Best Pest Control Services in Phoenix, AZ

Urban Desert Pest Control was referred to me by a friend after she recently used their services.  I had previously scheduled services with another company that I've used before but they ended up being a no show, so I decided to reach out to Urban Desert. I called yesterday to schedule an appointment and they were able to fit me into their schedule for today.  John came out and was very polite and even removed his shoes before coming in to the house (never have had anyone else do that before, so this was a plus).  I've had two scorpions in the house recently, so I was a bit of a freak about moving everything away from the walls to spray as many areas as possible.  He didn't seem to mind that I was probably over doing it by moving everything I could. He was very thorough and made sure to point out some areas of concern in the yard for me to keep an eye on where the bugs like to hide.  Overall, I am glad the other company was a no show because my first experience with Urban Desert has been great and I will definitely be using them in the future and referring everyone I know.

This review is for both a singular, partial termite treatment and ongoing, monthly pest control services.

TERMITE SERVICE REVIEW

Having been given our last contract with Bill's Pest & Termite from our home's previous owner's closing concessions, we knew we did not want to renew with them.  Despite several treatments and visits, Bill's was never able to successfully abate our termite problem.

Zachary was our service-person.  He took a generous amount of time to educate us on the different products that Insectek uses compared to Bill's.  I was able to do my own research and verify the information that he gave us.  He explained that Bill's was using an inferior, less expensive termite treatment chemical, whose pathway to effectiveness was actually putting our home a greater risk while taking it's time to work, which it never actually did.  Zach's recommendations for the appropriate treatment  were earnestly given and came with careful, complete disclosures that were offered only after a thorough inspection of our home.

When it came time for service, Zach was adroit, but still took the time to point out evidence he found under our living room carpet that strongly supported his previous assessment of where the termites were gaining access.  According to Zach, if the treatment was successful, our termite problem should subside within 90 days.  If so, I'll be certain to be back to update my review to 5 stars.  However, please know that Zach's customer service was exemplary.  He was the best of any service person to visit our home.  

PEST CONTROL SERVICE REVIEW

Tanner was our service-person.  He was incredibly polite and thorough.  The treatments he administered have been remarkably fast-acting and effective at eliminating the errant roaches we just started seeing in our kitchen.  The best part of his visit, like with Zach, is that he took the time and care to thoroughly educate us on his treatments, the likely causes for the roaches, and reasonable expectations for results.  Sadly, Tanner will only be administering treatments for the summer.  However, we will be thankful for those that he does.  Hopefully, we will be as lucky with his successor.

Same day update- they reversed the charges on the card AND the owner? Christian called and came out with a technician to take a look and do whatever they could to make things right.

Originally had a 0 star rating but based on Christian's willingness to come out to the house to make things right will up the rating to 4 stars. In the future we'll do our research and contact a company that specifically handles bee extraction rather than having it subbed out.

Used this company based on Yelp reviews- but what a joke. Called this morning to have some bees removed from an area on our roof.  They said they could come out same day which we were really happy about.  We waited patiently at home for their arrival during the timeframe established. After a half hour past when they were supposed to be here, we called only to be told that they had been there already. Seriously? There's no sign of anything being done. Because $275 later there was NOTHING done and the bees are still there. We had another company last year treat the same spot and there were dead bees on the ground with black residue around the treated area and on the ground underneath. This company contracts with Kyle's Bees to take care of bee extraction. We're going to have to call another company to have this taken care of.

Just had my first spray treatment with West Coast and they were awesome! Easy to set everything up via email with Wes and he fit us in their schedule in two days once I explained the severity of our bugs. Danny came out and sprayed inside and outside. He was super nice and took his time going over what the plan of attack was.
I probably contacted 10 pest control companies and I'm quite confident I made the right choice. They made everything super easy for me and the price was incredible. Definitely recommend

I have been doing business with TruForce for over 7yrs. I used to live in Laveen and I was able to transfer my services when I most to the east valley. My technician Gabriel gave me a courtesy call prior to his arrival. Gabriel arrived on time, was friendly and took care of all the traps and left no mess. We live near a mountain but  I know I can trust Truforce and my kids are happy and know they safe. We haven't seen any scorpions since the first time we moved.

I had a swarm of bees hanging out in my tree, so I requested a quote. I was contacted within 20 minutes with a quote and some follow up questions. Ultimately, the swarm left (as I was informed might happen within the first 24-48 hours), but I appreciate the quick response and info.

We had termites in our new to us home so we called Bill's.  Jemma came out to give us a quote to drill and pour termiticide, it came in hundreds less than our previous 3 quotes.  She was super helpful, and a pleasure to deal with.  We also mentioned to her we were replacing our roof, and she recommended to us a GREAT roofer (Bill's son-in-law).  When our scheduled date was upon us, they arrived right on time and did great work.  Here it is, 2 months later, no more termites!

We've used Bulwark 14 yrs. They always come as scheduled and ask us if we have issues. And they often notice issues before we do! They address it quickly and we have conversations  about how to monitor and eliminate insects or rodents. Tyler J. Takes time to listen and consult. We love this company!

It was a beautiful day when I woke up and heard a buzzing coming from behind my reading chair. Insert creepy flying critter. Green Magic Pest Control to the rescue and for the last year Atleast, they've kept the creepy critters away. I highly recommend this company. Their response time is phenomenal, they have worked with any rescheduling I've needed and are compassionate. I reached out to them to assist one of my patients as a hospice volunteer and they came to the rescue for her. This is a company whose professionalism is backed by compassion, heart and kindness. Talk about a supportive crew! Moving into a new home I was worried about unwanted guest and they  talked to me about what goes into their products.
Very communicative, easy scheduling and want to make sure the family and pets are safe. Will be using again.

Bulwark provides excellent service. Efrain Ventura is our tech. He is knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. The service is inexpensive and provides great value.

The fellas that came out were professional and on time. They explained everything and prices are fair. Even the girls booking the appointment were super helpful and friendly. Would absolutely recommend them.

After leaving feedback on other sites, I wanted to leave a Yelp review, as most people use this format to read honest reviews. Back in July I had found bb in my bedroom, and called a different company that gave me the run around (kept delaying their inspection). After that I called Arizona Heat Pest Services and Chris was out the same day to inspect, and later to heat treat my room and spray the rest of the house (as prevention). Chris was friendly and courteous. I have had him out to inspect a few times since his initial treatment because I was getting bit again by what I assumed was bedbugs. After Chris's thorough inspection he determined bb were not present and informed me to keep an eye out for tell tale signs and to not hesitate to call him if I needed his input again. The warranty Az Heat offers is reassuring, and I feel like well worth the peace of mind.

This company used to take care of both our weeds and our pests. they just simply stopped coming out and the last time they out was in April, and was for the pest control. They did the weeds around Feb, and they used a different tech . we were disappointed with the work. Probably better companies out there.

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

FINALLY in the West Valley! While I've used pest control or pest management companies for years, I always felt that they were there more for the money they'd collect from me than to protect my home from pests. Enter Alex, who owns Copper State Pest Management. While fairly young, Alex is a pro. He knows the business and uses the right products - in the right quantities - to keep the home as pest-free as possible. Furthermore, Alex is building his business based on truly satisfied customers. He LISTENS to customers' pest issues and does what's necessary to get to the root of the problem. Yay, Alex!

Yelp is starting to lose credibility with me...my husband posted a positive review (SK) and yelp had it flagged as a not recommended review!!  This is disgusting and makes me wonder if they are in someone's back pocket;  Frontino PC seems to be growing into a real competitor with the other pest control companies.  Yelp has flagged several customers' reviews of Brandon's as not recommended.  Almost makes me want to DM these customers to let them know of this questionable practice by yelp.  

Review:  Brandon is professional, punctual, thorough, reasonably-priced, knowledgeable, trust-worthy and clearly invested in his business.  He has come to my home on several occasions to not only spray for insects but also provide necessary reassurance (needed by me!).  Our insect issue has been eradicated thanks to Brandon.  He IS our bug guy!  
We DID NOT experience MORE bug activity after Brandon sprayed; this seemed common among other pest control companies as posted by customer reviews.  The chemicals he used KILLED the insects, it did not make them scatter (gross!). The evidence was seeing their dead carcasses.

Tyler is very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain the details like the whys and hows and whats. He made certain he wasn't leaving me with any questions. I greatly appreciate that. He explained everything in great detail but in terms that I understood. I feel 100% confident that I made the right decision is choosing the best company to deal with our termite problem. This is our home, not theirs and Orange Pest Control is going to make that clear to those pesky critters.

I never had to use a pest control but at my new property I was in need. I called them up got a quick response with a same day service. John came out and took care of all my concerns. I am very happy with the service and my problem was handled great. I will continue using them for preventive measures for sure. They even called me a day after service to follow up and explain their service plans. Great company. Thank you
