We had been introduced to Ben at All Star Stair Railing through our contractor. We were in the middle of a big renovation and decided we could not live with the ugly pony walls that we had through out the house. Ben texted me right away. Came out to measure the following day. Sent his quote out hours later. Worked out our design and adjustment and we were off and running. He was able to start earlier than projected. They take real pride in craftsmanship and what a pleasure to work with.

Both hinges on one of the swing gates on my RV fence was broken so I went online at yelp.com and requested free price estimates from local Fences & Gates professionals to do the repair.

Alex from Integrated Metal Structures (IMS) responded very quickly to my request.  I explained that I needed 2 new heavy duty hinges welded onto the gate and post then reinstall the gate .  He gave me a very reasonable price quote and we scheduled the work for the next business day.

Alex and another worker arrived at the scheduled time and went right to work. They did a great job welding the new hinges and the reinstalled gate was perfectly plumb.  Then they noticed the other swing gate was was out of plumb.  They explained that the gate had sagged and showed me where the gate mount had separated from the wall where it's mounted.

This created extra work for them because they had to use a jack to lift the sagging gate, re-align it, then set both gates in place.  They went the extra mile and did the work without a complaint.

They were very professional, highly skilled, hard workers, and they did a great job.  I highly recommend IMS.

Someone on Nextdoor recommend Pool Remodeling Brothers. Based on their recommendation I reached out to Jose for an estimate. They were responsive and got our pool fixed within a week of contacting them. We had some cracks in our pebble in the steps and we couldn't get anyone to call us back or do the job because it wasn't worth their time for what they would make on the job. Because they took on our little job we will be using them for our pool remodel in 2-3 years because our pebble is old and wearing out.

The team at NLKD did an AMAZING job resurfacing our old pool deck that had the original chipped expansion joints and worn surface. The team was professional, quick and we couldn't have asked for a better final product. They even worked with our tile guys to make the drain install between the two seamless! Thanks!!

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Ray and his team did a great job at our house.  Ray, from Aztec Decks was recommended to us from our pool repair company and they worked hand in hand to bring our 1970's pool back to life.  His estimates were very reasonable and his attention to detail even better.  We had a chip in the concrete, without asking any questions (could've been there before) he just repaired it, moved our existing pool equipment and took the initiative to paint the plastic piping to protect from UV rays and labeled each pipe to its function.  Communicated with me throughout the process what his schedule was and when he would be able to complete tasks.  He was very patient, thoroughly explaining how he was going to lay out the work and would troubleshoot little challenges that seemingly always pop up.  His crew was polite and respectful of our property. Ask to see his portfolio of previous jobs, he has done some beautiful work on high end homes.  I would highly recommend their work to my closest friends.

Adam was great! He did a really great job on our deck which ended up being a lot more work than anticipated and the weather was uncooperative! He was professional, communicative, and did a good job for a reasonable price.

Such a great company. I callled for an estimate after realizing that our pavers were no longer made and not wanting to stare at our ugly grey concrete that abutted the pavers. They were able to add acrylic decking, which made it blend so nicely. We ended up having them also do the front porch and have a flakes grey coating in the small garage. The quality of the work was great. Also, their pricing was great!

Simply, the best I've worked with. Brings great attitude and energy, he also considers you as a client foremost.  I couldn't get anyone to work on my exterior door without having to buy a whole new door, because other guys don't have the skill or the willingness to do the actual carpentry work.  Jason is fantastic, it was energizing to me to see a master craftsman at work, I can't rate him highly enough.

We had a traditional pool deck that was over 20 years old and badly in need of replacement. After obtaining three bids, we went with David and Deck Services. A real pleasure to work with! Estimate process was simple and straight forward. He answered all our questions in a timely manner, responded to e-mails/phone calls quickly and had samples available of the drain replacement and color options. Fortunately, he had an opening to begin work immediately.
This is an incredibly messy job but Adrian and his assistants were fantastic about cleaning up at the end of each day! They protected our pool so clean up was not nearly as bad as we feared. Adrian is a master at what he does and was so helpful with some additional feature choices.
The job was finished within the stated time frame - actually they finished early.
The final product is AMAZING! We are beyond thrilled with the results!

I did my due diligence relative to quality of product/price comparison. in my opinion front end customer experience comes down to sincerity and product knowledge of the sales rep... hard to argue the quality of product, but very disappointed and certainly not pleased with not being informed about the actual Door Handle being a passive Door Handle being an outside Security Door/Gate.  after spending nearly 800 dollars for a security gate I would anticipate the door handle to lock. I am certainly not expecting to learn about this after the fact. definitely not after its installed. who in their right mind would want a door where the handle turns freely. this is an unsolicited  invitation of curiosity to the rest of my home for those with bad intent. unfortunately this is the world we live in today. hence why I believe it should be a locking handle.

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. My side gate turned out beautifully! It took quite a while to completion due to covid, so that's understandable. Also they didn't have the redwood I was hoping for but apparently no one had it in stock. Great customer service. Very satisfied.

From start to finish, we love the experience that we had with First Impression Ironworks. Adam was our salesperson, and he was amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable and under-promised and over-delivered. We received our two privacy doors one week prior to scheduled delivery. Richard installed our doors to perfection.
