This company is very professional and easy to work with.  The women that answers the phone was timely, very nice, and got back to me right when she said she would.  I had Wayne out to set up some traps in my house and he was beyond knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to sit down and explain everything to me.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

I am so glad our family found Simply Green, they are fantastic! They are quick to respond and are always professional. They even remember our customer service notes (e.g., wearing masks when they come inside the home) no matter who the technician is. Anytime we see a scorpion (which is literally just one or two a year, if that) it's dead as a doorknob and they will even come back for service just for good measure because I tend to spook easily after I come across a dead one. Highly recommend!

We recently signed up for the bi monthly service and are very happy so far. We did see an increase in bugs after the first visit, but they told us this was normal and expected, and now we've noticed fewer and fewer bugs outside and inside. Very professional as well!

I received pest control services from James Prater. He was very professional, explained everything he was doing, and made friendly chatter. The whole process was seamless. He even ended the service with a picture text of my fence showing it was closed and locked. Having a dog, this meant a lot. I will definitely be recommending James and Bulwark to friends.

We just started with Green Magic Pest Control and after first service took care of our bothersome ants. :) The technician, Jordan, took care of us and was very thorough and listened to our requests. We appreciate the attentiveness and respect they show to our property. Highly recommend!

What a great family owned company!
They do honest work and it's s not too expensive. I had a HUGE termite problem in my garage and Ben is so knowledgeable and so Reliable. Everyone that works at Soto's are kind and hard working. I'm telling you you won't be let down hiring Soto's pest and termite control. I know I wasn't!

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

We had another great experience with Bulwark today. A couple of days ago I called after seeing a spider in the house and when I called yesterday, they were able to get my tech out the next day! Not to mention that the gal on the phone was extremely friendly!

Joel Robertson, who we get every time, is the best tech! He is extremely nice, is great with my annoying dogs and I trust 100% in my home! I wouldn't switch to another company because of the level of service I get every time! Thanks Joel!!!

I am so pleased that I found Arizona Pest Solutions. I called about a possible rodent issue and they were able to come out for an inspection the next day. Jon came right on time and he was very kind, professional, and honest. He explained my options to me and was very detailed. Chris was great. I was confused when I wrote the bad review prior. Bad communication with the company on my end. He came by and found our we were moving in less than a month and pressed for the heat treatment. These guys are honest so put your trust in them. I didn't and made my life harder than it used to be. Communication is key. These guys mean business.

Found them and initiated communication via Yelp.  Ryan was prompt to respond and was really helpful and patient with all of my questions.  After our new backyard landscaping went in we hired to them spray pre/post emergent and they're scheduled to come back out for warranty spray (we had a bad case of spurge!)

Ryan and his staff are customer focused and a pleasure to work with.  They're communication is excellent and they are really accommodating with giving us a on our way call so we can bring the dogs in the house.

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

I had the best experience with Alex from Copper State Pest Management. He was on time and professional and very helpful. He knew exactly what the problem was and how to handle it and gave me a lot of helpful advice. We have terra cotta tile roof and he was very careful not to go on the roof or damage any roof tiles while he was inspecting. I highly recommend his company if you have any type of pest problem.

These guys are great, correction: AWESOME to work with!  Everyone I have interacted with from the company (so far the owner, a guy selling their services and the  field technicians) genuinely prioritize customer service.  Friendly, accommodating, patient, professional... I wish every company operated like Frontino Pest.

I am very happy with the quality of service from Pro Active Pest Control.  I signed up with them about a year ago and they have been nothing but outstanding. My technician, Matthew, has been great.  He arrives on time, asks about problems, and offers solutions to any issues I might be having.  He takes care of the service quickly and efficiently.  On my last service, he even sent me a text when he was done and let me know I had an amazon package on the front porch.  Now that's great customer service.
