Four Peaks came out and reviewed the work and said a quote would be forthcoming. They were professional and knowledgeable. I did not receive a quote or further communication from their Project manager. The project was awarded today to another Company. Thank you!

I contacted this company Friday morning, as I had a leak in my roof.  Not only did they come out that afternoon, but he was able to fix my problem in a matter of minutes and told me what the issue was and what would be needed to fix it.  I was floored as I already had two other companies come out and tell me I needed my roof repaired in the amount of 3-5K dollars, and Multi Pro, said that the repairs were not what I was being quoted and estimated the repairs at around $500!! Wow, here I was thinking I was going to have to replace my roof and then nope, not even as bad as I was told.  As a single woman, I always feel like I am being ripped off, thank you Patrick, I really appreciate your honesty and willingness to help.  I will definitely be using this company for all my future roofing needs!! I had a quote that was considerably lower than theirs. After speaking to the Hardacker team I knew they would be the best choice. They did not dissapoint. The work was done well and quickly. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done, and done right. Truly one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had.

I had to write this review because the gentleman that came out to price me out for a new roof went the extra mile and put some tar over a few noticeable hole because some rain was coming, that's awesome and great service. Thank you again.

I really love these guys they did a great job. My roof looks great! The guys were very courteous. They made sure my yard was clean every day. After the whole job I found two nails which is unbelievable. I used to be a roofer myself and we did not compare to the standard that these guys have. The superintendent Luis Hernandez called us every day to make sure we were happy. When he came in for the final inspection he fixed some of my facia that was not even their responsibility. He also noticed that they did not torch down my patio which is one of his expectations. That kind of roofing will usually seal on its own but, he came back to my house and made sure that it was up to his standards. America Roofing really has a great asset in this man. If he's ever looking for a job I'll hire him. Of course I don't think that will happen. Great job Luis!! You're a bad ass!!!

These guys suck! Spent over $40,000 on The last roof you'll ever need - lifetime gaurantee!. Now I have 7 leaks in my roof. Some new, some of the same old leaks. I can't even get a return phone call! I have been calling them since November! They came out once, roof still leaks and I have been getting blown off ever since. Once they have your money - have a nice day!

What can I say....? McMillan Bros. did a fantastic job painting our home exterior. We got three bids to paint our house and while each contactor was pleasant there was just something about George that clicked with us, it was like talking to a friend. The prep work that George described that would be done prior to painting was more involved than what other contractors explained, and prep work is everything.

George was also helpful in our color scheme decision. My husband liked one, while I liked another. And, if you've ever tried to decide on paint using the small paint chips available at paint stores, you know that they're not very helpful. George suggested that we purchase small wall sample boards. They're 12x12 adhesive backed sample boards that you can paint. Seeing the paint samples on a larger area was quite helpful. Still, my husband and I differed on the color scheme. So, to aid in our decision I phoned George. He asked us to place the sample boards on our home exterior and to then text him pictures. George explained how each color would wear in the Arizona weather as well as telling us how the colors would look with the roof and landscape. And voila!, a decision was made. By the way, the color scheme I chose was the winner! Lol.

From beginning to end everything was done professionally. The crew was courteous and cleanly. Our complete trust in George was founded. He stayed in contact with us, showed up on time and performed the work beautifully as promised. We couldn't be happier with the results. McMillan Bros. will be our go to for any painting needs. They should be yours too.

Luis and company came to our rescue when my Dad's roof started leaking in July. They came out and assessed quickly that he needed a partial new roof (half the house). They did a great job, and the grounds were left in very good condition.

We noticed a couple days ago that a piece of the roof near the front door had come loose. Luis sent someone out to replace it right away!

Ok, if you're tired of contractors not showing up, call SF Roofing. This company came out in the rain, climbed up on the roof, did some clean up and didn't try selling a thing that wasn't necessary. Fantastic pricing, prompt and professional. And, bonus, ladies, they don't talk to women like they're brainless!

Took a couple days to get a call back and then they sent the owner over. He starts going on about don't fix your roof if it doesn't need it. All i needed were some tiles replaced. Two days later i get an emailed quote for almost $800. It talked about moving my satellite dish, (nowhere near the damage and not even near any tile) and resealing, hauling away, etc etc.
I didn't even bother inquiring about the quote it was so ridiculous. Talk about making it OBVIOUS that you have some overhead! Instead, I just paid a guy $250 to do it and I just met him yesterday. Here are the basics of who i do business with. Answer your calls, act expediently, follow through, don't be so OBVIOUS with your inflation.

I needed the roof replaced to a small space so searched Yelp to find Desert Eagle Home Improvement. John and his team were easy to work with, quick and did a great job. Will definitely use them again if needed!

When it comes to home inspections and repairs copper west roofing is the company to call. When I reached out for a roof inspection he came out the next day and did the inspection and let us know that needed to been repaired or replaced.  Jordan also included pictures of the roof to show the issues with it.

I would gladly use him again and refer him to anyone who needs inspections or repairs!

Integrity. Professionalism. Customer Focused. Quality Workmanship. Credibility. If those words are important to you in hiring a roofing contractor to inspect, maintain, and repair your home's roof then I would highly recommend Ryan and his team.  In my experience, it is increasingly rare to find business owners that back up what they say in deeds and work performed, but The Repair Guys are among those select few.  I contacted Ryan to address a relatively minor issue with some of my roof tiles.  Ryan promptly arranged a service call to assess the issue and provided a thorough and reasonable recommendation for corrective action.  They quickly addressed the original issue, corrected an active leak (went above and beyond to fix), and performed some preventative maintenance to avoid future problems.  During the preventative maintenance work Swan (awesome guy) found some additional damage to the roof and brought it to my attention and showed me lots of pictures.  I decided I wanted to have the team do the additional work, but Ryan cautioned me that might not be the best course of action due to the age of the roof (20 years).  He suggested the team take a look at the couple trouble areas and then determine next steps.  Steve and Swan examined the roof and found additional damage and Ryan shared with me he would love to do the work but felt like that would not be best thing for me over the long term.  He suggested having the entire roof redone (which his company does not do).  Many businesses would have just done the work and taken the money, but Ryan and his crew made a recommendation based on what was best for my home and saving me money over the long term. He not only gave up potential business, but he also discounted the preventative maintenance so that my dollars could go into the new roof.  When have you had a business do that for you!?  I found the Repair Guys on Yelp and I hope my review will encourage a few other prospective customers to give them a try.  You will be glad you did...well managed, honest small businesses should be rewarded for their ethics and service commitments to customers.  Thank you Ryan, Steve, and Swan.  :)

Really happy with my decision to go with first response roofing for my partial roof replacement. I received quite a few quotes for the job and was initially very impressed with the time spent on my roof assessing not only what was causing my leak but also the entire health of the roof. There were several other companies that didn't even look and just talked to me at the front door about their recommendations. First Response gave me many options and felt 0 pressure to choose a particular one - I felt as if I was just given the knowledge to make the right decision for me. Price was right in the middle of the quotes I got for the work performed. Kudos to Jake for the quote process, that's what sold me honestly. The work itself was of  high quality, efficient and they did a good job cleaning up after. Highly recommend this company and will 100% use them for any future needs!

I scheduled and had to wait 2 weeks for someone to come out and give me an estimate on 11/16/21; they were supposed to come between 8-9.  I called at 10:30 and they said they'd lost my address, but they would call back later and let me know if they could fit me in.  At 4:00pm they called me and said they had to reschedule for 11/18 between 8-9am; it's now 11/18, 11:00am and no one has shown up or even called. I hesitate setting another estimate appointment or even hiring them as they certainly don't seem reliable in the least. When I called for the original appointment, I made it clear that I had a pretty big job needed (full underlayment, fascia replacement, sheet plywood replacement, not just a few tiles repair), but they certainly don't seem to want the work - nor do they seem to care about my lost time waiting around for them. They've done repair on the house immediately across the street from me; I have no idea why they seem to be so very different than the other reviews state.  Such a shame.

AMAZING service!!! Quick response on a roofing tile and mortar fix for a property sale. Shannon was extremely helpful and able to fit us into their schedule around our time constraints. I started searching for a roofer in my area on Yelp and noted that Advanced Quality Roofing had received a large number of 5-Star Reviews. I contacted the company and arranged a meeting with the owner (Robert) for the following day. He arrived on time and wearing a mask. We spoke about the job at hand and he left promising to send me an estimate the following day. I received the estimate, was satisfied with it, and decided to use his services.
His crew arrived 2 days later and he joined them shortly thereafter. His crew consisted of 5 young men all eager to start the work. I have worked with a number of sub-contractors in the past and I must say that this crew was hard-working (working from 8:30 am sharp until 6:30 pm) and extremely efficient. No corners were cut and the final result was a roof that was professionally installed and included a 10 year warranty.
The job ended after 5 days but didn't stop there. The clean-up was not to be believed! All excess materials and trash were completely picked up and they even had a large magnet on wheels which picked up all nails and metal objects left on the ground.
To say I was completely satisfied is an understatement. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Advanced Quality Roofing to anyone desiring roof repair or installation. First Class Company!

Alex came out promptly after I contacted them to view my damage and provide an estimate. Once we decided to move forward, he maintained good communication. The crew was on site as scheduled, and did a very thorough job with the repairs, even proactively taking care of other issues they found.  I was very happy with the work they did and their professionalism and reliability. Definitely recommend them!
