I needed to replace my hot water heater.  These folks were very responsive.  The plumber, Lou, even found a defect in the new unit immediately after install and got another one in on the same day.  Couldn't ask for better than that!  The defect could have gone unnoticed by me until a huge problem developed down the road.  
I also had a shower unit that had a bad thermostatic cartridge.  I called for Lou again and he went absolutely above and beyond to get the unit working again.  He deserves 10 stars! Thanks so much!

Lawson Family Plumbing is very responsive and fair. Harley came out and replaced the shut off valve and the flap in the tank but the toilet still runs, turns out the toilet is 11 years so, instead of taking it apart and looking for the problem it may be worth it to just replace it with a new one. I'm looking around now for prices on toilets and installation.

I needed to drain my pool to have it cleaned. No, Flush King did not drain my pool, BUT - since it is illegal to drain pool water into the street, I needed to find my cleanouts and could not. I messaged Flush King on Yelp and received a response within less than 10 minutes from Chris. Since I have no cleanouts on my exterior walls, Chris was going to need to run a camera through my plumbing to find where the cleanouts were in my yard. He quoted me $349, which was cheaper than my other two quotes from plumbers on Yelp. On a Sunday, I messaged Chris and asked to schedule the service. I fully expected a reply on Monday. Nope!  I got a reply, again within 10 minutes, even though it was Sunday. We set an appointment for the very next day with an arrival window between 9:00 and 11:00. Chris texted me Monday morning that he was on the way and arrived at 9:35. He went to the roof to run the camera down from the vent. There was a 90 degree turn in the venting, preventing the camera from getting through. Same with the second vent on the other side of the house. Chris found a cleanout under my kitchen sink - same thing; 90 degree turn preventing camera insertion. He went to the laundry room, moved the washer away from the wall and found a cleanout he could use. Approximately 20 minutes later he was in the front courtyard moving rock and landscape fabric to dig an 18 wide hole to expose the cleanout. He said there was a second cleanout about 2' in front of the first. He dug and exposed both (they had been covered by landscape fabric and rock. Both of them had previously been pummeled with a hammer, preventing anyone from being able to unscrew the caps to access the cleanouts. He cut both of the standpipes below the caps, added a sleeve to raise the standpipes to just above ground level, screwed on new caps, refilled the holes and replaced the landscape rock. Beautiful job. I now have access to a cleanout that runs directly to the sewer. Thanks to Chris, I can now have my pool drained and cleaned. This man worked like a Trojan the whole time. While I hope I never have any plumbing issues, if I do, Chris and Flush King of Scottsdale will be my first, and only, call.

Jim and Joel came on time and were very professional. My main sewer drain was plugged and they got everything cleared. They were friendly and answered all of my questions.

Soro came to my rescue when I had a clogged drain causing havoc in my home. He showed up promptly at the time he provided -  the same day I called for service! He was professional, courteous and even wore protective booties to keep my floors clean. I highly recommend Elite Rooter, and Soro as a technician. Thank you for providing excellent service. Great experience!  He is hands-on with his own company - he understood and knew what he was getting into before he arrived but still asked questions before he did anything.  Always nice having someone with experience.  Confirmed we didn't have a recirculating pump before cutting off the water, etc.  Dave explained what he was going to do, got us the matching 1/4-turn piece (which others charged more for) and knocked the job out.  He charged what he said he would charge and I am happy (my wife is happy).  Good price and I would rather tip because of a good job then agree to the highest and hope.  
I will use him again for future jobs and recommend to my friends and clients.

Spent Saturday afternoon trying to fix a rusted cap that the builder had installed on the outside house spicket.  Couldn't quite get it soldered correctly and had a leak.  With the main water line to the house turned off, we needed someone out on a Sunday.  Called a couple other plumbers who couldn't come until Monday.  Got a hold of Melinda at Lawson and she had technician David out within 30 mins.  David showed up and not only fixed the solder issue in 10 mins, but also talked me through why we had an issue.  To make it even better, he only charged me their standard trip charge even though it was a Sunday.  My whole experience was fantastic and I would recommend Lawson to anyone who needs a professional plumber.  Thanks Lawson!

They completely misdiagnosed an issue in my house that would have costed me $4,000.

I called about having a plumbing vent clog for my kitchen sink (gurgling,  sink draining slowly) and the plumber who arrived did not seem knowledgeable. Before he actually listened to what I was saying about a clog in the vent, he tried offering me coupons for a water heater and garbage disposal replacement.

I had to ask him to snake down the vent only if he could get past the 90 turn in the pipe (my 25ft snake couldn't). After snaking, he told me he couldn't get passed 15ft and he noticed mud in the vent. He diagnosed a corroded cast iron pipe and quoted me over $2800 to open an exterior wall to fix the vent pipe and fix the pipes under my sink (Cost doesn't include brick and mortar repair + drywall). He couldn't give me concrete evidence as how that material could get in the pipe and seemed to be guessing.

I called a different plumbing company to get a second opinion and found out I'm actually on plastic, not iron like Option One said. All I had was just a clog. Total cost was $500 to unclog and fix my pipes under the sink.

Option One almost made me open up a wall for something that wasn't broken and then made me pay $133 to run a snake with no solution or evidence supporting their diagnosis. They are only interested in up selling.

I appreciate a company that provides honest and upfront information. The service provided by the technicians at Hays is top notch and would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for quick, reliable and efficient service on AC/Heating needs.

We had a leak from the condensate drain clog in the attic. Terry from King Plumbing was great, professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He did a great job. I am extremely satisfied with his work.
