I can't say enough good things about Jaycox!! Last year I explained the problems we were having with different air conditioning problems in our home I.e some vents not getting much air and air conditioner running all day in the summer. What first  impressed me was Mr Perini. He came out and went over things that could be done to check  to see what the problem might be  but there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything or choose anything immediately but to review it and if we wanted anything just let him know.

We decided to have the complete check to see where we might be losing air. They did much more. The duct work was fine but took us up to show insulation issues and solutions but again no pressure.  We reviewed what they gave us and had them insulate as they suggested (one area that was not even insulted but the Jaycox inspector put his phone in and showed no insulation in a area we were having problems with). It took them a day to finish all the insulation and we noticed improvements immediately. We where told our air conditioner was on the border for sq footage of house.

A couple of weeks later Bob Perini came out again ( we asked) and we discussed new air conditioners and again no pressure!! ( so refreshing). We chose a larger unit since ours was getting old and chose our seer. The unit was installed without incident and they checked all vents. We had a wonderful summer (2017) !! Cool rooms $150.00 per month lower electric bill and relaxing. We had our fall and spring check ( free) with the same professional attitude as through our entire process. Our home stays warm in the winter and cool in the summer thanks to added insulation and a new air conditioner and the confidence we have in Jaycox.

I want to add that the office personnel are as polite and professional as the personnel that came to the house

Jorge Flores HVAC has fantastic team that can be counted on doing excellent work at good value. My wife and I have experience that Jorge always delivers exceptionally on HVAC installations and  service. Jorge installed two TRANE HVAC at different homes over the last 7 plus years with no issues. I highly recommend Jorge Flores HVAC for maintenance and new installation.

Paul was the technician that serviced our A/C for routine maintenance. He was prompt and I also received a courtesy phone call with ETA before he made his way over to our house which I GREATLY appreciated. He was very professional and explained the work he had completed and also the proposed preventative work he recommends we get done to ensure our unit lasts as long as possible before having to replace it. I recommend Northern Air Mechanical Services and will continue to use them for maintenance services and repairs if ever needed.

Robert did an awesome job for a reasonable price. Good attitude, worked super hard, got it done in a timely fashion. Will definitely be using him again for anything we need hvac related. Recommend him highly. He replaced our air handler and condenser and relocated it all in one day.

Very helpful and honest company. They were able to complete the requested work very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

First time using Hobaica and I was totally pleased with their service.  I called around 10 am and the service technician came early afternoon.  Ron did a great job of cleaning/flushing the water heater. I will definitely not wait as long as I did for the first service and make this a yearly to do with Hobaica.

My parents purchased a home and needed a new unit and new ductwork. LRG did a fantastic job. The pricing was fair and the work was completed fairly quickly. Very professional. LRG is the way to go!

My husband made the appointment under his name. My full last name isn't even posted here. Did you just look up F as a last name? It is ignorant to assume that I spend my time creating negative reviews. You're response should be more professional instead of hostile. My review is 100% accurate and I still have the actual quote. I will be posting that now that you have wildly questioned the validity instead of professionally approaching my honest review. And, no I am not one of the many AC competitors that are located within Gilbert if that is what you are insinuating. I have no idea what you are specifically referring about in regard to the second paragraph of your response (which has been entirely removed now) Plainly put, your business quoted me a higher amount than your competitor. That is not my problem.

I am so happy and very satisfied with the service of Jake C. and his brother Finley of Transcend Air heating and cooling.

he's very knowledgeable and told me about the cause of the issue and what to do and don't.

These guys offer outstanding service and reliability! We had a variable speed Trane dual stage AC heat unit put on our roof it performs perfectly and hats off to the owner and his entire staff!!

After 4+ bids for an AC Unit, I went with AccuTemp.  Matt was helpful and honest.  He gave us time to do our research and answered all our questions.  The installers were professional and although a mistake was made, they came out quickly upon realizing there was a problem and corrected their mistake.  Mike was on top of it and wanted us to know that they stood behind their work.  Hopefully there will be no more problems in the future but should there be, I am sure they will be there to help and fix them.

Initially was told that changing two drain pans will cost 757.97. On the day of repair changed only one, and still charged, 672.97. I am not satisfied with billing. Will not use this company again.

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

A less than four year old condenser unit would not start up. Called Stay Cool and had an appointment window for 2-5 PM. At four pm i called to confirm and they said yes, but someone else was in front of me. 5:30 PM rolled around and no Stay Cool. No call, no nothing. Unreliable, unprofessional. Buyer beware.

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

Great experience with Precision Air.  Leslie & Josh Lewis were prompt, professional and explained things thoroughly.  I will be requesting Leslie for future check ups.  This lady rocked!
