Great service the reps explained the process in away I could understand and have kept myself and insurance up to date daily. They have always been to my house on time  when they said they would be here. I would recommend Patterson to everyone.

I do property management for 500+ homes across Phoenix.  I got a call one Saturday morning from the father of one of our tenants telling me that someone had committed suicide in the home on Monday.  It had been 5 days with body fluids and matter rotting in the house.  I thought I'd seen it all in Property Management--and then I was thrown this curveball.  Hazmat cleanup isn't exactly something we have on our preferred vendors list.  And after 5 days, odors become a serious problem.

I did some searching on Google and called a few companies.  Sharan picked up on the first call.  I explained to her the situation and immediately felt comfortable working with her.  I work with a variety of trades and can tell when someone knows what they're doing.  Sharan knows what she's doing.  She had a crew at the property within a few hours.   Later that night, I received confirmation that the job was completed along with before and after photos.  As a property manager that has to explain all of this to a client 2000 miles away, I couldn't ask for more.  Prompt. Professional.  Kind.  Understanding.  Really though... if you're reading this trying to decide if Crime Clean is the right company to call, you can stop reading and start dialing.

We had some old planter bowls and columns that needed to be removed from our front yard. We got several bids from different contractors. Andy by far is the most efficient and courteous. After surveying the columns, he gave us 2 bids based on the scope of the project and possible unexpected structural issues. His pricing was competitive and transparent so we felt comfortable with proceeding. His crew arrived and got work right away. They are tidy and efficient. You can't even tell there were columns sitting there previously.

The owner of the company is great!  He has helped us a couple times in our house and we can sleep easy at night knowing the problem was resolved well.

What can I say? Phoenix Metro Carpet Cleaning did an AMAZING job! Excellent prices, thoughtful technician and overall a great experience. I just had them do my sofa this time around but you bet I will be calling them when I need my carpets cleaned! Seriously cannot recommend this company highly enough! 6/5 stars!

I don't leave many reviews but Rick Thompson is a very gifted and talented individual who repaired the walls and baseboards in our home that sustained significant water damage.

Called and explained the extent of damage to him and then sent him email photos. Rick got back to me in very timely fashion letting me know that the size and extent of work was within his capability. He stopped by and assessed everything discussing what needed to be done, the approach and the cost. He took his time matching everything as perfectly as possible and never was in a rush. Following completion of the job and painting the walls, the texture and look matched so perfectly that no one could tell the walls in our home were ever exposed to water and cut down. Everything looked like the original build.

He has over 25 years experience in the industry which is evident in the quality of his work. Also, very personable. I enjoyed talking to him about current events as much as watching him do his work of art in our home.

These guys were a life saver...life happened with the stomach bug and our gang load of kids...hence, we needed a carpet cleaner in a hurry!!! The crew was on the job less than 24 hours after my call and did a great job! The carpet looks and smells like new! Outstanding customer service all around as well as good pricing. No hesitation recommending or using Executive again in the future.

This company is amazing. We had a sewer backup in a fourplex and all of my units were affected. Glenn and his crew showed up immediately and were extremely professional and very courteous to all of my renters. It's a very stressful time and they made it seamless. They work directly with the insurance company and help you wade through the unknown details of an insurance claim. Every time I called Glen answered his phone and kept everyone in the loop of exactly what was happening next. Thank you sunshine!

Highly recommend Kieth and Saviour's. I had a few companies give bids for a leak restoration and they seemed to be the best. Kieth is a nice guy, honest and did good work.

I own an insurance agency and refer all my clients to Servpro who need fire/water restoration.  They have helped several clients determine if it was worth it to file a claim  If a claim had to be filed they work with all insurance companies and when it's a small job paid by the client they were still happy to take the job. All of my clients big or small have told me they received great service.

My attic caught on fire because of my neighbors House catching on fire and spreading to mine. I personally did not call the company the fire department did I wish I would've gotten a heads up on what I was going to get charged for there crevices. To board up my bathroom window and get what looks like a $10 dollar Padlock placed on my front door and my back gate bolted they charged me $800+ which i could have done myself. Another thing if you tell them you dont have insurance they will not respond to you or try to offer you services. I tried calling them two get an estimate on how much my home repairs would cost and they never called me back with a response.  Seems like a greedy company to me.

They did my house two and a half years ago and they were supposed to put the best carpet as you can see it wasn't we live in the house prior before the flood our copper never did any of that wrinkled up never as you can see the countertops are lifting away from the wall I've had to patch things up off the wall because it's already came off the wall where it was just only showing the metal as you can see in the corner it's cracking and you can't tell me that it's settling because that's not it my paint is peeling everywhere in the house and this company will not even come to look nor fix it cuz they said it's only a 2-year contract and that was it which they got a hundred plus thousand dollars off of this claim very bad business

If I could give negative 10 stars I would!  Contractor from my American Home Shield Warranty.  Bathroom sink faucet is over 10 years old, had some type of black flaky mold type stuff coming out and I was unable to get the part off to clean/change the screen.  Even tried a wrench.
This guy arrives, stands there looking at it asks if it shooting water up.  When I answer No, he already says, they (AHS) aren't going to cover it.  This is without examining it, hearing what is wrong.  When I tell him, he suggests it is from my water heater and I say no, because this is the only sink that is doing this.  He tries with a wrench and even he cannot get that part off!  Runs his hands under the water for 5 minutes and says they won't cover this but I will call them.  I need to collect the $100 fee before I do I told him I Don't Think So, if there's no repair I am not paying.  15 minutes later I get a call from AHS saying it isn't covered because this guy told them it wasn't covered.  Seems like some kind of scam to me.

We had the unfortunate experience of a flooded house due to a broken water supply line while we were out of town to attend a 50th year class reunion.  Our Farmers' Insurance agent arranged for Sun-Brite to assess the situation.  They were on-site in very short order.  Everything about this company earned our rave reviews!  They were PROMPT, courteous, thorough, attentive, professional and caring!  They did a fantastic job of tending to our emergency! They had absolutely everything under control before we could arrive back home less than 24 hours after the flood was discovered.  We were informed of everything that needed to be done.  They were very careful with our things.  Many of our furniture pieces are antiques or fragile.  All of the damaged walls and flooring had been removed and large dehumidifiers and fans were running before we arrived back home.  We could have lost everything, including all of our walls! These people saved our home and all of our personal property!  They are who you want if you have an emergency like ours!
