I called Urban Pest control because I had a serious problem with scorpions that I could not get under control. So like a lot of people I went to Yelp to check out reviews on people. Brad had a lot of really good reviews and It seemed he was the right guy for the job. Called and scheduled and apt and a couple days later he was out at my house to complete the job. Brad was very friendly but also really seemed to care about taking care of my problem. He did for sure. I went from seeing over 10 scorpions a year to 0. Ya that's right I haven't had another scorpion since brad sprayed my house. So I'm writing this review over 6 months later to tell you this is the real deal. Don't waste your time looking any further. I would recommend brad to any of my family friends and customers without hesitation. After brad leaves you will be happy you found your new pest control guy and also a new friend

It is really hard to find a company that will do organic / natural pest control. Insectek Pest Solutions does and what a great job they do. Their products and technicians are of the highest quality and more than get the job done! My Technician, Wayne, ( a true sweetheart ) has serviced my home now for the past several months. He is thorough .... really thorough. Every visit, he makes it a point to check everything and doesn't miss any thing and their followup is amazing. The entire company is service oriented, extremely knowledgeable, unbelievably friendly, very particular and dependable as can be. It's refreshing to find a company like this. I am a senior on a fixed income and they worked out a plan to accommodate my budget and health needs that would get the job done AND gave me a Senior Discount on top of it! . If Yelp allowed 10 stars...I'd give them a 10+! Good Job Guys!

I've used Simply Green Pest Control for about a year and a half now w great results! After I moved in I found 2 scorpions in the house and freaked out! They came to my house quickly and took care of the problem. I haven't seen a creepy crawly since. Today, I woke up to a bunch of bugs and was so glad that I was having service today anyways. I called and described the problem. I got a call from Christian letting me know he was on the way. He recommended what I should do and took care of it immediately. I think the bugs got the message!

West Coast Peat Control is a great company. They are always quick to communicate and find an appointment for me. They are very personable, knowledgeable and professional at, what I believe, to be a great price. They are high on my recommend list.

Nick came out to check our attic because of popping and creaking noise and found no critters. He was very polite and professional!

My wife and I seach for the best Termate control company, And we're glad find Bills Pest control, they're are professional and how to solve the Termate, we find Termate in our garage, outside Wells and storage area. After the service was completed a month later, we had some huge rain and afraid it diluted the chemical. So we called them up and have to respray. The customer service was awesome and scheduled at no cost. We where so glad to choose with the right pest control company.

I've been with Bulwark for some time now and never had any issues. Up until about a year ago they have been horrible with the scheduling. I used to have a monthly standing weekend appointment and now I have to call each month to confirm if they are going to come service my house. What?  The guy who comes to the house only does the minimum if he thinks you are not home. Not good. Overall it was good while it lasted but now its time to move on.

Received competitive quote, responsive staff, available to access account online, technician was punctual and gave a report of work via email.
So far so good.

I don't why this business doesn't have 1000 5 star reviews but I would give them 10 stars if I could. From the moment I called them to the moment the guy left, nothing but A+ service. I called several major chains for rodent control and they were not friendly, weeks out for scheduling and wanted a book of my personal information before scheduling vs just getting someone out here asap. Charles at Soto was the exact opposite, he listened and knew it wasn't urgent and had someone out within a few day. The game out, did a fantastic job, cleaned up everything and gave me great advice. I highly highly recommend this place. Not only are they great but shows the difference in service and care a local business provides vs a national chain who just puts you on a list.

Talk about a supportive crew! Moving into a new home I was worried about unwanted guest and they  talked to me about what goes into their products.

Jon responded to my inquiry very quickly and was able to come and inspect my house the same day, while other inspectors were not available for several days. Luckily I didn't have termites but I was able to get some helpful tips about what to be aware of to spot any future infestations. We had problems with bed bugs around two years ago and Arizona Heat Pest Services Took care of the problem and gave us a one and a half year warranty. They were very accommodating and professional and solve the problem. We came back from vacation a month ago and I woke up to welts on my arms that were quite similar to the ones I had had when we had bedbugs. Of course, I was really worried that they were back. I also worried that if I called the serviceThat check for free they might just come up with bedbugs weather we had them or not to get the extra business. So I checked ahead of time, In the exact same way they had,to make sure that I couldn't see anything. Then I called Arizona he passed services again to come out and check. Remarkably, Austin Peck was the same person who had helped us two years before and remembered us. I was surprised that he had such a good memory and knew exactly where he had solved the problem in the past and what to look for. Fortunately, after he checked, he said we did not have bedbugs and it turned out that I had poison oak from our hiking on our vacation. Because I am now convinced of their honesty and trustworthiness and their ability to get the job done, I recommend this company and specifically, Austin Peck.

Custom Weed and Spray does quality work and is very reliable.  We have been dealing with Custom Weed and Spray for five plus years.

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

We had a wasp problem, so I gave alex a call, and he was able to schedule me in the same day. He arrived on time after also texting me to let me know when he was en route. He did not just check the one bush i pointed out as problematic, but went around my entire property - front and back- to check if there were other nests. He ended up finding and taking care of 2 different nests. He left after warning me about what to expect (normal activity for first couple days), and when to contact him (persistent activity after).  

Unfortunately, the wasps moved to an adjacent bush and made a new home there. So I called alex again, and he came out to remove a nest- not once but twice more. Here's hoping 3rd time is the charm!

This company does door to door sales. As a general rule of thumb, we don't hire anyone who has to knock on doors for business. Unfortunately, this company ignored posted signs in our neighborhood and chose to still solicit. The salesperson was not as aggressive as some companies, but we still do not appreciate strangers knocking on our door.
