After interviewing several contractors we were so pleased to have picked this company.  They just finished our 3 bathroom remodels.  His pricing was fair and he always was prompt with follow up.  Loved the tile crew too!   Happy to share my pictures with any potential customers!

We were so happy with the work Kent and his team did for us in 2018 we decided to have him come back and redo all the tile on both our Fireplace & Patio. In addition, I had him rip out all the carpet and his team installed 1,200 square feet of beautiful White Oak Engineered Hardwood and all new baseboards. We basically have a new home now thanks to Kent and we couldn't be happier.

Zona stands out with its five star customer service.  We called Zona after discovering water from our air conditioner had leaked through the walls into our master bedroom, saturating drywall and soaking the carpet.  We were told right away when to expect a crew out to begin the process of restoration.  Throughout the restoration process, Tammy stayed in touch with me daily to tell me when the project manager would be by to determine materials needed for the job and when the crew would begin their work.  Jerry was both friendly and professional and did a beautiful job of restoring drywall, sourcing a bullnose piece that was hard to find and matching paint so that the bedroom was completely restored.  Again, Zona stands out due to its exceptional communication with the customer.

We had Handyman Connection come out and give us a quote for a kitchen backsplash and some tile work in our master bath. Joe had given us our quote and we had two other companies come out before we called Handyman Connection and while one company was higher and other was slightly less Joe made us feel very comfortable in knowing that the job will be done right. And man was he right !!! Not only does our kitchen now look incredible but the minor details he did in the tile work in our master bath is truly amazing. I could not be more over the moon by the results. We will be calling Handyman Connection to help us with our future projects. Thank you again for the great work and quality of service.

Brian and crew have been great to work with and very helpful along the way. Even worked with us on getting some complicated insurance process. Will provide more updates as we continue and complete the project but so far we are very pleased.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

Dion and his team did an excellent job tearing down my old deck and building a new one.  I was impressed by the professionalism and skill of Dion and his team.  The new deck is beautiful!  I would highly recommend D&D construction!

Irving did a great job with our laundry room cabinets and countertop and an amazing job on our 24 foot accent wall. He has a high attention to detail and he shows up and is super reliable. Highly recommend

Writing this review for Alex and John Halliday at Liberty Remodeling.  They recently painted our house.  It was a non-trivially complicated project:  a 2-story 4000 sq ft house with a large attached pergola, stucco repair, stuccoed perimeter wall and a very picky HOA.  Alex and John navigated the whole project very professionally from start to finish.  They had already painted one house in the neighborhood and did a great job there.  I called several of their reference and they got great reviews from the references they gave.  I was impressed with their integrity both in terms of their approach to quality work, how they handled pricing (they are dong several houses within the neighborhood) and how they managed to stay fair with everyone while still accommodating people's specific requests.  They communicate well and are responsive.  They got to the job quickly and finished it quickly, there was no dragging out of the project any more than was required (they actually did a great job of working around the inclement weather that showed up in the middle of the job).  My only knock would be that sometimes the workers didn't quite get all of the instructions passed to the owners, but that actually brings me to the best part.  And i ahve to say here that I have used many contractors before, and on this item they are the best I've ever experienced.  When they are done and ask you to review and provide a correction/punch list, I've never seen a contractor approach it as positively and effectively as they did.  There was never one moment of push back or debate.. they just went through and addressed every single thing on the list, and they did it right on the spot.  They stayed at it until we were satisfied, and although we are not unreasonable, we are not the easiest customer to please.  I will say if you're looking for the lowest price and don't care about anything else, they may not be the best fit for you, and I think they'd probably agree.  However, if you are looking for a high-quality job that is done right, to your satisfaction at a reasonable, fair price, I'd highly recommend them as I found their work to be an excellent value.  (I'm actually having them paint our rental house next)

TIP:  If you check them out you'll find that their current ROC licence is relatively new, do not take that as a negative.  Ask either John or Alex about that and they will happily tell you the background here.  It checked out and it's actually a positive, but too long of a story to include in this review.

My regular handymen were out of town for the holiday. My second option was to use an alternative contractor but they were booked for two months. The third option was to use Dream Builder. They came out, review the list of items, gave us a pricey quote and said they weren't able to start until after the holiday. At that point, I should've said no thank you and wait for our handymen. Instead, we moved forward with Dream Builder.

Overall, they did a poor job. One of the two guys shouldn't be in this business. He didn't know how to sand or stain wood. Both were done against the grain. In addition, he used all the stain as if it was paint. I had to strip it, resand and restain. Oh, money well spent....

As for Elvis, he didn't texture the wall and, when we asked, he told us that it'll look textured once the paint dried. Are you kidding me?! You can see that it's not textured when it's wet.

One positive thing out of this job was finding out a wire was dead so we asked Elvis to ground it to be safe.

Just did my final walk through this morning on a rehab in Sun Lakes, AZ.  Phoenix Home Remodeling did all of the heavy lifting on this project.  It's only my second project and these guys made it a nice and easy experience.  I'll def be calling them for the next one......hopefully they'll still have time for us little guys!  Here's a peak at my favorite before and afters of the project.

Kyle is an excellent handyman. He is professional and respectful. Kyle worked with us to remove the dirty old carpet from our used home, and replaced it with laminate flooring. He offers competitive prices and worked with us to find the best deal on material. He is efficient and flexible. I highly recommend him for any home repair jobs you may have. We will definitely call him with any future repairs we encounter.

Good work and fair price (got multiple quotes). There were some delays in completing the project but Juan kept in communication so it didn't bother me. He actually did a little extra free of charge because he felt bad.   Would use again.  For reference, the job included replacing a wood fence, Installing a new gate and replacing some siding.

Outstanding job and extremely impressed with this company. What I really liked is they have their own company workers that do the work and not subcontracting or picking up extra help as the job requires. They are very busy and had to wait a few months before they came out the the entire bathroom shower renovation was superb. They were professional, efficient, and respectful to include cleaning up well afterwards. My definite go-to renovation company and you won't go wrong hiring them. Thank you.

Simply put they do stellar work. Andrew and his team have worked on our property three times now, and we've been blown away with the results each time. Very professional and follows through on his word. We haven't had any issues with delays in the schedule or any of the usual annoyances that come with contractors.
