Pop-A-Lock is an awesome company! They rescued me when I locked my key in my car, then again when were the victims of theft and had all our keys stolen... They have been so kind and helpful. We could not recommend them highly enough.

Arthur was a total life-saver! I lost my car keys and didn't have a spare so was without transportation and needed a new key made (without the original obviously) as soon as possible. If you own a luxury car, avoid this business. I had an appointment and drove to the store and it was closed. I was told they would come to me and they never kept that appointment either. I had to drive 25 minutes back to the store, and they could not program the key for my Jag after they told me they could. They cloned a key that doesn't always work so I spent $150 for virtually no result. If you want a key cut and programmed for your high end car, go elsewhere.

In the grand scheme of why someone would require a locksmith, my problem was rather minor. I always try and use local and family owned businesses. Terry was quite to reply to my online request for a quote. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. Terry fixed my lockout issue in like 60 seconds. Friendly and on time with scheduled appointment. Locked myself out of my office and Jeff showed up within an hour.  Prices are very reasonable and his prompt reply was amazing compared to other companies I contacted.  Hopefully I never have to use him again but if somehow I lock myself out again I will call him first.  Highly recommended.

I started having trouble inserting my key in my front door lock. I thought this would be a good time to upgrade my lock to an optional keyless one. I bought a new lock and called and spoke to Alon. He came out yesterday afternoon and installed my new lock. It wasn't as easy as I thought it would be, but he figured it out and then showed me how to use it. He was efficient and friendly. The price was fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.

I would like to praise CJ from 24/7 lock smith. He wasn't able to come out but he was texting me and helping me find someone reputable to come out to my business cause we got broken into at 1 am and needed a lock replaced.
