I really like working with Insectek. We went with them because we liked their monthly cost but their service has been above and beyond what we expected. They come out every other month for prevention. Gabe (who has been our tech since we started using them) has always shown up on time, he texts before he arrives, he communicates well and has found issues that even our property management company missed. He's also just an extremely pleasant person. Every experience is always wonderful and makes it very easy for me to say no to all the other pest control companies that knock on our door. I can't recommend Insectek enough!

We started using Simply Green almost two years ago to help with a crazy amount of American roaches we were seeing in our backyard. Yuck! They did a great initial consult and have been on schedule and on time for as long as we've used them. We had a scare with termite swarmers last summer and they were able to walk us through a care plan that was affordable and helped remediate the problem. Between services, if we find ants or other pets, they are quick go get us on the books and talk through their game plan. Most importantly, they are also always considerate of our dogs and let us know what we need to make sure they're safe.

We've had them for over a year and a half and they have been great. They were also very accommodating as well. Friendly, knowledgeable, affordable and professional service from George and other workers here. No contracts and a local business as well.

We had a great experience with Bill's Pest Termite Control. Our initial contact was super informative, efficient and answered all of our questions. Casey, who actually treated our home was just as informative and helpful, and both men were on time and professional.
   This was a better experience than our previous one with a well known pest control agency and if we have to make any future calls, Bill's will be first on our list.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

When huge outdoor roaches started to enter our house consistently for the first time in the 10+ years we've lived in our home, I had to draw the line. Based on Yelp reviews, I chose Bulwark. I called and spoke to a pleasant person and, within two days, Nick from Bulwark was out here right on time. He thoroughly treated the inside and outside of our home, removing and replacing electric outlet face plates to do so. He had explained what he'd do and how it would be effective. After he finished, he showed me where the problem areas were, how he dealt with those problems, what to expect, and what specific areas to point out to the technician that would do the next treatment. He was professional and congenial. The roaches I've seen since the treatment have been dead and they've been outside. I wholeheartedly recommend Bulwark Exterminating to anyone in need of this type of service.

Do NOT waste your money here! I found a female bed bug in my covers and decided to give these guys a call. They assured me that since they couldn't find a nest or any other bed bugs, my infestation is very light and that one chemical treatment would be enough. They only sprayed my mattress and bed frame, some of the baseboards in my room, some of my couch,  bedroom dressers, and that's it. They didn't spray or use DE inside the outlets and they didn't get other areas like my bathroom, dining room, or inside the couch like they had promised. I payed $300 (no warranty included) for them to use Temprid SC insecticide on some of my furniture. I ended up getting bites for the next 3 weeks. They didn't even tell me to wash and dry all my clothing and bedding and to treat other items in my room, no wonder I kept getting bitten! They also didn't retreat every 10 days, like it says to on the Temprid SC bottles (which you can get for $10 ea at a bug and weed store). I decided to retreat everything myself (INSIDE and out) with Temprid and with another insecticide recommended by the bug and weed mart. I washed and dried all clothing in my room and stored it in trash bags so bugs would not hide in my clothing. I also decided to use mattress and box spring covers and squirted diatomaceous earth in all the outlets, over all my carpeting, inside the couch, by he base boards, and all over my bed frame and in between the mattress and Box. Since then the bites have been subsiding. I could've saved $300 and done this treatment myself. These guys are lazy and do a half ass job because they know they'll come back to charge you more.

I reached out to Custom Weed after posting my prior review. They were very fast in responding by phone and scheduling a follow up treatment to the property. It was unfortunate that I had to get the weeds trimmed again at an additional cost to keep the HOA happy but things happen. I did feel they were responsive and a company I would recommend. I had a feeling the other good reviews couldn't be lying.

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

Alex was great.  He even cleaned my high cobwebs from the skylights. Plus I love supporting independent workers who are building a career for themselves.

They showed up on time, were super courteous and professional. They were extremely thorough and took time to explain everything to me. Great service! I had bee hive inside the wall of my house where they couldn't be reached. Had to kill them, sorry, but no other way to solve the problem. Exterminator Ryan was very knowledgeable about the situation and explained in detail how he would take care of it and what to expect. They back their work with longer than usual guarantee. Low price. I'd recommend them to all my friends and family.
