He/they assisted with putting together a claim that was effective and eventually lead to the replacement of the shingles and drip line. Hardacker Roofing replaced the underlayment for my tile roof in 2019. The owner Clyde Hardacker came out within a day or so and gave me the estimate, which was very reasonable and less than I expected even with the double underlayment I requested. Clyde was friendly and willing to take the time to answer my questions, which I find to be the exception rather than the norm these days. They did the job in the time frame promised, Clyde stopped by periodically to check on the crew. Was very pleased with the experience. I called yesterday to request a roof inspection to verify there were no problems after the high winds we had. They sent Ken out this morning! Less than 24 hours after my call! Ken got up and walked the roof and there were no issues. Again, another friendly and courteous person to deal with. I have recommended Hardacker Roofing to anyone who mentions they might be needing roof work, and I will continue to recommend this local family-owned company.

I had to write this review because the gentleman that came out to price me out for a new roof went the extra mile and put some tar over a few noticeable hole because some rain was coming, that's awesome and great service. Thank you again.

I've never done business with such an honest person as Steve. I originally thought I needed metal roof coating to stop leaks but he took the time to investigate and said the leak was elsewhere. Suggested I call the roofing company that recently reshingled my house and have them fix the flashing... under warranty too. Wow!

We had Arizona Roofing Systems replace the underlayment on our roof. In general, they did a pretty good job. The people are super friendly and accessible. There were just a couple issues I wish had been handled better. First was the scheduling. We had certain days that were not good for us due to my daughter working the graveyard shift on Wednesday and Thursday night, they schedule us for Monday-Wednesday. Well, the job didn't complete until Friday afternoon. It would have been much better had they communicated to us what was going on the day before so we could have adjusted our schedules. Second, they couldn't find matching tiles. They assured us they would do it in such a way it wouldn't be noticeable. Well, they didn't. I have a couple very noticeable stripes. A little disappointing since every other house in our neighborhood that has had this done doesn't have this problem. Also, I asked that the mortar be tinted and it wasn't. These weren't huge issues, but certainly wish they had been handled better. Now, it just better be leak free!

Called Almeida in March regarding a small leak in the roof above our garage. They had someone out the next day to inspect the roof and  emailed a quote the day after that. Unfortunately, due to COVID, the repair had to be put on hold for about three months. When we contacted Almeida in June, they honored the March quote and scheduled the work within two-and-a-half weeks. Their crew arrived as scheduled early in the morning and completed the job by early afternoon. They were respectful, professional and made sure to thoroughly clean the entire work area before leaving. I should also mention that the entire Almeida office staff was friendly and responsive. Very satisfied with our experience.

Our experience with Pro West has been mercurial, erratic, and unreliable.

About a year ago we had luck with a successful shingle roof build on our rental property. This encouraged us to hire them for another complete roof rebuild (foam roof) on our current residence.

During the first attempt at the build, the application of the foam roof was lackluster / lazy at best.  Inconsistent foam application and assurance from our PM that our roof build was completed.  We found innumerable particulates of foam all over our patio, furniture, poolscape, cool deck, dog run, front and back deck, and just to be thorough, inside the pool.

Pro West made zero attempt to clean up the blizzard of foam particulate that blanketed the property.  We spoke with our PM, who agreed the entire rebuild needed to be completed all over again. He also sent out some laborers to attempt cleaning and to skim the pool (using a aquarium net meant for goldfish. Again, a laughable effort.

Eventually, after weeks of promises to return to complete the scope of work, did we arrive at passable foam roof build. Pro West scheduled the rebuild on their time.  The same week as the 2020 Spring Monsoon.  The following day the newly applied foam roof was awash with unseasonably high volumes of rainfall.  Again, foam particulate all over the patio, poolscape, cool deck, dog run, front and back deck, and again, inside the pool.  So after multiple attempts we received a passable cleanup effort. So was the job over?  Why would it be?

Next, we had a fascia piece that Pro West agreed to replace in their original scope of work.  Again, weeks of melodrama of will they or won't they show up?  Always promises of It'll be done this week or no-call, no-shows, or surprise arrivals or, when someone did show up, we'd get questions about what the scope of work was.

Then when it was time to paint the fascia, we'd go through weeks of home depot couldn't provide what amounted to a a 12 foot long piece of wood painted white (the fascia).

One day a crew did show up.  They applied the fascia, as is easily done by anyone with a home remodeling skillset.  But not before teeter tottering the 70lb wood slat over our stucco fence and cracking the finish, for which they refused to own up to.

After confronting two 6 foot, 200+ pound men with the impossible physics of their fairy tale, one excitable bloke voiced his hostility until the bald-headed foreman admitted they were at fault and would replace and repair the stucco damage.

All in all this was a pretty painful process for a foam roof repair. I would recommend that the homeowner be present during the repair or rebuild to check their quality control.

Nice job McMillan Brothers. Just had my home painted. New color scheme makes the details that much more important. Every job needs some touch up's. But I could not have imagined how few on this large project. They immediately scheduled follow-up for touch up. They job looks great and they delivered exactly as promised. I don't write many reviews, but this crew is worthy of a shout out. Nice Job!

Luis and his crew were awesome.  I had four contractors come out to give me a bid.  Luis was so professional.  He emailed me a quote and included all the professional documents as well (warranty, bond and insurance). I also received a thank you card in the mail for considering them for my project.    All my dealings with this company gave me strong confidence to go with them.  They had a competitive bid as well but their professionalism and thoroughness made them my #1 choice.  Thanks for a great job at my house.

Ok, if you're tired of contractors not showing up, call SF Roofing. This company came out in the rain, climbed up on the roof, did some clean up and didn't try selling a thing that wasn't necessary. Fantastic pricing, prompt and professional. And, bonus, ladies, they don't talk to women like they're brainless!

I am so impressed with Brown Roofing. They replaced my roof 5 years and I was so happy with everything that I called them back when I had some issues. I was fortunate enough to get Jesse to come out. Turns out it was actually my A/C not draining off the roof but into the roof, so even it was no issue with their workmanship, Jesse recommended an HVAC tech who was out the next day. Jesse then came back after the work was complete to make sure everything was OK with the roof...no charge. I can't say enough good things about this business. If you are lucky you will get to work with Jesse who is a credit to this business. Debbie in the office is great too!

Roof leak last year during monsoon season, John and crew did a fantastic job with the repair.  Timely, responsive and wants to work.  Writing this review as I'm recommending him to a friend.

After the last rainfall, my ceiling woke me up by drooling on my face. After a few choice words and the retrieval of a very large bucket, I began my relatively short search for a roofer. Once I found the amazing reviews on here and on google for Copper West Roofing, I gave them a call. I left a message, and Jordan called me back not long after. I texted him my name and address and he came out for a quote. He texted me pictures from my roof of the culprit, and sent me a (very reasonable) estimate for the repairs. I agreed to the estimate and we set up a date for the repairs. Due to circumstances beyond his control, he wasn't able to make the first appointment, but texted me to let me know. No big deal. When he got here today, he didn't waste any time, he got straight to work and sent me more photos from atop my humble abode. I am very happy with the results and can now start loving rain storms again without having to worry that I may need an umbrella in my bed. :)

I've attached the photos Jordan sent me while he was on the roof because I don't do heights so I'm not going up there to get my own shots. Two thumbs up, 10/10, would recommend!

I highly recommend this company and was very impressed with the customer service and the professionalism shown.  I recently had a garbage disposal go out and needed a replacement.  I called The Repair Guys and was unable to reach anyone so left a message.  Kyle returned my call promptly and we discussed the problem and options available.  He was able to  get someone out to fix the problem the same day.  I was out of state so Kyle sent me a video explaining the problem and showing me the faulty unit.  I am very pleased with the results.

Estrella Roofing is an outstanding company.  Simply put they are the best of the best.  Why?  They are roofers and they know how to install roofing RIGHT.  They take the time to do it right.  They are family.  They showed me how my older roof was installed poorly in many ways.  While doing the work they sent pictures and videos showing great installation practices.  Never heard of them 4 weeks ago.  Personal reference.  Compared favorably to two other bids.  Sincere.  Actually reduced bid after realizing they could save money.  Honest. Caring.  I promise you it's hard to find this talent but God is good.  Thanks.  Quit your search now.  Use these roofers for any roofing needs.  I actually love the new roof, looks great, but I know it was installed truly right.  That's worth it.

Called  State 48 Roofing after our roof started leaking during a storm in January as well as a couple of other companies for bids. Tanner was the only one to actually provide a quote and I am thankful that was our first impression with State 48. Contracting was simple, the crew showed up 2 days later to do the repairs. They were on time, professional, cleaned up after themselves plus some. It hasn't rained again yet so we shall see if this fixed it but all in all a great experience. When we get ready to do the rest of the roof, State 48 will be our first/only call.

Didn't even show up for the appointment I had to wait a week for! I took the day off and everything! I called, no answer, left a message, call not returned. Called the next morning and still no answer. I will be shopping elsewhere.

They did a great job! We had a complete roofing job, and they responded fast and got the work done quickly.
