Had wind damage to entire roof after winter storms. HAYDEN worked with the Insurance company to get a full roof replacement. The work was done efficiently and quickly. I can't say enough about what a great experience it was working with Hayden. He is very personable, polite, and knowledgeable about his trade. So I had a communication problem with this company. Although they said they left messages, I never received any. I was not going to use them but then John Haag called me from my house while I was at work. He was the person that was supposed to show up initially. I was not expecting anything from them but he took upon himself to rectify the situation. He explained his side which was perfectly understandable. He apologized for the miscommunication and got to work. He fixed the leak. He recommended some other work and advice which to my relief, it was not as bad as I thought.  He totally change my mind of this company because of his customer service.  Because of him I will end up using them again. Thanks John for saving the day.

I selected Mikku and Sons to reroof a concrete tile roof on my home in North Scottsdale.  Mikku and Sons came in with a bid a couple thousand less than a few higher profile groups.  Most reviews on several sites are positive, so I contracted them for the job.  The roofers seemed to do a fine job.  The roof looks sharp and withstood the recent rains without issue.  We had a good experience with Mikku and sons.  Saved quite a bit.  I would recommend.

Selling a house, the Home Inspector found a few problem areas with roof. The roofers came in, not only doing a great job repairing areas identified in inspection report, but then checked entire roof to ensure there were no other problems not included in inspection.

These guys suck! Spent over $40,000 on The last roof you'll ever need - lifetime gaurantee!. Now I have 7 leaks in my roof. Some new, some of the same old leaks. I can't even get a return phone call! I have been calling them since November! They came out once, roof still leaks and I have been getting blown off ever since. Once they have your money - have a nice day!

$5k more expensive than 3 other roofing quotes using the same material and warranty.

I received four bids on a replacement roof before I contacted Bob, owner of Pro-West. His bid was $2,000 under the next lowest bid and he did not nickel-dime me for extras such as partial plywood sheathing, installation of four solar tubes, removal of old gutters and miscellaneous charges that other roofers wanted. His crew was courteous, professional and incredibly efficient. Pro-West does not cut corners on materials -- everything was top-notch and integrated with the GAF premium shingles. My wife and I were very glad we hired Pro-West.

We had a new vent from a water heater install that resulted in a gap that would have been a sure leak with upcoming rain.  They responded almost instantly and made a quick fix the same morning.  Highly recommend!

I had another company quote some repairs and they recommended a complete re-roof. Called Brown Roofing and a few days later Craig, the owner, came out to take a look. He was actually early, very personable, and went up to take a look. He gave me an estimate that I felt was very fair, encouraged me to get more quotes and explained what to look for in those other quotes to ensure I was comparing apples to apples. Lastly he told me that yes my roof was old, but no, he didn't think I needed a new one right now. It doesn't get more honest than that. When the time comes, I'll definitely be calling again.

Fixed my roof today. They did a good job. Showed up on time, did good quality work. A few hours after the repair the had a torrential downpour. Everything held up as expected. Strong work, and great service. Would recommend to anyone.

Roof repair, plumbing, electrical and beautiful landscape lighting these guys do it all and they are the best!  The owner is beyond professional, extremely knowledgeable, timely, prices are fair and there is care and detail that go into even the smallest jobs.  I felt like I had an old friend doing the work on my house, that's how great Ryan and D are to work with!  Do not hesitate on giving them a call for estimate, you will pleasantly surprised from start to finish.

Really happy with my decision to go with first response roofing for my partial roof replacement. I received quite a few quotes for the job and was initially very impressed with the time spent on my roof assessing not only what was causing my leak but also the entire health of the roof. There were several other companies that didn't even look and just talked to me at the front door about their recommendations. First Response gave me many options and felt 0 pressure to choose a particular one - I felt as if I was just given the knowledge to make the right decision for me. Price was right in the middle of the quotes I got for the work performed. Kudos to Jake for the quote process, that's what sold me honestly. The work itself was of  high quality, efficient and they did a good job cleaning up after. Highly recommend this company and will 100% use them for any future needs!

We had a leak in our ceiling on Christmas Eve! After getting a few quotes we confidently chose Advanced Quality Roofing. They were fantastic. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We met with Robert and Trevor and they did a great job explaining things and even showed us pictures of what they found on our roof. We had our patio redone too - we knew that was going to need to be done soon! The crew that came to do everything was great as well. Jacob was so nice and informative. He answered every question I had (and I'm not afraid of asking dumb questions!). The group of guys he had with him were great too - always left things clean, did quality work and were also friendly! We highly, highly recommend Advanced Quality Roofing.

They came out to perform an estimate weeks ago and they never sent the estimate! I advised them of such. They said that they would send it and still nothing.
