I needed an emergency handy man. Russ returned my request immediately and was able to help me finish all projects in a timely and efficient manner. He is very reliable and is meticulous in his work. Would definitely recommend him to anyone!!!

The 5-star review is for Bob. First of all, I must state that we did not use VETSBuilt for our home remodeling because we need more assistance in the design aspect of the project. Otherwise we will not hesitate to use his services as Bob always responds in time to our phone calls, text messages and emails. He is straightforward and honest with what he can or cannot do for us and in the cost estimate. I imagine it won't be too hard working with him on a project.

I just finished my third home improvement project with Kent, Details Remodeling.  Each time I work with Kent the end result is 10/10 quality.  He is careful about my home while working, and cleans up behind himself 100%.  He's straight up about his availability, and if you have to wait a couple weeks he's worth it.

I've used Kent for demolition, drywall, electrical, minor plumbing, built-in shelving, and to tile my entire main floor.  He has the right equipment, uses his time (and mine) well.  I appreciate his use of email and texting for communications and photos of my ideas; it's convenient for me to respond around my work time and not have to schedule a time to be at the home for easy stuff like that.

I'll continue to use Details Remodeling for work in my home and have already recommended him to my friends!

Zona Restoration company is top notch.  Whenever I called their office the ladies in the office seemed really happy to help & were very personable.  Zona gave us an excellent & fair price on air sampling undercutting the competition by 30%.  Doug arrived on time & explained the process. He was friendly & efficient & answered all our questions.  Our area was deemed clean & we were able to move forward with our remodel.  I would call them again if I ever need service.  These folks all seem to really love their jobs!  The process from beginning to end went smoothly.  It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Handyman Connection recently completed our master bathroom and kitchen remodel. They were recommended by a friend of ours after they remodeled her master bathroom. We are beyond impressed with their professionalism, reliability, and craftsmanship. Allen, the owner, met with us on numerous occasions before work even started. He was quick to respond to all of our questions, and guided us in the right direction. We received an estimated cost of the remodel upfront. As work started, we added additional items to the project. Allen ensured we discussed all costs and approved them before the additional work was completed. He was reasonable and fair throughout the entire process. He came by our home several times during the remodel and checked in with us to ensure we approved several details of the project. Additionally, it was clear that he supports his employees, as he spoke highly of them and brought our contractor lunch. Mark was our contractor and we could not have been more pleased with his demeanor, work ethic, and craftmanship. He showed up on time every day and he worked hard. He consulted with us throughout the entire project (our preference) and offered his professional opinion, helping us make decisions about details. When an unforeseen electrical problem arose, Handyman Connection addressed the issue immediately so our project would not delayed.  When Mark finished the job, our bathroom and kitchen design looked exactly as we had imagined. I highly recommend Handyman Connection if you are planning to remodel any aspect of your home, you will not be disappointed!

Brian and AZ Remodel pros did a pretty nice job all things considered. I like to be a little more hands on than most, which I know isn't typical when you hand over the keys. Fairly big remodel- step one, remove popcorn from the ceilings and paint the entire house including ceilings... well, they painted the ceilings and didnt remove the popcorn. Brian completely ate that and took fault and it was corrected within a few days. The flooring came out EXCELLENT! Shower came out pretty nice as well... few little things like not raising the shower head while we were in there and a few things slightly off centered but the shower still looks fabulous and I've received multiple compliments on it. There were quite a few mishaps along the way, dings on my fridge, base boards being ripped up by mistake, fan blades damaged,  but every issue was handled promptly and professionally by Brian. The worst part by far was the painter and lack of attention to detail and care. The main thing, is Brian is a professional, trustworthy, a man of his word. Would I use AZ Remodel Pros again? Absolutely. I know next time will be a a lot smoother too, as I will have a better idea of what to expect.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

I could not be more enthusiastic about my recommendation of Dion and his crew. I hired Dion to renovate a bonus room of the brand new house we just moved into. Dion came same day to give me an estimate and had the most reasonable pricing. He started the very next day, on time and explained everything that would be done. On the second day of work with the project set to complete the next day, the universe threw a giant wrench in the works. Heavy monsoon rains revealed multiple flooding, drainage and plumbing issues. What started out as a simple, one room change quickly turned into a whole house renovation! Dion assured me he could help resolve it all. He revised his quotes and discussed how to fix each problem. For the plumbing, his estimate was more reasonable than the plumbing company I had already used! And Dion's price included fixing drywall and floors, which the plumbing company could not do. He worked with me to get all the major issues repaired. He and his crew were always flexible about changes and there were absolutely no surprise costs. He communicated through the entire process with texts and pictures so that I could make decisions quickly and keep the project on the timeline. The house looks amazing and there are zero water issues!!!

Can't say enough great things about Irving and Modern Innovations. He works fast, does very high quality work with great attention to detail. And at a very fair price. He is very skilled in seemingly every home remodel trade. If you are considering doing any work to your house (big or small) you should definitely give Irving a call

Just did my final walk through this morning on a rehab in Sun Lakes, AZ.  Phoenix Home Remodeling did all of the heavy lifting on this project.  It's only my second project and these guys made it a nice and easy experience.  I'll def be calling them for the next one......hopefully they'll still have time for us little guys!  Here's a peak at my favorite before and afters of the project.

I worked with Eric a couple of months ago to put roofing over my thatched roof patio. I was probably a pain in the ass customer for Eric as I was woefully unprepared and didn't have the material purchased until he showed up to do the job. Eric wasn't rude with me, even though he had every right to be!
I was on my lunch break so I left my credit card number with the guys at Home Depot and trusted Eric to only buy as much as he needed. He bought the material, returned what he didn't need, and had the roof in top-shape within just a few hours.
It's been a couple months and everything is holding together and doesn't look like it's going anywhere.
The quote we got was more than fair and the quality of his work speaks for itself. I've had run ins with shady contractors and handymen throughout the years, and Eric is a standup example of what you need when it comes to someone you can trust with home improvement.

Marcus remodeled an old guest bathroom for us. His quote was reasonable and workman ship was outstanding.  Marcus is the best contractor we have worked with. Always punctual to work, he goes above and beyond what is needed to get the work done. His friendly nature is the icing on the cake.

I would recommend Marcus without any hesitation for any Bathroom remodeling project.

This company is so amazing, I thought that I knew what I was doing but in all honesty I need them to help guide me into my kitchen remodel. My favorite thing about them is how clean and organize they are, also their professional input has been so on point! I also have been adding to the project, from when it started and Kyle and his wife are so cool about making the vision come to life! I can't wait to use them again!!!

My wife and I hired Sunset Tile and Bath for a condo remodel of the kitchen and both bathrooms. Both of us were sold after talking with Audra. Jeff the owner was a very nice and fair person.  Due to a bad architect we had to make many onsite changes to accommodate issues in the plans.  Jeff was fair with negotiating compromises for these changes and his crew ultimately got the house built.  At the end of the day I have a beautiful approximate 4,400 sqft home on a great piece of land for a good price.

Word to the wise, never try and buy stock plans and modify them and make sure your architect is top notch.  I did not want to pay the .30-.45 cents per sqft all the good architects wanted, but now I wish i would have.

Our tub was sinking and creaking and also a different shower was leaking so we had Green Home come out to check it out. We had our fix and remodel completed and now our bathroom looks beautiful, we got a sturdy tub and pricing was reasonable. Really you can tell these guys are honest and hard working. Definitely went the extra mile to help me and my wife. Really happy with their service. 5 stars.
