Urban Pest Control is prompt, courteous, and extremely friendly. Booking was incredibly easy and can be done through Yelp. They were here at the scheduled time and took care of business. At the end of the service they carefully explained what they did and why they did it. Would absolutely recommend their services to anyone and everyone in the greater Phoenix area.

Christian came out today to do a respray & he went above & beyond. He showed me problem areas, told me how to fix them & even fixed a few himself!! He was very helpful & kind & I'm so grateful for his help & hardwork today!

When I moved to Glendale I wanted to find a pest control guy to spray my yard.  Well I was the lucky one.  I found Wes on yelp and I have to say he is the most amazing, reliable, guy ever.  All you have to do is call if there is a problem and he is there in a flash.  I have Wes come every 3 weeks in the summer.  My yard is bug free.  I just had him come this morning and saw some bees and he came right over and said they were scout bees that find the place for the queen.  He treated it and now they are gone.  Love him, DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL HIM.  He is the best there is.  I am doing this again because it didn't show up last time.

I had a real bad cricket problem.
Nick came the next day and explained and showed me how they were getting in. He was quick and thorough. I had cricket carcasses inside and out the first night. Dead ones are better than live ones. I'm very satisfied.

Called for an inspection on a 7000 sq ft building that we have and they promptly came out the following day, completed the inspection, and gave us options for repairs and treatment. I asked them if we could finish this by year end (so in 5 days) and they were able to complete the entire treatment within the weekend!  Ben was extremely professional and provided me with the details of the warranty and of the job completed. I would HIGHLY recommend them for termite services!!

Steven Pearson with bulwark is hands down the best pest control employee we have had come out. He made sure my entire inside and outside of my house was sprayed. It is important to keep the scorpions away as i have 2 little girls and one is visionally impaired. He went over and beyond to make sure everything was great. We just moved to Arizona 3 weeks ago and we saw some activity of pest and reached out for support. The Arizona pest team was patient with answering questions and sent a tech out the next day. Vincent was truly courteous and respectful when completing service. Awesome!!!!

They were really great. Codi and Paul did a great job. They put my mind at ease. They really helped me get ahead of the situation. I am a teacher in a school where many of my kids bring them with them, plus I am coach. My gear is (was now) always close to theirs. I took home a a bed bug a hijacker. I was lucky, although it didn't feel that way at the time. I caught it early.
              I was like the guy who said he freaked out. Also it is just like Justin S. said, they actually don't try to up-sell you. When I panicked the second time they understood and told me I was wrong and that I didn't need another treatment.  Real reasonable price the fist time and considerate enough to say no to my money months later. They taught me protocols (is that the word?) to do so I could rest assured and live a normal life even though I am at constant risk because of where I work. Thank you.

This team really gets it done. Probably the best part is they return within a couple weeks to spray what may have been missed or didn't quite get enough chemicals. Have never had a problem with them and do not call other companies for competitive bid. Top notch!

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

Alex is great! We had a really difficult time getting rid of a rat after he ate through a couple appliances. Even with the help of pest control, it was a challenge. But Alex never gave up. He made me feel hope that we would figure it out. He knows his stuff! He is very responsive, great at communication and always on time. I'd highly recommend this company!

Great customer service. Mike Manzanares (North) and team called ahead of time, arrived in time, listened to my concerns about the black widows found inside home and garage and explained next steps (follow up care) on initial visit.
