These guys came out quickly when our house was being overrun by biting ants. 99% of the ants disappeared within days. When I noticed a few more, they were quick to come back out and retreat at no extra charge. Just like the promised. I'm very happy with their services.

Fantastic experience from what started off a little rocky. Techs are courteous, clean, respectful, and want to listen to any of your specific pest control needs. Communication with the office is also great.

The scheduling and text/email notifications are fantastic and provide you a narrow window as when the tech will arrive for service.

I was looking for pest control service for my mom so I went to Yelp and requested a quote. Didn't realize Yelp sends out to multiple companies through Yelp messaging. Anyhow, Merrill responded within 10 minutes just as promised on Yelp. I got other responses from others but I was going back a forth for awhile with Merrill.

We agreed upon a price and we setup a time within a few days. They promised to be there between 8-10 and they were there at 8am as promised. They sprayed and got rid of the spider problem we had and now I have them on a quarterly basis.

I was working with Nick the owner and after the service I called him and we talked and explained how and why. We are very happy with Merrill pest control and I look forward to our quarterly service.

I am a previous (satisfied) bill's termite customer From several years back so when the subterranean termites reappeared, as they do out here in Arizona, I checked in with the company and got a very competitive quote. Those termite companies won't tell you how much it's gonna cost until they get there. I think it helped that I have a home on record which they had previously treated as they knew the exact specs. They were very generous and actually matched the same price they gave me last time. And this price was about 40-50% less than What numerous other guys estimated it would cost when I pressed them on it. And yes, I did pro shop so I have an idea of what the market was even though my plan was to go back to Bills. Turned out to be a great call! I want to give huge kudos to Andrew (Drew) Who was fantastic. First of all he's an army vet, former engineer with an occupational specialty in demolition. Let's be honest: the termites don't have a chance against this guy! He spent his military time killing people and breaking things. Well At least breaking things. Do you think these stupid little termites know what hit them? Not a chance. Drew was super polite and was great with me and my wife. He took the time to explain what he was doing, how the new treatment works, and gave me some suggestions on things to look for. Super professional and right on time. He represented the company well. I've got his business card and in five or 10 years when these little critters try to penetrate the Green Zone again, I've got that Army demolition expert working at Bills who will come back and clean house on these little invaders. So not only did this Navy guy here get some great service but my package came with a heaping serving of peace of mind. Thanks Drew! And thanks Bill's Pest Control. You talk a good game on the radio ads but you really deliver on what you say to and we really appreciate you guys.

We love Cory A! He does a very thorough spray job both inside and out and even brushes the roofline for us. He is very knowledgeable and nice. Cory is definitely our favorite technician from Bulwark!

I don't why this business doesn't have 1000 5 star reviews but I would give them 10 stars if I could. From the moment I called them to the moment the guy left, nothing but A+ service. I called several major chains for rodent control and they were not friendly, weeks out for scheduling and wanted a book of my personal information before scheduling vs just getting someone out here asap. Charles at Soto was the exact opposite, he listened and knew it wasn't urgent and had someone out within a few day. The game out, did a fantastic job, cleaned up everything and gave me great advice. I highly highly recommend this place. Not only are they great but shows the difference in service and care a local business provides vs a national chain who just puts you on a list.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

We recently had a scorpion invasion when they started building new homes next to ours! I called AZ Pest solutions and they came quickly!! They have been spraying for us over the last 3 months and are very much affordable. We've only had 1 more scorpion show up and he was already dying in the garage. I would highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Arizona Heat Pest Services.  So professional, efficient, timely, and caring, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.  Alex K. was at my home the day I called, gave us a free estimate after confirming a very mild bed bug infestation, and was out three days later to treat (spray) our home.  He gave us detailed instructions on how to treat the problem as well as help us prevent them from coming again.  Well worth the money to pay the extra for a guarantee as we needed a re-treat after 2 weeks (they really are resilient little things!).  Our routines are much different now, but I'm so grateful to Alex K. for helping us be bug free.  Please call them at the first sign of a problem, you'll be glad you did!!

I have been using these guys for about 5 years. They followed us when we moved, and I'm so glad. They spray for weeds for us about once a year, and it always lasts through the monsoons and we don't have to call again until the following spring. Their pricing is affordable, and they always come when they say they will.

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

Alex is the absolute best. He goes above and beyond ALWAYS. He's thorough, accommodating, nice. I'm all around happy with his service. I wish all companies were as reliable and easy to work with as Copper Canyon!

I have been using Frontino Pest Control for a year.  I originally called because we were seeing roof rats around and even inside our house.  Brandin came out the same day I called which was a Saturday and immediately got to work setting traps & baits for the rats as well as spraying for insects and brushing down the entire house for cobwebs.  We haven't seen a single rat since and only an occasional insect which are often already dead or dying.  Brandin comes out quarterly which has been sufficient to keep our home pest free.  I have also recommended Frontino to my friends because I know they will do a terrific job!

We've been using Orange Pest Control since we've moved into our new house 4 months ago and haven't seen a bug inside the house since. Ronald has been our tech and is great! Always very informative and has the answer to any question we throw his way. Hopefully he will be our permanent tech for all future visits :)
