Having recently got me out of a massive jam, I am truly grateful for Cactus Lock and Key. No one else will give you next day service, on your schedule, especially if it is before they are even open for business.

Not so here, I called and Mike was out the next morning at 7 AM to help me out.

His prices are always reasonable and he tells it like it is.

I will keep supporting this small business as long as they are around.

In process of moving.  Accidentally locked all keys in Casita.  Called and very quickly responded.  Took about 5 minutes to open the casita door.  Shocked when told bill was $199.00 for 5 minutes work.

I know I can always count on yelp to find fast and reliable service for just about anything and once again, you didn't let me down.  I just bought a house and we all know how that goes: a new stress every day.  The only things that weren't stressful were the services I found on yelp.  A-1 Minute Key Service and Jeff, the owner were great!  I made an appointment the same day and he arrived on time, despite having to drive through rush hour traffic on I-10.  He came in, I showed him the doors and locks and he went to work.  The whole process took about a half hour.  Jeff told me the costs up front and there was no surprises, and it was very affordable.  Jeff is an honest guy.  He asked where I found him, I said yelp, and then he handed me a $10.  I didn't know about a promo he had going on and he easily didn't have to own up to his discount, but he did.  Thanks again yelp and thank you Jeff.  Much appreciated!

I made the dumb mistake of locking my family out of the house. I called Call Locksmith AZ and they came within 15 minutes and had us back in our home in about 10 minutes. Alon Avital, the locksmith, was very friendly, professional, competent, and quick. The price was reasonable and I would definitely call them again if the need arises. I would recommend them highly if you are ever in need of a locksmith.

If you ever need a locksmith Tom is your guy. He did more than we asked for and did a great job. I will use him again and hope others know about him now!

Jay was wonderful to work with. He responded to my text immediately and was at my home within an hour to make new keys. Easy check out/payment experience with emailed receipt. Jay is a pro.

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

A friend recommended Alcatraz Locksmith to me last December after losing my one and only car key. Since then, I have called on Alcatraz 2 more times and have always been very pleased with the service and experience provided by Todd. My most recent call to Todd was regarding yet another lost car key. Having found the previously lost car key, Todd gave me instructions over the phone so I could reprogram the key myself. I followed his directions and it worked!! I was thrilled - he didn't have to tell me that and could have charged me for another replacement key. I will continue to use Alcatraz and recommend anyone looking for an honest, professional and reasonable locksmith to not look elsewhere.

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.
