This company came across as the answer to all of our problems....$2000 later..... MORE PROBLEMS.  I want to cry problems.  
Our Tile was installed beautifully with the wrong color grout.  We found Mexican Tile Restoration who said they could stain our grout to any color that we wanted.
The day the crew came my husband told Dave (owner) that the floor needed to be  vacuumed  (we have dogs) and even offered to do so himself. Dave assured him that the floor would be thoroughly vacuumed before they stained the grout. The tile would need to be sealed for a final time after they fixed the grout.  My husband has been diligently working on sealing the grout and its been taking forever.  I decide its time I try to help and get things moving a little faster which is very hard when you have a toddler and a baby.  The closer I get to it, the more I realize that this job is a total, complete scam.  There is dog hair woven all through out the new  grout color.  They did not vacuum.  They did not prep.  I approached my husband and he said that he had gone through all of the emotions I was feeling right now and thats what has been taking him so long.  He was going through and picking out each solitary hair with a knife  before he could lay down the sealer.  Hours and hours of extended prep work to do a normal sealant job.  It would have taken less time to change the grout color ourselves.  When my husband confronted Dave, he said that they vacuumed the floor 3 times before staining the grout. He claimed every time they moved furniture there was more dog hair and they couldn't do anything about it. Keep in mind we only have 2 dogs and they stay in a back room and don't have free run of the house. Also, the pictures taken here are in the hallway and there is absolutely no furniture in the hallway. In addition to the dog hair problems, they were quite sloppy with the grout stain. See this picture where grout joints were completely missed and tiles were painted with grout stain (are they drunk?) Overall, Dave is a smooth talker, who talks about how sloppy every other crew is, but in reality him and his crew are just careless slobs as well. I would not recommend this company if you are somebody who cares about detail.

The service and professionalism that was shown John was outstanding. My tile is almost 10 years old and looked every bit of it. Today it looks brand new. I highly recommend this outstanding work.

Angel from Chaos Restoration was very responsive for the initial estimate and did a fantastic job on two areas in need of drywall repair due to recent leaks. He also identified and sealed the locations of the leaks and returned everything to better than the original. I would highly recommend Chaos for any upcoming restoration jobs!

Ernie has come out and repaired terrible installation jobs for me twice now in two different rooms.  Good communication, polite, fast, and efficient.  Very happy.  This more recent time with Covid, arrived in a mask as expected.  I'll definitely call him again because we have many rooms with poor installation and I plan to get them fixed one at a time.

They do an amazing job and listen to what you want. They work with the mortgage company and insurance company so you can avoid the headaches. Love their work!!

We had a main water line break in our office building.  The SERVPRO team did a great job during our time of need.  They where professional and efficient.  I highly recommend this organization for your emergency flooding needs.

I had a broken water heater in my garage and used Synergy Restoration to do the repair of damage.  They were extremely reasonable in price, worked with schedule, and I'd highly recommend them.

I purchased a home in March of this year knowing I would need to have some work done on my new home. I contacted Matthew at Acuity Builders and we met to discuss my plans. After one meeting I was happy to know work would start in a short amount of time. The work was completed as promised, on time and at the budget/estimate price that was as quoted. The Cardinal Clean team led by Luis Hernandez were outstanding! I had water damage from leaky washer, they quickly responded and began mitigation process. Kelly and her team are handling a major fire restoration on a client's rental property, total gut job and rehab needed and everything has been great. her team has been on time, professional, and helpful every step of the way. dealing with the insurance companyn is always the hardets part, and they have been on top pf the communication in between, wich makes my life so much easier. thanks ServPro
