Mike responded promptly to my request for estimate . Their price for mailbox rekey was very good compared to other companies offering the same service . He replied to my text messages very quickly and we had the appointment set up in no time . He showed up to my apartment, did his job and left . A job well done Mike . Called on a Tuesday afternoon regarding both dead bolts freezing up (hard to lock/unlock) in addition to door levers on both doors/sides of the doors wearing out/wobbly and about to fall off.  I live in a condo community with a strict HOA where the exterior door dead bolt and thumb handle needs to be uniform.  Brian quickly called me back and scheduled an appointment the following morning (Wednesday) to replace all dead bolts and door levers.  I texted Brian photos of the existing hardware for the dead bolts/door levers. Brian went above and beyond texting me photos/options that were available for the hardware styles/finishes in addition to even going the extra mile finding the almost identical match for the exterior door hardware dead bolt and thumb handle.  Brian was on time, professional, considerate/respectful (wore a mask without me having to ask him to put one one), did an amazing job, did not make a mess and removed all hardware that was being replaced  along with the new packaging for the replacements.  Brian thoroughly explained everything that was done and had me test everything to ensure I was happy before I paid and before he left.

I highly recommend and have already passed on information to friends also needing locksmith services for Pop-A-Lock.

Eric is responsive and knowledgeable. He wanted to make sure the programming of the fob worked before he cut the key. Then he made sure the key was cut correctly. He took his time to make sure everything was working.

I HIGHLY recommend! I had guests at my home this morning (a Saturday), and they were locked out due to a broken lock on one door and a lost key for the other. I got on Yelp, found Rapid Response, and gave them a call. Arthur picked up right away, dropped everything, and came to the rescue. He was able to enter and repair the lock and re-key two locks. He was professional and quick and it was a pleasure to work with him. I will definitely call him for any future locksmith needs. Thank you!

This guy is great. I called a day earlier to see if I could get a key cut. Unfortunately, he didn't have the key on him that day.  Just 10 hours later he found the key and texted me he found them. He communicated clearly and we met up at my place of business to get the key cut. He didn't even want to charge me. This guy is a class act and a pleasure to do business with. I was so impressed with Terry. We called him over to rekey a house after a renter moved out. I let him know that I loved forty five minutes away and that I needed him to call an hour early before he arrived. He came within the two hour window that he promised and called me within the time frame that I asked him too, and arrived on time. He did not try to upsell me anything and I was blown away with his pricing. He charged me 95 to rekey four doors and break off and resecure a old shed door. He was very quick and friendly and as a single female I felt very comfortable with him in my home. I highly recommended him because of his exillent prices and service.

He also accepts cash credit cards and I think checks which was very convenient.

They both were so professional and fast. We even had movers moving stuff in and they were out of the way and courteous to that. I would recommend them to anyone. It's hard to find trusting non scammers Jeff is by far a professional hard worker!  His prices are very reasonable and even came out on a Saturday without any extra fees like other locksmiths charging $50 extra for weekends. I can't say enough about them!

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

This is my first time using Alcatraz and if I ever need a locksmith again, I will be calling Alcatraz. Joshua was extremely courteous and professional, he addressed all my concerns and was very knowledgeable. I called them about 3pm and they were here and gone by 430pm. Im impressed to say the least. We locked out keys in the car and had to go and search for a locksmith and found the lock shop on Yelp. They were quick and good priced. This was our only key to our car and we realized they can make keys with the chip in it for a really good cost and were able to fix a door we were having issues with. Great company and great service. Definitely using more!
