I got quotes from different companies before deciding on this one! Jason was very responsive and professional. His quote was very competitive and he understood the roof replacement process very well. He wasn't pushy or salesy. The crew showed up everyday and wrapped up the job right on schedule! Andrew was my project manager, he checked in daily to see if I had any concerns or questions.

Only one guy could barely speak english. Had to supervise from start to finish. Contract was to tear off old shingles and replace.
They only tore off to tar paper and instead of pulling out old staples, even loose staples in with one leg. they hammered them down. Didn't know how to properly replace rotted 1 1/2 drip edge board straight.
I to instruct them how to install tar paper according to mfg. instructions on the shingle package. Had to furnish roof flashing because they had wrong size, and show them how cut flash to properly seal around vent pipes.
Six month later had exposed nails pushing thru shingles that were not hammered in properly.

So I had a communication problem with this company. Although they said they left messages, I never received any. I was not going to use them but then John Haag called me from my house while I was at work. He was the person that was supposed to show up initially. I was not expecting anything from them but he took upon himself to rectify the situation. He explained his side which was perfectly understandable. He apologized for the miscommunication and got to work. He fixed the leak. He recommended some other work and advice which to my relief, it was not as bad as I thought.  He totally change my mind of this company because of his customer service.  Because of him I will end up using them again. Thanks John for saving the day.

I received a referral for Mikku and Sons Roofing.  Before I called them, I checked out their reviews.  Everything I heard and read about them is true!  It's so refreshing to have a contractor respond and actually complete the work as promised.  Additionally, the pricing was very fair.  I will be calling them for my future roofing needs.

Jason with America Roofing has earned 5 Stars!  Jason has exceptional customer service. He shows or his staff will come on the day requested to inspect the roof.  It is an efficient inspection. It is fair. They will tell you what needs to be done and  what can wait.  I will continue to call on America Roofing and refer them!

These guys suck! Spent over $40,000 on The last roof you'll ever need - lifetime gaurantee!. Now I have 7 leaks in my roof. Some new, some of the same old leaks. I can't even get a return phone call! I have been calling them since November! They came out once, roof still leaks and I have been getting blown off ever since. Once they have your money - have a nice day!

All of the work was done on time and with the result that I was expecting.  They did a good job of cleaning up debris and nails.  I would recommend them to anybody wanting a quality job.

When our roof began leaking in two different places during the rains in August/September 2018, I called ProWest because I saw their sign sitting in multiple neighbors' yards. I have to say, dealing with this company from start to finish was nothing short of a happy experience. Tom was who I met with initially, and who I dealt with through the entire process. I am a newbie with homeowner stuff, and he walked me through everything with patience and a thorough, honest manner, from successfully calling/dealing with insurance to coming to tarp my roof when more rain came before our materials for the new roof arrived. We left for a weekend, it rained again, and because of a mistake our contractor made, when we got home, we had a puddle of water sitting in our kitchen. I called Tom when I couldn't get a hold of my contractor, and he came with more tarps and some fans to fix a mistake his company didn't even make, within a half hour of my phone call. My insurance company was kind of a nightmare, but ProWest still made sure I was taken care of. The new roof looks great, the customer service was excellent, and I am so happy we went with ProWest!

Excellent company to do business with, very respectful, they really do get back to you ASAP when you call, and they even did a free roof inspection of the entire roof and not just the problem area. They didn't overcharge me at all, (infact they gave me one hell of a deal) and repair was done next day! if you are looking for a Quality Roofer and one that will not rip you off give these guys a call.

Luis was genuinely nice and took time to view and discuss the project. Unfortunately LR was a little high in their quote and decided on another company.

I contacted Ruben, and he was able to set up the appointment right away. Honest quote and no surprising adds on. His crew Devin came to finish our roof work and provided with photos. I left a message a few days ago for a quote on a new roof. A lady calls back today asking what I needed. First, I had already mentioned on the message I needed a quote for a a new re-roof. Second she said they do their quotes monday thru friday between 10 and 2. She asked if that would work or if I needed another day and time. i said it would need to be more in the afternoon and the earliest would be 2. She said well she could only do between 1 and 2. I said the only way that will work is if someone calls me first when they would be coming and I can see if my husband is available. The lady says she cannot do that. I said ok I will go elsewhere to a business who can come in the afternoon for an estimate. I can understand them needing to actually do the work earlier in the day; however, an estimate is a different story and there is no reason why I really even need to be there.

John was responsive and prices were reasonable. Fixed my roof leak quickly and even called the next day to follow up! I will use him again for my next project.

With the current housing market, we are forced to expedite things to make sure we end up with a home we love. I had to call a few places to have a roof inspection done since there were some concerns, and not a single answer from anyone.
I managed to call Jordan and he immediately answered and was able to come in and do an inspection the next morning.

Not only did he respond very quickly, but he also quoted us 5-7k less then the home inspector thought the repairs would cost!!! Got us all the info, pictures, and aggressive pricing in timely fashion and made us feel a lot safer with pursuing the home we chose.

We close on the home this week and we will deff. have him come in to do the necessary repairs.
Will 100% refer any friends or family to him.

I used Ryan and his team for some interior water damage at my house that was a result of a recent storm we had.  They made the repair process painless, and the trustworthiness of his team allowed me to leave for work and come home to a completed project.  They did the job quickly and accurately and I will definitely be using them again for future projects around the house!

Tibb is great. Good communicator and responsive. Plus, he really takes his time to get the job done right. Highly recommend for roof repairs!!

I hired Estrella roofing to repair my second story deck.  My deck was leaking, the wood decking and support structure had rotted.  I like how this company operates.  I made an appointment date and time for an estimate.  Bart came to my house at that time.  After hiring them they showed up to do the work when they said they would.  I watched them rebuild and repair my deck.  Their staff took no short cuts.  It was very clear to me they were well trained and knew what they were doing.  Each day they cleaned up and left my home like they found it.  They thoroughly explained very step in the process and welcomed questions.  My deck looks great, all the bad substructure replaced, new decking material installed.  These folks are real pros at roofing and especially walking deck repair.  Leon, the owner of the company made my deck repair seem like the most important job he had.  He would meet with me and explain in detail what was happening.  My thoughts, if you want it done right give Estrella Roofing a call.

Highly recommend!!! We were in a mad rush to get two quotes for a house we were selling and a house we were wanting to buy. Jason came out the next day and provided us with all of the details in an assessment. He had quotes and helped us understand what needed to do immediately (for safety) and what could wait. We even shopped around for a better quote and couldn't find one better than what he had provided. He was out in just DAYS to repair one roof and completely replace the roof on the other house. We had a leak in our ceiling on Christmas Eve! After getting a few quotes we confidently chose Advanced Quality Roofing. They were fantastic. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We met with Robert and Trevor and they did a great job explaining things and even showed us pictures of what they found on our roof. We had our patio redone too - we knew that was going to need to be done soon! The crew that came to do everything was great as well. Jacob was so nice and informative. He answered every question I had (and I'm not afraid of asking dumb questions!). The group of guys he had with him were great too - always left things clean, did quality work and were also friendly! We highly, highly recommend Advanced Quality Roofing.

They responded to my Yelp request, and setup an appointment through that message. The technician came in, provided a very nominal estimate. Theirs was the best estimate I got between 3 providers. They scheduled the work to re-coat the flat roof. Arrived as planned, providing me updates throughout, completed the job as promised. It held after the small storm that hit us a couple of weeks ago. Would recommend these guys to anyone.
