Great first experience with this company, from the initial phone call to the actual appointment. Jose a.k.a.The Scorpion King came to my home ready to kill...bugs. I found him to be very personable and informative. And he was even open to my suggestion of getting some insect fly sunglasses! Price was right too. Time will tell if their bug annihilation method works, but I'm confident that it will. Thanks Jose and Urban Desert!

Very impressed with Christian who was our technician. I felt at ease with him right off the bat, which is super important when having any kind of technician enter your home.

He was very knowledgeable and incredibly thorough. Personable, but also helpful. It was very reassuring and informative to hear his expert point of view towards our pest situation. He informed us of what we can do to best prevent our cricket/roach problem from escalating.

After getting multiple estimates we decided to use Bill's Termite Co.  They're quick, knowledgeable, and professional.  We're pleased with our decision!

After doing a search on Yelp and seeing so many amazing reviews I decided not to go with Terminex and call these guys! Well all I can say is that I am so happy I made that decision. Eric was professional, knowledgeable and thorough!! He answered all my questions as well as making sure he got in all the areas I was concerned about and more! All details were worked out ahead of time via Yelp Chat.  Their rep. was on time, professionally dressed, and had a positive attitude.  I asked him several questions, and he did not mind me asking, he provided detailed answers. I don't think I ever saw him not working, and it was 110 Degrees out today.

Bottom line:  This company kept their commitment, showed up when they were supposed to and had great service.  I highly recommend.

They do honest work and it's s not too expensive. I had a HUGE termite problem in my garage and Ben is so knowledgeable and so Reliable. Everyone that works at Soto's are kind and hard working. I'm telling you you won't be let down hiring Soto's pest and termite control. I know I wasn't!

We are very happy with Bulwark Exterminating, especially our terrific technician Evan Schmitt.  Evan has been extremely professional, pleasant, responsive and knowledgeable.  Living in the desert, scorpions had been plaguing us for years - not just a matter of whether we had any each month but how many - until we switched to Bulwark, and now we haven't seen one in the house for nearly a year!  We are also very happy with their pet-safe treatments within the wall that require no inside spraying and their policy to come as often as necessary between scheduled treatments to retreat or, for example, to set bait for a persistent pack rat on our patio.  Highly recommend!

I had a swarm of bees hanging out in my tree, so I requested a quote. I was contacted within 20 minutes with a quote and some follow up questions. Ultimately, the swarm left (as I was informed might happen within the first 24-48 hours), but I appreciate the quick response and info.

Arizona Heat Pest Services performance was exceptional.  Immediate response from Seth to schedule a pest inspection the same day as my call for help! What can I say --- they made difficult circumstances easy.  I've been self-quarantining for weeks now, but could see the weeds were making their move even if I hadn't been out of the house for a while.  I was able to schedule an appointment with one of their techs, who made it a point to ring my doorbell just to let me know he had arrived.  A short time later I paid with my trusty credit card --- all without leaving the security of my home.  Thanks so much for working with me on this!

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

We have been using Frontino since we moved into our Mesa house that was originally infested with more cockroaches and scorpions than I have ever seen in my 20 years of living in Arizona. We only had problems with the bugs coming back once in between services. Scared that a scorpion could get to our dogs, I called them and the next day they had someone out to do a FREE touch up service.

Today they came for their routine service. My house is still in the chaos of hosting Thanksgiving and the level of laundry I need to do is frankly embarrassing. Dan did our service with no judgement and we had a pleasant chat about the holiday.

We have had a ridiculously hard time finding reliable landscapers and other services for our house, but our pest control is 100%

AMAZING service! I'm new to AZ and when I moved here a few months ago I started seeing cockroaches in the house and was completely disgusted, I've never seen one before moving here. I called around and got a few quotes, orange gave me the best one and offered to come same day! Technician was very nice and sprayed exterior and interior. Great updated technology too! They emailed me an invoice/receipt right after the technician was complete that explained all the services and exactly what their product was made of so I felt comfortable. I googled the chemicals in it to make sure it was indeed pet friendly and it definitely was, I love how open/honest they are about the products they use. A month and a half later I started seeing a couple cockroaches and even came across a black widow in the bathroom the following morning!!! I was so terrified I immediately called orange again and they called me back right away and scheduled a technician to come back out the very next day, no extra charges. The second technician, Ryan was amazing!! Super friendly and examined any problem areas and made sure to spray extra well. He even got rid of the dead black widow I killed earlier in the day and reassured me not to worry as they are extremely rare to come by inside a house. Orange made me feel at ease and they really care about their customers. Highly recommend Orange and their services! All top notch!!

Brian has been wonderful and we couldn't be happier with Pro Active Pest Control! We used to be with another pest control company and we were never able to to get rid of our pest problem. We've been seeing mice in our neighborhood and I was reluctant to hire a pest control company since it's never worked for us in the past but after only being with Pro Active for just over a week and they have already caught two rodents! Both times Brian came out right away and was very nice and professional. We had a box out with the other pest control company for months and they never caught anything. I'm so glad we found Pro Active!
