Eric was very helpful with great communication before coming to do the work. Arrived on time, very professional. He was  knowledgeable about my Mercedes, immediately pointing out the features that related to the key. He was fully prepared with the key blank and key cutting equipment in addition to programming the key. The work was done right first time, great experience.

I HIGHLY recommend! I had guests at my home this morning (a Saturday), and they were locked out due to a broken lock on one door and a lost key for the other. I got on Yelp, found Rapid Response, and gave them a call. Arthur picked up right away, dropped everything, and came to the rescue. He was able to enter and repair the lock and re-key two locks. Found Budget Lock & Key on a Google search when I had an urgent need for a keyed lock on my patio door. Tom answered and my luck due to scheduling, he arrived 20 minutes later, added the necessary lock, AND fixed what my handyman couldn't. Did a great job - truly felt like he went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

I have used Alcatraz in the past for locksmith services and have found them to be very professional and reasonable in their services. Always prompt and courteous. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Craig at the residential job site to re-key 14 locks. Not only was the service fast, professional and expertly accomplished, but Craig offered to help with 2 "minor" door adjustments. I didn't think they were minor, but Craig insisted to do that for me as long he was there--no added charge. Our key broke off in our front door late one evening. Julian was very responsive and was able to make it to our house in about half an hour! He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us fix other issues we had going on with our door as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a great locksmith!

I called the lock shop to have my house re-keyed and they were great!  The lady who answered the phone was very nice and friendly and they were able to schedule me right away.  Jeff showed up on time to do the work and he was great!  He even came back to my house after he left because I thought a couple of locks had been missed.  I would definitely recommend The Lock Shop, they were fast, efficient and economical!

We had an urgent need to change locks on our rental. Tenant left with the key, which made it worse. CJ came within an hour, changed 5 locks, and completed everything quickly for a very reasonable price! He was prompt in responding to my request for a quote too.
