I got quotes from different companies before deciding on this one! Jason was very responsive and professional. His quote was very competitive and he understood the roof replacement process very well. He wasn't pushy or salesy. The crew showed up everyday and wrapped up the job right on schedule! Andrew was my project manager, he checked in daily to see if I had any concerns or questions.

I've used this company in the past and they did a good job for me but this time I had another repair and instead of sending a person to repair five tiles of mine that come undone at the peak of my roof they sent One of the owners.  He didn't even fix the tiles and told me that you can't walk on them or you'll break them and tried to sell me a new roof.  So I just went down to Home Depot got the supplies went on my roof and fixed it myself and didn't break any tiles walking on them.

I was referred to Hardacker Roofing by another contractor.  Back in March of 2020, I discovered a small leak in my master bedroom due to heavy rainfall.  I contacted Clyde Hardacker.  He went up on the roof, took pictures, and showed me that the underlayment was deteriorated.  He recommended that I replace the entire underlayment only underneath the tile roof since my house was almost 20 years old.  He informed me that my tile roof was still in good shape.

Although they were not able to get to my roof until May due to other customers were ahead of me and the City's delay in processing a permit, I was so glad when the job was finally done.  Ashley was great to work with and kept me abreast on the status as to when they were able to get to me and getting the permit.  The only disappointment I had is the fact that they did not send someone over to my house to cover the area with plastic where the roof was leaking to prevent more damage.  I had to have another contractor do it.  I hope they will consider making an improvement in this area.  With that said, thank you for all your help with my roof.  All the best.

This father and sons team delivered!! We were so very impressed with their honesty, work ethic and dedicated hard work!! We had received two other quotes, but because of discrepancies between the diagnosis and estimates, we call Mikku and Sons for a third opinion.

Well, they were honest and told the truth, unlike the other two companies who BOTH tried to mislead us into spending way too much!! Mikku and Sons offered us a good resolve and a fair price!!

I'll be honest, they aren't the best at communication, but their work is outstanding so it really didn't matter in the end. I'll admit at first I expected better communication (came earlier than scheduled one day, later than scheduled another day without a call), but in the end I didn't even care if they were late or early (our job required stages, so they came back on many occasions)!! I was just so grateful to have my roof fixed and my pocket book still in tact!!! I even paid them $100 more than we agreed to pay!!!

I will forever use Mikku and Sons for any roof repair and confidently recommend them to all of my family and friends!! Get them out to get an estimate BEFORE you use someone else and get ripped off or have substandard work done!!

I've never done business with such an honest person as Steve. I originally thought I needed metal roof coating to stop leaks but he took the time to investigate and said the leak was elsewhere. Suggested I call the roofing company that recently reshingled my house and have them fix the flashing... under warranty too. Wow!

Excellent from start to finish. I am 2500 miles away from my home in Arizona and Josh handled everything. Arizona roofing came in well under the estimate and put better materials on the roof then I had before the damage. I highly recommend them.

I found Almeida Roofing through my insurance company after I had submitted two other estimates that were considerably higher.  I called Almeida roofing for an estimate and Kevin, the owner, came out within a week and gave me an estimate that was considerably lower than the first two I had received.  So as anyone would think, the lower estimate would entail using bare minimum materials and labor.  It was just the opposite.  After talking to Kevin, we received 30lb tar paper instead of 15lb, 30 year artisanal shingle instead of 15 year, 3 day process time frame, new plywood where needed, new face board where needed, metal trim protector, back porch removal and brought the rafters out even to where the back porch was and there is no evidence there was a back porch on my house.  So on day one, the demolition crew was outside waiting in the truck and as soon as my wife left for work, they asked me to move my truck and they had everything removed from my roof and new tar paper on within 2 hours.  Then the materials delivery truck showed up about an hour later, offloaded all the shingles and tar paper and was gone in 30 minutes.  Jeff showed up and started working on removing the back porch and the trim. He did what he would do by himself in the rest of his day.  Day 2, the crew showed up at 8, worked through the day and by 4 pm, the foreman called me and said that my house was complete and all clean up was accomplished.  I arrived at my house about 15 minutes later to see a completely different roof and no back porch.  It was nice to see that transformation.  As for Kevin, his wife Melissa, back office lady Betsy and all of the field crew, I have to say that this is truly an honest group of people with a very high level of integrity, personality and workmanship.  I highly recommend using Almeida roofing.  Outstanding all the way around!!  Thanks for an OUTSTANDING job!!

They are very professional and expensive.  When you tell them, they want to negotiate; and are still way too expensive.  I paid about 60-70% of their bid and had a great result from a competitor.

Jimmy and the crew at McMillan Brothers were hired to paint the exterior of my parents home in Chandler. Their  quote was very fair and they did a great job on the house. Jimmy was always in communication with me and very professional. Overall we are extremely happy with the work.

Luis is as close to a real-life super hero as it gets. I won't get into the details here, but let's just say I needed him badly, and he came through for me 110%. He answers the phone on an extremely consistent basis; and if he doesn't he calls you right back. Luis provides fantastic customer service and does amazing work. I would highly recommend Luis to my closest friends.

Ok, if you're tired of contractors not showing up, call SF Roofing. This company came out in the rain, climbed up on the roof, did some clean up and didn't try selling a thing that wasn't necessary. Fantastic pricing, prompt and professional. And, bonus, ladies, they don't talk to women like they're brainless!

Our tile roof is 20 years old and the original underlayment needed replacement.  The entire team was great to work with:  They talked us through the process and answered all of our questions.  We also received quotes from two other roofing companies.  Brown Roofing was competitively priced and we felt the most comfortable with them.

The crew arrived on time and worked diligently.  At the end of each day, they cleaned up any debris - the yard was nearly spotless.  Overall, we were very pleased by the workmanship, service, and the entire team's enthusiasm for the job.

Really happy with my decision to go with first response roofing for my partial roof replacement. I received quite a few quotes for the job and was initially very impressed with the time spent on my roof assessing not only what was causing my leak but also the entire health of the roof. There were several other companies that didn't even look and just talked to me at the front door about their recommendations. First Response gave me many options and felt 0 pressure to choose a particular one - I felt as if I was just given the knowledge to make the right decision for me. Price was right in the middle of the quotes I got for the work performed. Kudos to Jake for the quote process, that's what sold me honestly. We just had Estrella Roofing repair part of our roof. We are delighted with their work. They were always here on time, their work was excellent in every way, they cleaned everything and did more work that we expected on our rolled roof and everywhere else. Their prices can't be beat. We will definitely use them in a couple of years when we need to fix the rest of our roof. I would definitely recommend them.
