Best Locksmiths in Phoenix, AZ
We had a great experience with Cactus Lock & Key. We just moved into our new house and needed two doorknobs replaced and all locks rekeyed. The quality and speed of their work is exceptionally high. This is the only locksmith I'll use from here on out.

Victor didn't do the automotive request but was quick to respond and offered a referral to me for someone that may be able to help with my request.

We recently moved to town and needed our house re-keyed. I called Pop-A-Lock based on other yelp reviews and wasn't disappointed. We set up a time that was convenient for me and everything went smoothly. Deric came out, did a great job, and was helpful with other questions I had as a new Phoenix resident. As an added bonus, their price for the job was super reasonable.

Eric is responsive and knowledgeable. He wanted to make sure the programming of the fob worked before he cut the key. Then he made sure the key was cut correctly. He took his time to make sure everything was working.
I recommend him.

I scheduled an appointment with Levi a week in advance and he showed up as planned. He is very courteous and extremely knowledgable. He re-keyed five doors and installed two new entry sets at a reasonable cost, in fact, he offered three price alternatives. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to anyone.

Fast and friendly; they helped me get my elderly/disabled client into their home within half an hour. Mike also gave us a great deal and had the door open in ten seconds.

We read all the positive reviews, so decided to try Jeff at A1. He was able to get out the day we called, although he was already very booked. Jeff fixed our lock immediately and then turned his attention to the other lock on the door which we don't use because it hasn't worked in so long. Jeff said it was bugging him and he wanted to fix it but wouldn't charge us. He is a very nice, professional and reasonably priced. Don't even hesitate. Just call him!

Alon was so persistent to get me into my house when the deadbolt failed. It was a high security lock and he worked at it until he got in! Absolutely would recommend his company for even the toughest job!

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service. JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me. He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made. He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer. Thank you...

Todd said, "if you come to me I'll save you a service call." How cool is that! So, I drove up to the north side of town, on a Saturday no less, and a half hour later left with a reprogrammed luxury group module and a new key on my '05 Jeep Grand Cherokee--and all for a fantastic price. I would tell you what the Jeep dealer was asking for the same job, but you wouldn't believe me.

LOVE this place!
After taking my new Ford Explorer to the dealership to have the oil changed, a strange "My Key" feature started working on my car (which causes the car radio to turn off unless your seatbelt is on, and won't let the vehicle go over 80 mph - which stinks when you are trying to pass someone on the freeway). I called the dealership to ask them how to get rid of this feature and they told me that I would need a second key (which we lost right after buying the vehicle) and new reprogramming, at a cost of around $200.00. NO WAY was I paying $200! So I went on Amazon and found a new key blank for $20.00 (instead of $110 at the dealership) and then shopped around for a locksmith to cut and program it.
The Lock Shop was by far the cheapest of all the people I called. They charged around $5 to cut the key for me and about $50 to reprogram my original key and the new one. So they programmed TWO keys and I got it all for about 1/3 the price the dealership quoted me.
Taylor was very friendly and got the job done quickly. I think I was there for a total of 30 minutes. (The dealership told me it would take one hour to program - to justify their high cost, I guess.)
I will definitely be using The Lock Shop again - THANK YOU!!!

I would not recommend using them. They broke my door handle on 5/26/20 and I have been trying to reach them to have them come out and fix it with no luck!!! Very unprofessional customer service who hung up in my face. There are plenty of options in the valley. I'd recommend using someone else.

I had lost my key for my car and the locksmith nicole who came out was very nice and did a great job. Very good pricing and I was pleased with her work. I needed a key replacement and she was quick and had great customer service. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
