In the grand scheme of why someone would require a locksmith, my problem was rather minor. I always try and use local and family owned businesses. Terry was quite to reply to my online request for a quote. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. Terry fixed my lockout issue in like 60 seconds. Friendly and on time with scheduled appointment. Called Jeff based upon the reviews here and was not disappointed.  Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable prices.  I have used a couple of other locksmiths in recent years will substantially less than stellar results.  Jeff was infinitely better than the other groups.

Found Budget Lock & Key on a Google search when I had an urgent need for a keyed lock on my patio door. Tom answered and my luck due to scheduling, he arrived 20 minutes later, added the necessary lock, AND fixed what my handyman couldn't. Did a great job - truly felt like he went above and beyond! I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

My 2013 Ford Focus key disappeared in Scottsdale this weekend and after a futile search for it, went on a hunt for a locksmith to come rekey it. I called Todd in an attempt to save a few $$ from the extensive list of locksmith's that the rental company provided and he told me that he would be the one of the few in the area that would have the correct equipment to replace a key like that.

He was right. After calling every single locksmith on the list, most of whom guaranteed they could do it and could not, Todd came out and made the key. Even though it was an expensive, annoying inconvenience to have to get a new key, Todd's humor and expertise made a crappy situation, so much better and had a key made for me in no time. He also worked with my schedule as I had to get the rental back to California that evening.

I highly recommend Alcatraz Locksmith if you ever need keys! Todd is awesome!

Our key broke off in our front door late one evening. Julian was very responsive and was able to make it to our house in about half an hour! He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us fix other issues we had going on with our door as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a great locksmith!

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.
