Best Pest Control Services in Phoenix, AZ

I cannot day enough great things about this company. But I'll try...

Any company can have friendly personnel to answer phones (and they did). But the woman I spoke to also had a comprehensive knowledge about the services they offer, the chemicals they use and the treatment procedures. I had lots of questions that had nothing to do with price. She confidently answered ALL of my questions/concerns.

I called at least 6 other pest control companies before reaching Urban Pest Control. I called the National brands and even the newer guys in town with the black and neon green branding. The phone reps at the National brands were nice but knew nothing beyond pricing and what what's on their script. They may have offered the lowest prices, but again, I was looking for more than price. I was looking for value! The neon green guys defiantly have a great pitch. The young man who is spoke to was energetic and quick on his toes. Sheesh I almost wanted to hire this guy. But at the end of the day they offered the highest prices and I felt like a prospect they needed to close a deal on.

Fast forward...the tech from Urban showed up on time, wore shoes coverings inside my home and was very courteous! They followed up with a satisfaction text and even sent a reminder text about my next treatment coming up. And since their last treatment I haven't had any issues with Arizona pests coming inside with the exception of a teeny tiny gecko or two (which don't respond to pest control treatment anyway).

Bottom line for me: Chose a local small business that cares and gets the job done right!!

One of the best companies out there! There are 3 main qualities that I noticed with insectek.
1. Discipline  - will keep you updated in the schedule  (to the minute ) and are always ON Time!
2. Responsive - These guys are super responsive - They have always responded to me within a min, be it a text message or email (excellent back office team )
3. Best in what they do - never had same issue again  (awesome staff!)

Awesome company!  My renters found a few cockroaches in the home we rent to them and we needed service fast!  I went on Yelp and messaged west coast pest control and they responded right away, I never even had to pick up the phone!  Very reasonable pricing and came out next day to get the job done. The best part is that any future sprays are at a discounted rate.  Our renters were also very happy with the service. Highly recommended!

Hired TruForce to get rid of minor inspect problem and since have not seen one in my house. TruForce gets the job done. Give them a call for you pest control needs.

This company responded within minutes to an online quote, even after hours. They set me up with an appt the next day, with a 4 hour window of 9-1. They arrived promptly, and found a solution to my need. Time inside less than 20 min, and I'm happy all the creepy crawlers are gone!

This company was great from start to finish in a situation I wasn't overly happy with. No body like those tubes or vent holes but you have to deal with them. I highly recommend this company over Terminex or Orkin who gave me twice the price quote for equal service. You can also choose to go cheap, which I did a few years ago until I called the right people. Thanks Bill and professional team.

I have had this company for awhile.  I was ready to switch companies because my pest problem outside was coming in.  My tech Kenneth W.  listened and went the extra mile in making sure that I was happy.  So far so good.

When I bought my home in Mesa, I was in need of finding a pest service stat! When I called, they were so accommodating and understanding with what we wanted as well as what we needed. We chose to call them because of their great reviews, and let me tell you.. They did not disappoint! We are so happy we found Green Magic Pest control and on such short notice! I no longer have to keep looking for an awesome pest control service that I can TRUST. Matt did a great job and the second service was as great as the first! (Which says a lot..)

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

We have used them for what seems like forever. Names and faces seem to change.  However, always high quality service.  Dana's Tuan are current tech is fantastic he is polite,  and his attention to detail is excellent!  Please pass on that we could be happier with his care of our property.

I contacted them one day and they were at my house the next. Nice and very professional. Out of several competitors they were the quickest to reply and most affordable.

Had issues with our previous pest control company Aptive not performing well...had tons of crickets outside and worse yet, they made their way into the house...Aptive couldn't get rid of them after 2 applications. Decided to give Arizona Heat a try. Their tech came out and within 10 days after their initial visit not a cricket anywhere in site....and when the crickets are gone there's nothing for the scorpions to feed on so they are gone too...very happy so far!

Customer service is very responsive and service scheduled quickly... on 1.3 acres and has killed and prevented all weeds I  will use twice per year for a weed free property..

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

Copper State Pest Control is absolutely wonderful. Alex is always takes the time to listen and answer any questions we have. He has rid our house of the creepy bugs. He is respectful, professional, and always on time!

I met the owner, Brandon Bear, knocking on my door for my business. I have a lot of respect for anyone willing to work that hard. Especially when they are the owner! He was not only very kind and sincere but it's clear that he was willing to do what it takes to take care of my pest issues that my previous pest company was not taking care of. The prices were competitive and I absolutely LOVE that his company plants a tree every service. I fully support any company that gives back to the environment. Something that is beneficial to all of us. I don't want the bugs in my home and Frontino plants a new home for the critters! Solid service. Always on time. Great prices. Full guarantee. Got a few quotes for termite treatment recently. Orange offered the best value and weed the most professional. No signs of termites, and they are now doing our regular pest control periodically. Recommended.
