Super affordable and quick. I love the new paint and excited to keep working on the exterior of my house. Its a night and day difference. My husband and I are avid DIYers but so glad we hired Classic Shades to tackle this part of our renovation. They did the job so much better than we could have and were top notch professionals.

I was hoping to find more than just a LinkedIn profile, yet didn't. So here I am making one. Restorations by Gary Rait I would highly recommend for anyone looking to restore their sewing machines. From what I think he said, he restores more than just sewing machines and their cabinets. I found this excellent buisness and met Mr. Rait at a quilt show in Prescott Valley. For a reasonable price he restored my early 1900's Singer treadle sewing machine to working order. He did a beautiful job in getting it looking like a actual piece of furniture that would be found in a real antique store, not some worn-out falling appart thing at a flea market as it was. I am very happy with the care taken in picking it up it from my home in Prescott bringing it to his shop and returning it in a short amount of time. I also appreciate him saving what he could of the wood and machine parts.
If there was anything higher on Yelp besides the five Woohoo! As good as it gets! stars, he would definately deserve it.

Last year a hose blew off my neighbor's toilet and sprayed water all through her house the Saturday before Labor Day. We have patio homes that share a common wall so some of the water leaked into our garage and my closet and bedroom. The water damage was sooo much worse at my neighbor's. I called PureTec and Darren was at our location in the west valley in under an hour. Fortunately the damage on my side was minimal. He pulled back the carpet and got a fan going until his team could get there and pull up the padding, etc. They had us back to normal in a few days. It was watching Darren helping my neighbor that was truly amazing. He calmed her down and sat with her at our kitchen table and patiently talked her through the entire process that was about to happen, and he helped her collect what she needed to spend the night with family. He worked diligently with her homeowner's insurance to ensure that the extraction and drying was covered, and I can't even remember how many times he came by to check on us, and our neighbor while she was working with the packing company to remove her belongings to storage while the restoration work was being performed. If any of my friends even mention a water problem, I am ready with Darren's card. PureTec is a company that operates with integrity in an industry where many do not.

This company is truly awesome!  Misty and her crew are so helpful and responsive. I had my household items in storage for an extended period and when I finally got all my stuff out they handled everything very professionally and efficiently.  I want to thank them and highly recommend them!

If I could give them less than one star I would. Buyer beware. We had a leak in a bathroom and they came out and cleaned up the water. However they say they tested my wall for asbestos and it was positive. How convenient for them. Because they jacked their rate up to $9000 dollars because of it. Insane. Not to mention the fact that we had that bathroom completely gutted and remodeled about 6 years ago. It was down to the studs. But because the house was built in 1979 they assumed they could cheat us by saying there was asbestos. I'm pretty sure the sheet rock in 2011 did not contain asbestos. I'd go to someone else before ever doing business with these cheaters. Very sad. I was referred to them by a plumber or I'd never have done business with them without checking. I got the plumber from my home warranty company so assumed they were honest. Stupid me!!!  My guess is the plumber gets a kick back as well. From someone who knows find an honest company from your insurance company. This is NOT ONE OF THEM. DISHONEST TO THE CORE. this is a major part of what is wrong in this country. Cheaters and liars. I hope they don't have offices in Houston. Those people don't deserve to be treated this way.

Phoenix Flood is the best remediation company I have used.  They are very unique in several ways.  Unlike most remediation companies they are not trying to get a big insurance claim.  Ryan comes in and assesses the situation and has recommended not making an insurance claim when it doesn't cost too much to just solve the problem and make the repairs.  They also do a very good job of providing options and educating you on what makes since to do.  I truly wish I had come across his company sooner.

Arizona Carpet & Restoration Company has cleaned my carpets more than once because they do an excellent job.  The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and dependable to do a great job.  I have referred them to friends for any type of cleaning or restoration job, and will continue to do so.

Quite possibly the most deceptive, dishonest bunch of schiesters I have ever dealt with. They convinced me to let them place lots of expensive fans and dehumidifyers in the building after a flood. The water had been removed within hours by a great carpet cleaner I used and the carpet had been removed by my handyman. These guys came in with some thermal imaging cameras and showed me where the drywall was supposedly wet. I feel like a real oron for falling for their act because

WARNING!!! Do not use this company. When they come out to do their free inspection, the employee will have you sign a CONTRACT right then. If you can not read it because the signature is done via cell, the employee will tell you that is just says that he came out to your property to do an inspection. That is a LIE!! Thomas Restoration has filed OVER 25 lawsuits against people in multiple courts in a 21 months period. These people say three main things: TR never gave them an estimate, before they have them sign their contract or after. They did not know they signed a contract. TR is over charging. BUT his contract says whatever your insurance does not pay YOU PAY! Please spend the word EVERYWHERE! via chat, blogs complaints etc. Know one else should have to go through this legal expense for a contract, as bad as it is-legally counts as a contract. I am attaching the contract that he has you sign via cell phone (saying it is something else). Along with other documents to show you what I am saying is VERY TRUE!  
This is the personal experience of people I know in lawsuits with Thomas Restoration.  Look at the provided photos I attached and do your own research. To make you own decision. Good luck and please spread the word if you come to the same agreement that I have.

I recently had water staining in a few of my great room areas and called several roofers. 3 roofers did not want to even deal with my roof due to my solar panels and recommended that I call separate electricians. My neighbor was happy with his recent reroof by Geo Roofing so I gave them a call. Letty, office manager, could not have been nicer. She told me that the owner, Marshall, could go by my house within a day and assess the situation. Marshall responded and gave me 3 options: quick repair (temporary), a 1/2 reroof, and a full reroof. Geo apparently has electricians they use to facilitate the solar deinstallation and reinstallation. I opted for the 1/2 reroof and within a week the job was complete. The solar panels had required laborious forms and solar company approvals and Geo took care of it all. Their work and follow through was excellent. I cannot stress how efficient they are in the coordination of many moving parts and workers.

Stratton Restoration did an amazing job remodeling our bathroom after a water pipe leak in the ceiling.  In addition to replacing the ceiling, and painting the entire room, Stratton also replaced laminate floors and molding  throughout the house and carpeting where needed.
Carlos was the Project Manager for the project and was professional, well informed and explained the process and stuck to the timeline as stated.
Whenever I had questions he was easily accessible and responded in a timely manner.
I would definitely recommend Stratton Restoration for future projects.

I'm sorry that Drystar was recommended to me when the water heater in my condo broke, leaving the place full of mold.  Drystar came out right away and removed my wet carpet and furniture; from that point on, things went south.  My condo was full of mold; it still is because Drystar didn't treat it properly.  Servpro is redoing the work that Drystar promised to do.  I'm honest and direct, and I called John at Drystar to come to the condo so I could show him the mold that hadn't been treated.  I also showed him the blinds that had been broken by the Drystar crew as well as the broken sliding mirror and the hole in the guest bathroom wall.  I was hoping for an apology; instead, I received a notice to pay them $10,000.  And by the way, they'd told my insurance adjuster that the bill was $7000.  At any rate, this company has made my life miserable.  If they agree to make things right, I will remove this review.

I had substantial damage to both my up and downstairs bathrooms. They responded immediately after being notified by the plumber (within minutes). They came to check on the drying out process daily.

Unfortunately they were not responsive to my insurance agents attempt to contact them. They told me I was supposed to turn over my first insurance check to them. Thank goodness my insurance adjuster told me NOT to turn over the check, they are were supposed to talk with the water mitigation department to be paid. The check was for the rebuild, not demolition.

My insurance company advised that the time taking to dry out and tear out was unusual and we should have been in the rebuild phase by then, not still in the drying phase, especially in Arizona! They also left nails sticking up out of the floor that could have resulted in serious injury.

After having Drake, a manager come to my property things went better, however, the demolition crew attempted to not remove everything, even after Drake had told them to do it! If you use this company, you should have Drake involved from the beginning.

They left all the demolished parts laying in my yard and the bathroom. The new company hired for the rebuild had to haul the garbage away for us. This company has much room for improvement. The punched holes in unaffected walls of both my bathrooms due to carelessness. They broke cabinet frames they were supposed to save due to recklessness and carelessness.

The company referred to us by the insurance company has been very responsive and reputable. I hope Quick restore will learn from this process to improve customer service.
