Mike answered his phone, made a time commitment and kept it. He knew his products and was in and out in short order.
Was he cheap? No. But not expensive, either. I post this info to respond to the other posters who complain about price. When you need a skilled service, and someone is going to COME TO YOUR HOME to provide that service, there will be a cost.
I thought the cost and service were very fair. I'd use Cactus Lock & Key again.

Arthur was a total life-saver! I lost my car keys and didn't have a spare so was without transportation and needed a new key made (without the original obviously) as soon as possible. Arthur was prompt in answering my request on Yelp, provided a very reasonable and affordable quote for the product and labor/travel, and was at my house within 30 minutes of a phone call. Called for a lockout service and Eden swung by within 10 minutes.  The car was opened in less than 3 minutes. Good service and affordable rates!

I was referred to Todd at Alcatraz from A 1 Key Service.  He was very friendly, professional, and courteous.  He came out and made me a new chip key for HALF the price of what my insurance quoted me.  He also cut me a 2nd non-chipped key for free in case I lock my other keys in my car.   The entire job took him less than 30 minutes.  I will definitely be recommending Alcatraz to friends in need of a locksmith.
