My son dropped a large toy down the shower drain. They came out and quickly resolved the clogged drain. While I had him there, i remembered the other shower and a toilet in the house also had some trouble. He quickly fixed all of my problems. I even asked some advice on a DIY project involving a sink fixture and the kitchen faucet. He had some great advice on where to go and how to fix those other smaller jobs. I'd highly recommend them.

Also, they send text alerts to remind about appointments and letting you know they're on the way. Much more helpful than a phone call that I might miss

We were very disappointed. We had a pipe break on a Friday night. I called Diamondback's emergency number. The girl who answered sounded annoyed, but told me Ozzy would call me right back. Never heard a word from Ozzy or anyone else at the company. Found another plumber who actually HAD emergency service and he came and fixed the leak within an hour.

I've used Hansen for years with no problem, but this terrible recent experience has lost me as a customer.

I contacted them a couple months ago about an upstairs bathroom that had a leak. Preston came out and discovered the drain in our walk-in shower was leaking, and that he would have to tear out the entire shower and replace it in order to fix the leak. He said it would be cheaper to install a tub+surround instead of a new shower, and sent me an estimate for around $3900. I wasn't expecting such a costly repair, so did not schedule the work to be done right away.

Last week I finally reach out to Hansen again about scheduling the work. Due to the time that passed since the original estimate, Preston had to come out for a new estimate. This time he tells me a walk-in shower would definitely be less expensive than a tub (contrary to what he said previously). We preferred a walk-in shower anyway, so this was welcome news. I made it clear we wanted basically the same type of shower we currently have with a sliding door. He said it would be no problem, and that it would cost... $3900. The same as the previous quote for a tub instead of a shower, though a shower was supposed to be cheaper. Red flag. But I told him let's move forward.

He said he would go to Home Depot after his last job of the day and call us to show us options for showers he could install. He never called us.

I called the office the next day (Friday of last week) and said we were still waiting for a call from Preston. They reached out to him and he called me toward the end of the day. He said he already picked up a shower to install the following Monday (without showing us any options). He also said the shower would not have a door because ever since Covid they don't make shower kits with doors. That was a flat out lie. I told him to not bother coming to our home again. I can't stand being lied to.

I called Hansen's office and vented to the office worker, who said she would have the office manager call. Here we are almost a week later, and no one has called.

Despite not having issues with any of their previous work or technicians, clearly this terrible experience was enough to make me never want to do business with them again. Perhaps it's best to only use them for basic sink and toilet work, but either way, Preston lied to me on more than one occasion. Just not okay.

I got quotes from several plumbers for a sewer camera inspection on a home we were looking to buy, and Chris at Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers was the most competitively priced, and he was super easy to schedule with. He gave a detailed report that I could provide to the sellers and provided videos he took, along with narration explaining everything. He also promptly responded to questions via text and call. Very grateful with how easy he made the process, and I'll definitely be contacting him again in the future for any plumbing needs.

We were out of town and our neighbor called saying there was water running out of our garage.  We had a water softener malfunction causing damage to garage and utility room.  I used Yelp for reviews and selected Lawson Family Plumbing based on positive recommendations.  We were fortunate to have Michael Schellenberg respond to help us.  We absolutely could not be more pleased with his rapid dispatch, professional conduct and excellent service.  Michael was not only friendly but also efficient.  Not only did he complete the repairs but he took time to explain exactly what he was doing and how we should care for the new equipment installed.  His estimate of cost turned out to be less than originally agreed.  We could not be more pleased and strongly recommend Michael Schellenberg and Lawson Family Plumbing!

I had a reverse osmosis system placed under my kitchen sink several years ago by Proskill. I have had Proskill service it each time it needs a new filter. Each time someone comes to my home, they are professional courteous and knowledgeable. I love that they wear shoe cover ups when they come into the home. Recently, I had them out for a service call. The technician did a great job. He lived out the standards that Proskill has set. When he left, I noticed a small chip in one of my tiles. I contacted Proskill and a manager called me back the next morning. He was very kind, and thoroughly explained how nothing his technician does could cause a chip in the tile. He also explained how all of their tools have rubber endings so that they can't scratch the floor when they set them down. He told me that he went through the technicians tool bag to make sure all of his tools were in compliance. He also spoke with the technician and confirmed that Nothing was done during the service that could have caused the chip. I appreciate the thoroughness of him following up with me and with the technician and I am satisfied with the result. Epic customer service. I will be calling them again for my next service.

Called Elite To take care of my shower stoppage on a Saturday and was surprised when their dispatcher Ashley said they could be out within one hour. She sent Soro to my home - he was on time, polite and courteous and was able to clear my stoppage for the $77 quoted. Will use Elite again and recommend to my friends and family.

Dave came in and fixed the broken valves for our washing machine and on top of that fixed our leaky shower. Dave went above and beyond as he was only going to change the trim kit for the shower but he ended replacing the shower valve due to a leak. He stuck around and finished the job and then cleaned everything up. I would not hesitate to use Somers Plumbers again.

Michael (the owner) came out to replace an old hose bib (faucet) that had begun to leak badly. He arrived on time, calling beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He showed up masked, and even put on booties for the inside work. Replacing the faucet required opening up an interior wall to get at the plumbing. Access was awkward, requiring either removal of a toilet tank or working underneath a built-in desk. He opened the wall from the desk side (saving me money on parts & labor), working in the cramped space below the desk. He also installed an access door, which hid the hole nicely and allows future access if needed. The faucet itself is from a US manufacturer, appears well-made, and is easy to turn (which my wife will appreciate). He did such a great job I asked if he could replace our other outside faucet, and he was able to do that on the same visit, giving us a discount since a second trip wasn't needed. The whole job took him only three hours, and I felt the cost was quite reasonable. I'm very pleased with the work done, and would definitely hire Element Plumbing for any future plumbing work.

Brian was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. He patiently answered all of my questions before I hired him. When all my questions were answered he offered to get the job done that same day! The job was well done and I couldn't be happier with Sound Plumbing.

I didn't have a good experience at all. When they were selling me the job they sold me on doing some of the finish work and come to my house and go over with me exactly what they do. This was the main guy( I won't mention names) and he had the guy that would do the work with him. The main guy never came over but once. Then they started off well and then I had problems with the special order tub arriving cracked. So the wait to that point was on me. They did all the underground plumbing. When they were showing me some of the work they finished to the point of having to stop because of the special order I noticed the vent wasn't plumbed in and asked them about it and they asked if I wanted that hooked up. I replied yes. When everything arrived they got it plumbed in and then I needed it moved to finish the wall.  It took calling the office and complaining about no return call. Finally they showed up and did that and when I was done it took calling the office again. I was told one time he was on emergency and when he n fact they were opening a shop in another state. I was told in the bid they would hook up the tub and toilet. They really struggle with customer service and finish type of plumber. Personally I'll never recommend them to anyone. This cost me everything I had saved. I work two full time jobs and expected a lot better customer service. Five thumbs down.

5 star rating is not enough! After replacing the fill and flush valve in my toilet myself, (I think I'm Miss DIY) water was spraying from the supply line and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Jordan came out and found that it was missing a gasket that was stuck in the old part. He took it out and screwed the water line in, made sure that the toilet was flushing the way it should. I was surprised that it was such an easy fix and felt like an idiot. Another company told me I might have to replace the entire water supply line, but what surprised me even more, was that Jordan refused to charge me saying, I didn't do anything, even after removing a hose that was stuck in my backyard and checking my shower head. I was floored and asked him multiple times to charge me for his time, and gas but he refused. Such an amazing experience.  Most companies would have never taken a simple job like mine or would have charged a service call. I will be calling again and referring him to everyone I know. It is so hard to find honest, reliable, kind people. Thank you so much Jordan, you are amazing!

Prompt response, scheduled to arrive at 8:00 the following morning and techs arrived on time.  We were having problems with our water heater, only to learn there had been a fire within the safety valves.  The techs showed us the damage and quoted us to remove the old unit and replace with a higher efficiency model.  Within hours of arrival the old unit was removed and hauled away and the new unit was installed along with a new line to replace the previous flex line that did not meet code requirements.  Excellent customer service, knowledge and response time.

Saved our bacon and showed up quickly after we called for commercial services. They were able to fix the problem the 1st time unlike the company we used before (who didn't fix it). I will gladly refer this company to anyone who needs a plumber. Thank you for fixing our crappy situation! Literally!

Just the facts:
After reading this, also look at the PS that resulted from the owner's attention.  I was out of town and received a call that a heater in a rent house was not working.  Called Hays--first time I used them.  They told me that a service call was $70 plus repairs and that the technician would call to authorize repairs.  When the call did not come I called the tenant.  The technician had come and gone--discovered it was only the gas valve in the off position--turned it on, furnace was working, and left.  Got a call from Hays asking for $160.  According to the technician, the extra $90 was for the safety check.  I mailed a check so they have no cause for complaint.  
This does not square with all the previous glowing reviews.
Does this deserve one star?  Yes--they should have been more up front about the charges.

PS.  The owner called and admitted a mistake in the charges.  It has to do with what the technician writes down and this technician was new to the company.  A refund is being processed.  Will raise the rating another notch when received.  I will try them again and then Hays may deserve a 5 star rating.
PSS: Received a refund of $90.

We've used KING Plumbing Heating & AC (KING) in the past for a plumbing problem. My late Father's Day gift late last night was our AC unit stopped cooling. I sent a text to KING that I would contact them in the morning (Monday). As in our previous experience, the response was quick and by 10:45 our unit was up and running. Fast response, taking care of customers and personable guys who treat people with respect and understanding... yeh, I'll be calling on KING every time.
