So far, so good. Only one visit at this time. James arrived when expected and took time to talk about what we've had issues with, primarily scorpions. Was respectful upon entering house, booties over shoes. Took care of cobwebs in top corners of garage and outside corners. Spent an hour here treating inside and out. Feel if we have any issues, this company will be responsive.

I called a few companies about rodent control and their communication was amazing.  Got all of my questions answered immediately via text, they were very transparent with their prices as well as their process.
Day of treatment I got a reminder text for our appointment time and the tech showed up right when he said he would.
During the process the tech was very polite and patient with my mother in law (who the treatment was for) and he answered all of her questions and showed us everything he did and would recommend.
I didn't know this company offered contracting services to help close up any openings that rats could get to. He wasn't pushy at all (like an upsell) and was very understanding with our decision.

I wanted to leave a review on two Simply Green technicians. I have contracted with them for their year round solution plan.

1st visit: Daniel B.was a great technician to work with. He was very thorough and my family was very pleased with how professional he represented simply green. I felt he was going above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable in our new home after we left.

2nd visit: Marshall H. was very polite and came off as very knowledgeable with our concerns. He was quick to identify a sign of our pest problem in the backyard that the first technician might've overlooked. Our family felt assured by his expertise. Simply green continues to surprise me on their second visit with me. I hope my upcoming review will be me letting Yelp know my pest control problem has been solved.

Wes came to spray my house today after he gave me a very fair and reasonable quote for quartlery sprays.  Super nice guy, efficient, and put on shoe protectors without me asking so that he didn't get our floors dirty.  I received a few updates on my phone and e-mail to alert me that he was on his way.  I would highly recommend West Coast.

Wayne at Truforce is outstanding, friendly and knowledgeable. He addressed our concerns when he came out to spray.  Because of Techs like Wayne I have been a very happy customer for all these years.

Prices are great and lower then other companies in the area. Our technician showed up on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be continuing with their services.

Unfortunately as much as Lance is wonderful this company does not rid you of Scorpions. If you are dealing with ordinary bugs this is a good company but if you have scorpions don't call them.

After going through three different pest control companies I finally found Green Magic !! Our tech Jordan is fabulous & comes each month. He spends as much time as he needs to address all of our problems. I am really thrilled with their services & highly recommend.

Called for an inspection on a 7000 sq ft building that we have and they promptly came out the following day, completed the inspection, and gave us options for repairs and treatment. I asked them if we could finish this by year end (so in 5 days) and they were able to complete the entire treatment within the weekend!  Ben was extremely professional and provided me with the details of the warranty and of the job completed. I would HIGHLY recommend them for termite services!!

Talk about a supportive crew! Moving into a new home I was worried about unwanted guest and they  talked to me about what goes into their products.

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We've had Alex spray our home for the past 4 years. He has a ton of experience and has always been able to address our pest issues. I really appreciate the fact that Alex is respectful of our time and our home. He always shows up on time and puts on booties without us having to ask. He's also great with pets and the product he uses isn't harmful to them. All in all, he's a great, trustworthy guy and we've recommended him to friends and family.

Ok so I called 3-4 different pest companies around The Valley and heard their pitch. All
Of the prices are around the same but I was looking for something that is actually different.

Frontino caught my attention when they told me that for every paid service they use part of the money to plant a tree. Being the green person that I am I LOVED this! Also they use products that are organically derived so they're all pet and family friendly. Then when they told me they offer a money back guarantee I was sold.

They came out the next day and got rid of my scorpions and black widows immediately! They even found an ant hill in the back that I didn't know I had. The first service was close to an hour or more and I was shocked at how thorough my technician was. I could tell that he cared about taking care of our home.

Their energy was very pleasant and positive. They did a great job and a thorough one. The termites are probably not happy but I am!
