I finally gave in, I couldn't find the keys to my explorer, so I started making calls to get a quote on replacement car keys.  After calling several people, Bill from pop-a-lock was the only one who could give me a real quote over the phone without all the added "possible fees."

Bill was great! He came on time and provided me with exceptional service.  Not only did he stay true to his quote, but it was also the best deal I could find after calling around.  I got 2 brand new keys to my car for around $100. Perfect!

Not only that, but my car had been sitting in my garage for a while, and Bill gave my car a jump start when my battery died after programming the keys. Life saver!

I bought a used car and the ignition key did not work well in the door locks. I also needed my new remote programmed. I had called a different locksmith and they said they would not program a remote purchase elsewhere, which is why I called Johnny.

Johnny made two new keys that work great, plus programmed the new remote.

Unbelievable fast turn around on very short notice-- was in a jam as I had lost the keys to my home(never really used them as I use a garage electronic entry anyway) and needed keys for the home to be placed on the market to sell--- Tom responded immediately and Peter was sent within less than 1/2 hour! My wife and I have been living in Sun City for exactly a year now. When we purchased our house the locks and locksets were really messed up - The "flippers" who refurbished our home apparently didn't want to spend much time or money on proper, high quality, high security locks. We needed to have the house re-keyed anyway just for security concerns as there's no telling who might have duplicate keys out there. Anyway, we called Ace Locksmith because they are local, and we prefer to deal with local people when we do something like this (locks, pest control, alarms, etc.). Our locksmith tech Bo, a very nice young man, arrived promptly, took a look at what we needed, and then went right to work. He already had everything he needed in his truck and was finished within the hour. We now have a house that has better locks that work better. Thank you Bo for your fast and courteous service.
