Victor Crewdson, the owner, responded to our problem quickly. He asked me to send him a few pictures of our malfunctioning locks. He called me back with an estimate and let me know that he was closing out a job before ours and would text me when he was on his way. We were very impressed. He is a very skilled professional. My VW Passat had an issue where the steering wheel locked and the ignition would not turn. I couldn't turn the vehicle on rendering it disabled. Eric responded to my request within 15 minutes on a Saturday. During our phone call I could tell, after to talking to other vendors, he had seen the issue before and knew how to fix it. A faulty steering lock was the culprit. We scheduled a service time for the next day. He let me know when he was on the way. The service took a little over an hour and the issue was completely fixed.

Overall: Great Communication, Expertise, and Experience. Couldn't ask for more.

Forgot to mention this service took place on a Sunday as well.

Arizona Keys Locksmith has a five star rating for good reason. Levi came right on time, and provided fast and professional service. As other reviews noted, he explained problems and offered several solutions and provided the cost, which was fair and reasonable, to do additional work if desired. He may have been the single best service person/contractor to ever work in our home.

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

Called them at 6:30 AM.  They called back at 7:20, 10 minutes before they opened. They said they would have a technician at my house between 8A and 10A.  Called at 9 and said 20 minutes.  Arrived 18 minutes later.  Changed the locks in 30 minutes. Gave me a $5.00 discount because I mentioned Yelp.Two locks, 4 keys, 30 minutes; $80.00. From call to done 3.5 hours.  Courteous, prompt, stayed in touch.  Nothing but the highest praise.  And the locks work just fine. Thank you!

We are so happy to have chosen The Lock Shop to service our new home! From requesting a quote to completing the job, The Lock Shop team was courteous, thorough, and provides service at a great price. We ended up needing a couple deadbolts and they were kind enough to go to Lowe's up the street from our home to pick them up and install them as part of the job. In total we had something like 8-10 locks that needed to be re-keyed, plus 3 garage remotes paired, and a garage key pad re-set to a new pin. Everything was complete in about an hour! He had us test all the keys, remotes, and new pin before requesting payment, and even showed us the somewhat scary DIY job the previous owners had done on a couple of the locks (zip-ties!). I would highly recommend The Lock Shop for anyone's future needs.
