We had an issue with our security door where we could no longer unlock the deadbolts. Victor came out to help us. After a bit of review, he gave us an assessment of the problem. It helped us to decide that we should remove the door rather than try to fix it. Victor chose not to charge us for the assessment. I appreciate his honesty and approach to our problem. I would recommend to friends and family.

Pop-a-lock was amazing. There was a very short wait for them to arrive to my location. I had already asked security to help me open my car door and they couldn't get it. Mendel got the door unlocked within minutes and on first try. He was very nice and very helpful!! Will be saving their number for future needs.

Eric was fantastic! I reached out to him last week and scheduled an appointment for the following week. His communication was great. He showed up on time and completed the job within 30 minutes. I needed two different vehicle keys. He programmed each of them and they both worked like a charm! His price was more than fair too. I called about a loose front doorknob but it turned out that my deadbolts weren't working properly either. The locksmith fixed the problem on all four doors quickly and efficiently. Based on the reviews here, I called Jeff and he was able to meet me in the far west valley a few hours later.  I only needed some minor work done, but the service was professional, punctual, friendly, and priced fairly. What more can you ask for? If you need a locksmith, call A 1/Jeff!!

Our family is so thankful that Alon answered and showed up for us! Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

Are you kidding me?  I called for a price to break into a disk lock on my storage unit.  They gave me a price and then when I asked what the trip charge was he literally says "I think that my  pricing isn't your business"....... Wow- it only took me a couple seconds to hang up.

Tried to set up an appointment. He was responsive at first. Then stopped replying. Even offered him an extra $20 to come service next day. No answer.

This place is phenomenal! My wife locked her keys in her car and I requested a quote online and received a response in 2 minutes. The guy got to her car in 5 minutes and another 2 minutes to uptown the door. Very reasonably priced and extremely speedy, and great communication. I highly recommend this place!

CJ was able to unlock an interior door on a holiday which was also on a Sunday. He was able to arrive asap and opened the door quickly. He was professional and also took safety precautions by wearing a mask. His pricing is competitive and was able to give an upfront pricing before booking the appointment. Would definitely use his company again in the future!
