I lost the second key to my jeep a while ago and I used Yelp's "request a quote" feature to find out who could make me a new one. Although it wasn't an emergency I got a prompt response from Pop-a-lock and a competitive quote. They also offer a warranty which others didn't. Aaron came out later that day and within minutes I had a new key that works and looks just like my original. I may have saved a few bucks going to Amazon and then a locksmith but the experience and guarantee are well worth a few extra dollars. And their price was about half of what my dealership quoted.

Eric is responsive and knowledgeable. He wanted to make sure the programming of the fob worked before he cut the key. Then he made sure the key was cut correctly. He took his time to make sure everything was working.

I HIGHLY recommend! I had guests at my home this morning (a Saturday), and they were locked out due to a broken lock on one door and a lost key for the other. I got on Yelp, found Rapid Response, and gave them a call. Arthur picked up right away, dropped everything, and came to the rescue. He was able to enter and repair the lock and re-key two locks. I had expected the worst when I asked for their services but honestly I received the best service I have ever had. I just can't say enough about Terry and his company. They advertise that they are a veteran owned business and they sure conduct business like they are. I am a veteran and I try to give all my business to veteran owned businesses.

Great guy - came out on a Saturday within 30 minutes and opened the lock in about 5 minutes or so - dealing with poor lighting and maneuverability.  Not that I expect to lose my keys again - but if I do, this is the company I'll be calling

This is a great place for all your lock and key cutting needs. We had only one key fobit for our VW van and they were able to program a new one we had bought on Amazon for the best price in the valley and way cheaper than the VW dealer wanted to do it for. Very friendly gal did the work.

I would not recommend using them. They broke my door handle on 5/26/20 and I have been trying to reach them to have them come out and fix it with no luck!!! Very unprofessional customer service who hung up in my face. There are plenty of options in the valley. I'd recommend using someone else.
