Best Locksmiths in Phoenix, AZ

Very disappointed. Lady who initially scheduled said 9am. Then guy who is owner I'm guessing said 9 to 10. At 1030 I called to find out where my locksmith was and no one could get in touch with him. Poor customer service

Great experience with Victor! He responded to my inquiry right away and was able to be at my home the next morning at 9 am. 6 locks were changed within 15 minutes and his prices were very reasonable compared to competitors!

Lost my key and I had no idea where it was. Phone was about to die and it was raining. Needless to say I needed someone as fast as possible. Called pop a lock and the guy said 30mins (actually got here in 30mins) and price was actually really great for opening and re-keying my place. I would recommend this for anyone who gets as unlucky as me and needs to get into their house quickly.

I've used a few locksmiths in the past and all have been acceptable but that's about it.  Jeff, on the other hand, effin ROCKS!  I called him to rekey all of the locks in my house on a Saturday afternoon.  He agrees to come over in an hour and a half.  Same rate on weekends as during the week.  He was running 15 minutes late and called me prior to let me know.  Courtesy goes a long ways with me so I am liking this guy already.  

Jeff shows up at 2:45PM and is ready to roll.  I have Baldwin deadbolt locks that key on both sides.  They are a bit sensitive to say the least.  9 locks and 6 keys and 10% discount for mentioning Yelp.  One lock is really old and he made it work after spending an extra hour on it for no additional charge.  He cares that the work is done right and the customer is happy.  He makes your keys on site and they all work perfectly.  Extremely nice person, exceptional service, great skills and he will treat you right.  Thanks Jeff!

Quick and affordable! He arrived within 15 minutes and was extremely patient and helpful. Affordable compared to other locations I googled. Hopefully I won't need his services again, but if I do I'll know who to call!

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

Todd was timely and friendly. He came out and made a key for an existing lock that a different locksmith said couldn't be done. Reasonably priced as well.

I had so many questions around getting new key/ignition for my vehicle and Taylor was patient and knowledgeable through them all over the phone.  Jeff had to come out and rekey my Jeep and was quick and efficient, even in the dark with minimal lighting!  Thank you for making a somewhat difficult event fairly simple and providing such professional yet friendly service. The back door on my food truck broke late at night and I called several locksmiths that were unable to help me. One of them told me outright that they did not carry the part that was broken. Luckily I called CJ and he stated he carried the part and would be at my house in 30 minutes. He was very professional and fix the door within 15 minutes. I would recommend this business for anyone.
