Tony is GREAT! He is always on time and very thorough. He comes to the door to make sure the dogs aren't out and we put the dog door on,  which we really appreciate. When he's all done he comes back with an update on what he observed and reminds us that it will be an hour before the dogs can go out.
We also like that we can pay with a cc on line as we do t have cash on hand most of the time.

Insectek has been coming to my house for over a year and I've got to say, I'm impressed. We use to have issues with crickets (yuck). Seriously it was like a cricket concert in our house some nights. I would go crazy, lurking around my house, softly tip toeing in search of locating the various cracks and crevices they hid in. Clearly, I was going bonkers trying to hunt them. Now we only get quarterly visits from Insectek and I'm happily to report I'm a lot more sane because my house is cricket and bug free.

Also what I like about these guys is that the same guy has been coming to my house the entire time. It's nice not to have different strangers trampling through your house each visit. My husband isn't too fond of me being home alone when we have any work done in the house, but I feel nothing but comfortable in allowing them in my home.

Also, super surprising to me is they seriously arrive on the dot of whenever they say they'll show up. It's wild to me how punctual they are - No four hour window where you're prisoner to your home while you wait for them to show up (Hey cable companies, take note of this!).

They've also done termite inspections on our home.

Mason was amazing, he explained what type of roach was there and after the treatment it was explained to me what was found and how to go about fixing some of the issues.  Really enjoyed my experience!

Glad I made the call to my guy Jeff. He recommended me to an amazing pest control guy and let me tell you they do some amazing work. Had a young man by the name of Danny sprayed the inside and out side of my house in no time at all. Very proper and respectful young man. Thank you guys for the amazing work. I had never used the yelp quotes before, and the first response was from Merrill Pest. I have to say I hate talking on the phone, and they were able to provide the easiest way to communicate for me as a consumer. They were so quick and responsive, and we were able to get something booked for next day appointment.

The pricing was very reasonable, and they came promptly on time. I forgot who the guys name was that came over, but super friendly and helpful. I hadn't realized how much pests we had in our yard and walls! They definitely came in with full preparation of extermination!

I certainly recommend their service. Very attentive, responsive, and immediate! Keep it up!

Not having a good experience with Bill's Termite. They've come out and treated the house a few times but we haven't noticed a reduction in termite tunnels. Which is why we've called them out again. We have a service contract but it's usually 4-6 weeks to get an appointment. If someone apologizes about the wait, but blames it on that time of the year, is it an actual apology? Why not just be honest and apologize for lacking sufficient staff to uphold service contracts?

During the last visit from Bill's, they said they needed to drill into the foundation at the front of the house but couldn't. I don't know why, but something about this suburban Arizona cookie-cutter house model stumped them that day. He asked me to remove a strip of drywall inside, the length of the front room, so he could return and try drilling from inside. This morning he complained that he still couldn't drill and complained that I didn't clean out all the drywall dust and debris from the gap between tile and sill plate. I offered to clean out the drywall debris so he could come back and apply treatment, and he left, referring me to the office to find out how long before someone can come back.

The office was able to schedule us two weeks out. So we'll have this 15-foot by 5 inch hole in the wall for the next couple weeks, and I still don't know if it was for nothing.

Customer experience doesn't seem like a priority for either of the people I spoke with today from Bill's. And results don't appear to be a priority, either.

We have lived in our home for two years now and this year the scorpions have been really bad! Actually got stung by one IN MY HOUSE!!! Seen a Bulwark truck at my neighbors house a few days later and asked for a card, called and got an appointment the next day with Carl Carbone.  He came out and was extremely polite and professional.  He came in and made sure he had his face mask on and booties over his shoes, he explained in detail what treatment plan he suggested and what he was going to do the day of service.  I would highly recommend the company but even more I would recommend Carl!  He did a great job!

I had to find a new company after my old company did not show up for the scheduled service (and a few other issues I had with them). Green Magic gave me a discounted rate for the initial treatment,  explained all the details and answered any questions I had. They sent a tech out right the next day and scheduled all the treatments for the next year. This company is very professional and their rates are reasonable.

I just had my first visit by Soto's. It was the owner! 40 years of experience, 30yo family business. Showed up on time. Explained the pest (Darkling Beetle, in this case). Gave good advice. Friendly.  There is nothing negative I can say.  His son, who helped me with the initial inquiry, was also great.

I know there are a small number of reviews. That is unfortunate, as I always assess companies on quantity and ratings, but I am glad I chose this company.

Talk about a supportive crew! Moving into a new home I was worried about unwanted guest and they  talked to me about what goes into their products.
Very communicative, easy scheduling and want to make sure the family and pets are safe. Will be using again.

Matthew Mellott was our tech and he was very nice. We had a lot of questions and he answered them completely and patiently. He was also very thorough but made sure to include treating the places we were nervous about as well as where he was supposed to treat. He definitely wanted to make us feel as safe as possible, as well as informed. He told us all the important information we needed to know to feel even safer.

Omg...roof rats. Neighboring house is nearing foreclosure  and filthy. Rats have made their way into my property. Arizona Pest Solutions responded within minutes to my online inquiry. The sent a guy out same day to assess the situation. They found the access points, sealed them up, and set up a maintenance plan to keep the rodents away. Arizona Pest Solutions is a great professional company!

We had just gotten back from a road trip with some motel stops and suddenly were seeing several blood sucking bugs in our bed. PANIC.
I called Arizona Heat Pest Services, that specializes in bedbugs and Tyler was fantastic. He set me up with an inspection that afternoon.
Chris come over that afternoon while we were washing and drying (high temp) all our bedding, clothing etc. and within minutes he said they were not bedbugs but some kind of desert kissing bug and not to worry.
He was wonderful and inspected the whole house and said we should spray an outside exterior barrier.
The company is great and we will certainly be using them in the future!

I've been looking for someone to help me evaluate and deal with my yard.  That is, I don't want someone to just cut my grass and fertilize when they think they're supposed to.  Custom Weed & Pest Control seems like the company that I need.  So far, they've been great with customer service, response time, and the evaluations that I've received have been thorough and were provided by someone that was able to talk at a higher level than most landscapers.  I know that I can't expect instant results with my lawn, but I'm hopeful that I'll eventually get what I want.

It is not very often (for me) to be treated with world-class customer service. Yet, here you are killing it!

I am VERY happy with Copper State Pest Management. The response time was excellent and Alex is a gem! I recently expanded my yard.  A large portion  of my property was previously unused. I discovered numerous ant hills and the fire ants were everywhere. He came out on time, provided a very fair price and worked around my schedule. I highly recommend this company!

The guys at Frontino are awesome.  We now have them doing our personal home, rental properties as well as our bar.  We started utilizing them at our bar as we had a pretty serious german roach infestation at when we purchased it from another owner.  Other pest control companies could not get a handle on it... we then hired Frontino Pest Control and boom, problem solved.  I highly recommend this company for whatever your pest control needs are, there is no one better in the valley, I should know, I think I've tried most of them.

I had been researching termite control and contacted 10 companies, our contract with our current company was coming due and I was not happy with how they handled our account. After meeting with several companies and meeting with Tyler from Orange Pest Control, we decided to use their company and expertise--from the estimate to the treatment by Shaun, I am highly satisfied. I recommend Orange and that is a earned recommendation.
