My 5-ton York went out on my home.
After basic troubleshooting could not solve the problem, I called Jaycox. They had helped me some years ago at another home.
Their diagnostic fee is more reasonable then another company I compared.
They came same day at the promised time, found a seized motor and offered me some options.
They were in and out in two hours. Peppered the technician with questions and he handled me well. I am not an engineer or tech but having lived in the desert for awhile am relatively knowleageable in HVAC and always looking to gain more technical knowledge. Felt the technician was completely straight with me. I like the motto on their service reciept Bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price has gone. Could they have done anything better? Nothing I can think of.
If you want honest, reliable service at a fair price, call them.

I contacted Jorge Flores to do a yearly tune up on my HVAC system. Jorge arrived on time and serviced the unit. While testing parts of the unit he found that one of the capacitors was failing, and was able to put in a new one on the spot. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service that I received from Jorge Flores Air Conditioning and Heating. His pricing is very reasonable and his service is outstanding.

Needed a new A/C unit installed because dog had been urinating on the previous outdoor system. Spoke with Jason who was able to get me a reasonable quote for a new unit installed. They were very patient and listened to my concerns as I had just been ripped off by a different competing place who had been out three times including charging us for coolant when it was spot on obvious there was corrosion and a leak (I do not recommend Simply The Best).

Jason provided the quote and the install was done within a few days which is excellent response time considering I was in a jam and summer is here. Installers were very professional and even had the job done under the quoted time frame and did preventative maintenance on the other existing unit. Recommended. Straight forward, friendly and professional and don't play games with you like some of the other guys. We need integrity living in Arizona with the heat and I can say based on my experience, Northern Air provides exactly that! Thanks again and will use in the future for all cooling and heating needs!

Robert did an awesome job for a reasonable price. Good attitude, worked super hard, got it done in a timely fashion. Will definitely be using him again for anything we need hvac related. Recommend him highly. He replaced our air handler and condenser and relocated it all in one day.

Just new in Wickenberg and bought a condo.  Within 5 days the old air conditioner dies and who do I call?  I go onto a HVAC website and ask for suggestions.  Immediately I am contacted by Jason and he asks if he can help.
Besides coming to see if the unit can be fixed, he has Lola bring a temporary unit to get us by until we have permanent air conditioning.
Can you ask for better service?
The next day, at reasonable pricing, we are back up and running.  We chose to go with a whole new unit to replace the 30 year old unit.  Mitsubishi non-duct.  What a beautiful unit and installed by very friendly, professionals.
I would recommend them to anyone.

If you like paying 4 times as much to get something fixed these are the guys for you. Unprofessional, ex-con looking crooks. Always, always, get a second opinion.

My parents purchased a home and needed a new unit and new ductwork. LRG did a fantastic job. The pricing was fair and the work was completed fairly quickly. Very professional. LRG is the way to go!

The repair guy was professional and friendly. Safe wore a mask. We discussed his finding and I asked what would he recommend as to what needed to be fixed immediately.  He did not try to upsale or push me to fix everything he found. That was a game changer!

Had my entire on roof Package HVAC system replaced and additional ducts installed by Danny and his team (Anthony). This is probably the best HVAC company in Sacramento County. I would recommend them to anyone who is doing some HVAC work and needs a company that is cheaper than the competition, responsible, responsive, honest and just all around hard working individuals. You could probably give these guys a key to your house and go to work, that's how honest they are.

I am a verified customer who purchased services through this company by word of mouth. I am not associated with this company at all. I am sooooo lucky to have found them because it saved me over $4000 dollars going with these guys over any other large organization like HOME DEPOT or BONNIE heating and air.

THE HISTORY:
I had a 25 year old on roof package unit that needed to be replaced because it was leaking water into my attic. Bonnie, Home Depot and Lowes contractors came out and quoted me some outrages prices to replace the system and update some ducts as well as add a new air intake to help air circulate through my home. Luckily, I came across this company and read the reviews so decided to reach out. Danny (The Owner) responded quickly and setup a time to come give me a quote that same day. He showed up on time, ready to go and even gave me his direct cell number and said i can text him with any questions about the quote. A day or two later he built me three different quotes based on my needs and what i explained to him I needed to do VS what i would like to do. I chose to go with the medium option as it was significantly lower than the competitors and we scheduled a time over the next week to have the system replaced (This was important because we only had 2 days of break in the rain).

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE:
In the four days between signing the work estimate and the work suppose to start, I had multiple questions about the unit itself, the other options, and I even found a unit online that was on sale. Each and every time I contacted Danny by text or call, he answered right away. Looked into any sales information and even called the supplier to have them price match what I found online. Honestly, I was probably the most needy customer he has had but I want to make sure I am getting the best option for my money because who doesn't work hard for their money.

THE ACTUAL WORK:
Danny showed up on time with his team (Anthony). They worked nonstop for two days because the rain was starting on saturday and they started Thursday morning. They installed the entire system in record time and made sure everything was cleaned, painted, patched, and to my liking before they left. While they were working I repeatedly felt overly comfortable leaving them at my home with it unlocked and running a few errands. I even bought them some coffee because Hey they saved me a ton of money.

I originally called Reliance for a second estimate. They came in a little lower and they're local, so I went with them.

All I can say I was impressed with their entire operation, top to bottom, beginning to end.

I won't bother going to go into details. They were great!

My experience was very good. Ken was my repair person. I always cringe when repair people come out to do work. While my repairs were not cheap, I thought the were reasonable.  Same day service and really prompt. Nice since the temperature is so hot. I would call again.

Day and night is the best I have found.   Our technician was James Hill and I am very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge.

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

A less than four year old condenser unit would not start up. Called Stay Cool and had an appointment window for 2-5 PM. At four pm i called to confirm and they said yes, but someone else was in front of me. 5:30 PM rolled around and no Stay Cool. No call, no nothing. Unreliable, unprofessional. Buyer beware.

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

BUYER BEWARE!! This company will treat you one way to make the SALE, but if you have any issues afterwards... good luck. They are awful!! How can a company that professes PEOPLE BEFORE PROFITS & INTEGRITY behave the way they do? It's all marketing. I have been trying to get a return phone call from these jokers for over a month. Trust me, they will do to you what they've done to us. Ignore you in the hopes you just go away. Promise to call... but never actually call! Disgusting. Take a minute and Google their name... they have hundreds of negative reviews. Their BBB rating is a joke and paid for. They reply with but we're number one with anyone who dares to call them out... with their long winded replies that never ever take responsibility. They BLOCK people on Facebook so they can't review you... they're the most shameful & shady company I've ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and shop around. Just because you see them on TV, it does not mean they will treat you professionally. They spend all their money on those TV ads instead of taking care of their clients.

When these clever salespeople come to your home for your *one year check up* they will try incredibly hard to scare tactic sell you an extended warranty... JUST SAY NO! It's a scam..  their warranty is garbage and just major profits in their greedy little hands. You cannot cancel this warranty, nor can you transfer it if you sell your home. IT'S GARBAGE. They do not tell you this as you buy it of course.. and it's a few thousand dollars down the drain. All profit for them of course. They prey on the elderly with lies and fear. I can't stress enough... you are stuck if anything goes wrong after the sale with these guys.  They are all about money, money, sales & more sales. It's the biggest investment in your home... chose a better company. Precision Air will be the worst mistake you can make.
