Best Pest Control Services in Phoenix, AZ

Just had Brad here for termite inspection.  He was very knowledgeable, professional and polite!!!   He also was very thorough and honest.  Recommend him to anyone who might be worried they have termites, also, they do other types of pest control as well!   VERY IMPRESSED :)

I cant say enough good things about this company. We moved into our first home and didn't have a clue about local bugs/pests. We found out quickly that we needed a trustworthy company to help us. We were fortunate enough to be referred to Insectek and have been extremely happy since. Any little question we have is answered promptly. Wayne Johnston has been our guy since day one and has provided excellent service. He takes the time to answer ALL of our many questions. He is polite and always on time. I'm selling my house and Simply Green got me an appointment quickly. They called to see if they could come earlier than scheduled and that worked perfectly for me. The inspector was courteous, friendly and helpful. He did find termites but hey!  The office called within an hour to schedule the treatment for the next week and give me pricing that was greatly discounted which I really appreciated. I am most pleased with everything about this transaction. I highly recommend this company.

Just had my first spray treatment with West Coast and they were awesome! Easy to set everything up via email with Wes and he fit us in their schedule in two days once I explained the severity of our bugs. Danny came out and sprayed inside and outside. He was super nice and took his time going over what the plan of attack was.
I probably contacted 10 pest control companies and I'm quite confident I made the right choice. They made everything super easy for me and the price was incredible. Definitely recommend

I cannot say enough. We live in Hawai'i on the island of Maui.  We are remodeling a small home here in Phoenix. We needed a termite expert, so not being local, I called three Phoenix based contractors and they all recommended Bills.  It is no wonder why I gladly write this endorsement today!  Fairly priced, service beyond expectation, with the best warranty I have seen.  

Our tech rep Jonathan took the time to explain the scope of our problem, the solution to it being fixed, and the future actions we would need to follow. Jonathan was the only sales / tech rep that did not push for the sale after the initial inspection.  I asked and was granted time to think about the bid before I accepted it.  No pressure, what a rarity today. Jonathan was the only tech / sales rep that correctly identified the type of termite that was eating away at our home.  I was very impressed with his technical knowledge, but more so his ability to put the problem into simple terms that I could understand.

For over two years I used Bulwark and they for the most part did a great job. I had the same technician for the whole time and he was reliable and friendly. Then they changed technicians and it seemed I was get the bottom dwellers. One guy was so rude that when he came into my house he almost demanded to lay one of my musical instruments. Bigger issues ensued. Some months they would not call to schedule an appointment or the only times I could get was when I was at work. I have a few dogs and I like to be home to keep them out of the yard when the tech sprays.
It is now mid November and Bulwark has not been to my house in over six weeks. They never called to schedule an appointment in October and nothing in November. In the past my monthly service was like clock work. Sure I could call them and ask them what's up but clearly they either have no interest in fulfilling their service contract with me or they are too unorganized to figure out they have missed me for two months. I am going to go with another company.

We have been using Green Magic for almost a year and they are better than any other pest service I have had in Arizona! Today Matthew was friendly and professional. He did an excellent job, arrived on time, and answered all my questions. These guys truly care about their work.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

Let me start out by saying that I called Bulwark on a Friday and was told that a tech would be out on Saturday between 4 and 6.  Well, no one showed up!  However, this morning, Landon showed up bright and early (he did text me this morning, but I missed the text.)  He was so nice, and did not put any pressure on me, so I decided to let him treat the property.  Besides, the ants were driving me crazy!  He was very thorough and professional.  I decided to sign up for the service but only if he would be my regular tech.  He saved the day, and he saved a customer for Bulwark.  Kudos to Landon, and I hope Bulwark gets their appointment schedule under control.

Request a quote through yelp message and got a response very quickly. John made everything so quick and easy from the inspection to the day of service. I'll definitely use APS again and will recommend to all my friends, also his price is very reasonable compare to other companies.

Arizona Heat Pest Services performance was exceptional.  Immediate response from Seth to schedule a pest inspection the same day as my call for help! Chris was very punctual, courteous, and thorough during his inspection process.   He assisted my husband to take apart furniture and put it back in place.  Chris gave us a complete analysis of the situation.  He recommended non treatment!   A refreshingly honest business!   Give this business an A+++++  We were able to get to sleep without stressing about bug problems!  We definitely recommend this company.  Thank you!

I tried to contact several other weed control services to no avail. Could not get a return email nor call. I phoned Custom Weed & Pest Control and received a reply within the hour. Had a quote that same day.,once I scheduled the appointment, they kept me apprised along the way. Weeds were sprayed within a week, online billing was a snap. If you want quality and reliability, give them a call.

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

I had the best experience with Alex from Copper State Pest Management. He was on time and professional and very helpful. He knew exactly what the problem was and how to handle it and gave me a lot of helpful advice. We have terra cotta tile roof and he was very careful not to go on the roof or damage any roof tiles while he was inspecting. I highly recommend his company if you have any type of pest problem.

We have been using Frontino since we moved into our Mesa house that was originally infested with more cockroaches and scorpions than I have ever seen in my 20 years of living in Arizona. We only had problems with the bugs coming back once in between services. Scared that a scorpion could get to our dogs, I called them and the next day they had someone out to do a FREE touch up service.

Today they came for their routine service. My house is still in the chaos of hosting Thanksgiving and the level of laundry I need to do is frankly embarrassing. Dan did our service with no judgement and we had a pleasant chat about the holiday.

Moved into house and have seen a couple of scorpions outside near pool.  Called the company and they were able to come next day.

The represented listened to what I had worries about then gave me a game plan that they were going to do. They worked to spray inside and outside and followed up with me when completed to see if I had any questions.

Great job and the yearly plan I signed up for will be done 6 times a year and free if they need to come back out for anything. Highly recommend them.
