5 stars for Urban Desert Pest Control!! They were quick to reply with answers to my questions, a quote for treatment and were available to treat my home within the week. Lucky for me, not so lucky for the scorpions!! Dax, my technician, was knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my concerns regarding safely treating my yard which is home to my tortoise. So happy to have found this company!!

I set up a quarterly service with them. They schedule their teams to come out at specific times, which is helpful for planning. The customer service is great. I have had a few pests show up and they come back out to take care of it quickly which I appreciate

I just had my first service by Simply Green and while it's too soon to judge effectiveness, I will say that their service is excellent. Mekenna was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly- she even put my recycling bin away for me! (It was pick up day) I love that their spray is plant-based and non toxic, and that it doesn't smell badly or leave stains.  So far, I'm very happy.

West Coast Pest control has been great for us! They are so friendly, very helpful and do a great job handling any and all pest problems! We highly recommend this company!

I had and appointment last Saturday with trueforce pest control nobody came,call nothing.they said they got my # wrong,they have my address.

Wish I could give them more stars!  I felt Nick, the owner, was totally honest and upfront about what it would cost me for termite control treatment and follow up visits.  Good price on termite renewals and regular monthly pest control.  Tech Talon (termite treatment) and Tech Blake (regular bug service) were both very professional and courteous.  I am looking forward to working with them again.

John from Bill's Pest Termite Control came to my home last week.  He was professional and took time to educate me about termites.  Most impressive is after he heard which termite company I was presently with, he truthfully told me they had a great reputation and suggested I stay with  them since I was covered by a warranty and that a future treatment plan would most likely be my best financial option.  He was right.  Thank you again, John, for your sound advice.  The reason I didn't give five stars is because I didn't fully utilize Bill's Pest Termite Control's services.

Matthew Henderson was great. He arrived on time and texted me when he was on the way.  He serviced the exterior and garage and even sent me a reminder to close garage and lock the gate.

I realized my dads house had termites and I use Yelp for everything so I decided you send out 3 requests for quotes on a Tuesday at 830pm. I was surprised to get a message and information within minutes which helped me put my mind at ease

Called for an inspection on a 7000 sq ft building that we have and they promptly came out the following day, completed the inspection, and gave us options for repairs and treatment. I asked them if we could finish this by year end (so in 5 days) and they were able to complete the entire treatment within the weekend!  Ben was extremely professional and provided me with the details of the warranty and of the job completed. I would HIGHLY recommend them for termite services!!

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

I have been a customer for a long while.  But then in April I had to cancel an appointment due to a death in the family.  And well time got away from me and today (October) I called to see when they were coming and what happened.   They told me they canceled my account and there was no explanation as to why.   What?!  I was a paying customer and you decided for no other reason but to cancel?  Yea well that is horrible customer service.   And to think of all the people I referred.

(This is an update) Ever since I switched to their monthly service, I no longer see any roaches in my apartment! They contact me every month to schedule an appointment in which they are very professional and efficient when they come and do the spraying. They spend no more than 10min here and it works great!

This business was amazing! The customer service from first call to end was professional and provided options for us. Never once did we feel pressured. Austin took all the time to explain every option and answer all our questions. Shawn came and walked through the house with us to ensure we had everything ready.

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

Alex is great! We had a really difficult time getting rid of a rat after he ate through a couple appliances. Even with the help of pest control, it was a challenge. But Alex never gave up. He made me feel hope that we would figure it out. He knows his stuff! He is very responsive, great at communication and always on time. I'd highly recommend this company!

I have pigeon dropping issues on the front side of my rental home in Laveen. Brandin & team helped to clean up and put up spikes within 2 days. Due to access driveway issues, Brandin & team came back to complete the job later without extra charge & share pic for completed work. Thanks for the excellent work done timely at a reasonable price - highly recommended!

Always a good experience with Orange Pest Control.  

Day one of covid quarantine I found a scorpion in my bedroom. We lived in that house 11 years and never saw one there before then.  When the world shut down, they came out the same day! How awesome was that? Peace of mind since I was working from home.

We were in the process of selling our home a few months later and the buyer made us jump through so many hoops.  They demanded a termite inspection and warranty a week before closing and Orange agreed to rush and get us in before closing.

We continued regular service at our new house since we had a bunch of crickets and lizards. Haven't seen a cricket since. They got rid of the ants in my fake grass too.

We noticed a termite tube on a wall, and because the previous owners had a month left on a transferrable termite warranty with a bargain exterminator, we gave them a call. The guy they sent was sloppy, foul-mouthed and unprofessional. They tried to pressure me into renewing a termite service contract, and wouldn't provide a copy of the contract! We let that contract expire.

A month later,  more termite tubes popped up all over the house.  I called and Tyler came out the same day. He thoroughly inspected the house, inside and out, and gave me a quote in writing! We're scheduled for treatment in a few days.  

I appreciate Orange Pest Control's prompt attention to my issues.  They always look professional,  they're always polite, and are clear and upfront about their prices. Highly recommend.

Antonio came out today after I called about my tenants complaining that they were hearing noises in the attic. I asked Pro Pest to check for entry points around the exterior and a few hours after he completed his inspection I got a well documented photo report of the possible problem areas. He also set traps and will reinspect them in the future.

The service was efficient, appears accurate and thorough.
