From quote to treatment we had the best service from Urban Desert! We shopped around and they were by far the best value for termite treatment -offering a 5 year warranty. As a new home owner they were a relief for us. Matt completed our service and he was very thorough and knowledgable. I have been using TruForce since before the pandemic and honestly I have zero concerns. we had a scorpion problem and we haven't had any issues since they started treating our house. Tony has been our technician since 2020 and he's so kind and professional. He lets us know when he's here and what he's here for and asks if there's anything else that we need treated. We recently started seeing ants around our plants and he treated the issue without harming the plants.

From our first contact with Bill's Pest & Termite, we knew we had found the best choice for our termite problem.  Everyone, beginning with Lisa Trott was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to work with.  We would not hesitate to recommend Bill's Pest & Termite to our friends.

Initial service went great. 2 weeks later I had carpenter bees and when I called the initial response was they could not service bees that were inside my walls. When I asked to terminate my service they decided they could take care of the bees. They set up an appointment for 2 days later and never showed up or even bothered to call. I called the next day and was put on hold for 20 min. Gave up and tried again the following day only to be put on hold 10 minutes before I hung up. When  I did reach someone who could help me today I simply wanted to terminate my service and they tried to pass me on to a third representative before I simply gave my information for the final time and asked them never to call or come by my house again.

As always, Green Magic was on time, efficient, and thorough. Nathan did a great job. If the past is evidence, we won't be seeing any unwanted pests anytime soon.

Called for an inspection on a 7000 sq ft building that we have and they promptly came out the following day, completed the inspection, and gave us options for repairs and treatment. I asked them if we could finish this by year end (so in 5 days) and they were able to complete the entire treatment within the weekend!  Ben was extremely professional and provided me with the details of the warranty and of the job completed. I would HIGHLY recommend them for termite services!!

Omg...roof rats. Neighboring house is nearing foreclosure  and filthy. Rats have made their way into my property. Arizona Pest Solutions responded within minutes to my online inquiry. The sent a guy out same day to assess the situation. They found the access points, sealed them up, and set up a maintenance plan to keep the rodents away. Arizona Pest Solutions is a great professional company!

Passive-aggressive receptionist is the face of this company!!!!  

That I cannot even get a straight answer from the receptionist answering the phone is a HUGE red flag!!!  I'm moving into a home that had unclean tenants - boardering a hoarding situation.  So, I'm trying to be proactive to have a clean home to move into.  I have a one day window of when I take possession and when I move my belonging in.  I was trying to get an idea of the service and costs.  Apparently that can only be told by signing up for a $75 inspection because it depends on:
-- if you have a current infestation (answer is No)
-- size of the rooms (answer LR is 14'x17', DR is 9'x9', Kitchen is 9'x11', BR1 is 11'x13', BR2 is 11'x12', Bath is 9'x9' and the hall is 3'x14')
-- what's in the house/rooms (answer is Nothing)
-- and 'other factors' (???)

I can answer all the questions except the 'other factors' because she doesn't even know what those are.  Okay.... so if we have a technician come out on my one-day window and they find something, are they going to able to treat it?  It depends on what else they have scheduled.  Trying to figure out if this is way too late in the game, I try to get an idea of how long treatment takes. She won't even give me an idea of what a service consists of or duration of time - it all depends on a number of factors.  I asked if she can even give me an idea, is this a couple of hours, is it several days?  All I could get is Only a technician can say when they do an inspection.  I'm done at this point!  I told her that I completely get that she cannot give absolutes but that as the face of the company, she should be able to at least be able to know the process.  And I hung up.  BUT!!!  Being the passive-aggressive receptionist she is, she must have the final word.  She calls me back!!!  And leaves me a nearly 2 min voicemail explaining that she is just trying to provide information to me.  Seriously?!?!?!

After all the rain this year (and the thought of last years 3 acres worth of weeds on my 1 acre lot)  I decided to save myself the hassle of pulling a million weeds and gave these guys a call.  Much to my surprise they were reasonably priced so I set an appointment.  They were super punctual, very professional, and had more knowledge about weeds than I thought possible.  Even though they wouldn't let me romp their golf-cart around I'm still giving them 5 stars.  I would be in serious weed-hell right now if it weren't for them.  Now I can sit back and laugh at my neighbors and their giant weeds...

It is not very often (for me) to be treated with world-class customer service. Yet, here you are killing it!

Great service! We used Copper State Pest Management, and are so happy we did. Alex was our service rep. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided detailed services at a great price. We will definitely be using the company in the future.

Great service! I called the day before and quickly received a quote that day with service scheduled for the next. The receptionist was great and helped me find a time that worked with my schedule. My technician, Karsten, was awesome too- very polite and professional. He did a great job explaining everything to me and took his time listening to my concerns. He was very thorough with his service and even helped me remove a couple spider webs! I will definitely be using Orange Pest Control again for service and requesting Karsten!

Moved into house and have seen a couple of scorpions outside near pool.  Called the company and they were able to come next day.

The represented listened to what I had worries about then gave me a game plan that they were going to do. They worked to spray inside and outside and followed up with me when completed to see if I had any questions.

Great job and the yearly plan I signed up for will be done 6 times a year and free if they need to come back out for anything. Highly recommend them.
