Having recently got me out of a massive jam, I am truly grateful for Cactus Lock and Key. No one else will give you next day service, on your schedule, especially if it is before they are even open for business.

Not so here, I called and Mike was out the next morning at 7 AM to help me out.

His prices are always reasonable and he tells it like it is.

I will keep supporting this small business as long as they are around.

THIS PLACE SAVED THE DAY!!! We had a house showing and on day one, our door jammed for the first visitor as I was looking through our ring camera. I totally panicked and reached out to Victor, and he was extremely responsive and within two hours fixed our door right away. Super professional. Cannot thank him enough, highly recommend!

This has got to be the best locksmith I've used since living here in Arizona. Their customer service is amazing, the lock Smith's they sent out were great. Prices are very affordable, I high recommend anyone needing a locksmith USE POP-a-LOCK!

Eric was fantastic! I reached out to him last week and scheduled an appointment for the following week. His communication was great. He showed up on time and completed the job within 30 minutes. I needed two different vehicle keys. He programmed each of them and they both worked like a charm! His price was more than fair too. I would highly recommend him for any vehicle key replacement needs!

Levi Gal is an excellent, honest and capable locksmith. He was able to replace my front door lock within 1 hour after my call, made extra keys for the front and back doors & even oiled the hinges on the backdoor to eliminate the squeak! He did this while keeping up a friendly conversation and double checking each step to ensure the repair was done correctly. Call him! He is great.

very professional and his van is set up to do probably anything locksmith related. We called for a lock out house from former tenant and realized we needed more than that in eluding rekey and extra as well as a front gate lock. We would highly recommend Terry Richards of Agent Lock and Key. One of our keys broke off into the deadbolt of our front door so we needed a Locksmith to help us out. After throwing a net out to 3 different businesses for pricing and availability, Terry was the 1st to respond and the most honest and up front about his pricing. Since we had him out on a service fee already, we were able to add a couple of more "sticky" locks on at cost only. Throwing in a couple of new keys and all in under 1 hour, he even came in well below estimate since the locks only needed to be cleaned instead of replaced. Terry was very personable, flexible with scheduling, and on time. If we run into another situation in which a locksmith is needed, Agent Lock and Key will be our one and only call!!

I needed a second key programmed for a used car I just bought. I was headed to the dealership until my mechanic recommended The Lock Shop. Saved a lot of money (they charge far less than the dealership)! They have a huge selection of keys but didn't have the right one for my car. But it's okay because they got it ordered in one day. Talked to two different people on the two different days I was there and both were super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly which are things that always make me want to come back and also to share my experience with others!

Little side note: for a few extra dollars, ask them to make a metal key for your car. It won't have a computer chip in it so it won't start your ignition, but it will unlock the door and if you ever need another key programmed, it'll save you money because it can be used to make one of those programmed keys. Seems like a good idea to have that on hand!

Cj was responsive and speedy. Fair priced and very helpful. I would recommend his services to anyone needing a locksmith. Placed a request at 11pm on a Friday and Cj made it out 13 hours after! Call him, you won't regret it.
