Urban Desert was actually the second pest control company we had come out for our ant problem, and unlike the first company, Urban Desert actually resolved our issue!

From my very first interaction to the service being completed, my experience was positive. The lady that answered the phone was incredibly friendly and did an awesome job describing the service, answering my questions, and scheduling. Dax was the one that came out, and he was very professional and courteous, and based on our total lack of bugs, effective too!

I would highly recommend Urban Desert and plan to use them again - the service was great and the price was right!

They've been spraying the inside and outside of our house for years on a regular basis. They always do a fantastic job, and my husband and I are very happy with their service! I'm petrified of bugs, and fortunately have no worries! They're always very friendly too!

So far service has been great. They have been out to the house twice and have been very thorough both times. Typically pest control services have been in and out in 5 mins, that's not the case with simply green. I have called in a couple times with questions on my contract and the customer service is always great! I will update more as we have used them longer! So far 5 stars !

They did a great job getting my aphids under control! They got me in soon and were timely and professional! I will for sure use them again.

I have been using TruForce since before the pandemic and honestly I have zero concerns. we had a scorpion problem and we haven't had any issues since they started treating our house. Tony has been our technician since 2020 and he's so kind and professional. He lets us know when he's here and what he's here for and asks if there's anything else that we need treated. We recently started seeing ants around our plants and he treated the issue without harming the plants.

I can't recommend them enough. They're honestly so great to work with and very responsive.

I am so happy with the service we have received from Bill's.  The service is prompt and professional. Everything is explained in a way that I can understand. The inspection was the day after I called, and the treatment was done within days. The inspector and the treatment staff were very thorough.  I am confident that my termite problem is taken care of and that I can call any time with questions and/or concerns. Oh, and their pricing is better than any that I found.

Bulwark has completely resolved our bug issues and being new to the area they have educated us on bugs we weren't familiar with. They will come out even after they've recently sprayed to resolve issues. Our technician would always let us know when he was coming, he'd ring the doorbell and ask if we'd seen anything he needed to address and always send us a text to let us know where he targeted his treatment and let us know our gate was closed and secure. Bulwark was recommended to us and I have, and wouldn't, hesitate to recommend Bulwark to everyone.

Great customer service, they were able to accommodate my house on the same day. They showed up right on time and took care of my ant issue.

I don't why this business doesn't have 1000 5 star reviews but I would give them 10 stars if I could. From the moment I called them to the moment the guy left, nothing but A+ service. I called several major chains for rodent control and they were not friendly, weeks out for scheduling and wanted a book of my personal information before scheduling vs just getting someone out here asap. Charles at Soto was the exact opposite, he listened and knew it wasn't urgent and had someone out within a few day. The game out, did a fantastic job, cleaned up everything and gave me great advice. I highly highly recommend this place. Not only are they great but shows the difference in service and care a local business provides vs a national chain who just puts you on a list.

Talk about a supportive crew! Moving into a new home I was worried about unwanted guest and they  talked to me about what goes into their products.
Very communicative, easy scheduling and want to make sure the family and pets are safe. Will be using again.

Jon treated my home for termites this morning. He was professional, courteous and hard working. He worked quickly to schedule an inspection and get the work done. He was very thorough and double checked the interior of my home after he was done treating the outside. Luckily, he spotted some new termite activity and took care of it. Passive-aggressive receptionist is the face of this company!!!!  

That I cannot even get a straight answer from the receptionist answering the phone is a HUGE red flag!!!  I'm moving into a home that had unclean tenants - boardering a hoarding situation.  So, I'm trying to be proactive to have a clean home to move into.  I have a one day window of when I take possession and when I move my belonging in.  I was trying to get an idea of the service and costs.  Apparently that can only be told by signing up for a $75 inspection because it depends on:
-- if you have a current infestation (answer is No)
-- size of the rooms (answer LR is 14'x17', DR is 9'x9', Kitchen is 9'x11', BR1 is 11'x13', BR2 is 11'x12', Bath is 9'x9' and the hall is 3'x14')
-- what's in the house/rooms (answer is Nothing)
-- and 'other factors' (???)

I can answer all the questions except the 'other factors' because she doesn't even know what those are.  Okay.... so if we have a technician come out on my one-day window and they find something, are they going to able to treat it?  It depends on what else they have scheduled.  Trying to figure out if this is way too late in the game, I try to get an idea of how long treatment takes. She won't even give me an idea of what a service consists of or duration of time - it all depends on a number of factors.  I asked if she can even give me an idea, is this a couple of hours, is it several days?  All I could get is Only a technician can say when they do an inspection.  I'm done at this point!  I told her that I completely get that she cannot give absolutes but that as the face of the company, she should be able to at least be able to know the process.  And I hung up.  BUT!!!  Being the passive-aggressive receptionist she is, she must have the final word.  She calls me back!!!  And leaves me a nearly 2 min voicemail explaining that she is just trying to provide information to me.  Seriously?!?!?!

We booked with this company and waited 3 weeks for them to kill our weeds in late March. They came out and treated the area. A week later, the weeds were still there and standing tall so I contacted them. I never heard back. A few weeks after they came, we got an HOA violation because the weeds were still there. I still have not heard back.

Do not waste your time and money with this company.

UPDATE: The owner reached out to me and explained that it takes 3 weeks for the weeds to die, this was in the invoice in small print under one of the line items. He felt that they did kill the weeds based on my photos, and apologized for their lack of response but I just wish his team would've responded so I had a better idea of the expectations. From the other reviews here, it seems like they do a good job of killing weeds but need to work on their communication and expectation setting.

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

We had a great experience having Alex out to survey our home and treat it for all sorts of creepy crawlers. We'd had issues with crickets, scorpions, spiders, roaches etc.

After the first treatment (daytime photo) we already saw the effects it had. Alex was kind enough to give us a black light to scout for scorpions should they return.

Upon finding a batch of scorpions still in our palms, Alex was quick to return and remedy the issue. Black light photo shows the scorpions found dead after he came and retreated the palm trees.

Besides the physical service, Alex's professionalism and hospitality was splendid. Anytime you welcome someone into your home, you can feel sort of uneasy, that's not how we felt with Alex. He was courteous and did a great job explaining the process and actually took interest in our personal lives. It was obvious this was more than just a pay check for him.

We will continue to trust Alex with the protection and service of our home.

I have been a customer of Frontino for years. I've had multiple different service technicians and every one has been respectful -- as a woman, I never feel uncomfortable letting them into my home to spray. They are reliable and responsive; whenever I email to move an appointment it always gets done. They also send a text to give a heads up when they are on their way. And, perhaps most importantly, our home is covered! Whenever we do see a bug, we let the technician know and they spray accordingly and we don't have a problem again. But we hardly ever have an issue. I feel we are very protected from pests and enjoy getting to support a veteran-owned business. Thanks Frontino Team!

AMAZING service! I'm new to AZ and when I moved here a few months ago I started seeing cockroaches in the house and was completely disgusted, I've never seen one before moving here. I called around and got a few quotes, orange gave me the best one and offered to come same day! Technician was very nice and sprayed exterior and interior. Great updated technology too! They emailed me an invoice/receipt right after the technician was complete that explained all the services and exactly what their product was made of so I felt comfortable. I googled the chemicals in it to make sure it was indeed pet friendly and it definitely was, I love how open/honest they are about the products they use. A month and a half later I started seeing a couple cockroaches and even came across a black widow in the bathroom the following morning!!! I was so terrified I immediately called orange again and they called me back right away and scheduled a technician to come back out the very next day, no extra charges. The second technician, Ryan was amazing!! Super friendly and examined any problem areas and made sure to spray extra well. He even got rid of the dead black widow I killed earlier in the day and reassured me not to worry as they are extremely rare to come by inside a house. Orange made me feel at ease and they really care about their customers. Highly recommend Orange and their services! All top notch!!

Technician Rob was friendly and informative. He came and inspected my house first and answered any questions I had. He was available to help when something came up and stopped by to answer questions and place a few extra bait traps out to give me peace of mind. I would recommend this company for the great work and price they have!!
