Highly recommend.   From start to finish, everything went incredibly smooth   Jason was wonderful, returning calls and texts promptly, keeping me in the loop with schedules, progress, etc.  Not only that, out of the four estimates we received they were the ONLY one who suggested I may have an insurance claim (I did...and it saved me thousands)  

The crews were on time, did an incredible job,  clean up was thorough--even going through driveway and yard with magnets daily.

Would not hesitate to recommend them!!!!!!  They were great.

I am so disappointed in this company without even hiring them. For few weeks we are having roof leaks. Quite few of them. Our house sustained major damages due to the rain as well. We hired a professional service to come and tarp the roof and put sandbags as well. The employee from Multi Pro came on Friday to give us an estimate. He moved all the tarps and sandbags and never put them back. I called him on Friday and asked him to come back and fix the tarps. He told me he will. He came on Saturday, got on the roof but never put them back as they were. It is extremely disappointing, especially after I told him our walls and ceiling in multiple areas in the house have been destroyed by rain. It would be nice if people who are in roofing business had integrity and respect. But this morning I called the company which laid tarps in the first time, paid service call fee and had them relay the tarps again.

I had a quote that was considerably lower than theirs. After speaking to the Hardacker team I knew they would be the best choice. They did not dissapoint. The work was done well and quickly. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done, and done right. Truly one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had.

These guys were on time, worked all day, cleaned up the yard, and did excellent work on the roof at a good price.  I would use these guys again or tell my friends about them any day.

Just finished having some roof repairs (broken tiles and loose tiles) done by America Roofing.  They are one of two roofers used by the builder in our neighborhood.  The other roofer was the one who both did the original roof and then the repairs on closing.  America Roofing was able to replace the broken mud balls, the broken tiles we found and the other 15 broken or loose tiles the previous roofer didn't repair correctly or glued together (vs. replaced).  

Not sure about having a full roof done but for repairs, the crew that they sent out did a great job.  YMMV but they did good work on my house at a fair price.

One of the best roofing companies I've ever worked with! It is very refreshing to have a company actually pick up their phone and answer versus leave a voice mail and wait for a call back. I needed a roof estimate (patio roof area in particular) for home located in Mesa.  My client was under a time crunch and AZ Roofing was able to fit me in their schedule quickly able to take a look at the home and assess its condition. A very thorough inspection was done and common sense approach was taken (ran a hose on the roof to determine if any leaks were active or inactive leaks with old water stains). With their professional help and guidance with regard to the condition of the roof, we were able to move forward with the home purchase and know that any future roofing need (we'll soon need a new patio roof as they don't last long) in good hands with  no other company but AZ Roofing. McMillan Brothers happened to be painting my neighbors house. James came and knocked on my door to just inquire if I might be looking to get my house painted as well. I actually was and had received 5 other bids. I was in the process of hiring another company but James gave me a great price and said they could start within a few days. Much faster then the other company. I was extremely happy with how courteous the painters were. They were on time, communicated well and did a fantastic job!!!! I would highly recommend this company!!!!

First off, this is for the quoting process and installation. I can only trust the workmanship based on everything else. Luis was very patient and prompt. I'm very analytical. A lot of back and forth to understand the scope and price. I did extensive research and L&R was the highest rated on Yelp and BBB. I received 3 bids of which L&R was the best in both price and detail. That's not why I chose them, I actually signed on with them before getting my 3rd quote. We went with an all new underlayment using existing tiles.
I got a call about 2 weeks after signing saying they would be here on Saturday. The Thursday before they just showed up and dropped off materials. One other roofer told me he would staff it with 4 people and it would be about a week. That was my expectation. Maybe because L&R is in Mesa and didn't have a lot going on in Glendale at the time, but they showed up at about 1/4 to 7AM. There must have been 10 workers. By 5pm, they were 99.99% done. The next day the Forman, Victor showed up and finished about 8 or so top cap tiles that they didn't have with them on Saturday. They cleared out the trailer and were done! I can't say enough about the professionalism on display. My neighbors were in awe at seeing how fast they finished. No sign, no fanfair, just got in and got it done.

Amazingly polite and courteous. The highlight of my day was working with SF and they have gained a customer for life for any of our roofing needs!
We had a new vent from a water heater install that resulted in a gap that would have been a sure leak with upcoming rain.  They responded almost instantly and made a quick fix the same morning.  Highly recommend!

We had to schedule our roof replacement months in advance due to a wet winter.  A few days before the start of the project, Brown Roofing called me to confirm the schedule.  We were supposed to start the project on Monday.  Sunday night it sprinkled so on Monday Brown Roofing dropped off some of the materials and did not start the job in case it rained again.  And that night it poured!  It was a very smart move to delay the start of the roofing job.  The next morning Craig Brown was at our house personally inspecting the roof and going over the expectations.  The crew worked well and the job got done by Friday afternoon.  They cleaned up everything and ran the magnet around the house to pick up all the nails.  In the end, my roof looks great and the job cost me less than what they had quoted!  Great job and highly recommend.

We just had our house painted by John and his crew with desert eagle home improvements. They did an amazing job. The house is beautiful. The paint looks perfect. The painters worked quick prepared the house and cleaned up after they were done. Definitely would call them again. Thank you

I highly recommend Copper West Roofing.  We had a major leak in our roof and they did an excellent job fixing it.  Jordan was always on time, great at communicating (he sent pictures of the needed repairs with the quote) and he and his crew were very conscientious.  They even blew our courtyard clean when they were done!

In spite of the The Repair Guys not being able to take on my roofing needs due to not yet servicing my area and not yet handling my style roof, Ryan took the time to give me a call & explain.  Great Customer Service goes a long way!

We had first response complete an overhaul of our large patio awning that was leaking and they did an excellent job! The quote process was efficient, clear and multiple options for repair/replacement were provided. The team was prompt and quick with their work and everything was explained me to both before and after the job was done. The price was excellent, a very low pressure, no nonsense process that was welcomed. We will be using first response for any roofing needs moving forward!

I scheduled and had to wait 2 weeks for someone to come out and give me an estimate on 11/16/21; they were supposed to come between 8-9.  I called at 10:30 and they said they'd lost my address, but they would call back later and let me know if they could fit me in.  At 4:00pm they called me and said they had to reschedule for 11/18 between 8-9am; it's now 11/18, 11:00am and no one has shown up or even called. I hesitate setting another estimate appointment or even hiring them as they certainly don't seem reliable in the least. When I called for the original appointment, I made it clear that I had a pretty big job needed (full underlayment, fascia replacement, sheet plywood replacement, not just a few tiles repair), but they certainly don't seem to want the work - nor do they seem to care about my lost time waiting around for them. They've done repair on the house immediately across the street from me; I have no idea why they seem to be so very different than the other reviews state.  Such a shame.

Wow! What a unique and great company to work with. I must say, they are not a typical roofing company. They actually communicate quickly with you. Get you answers quickly. Send their best out to your door. Top notch customer service. Jaden was my Sales Rep and he responded to my emails late into the night. Who does this anymore? I think you'll be very happy with working as a team with State 48 Roofing. They leave you as a customer who doesn't forget them. Wonderful all around.

Can't say enough about this roofing company. From beginning to end, what a truly excellent roofing company. I live in Northern AZ and needed some work for my mother's roof down on the Buckeye area. Was able to get a quote within a week. The estimate was sent in a very detailed and professionally broken down email. We received 2 different quotes which was great giving us different options. Robert (owner) and Trevor (son) came to the house.  The estimate was fair and better priced than the competitors. They removed all the tile off the roof, replaced some damaged wood, replace all the underlayment, and replaced cracked tile. Worked morning to evening with crew of five. Finished within 2 and a half days. Amazingly was able to squeeze the job in within a week of accepting the quote. Also, payment could be done electronically through an email via a payment website. They worked clean and picked up all excess and used materials. Was like they were never there! Also received email reminders when they were going to perform work on the home. Needless to say my mother was extremely pleased with this company's work and professionalism. The reviews for this company tell it all and I can attest to them based on my experience.

Alex came out promptly after I contacted them to view my damage and provide an estimate. Once we decided to move forward, he maintained good communication. The crew was on site as scheduled, and did a very thorough job with the repairs, even proactively taking care of other issues they found.  I was very happy with the work they did and their professionalism and reliability. Definitely recommend them!
