HM flooring responded to a bid I put out on Yelp for carpet install.

The job: 1500 square feet plus closets and stairs for an unfurnished house we hadn't moved into yet

The sale: They were patient and allowed me to search around to make sure I was getting the right value. They even price matched when I found a local competitor giving a better price. I worked specifically with Josh who texted back and forth with me for a few weeks while we locked down specifics. We have a newborn so being cautious of VOCs was important to us and Josh helped us find the right carpet for us.

The install: they quoted 2-3 days for the job and were able to complete it in a day and a half (as I let them stay as long as they wanted on day one). The team did a good job cleaning up after they left as well. They also took away our old carpet, apparently included in the sale price.

The result: the carpet looks great and the stairs are in good shape as well. There are some scuffs across a few base boards, but I imagine this is to be expected on any carpet install.

I've worked with this company for many different homes and each and every time the do a great job and their prices are very affordable!  I've used them to install carpet, tile, kitchen back splashes & even to remodel showers with tile!  They always have a great selection in stock to choose from & they're easy to schedule with!  The wood tile flooring selections are amazing!  I will continue to use them and highly recommend them for all your flooring & bathroom/kitchen tiling needs!!!

Cosimo was extremely helpful when it came to our flooring project. When the product we originally wanted was out of stock he helped us find another option that ended up working even better than our first choice given our lighting conditions. He was also able to work with us to adjust our project date after our closing was delayed. Would use again if we ever end up redoing the flooring in our bathroom.

From the start of this process to the end, everything was easy and simple with this company. I Even got a call as they had a cancellation and got in the next day. Dallas, Brett and Jared showed up timely (even a smidge before, which I can appreciate). These three gentlemen were super kind and friendly and did an amazing job on my back patio. The attention to detail is just awesome! I cannot wait to hire them again to do my garage and I would request Dallas, Brett, and Jared to do my next job as well. He installed porcelain tile on our front porch AND installed a tile backsplash in our kitchen. He is easy to work with, is very knowledgeable, and his prices are good. Workmanship is wonderful.  Yes, we would hire him again!

From the start Floor Source bent over backwards for us.  When we had some difficulties in what we chose (we changed our mind), they helped us correct it the best they could (we still paid for the carpet and will keep it, but they adjusted labor and padding).  They scheduled us and kept us updated on installation.  On the day of install for the laminate, they sent Tony.  He was fast, efficient, and friendly.  But the most important part.... he did an immaculate install!  The next day the guys came for the carpet (sorry, can't remember the names).  They were just as good as Tony!  Fast, efficient and did an absolutely amazing job!  We still have the left over carpet piece and our son will put it in his house.  Already spoke to them and they will be using floor source to get padding and install.  Floor Source is going to send a person to their place for measuring.  Service ALL THE WAY AROUND!  Thank you Floor Source!!

Seamus is the best in the business at any kind of repair and restoration.  Don't hesitate calling Seamus for any kind of service having to do with stone.  If anyone can do anything to rectify a situation having to do with stone, this is your guy!

Matt and team take great pride in their work and it shows.  They removed approximately 800 sq feet of tile in my home and I was surprised by how quickly they got the job done.      There was minimal dust and they were careful to cover anything to avoid dust and damage.  

Recommend 100% without hesitation.

We used Gainey flooring for several projects and all was well until we had an issue with their work.   Post final payment, and our first time using our new shower we had issues with the plumbing.   Bruce was very helpful during install, however after install that was a different story.   He does not warranty his work and his ego to accept that his workers made a mistake keeps him from giving good customer service.  We now are left with a plumbing issue and he has washed his hands because he knows that to fix the issue he will have to break behind the wall to fix their plumbing mistakes.   If you want someone to back their work do not use them!   I am filing a claim with BBB and also will get this reviewed and fixed and be pursuing legally to be reimbursed for their faulty work.  To say we are disappointed in the professionalism displayed is an understatement.  What a shame to work hard to get work done and people take advantage of you.

I had my floors completed about 6 months ago.  They did an awesome job and was very accommodating.  I was out of town and they finished the floors and sent picture the entire time.   They replied quickly to any questions we had and provided great feedback.   I would use them again.

It has been a few years now since Eric and his crew did my garage floor install and I am still loving it. Everyone who has seen my garage has been jealous! My parents decided to get their 5 car garage done after I got mine. Great crew, on time, and very professional.
