I was in a bad spot the other day, my septic tank was backed up and I needed to get it pumped right away. I called 6 or 7 other businesses and no one could get anyone out for 4 to 7 days, they didn't seem to care. I called East Valley Septic and asked when they could someone out, one of their first questions was is your system backed up. When I told them yes they made provisions in their schedule to get someone out that day, he was out a few hours later. On top of that they had one of the best prices.

Called these guys when I had to sell my house and get a mandatory septic inspection. From the start they were the best price and eager for my business. You wouldn't expect good customer service from a septic pumping company but here it was. As promised the guys on the crew called to say they were on the way and arrived on time. Ding dong the doorbell rang and here stood 2 clean dressed guys who explained the process, approx time it would take and answered all my questions. They had original map of the septic (County records) and made quick work of finding the buried caps and pumping out the tank. Best part my landscaping was restored as if they were never there. Go with these guys you won't be disappointed

They charge you $150 just to come out to your house for a 10min overview when you wouldn't be calling them unless you had a problem...

Our septic tank decided it was full in the middle of night. I called left a message they got back to me in the morning. Said they were on there way to a job but would be here in the afternoon. True to there word. We were back working, they are very polite and clean up afterwards. I would use them again. Never had a septic system before (city girl). Now will be on a maintenance program every three to five years. They also showed me how the system works.

I have a sewage holding tank that has given me constant issues. This weekend I needed to have it pumped out and on Saturday called around to find someone to pump it out and was not having any luck. Sunday morning I got a call from message I had left the day before and they were able to schedule to come out the very next day. They contacted me when they were on their way and did an excellent job pumping out the tank and cleaning it down. Good value. Very profession. Would highly recommend.

I used sewer time for a septic tank install. They came in and took over a job that another contractor had dropped the ball.  Our construction was on hold until the septic tank was installed and sewer time stepped in and saved the day! My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

Purchased a home in Carefree,AZ and had septic issues. Jim at Westwood stepped up to the plate and took care of the issues at hand immediately and in such a professional manner. I loved the man that installed our water softener and carbon filter.  Extremely knowledgeable and professional.  I only give them 4 stars is because it was a fortune and the credit service they use for financing are real a-holes.  $1895 for a customer supplied newer water softener, and a new carbon unit.  I would recommend this company just for the service of our professional.  Another gripe is that to do financing we were required to go through another company and they wouldn't work with us at.  They denied me and my husband credit because of activity on our cards.  Of course we are going to put everything on credit when we buy a new house.  An hour later and it put our service tech behind schedule and inconvenienced everyone involved. No, we were not able to get financing.  If you're in a bind this plumber will not help at all because of GreenSky. That's money back on our CC bill every month.  Our credit is perfect by the way, since we pay all CC each month.  GreenSky is the company that refused to take us for monthly payments. Screw them! ProSkill needs to ditch that credit company because it left a sour taste in my mouth.

I just had my septic tank pumped out by Mike, and it was a pleasant experience,he had to do so much work just to gain access and he did it with a good attitude and like a super professional.  He even fixed the access point so that next time it is not as much work.  Of course I will be calling them back!  I really didn't think this was going to be so fast and easy but MIKE IS A PRO!!  I have not been this impressed by a service company in a long while. I highly recommend that you call A-American today and I hope that you get to meet Mike.

I was at wits end. I had already paid a plumbing company out of Moon Valley $135 to come out and unsuccessfully snake my drain and misdiagnosis the issue. I saw Ron on Yelp, picked up the telephone and he answered RIGHT AWAY. He immediately asked where I was and said he could be here in 5minutes! Four minutes later he was backing up his truck to my driveway. Seemed honest and confident he could clear the drain.   He snaked for about 5-10minutes and my drain was cleared. Next time he will be the first I call. When in doubt call him 1st. . . $59 what a value!!!!

Called this company the day after we noticed our water heater leaking. They were at my house within an hour, the rep was very professional pointed out that we would definitely need the water damage taken care of and called QuickRestore to also come out same day to get everything dried. I was so grateful for their kindness and honesty in such a stressful situation!!!

Do not use this company!!!
Firstly, they did the inspection of an alternative septic system in the house we purchased about 9 months ago and they declared it all good and in order. They were contracted by seller's  realtor company.
Fast forward to this November, the alarm is going off and we call Paradise Septic, the technician comes out and charges 165.00$ for the visit and explains the problem is the grinder pump which costs another 670.00$. The alarm goes off a day after its fixed, technician comes back and says its a root that is growing into the tank.
We decide to call another company that had serviced the system and find out that the septic has had issues for years, there is no grinder pump in the tank and the system was not pumped nor cleaned properly.
These guys are very dishonest and will lie to you and to add to the insult they have very aggressive and rude people doing the billing.
Stay away, they are horrible!!!
