Anthony came to our home after our first service and did such a fantastic job. He took his time, was very thorough, was professional, courteous, and informative. He didn't seem to leave any stone unturned. He caught a live scorpion above the front door and a nest of roaches in the irrigation valve control box. This company is so wonderful to work with.  I would highly recommend them.  We had termites at one of our rental properties and needed to get it cleaned up on a very tight deadline.  They were responsive to our request and kept us informed as to when they would be coming out so that we could meet them there.  Brian was our tech.  He arrived with a can-do attitude and was very knowledgeable.  He explained what he would be doing and then allowed us to ask any questions.  I hope we do not have to deal with this type of situation again, but if we do, I know who to call.

The discovery of termites was certainly not anything I ever thought I'd find in my house, but I did ! My call to Arizona Pest Solutions was greeted with the friendly Valerie who scheduled an inspection the same afternoon. Jon provided the most thorough inspection of the three companies I contacted. He explained termites, ugh ! and the process of treating them, answered all my questions in detail and never seemed rushed to get going to another appointment. Dean the tech arrived on time, he was courteous and went over everything he would be doing and after he was finished we reviewed the treatment areas. He also answered any additional questions I had. THEY BURGLARIZED AND VANDALIZED OUR HOUSE!!!!!!

DON'T USE THEM!!! Hopefully i can save someone from what we just went through, they vandalized our house and robbed us, we came home to find our window shattered from the inside, our 70in flat screen smart tv gone! Our 40in flat screen smart tv gone! Our limited edition ps4 gone! our xbox one gone! A $2000 necklace gone! My kids video game gone!

the cops said that they could see the window was smashed from the inside to make it look like a break in.

and when i called the number on the card and asked to talk to the manager he refused to let let me speak to him, he was rude and yelling at me and told me why don't i just come down there and talk to you in person. I told him i don't want you any where near my house again i just want to speak to your manager or some one in charge. he just told me to find the number my self if i wanted to talk to his manger.

and to add insult to injury they charged us $1800 to do the heat treatment and rob us. AND SO FAR ARE REFUSING TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES.

Have used them multiple times now to handle our weeds and it's been a breeze. Only had pop ups weeds a couple times and they came out and took care of them. My yard is so much easier to manage now. Quick, affordable and quality results.

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

Brandin is great! Super prompt, I was able to make a same day appointment with a scorpion issue I was having. Very friendly and efficient, he actually found a few black widow webs that I was unaware of. Pet/kid friendly product puts your mind at ease when having to spray inside the house. I HIGHLY recommend using this company.

Very impressed with these guys, first off the young lady I spoke with when called was extremely helpful checked with a tech and was able to schedule me the same day. The service tech Chandler was professional proficient and did a great job of getting rid of our bee problem. Also they were really reasonably priced and thorough with explanation of removal process and future prevention measures. Many of the other vendors I called were not helpful and just extremely over priced, for now on I will be only calling and referring Orange as my pest control vendor.

Pleased with service. Haven't seen any love roaches since pro Active visit last month.
