Had issues with our previous roof  from another company who did a really bad job!

Jeffrey one of the owners of Four Peaks totally understood our issue and was able to resolve it quickly with his crew!

Now my roof is in my opinion even better when the tile was first installed 20 years ago!
I am very happy with my decision to use Four Peaks and will always recommend them!

Hayden contacted us right away (per our request) and showed up the same day. He is very knowledgeable about the entire process and laid everything out perfectly for us. We've never had to go through this process before so it was a relief to have someone so tenured and professional.

Stay away from this business . They do not service the public. Only friends and family members only! I'm a disable vet requesting a estimate. They said they have the right to refuse my business reason being they have been scam before. That was there explanation for the reason. I have have no  idea how they have. 5 star rating. But as soon as the Better Business Bureau receives my complaint, tomorrow, perhaps that can give them a more in depth explanation on this discrimination and accusations which they have made.

Avoid them like you would avoid herpes. They don't return calls and the owner doesn't return emails.  Their workmanship is shotty and they don't go the extra mile. We recently sold our home and roof had so many issues even though this company worked on it in the past year. Our chimney was missing a cap, something the Mikku crew should have noticed. I could go on, but you get the picture. Trust your roof to anyone else. Trust me.

I had a great experience with America Roofing. They went above and beyond our expectations. They showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. The roof looks beautiful, and the best part is that we have no more leaks! They were friendly and helpful when I called to schedule. I would definitely recommend America Roofing to anyone.

Didn't know fining a roof repair company would be so difficult, but half these companies don't do this or that and I was given the runaround from a few places even though all I needed to get done was a few broken tiles..Maybe my job was too small for other places so they blew me off, I don't know, but I was happy when I found Arizona Roofing Systems. They came out for a quote when they said they would and when I was finally ready to schedule it was done within a couple days. No hassles. Quality work as far as we can tell.

10/10 would recommend - great experience, work was done on time and crew cleaned up well. They price matched and offered better materials and benefits such as a 10 year transferable workmanship warranty on top of the standard 10 year manufacturing warranty which proved the quality of work and willingness to fix any issues that arise. It actually rained pretty heavily for a few days after the service was completed and no seen issues.

I'm approaching 400 days without a ceiling in my bathroom, while both my pets and I breathe in the asbestos that continuously falls from the attic.

I hired PROWEST for the job but they refuse to answer my calls or finish the project. I have offered to pay them numerous times to complete the work but they have refused payment. They are now increasing the cost in June 2022, saying that I owe $40k for the work at my home (Which so far, is just a new roof that was originally quoted for $10k, then increased to $17k, then increased to $26k and is now up to $40k.)

Andddd if I don't comply, they will put a lien on my home.

My home is less than 1500 sq foot and has standard shingles. That is the most expensive roof of all time. This feels like a scam on my insurance and a scam on me. Its also effecting the health of me and my pets.

Ok, if you're tired of contractors not showing up, call SF Roofing. This company came out in the rain, climbed up on the roof, did some clean up and didn't try selling a thing that wasn't necessary. Fantastic pricing, prompt and professional. And, bonus, ladies, they don't talk to women like they're brainless!

Called to make an appointment, every two minutes someone would pick up and ask one question.  Name, then two minute wait.  Address,  then two minute wait.  Nature of the problem, then two minute wait. After being on hold literally for 7 minutes and thirty seconds I had enough of their unprofessionalism  and hung up.

Along side that they did a good NOT GREAT job, they dented couple of our pathway lights on the side of the house, they left one of our garage door window frames outside (frame were not out back) the glass on the garage door is cracked (probably when they took off the frame) and I'm sure they're gonna say it's not their fault and their customer services SUCKS. I tried calling them to ask why were these left for us to put back, no response til a few days later, they don't do a final walk around with you to ensure your satisfaction with the work. The little things that makes the difference is what this company lacks.

We had a roof leak from the recent monsoon rains. Water was dripping through the vents into the living room. I called Copper West and Jordan responded quickly, coming out the next day to take a look, and the day after to do the repairs. He also showed me before pictures of the damaged roof, and pictures during and after the repairs. It's since rained again and no more leaks. Very reasonable prices too. Thanks Jordan for responding so quickly and doing a great job!

I am only reviewing their pricing as I did not have this company do any work. I called Repair Guys for drywall pricing after some recent damage due to a leaky roof. They sent two guys out the following day to take a look and give me a price. They wanted to charge a ridiculous price to use a special camera to look behind the drywall which I had to keep telling them I didn't want them to do. I also had a hard time getting them to understand exactly what I wanted them to do. I got prices from 3 other companies and none of them had a problem understanding. It took Repair guys a couple days to put together pricing. When they finally called to go over their pricing they were 3 to 4 TIMES MORE than the other prices. When I told them how much more they were, they tried to justify their prices and even offered to take off $200. I dont know if they thought I didn't know better but there is NO way this job could've cost half of what they priced it at. I ended up going with a company called Accurate Drywall and they did an amazing job even doing more work than I originally planned for 1/4 of the price Repair Guys quoted me.

They were very quick to respond to my request to have somebody come out and look at my roof as well as very quick and responsive to get me my quote. It was a difficult decision for me to make but unfortunately I didn't get to use them due to the cost, but highly recommend them even though I didn't have the opportunity to use them.

They came to my home several years ago claiming to be licensed and bonded, totally messed up my back roof and put nail holes everywhere.

Five years later I need a new roof and I totally forgot the name of this company when I called him... When he got here he said oh yeah we did the back... I said OK you can leave now!

I actually called the registrar of contractors on this company. Hopefully over the last five years they've gotten better... But I wouldn't bank on it!

Wow! What a unique and great company to work with. I must say, they are not a typical roofing company. They actually communicate quickly with you. Get you answers quickly. Send their best out to your door. Top notch customer service. Jaden was my Sales Rep and he responded to my emails late into the night. Who does this anymore? I think you'll be very happy with working as a team with State 48 Roofing. They leave you as a customer who doesn't forget them. Wonderful all around.

These people are great to do business with. They don't try to sell you what you don't need. They do excellent work, and they give you a fair and reasonable price for the work that they do. If you need roof repair or a new roof I heartily recommend them.
