Best Pest Control Services in Phoenix, AZ

I recently moved into a newly built home and wanted a pest control service to treat the property proactively so I hopefully don't develop a problem later. I saw numerous great reviews for Urban Desert on Nextdoor. I called a received a quick, reasonable quote over the phone so I scheduled the first treatment.

The dude showed up on time and explained the entire process politely and in plain language, without a bunch of industry jargon that I likely wouldn't understand anyway. He completed the service efficiently and left. A short while later I received a follow-up email from the company with the bill and an inquiry about how pleased I was with the service.

I am just getting started with them, but so far all of the Urban Desert folks I have dealt with have been great and made this as painless as something can be. I now know why they get such great reviews. If you have a bug problem or don't have bugs, but don't want them call Urban Desert. You will likely be as pleased as I am.

Zack just came by to investigate some ugly termite tubes in my laundry room.  He was so very kind and knowledgeable and gave us the straight scoop.  Much appreciate his thoroughness and honesty and we will be Insectek clients from now on!

Our experience with Simply Green so far has been wonderful. Josh who answered all our questions before we decided to proceed was fantastic, he followed up the next day which we appreciated and scheduled our initial visit the next day! Vernon who came to the house and spray the indoor and outdoor perimeter of the entire house was fabulous too!  We hope the bugs see the invisible super Green shield protecting the house and backyard and not come in!!!

This is a great company! The best part about them is their integrity. They're willing to educate people about pests whether they make a sale or not. All their techs are knowledgeable and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend this company.

Wayne at Truforce is outstanding, friendly and knowledgeable. He addressed our concerns when he came out to spray.  Because of Techs like Wayne I have been a very happy customer for all these years.

I had Bill's help me out at my house and business.  Both situations were seamless.  They had great prices, communication and they were on time!!  Being on time is my biggest pet peeve with companies and they were great.  Definitely recommend!

First time using this company and I am happy with my service. Only down fall was they missed our initial appointment but happily rescheduled. Nicholas Arkills was very friendly and informative.

Matthew and his services have been great. We just moved to AZ about a month ago and hired him to help with Scorpions, ants and mosquitoes. We initially found one scorpion in our home when we first moved in, I contacted Green Magic late that night and Matthew replied back to me within minutes and was out the next day to start our pest control. We've seen no scorpions inside since he has sprayed.
He's very professional and courteous and does a great job; he even goes out of his way to make sure we are completely covered between services. We appreciate the work he does and will continue to use him.

They do honest work and it's s not too expensive. I had a HUGE termite problem in my garage and Ben is so knowledgeable and so Reliable. Everyone that works at Soto's are kind and hard working. I'm telling you you won't be let down hiring Soto's pest and termite control. I know I wasn't!

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

I've had Bulwark for about 9 months now and am really starting to think they are spraying stuff that attracts bugs rather than kill them. We signed up for the scorpion service, and am being charged 60$ a month to include monthly service and any service in between if there are problems. Well it's getting to the point where we are calling every week. Everytime we call they try and tell us,with an extra 25$ we can get the scorpion treatment. WTH?! We signed up for the scorpion treatment from the get go and need these things gone! We have little ones in the house and it's gotten worse in the 9 months! So basically 600$ later and the scorpions have gotten worse, not better! And they still try and up sell us. And also crickets as well. Not sure what these guys are using, but they say they specialize in scorpion treatment but really just think they come out so people have the piece of mind. I'm trying to stick it out since they keep making promises, and will update my review if it gets better, but at this point if you have scorpions stay away from bulwark.

Found Termite on my house for the first time and looking for a right contractor for the job. Jon came out to the house to give an estimate but he got mad and stormed off after I told him that I have to talk to other contractor to get more bid/understanding about the termite treatment before continue with the treatment. Very unprofessional and would not recommend

We had problems with bed bugs around two years ago and Arizona Heat Pest Services Took care of the problem and gave us a one and a half year warranty. They were very accommodating and professional and solve the problem. We came back from vacation a month ago and I woke up to welts on my arms that were quite similar to the ones I had had when we had bedbugs. Of course, I was really worried that they were back. I also worried that if I called the serviceThat check for free they might just come up with bedbugs weather we had them or not to get the extra business. So I checked ahead of time, In the exact same way they had,to make sure that I couldn't see anything. Then I called Arizona he passed services again to come out and check. Remarkably, Austin Peck was the same person who had helped us two years before and remembered us. I was surprised that he had such a good memory and knew exactly where he had solved the problem in the past and what to look for. Fortunately, after he checked, he said we did not have bedbugs and it turned out that I had poison oak from our hiking on our vacation. Because I am now convinced of their honesty and trustworthiness and their ability to get the job done, I recommend this company and specifically, Austin Peck.

Great service. We have 1/4 acre lot and with working 2 jobs I didn't have the time to fight the battle against the weeds in our front and back yard. Called Custom Weed & Pest Control to setup an appointment and afterwards it took about 2 weeks for the weeds to wilt away. Our yard looks great again and I love the 6 month warranty. We will definitely use this company again at the end of our warranty.

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

Had cockroaches, ants, moths... called in and someone was out the next day. Compared with another national brand and another local place and Frontino was less than 1/2 the price. They were also really friendly. Roaches showed up again due to all the rain we had had, called Frontino and they were back out in 2 days at no additional cost. Since then, no more roaches, moths, OR ants!  Great business!

I called Orange Pest Control after the first company that came to get rid of scorpions in our Gilbert home only resulted in us finding nearly 50 more each week. Tyler T. came out the next day and not only sprayed thoroughly inside and out, but also set sticky traps and used a pesticide dust around the exterior. He followed up frequently and I felt so much better seeing fewer scorpions immediately. Within a month they were extremely scarce, if any. I have since had Orange treat my rental home in San Tan Valley for spiders with the same great results. Their prices are the best I've found and they guarantee their work. They are a small business and the pride in their work shows, and I feel comfortable having them in and around my home and kids when they are working.

After an ant infestation, I reached out to Pro Active. Sawyer was great and very clear about how their service works, and he got me set up for an appointment the next day. I was very happy with my first inspection and treatment. Damian and Joseph explained everything in detail before they started and were professional yet friendly. I was very comfortable with the whole process, and since I decided to sign up for bi-monthly service, I'm grateful to feel my home will be in good hands with Pro Active going forward.
