I was really impressed with the level of service, they showed up, did the work perfectly and cleaned up!

1. Forgot about the initial appointment. 2. Sent out a replacement person when I notified them of #1 about a half hour past the appointment 3.  This guy was polite but I never heard a word back and it has been two weeks.

I recently had my tile roof reroofed by Hardacker roofing. The owner Clyde came out to provide the estimate and spent time on top of my roof reviewing the condition. I had several companies come out to provide me estimates and the ones who never walked on my roof were not even considered. Clyde was on time and very professional. He provided me with a lot of information about the condition of my roof and options to consider. His estimate was emailed to me in a couple days and was very competitive. I decided to hire Hardacker after talking to Clyde's wife Bonnie who was very helpful over the phone when I had questions about new roof tiles. Bonnie was very flexible with the scheduling and accommodated the dates I requested. The roofers were on time and worked very full days to complete my job on time. I work from home and watched the progress and was very happy with work being performed. Quality seemed to be the focus on the work done. If I had a question the workers were helpful and provided whatever information I requested. When the Job was complete Clyde came out to meet with me and discuss the job. I was very satisfied with the job performed and my roof looks great. I would recommend Hardacker Roofing to anyone.

This father and sons team delivered!! We were so very impressed with their honesty, work ethic and dedicated hard work!! We had received two other quotes, but because of discrepancies between the diagnosis and estimates, we call Mikku and Sons for a third opinion.

Well, they were honest and told the truth, unlike the other two companies who BOTH tried to mislead us into spending way too much!! Mikku and Sons offered us a good resolve and a fair price!!

I'll be honest, they aren't the best at communication, but their work is outstanding so it really didn't matter in the end. I'll admit at first I expected better communication (came earlier than scheduled one day, later than scheduled another day without a call), but in the end I didn't even care if they were late or early (our job required stages, so they came back on many occasions)!! I was just so grateful to have my roof fixed and my pocket book still in tact!!! I even paid them $100 more than we agreed to pay!!!

I will forever use Mikku and Sons for any roof repair and confidently recommend them to all of my family and friends!! Get them out to get an estimate BEFORE you use someone else and get ripped off or have substandard work done!!

I really love these guys they did a great job. My roof looks great! The guys were very courteous. They made sure my yard was clean every day. After the whole job I found two nails which is unbelievable. I used to be a roofer myself and we did not compare to the standard that these guys have. The superintendent Luis Hernandez called us every day to make sure we were happy. When he came in for the final inspection he fixed some of my facia that was not even their responsibility. He also noticed that they did not torch down my patio which is one of his expectations. That kind of roofing will usually seal on its own but, he came back to my house and made sure that it was up to his standards. America Roofing really has a great asset in this man. If he's ever looking for a job I'll hire him. Of course I don't think that will happen. Great job Luis!! You're a bad ass!!!

Had my roof replaced in 2019, then while selling the home in 2020 we had a buyer's inspector come out. While the inspector did find a few items for repair, though none were causing any issue with the roof, I got back in touch with Arizona Roofing Systems and Christina scheduled all of our repairs, which were covered under our warranty. Gives me and our buyer peace of mind! Thank you for getting us taken care of!

Had contacted Almeida several years ago for a quote after purchasing my home and knowing the roof would need to be replaced at some point. I waited... they were understanding and followed up without being annoying. When the time came, they were happy to update the bid and completed the job without issue. Overall their price was the best (both quotes), timeline and the job was done. We were very pleased. We recently sold the property and during the inspection both the inspector and new buyer were very satisfied with the roof as well as communication from Almeida for their future benefit as the new owners.

My experience with this company has not been a good one. I started this process in May of 2021 after a guy named Dean came to our door and told us we had some wind damage and could get insurance to repair and replace our roof. Our roof did need a repair and there was a sag on the tresses I was wanting to get fixed since we bought the home. This was a win win. Over the next few months, Dean would show up unannounced (which really creeped out my wife) and ask for checks or a signature instead of making sure I was there or at least making sure it was communicated clearly. I blame myself for not being more involved, but these guys are supposed to be professionals and some of the best in the Phoenix area. When the work finally started after a couple different rescheduling times and miscommunication, they wanted to do the entire roof in one day. I know this might be common but it's 0400 to like 1900 in June and they decided to reschedule for a Saturday instead of what was originally agreed upon. I have kids, pets, etc.... it was amazingly loud and no one prepared us for any of this nor explained (again, my fault for not asking more questions). No one on the crew spoke any English, so there was no communicating while they were there and if there was a foreman, I never saw him. I think Dean was in charge, but he didn't come by that day at all. I decided to text him and ask about spots that weren't a painted (I was quoted and charged for painting), and they replaced part of the 2x6 on the perimeter but not all. Didn't paint those either, only replaced some of the plywood (no paint), but didn't communicate any of this. I took pics and sent and asked for an explanation. I had to scrape and paint the 2x6's that were plain dead/rotted as I was doing a re-fi at the same time and thought it was going to be done by the professional roofers that I hired. After a lengthy discussion with Dean, he agreed that someone should have had the conversation of replacing any of the dead/rotted areas as it was a full roof replace/fix/repair. If I'm going to get this done I want to get it done right so I don't have to mess with it for another 15-30 years. No one has been back to paint, to repair, replace. He told me that we needed to finish the original contract and then we could make up another one for the 2x6 trim around the outside of it. I was born in the day.... but not yesterday. If I give them the last check, I won't see them again.... I can promise you that. Since that talk, the only message I received was from Dean telling me that USAA sent me a check and to let him know when he could be by to get it. I was so pissed off...first of all, I didn't receive it yet. No one has come by to fix anything else and you have requested full payment as well as the signature of completion. The bullshit was too thick, I told him I only wanted to see his boss at this point. I finally got the check and I'm actually sending it to my mortgage company today to get their approval. No one from upper management has reached out to me like I requested and in fact at one point Dean complained that this might get him fired.  At one point Dean even told me that he would come out and paint the chimney himself..... really man? You mean you'll do what you are supposed to do? The one pic below shows a crack in a part of the overhang that he said they didn't do either. This entire thing was just plain shady and I would not recommend this company to anyone.  The entire experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. If you are going to do a job, you do it right. If you don't do it right the first time, you have time to do it again. As a business you need to make things right, you have not.

I actually found these guys by accident.  A stucco guy named McMillan was canvassing the neighborhood.  We needed stucco, so I took his card and then looked him up.  That's how I found McMillan Brothers.  They are in no way related to the first guy I met, they just happen to have the same name.

I got a bid for the first McMillan guy, and then I called *McMillan Brothers* based on ratings and the RoC license search.  Their bid was a lot higher (by about 50%), but they were also more detailed in what they would do for me, and how they would do it.  The first guy almost seemed like he was offering too much for the price he was going to charge.  I didn't get a bad feeling from him, just that he kept saying yeah, I'll add that at no charge to almost everything we requested.  I didn't see how he could do a quality job and still make a profit like that.

So we accepted the McMillan Brothers' bid.

Not cheap, but Edgar was very thorough and did great work patching stucco and making sure it was right.   There were a lot of fine cracks, and some bigger ones, and a couple of spots it had flaked-off, and they did them all.  Our home looked like a zebra for a couple of days while they did the patching.

They spent almost three days taping and patching before they applied a drop of paint. Then they use premium paint to finish the job.  They both sprayed and back-rolled, effectively two coats, to assure a solid coating.  This took another two days.  And our house isn't THAT big, they were just careful and thorough.

After they stripped all the tape we did a walk-around.  They fixed a couple of minor things (like a small leaf had blown onto the wet paint and dried there...they removed it and touched it up so I can't even see it).  They warranty the work for 10 years.  It's amazing how much brighter our home looks now; like brand-new.

Yes, if we need more painting I'll probably call these guys.  I'm willing to pay a bit more if the job is done right.

*Update:  we had an extra line item in our estimate (painting the back fence).  I didn't realize it, but they actually went ahead and did it even though I remember saying we'll skip it for now.  Honest misunderstanding, but they did do the work, expending time and materials.  I was impressed how George (one of the owners) handled it.  Instead of pointing fingers, George and I worked out something that was fair to both of us.  So add good customer service to the list of positive attributes of this company.

Luis is a genuine, honest, and nice guy. He came out to do a roof inspection as well and provided an estimate for my home that I purchased back in May this year. After collecting bids, we ended up choosing Luis and his team to do our roof repair after closing on our home. They were very professional and did an amazing job. Thank you so much Luis and team!

Ok, if you're tired of contractors not showing up, call SF Roofing. This company came out in the rain, climbed up on the roof, did some clean up and didn't try selling a thing that wasn't necessary. Fantastic pricing, prompt and professional. And, bonus, ladies, they don't talk to women like they're brainless!

Very impressed with the results of my roofing project.  The quote covered just about everything, the crew showed up on time every day, cleaned up the work site very well every day.
I had a last minute request to open a section of roof so I could look at the insulation in that area, and they worked with me with no complaints.
At the end of the job, visible wood that was replaced was  painted to match, and the yard was scoured for trash and nails.
I definitely recommend Brown Roofing, and will use them again.

I hired John for several jobs on the house I am renovating. He quoted me a very reasonable price and the work was top quality. Only a few minor touchups were needed which he promptly took care of. He returned calls quickly, showed up when he said he would, and was always very professional and courteous. I highly recommend him and will not hesitate to use his services again.

We were selling out house and only needed minor work done. We could not find a roofing company that thought the job was worthwhile until Jordan! He came out and did the job in two days. Amazing work and awesome guy.

The Repair Guys who came out i.e Ryan to evaluate the job and prepare a quote followed by William who specifically did the roof repairs were great folks to deal with. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and more importantly, why. They answered all questions asked and also provided the before and after photos that made it easier for me to verify the actual repairs done versus guessing.

William who came out to do the repairs was dedicated to a fault! He wanted to ensure that everything was done right the first time around. He took me to the roof to show what needed to be done and how he was going to do it and even redid parts of his work that did not look great when viewed from ground level to ensure that it was perfect for the customer.

Overall, the Repairs Guys did a great job that should stand the test of time. They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive so check them out should you need any quality roof repairs done.

Needed several roof tiles replaced. Called Estrella Roofing for a quote. I found out that my tile type had been discontinued. Estrella Roofing found a matching tile. I was given a fair quote and the work was completed. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. Thanks great job

We were able to get an appointment quickly and when Conner came out he inspected the roof and told us exactly what needed to be repaired.  Our appointment for repairs was done quickly.  There was no upsale or trying to have us replace the roof.  I would highly recommend State 48 for any roofing needs.

Stop!  No need to keep searching for a great roofing company.  Advanced Quality Roofing is the only company our family will use going forward.  We contacted 4 different roofing companies that all came highly recommended for our complete tile re-roof project.  Robert at Advanced gave us one of the lowest bids.  But, more important than price was their professionalism.  They were prompt to all their appointments.  They kept all of their commitments.  They insisted on an inspection when the job was finished.  We found a few minor issues on the inspection and they immediately corrected every issue.  On one of their workdays, we accidentally left the garage door open when we left home.  They called us and told us the garage door was open and they didn't want to leave the home unattended - WOW!  And, believe it or not, they were actually friendly.  What a great experience from start to finish.  Thanks Robert!

Offered to replace a mission tile for $250.  It was fixed by another company for $60.  Yes, they told me no job too small but minimum of $250.  Another company, who told me the job was too small but recommended someone who does small jobs.  That's called integrity.
