Amazing service! I had a major leak in my master bath! from my first call they were so friendly and helpful! Lou and Adam were so amazing, efficient, courteous and polite!! I would highly recommend this company!!!  Amazing!!!

On Memorial day I woke up to a flooded kitchen. Jerry showed up on time and was in and out in less than 30 minutes and they didn't charge extra because of the holiday.

Amazing service. Jason came and helped us on a couple small plumbing issues we had at our house. Not only did he give us expert advice but saved us a bunch of money, when he could of easily charged us for more money. We quoted several other companies and no one came close to the quality and service we got.

They showed up on time and got our issue resolved quickly. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I noticed that an area of my backyard was damp and had been for the past few days, and then i noticed where some water was coming up from underground. I called Bumble Bee and they sent Mike P out in just a couple of hours. He identified the problem quickly and even worked with me on the price when he realized the repair wasn't as extensive as he thought. Glad to be familiar with this company and have a resource for future plumbing needs.

Called Monday evening after 5pm. Scheduled next day service between 10am -1pm. Technician (Vic) called at 9:45am to acknowledge that he was on his way with an ETA of 10:15am. Vic arrived on time. Assessed the issue and had a quote for me in 10 minutes. Performed service in 1 hour. Took before and after photos to verify work. Paid on the spot and received invoice w/ the before & after photos. Great job. Extremely happy and will use Lawson Family Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Let's start by saying this company is the best plumming company I've ever had. Keith was so professional and one straight up dude. Never lied or tried to upsell me he is beyond incredible and awesome!!!!Brian and Greg his workers I don't have words for these guys they hard are workers and so nice and made me and my family feel so comfortable and let it be known my issue wasn't small I was placed in a hotel and these guys are hell of a workers they kicked ass!!! Dave is timely, efficient and skilled and responsive to text messages and very timely. He communicated when he would be arriving and to explained everything that needs to be done and very fair pricing the repairs were done. Michael (the owner) came out to replace an old hose bib (faucet) that had begun to leak badly. He arrived on time, calling beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He showed up masked, and even put on booties for the inside work. Replacing the faucet required opening up an interior wall to get at the plumbing. Access was awkward, requiring either removal of a toilet tank or working underneath a built-in desk. He opened the wall from the desk side (saving me money on parts & labor), working in the cramped space below the desk. He also installed an access door, which hid the hole nicely and allows future access if needed. The faucet itself is from a US manufacturer, appears well-made, and is easy to turn (which my wife will appreciate). He did such a great job I asked if he could replace our other outside faucet, and he was able to do that on the same visit, giving us a discount since a second trip wasn't needed. The whole job took him only three hours, and I felt the cost was quite reasonable. I'm very pleased with the work done, and would definitely hire Element Plumbing for any future plumbing work.

Today is our first experience with 100%, they installed a new water heater and 2 bathroom faucets.  They are punctual, courteous, professional.  Eden did a fabulous job!  Do not hesitate to use them for your plumbing needs!

Allegiance just finished a very extensive irrigation project in my home in Mesa. They converted an old fountain into a raised planter with a drip system and it's own valve and timer. My sprinklers were old and not covering well. Some were broken. They were all replaced with MP rotators. Within two weeks the grass was nearly filled in and green again. There was no more overspray or wasted water. My former home in Fountain Hills was extensively planted and the yard was multi-level and difficult to irrigate. The owner, Tom, did this job to perfection. He also repaired a fountain that two previous companies failed to do.

I have been using this company since 2013 and could not be happier with their service.  They respond to requests for service promptly, visit the property and provide recommendations and a quote during the visit. Pricing is very reasonable and you can be certain that the work will be done professionally, completely and to your satisfaction. All the technicians working for the company that come out to work on your project have been thoroughly trained and are competent professionals. Tom emphasizes that customer service is first and foremost. He will explain what he believes should be done, and  how it should be done. After completion of the project he will walk you through everything has been done and answer any questions you may have remaining and usually will check in with you after a few months to make sure that everything is still fine. You will not be disappointed.

Jordan and team answered my call and got me on the schedule right away! After accessing the problem, Jordan communicated the issue and provided solutions to ensure it would be fixed quickly. As a first time homeowner, my first plumbing problem in my house was scary and stressful. I took to yelp to look for recommendations on which of the many plumbing companies would be most affordable and trustworthy. Lawson Family Plumbing lives up to their 5 star review!

From the first call, the ladies at the front desk put me at ease with their cheerfulness and flexibility with my schedule. I did have to wait a few days for someone to come out but luckily my toilets were still flushing.

Kevin, the technician, ended up coming to my house a total of 3 times. The first time was to unclog my main sewer line. He pulled up a bunch of roots that had infiltrated the line. I was able to use the yelp/Groupon deal which helped ease the cost of that first experience. He let me know he would need to come out again to camera the line to see exactly where the roots causing my problem were and that the main sewer line would ultimately need to be dug up and have a section replaced.

He came a second time to run the camera and found the spot that was causing all my problems. He emailed me a video of what they found. I didn't look at it until the day before he came out a third time but found it was not the video of my pipe.  I mentioned it and he said he'd follow up and have someone send me the correct video. Not a big deal to me, but would like to have it on hand.

At this point, I already felt like I had spent an arm and a leg on the process so far. When he gave me the quote for the final step, which was to dig out the section and replace it, I was in tears. This quote included a discount associated with the previous work from the camera.

I'd much rather spend $1600 on a Hawaiian vacation or literally anything else but the tube that transport poop out of my house...  but it needed to be done. Just to be in the safe side, I asked a few friends familiar with plumbing work if this quote was unreasonable. They both said it was a really good price for the amount of work it would take to access the area. One of them even suggested i ask if they would offer a discount if we dug the area out ourselves. I contacted the company and said they would be willing to offer a discount if we dug the hole ourselves.

It was a TON of work and literally took about 10 hours of intense digging to access the area. Digging out the area ourselves saved us half of the original quote. This was hard, intense labor that would be worth 100% of the hundreds of dollars they were going to charge us had we not been willing or able to do the work ourselves.

I am so grateful to Lawson Family Plumbing for their honesty, trustworthiness and professionalism. They were accommodating with my schedule and budget and completed the job with the highest quality work.  I will be using this company again in the future and will be referring them to friends and family. Thanks again for everything!

My HVAC system, while I'm sure worked fabulously when it was installed in my home in 1992, had slowly become my little housing nightmare.  Like clockwork, it would crap out on Christmas Day, or July 4.  After spending too much money band-aiding it over a few years, it was time to replace the system.

I had Hays provide a quote, along with 2 other contractors.  I ended up selecting Hays, and besides going back to my natural hair color, it's been one of the best decisions of my life.

I was given a firm date and time for my install, and sure enough, the crew showed up on time, ready to work.  It was incredibly well orchestrated.  It's not like they arrived in waves, and stood around on the driveway, waiting for direction.  Every person who showed up knew exactly what to do, and set to work doing just that.  It was quite something to watch, actually.

8 hours later, I had a brand new HVAC system.  And, they even cleaned the floors.  lol

The owner, Chris, came towards the end of the install, and I thought that was a really nice touch.  How many owners actually bother to check on installs anymore?  I had my pool redone, and never saw anyone above the project manager.  So, it meant a lot.

Since the install was completed, I received a few initial follow-up calls from Hays to make sure everything was working fine, and I was happy.  The sales person came a week later to take heating/cooling measurements, to make sure the system was calibrated properly (!).  Better yet, since it's been about a year since the install, the girls in the office actually call me to set up my scheduled service appointments.  I don't remember these things, and if you miss your appointments, it voids your warranty, so I love that the employees stay on top of this for me.

The system itself works perfectly (nothing stops a Trane!  lol), and my bills are 25-30% less per month than what I paid with my old, tired system.  

I couldn't be happier with the experience with Hays, and I have such peace of mind knowing I can rely on them in the future.

My wife and I just moved to Tempe. There were a few plumbing issues; to say the least. I was refereed to King by my agent. Terry was very pleasant on the phone. He was also able to accommodate me by sending a plumber the next day. The plumber was Randy. He was AWESOME. Very personal and informative. He did not talk down to me or treat me like I was an idiot for not knowing how to fix the problems. It was like he was helping a buddy and not some guy that just called. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Unless we move away we will never use any other plumbing service.
