Really loved the work done! Price was reasonable and Jeff is very health conscious, which is important to me especially when dealing with paint and dust that comes with it. He and his team resealed my roof and saved me a ton of money, then fixed up some needed paint inside my house!

I was hoping to find more than just a LinkedIn profile, yet didn't. So here I am making one. Restorations by Gary Rait I would highly recommend for anyone looking to restore their sewing machines. From what I think he said, he restores more than just sewing machines and their cabinets. I found this excellent buisness and met Mr. Rait at a quilt show in Prescott Valley. For a reasonable price he restored my early 1900's Singer treadle sewing machine to working order. He did a beautiful job in getting it looking like a actual piece of furniture that would be found in a real antique store, not some worn-out falling appart thing at a flea market as it was. I am very happy with the care taken in picking it up it from my home in Prescott bringing it to his shop and returning it in a short amount of time. I also appreciate him saving what he could of the wood and machine parts.
If there was anything higher on Yelp besides the five Woohoo! As good as it gets! stars, he would definately deserve it.

Last year a hose blew off my neighbor's toilet and sprayed water all through her house the Saturday before Labor Day. We have patio homes that share a common wall so some of the water leaked into our garage and my closet and bedroom. The water damage was sooo much worse at my neighbor's. I called PureTec and Darren was at our location in the west valley in under an hour. Fortunately the damage on my side was minimal. He pulled back the carpet and got a fan going until his team could get there and pull up the padding, etc. They had us back to normal in a few days. It was watching Darren helping my neighbor that was truly amazing. He calmed her down and sat with her at our kitchen table and patiently talked her through the entire process that was about to happen, and he helped her collect what she needed to spend the night with family. He worked diligently with her homeowner's insurance to ensure that the extraction and drying was covered, and I can't even remember how many times he came by to check on us, and our neighbor while she was working with the packing company to remove her belongings to storage while the restoration work was being performed. If any of my friends even mention a water problem, I am ready with Darren's card. PureTec is a company that operates with integrity in an industry where many do not.

We had water damage in our home, called SERVPRO & they responded quickly, moved furniture/appliances, removed the water, set up fans to dry.  They came back twice a day to check progress.  Employees were efficient, very respectful & went above & beyond.  We highly recommend this company!

I could  not have asked for a better experience in the face of significant loss.  My house was severely damaged by fire and I had no idea what to expect.  Absolut was there the first day to walk through the house with me, asking me to point out items that were important to me and helping me understand what could and could not be saved in a gentle and respectful way.  The cataloging of the belongings that were unsalvagable was incredibly detailed.  When it was time to return the items that had been cleaned and restored, everything was carefully wrapped, boxed and labeled.

We discovered a toilet leak. Within one hour of contacting them, Dallas showed up, tested for moisture, contacted our insurance company and scheduled a team to come out. He explained the process thoroughly and clearly.
The next day at 0800 sharp, Robert, Logan, and Braydon arrived. Robert explained what their plan of attack was. The three of them worked for several hours, only taking a lunch break. Robert updated me throughout the demo process and only removed what was necessary.. When they finished, they left the house cleaner than it was when they arrived.  Everyone was professional, courteous, and ethical. A much better experience than other mitigation companies I have worked with in the past.  They only brought in equipment which was necessary and did not leave it longer than what was necessary.

I have known Ryan for years. As an insurance advisor I have sent him clients for a long time. My clients are always happy when Phoenix Flood was able to keep the claim low and off the insurance companies records. A fire sprinkler pipe burst in the ceiling of my condo causing major water damage to the ceilings, walls, baseboards, floors and cabinetry. Disaster Restoration LLC responded to the call and was onsite in less than an hour.  They immediately had a crew of 6+ workers that worked late through a Saturday night to pump out the water, remove the drywall, and install the industrial drying equipment. From that point, there wasn't a minute wasted for the next 3 weeks to cleanup/restore my place to new ASAP. They checked the drying progress every single day for the next 2 week. Once the condo had dried, they worked directly with the insurance company very quickly to scope out the repairs, and completed all of the repairs (drywall, paint, baseboards/trim, and cabinetry) within a week.

All the way from the moment of disaster to the final clean up, I was beyond impressed with the quality of service that I received from Disaster Restoration LLC.  Each and every member of their team was very professional, responsive, helpful and punctual. I recently had water staining in a few of my great room areas and called several roofers. 3 roofers did not want to even deal with my roof due to my solar panels and recommended that I call separate electricians. My neighbor was happy with his recent reroof by Geo Roofing so I gave them a call. Letty, office manager, could not have been nicer. She told me that the owner, Marshall, could go by my house within a day and assess the situation. Marshall responded and gave me 3 options: quick repair (temporary), a 1/2 reroof, and a full reroof. Geo apparently has electricians they use to facilitate the solar deinstallation and reinstallation. I opted for the 1/2 reroof and within a week the job was complete. The solar panels had required laborious forms and solar company approvals and Geo took care of it all. Their work and follow through was excellent. I cannot stress how efficient they are in the coordination of many moving parts and workers.

Great company! They do excellent work in a timely matter. I would recommend them to family and friends!

The estimate they gave us had items and work that were not even related to the damaged. The estimate was 3 times the amount of 2 other estimates. They prefer to work directly with your homeowners insurance....maybe because they are overcharging. Do not use this company!  Avoid them at all costs.

They are a disgrace to the plumbing industry!!! They prey on female customers, take advantage of situations with false claims, falsify photos to make the job look worse then it is, and overcharge by 100's of dollars. Once challenged, they continue to lie!
I am a loving teacher....ripped off by  the illusion of Quick Restore!!!!
