Eric was very helpful with great communication before coming to do the work. Arrived on time, very professional. He was  knowledgeable about my Mercedes, immediately pointing out the features that related to the key. Quick response via email for a mailbox lock change. Levi communicated quickly, providing plenty of notice prior to his arrival via text. On a rare rainy day in Phoenix (pouring actually), Levi arrived and insisted I stay at my home while he went to work. The process was far more complicated (old key type mailbox lock), however despite the rain and extra time, Levi endured! He arrived back at my house with 2 keys, and no extra charge for the longer than anticipated work - he stuck by his estimate when he arrived. Integrity, customer service, and an all around nice guy. If I could give ten stars I would. Today started out great, but nearly ended on a very awful note. After spending half my day in the East Valley I received a call from one of my kids that they managed to somehow lose their key out of their key fob. The entire freaking key broke out and after searching for hours it was nowhere to be found. Luckily we could get in to the car itself with the key fob, but after calling the Honda dealer and having to possibly have the car towed we were told that they had no keys for his car in stock and their was a wait list for them. The key we needed has a chip so I'd have to call around. Just great! Did I mention it was nearly 4pm so I was stressed places would be closing soon. I then got on Yelp of course to search for some local locksmith options and after reading a few reviews I'm so glad I called Rapid Response. Arthur picked up quickly and after explaining my situation he not only said that he had the keys I needed, but that he could get to me within the hour. I didn't need a tow, I didn't have to wait days for the dealership to get some; my son would be able to have his car within an hour for school and work tomorrow. Arthur was friendly, knowledgeable and a lifesaver! After an already stressful day he really helped us out big time! He even was able to make a second spare key at a discount incase something if ever happened again as this was the only key we had from when we bought the car used. Called at 8am and they said they could have a technician let me back in my house by 9am. 9am rolls around then they tell me the technician is unable to do the job. You couldn't have told me that an hour ago???Now I have to find another company and probably wait another hour. How is this place even in business?

I needed new keys for my front security door. In addition, both my front and back doors were uneven due to heat/warp.

I went to Yelp. I first called a business that's since closed. Then I called A1. Jeff was busy, but took my number and called me back within a half-hour.

Since I wasn't in an emergency situation, he came the next day. As promised, he called a 1/2 hour before arrival. He charged me exactly what he told me to expect and the work was excellent.

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

We wanted to get another all-in-one key fob made for our car. Alcatraz did it for $125 less than the dealer quoted us! The new key looks great and functions perfectly.

A friend's vehicle auto locked his keys inside, and he didn't have a spare. We searched Yelp for nearby locksmiths that did auto work in the Sun City area and Ace Locksmith came up. They were pleasant on the phone, told us they'd be here within twenty minutes and were here in ten! The service was performed quickly and by a pleasant young man. We received our Yelp discount, but even without the discount it was a bargain in this summer heat. I'd recommend this company to anyone in the Sun City area (and any other areas they serve).
