Chris, the owner of Pink Plumbing, and his team were amazing to work with and definitely get gold stars for their service, professionalism, honesty and quality, which is not always easy to come by in this industry!

I was in the process of closing on a house and had some left over issues from the home inspection that the seller had not resolved that were discovered the day that the closing was scheduled. EEK! Chris was quick to assist! Within about an hour of being contacted, Chris was able to assess the plumbing issue and deliver a quote that helped to close the deal in my favor!  

Shortly after I closed on the house,  I contacted Chris regarding some plumbing work that I needed and his response time was terrific!  Chris scheduled with me right away and sent one of his team members (also a Chris) to come out at a time that was convenient for me.  The job entailed the installation of a reverse osmosis water filtration system in addition to installing a drain pain for the hot water heater.  Chris did a fantastic job with both items and with very reasonable rates.

I was able to confidently leave my house that morning when Chris arrived to do the above mentioned work as I had to be at work that day.  When I arrived back home later that evening,  I found all work completed above and beyond my satisfaction.  Chris left an extremely clean work area with the instructions left behind on how to use the Reverse Osmosis system and he locked the door behind him. :-)  Definitely will be using Pink Plumbing for all my plumbing needs! I've had a problem with a toilet they installed, with moisture around the base.  However I was unaware of it. I had issue with something else. I called another company experts on drains. That outfit wanted me to spend 3000 for a problem that did not exist.  I called Justin back for a second opinion.
He corrected the moisture issue with the toilet.
It was a great relief. Diamondback is an honest outfit. I'll call them anytime I have a plumbing issue.

Our disposal decided to come loose and create a small flood in our kitchen. They arrived first thing in the morning as agreed, and had it totally fixed in about an hour after having to remove it and reinstall it. They left the area spotless and were so easy to deal with. Any time in the future that I need a plumber you can bet I will be calling Hansen for the job. They were great!

Terri did a great job removing and installing a new propane water heater for us.  He went out of his way to help me clean up a separate water leak that happened to occur while he was here.  I really appreciated his courteous customer service driven attitude he had. He had the best mannerisms of any plumber I've ever worked with.  GREAT GUY and I'll be asking for his help again on another issue in the near term. Good job Terri!!

Our kitchen sink backed up as we started preparing for Thanksgiving. (Ugh!). We called Flush King and Chris gave us the price for the service we needed and said they would be there in 90 minutes. 90 minutes later Larry showed up, right on time. He quickly identified the issue and fixed it completely. He was professional, courteous, did exactly what they said they would do, at the price quoted over the phone. Couldn't ask for more. They are our new plumber!

Had a very good experience with Ken B of Bumblebee plumbing. Full assessment, careful explanations, quality work. Total satisfaction. They will do all future plumbing jobs for my household.

I would give less. Made an appointment and it held to the day. I even confirmed when i called that day. Told me someone was out and on their way. Nope no call no show. Tried calling the next day but said forget it. With service like that why bother. Never again.

Fall furnace (heat pump) checkup. Went as expected with no issues found. Love the entire process with text message reminders and notification of who the tech is and will be their shortly, etc.

All I can say is these guys are amazing both Keith and Brian went over the top with service and pleasantness to help my mom. I'm in California and they were there within 2 hours of my call making her feel comfortable with her clogged toilet. She was embarrassed with a mess but they didn't care all they wanted to do was help her. I had another guy out there yesterday he charged me three times the price and didn't solve the problem. These guys have amazing customer service along with the lady who took the call and care about their customers. If we ever have a problem again there would be nobody else I would call. Honest reasonable and know what customer service is about. Keith followed up and said he would go by and check on her if I needed and they were an answer to prayer.

Dave within a couple days and was able to rebuild our custom copper fixture that needed replaced to do a slow leak! Really nice and accommodating as well!

Things will break. They will argue it's not their fault. Absolutely would not recommend.

Brian is one of the most honest men I've ever met in the industry. His knowledge goes beyond what I was expecting and his customer service was excellent. I highly recommend using his company.

We have been having the same problem over and over - not their fault - McKinley came - fixed and was awesome !  Vert reasonable priced and fast. He arrived earlier than expect but I appreciated the text message updates .  Plus work is guaranteed for 2 years - great benefit ! Will use again - thank you again!

Adrian cleared my bathtub drain clog and was in and out under 30 minutes. He shared some knowledge on older homes with smaller pipes and why I wasn't able to clear the pipe myself. He also gave me some tips on what I should look into doing next to avoid future issues.

Jordan was super responsive to my estimate request and scheduling an appointment was easy.

I'll definitely call them again if something goes awry.

They fixed a leak from our toilet this week, and they were quick with a response and and we're able to get it fixed within the same day I called. They are next going to replace my water heater and then hopefully replace my water softener so I will continue to use their services for anything that my house may need.

My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Lawson Family Plumbing. They are professional, have excellent customer service, and are quickly responsive. A while back we had them install two new toilets. We had issues with one of the toilets and they came back several times at no charge to help problem-solve the issues. A couple of days ago we noticed what we thought was a leak in our master bath shower and Lawson Family Plumbing came to diagnose the issue. They diagnosed the issue quickly and provided suggestions to us for how to fix what is going on, even though the solution does not include needing plumbing services. We highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing!

My AC died on Father's Day. I called Hays and they were quick to respond.
