I locked my keys in my car after a long day at work. It happens about once a year, and this year, my spare was broken.

I called up the company and Levi answered. He was super nice and very honest, and even gave me a heads up call when he was close. He rolled up, and in about 30 seconds, give or take, he had my car door open. I chatted with him and he was pleasant and easy to talk to. We talked for a few minutes and then he dropped a $75 bill. A year ago, when this happened last time, I called up a small company and he was at my house in 45 minutes and charged me $40.

I am very conflicted because Levi seems like guy you can trust with your kids, but it's pricey. However, he is very fast and efficient.

He is a locksmith, and when it comes to breaking into cars, it's what he's good at.

Arthur was really communicative and quick. He did a great job with a lockout. All in all we were back in the house in less than an hour. Very professional and did good work.

Jeff was great, he came out the day after I called him and did a great job. He was very clear about what he needed to do and the time he would need to do it. Alon was great, had great communication before he arrived and during the whole process. Was fast to get to me and fast to do the job. If I ever have to use a locksmith again Alon will be first on my list to call.

Tom was right on time, if not even a little early. He knew I had to leave the house at a certain time. He was quick and efficient. I called on a Tuesday evening at 4:30 and he was at my house at 8AM that next day. He got a key out that had broken off and created two new keys in under 20 mins. Highly recommend!

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

I have used Alcatraz in the past for locksmith services and have found them to be very professional and reasonable in their services. Always prompt and courteous. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Craig at the residential job site to re-key 14 locks. Not only was the service fast, professional and expertly accomplished, but Craig offered to help with 2 "minor" door adjustments. I didn't think they were minor, but Craig insisted to do that for me as long he was there--no added charge. Why call anyone else when you get quality, professional and courteous service with great competitive prices?? Thanks Craig for a great job

Moved into a new place that has central mail boxes and didnt have a key to it, Julian was fast to reply and came out same day!  Very courteous and great customer service!

We are so happy to have chosen The Lock Shop to service our new home! From requesting a quote to completing the job, The Lock Shop team was courteous, thorough, and provides service at a great price. We ended up needing a couple deadbolts and they were kind enough to go to Lowe's up the street from our home to pick them up and install them as part of the job. In total we had something like 8-10 locks that needed to be re-keyed, plus 3 garage remotes paired, and a garage key pad re-set to a new pin. Everything was complete in about an hour! He had us test all the keys, remotes, and new pin before requesting payment, and even showed us the somewhat scary DIY job the previous owners had done on a couple of the locks (zip-ties!). I would highly recommend The Lock Shop for anyone's future needs.

Very friendly. Very respectful.  Highly recommend and will be using their services again if needed. A little more than others. For me their tone and demeanor over the phone was it. At the end of it very worth it.

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.
