Best Roofing Contractors in Phoenix, AZ

I highly recommend Four Peaks Roofing! We just noticed a stain on our ceiling, and Jason sent Carl out the same day we called for a free estimate. Carl had some doubts about the cause, so he and Jason came back the next day to look at the situation. Turns out there's not any work to be done, really, so we haven't tested the quality of their product yet. However, if the attentiveness, responsiveness, and respectfulness of both Jason and Carl are anything to go by, I would not hesitate to have them fix/replace the roof.

We had a leak in our roof, we called Multi-Pro and they sent their contractor, Kris Chavez, out within a day to look at the damage and he was so wonderful and attentive! I wouldn't recommend any other roofing company! We had a new roof within a month(had to wait on insurance stuff) and it took them less than a day to put it on! They dropped off the supplies the day before and then next day started work at 8am and finished by 3. The roof looks amazing and so does my yard! There was ZERO debris left, even swept off my back patio! Can't thank or recommend Multi-Pro Roof Solutions or Kris enough!

In preparation for installing solar panels on our roof, I invited 4 roofers to evaluate and improve the condition of our 27 year old roof to ensure optimum function and durability for the life of the new electrical system.  

Complicating factors included 5 existing skylights and the proposed addition of 3 solar tube light fixtures, to be integrated into the layout of 52 photovoltaic panels.  Also, due to the age of the roof, the original concrete tiles are no longer available on the market, so existing materials had to be recycled and supplemented with current tiles in such as a way as to be aesthetically unobtrusive.    

Clyde Hardacker's analysis and proposed solutions were the most practical.  His pricing was not the lowest, but was quite reasonable in the wide range of responses from the other contractors.  Going with the lowest bid would have certainly entailed sacrificing some degree of confidence in the quality of outcome.

Work was performed quickly and skillfully by his competent crew, with first-hand involvement by Clyde at critical milestones.  Clyde also personally performed finishing tasks to ensure the job was done to our complete satisfaction.  

We are very pleased with the outcome and would enthusiastically recommend Clyde Hardacker for any roofing project.

Well all the good things we read and heard about this company were true. They did an excellent job on our roof. They were here when they said they would be here. They cleaned up after themselves every day. The customer service and workmanship was excellent.

I searched through Yelp to find a roofing company to fix the leak in my roof.  Az Roofing systems was the first to reply.  I exchanged information with them and got a call from Mike Fuller.  It was a Friday, so he asked if we could schedule for the following week, which was fine with me.  After some miscommunication, Mike came out and went above and beyond what I expected from any company.  This is the type of company I wish I could always work with.  Their care and sincere concern for my problem were
very much appreciated, and NO LEAKS!

They did my roof apprx 2 years ago and were on time and finished fast. Cleaned up the area and were very  friendly to work with. I had a problem financially and they worked with me and never had a problem. Melissa was great to work with.

I interviewed several roofing companies and had the best and most  responsive experience with  ProWest.  Jason,  our  salesman/project manager, was very professional and personable  throughout.  He scheduled with us quickly after we submitted our request for an estimate, provided us product samples, and listened to our needs, concerns and expectations.  He provided us with a complete written estimate  of the work, as well as options for additional materials upgrades should be want them - and he provided us with this promptly (I had to beg other companies to send me  written estimates).  Very solution focused, no pressure, hard-sell, or up-selling whatsoever.  We felt totally in the driver's seat.  Jason did not rush us to make decisions either, as we were looking for just the right look  for our home.  We ended up going with the GAF High-definition shingles in Shakewood and couldn't be more pleased with the result.  From 3-tab shingles to HD shingles is a definite upgrade.  We also appreciate Jason helping  us find a contractor to repair other exterior projects (including repaint) that would impact roof completion on our house and garage, and again very pleased with the results.

Jimmy and the crew at McMillan Brothers were hired to paint the exterior of my parents home in Chandler. Their  quote was very fair and they did a great job on the house. Jimmy was always in communication with me and very professional. Overall we are extremely happy with the work.

Wow! So impressed with this company. We are selling our house and needed to fix some things on the roof for the buyers per the inspection. I called at least 10 other companies who all told me sorry, we can't even come look at it for another 4-6 weeks. Not helpful since we were closing in 15 days. I called Luis and he answered immediately. Then came out to look at the roof within a couple days and our roof was fixed before close! Their communication is great and the roof looks great! Highly recommend this company!

We had a new vent from a water heater install that resulted in a gap that would have been a sure leak with upcoming rain.  They responded almost instantly and made a quick fix the same morning.  Highly recommend!

We just had our roof done. It was easy (for us). The owner gave us a reasonable all inclusive price. He promised and delivered a job well done, and did everything in a very timely matter. He believes in the materials that he uses and the professionals whom he hires. These guys were on our roof in 115 degree heat and did a fantastic job!!

I dealt with the repair guys to get an estimate for some repair work around my house. They were quick to respond to my initial call, they showed up on time despite the torrential rain that morning. They were thorough, polite, spoke in terms I could understand, and very friendly to my dogs, and they got the estimate to me in the timeframe they promised. I will definitely call them again!

I hired Estrella roofing to repair my second story deck.  My deck was leaking, the wood decking and support structure had rotted.  I like how this company operates.  I made an appointment date and time for an estimate.  Bart came to my house at that time.  After hiring them they showed up to do the work when they said they would.  I watched them rebuild and repair my deck.  Their staff took no short cuts.  It was very clear to me they were well trained and knew what they were doing.  Each day they cleaned up and left my home like they found it.  They thoroughly explained very step in the process and welcomed questions.  My deck looks great, all the bad substructure replaced, new decking material installed.  These folks are real pros at roofing and especially walking deck repair.  Leon, the owner of the company made my deck repair seem like the most important job he had.  He would meet with me and explain in detail what was happening.  My thoughts, if you want it done right give Estrella Roofing a call.

I do not write many reviews, but State 48 Roofing did such a great job that I felt compelled to do this review.   Diego and Brent are great and went above and beyond on our repair.   We had a leak and when they discovered that the leak had damaged a larger area than expected they fixed the entire area and did not charge us for the extra work.  It was very refreshing to work with an honest company.  When it is time to replace our entire roof there are no questions as to who we will be calling.

Can't say enough about this roofing company. From beginning to end, what a truly excellent roofing company. I live in Northern AZ and needed some work for my mother's roof down on the Buckeye area. Was able to get a quote within a week. The estimate was sent in a very detailed and professionally broken down email. We received 2 different quotes which was great giving us different options. Robert (owner) and Trevor (son) came to the house.  The estimate was fair and better priced than the competitors. They removed all the tile off the roof, replaced some damaged wood, replace all the underlayment, and replaced cracked tile. Worked morning to evening with crew of five. Finished within 2 and a half days. Amazingly was able to squeeze the job in within a week of accepting the quote. Also, payment could be done electronically through an email via a payment website. They worked clean and picked up all excess and used materials. Was like they were never there! Also received email reminders when they were going to perform work on the home. Needless to say my mother was extremely pleased with this company's work and professionalism. The reviews for this company tell it all and I can attest to them based on my experience.
