I was so lucky to find Russ through Yelp. I tried reaching out to few other Handyman for quotes but did not hear back from some and others over priced. Does not sound like much but to me it was something important that needed to be done same day, chirping smoke detectors at home. They were driving me crazy.  Thank God that I was so gifted that he responded so quickly with a reasonable estimate AND available to come out the same day!! He arrived on-time, professional, friendly and can do attitude with confidence. He was able to answer my questions, confirmed estimate and  immediately got started. Within no time he had all 5 smoke detectors replaced, they look great and no more chirping! OMG... Russ is an amazing hard worker, very brilliant and fully equipped for any job. Definitely from here on out, he will be my go to Handyman, without a doubt.!!! As well, I will be recommending him to all of my family, friends and co-workers!! A true pleasure to work with, Bob and the team came out quickly, quoted competitively, and most important, performed great work. They kept me informed from start to finish, so I knew exactly what was going on through each phase of the project. The quality and professionalism is second to none. This was no small job, as it included severe damage to first and second floor balconies, stucco, large wooden beams, spiral staircase, flooring and wood rot. They came through for my family and I to get my home back to 100%. Bob and VETSBuilt will be the only home remodel/renovation contractor I use. I sincerely recommend this company. Zona Restoration was AMAZING!!! I had some mold damage that was showing in our bathroom so I decided to look into getting it fixed. I found Zona Restoration on a search online, and I had remembered seeing their trucks around the town so I gave them a call. The owner Aaron (yeah the owner!)  came out the next day and assessed the damage and figured out the source right away. They were able to do all the demolition and repair within the week and were extremely fast and professional. Having a ten month old they also, helped work around our schedule while doing a fantastic job, which was unbeleiavble helpful.

I needed help after a shower leak that went into the kitchen.  I had a hard time getting anyone to give me quotes to fix the flooring, re install a cabinet in my kitchen and redo my shower.  Not an issue once I found Handyman Connection. I worked with Ali for an estimate and scope of work.  Everyone I encountered was great.  I never felt ripped off, talked down to or uncomfortable, as a female that's not common when it comes to this kind of work.  I am super happy with the work. Josiah was polite and did great work in both rooms and Rodrigo the same - he did the shower tiling.  Very happy with my experience.

Not sure if our bathroom remodel qualifies as a large remodel,but was huge for us. We met with several contractors, and Brian was the first and only one that wanted to hear about what we wanted. Our remodel consisted of removing a stall shower and repurposing the space into an additional linen closet. Remove existing garden tub, and build in floor to ceiling shower with a bench and second shower head. Also replace dual sink counter tops in master and guest bath. The team was amazing, Izzy was always on top of getting what was needed throughout the build. Joey was incredible with his work ethic, although his punctuality left something to be desired, but overall worked out very well. Jose and his glass guys were incredible. AJ and the countertop guys did exactly what was asked for, and to a standard that was really amazing. And through all of it, Brian kept all the processes moving. He did it not only like it really mattered to him, but was as critical of the work as we were.  I would highly recommend AZ Remodel Pros to anyone, and will be using them again when we need home improvements that are beyond my abilities.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

I called and spoke with Dion, he came to my home and took measurements, spoke with me about what I wanted done and advised me that he would have an estimate for me in a couple of days. Dions scheduled appointment was on 8/25/2018. I have texted him many times as well as called and have received no response. I would not recommend his services. He cannot even respond to a text message and makes unfulfilled arrangements.

From the first day that I met Irving, I felt that he was a man of good character. I would not have hired him past that day if I thought otherwise. Throughout the course of the project he took on for my client, he continued to exemplify that good character in addition to his amazing workmanship. His team was also very professional and even more timely. I was thoroughly surprised at how great the job turned out, especially for how quickly they were able to get it done.

This project included painting, flooring, carpeting, and more of a 2 bd 2 ba condo.

When obstacles came up, Irving kept his cool and professionally proceeded with whatever solution that was necessary. Very grateful for Moden Innovations, and will continue to use them moving forward! Thanks again!

We recently used Phoenix Home Remodeling to remodel our early 2000's Kitchen. The process was very easy and we enjoyed getting to know the team that came to do the work! We appreciated the straightforward approach to the overall plan, expectations, timing, and cost. This is a local to Ahwatukee company which was very reassuring that these folks not only work but live in this community with their name on the line. Just moved into our home and needed to have a door installed and some drywall work done to make it look right. Eric was absolutely phenomenal, and we are very particular (the home is brand new). His work is flawless, and looks as if it was that way originally.

Great handyman, we will hire again if anything else comes up. Highly recommend.

Marcus remodeled our master bathroom.  he installed our whirlpool tub, built our walk-in shower and installed our double vanity.  He used a laser level so all tile lines were precise.  He does great work at reasonable prices... Highly recommended!

I can't say enough good things about Kyle! He put my 3 pieces of furniture together in no time at all! Very reasonably priced! Kyle was courteous and friendly and he loves cats; so I knew he was a great guy! Give him a try and you won't be disappointed!

Juan and the entire G&C construction team were some of the best contractors I have ever worked with! When searching for a company to remodel our kitchen I reached out to multiple  vendors, and G&C was by far the lowest, while also taking the most time to work with us on our design and plan out everything we needed. The remodel included a total demo of the old kitchen, installation of new cabinets, electrical, granite countertops, and a back splash. The quality of their work was second to none, and they finished the project on time and on budget. We love out new kitchen and will be reaching back out to G&C every time we have any other home improvement needs!

Finally, we bit the bullet and updated our bathrooms. Our old guest bathrooms had lower than normal cabinets, a cheap white countertop, a dated bathtub (with shower curtain (ewww)) , an eroding mirror and chrome and gold fixtures (yuck!). Our master bath had lower that normal cabinets, a cheap white countertop, and chrome and gold fixtures (again, yuck!).
We visited Sunset Tile & Bath. Mark, assisted us in the showroom with many of the decisions that had to be made. The man is very knowledgeable about the products and options for our new bath. And a real saint for his patience with our indecision! We hammered out the demolition and start date. Time for the next step. Let's do it! Thank you Mark! It didn't take long before our bathrooms were gone. They did leave an old sink so that we had water until the new ones went in. After demolition and measurements, we waited for our countertops and glass. After receiving the cabinets and countertops, the craftsmen went at it. They removed a large Jacuzzi tub and replaced the chrome and gold faucet with brushed nickel. Then the cabinets went in and were nicely trimmed to perfection. Next the beautiful new countertops, sink and brushed nickel faucets. Last, brand new shiny mirrors rounded out the renovation. The tub in the guest bathroom was replaced with a custom shower. The water valve was placed to the side so that guests don't get blasted with cold water. They also installed a really convenient shelf. Let me say this. Most of my life I have done most of my own work. I understand the work that was being done. These guys are experts with masonry, installation of countertops, cabinets, and plumbing. All new shut off valves, everything was new and updated from the wall out. This is a crew of real professionals! I would without hesitation recommend sunset bath and tile to anyone considering renovations. I am only sorry that we waited so long to enjoy our new bathrooms.

We hired Andrew and his crew to remodel our kitchen in May 2020. The workers arrived on time each day and were respectful of our home. The project took a few days longer than anticipated (ran into some issues with electric) but we are very happy with the finished product. Andrew was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly to our questions. We would rehire them if/when we have any other projects in our home.

This has nothing to do with their work....I actually never hired them.  This review is based solely on the estimate that I got from them.

I got 3 estimates from 3 different companies for the same services.  The estimate from Husbands2Go covered labor ONLY and not materials.  Apparently, I was responsible for shopping and obtaining materials.  If they obtained materials, there was a charge of $150/hour shopping charge  plus, I was informed they add 20% upcharge above the cost of the materials and the shopping.  Husbands2Go's estimate was about 20% above industry average, but considering their estimate does not include materials, where as the other estimates were 20% lower and DID include materials, the estimate was actually higher than 20% above industry average.

I has also asked for a small fountain to be built, for which I had all the materials.  The basin, which was to be against an existing wall, measured 6' w x 16 h x 16 d; it wasn't big or complicated.  I was given a labor charge of $2,000.  

All of their labor costs, upcharges and shopping charges are prohibitive for me.

I read the reviews.  Many talked about their cost being reasonable but some of those reviews were from a year ago.  Maybe the times have changed their tune.
