Great work from Tony with Urban Desert Pest Control this morning at our home in Waddell. He was personable, educational, and did a really thorough treatment of the inside and outside of our home... service from Urban has always been great but Tony took it to another level, we look forward to our next visit from him.

I am a new client and have to say I am so impressed with how professional and easy to work with this company is!! I spoke to Brittany in the office and Robin and both were so sweet and helpful. I moved service from another company after their technician called me 9 times during the day trying to move my appt from 4pm to 8am. They assured me their technicians were much more professional and they were right! Thank you Parker Moss for the great work. Parker called me when he was on his way, was on time, was so polite and got the job done a half hour ahead of schedule. I was amazed by the following days not seeing any bugs in the house. Parker assured me anything that came in contact with the perimeter of my home would die from the solution. He was right! Not one bug since. Highly recommend him and Brittany and Robin if you need a company you can rely on. They also make billing easy by auto pay and giving you 48 hour notice before your next appointment. Very honest local company. They are great at communicating via text ahead of time to remind me of my quarterly service. Its nice to have something that could be a burden to schedule be done with such ease. The technicians are also great and kind and very professional when they come to my home. This is invaluable to me.

I found west coast pest control online because i had a scorpion problem. Wes was very helpful and informative about my scorpion problem he came out and sprayed all the outside and inside of my home. I havent seen any scorpions in long time thanks to wes.

Nick came the next day and explained and showed me how they were getting in. He was quick and thorough. I had cricket carcasses inside and out the first night. Dead ones are better than live ones. I'm very satisfied.

Bill's came over, completed the termite treatment in a couple of hours. the employees are friendly and helpful. Their pricing is reasonable for termite service.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

Their phones don't work, I get nothing but silence when trying to call them. When they call me, I can't hear them. They don't respond to e-mails. I can't cancel my service, remove auto pay, or even delete MY credit card details from their servers without contacting customer support.

Last week, we had our house serviced for the first time since we moved in several months ago. Our technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with our barking/nosy pups. He even went above and beyond to take care of a bird nest problem for us! So far, I've seen a couple dead bugs (normal after first service) but that's it!

I recently began services with Custom Weed and Pest and am very happy with the results. Their customer service was great, showed up as scheduled and the young man doing the service was very professional and explained what he was going to do before the service began.  I have recommended them to a couple of friends as well.

That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. I am VERY happy with Copper State Pest Management. The response time was excellent and Alex is a gem! I recently expanded my yard.  A large portion  of my property was previously unused. I discovered numerous ant hills and the fire ants were everywhere. He came out on time, provided a very fair price and worked around my schedule. I highly recommend this company!

This company is fantastic! I have been using them for a few years now. Prepping for my move a few years ago, I packed a bunch of boxes in the garage and found a scorpion walking across the floor.

I was so freaked out thinking there were more scorpions in my boxes and that I was bringing them with me. So, I called orange pest control the next day and they immediately came and sprayed my new house.

It has been a very long time since I have experienced the type of customers service I received from Jacob and his trainee.  He truly cares about what he does and the customer.  Jacob gave just correct level of information in terms I could understand, kept posted of his arrival time and left me a thank you on my door.  Attention ProActive-  you are well served and represented by Jacob.
