Service person installed the new lock but failed to fix the existing lock as requested on the door with two locks.  I had to fix the second lock myself after paying $135.  The service tech refused to return.

Eric was fantastic! I reached out to him last week and scheduled an appointment for the following week. His communication was great. He showed up on time and completed the job within 30 minutes. Tom was right on time, if not even a little early. He knew I had to leave the house at a certain time. He was quick and efficient. I called on a Tuesday evening at 4:30 and he was at my house at 8AM that next day. He got a key out that had broken off and created two new keys in under 20 mins. Highly recommend!

I have used Alcatraz in the past for locksmith services and have found them to be very professional and reasonable in their services. Always prompt and courteous. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Craig at the residential job site to re-key 14 locks. Not only was the service fast, professional and expertly accomplished, but Craig offered to help with 2 "minor" door adjustments. I didn't think they were minor, but Craig insisted to do that for me as long he was there--no added charge. Tried to set up an appointment. He was responsive at first. Then stopped replying. Even offered him an extra $20 to come service next day. No answer.

I highly recommend the Lock Shop!  Jeff and Steve and the staff of The Lock Shop were amazing. We could not get the key to turn in the ignition to be able to start our RV. Jeff and Steve came out to our RV and found that the ignition cylinder was damaged. Since a replacement would have taken a long time to get, and was very expensive, Jeff took apart the cylinder and repaired it. Now our RV is up and running! Thank you so much for your dedication to your customers and hard work!

I had to replace pcm in my grandsons 2000 Ford Expedition. He came to Wickenburg and made 2 keys and programmed vehicle. Very courteous and really new what he was doing. I would recommend him anytime.
