Best Septic Tank Pumping in Phoenix, AZ

We have had major septic tank issues recently and I called East Valley Septic this morning and Kelly answered right away and came that morning to help us.
I will never use another septic tank company to pump our tank!  East Valley Septic does it right, I was very impressed with them and will refer to all my family and friends!

Very pleased with the service provided. We called just as they were closing yesterday afternoon because our septic tank was full and over flowing. I was told someone would be out @ 8:00 this morning. Jason showed up  early (which I always appreciate)  did  a great job and was very professional.   Will definitely call them again.

I did not have any obvious signs that I need a septic pump but just thought it was time for some preventive maintenance. I usually called a local Paradise Valley Septic Service but this time I thought I would try Septic Technologies upon recommendation from a friend.  Gina the lady on the phone was friendly and could not give me a price but said depending on what they found it could be $1000 but most likely not.  I realize now that I should have balked at that figure but since I usually paid under $200 I did not in my wildest dreams think the bill would be $987.50.  Gina explained that my system was the absolute dirtiest they had ever seen and it was full of solids and sludge.  She told me this was backfilling from the leeching system.  Although I have a 1250 gallon system they were able to extract 1750 gallons charging $450 per 1000 gallons amounting to $787.50.  Because my septic system was extra dirty I was charged another $100. I was also charged a man hour of $100 as they were only there an hour.  
The real kicker was when Gina explained the horror story of how the experienced septic team feared for their safety because there was so much pressure they thought it was going to blow.  Common sense tells me liquid does not compress and if the system were full it would be backing up in the house.  I also do not believe if I have a 1250 gallon tank they could pump out 1750 gallons. I took a couple of months to pay them and feel ripped off as a result.  During the hour the team decided my waste was not only dirty but dangerous and I should be charged for it. Talk about being full of it.

The last thing anyone wants to deal with is a septic issue, and finding someone that will give you both good service as well as an honest assessment is rare. Though we weren't able to schedule them exactly when we wanted them (they were extremely busy), I'm so glad we waited and had Abel come out. He was very thorough, walking me through the process, and charging me what I think is a very reasonable rate.

I would recommend this company if you looking for quality work from a reputable company that is not putting it's interests above those of its customers. I'll definitely be using them for all of my future septic needs.

Circle J Septic was able to schedule my septic pump & certification within 1 week.   Josh & Michael actually arrived a bit early which we appreciated & completed the job professionally & promptly.   We learned a lot about septic systems while they were working.  They are great guys, very friendly & personable.  I would 100% recommend Circle J Septic to anyone needing septic pumping and/or certification.

Cannot thank Jay and his crew enough!!  We needed an emergency septic pump and he came out the same day, despite having his entire day booked. It's so nice to know that there are still companies out there that know the true definition of customer service. Not only did he come out immediately to clean the filter and remove the sludge, so we were able to use our toilets right away, but he came back a second time to empty and thoroughly clean the septic tank when his truck was done servicing others. Do NOT hesitate to hire them. Your tank will be the cleanest it's ever been. Thanks so much, guys!!!

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

Belsito Plumbing just left and I am so pleased. We have had low water pressure in part of our house for a few years now. We have had a couple of other plumbers come, but no one has been able to or really I should say, taken the time to really find the problem. Belsito Plumbing did take the time and then proceeded to fix the issue. I was expecting a huge bill for the time even though we did not have anything replaced, just cleaned out, but I was so happy that the cost was so reasonable. The technician could not have been more nice. He was diligent, respectful and hardworking. He went about diagnosing the problem, checked everything, and then settled on the issue. He then told me about what he thought was the issue and then went about and fixed the issue. The water pressure is now wonderful everywhere in the house. I could not be more happy. I will be singing Belsito Plumbing's praises any chance I get. Thank you Belsito Plumbing!!!!

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

This is the company to call for all of your septic issues.

The service from this company is phenomenal. I called and they gave me the lowest  estimate over the phone out of three companies. I scheduled a time that was convenient for me within a week period. The tech that showed up was on time and ready to work. He was very quick and thorough. He did not try to sell me on repairs or up-charges. Call them first you will be happy you did.

After Flush King, my husband decided to look at it and researched online.  Found out it's a Kohler faucet mo Franklin as stated by tech.  Bought $15 replacement hose.  However, he was not able to remove the bad hose and didn't want to damage.

We're new here so this time we got a referral from our neighbor, KW Plumbing.  They cane out next day and spent 30 minutes removing old and installing new hose. $125 charge which is reasonable and no up sell.

We now have a trusted plumber we can call on.

Yes, the $149 would be deducted if we ended up using you and yes we could've gotten our own faucet.  Bottom line is, we didn't need to replace the faucet and even with $50 yelp discount your price is still too high.  

As a customer, we want someone we can trust and we are willing to pay a fair  price.

Fantastic! Had Greg install a water softener system and reverse osmosis system and we love them. Installation was clean and quick. The cost was reasonable and worth it. This company is very professional. My friend referred them to me, I referred them to another friend, and I highly recommend them.

Called Go Direct & Sewer after reviewing all other plumbing services...sorry to say there are lots of plumbing companies with horrible reviews, especially with the service I needed, which is the main sewer line repair.

Spoke to Jorge the owner, and he was the only one, that I spoke to that had the time to explain the process of sewer repairs and the steps needed, which brought peace of mind and a better understanding that I stopped freaking out.

Jorge have solved my sewer problem and it was very, very reasonable and when I asked if he gives military discounts, he gladly reduced my bill.

Called this company the day after we noticed our water heater leaking. They were at my house within an hour, the rep was very professional pointed out that we would definitely need the water damage taken care of and called QuickRestore to also come out same day to get everything dried. I was so grateful for their kindness and honesty in such a stressful situation!!!
