Brian was the absolute best with my Mom's home being flooded. He took time and really cared about her and us!  Thank you Brian for being so caring and honest.  We sure appreciate it and not all companies are that way.

I had a leaking water heater that did damage to my drywall. I called a restoration company and they advised me to submit a claim to my insurance as there was water damage and they needed to remove and repair. When I called my claims adjustor, she said they had a restoration company that they work with (B.O.R.). I had Eric come out and price repairing the drywall wall as the other company had already removed everything that was damaged. Eric and his son Cameron were very honest and you could tell they took pride in their work. There was some very tight timing trying to work with the other restoration company, B.O.R. and the plumber. Eric was always very responsive, showed up when he said he would and did a phenomenal job. He pointed out some things the other restoration company did not do correctly and explained what needed to be done.  He corrected their mistake and did not even charge me. In this day in age it is very hard to find companies that are honest, caring, take pride in their work and do what they say they are going to do. When they left, you could not even tell they were here. If the rating went to 10 I would give them an 11. Look no further - hire B.O.S. and you will not be disappointed.

I noticed my favorite general contractor wasn't on Yelp but thought that everybody should know how great they are. Good contractors are super hard to find, and perhaps I'll save someone else the trouble of weeding out the awful ones since once you've got this team, you won't want anyone else touching your house.

So, Greg and his team have done a lot of work on our properties, including on a 100-year-old foreclosure. They've done the works: tiling, electrical work (updating fixtures, re-wiring, adding new plates), plumbing (new toilets, faucets, running new piping, fixing leaks), to interior stuff (painting, fixing cracks), exteriors (stucco, drywall, new ventilation) and landscaping (irrigation, pruning, gravelwork and trimming). I had a huge list of stuff that needed to be done and they knocked each line item out of the park. I'd trust them with any project, hands down.

The rates are totally reasonable. We've done it both ways where we pay a fixed sum per project, and we've also paid by the hour. They get things done in a fair amount of time, and they always show up when they say they will.

What I also greatly appreciate is Greg's willingness to give us honest, great advice about the state of the home. For example, we asked him if the foundation needed improvement, and he said no... even though we would have been willing to pay thousands to him if he said yes, and we'd have been nine the wiser. There are several examples like this that really show the team's character and integrity. They've also been great about re-doing something that turned out not as I'd hoped (aesthetically,  to quality-wise), like re-painting a bathroom. Oh, and he gave me a copy of a lease that has been super useful!

All Property Solutions is amazing. I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

My experience with this company , was amazing! I had my ceiling fixed and you literally can't even tell that it was ever messed up. I will be using this company again.

We have a large yard with many mature trees of varying species. Daniel, a professional arborist, came out to review and suggest a comprehensive game plan for each species. Their pricing was very competitive to other firms that reviewed. Miguel and his crew did great work per their original schedule and pricing. Joe, the owner, has restored my faith in humanity.  I asked for an estimate to haul away an old tube TV, a broken recliner and some pieces of an old entertainment center.  He came over and told me that it was so small of a load that it would be too expensive for me.  He then offered to come over with his son and move the stuff to the curb so that the Peoria bulk pickup would take it all.  He and his son refused to take any money, try as I might to give them some. He is an amazing man and I would not hesitate to hire him for any sort of job that I might have.

We had a dishwasher leak at a rental property in Flagstaff and called ServPro of Yavapai County for the water remediation but was communicating with the ServPro of Northwest Phoenix/Anthem since they were setting up the appointments. There were no tenants at the time and  live in Phoenix, two hours away. After completion I drove up to see the work and was surprised to see the toe kick boards missing at the bottom of the cabinets. They scheduled another appointment to have this repaired the following week. After taking off work and driving up again, I received a phone call at the time the project manager was supposed to meet me, saying he had an emergency and could not make it. We rescheduled for the following week and I again took off work to make the trip. After driving 2 hours to meet him, I received a call from the office to say he was canceling again due to another emergency. We rescheduled for the 3rd time but later the office called to say the job is too small so they did not want to do it. Wish I'd known this before making two trips up there just to be stood up! Needless to say, I do not recommend ServPro.

Marty from Sunshine Carpets came and did a wonderful job. My carpets were beyond repair upon move out from my old place and he was able to get them back to looking brand new. So happy I will be able to get my deposit back!

After getting what we thought was a ridiculous estimate from our insurance company for reconstruction after a flood in our home. We called Venturi and their team of professionals took the must needed steps to come in and make it right. We are now moving in a great direction and having the help of a project manager that brings our needs to fix our home and also do additional work since we are already in the mess of things beginning torn up. This is making the hassle of this whole experience at least worth it and we feel understood and that they care about our home as much as we do.

I encountered a leaking ceiling on a home inspection. With the suspicion of mold, I called Amber and she acted quickly, sent out the crew and provided a detailed assessment.  The work was completed quickly and value priced.  I hope I don't encounter a leak again but if I do, I'll call Everclear Environmental Solutions.

PuroClean was a great asset to me when they went out to take care of one of my client's leaking water issue - some small mold was growing, and they took care of it right away.  My client was very thrilled with their service.  Thank you, PuroClean!

Do not use this company. This project took about 6 months to complete. Phone calls were never returned. We were over charged around $1000 for work that was not done and when we tried to get in contact for said work the only reply we ever got was we signed the finishing contract. Do not sign anything until you receive a written letter about what was done.
