Pink Plumbing was a real pleasure to work with.  They sent a few  appointment and confirmation reminders leading up to Jason's arrival. Unlike many service companies, you know they'll be there when they say they will.  When Jason arrived, he was incredibly friendly and helpful.  I had plenty of questions about the job and about a couple other issues we had.  He was patient and didn't push us into anything we didn't want or need.  I'm beyond happy with Pink Plumbing and they will be my first call when we do our kitchen remodel and all other plumbing issues.

Very happy with the service provided by the technician Scott. It was after normal business hours. The service he provided was fast, reasonably priced, efficient and he cleaned up after himself. Highly recommend.

I emailed them yesterday and they called this morning and were at the house at 9:30 AM . Great response time . Kevin showed up and figured out how to get the cover off our faucet and went to the Plumbing supply store and came back with the part and repaired the faucet . The repair was done expertly and the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was there YELP add says      10% off for new customers and we did not see that on the bill . $250 was a little high in my opinion too .

After getting your response maybe in the Yelp add it should say mention YELP and get 10% off as a new customer . Like I said Kevin was great , price a little too high and did not get the discount .

I would like to highly recommend this business....especially if you have concerns over the current safety precautions this pandemic is causing.  I had a plugged bathtub and as someone in a high risk group was nervous about having someone in my house.  I called Lawson based on their Yelp reviews.  James arrived promptly at 8 a.m. wearing mask and gloves. I sat in my front yard, directed him to the bathroom.  He put on shoe covers, went in, figured out what was wrong and cost, came back out, removed shoe covers and gave me price. He then fixed it, came back out with invoice and asked if I wanted to have him put in my credit card number.  No contact whatsoever.  Professional, pleasant, I felt very secure about the whole process.  Will definitely use again!

I can't say enough amazing things about this company!! I reached out at 8:30 at night through Yelp, I had a response within minutes from the owner Chris! The next day we had Larry come out, he found out the issue and he immediately reached out to a Water restoration company who was at our house within the hour!
Larry came back the next day (once the area was dry) and proceeded to replace pipes and fix the leak!
He gave us a great price ( thought it was going to be much more ) and when commented on how low it was- Larry said, 'Nope, we are an honest company and we don't rip people off!!' Love it!!!
I HIGHLY recommend this company to EVERYONE that has any plumbing issue!!

They came early (calling before they arrived to make sure it was ok) and fixed the issue in 30 minutes. The plumber was also very personable. I would use them again.

Lawson came out to my house on an emergency basis.  It was 8pm on a Fri, in the middle if a monsoon rain storm and they were managed to be out in 30 min.

Their outstanding service saved my kitchen from flooding (even after I shut the main waiter off).  He found the cause quickly.

I will refer Lawson to everyone!  Their service was better than outstanding!!

Awesome caring people.... never dealt with them before but had a problem where my sewer was backing up into my shower. I called them Saturday morning at 8;30....The lady who answered the phone was very caring and concerned and was as helpful as she could be..By 11:00 Aaron A the service tech came and fixed the problem.  also a very nice young man.. They treat people like family and don't gouge you...Bravo

I needed my front hose bib replaced. After calling most of the plumbers in the southeast valley the best offer I had was for $250, other offers were to be charged $50 to just come out and give a quote! Luckily I called Elite Rooter before I gave up. They came out the same day for a free quote, only plumbing company I found that would do that. Later that week Michael Chavez came out and had the job done in a half hour, for a fraction of what the other companies would have charged! This company is great, professional, and won't overcharge. From now on when my friends need a plumber I will strongly suggest Elite Rooter. Seriously, I got very lucky by calling this company.

Dave came out to repair my clogged toilet in our guest bathroom this morning. He was on time and very responsive and very reasonably priced.

Absolutely the best! Got right down to the problem and fixed plugged kitchen sink. Fast, efficient and reasonable. Couldn't ask more than that!

Anyways..  Brian was great.  Found my water heater leaking and he came out the next morning.  Just quick and easy for me..

5 Stars and TWO Thumbs Up for Jason Ebert and Mont at 100% Plumbing!

My whole house water filtration cartridge was first installed about 10 years ago.  But a few weeks ago I began noticing that the housing had started to leak.  Luckily, this thing had been located on the outside of our house - so the leak was more of a nuisance than a big mess.

But it was time to replace the copper pipes and shutoff valves, and the old filter housing as well.  So I got three prices from three different plumbers.  Although the price I got from 100% Plumbing wasn't the lowest, I found 100% Plumbing and the many 5 Star ratings on Yelp from their former customers to be the deciding factor.

Jason showed up on the day and time we had agreed on, and he worked for a couple of hours.  When he finished, I found his work to be first class.  Everything he said he would do had been done perfectly.  All the new copper pipes and shutoff valves were placed exactly as they needed to be.  And the new pipes and cartridge housing had no runs, drips, or errors.

I am very happy that I chose 100% Plumbing to do the work I needed to have done.  Their price was fair and there were no problems from start to finish.  If you need a good, honest plumber  I highly recommend these guys!

These guys were awesome to work with. Scheduling was easy and painless and they were upfront about cost and scope from the very beginning. They communicate better than pretty much every company I've ever done business with. Not an exaggeration. Mike was a pleasure to work with. My job was not an easy one but he got it done and made sure it was done right. Glad I found them they're my go to for any plumbing issues I have in the future.

Jason and Eric came out and performed thoroughly they were great and phenomenal will be calling them for every plumbing service in the near future

Jordan is really friendly and did a fantastic job replacing my whole water manifold. It was  bad and right away can tell the water pressure is now better in my house after he replaced everything. My water pressure was really high, I had a constant leak and everything was corroded. He came during the time he promised and left the work area clean. He was upfront with me about everything when setting it up and his pricing is really great. He gave me the best quote and also has warranty on his work! Lawson Family Plumbing came to our home to replace our hot water heater and install a Grundfos recirculating unit. Kevin was fast, courteous, and professional.  We have used Lawson Family Plumbing in the past and have always had a good experience.

Our garbage disposal broke and my son-in-law recommended that I call Option One. Sammy was the plumber that was sent and he was on time and very thorough and knowledgeable. He cleaned up completely and left us very happy.

My split unit air conditioner needed to be replaced. When I called my regular ac guy, I learned he had passed away. So started the hunt for someone new. I asked for recommendations. I got a number of them. I ended up going with Hays. Bill answered all my questions. Even ones I didn't know to ask. Price was comparable to the others. We scheduled the install. The guys were on time. Nice guys. Couldn't be happier with the results. The Yelp reviews were a big reason I went with Hays.

I can't say enough about the customer service from King Plumbing & AC.  Just as luck would have it the AC in my home stopped cooling on a weekend in July, it was just running constantly.  I posted a message on Yelp that following Monday morning. King Plumbing was THE ONLY company who could come out that morning.  Luis and James arrived right on time. Both were very polite, professional and honest. They noticed the unit was low on coolant, recharged it and cool air had returned.  Next step was to reach out to Old Republic, the home warranty company, to get the AC repaired or replaced.  They sent out some shotty company who charged me 75.00 just to tell me nothing was wrong, didn't even check anything except to tell me the unit had plenty of coolant. No duh  since King had just been out a day prior.  This company then closed out the service ticket with no problem found. I called Old Republic back and stated there was a reason why the unit was so low on coolant and insisted either they repair or replace the unit.  Since King Plumbing & AC is also a contractor for Old Republic, I demanded that they open a new ticket to King.  Luis and James came out again, went up in the attic and found multiple leaks in the coil. Luis worked with the manufacturer to locate a replacement part which was so nice of him. A part was found and the insurance company approved the repair with no cost to me.  Luis and James came back out once the part arrived, replaced it and now the AC works great.  I even signed up for the maintenance plan offered by King so now twice a year the unit can be inspected so no more summer without AC.  There are so many AC companies in Maricopa County but if you are looking for a company with honesty, integrity, that goes above and beyond, by all means, look no further than King Plumbing & AC.
