We have been using ProSkill since moving into our home in 2015 and have an annual service contract with them.  They are very professional and friendly.  Daniel just serviced our RO unit and other items that are included with the contract.  He stayed a little longer to repair one of our toilets and I was very pleased with the work.  He is obviously very dedicated to his employer and profession.

My brother initially referred us to A Quality HVAC Services and we totally can understand why! Our technician, Robert was very timely and more importantly, very professional! He explained to me the specific steps that he was going to take to assess the problem and after determining the issue, he would resolve it. He had our air conditioning running again in a matter of no time! Lastly, but certainly not least, the price point was exceptional! We were very well pleased and will definitely use them again, when necessary.

Tracy was very prompt and found some issues during a routine HVAC inspection and tune-up on two of my properties recently. Explained what was wrong. The bills were very reasonable. He is my go-to HVAC man for all my properties now.

I called and spoke to Matthew. We set an appointment so he could take a look at our AC system that didn't seem to be cooling properly even though it was only two years old. He showed up on time. He identified the issue, clearly explained it and resolved it. I highly recommend this company.

A year ago I had another company tell me that I needed to replace my 12 year old Trane heat pump because I had a Freon leak.  I'm not here much in the summer and I have a split system so I put it off.  When I came back into town in November everything was working OK and I got good heat out of that unit all winter.

I was due a servicing so I called CW based on their reviews and I'm glad I did.  Rick came out and spent almost 2 hours checking out and cleaning both heat pumps.  He couldn't find a leak and said everything was working fine and should continue to work OK for the foreseeable future.  

I like honest people.

Contacted to troubleshoot a recent installation. Came out next day. Charlie was detailed orientated and communicated in layman's terms. Reviewed everything and more while resolving the issue. Would highly recommend.

These guys are the best. On time, professional & the best plumbing company I've worked with so far for my business. Will be my go to for future needs. The tech that came out was not only funny but helpful & kept me updated on what was wrong - etc. pricing was fair & exactly what was quoted before they came out. They even came out on a Saturday when it says closed on yelp to fix the issue we were having. Highly recommend.

Desert Diamond is the best most trustworthy out there! I had multiple issues with my AC unit and had other contractors out (sent by my home warranty company) that couldn't fix the problems. Desert Diamond fixed it fast and were awesome to work with. So when the condensation line on my unit broke I called Desert Diamond to fix it. I called at 4:00pm and they had someone out here at 6:00pm the same day! My service tech was Steve Schilling and he was incredible. I trusted him to fix whatever he felt needed to be fixed. He was very honest about what really needed to be done without trying to up-sell me on anything. I was so happy with him and the company I now have a service contract with them to do all the work on my unit. I highly recommend this company and Steve for any HVAC work you need to have done. Not only can you trust them but they have the best prices around!

Please do not use this company!! Have caused us a lot of time, stress and money!! They do not stand behind their warranty that i have in writing.  After paying 4,000 for an air conditioner the person THEY hired to install never gave anyone the warranty card and never filled out so they say NO warranty!!  They are supposed to cover parts for 10 years.  A company that sold a product that doesn't work at 5 years 3 months is unacceptable to not cover broken parts as stated in warranty is unacceptable!!  THIS COMPANY IS NOT HONEST!!

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

We returned from an out of town trip to find that one of our air conditioning units wasn't working. It was a great experience working with Freddy's; they were very responsive, communicated well, and fixed the issue.

Mike was True to his word.  We worked with him from out-of-state so were apprehensive.  The quote was done quickly and the HVAC replacement was done to accommodate our schedule and needs.  The job was completed as promised and as quoted.  Strongly recommend True North A/C!

Howard Air was so surprising and unexpected I had to write this review. I had another company come do a pre summer inspection on my working air conditioner. At the end of inspection the technician told me the unit was old ( which I agree ) but there were  a few things I could do to make it run better. He gave me four options ranging from 300.00 and up. ( almost like a buying a car, so much fun) because I have had no problem with it I took the cheapest route a fan voltage regulator. They installed collected $298.00 and left for Memorial weekend. From the time they left it didn't work right no air being pushed. I called them back they sent someone over he left, still not working. I call back they sent a different technician I explained to him that it was working fine before they installed part maybe should check. He came down told me nothing was wrong with their work the conditioner needed to be replaced. ( funny right ). So I decided second opinion was needed I looked up on Yelp read reviews decided on Howard's. Gave them a call the very nice receptionist ( sorry if your more, no disrespect) said they would send someone at NO cost to check it out. A man with a very big smile named Julio came out with another technician forgot his name ( shame on me) went up on the roof 1/2 hr later it was fixed. The first company wired it backwards so no pushing air just sucking, guess what I don't need a new one yet! Waited for bill and there wasn't one. They sent me pictures to help me get my money back from the company who's motto is honesty-integrity-reliability really now.
So please,support this fine company they went way beyond what would be considered good business. When I need a new air conditioner which I know is coming they are my first and only call.

DO NOT USE GOETTL. SCAM ARTISTS!! Took advantage of my husband and I last summer at the peak of the pandemic. First time home buyers with young children & pets our a/c went out and our house was in the 90's. We were desperate to get things repaired, they showed up quickly like knights in shining armor and seemed to work efficiently. Later when refinancing our home our loan processor inquired about the loan we had taken out for our a/c when we told him what it was for he was dumbfounded. We had no idea what we got in to, he said it had to be incorrect. My husband called and it was right, $18,000 for an ac unit! About $10,000 to much. We started doing research and found just how much it actually cost. And to add insult to injury they talked us in to purchasing a 4 ton unit for the square footage of our home we only need a 3 ton. We couldn't figured out why it was cooling the house correctly, why our electricity bill has sky rocketed, with this brand new super efficient air conditioning unit. Well it's because it's to big for our house and it's constantly running but not cooling it correctly. When we called to have a tech out to resolve this issue (which we were unaware of at the time) never did he mention the unit was to big for our home! Just told us to keep our bedroom door closed because of where the thermostat was located in the house and to change our filter more often.... we are currently seeking legal help to fight this/have them remove the unit from our home.
