I will use this company from here on out! I had Parker and Sons yank me around and lie to me for 2 days. I finally came to my senses and called ProSkill and they were able to come out within the hour. They were affordable and honest with me the entire time. They explained every step of the way to me and have gained my business for life!

Good people - extremely professional and take the time to actually inspect everything and then walk you through what they found so you can understand. Not the cheapest I found out there, but chose them because they were the most professional and transparent and I wasn't disappointed. Bryan made sure everything was taken care of through the whole process.

I was just reminded of the invaluable issue 'trust' is when dealing with AC. Companies! Rising Sun Air has my complete trust. I was reminded once again just recently.

Two units on our 20 (30?  who knows) year old system either died or were on their last legs and I knew we had to replace them before it got hot.  We had three companies come out to bid the job.  Of the three, Sure-Temp's salesman did the most thorough evaluation of our HVAC needs and was the only one who responded to follow up questions.  He was super-proactive about keeping in touch and their pricing although not the cheapest was also not the most expensive and seemed very fair for what we got.  The day of the installation, the teams sent out to install the new equipment were punctual, efficient and discreet--I barely even knew they were there which is saying something since they were installing air handlers in two different parts of the house.  They did a fantastic job of cleaning up a system that we've been patching up for the last ten + years.  The new units look great and work great.  Completely satisfied with Sure-Temp and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Have used them two times now and they are great. Competitive pricing and don't try and up sell. Very honest on what they can fix and what you will need in the future.  Would highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable and professional! I have home owners warranty with old republic but I was skeptical of their service based on my previous experience. So I called AirTime Cooling and Heating instead. I am so glad I did. The technician came and checked both heating units.  He explained his work really well when asked.  One of the thermostats needed a replacement and he quoted a reasonable price based on my amazon comparison.  All in all, I saved money by calling Airtime instead of Old Republic. And I have confidence that it was done correctly.  I will definitely use them again.  Thank you for the great service!

A BIG shout-out to M&R Refrigeration! I came house after being away to find that our house was 84° with the thermostat set at 76° and the outside A/C unit running hard. I called M&R Refrigeration at 7:30pm with outside temperature hovering around 106° Matthew the owner said he would be out in 30 min. he arrived on time and determined my problem in a short amount of time and had me up and cooling all for the price of a very fair service call fee, no after hours charge. My problem was the fault of another major refrigeration & heating company that worked on my system in the past. Please call M&R for all you're A/C and heating needs, Matthew Coxe 602.703.6125.

CW came to repair my home AC this past Tuesday and installed a totally brand new Trane system by 2:30 P.M. today, Friday! The service was both personal and excellent. And, of course, the total contract price was $2k less than I had anticipated. I am ultra pleased with CW, their work, service and cost. I would recommend them to anyone! I got a bargain and am very pleased and satisfied!

My toilet started leaking this week and I thought I could fix it myself. After a few hours of grumbling, cursing and losing my temper on the toilet and eventually breaking it, I admitted defeat and turned towards the professionals. I tend to look for reputable small mom and pops companies and ran into Hansen Family Plumbing. I put in for a quote and selected the 5 other companies option from Yelp. Not only were they able to get me in with a same day appointment, but they were also the first to reach out to me. I still haven't even heard quotes on two other companies and the job is already done.

This whole experience was nice, but I hardly ever leave reviews. The ENTIRE reason I am leaving a review in the first place was because of the wonderful service from Dishawn. He was very polite, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. It's hard to describe, but the ease to get along with Dishawn, in addition with his willingness to take care of everything (putting together the new toilet, hauling away the old one, cleaning up), just made the experience overall seamless. The ease and speed in him doing that which I couldn't not was humbling to see.
Usually, it's kind of a hassle having technicians over, but Dishawn really made it feel like you were just catching up with an old buddy while he helped you out in installing a new toilet. Kudos to Hansen Family in their hiring process. I can't speak for their other employees, but if you can, ask for Dishawn!

Edit: after reading a particular review, I would also like to remind people you are paying for a job. You have accepted that you are lacking the skills, time, tools, or knowledge to do a job. Hiring a technician to do the job is hiring for Piece work, not an hourly rate. If you hire them to fix a leak in your sink, you hired them to correct the problem. Not for the time or cost of the pieces it took them to do it. Your hire for skill, knowledge and they experience. There is more to running a business than just a $4 part and 15min of labor.
If you can accept that, this is a wonderful company to go through.

I have been calling Steve personally ever since he gave us a quote for a new AC. I didn't buy an AC from them originally but did remember Steve and his honesty. A couple years later I did have the need to replace my AC and went with a Bosch unit from DD. Since then I have relied on Steve to service all 3 units on my house. He is always timely(usually that day) and gets the job done quickly. Good guy in a good company.

Highly recommended for Cooling and Heating services! I just had a complete new system installed and I couldn't be more happier. The process was easy from start to finish. The prices were great along with the service I received. Personable, professional and reasonable.

Had to have a new A/C unit put on our roof. The technician Tim was Awesome to work with. So pleasant, kind, carrying. We love the new A/C unit. They were so tidy as they cleaned up the mess from removing our old A/C unit. I recommend this company with 5 Stars for sure!

We used A/C Doctors for the first time today and were very impressed by Eric the technician, and the company as a whole. The pricing was more than fair and honestly this was the 1st company that we've had out that actually cared about finding and fixing the problem versus taking a short cut and putting a bandage on the issue. We have a very old unit that needs to be replaced and when we are able to do so we will most definitely be giving AC Doctors our business.

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

I reached out to Freddy's via Yelp after leaving a message with another A/C company with a 5 star rating on Yelp. The other guys never called me  back, but Freddy called me right away! He was friendly and asked if I was available that day. He came out that day, checked everything out, fixed the problem, charged me a fair fee and left. No B.S., just good old fashioned quality service with no price gouging.

I can not be more pleased with how quick and efficient this company is. My air went out at the worst possible time, Sunday, July 4th at 11:00pm. Not being from AZ, single, and having trust issues with people trying to get over on me with fees, I called my prior supervisor. He gave me the name of this company and told me to ask for Johnny. This guy works quick and he had no problem with me hovering over him and asking questions especially since my home is only 4 years old.

Needless to say, I am currently sitting in a cool house, my bill was surprisingly affordable compared to the horror stories I've heard about and watched on YouTube and I knew that I needed to write this review.

If you are looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, quick, efficient, and friendly AC company, please look no further. Try Johnny, you will not regret it.

Word to the wise, let them at least service your AC unit. Take it from me, it's not good when your AC goes out in AZ in the middle of the night and it's 103 outside.

My ac went out so I called Howard air and I could not be more pleased. They were very prompted and very courteous. If you ever have any ac problem I strongly recommend Howard air. Their prices were good and the tech Joel was quick and very nice.

Nice enough staff, however way over priced. I needed a fan motor replaced in one of my AC units. With today's technology, it's not hard to pull the model number off of parts to see the actual costs. I'm all for companies making a buck, but make it fair. Burned once, never again.
