We had water damage from our upstairs bathtub into our kitchen ceiling and walls. Patterson was amazing working with us and insurance making sure the process went as smooth as possible and remained in the parameters of the insurance estimate. They even had even had an issue with our supervisor not responding to us mid repairs for days and they escalated the issue and immediately reassigned to another supervisor who went above and beyond to take care of us ASAP. I was shocked with how well they handled this issue as it certainly was a nail in the coffin and I was holding the hammer ready to swing. They gained all my future business, not only based on the amazing repair job they did, but based on how management handled the employment issue internally to not disrupt the quality of customer service they pride themselves in.

Jesse and team did a great job on adding drywall and double doors to our den. He was timely with the quote and finished when he said he would. We'll be hiring Turnkey again for future remodel projects!

We had some old planter bowls and columns that needed to be removed from our front yard. We got several bids from different contractors. Andy by far is the most efficient and courteous. After surveying the columns, he gave us 2 bids based on the scope of the project and possible unexpected structural issues. His pricing was competitive and transparent so we felt comfortable with proceeding. His crew arrived and got work right away. They are tidy and efficient. You can't even tell there were columns sitting there previously.

I don't leave many reviews but Rick Thompson is a very gifted and talented individual who repaired the walls and baseboards in our home that sustained significant water damage.
Called and explained the extent of damage to him and then sent him email photos. Rick got back to me in very timely fashion letting me know that the size and extent of work was within his capability. He stopped by and assessed everything discussing what needed to be done, the approach and the cost. He took his time matching everything as perfectly as possible and never was in a rush. Following completion of the job and painting the walls, the texture and look matched so perfectly that no one could tell the walls in our home were ever exposed to water and cut down. Everything looked like the original build.
He has over 25 years experience in the industry which is evident in the quality of his work. Also, very personable. I enjoyed talking to him about current events as much as watching him do his work of art in our home.
He is also a rosieonthehouse.com certified partner with great reviews (rosieonthehouse.com/part…) and BBB accredited.
In addition to drywall repair he also repairs stress cracks, patio ceilings and entertainment centers.
Highly recommended. Nothing to lose to contact Rick and discuss your project with him. If it's within his capability, it will be great work.

My new roommate insisted on getting the carpets clean and I was all for it. We tried to call several companies to come out, but all of them were unavailable or didn't have their own water tank to do the job.
We happened to come across Executive Carpet and took and chance and we definitely got lucky. Josh Y. did such a great job and the carpets have never looked better.
He was able to explain everything very easily and was quite personable. Not only was he done very quickly and efficiently, he also gave me an excuse to get out of an unnecessary work meeting. I cannot thank him enough lol.
I am certain that I will need carpet cleaning services again in the future and I know who I will be calling. Thank you Executive!

My wife and I have used Saviour's Restoration multiple times and they are cost effective while doing a great job! We've used a ton of contractors and SR is one of the few that have done what they were supposed to, showed up on time, and left things in a clean manner. I'd highly recommend SR!!!

Servpro ahwatukee/south Tempe cleaned up our house after a pretty bad water damage incident. Our hot water heater exploded while we were on vacation over the weekend so, needless to say, we came home to a total disaster. Justin Erickson and his crew were professional, polite, prompt, reliable and had very clean appearances. They were able to get everything ripped out and dried out quickly and thoroughly. I would recommend Servpro ahwatukee/south Tempe to anyone who has damage to their home!

Our insurance recommended Pristine after an upstairs flood. We needed a ton of work. The leak went through the sub floor into the kitchen below. We needed everything fixed down to the floor.
We got in contact with Pristine last December. Since we knew we had to replace everything, we took it as a good time to upgrade. At our first meeting I was overly ambitious. Going into other rooms, relocating plumbing, knocking down walls etc. Chad seemed on board and there was good communication back and forth.
Fast forward a couple weeks. We are supposed to started the renovation. EVERYTHING we discussed is out the window. They are just there to put everything how it was. The weeks of waiting were wasted. I communicate AGAIN the kind of upgrades we were hoping for.
The old tub was fiber glass one piece, that's what they wanted to put back in. We did want that. We wanted a big soaker tub, a specific tile for the shower, new floor tile, new baseboards, fresh new paint, new toilet a new vanity, new medicine cabinets. Literally a whole new bathroom.
After communicating this for the second time we picked out our shower tile, and that's pretty much it. The tub was selected for us as was the floor tile based on our wants.
Tub gets installed after plumbing gets moved over with no issues ( so we thought). Next is tile, floor tile is fine despite no final day from us, the shower tile goes up, and it looks gorgeous! The tile guys nailed it out of the park. Which makes sense since they were contracted out.
At the point we have a tub installed, tile is laid and everything looks great. We wait about a week with no communication from Pristine. I let them know I'm going to have someone else install the shower trim. We get that installed, after months of no shower ( it's April at this point, I have a contact from Pristine saying it would be complete by February) we are finally have a shower and a tub. My wife is water and takes a bath in her new soaker. When we come downstairs the SAME LEAK that caused all the problems is back! It ruined once again the ceiling in the kitchen. The water and drywall leaked all over our newly installed cafe stove. I let chad know right away and he did come out on a Sunday to help take care of it. Turns out the plumber did not install the overflow part correctly causing the second flood.
That's resolved. Now I'm expecting the new baseboards we discussed. NOPE! Not only did I not get them, Chad got mad at the tile guys for even removing them. I could not imagine a professional tile job getting done without removing the baseboards. None the less, they reinstall the old baseboards, which needed to be replaced anyway.
The toilet, when working on the plumbing a part to the toilet was broken and needed to be replaced. Great! We wanted a new toilet anyway. The toilet gets removed, so I go buy a new one. I inform Chad we have a new one ready to replace the old one. He tells me that's not what we agreed on, and will cause him more work. They do install it with no issues.
That's where we correctly stand. No vanity, no new medicine cabinet, really just a fraction of the things we wanted. The bills start rolling in, things that I question. Also needles work that didn't need done we got charged for. For example: new drywall where the fiberglass shower was, that needed done. Painting and texturing the drywall that's to be covered with shower tile, that did not need to be done.
I talked to one of the painters. I asked if they were painting the walls? Baseboards etc. Nope just this 3 ft section where the old shower was. That summed up our experience with Pristine.
It is June as I right this. More than 6 months and we still do not have a bathroom. Do not use Pristine if you're looking for an upgrade. They will just replace, and put it back how it was

When our water heater broke, HD Restoration crew took care of the flooded areas promptly. Jake, Hugo, and Brittany were an absolute pleasure to work with. They offer wonderful customer service; are very efficient; and are good people. HD worked directly with my insurance company/agent and helped navigate through all the paperwork. As you can imagine, this can be a stressful situation; but the awesome crew at HD helped me every step of the way. Highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. Thank you again HD Restoration for understanding the importance of great customer service!!

If I could give negative 10 stars I would! Contractor from my American Home Shield Warranty. Bathroom sink faucet is over 10 years old, had some type of black flaky mold type stuff coming out and I was unable to get the part off to clean/change the screen. Even tried a wrench.
This guy arrives, stands there looking at it asks if it shooting water up. When I answer No, he already says, they (AHS) aren't going to cover it. This is without examining it, hearing what is wrong. When I tell him, he suggests it is from my water heater and I say no, because this is the only sink that is doing this. He tries with a wrench and even he cannot get that part off! Runs his hands under the water for 5 minutes and says they won't cover this but I will call them. I need to collect the $100 fee before I do I told him I Don't Think So, if there's no repair I am not paying. 15 minutes later I get a call from AHS saying it isn't covered because this guy told them it wasn't covered. Seems like some kind of scam to me.

The fact that I HAVE to give them even 1 star turns my stomach. My home burned down May 16th, 2014. The fire was determined a total loss. Sunbrite was hired as our restoration company, and Keith came out to do an inventory of all the items in my house. For days the two of us combed through the entirety of my belongings. On the 2nd day of combing through everything, Keith noticed that I was piling up items and taking them to my mother's house next door, he asked me what I was doing, I told him that I was searching through the rubble for sentimental items I couldn't bare to leave behind. He told me to go gather those items I had stored at my mom's house for safe keeping, and bring them back, that he was going to restore these sentimental items the best he could. I cried tears of joy, I was jacked! More than excited, not only would I get back some of these special items, they would be in better condition then they were now, after the fire. How awesome right?! I gathered around 70 items (family heirlooms, paintings my great-grandfather painted 90 years ago, memories from mine and my child's chilhood, arial photos my grandfather took from his time serving at Pearl Harbor 1 day after the attack, antique dolls my grandmother had from her childhood, and many more items that I can't bare to list because it is making me physically ill and emotional writing about it) for Keith to take away and restore the best he could. The construction took an entire year, during that year, Sunbrite stored the salvaged/restored items in their facility. May 16th, 2015. The move back date was finally upon us, the boxes started to arrive from Sunbrite, and the team diligently started unpacking. I was there when they opened EVERY box, anticipating and excited that the next box would be a box with some of these sentimental items. Once I could see that there were very few boxes left to open, I started to panic. I knew the last 4 boxes weren't big enough to hold some of the sentimental items I had put aside that Keith said they would fix. I called Keith right away, he informed me that all boxes had been delivered. Yet, not one box contained a SINGLE sentimental item I had piled up or taken over to my moms house for safe keeping. The next day, I received a text ( a TEXT MESSAGE!?!?!) from Keith stating that EVERY item he took to restore for me from that pile and from my mom's house had accidentally been thrown away. (I have these messages as proof, please contact me if you would like to see these). Sickening to say the least. Still makes me cry, if I would have just left them over at my mom's, I'd still have them now :(
If that isn't enough to turn you away from hiring this company, let me tell you what I'm STILL dealing with today, almost 3 1/2 years later. I had a vintage crystal chandelier my mother passed down to me, that she purchased many years ago for almost $4k. It was completely in tact, in perfect condition, the only damage was smoke damage, it needed a simple clean. They initially crated it up for traveling and storage before restoring and cleaning. It was returned to me in a box, completely broken (again I have pictures after the fire of it in perfect condition, and of it completely broken in the box after they delivered it to me, contact me for proof if you'd like). I called Keith and told him that I wasn't going to accept the chandiler in this condition. They came to pick it up, and Keith let me know that they would pay out of pocket to restore the chandiler they broke. It took almost a year to repair, only because they had to order pieces from Europe that were very rare. After the chandiler was repaired we went to approve it, it was beautiful! It wasn't quite the same chandiler, but it was an acceptable replacement. Sunbrite took it upon themselves to deliver the finished product to me. Ring ring, I get a telephone call from Sunbrite letting me know that during the delivery, there was an accident, the van carrying my 2 year long, newly restored chandiler was rear ended, thus breaking the chandiler, yet again. Little did Sunbrite know, that we were in regular communication with the gentelman repairing the chandiler, who let us know that there was actually no accident, Kevin had told him that he slammed on the breaks and the chandiler hit the crate with such force causing the chandiler to break, yet AGAIN. Here we are almost a year and a half later, I get a call from the repair man asking me to come approve the newly fixed chandiler. I went to approve it, instead I'm disgusted, deflated. They had already ordered the correct pieces the 1st time they fixed it, which were already rare and hard to find. Seeing as though the original pieces were no longer available (they already bought all the available pieces for the 1st repair) he had to go with the next best, which was terrible. It was no longer my chandiler. It wasn't my taste and honestly atrocious. Not enough room to finish, just don't hire them.
