David S installed a new kitchen faucet for us this morning.  He was very personable and friendly. David was also very meticulous with his install and care of work area. He was professional and thorough from beginning to end.  
He noticed that our hot water took forever to get to our kitchen faucet and suggested a comfort series recirc pump.  I appreciated his knowledge and the efficiency in having an estimate before he left our home.

Had them come out to do routine service on our 2 1/2 year old Trane systems before the summer hits.  The technician was very professional, used his protective gear for COVID 19 precautions, and did a thorough job checking out and cleaning our units.  Price was competitive as well.  It is clear why they have great reviews (why I chose them!).

Rising Sun Air exceeded our expectations. They came out in such a timely manner that was earlier than expected. Much needed especially in this Arizona heat.

Kevin, Tim, and Dillion did a great job with our A/C. It turns out our old unit was damaged and giving out on us. As replacement was the only option, Kevin was able to talk down his boss for a reasonable price for us. It only took a few days for them to install the new unit, but they fixed our old AC unit enough so we stayed cool until the new unit was brought in to replace. The new unit works great and it comes with an up to date thermostat that is touch screen and can be controlled through the app. I highly recommend this place and appreciate the work they do!

The owner, Keith, was the one to come give me an estimate on my failing AC and furnace.  He was honest and transparent about how his pricing works and what was included.  I felt very comfortable hiring them for the job.  And then Kyle and mmm was the lead tech to come install the unit.  He was great, explained everything and what to expect, they were very respectful of being in our home and thorough.  They even replaced some trim work because it was so old.  After they left I had a question and Kyle was immediately responsive, even though it was kind of a silly question and it was after-hours.  I recommend SureTemp highly!  You are in good hands if you hire this company.

Tracy was very prompt and found some issues during a routine HVAC inspection and tune-up on two of my properties recently. Explained what was wrong. The bills were very reasonable. He is my go-to HVAC man for all my properties now.

Our shower handle stopped working correctly. The handle would turn off and on but no water would come out. Hansen set out Jerry to fix the issue and we couldn't have gotten a more professional and informative technician to help with the issue. Our air conditioner went out this morning, called an emergency air repair company and two and a half hours later hadn't even gotten a return call. Called Desert Diamond and they had someone to my house and my air fixed in less than 2 hours. The tech they sent out, Ryan, was very professional and quick. Definitely earned a customer for life.

This place is unbelievable and not in a good way... North Valley Mechanical was trouble from the very start. If your home warranty company tries to send these folks out, do yourself a favor and insist on another provider. After calling our request into the home warranty company, we were told we'd hear from North Valley within one day. I'm sure you can deduct from the one star rating, that didn't happen... I ended up having to call them Monday morning and thankfully they were able to get a tech out around noon. To this point, we went Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday with no AC. I then made the mistake of checking them out online after this and learned about the experiences of others with home warranties that were subjected to their service and the fact they had Saturday hours and never bothered to call me; so from that point on I knew I wouldn't be doing any additional business with them. It doesn't stop there folks - the tech then refused to perform the repair unless we agreed to have him clean the coils. I don't doubt that the coils were probably dirty, but their pricing was on the high side and I'm already annoyed with them, so this wouldn't be happening. I then called the HVAC company my family has used for about ten years and asked them to come out and clean the coils and they did (for about 2/3 the price including the trip charge compared to what North Valley wanted to charge us and North Valley was already in my driveway). This caused us to lose our Wednesday appointment because our HVAC guy couldn't get out there until Wednesday to clean the coils, pushing North Valley back to Thursday for the repair (now almost a week without AC). I told the rep handling the scheduling at North Valley that no one would be home on Thursday morning and was told that since the unit is on the roof, it was fine and that no one needed to be home. Nonetheless, I received a phone call about 8 AM from the tech asking me if I was home and how to get on the roof... Are you kidding me? I'm no HVAC guru, but common sense would probably dictate with a ladder? About 40 minutes later I get a call from the same brilliant tech trying to tell me that the coils were not cleaned. I had a feeling that would probably happen based on the huge production they have made about it up until this point, so I left the invoice from my contractor under the front doormat. The tech proceeds to argue with me, telling me that an invoice from a licensed, bonded, and insured contractor doesn't mean that the service was actually performed. Excuse me? Let's just say that after talking to his boss (who appears to be the owner's wife and acted like she was doing me some huge favor) and pressing the issue, the home warranty repair was made. I'm thankful for my working AC, but what a fiasco! Why put up with their condescending attitudes, holding home warranty repairs hostage unless you do additional business with them, poor internal communication, and poor follow through? They deserve a negative star rating, but since that isn't possible, I'll give them one star. Clearly, I'd have to say you can do better than North Valley Mechanical for your HVAC needs.

Excellent service, extremely competent & honest.  Very rare to find all three in one company. We've been using them for years, highly recommended.

Gerardo was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his checks of my two systems. He even noticed (and corrected) a wiring mistake that the original installer made (and my previous yearly maintenance company missed for over 8 years).  Gerardo explained everything in detail and is an asset to his company!

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

Legit company and amazing owner. Very quick and professional had my ac running within minutes and explained exactly what was wrong and gave me a few tips on how to take care of the unit outside. I had an A/C emergency recently and found True North A/C. They came over within the hour even though it was already 10 pm. Johnny was awesome and explained everything that was happening with my unit and set up an install for the very next day. I needed a new A/C and in less than 24 hours, Mike was over, with a crane, and installed the new unit. They were great guys and clearly go out of their way to make sure their customer is being helped.

The woman who answer the phone Kianna is horrible at communicating with customers and that is why I decided to go elsewhere. I will never call them for service again and do not understand how they have managed to keep a clientele.

Treated the complete opposite of what the company supposedly believes in doing things the right way not the easy way.

We have been paying for the plumbing and Air conditioning Sadie club for the last 3 years. The contract states that they will check all emergency shut-off valve operation to ensure they operate when needed however the valve behind our refrigerator has never been checked. We tried to have a new refrigerator installed and could not because the valve leaks. When we called and asked to have someone come out to fix the issue we were told by the manager that he would not give us any kind of price break or even apologize for them over looking this valve.  We had 10 valves replaced, an R.O. System and water softener system install just over a year ago at that time we would have also had the shut off valve behind the refrigerator replaced had they checked it.  

On our last inspection 05/12/2020 the tech told us that our anode rod in the water heater needed to be replaced. According to the contract it states that Goettl will Pull and inspect anode rod. their is no way a tech pulled or inspected the rod ever because the foam over the bolt had never been moved and anode rod bolt is seized do to sediment and corrosion.

This is unacceptable service for a company that claims to have a motto of doing things the right way not the easy way.  Both of the above instances and examples of doing things the easy way not the right way.
