I had the unfortunate luck of having both AC units break in the middle of Arizona heat wave above 110 degrees late Saturday night. I must've called around half dozen places on Sunday but they were all booked 3 days out. When I called Proskill Services, not only did they have opening, they said they will be over in 2 hours. The technician, Julio arrived half hour early too. Needless to say, I was very impressed already. Julio fixed one AC, but had to order a part for my second unit. He came the very next day and repaired the second unit. My AC is running smoothly now and it's much quieter too. Julio was very courteous, friendly and professional. Highly highly recommend Proskill Services.

A Quality HVAC Services lives up to their name. I had a different company come out for a heating repair and they literally tried to charge me nine times more than A Quality HVAC charged me. What does this tell us? It tells us that A Quality HVAC is honest and didn't try to gouge me by making it seem like I needed a bigger repair than I did. Mitch was my technician and I specifically ask for him by name for all future maintenance. He is friendly, has integrity, and explains things clearly. These guys are the best.

Rising Sun Air exceeded our expectations. They came out in such a timely manner that was earlier than expected. Much needed especially in this Arizona heat.

Kevin, Tim, and Dillion did a great job with our A/C. It turns out our old unit was damaged and giving out on us. As replacement was the only option, Kevin was able to talk down his boss for a reasonable price for us. It only took a few days for them to install the new unit, but they fixed our old AC unit enough so we stayed cool until the new unit was brought in to replace. The new unit works great and it comes with an up to date thermostat that is touch screen and can be controlled through the app. I highly recommend this place and appreciate the work they do!

This company restored my faith in humanity and customer service. I certainly am not the only one that has been let down continually by services, products, or contractors. The story goes, you spend your hard earned money, something goes wrong, you call said company to explain the problem, and it falls on deaf ears.

I can tell you confidently this will not be the situation with Keith (Owner) and Sure Temp. They 100% stand behind their work and they take a lot of pride in it.

My story was a replacement of a 24 year old unit, the refrigerant line was old and went under my concrete slab, upon replacement, it seemed like it would still hold up, they installed with the old line, it ended up not holding up. I called the next morning they came out immediately and identified that the old line was leaking refrigerant. Without question they laid out multiple options of steps forward and ended up running a new line set above my house through my roof. It was EXCEPTIONALLY done in a clean and meticulous manor from Anthony and Josue, who are not only AMAZING HVAC engineers, they are also extremely hard working, kind, and caring people.

This was no small job and it easily could have been something they charged us 2-4 thousand additional dollars for, but they didn't, they decided to just make it right even when it's highly likely it was not even caused by their install.

Keith, Anthony, and Josue with Sure Temp restored my faith in humanity, people do care, people do want to help, people do want to stand behind their product, you just need to find the right people, these are the ones for AC in AZ. THANK YOU!

We are selling our house and needed to fix a couple things with our HVAC unit. I contacted J&M Sunday night through Yelp and they scheduled me right away and were out first thing Monday morning. They checked out the things listed in our inspection report and addressed what needed to actually be fixed. Didn't pressure us into anything extra. Simple and affordable and fast couldn't ask for anything better!

Experience from start to finish was great. Received email confirmation of the appointment and txt messages from the technician when he was in route. Technician was kind and courteous while performing his duties. Received receipt via email. I will be scheduling another appointment for a rental property I have. Would recommend this company to friends and family.

Richard checked the mini-split for signs of freon leakage and tightened the leaking connector. System did not require full evacuation/recharge so was simply recharged and tested ok. Indicated that if it turned out that there was another (undetected) leak there would not be another freon cost when it was recharged. Good straight forward discussion - pleasant manners.  Nice to see these days.  I'll be a returning customer for annual check-ups!

Great service always.  Chris arrived 20 minutes after my call--amazing.  Solved my problem and was so helpful.  One thing I don't have to worry about!

Our AC broke down on Sunday evening. Called 10 companies, no one could help. Arcadia air had us up and running in an hour. Professional, so kind and not sales-y. I am shocked that there are still people that care so much about their customers on a Sunday evening. Appreciated it so much and will recommend to everyone!

Erik (owner) doesn't pay attention to detail. First question for quote is What is your zip code? which is 85041. Then fill in the rest and got very quick response back with quote, then a few more responses back and forth, then lining up time, gave actual address and the guy says We don't service your area!  Uh, I'm in Phoenix city!!  Bottomline: waste of time. So, be mindful that he might waste your time too.

Our A/c went out at 6:30 pm and Nixa arrived within an hour.  She went right to work on diagnosing the problem. She got us back up and running that night.

Highly recommended for Cooling and Heating services! I just had a complete new system installed and I couldn't be more happier. The process was easy from start to finish. The prices were great along with the service I received. Personable, professional and reasonable.

This company is very honest and reasonably priced.  They just completed installing new ductwork and insulation in my 1962 house.  North Valley Mechanical completed the work as quoted wiht no upcharges or surprises on the day of installation, AND they fixed the insulation to help make the house cooler.  It took me four years to find an honest company.  I had 5 other quotes from different companies, and those quotes were 6-10 times more expensive.  None of the other companies suggested increasing the insulation.  North Valley actually fixed my problem when no one else could give me an honest quote.

I also use them for annual maintenance on my AC unit, and they are fast and responsive. There have been a few times when I have called them because the AC was having issues, and they got there quickly and fixed it.  They could have told me the unit needed to be replaced, but instead, they fixed the drain line and filter and it was back to working again.  

I highly recommend this company.

Yelp wasn't kidding when it said Freddy replies to inquiries within 20minutes. Within 30minutes of posting an inquiry, he was at my door ready to check out our AC.  Freddy took the time to analyze the problem with our AC unit and got our issue fixed. He answered all of my questions and explained how our system is working.  His pricing is fair and over-all a nice guy. He's now my go to guy for my AC issues.

True North helped me out recently due to a heating issue.  They were quick to respond and were able to diagnose the problem the same day.  Two days later, they were able to make the necessary repairs for a fair price.  I would work with this company again and appreciate them scheduling the repair in a timely manner during a very busy time.

I would like to start out and say Ted was one heck of a sales man but as soon as i signed a contract it went down hill from there He told me he would be there on the install day to make sure everything went well and he was not. I looked passed this and just wanted my new ac unit which i found out later i over paid for by allot installed and working like we agreed. I even paid for a extra duct to be installed in my office where i work everyday to make sure it stayed cool it took Howard air a total of 4 times of coming out before they installed the new vent that should've been installed when they put my new AC unit on but every tech had there own opinion of why i didn't need it or they were lazy and didn't wanna install it. So after the new vent was installed it was installed right next to my downstair vent and now the downstairs is not cooling properly they thought it was the thermostat and replaced that and then installed a deflector which helped a little but still isn't right. About one month after my unit was installed when it starts up it makes a loud clunk so loud my dogs bark this is a 10k dual stage unit i shouldn't be having issues on a month after its installed. They damaged my brand new hardwood floors which they did pay to fix.Howard air did offer a free air purifier and new vents to try to help with the air flow in the house which was very nice of them but working with them became a full time job even my neighbors said to me well i know what  Ac company i won't be going with just by seeing there service vehicles at my house once a week. If i didn't work from home i don't know how anyone could have worked with howard air I decided to get my new unit before summer hit and it pretty much took them all summer to get things some what straightened out but still I'm not happy and would never recommend them to anyone after the experience i had I was overcharged for the unit and the quality of service and frequency of service calls i had to schedule.
