What an amazing company to work with! From the scheduling of the appointment to the arrival of the technician, I was blown away by the customer service. Patrick, the technician that serviced our unit, was thorough, honest, and informative. Our unit was short cycling turning on and off every 2 minutes. When Patrick came out he inspected everything in the attic, the ducts, and the unit itself. The fix was minor and like other reviews, he was honest and we have had zero problems since! I would 100% recommend this company and will be using them for all my future AC/heating services.

Jorge was professional, honest, and a pleasure to work with. He was my second call, the first HVAC company told me I needed a new unit, $8-10k. My units are 16 years old so I figured it might be time, but a friend referred Jorge and I called for a second opinion. He went up in the crawl space, checked everything, thermostats, fans, etc. After a thorough HVAC investigation, he was able to fix the unit for less than $400 with a part. He also went above and beyond and gave some TLC to a drain just because he wanted to make it more efficient (but it wasn't necessary). He was also very honest about the future off the units since they are past their prime, and I will 100% be calling him when I need a new unit(s). Top notch service!!!!!

We thought there was something wrong with our AC, but they came out and checked it for quite a while actually. Our AC units were fine and they didn't charge us a thing. And this was during the high heat of the summer!

I called these folks this morning to see if they could help me?   They don't handle the type AC system I have, but that didn't stop them from getting me a name of someone that could.    They didn't need to be so accommodating, but were!   In my book if you need someone, these folks should be at the top of your contact list.   Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

so you write all this, but still your company didnt close off my gas pipes in closet, have photos if needed. thats terrible work ethic and i still stand on my first comment. and no i didnt just drop this case because two of the guys talked in circles to justify this mess.

I have lived in my house for 25 years and consider myself to be a person on top of home maintenance.  This is the best home services company I have ever dealt with. Courteous, knowledge, professional folks. Can't say enough good things.

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

We had a motor which burned out on our furnance (it suppose to snow tonight in Sedona) and needed to be repaired. Once the part was ordered and received, Stay Cool came out and fixed the issue. They even stayed an extra 15 mins or so to explain what fixes/repairs were made and tested the furance to make sure it was working well.

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

7 years ago I got an HVAC system from this company. Two years in parts needed to be replaced. Every year I had them do a check up. They were always trying to sell me something. This year they came out and the tech told me I needed my ducts replaced and showed me pictures that they were torn. I find it interesting that the year before this was not mentioned. Then she said my capacitor needed replacing and she quoted me 375$. She never mentioned the part was under warranty.  I did not have her fix it because I wanted to research it. The next day I noticed the air conditioner unit outside was rattling and I didn't have that rattle before. Called and set up an appointment to have a technician come out. He was rude beyond belief. He told me it was the compressor and that it was rattling because the capacitor was not working right and I had been told that. I mentioned about the part being covered under warranty and he said only if it fails and if I don't replace it could ruin the compressor. Mind you this unit is only 7 years old. He then said we told you what needs to be done and you're not doing it and I said oh I'm doing it I'm just not using you. I found another company who said the part will be covered under warranty. I feel like precision has screwed me over the past 7 years and I would not recommend them
