I don't leave many reviews but Rick Thompson is a very gifted and talented individual who repaired the walls and baseboards in our home that sustained significant water damage.

Called and explained the extent of damage to him and then sent him email photos. Rick got back to me in very timely fashion letting me know that the size and extent of work was within his capability. He stopped by and assessed everything discussing what needed to be done, the approach and the cost. He took his time matching everything as perfectly as possible and never was in a rush. Following completion of the job and painting the walls, the texture and look matched so perfectly that no one could tell the walls in our home were ever exposed to water and cut down. Everything looked like the original build.

He has over 25 years experience in the industry which is evident in the quality of his work. Also, very personable. I enjoyed talking to him about current events as much as watching him do his work of art in our home.

These guys were a life saver...life happened with the stomach bug and our gang load of kids...hence, we needed a carpet cleaner in a hurry!!! This company is amazing. We had a sewer backup in a fourplex and all of my units were affected. Glenn and his crew showed up immediately and were extremely professional and very courteous to all of my renters. It's a very stressful time and they made it seamless. If you are considering buying a house that smells like smoke or had a fire, you need to call Saviour's Restoration LLC, owner Keith Meschke. I just sold a house with an owner who smoked in the house. In over 12 years in real estate, this was the worst smokey house I have ever been in. Keith worked miracles with his wall treatment, carpet removal, and ozone treatment.

Our hot water heater exploded while we were on vacation over the weekend so, needless to say, we came home to a total disaster. My insurance called them out for me this past Saturday (17-apr-21), and had them do an emergency service and board up my garage door and support structure, as someone had hit and run my house. They came out did the service in just a few short hours. They also cleaned up everything, and explained it all going forward.

company is under contract with American Home Shield. I have had American Home Shield for years. I am not saying I have not had problems before. I know that they are under contract and do not make much money on calls from American Home Shield. This was different in several ways. First, this was an emergency call for a water spraying leak from my Polybutylene piping. This call was made at 4:00 to American Home Shield. He arrived at my house (the owner) at 6:30pm. Upon arrival, one of the first things he said was he had to collect my check for the service fee before he could even contact American Home Shield. He said the first thing they would ask was for the check number. I knew this was not truthful from my past experiences. I have had American Home Shield for over 15 years with countless service calls. This has never happened. Then the only thing he did was check my water pressure. He said that I would need a device to reduce water pressure. I informed him that I had other leaks and this was never an issue. Also, I just had a pipe repaired 2 months prior and there was no issue. He proceeded to procrastinate and then decided to call AHS. He called while I was there at 7:15 pm. The recording came on and he hung up on them. He said oh, they are closed. I can't do anything without an authorization. I asked why he hung up when it sounded like they were giving him options for a representative. He had the phone on speaker. he said sorry, I can't do anything today. I will call them tomorrow. I found out that they were there untile 10;30pm.There was no reason for him to come to my house with no intent to fix the problem. My water was already turned off by my neighbor. Then, as he left, he looked at the wall where the leak was and said that he wouldn't even touch or cut the drywall without an asbestos and mold test because of a prior leak. Really??? I have had no one ever state that. I have had countless drywall removed for pipe issues

We had the unfortunate experience of a flooded house due to a broken water supply line while we were out of town to attend a 50th year class reunion.  Our Farmers' Insurance agent arranged for Sun-Brite to assess the situation.  They were on-site in very short order.  Everything about this company earned our rave reviews!  They were PROMPT, courteous, thorough, attentive, professional and caring!  They did a fantastic job of tending to our emergency! They had absolutely everything under control before we could arrive back home less than 24 hours after the flood was discovered.  We were informed of everything that needed to be done.  They were very careful with our things.  Many of our furniture pieces are antiques or fragile.  All of the damaged walls and flooring had been removed and large dehumidifiers and fans were running before we arrived back home.  We could have lost everything, including all of our walls! These people saved our home and all of our personal property!  They are who you want if you have an emergency like ours!
