Having recently got me out of a massive jam, I am truly grateful for Cactus Lock and Key. No one else will give you next day service, on your schedule, especially if it is before they are even open for business.

Not so here, I called and Mike was out the next morning at 7 AM to help me out.

His prices are always reasonable and he tells it like it is.

I will keep supporting this small business as long as they are around.

I had a lock out issue late in the night and the owner responded promptly via Yelp . This was the first time I used a locksmith. He was able to create a duplicate key and was able to let me in ! He quoted a very reasonable flat rate for late night service and didn't charge anything more. Was able to pay with a credit card as well.

Great company. I needed my garage door opened and had lost the key. They showed up about 20 minutes after I had called and had the door opened and a new key made for me in about 30 minutes. Couldn't have been more satisfied with the service.

Eric is very responsive and was professional and kind. I had an issue with my steering wheel lock that needed to be replaced. Within an hour of texting him, Eric was in my driveway working on my car. He finished in an hour and was very informative about how he fixed it. I would trust Eric to work on my car again if anything else were to happen. Thanks again!

Tom was very friendly and efficient. He answered a few specific questions I had over the phone, and we then made an appointment for a few days later. He arrived on time and quickly installed 3 new locks/handles, which we wanted for 'aesthetics' upgrades. Everything looks very nice!

We also used Tom about 6 years ago when we first put new locks on our house. So he is 2 for 2 on quality, service, and timeliness! His rates are very reasonable. Very happy customer. Thank you Tom!

Jay was wonderful to work with. He responded to my text immediately and was at my home within an hour to make new keys. Easy check out/payment experience with emailed receipt. Jay is a pro.

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

Todd is amazing! I'm in California, I had a truck driver in Phoenix, locked out of his truck with his phone and keys inside. I called one company, it was going to be two hours before they could get there, and they recommended Todd. I called him and he said he could be there in an hour. Yay! Todd kept me apprised the whole way, until he found my driver on the side of the road and got him back into his truck and on the road to finish his deliveries. And, he was back in California early enough so he can make his deliveries tomorrow too. Anyone who has customers counting on them knows how important this is. And Todd has a great sense of humor! Our key broke off in our front door late one evening. Julian was very responsive and was able to make it to our house in about half an hour! He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us fix other issues we had going on with our door as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a great locksmith!

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.
