Best Roofing Contractors in Phoenix, AZ

We had been having problems with our insurance for years before finding this company. We worked with four other roofing companies trying to get our roof replaced and they all gave up and stopped responding to us. Our insurance was absolutely refusing to replace saying it could be repaired even though all the evidence pointed to the opposite.

Enter Four Peaks. We told them our situation and they said they would duke it out! We were hesitantly optimistic. Over the course of the next several months, we went through the same arguments with Allstate. They still declared we could fix the roof. Four Peaks took video and pictures proving the opposite. Eventually, Four Peaks told us to send an arbitration letter to Allstate. They gave us the exact wording to use to get the process started. They truly took the reins and did battle. It took over five months for everything to get settled but they stuck it out to the end. We got our check a day after the agreement was finalized and they were replacing the roof within the week.

The roof itself looks wonderful. It took about two days to complete. The workers were very nice and capable. The owner showed up during the process to make sure everything was going smoothly and to explain the rest of the process as well. They cleaned up everything nicely. We can't find any evidence that our roof was even replaced!

We are beyond happy we chose this company. They are kind, capable and excellent at their jobs. Highly recommended.

Needed a new roof and luckily couple of young men from Multi-Pro drove by asked me if they could look at my roof they did and long story short I have a new roof they did excellent work, roof was put on in approximately 6 hours mess was cleaned up and we are extremely pleased with the new roofing looks fantastic - thanks Ben Slack .

Stay away from this business . They do not service the public. Only friends and family members only! I'm a disable vet requesting a estimate. They said they have the right to refuse my business reason being they have been scam before. That was there explanation for the reason. I have have no  idea how they have. 5 star rating. But as soon as the Better Business Bureau receives my complaint, tomorrow, perhaps that can give them a more in depth explanation on this discrimination and accusations which they have made.

I had my roof replaced in August last year. the storms had caused leaks and I could wait no longer. The fellas doing the job were prompt and courteous. I was given a date of completion that was met, and they did a pretty good job cleaning up after themselves. The bid had a few things that I thought was a bit beyond what the other companies bidding didn't offer, considering their price was very competitive to the others. To my joy, the upgrades I was a bit warry about receiving, were all installed and the roof is a pride for me at 6 months now. I can say that to this point, I will whole heartedly recommend Mikku and Sons to friends. They were on time for the bid. And when other company showed up while he was still here, he was very- actually more professional than the other company.  All calls were promptly returned. All in all, A very pleasant experience. Selling a house, the Home Inspector found a few problem areas with roof. The roofers came in, not only doing a great job repairing areas identified in inspection report, but then checked entire roof to ensure there were no other problems not included in inspection.

My wife and I have been Zonies for almost 20 years now.  At least two of the things we learned over those years were Arizona roofs are different and home contractors (in general) can't be trusted. It's sad to say, really, really sad,  but a quick search on tha AZ Contractors Registration Site will show you thousands upon thousands of unregistred and scamming contractors that have been caught in the act. And thats not to show you those that have yet to be uncovered.
So, with that consideration in mind, we did some research and found Arizona Roofing Systems to be highly recommended, licensed, and free of complaints.  And to top it off they are on The Home Depot list of 'suggested' roofing contractors in our part of the East Valley. That does not mean they work for the HD, or even use HD products; but they are referred by HD and HD keeps track of their record. A big plus!  Just like YELP!
So far, they answered the inquiry quickly, showed up for the estimate exactly on time looking and sounding like a professional contractor. Todd (the estimator) answered all the questions properly and (with a huge consideration for sticker shock on our part) gave a fair estimate and a logical starting time.
So, as a long ago retired east coast roofer myself (from an era when ladders were made of wood) and an avid YELPER........we will certainly keep you all posted on how the job goes. From estimated starting time to actual starting time to finish time,  helpers, cleanup and quality of work.  K?
So far..........we are impressed

..2nd report:  They were actually one week ahead of their promised arrival schedule. That was a big plus because we are getting the house painted on the inside and we wanted to repair the ceiling ( from a leak) before the painters came. And with Monsoons peaking around the San Tans it was double important. So here they are, the whole crew neat and very, very professional working in the blazing sun and baking heat. They did a beautiful job with all the edges and keys lining up and without too much booming and ruckus. Cleanup was perfect and bushes and grass all left in good shape.
Now, lets wait for a rain......

The underlayment of our tile roof was toast and needed to be replaced. I went with Yelp reviews and picked Almeida Roofing. These guys are professional. Material deliveries were delivered on time and ditto for the work crew. The job took 3 days, 2800 sq ft. The crew picked up after themselves and made sure our dog wouldn't get into something she shouldn't. I couldn't be happier.

Tom and Mick from Prowest are top notch from start to finish for our full roof replacement. Trying to get a roofer with several other companies to show up on time to provide an estimate was more difficult than it needed to be (before Covid-19). I saw Prowest endorsed by a neighbor on Nextdoor and I reached out to them. Tom and Mick were always prompt, professional, and delivered on services agreed upon. Any minor hiccups were resolved promptly and with a central commitment to customer focus.

The insurance company only wanted to pay for a small part of our roof based on my initial estimate, but being in the business I understood it warranted full replacement. After firing another roofing company for no call no show Prowest picked up our claim without missing a beat. Inspected, photographed and documented all storm related damage and were able to get the full roof replacement paid for by the insurance company.  They dealt directly with the insurance company on our behalf (with our approval) so that made it MUCH easier to carry on day to day without having to make calls and explain what we needed.

The roof install started at 5:30am and the roofers wrapped up at 7:30pm the same day. We were very grateful for their hard work during a very busy and HOT day. By all accounts they were on task and detailed in their duties the entire day. They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves when they left. We could hardly tell they were there aside from the fantastic new roof that we've gotten multiple compliments on!

They made something very stressful and confusing at times a much more pleasant experience and we fully endorse the company's employees and workmanship. We couldn't be happier or more appreciative we chose them.

Do yourself a favor and start with Prowest if you need anything. Take care everyone.

If I could give 10 stars I would. These folks are the greatest in terms of price, responsiveness, reliability, friendliness, cleanliness and great workmanship. Charles was my main point of contact and was down to earth and knowledgeable. We started working together earlier this year to get a quote for the roof and exterior house paint. They subcontracted out the roofers but they were courteous and efficient, and finished in a quick few days shortly after we signed the contract with them. They were pretty quiet too, considering they were removing and replacing all of the heavy roof tiles. I work from home and am on calls a lot of the day and I was able to work with minimal disruption. They recommended we wait until the fall to do the paint work because of the weather, and because we were also going to replace our windows (done by a different contractor). So after those were done I reached back out to Charles and he was able to recommend paint colors and get us started right away. Polo and Edgar came out and repaired/prepped/painted and cleaned up in 2 and half days. They were absolutely phenomenal, and quick! We had tons of holes in the stucco from woodpeckers and an area of our patio had water damage, which they fixed and replaced. They moved the rocks away from the house and wall to get all the way to the bottom and did a truly fantastic and clean job. Thank you so much for the great work! I would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

I usually don't post in here about services because most services these days are just average. I do have to mention one company. LR Roofing Solutions. We had a leak on our roof over our garage. It started about a year ago. It wasn't until this last major storm we had that I decided to get it fixed. I called four companies. Two couldn't get an estimator out for 4-6 weeks, seriously? One could get someone out next week and the other, LR was out the next day. Luis was beyond professional. He did an inspection, emailed me that night with a quote and had another guy come out two days later to get a material estimation. Everything was smooth thru his office personal and payment was easy, by check. You can save the 3% CC fee by paying cash or check. The next week his crew was out and fixed everything, cleaned everything when they left and came back the next day to touched up a few areas and painted the new vent tubes. It's rare these days to get a company to do everything right the first time. I highly recommend LR Roofing Solutions for your roofing needs. His number is (602)369-7447. Amazingly polite and courteous. The highlight of my day was working with SF and they have gained a customer for life for any of our roofing needs!
We had a new vent from a water heater install that resulted in a gap that would have been a sure leak with upcoming rain.  They responded almost instantly and made a quick fix the same morning.  Highly recommend!

They replaced my roof about 5 years ago w 10 year warranty.  We had a leak during December storm with drywall damage and when I called for repair the voicemail said they were on vacation for 3 weeks.  Still waiting for call back.

Craig contacted me after the holidays and was out quickly to check the leak.  Leak was not caused by roof but by debris in the gutters that blocked drainage and water went around stucco.   He removed debris, repaired stucco and will be repairing drywall too even though it wasn't his fault--excellent service!

I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to get their house painted or roof repaired.  John Baker was professional, courteous and completely delivered on his promises.  The paint crew was excellent, the work is top notch.  He even inspected my roof for free and gave me great advice about it.  You will not be unhappy if you hire this company to do a job for you.  by the look of the rest of these reviews, I have to say I am not alone in my opinion.

Quick response for wind damage to our second floor roof and they came out quickly and accessed it, gave a fair quote and did an excellent job of fixing the roof.  Since our roof has concrete tiles, it was hard to find the color and the end caps for our home, but Joshua was able to find and complete within a 24 hour period.  Excellent customer service skills and a friendly person to deal with.  Will use him again and will recommend him to our Agritopia neighbors.  thank you!

Ryan and his entire crew at The Repair Guys did a fantastic job on my roof.  Ryan spent a lot of time with me upfront explaining the issues I had, showing me pictures of the problems. He discussed the merits of each option available so that I was able to make an informed decision.  His entire crew was very professional, polite and helpful.  They arrived within the timeframe originally given to me and called in advance each day.  Ryan said there would be no surprises for me. He was true to his word again. His crew consulted with me immediately when they ran into more extensive issues with my roof, showing pictures and allowing me to decide the next step. I am very satisfied with the service and the work product I received from The Repair Guys.

I hired Estrella roofing to repair my second story deck.  My deck was leaking, the wood decking and support structure had rotted.  I like how this company operates.  I made an appointment date and time for an estimate.  Bart came to my house at that time.  After hiring them they showed up to do the work when they said they would.  I watched them rebuild and repair my deck.  Their staff took no short cuts.  It was very clear to me they were well trained and knew what they were doing.  Each day they cleaned up and left my home like they found it.  They thoroughly explained very step in the process and welcomed questions.  My deck looks great, all the bad substructure replaced, new decking material installed.  These folks are real pros at roofing and especially walking deck repair.  Leon, the owner of the company made my deck repair seem like the most important job he had.  He would meet with me and explain in detail what was happening.  My thoughts, if you want it done right give Estrella Roofing a call.

We were able to get an appointment quickly and when Conner came out he inspected the roof and told us exactly what needed to be repaired.  Our appointment for repairs was done quickly.  There was no upsale or trying to have us replace the roof.  I would highly recommend State 48 for any roofing needs.

Stop!  No need to keep searching for a great roofing company.  Advanced Quality Roofing is the only company our family will use going forward.  We contacted 4 different roofing companies that all came highly recommended for our complete tile re-roof project.  Robert at Advanced gave us one of the lowest bids.  But, more important than price was their professionalism.  They were prompt to all their appointments.  They kept all of their commitments.  They insisted on an inspection when the job was finished.  We found a few minor issues on the inspection and they immediately corrected every issue.  On one of their workdays, we accidentally left the garage door open when we left home.  They called us and told us the garage door was open and they didn't want to leave the home unattended - WOW!  And, believe it or not, they were actually friendly.  What a great experience from start to finish.  Thanks Robert!

Great company! I've requested an estimate for two houses and both came in below everyone's else estimate! They are fast to respond, very prompt to come out , never leave any questions unanswered ! I'll be using spartan roofing for all my rentals and my own house from now on!
