All of the team were amazingly helpful, courteous, and professional. This started out as a moderately difficult  and moderately priced sewer section replacement with back-flow prevention check valve (to prevent rodent access into our home) installation project, but due to the age of our home and type and condition of our existing sewer line, snowballed into a nightmarishly extensive project,  through no fault of theirs.   Despite all the complications, they stayed the course and brought on extra staff to ensure that our sewer service would have only minimal interruption and in a timely manner, ended up replacing our entire indoor under-the-slab (cast iron) sewer line(s) and outdoor (Orangeberg) sewer service lines, in addition to installing the back-flow prevention valve (to stop rodent access) for a fair price and got it done in reasonable time, considering the extreme amount of work involved.   Can't say for certain whether our rodent problem will be solved, but now we have all new PVC sewer line with back-flow prevention check valve,  and no future worries about that.   Highly recommended.  Don't bother with other plumbers, call Pink Plumbing.

Not so impressed. They were very fast to come out to my home, especially after I'm sure they were inundated with calls related to the freezing overnight temperatures. The plumber who came out was nice enough and he opted to put a shark bite (permanent fitting) on the pipe that was leaking. I had mixed feelings about this but I figured he was the expert, so I asked a few questions and then let him continue. I was also assured that there was a 1-year warranty on the labor/parts.

Less than 24 hours later, the shark bite fitting had completely popped off and water was gushing out of the pipe. The problem was undoubtedly WAY worse than when I called in initially and it was just a small leak. I called Diamonback and they sent someone out immediately to fix it. After the second visit, I was then told that there would be no further warranty on labor or parts. So basically, if anything breaks again, tough luck. Not exactly the peace of mind I wanted when I decided to call in a professional. I'm hoping that the work that was done today doesn't break again overnight but if it does, I guess I'm on my own.

I would call them again in a heartbeat!  My problem wasn't easy to diagnose. They continued until they successfully solved the problem completely!  All done within a matter of hours from the initial call.  Thank you!

I had plumbing work done in my kitchen in December of 2017. There was a long-term leak in some old plumbing (from the 60's), which required demolition of part of the wall to repair.  Jason K from Lawson was very expert in diagnosing the problem and did a fantastic job on the demolition portion and the repair of the plumbing.  I also had an outdoor leak repaired at the same visit.  In addition to doing a great job on the two problems, he noticed that the pressure control valve (PCV), which was installed by a different company 2-3 years ago, had already failed.  He repaired that as well.  Furthermore, rather than just charging me the initial estimated price, he charged for the actual time it took to repair, so that the total job, including the PCV add-on, was less than the initial quote.  The service was exceptional from the initial contact and everything following. Jason was not only very knowledgeable, but genuinely friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend this company.  Their reviews are well deserved.

We had a water leak on New Years Day. Someone was able to come out the same day and help us! Communication was great as well!

Best customer service ever. My AC unit went out, I called at 7 AM and got appointment for 10-12. Technician here by 9:00. I was texted a picture of technician prior to arrival for safety. My AC was fixed and running for a great price within the hour. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is the second time I called on this company because my first experience was great. They are very fair and reasonable with their estimates. Both guys during those two different service dates were professional, very polite and took time to explain what's going on. Fernando was the last guy who we worked with and he was very responsive to my calls and scheduling needs. He accomplished the job efficiently and he cleaned up his work area. He was definitely very helpful. I just hope this company continues what they are doing to keep these well trained and professional techs with them. I am glad to have found my go to plumbing company.

Had an issue with the Main water line to the house.  I did my review on yelp and saw that there were some customers that had a similar issue as me.  They had positive reviews which led me to a selection of this company.  No disappointments.  Ascend called me within 15 minutes to set up a free inspection which led to setting up the repair the next day.  Mike arrived on time and kept in contact with me as to his arrival time.  Work took about an hour and issue was resolved.   No complaints.

I just moved in to my new house used Yelp to help find a licensed plumber. I need a new regulator on my built in gas grill. Sound plumbing responded and came to my home for a quote. Brian was on time and came back the next day with the parts and completed the installation. Thanks now I can have a house warming party.

A truly great experience. We had a gas leak in our outdoor BBQ and Firepit/Firepots. We asked for recommendations and several neighbors suggested 100%. Jason explained what he was going to do and why it was the best course of action. A couple of hours later it was all finished and working. The cost was very reasonable. Thank you!

I had a water leak in my house that I wasn't able to find, as well as an RO system that needed the filters replaced.  Justin (the owner) and Michael came out as scheduled, and both were especially polite and professional.  The price for the RO replacement was VERY reasonable, and Michael was able to handle it quickly und Justin's watchful eye.  

Justin then investigated the water leak, isolated it to the pool.  However, he didn't have the part with him (they do pool service too! they'll be my pool company).  He showed me the part that needs to be fixed, and I said that I could do that with a part from Leslies, and he agreed.  No charge at all for that!

My wife called Rooter Ranger for a major kitchen clog. I had heard their radio commercials, but I wasn't sure about using a company I didn't know. However, we needed help on Sunday, the day before New Year's Eve, and we were desperate. Chris got us on his schedule and came out late Sunday afternoon. Chris was great. He stayed well into Sunday night, but eventually said he'd need to come the next day with more equipment. Chris came back the next day (and so did two other employees). It took them several hours to finally conquer the problem. We had our kitchen back in time for New Year's Eve and we breathed a big sigh of relief. I was ready to be crushed with a huge bill. They came on Sunday, stayed late, came again on a day that most people were off, and the work took quite some time. The bill was about $799. It was more than we expected to pay when we first called, but after the amount of work the guys did, I considered it more than fair. I am very pleased with the prompt, professional service we received, and I wouldn't hesitate to call Rooter Ranger again.

When you have to call a plumber, you know you are already having a bad day. We had an issue with our shower not turning off and had to turn the water off to our whole house until it could be fixed. Our home warranty company couldn't get someone out for almost a week and that wasn't going to work... I found Lawson Family Plumbing on Yelp and called them because of their great rating. They were able to come out that same day and took great care of us. The technician was friendly and knowledgable. He went out to buy the part he needed and came back to fix it quickly. He turned our day around and we are grateful. We love using family owned small businesses when we can and this one is a true gem.

We have used Option One before and have always been happy with the service and overall knowledge of their employees. Last time we called, Derrick was our plumber and he couldn't have been more helpful. The kitchen drain was beyond plugged up and he was worried that if he couldn't clear it we would have to go the more expensive route and do a total drain clean out. But he kept going and going at the problem until finally the drain began to run clear. Yeah! Derrick! Again, I have used them before and they always show up on time, are super professional and easily the most affordable.

On a Sunday Afternoon our house started creeping up into the 80s, and we called Hays - Travis came out reasonably quickly as their on-call person for Sunday. Turns out we had rodent damage, and the compressor wasn't turning on. Travis had it all in order in about an hour, and was a great tech to have. Thanks, Travis!
