Urban Pest Control techs, Paul and Eric, were proficient and effective in getting rid of the rodents that had been invading our roof, garage and barbecue area. The company was also very good about communicating when to expect the techs for each visit.  I definitely recommend them for rodent relief!

They have done a great job for us. Super friendly people, both on the phone and at the house, and they have helped solve a complicated pest problem. Highly recommend.

After I was stung by a wasp while doing yard work, I contacted Simply Green via yelp for an estimate. I was impressed by their ability to do a virtual quote, and the speed in which they were able to get a tech out to take care of my situation.

I was warmly treated by Joey, who was following all Covid protocols listed on the site, and he got right to work in removing my pesky wasp nest. While we were talking about the process, we both noticed that there were still wasps gathering at another bush in the yard. Upon investigation, Joey located another nest, and was able to remove most of it. I offered to grab my hedge trimmer so he could get better access to the nest, and in doing so, we located the main culprit, a huge wasp nest the size of my head. Joey was able to neutralize and remove all three wasp nests, address the wasps that were very curious about our motives, and he stayed to make sure we really got them all. I was impressed with his friendliness, his knowledge and the care he took to make sure both me and my dog were safe.

It has been almost a week, and there is not a wasp in sight! I highly recommend Simply Green, and I will be sure to use them for any pest issue in the future.

My company has been using WCPC for years now, and for good reason! Wes does a great job on his normal scheduled maintenance (courteous, polite, all-around nice guy!) but will also respond fairly quickly in case of an emergency. You would have to pull me kicking and screaming to get me to use anyone besides West Coast Pest Control.

We recently signed up for the bi monthly service and are very happy so far. We did see an increase in bugs after the first visit, but they told us this was normal and expected, and now we've noticed fewer and fewer bugs outside and inside. Very professional as well!

They responded very fast and supplied good information. They were able to have someone out quick and can communicate by text or call. Great response time and clear communication.

The staff working in the company are not professional, unfriendly and arrogant. They are ruining the business' reputation that the owner has tried very hard to establish.

My technician Greg Otto is wonderful, and one of the main reasons I came back to Bulwark!  He is very thorough and exhibits great customer service!  He always makes sure to check in and review and problems I've seen within the service period, and then goes over and beyond to treat the pest issue.  I've had a horrible problem with crickets and spiders in the past, and now I rarely see them in the house.  I really like that he sends a text message with pictures of where he treated afterwards as well!

This was my first service with Green Magic. Matthew inspected the entire home and yard, and found out what our primary concerns were. He then explained what Green Magic's treatment plan covered, scheduling, and price.  After we agreed on the treatment, he proceeded to do the most through job (inside and out) of any pest control company I have ever used. Matthew is very professional, conscientious, and polite.  I highly recommend this company.

Soto's Pest and Termite Service is absolutely the best. Ben is a highly personal person who has years of experience and shares this experience with you. He is a no nonsense but nice person to be around and he is efficient, neat and courteous. I believe his son handles the scheduling/appointments and he has certainly learned with customer service should look like. He is considerate on the phone and easy to work with...even if I forgot that Ben was going to show up early and I was FAST ASLEEP...they never made a thing about it, just re-scheduled and came back to take care of my little termite family. I have used Ben for about three years and have always appreciated his service.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

We are very happy with Bulwark Exterminating thus far.  From Tristen of Customer Service, who helped answer all of our concerns, to Glen Hunter who serviced our home for Scorpions, Spiders and Ants.

I was very impressed with their customer service and addressing of our concerns and questions.  With 3 kids and a dog, we feel safe going with Bulwark and their guarantees.  We have heard nothing but great things  from others about Bulwark and now we know why.

I had several stubborn weeds in my lawn, Oxalis weed which looks like 3 leaf shamrock clovers that sprout a yellow flower and Poa grass which people call crab grass. It took two separate trips for each weed type and they only charged me the initial charge as they advertise a one year warranty. I even offered to pay more but they wouldn't take it. Dave in the office is very professional and they definitely know their weeds. My lawn is flawless now with no weeds and bright green. I'd say 20% of my lawn was weeds prior this wasn't a simple task. Thank you

Alex was and his team are absolutely amazing. My wife and I moved to the area 2 months ago from out of the state. Coming from a high-rise, my wife was alarmed when she met her first cockroach. I figured it was normal to find these critters inside every once in a while, but 5 or so a week seemed excessive. We reached out to several companies who had just wanted us to start with a basic spray. Alex was different. He came out for a FREE inspection of the area. He was able to not only find an open sewer drain in the house, which operated as a front door for the roaches into our house, he was able to identify a potential water leak near this open drain. He explained to us why this was a problem, and how this is what is attracting the roaches. Unlike other companies that just wanted to spray the perimeter of the house, he worked inside out. Alex sealed the open sewer, and because of his water leak identification, we were able to eliminate what attracted the roaches to us in the first place. Had we just treated our perimeter, this would have done nothing to fix our problem.....and of course we had Alex do our perimeter as well. Haven't seen a bug, of any kind, at all since his treatment. Go with Copper State Pest Mangement.

We've been using FPC since we moved into our Phoenix home in September of last year and we are very satisfied with their work. They are on time, responsive, and helpful, recently assisting with a bee infestation we had around our pool. Dan was also especially helpful in spraying inside our home on their last visit. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and I highly recommend their services.

I'm so glad I made a call to Orange Pest Control. Tyler was very helpful over the phone and made me feel better about the bug issue we were having. I called Tuesday and he was able to have a technician come the next day. Jordan came Wednesday, he was not only super friendly but also very professional and went above and beyond to help put my mind at ease as I'm very fearful of creepy crawlers.
It's also affordable for my budget being a little less than a dollar a day every 60 days to keep the nasty bugs away!
I highly recommend Orange Pest Control and will continue to spread the word.

Pro Active Pest Control answered the phone the first time I called.  I told Jeff what the problem was and they scheduled me for the very next day. Andy came out and he was very professional.  He called the day before to let me know he will be coming to do my house the next day.  He called the day of service to notify me of when he will be there.  He presented his business card right away in case I needed anything.  During the time he was here I was asking him to please look at this,  please spray here, will you be doing this or that, and he always said yes, (with a smile).   He even called the day after to check in and see if there were any problems.  There were none.   Customer Service is Still Alive!   I highly recommend (and I never give 5 stars unless they are perfect) Pro Active Pest Control.
