These guys are amazing!! We had all of our drain and sewer completely replaced and I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of work and customer service. Chris, the owner walked me through all that would be done. Even when I had questions he probably spent another half hour on the phone with me, calmly explaining everything so that I could understand. They guaranteed the drain and sewer work for 20 years when other companies only guaranteed for 2 years or I would need to purchase a yearly maintenance plan. Pink Plumbing's pricing was fair and competitive. They've done other work in our home (garbage disposal, water filtration system, faucet) and we have never once had to call them back on the work they have done. For the drain and sewer they preserved the destruction of our kitchen by rerouting our laundry line and went around our patio outside to save that as well. I can't say enough good things about them!! Thank you Pink Plumbing!!

Called the Emergency line on Thursday night at 7. our plumbing was backed up. Reached a lady on the phone, I was relieved. I asked if could send someone out that night. She said her scheduler would call me back in 5 -10 minutes. NEVER HEARD from them. Nothing!
Do yourself a favor and just Call Belsito plumbing.

My toilet started leaking this week and I thought I could fix it myself. After a few hours of grumbling, cursing and losing my temper on the toilet and eventually breaking it, I admitted defeat and turned towards the professionals. I tend to look for reputable small mom and pops companies and ran into Hansen Family Plumbing. I put in for a quote and selected the 5 other companies option from Yelp. Not only were they able to get me in with a same day appointment, but they were also the first to reach out to me. I still haven't even heard quotes on two other companies and the job is already done.

This whole experience was nice, but I hardly ever leave reviews. The ENTIRE reason I am leaving a review in the first place was because of the wonderful service from Dishawn. He was very polite, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. It's hard to describe, but the ease to get along with Dishawn, in addition with his willingness to take care of everything (putting together the new toilet, hauling away the old one, cleaning up), just made the experience overall seamless. The ease and speed in him doing that which I couldn't not was humbling to see.
Usually, it's kind of a hassle having technicians over, but Dishawn really made it feel like you were just catching up with an old buddy while he helped you out in installing a new toilet. Kudos to Hansen Family in their hiring process. I can't speak for their other employees, but if you can, ask for Dishawn!

**side note, out of the companies that finally did decide to get back to me, Hansen's quote was on par and fair with everyone else

Edit: after reading a particular review, I would also like to remind people you are paying for a job. You have accepted that you are lacking the skills, time, tools, or knowledge to do a job. Hiring a technician to do the job is hiring for Piece work, not an hourly rate. If you hire them to fix a leak in your sink, you hired them to correct the problem. Not for the time or cost of the pieces it took them to do it. Your hire for skill, knowledge and they experience. There is more to running a business than just a $4 part and 15min of labor.
If you can accept that, this is a wonderful company to go through.

Had Jason come out and look at a few plumbing issues, he was very friendly, communicative in how he was resolving issue and and even played played with our dog. I would recommend Lawson Family Plumbing and Jason to anyone asking.

These guys are fast reliable and knowledgeable! They came and diagnosed the problem right away! They should genuine concern for our safety and explained the problem was our side out condo and down the main line (HOA) problem. Sadly my foolish HOA didn't take advantage of using them right away on site to fix the problem and 6 hours later we still waited for the HOA approved vendor to show up ‍ but the point is these guys are awesome ! Messages them at 8:30 at night on a holiday and they got right back to me and showed up earlier than expected next day!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLUMBING COMPANY. THEY WILL CHEAT AND SELL YOU STUFF YOU DON'T NEED. Had a person from Bumble Bee plumbing come out to fix a leaky toilet valve. The guy, from the start was focused on selling us a new toilet and having us join their preferred member deal at Bumble Bee. He was more of a salesman than a plumber. He fixed the toilet, and charged us an arm and a leg, but I'm never going to go to them again. SO OTHERS BE WARNED, THEY WILL TRY TO SCREW YOU FOR MORE MONEY. DONT GOHERE.

I highly recommend Lawson Family. They were quick to respond to my intial inquiry. They actually had to come out twice due to a misunderstanding on my part on timing between the restoration company and having someone take a look at the plumbing, but they were super nice about it. John was courteous, friendly and thorough (both times!).

I had the unfortunate luck of having both AC units break in the middle of Arizona heat wave above 110 degrees late Saturday night. I must've called around half dozen places on Sunday but they were all booked 3 days out. When I called Proskill Services, not only did they have opening, they said they will be over in 2 hours. The technician, Julio arrived half hour early too. Needless to say, I was very impressed already. Julio fixed one AC, but had to order a part for my second unit. He came the very next day and repaired the second unit. My AC is running smoothly now and it's much quieter too. Julio was very courteous, friendly and professional. Highly highly recommend Proskill Services.

Dave came out to the house within 10-15 minutes after I called him on Saturday after seeing water in my garage. He quickly figured out it was a drain pipe in my upstairs bathroom. He had to come back another day for fix it after flood company dried everything and removed vanity. Everything was fixed and his prices were more than reasonable. Also, great communication

Mike and team did a wonderful job. Had a stack of plumbing issues (repair frozen pipe damage from this past winter, replacement of a porcelain sink I managed to bust out and installation of a new water filtration system) that required attention. Element Plumbing was able to get to the work quickly and the quality of the repairs/installation was outstanding. Pricing was reasonable and couldn't be more pleased with the result.

I can't say enough great things about this company. They are fast, reliable, honest and really know their stuff. When my home warranty company couldn't get the job done, I decided to turn to Yelp to find someone who really knows their stuff. I called and they were able to send someone out the next morning, when other companies couldn't help for weeks. In a matter of minutes they were able to properly diagnose our issue and got to work on getting it fixed, and what do you know? Two other companies couldn't get the job done and they did.

Special shout out to Dylan Morris who is an absolute gem. This guy is an expert and is so kind and professional. He really took the time to explain what was going on and laid out several courses of action we could take. He truly went above and beyond to help us out.

This is my go-to plumbing company moving forward. Highly recommend!

Eden was super-helpful in getting a new faucet & new shut-off valves installed.  Pricing was good and installation was quick and looks great.  Will use again.

I had a sprinkler leaking. The serviceman came and fixed the pipe. He went in the back to check the sprinkler system there. After he left I noticed that only one section of the back yard was on and it never shut off. Additionally the back part of the yard wouldn't come on. He came back and looked at it and said that's a completely different problem and you need a sprinkler head. ($199) I called my regular landscaper who looked at it and said something had been turned off.  I'm a single senior and I felt that they thought they had me. NOT

Shout out to theses guys who did work on my home last week.  Met 4 of the plumbers and they were on time, polite, professional, and cost conscious.  If you need plumbing or drain line work done in Phoenix, give them a call!

They were quick to respond with out needs for a water softener. I appreciated the details the tech representative had with the materials and he knew his stuff. I asked questions and husband too that made us comfortable to do business with him. I asked him why them and not their competitors and provided a solid statement and his reason why he works for them. I paid a little more more than another company but also felt confident that they work as a team and are happy there to stand by their words. Thanks for your pride in the work you do!

Great customer service in setting up the appointment. Melanie was very thoughtful and was able to squeeze me in the next day. The guys on the job were patient, professional and made sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction.

The company did a great job. The process starts with a quote, and I think this process was fair. Instead of just recommending the highest cost unit, they listened to how we will use the unit, and recommended one that will be cheaper to run and eventually fix. Ultimately they weren't the cheapest prices, but it was reasonable for the work they did.

Then install day arrived and I think they did a great job and it was a quality installation. Chris the owner also visited to check how things were going.

One negative is that after the unit was installed, they just closed the door and turned it on to measure the temperature. They were never in the attic after it was powered, nor did they check the outside unit.  Yes eventually they will come back a few months later to check it more, but I would have preferred more operational checks before they left. I've had my share of AC companies that said it was all fixed and left, only to find out it really wasn't really fixed. Only time will tell if everything is working perfectly, and I have no indication it isn't. If things should turn out differently I will update my review. But to date, all looks good.

The guys at King AC and Plumbing are the best. They saved me thousands of dollars. I first had my AC unit looked at by one of the big AC companies here in the valley because it was vibrating very badly. I wont name names, but let's just say the original owner's last name is the same as a large South American country where the World Cup is taking place right now. After the big guy's service tech failed attempts to convince me that I needed a brand new unit ($5,000), he told me that the blower motor needed to be replaced and would cost $1,300 with some sort of VIP package. A few days later I saw Brendon with King AC in my neighborhood working on my neighbors unit. It was already pretty late in the evening, but after a quick conversation with Brendon, he gladly climbed on to my roof to take a look at my unit. He came down and said there was an issue with the blower motor but it would be nowhere near the $1,300 I was originally quoted. He also informed me that the other guy that came out never even opened a single panel on my unit to come up with his expert diagnosis. The next day I received a call from the owner Terry who told me that the motor was a specialty order part and was quite expensive, but again nowhere near the original amount I was quoted. He also informed me that most likely the motor didn't need to be replaced, but the squirrel cage probably just needed to be cleaned out so it could spin properly. With Terry's advice in hand, I spent a couple of hours that weekend cleaning out the very dirty squirrel cage which was super easy to do and cost me $5 worth of cleaning solution. After I put a couple of panels back on and started up my unit again, the heavy vibration had completely disappeared. Today I had Brendon come out to take a second look over my work and make sure everything else was tip-top. He informed me that my unit needed a couple pounds of Freon and everything else with my dinosaur of a AC unit looked great. Now my unit blows colder than ever and stays on half the time that it used to, which is going to save me a small fortune on my electric bill. I have nothing but compliments for this company and their employees. All around knowledgeable and honest guys. I will never call another company for any of my AC or plumbing needs. I know with King I will receive an truthful recommendation at a good price. No scare tactics, up-selling, or commission based sales. The world needs more genuine people out there who work to help others and not take advantage of them. Thanks King AC!
