I called Four Peaks to set up a roof inspection because they were close to my house and had great reviews. I have concrete tiles and a few of them were broken. Carl Elsik arrived on time and did a thorough inspection and took some pictures to show me what was going on with the roof. He took the time to explain my options and gave me some great advice on how to make sure my roof would be good for the long haul. Great interaction, five stars!

Had wind damage to entire roof after winter storms. HAYDEN worked with the Insurance company to get a full roof replacement. The work was done efficiently and quickly. I can't say enough about what a great experience it was working with Hayden. He is very personable, polite, and knowledgeable about his trade. In preparation for installing solar panels on our roof, I invited 4 roofers to evaluate and improve the condition of our 27 year old roof to ensure optimum function and durability for the life of the new electrical system.  

Complicating factors included 5 existing skylights and the proposed addition of 3 solar tube light fixtures, to be integrated into the layout of 52 photovoltaic panels.  Also, due to the age of the roof, the original concrete tiles are no longer available on the market, so existing materials had to be recycled and supplemented with current tiles in such as a way as to be aesthetically unobtrusive.    

Clyde Hardacker's analysis and proposed solutions were the most practical.  His pricing was not the lowest, but was quite reasonable in the wide range of responses from the other contractors.  Going with the lowest bid would have certainly entailed sacrificing some degree of confidence in the quality of outcome.

Work was performed quickly and skillfully by his competent crew, with first-hand involvement by Clyde at critical milestones.  Clyde also personally performed finishing tasks to ensure the job was done to our complete satisfaction.  

We are very pleased with the outcome and would enthusiastically recommend Clyde Hardacker for any roofing project.

A most excellent experience...
Our roof needed a major overhaul due to shoddy work by Circle G Roofing. Mikku was referred to us by a satisfied neighbor.
These men worked their fingers to the bone for three days to power-wash, repair, prep and foam seal our our roof.  Each morning they arrived promptly at 6am and worked through the afternoon with incredible diligence.  The roof is now leak free, properly graded, sleek and freshly sealed.
This level of competence is worth its weight in gold.

Selling a house, the Home Inspector found a few problem areas with roof. The roofers came in, not only doing a great job repairing areas identified in inspection report, but then checked entire roof to ensure there were no other problems not included in inspection.

These guys suck! Spent over $40,000 on The last roof you'll ever need - lifetime gaurantee!. Now I have 7 leaks in my roof. Some new, some of the same old leaks. I can't even get a return phone call! I have been calling them since November! They came out once, roof still leaks and I have been getting blown off ever since. Once they have your money - have a nice day!

I have used Almeida for the last 2 years starting with replacing my flat patio roof. Great price, excellent job. I had them come back once for a small leak in that roof soon after install - I think I waited 24 hours and they were there and did the repair.  I currently have a new leak on my main home roof; again in 24 hours they were at the home and fixed my problem by sealing the paper under the tiles. I currently have an estimate to repaper the entire home and do believe that the estimate is very reasonable. Great company, great people, I highly recommend them!

Thank you, thank you Prowest for the beautiful new roof over my head!! I had nothing but an excellent experience with all the guys at Prowest, from Colin, the owner (who came out himself, with another crew member, AFTER DARK to tarp my half-finished roof about half an hour before a monster storm came out of nowhere and poured down rain, with high winds...whoa, I felt so fortunate for their timely action!), to Johnny, the project manager, and Efren, the foreman.  Initially, I met Johnny, who immediately set my mind at ease with this whole process, as it was the first time I've had to replace a roof.  I got a great vibe off of him, and trusted him from the get-go. He was able to get a WHOLE roof replacement covered by my insurance...in the beginning the insurance company was only going to cover the main house roof, not the carport or patio cover roofing.  Two other roofing company reps from whom I got estimates apparently did not know enough about current standards/laws (?) to be able to convince my insurance rep that a whole roof replacement was in order.  Everything went so smoothly from start to finish. Colin, the owner, came by to introduce himself and drop off the shingle color samples, and two times (not counting the extra tarping trip!) while the work was underway. He also told me about different attic vents from the old whirlybird vents that I had, which stuck out like a sore thumb from street view.  I opted to go with these more streamlined vents he recommended and they were placed in a way that they are not visible from the street, so it looks much cleaner now!  The guys also painted the exhaust vent pipes and flashings to match the shingle color so none of that stands out.  It only took them two days to do my roof.  It was a dream, and I am so very happy with it.  You will not go wrong with Prowest!

We contacted McMillan Brothers for an exterior house painting quote. George called back and was out to see the house the next day with a very competitive quote. (We live in Las Sendas in Mesa and had received quotes from other places neighbors had recommended ). He was able to start the work the next week. Edgar and his crew were so careful and precise. They covered and protected everything and fixed every crack in the stucco. He always checked with us to make sure we were happy, was easy to talk to and helped me with all questions. We were extremely happy with the finished project and would highly recommend them!

I called Luis to have them come take a look at my roof that needed some repairs. He came by that day to take a look and give us a quote. They came by and fixed it in the next few days. We had a new vent from a water heater install that resulted in a gap that would have been a sure leak with upcoming rain.  They responded almost instantly and made a quick fix the same morning.  Highly recommend!

Brown Roofing just completed a re-roof of our home and did an exceptional job.  I did my research, asked friends for recommendations, and eventually got three bids on the job.  Craig, of Brown Roofing, did a really nice job of explaining the process and surveying my home to understand the condition of the roof.  He also noticed that my 2nd floor patio deck floor had cracks that would have caused water to penetrate and cause damage.  None of the other companies I had come out made that observation.  So he also gave me a quote on that as well.  I like to take my time, and ask questions before I commit.  Craig was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions over the following week.  Eventually, I chose Brown roofing because I had confidence that the job would get done right.  The price was right in the middle of the other two quotes, so very reasonable and fair.  His team was very professional and they consistently cleaned up before they left on each day, which was one of our big concerns with a toddler running around.

John Baker & John Baker Jr. are awesome guys and they do great work! Have used them for a couple years now as my go to roofers for myself and my clients. They just re-did all the underlayment for my client in Glendale & are going to be doing some foam roof repairs for a client in Sun City after escrow closes. I highly recommend them if you want the job done right and reasonable pricing.

Needed a re-tile and new underlayment. Received very competitive quote and decided to go with CopperWest Roofing. I went with the Roofing Foil as my underlayment in order to reduce heat in the home. The roofers came out and did most of the work in 2 days. There were some minor things that were missed and I reported them to Jordan. Jordan was very helpful and came out to patch up a small hole in the front of the house where a part of the roof sticks out above a window. He also painted it and made sure it looked right. My neighbors were very impressed with the speed and quality of the work!

Since the new roof was put in with roofing foil, I have noticed a 10 degree temp drop and my next electrical bill is down about 10%.

I contacted First Response because a tenant advised that there was a leak in theur roof. Out of the 3 companies I called First Response was the only to answer as well as follow up with me.

From the customer service from the office staff to the service and knowledge of the crew that fixed the roof were amazing! They explained everything in great detail as well as sent me a full report of everything written down and broken down by cost of each item used to fix the repair. I know this is normal but I have never seen such a detailed report from a company!

They also make paying online easy by emailing you the invoice and using a payment portal!

They completed the job in only a few hours and now no more leaks through the roof! I will be using First Reaponse for all my roofing needs on all my properties!

They came to my home several years ago claiming to be licensed and bonded, totally messed up my back roof and put nail holes everywhere.

Five years later I need a new roof and I totally forgot the name of this company when I called him... When he got here he said oh yeah we did the back... I said OK you can leave now!

I actually called the registrar of contractors on this company. Hopefully over the last five years they've gotten better... But I wouldn't bank on it!

Alex was quick to reply.  He came out to give me an estimate when he said he would.  Company was competitively priced.  Work started promptly on the day they said it would.   Job involved tile, foam and rolled roofing. They were professional, cleaned up after, went out of their way to make sure the job was done right. Highly recommend them.
