Victor Crewdson, the owner, responded to our problem quickly. He asked me to send him a few pictures of our malfunctioning locks. He called me back with an estimate and let me know that he was closing out a job before ours and would text me when he was on his way. We were very impressed. He is a very skilled professional. This has got to be the best locksmith I've used since living here in Arizona. Their customer service is amazing, the lock Smith's they sent out were great. Prices are very affordable, I high recommend anyone needing a locksmith USE POP-a-LOCK!

My VW Passat had an issue where the steering wheel locked and the ignition would not turn. I couldn't turn the vehicle on rendering it disabled. Eric responded to my request within 15 minutes on a Saturday. During our phone call I could tell, after to talking to other vendors, he had seen the issue before and knew how to fix it. A faulty steering lock was the culprit. We scheduled a service time for the next day. He let me know when he was on the way. The service took a little over an hour and the issue was completely fixed.

Overall: Great Communication, Expertise, and Experience. Couldn't ask for more.

Forgot to mention this service took place on a Sunday as well.

very professional and his van is set up to do probably anything locksmith related. We called for a lock out house from former tenant and realized we needed more than that in eluding rekey and extra as well as a front gate lock. He did it all, and extra keys even super super far pricing. Will definitely use again should an  occasion require another  locksmith. one very happy customer here

After trying to contact numerous locksmiths when I embarrassingly locked myself out of my house near midnight, I luckily got through to A 1 Minute.  Eric showed up within 20 minutes and helped me get back into my house within just a few minutes.  He re-keyed the lock I had the issue with and was absolutely so professional and efficient, especially for a midnight call.  This was by far the best customer service I've received in a very long time.  I will recommend A 1 Minute to anybody in need of keying or locksmith services.  I'll also be going back to them should I have any lock and key needs in the future.  I highly recommend A 1 Minute Key Service.

Alon has helped me out twice now with rekeying locks and reprogramming my garage door when I needed it done in a hurry. He is responsive, reliable and trustworthy. If you need a locksmith I highly recommend you call him first. He's great!!

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

A huge thank you to Alcatraz for being punctual and professional! My teenagers lost the only key to their car and Alcatraz came out when promised, unlocked the car, made a new key and were less expensive than other companies. I would use them again in a second. Thank you again!!

Great guy - came out on a Saturday within 30 minutes and opened the lock in about 5 minutes or so - dealing with poor lighting and maneuverability.  Not that I expect to lose my keys again - but if I do, this is the company I'll be calling

My mom locked her keys in the car and Cj was at our house extremely quick to help. The whole process from the time we called to the door being unlocked was less than 45 minutes!! 10/10 recommend this company.
