I no longer hate my saltillo tile, thanks to Dave and his crew. In fact, I like it now that it looks the way it's supposed to. Dave is the kind of guy you'd want for a friend and neighbor-- down to earth and helpful. I have no reservations about recommending this company.

Wow!!!  I am amazed at how beautiful my floors turned out!!  They were quick to come and estimate and quick to book and quick to do the work.  It's been over a month and I'm still thrilled!  Haven't found any 'oops' in the job.

Angel from Chaos Restoration was very responsive for the initial estimate and did a fantastic job on two areas in need of drywall repair due to recent leaks. He also identified and sealed the locations of the leaks and returned everything to better than the original. I would highly recommend Chaos for any upcoming restoration jobs!

Ernie is a Five Star Guy! Can t say enough about him. He went above and beyond! If you want a guy who will respond quickly, get the job done at a reasonable price and be friendly and knowledgeable as well, then don't look any further. Ernie doesn't just do a job. He provides a service!

They do an amazing job and listen to what you want. They work with the mortgage company and insurance company so you can avoid the headaches. Love their work!!

We had a main water line break in our office building.  The SERVPRO team did a great job during our time of need.  They where professional and efficient.  I highly recommend this organization for your emergency flooding needs.

Fortunately I didn't need restoration work done. I used Synergy to do work on my house. They showed up on time, did a good job, and had fair pricing. The work was done on time and the workers were nice. I will be using them again.

I purchased a home in March of this year knowing I would need to have some work done on my new home. I contacted Matthew at Acuity Builders and we met to discuss my plans. After one meeting I was happy to know work would start in a short amount of time. The work was completed as promised, on time and at the budget/estimate price that was as quoted. Cudos to Matthew and his team at Acuity for a job well done. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family and I will be working with them in the future as new projects arise. Riley, I was a customer. Valarie came with mark last year and packed up our stuff. I dealt with Rebecca several times on the phone. Jeff was the one who was extremely rude to me when I spoke with him several times and NEVER returned one call. When I spoke with him it was only because I made several calls and once in a blue moon Rebecca would be able to get him on the phone. Anthony told me a bunch of people got fired and they didn't know which warehouse my items where in. You guys received a check for 7,700 from our insurance company (ASI). Dean from Arizona Restoration (who is amazing and courteous) called you guys to do the pack out when our place flooded. I don't know how to send you a private msg or I would. I stand by my first review. After taking the abuse and dealing with the non professionalism of your staff I was mentally spent. Our flood happened around Thanksgiving. You guys came and did the pack out the day after. I just thank God we didn't leave you a key to our house.  However I was here with my kids when you guys came. The last first name is Samuel. Now do you find it hard to believe we were customers?

Horrible experience! Zero follow up from Tavisha and Jim and completely unprofessional. Total waste of time. Save yourself the headache.

Kelly and her team are handling a major fire restoration on a client's rental property, total gut job and rehab needed and everything has been great. her team has been on time, professional, and helpful every step of the way. dealing with the insurance companyn is always the hardets part, and they have been on top pf the communication in between, wich makes my life so much easier. thanks ServPro
