Pink Plumbing is Highly Recommended. Someone was able to come out right away. The plumber did a thorough inspection and immediately found that a pipe had busted behind the wall. He explained the issue, quickly made the repair and had a restoration crew on site within an hour. This an honest company with fair prices. I will definitely use them for any future issues.

Disappointing. My 4 year old AO Smith water heater began to leak gas, so I called over the gas company. They used their magic wand detector and told me it was the regulator that went bad, something that was under warranty. Since I am new to replacing water heaters I called AO Smith and they sent a new regulator and recommended diamondback on their site.

After a missed appointment and a delayed one a day later they showed up, replaced the entire regulator unit and discovered only afterward that it was just the gas hose that was leaking.

My issue with them is that I told them I suspected it was the regulator. As a professional company, I would imagine they would test this theory and do their own troubleshooting, unless of course, they wanted the much larger service fee for the regulator, which I suspect.

What makes this even worse is 1. They charged me without testing what was wrong for the larger issue, 2. Didn't have a connector hose so I had to buy a $30 dollar part, 3. Told me to install it, and 4. Took the other good part away, probably for resale.

I would have expected a great company to outperform their customers expectations by determining the issue first before replacement and then shipping back the part to save AO Smith money on a replacement nad the customer money on an unneeded service charge for a part that was not bad. Oh, and not expect a customer to fix their own water heater when that is what they were called to do.

We noticed our hot water heater was leaking and Lawson Family Plumbing was able to send Randall to us later that day. Randall did a great job, was polite and friendly, and wore a mask. Lawson Family Plumbing was recommended to us and we're glad we went with them. I would recommend them to friends and family in need of a plumber.

This company sucks!!! Huge rip off!! Never gave me any pricing! Said he was going to look at what's going on.... Did something turn hits me with a $495 bill!
Got charged $495 to unclog one toilet I called on. I called due to a clogged toilet. Once guy showed up he asked me what's going on. I stated it was one toilet, but just 5 min earlier the second toilet seemed slow or clogged my son said. I though we were having a conversation- I asked, I don't know maybe one toilet clogged the other? He said nothing then went to work. I was not given an estimate he just went to work. Once finished I asked if he invoices me and I pay over Venmo. He said no and would be right back. I had used this company 3 other times on my bf rental- I though he got invoiced and paid over Venmo. I paid, 'was shocked on the price, he also said he gave me a $150 discount! Whatever, I couldn't do it, don't know what it costs and it's done now.

I get a phone call from my bf asking what happened as the guy told the owner I was rude, snooty and trying to pull a fast one on him with payment!!! What?

This was so unprofessional!! Never gave me an estimate, put his filthy greasy black hands all over my doors and walls! He then acts like I'm not going to pay because I remembered wrong on how we paid the other 3 times!

Our master bath tub was not holding water. The pop-up drain was not working properly in the locked position and water escaped when trying to fill up the tub. When Bill showed up, he was very professional and abided by all covid precautions. He explained that he needed to take apart the drain and examine it to let us know what the issue was. He told us that if he replaces the rubber parts holding the drain shut, it was going to cost us $259. However, if that didn't work, he was going to have to replace the entire drain and plumbing instead. Well he took apart the drain and essentially just lubricated it and put everything back together. The rubber did not need to be replaced. The entire job took him 10 min and he used all supplies and parts that were originally there. The reason I give them 3 stars is because the labor DOES NOT meet the $259 fee. It's very ridiculous to charge that much for just labor for such a minor job. He did not use any additional supplies, tools, or parts to get the job done. Very disappointed by this complete ripoff.

Called for help with clogged toilet .  Set appt, showed up on, called ahead as requested, quickly cleared drain, and cleaned up.  Bill was fair and work satisfactory.... Exceeded expectations.

I contacted ProSkill Services regarding water leaking in the utility room from behind the wall. I met with Daniel McAninch and discussed the issue at hand with options available for me. Daniel was able to diagnose the problem quickly (I needed a cracked laundry box replaced - Project #112769392) and set the expectations, time frame and provided a competitive bid to order parts. Dispatch kept me informed as to his arrival both times which was helpful. With the project completed Daniel walked me through the process again. He made each of his cuts into the drywall as minimally invasive using straight lines so as to present as little work as possible for the contractor to patch the wall. I was impressed with his professionalism, his ability to solve the problem within a short period of time, his craftsmanship and his communication skills. Because of his listening skills he remembered an ongoing problem with a water softener drainpipe that I had expressed initially and without being asked took the time to extend the copper pipe an additional inch or so thereby eliminating any future concerns on my part.  I highly recommend ProSkill Services and want to thank Daniel McAninch for his impressive work ethic.

Fine job by Jorge, much appreciated. We had an issue with the shower which had almost quit draining and needed help. Jorge cleared it and then went to our sink where I thought we might need a new disposal. Surprise, a piece of plastic that had wedged the blades was, after a couple attempts, dislodged and running like new. Quick service, good price and quality work from a very personable plumber. We needed a new faucet and under-mount sink installed. Somers Plumbers was the only reply that would at least look at installing an under-mount sink and after inspection gave us a very competitive quote. Dave came out the next day and installed the sink and faucet in no time and everything has been working great.

We will definitely use Somers Plumbers again for any of our plumbing needs.

Element Plumbing is a great company. Mike is honest, dependable and trustworthy. We will definitely call Mike again if needed down the road. We strongly recommend him to our friends, family and anyone asking for a plumbing service referral because we had an absolutely wonderful experience.

I hired Brian to come replace an under-counter sink the kitchen after several other plumbers declined to do the work or gave me a ludicrous estimate. Brian showed up and talked me through all of the different options. Once we decided on a path he was extremely helpful not only arranging his schedule to align with mine but also went to the hardware store with me to select a sink and other parts.

I must stress that this job was highly nonstandard and extremely difficult. It involved carpentry, plumbing and craftsmanship. Brian worked all day, approximately 12 hours so I wouldn't have to go without a kitchen sink for more than just one day. The end result was outstanding. He found a way to remove my 20 year old sink and install a modern beautiful single basin stainless sink in its place. I could not be more thrilled or more impressed with Brian's professionalism, skill and just being a generally great guy. He left the worksite extremely clean and followed up to ensure all went well.

I highly recommend Brian and Sound Plumbing. I wouldn't hesitate for second to hire them again.

Eddie came out within a day of the call!  Looked at three concerns.  Unplugged the bathtub and diagnosed a slow leak.  Didn't charge because he was able to do it all in a half hour.  Polite and thorough.This is my 100% plumber from now on!

We were very pleased with Tom and his team! He was very professional and unbelievably experienced in not only the irrigation system but the plant life in this desert area. He spent a lot of time explaining to us different aspects of watering requirements. His prices were extremely reasonable compared to other companies we checked. He did a wonderful job and we will always go back to him for future indoor and outdoor plumbing needs!

Awesome company. They were able to come out same day as we called to look at some issues our Casita was having. Casey was super nice and gave me great advice on how to replace some of the parts easily myself. Will definitely call them in the future!

My overall interaction with this company was pretty good.  My hot water heater was leaking and I called Lawson Family Plumbing out to assess the issue.  They sent Tony out who assessed my issue and said that I needed a new hot water heater.  I got a price from him.

He also showed me that there was water damage underneath my hot water heater and that probably needed to be taken care of.  I believe he drained the tank, shut off the hot water heater, and I thought him do everything, but there was one thing I did not see him do, which was flip a metal thing at the top of my hot water heater.

He also turned off the water to my hot water heater, which I knew he did, but I didn't know doing so would not allow me to get any water whatsoever to my bathrooms.  I couldn't have that.  So I turned back on the water to the hot water heater and him flipping the metal switch at the top caused the water to come out of the side of the house.

We ended up in a short amount of time getting a lot of water to the side of our house so I turned off the water to the hot water heater again and called Lawson Plumbing, actually called and texted Tony.  The office called me back to schedule for Tony to come back out.

I think it was maybe a couple hours later, Tony walked me on the phone to flip that metal thing back up, turn back on the water so I could have water to my bathrooms.  He never came back out.  He told me that the water would no longer drain out to my side yard, but it my hot water heater would still be leaking.

It's not a huge deal that he didn't tell me that he flipped that metal thing, but not having any water to my bathrooms wasn't good, so that's why a 4 star instead of 5 star.

Unfortunately, I learned that my home warranty used another plumbing company instead, so I did not use Lawson Family Plumbing.  But if I had to, I would probably go with these guys.

There was not cost to give me a quote on the work that needed to be done.

I have used Option One twice and each time they got the job done right. The most recent time was a problem with a toilet and Sammy came over, diagnosed the problem correctly and got the problem handled. I will definitely continue to use Option One in the future.

I can only recommend Hays to anyone. They do an outstanding job, and everyone, from the customer service to the technician, is efficient, professional, and deliver a high quality job. I use them in the past and will use them in the future.

I can't say enough about the customer service from King Plumbing & AC.  Just as luck would have it the AC in my home stopped cooling on a weekend in July, it was just running constantly.  I posted a message on Yelp that following Monday morning. King Plumbing was THE ONLY company who could come out that morning.  Luis and James arrived right on time. Both were very polite, professional and honest. They noticed the unit was low on coolant, recharged it and cool air had returned.  Next step was to reach out to Old Republic, the home warranty company, to get the AC repaired or replaced.  They sent out some shotty company who charged me 75.00 just to tell me nothing was wrong, didn't even check anything except to tell me the unit had plenty of coolant. No duh  since King had just been out a day prior.  This company then closed out the service ticket with no problem found. I called Old Republic back and stated there was a reason why the unit was so low on coolant and insisted either they repair or replace the unit.  Since King Plumbing & AC is also a contractor for Old Republic, I demanded that they open a new ticket to King.  Luis and James came out again, went up in the attic and found multiple leaks in the coil. Luis worked with the manufacturer to locate a replacement part which was so nice of him. A part was found and the insurance company approved the repair with no cost to me.  Luis and James came back out once the part arrived, replaced it and now the AC works great.  I even signed up for the maintenance plan offered by King so now twice a year the unit can be inspected so no more summer without AC.  There are so many AC companies in Maricopa County but if you are looking for a company with honesty, integrity, that goes above and beyond, by all means, look no further than King Plumbing & AC.
