I called Cactus Lock and Key because I needed to have my boyfriend's safe open. Sidenote: BF passed away and no one in the family knew the password to the safe. The company was able to open the safe! They took their time and was able to open it at a reasonable price! I appreciate their service and time during that difficult time. Oh btw, I sent a picture of the safe the day before to see if they were able to open it. They came the day after to work on it. It took about 1 1/2 hours to crack the code.

This has got to be the best locksmith I've used since living here in Arizona. Their customer service is amazing, the lock Smith's they sent out were great. Prices are very affordable, I high recommend anyone needing a locksmith USE POP-a-LOCK!

Quick response via email for a mailbox lock change. Levi communicated quickly, providing plenty of notice prior to his arrival via text. On a rare rainy day in Phoenix (pouring actually), Levi arrived and insisted I stay at my home while he went to work. The process was far more complicated (old key type mailbox lock), however despite the rain and extra time, Levi endured! He arrived back at my house with 2 keys, and no extra charge for the longer than anticipated work - he stuck by his estimate when he arrived. Integrity, customer service, and an all around nice guy. Arthur was a pleasure to work with. Made me 3 keys in about 10 minutes, including a key fob. He also gave me some advice on a soon-to-be dead battery in my car while also giving me a jump so I could make it to O'Reilly. Overall a great service, thanks for everything!

Johnny locksmith provided exceptional service. Gabe came to my house within 20 minutes of my initial call to rekey my lock and change the smartcode, as I just bought the house. He was able to rekey the lock very quickly but had some trouble changing the code so he took the lock back to the office for he and his manager to reprogram it. Within 45 minutes it was back on my door. There was no additional charge for the service, they wanted to make sure that they did it right. I was very appreciative and have nothing but great things to say about them I will recommend them to anyone.

Terry was professional and friendly. He worked as quickly as he could to get me into my house after I locked myself out. His prices were reasonable too. Would definitely use him again.

This review is way over due but Jeff provided me with such good service (after normal business hours!) I had to come back over a year later to give him a good review. Having Jeff around is like having a 'guy'. You know, like when someone asks if you know a locksmith. You say, 'yeah, I got a guy'. Or whatever. He re keyed, on-site, in his van several locks to my new home because I did not want to replace them.

If you're like me and very forgetful then you will always need to have a great locksmith on dial in your phone. ;)

Alon is AMAzING and comes HIGHLY recommended. I needed the front door deadbolt opened (last minute at 7pm) which is every locksmiths nightmare...oopsies. Having faith and a couple tools and a drill later we were able to open it!

Not only that but I decided to change the lock to a keyless digital deadbolt, which I told him before we met so he recommended which brand to buy at Home Depot (Defiant) and saved me a pretty penny. The deadbolt I bought apparently was faulty so he brought the same one from his car and told me to return mine. Life saver!

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

Alcatraz locksmith run by Todd is a fast and proficient locksmith. Todd was able to do for me what others could not. He made a key for my 1971 International Scout - making a key from scratch is a lost art, especially nowadays.

I saw a sticker inside his van that mentioned veteran owned. I definitely support this business. Todd was a paratrooper in the army so I want to thank him for his service, back then and now!

He quote about $75 the hour. I ended paying $375 for two hours. I asked for a invoice disclosure. So that I place a claim on my insurance. And I still waiting

We locked out keys in the car and had to go and search for a locksmith and found the lock shop on Yelp. They were quick and good priced. This was our only key to our car and we realized they can make keys with the chip in it for a really good cost and were able to fix a door we were having issues with. Great company and great service. Definitely using more!

I would not recommend using them. They broke my door handle on 5/26/20 and I have been trying to reach them to have them come out and fix it with no luck!!! Very unprofessional customer service who hung up in my face. There are plenty of options in the valley. I'd recommend using someone else.
