Victor is awesome. I called him on a weekend when he was closed, and he still took my call and he was at my house on that Monday. Excellent work, and fixed all my locks that needed repair. Very courteous and professional and I highly recommend him to anyone.

My car key broke and since I wasn't going to tow it to the dealer to get a new key made, I needed to find someone. I made five phone calls and Levi was not only the most affordable, he told me he would be there in about 30 minutes ( I was stranded up near Cave Creek) and he did arrive in 30 minutes. got the key cut, made a free spare (although it won't start my car, it's just an emergency in case I would lock my keys in the car). He did it quick and I would recommend him and his guys.,

I had lost my husband's car keys and after searching high and low, I decided it was time to call a locksmith. These guys were professional and prompt. I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

Awesome experience, very friendly knowledgable owner. I took my 2001 Ford Focus to him and it needed the keys reporgrammed ($120 at a dealership) and no one else I called had the correct equipment. He was friendly and cordial even though it was super hot out and our ignition had been duct taped up so we could still drive the car without the reprogrammed keys. It was $75 for everything and I was really happy and relieved we brought the car to him, he did a great job. If I ever need anything in the future I've got a guy!

I had to wait a bit for him to arrive. Business must be good though soo just had to be patient. He opened my car up pretty fast. Saved me!

The lock shop has a customer for life. Their staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They work fast and I love that they have reasonable time slots for service!! With most companies you'll get an outrageous 4 hour time frame for service but The Lock Shop gave me an hour window and were right on time. No waiting, no jacked up unreasonable prices. You won't regret using them!

Contact Kwikpick lock and safe or anywhere but here... it's a scam. Called this locksmith on a Sunday and let them know what type of lock I had. Guy over the phone told me it'd be 95 flat. "Locksmith" shows up and turns out he's a private contractor which wasn't disclosed over the phone and he's now charging 165? I have a smart lock with security plates and this guy tried to use a crowbar after I told him I wanted it picked (I know alot of guys prefer to drill it but I've had someone pick it before and if he couldn't pick it he should have just told me he wasn't the guy for the job.) It's been difficult to open my door for the past day and now it just straight out won't open. He caused damage to both my door frame and my lock. This company tells me they will call me back but won't call me back about any issues I'm having/had 1. The price change and not disclosing they hired another person to do the job and 2. The damage the person they contracted has done to my lock which I now have to contact someone else to replace.

Super friendly, quick, really reasonably priced, open on weekends and easy walk in service!
