I appreciate how quickly and professionally Urban Desert Pest Control took care of my termite problem. They applied a full treatment and then handled the termite trail hanging down from the ceiling. They do a fantastic job on the flagstone patio out back as well as the garage. The charge was exactly as quoted and the work was done very well. The inspection and quote were explained very well and I was able to make the decision to hire them instead of their competitors.

Obtained service for a bad infestation of mosquitos.  Jessica who setup the appointment was knowledgeable and very friendly.  Dewayne the technician arrived on time, and he was polite and professional.  The mosquito treatment was quick and easy, and it covered the entire yard.  Already seeing dead mosquitos on the patio!  I highly recommend Simply Green for mosquito control.

Looked at a few places, called a few got no response form many. When I called bills some one answered promptly and they came out in the next few days. I spoke with the gentleman that come out and he pointed out signs of termites, which is why I called them. He also pointed out areas where the previous company didnt make any mention of termite signs. Once bills was was done going over the treatment plan, chemicals they use etc. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment.I called another company. That company which is big and heavily advertised on the radio, wanted to sell me a ton of extra services. Bills didnt do this. The tech that came out to do the treatment was on time and was professional. He answered all my questions. I would call bills again based off this experience.

Extremely happy with my first pest control service with Bulwark. I called Bulwark after being referred from a company that does not service the part of Buckeye that I live in. My prior pest control company was getting lazy and not knocking down spider webs (which was part of their service) even though I had confronted them about it in the past, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. Efrain was the technician who was sent to service my house. He took the time to explain to me how and where all their products are applied. I was most impressed when he knocked on my door and asked me to follow him to my back patio after he power sprayed. There were a half dozen or more dying black widow spiders that came out of hiding. I was very disappointed  to realize I had been wasting my money on another company to treat my house and finding out not only were they not knocking down spider webs, they apparently had not been treating the area around them either. After Efrain completed the job, I went back out to my patio and as expected, all the dead spiders and webs were gone. I think I am going to like this company!

It was a beautiful day when I woke up and heard a buzzing coming from behind my reading chair. Insert creepy flying critter. Green Magic Pest Control to the rescue and for the last year Atleast, they've kept the creepy critters away. I highly recommend this company. Their response time is phenomenal, they have worked with any rescheduling I've needed and are compassionate. I reached out to them to assist one of my patients as a hospice volunteer and they came to the rescue for her. This is a company whose professionalism is backed by compassion, heart and kindness. Their product is quality as are there people. Major thank you to Jordan especially who has made my pups look forward to our appointments and who makes it feel as though a friend is here. They do honest work and it's s not too expensive. I had a HUGE termite problem in my garage and Ben is so knowledgeable and so Reliable. Everyone that works at Soto's are kind and hard working. I'm telling you you won't be let down hiring Soto's pest and termite control. I know I wasn't!

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

I moved to Buckeye this year and I initially had another company that sprayed for bugs and I was very unhappy with them. I came upon Bulwark and they have come twice now and I LOVE THIS COMPANY!  The guy that comes is really nice, he does a really thorough spray, and they guarantee their work. If you have bug problems in between services (which we haven't)  they come out and do it again. When I call to schedule they are really nice and polite. They are also always on time. I really couldn't ask for a better company. Thank you!

We had a huge ant infestation in our mesquite tree and David came out last year, not once but twice, because he warrantied the treatment after a rain storm and provided a six month warranty, should the ants come back. Well it's been a year - we are still completely satisfied!! He saved our tree. He saved our backyard! Thank you!!

We had problems with bed bugs around two years ago and Arizona Heat Pest Services Took care of the problem and gave us a one and a half year warranty. They were very accommodating and professional and solve the problem. We came back from vacation a month ago and I woke up to welts on my arms that were quite similar to the ones I had had when we had bedbugs. Of course, I was really worried that they were back. I also worried that if I called the serviceThat check for free they might just come up with bedbugs weather we had them or not to get the extra business. So I checked ahead of time, In the exact same way they had,to make sure that I couldn't see anything. Then I called Arizona he passed services again to come out and check. Remarkably, Austin Peck was the same person who had helped us two years before and remembered us. I was surprised that he had such a good memory and knew exactly where he had solved the problem in the past and what to look for. Fortunately, after he checked, he said we did not have bedbugs and it turned out that I had poison oak from our hiking on our vacation. Because I am now convinced of their honesty and trustworthiness and their ability to get the job done, I recommend this company and specifically, Austin Peck.

Great service. We have 1/4 acre lot and with working 2 jobs I didn't have the time to fight the battle against the weeds in our front and back yard. Called Custom Weed & Pest Control to setup an appointment and afterwards it took about 2 weeks for the weeds to wilt away. Our yard looks great again and I love the 6 month warranty. We will definitely use this company again at the end of our warranty.

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

I met the owner, Brandon Bear, knocking on my door for my business. I have a lot of respect for anyone willing to work that hard. Especially when they are the owner! He was not only very kind and sincere but it's clear that he was willing to do what it takes to take care of my pest issues that my previous pest company was not taking care of. The prices were competitive and I absolutely LOVE that his company plants a tree every service. I fully support any company that gives back to the environment.
