These guys are great. Long story short, one day shortly after we moved into our new to us home, the toilets backed up. We called another plumber and had the line rooted. As with all rooting jobs, there has to be a problem causing the need for rooting. Brad being the do it yourself kind of guy, went to work to remedy the problem. Unfortunately for us, he dug and dug based on info from another plumber's report we were digging in the wrong place! Brad felt defeated. He called Chris, owner of Pink Plumbing & Sewer, at 9pm. Chris said he would come out tomorrow afternoon. He was here when he said, checked out the situation, gave us his price, and got to work. We were not expecting for the job to be finished before next week. Christ knew the situation we were in and aware of everything going on and he took on the job immediately! His employee went the extra mile to put the dirt he had dug up and put the dirt back from where Brad was digging. Swept up the sidewalks too! Chris as a great wealth of knowledge, is honest, and a hard worker. I highly recommend him for big jobs and small jobs too! If we ever need him again we will definitely hire him again. Now to get on to the other things when moving into a home! Job well done.

Worst experience I have ever had with a company in my life. They charged me over $200 for being here for 30 minutes and nothing was fixed in the slightest. Get yourself a company you can pay to actually fix the problem, the whole situation and aftermath was beyond unprofessional.

Another great experience with Hansen Plumbing. Robert Fike came in and did a great job replacing a kitchen faucet and replacing the incoming water pressure valve. Richard who came in to do the estimate was fair and reasonable as usual. This is an awesome company to work with.

PS: I love the fact that when they send you a text about the plumber coming to your house, they include a Photo and a small bio. This makes it so personable. What a nice, human touch !!!

Chris did a excellent job putting in plumbing and connecting tub to water supply ,price was very reasonable. when finished cleaned up very well.

Had an issue with my plumbing today. Toilet flooded and I looked on Yelp to find plumbers. Chris answered right away and was able to get to my house within an hour. Found my issue and fixed it quickly. Was priced well and service was done fast. Would recommend and continue to use him for any issues I have later on. 10/10!

Very concerned about a possible water leak, I called one of the highest reviewed plumbing companies. They sent Dan over next day and he diagnosed the problem immediately. We got an appointment scheduled for the next morning at 8am. Dan and Victor were right on time and got the whole job completed by noon! Thank you so much for your hard work and professionalism Dan!

After seeing my poor review, the owner of the company, Jeff, reached out to me immediately to clarify their relationship with Dry Force and help me contact the right people at Dry Force which I was never able to do on my own.  Jeff stated that the company absolutely does not receive kick backs or money for referrals but they do have a working relationship with Dry Force at the current time.  Jeff spent a great deal of time helping me to contact the right person at Dry Force and was very very helpful.

I called ProSkill after finding out our water heater had corroded through the top of the tank. Within 45 minutes of my call, technician, Jeff, was at the house and ready to replace the unit.

Unfortunately, due to the abnormally-small space built for the water heater, he had to call for backup to assist in the removal of the old unit and install of the new one. The job only took them a couple of hours and they even connected a drain pipe to the drip pan to lead and water away from the drywall. Despite having to add a second technician, the original quote was honored without question and we had hot water again.

Overall, a 5-star experience from start to finish. I will be moving them atop my list of HVAC, plumbing, and water heater service companies! Thank you for the great experience!

I wanted to thank Elite Rooter for coming out today and clearing out our drains. Keith came out within an hour and a half and checked out our pipes with the camera and found that they were extremely clogged. And then he sent Brian out with their high powered washer and cleared the out the drains in the entire house. Best of all, they got it all done in one day. They gave me a good price for doing the whole house, gave me a 5 year guarantee, and they even waved the initial fee to make things easier for us. Everything was confirmed with a camera search throughout the entire pipe system at the end of the job. I can't say enough great things about this company. They are fast, reliable, honest and really know their stuff. When my home warranty company couldn't get the job done, I decided to turn to Yelp to find someone who really knows their stuff. I called and they were able to send someone out the next morning, when other companies couldn't help for weeks. In a matter of minutes they were able to properly diagnose our issue and got to work on getting it fixed, and what do you know? Two other companies couldn't get the job done and they did.

Special shout out to Dylan Morris who is an absolute gem. This guy is an expert and is so kind and professional. He really took the time to explain what was going on and laid out several courses of action we could take. He truly went above and beyond to help us out.

We called because we had a lot of water leaking in the garage and they scheduled us for 3pm then called and they came sooner which was awesome. We had to shut of our water so I was very excited they could make it out sooner. Did a good job explained everything !

Jordan is really friendly and did a fantastic job replacing my whole water manifold. It was  bad and right away can tell the water pressure is now better in my house after he replaced everything. My water pressure was really high, I had a constant leak and everything was corroded. He came during the time he promised and left the work area clean. He was upfront with me about everything when setting it up and his pricing is really great. He gave me the best quote and also has warranty on his work! Lawson just left and they did a great job removing an old hose bib and replacing it. They also gave me some free advice on a master bath toilet. Can't beat free. They were very fast and cost efficient.

I have been using Option One for all my plumbing needs for 5 years now from anything from sink line clearing to  
replacement of my entire main system under the house slab by using the Pipe Blasting technique. They never disappoint I highly recommend Option One.

Had a pretty epic issue with the sewer line at my house. It couldn't have come at a worse time. My wife and I were in the process of finishing our costly landscaping project. Our sewer line stopped up in the house. No flooding which was good. We hired the first company that could come out( not Hay's). They removed the blockage and put a camera down the line. They located what they thought was Orangeburge sewer pipe. They quoted me an insane amount,$5000 to dig a 2ft x 2ft x 3ft hole to confirm their finding. I was floored, that is insanity. I started searching again and found Hay,s. Brett showed up and was ready to rock. I explained the time restraint concerning the schedule of landscapers and the issues with the sewer line. He assured me it wouldn't be an issue. After scoping the line and digging the initial hole, for a fraction of the price the other company quoted mind you, he confirmed it was Orangeburge. He gave me a quote and walked  me thru the pipe bursting process. This was a Thursday. I accepted the quote with a fist bump( COVID protocol) Fast forward to Monday and I had a team of guys ready to go. They dug a hole in my front yard and one in my back yard, this is for pipe bursting. They also trenched a section in my back yard, to avoid damaging existing utilities. The pipe bursting process took a little over an hour. The trenched area was laid by hand. The entire process from digging to back filling took 3 days. You can barely tell they were here. Amazing to think I have a brand new main sewer line from the back yard to the city tie-in. The price was fair, the peace of mind is priceless. Thank you Brett , for leading the project start to finish and Nick, for answering all my stupid questions as well as the entire Hay's team for making a difficult situation truly painless.

I can't say enough about the customer service from King Plumbing & AC.  Just as luck would have it the AC in my home stopped cooling on a weekend in July, it was just running constantly.  I posted a message on Yelp that following Monday morning. King Plumbing was THE ONLY company who could come out that morning.  Luis and James arrived right on time. Both were very polite, professional and honest. They noticed the unit was low on coolant, recharged it and cool air had returned.  Next step was to reach out to Old Republic, the home warranty company, to get the AC repaired or replaced.  They sent out some shotty company who charged me 75.00 just to tell me nothing was wrong, didn't even check anything except to tell me the unit had plenty of coolant. No duh  since King had just been out a day prior.  This company then closed out the service ticket with no problem found. I called Old Republic back and stated there was a reason why the unit was so low on coolant and insisted either they repair or replace the unit.  Since King Plumbing & AC is also a contractor for Old Republic, I demanded that they open a new ticket to King.  Luis and James came out again, went up in the attic and found multiple leaks in the coil. Luis worked with the manufacturer to locate a replacement part which was so nice of him. A part was found and the insurance company approved the repair with no cost to me.  Luis and James came back out once the part arrived, replaced it and now the AC works great.  I even signed up for the maintenance plan offered by King so now twice a year the unit can be inspected so no more summer without AC.  There are so many AC companies in Maricopa County but if you are looking for a company with honesty, integrity, that goes above and beyond, by all means, look no further than King Plumbing & AC.
