Very happy I hired classic shades! I am an out of state landlord and recieved a couple of bids. Jeff responded first and was the first to go out to my property and provide a bid. He ultimately came back with the best price and I felt the most comfortable with him because of how clear he communicated everything. There are some people who take great pride in there work and Jeff is one of those guys. He pays attention to detail and is passionate on it being done the right way. He took pictures for me every step the way letting me know what he was doing. Actually he even picked all the paint colors for me since I couldn't be there in person. The end result in the pictures look amazing. I had my property manager go do a final walk thru for me and he verified in person the quality of his work. At the very least I would have him come out to provide a bid, you will be happy you did!

I was hoping to find more than just a LinkedIn profile, yet didn't. So here I am making one. Restorations by Gary Rait I would highly recommend for anyone looking to restore their sewing machines. From what I think he said, he restores more than just sewing machines and their cabinets. I found this excellent buisness and met Mr. Rait at a quilt show in Prescott Valley. For a reasonable price he restored my early 1900's Singer treadle sewing machine to working order. He did a beautiful job in getting it looking like a actual piece of furniture that would be found in a real antique store, not some worn-out falling appart thing at a flea market as it was. I am very happy with the care taken in picking it up it from my home in Prescott bringing it to his shop and returning it in a short amount of time. I also appreciate him saving what he could of the wood and machine parts.
If there was anything higher on Yelp besides the five Woohoo! As good as it gets! stars, he would definately deserve it.

Last year a hose blew off my neighbor's toilet and sprayed water all through her house the Saturday before Labor Day. We have patio homes that share a common wall so some of the water leaked into our garage and my closet and bedroom. The water damage was sooo much worse at my neighbor's. I called PureTec and Darren was at our location in the west valley in under an hour. Fortunately the damage on my side was minimal. He pulled back the carpet and got a fan going until his team could get there and pull up the padding, etc. They had us back to normal in a few days. It was watching Darren helping my neighbor that was truly amazing. He calmed her down and sat with her at our kitchen table and patiently talked her through the entire process that was about to happen, and he helped her collect what she needed to spend the night with family. He worked diligently with her homeowner's insurance to ensure that the extraction and drying was covered, and I can't even remember how many times he came by to check on us, and our neighbor while she was working with the packing company to remove her belongings to storage while the restoration work was being performed. If any of my friends even mention a water problem, I am ready with Darren's card. PureTec is a company that operates with integrity in an industry where many do not.

We had water damage in our home, called SERVPRO & they responded quickly, moved furniture/appliances, removed the water, set up fans to dry.  They came back twice a day to check progress.  Employees were efficient, very respectful & went above & beyond.  We highly recommend this company!

What a horrible experience!  This company was paid IN FULL by our insurance company!  They not only never returned all of our furniture and collectibles, but they brought expensive items back that they totally destroyed.  They did not bring back items after 16 months--including a hand-carved desk & armoire!  They have refused to reply to our Insurance Agent and to us.  Insurance fraud!!!

we had a very large job that needed to be done quickly and not sure where to turn. A neighbor gave us eco-dry's info. they showed up fast and did an excellent job! I would recommend them to anyone who find themselves in the unfortunate situation with water damage.

Ryan did a fantastic job cleaning up some mold that was found inside our wall from a cracked tub. He was very professional, easy-going and friendly-he got the work done quickly as well. Now we are at ease that we are completely mold free and the area looks great. Definitely recommend is you are looking for a mold-  remediation company in the valley!!

I contacted a few companies about cleaning our upstairs (2 bedrooms, hallway and stairs) carpet. AZ Carpet & Restoration had the best price and the friendliest service. Shortly after making an appointment I received an email with a confirmation. The email contained the name and a photo of the Carpet Professional who would be coming to our home. I found this information extremely helpful and definitely gave me peace of mind.
He arrived exactly on time, was extremely friendly and got right to work. I was impressed with his knowledge of removing our particular stains from our carpet (pet stains). The whole process took about 2 hours.
WOW! What a difference! Our carpet looked fantastic and smelled wonderful! With such wonderful prices and service I will have my carpets cleaned far more often and I am definitely a life time customer of AZ Carpet & Restoration.

Excellent service. John was sent as soon as we called and he was very professional. I was in a panic as we had a flood in 1/2 of the house.  I was so thankful that as soon as we called them on a Saturday afternoon, they came out and rescued my home. They set up equipment and brought dehumidifiers and fans to dry the moisture.  The entire staff is very knowledgeable. beware of geo roofing!!! geo roofing is a horrible horrible company!!! in early february mike peterson (geo salesman) came to my house and gave me a quote for a new roof on my house. he said they were running 2-3 weeks out. i paid them a down payment of 5500 and they gave me an install date for february 26 2019.  letty (geo office manager) called me on the evening of february 25th (the day before they were supposed to start) and told me they wouldn't be able to start until march 6th now because they were so backed up. march 6th came around and nobody showed up and nobody called me to let me know what was going on. i tried to call mike peterson (geo salesman) and he didn't answer. i left him a message and he never called me back. hours later letty (geo office manager) calls me and says all her roof workers got in a car accident and now they wouldn't be able to start until march 11th. so that day came around and guess what...nobody showed up again and no call from geo letting me know what was going on. i tried to call letty but she would not take my call. they have a receptionist screening all the calls. the receptionist was very insistent on getting my name and why am i calling. they would not refund my 5500 down payment so i had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge!!! this company is soooo bad. i just don't want this to happen to anybody else. beware of geo roofing az!!!

My wife and I came home to a bad water leak from our AC condensate line which had flooded our closet inside our home under the AC unit.  Our insurance company Secura, sent Stratton Restoration out to our home.  Long story short, they had to return because they did not remediate the water leak, damaged our walls throughout our home, damaged the door on our brand new refrigerator and took 4 months to replace the door, which never would have happened if I had not demanded that it was repaired.  Additionally, it took 3 months to find and locate a new AC return vent which was bent and damaged during their initial water cleanup.  I went to Home Depot and found the correct vent on my first trip to the store.  We had constant contact regarding our extreme dissatisfaction during this entire process and they never addressed any of our qconcerns or provided any input.  While in final negotiations with Royal Reynolds of Stratton, they sent our account over to Resource Receivables Management, even though they (Royal) agreed to a settlement amount with payment plan.  Our letter received from Stratton clearly stated ...unless we receive payment in full by 04/03/2017 or work out an agreed upon payment plan by this date, we will have to turn your invoice over to a collection agency ...  With this said, once again they broke the Arizona Consumer Rights Act by not doing what they said.  Royal did not allow us to negotiate a payment plan which we all agreed on, instead he ignored us and took the easy way out and sent us to collection.  They will damage or break anything that gets in their way and when asked about it, deny that it happened.  To make matters worse, my wife was home recovering from heart surgery and very susceptible to any type of infection.  The fact that they did not clean the entire water leak up and had to return did not help matters since all of the airborne contaminates such as mold etc were circulating through the house which drove us to seak refuge elswhere.  Steer clear of this company, their lack of attention to detail and terrible customer service in itself is enough to never recommend them.  I have much more detail, and not enough space to write it all. Suffice it to say, they did not uphold their end of the contract by providing reasonable care and skill while working and as I stated previously, they NEVER acknowledged or addressed any of our dissatisfaction during the process.

We hired Drystar for a relatively small restoration job. I was told by Garrett, the project manager, it would take 1 maybe 2 days. Well, it's been about a month. Mostly due to poor communication with the project manager and the workers as well as his lack of communication with us. The workers either showed up to do the work or called me ON the day they were coming to do work. NEVER a few days ahead of time so I could plan for it. Also, the clean up was sloppy. They refused to do specific things that we requested throughout the job. Instead, just ignoring the request. I do have to say the actual workers that came to our house were extremely polite and respectful, but very unclear as to the direction of their job actually was. I definitely would NOT hire this company again.

I had a water heater bust and after I got it replaced Quick Restore came right out and started the clean up. They did a very good job and now everything is back to normal. Thank you to all the crews that came out to help with the restoration of my garage and inner walls of my house. It all looks great!
