Called this morning and Kelton was out a couple of hours later.  Fixed the problem quickly and didn't try to fine unnecessary things.  I will definitely use them again.  It's nice to find honesty.  Thank you.

I woke up at 4:45 in the morning and said to myself Hm. My fridge stopped working, the ceiling fan stopped working, the dryer isn't heating, the microwave short circuited, and the toilet flush valve is broken. What else could go wrong? Then my AC said to the garage door, here, hold my beer.  I called several places to tell them to exactly what was wrong and why my house was 90 degrees, but none of them would quote me a price without a service call. I remembered Flores AC (they installed the unit 6 years ago) and decided to look them up on the off chance that they might be back in business. I found Jorge Flores and I told him what was possibly wrong. He agreed with me and asked me to check several other things. He came out the same day, didn't charge me extra, and came ready with the part. He remembered me from the installation when he worked with his brother's business. He and his nephew were very polite, honest, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. They even showed me how to clean the unit and let me know which parts would need to be replaced in a couple years and how much I should save up for repairs. I'm so happy to have found them. You won't be disappointed.

Paul was the technician that serviced our A/C for routine maintenance. He was prompt and I also received a courtesy phone call with ETA before he made his way over to our house which I GREATLY appreciated. He was very professional and explained the work he had completed and also the proposed preventative work he recommends we get done to ensure our unit lasts as long as possible before having to replace it. I recommend Northern Air Mechanical Services and will continue to use them for maintenance services and repairs if ever needed.

Robert did an awesome job for a reasonable price. Good attitude, worked super hard, got it done in a timely fashion. Will definitely be using him again for anything we need hvac related. Recommend him highly. He replaced our air handler and condenser and relocated it all in one day.

I can't say enough about this company, they are fabulous. Quick, courteous, and always a joy to work with. No AC repair ever comes cheap unfortunately, so if I have to pay for it, I want someone respectful who knows what they are doing and isn't going to try and take me for all I'm worth.

Both times I've called Hobaica, Brent has been the one to come for service, and both times we've gotten above and beyond service for a fair price. Sadly, our unit is almost 17 years old and will need to be replaced soon. When that happens, we definitely plan on using them again.

My parents purchased a home and needed a new unit and new ductwork. LRG did a fantastic job. The pricing was fair and the work was completed fairly quickly. Very professional. LRG is the way to go!

This company is the best!  Really incredible service and are trustworthy to boot! They were able to come out within 2 hours of my call and fixed my issue in less than an hour which was really necessary as it was 112 degrees in Phoenix and I was literally melting.  Ryan is the owner and very professional knowledgeable and friendly. I've had multiple properties and many rentals and I wouldn't use anybody but Comfort Experts!

Danny is the man! Gave me an honest evaluation of my leaking water heater and came back in a few days to replace it with a new one he was kind enough to pick up for me at Lowes. The final bill was the same as the original estimate and he was happy to stick around and answer any questions I had. He even took the time to walk me through the differences between tank and tankless systems.

If you're reading this because your AC is out - just call them while you read this. They are the best.

Daniel and the team are outstanding. One day after returning home from work we noticed our AC was out and there was a burnt smell in the house. At the time we had Precision Air our service provider because we'd bought a maintenance package from them a few years before. When Precision's tech came by later that night, he advised us our ac unit would need to be replaced.
We were quoted:
$11,800 for a 3 ton Goodman AC unit. That included a 10 year manufacturers warranty. My wife refused and I went searching for someone else. We found reliance and Daniel and his team. When we met with Daniel he was helpful and friendly. Then he gave us the following quote:
$6800 for a 3 ton Trane AC unit that also included a 10 year manufacturer warranty.
Literally a better unit for $5000 less. Go nowhere else. Call Daniel and get the best deal and service.

AccuTemp Refrigeration was the third company I called for a repair quote for my A/C unit which quit working back in October.  I had been told previously that my current unit was undersized so I expressed interest in possibly getting a new unit instead of repairing the old one.  

The technician who came out was on time and after assessing the situation recommended that given the relatively young age of the my current unit and smaller duct size, that repairing the unit was probably the best way to go.  I really appreciate the honesty and not trying to sell me anything I didn't need.  On top of the professional service they also ended up with the most affordable.  I will definitely be using Accutemp next time I have an A/C issue.

Run, don't walk from this company. My tankless water heater was not working well after 11 yrs. Day & Night bought the account list from Stampede plumbing. The first thing they did was bash Stampede which was a top notch company. Then they quote me $6,400. to replace my unit. He tells me he can flush my unit for $200. (he said the chemicals cost $150). After he left, I flushed the unit, the chemicals cost $10. A friend of mine who is a licensed plumber, bought the unit & installed it for $1800. total.
Day & Night are thieves & liars, run don't walk from them.

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

They are fabulous and so very knowledgeable.   Came out, gave me an estimate and we set a date and time.  I had to have a complete air/heating system put in.  They came out, did their job which was greater than it should have been but the one that had to be removed was not done as well as it could have been.  Apparently, because of that, they had more work to do.  Never had a complaint, just did what had to be done.  They are a full service company and they will be my go to for all my heating and plumbing needs.  They are as honest as the day is long and besides being very professional,they are very congenial.   I cannot say enough about this guys.  They are terrific.

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

Very DISHONEST company! OUTRAGEOUS prices! Contacted Precision Air for second opinion. Just had my outdoor coils cleaned a week prior by another company. Precision wanted to charge $150 to clean already clean coils. The company that came a week prior, checked the run capacitor and said it was fine. Precision said it was bad and would cost $325. You can get that done for less from almost any company. I had the capacitor checked again by a 3rd company after Precision air just to make sure it hadn't gone bad in a week and the capacitor measured fine. Precision wanted to charge $358.42 to install a 5-2-1 start kit. It makes it easier for the compressor to start. It takes 5 minutes to install and the part is $30 online for a 3 ton unit. Precision recommended cleaning all the vents at $50 a piece. 10 vents $500! And, they put it on the bill twice, perhaps an error or hoping I wouldn't notice. $1,000 to clean vents! Maybe the techs make a commission, but they definitely try to up sell you on services that are not necessary or not even faulty. What is most annoying is that the owner mentions the integrity and trustworthiness of his company in the TV ad. There are may great A/C companies out there, but all the negative reviews of Precision Air should be enough warning!
