My a.c. went out and I emailed Sure Temp off yelp based on the reviews. They got me scheduled same day with a time frame of 1 to 6. The technician was here at 1! He immediately found my problem and was done within 15 minutes from start to finish. Our technician was Bud, he was super friendly and knew what he was doing. Sure Temp didn't break my bank either! The lady (I didn't catch her name) that scheduled my appointment was very courteous and called me within 5 minutes of me sending an email for service. I would recommend Sure Temp to everyone and will use them again, 5 STARS!!!

This is long over due since he fixed our AC three weeks ago! We got a quote from Yelp for help when it was slowly getting warm and he came and fixed it that day. Also he was fair priced and on top of that he only fixed what was necessary and didn't pressure us to buy a new AC. I had been using another heating ac company for the last 10 yrs but recently had 2 catastrophic failures on ac units installed by them.I also noticed that over the last couple of years that that company was more interested in up selling me products whenever it was time for a tech to come out and do my annual unit checkups and most often not products related to the actual performance of my units.After the 2nd ac unit failed I was in need of a new ac unit and researched a new company to do the install and subsequent maintenance.I interviewed 3 companies after looking at their reviews on yelp.The company that I chose to do business with was AirTime.The owner came out and gave me the estimate on my new unit and thoroughly explained the install and how he expected his company and employees to perform. After deciding to go with AirTime I have found that everything that the owner stated was true.I just had my annual ac service and found it to be more thorough than I believed it could be and best of all there were no up sales.Like the owner told me when I bought the new unit from him if we determine you need something for your units it will be because you need it and we will not pressure you if you decide that now is not the time that you decide to have it done.I am quite pleased with this company and expect to have a long and pleasant relationship with it.

A year ago I had another company tell me that I needed to replace my 12 year old Trane heat pump because I had a Freon leak. I'm not here much in the summer and I have a split system so I put it off. When I came back into town in November everything was working OK and I got good heat out of that unit all winter.
I was due a servicing so I called CW based on their reviews and I'm glad I did. Rick came out and spent almost 2 hours checking out and cleaning both heat pumps. He couldn't find a leak and said everything was working fine and should continue to work OK for the foreseeable future.
I like honest people.

I've had my heat pump serviced twice now in the past year by Desert Diamond, both times by Jeff. He wore a mask, was professional and got the job done very quickly. He also took the time to answer my questions. The first visit was to replace a condenser pump (?) my air conditioning had been out for several days, I had an appt with a well known competitor that cancelled me for a larger job. I was desperate to get my unit fixed (august in phx) Desert Diamond got the job done for me in two days. Wish I had called them first. They are now my Go to for service. Thank you guys. will never use them again. paid a premium to have ac units serviced, hard to get them back out for second appt. Have to really stay on them. First round techs did a bait and switch, left system worse off then before they came. Owner Curt had to come out to assess what his guys said they did???

When they say they warranty their work, they really do! We needed a slight change to the original work (not an error, just some tweaking), and Dave came straight out to help. He found out that we were low on Freon, and that there was a leak from when the original builders installed our unit. He hooked us up with what we needed for a great price. AND fixed our leak for free!! Always such a relief to find great companies to work with. :)

Attempted to install new thermostat yesterday later on a Saturday things went sideways couldn't get new unit and then even old unit wouldn't turn on. Freddy's came out promptly 1st thing Sunday morning very polite technician found a blown inline fuse and properly wired new thermostat works great well done Freddy's!

It is not often that you come across friendly and professional customer service with attention to detail that exceeds your expectations. But Howard Air gets it done!
I have never really been happy with the performance of our air conditioning unit. I have always felt as if it was inadequate and not cooling properly, despite being told that it was a top-performing unit by one of the best manufacturers. Thinking a cleaning of the coils might help, I decided to give Howard Air a call and see about a cleaning and check up. Perhaps this would help a little bit when the mercury hovers near 118°.
My initial contact was by phone with Shelia. She was courteous and helpful. I was sent an email that fully explained what options there were for a checkup, cleaning and maintenance plan. After scheduling a time and date, I received a follow up email confirmation. On my appointment day, I received another email reminding me of my appointment and that I would receive a phone call from the technician to confirm his arrival time.
When Cliff arrived, on time as expected, I explained that I felt my Air Conditioner was not up to par. He listened to my concerns and then headed up to the attic to take a look. Within ten minutes of his arrival I heard what I had never heard before - air rushing out of my vents at a fervor. Not only that, I could feel the air blowing in parts of the house that were typically warm. When he came down out of the attic, I asked what he did and he said that the fan on the air handler was wired wrong. Wow! I have had two separate home inspections and two different a/c companies out to check these same units and all they have ever said is that everything looks good and is operating as it should. Those other companies also told me that I had a quality unit and it is at its peak performance. At this point, I was sold on Howard Air - no fluff just results.
After checking filters and electrostatic units in the attic, Cliff went outside to check the rest of the system. Again, within minutes, he was back and said that the unit was low on Freon, and the coils could use some cleaning as they probably hadn't been cleaned in a couple of years (what did those other techs do?).
Fast forward a 90 minutes later and suffice to say that even though the temperature outside was record-breaking and HOT, I was feeling, for the first time ever, ice cold Arctic air gushing out of all my air vents. He even pointed out that one of my air vent registers was upside down and fixed that too. So, in less than two hours, for a fraction of what I had spent over the years elsewhere, I had a properly operating, efficient system that coincided with what I was being told before, but never believed - Howard Air made it happen in just one visit.
I am now a believer in routine a/c checkups (done by someone who knows what they are doing) and I also subscribe to the Maintenance Plan that they offer. Now I know the job will be done correctly and only the things that are needed will be replaced. I also know that it will be done so with efficiency, integrity and done correctly.
The level of attention to detail went up another notch when I later went outside. Not only did the a/c unit sparkle, but also the side of the house was free of dust and the area all around my unit was swept, tidy and clean. Even my garden hose, used to clean the coils and a/c unit, was coiled up and neatly stowed - even I don't do that - and the hose certainly wasn't coiled up and neat when he first used it. I was even more impressed.
Overall, Howard Air is an excellent example of a local business (which has grown quite large over the years) that gets the job done with honesty, professionalism and a sense of caring about their customers. I am glad I decided to give them a call . . . my electric bill has been lower, my unit runs better, and less often, and for the first time, I have been able to feel cool, in the middle of the day.

Plumbing backed up after a storm and toilets would not flush. Simply asked what fixing the problem might entail and a ball park figure. Lady (and I use the term loosely) on the phone was incredibly rude and refused to answer any of my questions. Told her that we would be wasting our time if it cost more than a certain dollar amount as I'm between paychecks. She asked if I wanted it fixed or not, rather than simply saying it would cost more than X amount of dollars. She continued to talk over me, getting louder and more and more rude with every question I asked. As this is my first time dealing with a plumber, I would have liked to simply get a couple of questions answered. Wish I could give negative stars for customer service.
