We had multiple different issues that we needed to have checked. Leaky outdoor hose bid, faucet water pressure issues, leaky / intermittently running toilet. Pink plumbing was able to fix or give us guidance on all the issues within one visit.

Another company gave us the run around- called Diamondbacks and they were there in just a few hours and fixed our problem- thank you for being reliable

Our water heater went out and I searched for reliable plumbers that could help with this. Hansen Family Plumbing sent out Robert and he was on time and they had communication by email and text that the technician was on his way. This helps because I don't do well with time windows and have to find others to be at my home while the technician comes. Well Robert came and he explained the situation and was able to see if the part was under warranty. He was able to get the part under warranty, except the diagnostic and labor was not. Which was ok with me because Robert saved us money in the end. Thankful for hot water and will definitely recommend Hansen Family Plumbing to others.

This is an update to my initial review. This company cares.  They contacted me right away after my 1st review and made it right. My frustration is gone.  Thank you Lawson Family.

My husband and I live in the west valley. Although we have Homecare in for myb94-year-old mother in law she lives in Mesa and we wanted to come and just check and see how she was doing due to the COVID-19 virus. We were told by the Homecare people that just yesterday the handle on the shower came off and there was no way for her to take her daily shower. Needing to get this fixed immediately due to her age I looked up yelp for  some assistance. Yelp recommended several plumbers. The quotes from all four plumbers were actually quite equal. However the reviews for Chris and Larry were excellent and I decided to go with them.Chris did contact me very promptly we set up a time for the afternoon and I was texted  as to the progress of the repairman Larry's visit. Larry did an excellent job keeping COVID-19 precautions for my 94-year-old mother on top of it. The job was done and the quote that was given was exactly the same amount. No service fee ,no travel charges, very impressed. I will use Flush King Plumbing  again.

WOW really nice guys!  I had the pilot light go out on my water heater and was calling around to have someone check it out.  I watched the youtube videos but was still hesitant to try myself.  I went down the list and called Lawson Family Plumbing and the guy was nice enough to just walk me through it over the phone.  That says a lot about the integrity of this company, I will definitely be calling them for all my plumbing needs and suggest them to everyone!  Its hard to find people with this kind of integrity now days.  Thank you Lawson Family I'm very impressed!

Had a tankless water heater system along with new water softener and carbon filter system installed. Steven E and Caine were here all day and did an amazing job with the installation, programming, education and clean up! Steven's attention to detail and his high standards when it comes to installation and service are top notch and best I have had the pleasure to witness.

Dave came out to repair my clogged toilet in our guest bathroom this morning. He was on time and very responsive and very reasonably priced.

Thes guys are the best!  They came out today on short notice to repair a leaky water line in our crawl space.  They not only repaired the known leak, but also discovered another one in the hot water line and repaired that as well at no extra charge!  They also rebuilt a leaky hose bib on the way out. I would highly recommend hiring these guys for any plumbing needs. Thanks Michael!

Uncommonly good experience.  Solid work too.  Very reasonable pricing.  So glad I hired Sound Plumbing to install the water softener I bought at HD.  They also had to install the Plumb lines as the house wasn't built to accommodate a water softener.

Not having hot water in your morning shower is not the way to start your day, finding your garage flooded doesn't make it any better. Thank goodness I found 100% Plumbing.  Mont told me how to turn the water off and Eddie & Evan (I'm horrible with names so I hope this is correct) came a couple hours later and changed our hot water tank and patiently answered all my questions!

Beginning our restoration project, and so far Allegiance has been outstanding to work with.  We're excited to be scheduling the work and look forward to the end result!

UPDATE:  Our irrigation system replacement came out perfectly, and Rommel V. is a true professional.  We'll be back with our next project soon.

Jordan, Jarrod and the rest of the Rooter Ranger crew are awesome!   We have an historic bungalow in Downtown Phoenix.  The plumbing was original in the home and the main line to the alley.  We had everything replaced and couldn't be more pleased!  Jarrod was patient with our questions, professional and gave us confidence in their work.  Jordan was great with the price of the job and even worked with us when they ran into an unexpected situation with eclectic historic homes.  

Their our go to plumbers for sure!  Thank you guys for great work, a wonderful demeanor, and reassurance during the construction.

Spent Saturday afternoon trying to fix a rusted cap that the builder had installed on the outside house spicket.  Couldn't quite get it soldered correctly and had a leak.  With the main water line to the house turned off, we needed someone out on a Sunday.  Called a couple other plumbers who couldn't come until Monday.  Got a hold of Melinda at Lawson and she had technician David out within 30 mins.  David showed up and not only fixed the solder issue in 10 mins, but also talked me through why we had an issue.  To make it even better, he only charged me their standard trip charge even though it was a Sunday.  My whole experience was fantastic and I would recommend Lawson to anyone who needs a professional plumber.  Thanks Lawson!

They did a great job installing our new HVAC system. Very professional and their prices could not be beat. They also assisted us with getting a nice size rebate.

I know this company has great reviews, in fact, I specifically asked my home warranty to assign them because of that,  but I had a really bad experience with them and I felt like they totally wasted my time and were dishonest. This review is based solely on my phone calls and service call to my house.   They did not actually fix my plumbing problem.  

I have Old Republic Home Warranty and this is the company that was assigned from my home owners insurance.   I made arrangements to work from home and set up an appointment for Monday, to which they cancelled, last minute, saying that the home warranty company cancelled the work order.  When I called the home warranty  company they told me King's Plumbing canceled the call because they were to busy to take it. I called the company back and reported this to which they denied it being true and rescheduled.  I then planned a second day to work from home to have them come out again. We were set for an afternoon appointment block to which they showed up in the morning unscheduled.  The plumber looked at my issue and told me they can fix it the following week.  Never, mentioning they were not willing to fix my issue bc they were to busy.   

After they left, I then received a call from the home warranty company telling me that Kings Plumbing denied service because they were to busy. When I called Kings, the gentlemen on the phone, did in fact confirm,  they are not accepting the job because they are to busy and short staffed.  The entire interaction was just weird.  I felt like they were not honest with their intentions and wasted my time, forcing me to work from home on two different days when they were not in a position to take the job to start with as they are over worked and short staffed.  I know have to stay at home a 3rd day for a new company to come out and give me an estimate.
