Supply line in the downstairs bathroom burst and created water damage downstairs.  Called ASAP restoration and they reached in an hour to start the mitigation . Shane Rowley  was their key technician . He gave detailed explanation and then started the mitigation process. He paid attention to even very  small details during the entire process which lasted for 7 days to fully complete. All other people who came were also good and friendly (Rick, Harold, sorry but I forgot the name of other two gentlemen). In the end , It felt that I called the right company for the mitigation work.

Had a leak and it caused some damage throughout the walls, floors, cabinets, etc.  I had several remediation and remodel companies to choose from and after confirming with my insurance company, went with Zona.  Professional, friendly, and courteous.  These guys made an appointment, showed up on time, and got to work right away.  Kept a clean work area, moved things out of the way while being careful not to break anything.  And communicated with me throughout the whole process and took care of things.  Shout out to Ed Middleton who is an absolute life saver and was available 24/7.
I recommend them without hesitation for any work required in your home.

WOW... The customer service, promptness, cleanliness, and quality of work from this company was outstanding. My elderly parents live in a home I own. I live out of state. There was problem with an air conditioner drain. It flooded the ceiling. The insurance company sent a clean up crew to  remove the wet drywall and used dehumidifiers to dry it up but left
a gigantic hole. They could not get the inside of the home cooled off below 95 degrees. I called Mike, first of all...he answered, his schedule was so tight but after looking at the situation, his great concern was how warm it was inside. He showed up the next morning at 6 am. Not a speck of dust was left behind. I have never seen drywall not make a huge mess. I am beyond thankful. I would refer him over and over again. Thank you Mike and your entire team!!!!!

I called Daryl on a Saturday afternoon worried about potential mold in my home. He gave me a mountain of incredibly helpful advice and offered multiple home remedies for me to try before I had to spend any money for him to come out. I'm so grateful for the peace of mind and help he provided and if the issue does not resolve with the home remedies - he will be my first call.

This company was outstanding! They were very professional and called ahead of each visit to let us know they were on their way while the job was in process. They were fair and reliable, and their work was outstanding. We had received two other quotes that we now know were not fair, and engaged Good Times based on Yelp reviews only. I would recommend Good Times without hesitation to anyone, and go so far as to say not to even look further at other restoration companies.

My water heater is in the house and it broke flooding the floor. The plumber I used to fix the water heater recommended Taylor for the restoration and boy am I glad he did! Taylor came out immediately after the incident! He walked me through the process step by step and all the issues and concerns that could arise during the restoration process. The day he came out to assess the situation he had equipment to start drying out floor. Taylor and his team were able to get to working on my house quickly. I was always in the loop about what was happening. If you need anybody to help you get through a stressful process, Taylor and his team are the company to go with. I am truly grateful for all the help and support.

We had a sink connection burst while we were out on a Saturday. Within an hour or so, we had a major pool of water running through half of our house. We got home to a big mess and didn't know what to do. We called All Dry and Lawrence responded to our our house about 45 minutes later. We had mopped and squeegeed most of the water, but Lawrence was able to use his electronics to determine that there was no major water seepage in the walls and that the problem was going to be resolved once the rest of the water evaporated. He helped us move some things around and also helped us place fans to speed the process. Very happy about the company response (friendly and polite on the phone), the professionalism of Lawrence, the sincere desire to help, and the ultimate resolution of a dry house. Thanks All Dry for turning a potential disaster into peace.

This company is amazing. They came out late one night to help us with a water leak and mold issue. They were easy to work with, communicated with us through the entire process, and left us with a great result. We would gladly use them again and have recommended their services to others

Jose and his crew did an AMAZING job. His team sandblasted my concrete pool patio area after the stain started to wear off due to the hot AZ sun. It took about a day and a half from prep to finish.  They moved my patio furniture with care, and their clean up was one of the best I've ever seen. Do not hesitate to hire these guys !!!! Two thumbs up.

Chris did an amazing job removing wrinkles in my carpet. He was on time and did the work in an expeditious manner and a great price. Chris wore a mask while working and was very courteous. He took the time to explain what he was doing and took before and after pictures. I highly recommend Chris and if I have issues with other rooms I will definitely use him again

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

Shane is FANTASTIC!  I called him on Friday morning and he fit me in on Monday afternoon.  One of my windows was off track and I couldn't open it.   He fixed it in minutes.  He is fair, honest, nice, efficient, and knowledgeable!  Great customer service, you could ask for nothing more!  Everyone else wants to sell you new windows and Shane will fix them.

I would highly recommended using Rhino construction for your remodeling needs. We had to completely remodel our entire bathroom and we felt at ease as they communicated and walked us through every step of the way. The owner came over frequently to check on the project and make sure we were happy. Our bathroom turned out great and we get so many compliments. The quality of work was great and the prices are reasonable. We couldn't be more thankful that we chose them.

In a perfect world, you don't want to ever have to work with a restoration company but I was so impressed with them the first time, I called them for my second leak.

Mike did the inspection. He's super friendly and is thorough on explaining the whole process. Dominic did the actual work of removing the water and putting in the drying machines. He is absolutely fabulous! Super friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgable. Lee removed the equipment and was also very personable and professional.

Everyone I've worked with has always made themselves available anytime I've had questions. They're great with letting you know how long until they're at your house and arrive on time.

No one wants to work with a restoration company because it typically means something bad happened to your house BUT if you do need to, I highly recommend Rocky Mountain!

Terrible customer services the contractors they have are unprofessional and don't show to work sites . We needed some areas to be redone and it's taken almost 2 months for someone to answer my call and send someone out to get the job done correctly. I would not recommend this company . Do your research before hiring
