Very disappointed  - we had our floors stripped and sealed- now they are all peeling and look horrible -  we were very careful & only used PH cleaners the company recommended ( so this wouldn't happen) Would not recommend .

We have used Martin's All Floors for years and had them again today. They never disappoint! They are a family owned company, always on time and do an amazing job. Im so tired of poor customer service that I have to shout it from the rooftop when we have great customer service. They are an awesome company and I highly recommend.

Angel from Chaos Restoration is literally my Angel. My AC condenser in my attic was overflowing and water was dripping through my vent in my upstairs bathroom. It quickly escalated and I was so afraid my ceiling was going to cave in and the water would go through to my first floor. Angel came out seriously within 20 minutes of me making a phone call and was able to get all the drywall down and the fans drying everything out while his brother Ruben from Mosqueda Refrigeration stabilized the AC. I can't even tell you how relieved I was. They guys were all so nice and the bathroom looks brand new now. Thanks guys!

Great service.  Ernie was punctual, polite, communicative and did a fantastic job patching damaged carpet in my home.

They do an amazing job and listen to what you want. They work with the mortgage company and insurance company so you can avoid the headaches. Love their work!!

We had a main water line break in our office building.  The SERVPRO team did a great job during our time of need.  They where professional and efficient.  I highly recommend this organization for your emergency flooding needs.

I had a broken water heater in my garage and used Synergy Restoration to do the repair of damage.  They were extremely reasonable in price, worked with schedule, and I'd highly recommend them.

Hello, AVOID this company! As a former customer, I suffered the following: extended and extended deadlines, remodeling and installing wrong material and appliances. Some of which remained bcuz I wanted to end project and other returned causing additional delays and stress. Note these were only a few of the multiple and disasters we suffered with Acuity Bulders. Expect to be the project manager if you golet them. Because of the consistent mishaps initially, I had to keep a family member onsite to make sure things were getting done correctly.   This is not just a disgruntled customer but very disappointed person and highly recommend go elsewhere. I had a fire at my house, and was recommended  to this company by a majority of the restoration companies. I will say that this was the biggest mistake I made, and the most stressful part of the whole experience (including being home for the actual fire).
They seemed great to begin with and told us a good plan of everything. they were scheduled to start on a Thursday, and said they should be done by the weekend and if not Monday. Monday they called and cancelled, and tried again to cancel on us on Tuesday. It took multiple phone calls that day for them to say that they would finish up on Tuesday. When I went by the house, everything was still in the house even though it was supposed to be a pack out, and the whole garage was left untouched. Multiple phone calls to multiple levels of their company, all of which had a different story and blamed someone else. All the work was finally completed on Wednesday after having to check on them multiple time throughout the day (the owner Jeff said he would be there personally and never showed up).
As far as their inventory process, It will be my third trip out there to confirm they have counted all my items correctly. As I write this they so far have magically found 3 extra pages worth of items from the house that were not originally logged, even though they claimed multiple time that everything was accounted for, and more to come. One of the supervisors Valerie was super defensive and refused to acknowledge or even apologize that they messed up. It became more and more aggravating as we literally were pointing to items in plain sight from our stuff and asked them to find it (they couldn't), and yet she continued to say that everything was counted.
I am now paying for all this extra work that they have to do even though it was never done right in the first place. For anyone having to go through this process, it is extremely tedious and stressful to begin with, and Cardinal clean has made it a nightmare. I will update this review if it gets any better, but DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Horrible experience! Zero follow up from Tavisha and Jim and completely unprofessional. Total waste of time. Save yourself the headache.

This company did an EXCELLENT job . I highly recommend them . The staff was very knowledgeable . We had major smoke damage to one of our homes . They came in and cleaned everything up . They are very professional, they are quick and the house looked brand new . Very nice people to work with .I highly recommend them .
