We had a leaky shower and a blown out plug. Randy was on time, respectful, and went way above and beyond for us. He drove out to Cave Creek just to get a different shower cartridge for the job, installed it in a flash, and came back for the electrical work. Super nice guy, great service, would recommend him and for sure hire again. Thanks Russ!!

Recently used Vetsbuilt Contracting to do some remodeling in my home of 29yrs. Remodeling while living in your home is not an easy process, however DJ and his crew were so easy to work with. The work was done promptly and efficiently. 1500 sq ft. of wood look ceramic tile layed perfectly. They also turned my upstairs loft into an in home office space.   I am so happy with both. The transformations are quite impressive. The office looks like it has always been there. I highly recommend Vetsbuilt. I originally went with them because they support our troops. Thinking it would be a good thing. Totally a win win. Thank you Vetsbuilt!!!

Kent provides a great service.  Great communication.  This was a big project for us completely remodeling our townhome. We had 2 bathrooms, a large area of tiling, kitchen counter tops and backsplash, replaced all trim and repainted.  Kent gave us a schedule but always accommodated our additions and changes.  On the rare occasion where one of his subcontractors couldn't fit our exact timing ( usually after I changed or added something), he communicated revised dates very clearly and then met the schedule he provided.  So refreshing after other experiences we have had.  The end result is really fantastic.  Beautiful tiles, quartz countertops, new bath and shower all better than expected.  Thank you Kent!

I would highly recommend Zona.  From accommodating my schedule to working with the insurance company.  The team is very friendly. They were very thorough when explaining how the process worked.  Aaron and the team really made the process go smoothly.  The made our worries go away in a stressful mold situation with our new home.  They put my house together better then it looked before.  I would use there service again in a heartbeat.

........Handyman Connection also offers a free, written estimate before any work is performed.  All of our work comes with a one year warranty, if there is a problem with the work, we are always willing to fix it at no additional charge.  In this case the customer requested that we give them a partial refund and let them hire another service to repair the problem.  We were happy to do that for this customer.

Well, let me tell you, if you complain about the work, the jerk that is in charge will simply tell you that you WILL PAY UP or you will have a mechanic's lien slapped on your house!!!! There was no conversation as described, You have a one year warranty, please let us know if you have a problem. YEAH.......NOT!!!!

I was ONLY offered a measly $200 discount if I agreed not to contact Angie's List!! It cost me HUNDREDS of dollars MORE to fix the MESS that I was left with, and I got a $200 discount????

We were offered an up front estimate, BUT we had NO idea that HOME DEPOT was doing DOING the MAJORITY of the construction!!! So, THEREFORE, we were OVERCHARGED for construction that WAS NOT performed by Handyman Connection!!!!!! Not only that, but Handyman Connections had to ONLY install the PRE-BUILT by Home Depot double doors (frame already built too) and FAILED to do it properly!!!!

Please read my previous review to fully understand WHY I gave this business ONE star, only because I was FORCED to give them one!!

Brian and crew have been great to work with and very helpful along the way. Even worked with us on getting some complicated insurance process. Will provide more updates as we continue and complete the project but so far we are very pleased.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

My husband and I wanted some work done asap. We called D & D on a holiday weekend and my call was answered! I was able to speak to Dion, the owner, and we set up an appointment for 7am immediately following the holiday. Dion was TIMELY, ENTHUSIASTIC, and HONEST about the work we wanted done. We got an estimate that was beyond reasonable for the following:
1. Cabinet repainting (kitchen and two other bathrooms)
2. Granite replacement (kitchen and two of the bathrooms)
3. New sinks AND faucets (kitchen and two of the bathrooms)
4. New hardware for all cabinets
5. Rebuilding a shower (subway tile, new floor, new doors and faucet)
6. Replacing a washer connector
7. New medicine cabinets in two of the bathrooms

He began the work on the following Monday after we hammered out some details. Dion was there on time with a whole crew. They were all beyond courteous and began working right away and continued to work hard all day, every day. Dion was extremely responsive as to progress and any questions we had! The job moved along just as described!

Some dust/ventilation issues came up, unexpectedly, however, and we had to stay away from the house longer than expected because we have three very small children. Dion was not only apologetic, but he was willing to do what it took to rectify the situation. He went above and beyond to ensure we were safe and comfortable.

The work was 100% completed by Saturday, with Dion at the house personally seeing to the project's completion! He checked and double checked the work done, and the whole house was cleaned up! Dion even followed up with us on Monday to see if anything came up over the first couple days. Of course, the work is outstanding, but even the smallest of requests was met with a great attitude and an offer to come out that day.

Dion continued to impress us with his professionalism and competence (two things that you never know if you're going to get when it comes to contractors)! My husband said to me, He (Dion) didn't just take care of the job, he took care of our family.

We will be using D & D Construction for all of our future needs (and you should too)!

Cannot recommend enough! I had a restoration job due to a malfunctioning water heater in my backyard casita, so I contacted Modern Innovations to provide an estimate. I was impressed from first contact, and even more impressed when he got me a price. Out of four contractor bids, his was lower by thousands, but most importantly, he could get started quicker than everyone else. Sure enough, he showed up when promised and his very efficient, polite and kind staff got busy. What I most appreciated was his communication of every detail. In a few days, he left the little house looking better than ever (even working on a Saturday to finish up), and alerted me to some other issues that could cause concern later. They know what they are doing and work clean and fast. I work with a lot a big contractors in my profession, and would choose Modern Innovations for my home over most of them.

Alex was super accommodating and informative. He explained everything, from the materials they use to the way they're used. He presented us with several options and the associated costs. I wish all service guys were like this!

Elvis, Maisa, and Yass are great! We have used them twice now and have been impressed at each instance! We will continue to use them for things around the house. They are professional, communicate a lot, and know what they are doing. We highly recommend them to anyone that needs things done around their house.

We recently used Phoenix Home Remodeling to remodel our early 2000's Kitchen. The process was very easy and we enjoyed getting to know the team that came to do the work! I had a small project to update my front entry way by removing a pony wall, replacing the tile, patching up some drywall, and adding a custom built bench/shoe rack for guests to put on and remove their shoes. Eric did an amazing job and I love how everything turned out. He was super responsive and overall just a kind person to work with. He made sure to cover up the living room area while working with the drywall so dust didn't fly everywhere, which I really appreciated. 10/10 highly recommend! Thanks again for everything, Eric!

Can't recommend these guys enough. Kyle is the owner and isn't afraid to get his hands dirty. I've used him twice; once to install a custom wall mounted track lighting with patchwork & another time to install two ceiling fans. He definitely takes pride in his work, and customer satisfaction is clearly important to him.

Outstanding job and extremely impressed with this company. What I really liked is they have their own company workers that do the work and not subcontracting or picking up extra help as the job requires. They are very busy and had to wait a few months before they came out the the entire bathroom shower renovation was superb. I hired Gorilla Builders to complete an extension for my garage.  It was an unusual job as I was adding onto an existing building.  Thus they had to work to match finishes and the existing structure.  I worked with a lot of contractors prior to the hiring of Gorilla and chose them because they are a builder, not just a contractor.  What i mean by that is most of the people on site were employees of Gorilla, not just subs.  They did a great job and I am very pleased with the quality, pricing and service. The project took a pretty long time to complete, but we had many rain delays which is unusual for Arizona and I changed my mind on the original plan.  I would certainly use the Gorilla again for future projects and am confident that they would do a great job.  Special shout out to their concrete team.  They had to do some pretty impressive changes to the grade and design of my driveway.  they warned me in advance how things could go wrong, and the risks in the design.  But, it turned out great at completion.

I would highly recommend Andrew and his team. They did a great job for me with a bathroom remodel and some other repair work I needed. The upfront estimate was below two others I received, and Andrew also consulted with me on ideas for reducing the cost even further.

When I hired them, I asked if the work could be completed within 3 weeks to fit into my schedule. Andrew was able to move some other projects around and bring in some extra people. They not only met my requested deadline, they finished one week early!

Andrew is very easy to deal with and everyone on his team was courteous and professional while they were here. The work was well done and the bathroom looks great!

Doug helped me install a ceiling fan. He was able to accommodate picking up the item for me as well. He was very responsive and reliable. The service was prompt and everything transitioned smoothly and the installation comes with a one year warranty which is nice.
