I have nothing but phenomenal things to say about Pink Plumbing. It all started around 2 months ago. My son got done with his bath and when it went to drain I suddenly found water coming from UNDER my toilet. I had no idea what to do, but a quick yelp search told me Pink was the way to go. I also work in non-profit, so the fact that they have a company social mission was a huge bonus for me. They were out that night (within hours) and told me my sewer line had collapsed on itself. They showed me the camera and were it had stopped. No funny business here I can tell you that! It is never what you want to hear but Chris and Lou made the whole situation less stressful by explaining everything, every step of the way.

Chris's crew was out the very next morning digging. Unfortunately for me, as they dug my sewer situation got worse. Chris was transparent and pretty much prepared me for the worst as they continued to work.

They ended up having to dig under my bedroom and I was in a rush to figure out how I was going to clear out all my furniture as I was home by myself with just the little ones. Not to fear! Chris's team jumped right in and moved it all for me. Real stand up guys! They moved my furniture and began to work. At this point it was like 11 am in the morning and I was sure there was no way they were going to get done all in one day.
Sure enough, 3 pm comes along and they are cleaning up and I am flushing my toilet again with no issues.

My overall view, Chris and his team are fantastic. These guys from Chicago really know what they are doing. In my almost 3 years of owning a house I can tell you how rare it is to find a company that is as professional, transparent, and easy to work with as Pink Plumbing.

Flash forward this week, I had another plumbing issue. A leaking pipe behind some dry wall in my master bathroom. Who do I call? No one other than Pink. I made an appointment for today between 8 am and 10 am. Lou was here a little after 8 am. He had worked on my house before so it was a pleasant surprise to see him again. He got to work and was done by 11 am. He is professional, friendly, and just a joy to work with. Fully explained everything every step of the way and did a fantastic job.

In conclusion, I am a customer for life. This summer has been a major pain due to house repairs, but I can say working with a top notch company like Pink Plumping makes all the difference.

Pretty happy with these guys, IMHO they did a good job researching and fixing what they could on a thorny gas line problem, and charged me fairly for what they did as a stop gap measure until I could figure out what to do.

My landscaper advised that I had a leak in the supply line between my meter and the house. I contacted Hansen Family Plumbing this past weekend, and they sent a technician, Jerry, out to look at it today. Jerry informed me that the meter quit spinning after he shut the water off at the house. This meant that they leak was related to the irrigation system rather than the supply line to my house. Jerry also advised that it would be more cost effective to have the landscaper address it, which I appreciated. I'll be contacting Hansens again, should a plumbing need arise. I appreciate dealing with contractors that are interested in providing the correct fix without over charging me.

We were in the market for a water softener. Had big name company (P&P) give estimate and sales pitch and then had Lawson come out and their estimate was 1/2 of the other! Joe at Lawson was wonderful to work with! Very knowledgeable and took the time time to explain everything to us.Came out the same week to install! Very happy with this experience. Oh yeah really like that they use local company to source the water softener !! I feel Very confident I made the right decision.

We had some issues with another plumbing company so I ended up looking for quotes through Yelp.
Chris responded to my request with a very up front answer.  He not only gave me a quote for what I thought I needed but what he thought it would be, which was less extensive and less expensive.
He was able to get to our house within an hour and then survey the situation and fix the problem, which was the lesser of the two scenarios in a reasonable amount of time.
Chris was personable, knowledgeable and resourceful.

Service was on time and repairs completed in a very timely manner. Our technician Jim was very polite and professional. I do like the fact they are also family owned and operated and are based out of my own neighborhood.
** edit ** I was very disappointed when I walked outside after the technician left to find my front gate wide open. I have 3 dogs and 2 gates, yes, they were still behind the first gate but there are 2 gates that are always closed for a reason. It's not that difficult to take a second a be sure the gate behind you is closed. The tech knew I have dogs.

Found Lawson Family Plumbing after checking out online reviews. They were professional and courteous and showed up on time. Kudos to Chris who came to our home when we thought we needed a new garbage disposal. Chris solved the issue very quickly and looked at a couple of other issues too, explaining ways to prevent further problems. Done in 15 minutes! We are so grateful to Chris and to the company for prompt and thorough service.

Great company. Had both Travis and Tyler out for a few issues over the past few years. Replaced our sewer injector when that went bad. Also diagnosed a leaky roof (I thought it was a leaky AC unit), and helped out with various other leaks and such. They keep everything clean. Honest, prompt. There are so many basic things you want out of a company and these guys meet all of those and more.

Elite Rooter had a technician on-site same day, they were prompt friendly and got the issue resolved quickly. I highly recommending using this company for your plumbing needs.

Things will break. They will argue it's not their fault. Absolutely would not recommend.

Anyways..  Brian was great.  Found my water heater leaking and he came out the next morning.  Just quick and easy for me..

Called to get an estimate for a pressure reducer (common in some areas throughout Phoenix) due to a sprinkler issue. They showed up same day evaluated the piping, explained the process and quoted. We pulled the trigger and in about an hour everything was done and top notch. Very knowledgeable, courteous and extremely professional job. I highly recommend these guys for all your plumbing needs.

Great customer service! Their service technicians are so competent, sweet, and timely! Will use in the future and refer our friends and family all the time.

Above and beyond my expectations!  I called Rooter Ranger in a pinch and let me tell you they did not disappoint.  From the initial conversation of explaining situation and working in a very limited amount of time...they went above and beyond!  Same day service and the Technician Gabe was a top-notch professional.  Explained everything in great detail and went over the process of each item that needed repair.  I also received my electronic copy of the estimate of repairs sooner than promised as well as a follow up from the company.  EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE and took great care of me.  Keep it up.  Thank you!

Lawson Family Plumbing is the absolute best company in Arizona.  Various members of my family have used them for plumbing issues, and they have always done the job to perfection.  
I called Lawson Plumbing (Mesa office) this morning about two issues I was having, and they sent someone out this afternoon.  It doesn't get any better than that!!
Michael was very professional, polite and so efficient.  
I would never use another company for any of my plumbing needs.

**Above and beyond** My AC had stopped working. Jerry and Nolan came out, listened to all the things I had already tried, breakers, batteries in the thermostat.  They immediately got to work and realized there was a hole and I had a leak. They didn't have the part, but would have it next week.  My biggest concern I explained, was that my daughter was in the hospital battling COVID would hopefully be coming home soon and the attic opening is in my her closet.  After a few minutes, they told me they found a part in AZ and would drive to go get it. Jerry stayed, and started removing the bad part, while Nolan drove to pick up the part.  Let's just say by end of day, my AC was working and they have a very loyal customer who would highly recommend them!!  I can't say enough, thank you so much!

Lane from Kings Plumbing was so great to work with.  He was knowledgeable and very easy to get along with. He gave me straight answers and some helpful tips on preventative maintenance. Awesome guy and hard worker. Thanks KIngs Plumbing!
