I didn't end up using this company but wanted to comment on the responsiveness. They got back to me quickly and were very willing to fit me in.

Service was prompt, professional, and exceptionally courteous.  Our technician, Alfie, not only changed our locks but was able to complete small repairs within solid the doorknobs & lock chambers.  Alfie advised us on which of the knobs/lovkd will need to be replaced in the foreseeable future in our older home.  We highly recommend him & Pop-A-Lock

Outstanding service today from AZ cars locksmiths. Eric was able to work me in within 30 minutes and provided outstanding service. I had 2 car key replacements made today, one remote and one turn key.  Both worked great and the value was over 50% of the price of the local Toyota dealership.  Thanks again to Eric and this wonderful local business.

Levi was able to come by the same day I requested service.  Within a few hours, he rekeyed or replaced all my locks so now a single key opens all my entry doors and even my RV gate.  He also suggested replacing some of the locking knobs with lockless ones to prevent me from accidentally locking myself out.  Courteous and professional.  I recommend him!

This review will simply be parroting the others that helped me  to decide which locksmith to try, but I think it bears repeating. After my car was stolen, along with everything I had brought with me ( relocating in Az.) , and dealing with a nightmare of a tow yard. (ALL CITY TOWING IN PHOENIX )  I had no reason to expect the last item on "to -do" list, re keying it, would be without complications.

Responsive, Very Fast, Competent, Reliable in ETA and quoted price,( which was a tad lower than avg. rates)  The mobile unit was well equipped with everything needed to provide me with 2 sets of keys, programming required, even a jump start . No small thing on an older Lincoln Navigator SUV, like mine. No trip to the dealer required!  Did I mention this took under 30 mins?!.  He was also very kind, patient,and helpful to an old woman at her wits end!. He was Fast, professional, and gave me an excellent price to get me back into my vehicle as well as a spare key to unlock the door with. In the grand scheme of why someone would require a locksmith, my problem was rather minor. I always try and use local and family owned businesses. Terry was quite to reply to my online request for a quote. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. Terry fixed my lockout issue in like 60 seconds. Friendly and on time with scheduled appointment. Jeff the owner is very professional, punctual, thorough.  Used him twice now for our new home that was burglarized and our existing one for sale.

Alon showed up on time and was able to fix a door latch that was stuck inside the door frame.  He was efficient and offered a fair price.  Would recommend to others.

Peter came by and rekey all 8 locks and fixed the latch on one of my doors! It took him about an hr.. reasonable pricing compare to three other places i called!!

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

I called Alcatraz because of the good reviews.  They were right.  I had purchased a replacement key for my Mazda Miata which has to be programmed before the engine will start.  I met with Jim who just wouldn't give up.  After using numerous diagnostic tools, he was able to discover that the original key chip was an obscure model that was rarely used.  He removed the incompatible chip from the new key and was able to "clone" a new chip so it was identical to the obscure chip.  He said he was one of five people who could do this and I have no reason to doubt him.  He reassembled the new key, programmed it and the car started up.  His price was very reasonable especially considering all the work it took to figure out and correct the problem.

These guys rock... I had a lock that was broken. The service that they offer is exactly what you would expect from a reputable business. They are not the cheapest, but I appreciate that as I want them to be around the next time that I need a lock repair. The lock that I had was in a security door, so it was generic. They had to figure out what would work. They ordered installed the lock, and now it works perfectly. I will definitely use them for any locksmith needs in the future.

C. J. was able to fit me in and arrived within 1 1/2 hours of the call for help. We had a key stuck in the lock. He extracted the key and repaired the lock in about 25 minutes total. Thanks so much C. J. for your great service!

Very friendly. Very respectful.  Highly recommend and will be using their services again if needed. A little more than others. For me their tone and demeanor over the phone was it. At the end of it very worth it.

Dean came as planned and completed tasked professionally and at the agreed about price. I would use Kwikkeys again for my locksmith needs.
