I don't get to worked up when the A/C goes out... It's a mechanical piece of equipment that will go bad at some point.  There is no use in fretting about it.  But, when it does go bad you want someone who has a CLUE and is HONEST about the issue.  We've only used them recently (after some dishonesty from another LARGE A/C contractor) and we are very happy with the work.  I didn't get good news from Jaycox but I got an HONEST evaluation of the problem and what it would cost to fix it and when they would be back to complete the work.  These folks are honest and act with integrity.  Thanks Jaycox A/C!

Jorge was professional, upfront and provided great quality of work. He talked me through every step and explained the why in detailed so I understood what was happening and didn't feel uncomfortable. He also showed me everything that was replaced and didn't leave a mess. The price honest. I would recommend my friends, family and anyone to call Jorge. I can see the Jorge take pride in his business and his customers and is al about providing great quality. At no point did I feel taken advantage off which in the day in age is HUGE!!!!!! Had a great experience with Northern air. They came and worked with me on a project converting a garage in to a work space. Jason was super communicative. Gave me good info on the best path to take. Cody came out to so the install, he was also great, ran in to some unexpected challenges but handled it like a pro. Jason followed up after the job was complete to remind me that if I have any issues to reach out and they would take good care of the work and any issues that arose. Perfect customer service and you can see that as it's reflected in the ratings! Big respect for running your biz the way you do! 10/10

Robert did an awesome job for a reasonable price. Good attitude, worked super hard, got it done in a timely fashion. Will definitely be using him again for anything we need hvac related. Recommend him highly. He replaced our air handler and condenser and relocated it all in one day.

Just new in Wickenberg and bought a condo.  Within 5 days the old air conditioner dies and who do I call?  I go onto a HVAC website and ask for suggestions.  Immediately I am contacted by Jason and he asks if he can help.
Besides coming to see if the unit can be fixed, he has Lola bring a temporary unit to get us by until we have permanent air conditioning.
Can you ask for better service?
The next day, at reasonable pricing, we are back up and running.  We chose to go with a whole new unit to replace the 30 year old unit.  Mitsubishi non-duct.  What a beautiful unit and installed by very friendly, professionals.
I would recommend them to anyone.

Hobaica Electrician Amer Khuher is excellent - he quickly diagnosed our issues (a previous electrician's poor workmanship) and efficiently worked thru each.  He also made some solid recommendations to address features we want to add to our home in the future.  We will absolutely call upon Amer and Hobaica again.

My parents purchased a home and needed a new unit and new ductwork. LRG did a fantastic job. The pricing was fair and the work was completed fairly quickly. Very professional. LRG is the way to go!

Had a blocked condensate line and paid almost $400 to clear it. Went on vacation and came back to a semi flood with the same condensate line blocked. I don't think it was ever actually cleared. I have no idea how they have so many 5 star reviews.

Very professional, solid follow up,  punctual, and all around great service.  Owner was great over the phone and the service tech was great.  Only minor disruption was that they said they didn't take Amex, but then ended up accepting it when I told them that was my preferred method of payment for all of my spending.

Our AC went out this afternoon around 12:30pm, and within 30 minutes we had a technician out to do the repairs. We are SO THANKFUL for their prompt service! Summer in Arizona without cool air is absolutely unbearable!

Our technician, Brian, was awesome (seriously though, give this guy a raise... he's incredible)! He was extremely efficient, very knowledgable, and a sincerely genuine guy. Our repairs were taken care of immediately, and the prices are absolutely amazing for the great service that they provide.

Called day and night for repair hard start was out technician had to call boss to figure out what was wrong cast me $ 378 had same problem 2015 charles Roberts  billed me $129 didnt know inflation was so much Will  not use them again

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

So I purchased a mini split to go in my garage.  I called Stay Cool the owner Garrett was prompt in calling me back and gave me a great price to install it.  He was here yesterday.  Garrett installed the unit in about 3 hours.  Great to have a cool garage for my home workout. Would definitely recommend Stay Cool for any need.

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

No need to respond further.  I have referred this matter to the Arizona Attorney General, Arizona Registrar of Contractors, and Federal Trade Commission to sort out.  I will likely additionally be filing with the BBB.  I am sure they will individually or collectively do the right thing by the parties.
