Asian guy approved!!! (Read below) First time using this company based on reviews and you guys that gave them 5 stars was right!  Jose came out to our new house with a smile and plenty of eagerness to explain everything he's doing! I followed him around like needy puppy to learn the entire process of scorpion/pest treatment and he did not mind at all and was super friendly and thorough answering my million questions! He even took his shoes off to do the inside treatment!!! How many people coming into your house takes off their shoes without even asking! Being that I am asian and hate to bring the outdoors inside this solidified my decision to use their services again! I will definitely use this company again! If the owner of this great company is reading this, please give Jose a huge raise and a nice Ford Raptor to do the amazing job he does!

We moved into our house a little over two years ago, and from the start, we've had a persistent little black ant problem. They were primarily in the kitchen, and they were always there! I would often say that we had ants for roommates, because that's seriously how it felt. I would wipe the table down, only for my children to find the ants crawling on their food. No matter how clean I kept the area, they were always there. If you happened to leave out something sweet without completely covering it, it would be covered with ants within a few hours. I tried other pest control companies with no luck. We bought all kinds of spray ourselves. Nothing got rid of the ants or even made a dent. It was embarrassing to have people come over and say, Did you know you have ants? Yes we know!!

I turned to Yelp as a last resort. I cancelled our current pest control company and was desperate to find someone who could actually do something for us. The reviews for Insectek blew me away, so I decided it was worth a try. The person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and thought they could make a difference where others had failed. When the tech came out, he did something no one had done before, which was that he took the time (with a flashlight no less) to scout and assess the area and come up with a plan. He used gel bait indoors and sprayed outside (I requested no spray indoors because of kids). Within a couple weeks, the ants were GONE. GONE I tell you! It's been 3 months, and there are still NO ants in the kitchen! And nowhere else either! I honestly didn't know if we would ever get to this point, but I'm so very thankful!

This company knows what they're doing. I highly, highly recommend them!

I want to leave a review on Simply Green Pest Control. My family was looking for a good pest control company and I was shopping around, I called Simply Green late one evening and they called me back right away, explained how they work, answered all my questions(at the end of the conversation I decided to choose Simply Green. They came to my new home on time, They are very professional.  My husband says the technician Dustin did a excellent job in August and Brandon also did a excellent job, I guess what I'm saying is Simply Green does excellent work. Even the in house staff are very professional and knowledgeable.  I recommend them!!!

I've only had one visit from this company, but it started out just great.

I believe the young man's name was Chris. He was very very polite and even showed up a 1/2 hour early when my arrival time was set for 10-2. It was a nice change not waiting all day for a service visit.

Excellent company, very organized.

All details were worked out ahead of time via Yelp Chat.  Their rep. was on time, professionally dressed, and had a positive attitude.  I asked him several questions, and he did not mind me asking, he provided detailed answers. I don't think I ever saw him not working, and it was 110 Degrees out today.

Bottom line:  This company kept their commitment, showed up when they were supposed to and had great service.  I highly recommend.

I just had my first visit by Soto's. It was the owner! 40 years of experience, 30yo family business. Showed up on time. Explained the pest (Darkling Beetle, in this case). Gave good advice. Friendly.  There is nothing negative I can say.  His son, who helped me with the initial inquiry, was also great.

I know there are a small number of reviews. That is unfortunate, as I always assess companies on quantity and ratings, but I am glad I chose this company.

I've been using Bulwark for over 6 years.  Since then my bug problems have been virtually non existent.  They give me a courtesy call to let me know when they will be here and they provide great service for a reasonable price.  Today Casey Balland was the technician and I asked him if he could come inside and address a little black bug problem I was having.   He sprayed inside at no extra cost and was very knowledgable and professional.  I would definitely recommend this company.

Jon arrived within his stated time frame which is always appreciated .  He took care of the pest situation right away and then did a tour of the yard to point out what we should change to make a difference in the future.  While doing that he noticed a small area of termite damage that he treated right then.  He is very knowledgeable and explains what he's going to do, how it works and gives the price up front before he starts.  Billing and payment was easy.  I was very happy to have called Arizona Pest Solutions.

These guys are AMAZING!! Same day service, very easy to get a hold of and asked detailed informed questions to really get to know our situation. Kevin came out to the house and was on time, courteous and super respectful. We had someone else come to the home earlier and weren't confident with their inspection, seemed rushed and like they were trying to sell products. Kevin literally checked EVERYTHING with special equipment, FREE INSPECTION and told us exactly why he was doing what he was doing and what he was looking for. He took his time, efficient but not rushed and checked every nook and cranny. It turns out we do not have bed bugs, and he was very honest that they only treat when there is an issue and do not take advantage of customers for money! I wish we could use this company for all our extermination's, but they are specialized in only bed bugs. It makes sense tho, this is THEIR THING. If you have or think you may have a bed bug problem- CALL THEM!!!

Two words, integrity & reliability. They honor their 6th month warranty, but make sure you know the difference between the coverage for annual vs perennial weeds. You can count on Ryan Kibner to get the job done. Additionally he knows his desert plants and offers reliable advice on how to care for them. Hire this company, you won't be sorry.

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!
