Multi pro was professional and efficient both in dealing with my insurance and our schedule for completing the roof.

I needed my roof replaced as it was getting old and starting to show signs of wear and tear. I had a few roofing companies come out and provide free estimates and Hardacker Roofing was the one of the most competitive that also provided a 10-year workmanship warranty. They came out the following week and went to work on replacing the roof. They did such a good job and I absolutely love my new roof. I had my house painted afterwards and the roof and paint job make it look like a brand new house. :)

Avoid them like you would avoid herpes. They don't return calls and the owner doesn't return emails.  Their workmanship is shotty and they don't go the extra mile. We recently sold our home and roof had so many issues even though this company worked on it in the past year. Our chimney was missing a cap, something the Mikku crew should have noticed. I could go on, but you get the picture. Trust your roof to anyone else. Trust me.

I really love these guys they did a great job. My roof looks great! The guys were very courteous. They made sure my yard was clean every day. After the whole job I found two nails which is unbelievable. I used to be a roofer myself and we did not compare to the standard that these guys have. The superintendent Luis Hernandez called us every day to make sure we were happy. When he came in for the final inspection he fixed some of my facia that was not even their responsibility. He also noticed that they did not torch down my patio which is one of his expectations. That kind of roofing will usually seal on its own but, he came back to my house and made sure that it was up to his standards. America Roofing really has a great asset in this man. If he's ever looking for a job I'll hire him. Of course I don't think that will happen. Great job Luis!! You're a bad ass!!!

It was no easy feat for me to find a trustworthy, quality roofing company.  I tried to get in touch with the one I used on my old house in 2016 but I don't know if they're still in business as they didn't answer the phone nor could I leave a message with the mailbox full.  I sent out multiple Yelp inquiries to several companies and this one was the first to respond.  This company was the most appealing to me out of the other ones with it's good reviews and friendly customer service team.

Their estimator Todd was able to come out the same afternoon.  I was on edge all day with the damage stressing me out and I really appreciated how Todd was so friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough he was during the inspection.  I spent some time with him outside while he was inspecting and he took the time to explain to me what he was seeing and answered all of my questions.  What sold me before the visit was over was that he cared enough to carry his clipboard with him to take notes, took pictures, and came inside my home to see how the damage from the outside was affecting the inside.
I had different roofer come out before him and did none of this with the visit ending after 10 minutes.  Todd's visit took about 30 minutes.  He was able to confirm the same details as the other roofer and provided so much more information.

At the end of the visit, Todd wrote out an invoice with the details of the job and quoted me a price I could live with to my relief.  The different roofer wanted to replace only half of the roof and leave the other half alone as it was still in good condition.  Different roofer also said that he doesn't work with foam and there was some damage that occurred in the areas where the foam was.  Todd's proposal only needed to have my roof resealed, a couple of broken shingles replaced, and all the holes left by birds patched up.  They had no limitations on the materials to work with, including foam.  I was able to save thousands of dollars in unnecessary work and get ALL of the damaged areas repaired thanks to him and ARS.

Now that the repair is done and payment taken, I wanted to leave my thoughts.  There were some hiccups that prevented me from rating a perfect 5 stars but those hiccups were quickly rectified to my satisfaction.  You can rest easy with choosing this company.  I won't hesitate on calling them again for future projects.

Was a little surprised when I called to schedule a quote and asked if they could do anything later in the day since I work on the other side of town and was told 'Nope, we only schedule early in the day so we can work on bids in the afternoon'.  Didn't seem to really want my business.

Called for an estimate to replace roof on a Friday, spoke w/Mac who took my contact information and said would call back on Monday or Tuesday following week to schedule time for an estimate.  No call back, text or e-mail; must be too busy to value customers.  Poor customer service prior to job, normally translates into poor customer service during job, decided to go with Brown Roofing.  Give them a call, and pass on ProWest.

I got a quote on a weekend when I was home. I knew the quote was a bit higher then others in the area were charging but I went by great reviews and a friend had used them as well. They give a decent warranty, which is nice as well. I really love the look of my home as they also helped me choose my colors, because I wanted it a bit richer looking instead of yellow toned. Love it!!

Seriously, just hire these guys. I had some roof damage from our recent storms and they were so quick to come out to check everything and offered me a more than fair quote on the repairs. They provided plenty of updates on scheduling and the work looked great once completed. I called a few other places before L&R who were pushy and used scare tactics to try to get my business, but these guys are honest and friendly so I stopped getting quotes and just hired them. Hopefully, I don't have anymore branches fall on my roof, but if I do, I'll be calling them up for sure! Also, their online payment system is great and easy to use if that's important to you.

Amazingly polite and courteous. The highlight of my day was working with SF and they have gained a customer for life for any of our roofing needs!
We had a new vent from a water heater install that resulted in a gap that would have been a sure leak with upcoming rain.  They responded almost instantly and made a quick fix the same morning.  Highly recommend!

Called to schedule a service appointment for my client. I was told the person scheduling was processing invoices and would call me back to schedule an appointment. No call...I called back and left a message to request a return call, no call yet. Just attempted to call them back and it went to voicemail.

Two stars because I did speak to a person and they were pleasent and professional, no more stars because it is not the customers job to hound the business to do work or follow up.

Looks like I am moving to the next company on the list. Had high hopes based on numerous reviews.

*Update...downgraded to 1 star. After no calls and the message this morning, within 3 minutes of leaving a review Debbie called me, said she was a little concerned with my review said she had invoices yesterday and phones were busy today. Interesting that as soon as the review was left I became a priority for her to call.

She also was audible unpleased, which I understand however, after giving an extra star for professionism, I removed one for the lack of the same reason.

Did call another company, answered on the second ring and scheduled me right away...very pleasent experience.

My husband and I are very pleased with the results of our exterior house painted by Desert Eagle! John Baker was quick on his response for an estimate. He was very thorough in reviewing the work to be done, as well as the details we wanted. You'll get a walk through estimate as we'll as a final walk through. Any follow up items were taken care of in a timely manner. We had a lot of flexibility in scheduling the work (even though we had an HOA) and John was able to accommodate a quick turn around. His pricing is very competitive and he uses the best materials.

His workers were very professional and friendly, and left the property in great shape. They worked well together as a team  and were obviously seasoned professionals.

We highly recommend Desert Eagle, and would used them again.

Jordon is amazing he's crew was not only fast and efficient but did the work right! he communicated with us and when he could come do our roof and was beyond reasonable with pricing. Would definitely be hiring him for future jobs.

Very simple and smooth process with State 48. They showed up on time for inspections and the the day the work was performed. Tanner B. provided detailed scope of repairs/replacement along with potential additional fees depending on what was discovered while performing the work. Payment was very simple, photos were provided pre and post work being completed. Would highly recommend using State 48 for roofing repairs and replacements.
