Situation: Sunday evening I locked both my sets of keys in my RV. Pop-A-Lock got out to Lake Pleasant within 35 minutes. It took only a few minutes to get the door unlocked. EXCELLENT SERVICE, VERY PROFESSIONAL.

Very happy with the service and the amount of time involved in getting the door opened and my two dogs out.

I needed help with putting a new set of locks. He was so accommodating and polite. He was organized and very clean. I hope more people use his services as I want him him to succeed.

Levi was able to arrive at our home 20 minutes after our call. He was quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly-able to get us into our home within 4 minutes  after his arrival (Also, he verified who we were and that this was our home prior to doing the work!). He cleaned up after himself and there was no sign that any work had even been done. I hope we never are locked out again, but if we are, we will definitely call Levi and Az Keys Locksmith again.

In the grand scheme of why someone would require a locksmith, my problem was rather minor. I always try and use local and family owned businesses. Terry was quite to reply to my online request for a quote. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. Terry fixed my lockout issue in like 60 seconds. Friendly and on time with scheduled appointment. I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

Dropped my keys in the river at Tempe Beach Park and called a few different locksmiths around town and when they weren't able to help, they suggested Todd. Not only did he beat many competitors prices, but he was incredibly patient with me as well. Most were charging upwards of $200 for 1 key, but Todd blew that price out of the water.

I accidentally gave him the wrong address too and, without trouble, he showed up to where I actually needed him. Really great service, done correctly and promptly. Even made me an additional spare for when my clumsy ass loses it again. Thanks so much Todd, saved my day.

Our key broke off in our front door late one evening. Julian was very responsive and was able to make it to our house in about half an hour! He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us fix other issues we had going on with our door as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a great locksmith!

Thanks for helping the Pinnick family with our locks. Called these guys. Fast and helpful. When we had two different brands, they brought ones that would match and I didn't have to go shopping to track down new ones. Came out the following day as well and replaced the sliding door lock.

Went out for a night of shopping only to return home at 11pm and discover we were locked out of the house.  CJ was the only service provider to answer the phone at that hour and was there to assist within 35 minutes- exactly when he estimated he'd arrive. He even texted to advise when he was 10 minutes away!  It only took him a few minutes to skillfully pick the door lock and we were back home.  Great service, fair price and very professional. A HUGE "thank you"!!

Contact Kwikpick lock and safe or anywhere but here... it's a scam. Called this locksmith on a Sunday and let them know what type of lock I had. Guy over the phone told me it'd be 95 flat. "Locksmith" shows up and turns out he's a private contractor which wasn't disclosed over the phone and he's now charging 165? I have a smart lock with security plates and this guy tried to use a crowbar after I told him I wanted it picked (I know alot of guys prefer to drill it but I've had someone pick it before and if he couldn't pick it he should have just told me he wasn't the guy for the job.) It's been difficult to open my door for the past day and now it just straight out won't open. He caused damage to both my door frame and my lock. This company tells me they will call me back but won't call me back about any issues I'm having/had 1. The price change and not disclosing they hired another person to do the job and 2. The damage the person they contracted has done to my lock which I now have to contact someone else to replace.

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.
