The Customer Service we experienced at this level is unheard of these days. We had a leak at the coupling where the city water connects to our house. Water was coming out with a vengeance. I managed to get the water shut off and dig down 2 feet and discovered a connector that I had never dealt with before. Mike from Pink Plumbing lives across the street so I texted him to see if he could tell me what I was up against. Keep in mind this was in the evening. He came right over and calmy said No big deal he noted, a crack in the brass coupling on the house side of the equation. He said he could help out the next afternoon to which we were so grateful albeit we had no water till then. Less than an hour later we heard water filling the pipes and I was sure we had a tragedy on our hands. Our door bell rang, it was Mike, he brought over his tools had already fixed it!!! This is next level and you just don't see this type of service.  Use these guys, you'll be glad you did.

Incredible experience from beginning to end!  They responded to my inquiry as well as my questions quickly, sent me a reminder and also let me know when our technician was on his way!  We had Danny repair our main valve leak and he was not only really friendly but informative too!  He fixed our leak pretty quickly yet did an amazingly thorough job.  I highly recommend Hansen Family Plumbing for an extremely smooth and positive experience!

My kitchen sink was leaking. Pulled out Yelp and they had a strong backing. Decided to give them a call. They fixed that sink issue and a leak in my back yard plumbing that same day. A little pricier than another company, I did not mind. Their responsiveness and communication throughout the entire process was more than worth it. You get what you pay for and they did an amazing  job so I'm very happy!!!!!! I would recommend them to any and all of my family.

I filled out a price quote request online at 7pm and left my phone number. I got a call back within 15 minutes.  Repairman showed up the next morning and fixed the clogged drain- even cleaned up before leaving.  Very friendly, super fast response time.  Would call again, but hopefully won't have to :)

I called Bumble Bee due to a hot water leak. From the initial phone call, they were professional and responsive to questions. Their pricing seemed reasonable and they started working right away. Additionally, due to the leak there was damage to a wall and floor. Every sub-contractor that came out was very professional as well. I highly recommend Bumble Bee Plumbing.

Lawson Family Plumbing deserves six stars! I chose this company because of the great ratings and I wasn't disappointed. I have a wall mounted faucet, kitchen faucet and a garbage disposal that needed repairs/replacement. A another company came out and had no idea how to fix a wall mounted faucet. Thank goodness for Lawson Family Plumbing! They responded promptly and came out to do the job in the same week. Vic was so professional and did an awesome job. He let me know how much everything would cost beforehand, cleaned up after the work and just was nice to work with. You can tell he loves his job by how pleasant he was. Sounds like the owners are great people. Lawson will be my go to plumbing company from now on.

Greg showed up earlier than expected (awesome) to address the septic smell we had emanating from the master bath shower. The septic was cleaned out a couple of weeks prior and the home had sat unoccupied for almost 9 months. The traps had all dried out. Greg took the time to educated us on the septic system and our water treatment system. Very nice guy... and we appreciate the extra effort.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ProSkill plumbing for your plumbing needs. Great job all around! Thank you!

These guys were prompt and professional.  Upon arrival they took the time to diagnose the issue and DID NOT try to sell me new faucet; first looking to see if they could correct the issue.

My septic tank alarm started going off a few months after moving into my new house. My wife called me panicking not knowing what was going on so we called Element plumbing to come to our rescue. Michael figured out the problem very quickly. He said our septic pump had stopped working and was no longer pumping everything out into the drainfield. It most likely stopped working when a different company came out before we bought the house and inspected the pump but did not replace one of the seals causing the pump to burn out. Michael very quickly fixed the problem by replacing the pump and the seal. He was so professional and efficient that I called him again to come out and fix both my leaking garden hose faucets. Brian is one of the most honest men I've ever met in the industry. His knowledge goes beyond what I was expecting and his customer service was excellent. I highly recommend using his company.

Oh my gosh we are so thrilled with our experience. My husband called when he got home from work because our tub had a leak that was leaking into the wall. Even though they were closing for the day the scheduler/dispatch turned her computer back on and routed someone to us after their last job for the day since we had to turn the water off. Eddie texted when he was on his way. Way very friendly and efficient (wore a mask the whole time) and fixed our problem with minimal work. So, so thankful for this company for going above and beyond at the last minute.

Today we had rooter ranger check our plumbing issue, Mikey was very honest and point us in the right direction to find a solution to our issue since it was the sprinkler suppression system and I need the sprinkler company to check it out.

They fixed a leak from our toilet this week, and they were quick with a response and and we're able to get it fixed within the same day I called. They are next going to replace my water heater and then hopefully replace my water softener so I will continue to use their services for anything that my house may need.

Mike was very knowledgeable and polite. He installed our RO system and fixed a leaky faucet in our master bath. The installation went great. He gave us great recommendations on how to move forward with a new water softener. I will use him again.

Good technicians, recently had some rewiring done as well as getting 2 new WiFi thermostats installed and they did a great job. Pricing is resonabale, would use again.

Called this morning and Brendan was at our house in less than an hour. He was very nice and explained what he found and what he did. Hopefully I will not need a plumber for a long time but if I do, I will be calling King again!
