Had broken my key off in my lock on the front door. Called the locksmith they came out right away and not only fixed that lock but replaced the top lock so both locks are now on the same key.  Very good prompt service and reasonable prices.  The locksmith Gabriel was also very respectful and honest. Highly recommend this company!

Very responsive and knew exactly what my issue was (door latch bolt stuck and couldn't open door). Easily scheduled him the next day and was able to get the latch out and replace it. Price was very fair for how tedious and frustrating the job was (tried to do it myself for hours). Highly recommend.

I'm a father of a daughter who had security issues on the other side of the valley.  Ex boyfriend stole her keys... great.  One call and Jeff was quick to respond, changed all of the lock in her house and made sure that she was safe and secure.  I wouldn't call anyone else for key issues.

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

CJ came out within a couple hours and had the job done in less than 30 minutes. My deadbolt broke in the locked position. He was able to fix with no damage and installed a new lock and door handle. Awesome service, thank you! I chose him based on his good Yelp reviews.

I recently moved into a townhouse complex and the landlord did not provide a mailbox key. I was told I would have to contact a locksmith to get a new lock and key. I contacted Ace Locksmith in Phoenix and they came out the same day. The tech was courteous and kind but told me it would cost over $200 to get a new lock and key. For a mailbox?? That price is completely outrageous! I respectfully declined but still had to pay the $29 service fee for the technician coming out which I am very unhappy about. I wouldn't recommend them to others.

Could not have asked for a more reliable locksmith. This was no emergency but Dean came out as promised - and was able to get both cars keyed and fobs programmed in under 30mins.
