I will absolutely give these guys 5 stars! 6 if I could. We were having issues with a different roofing company who couldn't seem to get what we needed. Our neighbors were using Four Peaks and so we went over and spoke to Jason. From the get-go he was amazing! He was quick to respond and get us all set up with what we needed. Then our insurance co was dragging their feet but Jason was patient and understanding. We got our roof completed faster than expected and it's perfect! Thank you Jason and Four Peaks Roofing!

1. Forgot about the initial appointment. 2. Sent out a replacement person when I notified them of #1 about a half hour past the appointment 3.  This guy was polite but I never heard a word back and it has been two weeks.

So we needed a new roof. Never a good thing to have done, but it was time after the monsoon season and a leak was found. I got 5 bids. Then I was driving home and a Hardacker truck was stopped at the light.
Later I saw online reviews were good and gave them a call. Clyde showed up a couple days later for the bid. It was the very busy season, post monsoon like us...and everyone was a few weeks out. After comparing bids, we chose Hardacker. They were not the cheapest or most expensive. I like that they are a smaller company. They showed up on time and did the work. There was an issue when his guys drove up on our yard and ended up breaking our irrigation line. But we notified them and they came back the next day and took care of it. At the end, Clyde stopped by to get paid and there were a few little things we pointed out. He got right on it, brought his ladder out and fixed things . Hoping this roof lasts a long time...looks great and appreciate the work and communication!

Had them put on a new roof for us.  It has leaked now 3 times in 2.5 years, and they have been either slow to respond or unresponsive to our calls to have it repaired under their warranty.  Lack of response has created ceiling damage, to which they also have not responded in our request to fix.

Jason with America Roofing has earned 5 Stars!  Jason has exceptional customer service. He shows or his staff will come on the day requested to inspect the roof.  It is an efficient inspection. It is fair. They will tell you what needs to be done and  what can wait.  I will continue to call on America Roofing and refer them!

Had my roof replaced in 2019, then while selling the home in 2020 we had a buyer's inspector come out. While the inspector did find a few items for repair, though none were causing any issue with the roof, I got back in touch with Arizona Roofing Systems and Christina scheduled all of our repairs, which were covered under our warranty. Gives me and our buyer peace of mind! Thank you for getting us taken care of!

Finding  a company you trust to service your investment property is hard especially when you can't be there. After requesting a quote via email, I was scheduled shortly after followed by the bid for repair which I was told when I should receive and like clock work, I received as promised. I knew this was the one to hire. Customer service is exceptional letting you know what is happening throughout the process and the price is good. After repair, Bill was sent and paid shortly after followed up by another statement showing payment was received. Little things like this makes it much easier during tax time. Throughout the process, communication was done via email which was nice not having to disrupt your day but keeping posted what was going on and eliminating having to play phone tag.

Jordan and Allie were so great! I never thought that my insurance company would cover a replacement and I needed one bad. I was dreading monsoon season, but not anymore! Jordan told me not to worry and he was right! Full replacement! They handled everything and made what should have been a very stressful process absolutely seamless. We live in Gilbert Arizona and had a leak in our roof after a bad rain storm. We tried reaching out to one roofing company and we never even heard back. Then we reached out to McMillan Brothers and the owner's son Charles responded promptly and communicated with us well throughout the entire process. He was a straight shooter and even showed us pictures of our roof in the before and after stages. He was honest about the status of our roof and didn't tell us we needed a new roof just to make more money. The fixes he and his team completed were done within a couple hours. We will definitely use McMillan Brothers again and recommend them to our friends.

Luis and his team are the very picture of professionalism. Given the weather challenges that have been present, he continued to press on until we had the roof we had imagined. This was no small feat as our roof was far from standard.  We can't thank them enough for the perfection and attention to detail.

Ok, if you're tired of contractors not showing up, call SF Roofing. This company came out in the rain, climbed up on the roof, did some clean up and didn't try selling a thing that wasn't necessary. Fantastic pricing, prompt and professional. And, bonus, ladies, they don't talk to women like they're brainless!

Brown Roofing was the 5th estimate I received for a complete roof update/install. Dean provided a competitive quote and was straight forward to deal with. Scheduling was tough with everyone as it was during busy season (Feb), but Dean ,a aged to get me on the books in less than a month. In the meantime, his team came over and patched a few leaks to hold us over...I was stunned that he added nothing to my original estimate to do this.

Job was done in 2 1/2 days. The guys were professional, respectful and very courteous...a must when my wife and two kiddos were in and out through the day. At the end of each day, they cleaned ALL debris up! I mean, they really cleaned their mess, everything except the new materials for the next day. Dust was blown away, nails and scraps all disappeared before they left at the end of the day. VERY IMPRESSIVE!

I've been wanting to write a good review since they finished, but wanted to get through some rain first. The roof looks great, not a inch was neglected. 8 months later and well into monsoon season, we are dry as can be. Heavy winds and heavy downpours have not been able to budge their fine work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Really happy with my decision to go with first response roofing for my partial roof replacement. I received quite a few quotes for the job and was initially very impressed with the time spent on my roof assessing not only what was causing my leak but also the entire health of the roof. There were several other companies that didn't even look and just talked to me at the front door about their recommendations. First Response gave me many options and felt 0 pressure to choose a particular one - I felt as if I was just given the knowledge to make the right decision for me. Price was right in the middle of the quotes I got for the work performed. Kudos to Jake for the quote process, that's what sold me honestly. The work itself was of  high quality, efficient and they did a good job cleaning up after. Highly recommend this company and will 100% use them for any future needs!

Estrella Roofing is an outstanding company.  Simply put they are the best of the best.  Why?  They are roofers and they know how to install roofing RIGHT.  They take the time to do it right.  They are family.  They showed me how my older roof was installed poorly in many ways.  While doing the work they sent pictures and videos showing great installation practices.  Never heard of them 4 weeks ago.  Personal reference.  Compared favorably to two other bids.  Sincere.  Actually reduced bid after realizing they could save money.  Honest. Great local business.  The replaced our patio roof.  Fair price, but also thorough.  There was some older plywood and trim that needed to be replaced and they found it and communicated it to me.  Overall, very happy with the work they did.  The roofing crew was also friendly and professional.

I started searching for a roofer in my area on Yelp and noted that Advanced Quality Roofing had received a large number of 5-Star Reviews. I contacted the company and arranged a meeting with the owner (Robert) for the following day. He arrived on time and wearing a mask. We spoke about the job at hand and he left promising to send me an estimate the following day. I received the estimate, was satisfied with it, and decided to use his services.
His crew arrived 2 days later and he joined them shortly thereafter. His crew consisted of 5 young men all eager to start the work. I have worked with a number of sub-contractors in the past and I must say that this crew was hard-working (working from 8:30 am sharp until 6:30 pm) and extremely efficient. No corners were cut and the final result was a roof that was professionally installed and included a 10 year warranty.
The job ended after 5 days but didn't stop there. The clean-up was not to be believed! All excess materials and trash were completely picked up and they even had a large magnet on wheels which picked up all nails and metal objects left on the ground.
To say I was completely satisfied is an understatement. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Advanced Quality Roofing to anyone desiring roof repair or installation. First Class Company!
