Gabriel visited our home on Tuesday to fix a leaky shower faucet. He gave us a quote of $1186. We contacted another plumber. The plumber fixed the leak within 30 minutes, and the charge was $233.

Was recently told that the only water heater replacement option would be a $3500 commercial water heater or a tankless.   My ONLY option according to their professional.  After confirming that with my handyman he said that was a joke, just went out and purchased a $470 water heater at Home Depot and replaced it for less than $450 of labor and parts.  As a professional plumbing operation I would expect Lawson to have a bit more Integritrity.

We've hired these guys for 3 different jobs over the last 2 years. They are always professional and have the best customer service of anyone we've encountered. They've installed a water softener, hot water heater and replaced our main water line to our house. These guys are the best... very responsive, communicative and respectful. I wanted to thank Elite Rooter for coming out today and clearing out our drains. Keith came out within an hour and a half and checked out our pipes with the camera and found that they were extremely clogged. And then he sent Brian out with their high powered washer and cleared the out the drains in the entire house. Best of all, they got it all done in one day. They gave me a good price for doing the whole house, gave me a 5 year guarantee, and they even waved the initial fee to make things easier for us. Everything was confirmed with a camera search throughout the entire pipe system at the end of the job. After our usual plumber let us down several times I took to Yelp and found Somers Plumbers.  Its a huge challenge when you are reaching out trying to find a decent person to work in your home.   Someone that doesn't just pull down the first $ number that comes to their head and someone that you can trust to be there when they say and do what you ask.

I am really happy to have been able to find Dave Somers.  Dave is a truly knowledgeable plumber coming from over 16 years working for someone else, Dave now turned his experience over to becoming an ROC Licensed Plumber and business owner recently

He was quick to respond back to questions and rough pricing through Yelp, his communication skills through text/Yelp & phone are fantastic.  I always knew where I stood with Dave.

I set Dave up with 5 different faucet replacements which included new drain/plugs and a challenging hands free kitchen faucet.  Dave came through perfect on everything.  If I didn't have the right part, he had the parts on hand or knew where to get them.   He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.  

I am already figuring out his next project.

Completely agree with Scott P's review. Unlike other plumbing companies that provide ranges that seem extremely high, I sent a picture of my current setup and was clear about the work that I wanted done, and the quote I received was very reasonable and exactly what was charged.  They were professional, placed a tarp down which kept the work area clean when they left, and the end result was exactly what I needed.  Now I have a go-to plumbing company that I have confidence in.

I searched Yelp for a plumber to replace all 14 of my bound to fail FloTite water shutoff valves. Not only were they the lowest price quoted, I picked Near Me Plumbing & Drains because of their quick response, and their kind words telling me how smart I was to replace those crappy valves! Jared and Landon completed the work quickly, even arriving early due to their previous job not taking as long as scheduled. They were polite and respectful of our property. I will definitely call Near Me Plumbing & Drains if I ever need any other plumbing work done!

I live out of state and the AC in my Peoria rental home needed to have the indoor coil replaced (in the middle of a June heat wave, of course!) Hays was very accommodating & their staff was superb! The receptionists, Veronica & Tanya, were very pleasant & professional. The two techs we'd dealt with between the couple of visits that had to be made to my home were Jerry & Mike, both were quite knowledgeable and extremely courteous and professional over the phone. The only thing I could suggest is to give an itemized estimate for jobs. We had to spend $2800 on our AC & would have liked to know what we were spending it on. Being out of state, we had to put our trust in Hays so the job could be completed as soon as possible (we have a tenant who's pregnant) & didn't have time to collect alternative estimates.

It is clear that Hays has high service standards and engagement among their employees, definitely an under appreciated quality of small businesses.
