I am very pleased with this company. They responded right away, got us in within a week at a time that worked with my work schedule. They arrived on time (actually was available earlier than my apt). I was a few mins late getting home and he was still very friendly and patient. He was very, very friendly and did a good job spraying. He took his shoes off before entering as to not make a mess after our heavy rains. I told him we are having an ant issue in an area where our toddler plays. He put down granules on the aunt hills for no extra charge. Can't beat the price-only $70 for a spray inside (including the garage) and out.

We were concerned that we had termites and we called Insectek. They responded in less than an hour. Eventhough it wasnt an emergency, they set up a time to come take a look at the problem the same day.
It turns out that it wasnt termites or any type of wood eating insect. They did a free inspection. They also recommended a product (Cyzmic-CS) which kills insects which is kid and pet safe. We did not know about the product but it gets very good reviews. They also gave us information about the differences in treating a basement home vs a non-basement home. We will definitely call them back if we have other issues in the future. I see why these guys have all the positive reviews.

I was very impressed with the time Luke took to explain the process and spraying my house.  He was extremely professional.  I signed up for a year long contract and am hoping they continue with such great service.  Do not hesitate to contact them!

Wes, West Coast Pest Control, provides extremely professional services at a great cost. He helped my single mom and I through a bed bug scare, and was not only very knowledgeable, but an honest, hard working, and nice/friendly individual. He was able to come to our home the very next day and showed up right on time, even a bit early.

He checked our bedroom and found no signs of bed bugs, but some spiders.
He would have offered a cheaper service fee than originally quoted since he did not have to exterminate for bed bugs, but for the original quote of $120 he examined everything, sprayed our entire house (interior and exterior) with an insecticide for the spiders (and virtually all bugs), and even used special spray on my suitcase, etc. He gave us peace of mind that the bugs will be gone and not to worry!

If I were to ever have to hire a pest control professional again, I would hire West Coast Pest Control in a heart beat.

BEWARE OF OTHER PEST CONTROL COMPANIES TRYING TO CHARGE YOU HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR A FULL HOME INSPECTION ETC.

Matt has been my technician for a long time. I do attribute the almost complete elimination of the scorpions INSIDE my home to Matt. I had been fighting this issue since 2012 with various pest companies to no avail. I had 2 sets of babies in my home over the years and I found only techs who really listened and knows my history and put the consistant effort in to ridding me of these terrible pest that had stung me so many times. No stings in the last couple years, yeah! Thank you Matt. Your are gold to me!

I received services at my townhouse from Merrill Pest Solutions and I was very satisfied, not only with the services provided but also the customer service I received. Nick and his team are all professional and reliable, I would highly recommend!

So, G found some termite tunnels and I totally freaked out. We both started researching and came to the same conclusion at the same time - Bills is the place to choose. They offered to come out for an inspection but I just scheduled the treatment - we knew we were dealing with termites and it didn't make sense to have the inspection first.

This was a definite 5 star experience! I wish all businesses I deal with were this good. Seriously. Our tech, Donovan, arrived 5 minutes early. He didn't seem irritated that I was pulling into the driveway as he knocked on our front door. We walked the house together. He pointed out the tunnels we hadn't noticed. Then he explained what he was going to do in detail. He answered my silly questions. He explained how the treatment works and why it kills them. The treatment took about an hour, we paid and he explained what to do over the next month to verify the problem was resolved. The service comes with a year warranty so if we notice any more of the pesky buggers hanging out we can call and Donovan will come back out and take care of them and for $150/year we can extend the warranty and they'll come back and treat the house. I'd prefer not to have another problem, obviously, but if we do I won't hesitate to call Bills.

We have used Bulwark several times and love that we have consistency in our Tech, Austin. Austin is great about asking questions to assess our needs and communicating with us for scheduling. We had to call for an additional visit b/w our regular treatments when we noticed a spike in pests inside the house and there was no charge for the extra call. I have used other pest services before, but Bulwark has been the best value and has friendliest technicians so far. I'm glad I switched!

It has been over 6 months now since we had our very pest control service with Green Magic and we have also had to have their termite service a couple of months ago since we found termites in our pantry. All of the technicians are great! Very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough! We are so happy to have found this amazing company! Always so easy to schedule our service, and the reminders that are sent out are so helpful!

Called for an inspection on a 7000 sq ft building that we have and they promptly came out the following day, completed the inspection, and gave us options for repairs and treatment. I asked them if we could finish this by year end (so in 5 days) and they were able to complete the entire treatment within the weekend!  Ben was extremely professional and provided me with the details of the warranty and of the job completed. I would HIGHLY recommend them for termite services!!

Talk about a supportive crew! Moving into a new home I was worried about unwanted guest and they  talked to me about what goes into their products.

Bulwark provides excellent service. Efrain Ventura is our tech. He is knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. The service is inexpensive and provides great value.

Jon came to my home while I was in a real remodeling jam. We had a termite infestation in the master bathroom being remodeled by a highly competent contractor, who declared that he could not work on the project until the termite problem was rectified. I contacted a highly rated pest control business on Yelp and they claimed that Jon was their guy. He showed up within a few hours and  treated the bathroom, later claiming that the rest of the house needed to be treated (the contractor incidentally said that  would probably be the case too) . The house was fully treated the following day ; the remodeling project completed with only a one day delay. Jon's father, Cecil came back to inspect the property 3 month's later to find it termite free.

ABSOLUTELY APPALED BY THIS SERVICE OR LACK THERE OF. I live in apartments My unit was suppose to been sprayed 3 weeks ago nothing was moved So I know noone did anything to prevent bed bugs from coming to my unit when 2 others were heated needlees to say 1 week later my 2 year old son was attacked on my couch thats next to the wall closest to the next unit Cris came out and exclaimed that my couch were my son was sleeping was not the problem but one in my room refused to believe that bites were occuring before its arrival and told my complex manager it was the couch in my room thats the problem not the one that actually is!!! He quoted my manager $600 ( im expected to pay )to spray a couch  that isnt the problem ARE U KIDDING ME THIS SERVICE IS A DAM JOKE.....THAT THE BUGS THAT MOVED TO MY UNIT AFTER OTHERS WERE TREATED ARE MY PROBLEM THANKS AZ HEAT 4 BEINGS A BUNCH OF DICKS!!!!

The best money I spend every six months. I was originally skeptical that they sprayed anything at all since I wasn't home when they came but I just experienced 6 months absolutely free of weeds. Previously, I had tried spraying Roundup myself and that was a pain and never really helped with future weeds. I am 100% happy to not be pulling weeds in my yard every weekend.

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

We had a great experience having Alex out to survey our home and treat it for all sorts of creepy crawlers. We'd had issues with crickets, scorpions, spiders, roaches etc.

After the first treatment (daytime photo) we already saw the effects it had. Alex was kind enough to give us a black light to scout for scorpions should they return.

Upon finding a batch of scorpions still in our palms, Alex was quick to return and remedy the issue. Black light photo shows the scorpions found dead after he came and retreated the palm trees.

Besides the physical service, Alex's professionalism and hospitality was splendid. Anytime you welcome someone into your home, you can feel sort of uneasy, that's not how we felt with Alex. He was courteous and did a great job explaining the process and actually took interest in our personal lives. It was obvious this was more than just a pay check for him.

We will continue to trust Alex with the protection and service of our home.

I don't do many 5 star recommendations, BUT Brandon is worth 6 or 7 stars if I could.  I had an immediate need to address a brown roach infestation from renters below us and had to have it the next day during a short time frame.  That said Brandon made it happen!  In the pest control world he is ALL in and did the extra steps to stop these bugs.  Bottom line.....anytime I or any of our friends need his services, Brandon will be the guy to call! And by the way his rates were the most reasonable to boot....can't get better than that!

I purchased a home and just decided to continue using the pest service that was already in place but over the course of the next 12 months we found 7 scorpions in the house, some alive and some dead. I can't have that with two small kids running around so after MULTIPLE attempts of calling the pest control service they routinely came and re-sprayed ONLY the spot where the scorpion was located, seemed odd to me but I'm not a pest control tech so what do I know. After finding yet another scorpion #8 and a huge family of black widows alive just days after a spray I had enough. I decided to find a new service. I came across Orange Pest with a google search and called. Soon after, a tech was at my house and spent 45 minutes scouring every inch of the yard, block fence, and inside the home (keeping care to avoid the common play areas) while treating around it to keep a strong perimeter. I did find one more scorpion about 2 weeks later but it was 90% dead and we had some furniture deliveries so I'm not 100% sure they didn't carry it in. Overall I am very happy with Orange Pest and this is the longest stretch of scorpion free we have been since we moved here. The techs are clean cut and extremely friendly. Very important for a stay at home mom with kids to feel safe. I'm truly hoping we remain bug/pest free because I am very pleased with Orange Pest Control.

Frankie, the technician who treats the properties in my area, is terrific -- he's knowledgeable, skilled, courteous, and helpful. Every time he comes to do a treatment for my home, he takes the time to address my questions and concerns, which gives me such peace of mind.
