Best Septic Tank Pumping in Phoenix, AZ

Recently had Vince do some work for me. He was very professional and super friendly! Definitely knows his stuff and highly recommend his services if you have any septic needs! Small business owner a plus!

We have had major septic tank issues recently and I called East Valley Septic this morning and Kelly answered right away and came that morning to help us.
I will never use another septic tank company to pump our tank!  East Valley Septic does it right, I was very impressed with them and will refer to all my family and friends!

We had our tank inspected and pumped 13 months ago by this company when we bought our house. Our septic was backing up last week so I tried to call them out to come pump and tell us what the problem was. We called on a Sunday because poop was backing up through our showers. I told them they had done the inspection and pumping 13 months prior. They agreed to come that day and then called back to say the pumper wanted to wait till the next day. The next day the pumper called and said you probably just need to pumped because it's full, if you call a plumber it's probably cheaper but I mean I can come if you need me to I basically felt dismissed by the whole thing like they didn't want to help or make money for the job. Obviously they didn't want to deal with it because they probably didn't do a good job the first time. I was told our tank shouldn't need to be pumped 13 months after the last pump and inspection. Don't bother with this company. Horrible customer service on top of poor quality work.

I'm a realtor and I need to work with the best vendors possible to make my clients happy.  Top of my list is Septic Technologies!!  I had them do two different houses on the same day and both clients were very pleased with the workmanship and the pricing.  
When I called for an appointment, they were able to tell me the size of the tank and info about the system before they even came out which saved lots of headaches on my part!!

Wish I could give them zero as that is all they deserve. I recently moved here from the East Coast and when you buy a home in Az, the owner is responsible to have the septic tank cleaned which they did. It was exactly a year ago that A to Z cleaned the septic. I have had a backup and my plumber told me there was a problem with the tank and that there was some sort of backup. I found the receipt from the previous owner and since it has only been one year and only one person lives here, I called to get them to come and take care f the problem as it should be under warranty. The girl that answered the phone was rude and short with me and literally said, how should i know how much usage, maybe you backed it up. When I explained to her that I have  only been here for a year and that mis is impossible for one person to create such a situation in such a short amount of time she finally agreed to call the owner and have him call me directly, that was over a week ago and HE NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL ME BACK!!! UNACCEPTABLE. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THEM, THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORK!!!!

Our septic tank decided it was full in the middle of night. I called left a message they got back to me in the morning. Said they were on there way to a job but would be here in the afternoon. True to there word. We were back working, they are very polite and clean up afterwards. I would use them again. Never had a septic system before (city girl). Now will be on a maintenance program every three to five years. They also showed me how the system works.

Can't be more pleased with the service.  Prompt call back,  up front honest pricing,  no surprises,  both the proprietors were knowledgeable, friendly and polite. On time almost to the minute

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

I really enjoyed my experiences working with Belsito. Steve ran through all the numbers and made sure to address all of my questions. They were very reasonably priced. Miguel who came to my house was extremely customer service oriented. He answered all my questions and quickly pumped my septic and made sure I didn't have any issues. Overall great experience.

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

This is the company to call for all of your septic issues.

The service from this company is phenomenal. I called and they gave me the lowest  estimate over the phone out of three companies. I scheduled a time that was convenient for me within a week period. The tech that showed up was on time and ready to work. He was very quick and thorough. He did not try to sell me on repairs or up-charges. Call them first you will be happy you did.

Hot water heater went out this morning and Chris was able to come out by later afternoon. At $1000 it was BY FAR cheaper than Parker & Sons or Plumbing Masters.

Honest...Fast...Reliable

Extremely poor customer service and lack of professionalism, expensive, and incomplete work. If you do use them, make sure you get detailed write up of EXACTLY what they will deliver. Note, if you request diagnostics they charge $125 on ONE item. If you ask them to check an GFI outlet behind refrigerator, they'll open door of fridge and then apprentice will flip switch at control panel and then say all is ok.  They did not move a thing. If you ask them to check GFIs across home, they'll tell you homes built cheap in Phoenix and only need one GFI in entire home.

Manager called me after I complained and got same line of BS from him that his Technician with poor attitude had.

There's much better service providers across Phoenix and much cheaper. Don't waste your time on these guys.

I needed my septic pumped they gave me the same day appt. The two guys that came out today 3/16/23 sorry did not get there names were amazing so professional very helpful even help with the clogg and gave me information about it. They both went way and beyond. I live o Joy lane so maybe give them a big thank you

On the plus side, they came out the next day, as requested, called first, were right on time, and ultimately fixed the problem- a backed up kitchen sink. Plus the first, younger plumber who came was decent and friendly and professional. On the negative side, it was hard not to believe they were up selling and wanted me to buy into a lot of expensive work that just wasn't necessary to fix my sink. The first guy tried to clear my line without success and called a supervisor to bring an optical line to see the problem. Since I had had the problem before and was pretty sure it was a clog in the line, this disturbed me and caused me to read the Yelp customer comments more carefully. These did not put me at ease because there were many complaints about bad service, and unnecessary and expensive work. The supervisor suggested that they might have to go into a wall and replace a drain line for multiple thousands of dollars and, unless they did so, they couldn't even access the clogged line. At this point, I made it clear that I was only interested in fixing the kitchen sink, not attending to the plumbing in the remainder of the house which, to my best knowledge, was fine. I also stated that if it were to be a big job, I was going to refer it to another plumbing company I had used previously. This seems to me a reasonable reaction, and I was as polite as I could be. However, it was very clear that this made the supervisor unhappy. You know the phrase, if looks could kill? Well, I don't think his look was murderous, but it wasn't friendly. At this point, and to his credit, and probably not to the satisfaction of his boss, the younger plumber offered to try and snake my line one more time. I insisted that he do it inside at the sink as had been done many times in the past. He did and it cleared up! My problem was fixed. I ended up paying for the camera visual, which I did not see and I'm not sure was necessary or useful. Still, the cost wasn't outrageous and was in line with what I had paid another company before. The problem is that, had I listened to them, I am afraid they would have tried to persuade me that I required a lot of very expensive work.
In light of my experience, I cannot recommend them. If you do deal with them, I would advise you exercise caution. On the other hand, they were prompt, fixed my problem and the younger plumber was friendly and ultimately competent. I cannot condemn them completely but I can't recommend them.

I'm beyond amazed with how responsive and easy this whole experience was for my parents. From the very beginning they helped us with getting exactly what we needed at a great price and a reasonable completion time that saved us from months of headaches. Best in the business and I plan on recommending them to anyone who needs them in the future!

Technician was right on time. Was respectful and did a great job. Very informative too. Prices are fantastic at least for drain clearing. I would use them again.

Do not use this company!  Their negligence has cost me almost $1,200.00 to correct.  When I contacted them to discuss the matter they stopped taking my calls.  They use predatory pricing tactics to surprise you with an additional $795.00 charge after the work is done.  This matter will end in court.  Be smart, call someone, anyone else!
