They quickly got someone over to my house the same day I called for service. They were able to immediately work on my plumbing issues and there was more than one. It took a matter of a couple of hours and we were back in business. The staff is very friendly and helpful and we really appreciated that.

But one call to Hansen and life is good. A lady that answered the phone Jessica is a STAR she had a technician near me Dick Hansen the father of the owner of the company. Had an after hours emergency pipe burst and could not turn off the water at the house or on the street with the backyard flooding.

Called Lawson while freaking out and the person on the phone asked questions and informed me of the after hours costs calmly and didn't get flustered as I continued to freaking out at the problem.  just get here!

A short time later, Lawson's plumber showed up, was SUPER friendly and took a few hours to fix the problem and everything is right with the world again, so, they were great, great price and calmed me down during an emergency!

Fast service response time & competent pro's! I called them the 1st time out to our dental office (Alluring Smiles in Mesa, AZ) I had a mini panic with a dripping sink & they came out within the hour! Needed some new valves in our home a couple weeks later (yet another leak just my luck) gave them a call & sure enough they were out fast, got everything fixed up! Thanks!

My two units are 18 years old and one of them wasn't working. Tyler came out in the morning to review my current setup and quote me on different Trane systems. I already had quotes from two different companies. ProSkill came in between the two quotes, but because both Tyler and the quote itself went into far greater detail on the work they would do and because of ProSkill's high reviews on Google and Yelp, I went with ProSkill. The only issue was I still had a broken unit and they were booked out three weeks before they could replace it. I had a quote of $850 from another company to repair it. ProSkill fixed it for essentially free. For $595 up front they did the repair, but then discounted the cost of the new systems by $595. Tyler does quotes and not repairs, so they needed someone else to come out. They were able to get someone out about four hours later and Louis did a fantastic job replacing the blower motor and capacitor to get the unit up and working. So ProSkill wasn't the best price, but I would say all around the best value.

Elite Rooter did an excellent job. They came right out and took care of our project in a timely manner. I would certainly use them again. thanks Brandon for doing a great job.

After our usual plumber let us down several times I took to Yelp and found Somers Plumbers.  Its a huge challenge when you are reaching out trying to find a decent person to work in your home.   Someone that doesn't just pull down the first $ number that comes to their head and someone that you can trust to be there when they say and do what you ask.

I am really happy to have been able to find Dave Somers.  Dave is a truly knowledgeable plumber coming from over 16 years working for someone else, Dave now turned his experience over to becoming an ROC Licensed Plumber and business owner recently

He was quick to respond back to questions and rough pricing through Yelp, his communication skills through text/Yelp & phone are fantastic.  I always knew where I stood with Dave.

I set Dave up with 5 different faucet replacements which included new drain/plugs and a challenging hands free kitchen faucet.  Dave came through perfect on everything.  If I didn't have the right part, he had the parts on hand or knew where to get them.   He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.  

I am already figuring out his next project.

Leaks, water softeners, RO, faucets, drains, toilets.  Dave does them all.

Michael (the owner) came out to replace an old hose bib (faucet) that had begun to leak badly. He arrived on time, calling beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He showed up masked, and even put on booties for the inside work. Replacing the faucet required opening up an interior wall to get at the plumbing. Access was awkward, requiring either removal of a toilet tank or working underneath a built-in desk. He opened the wall from the desk side (saving me money on parts & labor), working in the cramped space below the desk. He also installed an access door, which hid the hole nicely and allows future access if needed. The faucet itself is from a US manufacturer, appears well-made, and is easy to turn (which my wife will appreciate). He did such a great job I asked if he could replace our other outside faucet, and he was able to do that on the same visit, giving us a discount since a second trip wasn't needed. The whole job took him only three hours, and I felt the cost was quite reasonable. I'm very pleased with the work done, and would definitely hire Element Plumbing for any future plumbing work.

I was looking for some serious help because my water bill was so high and I had no idea why. The irrigation was leaking in the valves and I had called them to come out and help me do a walk through to figure out everything that was wrong. Michael was the one that came out and man how mannered and professional he was . He walked through everything and even found the smallest leaks that could save me the most money. Not only did he do an amazing job at replacing the system but he even showed me what to do if a simple sprinkler pops out. If you call this company I would ask for Michael . I had an emergency garbage disposal issue and was looking for someone to come out same day and fix it for my tenants. This company provided by far the most affordable quote for the service AND had same day availability to come fix it- something that was extremely hard to find. Casey was fantastic to work with, and even when my tenants weren't home when he first arrived, he offered to come back late in the evening (7-8pm) to get it fixed. He kept in contact with me the entire time, was so honest about the problem, which was luckily an easy fix, and gave me some great expert advice on what we should consider for the future. I so appreciate his flexibility and honesty, and Casey/Rooters have now become my go-to for any future issues!

Near me plumbing and drain replaced (Two) Moen Magnetix Shower heads in our new home.  Jordon also installed a salt free water softener system. He not only built an inside loop in the garage wall but he went over and beyond. I got an inside salt free water spigot-faucet, a shutoff water valve behind tanks (Great for washing your car) and a beautiful sleeve for my tanks Inside my garage. I still have my outside spigot and water shutoff vale on the outside. I would recommend Jordan to anyone, he was professional, polite, helpful, did excellent work in a timely manner, and left the place clean. Most important the Water Taste Great!!!

I contacted Advantage Inspection last minute for a sewer inspection and they were able to accommodate me. I originally booked another company who cancelled day of due to equipment failure. I called Advantage and they dispatched Robert. Robert let us know when he was on the way, had a great attitude, and was able to get us the information we needed on the sewer line. I would definitely recommend!

When we realized it was time to replace our unit we got 4 quotes.  Hays quote was competitive and their labor and parts backed up by a warranty.  Chris (the owner) took his time measuring our home and answering our many questions.  Install was quick, painless and on time.  Not only did Chris follow up, but we received a thank you card a few days later.
