I never thought I'd write a review on a plumbing company but THANK YOU! I just had Lou and his protege, Adam, come to my house to fix a few shower heads. They were punctual, professional, clean, and explained everything to me so I can easily understand what was wrong and how they can fix it. If you need professional assistance with any plumbing work please call this company and request Lou & Adam. Their vans are pretty cool too :)

Diamondback Plumbing, again, came to my rescue.  I had 4 issues in my house and spoke directly with Steve Herzog who took care of me that day.  One of his excellent technicians, Joe, lived nearby, so he came at the end of the day, as planned.  Just because it was his final trip, by no means did he zip through my problems.  He gave me all the time that was necessary to complete the work order.  I highly recommend Diamondback Plumbing for all your needs.

I called they were here at the time they said the plumber Tate Withers was fantastic cleaned everything up very polite. He is definitely hired in my book.

Service was great! I had to have some work done under my kitchen sink. They came out initially for an estimate and came by today to complete the service! Tanner was extremely knowledgeable and did the job fairly quickly.

Extremely satisfied. Called on a Sunday and a plumber was at my house within an hour. The problem was fixed quickly, and the price was fair. Very happy.

Buyer beware.  Extremely overpriced.  They will not give you an estimate over the phone but a tech will come out to your house for a $65 fee.  Then you will be provided a quote that is more than double the going rate.  At that point you can refuse the quote and pay the $65 or just have the job done for double the price.  Either way the consumer loses.  I ended up paying over $700 to get it done with for a garbage disposal that should be a $300 job.  The tech was very nice but they should lower it to be competitive and consistent.

My husband and I had an inspection done on our house and had some minor tweaks needed with some plumbing work.  We contacted about 7 plumbers and by far, Lawson Family Plumbing had the best prices.  We had them out to get a formal quote and the serviceman was awesome and said he had availability to make the corrections while he was there without needing to schedule a separate appointment (yay!).  One of the repairs that we needed involved the lint duct from our dryer so when our dryer didn't work a few days later, I obviously reached out.  Jeff not only responded back to me quickly, he responded back on a Saturday and offered to research the problem for me (to ensure it wasn't due to the lint duct service).  In short, it had nothing to do with the work his staff performed but he spent the time to research the problem, which I felt was above and beyond as I feel most people would have just waved off my concern.

Dave is timely, efficient and skilled and responsive to text messages and very timely. He communicated when he would be arriving and to explained everything that needs to be done and very fair pricing the repairs were done. Best of the best! We needed to get our water softener removed and pipe bounding done. Very quickly I heard back from Dianna, who scheduled an appointment for the following day to get a quote. Brian came out on time, even sent a message notifying us that he was en route. He evaluated the work needed to be done, provided us a quote and was back few days later to get is all done. Hands one one of the most professional, friendly and honest services around!

This is my TRUE story.

I was in a bind because my water heater started leaking this past Saturday evening and I have an Old Republic Home Warranty and didn't think I would have an issue. I called them and placed a claim around 4:45pm and then told the rep that it's leaking bad onto my garage floor'. She said she would place an emergency Work Order and the service provider would respond quickly.

(Side Note) The previous plumber who replaced the water heater only 3 years, 11 months and 27 days before never reinstalled the drip pan or the gas line sediment trap when they replaced the previous water heater (AAA Precision Plumbing...THEY SUCK-DON'T USE THEM, and refused to return to install these parts)

Well, after 3 hours, I didn't get any call, so I had to shut off the water and gas because I had to go to work. I waited all day Sunday and never received any calls even though Old Republic said I would when I called them back a few times on Sunday.

Finally, on Monday the Service Provider called me at 7am and said they would be out between 10am-2pm. Then within 1 hour they rang my bell. (guess I can't really complain at that point). They said because the water heater was under a parts warranty, I would have to pay for the removal and reinstallation AND a processing fee for their workers to fill out the warranty paperwork to get my new water heater. And they would be happy to install the drip pan and gas line sediment trap but nothing else for the price of $875.00. Remember, the water heater itself was NO CHARGE!

Well, I lost my S*#t and told them forget it.

It was already 11:47am and I had previously used 100% Plumbing before for my irrigation system and for a water pressure issue and was very impressed by Mont and his crew. So I called Mont and the FIRST THING he said was, I'm Sorry you're having this problem. I told Mont what I needed and that the heater was under warranty and I needed the drip pan and gas line sediment trap added. He said he could do it for $675.00 Complete! I asked him how soon could he do it, and he apologized and said he was busy and couldn't get out to my house till 3:00pm later TODAY.

YES, less than 4 hours later, his crew was in my garage pulling the water heater out and by 5:45pm, not only did they have the water heater installed and heating up water, but they also put the new drip pan in and the gas line sediment trap in,

But the crew ALSO installed 2 Brand New flex water lines, new copper feed lines, and a drain pipe to direct the water properly to not cause damage when this water heater inevitably leaks in the future. They even polished the copper lines to look shiny! I SWEAR they did! They even worked to make the solder spots look smooth! CRAZY!

Then when they were done, they cleaned up the area and even swept the garage where they worked.

SO, No I am NOT a friend or relative or a fake review for 100% Plumbing! But I would be PROUD to be any of those!

Mont and his crew are The Best. Forget those big companies and use these guys!

So, come on and let's hear the nasty comments. You're just jealous because your plumber isn't as great as 100% Plumbing! THANKS MONT!

John was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. I would use them again. He checked our entire system and repaired 2 leaks.

Our shared main was clogged.  Chris came out and was able to clear the line expeditiously!  He was very professional.  We will definitely use them again. Randy was our contact and he was very friendly and a pleasure to work with.

I cannot recommend Jordan enough. He is timely/professional/ and most importantly keeps his word. He fixed some loose handles in my guest shower and warranted his work. Unfortunately there was a faulty washer that allowed the shower to drip. Jordan was back out immediately to fix this issue along with a leak in my other shower and honored his warranty. He is great and I will continue to use him as my plumber for as long as I am in Arizona. He is a plumber you can trust!

Kevin came outdoor how to diagnose a possible leak underneath our concrete slab.  Investigate the situation, and determined there was no leak. He did not charge to diagnose the problem,  and he was very nice. They seem like a great company, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

We had a clog in the main drain, they came out quickly and fixed the problem just a quickly. Highly recommended!!

Frank came to fix my a/c- they were fast to come out and fix it right. He waited to make sure the problem was fixed, and waited for the air to turn down before leaving. He was great!

From the moment I called in they were professional, nice, and knowledgeable. Randy and Brendan installed the water heater and they were super nice and quick! Great service and great pricing. Really a wonderful experience!! Thank you!
