I Called Pink plumbing today for my investment home that I have in Scottsdale for a leaking water heater. Chris and Brad came right out and had found that it was just a pipe that was leaking. Thank god, they saved the day and my pocket book. They could have over charged me since I'm in Chicago, but they were honest with me. I'm currently in the middle of moving as well and this was not a trip or expense  I was planning to have to make anytime soon. I thought I was in store for a new expensive water heater, but instead it was just a minor pipe repair. Thank you guys so much! You're the best !

The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because the actual plumbing work looks good.  The technician wasn't friendly and didn't explain the estimate. The main problem is customer service. If you have a problem and have to deal with anyone in the company, from the receptionist to the owner (the owner actually hung up on me) be prepared for someone who couldn't care less about you or your experience.
After I received the quote, they were supposed to come on Wednesday between 2-4pm.  I took off of work, waited at home and was stood up, without a phone call or any communication.  I called the next day and scheduled another appointment.  This time the technician showed up but was an hour late from the time they gave me (no apology or anything).  I called to speak with the owner the next day to let them know what had happened.  I left a voice mail with no response.  After a week I tried to call again, the owner picked up the phone and when I mentioned who I was and why I was calling he hung up.  I tried calling back and they said he wasn't available.......
Save yourself some headache and just pay a little more money to get actual customer service. I will never use them again & tell everyone I know to NOT use them and go elsewhere.  I'm shocked to see this size of a company be so poor mannered with awful customer service.

I have used this company twice and they are awesome. Kevin is great and very thorough. I would definitely use them again if I need too. Very honest and professional.

Our hot water heater went out and flooded our a room in our home but we didn't discover it until 6pm. Lawson Plumbing came out that night in a quick and timely manner. We discussed our options and decided to go with a tankless water heater. Jason and David installed it for us and we couldn't be happier with the service they rendered!! They were polite and courteous and cleaned up after themselves! I couldn't be happier with the service we received from Jason, David and the whole crew at Lawson Plumbing. I would recommend them to family and friends!

The experience was nothing less than perfect! I sent a quote request at 8:30 pm, I wasn't even planning to hear about anyone until the morning, Chris replied back within 5 minutes. He asked all the right questions, asked for pictures and right away after receiving the pictures sent me a flat rate quote and told me they will be at my house first thing in the morning.
Larry showed up on time as promised did a great job was professional polite and super helpful.
What else can you ask for?
I'll definitely use them again and recommend without hesitation.

I don't usually leave reviews, as I am in the belief if you hire a company to provide a service, the standard is that they successfully complete the service.  Straight forward.  However, I feel I need to leave POSITIVE feedback for Cameron Contreras and his crew at Bumble Bee Plumbing.  Not only did they successfully complete the service of installing a brand new sewer line, they went ABOVE & BEYOND.  Cameron and his team were very communicative, and did everything possible to ensure they took meticulous care of the surrounding area to maintain the rest of the landscaping as best as possible.  Even when asked to work within a narrow window for the sewer line pathway, having to avoid other underground utilities, he and his team ensured efficient project completion at the highest level.  I am very pleased with the work done, and would absolutely recommend Bumble Bee for your plumbing needs.

First time using the Lawson company and had a great experience. Very friendly staff and did an excellent job on fixing our toilet. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!!!

I had a reverse osmosis system placed under my kitchen sink several years ago by Proskill. I have had Proskill service it each time it needs a new filter. Each time someone comes to my home, they are professional courteous and knowledgeable. I love that they wear shoe cover ups when they come into the home. Recently, I had them out for a service call. The technician did a great job. He lived out the standards that Proskill has set. When he left, I noticed a small chip in one of my tiles. I contacted Proskill and a manager called me back the next morning. He was very kind, and thoroughly explained how nothing his technician does could cause a chip in the tile. He also explained how all of their tools have rubber endings so that they can't scratch the floor when they set them down. He told me that he went through the technicians tool bag to make sure all of his tools were in compliance. He also spoke with the technician and confirmed that Nothing was done during the service that could have caused the chip. I appreciate the thoroughness of him following up with me and with the technician and I am satisfied with the result. Epic customer service. I will be calling them again for my next service.

I called them out for their unclogging deal.  That didn't work and they said they had to do a flush and use a camera, which costs hundreds of dollars more.  They get a couple stars because they unclogged the drain.  However the big problem was after using a camera they recommended another company come in and help me fix an issue their camera found with a pipe.  The company they called was terrible, had horrible reviews, and cost our insurance over $1,000.  It was a HUGE mistake to allow them in our house.  On top of that I tried to get the camera footage I paid for, and they stopped responding to me.  I would recommend avoiding these people since they like to work with other bad companies.

Let me preface this review by stating I am not a plumber, but am probably in the 99th percentile of homeowner's who will tackle projects themselves. I have plumbed a bathroom, replaced every faucet/sink in my house, added a garage sink, repaired my roof, installed new floors, landscaped the yard, installed an irrigation system, etc. etc. We had a clog in our main drain I discovered around midnight last night. I tried to snake it myself for about an hour, but with nothing to show for it with my 15 ft snake. Removed both toilets and tried from our washout, but couldn't get it. Enough about me.

Dave came out in less than an hour from when I first contacted him, charged an incredible price, and fixed the issue in about 45 mins. I won't mention what he was able to pull out of the drain line, but his customer service is excellent and quality of his work was outstanding. I have some scar tissue from getting gouged by plumbers in the past, and feel confident going to Dave for any and all future plumbing needs! He is a one man show, so you don't have to deal with a scheduler or multiple field folks. Save his contact info. 10/10 recommend Dave!

Had an excellent experience with 100% plumbing! After calling around the week of Christmas and not having success finding someone who could clear our kitchen drain quickly, I was happy to find them. They were prompt, professional, courteous and took care of the problem exactly as promised. Will definitely use them again in the future.

My 10 year old water softener started leaking so I called around to get a few quotes and these guys had the best price for similar systems.  They replaced it with a new system and it works so much better. The plumbing used hook up the new system to the loop looks so much better than my first softener system, and Ramesh was very pleasant to talk to.

One of the manager's, Adam, contacted me after my experience and offered his apologies and listened to my issues. As well they offered to compensate me for the work I had to have done by a different company. Thanks Adam, it made me feel better about the situation.

I contacted Lawson Family Plumbing about replacing all of my under-sink shut off valves. They were kind and courteous when I called to schedule and they showed up on time and even offered to wear booties when they came to the door. I really appreciated that. I thought the price was fair. Highly recommend.

Adam went above and beyond for a toilet installation, making sure the toilet was what I wanted, keeping things clean, and doing the job right. He was very personable and made this new experience informative.

My experience with Hays was almost Outstanding....the office staff keep me informed and Mark was personable, flexible and just a nice guy who knew what he was doing.  Even added some work from my original issue.  No,problem, gave me a price...and was done with both jobs in under two hours.   He also tolerated my annoying dog...sorry.
I will give the  the rating they deserve, not their problem that plumbing is SO FRIGGIN expensive.  They were competitive, but the people made the difference...THANKS

Brandon and Randy arrived to replace the under-sink water-heater and had the job knocked out quickly, professionally and were very personable - I enjoyed the conversation while they were getting the old out expeditiously and the new in so we have instant hot water again for dishes.
