Excellence across the board. Received a response to my original query that went to several pest control companies hours before anyone else got back to me. I pay attention to the small details when doing business with someone. If they take care of the little things, 99% of the time, they perform across the board.

Brad called on us first. Obviously knows his stuff, and seems to care about meeting his customer's needs above making a sale. Explained everything that we ever wanted to know about AZ termites and what the treatment for same entailed down to the smallest detail.

Codie and Hyrum were here within a week to treat our home for termites and seem to be highly competent, and went out of their way to be polite, caring, and efficient. Both excellent ambassadors for this business.

We found a roach in our bathroom and decided to call an exterminator. We read great reviews about Insectek. We called them around 3pm and had someone out before 5pm that same day! The exterminator Zack was punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable. We are new to Arizona and he shared some great information with us about bugs, scorpions etc...We will definitely be calling him back in the future and recommend him to anyone with pest problems. Great service all around!

Wes came and inspected our home and was thorough on what we had to do to take care of the problem. We decided to get the issue fixed and it's  been over a week and we feel bug free.. definitely recommend his services.

We've been using TruForce for several years now, Tony is great and always asks if we have any concerns before he starts treatments. They keep the scorpions at bay and we stay with them because of their knowledge and professionalism! Great company!

Hired them to exterminate some termites. The technician was quick, knowledgeable and efficient. Their price for treatment was the best that I found after shopping around.

I hope I never have any other pests but if I do I will be calling them again.

I had Bill's come out to give me an estimate for termite treatment, along with several other companies. Bill's wasn't the cheapest price I received, but after reading the fine print on all my proposals, I knew I was getting the best service from them. They were upfront as to what they were going to do (a full treatment as opposed to others' partial treatments) and they had no hidden costs like trip charges for follow up service. I was completely happy with my termite treatment and the technician, Donovan, who came out to do the job. They were honest and friendly all the way. They treated me better than some family does! LOL

Cory A. showed up today for an initial service.  He was on time and was very informative.  I was credited with the discount offered on yelp and have no reservations yet about recommending them to friends. I look forward to a quality year of service.

I rent so I have personally never had to seek out services like this on my own. In being in a new property I had to call after having found some unfriendly creatures lurking around my home. I have a newborn at home so it also came to mind that safety is top priority. Green magic did everything I needed and then some. They were quick, responsive, safe, efficient, timely, and friendly. I got all the necessary information and work completed with a 24 hour turn around at minimal cost. I highly recommend them to anyone. Happy customer

What a great family owned company!
They do honest work and it's s not too expensive. I had a HUGE termite problem in my garage and Ben is so knowledgeable and so Reliable. Everyone that works at Soto's are kind and hard working. I'm telling you you won't be let down hiring Soto's pest and termite control. I know I wasn't!

My mom bought a new mattress and found bedbugs a few days later!  She told me on a Friday night. I moved her I with me for the weekend.  Saturday morning I called AZ Heat, they came out that afternoon. Paul was great!  First off, he was on time!  He explained the process, did his job fast and efficiently. He was friendly and professional.  
For having such I creepy thing going on with your 86 year old mom, I felt confident with the service!
I would call them again, hopefully I won't need to.

Love this company! They show up when they are scheduled too and they are very nice and friendly. Also their product really does work!! I was picking weeds for about an hour a week until i was referred to them by a friend and now i feel like i got part of my life back!

It is not very often (for me) to be treated with world-class customer service. Yet, here you are killing it!

Alex is the absolute best. He goes above and beyond ALWAYS. He's thorough, accommodating, nice. I'm all around happy with his service. I wish all companies were as reliable and easy to work with as Copper Canyon!

These guys are great, correction: AWESOME to work with!  Everyone I have interacted with from the company (so far the owner, a guy selling their services and the  field technicians) genuinely prioritize customer service.  Friendly, accommodating, patient, professional... I wish every company operated like Frontino Pest.

I called Orange Pest Control after the first company that came to get rid of scorpions in our Gilbert home only resulted in us finding nearly 50 more each week. Tyler T. came out the next day and not only sprayed thoroughly inside and out, but also set sticky traps and used a pesticide dust around the exterior. He followed up frequently and I felt so much better seeing fewer scorpions immediately. Within a month they were extremely scarce, if any. I have since had Orange treat my rental home in San Tan Valley for spiders with the same great results. Their prices are the best I've found and they guarantee their work. They are a small business and the pride in their work shows, and I feel comfortable having them in and around my home and kids when they are working.

Pro Active Pest Control has been treating my house and yard for the better part of a year. No Arizona creepy crawlies yet and I plan for it to stay that way! The entire team is personable and professional. They respond and act quickly. They're quick and thorough when treating my property. I like that the same technician is usually the one at my house.
