Really loved the work done! Price was reasonable and Jeff is very health conscious, which is important to me especially when dealing with paint and dust that comes with it. He and his team resealed my roof and saved me a ton of money, then fixed up some needed paint inside my house!

I was hoping to find more than just a LinkedIn profile, yet didn't. So here I am making one. Restorations by Gary Rait I would highly recommend for anyone looking to restore their sewing machines. From what I think he said, he restores more than just sewing machines and their cabinets. I found this excellent buisness and met Mr. Rait at a quilt show in Prescott Valley. For a reasonable price he restored my early 1900's Singer treadle sewing machine to working order. He did a beautiful job in getting it looking like a actual piece of furniture that would be found in a real antique store, not some worn-out falling appart thing at a flea market as it was. I am very happy with the care taken in picking it up it from my home in Prescott bringing it to his shop and returning it in a short amount of time. I also appreciate him saving what he could of the wood and machine parts.
If there was anything higher on Yelp besides the five Woohoo! As good as it gets! stars, he would definately deserve it.

I don't know where to start this review. Everyone, from Darren providing a fair estimate to Jason, their Office Manager,who responds very quickly to any questions  to Justis & Cole doing the initial work, to Mike following up the next day. I just can't say enough. They are all wonderful.
Once the Plumber Guy, Carlin, finished repairing the pipe Darren came out within a couple of hours and gave us a very fair price. He even left some fans to start the drying process. The next morning Justic & Cole came out around 8:30 to do the clean up process. Eventhough we don't have any asbestos, they treated it like we did. This was very comforting to know that they took precautions. When Mike came out he said everything was dry (per his meter) except for a small part of the carpet. He left one fan to help dry this out. Avery came out the next day to pick up the fan.
Would I recommend the guys at PureTec Restoration, you betcha! If I have a problem in the future, I will call them in a heartbeat!

We had water damage in our home, called SERVPRO & they responded quickly, moved furniture/appliances, removed the water, set up fans to dry.  They came back twice a day to check progress.  Employees were efficient, very respectful & went above & beyond.  We highly recommend this company!

I would not advise using this company. To show you the thought process of the owner her company damaged my old stove's gas valve in transport. When it was turned back on I could smell gas. I called Southwest Gas and they tagged it as a hazard. Absolut had a repairman check it out and it would be $400 to repair it. I checked with a local store and a new stove would've been $370. The owner decided to repair it because as their GM let me know I was not entitled to get a new stove. They broke several items which I understand comes with transporting items which I chose to not press the issue but to me the stove was no excuse.

Scott Clawson and his team at Eco Dry did a great job doing an abatement at my home.  The team was professional and cleaned up completely, and their prices were reasonable.  Thanks!

Phoenix Flood is the best remediation company I have used.  They are very unique in several ways.  Unlike most remediation companies they are not trying to get a big insurance claim.  Ryan comes in and assesses the situation and has recommended not making an insurance claim when it doesn't cost too much to just solve the problem and make the repairs.  They also do a very good job of providing options and educating you on what makes since to do.  I truly wish I had come across his company sooner.

Recently work with them to do the flooring, I found Jeffrey and Steve very honest and professionals. There where nice and easy to work with them. I highly recommend them for further projects to family and fiends.

I would definitely recommend this company! I had an upstairs bathtub overflow into the bedroom next to the bathroom, the loft, and the hallway besides the bathroom itself:(  I called Disaster Restoration they showed up right away told me what needed to be done and got it started right then. They dried all of the damaged areas in 3 days without causing anymore damage to walls or ceilings! Came to check on the progress every day on my availabilty and Zach even brought us donuts!  Thanks Al for the speedy response, Zach for the awesome customer service, and the crew who helped them with this cleanup!

beware of geo roofing!!! geo roofing is a horrible horrible company!!! in early february mike peterson (geo salesman) came to my house and gave me a quote for a new roof on my house. he said they were running 2-3 weeks out. i paid them a down payment of 5500 and they gave me an install date for february 26 2019.  letty (geo office manager) called me on the evening of february 25th (the day before they were supposed to start) and told me they wouldn't be able to start until march 6th now because they were so backed up. march 6th came around and nobody showed up and nobody called me to let me know what was going on. i tried to call mike peterson (geo salesman) and he didn't answer. i left him a message and he never called me back. hours later letty (geo office manager) calls me and says all her roof workers got in a car accident and now they wouldn't be able to start until march 11th. so that day came around and guess what...nobody showed up again and no call from geo letting me know what was going on. i tried to call letty but she would not take my call. they have a receptionist screening all the calls. the receptionist was very insistent on getting my name and why am i calling. they would not refund my 5500 down payment so i had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge!!! this company is soooo bad. i just don't want this to happen to anybody else. beware of geo roofing az!!!

This company is terrible. Martin is even more Terrible he lacks customer service. He lacks knowledge of the projects he has at hand and this is the companies PROJECT MANAGER. I called him cause I was told he would schedule someone for the final touches so I called and he says what final touches Umm the toilet that was taken off, the door that was removed, the base boards??? I also call once and he said after I said my name. Yeah

The floor guy took 30 hours (3 days) to do a one day tile job in a BATHROOM! He left our front door wide open several times even after we told him we have animals. If you want to work your full time job and make all the calls go with this company. Between showing up hours late for jobs, canceling appointments and rescheduling them a week later, and weeks with no response unless we call them, this place is horrible! The only good reviews are from plumbers that get a kick back from them for bringing them along to flooded homes. Once this place is out of our house we will never look back. They are horrible!!

I have to give a low review as this company is trying to be something it's not -- a restoration company.  The water restore via heat and fans was good service.  The rebuild was chaotic, no one knew what anyone else was doing, the project managers (which changed) indicated it was a known internal problem that needed to be improved.  They DO NOT understand the value of high end items in order to value them.  They do not have a sense of urgency unless it's the sales process which is a bulldoze from water remediation into construction promising the entire way you'll be involved, etc.  Absolutely untrue.  No communication.  They don't listen to what the customer wants.
They jackhammered a custom marble entry medallion when it could have been saved without asking us first and unless Hayden is no longer with the company, they absolutely knew we had a desire to save the medallion which they claimed we didn't tell them about.  The estimator put in writing that no outside wall was revealed during kitchen demo and I sent him a photo of it -- they did no lead testing of the wall painted in the 1960s.  He was even there after the demo was done and I pointed out the wall.  The only service we found as well done was the dryout with heaters and fans.  There is damage done due to the poor work of demolition, and by the time the estimate was done it is clear this company is not ready to offer anything but water and fire remediation.  The owner refuses to return phone calls to talk with customers which we tried to do several weeks to understand their process and methodology.   Find a good reliable general contractor until this company is ready to be a reconstruction company.
