes out but none have never found our clean out . Soro found it within half an hour. we are so please on professional and knowledgeable team is we will continue to use Elite rooter in the future and also recommend to are friends and family

My shower had severe water damage due to a leak. Somers Plumber gave an estimate and different options for the situation. Amazing work, the price is just right! Definitely my go to plumber now. Extremely friendly, explained in clear details about the situation. Professional and reliable.

Uncommonly good experience.  Solid work too.  Very reasonable pricing.  So glad I hired Sound Plumbing to install the water softener I bought at HD.  They also had to install the Plumb lines as the house wasn't built to accommodate a water softener.

Not sure about other plumbers but Eden is the best I've seen. He has been out several times and is all about saving his customers money! A lot of companies up charge! He is honest and lets you know the facts so you can decide! Solid company and solid guy!

We had our water heater which we purchased from Allegiance three years ago drained and flushed. They are a fantastic company to deal with. Very helpful and reliable. Their prices are very reasonable. David is a tremendous business man and great leader in the company. Our technician who serviced our water heater  John Gonzales,  was wonderful. Can't express the appreciation we have for Kevin and Darryl who came out and helped us with our leak.  We had a foundation leak and the contractor for the warranty company wanted to jack hammer our foundation just to find the leak.  Kevin and Darryl were able to find it and fix it without damaging our foundation and the work completed was several hundred less than their initial quote..  They prepared us for the worse and gave us the best, all within 2 days over the Christmas holidays saving us a thousands of dollars and a lot of headache.  Contractor for the warranty company had us wait almost a week for someone to come out just to reschedule to try to find the leak for 3 days later.  We would still be without hot water today if it weren't for Kevin and Darryl.  Can't thank them enough for all their help and patience with us and all of our questions.

I am happy with Adam who arrived within the time frame and the price was as quoted. He was kind, quick and knowledgeable. I have a home warranty and refused to use it as they only send 1 & 2 Star rated suppliers. Plumbing is too important to leave up to chance!  I will use Option One for my future needs and the needs of my clients (I'm a House Mgr).  Thanks Adam!

Part 2...Hays Cooling & Heating came out after I booted out the first company I called (search my name for my part 1 review). Mike came out and quickly realized that the ONLY thing that was needed to be changed was the capacitor. THE CAPACITOR, that's it. Oh and he also realized that some wires were fused together (fixed) when the capacitor burned out. I was so impressed with Mike's honesty that I signed up for their maintenance contract for 1yr on the spot. Even Mike said that he joined Hays because they are above board and do not expect the techs to sell but to fix (what a great concept)! Hays, you have a customer for life and with my big mouth, I will be extolling your virtues for many years to come. Thank you for cooling us off!!!

I've used King Plumbing, Heating and AC twice now. Once for an AC issue and once for a plumbing problem. Both experiences have been wonderful!
