Urban Desert was recommended to us by our neighbor. We were contacted quickly after submitting a message on their website. Prices are good and service is great. Steve arrived on time to our house and is a super friendly guy. He was also very detailed working around our house as it is a new build. The next day, we already saw improvements with less bugs around and many dead bugs on the exterior! We look forward to seeing Steve on his next visit.

Very professional, clean, and informative.  They have people friendly and green friendly bug killers as well and will let you know exactly how effective each product is.  I don't need them for regular service but I do have them come out for certain occasions and they always get the job done.  These exterminators specialize in certain bugs, so they are more effective than ones that go the we do everything route and are less effective and specialized.  I highly recommend them!

Of all the nasty little pests that can invade a home, one of my clients had cockroaches.  They had used two other well known pest companies in the past, with no success...or relief.  A close friend of mine highly recommended Simply Green, so I immediately called and I was so happy that Ben picked up (nothing is worse than getting a recording where you have to go through 18 prompts and buttons just to get a real person on the line; or a recording, (basically) saying, Sorry we're not sorry, it's after normal business hours, but feel free to go to our website ....or getting some random call center rep who doesn't really know and doesn't really care)!!  

There's a reason they have the excellent reputation they do...

Ben took the time to explain the product, treatment, and plan (only two were necessary for this particular issue, spaced a couple weeks or a month or so apart) in detail and answer every single one of my questions (I ask a lot of questions).  I can honestly say, I have never been so impressed with a business owner taking the time he did to talk to me...and for being as knowledgeable, thorough, personable and accommodating; his tech was at the property the next day and I can also honestly say, I have no idea how they did it...but they did it!!!  We went from AT LEAST 6-8, usually more, cockroaches (dead and/or alive) PER WEEK, to literally only ONE (dead) between treatments.  It's been months since the second/final treatment, and there has not been a single cockroach (or any other bug for that matter) in or around that home since.  TRULY AMAZING.  

So now, naturally, I will only use them and I recommend them to everyone I know.  They are the only company that I (personally) will ever use or trust in my home, not only because of their excellent customer service; quick response time; awesome, conscious/careful, timely, and friendly technicians (Brad rocks!!); their incredible ability to effectively rid the pests from the very first treatment (we do the standard plan to keep the average, everyday little guys away - bugs, spiders, etc); I could go on and on and on....but the biggest and most crucial aspect for me, is the amazing product(s) they use.  

My dog has Valley Fever and there is no way I would ever let anyone else into my home who sprays harmful, toxic chemicals; affecting my dog's health and essentially, his life.  Or ours, obviously.  I've used other companies in the past; so many techs have been sloppy; whatever they sprayed had a horrible, lingering odor; it would dry white (even though they said it shouldn't have) and take time I didn't have to clean it off the walls and tile; and at the end of the day, didn't even get rid of the pests/bugs they sprayed to get rid of.  

Simply Green is 100% natural, non-toxic, completely odor free, SAFE & EFFECTIVE.  I cannot praise this company enough (from their people to their products), recommend them enough, or thank them enough.  If you're looking for the best, you just found them.  You're welcome :-)

If you are unfortunate enough to have a pigeon infestation on the roof of your house like I had, I highly recommend you call these guys immediately. I made the mistake of putting out a bird feeder one year, but the seed spilled on the ground, attracting pigeons, who also fell in love with the hiding space under the solar panels on our roof. The disgusting mess and noise just kept getting worse and worse, until we had pigeon feathers inside our house.

The guy from West Coast Pest Control who came out to do the estimate (within about 4 days of contacting them!!) was super nice, informative, quick and explained everything in a way that totally made sense to me. He even pointed out that our neighbors had pigeon control wiring on the roof of their house, which I'd never noticed. This helped me understand what needed to be done.

The quote I was given is the price I was charged. The work was done within days of receiving the quote. I didn't even have to be home. Communication via text was on point. Payment was online and easy. My only regret is that I waited and worried as long as I did before contacting this company.

I will say, the service is pricier than I'd hoped but they did A LOT OF WORK. They took before and after photos. Our roof was DISGUSTING. An absolute PIGEON TOILET. Now it's pristine and all the little hiding spots are off limits. We've been blessedly pigeon free since the day the work was done and it was WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY!!!

Wish I could give them more stars!  I felt Nick, the owner, was totally honest and upfront about what it would cost me for termite control treatment and follow up visits.  Good price on termite renewals and regular monthly pest control.  Tech Talon (termite treatment) and Tech Blake (regular bug service) were both very professional and courteous.  I am looking forward to working with them again.

I cannot say enough. We live in Hawai'i on the island of Maui.  We are remodeling a small home here in Phoenix. We needed a termite expert, so not being local, I called three Phoenix based contractors and they all recommended Bills.  It is no wonder why I gladly write this endorsement today!  Fairly priced, service beyond expectation, with the best warranty I have seen.  

Our tech rep Jonathan took the time to explain the scope of our problem, the solution to it being fixed, and the future actions we would need to follow. Jonathan was the only sales / tech rep that did not push for the sale after the initial inspection.  I asked and was granted time to think about the bid before I accepted it.  No pressure, what a rarity today. Jonathan was the only tech / sales rep that correctly identified the type of termite that was eating away at our home.  I was very impressed with his technical knowledge, but more so his ability to put the problem into simple terms that I could understand.

A short time after my first service, I decided to arrange for quarterly treatments. Over a four week period, I called the service technician three times who promised that he would have the office call me to set up appointments. Never happened. Apparently they don't really want business.

I realized my dads house had termites and I use Yelp for everything so I decided you send out 3 requests for quotes on a Tuesday at 830pm. I was surprised to get a message and information within minutes which helped me put my mind at ease

I just had my first visit by Soto's. It was the owner! 40 years of experience, 30yo family business. Showed up on time. Explained the pest (Darkling Beetle, in this case). Gave good advice. Friendly.  There is nothing negative I can say.  His son, who helped me with the initial inquiry, was also great.

I know there are a small number of reviews. That is unfortunate, as I always assess companies on quantity and ratings, but I am glad I chose this company.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

(This is an update) Ever since I switched to their monthly service, I no longer see any roaches in my apartment! They contact me every month to schedule an appointment in which they are very professional and efficient when they come and do the spraying. They spend no more than 10min here and it works great!

After leaving feedback on other sites, I wanted to leave a Yelp review, as most people use this format to read honest reviews. Back in July I had found bb in my bedroom, and called a different company that gave me the run around (kept delaying their inspection). After that I called Arizona Heat Pest Services and Chris was out the same day to inspect, and later to heat treat my room and spray the rest of the house (as prevention). Chris was friendly and courteous. I have had him out to inspect a few times since his initial treatment because I was getting bit again by what I assumed was bedbugs. After Chris's thorough inspection he determined bb were not present and informed me to keep an eye out for tell tale signs and to not hesitate to call him if I needed his input again. The warranty Az Heat offers is reassuring, and I feel like well worth the peace of mind.

They sprayed my yard about 18 months ago.  Per terms of their agreement, they'll come back out and re-spray if you start seeing weeds within a certain time frame.  Well, I ended up having to have them come back out twice, but not because they initially did a bad job.  It turns out the weeds that were reappearing are considered broadleaf and not included in their guarantee because they're virtually impossible to eliminate.  While a bit frustrating, this wasn't their fault because the terms of their agreement state this... and yet they came back out to spray without any hassle whatsoever twice.  The third time I told them the weeds were back they asked for a picture of the weed, at which point they identified the weed for me and, sure enough, it wasn't part of the guarantee.  As for the rest of the weeds?  Not only did we have no trouble last year, but we had no trouble THIS year either, despite all the rain.  In sum, great product backed by great customer service. Will hire again when (if??? lol) the other weeds come back.

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

Alex is the absolute best. He goes above and beyond ALWAYS. He's thorough, accommodating, nice. I'm all around happy with his service. I wish all companies were as reliable and easy to work with as Copper Canyon!

Brandin is great! Super prompt, I was able to make a same day appointment with a scorpion issue I was having. Very friendly and efficient, he actually found a few black widow webs that I was unaware of. Pet/kid friendly product puts your mind at ease when having to spray inside the house. I HIGHLY recommend using this company.
