Best Roofing Contractors in Phoenix, AZ

We needed help in preparing our roof for solar panels, and they did a great job of working with us to assess our situation (rehab of an existing tile roof with aging underlayment), recommended a course of action that worked very well, and addressed all of our concerns, while staying within our planned budget. They were great to work with and modified their plan as we progressed, in order to have the best possible outcome. The sales and management teams were very helpful, and the crews that did the work were all very responsive to our questions/suggestions. I read in one of the other reviews that they were impressed with the crew scanning for stray nails, and they did it on our job too. There were quite a few roofing nuances of which we were not aware, and they discussed them with us. Jason, Jeff, and Greg all visited the site during installation to make sure that everything was going smoothly and within our expectations. Great job overall and highly recommended.

We chose Multi-Pro for our new roof after talking  to a couple of other contractors. They didn't tell us what they were going to do, rather listened to what we wanted and we agreed on the type of shingles, attic ventilation etc. They coordinated work with our HVAC Contractor as we were having a new heat pump installed as well. The roof was completed in one day and is beautiful.

I had a quote that was considerably lower than theirs. After speaking to the Hardacker team I knew they would be the best choice. They did not dissapoint. The work was done well and quickly. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done, and done right. Truly one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had.

I had to write this review because the gentleman that came out to price me out for a new roof went the extra mile and put some tar over a few noticeable hole because some rain was coming, that's awesome and great service. Thank you again.

Just finished having some roof repairs (broken tiles and loose tiles) done by America Roofing.  They are one of two roofers used by the builder in our neighborhood.  The other roofer was the one who both did the original roof and then the repairs on closing.  America Roofing was able to replace the broken mud balls, the broken tiles we found and the other 15 broken or loose tiles the previous roofer didn't repair correctly or glued together (vs. replaced).  

Not sure about having a full roof done but for repairs, the crew that they sent out did a great job.  YMMV but they did good work on my house at a fair price.

We had Mike Fuller give us a bid to re-coat our roof walk decks. He was professional and knowledgeable, and, gave us suggestions on what was best. They did a great job, neat and cleaned up after every step of the process. We would certainly use them again.

Called Almeida in March regarding a small leak in the roof above our garage. They had someone out the next day to inspect the roof and  emailed a quote the day after that. Unfortunately, due to COVID, the repair had to be put on hold for about three months. When we contacted Almeida in June, they honored the March quote and scheduled the work within two-and-a-half weeks. Their crew arrived as scheduled early in the morning and completed the job by early afternoon. They were respectful, professional and made sure to thoroughly clean the entire work area before leaving. I should also mention that the entire Almeida office staff was friendly and responsive. Very satisfied with our experience.

This ProWest Roofing company is not only your typical run of the mill storm chaser but they are also incredibly pushy. After ignoring our NO SOLICITING signs and still knocking on our door (un-masked during pandemic) no less than SIX times in less than 3 weeks and being told in no uncertain terms that we are not interested and literally had to be told (repeatedly) to LEAVE our property the first and fourth time, I checked with all of my neighbors and all of them have the same complaint. In fact, one of my neighbors happens to be an insurance adjuster and warned me about their track record within the insurance companies. A second neighbor told me that their No Soliciting sign specifically names ProWest which is brilliant and has officially been added to ours.

Totally awesome! Big George has the fairest prices on the market and with no hidden costs. Our 20 year old home looks brand new.  The paining crew was very meticulous and took no shortcuts. These guys are total professionals and I would HIGHLY recommend them to friends and family.

Luis and L&R roofing are honest, fair and competent professionals and I highly recommend them.  He did a great job in communicating and finding a solution in a timely manner and followed up accordingly.  I had damaged tiles that needed replacement and he went out of his way to fit in this smaller job with his busy schedule.  I couldn't be more satisfied!  His dependable work on the small things definitely reflects his great reviews and the excellent outcomes of his bigger projects.

I contacted Ruben, and he was able to set up the appointment right away. Honest quote and no surprising adds on. His crew Devin came to finish our roof work and provided with photos. Craig brown just finished replacing our tile roof. This was the best experience we have had with a contractor.  I am in my 70's and have had many contractors over the years.  Craig explained everything when I first met with him and gave us a start date.  Craig was here from day 1 and checked in person everyday to oversee the job.  His workers are polite, professional and did a great job.  From before start to finish we have not had one problem.  They left the property cleaner when they finished than when they began.

His pricing is more reasonable and the quality of work impeccable.  You won't regret hiring brown roofing.  No, I am not related to anyone at brown roofing.  It sounds like I am his mother.  I am just a totally satisfied customer!

They responded very quickly to provide a quote and were done very quickly. They did a great job of protecting windows and doors and everything else.

The crew was professional and cleaned up everything after they finished.

Aug 9: My husband called he said he will come Wednesday Aug 11, between 2-4.
Aug 11: I waited, no update. After 4 pm he texted my husband and said he's stucked somewhere. We agreed to re-scheduled for Saturday Aug 12 about noon. There were exchanges of text messages about the panel/shingle info.
Aug12: Noontime on Saturday , not heard anything but when my husband texted him he said he came by in the morning and that,  he did not have the right color. (Take note: did not update us, While we waited ). He said, Need to go to PHX Monday to get the right color.
Aug 16: Monday, My husband has to text him what time. He said about 1 pm, true enough he came at 1. However when my husband open the garage for him he was on the phone forever and my husband patiently waiting to be off the phone. Did not even apologized. I thought that was very rude ! He took the shingle/panel with him and then said his ladder is not long enough!!! Well, if he said he came by Saturday morning then he should know the height. Anyway, He's supposed to come back the next day.
Aug 17: Tuesday around 10 am , did not hear anything from him . So, my husband texted (again) asking what time you're coming. His response : I don't know. If you want to call someone else go for it. Omg!
Whoever will read this review... you be the judge.
First of all, customer service  needs to improve. Maybe he thinks it's a very small job to do and it's not worth his time but be honest with us from the beginning. We were very patient waiting and he even took the panel or shingle ( whatever you call it) with him. We have nothing to show to whoever company who will do it, except the picture.
On the side note , he came last year for a something up in the roof that insurance want to get done. So , he has used a ladder before . We did not know he came until he sent a picture that it's done and that was fine . Maybe he is a man of few words.
With that being said 1 week of back forth for nothing. Rude and does not deserve a star.

I hired The Repair Guys (due to a previous awesome experience) to resolve some roofing issues that appeared in a home inspection report.  Steve called me back quickly with an estimate and was able to accommodate a quick turn-around on the work.  I appreciate the before and after pics that are provided.  I can't praise these guys enough for their excellent communication and follow-through.  This is a company that you can trust!

I called and they called back.  We're off to a good start and it only got better from here.  Geoff shows up when he said, he was easy to talk with and trust.   He gave me a great description of what was happening followed-up with photos showing me what he was telling me about the roof.  I had 5 broken tiles, missing half the tile basically and a couple cracked that they fixed.   Erica in the office handled the majority of my communication and she was clear and thorough; very easy to work with and understand.  Garrett handled the roof and while I did not meet him as First Response handled it while I was at work without me having to be there--how awesome! but anyway, he did take pictures of the things he fixed and they were included in the report.  Overall--excellent service, superb follow through and I would highly recommend doing business if repairs are needed for your roofing.  I will be telling any of my neighbors.

They came to my home several years ago claiming to be licensed and bonded, totally messed up my back roof and put nail holes everywhere.

Five years later I need a new roof and I totally forgot the name of this company when I called him... When he got here he said oh yeah we did the back... I said OK you can leave now!

I actually called the registrar of contractors on this company. Hopefully over the last five years they've gotten better... But I wouldn't bank on it!

Best roofer you could find. Needed several maintenance items taken care to be able to close escrow on time after our original roofer was a no show Advanced Quality Roofing really helped us out in a short time frame. Customer service was excellent. Thank you

They came out to perform an estimate weeks ago and they never sent the estimate! I advised them of such. They said that they would send it and still nothing.
