Best Roofing Contractors in Phoenix, AZ

We had been having problems with our insurance for years before finding this company. We worked with four other roofing companies trying to get our roof replaced and they all gave up and stopped responding to us. Our insurance was absolutely refusing to replace saying it could be repaired even though all the evidence pointed to the opposite.

Enter Four Peaks. We told them our situation and they said they would duke it out! We were hesitantly optimistic. Over the course of the next several months, we went through the same arguments with Allstate. They still declared we could fix the roof. Four Peaks took video and pictures proving the opposite. Eventually, Four Peaks told us to send an arbitration letter to Allstate. They gave us the exact wording to use to get the process started. They truly took the reins and did battle. It took over five months for everything to get settled but they stuck it out to the end. We got our check a day after the agreement was finalized and they were replacing the roof within the week.

The roof itself looks wonderful. It took about two days to complete. The workers were very nice and capable. The owner showed up during the process to make sure everything was going smoothly and to explain the rest of the process as well. They cleaned up everything nicely. We can't find any evidence that our roof was even replaced!

We are beyond happy we chose this company. They are kind, capable and excellent at their jobs. Highly recommended.

Hardacker Roofing replaced the underlayment for my tile roof in 2019. The owner Clyde Hardacker came out within a day or so and gave me the estimate, which was very reasonable and less than I expected even with the double underlayment I requested. Clyde was friendly and willing to take the time to answer my questions, which I find to be the exception rather than the norm these days. They did the job in the time frame promised, Clyde stopped by periodically to check on the crew. Was very pleased with the experience. I called yesterday to request a roof inspection to verify there were no problems after the high winds we had. They sent Ken out this morning! Less than 24 hours after my call! Ken got up and walked the roof and there were no issues. Again, another friendly and courteous person to deal with. I have recommended Hardacker Roofing to anyone who mentions they might be needing roof work, and I will continue to recommend this local family-owned company.

Just finished having some roof repairs (broken tiles and loose tiles) done by America Roofing.  They are one of two roofers used by the builder in our neighborhood.  The other roofer was the one who both did the original roof and then the repairs on closing.  America Roofing was able to replace the broken mud balls, the broken tiles we found and the other 15 broken or loose tiles the previous roofer didn't repair correctly or glued together (vs. replaced).  

Not sure about having a full roof done but for repairs, the crew that they sent out did a great job.  YMMV but they did good work on my house at a fair price.

These guys suck! Spent over $40,000 on The last roof you'll ever need - lifetime gaurantee!. Now I have 7 leaks in my roof. Some new, some of the same old leaks. I can't even get a return phone call! I have been calling them since November! They came out once, roof still leaks and I have been getting blown off ever since. Once they have your money - have a nice day!

I would give this company negative stars if I could.  First off, cosmetically, they appear to do adequate work, but GOD forbid there is warranty work involved.  Recently, we have had some wind and rain, nothing major, no trees down or damage throughout the area, but several shingles blew off my roof  within the warranty period.  I called to get them reapplied, but was told per the owner Kevin, that the damage was caused by an act of GOD, thus there is no warranty.  First off, we have roofs to protect us from the elements, rain, wind, heat, etc.; last I checked all of these situations can be construed to be caused by Mother Nature or as Alamedia interrupts, acts of GOG.  OMG, are you kidding, your shotty workmanship, and they can't offer C/S to reapply shingles, instead claim an act of GOD!!  Be warned, if you go with this company, the warranty isn't worth anything, because they will claim, it is an act of GOD.  Clearly this company is only concerned about their bottom line at the customers' expense.

This morning pro west began pounding in my room a few minutes before 5am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We immediately stepped outside because we have a toddler and asked them to stop because it was too early and they COMPLETELY IGNORED US! I understand we live in Arizona but 5am is completely disruptive and completely rude!! We DID NOT receive any sort of notice what so ever. When and what time they would be here were not announced. They also Did Not let us know they would be coming Into our back patio and completely covering it in trash all over the things we had put there. This company needs a little more professionalism.

I dealt with Nelson four years ago to have my house painted by his company.  They did an excellent job! I also had the inside of the backyard block fence painted by them. It too, looked great!  Sadly, paint has flaked off the bottom course of blocks (due to neighbors watering, I think) which gives a scruffy look.  I called Nelson, who came by a couple days later. He surveyed the walls and said even though their warranty was for only 2 years, he would have his guys come out and repaint for me - at NO CHARGE!!!  They just finished the job and it looks SO much better.  THANK YOU, Nelson, for really standing behind your work!  I heartily endorse McMillan Brothers Painting and will use them again when the house needs it!

It should be noted that I work in the construction industry and am not an easy customer-- I expect people to do what they say they will do and follow through.  L&R did just that.

We had a new vent from a water heater install that resulted in a gap that would have been a sure leak with upcoming rain.  They responded almost instantly and made a quick fix the same morning.  Highly recommend!

We had a water leak show up around a window after the last week of rain. We weren't sure if it was a roof or window problem, so contacted both contractors. Our usual experience is that it can take several days / weeks before roofers get out to assess -- but in this case, Jesse from Brown roofing responded immediately. He came out to check up our concerns the next business day. He determined that the issue was small stucco leak around the window.  Good news for us, as easier fix. No business THIS time for them, but based on other people's excellent reviews, and their prompt response and excellent customer service we will contact them again when roof concerns crop up.

We could not be happier with how the entire process was handled. Unlike the other 6 companies I quoted through Yelp, John (owner) throughly inspected the roof and was the ONLY ONE who mentioned my patio was in good shape, in fact, offered to make minor repairs to it free of charge. Pricing was on par with other companies, however warranty was above the rest. Roofers Jimmy and Alberto were extremely polite and on time every day. We are sincerely thankful with Desert Eagle and would highly recommend for any roofing work.

These guys give me the best deal among many competitors and they replaced my underlayment in 2 days! (normally 3-4 days but they happened to have 2 screws)
Jordon is very friendly and helpful to explain what they did, and did me a huge favor by haul away construction waste from another job (with a very reasonable fee).

I contacted a number of roofing companies in my area and actually had four quotes given to me for the repair work I needed to be done on my home.   Robert and Jacob came out gave me a detailed explanation as to how they would fix my tile and foam roof and gave me a very fair estimate. It wasn't the cheapest estimate but it was the most detailed and what I believe to be the best repair for me and for the people who are purchasing my home. They came out a week after I signed the work order and started the job. Jacob was one of the hardest working people I have ever seen.
