We had water damage from our upstairs bathtub into our kitchen ceiling and walls. Patterson was amazing working with us and insurance making sure the process went as smooth as possible and remained in the parameters of the insurance estimate.  They even had even had an issue with our supervisor not responding to us mid repairs for days and they escalated the issue and immediately reassigned to another supervisor who went above and beyond to take care of us ASAP.  I was shocked with how well they handled this issue as it certainly was a nail in the coffin and I was holding the hammer ready to swing.  They gained all my future business, not only based on the amazing repair job they did, but based on how management handled the employment issue internally to not disrupt the quality of customer service they pride themselves in.

I do property management for 500+ homes across Phoenix.  I got a call one Saturday morning from the father of one of our tenants telling me that someone had committed suicide in the home on Monday.  It had been 5 days with body fluids and matter rotting in the house.  I thought I'd seen it all in Property Management--and then I was thrown this curveball.  Hazmat cleanup isn't exactly something we have on our preferred vendors list.  And after 5 days, odors become a serious problem.

I did some searching on Google and called a few companies.  Sharan picked up on the first call.  I explained to her the situation and immediately felt comfortable working with her.  I work with a variety of trades and can tell when someone knows what they're doing.  Sharan knows what she's doing.  She had a crew at the property within a few hours.   Later that night, I received confirmation that the job was completed along with before and after photos.  As a property manager that has to explain all of this to a client 2000 miles away, I couldn't ask for more.  Prompt. Professional.  Kind.  Understanding.  Really though... if you're reading this trying to decide if Crime Clean is the right company to call, you can stop reading and start dialing.

Jesse and team did a great job on adding drywall and double doors to our den.  He was timely with the quote and finished when he said he would.  We'll be hiring Turnkey again for future remodel projects!

In Aug 2022, my home in Gilbert was hit by a giant monsoon storm that overwhelmed my sump pump and flooded 80% of my basement.  I called Andy's team and Andy himself came to my house after-hours to measure and photograph the damage...he actually spent 3 hours ensuring an accurate, complete estimate was prepared to submit to the insurance company... outlined in a format exactly how the insurance company claims department requires!  

This is so HUGE...because, the insurance company's initial review of Bright Home Construction's estimate was my final approved claim amount...when I spoke to the insurance claim's manager she said, and I quote, I don't see anything on here that would be an issue covering.  

More so, even if there was, Bright Home Construction actually is one of the few rehab/renovation construction companies I know that works directly with Insurance companies on behalf of the homeowner; negotiating, explaining, and articulating the proper claim amount and coverage is received by the homeowner.  

All in all, it was less than 20-days from when claim was approved to project completion...and they made it a point to complete before my daughter's 11-birthday party!!!

What can I say? Phoenix Metro Carpet Cleaning did an AMAZING job! Excellent prices, thoughtful technician and overall a great experience. I just had them do my sofa this time around but you bet I will be calling them when I need my carpets cleaned! Seriously cannot recommend this company highly enough! 6/5 stars!

I don't leave many reviews but Rick Thompson is a very gifted and talented individual who repaired the walls and baseboards in our home that sustained significant water damage.

Called and explained the extent of damage to him and then sent him email photos. Rick got back to me in very timely fashion letting me know that the size and extent of work was within his capability. He stopped by and assessed everything discussing what needed to be done, the approach and the cost. He took his time matching everything as perfectly as possible and never was in a rush. Following completion of the job and painting the walls, the texture and look matched so perfectly that no one could tell the walls in our home were ever exposed to water and cut down. Everything looked like the original build.

He has over 25 years experience in the industry which is evident in the quality of his work. Also, very personable. I enjoyed talking to him about current events as much as watching him do his work of art in our home.

I have used ECS four times now in my old apartment and my current place.  I'm always impressed and I always get the best price.  THe guys are really nice and they always tell me what is needed to clean my carpet.  They discuss all prices before doing the job and they have never tried to swindel me.  I refer them to anyone.  P.S. my dog penny lovesssss when the carpet gets clean she just roles all over it!

Bought a new home and needed the dryer vent cleaned. The appointment was easy to set up, they arrived on time. Did what they promised. We're very polite and explained the process. Great company.

If you are considering buying a house that smells like smoke or had a fire, you need to call Saviour's Restoration LLC, owner Keith Meschke. I just sold a house with an owner who smoked in the house. In over 12 years in real estate, this was the worst smokey house I have ever been in. Keith worked miracles with his wall treatment, carpet removal, and ozone treatment.

Servpro ahwatukee/south Tempe cleaned up our house after a pretty bad water damage incident. Our hot water heater exploded while we were on vacation over the weekend so, needless to say, we came home to a total disaster. Justin Erickson and his crew were professional, polite, prompt, reliable and had very clean appearances. They were able to get everything ripped out and dried out quickly and thoroughly. I would recommend Servpro ahwatukee/south Tempe to anyone who has damage to their home!

My attic caught on fire because of my neighbors House catching on fire and spreading to mine. I personally did not call the company the fire department did I wish I would've gotten a heads up on what I was going to get charged for there crevices. To board up my bathroom window and get what looks like a $10 dollar Padlock placed on my front door and my back gate bolted they charged me $800+ which i could have done myself. Another thing if you tell them you dont have insurance they will not respond to you or try to offer you services. I tried calling them two get an estimate on how much my home repairs would cost and they never called me back with a response.  Seems like a greedy company to me.

They did my house two and a half years ago and they were supposed to put the best carpet as you can see it wasn't we live in the house prior before the flood our copper never did any of that wrinkled up never as you can see the countertops are lifting away from the wall I've had to patch things up off the wall because it's already came off the wall where it was just only showing the metal as you can see in the corner it's cracking and you can't tell me that it's settling because that's not it my paint is peeling everywhere in the house and this company will not even come to look nor fix it cuz they said it's only a 2-year contract and that was it which they got a hundred plus thousand dollars off of this claim very bad business

Absolutely wonderful company! John kept me up to date on everything. Even though my warranty didn't cover everything the company was prompt, knowledgeable and professional.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. It has been 8 years since my house fire and i still cant find half of my stuff. They never returned my wedding dress and I have had random people call me telling me they have my stuff. Some of the stuff they gave back to me wasn't even mine.They took inventory but for some odd reason SO MUCH is missing. Contacted them and BBB years ago but no one cared to follow up.
