Great service the reps explained the process in away I could understand and have kept myself and insurance up to date daily. They have always been to my house on time  when they said they would be here. I would recommend Patterson to everyone.

I do property management for 500+ homes across Phoenix.  I got a call one Saturday morning from the father of one of our tenants telling me that someone had committed suicide in the home on Monday.  It had been 5 days with body fluids and matter rotting in the house.  I thought I'd seen it all in Property Management--and then I was thrown this curveball.  Hazmat cleanup isn't exactly something we have on our preferred vendors list.  And after 5 days, odors become a serious problem.

I did some searching on Google and called a few companies.  Sharan picked up on the first call.  I explained to her the situation and immediately felt comfortable working with her.  I work with a variety of trades and can tell when someone knows what they're doing.  Sharan knows what she's doing.  She had a crew at the property within a few hours.   Later that night, I received confirmation that the job was completed along with before and after photos.  As a property manager that has to explain all of this to a client 2000 miles away, I couldn't ask for more.  Prompt. Professional.  Kind.  Understanding.  Really though... if you're reading this trying to decide if Crime Clean is the right company to call, you can stop reading and start dialing.

I thought of my water leak as a real nightmare, until I found Andy and his crew! They repaired, and restored my home back, if not better than before my damage. His crew arrived on time, job was completed on time, and the clean up was amazing. For a honest contractor , and quality work...this is your company!

The owner of the company is great!  He has helped us a couple times in our house and we can sleep easy at night knowing the problem was resolved well.

What can I say? Phoenix Metro Carpet Cleaning did an AMAZING job! Excellent prices, thoughtful technician and overall a great experience. I just had them do my sofa this time around but you bet I will be calling them when I need my carpets cleaned! Seriously cannot recommend this company highly enough! 6/5 stars!

I don't leave many reviews but Rick Thompson is a very gifted and talented individual who repaired the walls and baseboards in our home that sustained significant water damage.

Called and explained the extent of damage to him and then sent him email photos. Rick got back to me in very timely fashion letting me know that the size and extent of work was within his capability. He stopped by and assessed everything discussing what needed to be done, the approach and the cost. He took his time matching everything as perfectly as possible and never was in a rush. Following completion of the job and painting the walls, the texture and look matched so perfectly that no one could tell the walls in our home were ever exposed to water and cut down. Everything looked like the original build.

He has over 25 years experience in the industry which is evident in the quality of his work. Also, very personable. I enjoyed talking to him about current events as much as watching him do his work of art in our home.

These guys are amazing.  They were quick to respond to a flood we had and did an amazing job.  It was a pretty stressful morning waking up to our 1st floor completely flooded, but they totally saved the day.  Their communication was great and they arrived when they said they would.  Awesome customer service!  I'm so thankful they were on the receiving end of our distress call.  They made a stressful situation way less daunting. I would definitely recommend them!

Bought a new home and needed the dryer vent cleaned. The appointment was easy to set up, they arrived on time. Did what they promised. We're very polite and explained the process. Great company.

My wife and I have used Saviour's Restoration multiple times and they are cost effective while doing a great job! We've used a ton of contractors and SR is one of the few that have done what they were supposed to, showed up on time, and left things in a clean manner. I'd highly recommend SR!!!

Justin and his crew are professional and efficient. They arrive on time and complete the job efficiently and thoroughly. Highly recommend if needing carpet cleaning or flood damage restoration.

After a long day our family was relaxing, getting ready for bed and my son was about to take a shower. He let us know that the water randomly shit off after he turned it on which definitely shouldn't be happening so my husband went to check another faucet and then put to the water heater in the garage. Real quick it was evident that a pipe or something burst and water was coming out of the wall near the water heater....seconds after that more water gushing through my pantry (other side of my water heater wall) . The water quickly made it past part of my kitchen near my dining area. We were able to shut everything off very quick, but not without obvious damage already. We had to use every towel we owned, but were able to get the water we could see cleaned up. I called and started a claim with my homeowners insurance. We were recommended Pristine Restoration as well as a few others, but we were so impressed with the service and quick response by Pristine that we knew we made the right call. Every one we came in contact with from start to finish was amazing. Sometimes even staying late to make sure they found all the water damaged areas. They cleaned up every mess they made and tried to make the noise of the vans as un annoying as possible. (Still sucked, but bearable.) The communication between Pristine, insurance and I was great and I never felt out of the loop or frustrated. Our home looks like nothing ever happened and I'm grateful for that.

I'm legitimately not sure if this is even a real company. I had a leak in my ceiling and needed some drywall repairs and they wanted an INSANE $2800 to fix it. I was desperate to get it repaired before the holidays though so I gave in and gave them a deposit.

They were scheduled to come between 7-10am and never showed up. No call, nothing. I called and was told the drivers had been in a car accident and would be out the next day during the same window.

Guess what! Didn't show AGAIN.

I called and demanded a refund on my deposit and let them know how absurd it was that they were a no-call no-show two days in a row. They claimed they called multiple times but I didn't have a single missed call or voicemail.

I wish I had read the reviews of this company before hiring them and going through this hassle.

I ended up finding someone on Task Rabbit who specialized in drywall repairs and, get this, charged me $350.

Well well well! I would stay away from this company! I could YouTube repairs and more than likely fix more than this individual. I own a property in El Mirage and there is a pretty big leak issue going on. This low rate ^*^&%^ that I would not even call a company was sent out by my home warranty as the other two reviewers stated. The technician that phoned me was John. He called me telling me that there is a leak in my master bath vanity area and the vanity needed to be pulled and the wall opened because his little moisture tool told him that is where the water is. John, now really? Be thankful I am currently out of state as I would have ripped you from one end of your smart mouth to the other end embarrassing you with the ignorant incompetence you displayed. When he told me of his mindless so called assessment I told him very clearly that I am out of state and that my ex-husband is handling the situation for me. I ask to give him Shawn's number and would he call him and explain his expert analysis since Shawn is local and has had a visual of the damage especially of my less than 6 months old wood floor that is warped and buckled. John told me to have Shawn call him. OK no problem and I called my ex-husband immediately. Shawn tried for three days to get this individual on the phone and not once was his call returned. I called on the 5th day and John answered his phone. I had to go through a few things to even get him to recall who I was. Poor guy gets 5 to 6 calls a day. Shawn went to the house and pulled the vanity and opened the wall and was ...... where is this leak? John told me on the phone that he told me I was to call his office to schedule him to come back. Ummmm no John, that did not take place at all. Why on earth would you tell me to call the office to schedule when I had asked you to speak to Shawn and explain the expert analysis to him? John, we shouldn't make up stories and I'll take a risk and walk that limb assuming that he probably still didn't recall who I was. So now I have a vanity ripped out and a wall open and this person had no idea what he was talking about. John gave me an incorrect office number, one digit off so when I called him back that the phone does not connect....he kept telling me to leave a msg. By the fourth time telling him there is no way to leave a msg I was screaming. Oh my let's not holler at poor John. He hangs up and then shortly calls me back and leaves a msg stating that he called his office and they have not received a call from me. How many times am I to repeat.....? There was no voicemail to leave a darn msg on! Then his boss.... yes good 'ol Derrick called me. I was mad! I started the conversation by saying I am mad, very MAD. Derrick apparently doesn't hear well either is the impression I got. Derrick's feelings got hurt and he hung up and guess what? Amazingly my ex-husband, Shawn receives a phone call. Well now how did they all of a sudden have his phone number? Mysterious I know. Derrick calls Shawn to tell on me as if I am in second grade. Shawn listened and agreed yes, that's her....she's mad.  Mind you when John originally went to my property with people living in the home.... not one fan, NOTHING to deal with the moisture and water therefore I guess woohoo on the wood floor being so wet, resulting in further flooring damage. Derrick might want to consider having a come to Jesus with himself and his arrogant attitude that he does not KNOW who is on the other end of the phone line because I will follow through. Call Shawn and verify that too. My homeowner's ins. adjuster arrived this morning, 12.16.2016. He called Shawn right away and said to get rid of whoever this company is and they are bringing in the professionals. Guess what???? They have actual equipment to deal with water and moisture issues. The leak was found and is being handled by real workers. They were in constant communication with me and more so with Shawn when I let them know he is handling the issue as my representative. Shawn was able to tell them how he wanted an item routed and so forth and they worked together great today. My insurance company (well-known name company) is very aware of what John did not do and the damage he let continue. Therefore, we are going to get to know each other a tad bit more.  I too have had my warranty company for right at 7 years now..... Never have I had such displeasure dealing with the likes of A to Z incompetence.

The fact that I HAVE to give them even 1 star turns my stomach. My home burned down May 16th, 2014. The fire was determined a total loss. Sunbrite was hired as our restoration company, and Keith came out to do an inventory of all the items in my house. For days the two of us combed through the entirety of my belongings. On the 2nd day of combing through everything, Keith noticed that I was piling up items and taking them to my mother's house next door, he asked me what I was doing, I told him that I was searching through the rubble for sentimental items I couldn't bare to leave behind. He told me to go gather those items I had stored at my mom's house for safe keeping, and bring them back, that he was going to restore these sentimental items the best he could. I cried tears of joy, I was jacked! More than excited, not only would I get back some of these special items, they would be in better condition then they were now, after the fire. How awesome right?! I gathered around 70 items (family heirlooms, paintings my great-grandfather painted 90 years ago, memories from mine and my child's chilhood, arial photos my grandfather took from his time serving at Pearl Harbor 1 day after the attack, antique dolls my grandmother had from her childhood, and many more items that I can't bare to list because it is making me physically ill and emotional writing about it) for Keith to take away and restore the best he could. The construction took an entire year, during that year, Sunbrite stored the salvaged/restored items in their facility. May 16th, 2015. The move back date was finally upon us, the boxes started to arrive from Sunbrite, and the team diligently started unpacking. I was there when they opened EVERY box, anticipating and excited that the next box would be a box with some of these sentimental items. Once I could see that there were very few boxes left to open, I started to panic. I knew the last 4 boxes weren't big enough to hold some of the sentimental items I had put aside that Keith said they would fix. I called Keith right away, he informed me that all boxes had been delivered. Yet, not one box contained a SINGLE sentimental item I had piled up or taken over to my moms house for safe keeping. The next day, I received a text ( a TEXT MESSAGE!?!?!) from Keith stating that EVERY item he took to restore for me from that pile and from my mom's house had accidentally been thrown away.  (I have these messages as proof, please contact me if you would like to see these). Sickening to say the least. Still makes me cry, if I would have just left them over at my mom's, I'd still have them now :(

If that isn't enough to turn you away from hiring this company, let me tell you what I'm STILL dealing with today, almost 3 1/2 years later. I had a vintage crystal chandelier my mother passed down to me, that she purchased many years ago for almost $4k. It was completely in tact, in perfect condition, the only damage was smoke damage, it needed a simple clean. They initially crated it up for traveling and storage before restoring and cleaning. It was returned to me in a box, completely broken (again I have pictures after the fire of it in perfect condition, and of it completely broken in the box after they delivered it to me, contact me for proof if you'd like). I called Keith and told him that I wasn't going to accept the chandiler in this condition. They came to pick it up, and Keith let me know that they would pay out of pocket to restore the chandiler they broke. It took almost a year to repair, only because they had to order pieces from Europe that were very rare. After the chandiler was repaired we went to approve it, it was beautiful! It wasn't quite the same chandiler, but it was an acceptable replacement. Sunbrite took it upon themselves to deliver the finished product to me. Ring ring, I get a telephone call from Sunbrite letting me know that during the delivery, there was an accident, the van carrying my 2 year long, newly restored chandiler was rear ended, thus breaking the chandiler, yet again. Little did Sunbrite know, that we were in regular communication with the gentelman repairing the chandiler, who let us know that there was actually no accident, Kevin had told him that he slammed on the breaks and the chandiler hit the crate with such force causing the chandiler to break, yet AGAIN. Here we are almost a year and a half later,  I get a call from the repair man asking me to come approve the newly fixed chandiler. I went to approve it, instead I'm disgusted, deflated. They had already ordered the correct pieces the 1st time they fixed it, which were already rare and hard to find. Seeing as though the original pieces were no longer available (they already bought all the available pieces for the 1st repair) he had to go with the next best, which was terrible. It was no longer my chandiler. It wasn't my taste and honestly atrocious. Not enough room to finish, just don't hire them.
