Russ is easily one of the best handymen in the Entire valley.  Not only is he a pleasure to work with he is incredibly capable and diligent.  He's done projects on two homes for me and will definitely work on more.  I'm very glad to have found him and you will definitely be pleased with his service. Had a remodel to do on our kitchen. Would loved to have used these guys for my project. They are in high demand and booked up. They redid the valley areas they work in, so being on the NW side of town was too far away for them to do the work for me. Support the vets!

We had a not very complicated job to be done, which consisted basically in filling in a sunken tub and install a jetted tub, along with 12 x 24 travertine tiles.

Kent gave me the estimate based on a few pics and all the measurements and we agreed on the time to start about (1 month before the service started, as I had to wait for the tub to arrive).

In the meantime Ken came to check on the price for doing something completely different, but we ended up going with the initial idea.

The job started and finished on schedule and both my wife and I were really pleased with the result.

His price was also about 20% cheaper than the what contractors had estimated me, so I was really pleased with that.

During early April 2021, I contacted Zona Restoration company to mitigate restoration at my home due to a water leak. I contacted Zona solely on the recommendation of R House Realty. After assessing the damage, Zona contacted my insurance company and planned to setup restoration equipment. Then estimated it would take six to eight weeks to complete restoration and repairs if they were given the project. My home was being leased to tenants at the time when a pipe burst and cause a leak that went undetected for a period. I informed Zona the tenants were mostly moved out and I needed to get the home ready to list for sale as soon as possible and again they assured me it would take no more than eight weeks to complete the project.
Zona ripped out floors, walls, ceilings, closets, cabinets, doors, and other fixtures and left my home in a state of ruin for more than seven months. During a historically prime selling period in Phoenix, I pleaded with Zona to complete the project. I complained to Allstate to get them to put pressure on Zona or allow me to select another vendor but was declined. Allstate urged me to keep working with Zona.
All potential buyers who looked at my home were frightened off by the structural damage during that seven-month period. The appraised value of my home has dropped from $750,000 to a current value of $660,000. The work is still not complete as of 2/15/2022.

We worked with Allen who gave us a quote to turn our three wall office into a bedroom.  Once we agreed on a price (very fair compared to other quotes we received), his crew came out and framed the forth wall, created a closet, laid hardwood floors, and installed a door all within a couple days!   I couldn't believe how fast his guys moved.  These guys are on the ball.  Oh, did I mention they came in on budget too?? Highly recommend!

Edit: These guys are super strange. And I'm not sure as to the ethics behind sharing emails. He also negated to share the final email I. Which I assured him that at no point did I think his disorganization and lack of communication stemmed from malice. However, being disorganized and uncommunicative is noteworthy, and thusly why the review was posted.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

Dion is very professional. He responds very quickly and does the job in the best way. Give him a call he is truely great at what he does.

He did a decent job. Nothing stellar. He was more than an hour late every day. He gave me a quote for the work then did half the job and then changed the price on me to more than double the original quote and hand cuffed me into having to have him finish. Just all around pathetically embarrassing professionalism.

My back patio covering was leaking and uneven. I ended up calling Alex from Liberty Remodeling and he came out gave me a very good estimate. They did great work and looks110% better. Thank you!

I worked with Elvis directly, I'm very happy to have found him! I had some drain issues in the bathroom that I couldn't myself figure out. Let's just say the man works wonders. He was also able to assist me with some chipped tile issues. Elvis and Dream Builder Renovation are definitely going to be my go to guys for any job.

Phoenix Home Remodeling far exceeded our expectations!  We remodeled our master math and partial remodel of two other bathrooms. The process was so smooth and the entire team made something that can be very stressful into a project that was enjoyable.  I appreciated the collaboration and communication throughout  the entire project from start to finish. Jeremy, Ben, and Mark are absolutely amazing and we will definitely work with them again on our next project! They by far are the best of the best.

Eric is a very hardworking and conscientious. I recommend his company for renovations and various other handyman work.

Marcus is the type of professional who takes pride in his work. He framed, tiled, and electrically wired the entire bathroom of our older Phoenix home, no easy task. For someone like me who has little to no experience remodeling- Marcus went through step by step the process and answered any questions we had. He's a great listener and definitely knowledgeable. When we even had a question after the job was complete, he came back immediately. Would trust him again with another project.

Unprofessional, and nightmarish to deal with. Here's exactly what transpired:

I work 50 hours a week. I made an appointment with I'm Gonna Fix It through Amazon between the hours of 2PM-5PM on Sunday, my only day off this month. When 3 o'clock rolled around on Sunday and I had not heard from the company, I called and left a message. At 4 o'clock I sent again inquiring if the appointment was still good to go. Close to 5 o'clock I receive a message from Kyle (the owner) stating that he would have to reschedule do to personal issues. So, at this point I've planned my families day around this thing and have wasted my only day to be with them. In my industry, this is called No-Call-No-Show.

I immediately texted him back (I will post a screen shot of the conversation if Yelp will let me) informing him that this was unacceptable and that I do not have another available day all month to reschedule.

I was then rudely texted back Life Happens and then he went on to explain how there was a death in the family.

Now.... I am not a psychic so I do not know if these excuses are true or not. What I do know is this:

A) If you look at other reviews for this company, you will find similar experiences of unprofessionalism, excuses, and tardiness.
B) We were all young once and (speaking for myself) I made these type of excuses to my professors in high school.
C) If there really was a problem, I should have been personally contacted as soon as they found out they were unable to make it (Apparently even though the Personal Issues began on Friday, they were unable to contact me until AFTER the appointment was through on Sunday). The guy claims he contacted Amazon to cancel but that is totally untrue; amazon would have contacted me immediately.

In conclusion, the experience I had with this company was so poor I canceled their services altogether. I am not someone with unrealistic expectations... I am understanding that things do happen but with that being said I was not contacted until after the three hour time window had passed and my time had been blatantly wasted, not to mention insulted by the owner.

Buyer beware!

They were amazing!  Prompt.  Professional.  My tile shower is gorgeous!!!  They removed the old shower and cleaned up after each visit.  I will definitely hire them again.

Been in my house for about 5 years and it was definitely time to update my 90's kitchen. I got a quotes from a big box store (which had horrible yelp reviews) and a guy who did a friends kitchen (was going to charge me an extra 30% to help with countertops). A girl at work said her husband (a cabinet refinisher) recommended Sunset Tile and Bath. Audra came to the house to discuss a design plan which was then finished in store. She was easy to work with and really opened my eyes to designs and color choices I never imaged. She even helped me with cabinet color ideas. They are busy and it was about 6 months before they could start the project. However someone had to reschedule and they were able to move me up and I had my new kitchen just in time for Christmas! Work took about 1 1/2 weeks, instead of 1 week like they estimated, but truly not anything they could control. Very happy with everyone I dealt with from Audra to Jay and Mark. Professional and made the remodel process as easy as possible. Very happy with my updated kitchen.

We hired Gorilla Builders to build a shop separate from our home. When we first approached them, the owner of the company, Jeff Suer, was the individual we spoke with. We stopped by their office to sign the detailed contract and went over it from beginning to end. The process was put in place and the permits obtained, building was started, and we now have a wonderful functional shop. We were truly impressed with the quality of the build from beginning to end. Each worker was friendly and knew exactly what they were doing and completed the job over and above all expectations. If we had a question during the build all we did was call Jeff who was readily available. Thank you Gorilla Builders, Jeff, Hector, Tom, Bob, all you guys!

Andrew dose excellent work. I have referred him to many people knowing that he will do the job on time, and with the highest standards. Anyone who is contemplating a remodel, will get the best service.
