I was in a bad spot the other day, my septic tank was backed up and I needed to get it pumped right away. I called 6 or 7 other businesses and no one could get anyone out for 4 to 7 days, they didn't seem to care. I called East Valley Septic and asked when they could someone out, one of their first questions was is your system backed up. When I told them yes they made provisions in their schedule to get someone out that day, he was out a few hours later. On top of that they had one of the best prices.

On Saturday, July 20, 2019, in the middle of our searing Arizona summer heat, our plumbing began backing up.  It was chaos.  I was cleaning and mopping like mad using every rag-towel available.  My husband is currently disabled and was very frustrated that he couldn't help.  But, there we were.  We called everyone we could think including all the plumbers and septic service companies in the area and no one wanted to come out on the weekend.  

A friend of ours, a plumber, recommended Duck Septic Services.  We called, left a message and to our surprise got a text back right away.  As it turned out, the owners were on vacation and we felt horrible about disturbing them.  But, they were fine with it and called their brother, who works with them and asked him to respond.  He was good enough to do so.    

Jose was wonderful.  He responded quickly, got right to work and fixed the problem.  He answered all our questions and got everything under control right away.  He was pleasant, professional and a perfect gentleman.  He left the yard in good condition when he was finished too.  They were very affordable even with a very reasonable charge for a weekend response.  

We will be calling Duck Septic Services annually now just to be on the safe side although Jose assured us every other year would be fine too.  We highly recommend Duck Septic Services.  They got the job done perfectly, quickly and professionally.  And, we can't thank them enough for responding the way that they did.  For Septic maintenance or emergencies, these are the folks to call.  Just can't thank them enough.

these folks are awesome! theyre a small family run business that has wonderful customer service! we've had two service calls from them so far. the first one was a regular septic visit but during the servicing, they found an obstructed connection in our underground plumbing (gross), and snaked it out on the spot. no charge! we didnt even realize that the obstruction was what was causing our slow plumbing! the other service call happened when we had a serious problem with our riser (the tube that goes from the septic tank to the surface to access the system.) the previous owners had used a metal barrel, cut off both ends, and sunk it into the ground as the riser! on top of that he made a large, heavy concrete lid to access the tank. az septic explained the issue and how the concrete lid was slowly and over time, crushing in the barrel riser. we were freaked out!  (we're not very septic savvy) they fit us in for an appt very quickly and brought in a backhoe and a new (appropriate), riser and had the whole thing replaced in no time. they cleaned up after themselves and charged us a very resonable price. the customer service was great on the phone too. they were very communicative throughout the process. i would highly recommend them. they really seem like they care about thier reputation and want to provide a good service!

Circle J Septic was able to schedule my septic pump & certification within 1 week.   Josh & Michael actually arrived a bit early which we appreciated & completed the job professionally & promptly.   We learned a lot about septic systems while they were working.  They are great guys, very friendly & personable.  I would 100% recommend Circle J Septic to anyone needing septic pumping and/or certification.

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

Belsito added a larger tank to our septic system and left the property looking like they weren't even there. They literally brushed the gravel. Robbie and John were professional and great to work with! Then the company called the day after the work was complete to make sure that we were happy! My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. Chris provided great service from start to finish. He had a very professional operation set up, including timely, clear communication. He went out of his way to set proper expectations and get the job done right. I highly recommend him!

Pro Skill- Scott- came to home and did a lengthy review of our HVAC system and needs.   He came up with a plan and explained it, and then followed up with a quote for the work that was more detailed than any other bid I received.  I was given options as to SEER and quality ratings i wanted in selection of the units.    We decided to replace 2 electric cooling units and 2 gas furnace heating units.
The crew came to the house on time, were pleasant, task oriented and answered all our questions with patience.  They cleaned up the work site well.   2 weeks after the job, the quality control person -Keith- came out and spent almost 2 hours going over all the work that was done, adjusted one blower speed, and again, answered all our questions.   For a final wrap-up, Scott came out again, delivered paperwork that had been requested and the completed rebate forms for the energy savings allowed.   Im happy with the work, the price was competitive, and their concern about doing it right was evident.

I needed my septic pumped they gave me the same day appt. The two guys that came out today 3/16/23 sorry did not get there names were amazing so professional very helpful even help with the clogg and gave me information about it. They both went way and beyond. I live o Joy lane so maybe give them a big thank you

This is the second time within 2 years we've called this company. They were here within the time frame advised. The tech was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We had a great experience. We will use again (my House was built in the 60's) and highly recommend to anyone who needs the drains cleaned out. I thought it would cost me thousands and have no shower for my time off work. Glad to know it was a quick fix. They guaranty for 30 days and no problem if we need to give them a return call and they'll come right out.

Jorge at Go Direct Plumbing was awesome! He responded immediately, quick to fit us in, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He had all of the parts with him that he needed to rebuild one of our toilets and the cable that regulates the water to the toilet. Their prices were very reasonable. He was able to understand everything needed without looking at it first after our phone consultation. We will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs we ever have. Not helpful. We booked a time for a rep to come out because we want to replace both our septic tank and our leach field. Instead of coming to our home, the rep called at the appointment time and gave some info, but ultimately wouldn't come to our house or answer any specifics unless we booked a $3500 excavation of our current tank.

Update - adjusting my review - they did call back later and say they would send out a tech to look at our yard. We decided to pass.

This was the first time I have used a truck to pump my tanks in my travel trailer, so I had no idea what to expect. Well, Howard was awesome. He was polite, friendly, and made quick work of cleaning out my tanks.  I will definitely call on them again.
