Called them early in the morning and they answered.  Received a follow up call from them to book appointment.  They were able to get me in within 24hrs.  Lou was the Plummer that came on site and he was great.  Very nice, personable and able to diagnose what was going on.

This company is a complete HACK. I called for a leak in the wall. They sent out a guy who Smelled VERY strong of alcohol. As he tried to put his words together he openly admitted to me that the company only offers Patch Repairs. He said they come out and put a patch to hold you over until the problem needs a permanent fix which is not what I wanted behind my walls. They only use Shark Bite fittings. My dad is a plumbe t and told me these fittings are known to FAIL ,Causing you more repairs and more $$.  Go with someone else, this company doesn't have good intentions behind their work.

These guys came out to my house today and saved us from the dispatched home warranty mess left behind by another company. They did a very thorough job and made sure our drain clog was clear. Highly recommend.

Our technician, Mike was awesome! I got stuck half way through replacing a bathroom faucet the day before putting my house on the market. Called Lawson Family Plumbing and they scheduled someone to come over same-day. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and they showed up within the time window they promised.

Mike was amazing. Even with the faucet rusted into the sink, he was able to remove it and replaced it with the new hardware relatively quickly. Kept the place spotless once he was done working. Really friendly guy, clearly very knowledgeable and knows his craft well. Very pleased with the price and service. Based on my experience today, I would highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing!

Came to my home to verify what a plumber that I didn't really trust quoted me. First off, they were very responsive. At late hours of the night they would answer all my plumbing questions and clarified things the other plumber would tell me. Came to my home and looked at my sewer lines with his camera to confirm that the main sewer line was damaged. The entire time, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and was helpful. He advised me to wait until the main sewer line was dug up before going through with anything. His second opinion gave me peace of mind, and I definitely recommend Scottsdale rooter to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable plumber.

We are very happy with our choice of Bumblebee Plumbing. Everyone from scheduling to follow-up was very accommodating and attentive. Plumber Drew is my new best friend. He explained everything he was doing and why. He helped me make decisions without pressure or impatience. I think he left my bathroom cleaner than I gave it to him!

They showed up exactly when they said they would. My toilets were clogging and I thought I knew what it was which would have been an expensive repair. But the plumber knew better ran done test and found it was an object my son had flushed. He removed and was very well priced. Very happy with Lawson Plumbing!!!

It doesn't surprise me that this company has a 5 star rating. I had Precision air and plumbing install 3 AC units for me last year. Over $15,000 spent with them. 1 year later my AC quits working. 90 degrees in the house on a friday afternoon. Called  Precision to get someone out to fix it. Monday of the next week was there response! Called ProSkill Services and spoke with a very friendly gal, who had a service tech at my door within the hour! Aiden arrived. What a professional, Intelligent and very friendly young man. Aiden explained everything to me and the entire bill was only $125.00. He had to replace a part, that they covered under warranty, and waived the trip charge! I was only charged labor. I have owned my own business for 25 years, and can't say enough about the professional way all of the staff treated me. Our sewer pipe collapsed and our toilet and tub backed up and overflowed. I reached out to several companies and Elite Rooter responded quickly and sent out a whole team of guys to inspect and diagnose exactly what happened. They went over the details of the damage and repair costs and worked with me on my payment. They assigned two plumbers to work on our home, Brian and Junior. Both were overly helpful and kind. We trusted them completely to be in our home and work at their own pace. They were perfect and we couldn't have asked for better service from them. We highly recommend Elite Rooter for plumbing emergencies (especially Brian and Junior).

Great experience!  He is hands-on with his own company - he understood and knew what he was getting into before he arrived but still asked questions before he did anything.  Always nice having someone with experience.  Confirmed we didn't have a recirculating pump before cutting off the water, etc.  Dave explained what he was going to do, got us the matching 1/4-turn piece (which others charged more for) and knocked the job out.  He charged what he said he would charge and I am happy (my wife is happy).  Good price and I would rather tip because of a good job then agree to the highest and hope.  
I will use him again for future jobs and recommend to my friends and clients.

Highly recommend Element Plumbing.  They have handled small, quick plumbing problems to doing a major remodel in my kitchen and powder bath.  All the work performed was high quality and the finish detail on placement met my high expectations.  I would and will hire them again.

Fast, honest, and reliable. This is the second time we've used Sound Plumbing, and they do not disappoint. The first time was to have a sink and faucet installed in the laundry room. Everything was great there. This time, an issue with the hot water flowing lukewarmly. Brian showed up, on time, and within the hour we had hot water again. We will definitely call them anytime we need a plumber.

We needed a broken spigot on the side of our house fixed asap as it was leaking water pretty quickly. We called them this morning and they were out here within a few hours and replaced the whole thing! McKinley was great to work with and got the job done quickly. We were recommended them on Nextdoor and we can see why. Highly recommend!

Allegiance Water Services was great to work with. Justin came out and had the toilet installed in a timely manner. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He also helped me with an unrelated home question I happened to have. I was so happy with the service I received. The owner also called a few days later just to make sure everything was working well and we were satisfied. Excellent customer service and very good installation.

I had to get a new hot water heater as mine was leaking. JT came over and did a fantastic job. He was efficient and very professional. I have used Lawson before and I will continue to use them. They do a wonderful job and I feel that they are affordable compared to other plumbers.

Ended up costing us more because it wasn't a simple toilet clog but a mainline. But the increase was reasonable and probably lower in price than many companies. Andrew and his trainee were professional, efficient and informative of what was needed. They made sure things were flowing well before they left. Just observing Andrew train you could tell he's been doing it for quite some time. And he's been with Option One the whole 10 years. That says something about him and the company. Second time we've used Option One and we will use them again.

I appreciate you questioning my character to make my review seem less credible. I would understand a miscommunication with a scheduler considering they often do not know what they are talking about. My issue, the main issue is the tech not only throwing her under the bus as not knowing her job, but also being shown photos that were obviously not my unit just to get the sale. The main point and reason for this being a bad review is the behavior your company apparently has decided is good business practices. I am well aware that I did not pay for services, if I had you would be dealing with a law suit instead of simply a bad review on yelp. Also, paying or not paying for a service does not make the experience any less valid, and a review is based upon experience.

I needed to have a new cold supply line and shutoff valve replaced on my water heater. I called around and felt comfortable with King's responsiveness. Randy and Brendan showed up within 20 minutes and had the job completed quickly and professionally. They answered all my questions and were great to work with. I highly recommend King for fair pricing and quality service.
