Though we were unable to use their service, as we are requesting a job they don't perform, Yelp still suggested we contact them.

Within just a few minutes, the owner kindly informed me that the service we were requesting isn't something that they do but didn't hesitate to inform me of the type of plumber I should look for to help save us money.

It's great to see that even with so many hurting economically during these hard times that there are still good, honest people out there who will guide people in the right direction. Thank you Chris for your honesty and your assistance.

I can't  say enough amazing things about Diamondback Plumbing, specifically Brian and Barry. Two other companies were out before them to clear a cast iron shower drain in an older home, neither successful and quoted more than 6k to fix. I called for a 3rd opinion, and am I glad I did. They came out the same day, we're professional, polite, and I felt comfortable immediately. They were confident in their ability and reassuring they would do all they could. They were successful in doing what everyone else said couldn't be done, all for under $190. I've already begun recommending them to my family and friends. They've earned a customer for life. In addition, their entire team was fantastic, from the friendly girl who answered the phone, to the scheduler. Bravo Diamondback plumbing! You exceeded my expectations by a mile. A+

I'm so grateful for EH Services. I had three companies come out to my house to fix a plumbing issue in our kitchen - and all three were unsuccessful. Forth time was a charm. Robert and Eric were great. Tried a lot of different things and finally fixed the problem.

On time. Professional. And went above and beyond to figure out what exactly was going on. Will definitely use again.

Update 2/3/2016: Used them again today for a leaky tub. Robert was excellent! Fast, honest, clean, knowledgable and professional.

We had several experts out to find the source of random, intermittent sewer odors in the house, even going so far as to do a sewer line video and smoke test.  The experts were never able to get to the bottom of it, and the smells persisted.  After tons of research, I called Lawson Family Plumbing.  They did what the other experts did, but better.  They found three or four major issues nobody else found.  The house is now free of the sewer smells.  Tim knows how to do a thorough smoke test, which others cut corners on.  I hope we never have another issue like this again, but if we do, I will not hesitate to call Lawson Family Plumbing again.

Excellent service! Called them for my aging parents and they took care of everything, even coming out on a Sunday morning. My parents were very satisfied. I was satisfied knowing I have a plumber I can trust in taking care of any of their plumbing needs. I'll be using them again.

Another great experience with Bumble Bee!  We needed a toilet replaced & they were reliable, trustworthy, and diligent in their work.  They gave us a quote on their supplies; if we bought a toilet they had on hand, we would have gotten a more extensive warranty, but we ended up purchasing a toilet from Home Depot. Their installation is under warranty.  They went to shop with me, inspected the packaging inside & out, and transported it back to my home to be installed.  Jesus & Steven were so courteous and knowledgeable.  They inspected some other areas of concern for us and gave use reasonable price estimates & advice for our next projects.  We belong to their membership program, so we saved over $50 today.  I always feel taken care of with Bumble Bee. Looking forward to doing more work in the future with them.

Craig of Lawson Family Plumbing installed a bathtub and shower for us who did an excellent job. He was very conscientious, did excellent work, and even cleaned up thoroughly. I recommend this Company.

We have been using ProSkill since moving into our home in 2015 and have an annual service contract with them.  They are very professional and friendly.  Daniel just serviced our RO unit and other items that are included with the contract.  He stayed a little longer to repair one of our toilets and I was very pleased with the work.  He is obviously very dedicated to his employer and profession.

Let's start by saying this company is the best plumming company I've ever had. Keith was so professional and one straight up dude. Never lied or tried to upsell me he is beyond incredible and awesome!!!!Brian and Greg his workers I don't have words for these guys they hard are workers and so nice and made me and my family feel so comfortable and let it be known my issue wasn't small I was placed in a hotel and these guys are hell of a workers they kicked ass!!! Dave came out to repair my clogged toilet in our guest bathroom this morning. He was on time and very responsive and very reasonably priced.

Michael (the owner) came out to replace an old hose bib (faucet) that had begun to leak badly. He arrived on time, calling beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He showed up masked, and even put on booties for the inside work. Replacing the faucet required opening up an interior wall to get at the plumbing. Access was awkward, requiring either removal of a toilet tank or working underneath a built-in desk. He opened the wall from the desk side (saving me money on parts & labor), working in the cramped space below the desk. He also installed an access door, which hid the hole nicely and allows future access if needed. The faucet itself is from a US manufacturer, appears well-made, and is easy to turn (which my wife will appreciate). He did such a great job I asked if he could replace our other outside faucet, and he was able to do that on the same visit, giving us a discount since a second trip wasn't needed. The whole job took him only three hours, and I felt the cost was quite reasonable. I'm very pleased with the work done, and would definitely hire Element Plumbing for any future plumbing work.

I just moved in to my new house used Yelp to help find a licensed plumber. I need a new regulator on my built in gas grill. Sound plumbing responded and came to my home for a quote. Brian was on time and came back the next day with the parts and completed the installation. Thanks now I can have a house warming party.

Eden was super-helpful in getting a new faucet & new shut-off valves installed.  Pricing was good and installation was quick and looks great.  Will use again.

My water softer was leaking from a connection at the top. There initially was a miscommunication about the time Allegiant Water Service was supposed to arrive for my appointment. They waived the service call fee as a result. They were very professional and took care of the job and gave recommendations for the future. I will absolutely reach out to them again for any needs that may come up.

We had a water main break in our front yard. Isaac came out within an hour and found the break. He worked well past sundown to get us hooked up with temporary water. They came back the next day and replaced our whole line. They did a great job and cleaned up well after themselves. I will be calling them next time I need plumbing done!

This is the only plumbing company I use. Honest straight forward approach. Today Nick came out today and simply tightened the leaking faucet. Recommend replacement in the future with an explanation to help me understand the value.

OK, the supervisor came out and did a good install, no leaks and it doesn't wobble. Had he only come the first time we could have avoided a YEAR of TROUBLE and frustration. I'll give them another star for finally taking care of me.

Our A/C unit started squealing last night.  After reading a few reviews last night I called Hays.  Even though they don't open until 7:00 AM, I called at 6:45 hoping someone could help ASAP; especially since they temp had climbed from 76 to 84.  They answered & were very courteous  .  They took my info and had a scheduler call me back.  They were able to fit me in for a 5-7 PM time slot which was better than any of the other companies I checked that were at least 2-3 days out.  I was pleasantly surprised when they called back at 2:20 & said they could have someone here in 45 min.  Jerry S. came right away; found the problem & replaced the capacitor. While I was on the phone with my husband explaining the problem and the cost Jerry also checked our other unit & for that capacitor was about to go out as well.  If our units weren't 13 years old we would have signed up for the warranty program; however, it just didn't make sense for us since we'll have to replace the systems soon and any other parts will be much more expensive.  Rather than me trying to explain the costs or components Jerry spoke directly to my husband making everything clear.  He even e-mail my husband the estimate for the parts and trip charge for today and the estimate if we were to sign up for the warranty program.  Jerry was very honest and professional; he definitely went above and beyond and we truly appreciate his service.  I will be sure to recommend Hays Cooling & Heating to everyone we know in need of help with HVAC.  For the 1st point of contact to the end Hays was professional, polite, honest and all at a very reasonable price.

Brandon and Randy arrived to replace the under-sink water-heater and had the job knocked out quickly, professionally and were very personable - I enjoyed the conversation while they were getting the old out expeditiously and the new in so we have instant hot water again for dishes.
