Best Roofing Contractors in Phoenix, AZ

I got quotes from different companies before deciding on this one! Jason was very responsive and professional. His quote was very competitive and he understood the roof replacement process very well. He wasn't pushy or salesy. The crew showed up everyday and wrapped up the job right on schedule! Andrew was my project manager, he checked in daily to see if I had any concerns or questions.

Awful!
Only one guy could barely speak english. Had to supervise from start to finish. Contract was to tear off old shingles and replace.
They only tore off to tar paper and instead of pulling out old staples, even loose staples in with one leg. they hammered them down. Didn't know how to properly replace rotted 1 1/2 drip edge board straight.
I to instruct them how to install tar paper according to mfg. instructions on the shingle package. Had to furnish roof flashing because they had wrong size, and show them how cut flash to properly seal around vent pipes.
Six month later had exposed nails pushing thru shingles that were not hammered in properly.

Clyde did a fantastic job on my roof and patio When we thought there was an issue with the patio he was there wanting to make sure the job was done correctly I cannot say enough how professional and caring they were Great company I would recommend them highly

As a small time landlord I prefer working with trades that have a good reputation and are recommended.  That's how I found Mikku & Sons.  They have provided prompt and complete services when I've called on them for my rental needs.

We recently sold our primary residence and there were a few small repairs needed on our tile roof.  I called Joshua and I soon had a quote and a time frame.  Even though Phoenix had experience the wettest July on record (they were swamped) they were able to fit my small job into their schedule.  They got the work done within the escrow time frame and smoothed the process for everyone on our end.  

I will continue to use and recommend Mikku & Sons going forward.

I've never done business with such an honest person as Steve. I originally thought I needed metal roof coating to stop leaks but he took the time to investigate and said the leak was elsewhere. Suggested I call the roofing company that recently reshingled my house and have them fix the flashing... under warranty too. Wow!

Chris was very quick to respond, and courteous.
As it turns out I needed a general contractor (not a roof contractor) so I did not use Arizona Roofing. But Chris was very helpful and even took the time to help point me in the right direction to get my issue resolved.

Almeida Roofing did a great job repairing our roof after experiencing a microburst in our area.  I believe the expert's name was Allister who came out and did the repair work.  He was very methodical and paid careful attention to make sure the roof was back to being sound.  He even painted the cement corners to match the tile roof.  I was very impressed.  Would definitely hire them again.  Thanks!

Absolutely the worst roofing company we've ever dealt with. They solicited through door to door promising top service. So far they had their vendor drop off all materials for a roof replacement on my sidewalk in my front yard. While waiting for insurance checks so they can start the work, materials have now been sitting for weeks on front sidewalk.
When ProWest was informed that neighbors and city were complaining and we needed the materials to be stored elsewhere while waiting for checks, they have done nothing. Very unresponsive and unprofessional.

I would highly recommend not using this roofing company.

If I could give 10 stars I would. These folks are the greatest in terms of price, responsiveness, reliability, friendliness, cleanliness and great workmanship. Charles was my main point of contact and was down to earth and knowledgeable. We started working together earlier this year to get a quote for the roof and exterior house paint. They subcontracted out the roofers but they were courteous and efficient, and finished in a quick few days shortly after we signed the contract with them. They were pretty quiet too, considering they were removing and replacing all of the heavy roof tiles. I work from home and am on calls a lot of the day and I was able to work with minimal disruption. They recommended we wait until the fall to do the paint work because of the weather, and because we were also going to replace our windows (done by a different contractor). So after those were done I reached back out to Charles and he was able to recommend paint colors and get us started right away. Polo and Edgar came out and repaired/prepped/painted and cleaned up in 2 and half days. They were absolutely phenomenal, and quick! We had tons of holes in the stucco from woodpeckers and an area of our patio had water damage, which they fixed and replaced. They moved the rocks away from the house and wall to get all the way to the bottom and did a truly fantastic and clean job. Thank you so much for the great work! I would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic company! I called because i needed a last minute roof inspection for a home we are buying and they were there the next day and delivered a full and thorough report of what needed to be done. I had a couple questions and called the gentleman who performed the inspection and he was polite, respectful and knowledgable! I highly recommend L&R Roofing to anyone needing any kind of roofing repairs!

Dean came out to give me an estimate on my tile and flat roofs last year.  I had already got 2 quotes before his.  I had Dean come out a year later after we sprung a leak in the bedroom this year!  He asked me some questions about my additional leaks on my flat roofs at my scuppers and proceeded to go up top and do a long inspection. I was supplied a new quote hard paper within 24 hours.  I like what we spoke about and what was on the quote and the extra's they included in the job the others just never spoke about.  Yes this was a big job 15K.

WOW, Dean what a great guy not only did he want to reassure me this job would be taken on as if it was his house own roof!  He went over in high detail his quote for both the flat and tile roofs and all the materials used in doing the whole new roof and the time line of job when how long what to expect and what was next in each step in the process !  I was blown away by how honest he was and not trying sell me something I did not need!  30 days later work got started!  1st day tear off, 2nd day tear off and delivery of roof products on RWP crane truck on the roof, 3rd day new underlayments, tile batons, wood  repairs on fascia boards while at least 5-6 guys working from 7am till 3pm everyday....actually one day they had 8 here, counting Dean the General Manager and even Craig Brown Owner on 3 days also involved in the job at the job site!

These guys picked up every day, brought in the truck to load all used material to haul away each day.  Brought in all their own equipment, handle all the wood replacements throughout the roof as needed.  They did all the final cleanup, perfectly, they did the painting on all new metal, new wood and flashings that no other companies would have done! They also did an acrylic coating on my patio roof over and above the contract as a favor to me. These guys rocked the roof and worked with me very well and I'm very particular in my needs.

So when you do need a roof you should be calling them to do the work for sure  at Brown Roofing.

I went through about eight different quotes and decided to go with Desert Eagle because of two reasons: John knows his stuff and went in detail about the entire re-roofing process, and his quote was very competitive.  I actually had a couple of lower bids but you can tell when it's just not worth the trouble.  This is a major investment and you definitely want a real pro to complete this job.  To be clear John is a contractor so he has selected people who work on these projects; however, John was constantly checking on them and supervising the project.  Overall, I am glad we found him and highly recommend.

While checking my attic I noticed a roof leak, I called Copper west and they found about 10 staple holes in the underlayment paper.  Repair was done fast and pictures were sent before during and after the repair.

Copper West actually sent me the invoice for less than quoted originally which was an awesome surprise during this season.

Thank you Copper West, I hope not to need you soon but when my family or friends do I know who to call.

Hands down the best experience I've ever had with any work on my house.  I had a leak on my roof that upon inspection was a much bigger project than I expected.  The customer service is as good as their work.  These guys are the most respectful men I've ever met.  You will experience timely, detailed response from the start when Kyle calls you to schedule, Ryan will come by to look at the job and gives you all the information you need to know to the guys doing the work.  William did the work on my house and I can't say enough good things about this man.  He explained what he was doing, called ahead everyday and finished the work on the timelines that were explained to me.  In fact, they had someone else cancel so they moved me up.  It has now been pouring for days here and my roof leak is completely fixed and I've never felt better about spending the money on my house as I do with this repair work.  Don't go with anyone else.  These guys are amazing!

What a great company! I highly recommend... The owner, Jason, is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain all of your options. He makes it easy - the job was done in 2 days and was spot on budget. He even provided pictures to me throughout the process. My family has used Jason's company for all their houses and I will be using him for all of mine going forward.

I called set up my appointment with advanced quality roofing they kept the appointment came out did an estimate on my roof they were able to even move the appointment up because of a cancellation and I am very very pleased I plan to use him
