Best Pest Control Services in Phoenix, AZ

Termite treatment performed 2 years ago when I bought the house and now they have come back in my detachable garage. I had three people come out for qoutes. Urban was inline with the other bids, but I chose them for there honesty and warranty. Great choice! Chad and Johan came out the following week to treat the garage. They were courteous, super friendly and professional. Based on the great service I changed my bi-monthly service to them as well. Jeremy came out today to perform the service and was just as polite and friendly
He did a great job, cleared all the webs outside and did a thorough investigation around the house. I would recommend these guys for both services. Really happy with the price and customer experience.

This company is very professional and easy to work with.  The women that answers the phone was timely, very nice, and got back to me right when she said she would.  I had Wayne out to set up some traps in my house and he was beyond knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to sit down and explain everything to me.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

We signed up for Simply Green last month. Had Tyson out today! He was so nice and did a great job spraying my house! Also had Nathaniel out the time before and he also was great. Very happy with our service so far :)

I found Wes on yelp, I liked the reviews and when I called he was knowledgable and he wasn't trying to lock us into a contract. Which was a big plus for us. We have used many exterminators over the years and they are always requiring contracts & are super expensive.

The rates are reasonable and he even went to our rental (scorpion issues) and sprayed today on a national holiday. He knew we needed it done quickly and was able to fit us in. He gave a courtesy call on his way and was there on time and did his job quickly. My tenant said he sprayed all the places I was expecting, (what he said he would do when he quoted me over the phone and explained how it worked). But honestly I found the price to be pretty inexpensive for treating the house 2100sqft, plus the yard and garage. Very cool. He was able to take payment over the phone and email me a receipt and I scheduled him to come to my house to do a routine extermination in two days. Again, price is inexpensive and we have a larger lot, house and garage, (which I explained). I find the value to be good and he is friendly. I think we found our to go exterminator and if any of our friends are looking, I'll be sure to recommend. Thanks!

Wayne at Truforce is outstanding, friendly and knowledgeable. He addressed our concerns when he came out to spray.  Because of Techs like Wayne I have been a very happy customer for all these years.

Like some of you, I needed my house sprayed for bugs, roaches, spiders, etc..  I reached out to four companies and this one was the most responsive and listened to what I needed and what I was looking for.  They didn't try to force feed me a monthly subscription.  Talen communicated with me and was on time and professional.  I won't use anyone else after this experience.   I trusted him and he went out of his way to make sure all corners in the ceilings in the garage were swept from any spider webs.  He is a great representative of this company and I will go to them first!  Try this company!  They were the best price and showed up and made me feel good about my choice.  Don't go anywhere else!

I read a lot of really great reviews here and ordered service right after.  I appreciated the discount being my first time, but the cost was still twice as much as any company I have used.  Since the cost was so much more I was hoping for the great service I had read about!  
I was not so lucky with my visit!  My main concern was about Brown Recluse Spiders in my home, and outside.  VERY SCARY and I have two dogs who stay outside, so for myself and my dogs I was concerned.  I expressed that, as well as with wanting to prevent other little pests.

Service was done Yesterday, and today I went out to do laundry.  I walked into the room and THERE WERE 3 SEPERATE WEBS AND SPIDERS!!   these webs were extremely visible and should not have been missed when I was assured they were taken care of ( I asked multiple times )

It has not been more than 24 hours and I am seeing this already, Needless to say I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied!

I am updating this post thanks to the quick response of the company.  They came out the next day to re check areas for me.  I was taken care of, regarding my concern, and appreciate when a company will take responsibility for a job done.

Back in March, I started researching pest control services in the Gilbert area where we purchased a vacation home. After speaking with a few vendors, I chose Green Magic. I liked the fact that it seemed less corporate, aer nd the service was slightly less expensive than others for seemingly the same protection.

We've had two services and just called for an interim service. The technician always arrive within the 60-minute timeframe quoted, and we get a great summary when he knocks on the door about what he would focus on. He also makes sure that he asks about trouble spots and take those into consideration as he performs the service. What also impressed me was the request for interim service. After the recent sand storm, we're noticing swarms fo critters, and we called for interim service on Sunday. 8:30AM on Monday I get a text with clarifying questions. After I answered them, I get another text confirming appointment for the next day.

After service, I get an email summarizing services rendered, list of products used and how much with dilution %. Can't be happier with the thoroughness.

They do honest work and it's s not too expensive. I had a HUGE termite problem in my garage and Ben is so knowledgeable and so Reliable. Everyone that works at Soto's are kind and hard working. I'm telling you you won't be let down hiring Soto's pest and termite control. I know I wasn't!

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

Bulwark provides excellent service. Efrain Ventura is our tech. He is knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. The service is inexpensive and provides great value.

Found a scorpion in my house over MDW, sent APS a message on Memorial Day thinking I wouldn't get a response until Tuesday but Kelly was quick to respond. I got an appointment scheduled for the next day and their prices beat the other three competitors I was getting quotes from. Confirmed my appointment over the phone with Valerie and paid as well. Valerie was very helpful, friendly and told me Jon would give me a call when he was on his way to my house. Jon called me two hours early letting me know he had some availability earlier if that worked out, which it totally did and helped my work schedule even more! When Jon arrived he explained the whole process, was extremely professional, thorough, and got the job handled in 30mins or less! So happy with my decision and I would highly recommend APS to anyone!

I had the company come out for a free observation and estimate. I did not commit to useing the company. For the free look for my home inspection, i got an invoice with a charge of almost $700. saying it was due immediately. Then I started getting email from pay pal. I am tired of their antics. They should send me an invoice that says zero, since I talked to Kevin with my angry complaint about being billed without my consent, but have not received anything that says i do not want to do anything with this company. These are pushy crooks, in my opinion.

I am SO HAPPY this was recommended to me. They came and sprayed and I couldn't be happier. I have recently had to pull some
Crabgrass but not near as much as before. Totally worth every penny spent. I WILL keep it up.

It is not very often (for me) to be treated with world-class customer service. Yet, here you are killing it!

We've had Alex spray our home for the past 4 years. He has a ton of experience and has always been able to address our pest issues. I really appreciate the fact that Alex is respectful of our time and our home. He always shows up on time and puts on booties without us having to ask. He's also great with pets and the product he uses isn't harmful to them. All in all, he's a great, trustworthy guy and we've recommended him to friends and family.

I've worked with Travis for almost a year now and have been satisfied with their service. they're very knowledgeable and always willing to take the extra step to eliminate/prevent any and all pests

These guys are responsive, friendly and fast.   Called them Friday and they were her Monday.   Blake was friendly and very knowledgeable.  Walked me through their service and their warranty.   I suggest you give them a call with your pest issues.

Very satisfied with this service!  Duane was able to complete service the same  day of my call and was very thorough, thoughtful  and pleasant!
