Levi was great! I called him and he was able to fit me in same day. He gave me a 2-hr window of his arrival and then called 30 min ahead as well. He did a quick walk-through of the house to see the locks I needed changed and gave me a final price before beginning his work. He worked efficiently and completed the job quickly. So glad I found Rapid Response Locksmith! I lost my car keys and needed to figure out how I'd get to work, because I only had one spare. Arthur was quick to respond and within minutes I had keys!

He charged $140 to unlock and remove the inner workings of the lock on a storeroom. He dropped all of the fragments and lock parts on the floor and didn't clean any of it up. He just walked away. I won't call him again.

Contacted them as I thought a deadbolt had broken. Explained the situation to Budget and they simply said I was using it incorrectly. Over the phone fix and no charge. Honest Business.

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

This company is amazing .. On time, very good communication and explaining the steps. would give them a 10 if I could. My antitheft was locked. I thought it was my starter, alternator or battery I got all of those changed and my car still did not work. then I noticed a red blinking light on my dashboard called to get information on what that was. My car was locked. They came over to look at it and made the new key. They programmed it and has been working every sense.

The were able to rekey a lock that I didn't have a key for that another locksmith couldn't . Took about 15 minutes friendly staff. Reasonable price.

Called them up and they were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.  Mordi helped me with a security door that didn't have a key when I purchased the home.  Would definitely recommend!

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.
