Great service the reps explained the process in away I could understand and have kept myself and insurance up to date daily. They have always been to my house on time  when they said they would be here. I would recommend Patterson to everyone.

I do property management for 500+ homes across Phoenix.  I got a call one Saturday morning from the father of one of our tenants telling me that someone had committed suicide in the home on Monday.  It had been 5 days with body fluids and matter rotting in the house.  I thought I'd seen it all in Property Management--and then I was thrown this curveball.  Hazmat cleanup isn't exactly something we have on our preferred vendors list.  And after 5 days, odors become a serious problem.

I did some searching on Google and called a few companies.  Sharan picked up on the first call.  I explained to her the situation and immediately felt comfortable working with her.  I work with a variety of trades and can tell when someone knows what they're doing.  Sharan knows what she's doing.  She had a crew at the property within a few hours.   Later that night, I received confirmation that the job was completed along with before and after photos.  As a property manager that has to explain all of this to a client 2000 miles away, I couldn't ask for more.  Prompt. Professional.  Kind.  Understanding.  Really though... if you're reading this trying to decide if Crime Clean is the right company to call, you can stop reading and start dialing.

Jesse and team did a great job on adding drywall and double doors to our den.  He was timely with the quote and finished when he said he would.  We'll be hiring Turnkey again for future remodel projects!

We had some old planter bowls and columns that needed to be removed from our front yard. We got several bids from different contractors. Andy by far is the most efficient and courteous. After surveying the columns, he gave us 2 bids based on the scope of the project and possible unexpected structural issues. His pricing was competitive and transparent so we felt comfortable with proceeding. His crew arrived and got work right away. They are tidy and efficient. You can't even tell there were columns sitting there previously.

The owner of the company is great!  He has helped us a couple times in our house and we can sleep easy at night knowing the problem was resolved well.

Excellent service, prompt, polite and boy, do they know their stuff!

What can I say? Phoenix Metro Carpet Cleaning did an AMAZING job! Excellent prices, thoughtful technician and overall a great experience. I just had them do my sofa this time around but you bet I will be calling them when I need my carpets cleaned! Seriously cannot recommend this company highly enough! 6/5 stars!

I don't leave many reviews but Rick Thompson is a very gifted and talented individual who repaired the walls and baseboards in our home that sustained significant water damage.

Called and explained the extent of damage to him and then sent him email photos. Rick got back to me in very timely fashion letting me know that the size and extent of work was within his capability. He stopped by and assessed everything discussing what needed to be done, the approach and the cost. He took his time matching everything as perfectly as possible and never was in a rush. Following completion of the job and painting the walls, the texture and look matched so perfectly that no one could tell the walls in our home were ever exposed to water and cut down. Everything looked like the original build.

He has over 25 years experience in the industry which is evident in the quality of his work. Also, very personable. I enjoyed talking to him about current events as much as watching him do his work of art in our home.

In addition to drywall repair he also repairs stress cracks, patio ceilings and entertainment centers.

This was an extremely painless affair for me.  I contacted Executive Carpet Services because I was moving out of my apartment.  The reason I used Executive was because my landlord recommended them.  I had a pretty good relationship with my landlord, and I figured that they wouldn't use someone who wasn't reputable.  

Executive Carpet Services gave me a three hour arrival window.  I work in an industry where two hours is the norm, but that's not a deal breaker.  At least they guaranteed it would be before lunch, so I'm pretty happy with that.  I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who came to clean my carpet, as he was pretty outstanding, but I've worked with a considerable number of vendors over the past month.  

But here is the deal with moving.  I referred to Yelp for all of my potential vendors.  Some of them were outstanding.  Some of them were acceptable.  And some of them were unacceptable.  I would put Executive Carpet Cleaning in the category of outstanding.  

The technician arrived right in the middle of my arrival window and told me he would be done in 30 minutes.  I ran to put gas in my car.  When I returned about 30 minutes later, he was wrapping up.  The carpets look outstanding.

I do recommend these folks.  I wish I knew more about the industry so I could go more into detail.

This company is amazing. We had a sewer backup in a fourplex and all of my units were affected. Glenn and his crew showed up immediately and were extremely professional and very courteous to all of my renters. It's a very stressful time and they made it seamless. They work directly with the insurance company and help you wade through the unknown details of an insurance claim. Every time I called Glen answered his phone and kept everyone in the loop of exactly what was happening next. Thank you sunshine!

Highly recommend Kieth and Saviour's. I had a few companies give bids for a leak restoration and they seemed to be the best. Kieth is a nice guy, honest and did good work.

Justin and his crew are professional and efficient. They arrive on time and complete the job efficiently and thoroughly. Highly recommend if needing carpet cleaning or flood damage restoration.

My attic caught on fire because of my neighbors House catching on fire and spreading to mine. I personally did not call the company the fire department did I wish I would've gotten a heads up on what I was going to get charged for there crevices. To board up my bathroom window and get what looks like a $10 dollar Padlock placed on my front door and my back gate bolted they charged me $800+ which i could have done myself. Another thing if you tell them you dont have insurance they will not respond to you or try to offer you services. I tried calling them two get an estimate on how much my home repairs would cost and they never called me back with a response.  Seems like a greedy company to me.

Can't say enough.  This company was wonderful.  They worked with my insurance company in getting my claim approved for the water damage in my home.  They were professional, arrived on time, and cleaned up at the end of each day.  When the project was complete it was perfect!  You would never know there was ever any water damage.  Thank you Rodney and Jake, and your crew for doing a fantastic job.  I would recommend HD Restoration in a heartbeat!

After receiving a comment from a reader, I did some research based on her statement to me.  In fact, she is correct in that this company is no longer listed with the BBB.  At the time of my review, they were in fact listed so my guess is that they either didn't renew their membership or they are no longer in business.  

I am a three-year Elite Yelper and pride myself in my reviews.  Before stating information, such as a review from the BBB, I would have done my homework.  Regardless, we experienced great service from the company.  It appears that things may have changed with the company.

We had the unfortunate experience of a flooded house due to a broken water supply line while we were out of town to attend a 50th year class reunion.  Our Farmers' Insurance agent arranged for Sun-Brite to assess the situation.  They were on-site in very short order.  Everything about this company earned our rave reviews!  They were PROMPT, courteous, thorough, attentive, professional and caring!  They did a fantastic job of tending to our emergency! They had absolutely everything under control before we could arrive back home less than 24 hours after the flood was discovered.  We were informed of everything that needed to be done.  They were very careful with our things.  Many of our furniture pieces are antiques or fragile.  All of the damaged walls and flooring had been removed and large dehumidifiers and fans were running before we arrived back home.  We could have lost everything, including all of our walls! These people saved our home and all of our personal property!  They are who you want if you have an emergency like ours!
