We were using who we thought were the best plumbers in Phoenix based on all the TV ads we kept seeing. They could not get many of our plumbing needs fixed to our satisfaction. So we did an Internet search and saw all the awesome reviews for Pink. We set up an appointment and they started by sending us a text for when they would be at our house. They sent another text when they were on their way, and they arrived on time! Our tech Lou was an absolute gentleman and pro in every aspect of the term. He documented all our issues, discussed our needs, then executed all the repairs perfectly. No short cuts with whatever parts they had on the truck. Are you kidding!?! Am I dreaming!?! Pinch me!!! Obviously we are extremely satisfied with Pink and HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone needing expert plumbing repair.

I can not say enough about the service provided by Diamondback. Today I have a new tenant moving into a property where it will reach 104 degrees today and the A/C is out. Within a half hour of my call, a tech is dispatched! The only reason it took that long is because I, as the owner, am out of state which required extra paperwork. I lived in that area for 7 years and used Diamondback exclusively because of their response times, knowledgable techs and value. Kudos to them for coming through again!

Amazing.  I contacted the company online, which is a first for me.  They got right back to me and set up the appointment---all online!  I'm quite hard of hearing, so this was a real blessing to me.  Had a leaking toilet issue and the price quoted was very reasonable.  Mike came out right on time and found there was more wrong than we thought.  He ran out to get the part needed, and still had the toilet fixed in no time!  The price was more that quoted, but that was because my grandson had installed the toilet and thought more caulking would fix it!  Seriously, folks, if you aren't sure of what you are doing, call Hansen Family Plumbing FIRST!!!  I'll never use another plumbing company.

I can see why this company is rated the Best in AZ. Their plumber, Kevin Dillon, replaced my leaky drip system pipe, which is attached to the water shut-off valve outside the house.  He clearly explained what was needed, got the part in a very reasonable amount of time, and efficiently did the repair.  Very reasonable cost, too!  I am very pleased with this company and will absolutely call them again for future plumbing repairs.  Good job, Kevin!

Let me start by telling you that this is not the cheapest plumbing company in town, if you're looking for the cheapest, this is not for you, but if you don't mind spending a few extra bucks for top notch service, quality and experience, then this company should be your plumbing company.   I called on Monday to have a leaking toilet wax ring and toilet shut off valve replaced.  The owner, Chris answered the phone and got me scheduled for the next morning (btw, I love that the owner answers the phone and does scheduling and will give you a quote right then and there while on the phone).  The tech he sent out was fantastic. He was clean cut, smiling, spoke well and was very polite.  He did a great job and also cleaned up the area where he was working nicely before he left.  This is my second time that I have used them and I am as impressed as the first time.  Last time it was a tech named Larry and he was just as great!  Also, I got a $50 discount for being a repeat customer!  Thank you Chris for running a great crew and a great company!

It is not in my DNA to write thank you notes or Plumbing repair reviews via Facebook(Internet Social Media) on house calls when called upon to do so. However, when I do write a thank you review it's gotta be something that is unique with a glaring point of difference and needs to be shared with others.  Called Bumble Bee Plumbing & talked to Bumble Bee Plumbing office where I laid out my issues of a leaking water slab, no hot water, H2O pump problems, leaking and faulty garbage disposal, outside inside leaking faucets, in essence the entire water connected demand for water when needed was a total disaster and virtually on life support, after 30 long years of loyalty. Mike Krpata(owner) listens to your concerns and takes a genuine and professional interest in all endeavors of his unselfish discipline to help all his customers at Bumble Bee Plumbing Service. Give Mike a plumbing problem, or any other water related issue, and he will lay out and walk you thru the solution of the problem in a calm like and professional manner that makes you and your immediate water problem crises a stress free experience. Here's where Mike(owner)shines the most: The guy's a genius.  His technical skills will leave you aghast and pleasantly pleased to have him on your property doing what he knows best: Walking away from any job knowing his work is as perfect as it gets and his customer is 100% satisfied. I might ad that Mike hand picks the best possible team to do the job best suited to his customer's needs. To watch Mike and associate work in the field is a sheer joy to watch, too. 100%+ Professionalism. Mike and associate both compliment each other when they work side by side. Mike is a very knowledgable and versatile person relating to the skills and dynamics of Plumbing, water analysis, water component dynamics of pressure and equalization of pressure flow in the house  within the system, sewer inspection and repairs, etc. The guy's a genius and for what it's worth, you need someone who keeps up with the technical  skills so that the customer does not have him come back again for something that should have been right the first time.  So Cudos to all at Bumble Bee Plumbing and staff.
Kudos to Bee Plumbing Service for helping with this stressful day of plumbing issues for being in such great spirits and high level of enthusiasm and confidence exhibited by all.

We were having trouble with our toilet in our master bath.  It appeared to be clogged and would take hours to drain.  We feared it would eventually flood the bathroom.  I called Lawson's from a recommendation on Nextdoor.  They sent Gabriel right out.  He was friendly, professional and went straight to work.  He was able to plunge it free in a few minutes.  He didn't even charge us as it took such a short time to fix.  I will definitely use them again.

No he did not spend 1 hr 48 mins ... it took him maybe 30 mins unless you are charging me for his time to go to Home Depot to get the part???

Dave did a great job of replacing our old, cracked, leaking disposer. He tested the new system a number of times and discovered a leak, which he repaired. He kept testing and looking to make sure that everything was in perfect condition before he left, even carefully removing overflow putty that I couldn't see until he cleaned it out. I was so pleased with his excellent work and friendly manner, explaining what he was doing at each step. If we have any future plumbing needs, I will gladly call Somers Plumbing to take care of us. I've used Michael on a number of occasions and he has been nothing but the most professional contractor (not just plumber) that I've ever hired, and I hire contractors for a living. He's exceptionally clean, communicative, and second to none when it comes to customer service.

The original company that was supposed to follow up at my mom's house once my husband opened up the wall for a leak was unable to come until Tuesday. Being a Friday it was just too long to wait as the leak ended up being active unless the main was off.

I hit Yelp again and Sound Plumbing was thr first company that I called that could make it before then. Dylan showed up the same day, but didn't have the parts to fix until Tuesday as thr parts stores would be closed for the holiday weekend and he was booked for Monday, He was able to stop the water from leaking where the main could be on which bought us some time. He was professional, super polite. Great guy. I would recommend!

The tech arrived 1 hour beyond the 3 hour window with no phone call.
The estimate to replace two faucets ( I supplied Kohler ) I was told that it is a flat fee for the first and 20% off for the next. Also asked about new shut offs.
That too was a flat fee for the first with the 20% discount for the remaining 3.
After having a minor attack when the numbers were finally given, I said I would need to think on the national debt. He said he would e-mail the estimate. That was 34 days ago and no estimate yet. The faucets are however replaced at 1/3 the cost quoted and in about 3 hours.

Outstanding service and work! Highly recommended. Came right out and fixed a leak. Great prices and will definitely use in the future.

A representative came to my house to give me a free quote for replacing a 1970s shower insert with a bathtub. The guy was very professional and efficient. He also asked about a water softener, which we don't currently have, but it was plumbed for one a long time ago (and we removed a very old non-functional water softener when I bought the house last year). He got all the information he needed and sent me a quote from his van immediately after the appointment.
The quote was $3000 to remove the insert & install a bathtub & move the drain (labor only, no tub or fixtures included, no drywall repair or anything).
The quote for the water softener was also $3000, which I believe included the water softener & labor to to replace the existing drain and old plumbing. These quotes seemed high so I am still shopping around. However, I have no doubt that this is a great company that does quality work.

Terrible Service. Missed service times on two occassions. Had to call back less than a week later for the same drain clog. The tech (Shilo) failed to explain what he had or had not done then he hung up and would not explain the situation.  Resorted to another plumber that cleared the drain in short order.

I appreciate a company that provides honest and upfront information. The service provided by the technicians at Hays is top notch and would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for quick, reliable and efficient service on AC/Heating needs.

I found King heating, plumbing, and AC LLC when my home warranty company  (Old Republic) sent Marc out to take a look at my AC unit that was not producing cold air. I cannot say enough good things about Marc. He was extremely nice, honest, trustworthy, and took the time to explain to me the problem and what can be done to fix it. He took his time and made sure the job was done right. The problem was that we were low on refrigerant and he made sure there were no visible leaks before pumping more refrigerant in the unit. He was able to fix our air conditioner and now my family doesn't have to live in a hot house anymore. This is by far the best experience I've had with a heating/cooling and plumbing company. I highly recommend this company and I even more highly recommend them sending Marc out to your house!
