Urban Desert does a great job of scheduling and always arrives on-time. You can tell they hire the best in the industry... Tony Ramirez did a great job with our monthly service. BTW... haven't seen a scorpion in the house since we've used them... it's been 2 years. Thank you!!

I was stung by 2 scorpions last spring after never coming across one in the previous 2 years in my home. Went with Insectek's bimonthly treatment plan after a recommendation from my cousin. After the first treatment, there was an initial increase in activity, spotting 5-6 that first month which was likely a result of them fleeing their hiding spots. You could tell they were not healthy as a result. It was not fun seeing that many scorpions around, but understandable. Since then, activity has greatly decreased. In the past 8 months, I've only seen 5-6 with all but one already being dead. They were also primarily found in the garage, patio, or close to the exterior. Wayne and the other techs been great to work with as they're always friendly and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with the results thus far.

Builder's pest control was expiring so their provider sent me a letter. Got estimate but it blew my mind. I had my dad's BMW stored in my garage, so maybe that was why I got the high estimate. Called around and got two other estimates. One was almost half the price of the builder's pest termite company. Simply Green had the best offer and p,an to protect my biggest investment from harm. I opted for the Sentricon system and am very happy with the installation. Highly recommend this firm.

Responded quickly and kept in touch up till their arrival. Did an excellent job and we have been very satisfied with the work done.

Merrill Pest Solutions was my solution.  They have earned my future business.  Initial text contact was responsive and complete.  Drew arrived as scheduled.  He was knowledgeable, efficient and well mannered.  Although I had an immediate concern of a bee swarm, Drew reviewed the company's services.  Merrill Pest Solutions is in my phone contact list.  J.

We had termites and had Bill's come out today to treat.  The technician arrived on time and worked quickly, efficiently and thoroughly.  He explained the process and cleaned up any mess.  I'd recommend Bill's for your Termite treatment.

We came home after a five day trip to discover that we had mice/roof rats in the walls!!  I called this morning, explained my issue, and Craig at the office had Lance at my house this afternoon.  Craig honored the Yelp coupon that was available, which was really great!

When Lance arrived, he was extremely polite and he listed to me explain our situation.  He sprayed outside, set up some traps inside, and gave me some extra glue traps to set up if I so desired.  Because it was such a last minute job (I was freaking out and desperately wanted someone out as soon as possible), Lance didn't have everything he wanted to set up for me.  He worked with my schedule to get an appointment set up for this Saturday to have additional traps and bait stations set up.  Once that occurs, I will do an updated review (if I remember *LoL*).

All in all, the service has already been phenomenal!! =D

Wow!  Love this company, called over 10 pest control companies and it was so expensive or they were a bigger corporation.  Was so happy to find Green Magic Pest Control, great service and great people working here. So happy I found my forever pest control company!

I don't why this business doesn't have 1000 5 star reviews but I would give them 10 stars if I could. From the moment I called them to the moment the guy left, nothing but A+ service. I called several major chains for rodent control and they were not friendly, weeks out for scheduling and wanted a book of my personal information before scheduling vs just getting someone out here asap. Charles at Soto was the exact opposite, he listened and knew it wasn't urgent and had someone out within a few day. The game out, did a fantastic job, cleaned up everything and gave me great advice. I highly highly recommend this place. Not only are they great but shows the difference in service and care a local business provides vs a national chain who just puts you on a list.

Talk about a supportive crew! Moving into a new home I was worried about unwanted guest and they  talked to me about what goes into their products.
Very communicative, easy scheduling and want to make sure the family and pets are safe. Will be using again.

Always dressed nice, always on time and always friendly. They do a good job and Charles Allen the teck even made sure to caution me for the safety of my pets. He gave me a phone call prior to coming. I like that. Another thing I like is if I have any problems they come right back out with no charge. I had a bug problem in the start and now it's seems to be gone. Had to call them out twice because of these little black bugs that came from my yard. They would come right out without any charge to me and take care of it. I haven't seen them in months.

I've been using Arizona Termite & Pest Solutions for about a year now and couldn't be happier.  Scheduling is easy with texting or phone calls with Valerie and my technician is always there when he is scheduled. I've had some issues with neighbors having termites and Jon has been out to inspect and help me stay on top of the situation. I haven't had any issues with bugs and the only ones I ever see are dead. It's been a night and day difference between them and my last pest control company so I'm very happy with the overall service and price. Highly recommend!

Like everyone else is saying, Arizona Heat Pest Services is definitely the best! I called at 9pm and had someone out the very next morning! Luckily we were able to catch the infestation fairly quickly! Paul was extremely helpful and told us what was needed, not trying to over sell. Price is reasonable based on the needed treatment.

I used Custom Weed and Pest control several times. They always scheduled me quickly and showed up on time. I wanted an organic option in the backyard, and a chemical in the front and they were able to accommodate. When the weeds came back a bit in the front, they resprayed for no charge. I never required that again. great company to use.

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

Enter Alex, who owns Copper State Pest Management. While fairly young, Alex is a pro. He knows the business and uses the right products - in the right quantities - to keep the home as pest-free as possible. Furthermore, Alex is building his business based on truly satisfied customers. He LISTENS to customers' pest issues and does what's necessary to get to the root of the problem. Yay, Alex!
