I lost my mailbox key and needed the locks replaced. I placed an inquiry on Yelp and Michael answered right away.  His quote was $75, which is in line with what I am used to paying.  He came within 15 mins and was done 10 mins later. key works great, better than before.

Victor Crewdson, the owner, responded to our problem quickly. He asked me to send him a few pictures of our malfunctioning locks. He called me back with an estimate and let me know that he was closing out a job before ours and would text me when he was on his way. We were very impressed. He is a very skilled professional. Service was prompt, professional, and exceptionally courteous.  Our technician, Alfie, not only changed our locks but was able to complete small repairs within solid the doorknobs & lock chambers.  Alfie advised us on which of the knobs/lovkd will need to be replaced in the foreseeable future in our older home.  We highly recommend him & Pop-A-Lock

Eric is responsive and knowledgeable. He wanted to make sure the programming of the fob worked before he cut the key. Then he made sure the key was cut correctly. He took his time to make sure everything was working.

I HIGHLY recommend! I had guests at my home this morning (a Saturday), and they were locked out due to a broken lock on one door and a lost key for the other. I got on Yelp, found Rapid Response, and gave them a call. Arthur picked up right away, dropped everything, and came to the rescue. He was able to enter and repair the lock and re-key two locks. Called and received same day service, which was great (no other company answered the phone or called back yesterday). The tech was about 2 hours late, but it's Sunday. I was home anyway, not a big deal to me.

In the grand scheme of why someone would require a locksmith, my problem was rather minor. I always try and use local and family owned businesses. Terry was quite to reply to my online request for a quote. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. Terry fixed my lockout issue in like 60 seconds. Friendly and on time with scheduled appointment. Let me tell you. If you need a locksmith this is the only one I would consider.

After STAGECOACH was kind of apathetic about getting out to me I called Jeff after the reviews here. Every review is accurate. He is professional, courteous, and priced very very competively.

I will never call another locksmith after the service twice I received from Jeff. business schools should use him as  a case study on customer service. This fellow cares about other humans and he will exceed your expectations.

I am leasing a 2010 Scion xB and returning it soon since the end of my lease term is nearing.  I had lost one of my two keys to the vehicle, which includes an all in one key/key-fob.  Knowing that I had to have both keys when I returned the vehicle at the conclusion of the lease, I checked with a dealership on how much it would cost to acquire and program a replacement key.  Needless to say, the price quoted was excessive (over $200).  So, I began to look at more affordable alternatives.  I was able to locate a key/key-fob via Ebay, but wasn't sure if I should proceed.  After calling a few auto locksmiths, I spoke with Todd at Alcatraz.  I could tell he was a busy man who got lots of "locksmith" inquiry calls, so I didn't want to waste his time.  However, he did take the time with me on the phone suggesting how to make sure I purchase the correct key, etc.  He provided this info while knowing I could possibly go to another locksmith after I bought the key to get it cut and programmed.  That in itself is good customer service!  Another locksmith or two didn't provide nearly as much information (or were simply hard to understand).  With the info Todd provided, I ordered the key, which came a few days later.  Then I called Todd back to make an appointment.  He met me on a Saturday late morning and cut/programmed the key in less than 15 minutes.  He even found a flaw with the key I bought and fixed it.  Plus, he did this at a wonderful price, saving me easily over $100 (if not more). I couldn't have been more pleased and highly recommend Alcatraz Locksmith.

One other note which shows that this locksmith is a reputable one...  Todd had fielded a call which he was completing upon my arrival to meet with him.  While not going into details, I'll simply say that Todd was honest and forthright with whomever he was talking to, providing them advise on where to go for service for their particular auto issue as their request was outside the scope/reach of his services.  Hearing such advice and honesty is refreshing.

We had an urgent need to change locks on our rental. Tenant left with the key, which made it worse. CJ came within an hour, changed 5 locks, and completed everything quickly for a very reasonable price! He was prompt in responding to my request for a quote too.

We locked the keys in our running car on a Saturday. After getting the runaround with many different locksmiths (all with hidden fees) we called Ace Locksmith. Best call we have made. They are honest and do not BS in any way. Gave us a guaranteed quote prior to arriving which was affordable and fair. Other companies would not quote over the phone.

Our tech, Mordy, was excellent, friendly and professional. Strongly recommend!
