Eric was fantastic! I reached out to him last week and scheduled an appointment for the following week. His communication was great. He showed up on time and completed the job within 30 minutes. I needed two different vehicle keys. He programmed each of them and they both worked like a charm! His price was more than fair too. I called Levi to perform some lock replacement work. He was very prompt in getting back to me. He was very accommodating in scheduling me. He called in advance of his arrival. He arrived on time. If I could give ten stars I would. Today started out great, but nearly ended on a very awful note. After spending half my day in the East Valley I received a call from one of my kids that they managed to somehow lose their key out of their key fob. The entire freaking key broke out and after searching for hours it was nowhere to be found. Luckily we could get in to the car itself with the key fob, but after calling the Honda dealer and having to possibly have the car towed we were told that they had no keys for his car in stock and their was a wait list for them. The key we needed has a chip so I'd have to call around. Just great! Did I mention it was nearly 4pm so I was stressed places would be closing soon. I then got on Yelp of course to search for some local locksmith options and after reading a few reviews I'm so glad I called Rapid Response. Arthur picked up quickly and after explaining my situation he not only said that he had the keys I needed, but that he could get to me within the hour. I didn't need a tow, I didn't have to wait days for the dealership to get some; my son would be able to have his car within an hour for school and work tomorrow. Arthur was friendly, knowledgeable and a lifesaver! After an already stressful day he really helped us out big time! He even was able to make a second spare key at a discount incase something if ever happened again as this was the only key we had from when we bought the car used. I started having trouble inserting my key in my front door lock. I thought this would be a good time to upgrade my lock to an optional keyless one. I bought a new lock and called and spoke to Alon. He came out yesterday afternoon and installed my new lock. It wasn't as easy as I thought it would be, but he figured it out and then showed me how to use it. He was efficient and friendly. The price was fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

My house's front screen door deadbolt got jammed and I can usually jimmy it a bit and finally unlock it but this time I couldn't.  I called Alcatraz a little late in the evening and explained my situation.  At first I was a little put off by the service fee but it needed to be done so I went along with it.  I briefly remember calling a locksmith for my car one time and was left with a $200 bill, and then I called another time for a different house lock issue and the guy wouldn't even give me any pricing so I ended up not fixing whatever it was because I was afraid of the bill.  My home is currently on the market so I needed to get the front door opened obviously so I prepared myself for a nice little bill.  The total with the service fee was far less than I expected.  The people I worked with were extremely polite.  I am so glad to have found this company.  Definitely keeping their number in case I ever need a locksmith.

Update: weeks later still no response, filed a complaint still no response. This man should not be in business, more so he's just a rotten person who informed me he doesn't care if he does a good job.

Jeff and the entire crew are awesome! Jeff replaced a lockset and rekeyed the locks on my park model a year ago. My deadbolt jammed recently and I could not turn it to open the door.  Jeff was here within 90 minutes, solved the problem, plus checked the door alignment and tightened all the screws- at no charge! Everyone I have dealt with at The Lock Shop has been courteous and professional. They treat their customers like family- such a refreshing experience!

The deadbolt lock on the front door of our home started to get difficult to operate a few weeks ago. It recently got to the point that my wife couldn't lock, or unlock the door. I checked on Yelp and found the listing for 24/7 Locksmith under door lock repair. I sent in a job request and quickly got a response from CJ at 24/7. He said he was completing another job and be at my house in a few minutes. He arrived and fixed the lock. He also adjusted a screen door lock that my wife also had a problem with.

Been  while since I've been stiffed. Congratulations ACE LOCKSMITH you got me. I had an appt with you for this morning. You never called or showed up. I took off 3 hrs of work to accommodate this appt. You were a no show. One of the best things about living in the Phx area is you can always find somebody else. And I did. I find it hard to believe you have a reputable business yet are incompetent at the same time. Its safe to say, I nor any members of my family here in AZ will be utilizing your services in our lifetime. Again Thanks for the no-show.
