Best Roofing Contractors in Phoenix, AZ

We had been having problems with our insurance for years before finding this company. We worked with four other roofing companies trying to get our roof replaced and they all gave up and stopped responding to us. Our insurance was absolutely refusing to replace saying it could be repaired even though all the evidence pointed to the opposite.

Enter Four Peaks. We told them our situation and they said they would duke it out! We were hesitantly optimistic. Over the course of the next several months, we went through the same arguments with Allstate. They still declared we could fix the roof. Four Peaks took video and pictures proving the opposite. Eventually, Four Peaks told us to send an arbitration letter to Allstate. They gave us the exact wording to use to get the process started. They truly took the reins and did battle. It took over five months for everything to get settled but they stuck it out to the end. We got our check a day after the agreement was finalized and they were replacing the roof within the week.

The roof itself looks wonderful. It took about two days to complete. The workers were very nice and capable. The owner showed up during the process to make sure everything was going smoothly and to explain the rest of the process as well. They cleaned up everything nicely. We can't find any evidence that our roof was even replaced!

We are beyond happy we chose this company. They are kind, capable and excellent at their jobs. Highly recommended.

I had a quote that was considerably lower than theirs. After speaking to the Hardacker team I knew they would be the best choice. They did not dissapoint. The work was done well and quickly. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done, and done right. Truly one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had.

I used Mikku and Sons Roofing a couple of years ago when I had to repair and seal my foamed flat roof.  They provided a very reasonable price to make the needed repairs and I was very happy with the results.  I am now selling the house and it was discovered that due to a broken a/c conduit line, water had pooled on the roof and parts of the foam had bubbled.  I called Mikku and Sons and they scheduled me right away and today they came out and took care of it.  Wow - excellent service.  Their technicians were top notch and provided me with pictures to go back to the realtors that this had been accomplished.  Very prompt, professional and kind.  I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future should the need arise.

Just finished having some roof repairs (broken tiles and loose tiles) done by America Roofing.  They are one of two roofers used by the builder in our neighborhood.  The other roofer was the one who both did the original roof and then the repairs on closing.  America Roofing was able to replace the broken mud balls, the broken tiles we found and the other 15 broken or loose tiles the previous roofer didn't repair correctly or glued together (vs. replaced).  

Not sure about having a full roof done but for repairs, the crew that they sent out did a great job.  YMMV but they did good work on my house at a fair price.

Needed some roofing work done for a house I was in the process of selling (various broken roof tiles replaced and address a small interier rook leak)... Called Arizona Roofing systems when I saw a truck in my neighborhood and found great reviews on-line.  They didn't disappoint.  They responded to email quickly and came out the next day for an estimate, then Josh met with me a few days later to go over items in person. The work was done only a day or two after I gave the go-ahead and I was provided pictures of the work done.  Overall price was just what they had estimated, and roughly what I expected for the amout of work needing to be done.  Just a wonderful experience.  Would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roof work done.

You should be aware that this company will charge you a 15% late fee 10 days after the work is done, unless you write to them in advance that you're going to be giving the invoice to someone else (like a solar installer or an insurance company) to pay. It's very important that you give them this information in writing, and also be aware that they will not warn you that you're about to incur a hefty late fee.

They did a perfectly fine job on our roof, as far as I can tell.

After the recent monsoon storms that rolled though it was apparent that I was going to need a new roof and was hopeful that insurance would help cover the cost.  I jumped onto the Nextdoor app and saw Johnny's name.  I gave him a call and it was the best decision I could have made.

Johnny came out the next day to complete an inspection and talk to me about my options.  The next week he came by to chalk mark out all the damage and came out again the next day to meet with the insurance adjuster.  I honestly believe having him there to point out all the damage and communicate with the insurance adjuster on my behalf was a HUGE benefit for me. Once we got a claim amount from American Family I was immediately scheduled for a full roof replacement.  Johnny came out and dropped off samples. When the roof work was in process he came out to check on his crew and make sure that I was okay with all the work in process.  The roof was complete after only a day and a half!  I know this because Johnny texted me a picture of the final product.  The crew did a great job of cleaning up and the final product looks AMAZING!  

Through-out the whole process Johnny was quick to respond and answered all of my questions.  The service that I received was top notch. I am so thankful I made the call.  My experience has been nothing less than AMAZING.  If I could give PROWEST a 10 star rating I would.

Hard to get these guys to come out for a quote. Cancel twice due to rain. Other companies had no problem with rain.

Luis is extremely professional and has very high integrity. I met him because I was desperately trying to find someone to handle a simple repair, but an emergency situation. Handymen wouldn't touch the job, and roofers told me they couldn't get to me for weeks and it wasn't worth their bother. Luis called me back within minutes. Asked some succinct questions, and when realizing my difficulty, took on the job just to be that one person to actually help me. I called Luis late in the day and he completed the repair perfectly and on his own time early the next morning before I even went to work. I woke up to a beautiful picture of an immaculate roof in early morning sunshine! I don't know how to thank him enough. He has a customer for life.

We had a new vent from a water heater install that resulted in a gap that would have been a sure leak with upcoming rain.  They responded almost instantly and made a quick fix the same morning.  Highly recommend!

I just got done doing about $60k in renovations to a house in Laveen Arizona, involving new windows, new landscaping and irrigation, new carpet, new countertops and new underlayment for my concrete tile roof. About a year ago, after a strong storm, I noticed a leak and decided I needed a roofer to take a look. After reviewing websites and reviews across the State and web, I chose 5 reputable companies to come out and give me a bid. HANDS DOWN Craig, Jesse, and Debbie at Browns Roofing, even before they came out to give me a quote, were different (and better). Jesse came out to give me a quote and was actually the last company to do so. This was more so that they just happened to be the last company i called of the group. Of the 5 companies, Brown was the only one to actually really talk to me about my issue - a leak I noticed after a strong storm. Most of the other companies showed up, threw a ladder up, and gave me a generic quote based solely on the size of my roof - none of the other 4 asked me about my issues or even talked to me above I will email you a quote in a few days. Jesse took some time with me to ask what i was experiencing, then after reviewing the roof, actually told me he might have fixed the problem for free. He had noticed a tile that had slid slightly out of place( I had thrown a tennis ball up on the roof for a puppy and didn't realize i had actually damaged the roof in doing so) and created a small pocket that was catching water behind the tile, and thus caused the leak over time. He advised that that might have fixed the issue, but to call him if i had any other issues. I didn't for about a year, until another strong storm hit and actually damaged the other part of my roof. Remembering my great experience, I called Brown Roofing again, and asked them to come out again and that I actually for sure needed repairs this time. They were happy to hear from me and set up a date to come out and give me a formal quote. As I still had the quotes from the other 4 companies, i was surprised to see that Brown was actually the best deal as well. With my great experience with them so far, and their stellar reviews online, I felt confident in moving forward. As they are really good at what they do, it was a month or so wait until they could get me on the schedule, as the same strong storm that hit my place, hit a bunch of other houses as well, so every roofing company was quite booked up. Once they came out, they made quick work of the job which took a total of 3 days. Every day, the team cleaned up before leaving for the day - very thoroughly. Other than when they were cleaning at the end of the days, they were basically in the front of the house and on the roof, and so my dogs were still able to go out in the backyard to use the bathroom, which was nice. After the job was done, Craig came out to do a thorough inspection and even found a few more nails and such that I didn't even see when I looked, that the crew had left after their last cleaning. I was amazed at how great their customer service was throughout the whole job, and even after. Of all the contractors I have ever worked with, I must say that Brown takes the cake. I only wish I had more jobs to give them, or that they did more than just roofing! Just use Brown Roofing - they are the best.

I left a message with Yelp needing service for a roof leak. I received a quick appointment response from Desert Eagle Home Improvements and their repair service was even faster than I expected. They have a very professional staff and were very knowledgeable. I'm glad I called them!

We just had our walk-on deck done by Estrella Roofing and they did an excellent job. They are true craftsman and very skilled at what they do. The workers are very respectful and careful and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. I would highly recommend them for any deck or roofing job.

State 48 and Jaden are doing a great job of maintaining my aging 30-year roof, which was installed about 10 years ago by another roofer. The heat and increasing storms and microbursts are taking a toll, and State 48 has been vital about coming out quickly after storms and inspecting and shoring up problem areas so we can extend the life of the roof as much as possible (since 30 year roofs in AZ do NOT last 30 years). I discovered State 48 over a year ago after a major storm sent rain through my AC intake vent and into the house. State 48 replaced shingles and sealed leak areas, and we haven't had that problem since. When it's time, we know we'll work with State 48 to replace the roof.
