Best Locksmiths in Phoenix, AZ

Very disappointed. Lady who initially scheduled said 9am. Then guy who is owner I'm guessing said 9 to 10. At 1030 I called to find out where my locksmith was and no one could get in touch with him. Poor customer service

Had Victor come out for a standard re-keying with a couple of fixes for the doors not latching properly as well. It was super easy to set up the appointment, he was straightforward and friendly and helped me understand a bit more how locks work. Overall great service and well worth getting it done professionally!

Called on a Tuesday afternoon regarding both dead bolts freezing up (hard to lock/unlock) in addition to door levers on both doors/sides of the doors wearing out/wobbly and about to fall off.  I live in a condo community with a strict HOA where the exterior door dead bolt and thumb handle needs to be uniform.  Brian quickly called me back and scheduled an appointment the following morning (Wednesday) to replace all dead bolts and door levers.  I texted Brian photos of the existing hardware for the dead bolts/door levers. Brian went above and beyond texting me photos/options that were available for the hardware styles/finishes in addition to even going the extra mile finding the almost identical match for the exterior door hardware dead bolt and thumb handle.  Brian was on time, professional, considerate/respectful (wore a mask without me having to ask him to put one one), did an amazing job, did not make a mess and removed all hardware that was being replaced  along with the new packaging for the replacements.  Brian thoroughly explained everything that was done and had me test everything to ensure I was happy before I paid and before he left.

I highly recommend and have already passed on information to friends also needing locksmith services for Pop-A-Lock.

Outstanding service today from AZ cars locksmiths. Eric was able to work me in within 30 minutes and provided outstanding service. I had 2 car key replacements made today, one remote and one turn key.  Both worked great and the value was over 50% of the price of the local Toyota dealership.  Thanks again to Eric and this wonderful local business.

Levi answers your call immediately  and sets a quick appointment time. Once I took a thorough look at all the doorknobs and locks at this property, I changed the scope of the job. Levi had all the equipment needed on his truck and replaced all exterior doorknobs and security screen doorknobs and rekeyed everything to one key. He was in and out in two hours and the workmanship was well done. He is completely professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Arthur was a pleasure to work with. Made me 3 keys in about 10 minutes, including a key fob. He also gave me some advice on a soon-to-be dead battery in my car while also giving me a jump so I could make it to O'Reilly. Overall a great service, thanks for everything!

UPDATE:
After last review (may or may not be connected - but believe it is ) I felt the need to write an update. I had received a call from Abby at the company who left a voicemail. I called her back and she was extremely nice and very apologetic over what had happened. She said she had taken it on her own to let the owner know what had happened, and offered to send someone the same day if I wanted to change my locks and at no charge. Again, my problem happened after someone stole my backpack that had a copy of keys to my home in it as well as my address and more. When their tech, Jerome didn't show, I didn't sleep well wondering if someone was going to be coming in my home. I was impressed that they offered to resolve the problem and without my asking. They certainly deserved a chance as does everyone. The biggest problem (and why I upgraded their rating, but only to 4 stars), Jerome was the only tech available. Even he deserved a 2nd chance. She said he would call me. He did not, then. I called back and she was very upset since about 20 minutes had passed. He finally did call, and left a message while I was on the  phone. I called back, but got a message that his voice mail was not set up! Are you kidding me? I called again to Abby who did a 3 way call. He said he would be here in about 15 minutes. He did show up, wearing a mask and following all "suggestions for Covid". I thought this can still work. Unfortunately, every time he then came in my home, the mask was gone, while I sat there wearing one, being at high risk. Should I be the one to take all the precautions in my own home? Then I am watching him.... and listening to him. I see him having trouble with the lock and pushing hard with the screwdriver. Then I actually hear him say to himself "Great, now it's broken, what do I do now?" I asked what the problem was and he said the screw broke off. I asked broke off where? He tells me inside the lock! I asked if he could fix it, and he replied: "well, I Don't have some magic tool." I asked what happened the night before, and he said, he "lost track of time, and was concentrating". I was thinking - OK, so when the job was finished, he couldn't call? He actually did apologize, but did it really matter since he had to be sent here by the boss, and still managed to break a screw in my lock and leave it that way?
In the end, I will revise my opinion of Johnny Locksmith after seeing that Abby does care about the business and the customers. I think you probably should give them a  call if you have a problem.... BUT... if Jerome shows up at your door, I would definitely say "NO THANKS". This man either needs more training (a lot more - and not just in changing locks, but in customer relations also, and definitely needs to learn not to lie to the customer! I had several including when after hearing him say "great, now it is broken" he tried to suggest that the screw could have been broken before. Oh please... I had the lock changed about 6 months ago when I moved in. Does anyone really think if it was broken then the screw wouldn't have fallen out by now, or the lock wouldn't be moving?
Again, I did mention this to Abby and she was again very apologetic and concerned with everything that happened, so bottom line, take a chance on Johnny Locksmith, but lock Jerome out!

Great experience! Terry was able to come out the same day and rekey the locks on our new house. He was very friendly, polite, helpful, and reasonably priced. I will definitely recommend him to others.

Alon came quickly and unlocked my door when I was locked out after hours at my apartment. Very much appreciate his help! Highly recommend. Anything you need, you can call him and he'll get it done for you!

Tom was right on time, if not even a little early. He knew I had to leave the house at a certain time. He was quick and efficient. I called on a Tuesday evening at 4:30 and he was at my house at 8AM that next day. He got a key out that had broken off and created two new keys in under 20 mins. Highly recommend!

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

What can I say, Todd is great. I bought a vehicle (Hummer H3) that was sans Key Fobs.  I ordered some replacements as well as a factory key blank, but found out I couldn't program the fobs without the use of a special GM Scan Tool.  The dealer would have charged over $100 and took hours to get me out, but one call to Todd, and he got me set up within a matter of minutes.  Literally.  To boot, I was in a pinch and couldn't make it to the area he was in, so he agreed to meet me a few miles from my house the following day while he was on another job.  The whole thing cost me a fraction of what I would have paid at the dealer and I was in and out in 5 minutes. The guy is pretty funny and quick-witted as well, so that makes it fun.  I'll be back for any locksmith related work in the future.  5 Stars and thanks again Todd!  You are a Legend!

Update: weeks later still no response, filed a complaint still no response. This man should not be in business, more so he's just a rotten person who informed me he doesn't care if he does a good job.

The were able to rekey a lock that I didn't have a key for that another locksmith couldn't . Took about 15 minutes friendly staff. Reasonable price.

Couldn't have asked for more. Unfortunately my dad has lost his keys more times than one can count and this was the first locksmith that didn't try to take advantage of him once on site. Thank you.

Bo was great. He arrived same day and completed the service also the same day. He answered all of my questions and performed the service faster than what I expected. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a fast, fair and speedy locksmith service. I hope I don't have to use him again anytime soon but if I do,  I wouldn't hesitate to call him back out, thanks Bo.

Could not have asked for a more reliable locksmith. This was no emergency but Dean came out as promised - and was able to get both cars keyed and fobs programmed in under 30mins.
