Moved into my new house a few months ago, based on the reviews I called Insecteck to come out. (My previous provider couldn't or shall I say wouldn't come out for about a week as they weren't in my area till then, nevermind the 4 years of loyal service, I still didn't rate for an immediate investigation)

Zack came out as I found tiny ants in the home, he sprayed the house and did a thorough investigation of the outside too. Let's just say I have a very big fear of scorpions. No scorpions, but I did have a wolf spider problem. So he sprayed for those and added some other ingredients to ensure any critters were taken care of. Since it was a new house I am not sure of the critter issues, so better to be safe than sorry later.

He has been back out 2 more times and I have not seen 1 bug or web in my house and I no longer see any wolf spiders. I am impressed with how long it takes for him to ENSURE all is done correctly, he is not in and out in 2 minutes, he takes his time to make sure all is addressed. Can't ask for anything more than that.

Simply Green is hands down the best pest control in the Valley!  My husband and I moved into a house in Chandler and a few months ago saw a scorpion in the garage, we called Simply Green and they were able to come out the next day.  They sold us on the advantage of getting a yearly service with them which meant they would come out every other month and spray as well as come in between services if we see any more scorpions.

We knew that the previous owners of our house didn't keep up on the pest control so they mentioned to us that it might take a few treatments to fix our  small problem.  We had them come out on 7/5 for our bi-monthly service and since then we saw a few small ones in our house and after calling and speaking to Brittany she mentioned that they can't come back any shorter than 7 days from the service.  She called yesterday to check in and I told her we have seen 2 small ones, and she suggested they come out just to be safe. We have 3 small dogs and a baby so we wanted to make sure that our house was secure! (plus their product is safe for kids and babies)  

Shane came out to our house today and was extremely thorough in his service.  He walked through asking me where we have seen them, and said he would also do a dusting service outside.  I appreciate this company and every employee we have had at our house treats us like we are family!

I have been working with West Coast Pest Control for the past 4 weeks, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and its employees. I chose them based on their solid 5-star reviews, and it ended up being a great decision. Working with Wes was a breeze, he set up a plan for rodent services from start to finish, with 4 weekly visits to change out traps, and seal outs at the end. The guys showed up on time, with great attitudes and handled everything with a smile (even as they pulled out traps with rodents!). Jake and Frank are awesome, thorough, friendly, hard working, knowledgeable. They also handled the termite treatment at the same home. Wes was in contact with me throughout the entire process, I never had to worry about anything. At the very end of the process, they vacuumed and disinfected the area, a true start to finish solution. I highly recommend them for rodent and termite services.

Wayne at Truforce is outstanding, friendly and knowledgeable. He addressed our concerns when he came out to spray.  Because of Techs like Wayne I have been a very happy customer for all these years.

I know everyone is busy during this time of year, but it takes hours for someone to contact me back when we are having an issue. We've had a tech out 2 times in 2 weeks and I came home to a living room filled with ants everyone. They told me they never saw these type of ants in a house before? :-(  Service person is very nice, but we purchased regular service when we bought the home and are having constant issues. I really hope we can get this resolved.

I wanted to like Bulwark but they have really let us down. We have scorpions in our house so we contacted them to take care of it. We scheduled them to come out every other month. They also agree to come out again whenever you need them to.

When their tech came out, he walked around the interior of our home and sprayed doors and windows with an aerosol can. Then he sprayed the yard with a house using what appears to be Cy-kick, which we had already used ourselves without any luck. However, he used about 7 gallons of it whereas we were only using about 2 gallons per spraying so we hoped the higher concentration or saturation would help.

We have had them coming out for about 4 months now, with I think at least one out-of-rotation spraying. We still have scorpions. I have been stung twice and we are uncomfortable in our home because of this. The techs that come inside do not do a very thorough job, they just lightly spray the base of the doors and windows and they are gone in two minutes. They don't focus on fixtures, baseboards, outlets, or anything like that, just doors and windows. It always felt very rushed, like they just want to get on to the next customer.

Each time we had a spraying done by Bulwark, a different tech would show up, so each time we had to re-explain everything we wanted. It would be nice to have the same person every time so they could familiarize themselves with our property.

Because our problem has not subsided, we contacted a different company that specializes in scorpion removal, then called Bulwark to cancel our spraying. The person on the phone told us that we had a one year contract that we had to uphold and that we could not cancel. Neither myself nor my wife recall agreeing to a one year contract, so we asked them to produce a copy of said contract and email it to us. They told us it would be emailed that day but we never got it. I called the next day and they told us they were still looking for it. Three days later and we still don't have it. I'm assuming this is because it doesn't exist, because we didn't sign it. If it does exist, then my next assumption is that the first tech slipped it in without telling us, which would seem very underhanded.

I also told the person on the phone that we are still having significant scorpion problems, and I expressed my frustration with the various techs and less-than-thorough performance. He became very salesman like and tried to upgrade my service to monthly instead of every other month. I suppose if that is what it takes then that is fine, but it seemed like a pressured approach to sell more when we were unhappy with the service to begin with. So their money back guarantee is really a guarantee to sell you more. We did not get our money back or even an offer for it. He also told me that he would contact a specialist scorpion truck, who would then contact me and schedule a full detailed service, and that we get this service free with our service once per year. The call for that truck also never came; he said I would receive a call back within an hour to schedule the service. Its been a day at this point and still no scheduling call.

We believed we were scheduled for another regular spraying today. My wife stayed home from work to meet them. They didn't show or call. When we called to inquire about the status, they did not have a record of our appointment, so now they are trying to fit us in sometime. This has been a very frustrating experience - we just want the scorpions gone.

UPDATE:
One further problem: we got a bill from Bulwark threatening to send us to collections. As it turns out, they opened two different accounts for our one address, and our payment only applied to the first account. We had called about this before and they assured us that it was taken care of, but we still ended up getting bills. We were able to finally cancel our service today.

I had a bee hive form during late fall and they were not bothersome until this past month. I needed to get rid of the bees because the tree they built a home in died. I needed to cut down the dead tree. Matt was quick to respond and gave me a competitive price and a very good guarantee that the bees will be gone. He sent over Jordan to treat the bees that week. Jordan was very nice, very informative and really took his time with the job. Jordan and Matt advised me if the bees do come back they guarantee their work and they will come back and treat the area. I would highly recommend these guys!

Soto's Pest and Termite Service is absolutely the best. Ben is a highly personal person who has years of experience and shares this experience with you. He is a no nonsense but nice person to be around and he is efficient, neat and courteous. I believe his son handles the scheduling/appointments and he has certainly learned with customer service should look like. He is considerate on the phone and easy to work with...even if I forgot that Ben was going to show up early and I was FAST ASLEEP...they never made a thing about it, just re-scheduled and came back to take care of my little termite family. I have used Ben for about three years and have always appreciated his service.

Talk about a supportive crew! Moving into a new home I was worried about unwanted guest and they  talked to me about what goes into their products.
Very communicative, easy scheduling and want to make sure the family and pets are safe. Will be using again.

We recently had a scorpion invasion when they started building new homes next to ours! I called AZ Pest solutions and they came quickly!! They have been spraying for us over the last 3 months and are very much affordable. We've only had 1 more scorpion show up and he was already dying in the garage. I would highly recommend!

We recently used Arizona Heat to get rid of our bedbugs.  While the technician thought our infestation was small enough to be treated with just chemicals, we elected to do a heat treatment in the bedroom in addition to the chemicals (I didn't really like the idea that we would keep getting bites for the next month with just the chemicals).  

Pros:
-They killed all of the bed bugs.  It's been more than a month so I think we're in the clear.
-They showed up when they said they would and were always polite and professional.  They were also able to accommodate our schedule pretty well and get us on the calendar within a few days.
-I like the 1 year warranty that comes with the heat treatment.  I always like to do business with a company that stands behind their work.  
-The heat treatment did not do any damage.  I read some horror stories on the internet about people who don't know what they're doing causing significant structural damage so I was a little nervous about this part.  

Cons:
-It took me 3 emails/phone calls over several days to get a check list of what needed to be done in order to prep for the treatment.  By the time I got someone to email it to me, it was 6 PM the night before our service which meant that I was up super late preparing.
-We were instructed to put items that could be damaged by the heat treatment into boxes which would be removed from the room by the tech and placed into chemically treated boxes in the garage.  While we boxed everything up and pointed out the boxes to the tech, they were never removed from the room.  I had all of my photo albums and some electronics in there and would have been devastated if they got destroyed.  Fortunately nothing super important got ruined but I feel like we got lucky.  Please don't promise me one thing and do another.

Overall, I feel like the good outweighed the bad for our experience but as I selected AZ Heat because of the reviews/careful process that they outline, I was a little disappointed in the execution.

Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I work community management and he has been servicing a few of my communities through my landscape contractor for years. I recently had the pleasure of meeting Ryan in person to inspect one of my properties which is battling a large weed issue. Ryan was prompt and took his time walking the entire community explaining the issues and his recommendations.

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

We've had Alex spray our home for the past 4 years. He has a ton of experience and has always been able to address our pest issues. I really appreciate the fact that Alex is respectful of our time and our home. He always shows up on time and puts on booties without us having to ask. He's also great with pets and the product he uses isn't harmful to them. All in all, he's a great, trustworthy guy and we've recommended him to friends and family.

Our house was vacant for 6 months before we moved in, so it needed some serious attention. Frontino got us on the books extremely quickly and their proactive communication was impeccable. Brandin showed up right on time, made everything easy to understand, and got the job done quickly. Long lasting and safe treatments were used, super friendly service, and you can tell he cares about his customers. I'm not sure why anyone in the valley would choose a different company.

It has been a very long time since I have experienced the type of customers service I received from Jacob and his trainee.  He truly cares about what he does and the customer.  Jacob gave just correct level of information in terms I could understand, kept posted of his arrival time and left me a thank you on my door.  Attention ProActive-  you are well served and represented by Jacob.
