Best pest control company that I've ever dealt with by far. From Gina in the office to Danny and Chad (the rat whisperer) in the field....they are there for you at every turn. I've used many pest control companies prior, I'm done searching...I found my team to manage any pest issue that I have. Highly recommend without question!  Thanks UDPC!

Had an initial service by Tyler today. He was very professional and explained everything to me before we began the service. He took great care in keeping my desert tortoises safe and also protecting all my different veggie gardens. He found the source of my main problem and took care of it. I am very happy with this service.

Great service experience from the first call to the follow-up call after.  Technician Tyler came out to evaluate a bee situation in my backyard and was so friendly and knowledgeable, and Josh and Brittany at the home office were both extremely accommodating with my questions before and after the visit.  Everyone was the epitome of the service and kindness you'd want representing your business to your customers.  Highly recommend!

This company is awesome for pest control. We have a decent size ant problem and we talked about treatment and our concerns with our dogs. We went with spraying because it's the most animal friendly. He came and sprayed and so far so good.

We've been using TruForce for several years now, Tony is great and always asks if we have any concerns before he starts treatments. They keep the scorpions at bay and we stay with them because of their knowledge and professionalism! Great company!

We had a pigeon family living in our roof and Ethan came out and removed and relocated the nest. One pigeon wouldn't leave so Ethan made a trap door of sorts that would let that one pigeon get out safely but the others couldn't get back in and it worked! Our pigeons are finally gone! Thanks so much!

Emailed on a Sunday to get service set up this week. Received a quick response Monday morning and had someone at my place at noon. Did a free inspection and pointed out a spot or 2 to keep and eye on. No service required.  NO PRESSURE to sign a service contract at all. I will be calling them if I need service and again next year for another inspection! Thanks for prompt reply and service.

Very responsive when you try to cancel. I had an ant problem that they never were able to get rid of. The customer service guy told me it's because The bugs life cycle is 30 days and they were only coming every 60 days. Seems like an obvious fix but they did not come during this life cycle and the pests continued. Canceled and went with a local company. Surprise! No ants. So it definitely can be done. Won't waste my time with corporate companies and their excuses for why they can't get the job done yet they want you to stay with them as a customer. $80 bucks wasted but now I know, I also don't have to deal with them anymore and best of all, no ants since I went with a didn't company :)

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

We recently used Arizona Heat to get rid of our bedbugs.  While the technician thought our infestation was small enough to be treated with just chemicals, we elected to do a heat treatment in the bedroom in addition to the chemicals (I didn't really like the idea that we would keep getting bites for the next month with just the chemicals).  

Pros:
-They killed all of the bed bugs.  It's been more than a month so I think we're in the clear.
-They showed up when they said they would and were always polite and professional.  They were also able to accommodate our schedule pretty well and get us on the calendar within a few days.
-I like the 1 year warranty that comes with the heat treatment.  I always like to do business with a company that stands behind their work.  
-The heat treatment did not do any damage.  I read some horror stories on the internet about people who don't know what they're doing causing significant structural damage so I was a little nervous about this part.  

Cons:
-It took me 3 emails/phone calls over several days to get a check list of what needed to be done in order to prep for the treatment.  By the time I got someone to email it to me, it was 6 PM the night before our service which meant that I was up super late preparing.
-We were instructed to put items that could be damaged by the heat treatment into boxes which would be removed from the room by the tech and placed into chemically treated boxes in the garage.  While we boxed everything up and pointed out the boxes to the tech, they were never removed from the room.  I had all of my photo albums and some electronics in there and would have been devastated if they got destroyed.  Fortunately nothing super important got ruined but I feel like we got lucky.  Please don't promise me one thing and do another.

Overall, I feel like the good outweighed the bad for our experience but as I selected AZ Heat because of the reviews/careful process that they outline, I was a little disappointed in the execution.

They have been spraying for our weeds for 3 yrs they do a great job. They even showed up for a touch up when we called with some coming back.

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

Alex was great.  He even cleaned my high cobwebs from the skylights. Plus I love supporting independent workers who are building a career for themselves.

The guys at Frontino are awesome.  We now have them doing our personal home, rental properties as well as our bar.  We started utilizing them at our bar as we had a pretty serious german roach infestation at when we purchased it from another owner.  Other pest control companies could not get a handle on it... we then hired Frontino Pest Control and boom, problem solved.  I highly recommend this company for whatever your pest control needs are, there is no one better in the valley, I should know, I think I've tried most of them.

Antonio came out today after I called about my tenants complaining that they were hearing noises in the attic. I asked Pro Pest to check for entry points around the exterior and a few hours after he completed his inspection I got a well documented photo report of the possible problem areas. He also set traps and will reinspect them in the future.

The service was efficient, appears accurate and thorough.
