Best Pest Control Services in Phoenix, AZ

I've very pleased with Brad and Urban Desert Pest Control. I had them out to my house last week to help deal with a black widow and scorpion problem.  We found several dead black widows after that and felt safer.  But a few days ago I picked up a stray puppy off the road who I thought had a terrible skin disease -- turns out he had hundreds, maybe thousands of ticks covering his body.  I took him to an animal hospital and he's ok, but I found three huge ticks in the back of my car and am now terrified I'll end up with an infestation. So I called Brad. He spent 10 minutes explaining to me over the phone how tick eggs attach to fabric, how to get rid of them, and what to do with my problem. He recommended some things that I could do on my own without trying to sell me anything.  I really appreciate both his honesty and his willingness to help his clients.

This business is awesome! After a roach infestation they are (almost) completely gone. i used to to get 30-60 per week. now i only find maybe 1 or 2. I finally feel safe in my own home again.

Just moved into a new house and have noticed some scorpions inside and outside, called Bulwark and they sent Joel R - he was very nice and did a good job at spraying in the outlets, outside and inside.  They will come out free anytime you see a bug so by paying the monthly service it makes it worth it, just sprayed so not sure of the results yet but so far so good!   Did forget to have him spray the garage though which I hear is scorpion heaven, so we will see if he needs to come back out.

We had a terrible experience w another company, Aptive. I saw that Green Magic had a five star rating on Yelp so we gave them a call. The excellent service we received on the phone from Matt let me know that we found the right company. Jordan came the next day and again we got excellent service! Looking forward to working with Green Magic for our pest control services!

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

Just want to say John Crawford who is our pest control technician goes above and beyond always!! He does such a great job. John has personally dealt with my wife and I for about the last year. I have no complaints about and greatly appreciate his hardwood and dedication for our needs. He is very informative and knows his job. Again this man goes above and beyond. Bulwark hope your compensating for he is a very hard worker and represents your company very well. Thank you John your much appreciated!!

My home was due for preventative termite treatment, so based on the # of & quality of reviews I found on google, yelp, & BBB, I came up with a list of 5 companies to contact.  After my conversation with Jon at Arizona Pest Solutions, he was #1 on my list.  Not only did he patiently answer all of my questions but he went above & beyond to add some context to the answers he was providing.  I could also tell from his responses that he was incredibly knowledgeable & had been doing this for a long time!

Of the 5 companies I called, I had 4 come out to do an inspection so they could present me with a quote.  I liked Jon just as much in person as I did over the phone...all of the qualities I remembered from our earlier conversation were there in person as well.  To top it off, his quote ended up being the best of the 4 I received.  The technician (I think his name was Will) who did the treatment was pleasant & efficient.  And can't leave out Valerie in the office...my interactions with her over the phone were very pleasant & she was always very prompt to get back with me.

Happy I found this company!  Hint to any potential new customers looking for preventative termite treatment...they had a $100 off coupon on their website for new customers, so be sure to check & see if something is out there for you!

THEY BURGLARIZED AND VANDALIZED OUR HOUSE!!!!!!

DON'T USE THEM!!! Hopefully i can save someone from what we just went through, they vandalized our house and robbed us, we came home to find our window shattered from the inside, our 70in flat screen smart tv gone! Our 40in flat screen smart tv gone! Our limited edition ps4 gone! our xbox one gone! A $2000 necklace gone! My kids video game gone!

the cops said that they could see the window was smashed from the inside to make it look like a break in.

and when i called the number on the card and asked to talk to the manager he refused to let let me speak to him, he was rude and yelling at me and told me why don't i just come down there and talk to you in person. I told him i don't want you any where near my house again i just want to speak to your manager or some one in charge. he just told me to find the number my self if i wanted to talk to his manger.

and to add insult to injury they charged us $1800 to do the heat treatment and rob us. AND SO FAR ARE REFUSING TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES.

This company is great. I did  a lot of shopping around before I chose them. Great customer service, come out to do the work in a timely manner and on time. They do every bit of the yard. I had my landscaper do the weeds but since I call to have them come out only when I need them, the weeds were getting out of hand. Custom Weed did exactly what they promised and include a warranty. Also big bonus that after about two hours you can let your pet(s) out and it is safe for them. I never had my pup get sick. The price of their service was excellent compared to the other comparable companies I researched to do this job, Thumbs up no weeds!

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

Alex is the absolute best. He goes above and beyond ALWAYS. He's thorough, accommodating, nice. I'm all around happy with his service. I wish all companies were as reliable and easy to work with as Copper Canyon!

I have been using Frontino for a few years now, and they are always professional, respond promptly and keep the bugs/rats away!

You know how people say things like I miss the good old days when companies had personal service and really cared about people? Orange Pest Control is one of those companies that makes you realize good businesses and good service are still alive and well.

Tyler and his crew are very nice, courteous, and informative guys, all class, all professional. They show up in a nice van, in nice clothes, and you can tell right away they know what to look for, how to diagnose, and what would be best to use. These guys are old school efficient, like something out of the 50's you know? The local helpful service that comes by and takes care of you and you don't have any BS or headaches to deal with. I dig that a lot.

In my experience, the previous homeowners used a very cheap and sub-standard termite treatment and the nasty creeps started showing up early, so it was time to kill em all and do the job right this time! I called a few places for info, but Orange Pest had the best service, the fastest responses, and the best attitude I've seen. They were quick to respond to my emails, quick to schedule an inspection, and quick to come back and treat everything. I never once got a slimy shady sales routine, it was all service and treating my issue, bang, boom, done.

They also charge fair, good rates, I was pleased with their pricing, I have seen some pretty shady companies ask a lot more for substandard work. You can trust their work.

Overall solid company, when I'm on the phone with customer support for some big tech company or standing in line with some rude 16 year old cashier at a grocery store, I get feelings that customer service and respect are dead, but then I encounter good companies like Orange Pest and I think otherwise!  Hire them for your bug needs, you won't regret it.

I just wanted to take the time out to show my appreciation to this awesome company, from the first interaction with the individual who sent up my account all the way down to the services that was provided.
My jaw was left wide open with just how in depth the initial treatment was. Duane was my technician for the first visit and he put my wife and I completely at ease about... the cockroaches in our garage, Duane assured me that it wasn't anything that had to do with my cleanliness (which I was very embarrassed about) he explained what they were and how he was going to resolve the problem. I feel like I made the right choice with going with pro active. Duane even made sure that I completely understood what the service was and made sure I had proper expectations. I can't thank this company enough, mainly because now my wife is happy and not freaking out about going into the garage.
We had the start to our regular bi-monthly service which was conducted by Danny. Danny is an absolute gem, he assured me that if I have any issues or even concerns that I can reach out to him and he will help out, he even let me know that if pest activity spikes up in between that they will come back to address the issue, literally at no cost! We needed the interior treated on this visit... mainly for peace of mind, I felt so bad because I ran out to Danny's service vehicle and asked if he didn't mind treating the interior(totally spaced my mind that my wife wanted that done)  he said no problem and put his gloves back on and grabbed his hand sprayer and did was needed.
These guys go above and beyond! You have a customer for life!
