I called after seeing the yelp reviews. The owner is truly  amazing! He was quick to answer the phone and get to my home within a couple of hours the same day. Very knowledgeable, he got rid of the infestation in my garage. Bugs freak me out!

I had a terrible infestation of crickets.  Zack from Insectek came the next day and was patient, answered my questions and let me follow him around to watch what he did.  Bugs came out everywhere after his spraying (outside).  I opted for a one time visit rather than the year contract.  They said they would allow me to use that $ towards a contract with in a month or two if I so choose.  I was thrilled that they would work with me & be flexible.  I see why this business has all 5 STAR reviews.  That's why I chose them.  I was going to go with a groupon business but when I would check the reviewson yelp, they were not nearly as good as Insectek.  I also got a $15 off coupon via yelp (buy a $30 one for $15).  Every little bit helps!

Christian fixed my issue and they were extremely prompt in responding.  I would highly recommend using Simply Green!

We got several quotes and this company was priced fair not the cheapest not the costliest. I called Bill's Pest Termite Control when I found some mud tunnels in my yard. They were able to send out somebody to inspect (I believe his name was John?) within a few days. Although I did have termites, the technician was honest and kind enough to educate me on the different types of termites. Basically the termites I have survive off of dead vegetation and won't do any structural damage to a home--to get rid of them, I can spray the mud tunnels with a water hose! Amazing. This would have been a perfect opportunity for the company to tell me I need some expensive treatment or try to get unnecessary business from me, and I likely would have done it. I appreciated his honesty and candor with me.The technician then did a thorough inspection of each room in the house and the entire perimeter of the home, even giving me a baseline quote of what it would be if I ever needed termite treatment.

I felt well-informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. The technician was also very sweet and comfortable with my two large dogs, which I always appreciate. I'll definitely be calling Bill's Pest Termite Control for the annual inspection and if I ever do have any exterminator needs!

Josh came out for the first time today and I was impressed! Very professional and polite. He greeted me, thoroughly explained what he was going to do, and politely asked if he can come in to start the service. He was diligent and I am appreciative of his work. Highly recommend!

Cory was excellent.  He was super communicative and was able to set up an appointment easily via text messaging.  I will most certainly use Green Magic Pest Control again.

They do honest work and it's s not too expensive. I had a HUGE termite problem in my garage and Ben is so knowledgeable and so Reliable. Everyone that works at Soto's are kind and hard working. I'm telling you you won't be let down hiring Soto's pest and termite control. I know I wasn't!

Their phones don't work, I get nothing but silence when trying to call them. When they call me, I can't hear them. They don't respond to e-mails. I can't cancel my service, remove auto pay, or even delete MY credit card details from their servers without contacting customer support.

What can I say --- they made difficult circumstances easy.  I've been self-quarantining for weeks now, but could see the weeds were making their move even if I hadn't been out of the house for a while.  I was able to schedule an appointment with one of their techs, who made it a point to ring my doorbell just to let me know he had arrived.  A short time later I paid with my trusty credit card --- all without leaving the security of my home.  Thanks so much for working with me on this!

I've had Alex spraying my property every 6 weeks for a while now and have nothing but good things to say.  Most companies will give you a 2 hour arrival window. Alex tells me 8am, gives me a notice that he's on his way, and he's there at 8am. He's punctual, professional, courteous, and gets the job done. He doesn't rush out the door to wrap up in 45 minutes; he takes the time it takes to properly spray, set traps, etc. I've had various pest insects and he's had a solution for all of them. We used to find a dozen scorpions or more a night hanging around the block walls. That's now a problem of the past. I don't *need* to spray as often as we do anymore, but the peace of mind and quality of service is worth it.

We moved into our home about 2 years ago. We had a major scorpion and roach problem. Not any more! Frontino came to our door and we're SO RESPECTFUL! You can always tell when people are just trying to sell you something to meet a quota. They truly made me believe they were passionate about pest control and improving our community. I've even called to get them to come back to spay in between services and they did it for FREE! Would recommend to anyone that hates bugs and loves top notch companies.

Once I hired Orange I've never had any more issues with insects and I live on an acre near farm land. They are promt and do what they commit to doing. All the technicians are clean cut and and I feel comfortable letting them inside my home.
