I called Cactus Lock and Key because I needed to have my boyfriend's safe open. Sidenote: BF passed away and no one in the family knew the password to the safe. The company was able to open the safe! They took their time and was able to open it at a reasonable price! I appreciate their service and time during that difficult time. Oh btw, I sent a picture of the safe the day before to see if they were able to open it. They came the day after to work on it. It took about 1 1/2 hours to crack the code.

Above and beyond!! Eric was wonderful to work with. I inadvertently inserted the wrong car key in the ignition and locked up the whole column- it was immovable! So thankful that this was the first company to show up on my search for car locksmiths!!! Absolutely saving this number for any future disasters.

I had just moved into a condo that had a different set of keys for each door. They were not functioning well and I wanted one key for all locks. I messaged Levi through yelp. His responses were swift and precise. There wasn't any BS or false promises. Levi came and checked my locks. Told me the costs prior to coming and remained the same once he was able to provide an accurate assessment. I had new door knobs and locks for one door and the locks were calibrated to match the other locks so I could use the same key. Levi also secured the face plate on the door and door frame without an additional charge. Great service provided.

My husband locked himself out of the house, and I was out of town. It was around 5 am. I called Johnny Locksmith. They showed up within 10-15 minutes and took care of things so quickly. Everyone we interacted with was so helpful. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if I ever need a locksmith.

I called EARLY on a Saturday morning expecting to leave a voice message - nope! I talked to a live, friendly person; in fact, I called 3 times within an embarrassingly short period of time because of having so many questions - and every time, very friendly! I was so thankful that we could schedule an appointment for them to come to the house on Monday! (Amazing!) They also offered and worked with us to come after work hours! It didn't take long, and felt the price was reasonable. It was nice that the price was only per door - instead for for each lock. Would definitely recommend this company!

Super quick, very friendly! Alon will be the only locksmith I ever call! So soo thankful he came out and helped me. Literally came out in like 20 minutes and was in my apartment almost instantly.

We have used Budget, Lock and Key since the 1980's! You cannot get a more reliable service, and at an affordable price! Very friendly Owner, on time and courteous! Does the job and makes reasonable recommendations if needed. You can't go wrong!

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

Misplaced car keys with no luck finding them. Had to get remade called Alcatraz they were the most affordable. Came out within the hour did a great job and very friendly. Would recommend them to anyone.

Tried to set up an appointment. He was responsive at first. Then stopped replying. Even offered him an extra $20 to come service next day. No answer.

Update:  Needed to have five locks rekeyed.  Because I had experienced great service from Jeff at The Lock Shop this past summer, wanted to give them repeat business.  
Dropped over to see the folks over @ The Lock Shop and spoke to Cathy and Taylor.  They were able to get me scheduled the same day which was great!  Jody was the tech who came over and did a great job.  Talk about efficient!  Way to go and a big thanks Jody.  You all over at @ the Lock Shop know how to take care of your customers!  Thanks Kathy, Taylor & Jody!

C. J. was able to fit me in and arrived within 1 1/2 hours of the call for help. We had a key stuck in the lock. He extracted the key and repaired the lock in about 25 minutes total. Thanks so much C. J. for your great service!

Great service. Bo came out within 10 minutes after I ran into an emergency with my new huis, where the old owners couldn't hand over the keys as they packed them. After Bo replaced all locks I felt secure in my new home. I am very happy that he came out so fast and was able to reduce my loving anxiety a lot less.
The pricing was very reasonable for this service as well.

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.
