Just had Brad here for termite inspection.  He was very knowledgeable, professional and polite!!!   He also was very thorough and honest.  Recommend him to anyone who might be worried they have termites, also, they do other types of pest control as well!   VERY IMPRESSED :)

I cant say enough good things about this company. We moved into our first home and didn't have a clue about local bugs/pests. We found out quickly that we needed a trustworthy company to help us. We were fortunate enough to be referred to Insectek and have been extremely happy since. Any little question we have is answered promptly. Wayne Johnston has been our guy since day one and has provided excellent service. He takes the time to answer ALL of our many questions. He is polite and always on time. Not to mention we have had ZERO bug/pest problems. We will be using Insectek for a long time! Thanks so much Insectek team!

I just had my first service by Simply Green and while it's too soon to judge effectiveness, I will say that their service is excellent. Mekenna was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly- she even put my recycling bin away for me! (It was pick up day) I love that their spray is plant-based and non toxic, and that it doesn't smell badly or leave stains.  So far, I'm very happy.

This is a great company! The best part about them is their integrity. They're willing to educate people about pests whether they make a sale or not. All their techs are knowledgeable and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend this company.

We recently signed up for the bi monthly service and are very happy so far. We did see an increase in bugs after the first visit, but they told us this was normal and expected, and now we've noticed fewer and fewer bugs outside and inside. Very professional as well!

I was looking for pest control service for my mom so I went to Yelp and requested a quote. Didn't realize Yelp sends out to multiple companies through Yelp messaging. Anyhow, Merrill responded within 10 minutes just as promised on Yelp. I got other responses from others but I was going back a forth for awhile with Merrill.

We agreed upon a price and we setup a time within a few days. They promised to be there between 8-10 and they were there at 8am as promised. They sprayed and got rid of the spider problem we had and now I have them on a quarterly basis.

I was working with Nick the owner and after the service I called him and we talked and explained how and why. We are very happy with Merrill pest control and I look forward to our quarterly service.

They were very professional and knowledgeable. Wayne came out to treat our termite issue. They showed up on time. Cleaned up any mess that was made. Couldn't tell he was here after he got done.  Had no problems at all. Will use them again and would refer them as well!

In April I asked a question on Bulwark website. Can I increase my treatment from bi-monthly to monthly? In August I get a phone call responding to my message. I thought that was bad until I heard her say, your services were put on hold until we had a chance to respond to your message. No service for 5 months since my email asking for more services. Absolutely ridiculous policy to place my account on hold and stop services until they respond 5 months later. Snowbirds beware.

I started to see ants. and requested quotes on yelp and Green magic was quick to respond and the replies was within minutes. When Matt (I think his name was Matt) came to my residence he was supper chill, explained what he was gonna do. He did his job and left without bugging us at all. I would HIGHLY recommend Green Magic to anyone interested in pest control.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

Outstanding customer service. Had a bug problem today, called Bulwark and they sent out a serviceman same day. Michael came in, was very professional, knowledgeable, and took care of the problem.

Figuring out you have termites on a Tuesday night at 8pm can make you go into a panic. I sent 3 requests for quotes on Yelp and to my surprise kelly responded which helped my anxiety. Made an appointment for consultation the next day and john came out he professional and explained the whole process.  His price was the best out of the 3 I received.  He was very nice and even called to follow up. I couldn't be happier with how the whole process went

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

I've had Alex spraying my property every 6 weeks for a while now and have nothing but good things to say.  Most companies will give you a 2 hour arrival window. Alex tells me 8am, gives me a notice that he's on his way, and he's there at 8am. He's punctual, professional, courteous, and gets the job done. He doesn't rush out the door to wrap up in 45 minutes; he takes the time it takes to properly spray, set traps, etc. I've had various pest insects and he's had a solution for all of them. We used to find a dozen scorpions or more a night hanging around the block walls. That's now a problem of the past. I don't *need* to spray as often as we do anymore, but the peace of mind and quality of service is worth it.

Just moved to Mesa and have scorpions.  Know nothing so called pest control and picked orange pest control to come out. They sent Zach who sprayed our entire yard and explained all about scorpions to us.  We like the company and Zach is a polite young man.  We are pleased with his

When I first reached out to pro active pest I was a little weary as I'd tried a different company before and they were very rude and not forthcoming about prices. Duane has gone above and beyond with our services! He lets us know know when someone will be coming out in a timely manner. Explains each treatment thoroughly, and actively listens to any concern we have and effectively preforms new treatments as needed. Safety is a priority i recently had a baby and Duane made sure to remove all and any webs he could find. And even swept my garage that had so many crickets, you have no clue how thoughtful and considerate that was! I can't thank him enough for what he's done for our home! Pricing is good and I know they are only a text or phone call away. Highly recommend this company!
