Muti-pro roofing solutions did an outstanding job. We had a leak in our roof and after doing our research and getting estimates, we choose Multi-pro to do a complete roof and repair. They were efficient and thorough from start to finish. Tim was very experienced, and professional providing accurate quote, warranty,  quality materials, and followed through with pictures and continued communication. Very impressed with organized crew and clean up after each day ( Important to us for our pets). We are ready for the monsoon!

Clyde did a fantastic job on my roof and patio When we thought there was an issue with the patio he was there wanting to make sure the job was done correctly I cannot say enough how professional and caring they were Great company I would recommend them highly

As a small time landlord I prefer working with trades that have a good reputation and are recommended.  That's how I found Mikku & Sons.  They have provided prompt and complete services when I've called on them for my rental needs.

We recently sold our primary residence and there were a few small repairs needed on our tile roof.  I called Joshua and I soon had a quote and a time frame.  Even though Phoenix had experience the wettest July on record (they were swamped) they were able to fit my small job into their schedule.  They got the work done within the escrow time frame and smoothed the process for everyone on our end.  

I will continue to use and recommend Mikku & Sons going forward.

Selling a house, the Home Inspector found a few problem areas with roof. The roofers came in, not only doing a great job repairing areas identified in inspection report, but then checked entire roof to ensure there were no other problems not included in inspection.

My wife and I have been Zonies for almost 20 years now.  At least two of the things we learned over those years were Arizona roofs are different and home contractors (in general) can't be trusted. It's sad to say, really, really sad,  but a quick search on tha AZ Contractors Registration Site will show you thousands upon thousands of unregistred and scamming contractors that have been caught in the act. And thats not to show you those that have yet to be uncovered.
So, with that consideration in mind, we did some research and found Arizona Roofing Systems to be highly recommended, licensed, and free of complaints.  And to top it off they are on The Home Depot list of 'suggested' roofing contractors in our part of the East Valley. That does not mean they work for the HD, or even use HD products; but they are referred by HD and HD keeps track of their record. A big plus!  Just like YELP!
So far, they answered the inquiry quickly, showed up for the estimate exactly on time looking and sounding like a professional contractor. Todd (the estimator) answered all the questions properly and (with a huge consideration for sticker shock on our part) gave a fair estimate and a logical starting time.
So, as a long ago retired east coast roofer myself (from an era when ladders were made of wood) and an avid YELPER........we will certainly keep you all posted on how the job goes. From estimated starting time to actual starting time to finish time,  helpers, cleanup and quality of work.  K?

..2nd report:  They were actually one week ahead of their promised arrival schedule. That was a big plus because we are getting the house painted on the inside and we wanted to repair the ceiling ( from a leak) before the painters came. And with Monsoons peaking around the San Tans it was double important. So here they are, the whole crew neat and very, very professional working in the blazing sun and baking heat. They did a beautiful job with all the edges and keys lining up and without too much booming and ruckus. Cleanup was perfect and bushes and grass all left in good shape.
Now, lets wait for a rain......

I would give this company negative stars if I could.  First off, cosmetically, they appear to do adequate work, but GOD forbid there is warranty work involved.  Recently, we have had some wind and rain, nothing major, no trees down or damage throughout the area, but several shingles blew off my roof  within the warranty period.  I called to get them reapplied, but was told per the owner Kevin, that the damage was caused by an act of GOD, thus there is no warranty.  First off, we have roofs to protect us from the elements, rain, wind, heat, etc.; last I checked all of these situations can be construed to be caused by Mother Nature or as Alamedia interrupts, acts of GOG.  OMG, are you kidding, your shotty workmanship, and they can't offer C/S to reapply shingles, instead claim an act of GOD!!  Be warned, if you go with this company, the warranty isn't worth anything, because they will claim, it is an act of GOD.  Clearly this company is only concerned about their bottom line at the customers' expense.

We love our new roof!  Prowest did an excellent job. They worked fast and did an excellent job including clean up!!

We just had our exterior painted by McMillan Brothers, and if I could give more than 5 Stars, I would!

Jim showed up on-time for the free estimate, was very friendly and professional, explained the process, and educated us on the different paint options. We are limited by our HOA colors, but that was no issue for them! They ordered the exact paint colors we needed, and started the job the same week!

The entire crew was so friendly, and so diligent! The crew, led by Oscar, did a fantastic job taping and covering while being respectful and careful with our property. John came out to help during the painting and to check the progress of the crew. He did an excellent job taking us around the property to make sure we were happy with the paint, and he made it clear that they are just as interested in our paint job as we are! They repaired our patio ceiling and did an excellent job matching the texturing! They also repaired any cosmetic concrete cracks or stucco cracks, and our house looks incredible! We WILL be asking them to paint the interior next!

Bottom line: If you're looking for a great, trustworthy, friendly, professional crew for paint or roofing at a reasonable price- Look no further! Call McMillan Brothers!

Luis and company were very responsive in providing a detailed estimate for a complete tear off and re-roofing project for an asphalt shingle roof on my 1,110 SF house.  They were professional with the contract paperwork, proof of insurance, ROC registration, and references.  All paperwork was provided via email and they use electronic signatures and payment (if needed) to speed up the process. Their pricing was very competitive. I verified all references, licenses, and insurance provider.  All questions were answered promptly, either by Yelp, Email, or even texts from the owner.  The work was completed in 2 days and the roof looks great.  I would use them again for another roofing project.  Luis, Thanks for a job well done!

Brown Roofing was one of 5 other companies I had provide me an estimate for my flat roof. I chose them not only because of the fair quote they provided, but also having spoken with Craig and the reassurance he provided me that they would do the best job. Another company I considered, which was a substantially higher quote, also recommended Brown Roofing which spoke volumes to me. Not only is he knowledgeable and personable, but even his competitors spoke highly of him and the work his company does. Brown Roofing is not like other companies who care more about their profit at the expense of the customer. He took the time to give me his professional opinion about what needed to be fixed and fully explained what the process would entail. Although they weren't able to schedule my re-coat for a few months due to scheduling (understandable given it was peak season), they completed the job seamlessly and were very professional.

My roofing job was completed in May 2019, however, last night another monsoon came through my neighborhood which caused water to leak through the same areas in my home that I had problems with before I had my roof fixed. I called and left a voicemail, and not only did they call me back the very next morning (today), but Craig also came by to look at the damage (same day). I normally do not write reviews, but 100% stand by my decision to choose Brown Roofing, since they offered not only to fix whatever was not repaired properly the first time, but also take care of any of the damages that were caused due to the error. They stand behind their work and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an upstanding company to hire for a roofing job. There's a reason they have so many positive reviews. Thank you Craig!

These guys were amazing. Super friendly and very helpful in explaining to me what the problems with my roof were. You'd be silly to talk to anyone else!

I contacted First Response because a tenant advised that there was a leak in theur roof. Out of the 3 companies I called First Response was the only to answer as well as follow up with me.

From the customer service from the office staff to the service and knowledge of the crew that fixed the roof were amazing! They explained everything in great detail as well as sent me a full report of everything written down and broken down by cost of each item used to fix the repair. I know this is normal but I have never seen such a detailed report from a company!

They also make paying online easy by emailing you the invoice and using a payment portal!

They completed the job in only a few hours and now no more leaks through the roof! I will be using First Reaponse for all my roofing needs on all my properties!

They came to my home several years ago claiming to be licensed and bonded, totally messed up my back roof and put nail holes everywhere.

Five years later I need a new roof and I totally forgot the name of this company when I called him... When he got here he said oh yeah we did the back... I said OK you can leave now!

I actually called the registrar of contractors on this company. Hopefully over the last five years they've gotten better... But I wouldn't bank on it!

After reading multiple reviews I called State 48 Roofing to tarp two areas of my large roof and provide quote for repairs, and possible entire roof replacement. The monsoon damage was significant, and I was glad to schedule the roof tarping right before the next rains hit. However, after the next round of monsoon rains the roof leaked through again, albeit to a much lesser extent.

I called and texted to request someone to come out to check on the tarps, no answer or reply to my texts and voicemails. The restoration company working to repair the wall and floor damage inside had their guys tighten up the tarps. A few days later I finally heard back, and the tarp was checked on by State 48. I should have ended the relationship there. However, we were already scheduled to get a roof replacement quote.

A young man came to inspect the roof for the quote. I told him that the other companies providing a quote wanted to see the damage from the inside as the damaged area was covered with a tarp. He agreed that he would need to see how bad the damage is. I asked that he please wear a mask inside the house. He stated that not only does he not wear a mask but then with a large gin added, and I'm also unvaccinated! He then said he would just prepare a quote without examining the damage and left. A few days later I received a quote via email. Delete.

There was no way I would trust someone with something as trivial and materialistic as my roof when they show complete disregard for the health of my family. The work to replace the entire roof, and it's a large roof, was awarded to another company.

Maria made the process super easy. Their prices were fair,  and they did what I needed promptly. Even painted the ceiling in my house to match the original color,  great work!

Offered to replace a mission tile for $250.  It was fixed by another company for $60.  Yes, they told me no job too small but minimum of $250.  Another company, who told me the job was too small but recommended someone who does small jobs.  That's called integrity.
