We had many issues towards the end of the project. Including drywall, flooring, tile, cleanliness, & professionalism.

We are having to redo these, clean our entire home that had dust all over the place, & even have to move trash from our recycle bin into our trash bin.

I'm glad the company worked out great for other yelpers. Not sure what happened with us.

Love my new hall bathroom!! Kent was great to work with:  Showed up on time, responded quickly to emails and calls and was straight forward.  He offered suggestions when appropriate and kept me posted on the daily schedule of work so I knew what to expect. I'm already planning the master bath remodel and have Kent on deck for that project as well.  Highly recommend Kent and his work!

We used Handyman Connection and had the best experience. They were professional and clean looking and I was not at all hesitant to have them in my home or around my kids. Everything was done to my absolute satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Not sure if our bathroom remodel qualifies as a large remodel,but was huge for us. We met with several contractors, and Brian was the first and only one that wanted to hear about what we wanted. Our remodel consisted of removing a stall shower and repurposing the space into an additional linen closet. Remove existing garden tub, and build in floor to ceiling shower with a bench and second shower head. Also replace dual sink counter tops in master and guest bath. The team was amazing, Izzy was always on top of getting what was needed throughout the build. Joey was incredible with his work ethic, although his punctuality left something to be desired, but overall worked out very well. Jose and his glass guys were incredible. AJ and the countertop guys did exactly what was asked for, and to a standard that was really amazing. And through all of it, Brian kept all the processes moving. He did it not only like it really mattered to him, but was as critical of the work as we were.  I would highly recommend AZ Remodel Pros to anyone, and will be using them again when we need home improvements that are beyond my abilities.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

Irving had a bit of difficulty with my slider because the frame was old and slightly bent. Nonetheless, he was able to install the door so that it latched. He had to make frames for four of my windows because they are not standard frames. He did a fine job. I recommend him.

Alex was super accommodating and informative. He explained everything, from the materials they use to the way they're used. He presented us with several options and the associated costs. I wish all service guys were like this!

They were very friendly and efficient. The cost of the job turned out to be quite a bit more than originally estimated.  I was lead to believe that a set of parts (now that I know what they are) would be more expensive than they are on Home Depot website.  That said, they did come over as soon as they could and fixed the item the next day.  Everything is working fine. So all's good.

Remodeling is such a daunting concept...until you meet the guys at Phoenix Home Remodeling. From the initial conversation, we were made to feel that our vision didn't seem too far fetched after all! We gave them a long wish list and they took the time to provide the quote for each item allowing us to proritize. The quote left no room for big surprises. They were always accessible which is very helpful to anxious homeowners! What was even more impressive was how neat they left the work area each day. I recently had a complete Bathroom remodel completed by Sunset T&B.  Actually, 2 Bathrooms (Master and Guest).  I looked at a number of Bathroom contractors, but finally decided on Sunset Tile and Bath because of their quality reputation and they primarily use their own employees to complete the work (very important to me - have had bad experiences with Sub-Contractors who never show up - or disappear without finishing).  Sunset T&B did not disappoint - by far, one of the BEST remodeling companies I have ever used (including here and in other states where I lived).   I started discussions with them in Fall, 2021 and signed a contract in late 2021.  They are much in demand so I had to take my turn on a waitlist until August, 2022 when they began the project.  Very impressed with their designer, Audra who guided me through the process of selecting materials and overall design - and who listened to me when I asked for some changes.  Also impressed with their project crew supervised by Paul who came by daily to check on quality and progress - and who responded promptly to questions and slight modifications during the 2 month install.  They completed the remodel of Bath  # 1 first and was then able to use that while they worked on the larger Master Bath.  Installed a new Deep Soak Tub along with new Rain shower, floors, Quartz counters and it exceeded my expectations.  Their on -site install team was on time every day and did a great job cleaning up each night.  I recommend them and will use them for future kitchen and bath projects.    Here's are pics of the finished Master Bath.   Definitely 5 Stars!

I just signed a contract with Gorilla Builders to build a new custom home. I was very impressed with how professional they are and their price was more than competitive, far lower then other general contractors. I was planning on being a owner builder but after talking to Jeff I decided it would be very nice to have a builder with his reputation behind me. I also saved $10,000 on my loan by having a general contractor as my builder.

Andrew and his team are professional and punctual, willing to provide budget-conscious design insight to make a project successful . You can tell they take pride in their work and the attention to detail is evident. We have been happy to hire them for a few projects with our kitchen and bath.

Doug the owner came to our home.

We had a shower head that needed to replaced. He replaced it at a fair price and did a great job.

Doug was very friendly and professional. There are so many contractors in AZ and we were happy to find a reliable and qualified person.
