Second time we have used Chris and so grateful to have a plumber like him! Our tenants toilet was backed up/overfilled with raw sewage on a Friday afternoon.. lovely... needless to say an immediate response was important to us, and that's exactly what we got with Chris. He was able to get one of his guys out that very same day. The problem went further down into the ground than we thought, and he explained everything to us before proceeding. He gave us a VERY fair price and was even able to provide the new toilet we needed to replace vs going out and shopping around for it and extending the repair time.
He knows what he's talking about, has great communication, is a quick worker, has very fair pricing, and is an honest plumber! Can't beat that. Thanks again to Chris and his Pink Plumbing team!

We had sewer water coming out toilets.  My wife called Diamondback for service.  The lady on the phone was super nice .  We had a plumber dispatched within 2 hrs.  Th plumber quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed in the spot.   Cost me under $200 for something others would have charged $500.

Hansen came to the rescue after too many attempts in searching for a company that said no to us for installing a whole home filtration system and filter in our garage. At one point, we seriously thought we would never get this part installed, and we'd just returned it and called it a day. We almost gave up! When Dishawn came to our house and inspected the area, he immediately said he could complete the project in a couple hours! My jaw dropped because he's is the first technician who said YES, this can be done!! Anddd it's done! We are so happy with the result! Thank you so much!

If I could give this company 10 stars....I would! They listened to the problem we had with our water heater & had someone out the next day! Randall came to the house & took his time to thoroughly diagnose the problem (he did pressure tests & soap tests etc). Since we had such a bad experience with the first plumber who installed our water heater, Randall wanted to make sure he fixed it right the first time! He called various places to find the part he needed. He genuinely cared about our situation. This company has instilled good values in their employees. I will also mention that their prices are reasonable. You will not go wrong with this company!!!!

Woke up to a busted hot water tank on Sunday before Christmas. This couldn't have happened at a worse time as we had family from out of town staying with us. Chris answered the call and let me know Larry would be at my home to inspect and repair. Larry arrived sooner than expected and changed out our water tank in a couple hours.

Larry was a professional. Clean, courteous and answered all our questions. If I need a plumber, these are the guys I will call.

Good service. tech took care of problem. It may have been in the high end price wise but I didn't compare to anyone else. I was just happy to have someone come the same day.

UPDATE TO MY EARLIER REVIEW:  Within minutes of posting my review I received a call from the owner, Jeffrey Lawson. He is the quintessential business person. I can see why the business has a FIVE Star Yelp review overall. OOPS ON MY PART FOR SOME OF THE MISUNDERSTANDING. I hadn't listened carefully enough when the filters were changed on my reverse osmosis. The fifth filter and heart of the system was a little more costly than the typical four I had been replacing in previous years. The tech did say to me that the fifth filter needed to be changed every ten years or so and I blanked that part. Hence the difference in cost. On the plus side for me Jeff pointed out that the pricing had not taken into consideration the other work I had done while the tech was here and he processed a credit to my Visa. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you to Lawson Family Plumbing. Just as Jeff said to me and by the way his tech told me this when he was in my home. The owner cares about the customer and wants to hear their feedback.

Lawson Family Plumbing was in my house on July 27th. This should have been a five star review except for one issue. I needed some work done on toilet parts and that work was done very well. The price felt right and so far no issues with any of the toilets.

Unfortunately they earned the three star review due to pricing on the Reverse Osmosis filter replacement. In the last ten years I have never paid more than $100 to have these filters replaced. Lawson's price was a whopping $275. I guess I should say shame on me for agreeing to have the work done. But I did and won't make that mistake again.

I do love these businesses that have great reviews as Lawson does. My son owns a local service business and hovers between 4 1/2 stars and five stars on Yelp. I know how hard it is to earn this kind of rating from your customers.

This was our second time using ProSkill Services, and the service was great just like last time! The technician came wearing a mask, was very professional and helpful. They were able to fit our appointment in on short notice, and got the job done in a timely manner. Will definitely use again and highly recommend!

On Thursday night, we discovered that our kids' toilet had been leaking for several days, maybe even weeks.  Upon investigation, my husband found a pin-sized hole in the supply line.  Instead of just fixing the supply line, we decided to replace both of our toilets which were from 1979 with new water efficient toilets.  On Friday, I contacted a few companies from Yelp and Elite Rooter responded within a couple of hours and they were able to schedule their technician to come out the following day.  The other companies couldn't even get us in until the following week.  On Saturday, the technician, Brian K., called to let us know he was on his way.  He was courteous, professional, and you could tell he knew what he was doing!  After he installed the new toilets, he noticed that one of them didn't flush quite right and he worked on it to ensure that it was working properly before he left.  Apparently, it was something that happens often with new Kohler toilets.  He left the work areas as clean as when he arrived too, which is a huge plus!!  Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and adhered to Covid protocols - I would highly recommend Elite Rooter and plan to call them again when we have plumbing issues in the future.

I needed two faucets replaced. Dave was good in communicating price, appointment time, etc. He arrived on time, did a great job. Price was reasonable.

Needed to replace a shower cartridge for a rental.  I want to have the place ready before the weekend.  Called around and Michael was fast and efficient.   He was able to address the issue that same day.  It was a little on the higher side, but they are dependable with good ratings.

I hired Brian to come replace an under-counter sink the kitchen after several other plumbers declined to do the work or gave me a ludicrous estimate. Brian showed up and talked me through all of the different options. Once we decided on a path he was extremely helpful not only arranging his schedule to align with mine but also went to the hardware store with me to select a sink and other parts.

I must stress that this job was highly nonstandard and extremely difficult. It involved carpentry, plumbing and craftsmanship. Brian worked all day, approximately 12 hours so I wouldn't have to go without a kitchen sink for more than just one day. The end result was outstanding. He found a way to remove my 20 year old sink and install a modern beautiful single basin stainless sink in its place. I could not be more thrilled or more impressed with Brian's professionalism, skill and just being a generally great guy. He left the worksite extremely clean and followed up to ensure all went well.

I highly recommend Brian and Sound Plumbing. I wouldn't hesitate for second to hire them again.

Used Allegiance for a bathroom remodel, pricing was great! You can count on these guys be there when they said they would be. They did a fantastic job even though we have a few challenges. Will use them again for sure.

Randy arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and solved it.  Quoted price differential for different types of repairs prior to the start of work and there were no surprises at the end, problem solved.  Quick, efficient and honest.

Had an issue with our water pressure in the house. Did some basic diagnostics and decided I needed professional help. Put out a job needing to be done on Yelp. They came out a couple of days later. Our tech was very thorough and explained everything to me. Job was completed in about 2.5 hours. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is they missed the morning appointment and I had to contact them. After that it was smooth sailing.

From start to finish, we had a great experience. Our tech, Jeff, first showed up the same day we had called for an estimate as he had a local cancellation. Jeff was very professional and knowledgeable. We showed Jeff what was to be done at that time. A few days later, Jeff sent a revised estimate as we had an issue come up and wanted to make sure we were comparing the same thing amongst estimates. Through out the process, I consulted with Jeff, who exhibited great communication skills, a sign of great customer service. When everything was all said and done, we chose Lawson Family Plumbing for our home improvement project as they had the balance of fair pricing, great communication skills, and could do the project when it was convenient for us. That service was performed on June 15. Jeff called 30 minutes prior to arriving for the appointment, along with his assistant. We showed them all of the parts we supplied and they verified we had everything intact. Our project was completed in approximately 2 hours. The quality of the workmanship was great. We are very pleased with this project. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lawson Family Plumbing for your home improvement needs. Much appreciated and thanks again!

Update. They did contact me after posting this review to apologize and return my check, which I didn't expect, but it was appreciated. Will I use them again? Possibly. They do get the job done, and hopefully they have spoken with the technicians about not leaving a job site like this again.

I live out of state and the AC in my Peoria rental home needed to have the indoor coil replaced (in the middle of a June heat wave, of course!) Hays was very accommodating & their staff was superb! The receptionists, Veronica & Tanya, were very pleasant & professional. The two techs we'd dealt with between the couple of visits that had to be made to my home were Jerry & Mike, both were quite knowledgeable and extremely courteous and professional over the phone. The only thing I could suggest is to give an itemized estimate for jobs. We had to spend $2800 on our AC & would have liked to know what we were spending it on. Being out of state, we had to put our trust in Hays so the job could be completed as soon as possible (we have a tenant who's pregnant) & didn't have time to collect alternative estimates.

It is clear that Hays has high service standards and engagement among their employees, definitely an under appreciated quality of small businesses.

The guys at King AC and Plumbing are the best. They saved me thousands of dollars. I first had my AC unit looked at by one of the big AC companies here in the valley because it was vibrating very badly. I wont name names, but let's just say the original owner's last name is the same as a large South American country where the World Cup is taking place right now. After the big guy's service tech failed attempts to convince me that I needed a brand new unit ($5,000), he told me that the blower motor needed to be replaced and would cost $1,300 with some sort of VIP package. A few days later I saw Brendon with King AC in my neighborhood working on my neighbors unit. It was already pretty late in the evening, but after a quick conversation with Brendon, he gladly climbed on to my roof to take a look at my unit. He came down and said there was an issue with the blower motor but it would be nowhere near the $1,300 I was originally quoted. He also informed me that the other guy that came out never even opened a single panel on my unit to come up with his expert diagnosis. The next day I received a call from the owner Terry who told me that the motor was a specialty order part and was quite expensive, but again nowhere near the original amount I was quoted. He also informed me that most likely the motor didn't need to be replaced, but the squirrel cage probably just needed to be cleaned out so it could spin properly. With Terry's advice in hand, I spent a couple of hours that weekend cleaning out the very dirty squirrel cage which was super easy to do and cost me $5 worth of cleaning solution. After I put a couple of panels back on and started up my unit again, the heavy vibration had completely disappeared. Today I had Brendon come out to take a second look over my work and make sure everything else was tip-top. He informed me that my unit needed a couple pounds of Freon and everything else with my dinosaur of a AC unit looked great. Now my unit blows colder than ever and stays on half the time that it used to, which is going to save me a small fortune on my electric bill. I have nothing but compliments for this company and their employees. All around knowledgeable and honest guys. I will never call another company for any of my AC or plumbing needs. I know with King I will receive an truthful recommendation at a good price. No scare tactics, up-selling, or commission based sales. The world needs more genuine people out there who work to help others and not take advantage of them. Thanks King AC!
