Have I said how great this company is? The technicians are awesome. Moved to a new house. We used a black light and so many scorpions it was scary. After they sprayed 98% of scorpions were dead and the ones that weren't were dying.  Shane our regular guy came out. I cant say enough good things about him. We had a really good experience with Merrill today. We kept hearing scratching noises coming from our dryers vent in the laundry room. We didn't know what it was but didn't want to deal with whatever it would end up being. We called Merrill and they sent out Sean within the hour. Sean was patient and we eventually realized a bird had made its way through the dryer vents to inside the dryer. We got it out and released the bird unharmed. Very pleasant experience. Would recommend

Major pigeon problem and this company gave me the best price and did not try to finesse me. I had originally been quoted $1k to clean up the pigeon mess and cage out the birds. Bills did it for half the price. Highly recommend this company!

We just moved into a new home and have had 6 scorpions inside and out. I contacted Bulwark and they had a technician, Adele, out the next day. I was so tense and freaked out about the scorpions but by the time she left I was calm and at ease. She was very informative, comforting and so very reassuring about her company and products the use. He showed up when he said he would, he sprayed thoroughly and explained where the bugs might be getting in. He even moved the recycling can that the trash collector left blocking the drive way. We had problems with bed bugs around two years ago and Arizona Heat Pest Services Took care of the problem and gave us a one and a half year warranty. They were very accommodating and professional and solve the problem. We came back from vacation a month ago and I woke up to welts on my arms that were quite similar to the ones I had had when we had bedbugs. Of course, I was really worried that they were back. Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! Alex is great! We had a really difficult time getting rid of a rat after he ate through a couple appliances. Even with the help of pest control, it was a challenge. But Alex never gave up.
