Four peaks did amazing work on a roof that had been neglected for 25 years. They are very responsive, reasonable, and polite every step of the way! I would highly recommend Four Peaks Roofing.

We purchased a new home in Glendale, AZ and the roof was a mess, We called Multipro Roof out to quote and they were very reasonable. We worked with Charlie, he was great! They were efficient and protected our pool while working. Our roof was so bad we had to get this re-roofing done immediately or we would have insurance issues, they jumped right on it, what a lifesaver - I highly recommend this company to anyone!

I had a roof that was old and falling apart and then we had those huge storms  several months back that really did it in.

I found Bonnie and Clyde online and had them come look at my roof based on reputation.

Clyde knew the ins and outs of getting the roof done and advised me with what was the best bang for my buck and Bonnie was a great facilitator.

I'd say I would definitely use them again in the future but judging by what a great job they did on my roof, I doubt I'll need em!

These guys were on time, worked all day, cleaned up the yard, and did excellent work on the roof at a good price.  I would use these guys again or tell my friends about them any day.

Selling a house, the Home Inspector found a few problem areas with roof. The roofers came in, not only doing a great job repairing areas identified in inspection report, but then checked entire roof to ensure there were no other problems not included in inspection.

It was no easy feat for me to find a trustworthy, quality roofing company.  I tried to get in touch with the one I used on my old house in 2016 but I don't know if they're still in business as they didn't answer the phone nor could I leave a message with the mailbox full.  I sent out multiple Yelp inquiries to several companies and this one was the first to respond.  This company was the most appealing to me out of the other ones with it's good reviews and friendly customer service team.

Their estimator Todd was able to come out the same afternoon.  I was on edge all day with the damage stressing me out and I really appreciated how Todd was so friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough he was during the inspection.  I spent some time with him outside while he was inspecting and he took the time to explain to me what he was seeing and answered all of my questions.  What sold me before the visit was over was that he cared enough to carry his clipboard with him to take notes, took pictures, and came inside my home to see how the damage from the outside was affecting the inside.
I had different roofer come out before him and did none of this with the visit ending after 10 minutes.  Todd's visit took about 30 minutes.  He was able to confirm the same details as the other roofer and provided so much more information.

At the end of the visit, Todd wrote out an invoice with the details of the job and quoted me a price I could live with to my relief.  The different roofer wanted to replace only half of the roof and leave the other half alone as it was still in good condition.  Different roofer also said that he doesn't work with foam and there was some damage that occurred in the areas where the foam was.  Todd's proposal only needed to have my roof resealed, a couple of broken shingles replaced, and all the holes left by birds patched up.  They had no limitations on the materials to work with, including foam.  I was able to save thousands of dollars in unnecessary work and get ALL of the damaged areas repaired thanks to him and ARS.

Now that the repair is done and payment taken, I wanted to leave my thoughts.  There were some hiccups that prevented me from rating a perfect 5 stars but those hiccups were quickly rectified to my satisfaction.  You can rest easy with choosing this company.  I won't hesitate on calling them again for future projects.

We are very happy that we chose Almeida Roofing. The entire process of bidding and installation was handled in a very professional and customer service oriented manner. Their bid was fair and everything was done with keeping me informed as one of their priorities. When they found the bad wood that I knew they would, they brought it to our attention immediately. The installers were all very friendly and they cleaned everything up. I would and have recommended them to friends and neighbors. ProWest was professional and easy to work with. Project Manager Jimmy R. was great - very communicative and got the job done quickly but not sloppily, and in time for my house to close. They repaired the flat roof, replaced fascia, and even replaced a hard-to-reach window casing. I would definitely recommend them if you have a need for a contractor.

I fully recommend McMillan Brothers for painting your house! After finding them on Yelp, Charles contacted me and was out really quickly. The price was very fair compared to other contractors, however, his detailed description of the scope of work and quality of paint got me to go with them.

Within a few weeks, Cesar and his crew were out. They were very efficient and meticulous with regard to prep work, painting, and putting things back in place.

In the end, I lost a few screws for a window screen, but that wasn't a big deal. Also, the crew smoked a bit, so with doors open and whatnot, I could smell it inside, but with the quality and price of the work, I'm not going to take away a star or anything and I'll definitely look up the  McMillan brothers for future painting jobs.

While I can't speak to the work that the company performs, I can say this is an honest company.  I had a different company suggest I replace the underlayment under my tile roof because it looked like it was deteriorating and in bad shape and that it was very old... I decided to get a second opinion.  Luis the president came out to my home quickly and as scheduled.... and took a look at various sections of the roof ... and informed me that while he could not tell with certainty how old the underlayment is (which is understandable because its not really possible to tell how old it is with certainty) but he said it's in good shape and does not need to be replaced.  I will definitely keep his business card and not hesitate to contact this company in the future if I need roof repairs or maintenance... or when the eventual day does come to replace the underlayment .  Give em a call if you need an honest assessment. I see many reviews from folks in Glendale, Peoria and other suburbs of the far NW valley.  I see reviews for Chandler, Tempe and Sun Lakes.  I called to day and was told they don't service Avondale.  The coverage map here more than covers Avondale.

I hired John for several jobs on the house I am renovating. He quoted me a very reasonable price and the work was top quality. Only a few minor touchups were needed which he promptly took care of. He returned calls quickly, showed up when he said he would, and was always very professional and courteous. I highly recommend him and will not hesitate to use his services again.

In the process of buying a new home and needed a second-look at the roof. Jordan responded immediately - over the weekend - and was able to stop by the property that same afternoon! He provided multiple, high res pictures and offered a reasonable quote.

Cannot speak highly enough of Ryan and the Repair Guys. My clients home has had a slow leak happening due to a bad roof... Its been going on for years. Ryan and the guys came out to inspect on very short notice. Like 4 hour notice, lol, can't thank them enough for that! Anyways, everywhere they looked there was a problem. Facia were rotted, cracked tiles, water resistant paper torn up (elephant skin), and obvious signs of leakage everywhere.   Keep in mind 'the repair guys' only repair roofs, they don't install. So he could have charged us $10,000 for repairs and walked away. But he said that he wouldn't be able to sleep at night. knowing he repaired a roof that will probably need replaced in 2 years. Saving the homeowner loads of money (just replacing the whole thing through another company).

Basically repairing the roof was only putting a band aide on a gunshot wound.

If you are looking for honest roofers that won't take advantage of your 'lack of knowledge' these are the guys!

Really happy with my decision to go with first response roofing for my partial roof replacement. I received quite a few quotes for the job and was initially very impressed with the time spent on my roof assessing not only what was causing my leak but also the entire health of the roof. There were several other companies that didn't even look and just talked to me at the front door about their recommendations. First Response gave me many options and felt 0 pressure to choose a particular one - I felt as if I was just given the knowledge to make the right decision for me. Price was right in the middle of the quotes I got for the work performed. Kudos to Jake for the quote process, that's what sold me honestly.
