Service person installed the new lock but failed to fix the existing lock as requested on the door with two locks.  I had to fix the second lock myself after paying $135.  The service tech refused to return.

Sent a request for business through Yelp after I couldn't fix it myself. They were quick to respond and give an estimate. Followed up with a time of arrival and was able to make it out next day.
Got a call day if and were able to show up early. Very kind and quick on the job. They went above and beyond wanting to match keys and making sure door worked properly.
Awesome service and added them to contacts to save for future use.

Needed a storeroom lock opened that had been wrongfully locked. Came ontime, great service, fair price, and then rekeyed to match our other locks.

What more can I ask for?

Very efficient and courteous. You can tell Erez is a perfectionist just by seeing inside his van. $100 cheaper than the car dealership quote for the exact same thing. Highly recommended.

I had Levi come out to my house to re-key 4 doors.  He did an awesome job, was available to come out right away, and had the job done super quickly.  He made a suggestion on changing out a lock that will make my daily life way easier.  He was very reasonable on the price and super friendly. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend. I needed to have a lock set replaced on our security screen door because the locking mechanism broke. Alon was able to fit us in the schedule and within two hours replaced our dingy gold-looking set with a brand new brushed nickel set. In addition, he rekeyed the new set to our old one. Friendly, Fast and Professional.

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

I called Alcatraz Locksmith from Pismo Beach, California and spoke immediately to Todd, who I assume is the owner. I explained that my daughter recently purchased a new home near Phoenix and needed to have 8 doors re-keyed. Todd was extremely accommodating and polite whereby he immediately dispatched a service rep named Craig to change out the tumblers. Craig was  very competent and my daughter was very pleased with his work ethic. The price quoted by Todd was very reasonable (at least compared to California rates!). My whole transaction took place over the phone including  payment by credit card. Locksmiths are not something that you use that often but it's nice to know that Alcatraz if available if needed and will provide quality service. Highly recommended!

Tried to set up an appointment. He was responsive at first. Then stopped replying. Even offered him an extra $20 to come service next day. No answer.

I first choose Ace because it was in Sun City. I sent a request for price opening my trailer and making a key. They ask for a picture. I sent a picture and never heard back. To me that is poor customer relations .

Super friendly, quick, really reasonably priced, open on weekends and easy walk in service!
