Needed a second key and remote made for our car. Pop-A-Lock was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. They were able to give me a quote on the phone, Ryan texted me to let me know of time of arrival and he finished the job in less than 10 minutes. Great customer service, fast and efficient!

Eric was very helpful with great communication before coming to do the work. Arrived on time, very professional. He was  knowledgeable about my Mercedes, immediately pointing out the features that related to the key. He was fully prepared with the key blank and key cutting equipment in addition to programming the key. The work was done right first time, great experience.

Situation.  A Tuesday 1400 hrs.  Locked out of my place and car w 5% battery life on my phone.  Yelp "locksmith".  "Johnny Locksmith" comes up w 80+ reviews... 5 star rating.  Call the #.  Made contact w "John".  Lost communication.  In secs JOHN calls ME back and advises me the car would b least expensive (house keys in the car) and could render help in 35 mins !  Amount disclosed is 1/2 the price I would gladly pay!!  John shows up in 35 mins and this writer is now in his car and home by 1500!. This "Johnny Locksmith" is LEGIT!  Do not wish u the need 4 him but this guy will remind u good people r still out there!

I can say Terry is a keeper and highly recommended. Professional, honest, reliable, and skilled. OH! Did I say HONEST !!!!!! Yes he is . Such a keeper !

Awesome service! I'm an out of state owner and I had recently acquired a property in Peoria and Steve came out to re-key my property and secured it. He was able to place a lockbox for me so that vendors can access the property. He also fixed my smart door lock and provided me secure codes for the property. He made the process seamless and easy. I would definitely use him for my other properties that I own in Arizona. Top notch service!

This guy showed up literally 10 minutes after I called him in a panic from my local grocery store. It was 100 degrees out and I was extremely grateful.  Would definitely recommend.

Tom was right on time, if not even a little early. He knew I had to leave the house at a certain time. He was quick and efficient. I called on a Tuesday evening at 4:30 and he was at my house at 8AM that next day. He got a key out that had broken off and created two new keys in under 20 mins. Highly recommend!

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

Todd was awesome!  I had called someone else on YELP who referred me to Todd.  Todd was so responsive, showed up when he said he would and communicated in between and most of all had notes on what he quoted me and charged me exactly what he quoted.  I will be using him for whenever I need a locksmith and I have already told all my friends that if they need a locksmith, that he is the guy to go to.  
Customer service is so important to me in this day and age and it just seems to be lost.  Todd is someone who prides himself on running his business with integrity and putting his customers first.  His phone rings off the hook and I heard him on the phone treating every customer exactly the same - with honestly and respect and kindness.

Answered quickly, gave an accurate quote, was on time, friendly and got the job done fast!  Couldn't ask for more, highly recommend

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.
