He's the best around. Here are some pics of the before and after of my place. Cabinets. Painting. He put together ikea furniture for me which I loathe doing. Also he was a general nice man and very trustworthy. I would let him babysit my 3 year old son. That's how much I trust him.

We began a big remodel on February 1st and It has been a great experience so far. The team Bob has brought together is nothing short of fantastic! He keeps us in the loop on an almost daily basis and, if you can believe it, we are AHEAD of schedule. We have even had 3 neighbors stop us to say how impressed they were with the crew - onsite each morning, not outside taking breaks, and cleaning up each night. I'll post a final review but if you are looking for a recommendation, look no further!

Love my new hall bathroom!! Kent was great to work with:  Showed up on time, responded quickly to emails and calls and was straight forward.  He offered suggestions when appropriate and kept me posted on the daily schedule of work so I knew what to expect. I'm already planning the master bath remodel and have Kent on deck for that project as well.  Highly recommend Kent and his work!

There is a reason these guys have lots of 5 star reviews. The lady on the phone was very kind I told her our issue and she put me on hold briefly so she could talk to someone to see how fast she could get them out to my house. She came back on and made an appointment for between 9 and 10 the next morning. The gentleman called the next morning  at 8:30 and said he was about 20 minutes away.  We took him to the place where our water heater had left damage and he assessed the damage, he did a few tests and then said that we wouldn't need any major work done in that spot, we'd just need to get some fans and dry the area as quickly as we could. My husband went to pay him and he said not to worry about it because he could visually assess everything and see that there was no mold because we had caught it in time. He said that the business wasn't there for our money but to make sure that we were in safe conditions in our home.  Fantastic company!!! They have a customer for life with us!

Our handyman Greg was great. He called prior to arrival and arrived on time, he did a great job replacing wood on the eaves of our patio and got it ready for painting. He also did an excellent job replacing drywall on the ceiling in our bathroom which was damaged from a water leak from the air conditioner condensation tray in our attic. It looks like it did when we moved in, no sign of there ever being water damage. He was amazing, this was our second time calling on them to do work around our house. Great service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done.

After my review the owner of the business, Brian, reached out. It seems there was some confusion as who was going to contact who. I was impressed in talking with Brian and learning more about him. My take away is that he is honest, empathic, and a hard working business owner. Since I had no work done I cannot speak to their craftmanship.
I will give 5 stars for the integrity and communication on the part of the owner.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

Dion is very professional. He responds very quickly and does the job in the best way. Give him a call he is truely great at what he does.

We've had a great experience with Irving and his company. They have so far tackled our kitchen and baseboard mouldings throughout the house, and we will be adding stone to the fireplace next. They have been very helpful and informative at every step of the project, helping guide us towards making sound decisions. Their workmanship is excellent and they clearly take pride in what they do. We look forward to completing more projects together!

My back patio covering was leaking and uneven. I ended up calling Alex from Liberty Remodeling and he came out gave me a very good estimate. They did great work and looks110% better. Thank you!

Eric at E.L. Construction is definitely someone to hire. He was knowledgeable, honest, friendly and cost effective.

I hired him to install three pre-hung exterior doors and Eric was upfront with snags along the way, making sure I had a say in the process.

I want to point out he singlehandedly did all three doors, and he was pleasant to work with as I was finishing up the door handles and locks behind him.

Eric has a construction background and even went over a few quick estimates for other things while he was here, also pointing out good ideas for projects I'll be doing myself.

I'm going to have him come back for a few remaining projects and I will be using him for general handyman things I don't feel comfortable doing.

10:30 am We ordered two ceiling fans and a remote on Amazon thinking we would take advantage of their new Amazon Home Services Group. Our experience was horrible outside of Amazon's normal amazing delivery speed. The day of the installation we received a window of between 11am and 2pm. Kyle from I'm Gonna Fix It called and said they were wrapping up with another client and would be there around 3pm. A gentleman named Chris showed up at 4:30pm and started to work on installing our fans. He pulls me aside before he is done and says We can bill your second fan through Amazon, or if you can pay cash we will do it for 80.00 instead. Amazon charges us a 20% service fee so we can offer a cash discount.
We are so far behind schedule my wife has time to stop and grab the money on the way home from work. Right before he leaves he comes back and says Hey I don't have a screwdriver to put the batteries in the remote. He then leaves without testing it, so we had no idea if it would work. Needless to say, the remote won't sync with the system he installed so I call them up and ask them to fix it or remove the unit so we can send it back.
Chris comes out again, this time, he doesn't have a ladder, even though he needed one the first time, so we let him use ours. (What kind of a service comes without a screwdriver or a ladder?), tests the unit, then tells me Because the unit is defective we have to bill you 65.00 for the hour I was here, but not to worry Amazon will most likely cover the error because the unit was defective. So now they want Amazon to pay us back for their mistake.
His office calls to bill us and I ask them Why are we paying you to remove something that you didn't test on installation. If the tech actually tested the unit and didn't just leave, then we wouldn't be having a second service call. She says, Ok I'll call the owner and ask what we can do.
Less than five minutes later Chris shows back up at my house asking me, What's the problem, and that it was ok to bill us because we let him leave without testing it. It's not only extremely unprofessional to send a service tech back to your front door (not to mention the same one that didn't test the unit) to try and argue on behalf of the company, it borders on intimidation. I wouldn't agree that it was our fault that he didn't test the product he installed and I asked him to leave. The then promptly charged us the 65.00 for the hour.  I will never be using Amazon's Home Services again; I'll stick with hiring my Rosie on the House certified contractors.

2:00pm I added this in response to the owners comment.

I can tell you for us the service was nothing like 100% satisfied. It doesn't do me any good to yell at a technician coming to my house for being 2.5 hours late, it does let me know that maybe the company I am working with isn't 100% reliable. It doesn't do me any good when I tell the tech that I have a screwdriver available to put that batteries in, and he says it's fine and goes home. It wouldn't have done me any good this morning to send the man away because he showed up without a ladder when I had one he could use. It definitely didn't do any good to ask your company to make the service call right, because then I had a tech show back up at my house to blame me for his inability to put in batteries, and properly test something he installed.

The good news is there are companies out there that go above and beyond to make things right. Amazon refunded us your service fee of 65.00 and for the remote within the hour when we emailed them. Personally, I was shocked that they would cover a fee, that should have never been charged. It wasn't Amazon's fault we picked the wrong company off of the list to have come to our home. None of that mattered to Amazon, they made it right, and did it quickly, securing our continued business with them for a very long time.

As for offering to put in the new remote for free well I think you can see how we might not think of that as a plus. The last one cost us part of the initial 80.00 (fan installation), and an additional 65.00 (due to reasons listed above).

I appreciate the quick response to my review but fixing the issue when I called and spoke to your company would have been better. Instead, I talked to someone on the phone that said she would talk with the owner, had a technician show back up at my house to argue the point (which is not great service or professional), and then got a call three minutes later to pay because you felt it was due regardless.

Again I can't say enough good things about Amazon for erasing most of what turned out to be a horrible experience.

2:37pm Finally made it back in my bedroom tried to turn on the fan to take a nap and it doesn't even turn on manually now.

2:55 After a little investigation it seems the tech wired the fan to a different wall switch for the light and the fan, which he didn't do before. We are hiring another company to check the work.

I reached out to Juan at G&C Construction to get a quote for replacing the floors, countertops, and backsplash in my house. Juan responded quickly and came out the next day to walk through the house, get measurements and discuss the plan and provide me a quote. The next day I received a detailed quote with a breakdown of all the costs. He and his crew were able to start as soon as I needed them to. Once I was ready Juan came out again with the crew to introduce me and once again confirm the plan (flooring direction, countertops, etc). Juan quoted 2 weeks to finish the job and they finished in exactly 2 weeks and I could not be happier with the outcome. I have dealt with many contractors in the past, so I was waiting for some sort of hiccup or delay, but that never happened. Juan has been the most reliable and communicative contractor I have ever worked with. I highly recommend him for any work you need done in your home.

We are thrilled with our kitchen remodel done by Sunset tile and bath. They are very detail oriented and thought of things that even we hadn't thought of when planning our project. We were not in Arizona when the work was completed, but we were very confident in the team to do the work while we were away.

When we moved to Arizona, we purchased property and began our search for a custom home builder.  We came with plans in hand and proceeded to interview and get bids from several builders.  The house plan was our design so we knew what the finished product should be.  Some of the builders were not going to allow us to be on the property during the build.  Out of three other bids we had, Gorilla builders was extremely competitive and more than open to our input and presence during the building process.  Tom (job superintendent), Anthony and Steve were extremely easy to work with.  The total footprint of the house is 8400 sq ft under roof including a 6 car garage and patio.  We had a few changes from the original quote and were able to negotiate.  Now that we have moved into our new house, it truly is a custom quality build.  Jeff was very accommodating with installation of all the custom lighting and an antique door that we brought with us.  We certainly recommend talking with Jeff and Crystal when considering a custom home builder.  If we have future building projects, we will definitely be calling Gorilla Builders.
