Russ is terrific.  I had a light with fluorescent bulbs in the laundry room that I couldn't open.  Russ came quickly (on his day off!) and removed the light bulbs. Because I needed to go buy matching ones he came back the next day.  Much appreciated!  He was quick to respond and very efficient at his work!

Needed 3 bathrooms renovated. These guys got good reviews, thought anyone with military background would at least be responsive.  Wrong. 2 voicemails and 2 emails later, no response. Not a peep.  Crickets.  Called  two other companies and got what I had hoped to get from VetsBuilt- a call within a day or two and a timely appointment for estimates which were in line with my expectations.  Looking to waste some time?  Call these guys

Kent has been helping me with several properties for several years now... whenever I contact him, he returns my calls or email in a prompt fashion. He is professional, speedy, and very detail oriented (as his business name suggests). I have had him do drywall repair, fit custom doors, and other small projects. I would highly recommend Kent... he's awesome!

Hi, I had an excellent experience working with Zona Restoration.  I had some concerns over mold in my shower, and so rather than just have one company do the testing I scheduled two companies to test after looking them up in AZ Board of Contractors, the BBB.org and anywhere else I could find on the net.   Zona Restoration did a much better job as they did both an air quality test in the shower and another one outside so that I had something to compare it to.  A 3rd party lab provides the results and since Zona Restoration provided the lab results.  Aaron from Zona Restoration was very understanding and helped me understand the numbers that I was seeing.   I would definitely recommend Zona Restoration for any testing needs you have or bathroom remodeling needs.  They're top notch and provide excellent service.  Craig from Mesa

You get what you pay for.  Not the cheapest remodeler, but the job was done correctly and completed on time, making it worth every penny.  The service is top notch, from the initial visit by Jonathan, to the quote by Allen, to the scheduling by Shelly, to the actual work done by Tony.  I was kept in the loop the entire time, and Shelly called or emailed anytime they needed a clarification.  Thank you all for the terrific work!

After my review the owner of the business, Brian, reached out. It seems there was some confusion as who was going to contact who. I was impressed in talking with Brian and learning more about him. My take away is that he is honest, empathic, and a hard working business owner. Since I had no work done I cannot speak to their craftmanship.
I will give 5 stars for the integrity and communication on the part of the owner.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

Learn to drive you waste of space. It's traffic not construction you moron. I wouldn't hire you to screw in a light bulb. Go back to drivers ed

Enjoyed working with Irving he was always on time. He's very responsive and makes sure to get the job done on time. Any issues or go back around I had on a project he took care of and made sure met my expectations. He worked some long days at my house that's for sure. Even on Sundays he would be there. Photo updates every step of the way something was done. Saving little more cash to use him for next round of stuff I want done

My back patio covering was leaking and uneven. I ended up calling Alex from Liberty Remodeling and he came out gave me a very good estimate. They did great work and looks110% better. Thank you!

He did a great job fixing my sink, he responded in a timely manner.  The only thing I didn't get was my receipt but he fixed the problem with my sink!

We did a complete remodel of our master bathroom and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience working with Phoenix Home Remodeling! Starting with the initial design phase and ending with a very timely and professionally executed project plan. If you're looking for a contractor who is 100% committed to customer service, and doing what they said they will do, you don't need to look any further! Exemplary project management, regular communication, and fantastic workmanship.

Just moved into our home and needed to have a door installed and some drywall work done to make it look right. Eric was absolutely phenomenal, and we are very particular (the home is brand new). His work is flawless, and looks as if it was that way originally.

Great handyman, we will hire again if anything else comes up. Highly recommend.

Marcus did an amazing job on our tile and showers. His work is impeccable, he does exactly what he says and always is prompt with his time. I would highly recommend him for any type of bath, shower and tile work!!

Unprofessional, and nightmarish to deal with. Here's exactly what transpired:

I work 50 hours a week. I made an appointment with I'm Gonna Fix It through Amazon between the hours of 2PM-5PM on Sunday, my only day off this month. When 3 o'clock rolled around on Sunday and I had not heard from the company, I called and left a message. At 4 o'clock I sent again inquiring if the appointment was still good to go. Close to 5 o'clock I receive a message from Kyle (the owner) stating that he would have to reschedule do to personal issues. So, at this point I've planned my families day around this thing and have wasted my only day to be with them. In my industry, this is called No-Call-No-Show.

I immediately texted him back (I will post a screen shot of the conversation if Yelp will let me) informing him that this was unacceptable and that I do not have another available day all month to reschedule.

I was then rudely texted back Life Happens and then he went on to explain how there was a death in the family.

Now.... I am not a psychic so I do not know if these excuses are true or not. What I do know is this:

A) If you look at other reviews for this company, you will find similar experiences of unprofessionalism, excuses, and tardiness.
B) We were all young once and (speaking for myself) I made these type of excuses to my professors in high school.
C) If there really was a problem, I should have been personally contacted as soon as they found out they were unable to make it (Apparently even though the Personal Issues began on Friday, they were unable to contact me until AFTER the appointment was through on Sunday). The guy claims he contacted Amazon to cancel but that is totally untrue; amazon would have contacted me immediately.

In conclusion, the experience I had with this company was so poor I canceled their services altogether. I am not someone with unrealistic expectations... I am understanding that things do happen but with that being said I was not contacted until after the three hour time window had passed and my time had been blatantly wasted, not to mention insulted by the owner.

Buyer beware!

They were nice and Pro.  my place become great!  They reconstruct the old area and cleaned up after, i will call them again for the next service.

We just went through Sunset Tile and Bath to have our tub removed and shower elongated. We found this to be the best experience we have ever had with a business. Everyone who we had contact with there were courteous, honest, patient and highly skilled. We absolutely love our new shower and would highly recommend Sunset Tile & Bath.

Mar 2023 - Still not done.. They show up every couple of days to keep the roc from declaring them as having abandon the job.

Andrew and his team are professional and punctual, willing to provide budget-conscious design insight to make a project successful . You can tell they take pride in their work and the attention to detail is evident. We have been happy to hire them for a few projects with our kitchen and bath.

Doug helped me install a ceiling fan. He was able to accommodate picking up the item for me as well. He was very responsive and reliable. The service was prompt and everything transitioned smoothly and the installation comes with a one year warranty which is nice.
