Lou With Pink Plumbing took care of a number of random issues in each of my bathrooms. He was very friendly and patiently answered all of my dumb questions. He did a great job and I'm really pleased with how everything works now. I highly recommend!

I can not say enough about the service provided by Diamondback. Today I have a new tenant moving into a property where it will reach 104 degrees today and the A/C is out. Within a half hour of my call, a tech is dispatched! The only reason it took that long is because I, as the owner, am out of state which required extra paperwork. I lived in that area for 7 years and used Diamondback exclusively because of their response times, knowledgable techs and value. Kudos to them for coming through again!

Called them up due to a good reputation on yelp and was not disappointed. The gentleman that came to my house showed up on time and fixed the issue the same day for a reasonable price and did a very professional looking job. Very happy with the service I got from Lawson. I'll definitely be using them again!

Chris was very responsive, texted when he was on his way, and came within the 3 hr timeframe that was given. After explaining about the leak from the unit above and talking with the owners, he said it wasn't a plumbing issue and it was determined it was the owner's washing machine that caused the leak.  So even though Chris didn't end up doing any plumbing work for me, I was very happy with the customer service and will call him again for future plumbing issues.

We had a pinhole gas leak in our water heater, which caused a small flame to ignite.  Fortunately, there was no damage to the house, but the water heater was toast.  This happened on a Thursday.

We called our home warranty company to get the water heater replaced.  14 calls, over five hours on the phone, and five days later we were no closer to having hot water. I was driving 40 minutes to shower at a family member's house, and boiling water to wash dishes by hand. We got fed up and took things into our own hands.  

I called Bumblebee Plumbing.  This has been our third time using them, and all three times they have been prompt, professional, and have provided quality work.  I called at 10:30 AM on Christmas Eve and we had a new water heater installed with the old one hauled away within 3 hours.  Did I mention it was Christmas Eve?

My previous reviews mention their prices are high.  They are, but the service and professionalism that we have received from them today and in the past have convinced me the cost is worth it, especially in an urgent situation.  It is so stressful dealing with contractors who don't show up when they say they will, don't have what's needed to do the job, or otherwise leave you hanging and desperate.  If you need service quickly and want a dependable company, keep Bumblebee's phone number on hand.

I hate to give bad reviews but sometimes something just rubs me the wrong way.  Lawson cam out to fix a leaking plumbing install from a year ago.  The leak appeared to be a bad sweat joint.  There are millions of homes and businesses with copper plumbing with dozens if not hundreds of joints each.  There could be 100's of millions of sweat joints that have gone decades without a leak.  Ours failed in a year or less, but because I called Lawson just over a year, they charged me $400 to fix their shotty work.  

The tech that came out was awesome.  He understood the issue and was very apologetic and understanding.  His repair looked top notch, time will tell.  
Still one would think as rare as a failed sweat joint is, it would have a longer warranty. One would think they stand behind their work a bit more.  We recently had an AC put in with a much longer workmanship warranty and its a MUCH more complicated job.  If Lawson isn't sure enough of their work to give it a real warranty, then I'm not either.  Oh, and that $400 repair, well it's only got a 90 day warranty. Seriously!  If the job was done right, it'll still be holding 50 years from now.  Not just for 3 months.  We've been a customer for nearly a decade, time to part ways.

EDIT:  It's obvious that this company takes customer satisfaction very seriously and they did everything necessary to make things right for us.  The shoddy original work that was performed on 6/21/18 came with a 2 year warranty on the parts and the labor and they are processing a FULL refund as I write this.  They are also issuing a new invoice to reflect the correct warranty information so that we don't have any future problems.  It's refreshing to do business with a company that takes prompt action and requires no hassle or extra work to be done on my part.  I was given No excuses, No runaround, No snark.  Thank you for being accountable & upstanding professionals.  In my book, honest mistakes and occasional problems are always forgivable when ultimately the company does the right thing.

I probably had the most thorough annual AC inspection, tune-up and cleaning today than I have ever had.
Karl arrived on time per scheduled appointment  and did a complete inside and outside exam of both my Trane AC units.  He answered all questions that I had and addressed all of my concerns.
Upon finishing, he showed me pictures of every piece of equipment with recommendations if needed for any follow up.
He was pleasant, professional, attentive and highly thorough in his assessment.
I highly recommend ProSkill.  They got them all beat!!

This review is for the Elite Rooter in *Tucson* -- I  had a complex kitchen clog that I tried absolutely everything to clear. I called the Elite Rooter in Tucson, and they arrived promptly. The technician (Joel) was polite, respectful, *honest* and determined that the clog was in some marginally accessible part of the drain system. He removed the clog and I have my kitchen back. He was helpful and informative. And, as I say, *honest* which I have found lacking in some Tucson plumbing companies. I would without hesitation call them again. They do a good job, are courteous and are very reasonable. The technician went out of his way for me. They don't try and sell you anything you don't need, nor do they engage in other deceptive practices, which is refreshing. The tech stayed until I had run water, run the dishwasher - whatever it took to be sure the problem was resolved. When I think of the hundreds of dollars I have donated to other companies for far less, I wish I had known about them sooner!

We needed a new faucet and under-mount sink installed. Somers Plumbers was the only reply that would at least look at installing an under-mount sink and after inspection gave us a very competitive quote. Dave came out the next day and installed the sink and faucet in no time and everything has been working great.

We will definitely use Somers Plumbers again for any of our plumbing needs.

I hired Brian to come replace an under-counter sink the kitchen after several other plumbers declined to do the work or gave me a ludicrous estimate. Brian showed up and talked me through all of the different options. Once we decided on a path he was extremely helpful not only arranging his schedule to align with mine but also went to the hardware store with me to select a sink and other parts.

I must stress that this job was highly nonstandard and extremely difficult. It involved carpentry, plumbing and craftsmanship. Brian worked all day, approximately 12 hours so I wouldn't have to go without a kitchen sink for more than just one day. The end result was outstanding. He found a way to remove my 20 year old sink and install a modern beautiful single basin stainless sink in its place. I could not be more thrilled or more impressed with Brian's professionalism, skill and just being a generally great guy. He left the worksite extremely clean and followed up to ensure all went well.

I highly recommend Brian and Sound Plumbing. I wouldn't hesitate for second to hire them again.

Called to get an estimate for a pressure reducer (common in some areas throughout Phoenix) due to a sprinkler issue. They showed up same day evaluated the piping, explained the process and quoted. We pulled the trigger and in about an hour everything was done and top notch. Very knowledgeable, courteous and extremely professional job. I highly recommend these guys for all your plumbing needs.

STAY AWAY!!!  Had an appointment for 12-2pm today and they called at 1:55pm to say they would be 1hr & 30mins late.  At 5:40pm (2hrs & 10mins after the new time they quoted) we called them back and told them about the situation.  They lady on the phone was extremely rude and did not offer any assistance in the matter.

Wow!!!! I just had an install today of two new units. I can't say enough about the quality of salesmanship and installation we received. I would highly suggest Hays for any services that they offer. Their team is knowledgeable and cordial. They also came way under a price quote from a competitor and doubled the warranty. We also got a wifi thermostat was the hi-light of my husbands day!!!  Thanks Hays we are customers for life.

I have never interacted with an AC company that was so knowledgeable and informative, taking the time to address customer questions and concerns in order for consumer to make best purchase decisions.  Luis was the tech, and I'm impressed with how much he cares that one doesn't purchase some product and then later regret it.   I have had this challenge before when the timing, or the order of getting certain services such as Duct cleaning, re-sealing ducts, buying Air Scrubber, and or new HVAC, counter acted other purchase if not done in certain sequence.
