Very happy I hired classic shades! I am an out of state landlord and recieved a couple of bids. Jeff responded first and was the first to go out to my property and provide a bid. He ultimately came back with the best price and I felt the most comfortable with him because of how clear he communicated everything. There are some people who take great pride in there work and Jeff is one of those guys. He pays attention to detail and is passionate on it being done the right way. He took pictures for me every step the way letting me know what he was doing. Actually he even picked all the paint colors for me since I couldn't be there in person. The end result in the pictures look amazing. I had my property manager go do a final walk thru for me and he verified in person the quality of his work. At the very least I would have him come out to provide a bid, you will be happy you did!

I was hoping to find more than just a LinkedIn profile, yet didn't. So here I am making one. Restorations by Gary Rait I would highly recommend for anyone looking to restore their sewing machines. From what I think he said, he restores more than just sewing machines and their cabinets. I found this excellent buisness and met Mr. Rait at a quilt show in Prescott Valley. For a reasonable price he restored my early 1900's Singer treadle sewing machine to working order. He did a beautiful job in getting it looking like a actual piece of furniture that would be found in a real antique store, not some worn-out falling appart thing at a flea market as it was. I am very happy with the care taken in picking it up it from my home in Prescott bringing it to his shop and returning it in a short amount of time. I also appreciate him saving what he could of the wood and machine parts.
If there was anything higher on Yelp besides the five Woohoo! As good as it gets! stars, he would definately deserve it.

I don't know where to start this review. Everyone, from Darren providing a fair estimate to Jason, their Office Manager,who responds very quickly to any questions  to Justis & Cole doing the initial work, to Mike following up the next day. I just can't say enough. They are all wonderful.
Once the Plumber Guy, Carlin, finished repairing the pipe Darren came out within a couple of hours and gave us a very fair price. He even left some fans to start the drying process. The next morning Justic & Cole came out around 8:30 to do the clean up process. Eventhough we don't have any asbestos, they treated it like we did. This was very comforting to know that they took precautions. When Mike came out he said everything was dry (per his meter) except for a small part of the carpet. He left one fan to help dry this out. Avery came out the next day to pick up the fan.
Would I recommend the guys at PureTec Restoration, you betcha! If I have a problem in the future, I will call them in a heartbeat!

Excellent service and they responded quickly to minimize the water damage.  Highly recommend them.

The wonderful ladies at Absolut Restoration helped me with a chaise lounge I purchased to reupholster for a specific client request in my glamour portrait studio. It came from a very heavy smoker's home and we were worried we'd have to throw it away. Absolut worked with every aspect from assuring me their process would eliminate the odor, and we completely redesigned the couch from the fabric to repainting all the wood. Thanks to this amazing business I have the most beautiful chaise lounge ever and everyone wants to be photographed in it!  And my client loved it too!

Roland and Ray came out yesterday morning on the time that was quoted. Explained what had to be one and got it all done in one day.
They were very through and got it set up for the plumber.
Was not happy dealing with this problem but they made it  easier .
Was very surprised to see how clean they left my house.

I have known Ryan for years. As an insurance advisor I have sent him clients for a long time. My clients are always happy when Phoenix Flood was able to keep the claim low and off the insurance companies records. Ryan helped my clients with water damage resulting from lots of issues including dripping sinks, leaking showers, broken pipes, and so many more issues.
Ryan saved my clients thousands and thousands of dollars in premium by not turning in claims. He helped keep me profitable on those small losses.

I have sent clients all through out the valley including Mesa, Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Tempe to Ryan. His team does a great job with any kind of water loss!

I tried this company for my Scottsdale house through Living Social - $59 for 3 rooms up to 300 s.f. a room, mainly because I used to have a house bunny, who didn't make her litter box.  There were lotsa pee stains, which rabbit pee is concentrated like OJ concentrate in the can.    I did see cheaper Groupon type deals but they charged extra for spot cleaning and this one included it all.

I only wanted 2 rooms cleaned, and the areas were so small, cos it was only spots and traffic areas.  Bed and other larger furniture was not moved.  I wanted them to clean my hallways and area rugs, but I know some companies charge extra for halls and stairs or call the hall another room, and they charge by the s.f. for an area rug (mine were small, 7 foot runner, and 2x3 area rug.  But to all this, Nate, the technician said no problem.   Not only did he not charge me for the hall as a room, but he cleaned way more area than my expectations, which the 30 foot long living room, and some traffic areas of the great room, and cleaned about 250 s.f. in the ping pong table room.

 Someone dumped a whole lasagna onto my carpet there and the stains were there for years, I could not get them out.  But Nate got it ALL out.  He got almost all of the bunny pee stains out too.  Those had been solidified on the carpet for years.  Even he was surprised it came out so well.   I watched Nate work.  He cleaned over and over and over, the same dirt areas.  Other carpet cleaner companies only would go over an dirty area a couple of strokes, even though I told them it was still dirty.

Nate used a truck mounted steam cleaner.  I had other companies leave behind a lot of soap and they would not come back as they promised if I was not satisfied.  That other company blamed the soap residue on a previous cleaning, but I got in writing from previous owner (elderly couple no kids or pets), that the carpet was only 3 years old, and it had never ever been shampooed before I moved in.   I got my money back from my credit card company.  

I rubbed my fingers into the carpet after Nate cleaned it.  No soap residue at all.  I am so happy with this cleaning I told Nate I think it is the best carpet cleaning I ever had in my life, including with Coit, who charged me $450 to clean whole house with no furniture.   I will use this AZ Carpet and Restoration and ask for Nate, at a future cleaning.  When you call the company, you get a live voice everytime.  

I would say 80% of my Living Social deals turned out to be not as promised or represented due to merchant's bait and switch, but Az Carpet and Restoration and Nate, greatly exceeded my expectations.   Nate cleaned whatever I asked him to and way more.  My house is almost 3000 s.f. and I'd say he cleaned most of the house.  Of course the area to be cleaned is much less, due to walls and furniture, but what I am saying is I feel I got way more than he could have gotten by with.  

I would use this company even if they are not running a special, over a company that is running a special.  Specials often turn out to be heartaches.

I will give a Zero star if Yelp will give that option. I called in October 4th, 2015 Disaster Restauration LLC.  because the sink in the sencond floor bathroom over flood they came rip off my floors and dry the house make holes  with the promise that everying will be fix in a couple weeks. It is now October 27th I just finally got a bill for the demolition and the Drying $4,800 after calling several times this was deliying the insurance response. I even got the insurence to called them and asked for the bill. Even though they came and did the apreassal they never send it to the insurance. Disaster Resturation slowness has affeted me because now I have to star from Zero when I realized today After Calling them that they had no intentions to move foward with the restauration in adittion they have no intention of giving me the apressal I wasted weeks, I have no floor in most of my house we can take showers ony in one bathroom. My daughters bithday was cancel because their delays this was truly a disaster because of them. They are very unprofessional. I don't recomend this company. I saw other bad reviews in 2015  and 2014 what ever good they did as a business it seems to be a long time a go. If you hire them you will regret it.

I recently had water staining in a few of my great room areas and called several roofers. 3 roofers did not want to even deal with my roof due to my solar panels and recommended that I call separate electricians. My neighbor was happy with his recent reroof by Geo Roofing so I gave them a call. Letty, office manager, could not have been nicer. She told me that the owner, Marshall, could go by my house within a day and assess the situation. Marshall responded and gave me 3 options: quick repair (temporary), a 1/2 reroof, and a full reroof. Geo apparently has electricians they use to facilitate the solar deinstallation and reinstallation. I opted for the 1/2 reroof and within a week the job was complete. The solar panels had required laborious forms and solar company approvals and Geo took care of it all. Their work and follow through was excellent. I cannot stress how efficient they are in the coordination of many moving parts and workers.

My mother, 82 years old, lives alone in a small home in Payson, Arizona. She had a house fire in December. Reconstruction needed to be performed and asbestos was found so it needed to be removed. The insurance adjuster asked if my mom had a construction company she wanted to use and she said no. So, the adjuster recommended a friend of his...Stratton Restoration. They showed up and immediately wanted my mom to sign all kinds of paperwork including paperwork that said she would agree to have their company do ALL the work. She called us and we told her not to sign anything. They did not give up. They tried and tried and she finally put them on the phone with us and we told them we would like to get several bids and we would be happy to look at their bid. They said that they just wanted to clean everything from the fire and put it in storage for my mom until she figured out what she wanted to do. Like they were doing her a big favor. So, unknowingly, we told her it was okay to sign on for just cleaning and storage. No one in our family had every been through a fire before, and they knew that. Again, they tried to make her sign an all inclusive deal. Again we had to get on the phone with them and made them hand write in the words contents, cleaning and abatement only. She agreed to that portion only. We decided to go with a local company to do the actual construction. We then got a bill from Stratton for $30,000!!!!!!!! If you would have asked me how much it would cost for them to do what they did, I would say $1,000. max. Not only that, but we then find out that this money came directly out of my mother's insurance claim!!! Money that should have gone to her for contents, got sucked up by Stratton. I requested an itemized invoice (that took many emails to obtain). It was padded like crazy. They had hours and hours billed for supervising for someone watching someone else take photos of items. They exaggerated their hours. They exaggerated their days. They exaggerated everything. They charged $65 to clean a $5 pair of shorts. That doesn't even include the storage for the shorts. If they would have told my mom that she would have told them to throw them away. Anyone would. They all have to be thrown away anyway because of the asbestos and smoke. Their inventory list and photos were incomplete and incompetent. I asked several times where the complete list was and I was told over and over Don't worry, it may not be listed but it's all there in the storage unit. Well on an insurance claim it's ALL suppose to be listed. Not just whatever they choose. On top of that they were charging $239 a month for storage units. I called the storage unit facility and found out the charge was actually $95 per unit, not $239. Not once did Stratton give my mom an estimate of the charges before they performed any work, and not once did they mention that this would be coming directly out her pocket. We would have never in a million years agreed to this if we would have known the price and where the money was coming from. And they knew that. That is why they did not say a word and tried to rush my mom into signing so quickly. They also allowed her to go into the house where they said asbestos was found without a suit or mask to retrieve belongings. Who knows what the medical implications of that will be. They are now holding her belongings hostage unless she signs over the $29,346.87 check. They take advantage and prey on people and the elderly that just went through a very traumatic experience. Unconscionable. Since then, while speaking with others, I hear they do this all the time. They find out the insurance limit and take every penny they can.
My advice is to NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
They are thieves with no conscience.
My mom is retired and lives solely on social security that is at poverty level. They have taken almost all of her claim money and left her with smokey, asbestos tainted personal belongings. Oh no wait, she doesn't even have that because they are holding them hostage.

AVOID this company at all cost!!!!! The list of things this company screwed up is to long to explain. Charged me $9,000.00 to remove less then 50 sq feet of sub flooring then left me with gigantic holes in my house and didn't even come back to finish there work. Told me they would put back the shower unit in my bathroom then proceeded to rip apart the shower so it could never be used again. They are fast talkers but don't do what they say they will, DO NOTuse these people PLEASE go some where else.

It appears you are only valued if you are going through insurance.

They removed my cabinets (I paid them) and broke the faces when they were supposed to save them. They also were supposed to provide a quote to replace cabinets (it never came).

They said they'd finish the work after I resolve the plumbing issue. They didn't answer or return my calls for 2 weeks and my kitchen was in pieces the whole time!

Because they didn't save the cabinet faces and it was going to cost me more money, I reached out to insurance.

When I did get a response, the guy didn't want to send the photos of the damage. He told me there were too many and on multiple devices. I called the main number and he sent out a coworker the next day.

The guy came out and share some photo. I spoke to the main person and asked for the rest of the photos. He said that's all they had.

I guess he want getting me back for not wanting to work with him after leaving me hanging for 2 WEEKS.

I would never recommend this company.
