Jeffrey one of the owners of Four Peaks totally understood our issue and was able to resolve it quickly with his crew!

Now my roof is in my opinion even better when the tile was first installed 20 years ago!

Patrick and James were great to work with.  I called the company late one night and the next morning Patrick called and scheduled James to check my roof where I previously had a leak.  James checked the area, took pictures and showed me the area that needed repaired.  James checked with Patrick who immediately gave me a reasonable quote to repair it 'on the spot'.  Within and hours or so, James finished the job, again showing me pictures of the area before and after the repair job.  I'll always call Multi-Pro for any roofing issues.

I needed my roof replaced as it was getting old and starting to show signs of wear and tear. I had a few roofing companies come out and provide free estimates and Hardacker Roofing was the one of the most competitive that also provided a 10-year workmanship warranty. They came out the following week and went to work on replacing the roof. They did such a good job and I absolutely love my new roof. I had my house painted afterwards and the roof and paint job make it look like a brand new house. :)

I had to write this review because the gentleman that came out to price me out for a new roof went the extra mile and put some tar over a few noticeable hole because some rain was coming, that's awesome and great service. Thank you again.

I had a great experience with America Roofing. They went above and beyond our expectations. They showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. The roof looks beautiful, and the best part is that we have no more leaks! They were friendly and helpful when I called to schedule. I would definitely recommend America Roofing to anyone.

As it turns out I needed a general contractor (not a roof contractor) so I did not use Arizona Roofing. But Chris was very helpful and even took the time to help point me in the right direction to get my issue resolved.

Almeida provides excellent service at a fair price.  Their reps are courteous, our repairs were completed on time and they cleaned up completely after the job was finished.  Very professional, very good prices and an overall positive experience.

Made appointment and he never showed up. I would have appreciated a phone call. I guess they are very busy that they don't need the work.

We needed the exterior of the house (single story ranch style) painted. We obtained quotes from severl painting companies, including McMillan Brothers of Chandler, AZ.
George (one of the brothers) came out to look over the house and give a quote. George is a nice guy, and likes to talk :) He came across a bit like a used car salesman which raised a warning flag to me, starting with a this job should run about $xxxx, but I'm going to give you a good deal because you're the first in the neighborhood. (We were the first in the development to be painting the house exterior, and the HOA had already mailed notices to all owners that they needed to paint.)  The actual quote came in in the lower middle of the pack. Not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive. The amount was in line with what I was expecting. The statement of work included the proper paint, power washing, prep and stucco repair, etc. This was in line with the other companies' quotes. We researched McMillan Brothers, finding their license and bond was in order, their BBB record clean, and the reviews were pretty uniquely all positive.
We informed George that we would go with McMillan Brothers in just a few days. The next day George came and picked up the signed contract. (No down payment was required!) Within a few days of that, the crew showed up to do the work. They masked everything, including the sidewalks and driveway and patio. Did the washing, prep and repairs (very minor as the stucco was in general in excellent condition.) By the end of the day, the job was done (about 9 hours or so.) The house looked GREAT with no spilled paint anywhere. There were a couple of very minor touch-ups we requested (and we do mean MINOR) that were done in 2 minutes.
We couldn't be happier with the work and the price was on the mark.
Look past some of the sales talk that may occur, and go with McMillan Brothers. You won't regret it.
(BTW, ignore the Seattle location - we moved to AZ, hence the house painted is in the West Valley area of Phoenix metro)

Ok, if you're tired of contractors not showing up, call SF Roofing. This company came out in the rain, climbed up on the roof, did some clean up and didn't try selling a thing that wasn't necessary. Fantastic pricing, prompt and professional. And, bonus, ladies, they don't talk to women like they're brainless!

I'm always hesitant to leave a review so soon after the job, so we will see. But to this point, we were/are extremely pleased with Brown Roofing. We do our research with a project like this and were impressed with them every step of the way.

We moved into our house last year and knew we would need a new roof soon. It turns out it was sooner than we thought as we had leaks during a recent monsoon.

Jessie was knowledgeable and told us exactly what we needed without any high-pressure sales like some other companies. As others have said, they are not the cheapest or the most expensive, but they are great to work with and so far we are very pleased with the results.

Craig, the owner makes sure to check in on each project. But let's not forget the actual roofers, they were always right on time and worked their tails off!

John from Desert Eagle took the time to understand my concerns, and my timeline -- which was tight, involving simultaneous other contractors -- and got the job done right, and done on time.

They were great!  They were able to start the work a week before they thought.  They were here promptly at the appointment time.  They were courteous and charged exactly what they quoted for our repair.  We will definitely use them next time we have roof issues. T

With this latest monsoon I discovered leak on my tile roof patio section. Kyle immediately responded and provided great  information to help me assess my situation. I would highly recommend the repair guys for any issues/ questions and plan to use them in the future!

I called and they called back.  We're off to a good start and it only got better from here.  Geoff shows up when he said, he was easy to talk with and trust.   He gave me a great description of what was happening followed-up with photos showing me what he was telling me about the roof.  I had 5 broken tiles, missing half the tile basically and a couple cracked that they fixed.   Erica in the office handled the majority of my communication and she was clear and thorough; very easy to work with and understand.  Garrett handled the roof and while I did not meet him as First Response handled it while I was at work without me having to be there--how awesome! but anyway, he did take pictures of the things he fixed and they were included in the report.  Overall--excellent service, superb follow through and I would highly recommend doing business if repairs are needed for your roofing.  I will be telling any of my neighbors.

I hired them to replace a damaged shingle roof. Their price was very good. They delivered materials when they said and showed up when they said completed earlier than they said. Very professional crew!! Juan was a pleasure to work with as was Raul who did the work. They were the one estimate that included a few sheets of plywood if needed. Will recommend them to anyone!!

Wow! What a unique and great company to work with. I must say, they are not a typical roofing company. They actually communicate quickly with you. Get you answers quickly. Send their best out to your door. Top notch customer service. Jaden was my Sales Rep and he responded to my emails late into the night. Who does this anymore? I think you'll be very happy with working as a team with State 48 Roofing. They leave you as a customer who doesn't forget them. Wonderful all around.

I hired Robert at Advanced Quality Roofing to put a new roof on my house. His team was excellent in every way. They were super quick too. They cleaned up thoroughly and gave us a great price. I really enjoyed having it done, which is kind of weird, but true.
We are SO HAPPY!

Alex was quick to reply.  He came out to give me an estimate when he said he would.  Company was competitively priced.  Work started promptly on the day they said it would.   Job involved tile, foam and rolled roofing. They were professional, cleaned up after, went out of their way to make sure the job was done right. Highly recommend them.
