We replaced all of our flooring which was a big undertaking!  Eli and Jesus were great to work with. They were very responsive to our questions and quickly resolved the few issues we had.  Our floors turned out beautiful and I  highly recommend HM Flooring!

I had been looking for someone to do my flooring for some time.  It was a complicated job in a complicated environment, so finding the right people was critical.  I live in the 4th floor of a condo, and had tile and carpet that needed to be removed.  The problem was that the tile was installed before the kitchen cabinets.  Between working with the HOA, hauling in and out the materials, removing all of the old materials, and moving appliances and furniture around, I was just overwhelmed on how we were going to pull this off.

BRAM flooring came up in a Yelp search, and honestly, it was way out of my area, so it wasn't my 1st choice.  I finally conceded and drove all the way over to their showroom, and Mitch helped answer all of my questions and defused my fears and concerns.  He expressed that he has worked in condos and with HOAs before, so I felt at ease.  Virgil showed up at my home a week later, and made some measurements, and offered up some opinions based on the floor samples I had taken home from the showroom.

After I passed on the information Virgil provided to my HOA and got approval, the install was scheduled a few weeks later.

On the install day, the crew of 3 guys showed up an hour later than I had expected, but frankly, they operated with such efficiency, I had completely forgotten they had started late.  By 11 AM, all of the old tile and carpet was gone, and to watch the 3 of them work as a tight-knit team was a treat I want to see again.  By the end of the day, they had removed all of the molding, demoed all of the old tile, removed the old carpet, glued down underlayment padding, installed all new luxury vinyl, reinstalled the toilet and all of the molding, and caulked the molding.  Their attention to detail was absolutely amazing and I am about the most critical person there is when it comes to this kind of work.  I fully thought this project was going to take all week, so when they were completed by the end of the day, it was like a Christmas present J

Not only will I choose BRAM for any future flooring needs (no matter what they are), I will recommend them to everyone I run into.  The flooring looks and feels amazing, and I am just super happy.

Ultimately, we went with Cosimo for our flooring because of his wealth of knowledge. Never felt sold or pressured. We went through a process of deciding whether we wanted tile, vinyl or laminate. Cosimo had all the answers to our problems. And the flooring job turned out great!! Very clean, great job in just 3 days. Highly recommend!!

My very first Yelp review is of flooring and not a restaurant. The beck family exceeded the expectations of service and craftsmanship. We recently had the flooring done in our son's room. Misty came out with samples, I took photos of the ones I liked but of course my wife and son wanted to see ore options. The Becks were gracious to let us stop by in evening for the family to review the sample books. My son picked, the wife approved and I watched. They were able to get flooring installed in a week. They did a great job with furniture moving and carpet removal. The quality of their work was impressive - fast, extremely precise cuts and a seamless floor. The family has been raving about the flooring and just a note of thanks to Beck's flooring - absolutely highly recommended!

Recently discovered that our 2nd story terrace was badly rotted in the floor. Called a few contractors but many did not want to tackle this job involving installing a new subfloor.
Well Sammy from Floor Coverings Intl, did, and they did a great job! Put in 3/4" exterior plywood screwed & glued to the framework, then screwed and glued 1/2" backboard to that, then 2 coats of RedGuard, then thinset cement & beautiful tiles. We like the border tiles too!

This is a quality operation. Everything they did was high quality.
We are very happy now!

I am going through a complete kitchen remodel. I had all the previous ugly 90's tile removed and was ready for floor installation. It had been a month of no floors in my kitchen just unfinished concrete slab. I had purchased the same floor I have throughout my living space "GripStrip plank style vinyl flooring". You know the budget friendly cheap stuff from Home Depot. I thought hey it be easy. Well after some guy basically ripped me off and didn't complete the job I was beyond distraught. STAY AT HOME MOM with a very active 2.5 yr old and a mobile 7 month old I NEEDED floors ASAP.

KRIS came to the rescue. She could clearly see how in need I was for floors and wasn't about to let me install them myself (my last resort). This job was small but challenging and I got installer after installer declining the job because "they don't work with that floor". To say the least I was losing hope and then Kris came eased my nerves and GOT THE JOB DONE. Something I'd been trying to get completed for weeks. Kris worked her magic and found two great installers. They were at my house within a couple days and finished install in just a few hours!

If your looking for good quality work, a genuine person, honest, professional and veteran! Go with Kris. I know for fact when I'm ready for some great quality floors (real wood) I will be giving her a call. For now I will enjoy my newly installed kitchen floors and have a breath of relief that I can let my toddler run free around my house again.

I was shopping for carpeting for my entire house. Since I'm big on supporting my neighborhood stores I thought I would give these guys a try. I walked into their beautiful showroom just off the I-17 frontage road and started looking around. I found a couple of samples that I thought would look nice. I continued to look around and since there was only one other customer in the store I thought for sure I would get some assistance soon. No, not the case. I waited for about thirty minutes for someone to even acknowledge my presence. Nope. I ended up leaving.

Great company with high ethics and workmanship.  We have used them twice for our home and recommended them to others - always performs as expected!

Everything was so straightforward easy communication, excellent final product. Mike did a backsplash and some tile repair on the floor. We had some funky spots under a window and Mike gave us great recommendations for how to handle them and we're super happy with the final product. Highly recommended!!

Joe Dabill at Floor Source is extremely helpful!  He was very clear about pricing and very knowledgeable about the products available so I trusted his recommendation.  My floors came out beautiful!

Our granite was badly cracked near the faucet. The surface was raised and starting to separate. Seamus responded promptly and came out to do an estimate within a few hours of our call. He and Travis arrived within a few days to fix the damage. They are very competent. They covered cabinets with plastic and the floor with drop cloths. Everything was clean when they were finished. After repairing the crack, they polished all of the granite. The work was done quickly and professionally. Our granite looks better than it did when it was new! See before and after photos.

This review is long overdue.  In Oct 2020 DustSharkz removed 1200 SF of tile from my house.  These guys are awesome.  They were in by 8 and out by 5. They did in 9 hours what my other bids said would take 3 to 4 days.  The place was pretty much spotless when they were finished. The floors were ready for the new flooring immediately.    My hardwood flooring contractor did a walk through the next day and said DustSharkz did such a good job that is would take one day less to install the flooring since they would not have to come in and do any prep work.  I highly recommend DustSharkz if you need tile remove.

I had a great experience with Eduardo.  Muletas did flooring and baseboards in our entire home (5300 sq ft), 5 full bathroom remodels, a stone accent wall, kitchen backsplash, laundry backsplash, and did a fantastic clean job! Fair pricing, great communication, hardworking, I can't say enough about Muletas. I highly recommend them, they came early every day and worked hard.  Strong communication throughout the entire process and made sure we were happy with every aspect of each job until completion

Vikki and her mom were great to work with.  They were super knowledgeable  about their products.  They were able to provide us with incredible value. Steering us into superior quality carpet at prices lower that what you would pay for mid-grade carpet at home depot or lowes.  As soon as the carpet we ordered arrived, it was installed next day. My home looks awesome and the carpet feels luxurious. They are super friendly and interesting to chat with.  I would recommend them to all.

We had our flooring done before we moved into our house. We were still in North Carolina and Dennis made the process super easy. Dennis recommended boardwalk and we couldn't be happier we love it!

My garage floors were in poor condition and it seemed like getting them epoxied would be the easiest option, plus I liked the aesthetics. I didn't really have a lot of time to research products and techniques so I just ended up choosing a company that I though had fair prices and had good reviews. Well long story short I kept calling them and emailing them days before I was scheduled to try to change the service date and they never responded. I was so fed up with their lack of response that I decided to waste more time finding another company instead. I hopped on yelp to send out messages to different companies about my project and Eric (owner) from First Class Coatings was the first to respond to me. Within a few minutes we were on the phone discussing my project. He gave me a lot of insight into the products they used and their techniques, and I certainly appreciated his prompt response. I still decided to get a few more quotes from other reputable companies before jumping the gun since choosing hastily caused me problems in the first place. After talking to a few more companies and gathering more information, I decided to work with Eric since we had spoken about my small project several times on the phone already, and I could feel that he was sincere and knowledgeable. I finally felt like I was in good hands and didn't expect any issues with not being called back. His crew came out Monday morning and worked all day grinding and patching up my floors and stem walls. Before they left that day the first layers were down. The next day they came back and finished up the following layers, Eric was there to inspect and wrap up. We went with a full chip floor to hide some of the more egregious imperfections, and I am very happy with how they turned out. No one needs to know how bad they looked beforehand...no one... Overall I'm super glad to have found First Class Coatings and saved myself the headache of dealing with an inferior company who won't even respond. Any homeowner can attest that contracting work is time consuming and no one wants to deal with problems, let alone paying for those problems. I'll definitely use their company for the next house we buy if we stay in AZ. Just the time I save will be worth it. Eric has been doing this for a long time and it shows. Take a look at my pictures at my awesome floors! before shot included. I loved the color, and it didn't turn out as busy as I thought it would be. But for the life of me I can't remember what it was called.

A few side notes and tips
1. the flakes end up everywhere, on lawns, landscape rocks, and inside cabinets even. Be ready to vacuum the insides of your cabinets.
2. make sure you talk through the process and details with the crew that comes out if they weren't the ones you talked to in the beginning. Things get lost in translation. A joint I didn't intend to have worked on got worked on, and the toe kicks on the cabinets I asked to be done weren't. It wasn't a big deal since they just did them at the end when I pointed it out. That's a lesson for me as well since I try not to hover when people are working.

Alex and his crew did 2 bathrooms for us.  Main and Master.  Both turned out just beautiful (IMHO).  Alex communicated with me promptly throughout the entire process.  He showed up when he said he was going to and worked hard to get the job completed as promised.  I would recommend him and his crew to anyone!
