I'm writing this review on behalf of my parents -
Our AC unit went out and we had another well-known company in the area come out to give us an estimate on fixing what was wrong, which happened to be the compressor. They gave us an astronomical price, so we called Jaycox, whom we had service our unit in the past. We were thankful that Patrick was able to help us over the phone and quoted us a much more reasonable price (less than half of what the other company had quoted us). Shane, the technician who came out to replace our compressor and complete the job, was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very thankful Jaycox was able to help us and not charge us an arm and a leg for the same exact part and labor/installation. We highly recommend them to anyone needing AC/Heating services.

We've been relying on Jorge for all of our AC needs for over 10 years, starting back when he used to share a business with his brother. When they sold the company and Jorge went off on his own, we stuck with him. He kept our old unit running as long as possible and then installed a new one 5 years ago when the old one finally kicked the bucket. He has always come out to us same day when we need him which, of course, is always when the AC goes out on an 'excessive heat warning' day. He cares about his customers and goes out of his way to make sure they are taken care of. He always explains everything very clearly so you understand what's going on and he offers a fair price. My father-in-law uses this company as well and is always happy with the service. I recommend them to everyone who asks me if I have an AC that I trust.

They answered the phone right away on a record-breaking hot Saturday afternoon in June. They offered to come out Monday morning to look at my a/c which was set to 81 degrees but the house was 87 degrees, and I took it. They called back shortly thereafter saying one of their guys finished early and could come right over that afternoon. He showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. Seemed honest and hard-working. Will definitely call them in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC help.

A few months ago we purchased an older home that we knew had many issues including Heating/AC. I had 3 inspections and quotes for repairs. Reliance Heating & A/C also gave me mutiple options on what I could do and the positives and negatives. Their pricing was very competitive and our rep Daniel Grimm and his team did a superb job explaining everything they were going to do. They even left the areas cleaner than they were. On 8/13/2017 my A/C stopped working and it was a sunday. My home warranty allowed me to use an out of network contractor of my choice , and i chose Day and Night . In less than 1 hour of calling, a technician was at my door. His diagnosis was that my compressor needed to be replaced and was bad . They sent out a second technician on 8/14/2017 to remove and replace the compressor . By that night i had cold air . The company really gives really great customer service. The people in the office who handled my work order were awesome. The 2 Technicians Mike L . and Rene M. were also awesome. They were professional , knowledgeable , and thorough. They will even wear foot protection over their boots to protect the flooring in your house. Thank you Day and Night . Excellent company highly recommend !

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

They are fabulous and so very knowledgeable. Came out, gave me an estimate and we set a date and time. I had to have a complete air/heating system put in. They came out, did their job which was greater than it should have been but the one that had to be removed was not done as well as it could have been. Apparently, because of that, they had more work to do. Never had a complaint, just did what had to be done. They are a full service company and they will be my go to for all my heating and plumbing needs. They are as honest as the day is long and besides being very professional,they are very congenial. I cannot say enough about this guys. They are terrific.

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.
I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.
Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:
1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.
2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.
3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.
I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

First off. I do understand peoples negative reviews about situations with this company. We bought a COMPLETEY new system(duct work and all) in 2010 and have had nothing but problems with it. We have enough yellow invoice pages from work they have had to do over the past 8 years that it now looks like a phone book. They do use a lot of scare tactics to push their repairs and selling their warranty, which by the way, only covers the labor and gives you a small discount on already overpriced parts, overpriced to cover the labor I'm assuming. We have had only 1-2 great techs come out that really did help us save some money and have had great suggestions. Troy was one of the good ones. We have had some horrible ones as well. One tech even accused us of breaking our own equipment only to sell us the replacement part and an extended warranty. You pretty much have to pay whatever they say because you NEED air/heating. We have actually put off their free service checks only because we know they will always cost you something and you will be asked to pay...again. It is NEVER free.
On a positive note.. We are selling our house and we wanted to get a final check-up on our system to document the condition to the new owner of our house and get everything tuned up and working right.
Cory Conklin is the only reason I gave 4 stars. He gave our system a clean bill of health which we have never had before from them even months after the new system was inspected, but his knowledge and the pride in his work was unmatched by anyone who has ever come to our house from Precision. He was shocked at the amount invoices of work that needed to be done over that time to keep it going. We are not sure if we are going to carry this contract to our new house or just deal with another company for our new system.
If this was our last appointment with Precision, we want to thank Cory for his input and suggestions he had as well as his positive attitude and the pride he has in his work. Thank you Cory. Where were you all these years?
