I'd been through a few pest control companies before I stumbled upon Urban Desert Pest Control and I think it's safe to say I found the right fit for us!

Brad was prompt and very friendly. More importantly, he showed his expertise straight away and even found a vulnerable spot for roaches to enter that everyone else had missed previously. I told him about my fear of roaches and he took it quite seriously and eased my mind right away.

We called Insectek to get some preventative spraying done.  Shane came out right on time and did a great job.  Very professional, friendly, and thorough. We would definitely use them again.

I just called at 8:30 tonight. The phone was answered, all my questions were answered. Instead of selling something I did not need, and would not help. The gentleman I was talking to said do not waste your money. This is great service , even though it did not help what I needed done. I really appreciate my money not being wasted.

I have been doing business with TruForce for over 7yrs. I used to live in Laveen and I was able to transfer my services when I most to the east valley. My technician Gabriel gave me a courtesy call prior to his arrival. Gabriel arrived on time, was friendly and took care of all the traps and left no mess. We live near a mountain but  I know I can trust Truforce and my kids are happy and know they safe. We haven't seen any scorpions since the first time we moved.

The owner was so quick to respond and help get me scheduled. The service was quick and easy and I was communicated with the entire time. The issue I was having is already looking so much better and I am feeling so relieved. I would definitely recommend.

Wow! I thought I would have to call a few different pest control companies for estimates regarding our termite issue. The moment I met Jon I knew he was a man of honestly and integrity. I had a friend in another state who works in pest control and she gave me a mental list of what to look for and ask for when getting estimates such as product used, cost, warranty...all answers matched up to her standards and some even above. The secretary was so prompt and efficient during scheduling and timing of arrivals for estimate and treatment through text and email and phone calls. She also has such a kind disposition and makes everything flow so smoothly. The technician was also very kind, polite, and very efficient and professional. Great team you guys have!!! I will refer you to anyone I know looking for pest control!!!

Had issues with our previous pest control company Aptive not performing well...had tons of crickets outside and worse yet, they made their way into the house...Aptive couldn't get rid of them after 2 applications. Decided to give Arizona Heat a try. Their tech came out and within 10 days after their initial visit not a cricket anywhere in site....and when the crickets are gone there's nothing for the scorpions to feed on so they are gone too...very happy so far!

That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. Our house was vacant for 6 months before we moved in, so it needed some serious attention. Frontino got us on the books extremely quickly and their proactive communication was impeccable. Brandin showed up right on time, made everything easy to understand, and got the job done quickly. Long lasting and safe treatments were used, super friendly service, and you can tell he cares about his customers. I'm not sure why anyone in the valley would choose a different company.

If you have a scorpion problem (or any other bug from their long list for that matter) these guys are the BEST. They quoted me their regular pricing over the phone AND showed up same day within a couple of hours. Super professional, super informative, absolutely no legwork for the customer. When they say the 100% guarantee their work they MEAN IT. If you see the problem bug after 10 days of the scheduled spray, they come back and spray again for free. I'm so glad I contacted these guys. We're sticking with them for a long time with service like that.

Great customer service. Mike Manzanares (North) and team called ahead of time, arrived in time, listened to my concerns about the black widows found inside home and garage and explained next steps (follow up care) on initial visit.

I had to reschedule the 30 day follow up twice due to schedule conflicts and the office staff (Kate?) was super accommodating and helpful. It's been only positive experience with this family owned business.
