I highly recommend Four Peaks Roofing! We just noticed a stain on our ceiling, and Jason sent Carl out the same day we called for a free estimate. Carl had some doubts about the cause, so he and Jason came back the next day to look at the situation. Turns out there's not any work to be done, really, so we haven't tested the quality of their product yet. However, if the attentiveness, responsiveness, and respectfulness of both Jason and Carl are anything to go by, I would not hesitate to have them fix/replace the roof.

Daniel and his team are amazing to work with! I have been using them for years now and couldn't be happier. I have used them on extremely large and difficult jobs and they have always come through. It's very refreshing in this day and age to have a company that always does what they say they are going to do!

Hardacker Roofing replaced the underlayment for my tile roof in 2019. The owner Clyde Hardacker came out within a day or so and gave me the estimate, which was very reasonable and less than I expected even with the double underlayment I requested. Clyde was friendly and willing to take the time to answer my questions, which I find to be the exception rather than the norm these days. They did the job in the time frame promised, Clyde stopped by periodically to check on the crew. Was very pleased with the experience. I called yesterday to request a roof inspection to verify there were no problems after the high winds we had. They sent Ken out this morning! Less than 24 hours after my call! Ken got up and walked the roof and there were no issues. Again, another friendly and courteous person to deal with. I have recommended Hardacker Roofing to anyone who mentions they might be needing roof work, and I will continue to recommend this local family-owned company.

Mikku & Sons removed & replaced 2000 SF of existing roofing in May 2017 and applied urethane foam to all areas of the flat roof.  They took their time and addressed each of the individual roofing issues including poor scupper drainage and ponding.

I had a great experience with America Roofing. They went above and beyond our expectations. They showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. The roof looks beautiful, and the best part is that we have no more leaks! They were friendly and helpful when I called to schedule. I would definitely recommend America Roofing to anyone.

These guys suck! Spent over $40,000 on The last roof you'll ever need - lifetime gaurantee!. Now I have 7 leaks in my roof. Some new, some of the same old leaks. I can't even get a return phone call! I have been calling them since November! They came out once, roof still leaks and I have been getting blown off ever since. Once they have your money - have a nice day!

Called Almeida in March regarding a small leak in the roof above our garage. They had someone out the next day to inspect the roof and  emailed a quote the day after that. Unfortunately, due to COVID, the repair had to be put on hold for about three months. When we contacted Almeida in June, they honored the March quote and scheduled the work within two-and-a-half weeks. Their crew arrived as scheduled early in the morning and completed the job by early afternoon. They were respectful, professional and made sure to thoroughly clean the entire work area before leaving. I should also mention that the entire Almeida office staff was friendly and responsive. Very satisfied with our experience.

The project manager I worked with, his name is Jordan. Out of 5 companies that came out for an estimate, he was the only one who came with a great suggestion on how to get my roof done. I haven't gotten any major rain or wind gust as of September 15, 2020 to put the roof to the test but the roof looks amazing. The crew did a fantastic job and cleaned up very well at the end of the day. I have no major complaints.

I would definitely recommend McMillan Brothers Painting Company.  From my initial contact with Charles through the painting experience with Oscar, the whole experience was a good one.  Charles came to give me an estimate the day I spoke with him and gave me a great price (which I learned by getting estimates from other companies).  He was also empathetic and patient when I had a hard time deciding on a color to paint my cabinets. Soon after we agreed what was to be done, the painting began.  In addition to the painting of the cabinets, I had the siding on my house power washed and the exterior block of my house and my gate painted. Oscar, the person who did the painting, was friendly, dependable, competent and courteous.  He arrived when he said he would, worked hard, did a good job and cleaned up after himself when he was finished.  The whole painting project was completed in three days and I am very satisfied with the work that McMillan Brothers did for me!

When you see all the 5 star reviews for L&R Roofing you don't need to wonder why as soon as you meet Luis.  When I started getting quotes to have my roof replaced I looked at reputable companies close to me.  I got three or four quotes.  Luis was the 2nd person I met and although his quote was the lowest, that wasn't the only reason I chose to go with L&R.  Luis is friendly, professional and not at all a pushy sales person.  

The roof is one of the most expensive home repairs you'll have to do as a homeowner, but it is a part of home ownership.  After getting the quotes in December I realized I still needed to save up a bit more before I could move forward.  Shortly after I received the quote we had a heavy rain and Luis reached out to see how the roof was doing.  I let him know my new time frame to having the roof work done. I knew the quote could change, but I could not move forward at that time.  As soon as I knew I was able to move forward I reached out to Luis again.  He let me know that the quote would be slightly higher due to his cost going up.  He even provided me with a letter from his supplier stating the increase.  To me this showed integrity.  He wasn't just increasing the cost because I had waited.

I was at work while the crew was replacing the roof, but Luis checked in throughout the two days sending me pictures of the progress.  I didn't think I could get excited about getting a new roof, but I am.  It looks great! Our curb appeal has gone way up.  Next goal is to get the house painted so it goes with the brand new roof.

Ok, if you're tired of contractors not showing up, call SF Roofing. This company came out in the rain, climbed up on the roof, did some clean up and didn't try selling a thing that wasn't necessary. Fantastic pricing, prompt and professional. And, bonus, ladies, they don't talk to women like they're brainless!

We just finished getting a full new roof from Brown Roofing, and the job was completed on-time, on-budget, and everything looks great.  When we noticed some leaks in our laundry room, we contacted a few companies to come give us estimates.  Some companies never returned our calls and emails, and some gave estimates without much detail. Brown Roofing called us back right away to schedule the estimate, and we received a detailed quote within 24 hours.  Everything was very professional and the phone and email communication was clear and responsive.  The owner, Craig, was on-site for the start of the project and checked in with us along the way, until completion at the end of the week.  The crew also did a nice job cleaning up each day and at the end of the project.  We didn't have to pick up any debris at any time during the week.  Thanks again, would recommend this company to anyone in need of roofing services.

No one wants to redo their roof, but Jordan and his crew made the process smooth and painless. We chose Copper West after reviewing multiple bids. We liked that he was a local business and competitive. The bid contained multiple pricing options as well. Jordan stuck to the schedule and confirmed the start date just days before. The crew came and got to work. The roof was done in less than 2 days, including cleanup afterwards. The bid included a rear walk-out deck which involved them returning a couple of days later for the final sealing. The end result is great. His company's workmanship is better than the original home builder's. We are glad we chose Copper West.

I didn't get to use The Repair Guy because I'm out of their service area range, but they did talk me through my roof issue and what to look for in a roofing company that could fix my problem. They were so helpful.

We had first response complete an overhaul of our large patio awning that was leaking and they did an excellent job! The quote process was efficient, clear and multiple options for repair/replacement were provided. The team was prompt and quick with their work and everything was explained me to both before and after the job was done. The price was excellent, a very low pressure, no nonsense process that was welcomed. We will be using first response for any roofing needs moving forward!

I selected Estrella Roofing primarily because I felt that Bart had the experience and integrity I was looking for. His bid wasn't the lowest but price is not always everything. He and his brother are the principles and are the second generation, he says, in Estrella Roofing. Experience means a lot to me.

He did a thorough inspection, provided me with a dozen or so pictures of the problem and recommended an annual roof inspection and cleaning to head off any future problems. My roof is 20 years old. I pulled a copy of his contractors license and asked for and received copies of his liability insurance. I should add his office manager Adilene was prompt, kept me informed and had excellent follow through on any questions.

The work started on time and finished as planned. A cleanup was performed, the crew quiet and hard working. Bart came to the house after the job was complete to make sure we were satisfied.

Great service. Great estimate. Turned up at scheduled time. Blocked out three days to complete job. Finished it in two. Very professional employees. A pleasure to work with even in the face of a self important HOA rep who watched their every move.

Can't say enough about this roofing company. From beginning to end, what a truly excellent roofing company. I live in Northern AZ and needed some work for my mother's roof down on the Buckeye area. Was able to get a quote within a week. The estimate was sent in a very detailed and professionally broken down email. We received 2 different quotes which was great giving us different options. Robert (owner) and Trevor (son) came to the house.  The estimate was fair and better priced than the competitors. They removed all the tile off the roof, replaced some damaged wood, replace all the underlayment, and replaced cracked tile. Worked morning to evening with crew of five. Finished within 2 and a half days. Amazingly was able to squeeze the job in within a week of accepting the quote. Also, payment could be done electronically through an email via a payment website. They worked clean and picked up all excess and used materials. Was like they were never there! Also received email reminders when they were going to perform work on the home. Needless to say my mother was extremely pleased with this company's work and professionalism. The reviews for this company tell it all and I can attest to them based on my experience.
