Best Locksmiths in Phoenix, AZ

Service person installed the new lock but failed to fix the existing lock as requested on the door with two locks.  I had to fix the second lock myself after paying $135.  The service tech refused to return.

I had a lock out issue late in the night and the owner responded promptly via Yelp . This was the first time I used a locksmith. He was able to create a duplicate key and was able to let me in ! He quoted a very reasonable flat rate for late night service and didn't charge anything more. Was able to pay with a credit card as well.

Very nice and professional guys.  They rekeyed my whole house.  Later when I tested some of the doors didn't work but they came back the same day to fix the problem and even gave me new locks without charge.

Eric is very responsive and was professional and kind. I had an issue with my steering wheel lock that needed to be replaced. Within an hour of texting him, Eric was in my driveway working on my car. He finished in an hour and was very informative about how he fixed it. I would trust Eric to work on my car again if anything else were to happen. Thanks again!

I called Levi based on the Yelp reviews and was not disappointed. I needed a locksmith to change the locks once an eviction was executed.  Not the best situation to deal with but Levi did an outstanding job. He was on time and even waited an hour while eviction took place. I was so thankful to find a professional that could accommodate me on such short notice. He did an awesome job and I highly recommend Levi.   We need more professionals like Levi.   Thank you.

My daughter locked both sets of keys in the car and Author responded to my request quickly with a reasonable  price.  He was professional and quick to open my car. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

A-1 Key Service was referred to me by a neighor.  Jeff came out 2 hours after my call to them.  He went above and beyond, after hours, to fix my lock problem.
A-1 was also 25% less in cost than what 3 other locksmiths quoted me over the phone.  Finally, good service in this town!

I'd give 4.5 stars if that was option. Nothing is perfect in this world lol. With that said Alon was there in under 20 minutes on a Sunday and got the job done in just a few. Highly recommend him!

Jay was wonderful to work with. He responded to my text immediately and was at my home within an hour to make new keys. Easy check out/payment experience with emailed receipt. Jay is a pro.

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

I woke up on July 4, 2012 and saw that it was raining. I walked outside my condo to check out the rain in a shirt and basketball shorts with no shoes. I turn around to go back inside and my front door is locked. I checked my windows and sliding glass door and everything was locked. Started to panic not only due to the fact that it's raining and I have no shoes on but it's 4th of July and I didn't think anyone was open. I googled phoenix locksmith and came across Alcatraz. Gave them a call and within minutes Todd was at my condo with his tools and got me back into my house. Not only was he funny but had great customer service. Hopefully I never have another situation where I get locked out (he also made me 2 free sets of keys, front door & security door), but if I do I know who to call. I highly recommend Todd and will refer him to anyone who might need his services. Thanks again Todd!

Tried to set up an appointment. He was responsive at first. Then stopped replying. Even offered him an extra $20 to come service next day. No answer.

I went in with a brand new key fob and left with a broken one.  Informed cashier that the key release on key fob was broken and she replied "that's how it was".   I was expecting more-    
1. Own the fact that you broke the key release on my key fob.
2.  At least offer an apology and a discount for your error.  
3.  Offer to order me a new one.  

I paid full price for their service and left with a broken key fob.
Very disappointed, this is not how I do business.

Word of advice: take a picture of your key fob before you hand it over.

CJ was able to unlock an interior door on a holiday which was also on a Sunday. He was able to arrive asap and opened the door quickly. He was professional and also took safety precautions by wearing a mask. His pricing is competitive and was able to give an upfront pricing before booking the appointment. Would definitely use his company again in the future!

Mordy was able to rekey my mothers house after keys were stolen. The work was done quickly and at a fair price. He came out on Saturday within an hour of so if calling.

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.
