Best Roofing Contractors in Phoenix, AZ

We had been having problems with our insurance for years before finding this company. We worked with four other roofing companies trying to get our roof replaced and they all gave up and stopped responding to us. Our insurance was absolutely refusing to replace saying it could be repaired even though all the evidence pointed to the opposite.

Enter Four Peaks. We told them our situation and they said they would duke it out! We were hesitantly optimistic. Over the course of the next several months, we went through the same arguments with Allstate. They still declared we could fix the roof. Four Peaks took video and pictures proving the opposite. Eventually, Four Peaks told us to send an arbitration letter to Allstate. They gave us the exact wording to use to get the process started. They truly took the reins and did battle. It took over five months for everything to get settled but they stuck it out to the end. We got our check a day after the agreement was finalized and they were replacing the roof within the week.

The roof itself looks wonderful. It took about two days to complete. The workers were very nice and capable. The owner showed up during the process to make sure everything was going smoothly and to explain the rest of the process as well. They cleaned up everything nicely. We can't find any evidence that our roof was even replaced!

We are beyond happy we chose this company. They are kind, capable and excellent at their jobs. Highly recommended.

They did an excellent job.  Tim is the owner, and he personally provided the estimate, which engendered trust.  The team was punctual and clean.  It wasn't the cheapest option but I feel the quality is high.

I had a roof that was old and falling apart and then we had those huge storms  several months back that really did it in.

I found Bonnie and Clyde online and had them come look at my roof based on reputation.

Clyde knew the ins and outs of getting the roof done and advised me with what was the best bang for my buck and Bonnie was a great facilitator.

I'd say I would definitely use them again in the future but judging by what a great job they did on my roof, I doubt I'll need em!

Lack of response is very true from this company. I think they got too many referrals when they used to have good reviews and then couldn't keep up. Very sad. Signed a contract with them to have work done several weeks later, due to their scheduling which was ok, they promised to come and fix a small issue within a week and then start the actual work later....well, this was more than a year ago, without any word or sign from them. Very disappointing.

I had a great experience with America Roofing. They went above and beyond our expectations. They showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. The roof looks beautiful, and the best part is that we have no more leaks! They were friendly and helpful when I called to schedule. I would definitely recommend America Roofing to anyone.

We had Mike Fuller give us a bid to re-coat our roof walk decks. He was professional and knowledgeable, and, gave us suggestions on what was best. They did a great job, neat and cleaned up after every step of the process. We would certainly use them again.

I scheduled an estimate for what I thought were a couple roof leaks. Kevin and Melissa promptly responded, were on time as scheduled, friendly and professional in every manner. After a thorough inspection, Kevin stated that he couldn't find any source of the leaks attributed to the condition of the roof, but offered guidance on where he thought the leaks were originating from (cracks in stucco and beams surrounding windows). He went so far to suggest how I could seal them up. It's so nice to find honest contractors that have a customer's best interest at heart. I will definitely be using Almeida Roofing for upcoming maintenance work on our house when the time calls for it.

ProWest was professional and easy to work with. Project Manager Jimmy R. was great - very communicative and got the job done quickly but not sloppily, and in time for my house to close. They repaired the flat roof, replaced fascia, and even replaced a hard-to-reach window casing. I would definitely recommend them if you have a need for a contractor.

We hired McMillan painters to paint the exterior of our house and the whole perimeter wall, ramada, pool deck and then some more window frames to match new windows we had installed. I met with John Mc Millan and we began a great relationship - I could always reach him to discuss scheduling and new ideas. They also commissioned the smoothing/resurfacing of stucco on our patio so it looks like a magazine now! Everything they did was awesome and it all turned out amazing - the guys worked very fast and made no mistakes. I had a great experience from start to finish with excellent communication all around and would definitely recommend McMillan to all my friends and neighbors!

The L&R team were great to work with.  Luis listened to my concerns and took the time to explain all options.  The installation team were at my house when they said they would be and they too were very nice and kept me informed on their progress.  I will definitely use L&R in the future and recommend them to others.

I contacted Ruben, and he was able to set up the appointment right away. Honest quote and no surprising adds on. His crew Devin came to finish our roof work and provided with photos. Not sure how I went from having such a great experience a few years  ago to such a bad one. Brown just doesn't seem to want my business.  After completing a  re-roof a few years back, I called brown to look at a patio roof we skipped at the time.  

After initially having a lot of trouble even getting in contact ( I emailed Dean multiple times , the person who originally ran my  project, but i guess he doesn't work there which is a shame  cuz now I realize he was the one who made it such a good experience) - no response from the emails to dean, no auto reply that the email isn't valid or Dean doesn't work there) I sent a yelp message and never got a reply. I work long hours, much longer then this office is open and it's hard for me to call during work, but i never got a response via email or yelp. eventually I was able to connect via phone and set up a time for someone to come out and provide an estimate

I was told I would get an email confirmation, I didn't. No reminder or confirmation call the day of, I called the office back to make sure they were still coming. This is really frustrating, I have to shift things around in my household and schedule to accommodate a mid day visit, so at least confirm your gonna be there.  I learn the visit is confirmed and someone comes out, looks at the roof, tells my wife this will be expensive and we will get an email estimate

I wait all day, no estimate. I call the office again the next day  and ask when am I going to get an estimate? I hear those aren't prepared for two business days ( would be great if that's what the guy told us) but ok fine. My estimate should have arrived on Monday, now it's Saturday.

For a company I previously spent like 15k with, and gave  5 stars on Yelp, I'm  shocked how disappointing this experience is and how little it seems they care about my experience as a customer , and a previous customer at that. If they are this flakey in winning my business, how well Will they actually do the job?

I wanted to include an update to my review because we ended up hiring Desert Eagle Home Improvements to re-do our entire roof after a series of bad storms left us with a damaged roof each and every storm this season. John B. pointed out that the contractors who last did the roof (prior to our purchase of the property) cut corners on the current roof leaving our shingles prone to releasing from the roof under monsoon winds and rain.

John is extraordinarily accommodating and extremely pleasant to work with. He helped educate me about different roofing materials and workmanship and once we had picked our roofing materials he had his team on site within the week to complete the tear down and removal of the old materials and the installation of the new materials.

We would recommend Desert Eagle to anyone we know, and will be using John's services in the future for all of our projects, not just the roof.

I had a great experience with Copper West. First of all, the owner answered the phone, which was nice. I told him I needed a bid on a new roof and he said he'd go to my house later that day and have a bid to me by nighttime. He did as he said, went to the house, wrote up a professional bid which was much lower than first bid I had.
I had several questions which I was able to text at night, , back and forth. He's very responsive. He put me on his calendar before receiving payment. He did the roof on the days he said he was going to, sent pictures during re-roof process, kept me constantly updated by text. Finished the project on time and cleaned up after himself. This guy is totally legit. His professionalism was appreciated and I'd refer him to any friend/family. Good dude. Positive experience!!

Unfortunately we don't live within the service area of this company and cannot discuss their roofing expertise (which we believe is truly deserving of their #1 status).  However, we can write about their A+ communication and customer care. The Repair Guys return phone calls! The Repair Guys care about their customers and even their want-to-be customers like us. They totally understand that not only do they need to provide roofing expertise, but they also need to provide customer service. They returned our initial telephone call requesting service.  The call was polite and caring.  They nicely explained they could not help us because of our location.  They then provided referrals.  When the referral stood us up, we left a message for The Repair Guys about our experience with the referral.  Totally unexpectedly, we received a telephone call apologizing for our experience with their referral!  Amazing!  Who takes the time to do that when it is something they did not cause and they can not control?  Answer: The Repair Guys. Don't think twice:  this company is #1 for a reason!  Call them now!  Special request to The Repair Guys:  please expand your operation so that our location is within your area of service. We know you have great care for your customers.  Now we want to experience your roofing skills!  Thank you for caring about us.

I contacted First Response because a tenant advised that there was a leak in theur roof. Out of the 3 companies I called First Response was the only to answer as well as follow up with me.

From the customer service from the office staff to the service and knowledge of the crew that fixed the roof were amazing! They explained everything in great detail as well as sent me a full report of everything written down and broken down by cost of each item used to fix the repair. I know this is normal but I have never seen such a detailed report from a company!

They also make paying online easy by emailing you the invoice and using a payment portal!

They completed the job in only a few hours and now no more leaks through the roof! I will be using First Reaponse for all my roofing needs on all my properties!

WOW!!!! What can I say. This company is one of the best that I have ever had the honor to work with and the quality of work and the service they offer is second to none. After researching 12 different roofing companies in the Phoenix valley I only found 2 that had all 5 star reviews. I settled on Estrella Roofing even though they were not the low bidder, but because of the repairs and the work they were going to perform. This company also gives you a complete contract with the total cost your roofing work will require so there are no hidden fees that come up as a surprise near the end of the job. The office staff, the estimator and the crew are all very easy to work with, speak english and explain exactly what they are doing so the customer knows what they are receiving as a finished product. I have had many neighbors come by and have asked for contact information for Estrella Roofing for which I was very happy to give them. If you ever need a roof repair done it is worth your time to have them give you an estimate and you will get an honest bid.

Great local business.  The replaced our patio roof.  Fair price, but also thorough.  There was some older plywood and trim that needed to be replaced and they found it and communicated it to me.  Overall, very happy with the work they did.  The roofing crew was also friendly and professional.

Best roofer you could find. Needed several maintenance items taken care to be able to close escrow on time after our original roofer was a no show Advanced Quality Roofing really helped us out in a short time frame. Customer service was excellent. Thank you
