We had a great first experience.  Not only did the office call back immediately, they were super informative, followed up with an appointment reminder, our technician helped educate us about the native critters and they followed up a couple of days after to check on us.  Great customer service!!

After doing research on Yelp, I learned that Insectek Pest Solutions would be the best company for me. My rep, Bryce, was outstanding! He walked me through the entire startup process and two days later, there was my technician at my door at the stated ETA. They sprayed my property and the next day, I had the use a leaf blower to remove all of the dead insects. Truly impressed!!! Thank you

Been working with Simply Green for only a couple of months and so far they have been nothing but great! Our friends referred us to Josh, because of how great and thorough he is with everything. We had our house recently sprayed and noticed about 5 scorpions outside a couple days later. Gave Josh a call and he made sure to be out to our house in no time! I saw one enormous bug in my house last night and went into full blown panic mode. Merrill is one of the companies from whom I requested a quote. I ultimately decided to go with them, because not only were they an excellent value, they were out to my house within four hours of my first panicked message. Nick is the person I dealt with initially. He went out of his way to be helpful and get somebody out right away, and kept me updated regularly. Very polite, very professional. Talon was the service tech, who showed up actually early, while I was still at work. He was very nice about it, waited for me to come back home, and then explained everything he did outside, went through the inside of the house, obviously knows what he's talking about, very thorough, play, and personable. Pointed out areas of concern that are the responsibility of the HOA.  10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Bill's Pest Termite Control company is superior in every way - we utilized both of their services for termites and for various bug pests!   Their entire staff was very responsive and explained the steps in great detail.  Scheduling was prompt and their service representatives at our home were very professional and thorough.  Paul and Summer were the on-site folks who came to the house, and called in advance to confirm their previously scheduled arrival times.  Their rates are very competitive and well...worth the money for their experienced techs - very professional courteous, and timely!

Upon the first pest control treatment, all the ticks and ants were gone  With the initial excellent rate - they do a follow-up visit after two weeks and one more after that just to confirm the pest issues are gone.  Then they set you up on a very economical monthly visit to insure the bugs stay away - you won't find a better deal!

The service tech for the termites came out on the scheduled time and date, and he was also awesome.  The one time charge for the termite control treatment (service took about 1 1/2 hours) was much cheaper then many of the other well-known companies around town.

No need to check around with other pest and termite companies - Bill's Pest Termite Control is the one to use!!

I've been very happy with this company. When I moved locations, it was easy to update my profile. They do all the scheduling for appointments on their end which makes it easy for me because I don't have to remember to call them (you can schedule it yourself or reschedule easily if needed).
Ciaran Babcock was at my old house and he was great and we currently have Bernard Lindsey and we are also very happy with him. I would recommend Bulwark because their communication is wonderful (and no pesky bugs!)

I've been using Green Magic for a few months now and they are great! No pests around here! They text and email reminders and I'm set up on automated billing and appointments so it's super easy. Always have awesome and friendly technicians. Highly recommend

I had a great conversation with the woman in the office, she's wonderful, my husband was pleased with the guy who came to spray our house and there's lots of dead spiders which was our main problem. Good price and reliable service is hard to find, I recommend this place for any pest control issues! Five stars! Two thumbs up!

Arizona Heat Pest Services performance was exceptional.  Immediate response from Seth to schedule a pest inspection the same day as my call for help! Chris was very punctual, courteous, and thorough during his inspection process.   He assisted my husband to take apart furniture and put it back in place.  Chris gave us a complete analysis of the situation.  He recommended non treatment!   A refreshingly honest business!   Give this business an A+++++  We were able to get to sleep without stressing about bug problems!  We definitely recommend this company.  Thank you!

Joe arrived on Thursday morning as scheduled and went right to work spraying our half acre of weeds.  He finished quickly and let us know that within a week the weeds would be dead.  Per Murphy's Law, we had rain later that afternoon as well as the next day, but here we are only 4 days later and everything is dead!!  So happy it all worked as planned because the company lets you know that there is no refund for rain.  Whatever product was used got the job done.  Would definitely hire them again should the need arise.

It is not very often (for me) to be treated with world-class customer service. Yet, here you are killing it!

We've had Alex spray our home for the past 4 years. He has a ton of experience and has always been able to address our pest issues. I really appreciate the fact that Alex is respectful of our time and our home. He always shows up on time and puts on booties without us having to ask. He's also great with pets and the product he uses isn't harmful to them. All in all, he's a great, trustworthy guy and we've recommended him to friends and family.

Nick came out to spray our interior and exterior. He has come before for our routine maintenance. He is professional, prompt and always does an excellent job.

Great service! I called the day before and quickly received a quote that day with service scheduled for the next. The receptionist was great and helped me find a time that worked with my schedule. My technician, Karsten, was awesome too- very polite and professional. He did a great job explaining everything to me and took his time listening to my concerns. He was very thorough with his service and even helped me remove a couple spider webs! I will definitely be using Orange Pest Control again for service and requesting Karsten!
