Very happy I hired classic shades! I am an out of state landlord and recieved a couple of bids. Jeff responded first and was the first to go out to my property and provide a bid. He ultimately came back with the best price and I felt the most comfortable with him because of how clear he communicated everything. There are some people who take great pride in there work and Jeff is one of those guys. He pays attention to detail and is passionate on it being done the right way. He took pictures for me every step the way letting me know what he was doing. Actually he even picked all the paint colors for me since I couldn't be there in person. The end result in the pictures look amazing. I had my property manager go do a final walk thru for me and he verified in person the quality of his work. At the very least I would have him come out to provide a bid, you will be happy you did!

I was hoping to find more than just a LinkedIn profile, yet didn't. So here I am making one. Restorations by Gary Rait I would highly recommend for anyone looking to restore their sewing machines. From what I think he said, he restores more than just sewing machines and their cabinets. I found this excellent buisness and met Mr. Rait at a quilt show in Prescott Valley. For a reasonable price he restored my early 1900's Singer treadle sewing machine to working order. He did a beautiful job in getting it looking like a actual piece of furniture that would be found in a real antique store, not some worn-out falling appart thing at a flea market as it was. I am very happy with the care taken in picking it up it from my home in Prescott bringing it to his shop and returning it in a short amount of time. I also appreciate him saving what he could of the wood and machine parts.
If there was anything higher on Yelp besides the five Woohoo! As good as it gets! stars, he would definately deserve it.

We had a great experience with PureTec last week. We were referred to them and Darren was a pleasure to work with- I appreciated his prompt arrival and response, thorough descriptions, and low pressure approach. I ended up learning quite a bit during our quick interactions. I would absolutely use their services if we encounter any future water damage at our house.

They were extremely helpful on a last minute project.  Absolut went out to the building and Wow the building owner not only because they came out the same day as called but because the cleaning job was fantastic.  The customer service at the office was wonderful and handled this with complete urgency and professionalism. Still a bad company. I see many comments from the owner telling people that they meant to comment on EcoDry Reconstruction Yelp page, and not his company.

While I get where he is coming from, it is very unethical and unprofessional to do great on the front end, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND another company (with the same name) for the back end, that you know is awful.

We used Restoration to have out kitchen gutted due to a burst drain pipe, and they did great. Ty particularly. But then we were told to go through EcoDry Reconstruction for the kitchen rebuild - which, why would we think it is a different company when they have the same name?

Do not tell people to comment on another page when you are recommending this company to your customers.

I have known Ryan for years. As an insurance advisor I have sent him clients for a long time. Where to start??? May 25th my main water pipe broke in our Master bathroom, I called Disaster Restoration (1st Response Team) to review damages and help with the 2 of water in our carpets that was in the master bedroom, hallway leading into the Living room. The gentleman Josh brought some industrial fans and humidifier that flipped our circuit every 20-30 mins and these machines with hoses had cracks leaking more water on the walls and carpet that wasn't wet (living room) This lasted a total of 6 days as the walls and carpet dried out. ($6,461.54) We were told by Josh that due to a test conducted we had Asbestos a team was coming to take care of the Asbestos and we would need to be out 6/31 to return later that day after the air quality test resulted a positive response. The Asbestos team that spoke very little English advised me and my two children that all the personal and furniture would need to be removed so they can start the cleaning. 2 1/2 hours we spent moving stuff out of the master bedroom, both bathrooms and Living room and shoved stuff ANYWHERE WE COULD! My other three rooms were so full of stuff these rooms could not be accessed. Only to be told before we left it would be a 3-4 days job and us having NO PERSONAL ITEMS TO LAST US 2-3 days!!!!! ($9,826.39) It was a total of 5 days!!! The quality air test, mind you I had to call and follow up on was completed on Saturday June 3, because the business was closed that produces the results we would not hear until Monday?!!???? Monday I finally call the office to find out we CAN enter the house to find No toilets (they put them in my tub and shower, damaging the pan) no sinks or vanities and everything stripped from the living room, bedroom, bathroom and hall... (Still unlivable) It took the company until June 7th to get someone out to look at the damages to write an estimate, it took this guy until June 12 to finalize the estimate to send to our insurance company for approval. It took Him until June 16th to meet to sign a contract that work can be completed and it is now June 29th and he has had ONE OLDER MAN in our house for the last 4 Days putting up some dry wall in a few areas in the house, adding texture to the drywall and removing the old trim and adding new trim... 4 DAYS!!!!!!!! The house is still not painted, we asked back on June 7th when he was there we wanted the 3 bedrooms painted so the house matched, he basically said it is not a priority and will not be done when the carpet is put in. The TILE IN BOTH the bathroom were NEVER CHECKED FOR WATER DAMAGE and when we pulled it up. There was water and mildew and little worms close to the water... I AM SO OVER DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY and the LACK of professional work they have provided. STAY AWAY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE OF A MESS!!! They do not care about their clients!!! The put a temporary lien on your home without advising you to protect their payment and treat you LIKE A NUMBER!!! I was told tonight, basically they will take their time as they have other jobs to do. We are not a priority ... For $9.8k I bet the BBB will think otherwise!!!! Bless the person that deals with them NEXT!

Do NOT hire this company for any reason.  They did some work at my home nearly 3 years ago for some minor water damage.  One man came for 2-3 hours and my insurance company paid them over $4000.  This week I was served with a lawsuit naming me personally for nearly 10K with no explanation.  My phone and email have not changed and they never attempted to contact me.  I don't know why they think I owe them 10K but I now have 20 days to respond in court or there will be a judgment against me.  This is a dishonest company and I regret using them tremendously.

Good communication and on time arrival. Respectful and easy to talk to when explaining how they were going to do the job. We needed dozens of tiles installed after solar panels were installed by another company. The team completed the job very quickly and even showed me what was done as I had a few concerns about how the solar company left my roof. All in all great communication from reception, Marie to Jose and Co. I will be using again in the future and I would highly recommend them to you!

My insurance company Am Fam contacted them to do repairs from water damage to my house they came out in about three days gave me an estimate so they will get back to me with pricing and never did I had to call them back they said they were waiting on me to send them my thousand dollar deductible to even get started I did that and then took them another two weeks to come out and get started after that they were supposed to match my flooring and said they were having trouble finding a match and would get back to me and three days after they checked other places they never got back to me I called them they said oh yes they didn't have what we needed I'll call someone else to see what materials they have and get back to you still never got back to me a week later I called them still no Flooring still no match and no idea didn't offer to fix it another way I called my insurance company to complain and get this resolved then I called a flooring company myself and got an estimate from them and told Stratton they were out of the picture don't bother I'll take care of it myself this was two months later I had been waiting on them very bad communication don't do what they say not there to help the customer only to collect money I would not recommend them or any repairs of any kind not a good company to deal with do not stand behind their word they are apparently too busy to take care of the customers that they are busy with doesn't make much sense does it.

If you ever have the very unfortunate experience of having your house flooded with inches of water, I hope you will get to work with a company like Drystar Restoration.

My family and I were having a mini staycation for the turn of the new year.  We were only gone for a day and a half and in that time our house flooded due to a broken water line.  You can imagine our grief to discover our ruined furniture, walls, floors and cabinets.  After turning off the main water line, I called our normal plumber and he came out and did what he could.  He recommended Drystar and I'm glad he did.  I spoke with Robert and he assured me that they would be out to my house right away.  As soon as they pulled up, they started clearing out the standing water in my house. After, they started to remove the wet furniture and cutting out the drywall that was affected by the water. I stayed in contact with Robert throughout the entire process as he provided updates and educated me about the process. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend or have the confidence and trust in anyone else.

This company is a joke! Avoid them at all costs, unless you want to deal with the same issue they claim to have fixed years later.

I was unfortunate enough to have crossed paths with this horrendous company after a water leak in my home last year. The technicians came to out literally ripped off the ceiling in my entire kitchen and garage to dry everything, telling me they'd be done within 72 hours... well, 72 hours became over a week! They kept giving me the runaround on when they'd be done and kept adding findings to stay longer.

Once they were FINALLY out of my home, they left me with no ceiling and told me I needed to contact someone else to do the repairs -- now, you'd think THEY would have that set up, no?

Finally the ceiling got repaired after another couple of days and life went on, until months later, and I mean MONTHS later, I began getting harassed by a new office member stating that I had not paid my invoice, which was a total lie. I called back to discuss the error and that my invoice had been paid, and the phone number went to someone's direct voicemail and doesn't even give the name of the company. This is the exact moment I realized this company is shady, and quite possibly scammers.

Not only did they receive their payment IN FULL, the work that they did and were so proud of had to be redone just a couple of months after they fixed it, as the leak returned -- same spot, same leak.

So, if you want someone to waste your time, and do a terrible job that you'll have to deal with again, this is your company! If, on the other hand, you want your repairs done right, call someone else. This company is the worst!
