I contacted ProSkill Services regarding water leaking in the utility room from behind the wall. I met with Daniel McAninch and discussed the issue at hand with options available for me. Daniel was able to diagnose the problem quickly (I needed a cracked laundry box replaced - Project #112769392) and set the expectations, time frame and provided a competitive bid to order parts. Dispatch kept me informed as to his arrival both times which was helpful. With the project completed Daniel walked me through the process again. He made each of his cuts into the drywall as minimally invasive using straight lines so as to present as little work as possible for the contractor to patch the wall. I was impressed with his professionalism, his ability to solve the problem within a short period of time, his craftsmanship and his communication skills. Because of his listening skills he remembered an ongoing problem with a water softener drainpipe that I had expressed initially and without being asked took the time to extend the copper pipe an additional inch or so thereby eliminating any future concerns on my part.  I highly recommend ProSkill Services and want to thank Daniel McAninch for his impressive work ethic.

A Quality HVAC is very honest!! We have had them out multiple times to service our equipment. They always give us a great report, and our unit is 10 years old! They do not try to upsell us at all. This time they did have a couple recommendations, but nothing too concerning or costly.

What I really LOVE is that they videotaped our equipment while also recording detailed comments as to the condition of our equipment!! Never has an HVAC company done that before!! I asked them to email it to me so that I could show my hubby and I promptly received the video!!

It was so impressive that they took the extra step so that I could SEE with my own eyes equipment that I cannot see without taking it apart myself or going up into the attic!! The two recommendations they suggested were documented in the video!! Kudos!!

Someone recently posted a negative review. If you look up that profile, you will see that person has 20 one star reviews and only 3 five star reviews. I always take that into consideration when determining the value of a review.

This company has many good reviews, and I say for good reason!! The employees are very competent, respectful and honest!!!

First I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars. We HIGHLY recommend Rising Sun Air! The absolute phenomenal customer service we were offered for our AC repair will be the reason we come back time and time again to them! The team was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind! Their pricing is fair and affordable, with payment options if necessary, taking the stress out of AC repairs and replacements. They are the Kings of customer service, and always had a smile! It sucks when your AC goes out on Friday at the end of business hours. I searched YELP for nearby companies that were open and responded to wknd calls. Sure Temp was the 2nd company I called (1st company didn't answer the phone even though hours listed said they were open). Sure Temp has a 5 star review on YELP and they definitely earned it. They sent a text with a pic of the technician (so you know it's not the killer) letting you know they are on the way. Austin arrived within 1hr of the 4hr estimated wait window (which is fantastic). He was friendly, professional, and courteous. Austin explained everything to me every step of the way and showed me pics of the repair. The pricing was reasonable and after hours fees waived. AC fixed and cooling again. I will definitely use them again and recommend to my friends.

This is long over due since he fixed our AC three weeks ago! We got a quote from Yelp for help when it was slowly getting warm and he came and fixed it that day. Also he was fair priced and on top of that he only fixed what was necessary and didn't pressure us to buy a new AC. He gave his opinion and said we should save for a new AC since it will last maybe another year. I appreciate the honesty and straightforwardness.

Can't say enough about how great Matthew at M&R is. Called him on Memorial Day evening about an issue with my A/C system. After spending time on the phone with me troubleshooting the issue he said he'd have a tech out in 45min. 30min later Matthew himself arrived and took care of the problem for a very fair price. My house will likely need a new HVAC system in the next few years and I can tell you he's earned my future business!

A year ago I had another company tell me that I needed to replace my 12 year old Trane heat pump because I had a Freon leak.  I'm not here much in the summer and I have a split system so I put it off.  When I came back into town in November everything was working OK and I got good heat out of that unit all winter.

I was due a servicing so I called CW based on their reviews and I'm glad I did.  Rick came out and spent almost 2 hours checking out and cleaning both heat pumps.  He couldn't find a leak and said everything was working fine and should continue to work OK for the foreseeable future.  

I like honest people.

Exceptional service. Called to make an appointment and they accommodated me same day to replace a water heater. The technician arrived, determined it needed to be replaced, and then immediately started removing the water heater. Will definitely use again.

The manager called me after I post the review. He came to my house to fix them two days later. He explained about the bill clearly and I understand that. Everything is good now. But I just can review 4 stars because of customer service on phone. She did not explain for me .And a guy who I sign the contract did not explain clearly the price total after APR. He told us only over$140 for month when we go this option.

Want to take a moment to highly recommend AC Doctors for your cooling heating needs. We had a failing unit when the temperatures were soaring and got an immediate response from the owner, Doug. He and his team were professional and provided excellent service. We had used them previously and they are always reliable and do an excellent job.

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

Yelp wasn't kidding when it said Freddy replies to inquiries within 20minutes. Within 30minutes of posting an inquiry, he was at my door ready to check out our AC.  Freddy took the time to analyze the problem with our AC unit and got our issue fixed. He answered all of my questions and explained how our system is working.  His pricing is fair and over-all a nice guy. He's now my go to guy for my AC issues.

I had multiple companies come out to quote me on cancelling out some duct work for a previous swamp cooler that was removed. The 2 techs that showed up actually got in the attic of my vaulted ceilings and gave me an honest assessment, which is more than what the other companies did. We had 2 new AC units put in back In March and Howard Air was amazing, fast and affordable! We had a leak coming through one of the units from the roof and they came out so fast to fix it! I called Goettl to do the Rejuvenation as advertised on the radio. I have had different companies perform maintenance throughout my years in the home and every company has had their pro's and con's. Goettl was able to schedule my appointment within a few days and at the time I requested. They called to confirm and called when the technician was on his way. The Technician that came out was Patrick and he did a great job!!! My unit is 14 years old and may be near end of life. Patrick took photo's of the unit and explained to me what options were available and let me decide how to proceed and what the cost's might be for each scenario. I decided to wait on replacement and do the rejuvenation. He tested the air temp, and explained everything he did to the unit. Great Job Patrick!!!
