HM flooring responded to a bid I put out on Yelp for carpet install.

The job: 1500 square feet plus closets and stairs for an unfurnished house we hadn't moved into yet

The sale: They were patient and allowed me to search around to make sure I was getting the right value. They even price matched when I found a local competitor giving a better price. I worked specifically with Josh who texted back and forth with me for a few weeks while we locked down specifics. We have a newborn so being cautious of VOCs was important to us and Josh helped us find the right carpet for us.

The install: they quoted 2-3 days for the job and were able to complete it in a day and a half (as I let them stay as long as they wanted on day one). The team did a good job cleaning up after they left as well. They also took away our old carpet, apparently included in the sale price.

The result: the carpet looks great and the stairs are in good shape as well. There are some scuffs across a few base boards, but I imagine this is to be expected on any carpet install.

Fantastic service and quality of work. Bram Flooring helped replace several flooring panels that were damaged and warped by a water leak. They were able to get in, assess what was necessary and do the work, all in a matter of 90 minutes. Couldn't be more satisfied with their work.

I received a referral from a neighbor who worked with Cosimo and his team to install their flooring. We had a small job, to pull up carpet and replace with tile in office area to match the rest of the existing flooring. Cosimo was amazing to work with and very flexible with my time constraints. Rogelio did a fantastic job! He was prompt, professional and worked hard all day to complete the job in a single day. Definitely will recommend Paradise Tile & Natural Stone to others and use again in the future!

Everything worked out great.  The floor looks great and they did do it very fast.  If I am critical of anything, is that there communication could be better.  I had to call late afternoon before they were to arrive to see what time they were arriving and what had to be done.  I received a call around 6:30pm informing that the garage had to be cleared out and that they would arrive at 6am.  That did not work for me as my daughter sleeps right above the garage and there is a no work ordinance before 6:30am.  He gladly rescheduled me to later in the day.  I expressed my concern with late communication and he apologized.  In the big picture, the product and service was done very well and as advertised.

Our saga begins when Dave came to our park model to do an estimate for replacing our existing laminate flooring.

Dave walked in, took a look at our kitchen floor and said, "You have a water problem. You need to call your insurance company NOW. To which I said, "WE DO?!!" and "WE DO?!!" We had no idea that our seven year old Frigidaire refrigerator's, just replaced, filter was spewing water every time we got a glass of water, or when the ice maker refilled the ice tray.

Dave continued to do the estimate, and we called the insurance company who had a mitigation company out to our place in a couple of hours.

Skip ahead five weeks: the underlayment is dry, and ready for the new flooring.

We had set an install date, and Misty said that the installers, Bob and Bob, father and son, would be at our house at 8:30 am, and it should take a couple of days to install our flooring.

The guys showed up at 8:30 am, on the dot. They were punctual, polite, fun to be around, and efficient with their time, (if I left them alone). They had great attention to detail, and when they left for the day, they cleaned up after themselves, so we didn't have to worry about tripping over material, or tools, like so many craftsmen I have had, in the past.

If you are looking for a quality, professional company to install new flooring, I would highly recommend Beck's Floor Installation. And if you are lucky, as we were, maybe you'll get Bob and Bob, to do the installation.

I made a mistake and went to the address listed on the internet. I walked in the open door and was looked at like I was trespassing. Then they raised the voice and ask if I had an appointment. I said no and they said why are you here because nobody is supposed to come here. If they don't want anyone to come to there place of business they should remove their address from their websites.

We have been using Tom at Floor Source for the last 6 years for all of our flooring, bathroom surrounds, kitchen surrounds, etc.  We have used him and his crew on at least 100 flip properties over the years and on all of our personal projects.  His crew just finished up another small project at our house and it turned out great.  The pricing is always fair and the work is always perfect, and if it isn't exactly what you want they will make it right.  I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We would highly recommend this company.  The installation was perfect, Carl is a very experienced tile installer.

I'm currently remodeling the interior of my house, so I've been searching for different businesses in Arizona. Mike was the first one that returned my call, so I'm glad I hired him. He and his father replaced the tiles in my shower, and they exceeded my expectations.  To my surprise. He was able to squeeze me in within the week! It's my first time hiring him, and I will continue to use him. He works with his dad, and they do a fantastic job!. I'm getting my kitchen, and family room remodeled soon, so I plan on hiring them again when they return from their vacation

We have used floor source on 2 separate occasions.  Both times we were very satisfied.  Everyone from start to finish was helpful and professional.  They made everything easy and the project was done in a timely manner.  We are so pleased with the finished product!

We had DustSharkz remove about 800 sqft of tile. Price was very fair. They did the work as advertised. Floors were clean, dustless and ready for new tile. Staff are very professional and courteous. They came in and knocked the job out in an afternoon. We were considering doing the job ourself but thought twice about the work involved. So glad we called DustSharkz. I highly recommend using their service.

Careful, precise, and extremely hard-working, the crew from Gainey Flooring installed our LVP floors like true artisans. It was a big job -- our entire house, including bathrooms -- and it took 10 full days, but the results were worth both the time and the money. Alex and his crew are extremely professional and were always on time. Alex is beyond talented and has an eye for interior design and went above and beyond. During the bathroom demo we found a builder error, actually builder errors all over the house and he fixed everything beyond my expectations. He picked up tile in the morning and would manage to still be earlier for the job.  The tile work in the downstairs living room is gorgeous. He came up with a reverse herringbone in the dining room that looks like it could be featured in architectural digest magazine. If you are looking for a contractor who doesn't flake and will make sure that the work is perfect PLEASE book with desert custom flooring! You will not regret it!
