I started using Urban Desert after last summer after I  ended 10-year relationship with a previous company because of the tech they sent me which was the last straw.

I had scorpions outside, didn't think about worrying too much until I had noticed two inside and in garage. Brad was friendly, curtious, and completed the job right. I also have lots of spiders outdoors and flying insects due to the fact I'm near a canal. Killing scorpions food should reduce the amount but takes time. I was only killing about 2-3 per night outside after his first application, down from 8-15. Our community has higher than normal scorpion trouble, and you can see us outside at night hunting. I called again about two months later as he mentioned there really wasn't a need as the chemicals are designed to last.  I was only killing 0-1 a night for few days, which was better than before.  It got colder out so maybe they were in hiding. I used Brad a third time last week.  I recently adopted a dog and was concerned about the chemical application. He explained the process and steps to keep my pet safe.  I went outside to hunt after his application, I had none on my house, but my neighbor had one.

P. S.  Brad even takes his shoes off indoors. I may have requested it long ago or he simply noticed my set up. It's the attention to those details that are important to me.

Marshall came to my home and did an amazing job. He didn't skimp on the pesticide and he is super friendly! I noticed right away and was happy. I am amazed each time I get a new guy that comes out each one does a great job. The little blue booties that are worn tell me that they respect your home. I am currently favoring Marshall so I hope I get him again! Fingers crossed!

We came home after a five day trip to discover that we had mice/roof rats in the walls!!  I called this morning, explained my issue, and Craig at the office had Lance at my house this afternoon.  Craig honored the Yelp coupon that was available, which was really great!

When Lance arrived, he was extremely polite and he listed to me explain our situation.  He sprayed outside, set up some traps inside, and gave me some extra glue traps to set up if I so desired.  Because it was such a last minute job (I was freaking out and desperately wanted someone out as soon as possible), Lance didn't have everything he wanted to set up for me.  He worked with my schedule to get an appointment set up for this Saturday to have additional traps and bait stations set up.  Once that occurs, I will do an updated review (if I remember *LoL*).

All in all, the service has already been phenomenal!! =D

This is the third pest control company I have used in the valley and they are amazing and the best I have used! The technicians do such an fantastic job in and outside the home. As others have stated they are very professional, knowledgeable, and explain everything very clearly. We have noticed a difference quickly, especially with scorpions, and with 1 year old and 2 dogs, its important to keep those things out of the house. I have and will recommend Green Magic to friends and family!

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

When huge outdoor roaches started to enter our house consistently for the first time in the 10+ years we've lived in our home, I had to draw the line. Based on Yelp reviews, I chose Bulwark. I called and spoke to a pleasant person and, within two days, Nick from Bulwark was out here right on time. He thoroughly treated the inside and outside of our home, removing and replacing electric outlet face plates to do so. He had explained what he'd do and how it would be effective. After he finished, he showed me where the problem areas were, how he dealt with those problems, what to expect, and what specific areas to point out to the technician that would do the next treatment. He was professional and congenial. The roaches I've seen since the treatment have been dead and they've been outside. I wholeheartedly recommend Bulwark Exterminating to anyone in need of this type of service.

John reached out via Yelp.  He was able to come right away to inspect & provide us the help we needed for our pest problem.  He is very knowledgeable.  We have had success using there services.

Arizona Heat Pest is the go-to company for bedbugs.  

A horrible infestation in the home of one of my client's has been completely wiped out now for over a month - no sights, no bites. The home had been infested for well over a year by bugs that had lived through a couple exterminations by other companies during that time. Chris was absolutely no trouble to deal with - he was accessible and accommodating, answering all of our questions politely and patiently throughout the entire process. He explained what they were going to do, made his own suggestions based on the individual circumstances, spent time to educate us, speculated respectfully about where the previous companies may have gone wrong, etc. And he was not pushy. Total gentleman the whole time.

Bedbugs seem to be a growing and rampant problem in the valley. The common person (meaning the people who have them) really doesn't know much about bedbugs or how to treat them, and is consequently an easy target for exploitation especially since people become very desperate in this predicament. Trying to distinguish one company from another will prove to be extremely frustrating and overwhelming. Too often it appears people are typically screwed over by some fly-by-night company offering a multi-year warranty and closing up shop in six months, only to open a new business under a new name so they can screw over new people. Don't waste your time. These guys are the jackpot. They are a small, family-run business whose aim is to ensure the job is done right with no stone is left unturned. They will do a free inspection and shoot straight with you.

I recommend them with no reservations whatsoever. Bedbugs are a real nightmare. People deserve to know which companies have integrity. Trust me, you won't go wrong with these guys.

What can I say --- they made difficult circumstances easy.  I've been self-quarantining for weeks now, but could see the weeds were making their move even if I hadn't been out of the house for a while.  I was able to schedule an appointment with one of their techs, who made it a point to ring my doorbell just to let me know he had arrived.  A short time later I paid with my trusty credit card --- all without leaving the security of my home.  Thanks so much for working with me on this!

Alex and the entire crew at a copper state are super awesome! I've had pesky wasps at my pool for a few summers and alex has been diligent in trying all sorts of things to get rid of them. It's tricky because we don't know where they're coming from, but he has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND continually to get rid of them. He's also been spraying my house and property for a couple of years now. I have no complaints! Alex is simply awesome.

Shopped around a lot of pest control places and they were the best deal. Friendly and reliable.

Alec was at our house on time and meticulously removed cobwebs and sprayed outside the house as we requested.

Pro Active Pest Control answered the phone the first time I called.  I told Jeff what the problem was and they scheduled me for the very next day. Andy came out and he was very professional.  He called the day before to let me know he will be coming to do my house the next day.  He called the day of service to notify me of when he will be there.  He presented his business card right away in case I needed anything.  During the time he was here I was asking him to please look at this,  please spray here, will you be doing this or that, and he always said yes, (with a smile).   He even called the day after to check in and see if there were any problems.  There were none.   Customer Service is Still Alive!   I highly recommend (and I never give 5 stars unless they are perfect) Pro Active Pest Control.
