This is the best plumbing company I have ever used Jason couldn't have been more helpful or professional I will never use a different plumbing company again

They did a great job handling a weird emergency on a Saturday.  Everyone was thorough and professional and nice.  I didn't get other estimates, since no one else I called could even come today, but the price was less than I expected.  I will definitely use them again.

We had a minor toilet leak and a couple of slow draining sinks.  Robert is awesome!  He repaired everything quickly and now it all looks and works better than it ever did.  Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Had Jason come out and look at a few plumbing issues, he was very friendly, communicative in how he was resolving issue and and even played played with our dog. I would recommend Lawson Family Plumbing and Jason to anyone asking.

Our tenant called on Sunday afternoon to let us know that the shower handles had broken off, and that water was leaking through the ceiling in the kitchen down below.I called Chris  he asked if it was okay if they came up the next morning, as they still had several jobs to do that evening.  Our tenant said that the water had stopped dripping, so we felt pretty safe in saying yes. Larry made arrangements to go out the next morning, but our tenant didn't answer. He kindly and patiently made arrangements to go back the next day, and replace the faulty shower valve. He even hooked us up with a restoration company to deal with the floor, wall and ceiling damage.  his is the second time we have used them, and we won't hesitate to use them again.

They were so nice and speedy to fix my leaking washer!! I will be calling them again!

New homeowners, noticed a water discoloration spot on our ceiling a week after moving in. Lawson Family Plumbing was able to have somebody out the very next day - did a review of the plumbing in the house and determined there was no issue, must of been an older stain or from a previously fixed leak we noticed. Not only this, they helped us increase the hot water temp and checked some other odds and ends plumbing things in the home - at no charge! The technician David was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and made us feel much more at ease. Will be using Lawson Family Plumbing for any future plumbing work.

We were away from our home for a few weeks during travel and our tenant advised us that there was no hot water. We contacted ProSkill (we've used them before)...  Ryan came out and replaced the water heater (Bad gas valve) within 2 hrs!  Great service and a fair price...   Thanks!

We relocated to Phoenix & decided to update our Biltmore patio home. Unfortunately, we encountered every hiccup on a remodel you can imagine including new sewer lines. Elite Rooter came out & installed new sewer pipe with a high tech devise of threading the new pipe w/out having to jackhammer the entire interior floor. Frank & Soros were meticulous & thorough doing what needed to be done. They went above & beyond to make the experience as pleasant ( which is a feat in itself) & effective as possible as quickly as possible. They spent extra time & hours to determine where the issue was to repair & pass inspection even though it was the inferior plumbing work previously done.

I strongly recommend Elite Rooter & their staff to repair your plumbing issues & in a timely manner with as little disruption as possible.

Anyways..  Brian was great.  Found my water heater leaking and he came out the next morning.  Just quick and easy for me..

They didn't want to to give me a bid price. I was surprised because they had good reviews. I understand when diagnosing a problem, a plumber has to be on site to give a price quote. But I called it to try and get a basic price for what it would cost to remove an old toilet and install a new toilet. That should be a simple price quote, and able to be completed by any field tech over a phone call. Or at least it was for the other companies I called to get comparison price quotes. I don't want to have someone come into my home to give me a price quote on something that can be done over the phone. So, unfortunately I won't be able to use this company... Since they didn't want to even offer a price for a simple procedure like replacing a toilet over the phone. :(

Great service for our irrigation system! We had valves replaced and from the estimate through replacement we received texts throughout the process. Service was professional and courteous! Would highly recommend for your water needs!

First off I would like to say that 5 stars is not even close to the rating I would give this company! This company deserves a much higher rating to match their work! We had a house full of people the day before thanksgiving when the toilets backed up! We called them that afternoon and they had someone out within the hour. With the stress of the holidays and then the plumbing issues the owner took his time and helped us with some options on getting the work done. He stayed with us and was very patient while we made our decision. I can honestly say they made a stressful situation a lot easier to handle! I would like to thank the owner, Adrian and Daniel for all their hard work! I would definitely recommend this company and will be sure to use them with any plumbing needs we may have in the future!!

I noticed some water damage when removing trim for a project.  Jordan was super quick and easy to confirm an appointment with and seemed very knowledgeable.

Had a kitchen sink drain that was stopped. Called on a Sunday was able to get service the same day with no extra charge. Friendly helpful staff thank you.

I am happy with Adam who arrived within the time frame and the price was as quoted. He was kind, quick and knowledgeable. I have a home warranty and refused to use it as they only send 1 & 2 Star rated suppliers. Plumbing is too important to leave up to chance!  I will use Option One for my future needs and the needs of my clients (I'm a House Mgr).  Thanks Adam!

We could not be happier with our experience with Hays. They were extremely quick to reply and get us a tech to the house. Within 2 days they came out, quoted and fixed the issues we were having. Jason was our tech and he was kind, professional and really set us up for success.

Called this morning and Brendan was at our house in less than an hour. He was very nice and explained what he found and what he did. Hopefully I will not need a plumber for a long time but if I do, I will be calling King again!
