Fast response time they were able to come out the same day that I called them. They were able to diagnose the issue and fix it within the hour.

Contacted them to have an AO Smith water heater repaired. They are even on the AO Smith directory for authorized repair centers. They sent a tech out and the tech said he needed to get in touch with AO's tech support for assistance to help diagnose the problem. However the tech support was closed. So the technician said their is nothing he can until Monday when tech support opens. I was told to call the office to make another appointment for Monday for the tech to return.  The operators answered (btw their operators are all very polite and kind) and they transferred to the supervisor on duty, Joe. I asked Joe if I was going to be charged for today visit. Joe replied yes and people don't work for free and did he not come out their to fix your water heater?  The tech only made a call. Did not even try to diagnose the problem because he did not have the knowledge to do so without tech support. I would assume a company that repairs AO water heater would also know that the tech support is closed on the weekends if that is how they normally operate.  They could have saved themselves a trip if they knew their technician would need tech support. I called up a different plumber on the AO list and he knew exactly what was needed to be done and had it repaired the same day. I do not recommend Diamondback Plumbing

Poor office communication.  I booked an appointment for one week out.  Waited with a broken shower for the highly rated Hansen plumbers.  Sent pictures and discussed solutions.  They stood me up.  Called and they had every excuse in the book.  In the end, they told me that they probably dropped the ball because i was outside of their service area.  However, I am well within the service area which they drew on the yelp map.  I think that they just have so much work due to their high reviews and likely strong field work that they are losing some customer service on the scheduling side.

Manager who responded does not understand his service area map on yelp or what actually happened with the schedule.  Nor did they follow up after the appointment was set.

Great locally and family owned company. Matt was super knowledgeable and helpful with our plumbing issues. A trustworthy company that offers  very fair pricing!

Our kitchen sinks had been draining a bit slowly for a month or so, but a couple of days ago, they completely stopped draining, and I had several inches of water in each one.  I had previously been told by a different company that I needed to get a hydro jet done on the pipe, but the quote was almost $600, so that seemed a bit expensive--plus, when I called them, I was told they couldn't have anyone out until the next afternoon.  So I was happy when I called Scottsdale Rooters instead, and they told me they could have a plumber out the same day. They also told me that the cost would be $249.  Larry arrived at my house at the promised time, and was done in about an hour. He had not only gone up on our roof to clean out the pipe, but he also ran our dishwasher to clean it out, because he told me some water had backed up into it.  Problem solved--glad I can use my kitchen sinks again!

Jim and Joel came on time and were very professional. My main sewer drain was plugged and they got everything cleared. They were friendly and answered all of my questions.
Everyone from Kristina taking my call to completion of the job was great and I will definitely use them again!

Had a great experience with Lawson Family Plumbing. I put in for a quote yesterday to get some drains unclogged, they called me a few hours later and set up something for today, which was very helpful. The man who came (my apologies, I didn't catch his name) called when he was on his way (he was early, which was great for me!). He unclogged both drains really quickly and had a pleasant demeanor and was very friendly. He even gave me a discount!

I will definitely use Lawson again in the future.

I made the appointment and they scheduled a service call the very next day, immediately confirmed via text, with the name and photo of the service tech. Also, texted me when he was on his way. Joseph was one of the most professional service techs Ive dealt with in a very long time.

I strongly recommend Ascend Plumbing. They have completed two jobs for me and have been very responsive and completed excellent work. Michael knows what he is doing and answered all of my questions. Im thankful that he was willing to work on a holiday weekend when many other plumbers weren't answering their phones. Thanks to them I didn't have to go without a shower for 3 days!

Sound Plumbing did a great job for us today. We had a few items for updates and repair, Brian was very professional and knew his stuff. Definitely will call again for any plumbing needs.

A truly great experience. We had a gas leak in our outdoor BBQ and Firepit/Firepots. We asked for recommendations and several neighbors suggested 100%. Jason explained what he was going to do and why it was the best course of action. A couple of hours later it was all finished and working. The cost was very reasonable. Thank you!

I don't take the time to publish reviews unless the service I received was exceptionally good or bad. Allegiance Water definitely earned an exceptionally great review. Every aspect! Super friendly, down to earth, fair prices, honored schedules from calls to showing up, actually caring about the end products.
The finish work was awesome. Attention to detail. Not doing the minimum but going over & beyond. I would let these guys install a stent in my heart.

I would definitely recommend Rooter Ranger to anyone looking for a great professional plumbing and speedy service work, had a clogged pipe and a major leak got ahold of Rooter Ranger and notified them of my problem and the female I spoke to advised me that a Tech would be out to my house in about an hour and sure enough the Tech called me 30 minutes later talk about speedy reply and the Tech Roy Camacho advised me that he would be at my house in a few minutes which only took him about 15 minutes to show up at my house, Roy was very professional and clean with the work that he provided and he was done quick and left me satisfied and happy that I got my kitchen sink fixed I am definitely gonna do business with Roy Camacho and Rooter Ranger as far as plumbing problems from here on into the future Thanks Rooter Ranger for the Great honest work.

Horrible service.  Hired them to fix a few minor things at my rental property and they charged my wife $700.  A few days later the toilets they supposedly fixed wouldn't work.  We called and left 5 messages without a return call.  Renters were appropriately going nuts ... called ASAP today and they were out in 30 minutes and fixed all the mistakes Lawson had made.  I am disputing the charges now ... pathetic.  Maybe I was just unlucky as other rating seemed very positive which led to my decision.  From now on I only call google guaranteed providers.

When the worker showed up to snake my slow laundry drain he immediately tried to upsell me and explained how he couldn't really guarantee service for the $49.50 Inalready paid. Why would someone show up and immediately unguarantee their service? I will tell you why.

I told him to snake it anyway and he did for 5-10 minutes. Then he asked me to come out and see what he pulled out of the drain. There was a bunch of debris and he said your line is busted somewhere, we have to come in with a camera and figure out where it is. We would have to tear that wall over there out to get a camera down.

I thanked him and ushered him out of my property. When I tried to do laundry later it back up much worse than ever before onto my laundry room floor. Thanks Option One but no Thanks.

I called Hays this morning to try to get an estimate for how much it would cost to replace the two thermostats we have in our house.  We had used Hays in the past to repair our air conditioner and had been satisfied with their work.  The gentleman told me on the phone that it would be a $79.95 charge for them to come to our house to give us an estimate on replacing our thermostats.  I asked if the $79.95 charge could be waived; he said no.  I asked if we ended up going ahead with the replacement if the $79.95 charge could be credited towards the replacement costs; he said no.  I relayed the information to my husband and he decided to call them to see if the almost $80 trip charge to provide us with an estimate could be waived since we have a history with the company.  Not sure who he talked to, but whoever it was agreed to waive the charge for him.  A few minutes later he gets a call back from someone at Hays telling him that the person he talked to earlier was new, and that they were not willing to waive the charge.  Heading in the wrong direction Hays.  First, not being willing to waive the $80 fee to come to our house to give us just an estimate, after being loyal customers, seems like bad customer service and in poor taste.  But then to actually call us back to tell us that you're taking back your offer to waive the fee after saying you were willing to do so is just something else entirely.  You've lost this loyal customer and any future referrals.

Called this morning and Brendan was at our house in less than an hour. He was very nice and explained what he found and what he did. Hopefully I will not need a plumber for a long time but if I do, I will be calling King again!
