Definitely recommend Paradise Tile!  Customer service is king with Cosimo!  We had over 2000 square feet of carpet and tile removed and replaced with a gorgeous laminate.  Cosimo guided my selection and educated me on materials, use, wear and longevity as well as negotiated a great price.  He was able to deliver all this on less than two week turn around time to help us move into our new place quickly.

The crew were hard working, punctual and left a tidy work site each night.

Quick Response applied epoxy on our garage floor and installed garage cabinets.  We had another quote which was less however, the response from out salesperson was honest, knowledgeable, informative and creative.  The other vendor only spoke to my husband, I'd ask the question he'd give husband the answer.  This is a red flag for me.  QR salesman as stated very customer oriented being very inclusive in our conversations.  The guys that came out and did the epoxy floors were excellent.  Not one mar or smudge or anything amiss.  And it's beautiful, sorry I didn't get the crews names.  Thomas came to install our cabinets.  Another purely professional person completing an excellent job, they also are beautiful.  In addition, Thomas kept apologizing for his accent (from Belgium).  He was so concerned we couldn't understand him and in my opinion he spoke English very well with a very slight accent.  Thank you Quick Response for an excellent job and hiring excellent people to work for you!!

Becks replaced the carpet on our stairs. I explained I had cats and needed a carpet that was durable and pet resistant. Dave showed up timely and showed me samples that would be best for our needs. He quoted me a very fair price that included removing the existing gross carpet. The installer showed up the next week and did a fantastic installation. We are so happy with their work. I highly recommend this locally owned business for your flooring needs. Excellent service.

We had a need for a repair of some flooring we installed and we called Floor Coverings International - Mesa.  Kris came over provided the expertise on the best way to fix our flooring problem.  A couple days later she returned with a couple pros who did a great job!  They made our flooring look much better than it did before we called them.  Kris and team were very professional and insured we were completely happy with the work.  We will be calling them again!

I just had new tile flooring installed by Floor Source after finding them thru Costco.  Jared and the team were professional and did an amazing job.  The timeframes for installation were exactly what I was told, the quality of the both the tile and the installation was fantastic.  The price was reasonable and I got a good value for what I paid.  I have already recommended Floor source to my 70-year-old Mom!  Great company!

Seamus rescued a marble sculpture, as he was originally trained to address art, not countertops.  Soooo grateful to have discovered this Phoenix miracle.

Rick and his company did tile removal in 9/2020. When the work was done, we had to start hounding the company for follow up and completion- most of the texts I still have showing the lack of care and follow up on their part. Our island kickboards were not reinstalled and left in a pile (we had to send Rick pictures before he finally sent his brother to fix those) and our carpet was torn and burned. The workers did not tell us they had damaged the carpet. We notified Rick who said he has a lots of carpet repair knowledge and would do what it took to fix it-
If it couldn't be repaired it would be replaced. But when he saw the rug in person and where the damage was, he tried to get us to agree to change our tile plan and add a border tile to cover the damage. He also tried to convince us to tile that whole area. When we said no he was visibly frustrated and left before my husband could finish talking to him. He sent a separate company over on multiple visits to fix the carpet- the first guy said the carpet was too old to stretch and would rip more, the next guy said he could stretch it fine but when he did it started to tear and he stopped saying it was the best he could do- it still hadn't pulled past the main tear. The next guy said he knew how to work with this and stretched it more. In the end we were told they put down so much glue if we ever replace the carpet it won't come up. We are still left with an area where the carpet doesn't touch the tile leaving a visible gap in high traffic area. Also the stretching has left the carpet with obvious seam lines and puckers. These were not as evident on the last carpet repair day but as the glue dried the carpet puckered and pulled back. Rick was unimpressed with our concerns, ask for pictures, and them would not return our calls/texts. We are left worth damaged carpet- not worth the savings for this company's dustless work.

Excellent! Right from the initial Yelp communication to the end of the project, Matthew and his crew were responsive, on time, professional and friendly. It's difficult when starting a project to know who to use that would do a good job that was dust-free. My daughter (Vanessa M) had used them for her home project after researching price/Sq ft and referred me. Definitely would recommend.

We called Gainey to do a master bedroom for us and tie into the rest of the house tile. They got back to us immediately, had very fair pricing, and the work was really high quality. I would strongly recommend them for anyone who needs a medium to large job and Hugh quality work.

We used Eduardo and crew to install LVP throughout our house. They were great!! Eduardo came out and measured and the same afternoon had a quote for us. They took their time working through each section of the house. The house it about 2000 sqft and they knocked it out in 2 days. I have already recommended Eduardo to friends and family as they did a great job. We have some tile work that we will be using them for as well. Excellent job.

J & B Carpet did a fantastic job with our carpet installation. It was a great experience from beginning to end and a pleasure working with Vikki and Nola! I had my floors completed about 6 months ago.  They did an awesome job and was very accommodating.  I was out of town and they finished the floors and sent picture the entire time.   They replied quickly to any questions we had and provided great feedback.   I would use them again.

I called First Class Coatings to get an estimate to have my 4 car garage floor professionally finished.  The owner Eric came to my house and went over all of the options available his company offers.  We agreed upon a price and he started work the next business day.  His crew showed up on time and were extremely professional.   They had a machine to grind down the concrete and cleaned up the entire area before applying the epoxy.  The crew did an amazing job and the floors turned out perfect.  I would highly recommend First Class Coatings as they are honest, reliable, and professional workers. I called several companies prior to choosing First Class Coatings and I am very happy I chose them to work on my floors. Some companies asked for a 50% deposit upfront while others said they were booked out for several weeks. Eric was great to work with and I felt that I could trust him. He didn't ask for payment until all work was done and I was 100% satisfied.  I will be calling Eric again soon to do some additional work for me in the near future.

Alex and his team did a incredible job they turn my kitchen into literally my dream ! Definitely recommend Desert custom flooring for any home remodeling had a very good experience especially for being our first remodel.
