Chet Carroll with Multi-Pro Roof Solutions was able to take care of our needs quickly and efficiently. He/they assisted with putting together a claim that was effective and eventually lead to the replacement of the shingles and drip line. Chet was extremely accommodating regarding every question I had, both technically and logistically. I would recommend Chet Carroll and Multi-Roof solutions to anyone seeking roof repair/replacement. Clyde, Bonnie and their tile team were great to work with. The communication was great and easy. The guys that replaced the underlayment are very hard workers and took their time to ensure we would not have future problems with our roof. They are not like the big roofing companies that will nickel and dime you they will help you out as much as they can. Highly recommend them!

Do not do business with this company.  They are quick to respond when you have your check book ready but won't respond for warranty work.  When they finally do respond they will tell you, I know your roof is only 2 yeard old and you have a 5 year warranty...but we're gonna need another $6K to fix what we should have done right the first time.  I was shopping for insurance, Progressive came to my house and said, we can't insure your house becasue of the roof...  When I called Mikku and said, your company redid the entire roof 2 years ago they said...we'll need $6K...  Don't walk away - Run!

I really love these guys they did a great job. My roof looks great! The guys were very courteous. They made sure my yard was clean every day. After the whole job I found two nails which is unbelievable. I used to be a roofer myself and we did not compare to the standard that these guys have. The superintendent Luis Hernandez called us every day to make sure we were happy. When he came in for the final inspection he fixed some of my facia that was not even their responsibility. He also noticed that they did not torch down my patio which is one of his expectations. That kind of roofing will usually seal on its own but, he came back to my house and made sure that it was up to his standards. America Roofing really has a great asset in this man. If he's ever looking for a job I'll hire him. Of course I don't think that will happen. Great job Luis!! You're a bad ass!!!

Needed some roofing work done for a house I was in the process of selling (various broken roof tiles replaced and address a small interier rook leak)... Called Arizona Roofing systems when I saw a truck in my neighborhood and found great reviews on-line.  They didn't disappoint.  They responded to email quickly and came out the next day for an estimate, then Josh met with me a few days later to go over items in person. The work was done only a day or two after I gave the go-ahead and I was provided pictures of the work done.  Overall price was just what they had estimated, and roughly what I expected for the amout of work needing to be done.  Just a wonderful experience.  Would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roof work done.

We just got done working with this company. We went with them as they were cheaper and much more professional then the company we were told to use that build the roof originally just 3 years ago. That company was diversified roofing and I can tell you the guys they had building the roof never had a professional truck and could not speak any English. This company so much more professional and cheaper that's the crazy part. It was not a huge exspense but was over $100 cheaper to go with this company. We can be a little high strong being from Upstate NY. But the customer service was amazing even with dealing with customers like us. Sorry Almeida Roofing but you really were amazing.

I received four bids on a replacement roof before I contacted Bob, owner of Pro-West. His bid was $2,000 under the next lowest bid and he did not nickel-dime me for extras such as partial plywood sheathing, installation of four solar tubes, removal of old gutters and miscellaneous charges that other roofers wanted. His crew was courteous, professional and incredibly efficient. Pro-West does not cut corners on materials -- everything was top-notch and integrated with the GAF premium shingles. My wife and I were very glad we hired Pro-West.

We are disappointed with most contractors we hire these days. But McMillan Brothers Painting just finished a big job at our home and were truly awesome!! L&R Roofing just finished a roofing project for us, and we are very happy with their work! We asked for quotes from 3 companies, L&R was the only one who responded within a couple of days, they offered a fair price and we ended up picking them prior to the other bids (that never arrived). Once we selected them, they provided clear communication on pricing, scope of work, next steps and concrete next steps.

Overall, I'd highly recommend the L&R team, I would definitely recommend them to friends/family and recommend giving them a shot at your business as we are very happy with them.

Amazingly polite and courteous. The highlight of my day was working with SF and they have gained a customer for life for any of our roofing needs!
We had a new vent from a water heater install that resulted in a gap that would have been a sure leak with upcoming rain.  They responded almost instantly and made a quick fix the same morning.  Highly recommend!

I needed a new roof and had gotten 5 estimates Brown being the last one. Their estimate was the most detailed stating exactly what they would be doing and how much. No hidden fees like the other companies who said there could be unforeseen costs once the see what's underneath.  There were also things Brown was giving me that the others weren't like new vents. I went with them and I am so happy I did. There were no surprises the job went well no problems and they were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them

I left a message with Yelp needing service for a roof leak. I received a quick appointment response from Desert Eagle Home Improvements and their repair service was even faster than I expected. They have a very professional staff and were very knowledgeable. I'm glad I called them!

Aug 9: My husband called he said he will come Wednesday Aug 11, between 2-4.
Aug 11: I waited, no update. After 4 pm he texted my husband and said he's stucked somewhere. We agreed to re-scheduled for Saturday Aug 12 about noon. There were exchanges of text messages about the panel/shingle info.
Aug12: Noontime on Saturday , not heard anything but when my husband texted him he said he came by in the morning and that,  he did not have the right color. (Take note: did not update us, While we waited ). He said, Need to go to PHX Monday to get the right color.
Aug 16: Monday, My husband has to text him what time. He said about 1 pm, true enough he came at 1. However when my husband open the garage for him he was on the phone forever and my husband patiently waiting to be off the phone. Did not even apologized. I thought that was very rude ! He took the shingle/panel with him and then said his ladder is not long enough!!! Well, if he said he came by Saturday morning then he should know the height. Anyway, He's supposed to come back the next day.
Aug 17: Tuesday around 10 am , did not hear anything from him . So, my husband texted (again) asking what time you're coming. His response : I don't know. If you want to call someone else go for it. Omg!
Whoever will read this review... you be the judge.
First of all, customer service  needs to improve. Maybe he thinks it's a very small job to do and it's not worth his time but be honest with us from the beginning. We were very patient waiting and he even took the panel or shingle ( whatever you call it) with him. We have nothing to show to whoever company who will do it, except the picture.
On the side note , he came last year for a something up in the roof that insurance want to get done. So , he has used a ladder before . We did not know he came until he sent a picture that it's done and that was fine . Maybe he is a man of few words.
With that being said 1 week of back forth for nothing. Rude and does not deserve a star.

In spite of the The Repair Guys not being able to take on my roofing needs due to not yet servicing my area and not yet handling my style roof, Ryan took the time to give me a call & explain.  Great Customer Service goes a long way!

I called and they called back.  We're off to a good start and it only got better from here.  Geoff shows up when he said, he was easy to talk with and trust.   He gave me a great description of what was happening followed-up with photos showing me what he was telling me about the roof.  I had 5 broken tiles, missing half the tile basically and a couple cracked that they fixed.   Erica in the office handled the majority of my communication and she was clear and thorough; very easy to work with and understand.  Garrett handled the roof and while I did not meet him as First Response handled it while I was at work without me having to be there--how awesome! but anyway, he did take pictures of the things he fixed and they were included in the report.  Overall--excellent service, superb follow through and I would highly recommend doing business if repairs are needed for your roofing.  I will be telling any of my neighbors.

I contacted Estrella Roofing and requested an estimate for a leak in my kitchen.  They sent Bart to my home on a Monday.  Bart indicated that would provide me the estimate via email on a Wednesday, which he did.  I sent them an email on Monday morning indicating I would like to move forward.  Tuesday morning they were at my home doing the repairs.  The job is now complete and they did a nice clean job.  They even went above and beyond by patching up other areas of my roof that may have caused issues in the future.  I would say the only down side is it did take approximately three (3) weeks to make the initial visit to my home.  All in all, I would definitely use their services again and would recommend them to others.

What a great company! I highly recommend... The owner, Jason, is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain all of your options. He makes it easy - the job was done in 2 days and was spot on budget. He even provided pictures to me throughout the process. My family has used Jason's company for all their houses and I will be using him for all of mine going forward.

Offered to replace a mission tile for $250.  It was fixed by another company for $60.  Yes, they told me no job too small but minimum of $250.  Another company, who told me the job was too small but recommended someone who does small jobs.  That's called integrity.
