We needed help in preparing our roof for solar panels, and they did a great job of working with us to assess our situation (rehab of an existing tile roof with aging underlayment), recommended a course of action that worked very well, and addressed all of our concerns, while staying within our planned budget. They were great to work with and modified their plan as we progressed, in order to have the best possible outcome. The sales and management teams were very helpful, and the crews that did the work were all very responsive to our questions/suggestions. I read in one of the other reviews that they were impressed with the crew scanning for stray nails, and they did it on our job too. There were quite a few roofing nuances of which we were not aware, and they discussed them with us. Jason, Jeff, and Greg all visited the site during installation to make sure that everything was going smoothly and within our expectations. Great job overall and highly recommended.

I was really not looking forward to re-roofing our house, but after 25 years, the shingles were showing wear and needed to be replaced. I called three companies I found online and through friends' referrals, including the one I ultimately chose - a family-owned business called Hardacker Roofing, of Glendale, Az.  After speaking with the owners, Bonnie by phone and then meeting with Clyde in person for an estimate, as well as reading online reviews, I went with Hardacker Roofing! Both Bonnie and Clyde are friendly and conveyed their desire to do a quality re-roof, answering all my questions and providing a professional, on-time estimate and a thorough explanation of all work expected. They delivered and then some! When the day came to start the work, the crews showed up and all the work was completed that same day! My new roof looks fantastic and the crew cleaned up after themselves as they worked and then again when finished! I highly recommend Hardacker Roofing!

I have been trying to get this company to do the right thing for over 2 years now. I have filed a BBB complaint. Beware of this company!!! Originally in 2019 they said they would fix the leaks. They said they made multiple repairs; however, I still have a leak. And as you can see in the pictures it's terrible. The ceiling is caving in and the damage is even worse. I tried giving them a chance to even fix their mistakes. Don't hire them, they don't do quality work.

After their fixes and then another rainstorm I called again. This time they said it's not your roof it's your air conditioning lines. I had an HVAC company come out and said this is very common for any roofing company to blame the AC or other people just so they don't have to fix it. Well here we are almost 3 years later and take a look at the photos now. The coat job that they did for $5000 is completely bubbled all over because of the ponding water. Josh came over and said oh the roof warranty doesn't cover this. It's your original foam roof that is causing this and we were only paid to coat your roof and the warranty blah blah. I said no Josh your warranty covers the sealant and I called you repeatedly for years and you keep coming out and blaming something else. If you would've fixed the ponding water 3 years ago we would've never been in this situation. I will file another BBB these people have no ethical integrity. They are scam artists. Trash!

Quinn is the guy who answers calls but will never return your cal or pass down any messages to anyone else. All around this is a F company and they should not have a license to work on anyones home.

If you want to use your money wisely do not give them $1.

I've never done business with such an honest person as Steve. I originally thought I needed metal roof coating to stop leaks but he took the time to investigate and said the leak was elsewhere. Suggested I call the roofing company that recently reshingled my house and have them fix the flashing... under warranty too. Wow!

These guys suck! Spent over $40,000 on The last roof you'll ever need - lifetime gaurantee!. Now I have 7 leaks in my roof. Some new, some of the same old leaks. I can't even get a return phone call! I have been calling them since November! They came out once, roof still leaks and I have been getting blown off ever since. Once they have your money - have a nice day!

They say they dont use pressure. Then say prices are rising fast so better put your money down quickly. And if you dont they may go out of business so cant honor the warranty. That is in quote.
They say there are materials problems that will affect your actual price.
You have just short time to act or whatever you have been told is meaningless as you will see in their quote.
Price was 6,000 more than I paid with same or better quality.
Ask for quote in writing then take a look.
I think they can roof your house but at what cost really? No pressure of course.

I could not be more satisfied with the experience I had with John and his crew! The estimate process was fast and easy - I called in the morning and John was over later that day. Scheduling was also a breeze - I contacted him Tuesday to schedule and they did the job (full exterior) from start to finish on Friday. I had some small repairs that needed to be addressed and they took care of those before painting. Everything looks amazing!!! I will definitely be recommending them!

Luis is amazing!  I needed an estimate after storm damage and of course he came right out and provided a free estimate.  Instead of selling me work that didn't need to be done he was honest and informed me a gutter needed to be cleared to prevent any future issues and my covered patio should be just fine as is.  I also had him quote some spray foam work I need done over an AC duct and he came in quite a bit lower than others.  I'll definitely be using him for the duct work in the spring because once again his honesty came through stating I might as well wait as we don't have much hot weather left for now.  Very honest and reliable and he'll also respond quickly through Yelp messaging, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I contacted Ruben, and he was able to set up the appointment right away. Honest quote and no surprising adds on. His crew Devin came to finish our roof work and provided with photos. Brown Roofing just completed an entire re-roof for us in Tempe.  We couldn't be happier with the work they did.  The job site is nice and clean; they even re-raked the gravel in our front yard!  The entire job was completed in two days!!!  They started on the same day they said they would start on - not a small feat for contractors.  We chose Brown Roofing because they were mid-range in terms of price but offered a much better attic ventilation option (read: decreased cooling costs) than was offered by any of the other roofers (we obtained five other quotes).  The owner, Craig Brown, was scheduled to do our quote.  He called to let me know he was running 15 minutes AHEAD of schedule.  Unfortunately, I wasn't ready early, so he patiently waited until I was ready.  That impressed me off the bat.  Like all other roofers, Craig walked around the house and went up on the roof, and then came inside to explain his recommendations.  Although all of the other roofers refused to estimate the amount of wood that would be needed for the project, Craig gave it his best shot.  He wrote three pieces of plywood, some wood for the fascia, and a couple other small things into the quote.  He was careful to explain that this was merely a best guess and that we would need to buy more wood if it was needed, but I really appreciated that he was trying to paint the overall picture... especially when it would've been easy to leave the wood costs out in order to appear more competitive price-wise.  Every other roofer just said that it was a complete guess as to how much wood they would need, and wouldn't even try to estimate it for us.  (That includes the most expensive estimate we got, which was more than a G above Brown's estimate!)  As it turned out - more wood was needed  - parts of the house had no trim and other parts needed the trim replaced.  Craig had his team replace all of the trim, but did it WITHOUT CHARGING US for the extra labor or materials.  WINNING!!! The whole thing looks very professional.  Our new roof alone instantly improves the curb appeal of the entire house.  Highly recommended - support small, local, family business!!!

While I didn't get to use John's services he was by far the most professional and upfront of all the roofers I met to fix my issue. Long story short I had a leak from the storms. Like a new home owner I panicked, hopped on yelp and sent out a mass contact to about 10 local roofers. John was one of the first to reply, and saw me the same day. I had a seen someone previously to address my issue, but John had a much better quote and honest answers. He didn't try to rob me or sell me a whole new roof. He gave me great honest advice and a fantastic quote. The only reason we didn't go with his services was, my wife was the calm one, contacted our insurance and found out it's covered and they fixed it all up for no charge. Sorry John, if it wasn't for free I wouldn't of taken up your offer. When I do need a roof or any other issues I know who to go through.

Jordon was incredibly responsive, did great work and the price was reasonable compared to some of the other roofing companies who buy commercials on TV.  Definitely recommend Cooper West Roofing.

Let me start by saying I use YELP exclusively to find services after moving to Phoenix two years ago and I have never posted a bad review until now.  The Repair Guys showed up within their two hour window and I showed them the work I would like completed which was pretty straight forward.  The first repair was to a piece of uplifted flashing on the roof from the storms this Summer.  I was told that repair might be a lot more complex and good thing I called them instead of a Contacted Roofer because the charge would be three to four times times the amount.  The second repair was replacing a light fixture in the garage and I was told the person who probably installed the light fixture hadn't done it correctly.  How he could tell that from just looking up at a light that was mounted correctly; I have no idea!  He started pointing and talking about a light switch in the garage that wasn't even there which was really strange. The third repair was in the kitchen and had to do with putting two lights on the same switch to their own independent switches.  I was immediately told this was probably way more complicated than just fixing the wiring behind the plates.  I figured whoever had installed the lighting just did a jump and new wiring would need to ran in the attic to the switch.  When we talked about pricing I was told he would need a day and a half to complete a bid.  Have you ever had that feeling that things weren't right about the person you were dealing with.  I don't know if it was because I was a single female or what but I felt like I was being prepped for a really high bid!  What The Repair Guys didn't know is that I actually work in the mortgage industry, so I'm not inexperienced with home repairs and what work actually needs to be done.

I immediately called another Handyman service on YELP and he provided a bid before leaving my home.  He came the next day and fixed the items in less than three hours for a fair price and I'm very happy YELP user once again.

I called and they called back.  We're off to a good start and it only got better from here.  Geoff shows up when he said, he was easy to talk with and trust.   He gave me a great description of what was happening followed-up with photos showing me what he was telling me about the roof.  I had 5 broken tiles, missing half the tile basically and a couple cracked that they fixed.   Erica in the office handled the majority of my communication and she was clear and thorough; very easy to work with and understand.  Garrett handled the roof and while I did not meet him as First Response handled it while I was at work without me having to be there--how awesome! but anyway, he did take pictures of the things he fixed and they were included in the report.  Overall--excellent service, superb follow through and I would highly recommend doing business if repairs are needed for your roofing.  I will be telling any of my neighbors.

I hired Estrella roofing to repair my second story deck.  My deck was leaking, the wood decking and support structure had rotted.  I like how this company operates.  I made an appointment date and time for an estimate.  Bart came to my house at that time.  After hiring them they showed up to do the work when they said they would.  I watched them rebuild and repair my deck.  Their staff took no short cuts.  It was very clear to me they were well trained and knew what they were doing.  Each day they cleaned up and left my home like they found it.  They thoroughly explained very step in the process and welcomed questions.  My deck looks great, all the bad substructure replaced, new decking material installed.  These folks are real pros at roofing and especially walking deck repair.  Leon, the owner of the company made my deck repair seem like the most important job he had.  He would meet with me and explain in detail what was happening.  My thoughts, if you want it done right give Estrella Roofing a call.

Highly recommend!!! We were in a mad rush to get two quotes for a house we were selling and a house we were wanting to buy. Jason came out the next day and provided us with all of the details in an assessment. He had quotes and helped us understand what needed to do immediately (for safety) and what could wait. We even shopped around for a better quote and couldn't find one better than what he had provided. He was out in just DAYS to repair one roof and completely replace the roof on the other house. Stop!  No need to keep searching for a great roofing company.  Advanced Quality Roofing is the only company our family will use going forward.  We contacted 4 different roofing companies that all came highly recommended for our complete tile re-roof project.  Robert at Advanced gave us one of the lowest bids.  But, more important than price was their professionalism.  They were prompt to all their appointments.  They kept all of their commitments.  They insisted on an inspection when the job was finished.  We found a few minor issues on the inspection and they immediately corrected every issue.  On one of their workdays, we accidentally left the garage door open when we left home.  They called us and told us the garage door was open and they didn't want to leave the home unattended - WOW!  And, believe it or not, they were actually friendly.  What a great experience from start to finish.  Thanks Robert!

Alex came out promptly after I contacted them to view my damage and provide an estimate. Once we decided to move forward, he maintained good communication. The crew was on site as scheduled, and did a very thorough job with the repairs, even proactively taking care of other issues they found.  I was very happy with the work they did and their professionalism and reliability.
