Russ is easily one of the best handymen in the Entire valley.  Not only is he a pleasure to work with he is incredibly capable and diligent.  He's done projects on two homes for me and will definitely work on more.  I'm very glad to have found him and you will definitely be pleased with his service. Our project was to build an 850 square foot guest suite --- not a small job.  After attempting to work with 3 other contractors, we were frustrated and disappointed with their lack of integrity and follow up.  THEN --- we found VetsBuilt Contracting and the owners - DJ and Bob Jenkins.  They are fair, honest, dependable and want to do what the client wants --- and they pulled out all of the stops to make sure we were ..... and are happy with the results.   We couldn't be happier.  It was a big job --- with a lot of detail and they performed as promised.

If you want to work with people you can trust to have your best interest at heart- give them a call.  They are for real.

We just completed a remodel on shower, and Kent was great to work with.  He was willing to consult every step of the way, if there were questions about whether we would like how something was going to turn out.  Additionally, he was very flexible when changes were brought in during the process.  He updated the quote each step of the way.  Also, he was very responsive via email.  I would just like to add, that the subcontractors he used for the shower tile were also great.

I am thoroughly impressed with Zona Restoration and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their reconstruction services. On the whole, I found their staff to be professional, friendly, and responsive. I was particularly impressed with Tim Simpson, their project manager for large-scale reconstruction jobs. Tim was patient with me and thorough in his explanations of what was and was not needed for my house, and he took time to understand my reservations and allay my fears. I found him to be incredibly knowledgeable, fair, and honest - which is refreshing to find in this line of work. It's been quite some time that I have been so impressed with a company, which is why I'm making it a point to write this review. You get what you pay for.  Not the cheapest remodeler, but the job was done correctly and completed on time, making it worth every penny.  The service is top notch, from the initial visit by Jonathan, to the quote by Allen, to the scheduling by Shelly, to the actual work done by Tony.  I was kept in the loop the entire time, and Shelly called or emailed anytime they needed a clarification.  Thank you all for the terrific work!

Used Az remodel Pros to redo the entire master bathroom! Loved Brian, Izzy, Carlos and team. There's a lot going on In the world so finding good people that care is important. The team was great and make you feel like family. We plan on using them again for other projects like our kitchen and stairs. Can't say enough goodness about this company you will be in good hands! Very responsive and thoughtful.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

Irving did a great job installing flooring in our laundry room and helping move the big appliances in there. It was quick and good quality work. He also assisted us with installing closet shelves and what not for two closets. Came out great again.

My back patio covering was leaking and uneven. I ended up calling Alex from Liberty Remodeling and he came out gave me a very good estimate. They did great work and looks110% better. Thank you!

Elvis & Maisa  DREAM BUILDER RENOVATION immediately responded to my YELP inquiry to repair my door frame. Elvis called to obtain all the intricate details of the requested repair. Then, Maisa followed up to obtain my demographic information. They were extremely professional, efficient, and reasonable!! Their collaborative strategy of embracing the customer needs were superb!! As a single female homeowner, I felt safe providing my home address to someone I've never met before. They understood the sense of urgency of getting the front door frame repaired and arrived 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment. Elvis & Maisa arrived with mask on which is a benefit during these times!! Elvis analyzed the door and provided a truthful , transparent recommendation. (Which surpass other contractors that responded late to my inquiry) Elvis & Maisa collaboratively worked on the door frame & completed their task less than 30 minutes!! I was thoroughly impressed!! I thought this was gonna be another consultation then come back later thing.. but, they came to work &  immediately got the job done!! They did an AMAZING job with our SECOND remodel on our home!  Our first remodel was our master and guest bathrooms and our complete flooring on our second level. Eric is my idea of the perfect handyman. The quotes were fair for what I wanted done, I was very specific! He showed up on time, every time. Very reliable & knowledgable if you need any work done around the house, I urge you to see for yourself. His friendliness will have your complete trust in him, as well as his skills. Thank you Eric!

Marcus is the type of professional who takes pride in his work. He framed, tiled, and electrically wired the entire bathroom of our older Phoenix home, no easy task. For someone like me who has little to no experience remodeling- Marcus went through step by step the process and answered any questions we had. He's a great listener and definitely knowledgeable. When we even had a question after the job was complete, he came back immediately. Would trust him again with another project.

Unprofessional, and nightmarish to deal with. Here's exactly what transpired:

I work 50 hours a week. I made an appointment with I'm Gonna Fix It through Amazon between the hours of 2PM-5PM on Sunday, my only day off this month. When 3 o'clock rolled around on Sunday and I had not heard from the company, I called and left a message. At 4 o'clock I sent again inquiring if the appointment was still good to go. Close to 5 o'clock I receive a message from Kyle (the owner) stating that he would have to reschedule do to personal issues. So, at this point I've planned my families day around this thing and have wasted my only day to be with them. In my industry, this is called No-Call-No-Show.

I immediately texted him back (I will post a screen shot of the conversation if Yelp will let me) informing him that this was unacceptable and that I do not have another available day all month to reschedule.

I was then rudely texted back Life Happens and then he went on to explain how there was a death in the family.

Now.... I am not a psychic so I do not know if these excuses are true or not. What I do know is this:

A) If you look at other reviews for this company, you will find similar experiences of unprofessionalism, excuses, and tardiness.
B) We were all young once and (speaking for myself) I made these type of excuses to my professors in high school.
C) If there really was a problem, I should have been personally contacted as soon as they found out they were unable to make it (Apparently even though the Personal Issues began on Friday, they were unable to contact me until AFTER the appointment was through on Sunday). The guy claims he contacted Amazon to cancel but that is totally untrue; amazon would have contacted me immediately.

In conclusion, the experience I had with this company was so poor I canceled their services altogether. I am not someone with unrealistic expectations... I am understanding that things do happen but with that being said I was not contacted until after the three hour time window had passed and my time had been blatantly wasted, not to mention insulted by the owner.

Buyer beware!

Juan and his crew did a fantastic job with our remodeling project! We couldn't be happier! G & C are true professionals. Very consciousnesses while doing their work. They always made sure to prep each area extensively like it was their own home. They were careful about not letting my dog out and keeping things locked up. Very courteous. They are detailed oriented and are so very knowledgeable. When the project started and as it moved along Juan had great remodeling suggestions and brought up things that  would have never crossed my mind. It was great to have him do the thinking for me. Overall, the project was very stress free and reasonably priced. Additionally, the communication between G&C was phenomenal. Juan is super responsive 7 days a week and always kept me updated on the daily schedule, so I knew what to expect which was helpful in planning my day. I never experienced any no shows and G&C was very flexible with scheduling and with last minute project changes that were made by me. We worked well together. Everything went smooth throughout my month-long remodel and Juan and his crew are so accommodating and great to work with. I highly recommend them. Additionally, they stand behind their work.

We just went through Sunset Tile and Bath to have our tub removed and shower elongated. We found this to be the best experience we have ever had with a business. Everyone who we had contact with there were courteous, honest, patient and highly skilled. We absolutely love our new shower and would highly recommend Sunset Tile & Bath.

Mar 2023 - Still not done.. They show up every couple of days to keep the roc from declaring them as having abandon the job.

During his visit to our home Andrew was rude, arrogant and submissive. He constantly interrupted us and he was hell bent to control the discussion.
Subsequently he has failed to submit any type of proposal or to state his lack of interest in our business ($125,000 home remodel).
He waisted his time and he waisted our time! Now he is just a ghost .

Awesome guy with awesome prices.

This is a handyman service that was well worth my time. I am too busy with work obligations for the honey do list. Doug helped us with a broken spa cover that was damaged in a storm. After his repair, it works better than before the weather related incident. We look forward to using him again.

He was a pleasant guy to work with!
