This an absolute fantastic company. I had a slab leak and my home warranty brought out a bozo who diagnosed it as a landscape drip leak.....I knew better!

After looking for another company to do another diagnosis- I fell upon Pink Plumbing.

Just unreal good. From the dispatcher Stephanie to our main dude Lou, to the owner Chris - this company is the best. I can't speak highly enough of how professional and courteous they are. They diagnosed quick, got to work, and finished in a timely manner.

Great job Pink Plumbing and you will be my plumber of choice going forward.

Don't waste your time waiting for these guys to give you a bid.  Use someone else.  I called these guys on a Thursday to get a bid on running a gas line for a Dryer.  They only stop by if they are in the area, so I waited a week but didn't hear from them.  I called them a week and a half later to see if they were going to stop by; I was told that they did stop by and were preparing a bid. I called a couple more times that week and was told they were working on the bid. I never received a bid, I wasted 2 weeks and still need to find someone to run this line.  Start with someone else, it'll be faster.

Hansen Family Plumbing fixed a water pressure issue and converted a washer/dryer gas line into a range line for us. Ours is a newly purchased home with several issues. From Gabriella (scheduling) to Dick (estimator) to Jordan (technician), our service was exceptional. They responded promptly and each fix was explained ahead of time. A great value and refreshing to work with this professional team. Highly recommend!

I can see why this company is rated the Best in AZ. Their plumber, Kevin Dillon, replaced my leaky drip system pipe, which is attached to the water shut-off valve outside the house.  He clearly explained what was needed, got the part in a very reasonable amount of time, and efficiently did the repair.  Very reasonable cost, too!  I am very pleased with this company and will absolutely call them again for future plumbing repairs.  Good job, Kevin!

Had an emergency plumbing issue, and water was backing out and coming out from under the toilets. I'm usually a do it yourself, but I knew this was out of my league. My wife went on Yelp and found Scottsdale Rooter. Within a couple of hours Chris was at our house and tackled the problem. He did an excellent job and also fixed one other issue while on site. Would highly recommend Scottsdale Rooter, and will only use them in the future!

Top Notch! We had new countertops and sinks installed and needed our faucets installed and plumbing hooked up. From the beginning with online chat with Courtney to scheduling; staff was amazing! The whole process was quick! In fact they were able to come the next day unlike other companies who gave us appointment times a week out. They emailed appointment reminders and texted you to let you know who would be headed to your home. We had the pleasure of working with Dan. He was fantastic! He was honest, efficient and definitely a pro with 34 years of experience. Can't get better than that. Everything came together perfectly. DeeDee followed up to make sure service was completed to our satisfaction. Very professional and caring. They are not the cheapest but you can't beat the quality. As the saying goes you get what you pay for. We will use Bumble Bee Plumbing for our plumbing needs in the future.

Another happy service today.  We had ProSkill install our water heater last year and I was VERY pleased with the technician and his work.  Today I signed up for their AC maintenance plan.  Hunter was my technician and he was wonderful.  He was thorough and honest.  He did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I did not need which other companies I have dealt with in the past have done.
Both visits the technician showed up on time.  Communication has been great from the start to finish.  
I do a lot of research before I chose a company to hire for anything.  I also chose companies that pay their employees hourly.  I have found that most companies in trades, such as AC/plumbing, pay their technicians commission for any service they can sell the homeowner.   I have always felt this compromises a company/technicians integrity.  
Proskills pays their employees hourly (not on commission).  It is such a different experience when you take commission out of the equation.  Both experiences with Proskills has been extremely positive.  I am so happy to have found them.  I plan to use them for all my plumbing and AC needs.  I also have referred them to family member who have been very happy.  
Their very detailed report they give you is also worth mentioning .  I was very impressed with my 11 page report, for my two ac units, which included pictures of all their readings.  This company is A+ in my book.

Had a gas leak. Elite got it fixed despite a very difficult city recertification process. I appreciate a company that perseveres through a tough job. Would definitely use Elite Rooter again.

We needed a new faucet and under-mount sink installed. Somers Plumbers was the only reply that would at least look at installing an under-mount sink and after inspection gave us a very competitive quote. Dave came out the next day and installed the sink and faucet in no time and everything has been working great.

We will definitely use Somers Plumbers again for any of our plumbing needs.

Element Plumbing is a great company. Mike is honest, dependable and trustworthy. We will definitely call Mike again if needed down the road. We strongly recommend him to our friends, family and anyone asking for a plumbing service referral because we had an absolutely wonderful experience.

I can't say enough great things about this company. They are fast, reliable, honest and really know their stuff. When my home warranty company couldn't get the job done, I decided to turn to Yelp to find someone who really knows their stuff. I called and they were able to send someone out the next morning, when other companies couldn't help for weeks. In a matter of minutes they were able to properly diagnose our issue and got to work on getting it fixed, and what do you know? Two other companies couldn't get the job done and they did.

Special shout out to Dylan Morris who is an absolute gem. This guy is an expert and is so kind and professional. He really took the time to explain what was going on and laid out several courses of action we could take. He truly went above and beyond to help us out.

Came home to a leaking hot water heater yesterday afternoon.  Called Allegiance as they installed my water softener a couple of years ago & they were able to help me out. Josh was able to get John to install a new unit for me the next day, a Saturday, when they are normally closed.  My installer did a great job. This is my 2nd great experience with Allegiance Water Services.  Very profession team. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a locally owned family run business, choose Lawson.  They worked with my schedule to come out the same day.  It took a few days to fix the leaking shower however Darrel fixed it and it is no longer leaking buckets.  He was also able to remove the corroded shower head so that I could thoroughly clean the build up off before we used the shower again.  I will mention that since I had never actually paid for plumbing before, that I was shocked at how expensive a project could run.  After speaking with Jeff, he explained that compared to National companies that charge upwards of $300-$400 per hour, that they are competitively priced at roughly $125 per hour.  It was important for me to find a local company that is licensed and bonded and fully understand that they charge more, because in most cases they know more.  Jeff also explained that their techs specialize and are trained on plumbing going back 100+ years so that they can easily identify and tackle the issue.  His office gals were great - they called to follow up after the service and actually listened to feedback.  Overall, besides not being able to use my shower for two days, it was a nice experience.

Purchased a condo Feb 2011 and needed a knob for the water shut off fixed. They came out handled it and gave me great service. I paid the first payment for the service call with my debit before they fixed it and then after it was fixed I paid again. Over the last 15 months I have received 3 calls from them saying I didn't pay, after getting a message last month again I called them back and talked to a very nice lady who said not to worry she would take care of it. Again today I get a call from a woman claiming to be a manager advising me I have a past due balance and I needed to pay ASAP!!! I again told her I had already paid and she began to argue with me. I asked her if I really owed this balance why it took 15 months for them to take care of it, she basically called me a liar and I asked to talk to her manager, and she stated she was it ( she didn't have a manager ) I then asked who the owner was and asked to be transferred to his voicemail, she said he didn't have voicemail and refused to allow me to speak to anyone else. I finally told her if she didn't stop harassing me I would file a claim with the BBB and hung up. Seriously they need a better bookkeeper and need better customer service!!!

I am happy to say I had a very good experience with Hay's. One of my units wasn't blowing cold, so I called around a few of the higher rated places on yelp. I made the mistake of going with someone last year who wasn't on yelp, and I totally regretted it--the guy totally reamed me. Hay's was different-honest about their pricing and went above and beyond, even fixing a leak in one of my units the guy last year said he couldn't fix without being there while it was leaking (WTH?). So they fixed my unit, fixed the leak, tuned them both up, and because I signed up for their service plan, waived the trip fee. It's hard for me to know what is fair pricing as I don't have a lot of experience with HVAC repairs, but I feel like a I got a fair deal for all that they did while they were here.

Randy and Marc showed up on time and were friendly, helpful, and very professional. They found simple solutions that 2 other plumbers hadn't found and wanted to charge us a ton of money to fix. One was the recirculating pump, which wasn't working. These guys figured that it wasn't plugged in! (It still needed work, but....) We also had no cold water in the master shower. A previous plumber told us it was a cartridge that was hard to get to, and would cost $1000. Randy handed me a rubber piece and said someone put this rubber piece on backyards and it blocked your cold water intake. I'm 63 years old. This was the best plumbing experience I've ever had!
