My 5-ton York went out on my home.
After basic troubleshooting could not solve the problem, I called Jaycox. They had helped me some years ago at another home.
Their diagnostic fee is more reasonable then another company I compared.
They came same day at the promised time, found a seized motor and offered me some options.
They were in and out in two hours. Peppered the technician with questions and he handled me well. I am not an engineer or tech but having lived in the desert for awhile am relatively knowleageable in HVAC and always looking to gain more technical knowledge. Felt the technician was completely straight with me. I like the motto on their service reciept Bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price has gone. Could they have done anything better? Nothing I can think of.
If you want honest, reliable service at a fair price, call them.

We've been relying on Jorge for all of our AC needs for over 10 years, starting back when he used to share a business with his brother. When they sold the company and Jorge went off on his own, we stuck with him. He kept our old unit running as long as possible and then installed a new one 5 years ago when the old one finally kicked the bucket. He has always come out to us same day when we need him which, of course, is always when the AC goes out on an 'excessive heat warning' day. He cares about his customers and goes out of his way to make sure they are taken care of. He always explains everything very clearly so you understand what's going on and he offers a fair price. My father-in-law uses this company as well and is always happy with the service. I recommend them to everyone who asks me if I have an AC that I trust.

Sold our house, and the buyers inspection revealed a couple of issues we didn't know about. A/C drip pan in the attic rusty, and drain line possibly plugged.
Since I had such a good experience with this company a couple of years ago, gave them a call.
Efficiently scheduled appointment. Technician showed up on time. Thoroughly professional gent fixed the problems for the price I was originally quoted. I highly recommend this Company. Their standards and behavior have been exceptional!

Robert did an awesome job for a reasonable price. Good attitude, worked super hard, got it done in a timely fashion. Will definitely be using him again for anything we need hvac related. Recommend him highly. He replaced our air handler and condenser and relocated it all in one day.

We thought there was something wrong with our AC, but they came out and checked it for quite a while actually. Our AC units were fine and they didn't charge us a thing. And this was during the high heat of the summer!

The workers who replaced our unit were professional, kind, and very friendly. After working hard and sweating in our attic all day, they were still upbeat and sincere making sure our questions were answered at the end of the day. I recommend this company to anyone having AC problems in this AZ heat!

My parents purchased a home and needed a new unit and new ductwork. LRG did a fantastic job. The pricing was fair and the work was completed fairly quickly. Very professional. LRG is the way to go!

Ryan was very knowledgeable and professional. A joy to work with. Tech Clay and assistant Uriah spent a lot of time prepping our foam roof that everything level and neatly installed. Unfortunately the roofing contractor that came in the day after the install decided to remove all of the new 4x4's and foam in the roof, setting the new supports on top of the new foam. Not a big problem but negated all of the install's hard work. Lesson learned - when setting units on foam roof, roofers prefer to have an unbroken foam coating.

Ryan returned at my request a week later to confirm the install was still good (no charge) after the roofing contractor removed and replaced the new unit. Ryan also spent a lot of time discussing the pro's and con's of several different package heat pumps systems helping me choose from the many choices out there.

Would recommend this company.

Highly recommend K&K. My heater had gone out and called many places and was told that it would be days before I could get someone to take a look at it. Because of their high ratings in Yelp, I called Danny at K&K. Sure enough, he had someone at the house that afternoon. They were nothing but friendly and professional and had the heat back on in less than 24 hours. Thank you!

Our rep, Daniel was very helpful with helping us figure out which split unit was best for the size of our house and best for our needs.
Enrique and Jose were very polite and did a great job explaining everything. Also while installing they discovered the ductwork from the original system was done in various sizes, which caused some rooms to be colder and some hotter. They fixed this so we would have even distribution throughout the house.
The installation went very smooth and they were very focused in all parts of the job.
The new system is working well and all rooms feel more even.
I would definitely use Reliance Heating and Air again!

One of my A/C units went out on one of the hottest days in the valley...120 degrees today! I found AccuTemp on Yelp and decided to give them a call. They have emergency service on the weekends and while you pay extra for the emergency service, it's worth it when you need them at the last minute on a Saturday. The customer service was amazing. She made sure to let me know the costs and while they were super busy today (not surprising with this heat), she said she would keep me up to date if they could get out to me. She called me twice just to update me on the status and they were out to my house much faster than I ever expected! The tech walked in and got straight to work. He didn't waste any time and had the unit fixed in minutes. (It was a capacitor) The price was very reasonable and he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I would highly recommend AccuTemp and while I hope I don't need A/C service anytime soon, they will be the ones I call if I do. A+

The tech., Phillip, from Day & Night Air Conditioning was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. There was an unknown rattling sound throughout our vents. He discovered the problem and even found other issues needing service, that were outside the scope of this service call.

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

A less than four year old condenser unit would not start up. Called Stay Cool and had an appointment window for 2-5 PM. At four pm i called to confirm and they said yes, but someone else was in front of me. 5:30 PM rolled around and no Stay Cool. No call, no nothing. Unreliable, unprofessional. Buyer beware.

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

Let me just start by saying that overall this was an EXCELLENT experience. We recently bought a new home and we had to replace the hvac system asap. We were stressed and wanted it done right the first time. I shopped a few quotes from some partner companies of ours and I thought they were good until we met Claude from Precision. That's where the quote shopping stopped. We were sold immediately. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of our exact needs. It was not an easy job due to the limitations of our existing system. Claude was able to assess the requirements for a completely new system in a fraction of the time the other companies took. He even found numerous things that they never did and would have been crucial to a proper installation. He had the quote to us the same day and that was it. They offered better products & were also less expensive than all of the others. It was a win win. No question. We scheduled the installation immediately, about a week out. Installation day came and the crew arrived earlier than expected. Guy & Eric are truly an amazing duo. They were very polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgable. They got right to work and didn't waste anytime. Very hard workers! Without any major complications the installation went exactly as planned. This was a direct result of a proper and thorough consultation. The end result was clean and done right. The system is amazing & runs very efficiently as promised. Don't look any further if you need anything related to your HVAC system. In my opinion this company strives to be the best at what they do and it shows in every aspect of working with them. I also wanted to say another thank you to their management team. They too are amazing at what they implement within their organization. Thanks again for everything you did for us!  Dale & Lisa
