I called them and made an appointment to have someone check my kitchen sink. They were quick in answering my call, made an appt, got an appt reminder & confirmation text prior. They arrived on time, respectful, professional and taking their COVID precautions. Once he inspected the issue, he explained exactly what was wrong, what was required, and how much it would cost. After I agreed, he went back to work and completed the task. He gave me advice and tips for the future and made sure to leave the area clean afterwards too. I e-signed a few docs & paid with card. I did check in on Yelp and got a $55 discount off my total, which was awesome. I received my invoice and receipt via email. Happy with their service.

The technician arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed and informed me the toilet head was no longer available he had to replace them at $900 each. Total $5200.
Maybe since I was a female business owner he thought I would approve without checking other options.
I called another service and job was done for less than $500.

I will never use them again.  The owner Chris is very unprofessional.  When all you care about is money in service industry it is so transparent.  Over communication is better than under.  I will never deal with this level of unprofessionalism again.  Prefer Pink Plumbing!!  Oh and after a $2200 job they still have poor service.  The tech leaves and says put an asterk by her name to never do work again.  Horrible!  The guy does not know how to communicate to run a business.  Text is not the way to run a business.  I never asked for a service call and the guy cant pick up the phone.  The gas company was on their way to test a gas leak after water heater install... i did not need them but still want charge when I didn't request service.  That is bad business

Bumble Bee was great from the first call to the last call! They were able to send Ken out to my house, within 30 minutes for a broken toilet. Ken explained my options clearly after assessing our situation. He was professional, fast and courteous. Looking forward to referring them to others. 5 STARS!

It was the hottest day of 2018 and our AC went out. I chose to call ProSkill after seeing many good online reviews. But after about a 3hr ordeal dealing with two untrained after-hours answering service operators I was having second thoughts.

I finally spoke to a knowledgeable operator who got our emergency A/C repair on track. And a manager even followed up after 11pm. He scheduled a repair the next day between 10a-noon.

The repairman was knowledgeable and he was all business. The A/C was up & running in about 20mins.

It was a bumpy ride at first. But once the ProSkill pros took over it was a good experience. The last operator I spoke to, the manager and repair man put me at ease. I recommend ProSkill.

My girlfriend recently inherited a house, and it feels like every other weekend there's a new problem that comes up that needs fixing. Dave came out to repair my clogged toilet in our guest bathroom this morning. He was on time and very responsive and very reasonably priced.

Go no further - you have just found a plumbing company that is meticulous, on time, professional and efficient. In 2 days they replaced 2 toilets (1st plumber did not show up). It started with call to the office where Ana was helpful and so nice.  The installation done by Mike and Matt was on time and looks better than any plumbing I have ever seen. Could not be happier with this well organized and well run company. Our highest recommendation and we are picky.

Fast, honest, and reliable. This is the second time we've used Sound Plumbing, and they do not disappoint. The first time was to have a sink and faucet installed in the laundry room. Everything was great there. This time, an issue with the hot water flowing lukewarmly. Brian showed up, on time, and within the hour we had hot water again. We will definitely call them anytime we need a plumber.

Once 100% Plumbing earned my business, they showed me that their top priority was to keep my business going forward.  Mont and Eddie went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the purchase and installation of a new toilet.  Eddie performed the work neatly and efficiently, and the appointment scheduling was super-convenient too as they even let you know by text message when the service tech is en route.  That level of care certainly will have them keeping me as a customer for all of my future plumbing needs.

Mike Turner, the Project M ager has the patience of Job. I can't remember how many emails Mike answered (most after hours) but I think it was at least 6. Each email received answered all my questions thoroughly and clearly. I finally had my softener installed today by Jason and his professionalism and knowledge was on par with my experience with Mike. Jason was very efficient and precise, as you can see from the photos of his work. It is a pleasure  doing business with companies that strive to provide great service and work. I am very pleased with the service I received and will go to Allegiance for future plumbing needs. Jordan is a really good guy. Got me pointed in the right direction even thou we didn't end up working together.

Our water softener system quit working. I called Lawson plumbing as they installed the system and we had used them in the past with no issues. This time they said the sensor had gone bad. The person said if the part was in stock with their part supplier it would be a couple of days. If it had to be ordered it would probably be a couple of weeks. In either case someone would contact me to let me know the status. I called twice over the next two weeks and they didn't know what was going on but would check and contact me. I also filled out the online contact form. No one ever called me. I called today to cancel the job and I will find someone else to fix it.

Received a phone call from the company and they came right out and fixed the problem. Not sure where the communication failure took place but all is fixed now.

When you are scared to flush your toilet, there's only one place to call - Option One Plumbing. This is my second time contacting Option One for a different problem.

Derrick came out and was super friendly and accommodating. He noticed the problems I was having and understood that I had already taken a day off from work just to resolve this issue. He knew I needed someone to check the line, so he called Timothy to come out and run the camera through the pipes. That's when we found a massive pipe that was catching the debris and blocking the pipes.  It actually looked like someone had stuck a toilet augur in the line and it was stuck. Unfortunately, they had to dig it up and get it out in order to allow for the water to flow. Timothy used the camera and detected the additional problems that the line was having. He was able to locate the major concerns and problems that I need to repair.

Unfortunately, due to deferred maintenance, I will have to make additional repairs to the pipes, but I was thankful for the thorough investigation. It also helped that Option One had resolved a previous problem and kept records of the work that was already done.

Derrick turned the backyard into a massive dig! When I came home from work, I couldn't believe what happened. Luckily, we were flushing and flowing in no time!

I just wanted to say thank you to Derrick and his team for their hard work!

Just called to schedule an appointment for service on our home air conditioning unit. The gal that answered the phone told my husband that they weren't accepting any new customers. What's with that?! Must be like a doctor's office.
Anyway, if you haven't used them in the past don't bother taking the time to call them.

My wife and I just moved to Tempe. There were a few plumbing issues; to say the least. I was refereed to King by my agent. Terry was very pleasant on the phone. He was also able to accommodate me by sending a plumber the next day. The plumber was Randy. He was AWESOME. Very personal and informative. He did not talk down to me or treat me like I was an idiot for not knowing how to fix the problems. It was like he was helping a buddy and not some guy that just called. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Unless we move away we will never use any other plumbing service.
