After noticing a little termite tube starting and a few dots that would turn into tubes in our den, I called Urban Desert and Brad came out for review and quotation for all our pest concerns. Super nice gentleman, very professional and I knew I called the right company!
We had Terry out first to dust the exhaust pipes on the roof. First step completed by another professional technician. Thank you Terry!
This morning we had Matthew & Cody out to do the termite treat in our den where those creatures were trying to disassemble our home from the inside!  
Again both technicians were professional and did a great job!
Next step will be whole house termite treatment which was scheduled for today... but the lovely rain happened so rescheduled.

Great customer service! I have been on a bi-monthly plan for about 9 months, when we bought our house as a foreclosure. Since the house had been vacant for almost a year we have some issues with bugs inside and out. If we ever need an extra treatment they usually can get to us within 24 hours and have even come out same day.
For our bi-monthly services, we usually have Caleb for our tech who is very prompt, friendly, and helpful.

I've had Simply Green Pest Control servicing my house for 3 years now and they've always been great. Having a pet and a child, the last thing I wanted was a bunch of chemicals in my yard and house, I love that they take an all natural approach when keeping pests away. We haven't had any issues with scorpions, spiders, or any of those scary bugs everyone fears in AZ lol.

Shout out to Tyson who serviced my house most recently, he was super professional and his communication was top notch. I'm not physically in my house right now while it's being remodeled, but he was able to get it all done while keeping me in the loop through text. Thank you again!

Another fantastic, friendly, quality, clean job by West Coast Pest Control. The owner, Wes, took care of a recurring customer with excellent service and pricing. The installer showed up on time, totally prepared, professional and friendly. Got the job done quickly and with high-quality. We were concerned the pigeon spikes would be ugly and visible on the front of the house, but they are not, they are nicely hidden but should be very effective. See the new pictures I posted. Hard to see the spikes? Exactly!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Completely unprofessional management. The technicians that come to your house are GREAT. Office staff? Terrible. Manager? Probably even worse since they won't even get in contact with me. Talked to them on the phone multiple times, said they would get a hold of a manager to get in contact with me, waited a month and didn't. Then called again and asked about it and said the same thing again we will have our manager call you in a few days. Never got anything, finally got my service canceled after trying to cancel for months. The office staff that I talked to was rude and hung up on me. Alyssa was the only nice one, so if you HAVE to talk to someone, talk to her. Other than that, do not go to this pest control! Find someone better!
Update: the comment from the owner, such a lie. I received no voicemails and no calls. Add lying to the list! I was the one who reached out multiple times and I saved all my voicemails and no voicemails from your company. Nice try!

Wish I could give them more stars!  I felt Nick, the owner, was totally honest and upfront about what it would cost me for termite control treatment and follow up visits.  Good price on termite renewals and regular monthly pest control.  Tech Talon (termite treatment) and Tech Blake (regular bug service) were both very professional and courteous.  I am looking forward to working with them again.

Given the many favorable YELP reviews I called Bill's Pest Termite Control.  Fellow named Jeremy came out on October 8th and assessed the situation.  At that time he explained that the service technician would drill treatment holes around the outside of the foundation and, inside, use the base of interior walls to shoot treatment into them.  

Bill's then scheduled me for service on 23 October.  The day before they texted me and gave me an arrival window between 12:30 and 1PM.  The service tech did not arrive until 2:30 and, despite my inquiries, no one could explain the delay, nor even apologized for the delays.

The service tech, John, was courteous enough.  He said no treatment inside the house was necessary and he would just drill holes around the outside foundation.  After that was accomplished he began trying to inject termite solution, but couldn't since his truck pumping equipment was not working.  He then told me he would be busy for the next two days but would come around  on Saturday to inject the treatment.  On Friday the business office called and said John would be there on Saturday but might be as late as 2PM.  

I waited and waited Saturday afternoon for someone to show up.  Finally, about 4PM, John called and said he was on his way.  He showed up at 4:30, with about an hour of daylight left.  When I asked John how he could possibly get the job done before dark.  John said his son was helping him.(It was not made clear to me if John's son was a paid, trained employee of the company).  

Though I did not witness the treatment process on the east side of my house I did come out and watch as John's son was having difficulty getting the treatment injected into the drill holes.  (liquid blowback).  Then, as John's son tested the pumping wand on solid concrete I noted the solution was not coming out.  As I saw this I told John I wasn't getting any warm fuzzies over the pumping process.  I then gave up monitoring the situation....kind of like not wanting to watch a train wreck.  By the time they got to the west side of my house (half done) it was already dark.  Made me wonder how the tech could even see if the solution was being injected into the drill holes  

At 7PM John and his son were still out there in the dark while I sat wondering how well that treatment was being monitored in the darkness.  (John did use a flashlight to cap the drill holes but I have no idea how the treatment injection was working,)

Will this treatment stop the termites?  I have no idea.  John did report how much solution he injected but I couldn't help  but worry about how much flowed out on open ground and how much went into the sub terrain of the house.  

Yes, I suppose the company would come back out if I see termite damage again but wonder about what I CAN'T see up there.  I love to give good reviews but I just couldn't on this one.  The late service arrivals, the working in total darkness, and the equipment failures just didn't give me confidence that this was handled professionally.

I love that they will retreat between appointments in case any critters are seen around the house. Zach K. has been the gentleman that has sprayed our home since we first moved in here, very knowledgeable about the critters themselves and in pest management. I would definitely recommend to anyone that has a pest problem or wants to stay pest-free!

As always, Green Magic was on time, efficient, and thorough. Nathan did a great job. If the past is evidence, we won't be seeing any unwanted pests anytime soon.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

I've been using Bulwark for over 6 years.  Since then my bug problems have been virtually non existent.  They give me a courtesy call to let me know when they will be here and they provide great service for a reasonable price.  Today Casey Balland was the technician and I asked him if he could come inside and address a little black bug problem I was having.   He sprayed inside at no extra cost and was very knowledgable and professional.  I would definitely recommend this company.

Highly recommend Jon and his team. They're reliable, trustworthy and affordable. Jon did a thorough inspection and figured out what rodent issue I had on the roof and took care of it on his first visit. Scheduled a follow up to ensure problem was gone. Thank you so much.

After leaving feedback on other sites, I wanted to leave a Yelp review, as most people use this format to read honest reviews. Back in July I had found bb in my bedroom, and called a different company that gave me the run around (kept delaying their inspection). After that I called Arizona Heat Pest Services and Chris was out the same day to inspect, and later to heat treat my room and spray the rest of the house (as prevention). Chris was friendly and courteous. I have had him out to inspect a few times since his initial treatment because I was getting bit again by what I assumed was bedbugs. After Chris's thorough inspection he determined bb were not present and informed me to keep an eye out for tell tale signs and to not hesitate to call him if I needed his input again. The warranty Az Heat offers is reassuring, and I feel like well worth the peace of mind.

They do monthly and sometimes bi-monthly service at my commercial building, depends on climate and the time of the year.    I don't even have to schedule it as they check the building intermittently on their own schedule and do the service in their own professional discretion.  I've never had to worry about weed growth and the rates are very reasonable. They have won my trust 100%.  Highly recommended for any commercial landlord or for residential maintenance.

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

Highly recommend Copper State Pest Management . Alex goes above and beyond, he is EXTREMELY  professional and dedicated to his work. I called COPPERState after coming across a black widow and dealing with the annoying chirping of the lovely crickets this season has brought forth. I was mostly terrified at thought of having spiders anywhere inside or outside of  my house. Having children who are always playing outside, I can't express the peace of mind I have received from knowing that I am protecting the ones I love by simply seeking professional help. Our house was vacant for 6 months before we moved in, so it needed some serious attention. Frontino got us on the books extremely quickly and their proactive communication was impeccable. Brandin showed up right on time, made everything easy to understand, and got the job done quickly. Long lasting and safe treatments were used, super friendly service, and you can tell he cares about his customers. I'm not sure why anyone in the valley would choose a different company.

A family of cockroaches were attempting to live in my house without paying rent, and thanks to Max, I am once again without any unwanted roommates of the insect kind. Max was very nice and very knowledgeable, now that the cockroach problem is handled, I just need to worry about my divorce, blood pressure, and gaining custody of my kids back.

Antonio came out today after I called about my tenants complaining that they were hearing noises in the attic. I asked Pro Pest to check for entry points around the exterior and a few hours after he completed his inspection I got a well documented photo report of the possible problem areas. He also set traps and will reinspect them in the future.

The service was efficient, appears accurate and thorough.
