Complicated faucet exchange but they were nice, thorough, and did a great job. Would call them again for next project.

Had a leak under the kitchen sink. Called at 11am and they were onsite at 1pm. Garbage disposal leak. Replaced and cleaned up in an hour. They don't rip you off with a trip charge and provide timely and professional service. They are my plumber of choice.

Stellar service! I had a broken faucet valve and messaged Chris at 11pm to see if he could fix it the next day. When I woke up at 6 the next day he had always sent me a quote and said he could be here that day. He was on time, did a thorough job and was up front with the cost, which was very reasonable. We even had him estimate a couple other plumbing projects we had in mind while he was here. Will definitely call him again.

Recently had an estimate from these guys. Super high Yelp AND BBB ratings. Tech showed up: no mask no gloves no social distancing. I was very disappointed AND unpleasantly surprised. I did not allow him inside. He was here about 5 mins and did email me a quote but I would not be comfortable having them back. Clearly they are not concerned with others health.

I didn't want to leave a negative review but I still can't get over my explanation why I was being overcharged. Also, I want people to know how ProSkill does business.
So my renter's told me their thermostat stopped working. I called ProSkill because I heard good things about them. I typically perform repairs on my rental myself as I am a contractor but I was out of town. My renter told me ProSkill was at my house in less than 10 minutes and had the thermostat replaced within 10 minutes (as I would expect). Unfortunately, it wasn't a programmable thermostat as that was what I had in the house. I had the renter send me a picture of the thermostat and I could tell it was a $19 Honeywell. The tech called me when he left the house and said it will be $139. Now this may not sound expensive to you but when you have rental house's, every dollar in maintenance and repairs add up. Let's break down that $139 for 10 minutes of work. The thermostat is $19 from home depot, which ProSkill probably gets them for $15. That leaves $124 in 10 minutes of labor from the technician. At this point I wasn't too upset about the charge but my renter was unhappy with the non programmable thermostat. I personally prefer non programmable thermostats but I'll do most anything that's easy to keep my renter's happy. So I called the manager or owner of ProSkill to explain why I wasn't too excited about the excessive charge for a cheap thermostat. After about 30 minutes of arguing it finally came out that his excessive charge for a cheap thermostat was because he's in the business of making money. As soon as I heard that, I was done. I don't know about you, but I think a company like ProSkill should be in the business of making the customer happy... the money part comes later.
Needless to say I had ProSkill go back to the house and remove their thermostat.
I ended up installing the Nest a couple weeks later and we're pretty happy with it.
If you choose ProSkill, get an estimate and remember, he's in the business to make money. Who knows, maybe the owner was just having a bad day or just didn't like me questioning his cheap thermostat and his $750/hr rates...

Good job Stephen and Jr. They unclogged my backed up bathroom sink drain. They continued different methods until we had success. I appreciate their customer service and honoring the quoted price of $77.  Along with a 30 day guarantee,  this was a good deal. I will use this company for future needs.

Best of the best! We needed to get our water softener removed and pipe bounding done. Very quickly I heard back from Dianna, who scheduled an appointment for the following day to get a quote. Brian came out on time, even sent a message notifying us that he was en route. He evaluated the work needed to be done, provided us a quote and was back few days later to get is all done. We had a totally collapsed portion of a sewer lateral from our 1950's home.  It did take 2 days to get an initial consult scheduled, but once I was actually talking to a live person rather than just texting/Yelp messaging, they got me on the calendar for the following day.  They diagnosed the problem very quickly and sent a camera down the drain to locate the exact portion that had collapsed.  They scoped all three of our contributing laterals since I had paid for the one that was problematic to ensure there weren't additional issues on the horizon.  Braydon & Jamal started the following morning digging out the necessary areas for them to access the pipes that needed replacing.  They were quick, courteous, and extremely tidy at the end of the day, sweeping their work area and blocking off the area to ensure it was safe overnight.  They did wonderful work and I'm as pleased as anyone can be when having to pay for new sewer pipes.

I noticed some water damage when removing trim for a project.  Jordan was super quick and easy to confirm an appointment with and seemed very knowledgeable.

Prompt response, scheduled to arrive at 8:00 the following morning and techs arrived on time.  We were having problems with our water heater, only to learn there had been a fire within the safety valves.  The techs showed us the damage and quoted us to remove the old unit and replace with a higher efficiency model.  Within hours of arrival the old unit was removed and hauled away and the new unit was installed along with a new line to replace the previous flex line that did not meet code requirements.  Excellent customer service, knowledge and response time.

Timothy C. arrived on time and cleared a kitchen line in our 50 year old residence.  Option One has been doing this for us for the past 12 years about every 2 years.  Grease buildup is the problem.  They recommended a hydro jet treatment if the problem occurs in less than 2 years.  Absolutely no upsell on the drain cleaning and everything is functioning very well.

Recently had them come out to do a pre summer check on my A/C. Were very polite over the phone and in person. Will use next time :-)

They sent a seasoned plumber who said that he did not like the price that I would be charged to change an outside spigot. So he gave me a lower price. Was not sure if this is a line that he tells everyone. Not happy about the price. On the first try, the fitting leaked. The second try worked.
