Best Pest Control Services in Phoenix, AZ

We had bug and scorpion problems when we first bought our home in Phoenix over a year ago.  We tried several different pest control companies with limited success.  After my wife got stung by a scorpion and had to go to the ER, a neighbor recommended Urban Desert Pest Control.  It was a happy moment for us.  They came in and our pest problems simply went away.  One of their many great technicians stopped by for our Bi-Monthly service and as it is now beginning scorpion season, protected us once again.  Jim was super knowledgeable, very professional, and very efficient at laying down protective barriers both inside and outside our home.  We highly recommend Urban Desert Pest Control and all of their people!

I highly recommend Insectek! I haven't seen a single bug since they treated my apartment and I'm so relieved. Besides doing a great job, the two techs were knowledgeable and personable, which went a long way towards putting my mind at ease (insects really stress me out). Above and beyond amazing service - I vacuumed up a giant cockroach and couldn't bring myself to empty the canister so they did it for me. That, alone, made me a customer for life!

One of the pest control technicians was caught on our yard cameras STEALING items from our yard. Fortunately, I was home to be able to walk out and call him out. He lied to my face about stealing to make things worse. Don't trust this company to respect your backyard valuables or belongings! Shameful! THIEVES

Merril Pest has tons of 5 star reviews and I definitely see why now. The buyers of my home are using a VA loan and there was record of previous termites. I sent Nick and his team the inspection done by the buyers and he had me on the schedule for treatment the next day. His tech came out and was done in about 3 hours. I needed a 2 year warranty for the termite treatment as well, and their price was extremely competitive. Basically the same price as every other company that was offering a 1 year warranty. I will definitely use this company again.

My husband found Bill's Pest and Termite online and Paul came out and did the inspection for the subterranean termites. He answered any questions we had, was very thorough and he was so personable. The tech that came out was really nice and showed up a couple hours earlier than our appointment time which was a very pleasant surprise! He did a great job and was very friendly and explained everything really well. I'm so glad that we had Bill's Pest and Termite come out to take care of our termite problem. I'm so bad with names but the tech that did our treatment let us know that they would need to come back and treat the return space under our stairs cause it's so small a space to crawl in. We are so happy with the services and the fact that the treatment they used was odorless! We already recommended Bill's Pest and Termite to a coworker at our work! These guys are great, very knowledgeable. They arrive on time they work quickly and everyone is very nice. Benjamin Garbett was here today, he made sure to ask what I wanted done which I thought was very nice and he was extremely courteous, I would definitely recommend them.

The team at Green Magic is super easy to get a hold off. I've worked with them in different capacities. Scheduled maintenance treatments, one time treatments, getting rid of urgent pest situations and they've always been great and charge a fair price. Last incident was a wasp nest and they even made recommendations on how to do the treatment myself as it was a harmless kind so that I could save the money. Amazing company, highly recommend them.

I don't why this business doesn't have 1000 5 star reviews but I would give them 10 stars if I could. From the moment I called them to the moment the guy left, nothing but A+ service. I called several major chains for rodent control and they were not friendly, weeks out for scheduling and wanted a book of my personal information before scheduling vs just getting someone out here asap. Charles at Soto was the exact opposite, he listened and knew it wasn't urgent and had someone out within a few day. The game out, did a fantastic job, cleaned up everything and gave me great advice. I highly highly recommend this place. Not only are they great but shows the difference in service and care a local business provides vs a national chain who just puts you on a list.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

Great job as usual. This time of year scorpions are a problem and bulwark continually makes sure our home is protected.

I contacted them one day and they were at my house the next. Nice and very professional. Out of several competitors they were the quickest to reply and most affordable.

ABSOLUTELY APPALED BY THIS SERVICE OR LACK THERE OF. I live in apartments My unit was suppose to been sprayed 3 weeks ago nothing was moved So I know noone did anything to prevent bed bugs from coming to my unit when 2 others were heated needlees to say 1 week later my 2 year old son was attacked on my couch thats next to the wall closest to the next unit Cris came out and exclaimed that my couch were my son was sleeping was not the problem but one in my room refused to believe that bites were occuring before its arrival and told my complex manager it was the couch in my room thats the problem not the one that actually is!!! He quoted my manager $600 ( im expected to pay )to spray a couch  that isnt the problem ARE U KIDDING ME THIS SERVICE IS A DAM JOKE.....THAT THE BUGS THAT MOVED TO MY UNIT AFTER OTHERS WERE TREATED ARE MY PROBLEM THANKS AZ HEAT 4 BEINGS A BUNCH OF DICKS!!!!

I used Custom Weed and Pest control several times. They always scheduled me quickly and showed up on time. I wanted an organic option in the backyard, and a chemical in the front and they were able to accommodate. When the weeds came back a bit in the front, they resprayed for no charge. I never required that again. great company to use.

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

Very pleased with Orange Pest Control. From start to my first service, everything has been great! I called on Thursday last week and when I called I had spoken with Tyler. He was very friendly and answered all my questions and was able to get me set up with an appointment as soon as Tuesday the next week. I received an email and phone confirmation the day before. Today was my first treatment and I had Kacy come treat my house. He was very polite and friendly and explained everywhere he would be spraying and went over what the spray will treat. Kacy did a great job and covered everywhere. From the first phone call to this first service I'm very pleased! I highly recommend Orange Pest Control for all your pest problems.

Great customer service, very thorough with their work. All their people from the office to their techs are so nice. They pay attention to details. Fully equipped with masks and indoor boot covers. Very professional. So glad I switched to ProActive.
