If I could give this company a 10 star I would
for a year and a half I've been noticing a lot of yellow jackets in my pool last year I could barely swim due to the fact that they covered almost the whole area of the pool I could not figure out where they were coming from
my gardener told me that there was a nest in one of my rosemarys I yelped to see who is it good exterminator since I did not have one and the one I used to use was bought by another company that did not get good reviews
It was a Sunday and I sent a message to Urban Desert for a quote
Brad the owner immediately sent a message stating the price and what he would do and what day he would be out
He came out he took the time to look in the backyard to see if there was any yellow jacket nest out in the back which he said there were none
he then proceeded to look at my rosemary bushes and find two nest one the size of a softball and one the size of a baseball He's saturated my plants and the yellow jackets are coming out like crazy didn't seem to bother him at all he said he does this all the time and he's been doing it for a long time he grabbed the nest disposed of them and I have not seen one single yellow jacket he said if I do see any they'll go in there and get the stuff he used on them and they will eventually die
Believe me in this day and age I'm very careful of who I use to come to my house since many times I've had people come to do work and they've done a crappy job
Do not look any further Brad is fantastic he's the owner great personality explains exactly what he's going to doalso explain why yellow jackets love the rosemary bush so much.. he sprayed my bushes twice and did did not come back and say you owe me more The price he gave you is the price he he takes
Now my neighbor has the problem too with yellow jackets they have a nest in their rosemary so I recommended Brad to her
Believe me I do my homework and I'm a yelper so if I yelled good definitely no that he is one of the best Don't look anywhere else

Fantastic experience from what started off a little rocky. Techs are courteous, clean, respectful, and want to listen to any of your specific pest control needs. Communication with the office is also great.

The scheduling and text/email notifications are fantastic and provide you a narrow window as when the tech will arrive for service.

Very honest local company. They are great at communicating via text ahead of time to remind me of my quarterly service. Its nice to have something that could be a burden to schedule be done with such ease. The technicians are also great and kind and very professional when they come to my home. This is invaluable to me.

I had never used the yelp quotes before, and the first response was from Merrill Pest. I have to say I hate talking on the phone, and they were able to provide the easiest way to communicate for me as a consumer. They were so quick and responsive, and we were able to get something booked for next day appointment.

The pricing was very reasonable, and they came promptly on time. I forgot who the guys name was that came over, but super friendly and helpful. I hadn't realized how much pests we had in our yard and walls! They definitely came in with full preparation of extermination!

Just spent about half of an hour trying to just get a quote on a home that I have listed for sale.  All I wanted was a quote...and the messaging went on and on..  Mostly, the guy from Bulwark just kept asking me for the address of the home.  I only wanted a quote.  After much to do... I was asked for the address because of service area, then because of sq. ft. & yard, etc etc. Finally, I just had to get off the messaging not really knowing if anyone would call...Not good..

I am using their pest control service since year and half now. They are the best in the valley. I took pictures of few bugs and they changed the treatment to be effective. Nathan from Green Magic pest control does service for us. He is prompt, friendly and gets service done efficiently. Keep up the good work guys!

Soto's Pest and Termite Service is absolutely the best. Ben is a highly personal person who has years of experience and shares this experience with you. He is a no nonsense but nice person to be around and he is efficient, neat and courteous. I believe his son handles the scheduling/appointments and he has certainly learned with customer service should look like. He is considerate on the phone and easy to work with...even if I forgot that Ben was going to show up early and I was FAST ASLEEP...they never made a thing about it, just re-scheduled and came back to take care of my little termite family. I have used Ben for about three years and have always appreciated his service.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

Nick was our service tech from Bulwark and he was excellent.  Nick not only serviced our home and yard but even provided us with tips on what bugs may be attracted to the area and how to keep them at bay.

Did a great job squeezing us in schedule to do termite treatment and were very responsive. Affordable and professional!

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

I had the best experience with Alex from Copper State Pest Management. He was on time and professional and very helpful. He knew exactly what the problem was and how to handle it and gave me a lot of helpful advice. We have terra cotta tile roof and he was very careful not to go on the roof or damage any roof tiles while he was inspecting. I highly recommend his company if you have any type of pest problem.
