Best Septic Tank Pumping in Phoenix, AZ

Recently had Vince do some work for me. He was very professional and super friendly! Definitely knows his stuff and highly recommend his services if you have any septic needs! Small business owner a plus!

My septic backed up and I called East Valley first thing the next morning. He was here by noon and found my tank was not full, I just had a blockage. He cleared it and charged me for one hour labor.
That is exceptional service and honesty.
I highly recommend them.

Ducks is a very professional organization. From the owner to the office down to the techs in the field. There are no perfect companies especially with the variety of individuals working. Ducks impressed me when I expressed a concern about an item that I thought should have taken care of. I spoke to the owner and he had the situation corrected within 24 hours. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Called and spoke with them a few times. they mentioned they did our septic inspection before buying the house but didn't understand our system and referred me out. The first day we moved in the alarm was going off. Referred us out and then we had to pay someone else $500 because the sensor was wedged up that's it! I guess from them emptying it.. nothing else was wrong. But they didn't want to come back out to us. if they had, it would have saved me tons of phone calls and money. But I was pushed off on to other people.

Edited to add that they also suggested to call an electrician that was another $75

I was so glad I chose A - Z septic pumping. First rate service and reasonable price.  Abel made an effort to get right over to my house. Our Septic had backed up into our house. Abel quickly found the problem and told me how to avoid any future problems.

Our septic tank decided it was full in the middle of night. I called left a message they got back to me in the morning. Said they were on there way to a job but would be here in the afternoon. True to there word. We were back working, they are very polite and clean up afterwards. I would use them again. Never had a septic system before (city girl). Now will be on a maintenance program every three to five years. They also showed me how the system works.

I have a sewage holding tank that has given me constant issues. This weekend I needed to have it pumped out and on Saturday called around to find someone to pump it out and was not having any luck. Sunday morning I got a call from message I had left the day before and they were able to schedule to come out the very next day. They contacted me when they were on their way and did an excellent job pumping out the tank and cleaning it down. Good value. Very profession. Would highly recommend.

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

I had a septic tank emergency and Ed was the only one that took the time to ask me pertinent questions about my situation and give me answers to help resolve them. He took time to review the map of where my septic is located and to educate me on how the system works. He offered to walk us through how to clean the filter over the phone.  Even though he was too far to come service my system, he went above and beyond to help me as best he could even though he knew I was not able to use his service. He is extremely knowledgeable and I highly recommend him and his company.

Another great experience.  Used them for the second time to help with what I thought was the sound of a water drip behind a bathroom wall.  First, setting up the appointment was great and the lady who answered the phone (sorry I did not get her name) was very helpful and also called to let me know when Louis was on the way.  Louis arrived right on time and after listening to the leak asked if I only heard it when I had the hot water running, for a long period of time, which was the case.  He could not duplicate the sound of the leak when he ran the cold water only and advised that what I thought was a leak was just the sound of the hot water pipe expanding against the wall framing which shifts over time.  What could have been a long repair turned into a very reasonable service charge for his time, which I was more than happy to pay.  As before they were professional, courteous and honest.  Very highly recommend Belsito Plumbing.

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

This is the company to call for all of your septic issues.

I was in serious need of someone to help me with a backed up septic.  It was on a Friday afternoon and I called 10 yes 10 septic companies to come out and help me before the inside of my house would flood.  None of them would come out that day and some could not come out until next week.  Do you know what my house would look like by then?  I finally called AAAA Westwood Services and told them what the problem was and Jim said that he could be out early the next morning between 7-8.
He was here at 7:10 am.  If you ever are in need of any septic problems PLEASE call Jim.  He came out cleaned the septic the right way as the filter was never cleaned by the last person that pumped it out.  I would recommend Jim and his company to anyone.  he is on time, honest, did a wonderful job and was a pleasure to deal with.  If I could give him 10 stars I would.  Wonderful person that did a wonderful job.  THANK YOU JIM A MILLION TIMES.

Stellar service! I had a broken faucet valve and messaged Chris at 11pm to see if he could fix it the next day. When I woke up at 6 the next day he had always sent me a quote and said he could be here that day. He was on time, did a thorough job and was up front with the cost, which was very reasonable. We even had him estimate a couple other plumbing projects we had in mind while he was here. Will definitely call him again.

I purchased the Reverse Osmosis Tune-Up & Plumbing Inspection plan ProSkill.  As with my recent HVAC installation I was not disappointed.  Once again I was sent a Professional.   Israel and his assistance did a superb job with explaining what they were doing and provided pictures of the readings.  Great service! WOW!.... What a GREAT Experience!  I was selling a home and had pressure from the potential buyer to identify the septic and assure proper working condition ASAP! ...  I first called a company in Goodyear and talked to their representative, Kailey.  She seemed very knowledgeable and I could tell that she knew what she was talking about!  The problem was, that her company could not do my inspection for 2 weeks, so unfortunately that would not work for me.  I then tried a highly rated (Yelp) company in Phoenix, but their representative did not seem educated in the process and I could tell that she was unsure of herself... I could not justify using them primarily based upon that 5 minute phone interview (too bad!)

THEN, I called A-American (found on Yelp) and got ahold of WALLY WITHAM!  He was TERRIFIC!...  VERY knowledgeable, VERY Professional, and Understood my sense of urgency... He agreed to do my inspection the SAME DAY!

I got my report the next morning and Wally even contacted my Realtor and I a few times for follow-up questions.  In this day and age of impersonal/Indifferent service, Wally shined and I can not say enough about his value to A-American!  A huge Thanks, to Wally!

Not much to add to the other 5-star reviews.  Had an issue with our kitchen sink, Ron came by right away (twice, actually, since the first time we messed up and missed his visit).  Cleared up the issue, the agreed upon price was honored (and much cheaper than similar work I'd had done with other companies).  Thanks Ron!

Not helpful. We booked a time for a rep to come out because we want to replace both our septic tank and our leach field. Instead of coming to our home, the rep called at the appointment time and gave some info, but ultimately wouldn't come to our house or answer any specifics unless we booked a $3500 excavation of our current tank.

Update - adjusting my review - they did call back later and say they would send out a tech to look at our yard. We decided to pass.

Paradise Septic did Inspection on a residential property Nov 2016.   Inspection listed risers and septic tank was fully drained.  Shortly after moving into property (2 people) all drains, toilets, sinks are backed up.   Johnny Mendiville gave a lecture on septic 101and they did their job, but $3000 later with another company we know they did not.   Not inspection possible down a 4 access tube (these are NOT risers, btw), heavily encrusted solids, and.....wait for it.....NO RECENT PUMP OCCURED.   In calling around town, more than one curious company asked who did the inspection, and they said We just want to see if it Paradise Septic.   Oh sh*t...literally.   Use at your own risk folks.
