We had water damage from our upstairs bathtub into our kitchen ceiling and walls. Patterson was amazing working with us and insurance making sure the process went as smooth as possible and remained in the parameters of the insurance estimate.  They even had even had an issue with our supervisor not responding to us mid repairs for days and they escalated the issue and immediately reassigned to another supervisor who went above and beyond to take care of us ASAP.  I was shocked with how well they handled this issue as it certainly was a nail in the coffin and I was holding the hammer ready to swing.  They gained all my future business, not only based on the amazing repair job they did, but based on how management handled the employment issue internally to not disrupt the quality of customer service they pride themselves in.

Sharon Godwin is remarkably professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. As an Indoor Air Quality duct cleaning company we have worked with her for years and had nothing but the best of experiences.

Jesse and team did a great job on adding drywall and double doors to our den.  He was timely with the quote and finished when he said he would.  We'll be hiring Turnkey again for future remodel projects!

In Aug 2022, my home in Gilbert was hit by a giant monsoon storm that overwhelmed my sump pump and flooded 80% of my basement.  I called Andy's team and Andy himself came to my house after-hours to measure and photograph the damage...he actually spent 3 hours ensuring an accurate, complete estimate was prepared to submit to the insurance company... outlined in a format exactly how the insurance company claims department requires!  

This is so HUGE...because, the insurance company's initial review of Bright Home Construction's estimate was my final approved claim amount...when I spoke to the insurance claim's manager she said, and I quote, I don't see anything on here that would be an issue covering.  

More so, even if there was, Bright Home Construction actually is one of the few rehab/renovation construction companies I know that works directly with Insurance companies on behalf of the homeowner; negotiating, explaining, and articulating the proper claim amount and coverage is received by the homeowner.  

All in all, it was less than 20-days from when claim was approved to project completion...and they made it a point to complete before my daughter's 11-birthday party!!!

What can I say? Phoenix Metro Carpet Cleaning did an AMAZING job! Excellent prices, thoughtful technician and overall a great experience. I just had them do my sofa this time around but you bet I will be calling them when I need my carpets cleaned! Seriously cannot recommend this company highly enough! 6/5 stars!

I don't leave many reviews but Rick Thompson is a very gifted and talented individual who repaired the walls and baseboards in our home that sustained significant water damage.

Called and explained the extent of damage to him and then sent him email photos. Rick got back to me in very timely fashion letting me know that the size and extent of work was within his capability. He stopped by and assessed everything discussing what needed to be done, the approach and the cost. He took his time matching everything as perfectly as possible and never was in a rush. Following completion of the job and painting the walls, the texture and look matched so perfectly that no one could tell the walls in our home were ever exposed to water and cut down. Everything looked like the original build.

He has over 25 years experience in the industry which is evident in the quality of his work. Also, very personable. I enjoyed talking to him about current events as much as watching him do his work of art in our home.

This company is amazing. We had a sewer backup in a fourplex and all of my units were affected. Glenn and his crew showed up immediately and were extremely professional and very courteous to all of my renters. It's a very stressful time and they made it seamless. They work directly with the insurance company and help you wade through the unknown details of an insurance claim. Every time I called Glen answered his phone and kept everyone in the loop of exactly what was happening next. Thank you sunshine!

If you are considering buying a house that smells like smoke or had a fire, you need to call Saviour's Restoration LLC, owner Keith Meschke. I just sold a house with an owner who smoked in the house. In over 12 years in real estate, this was the worst smokey house I have ever been in. Keith worked miracles with his wall treatment, carpet removal, and ozone treatment.

I own an insurance agency and refer all my clients to Servpro who need fire/water restoration.  They have helped several clients determine if it was worth it to file a claim  If a claim had to be filed they work with all insurance companies and when it's a small job paid by the client they were still happy to take the job. All of my clients big or small have told me they received great service.

My attic caught on fire because of my neighbors House catching on fire and spreading to mine. I personally did not call the company the fire department did I wish I would've gotten a heads up on what I was going to get charged for there crevices. To board up my bathroom window and get what looks like a $10 dollar Padlock placed on my front door and my back gate bolted they charged me $800+ which i could have done myself. Another thing if you tell them you dont have insurance they will not respond to you or try to offer you services. I tried calling them two get an estimate on how much my home repairs would cost and they never called me back with a response.  Seems like a greedy company to me.

HD Restoration is AWESOME!  The house my wife and I purchased has unfortunately had a few water leaks so I have had multiple contractors in and out of the house over the last two years.  HD Restoration is the first company I have been really impressed with.  They have been honest, on-time and looked to find ways to save me money.  Rodney is the owner and he has personally come out to my house to inspect when there was another potential water leak.  Jake and Hugo were great on the job.  Hugo actually caught a second leak which he could have covered up as it was not covered under insurance.  I would highly recommend them. The work they did at my house included a remodel of kitchen (replacing countertops, installing a vent hood, rebuilding kitchen cabinets, installing a new sink, drywall, painting, plumbing and electrical work).

Well well well! I would stay away from this company! I could YouTube repairs and more than likely fix more than this individual. I own a property in El Mirage and there is a pretty big leak issue going on. This low rate ^*^&%^ that I would not even call a company was sent out by my home warranty as the other two reviewers stated. The technician that phoned me was John. He called me telling me that there is a leak in my master bath vanity area and the vanity needed to be pulled and the wall opened because his little moisture tool told him that is where the water is. John, now really? Be thankful I am currently out of state as I would have ripped you from one end of your smart mouth to the other end embarrassing you with the ignorant incompetence you displayed. When he told me of his mindless so called assessment I told him very clearly that I am out of state and that my ex-husband is handling the situation for me. I ask to give him Shawn's number and would he call him and explain his expert analysis since Shawn is local and has had a visual of the damage especially of my less than 6 months old wood floor that is warped and buckled. John told me to have Shawn call him. OK no problem and I called my ex-husband immediately. Shawn tried for three days to get this individual on the phone and not once was his call returned. I called on the 5th day and John answered his phone. I had to go through a few things to even get him to recall who I was. Poor guy gets 5 to 6 calls a day. Shawn went to the house and pulled the vanity and opened the wall and was ...... where is this leak? John told me on the phone that he told me I was to call his office to schedule him to come back. Ummmm no John, that did not take place at all. Why on earth would you tell me to call the office to schedule when I had asked you to speak to Shawn and explain the expert analysis to him? John, we shouldn't make up stories and I'll take a risk and walk that limb assuming that he probably still didn't recall who I was. So now I have a vanity ripped out and a wall open and this person had no idea what he was talking about. John gave me an incorrect office number, one digit off so when I called him back that the phone does not connect....he kept telling me to leave a msg. By the fourth time telling him there is no way to leave a msg I was screaming. Oh my let's not holler at poor John. He hangs up and then shortly calls me back and leaves a msg stating that he called his office and they have not received a call from me. How many times am I to repeat.....? There was no voicemail to leave a darn msg on! Then his boss.... yes good 'ol Derrick called me. I was mad! I started the conversation by saying I am mad, very MAD. Derrick apparently doesn't hear well either is the impression I got. Derrick's feelings got hurt and he hung up and guess what? Amazingly my ex-husband, Shawn receives a phone call. Well now how did they all of a sudden have his phone number? Mysterious I know. Derrick calls Shawn to tell on me as if I am in second grade. Shawn listened and agreed yes, that's her....she's mad.  Mind you when John originally went to my property with people living in the home.... not one fan, NOTHING to deal with the moisture and water therefore I guess woohoo on the wood floor being so wet, resulting in further flooring damage. Derrick might want to consider having a come to Jesus with himself and his arrogant attitude that he does not KNOW who is on the other end of the phone line because I will follow through. Call Shawn and verify that too. My homeowner's ins. adjuster arrived this morning, 12.16.2016. He called Shawn right away and said to get rid of whoever this company is and they are bringing in the professionals. Guess what???? They have actual equipment to deal with water and moisture issues. The leak was found and is being handled by real workers. They were in constant communication with me and more so with Shawn when I let them know he is handling the issue as my representative. Shawn was able to tell them how he wanted an item routed and so forth and they worked together great today. My insurance company (well-known name company) is very aware of what John did not do and the damage he let continue. Therefore, we are going to get to know each other a tad bit more.  I too have had my warranty company for right at 7 years now..... Never have I had such displeasure dealing with the likes of A to Z incompetence.

We had the unfortunate experience of a flooded house due to a broken water supply line while we were out of town to attend a 50th year class reunion.  Our Farmers' Insurance agent arranged for Sun-Brite to assess the situation.  They were on-site in very short order.  Everything about this company earned our rave reviews!  They were PROMPT, courteous, thorough, attentive, professional and caring!  They did a fantastic job of tending to our emergency! They had absolutely everything under control before we could arrive back home less than 24 hours after the flood was discovered.  We were informed of everything that needed to be done.  They were very careful with our things.  Many of our furniture pieces are antiques or fragile.  All of the damaged walls and flooring had been removed and large dehumidifiers and fans were running before we arrived back home.  We could have lost everything, including all of our walls! These people saved our home and all of our personal property!  They are who you want if you have an emergency like ours!
