Best Damage Restorations in Phoenix, AZ

I called ASAP after we had a small leak at a rental property. It turned into a strange situation with many plumbers involved (thru our home warranty company) each who tried to make us believe there was water damage and said we should call a restoration company. Last year we had a nightmare experience with a leak in our kitchen. The plumber recommended a restoration company and it ended up with a home owners insurance claim of over $20,000. They charged for asbestos testing which they claimed came back positive, dry out which took days and then demo and construction. It took months to get the kitchen put back together after they insisted cabinets needed replaced. They broke our granite counter top and replaced it with a premade one from homedepot. They told us they'd get us a whole new kitchen and no out of pocket cost for us. Unfortunately the kitchen turned out worse than before and I NOW believe it was all unnecessary.
So when we had this leak, I knew not to call the company the plumbers worked with. I was afraid to call any restoration company. But as a landlord I felt it was important to make sure everything was okay. One plumber had implied he saw mold inside the wall even said he thought he saw a mushroom! I had to have it checked out. I went to google and searched--- I had it in my mind that I needed to call one that advertised no out of pocket cost, but the ones that said that had awful reviews. So thankfully I called ASAP. When I called I got to speak to the owner. He was quick to calm me down and told me that it's not uncommon for plumbers to suggest water damage when there isn't any. I mentioned wanting no out of pocket cost and he took the time to explain to me how those companies make their money- in short, they make claims to the insurance companies for way more than is necessary. He told me that a high amount of people who call him turn out to NOT need restoration. So he does charge to check it, but his price was reasonable. I spoke to my husband about it and we agreed that it's better to pay a small amount for an honest inspection than to get a free inspection like we did last time and have our home owners insurance charged thousands of dollars and our tenants to go thru what we went thru before.
When I called ASAP back to schedule, the owner came out that same day. He came in and quickly determined no restoration was required. He even noticed some things that the plumber had done that I should be concerned about and talked to me for a while about the situation. He took lots of pictures and showed me how the equipment worked. It was the complete opposite of the bad experience we had with our previous water problem. I wish we had called ASAP the last time. Anyways, I have no complaints about ASAP. I would, and will, recommend them to anyone who needs an honest inspection after a water leak or any contamination they deal with. It's a vulnerable position to be in as a home owner when water damage is suspected. I believe there are a lot of companies willing and able to take advantage of people (and insurance companies, which costs you money later) in this business. I could've easily been convinced that we were at risk for mold by a dishonest contractor- and I could have been made to agree to lots of unnecessary work.
ASAP was a blessing in a stressful situation for us.

With all the positive ratings and remarks, I can only describe personally what happened in my home with cleaning my tile floors.
 Make sure you hire a professional tile cleaner as R.R. continued to clean my floors without first testing a tile (or just one room) let alone the whole house leaving it with a film, their footprints, and an inadequate unfinished  job.
The upside is they did NOT charge me, but left the entire tiled home with a mess as described.  
The worker having  known the streaks it left still  continued with the whole home even after I brought the streaks to his attention in the entrance to my wash room.  After he was done with the entire home floors it was discussed that I had a wax coating that left streak marks from their machine.  And I would need a chemical peel/removal of wax buildup?  
 This business I consider as professionals?  Not after the mess that was left.   They also discussed that the condition of my tile (due to age) needed a whole home regrouting.  I asked for an estimate and I have yet to hear back after 2 weeks?  I am NOT unreasonable but hard to believe that RAINBOW RESTORATION has LEFT me with a mess!

Offered to get off of work an hour earlier to accommadate him and he declined as he was going to take a nap anyway and lives close by. Said he'd be over at 6pm. Never showed up and never called.

Don't waste your time calling this company.  The person who answered the phone (Darrel) was VERY rude!  He asked if I was a telemarketer!!  As a customer service suggestion Darrel- answer the phone by saying, Moldex The Mold Experts this is Darrel how may I help you?  Then the customer would know who they were calling and not have to ask you your name!  Ultimately I hung up the phone and will call another water restoration/ mold expert company - who I AM SURE will value my business.

We chose this company to do the water mitigation and reconstruction due to a water line and drain leak. They were very responsive and communicated well through phone calls and text. They did a great job documenting each step of the process and working with insurance.  The work done was near perfect which I've never encountered since moving to AZ almost 20 years ago. The dry wall, texture and paint were done well and I can't tell where the holes in the wall were. Ruben, Jared, Hunter and everyone I worked with did great.

I will absolutely recommend them to everyone I know. Super helpful and kind. Very professional and the process was extremely simple! Thank you again for my beautiful roof

My water heater is in the house and it broke flooding the floor. The plumber I used to fix the water heater recommended Taylor for the restoration and boy am I glad he did! Taylor came out immediately after the incident! He walked me through the process step by step and all the issues and concerns that could arise during the restoration process. The day he came out to assess the situation he had equipment to start drying out floor. Taylor and his team were able to get to working on my house quickly. I was always in the loop about what was happening. If you need anybody to help you get through a stressful process, Taylor and his team are the company to go with. I am truly grateful for all the help and support.

Our A/C draining unit leaked upstairs and flowed down into the dining room; which we were unaware of for who knows how long.  This caused damage in both areas; which required mold remover, carpet removal, dry wall replacement, ceiling damage, etc.....  Out of 4 estimates, we selected Doan and so very happy we did.  Doan was more detailed, on-time, professional, personable, respectful of my home and extremely honest.  Ricardo and Ryan worked quickly and efficiently and within two days their part was completed.  After reviewing some pictures Ricardo took, he asked if he could come back and look at  something he wasn't happy with...who does that these days - Ricardo!!  There were no surprises -  if you choose them, you too will be happy you did.  Additionally, both Ricardo and Ryan (especially Ryan) were very nice to my Yorkie.  If there is ever a restoration need, be assured we will be calling them back.   Your in good hands with Doan!

Scott, Derek, Rick, and Scotts helper (forgot his name) were incredibly helpful throughout the demolition of a shared bathroom wall and our kitchen cabinets. Rick gave us a great overview of the work that needed to be done, and gave us great advice on dealing with our insurance. Derek was always very quick to respond in our communications (and I like alot of updates) and made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. He was also very helpful answering any questions I had since this was the first time I had a major water damage repair in the house. Scott and his helper communicated frequently with us about what stage we were at in the work, gave us great advice in the early stages of the repair, and were always kind and courteous throughout the work in our home. I was even told by several contractors that they would not be able to save our granite countertops and would have to replace them, but Alldry assured me they could save them. They were successful in doing so. Would highly recommend these guys!

We had a flood from the washer hose breaking in the middle of the night. We contacted AZ Water Damage Experts and the team came out in less than 30 minutes. Alex was very helpful to answer all of our questions and we knew we would be in good hands.

The team did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable, experienced and hard working. Cleaned up nicely and efficiently. It was so overwhelming and scary to see what had happened to our home, but as soon as they started the work, it was under control and I felt a relief for the first time that night.

Alex followed up the next few days to check on the progress and he kept us informed every step of the way. We appreciated high level of customer service and attention to details. Later he dealt directly with my insurance making this whole flood situation less stressful. Highly recommend them to anyone in need!

Jose and his crew did an AMAZING job. His team sandblasted my concrete pool patio area after the stain started to wear off due to the hot AZ sun. It took about a day and a half from prep to finish.  They moved my patio furniture with care, and their clean up was one of the best I've ever seen. Do not hesitate to hire these guys !!!! Two thumbs up.

Nothing negative to say about Chris!  He was just fabulous. Chris called within minutes of my request on Yelp and was promptly on time to repair my carpet and did an excellent job. If I ever need his carpet repairs services again,  I will indeed use him ....  repeatedly.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

I had a broken window and a couple that had condensation after all the rain.  Shane arrived on time for the estimate and was very polite and personable. His estimate was fair and the windows installed on time and the worksite left clean.  I could not be happier with the work performed and highly recommend Shane and Valiant.

Very happy with Rhino Construction and already thinking of more projects, now that I have found a reliable, professional, and courteous licensed contractor.
Was contacting Licensed Contractors for a couple of small projects that were beyond my abilities when I came across Rhino Construction, their response time was quick, the estimator's site review was scheduled, and the estimates came in close to what I was expecting.
The roofers arrived early on the agreed-upon day for the work to start, they were done fixing the broken tiles, replacing the cement caps, striping off the flat roof over the patio, replacing the dry rotted fascia boards, and gone by early afternoon.
While the roofing team was busy working away, the site supervisor showed the carpenter the work to be done inside.
By the end of the week, they were painting, cleaning up, and checking for any loose ends.

Let me just start out by saying that Rocky Mountain Restoration is a company that really cares about their customers and doing the right thing. We have been working with Dylan at Rocky Mountain Restoration and he has gone above and beyond to make sure our restoration was done right. He has been incredibly responsive, professional, and caring throughout the entire process. I can't say enough about how he really has made the restoration process as painless as a restoration can be.
