Russ does great work. He installed two fans (one high ceiling), cleaned the roof (lot of debris from the monsoon), fixed the lock on the fence, and refurbished our shed. All in one day. He responded the fastest when I put the project inquiry on yelp. Very professional, very friendly, very reasonable on the price as well. He will be our go-to handyman from now on. Thank you Russ!

We used VetsBuilt Contracting to renovate our master bathroom. DJ was great to work with from start to finish. We had ideas in mind of the design we wanted and DJ did a great job of providing additional alternatives and suggestions. The crew did a wonderful job of getting the job done timely while being considerate of our home. There were a couple of minor things we noticed through the process that needed to be fixed and DJ quickly addressed our concerns with his crew and got every item on our list corrected quickly. When the bathroom was finally completed we were ecstatic about the finished product and the quality of the work that was done. DJ even gave us a thank you card and a thank you gift at the end of the project. Top notch service and quality work. I would highly recommend VetsBuilt for your construction/renovation needs.

Love my new hall bathroom!! Kent was great to work with:  Showed up on time, responded quickly to emails and calls and was straight forward.  He offered suggestions when appropriate and kept me posted on the daily schedule of work so I knew what to expect. I'm already planning the master bath remodel and have Kent on deck for that project as well.  Highly recommend Kent and his work!

These guys are great, very responsive even on the weekends.  Doug, Shane, Noah, Xzavier and Vincent were very friendly and got the job done quickly.  I'd highly recommend them!!

If Ron gives you an estimate on a project just know it will turn out exactly how you want it.  He took time to be sure he was creating the bookcase I wanted down to every detail.  He was always very professional and when he said he would be here......he was!  I would strongly recommend Ron for any woodworking project you may have.

We hired Az Remodeling Pros to install new porcelain flooring and kitchen. The work was quite extensive as it required removal of walls, new plumbing lines, and a lot of electrical work.

The team was hard working, timely, knowledgeable, and professional. We now have the home of our dreams and the chef's kitchen that is the centerpiece of family time.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

Phenomenal, Dion did a full remodel on my home. Hardwood floors, marble tile, granite counters, kitchen appliances, toilets, mirrors, sinks, bathtub, shower, paint, carpet, he did it all. My house looks brand new and Dion's prices were 1/3 lower than the competition.i had 12 estimates fine before I chose D&D construction and I'm very happy with my decision. I recommend D&D construction to 3 of my friends and he did excellent on all of the homes. Dion is very kind, my kids enjoyed playing with him, even my dog's liked him and my dog's usually hate everyone. I highly recommend D&D construction. Low prices, high quality, good personality, you can't go wrong. I'll be calling D&D construction for all home repairs from now on, thanks Dion!

Be forewarned! Do NOT hire this company! I received an estimate for work Irving Lopez was supposed to complete and I paid him in full and he did not do the work. In addition he lied to me because He said he replaced some broken tiles in the bathroom and all he did was paint over them. The contract was for him to fix some broken sliders on windows and he did not do that. The contract said he was to fix the garage door openers and I had to hire a garage door company to fix them after I paid him $1100 for a job and parts to include those items as well. Irving told me that he would send me the itemized receipt for the items I bought totaling in excess of $300 at Home Depot and never provided the itemized receipt. I paid over the phone with a credit card to Home Depot and he was supposed to provide me a photo or copy of the receipt listing the itemized items for which I paid. The most upsetting is that he would not even stand by his work after I contacted him after the work promised was not completed. He also left a disgusting toilet that stunk up the whole house. Don't trust Irving or this company!

Alex was super accommodating and informative. He explained everything, from the materials they use to the way they're used. He presented us with several options and the associated costs. I wish all service guys were like this!

I've used a contractor once and it was a complete nightmare. I was terrified that I would have similar issues with Dream Builder Renovation and I'm very pleased to announce that they exceeded my expectations.  The price was very fair for the work I needed completed. Also, the work was completed within the time frame I was originally quoted. Maisa is awesome. She would text me throughout the day letting me know when Elvis would be arriving, what items were completed, what will be completed next and when, along with pics so I could see the progress for myself. I also liked how the work was able to completed without me  being present.
I never had butcher block counter tops before , I only had laminate. I love how Elvis brought to my attention that my butcher blocks were not sealed and he recommended that they be sealed. When I purchased my home, the tile job in my master bath was not very good (if I'm being tact). Elvis cut the tile properly; removed old caulk and applied new caulk. Now my tub looks perfect. I wanted sliding closet doors installed. Elvis picked out perfect doors and installed them. He knew exactly what I wanted which saved me a lot of time from having to get it myself. The original tile in my son's bathtub was also crooked and the tub needed to be resurfaced. Elvis took care of that as well for me. I'm very happy with the work and I look forward to calling Elvis again for future projects.

I had the wonderful experience of doing a 3 bathroom  remodel with Phoenix Home Remodel in the fall of 2019. The entire team was extremely professional, easy to communicate with, reasonably priced and fabulous to work with. From the initial meeting with Jeremy to the final walk through, they made the entire process easy and manageable. Loved the app to track the whole process, loved when Mark was able to explain my vision to plumbers, glass, tile and the many other trades that we were working with. Wanted to surprise a family member who is very detail oriented by completing a bathroom while they were away. Needed someone who knew exactly what to do. Marcus responded immediately, gave an estimate with detailed verbal explanation. It was clear he didn't need guidance other than to know our preferences. He took charge and worked straight through until the job was done. This bathroom was bare bones by the way. He had to demo, reframe, do light electrical work, drywall and tile from floor to ceiling. He got it done and it looks clean and sharp. When the family member saw it, they were stunned and could tell it was professional. Mark helped me out with a small bathroom remodel.  Even though it was not a big job and his team was booked months out, he personally took time to do the work himself, something he doesn't really do anymore.  It was more of a favor to us but, it shows his character and willingness to help out.  We would recommend Sunset Tile & Bath if you needed a remodel.

I hired Gorilla Builders to complete an extension for my garage.  It was an unusual job as I was adding onto an existing building.  Thus they had to work to match finishes and the existing structure.  I worked with a lot of contractors prior to the hiring of Gorilla and chose them because they are a builder, not just a contractor.  What i mean by that is most of the people on site were employees of Gorilla, not just subs.  They did a great job and I am very pleased with the quality, pricing and service. The project took a pretty long time to complete, but we had many rain delays which is unusual for Arizona and I changed my mind on the original plan.  I would certainly use the Gorilla again for future projects and am confident that they would do a great job.  Special shout out to their concrete team.  They had to do some pretty impressive changes to the grade and design of my driveway.  they warned me in advance how things could go wrong, and the risks in the design.  But, it turned out great at completion.

Our tub was sinking and creaking and also a different shower was leaking so we had Green Home come out to check it out. We had our fix and remodel completed and now our bathroom looks beautiful, we got a sturdy tub and pricing was reasonable. Really you can tell these guys are honest and hard working. Definitely went the extra mile to help me and my wife. Really happy with their service. 5 stars.

Came to my house right on time, was honest, upfront, respectful, and did great work. He installed our dog door through our house and we couldn't be more pleased with the job. Would recommend him to anyone.
