I have had multiple plumbing issues across multiple properties and as of the last two years, I've called Pink Plumbing and Sewer to deal with the issues.
These are the things they have done for me:
-replaced three sink faucets for three vessel sinks
-fixed a clogged pipe
-dealt with a leaking RO line
-replumbed a shower (the stuff behind the walls)
-hung two pedestal sinks and installed two more faucets
-installed three toilets
-dealt with banging pipes when water was shut off
-installed two water pressure regulators to the whole house
-replaced a whole house water filtration system
-changed out three quarter turn offs

I've been really impressed with Lou and Adam. These two guys have done excellent work and I will continue to use them for my plumbing jobs around my home and at others.
Other things that matter, they are hard working, leave the environment clean and tidy, and double check their work.
I honestly can't think of better guys for plumbing problems.

We couldn't have more pleased with the level of service we had on 5-7-2018. We had to have two under-mount sinks plumbed in. The work was done professionally by Levi.... It's refreshing to watch a person work in a manner of worthy or appropriate to a professional person... How do you know when a job is done professionally? The end product or service looks like it has always been there.. Awesome

When my water heater went out, I called a trusted friend to recommend a plumber.  Without hesitation, he told me to call Hansen's Plumbing.  Within 45 minutes, Hansen's was at my door, and within 4 hours I had a brand new water heater.  Very professional and courteous.  The best part... the price I was charged was the price I was quoted.

I lost power to my electric water heater and Jason came out and said my control board was fried. My heater is 13 years old so I am due for a new one but I just got a new AC and solar panels installed so I didn't want that expense. Jason said I could try ordering a new control panel if the manufacturer still carried them (it would be cheaper than if he ordered it for me and I might get it free if I'm the original owner) and then he'd install it for $150 but no guarantee how long that would hold since it's an old unit. I had checked with another plumbing/water heater company that also had great reviews and they said they don't work on units over 10 years old. So I'm so grateful that Lawson Family Plumbing was able to help me out. When I need a new electric water heater, I'll be sure to call them again.

Found an in-wall leak and called Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers.  Chris picked up immediately and had someone At my house in a few hours.

The plumber that arrived was Rich,  he fixed the bad copper pipe and I had him add a pressure valve.  Rich's work is top quality.  Im very picky and Rich did an amazing job.  High qualify parts and an outstanding result on everything Rich did.

I have a major renovation coming up, and Scottsdale Router will be on the job--but only if they send Rich.

We recently moved into a new house and just had the kitchen redone so needed all plumbing hooked up again. Bumble Bee Plumbing was so quick to respond. Ricky came out to the house the next day and did a walk around with us and answered all our questions. He was very helpful! Ricky came back again the next day to get the work done. Again so quick! We had an unexpected issue come up and Ricky was extremely helpful with solving the issue. We will call Bumble Bee Plumbing for any of our plumbing needs. Thank you!

OK. This is nothing special. Every review column is filled with stories about wster heaters or air conditioners that break or fail during the worst time!
So to say that Lawson Family Plumbing is great, professional, responds quickly isnt enough. But they did. And they are!!  I dont have a go to plumber so when i found the garage flooded and water sprouting out from the heater, i grabbed my phone, hit Yelp and called.
It was a Sunday morning at 11am. And the service technician was there in less than an hour.
He explained that the unit was still under factory warranty since it was only 3 years old BUT, since it was sunday, we would have to wait till Monday to get the warranty price.
Its ARIZONA! If you use the garden hose, you'll have hot water!
So we decided to wait 1 day, saved $400, and used the garden hose to shower. (Actually, the wife did! I heated up a pot of hot water on the stove, got a big 5 gallon bucket and had a comfortable sponge bath)
So, definitely will call on Lawson Family Plumbing again if needed. I suggest you do the same and give them a try.

Great customer service, called in the morning and by the evening someone was out. They were able to  tell me the issue and hooked me up with a restoration company. Thanks for being friendly Alex!

I needed two faucets replaced. Dave was good in communicating price, appointment time, etc. He arrived on time, did a great job. Price was reasonable.

No comment on the quality of their service, but I asked for a quote on a toilet repair three days ago.  Still no response and no longer interested

The original company that was supposed to follow up at my mom's house once my husband opened up the wall for a leak was unable to come until Tuesday. Being a Friday it was just too long to wait as the leak ended up being active unless the main was off.

I hit Yelp again and Sound Plumbing was thr first company that I called that could make it before then. Dylan showed up the same day, but didn't have the parts to fix until Tuesday as thr parts stores would be closed for the holiday weekend and he was booked for Monday, He was able to stop the water from leaking where the main could be on which bought us some time. He was professional, super polite. Great guy. I would recommend!

They gave me a quote to replace my hot water heater, it was a $1000 less than another company I had out earlier.  Eden was really awesome and was able to install in the same day I initially called.

Will defiantly be using 100% plumbing again!

6 stars.  I hired these guys to install a water softener and replace a water heater.  They were prompt, polite, and professional.  They worked with me to position the softener in the best spot and honored their estimate even when the job was a little more difficult than they originally anticipated.  They stayed on after the job was complete to make sure that everything was working and there were no leaks.

Barney and Calvin were very professional and courteous. I am very very happy with the service. They came a bit early wish I liked and were very efficient and unclogged my toilet within minutes.

I cannot recommend Jordan enough. He is timely/professional/ and most importantly keeps his word. He fixed some loose handles in my guest shower and warranted his work. Unfortunately there was a faulty washer that allowed the shower to drip. Jordan was back out immediately to fix this issue along with a leak in my other shower and honored his warranty. He is great and I will continue to use him as my plumber for as long as I am in Arizona. He is a plumber you can trust!

Thought I had an issue with the water heater, so I decided to give Lawson a call. Ken came over to the house to check the system and found it to be functioning ok and even educated me in some of the things in regards to water heaters and the associated plumbing. I never realized that our system had a tempering valve, which is apparently a requirement since about 2016 for new installations. It requires the temp setting on the water heater to be dialed up more than what I was used to, and it then regulates the temperature output into the hot water line. It basically allows the 50 gallon tank to act like an 80 gallon tank...learned something new! After throughly checking out our perceived issue, I was all prepared to pay up for his time, but I was told that there was to be no charge for this visit. Wow!! That's good value and then some! If you're looking for friendly, courteous service from the office to the techs, please give them a call. They just added another loyal customer to their list.

Option One Plumbing & Rooter did a great job with our kitchen drain. They were on time for the appointment and were reasonable with the amount charged.  Would recommend them to anyone that has a drain problem in their home!

We just installed our replacement Trane Air Conditioner after 20 years of faithful service in the Phoenix Desert. Over the past 2 years Hays serviced the old unit and said you still don't need to replace yet. Finally it was time and their crew did a spectacular job. Arrived at 7 and Done by 1pm. House was clean as could be and this included an attic install of the air exchanger. Looking forward to many years with our new Trane
