Shout out to Kate K. for finding Jorge! He had kept my sad 16 year old unit running for years. Once again it started acting up, but the Flores company had been sold to another provider. I was stood up by a local company and luckily, I dug deep enough to find that Jorge is still working! He is a seasoned professional. He broke the news to me gently, that it was finally time to replace my unit inside and out. Super competitive pricing. He explained everything to expect in advance. The day of the job, he and his crew were on time. They wore masks. They covered everything that may be damaged. Drama free, no nonsense service as always. Jorge goes above and beyond to deliver superior service and avoid future issues.

Needed a new A/C unit installed because dog had been urinating on the previous outdoor system. Spoke with Jason who was able to get me a reasonable quote for a new unit installed. They were very patient and listened to my concerns as I had just been ripped off by a different competing place who had been out three times including charging us for coolant when it was spot on obvious there was corrosion and a leak (I do not recommend Simply The Best).
Jason provided the quote and the install was done within a few days which is excellent response time considering I was in a jam and summer is here. Installers were very professional and even had the job done under the quoted time frame and did preventative maintenance on the other existing unit. Recommended. Straight forward, friendly and professional and don't play games with you like some of the other guys. We need integrity living in Arizona with the heat and I can say based on my experience, Northern Air provides exactly that! Thanks again and will use in the future for all cooling and heating needs!

My father's AC unit went out in his home in Sun City Grand. We had used Hobaica in the past with great results when we lived in AZ (we live in CA now), so recommended he give Hobaica a call. They were courteous, friendly, prompt and their installers worked on their day off to meet our schedule - thanks for that fellas!
It's always a bummer when the AC (or your roof) goes out because it's a lot of money and somewhat unsatisfying - not like getting a new car or a fabulous vacation. So if you have to spend the money, make sure you get the best quality with equal customer service - and be confident you won't need to see them for another 10 years!
Kudos to you all at Hobaica!

My parents purchased a home and needed a new unit and new ductwork. LRG did a fantastic job. The pricing was fair and the work was completed fairly quickly. Very professional. LRG is the way to go!

Honest, straightforward, great workers! These are not usually adjectives to describe most repair services, but it describes Reliance. Thank you Dalen for the great service you provided. Two years ago another company suggested we needed to buy a new unit and you saved the day. It's still going strong two years later (a 15 year old unit) and your honesty and great service are much appreciated.

The only reason I'm giving AccuTemp two stars INSTEAD of one is because their replacement specialist Mike was awesome. If we could have dealt with him the entire time we would have gone ahead with the repairs -and likely be giving them a better review right now.
The reason they are getting such a low rating is because:
I called AccuTemp originally because I liked the fact that their technicians are non-commisioned. I told the lady who answered the phone that I needed to schedule a repair estimate. She responded, A repair estimate. Okaaay. My initial instinct was to hang-up. I have an A/C unit that is functioning subpar and I'd like someone to take a look at it. Call it what you want, I could do without the attitude I was getting over the phone. But I thought, just because receptionist irks me, doesn't mean their technicians aren't great. So I clarified what I wanted and we scheduled an appointment for a couple days later.
We wanted an estimate for replacing the Air Handler up in the attic at a rental property. The replacement specialist (Mike) gave us a quote, but suggested that we have one of their repair technicians take a look at the unit since there might be a cheaper solution to our problem. We found Mike to be very honest, professional, and courteous.
So we set up another appointment with a repair technician. We scheduled several days in advance and were told he would arrive between 1-5pm on Friday. On Friday at 5:20pm the renter's called to let me know that nobody had showed up/ were wondering if they should keep waiting. Now granted it was Memorial Day weekend, and I'm sure they were slammed, but a courtesy call would've been greatly appreciated. I called the office and got the voicemail since it was after hours. I left a message and waited hoping someone would call me back. Finally I thought to call Mike (replacement technician) on his cell, even though he wasn't involved with our repair. Within minutes Mike called me back and said he had called the main office and they should be getting in contact with me shortly. Again, awesome customer service by Mike! The main office did call shortly and said they could have someone out there around 7:30pm or the following morning. The renter's were NOT happy with this at all as they had Memorial weekend plans, so we rescheduled appt for the following Tuesday.
Late Tuesday afternoon I get a snide phone call (same receptionist, lots of attitude) that the repair technician is at the rental property, but nobody is home. At the same time the renters are calling me to let me know it's almost 5pm and nobody's showed up yet. So I asked the receptionist if she was sure he was at the right address (Ave not Dr. or St.) Turns out he was at the wrong address, She apologized and said he'd be there shortly. He suggested we have two parts replaced. But before he could replace anything we needed to install plywood in the attic so he could have easier access.
In speaking with the receptionist to get clarification over what exactly was needed, she said two 8'x2' sections 1inch thick ($50 at home depot). I asked if the sections could be cut at all so we could fit them in our car, but she said No. and suggested that we rent a truck from Home depot. We live 60miles away from the rental property and the whole process was turning into a huge headache.
So we went with a different company. Visca A/C -(yelp.com/biz/visca-a-c-p…) Their estimate for the same two parts was half the price of Accu Temp's (granted Accu Temp is a larger company/ probably has more overhead costs), but after checking the A/C they also said only one of the two parts even needed to be replaced /the other was working perfectly fine which again cut the cost of the repair in half. And they said the attic was easy to navigate -no need for any plywood!

I ALWAYS know I am going to get great service and information about what Day and Night is working on at my house! They have serviced, repaired and upgraded many things for me and they do a GREAT job. Recently Josh came out to replace our hot water heater, he also checked out our soft water system and our recirculating hot water unit and he did a phenomenal job with all of our issues! He left my garage cleaner than what it was before he came! Day and Night is at the forefront of customer service (much like Nordstrom's) and without a doubt I know that my home is in good hands with them!!!!

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.
I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.
Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:
1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.
2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.
3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.
I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

Chris was great. Even checked our warranty (on the A/C unit we bought from Precision) to see if anything was covered. Unfortunately, what happened wasn't covered, but we had no cool and they came to the house within two hours of me calling!! My only disappointment is that you have to have the actual email with the cool cash IN HAND (that you get from writing one of these reviews) in order for them to apply the discount to the service. Kind of a bummer, but I'll know for next time. ;-) Other than that, service was great and they had our AC working again in no time at all. Thanks, Chris!!
