Great tree service! Trimmed up my large Acacia quickly and cost-effectively. I will definitely be giving Roy another call whenever I need more tree trimming.

I requested a quote through Yelp and Andy came out the same day (on a Sunday) to give me a quote to remove a bottle-brush tree and stump. I received a very reasonable quote and scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out.  We had to reschedule once, due to inclement weather, and Andy kept in contact with me every step of the way.  The team at Veteran Family Tree Service was very professional and did an excellent job protecting my house when taking the tree down and when grinding the stump (the tree was right next to the house in my courtyard).   They also cleaned up exceptionally well after they were done.  I will definitely be contacting Andy and his team for all my future tree needs.

Arborcraft tree service was very easy to contact and to set up an appointment to get a bid on the work we needed done.  Two big trees needed trimmed and we needed a consultation on the roots growing into grass area. We decided to get trees trimmed and they gave us some ideas how to deal with tree roots. Decided not to trim roots.  They arrived the next day and did a great job.  Brian and his crew trimmed up trees nicely and cleaned up completely.  I highly recommend Arborcraft tree service.  Professional tree service who does the job right.

I had Arbor Care Tree Service come out a trim back two ash trees in my backyard that had a bunch of old dead growth. Both trees were easily 30 to 40 feet tall so I definitely didn't feel comfortable doing this myself. Their crew came out with about 5 guys who cleaned up both trees in about 3 hours. We filled up their dump truck to the top with all the dead growth. Their price was fair including the dump fee. Much cheaper than I expected especially considering the manpower they threw at this project. They also seemed to work very safe wearing helmets and pulling  branches down with ropes away from from my home.

Great company.   It was refreshing to work with a great contractor.    Was quoted a fair price by submitting pictures of the tree.   They showed up on time, did a great job and charged the quoted price.      Highly recommend.

This crew was on time, communicated well, were respectful to my property, did the job they were here to do, and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone needing tree/stump removal.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

I am very pleased with the job these guys did. Tree and stump removal for the best price I could find. I compared 8 tree removal services and Bassett Tree Service had the best price by a wide margin. The guys were quick and did a great job cleaning up the yard after the job was done. I highly recommend them.

Two gentlemen showed up and did an excellent job.  They trimmed 5 palm trees in no time and did a great clean up job after.  The first time I had this done by another company and they left my pool a mess with much debris.  These guys considered the pool and the shrubbery around.

I guess the minimum you can select is one star or I'd choose zero.  Based on all of the great reviews and what I've seen in the past couple days, I believe that this company must have changed hands.  They cannot be the same people who got those reviews.
The attached phone number provided on this Yelp page no longer works.  There is a very simplistic web page provided, however, that includes a new number which I called and left a message.  I'd like a tree removed in my front yard.
I got no return call, so I called again the next day.  To keep this short, they do not show up when you make an appointment nor do they call to let you know they're not coming,  Then when you call them, first they act like they've never heard of you, then they apologize and say they'll be there in two hours.  Nope, no show and no call.  I don't think these can be the same people who got good reviews.  Nothing worse than waiting a day and a half for someone who says they'll be there and never shows up or calls.

Hands down, best landscaping experience I've had in the valley.

I've owned my home for three years. First landscapers I used overcharged me and didn't bring the river rocks that were agreed upon with the price.
Second landscapers I used charged $140 to do the front yard alone, including their weed killer. The weeds didn't even turn yellow, definitely didn't die, and they have terrible reviews on here (which I didn't see) for an unprofessional manner from the boss (You can find the company on Yelp pretty easily). I WILL say that I didn't have that experience with them; the boss was cordial. But that's besides the point; they were overpriced and their weed killer didn't work.
The third landscaper I called no-showed twice.

Finally, FINALLY I called Valle Verde Lawn Care. And I am so glad I did. I wish I'd called them three years ago.
Firstly--Val, the man who answered the phone, was polite, kind, and quick to respond. He always texted me back with kind words, and I had an estimate THAT DAY.
They looked all around, were very polite, and quoted me at a VERY reasonable price to do the front and backyards for $235. That's right--giant back yard that needed weeds cleaned, trees pulled, a giant tree trimmed, tons of bushes trimmed...my backyard was a disaster due to this giant tree I have dropping all of its leaves. This also included sprucing up the front yard, cleaning weeds, trimming bushes and pulling more dead bushes. AND spraying weed killer for the front yard, back yard and side yard! After speaking with my parents and friends, they confirmed that this was a FANTASTIC price.

The family showed up today on time, with smiles. Yes, it's a family business, which I love supporting even more. They spent several hours cleaning, taking their time, and even had me LOOK AROUND to see if there was anything else I wanted done or fixed before they finished. First time that has EVER happened to me.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

Moved our 3 bedroom home  to our new house in about 8 hours. The team worked hard and were great to work with. Had some minor damage issues but they were resolved. Bryan and his team were great. I would recommend to anyone

Thr arborist Paul that was assigned to give me a quote calls on Easter during dinner and wants to come over on Easter Monday. I told him my faith celebrates Easter and Easter Monday and to call back on Tuesday after the season is over. While speaking with him he was very snarky making a comment he's been to my place hundreds of times. If ge's been here hundreds if times, why does he need to come over to give me a quote? Normally after a couple times, I'm able to remember the beautiful trees I see. He never called back and Amanda who runs  the Customer Service Relations for the company tells me the quote would be taken care of. Nada a week later. I've moved on.
