I had to re-key 3 locks in our casita, I called VC's Lock and Key, and spoke with Victor on Friday evening, he said he would be available Monday morning, I needed the service the same Friday night and he agreed to come out for this emergency visit for a higher fee, which I didn't mind. Victor arrived 40 minutes after our call and re-keyed all of the locks in time for my new tenant. He was really professional and very fast. I would highly recommend his services!

If I could give 100 stars it wouldn't be enough. Picture three hot tired dogs, leaving the dog park, being put in a black BMW expecting to be driven home and instead they get locked in. Pop A Lock was there within 15 minutes, free of charge (I would have paid anything) and were super nice. I seriously can't say enough good things.  just ask my happy hounds!!

In the grand scheme of why someone would require a locksmith, my problem was rather minor. I always try and use local and family owned businesses. Terry was quite to reply to my online request for a quote. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. Terry fixed my lockout issue in like 60 seconds. Friendly and on time with scheduled appointment. I forgot the guys name unfortunately  (so sorry) but the  owner I believe is who came, was very professional, understanding of the situation and was able to perform his work in less than 20 min. I had locked myself out of the house for being in a rush unfortunately and he showed up, replaced my entry doors key cyl and all was good. He was called to another job and ended taking less than he originally charges just cuz I didn't have enough cash on hand. I owe him for that but will def consider him again in the future if services are needed.

I started having trouble inserting my key in my front door lock. I thought this would be a good time to upgrade my lock to an optional keyless one. I bought a new lock and called and spoke to Alon. He came out yesterday afternoon and installed my new lock. It wasn't as easy as I thought it would be, but he figured it out and then showed me how to use it. He was efficient and friendly. The price was fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

Great guy - came out on a Saturday within 30 minutes and opened the lock in about 5 minutes or so - dealing with poor lighting and maneuverability.  Not that I expect to lose my keys again - but if I do, this is the company I'll be calling

The LOCK Shop folks are great. They worked on two projects for me in one week and were extremely efficient.

My wife and I have been living in Sun City for exactly a year now. When we purchased our house the locks and locksets were really messed up - The "flippers" who refurbished our home apparently didn't want to spend much time or money on proper, high quality, high security locks. We needed to have the house re-keyed anyway just for security concerns as there's no telling who might have duplicate keys out there. Anyway, we called Ace Locksmith because they are local, and we prefer to deal with local people when we do something like this (locks, pest control, alarms, etc.). Our locksmith tech Bo, a very nice young man, arrived promptly, took a look at what we needed, and then went right to work.
