Excellent company. I've always used for minor things but they really stepped up with a major slab leak. My home warranty company keeps using other companies that leave a lot to be desired. After dealing with another company that took 2 weeks to even think if repairing a slab leak causing water on my foundation, these guys were out in 2 days (cause I had to work my schedule to be home not because they delayed scheduling). They did a major re routing of my plumbing that other company couldn't even plan for. Way to go diamondback plumbing. Definitely will be on my favorites list.

Had a water pressure valve installed, Hansen Family Plumbing offered the best price of all those I queried.  First thing is Hansen Family Plumbing is responsive - extremely quick and always kept me informed on arrivals, etc.  I needed to have them come out after a few  days to take a look at some vibration noises, turns out that it was my fault when I added a pressure gauge to the spigot.  They came out right away to investigate and took the time to educate me on the do's and don'ts of what I did, and were really great about that.  One of the best customer service experiences and definitely recommend Hansen Family Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable and customer focused business.

Needed a plumber again. So called Bumble Bee Plumbing. They sent someone out in a timely fashion. Sam was very polite and completely professional. Explained the options for this fix and got right down to business. Another satified customer!

Called Lawson for low pressure in the guest bathroom shower.  Upon arrival at our home, the tech informed us that the shower head was corroded and we did not need any plumbing work -- told me to clean the shower head with lime remover.  THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR ANYTHING INCLUDING THE SITE VISIT!!  I thought that was high class, and I would call them again as they are honest and trustworthy.  Thank you!!

They are very professional and complete the task with a high level of expertise. They were prompt and thorough. The service man was very knowledgeable and took care of the problem quickly. This is the second time that we've use their services and will continue to do so in the future.

Had an appointment set up and was told they would show up between 4pm and 5pm . At around 445 I called to verify  they were coming and was told to expect them between 4 and 6 and I was the next stop. It's now 715 and no one has shown and their office is close. 99% of any job is showing up.

I needed two faucets replaced. Dave was good in communicating price, appointment time, etc. He arrived on time, did a great job. Price was reasonable.

The original company that was supposed to follow up at my mom's house once my husband opened up the wall for a leak was unable to come until Tuesday. Being a Friday it was just too long to wait as the leak ended up being active unless the main was off.

I hit Yelp again and Sound Plumbing was thr first company that I called that could make it before then. Dylan showed up the same day, but didn't have the parts to fix until Tuesday as thr parts stores would be closed for the holiday weekend and he was booked for Monday, He was able to stop the water from leaking where the main could be on which bought us some time. He was professional, super polite. Great guy. I would recommend!

Extremely pleased with 100% Plumbing. McKinley, who handled my job, showed up on time, was very professional and courteous. The quality of the workmanship was extremely high. In fact, it was some of the best plumbing work I've seen. Great job! I will definitely be a future customer when necessary.

Allegiance Water Services did install my faucet yesterday (May 27th). They did a nice job and seemed very sincere in wanting to address my complaint. They also provided some educational on my plumbing system.  I would recommend them now.

Fast and friendly same day service. Had an issue with my shower not draining properly so I called Rooter Rangers and had a technician out to fix the problem within 20 minutes of me calling! Would highly recommend!

Great company!  Very honest, ethical and responsive.  Wouldn't use any other plumbers!  These plumbers are wonderful and take pride in their work.  Always on time and won't steer you wrong.  Trust their word on all things plumbing!

Just the facts:
After reading this, also look at the PS that resulted from the owner's attention.  I was out of town and received a call that a heater in a rent house was not working.  Called Hays--first time I used them.  They told me that a service call was $70 plus repairs and that the technician would call to authorize repairs.  When the call did not come I called the tenant.  The technician had come and gone--discovered it was only the gas valve in the off position--turned it on, furnace was working, and left.  Got a call from Hays asking for $160.  According to the technician, the extra $90 was for the safety check.  I mailed a check so they have no cause for complaint.  
This does not square with all the previous glowing reviews.
Does this deserve one star?  Yes--they should have been more up front about the charges.

PS.  The owner called and admitted a mistake in the charges.  It has to do with what the technician writes down and this technician was new to the company.  A refund is being processed.  Will raise the rating another notch when received.  I will try them again and then Hays may deserve a 5 star rating.
PSS: Received a refund of $90.

My wife and I just moved to Tempe. There were a few plumbing issues; to say the least. I was refereed to King by my agent. Terry was very pleasant on the phone. He was also able to accommodate me by sending a plumber the next day. The plumber was Randy. He was AWESOME. Very personal and informative. He did not talk down to me or treat me like I was an idiot for not knowing how to fix the problems. It was like he was helping a buddy and not some guy that just called. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Unless we move away we will never use any other plumbing service.
