I wanted to write an awesome review for Jim who treated my house this afternoon. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and also showed us the black widow spiders that he flushed out of the flashing on the exterior of our house. I seriously am so impressed w Jim and his professionalism. Thank you for going above and beyond what was expected of this visit!

Prompt service. I put in an inquiry on Sunday night and received a call Monday morning. The service tech worked with my busy schedule & arrived right on time. He was confident but not arrogant at all. Extremely polite & professional. My dogs even got loose & ran up to him. He didn't flinch, just petted them until I got them back in their cage.
When I told him about the black widow I saw, he spent time looking for it and found it! He sprayed the area well & even sprayed the black widow. After he was done, he gave me an overview of what he sprayed for & gave me an assurance about his product.

I will definitely recommend them.

I cannot give this company enough stars! Wes has been very professional and excellent at helping us with our pest control needs. When we moved into this rental house we immediately noticed a cockroach infestation in the kitchen and bathrooms. My husband found Wes online and gave him a call. He came out and dusted,laid down bait and sprayed. After the first treatment the roach population went down considerably. It has been one to two treatments since then and we are roach free! The pricing has been very reasonable when compared to other pest control companies in the area. Wes's professionalism is outstanding. He always calls 15-20 minutes prior to showing up, promptly responds to texts and thoroughly answers all questions and concerns. I highly recommend going with West Coast Pest Control. You will not be disappointed!

We've been using TruForce for several years now, Tony is great and always asks if we have any concerns before he starts treatments. They keep the scorpions at bay and we stay with them because of their knowledge and professionalism! Great company!

Absolutely awsome!  Had a wasp nest being built in the wall of my house after trying to use another pest control company that didn't even do the job I called Merrill Pest Solutions and this guy didn't mess around! All the noise in my wall immediately stopped and not one more wasp to be seen anywhere! Problem solved pretty much immediately! Stress gone!

I was hesitant to leave terminix but Bills Pest Termite Control best their price and honestly their service. Paul did a very thorough inspection and found activity missed by Terminix. He also likely found the source. Michael was professional and worked efficiently. He was very accommodating to my needs as well as my pets. I highly recommend this company for all your pest control needs!!!

The service is really great - no contracts, just a rock-solid commitment to having no pests in your home. And we are happy to stay for the long haul with such a great company and responsiveness to our calls. Bulwark has been servicing our property since my wife was pregnant and now we have a healthy 3-month-old baby, so friendly chemicals and expert application was a big thing for us. Pam McCubbin, our tech, is just awesome; she is super knowledgeable and a joy to see every month. We went from having a bad scorpion and ant infestation, to no activity.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

We've been a customer of Bulwark for 2 years now. These guys are as good as it gets. All of the technicians are extremely friendly and professional.

I highly recommend this company, especially if you have a scoprion problem. Whatever they use definitely does the trick. We live in a problem area for scoprions, and since bringing Bulwark in to spray, we seldom see any in the house.

Price is reasonable, and they are outstanding when it comes to their guarantee.

Today was our first spray of the season and Dallin was our technician. Friendly, helpful, and extremely professional.

I am so pleased that I found Arizona Pest Solutions. I called about a possible rodent issue and they were able to come out for an inspection the next day. Jon came right on time and he was very kind, professional, and honest. He explained my options to me and was very detailed. I had the company come out for a free observation and estimate. I did not commit to useing the company. For the free look for my home inspection, i got an invoice with a charge of almost $700. saying it was due immediately. Then I started getting email from pay pal. I am tired of their antics. They should send me an invoice that says zero, since I talked to Kevin with my angry complaint about being billed without my consent, but have not received anything that says i do not want to do anything with this company. These are pushy crooks, in my opinion.

What can I say --- they made difficult circumstances easy.  I've been self-quarantining for weeks now, but could see the weeds were making their move even if I hadn't been out of the house for a while.  I was able to schedule an appointment with one of their techs, who made it a point to ring my doorbell just to let me know he had arrived.  A short time later I paid with my trusty credit card --- all without leaving the security of my home.  Thanks so much for working with me on this!

It is not very often (for me) to be treated with world-class customer service. Yet, here you are killing it!

We had a great experience having Alex out to survey our home and treat it for all sorts of creepy crawlers. We'd had issues with crickets, scorpions, spiders, roaches etc.

After the first treatment (daytime photo) we already saw the effects it had. Alex was kind enough to give us a black light to scout for scorpions should they return.

Upon finding a batch of scorpions still in our palms, Alex was quick to return and remedy the issue. Black light photo shows the scorpions found dead after he came and retreated the palm trees.

Besides the physical service, Alex's professionalism and hospitality was splendid. Anytime you welcome someone into your home, you can feel sort of uneasy, that's not how we felt with Alex. He was courteous and did a great job explaining the process and actually took interest in our personal lives. It was obvious this was more than just a pay check for him.

We will continue to trust Alex with the protection and service of our home.

Shopped around a lot of pest control places and they were the best deal. Friendly and reliable.

I am very happy with the quality of service from Pro Active Pest Control.  I signed up with them about a year ago and they have been nothing but outstanding. My technician, Matthew, has been great.  He arrives on time, asks about problems, and offers solutions to any issues I might be having.  He takes care of the service quickly and efficiently.  On my last service, he even sent me a text when he was done and let me know I had an amazon package on the front porch.  Now that's great customer service.
