Mike was able to show up the same day I requested service.  I had a main door stuck with a broken latch mechanism.  As a single mom , I don't take defeat very well and was pretty frustrated after hours of trying to fix this myself, Without success.  Mike was great.  He not only fixed the problem within a few minutes but was also able to quickly install the new handle I had purchased and re-key it.  He stuck with his originally quoted price and he was friendly.

Sent a request for business through Yelp after I couldn't fix it myself. They were quick to respond and give an estimate. Followed up with a time of arrival and was able to make it out next day.
Got a call day if and were able to show up early. Very kind and quick on the job. They went above and beyond wanting to match keys and making sure door worked properly.

Levi is "the man" - he is prompt, courteous, professional detail-oriented, thorough, and expert in his craft. I have a large executive home in N Scottsdale, tenants ended their lease and I needed a re-key on 7 doors - he scheduled me first thing next day - took care of business efficiently and economically: all while I was nowhere near the scene.  I think what makes him stand above other well-qualified tradesmen is his superior ability with communication.  He handles complex directions very well, makes contact with remote parties to get the work done and coordinates timing and logistics, so very well. Makes a tricky job virtually effortless for the client and with his positive and upbeat persona, turns an otherwise nuisance chore into a pleasant and positive experience for the client.

After I locked myself out of my house Jacob came to unlock both my security door and front door and he was great! He arrived in 10 minutes and was able to get all 3 locks (one which is upside down) unlocked with no problems. I highly recommend him!

In the grand scheme of why someone would require a locksmith, my problem was rather minor. I always try and use local and family owned businesses. Terry was quite to reply to my online request for a quote. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. Terry fixed my lockout issue in like 60 seconds. Friendly and on time with scheduled appointment. Showed up within a couple of hours to change the locks. No one else could respond so fast. Handled everything by phone, making the process easy and pain free. I am very happy and plan to hang on to their phone number for future lock change outs!

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

I have used Todd on at least a dozen occasions. I am a property investor and I buy multiple homes. I need Todd for EVERY house I do and he is ALWAYS there for me. He even got me into my own car once. At the drop of a hat, he is there for me. His knowledge is excellent, his demeanor is fantastic and his service and workmanship is excellent. I would NEVER use another locksmith unless he was dead or out of town. In which case I would probably ask him to come home. :) Use this guy. Hes great.

These guys rock... I had a lock that was broken. The service that they offer is exactly what you would expect from a reputable business. They are not the cheapest, but I appreciate that as I want them to be around the next time that I need a lock repair. The lock that I had was in a security door, so it was generic. They had to figure out what would work. They ordered installed the lock, and now it works perfectly. I will definitely use them for any locksmith needs in the future.

Cj was responsive and speedy. Fair priced and very helpful. I would recommend his services to anyone needing a locksmith. Placed a request at 11pm on a Friday and Cj made it out 13 hours after! Call him, you won't regret it.

I first choose Ace because it was in Sun City. I sent a request for price opening my trailer and making a key. They ask for a picture. I sent a picture and never heard back. To me that is poor customer relations .

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.
