I couldn't ask for a better experience. The entire experience was outstanding. Everyone was amazing. Jason from the start to the finish was friendly and keep us informed the entire time.  Our roof was so old and damaged they had to rebuild it. We love the quality of work. Lucas and team were incredibly helpful in educating me throughout the process. I can guarantee I'm not the easiest customer when it comes to larger purchases like my roof because I want to make sure that I'm getting the best for the proper pricing. They explained the insurance process to me, helped me pick out what was best for my home, and were incredibly quick with getting things completed. In preparation for installing solar panels on our roof, I invited 4 roofers to evaluate and improve the condition of our 27 year old roof to ensure optimum function and durability for the life of the new electrical system.  

Complicating factors included 5 existing skylights and the proposed addition of 3 solar tube light fixtures, to be integrated into the layout of 52 photovoltaic panels.  Also, due to the age of the roof, the original concrete tiles are no longer available on the market, so existing materials had to be recycled and supplemented with current tiles in such as a way as to be aesthetically unobtrusive.    

Clyde Hardacker's analysis and proposed solutions were the most practical.  His pricing was not the lowest, but was quite reasonable in the wide range of responses from the other contractors.  Going with the lowest bid would have certainly entailed sacrificing some degree of confidence in the quality of outcome.

Work was performed quickly and skillfully by his competent crew, with first-hand involvement by Clyde at critical milestones.  Clyde also personally performed finishing tasks to ensure the job was done to our complete satisfaction.  

We are very pleased with the outcome and would enthusiastically recommend Clyde Hardacker for any roofing project.

Devin stopped by and fixed a leaking vent and several broken tiles on our roof. He also stopped by a few days later to address a particular issue I was worried about. Thanks Devin!

Just finished having some roof repairs (broken tiles and loose tiles) done by America Roofing.  They are one of two roofers used by the builder in our neighborhood.  The other roofer was the one who both did the original roof and then the repairs on closing.  America Roofing was able to replace the broken mud balls, the broken tiles we found and the other 15 broken or loose tiles the previous roofer didn't repair correctly or glued together (vs. replaced).  

Not sure about having a full roof done but for repairs, the crew that they sent out did a great job.  YMMV but they did good work on my house at a fair price.

One of the best roofing companies I've ever worked with! It is very refreshing to have a company actually pick up their phone and answer versus leave a voice mail and wait for a call back. I needed a roof estimate (patio roof area in particular) for home located in Mesa.  My client was under a time crunch and AZ Roofing was able to fit me in their schedule quickly able to take a look at the home and assess its condition. A very thorough inspection was done and common sense approach was taken (ran a hose on the roof to determine if any leaks were active or inactive leaks with old water stains). With their professional help and guidance with regard to the condition of the roof, we were able to move forward with the home purchase and know that any future roofing need (we'll soon need a new patio roof as they don't last long) in good hands with  no other company but AZ Roofing. My review is a one star, which is my opinion.  Here are the facts about my business with them.
1. Came out timely to do estimate
2. Quote comparable to other companies.
3. Signed contract with items of importance bolded.
4. Was called to schedule repair , was told only 2 jobs that day and mine was first.  However couldn't give an exact time.
5. Workers showed up at 11am ( we ran out quick at 10:30 and we were on our way home, they left a message because the dog ran out in the yard, they left. We immediately called back (less than 2 minutes later) and said we would be there in 5 minutes and the refused to return.
6. rescheduled ....for Wednesday...4 days later. One day before, they called and said it would be the Wednesday of the following week. I told Almeida that I was desperate to get it repaired as it had multiple severe leaks and we had those big storms coming in  (early June).  They couldn't help, although they left on Saturday. They were suppose to be there by 7 am, you'd think they would find a way to squeeze me in .  Anyway, a family friend repaired the roof the next day.
7. Almeida requested the 35% cancel fee, which was not bolded in the 2 page contract.  
35% was to be charged for materials.  I asked once the fee was paid could I have the materials , they said no. They did lower it to 25% of the contract. $250.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone needed a fantastic job done on their roof.  The work was done in exactly the amount of time I was told it would be--a day!  The workers were very respectful of our home and yard.  Everything was covered well, including my pool and plants.  No surprises in price or added charges.

We needed the exterior of the house (single story ranch style) painted. We obtained quotes from severl painting companies, including McMillan Brothers of Chandler, AZ.
George (one of the brothers) came out to look over the house and give a quote. George is a nice guy, and likes to talk :) He came across a bit like a used car salesman which raised a warning flag to me, starting with a this job should run about $xxxx, but I'm going to give you a good deal because you're the first in the neighborhood. (We were the first in the development to be painting the house exterior, and the HOA had already mailed notices to all owners that they needed to paint.)  The actual quote came in in the lower middle of the pack. Not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive. The amount was in line with what I was expecting. The statement of work included the proper paint, power washing, prep and stucco repair, etc. This was in line with the other companies' quotes. We researched McMillan Brothers, finding their license and bond was in order, their BBB record clean, and the reviews were pretty uniquely all positive.
We informed George that we would go with McMillan Brothers in just a few days. The next day George came and picked up the signed contract. (No down payment was required!) Within a few days of that, the crew showed up to do the work. They masked everything, including the sidewalks and driveway and patio. Did the washing, prep and repairs (very minor as the stucco was in general in excellent condition.) By the end of the day, the job was done (about 9 hours or so.) The house looked GREAT with no spilled paint anywhere. There were a couple of very minor touch-ups we requested (and we do mean MINOR) that were done in 2 minutes.
We couldn't be happier with the work and the price was on the mark.
Look past some of the sales talk that may occur, and go with McMillan Brothers. You won't regret it.
(BTW, ignore the Seattle location - we moved to AZ, hence the house painted is in the West Valley area of Phoenix metro)

Very suspect company. I asked for a quote to just seal my flat roof and the quote was $8500 (3.5 times more than my highest quote with other companies), I'm not replacing the roof! Ridiculous price, plus the quote had a button to sign the contract that was placed to make it easy to accidentally press. They kept emailing me this.

I contacted Ruben, and he was able to set up the appointment right away. Honest quote and no surprising adds on. His crew Devin came to finish our roof work and provided with photos. Their team is Very responsive and reliable. We are happy with the final results. Thank you for your service! Highly recommended!

We chose Brown Roofing for our new roof based on all of the positive reviews and Craig and his crew lived up to all of them. The price was fair and the job completed in less time than was quoted by other companies. Craig made himself available for questions throughout the process. Our property was clean and left in good condition after the project. Craig is a stand up guy and we feel fortunate to have developed a relationship with a trusted roofer if we are ever unfortunate enough to need roofing services in the future.

While I didn't get to use John's services he was by far the most professional and upfront of all the roofers I met to fix my issue. Long story short I had a leak from the storms. Like a new home owner I panicked, hopped on yelp and sent out a mass contact to about 10 local roofers. John was one of the first to reply, and saw me the same day. I had a seen someone previously to address my issue, but John had a much better quote and honest answers. He didn't try to rob me or sell me a whole new roof. He gave me great honest advice and a fantastic quote. The only reason we didn't go with his services was, my wife was the calm one, contacted our insurance and found out it's covered and they fixed it all up for no charge. Sorry John, if it wasn't for free I wouldn't of taken up your offer. When I do need a roof or any other issues I know who to go through.

I had an amazing experience with The Repair Guys, the best I've had with any contractor in general to be honest.

Devin walked through an incredibly thorough and detailed run-down of the state of our very tired patio roof and all of the options for fixing it up. He gave an honest account of different solutions, their pros/cons, and relative costs (even so far as suggesting less expensive options that would be with other companies) so that we could make a low-pressure, informed decision.

Great attention to detail was given to ensuring a quality transition from our main roof to the patio roof, and they went the extra mile to ensure any future work on the main roof would be easy to do without compromising the patio roof work.

Above all, I was incredibly impressed with communication. I received calls or emails each step of the way from quoting, to scheduling, to each day of the project. Devin and Rubin checked in on-site each morning to update us on how things were going. At the end of each day, we received a set of pictures of the days progress, and the final invoice included an incredibly thorough account of everything they did to accompany their fantastic warranty.

We had first response complete an overhaul of our large patio awning that was leaking and they did an excellent job! The quote process was efficient, clear and multiple options for repair/replacement were provided. The team was prompt and quick with their work and everything was explained me to both before and after the job was done. The price was excellent, a very low pressure, no nonsense process that was welcomed. We will be using first response for any roofing needs moving forward!

I've used Estrella roofing for my clients and personally and have always been happy with their work.  The owner is a nice guy and will always give an honest assessment regarding your roof. I would recommend this company for any roofing repairs.

State48 roofing is the BEST roofing company in town. My experience from start to finish was flawless. Jason the owner came by after I was having some issues from a recent storm. I had dealt with so many quotes and was not looking forward to another contractor, but Jason and his team were beyond amazing. Diego and crew showed up on time, did the work as promised with no surprises and helped me work with my insurance company. The roof turned out amazing and it doesn't even look like they were there! They are professional, friendly and all around really cool dudes. 1000% recommend them to everyone, you won't be disappointed!!

These people are great to do business with. They don't try to sell you what you don't need. They do excellent work, and they give you a fair and reasonable price for the work that they do. If you need roof repair or a new roof I heartily recommend them.
