Our Front door hardware is perfect! Communication was excellent, arrived early and did an efficient and perfect job. He was able to replace our front hardware, to  match, the old hardware,  therefore avoiding repainting the front door. Also, Fixed and rekeyed other locks and was able to  make  additional requested keys on site. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you.

Keys locked in my car flat rate of $60. When they arrived, he and another gentleman jumped out of the van & started working on getting my car unlocked. At first I thought it would be a little tricky, because my unlock button is in the middle console near my raido, (not on the side panel of the door like normal cars), But this was not a problem with these guys, they were professionals. They knew what they were doing and were able to get my door unlocked in the matter of minutes.

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

It only took about 5 minutes on the phone with this guy to realize we weren't interested in doing business here.  I called asking if someone could come out and un-lock a door at work and was told "I don't even know where you are", I told him the cross streets and he said "ya" so I asked if he needed the address and I received a very rude "well yeah".  Hello, if you are running a business I shouldn't have to pull the info out of you.  I was just going to have him come but then thought if he's this rude why would I want him in my office?  We're paying him, right?  So I politely said "Actually, never mind, you're not very friendly, thanks a lot" and as I was hanging up the phone he yelled "F*** You"!  So needless to say this guy gets a big fat NO BUENO!  I did find an amazing locksmith who we'll definitely do business with in the future at Metro Lock Services (602)993-5676, they are quick, professional, and so friendly.

Update: weeks later still no response, filed a complaint still no response. This man should not be in business, more so he's just a rotten person who informed me he doesn't care if he does a good job.

The lock mechanism on one of our French Doors broke and, without The Lock Shop's involvement, we would have ended up having to replace the entire door set. Window Mart (who manufactured the doors) was being problematic in honoring their lifetime warranty because the hardware had been discontinued (but was still available aftermarket). Kathy at The Lock Shop worked with Window Mart to settle our warranty claim and order the parts. Stephen came out several times and had to do some modification to get the parts to fit, but he kept at it and now our doors are as good as new! He was polite and professional and a pleasure to have in our home. We are very grateful for everything The Lock Shop did to help us get this resolved without having to replace what were otherwise perfectly good doors. Two thumbs up!
