Very professional work and great communication all around. The office staff is fantastic and professional also. Cannot recommend highly enough, looks like we have a new plumber now.

Had a backup this morning and Diamondback sent out a tech within and hour. Levi was the tech and he was very prompt and professional and fixed our problem fast. Very pleased with the service and price as well. I paid $50 less than when it happened the last time and used a different company, not to mention a much faster response time. Definitely recommended.

Update 3/3/23: Shortly after writing some reviews Jessica reached out to touch base with me about what had happened. There was a misunderstanding and they sent out the wrong tech. They refunded the charge and were very proactive about it. I appreciate that she reached out so quickly and got it taken care of. They've earned a star back from me as a result. I hate giving reviews that are less than 4 stars but I'm honestly not happy and feel I need to be honest about my experience.

I reached out to these folks for a quote for a repair I already knew I needed since they had such good reviews. I like to get at least three quotes for any work being done on my house. They were super responsive which was great and they were able to get out to see me within the week which was fine as the unit is running, just needs a part replaced before summer comes rolling through. So I set up a time to get a quote and the techs arrived on time and were great. I told them I just needed a quote for the part I need replaced which is also what I told the person I spoke to via the Yelp quote system. Things went a bit downhill from there. The tech didn't seem to know that they weren't here to do a service and I wound up spending money for something I didn't need.

I wasn't told there would be a charge to get a quote for something that I already knew was wrong. They did diagnostics which I didn't need because, again, I already knew what was wrong. They also quoted me for the whole system and not for the part that's needed. Two other companies have already been out to look at it and I don't need an almost $6k replacement unit, just the controller needs to be replaced. The unit isn't going to blow hot air out of the top when it's only 54 degrees outside... That doesn't mean I need a whole new unit, it just means it's too cold for the a/c to be running. I mean come on. I'm not replacing a unit that's running just fine with the exception of one failing part. The unit isn't even 7 years old.

The techs were nice, punctual, and I liked them but I was caught off guard by the fact that I was being charged for what should have just been a simple quote. I didn't need diagnostics, just a quote for a part being replaced. If I had been told ahead of time that I was going to be charged for diagnostics and a quote for a whole system replacement that I don't need I wouldn't have had them out.

Gabriel with Lawson Family Plumbing provided the best customer service I've ever had with a plumber. He was so friendly and kind. Gabriel was on time, communicated well and above all was honest about the problem with our toilet. I was blown away by the service and would HIGHLY recommend this company and specifically Gabriel. I will most definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs. Thank you!!

I had a very good experience.  I called at 7 am spoke to Chris told him my toilet broke and he was able to get someone out that evening. Larry came out right on time was very professional, and clean. He wore a mask and shoe booties very respectful of my home. I would recommend using this company.

We had Michael from Bumble Bee Plumbing come out today to help us try to fix our tub that has some very old plumbing.  He gave us a game plan and signed us up for their very affordable maintenance plan.  It was so nice to have someone be honest , upfront and very knowledgeable  with us to spell out our options.  They are now our go to for all our plumbing needs.  Adam and Shannon

Excellent service. The only reason I did not give 5 star is because of scheduling the appointment since they are pretty busy. The service was first touch resolution for our water heater issues.

Would always go back to them for plumbing issues here on.

I used Elite Rooter Phoenix to get our pipes and  tub/shower faucet replaced. Kevin Mon at Elite Rooter Phoenix was very professional and did a great job. I would high recommend them!

Dave came in and fixed the broken valves for our washing machine and on top of that fixed our leaky shower. Dave went above and beyond as he was only going to change the trim kit for the shower but he ended replacing the shower valve due to a leak. He stuck around and finished the job and then cleaned everything up. I would not hesitate to use Somers Plumbers again.

I had a major drainage  issue. Michael returned my message promptly and was able to quickly come out. He spent almost four hours fixing the issue. He left everything spotless. Highly professional and pleasant to work with.

I can't say enough great things about this company. They are fast, reliable, honest and really know their stuff. When my home warranty company couldn't get the job done, I decided to turn to Yelp to find someone who really knows their stuff. I called and they were able to send someone out the next morning, when other companies couldn't help for weeks. In a matter of minutes they were able to properly diagnose our issue and got to work on getting it fixed, and what do you know? Two other companies couldn't get the job done and they did.

Special shout out to Dylan Morris who is an absolute gem. This guy is an expert and is so kind and professional. He really took the time to explain what was going on and laid out several courses of action we could take. He truly went above and beyond to help us out.

This is my go-to plumbing company moving forward. Highly recommend!

I love this company.  Mont and his guys are always on time and do a great job.  They are so reasonable compared to other companies.  I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone.

Rommel and the team were WONDERFUL. This was my third time using their service and it was great. I noticed some mold growing behind my vanity and they came out to fix it. After they replaced the part of the pipe with the obvious drip, they identified another and were quick to address the issue. When it persisted, they stayed late into the evening to repair the issue and ensure the pipe was sealed and dry so I wouldn't have any other issues. Even with all the extra time and work, they didn't charge me anymore than the original quote. Rommel and his team were kind and considerate and left the space clean when they finished. Overall great job and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

They damage my bathroom. First they said that roots had damage the sewer pipe under the house. No roots were found. They then said that the flange the holds the toilet in place. They had to unbolt the toilet to remove it. Get another plumber to verify that the work needs to be done. They sent me a bill for $3600. Get the repair in writing; don't sign a tablet or a phone. I finally receive a full refund.

Jordan was amazing. He came out one day to fix a leaky hose fixture and he got me on the schedule the next business day to fix my sinks (I needed to buy new faucets before he could help me out with those). All around great service, fast response time, and very nice!

Jason from the company called me and we spoke extensively about this and he apologized for Darryl's behavior. His phone call meant a lot to me for him to take the time with me to address this. I will definitely give Lawson Family Plumbing another try if we have anymore plumbing needs. Thank You Jason, your phone call to me went a long way.

We had a problem with our Water Heater shutting off and having to re-light the pilot light since the igniter was not working. Called our Home Warranty and they had Lawson Family Plumbing come out and Darryl was the technician. You can tell from the beginning he had a twinge of an attitude. He never introduced himself to us at all and proceeded to look at our water heater. He never touched the water heater at all, he never said anything to us about what might be the problem, he just told us he would be right back and was at his truck for about a half hour. He comes back and proceeds to tell us that our claim was denied with our Home warranty because we tampered with our water heater. Well we had to remove a cover in order to light the pilot light since the igniter was not working in order to get hot water and I guess that's what he considered tampered with because we did not put the cover back since we did not want to have to constantly take off that cover to light it.  I called our Home Warranty immediately and they proceed to tell me that did not deny it, the technician just said he could not find nothing wrong with the water heater and that we just needed to clean the dust around the water heater and it should be good to go. Well needless to say I was a little confused on why Darryl had a different reason to us then what he actually told the Home Warranty place. He never said anything about the dust. He could of went about this differently and explain things so much better then he did. Needless to say after he left the water heater did not work and we could not even light the pilot light. We then called the Home Warranty and had another plumbing company come out the next day, mind you without any hot water that night because Darryl could not find anything wrong. 4 Fathers Plumbing comes out and they find that our Thermocoupler needed replacing. They replaced it and our water heater was working once again. I am sorry but the way Darryl conducted himself was not professional at all and we would never use this company. I don't know if he had a bad day but I am sorry that is no excuse

I had a clogged drain in my kitchen sink that I couldn't unclog myself after trying everything (garbage disposal overload issue). Option One offered the lowest price to come out and fix. The person taking calls and scheduling was very polite and professional and he was able to get someone here quickly. They use an automated alert system to keep customers informed of appointments, etc.

The plumber actually texted when he was nearby to let me know he would be arriving shortly, he was super polite and thankfully did not object to me asking him to wear a mask. The best part... because the issue was resolvable with just a plunger he said there wouldn't be a charge. I was dumbfounded. At a time when customer service (literally everywhere) seems to have gone down the drain (no pun intended) this kind interaction has restored my faith in humanity!

Needless to say, I know who I'll be calling next time I have a plumbing job (and I have several coming up), and recommending to everyone I know!

Option One ROCKS!!!

I don't usually leave bad reviews but I was surprised by todays service. I was told over the phone there would be a $79 up front fee which would not be applied to service. That threw me off because most companies will apply it if you decide to use their service but I based my decision off the reviews and agreed anyways. After the tech looked at my unit he mentioned it is most likely a leak and it would be between 200-300 to identify the leak and mentioned that a rough estimate if I decided to fix the leak would be an additional 2,000-3,000! To top it off he said there was an additional $100 diagnostic fee which I was never told there would be a separate fee to diagnose aside from the $79. I guess the $79 just covers the gas to get to your home! Now I'm $179 short and not even certain if the issue was a leak or where the leak is at! Would never use this company again!

I know this company has great reviews, in fact, I specifically asked my home warranty to assign them because of that,  but I had a really bad experience with them and I felt like they totally wasted my time and were dishonest. This review is based solely on my phone calls and service call to my house.   They did not actually fix my plumbing problem.  

I have Old Republic Home Warranty and this is the company that was assigned from my home owners insurance.   I made arrangements to work from home and set up an appointment for Monday, to which they cancelled, last minute, saying that the home warranty company cancelled the work order.  When I called the home warranty  company they told me King's Plumbing canceled the call because they were to busy to take it. I called the company back and reported this to which they denied it being true and rescheduled.  I then planned a second day to work from home to have them come out again. We were set for an afternoon appointment block to which they showed up in the morning unscheduled.  The plumber looked at my issue and told me they can fix it the following week.  Never, mentioning they were not willing to fix my issue bc they were to busy.   

After they left, I then received a call from the home warranty company telling me that Kings Plumbing denied service because they were to busy. When I called Kings, the gentlemen on the phone, did in fact confirm,  they are not accepting the job because they are to busy and short staffed.  The entire interaction was just weird.  I felt like they were not honest with their intentions and wasted my time, forcing me to work from home on two different days when they were not in a position to take the job to start with as they are over worked and short staffed.  I know have to stay at home a 3rd day for a new company to come out and give me an estimate.
