Had Victor come out for a standard re-keying with a couple of fixes for the doors not latching properly as well. It was super easy to set up the appointment, he was straightforward and friendly and helped me understand a bit more how locks work. Overall great service and well worth getting it done professionally!

Called on a Tuesday afternoon regarding both dead bolts freezing up (hard to lock/unlock) in addition to door levers on both doors/sides of the doors wearing out/wobbly and about to fall off.  I live in a condo community with a strict HOA where the exterior door dead bolt and thumb handle needs to be uniform.  Brian quickly called me back and scheduled an appointment the following morning (Wednesday) to replace all dead bolts and door levers.  I texted Brian photos of the existing hardware for the dead bolts/door levers. Brian went above and beyond texting me photos/options that were available for the hardware styles/finishes in addition to even going the extra mile finding the almost identical match for the exterior door hardware dead bolt and thumb handle.  Brian was on time, professional, considerate/respectful (wore a mask without me having to ask him to put one one), did an amazing job, did not make a mess and removed all hardware that was being replaced  along with the new packaging for the replacements.  Brian thoroughly explained everything that was done and had me test everything to ensure I was happy before I paid and before he left.

I highly recommend and have already passed on information to friends also needing locksmith services for Pop-A-Lock.

Eric was great.   Quick, efficient and willing to work with me (even on a Sunday) to help me get me keys programmed.  Price was fair and reasonable.   Highly recommend!!!

Ahhh. Levi was a total life saver today! Locked my keys in my car at the Costco gas pumps. He said he'd be here in 20 minutes and he was perfectly on time. Very nice. Very helpful and made me feel a lot better about my mistake! Definitely will be calling him next time I need him!

I lost the key fob for my Mazda 3. He was helpful for me to find a replacement even though I didn't buy one from him, but he programmed the replacement for me at a very reasonable price. He was very prompt to respond to my need. He arrived on time. Both he and his van are very professional. His work is exceptional. (Terry is also a good guy). He will be my go-to guy for any future locksmith needs.

Amazing service!!!! Jim was awesome! He was literally at my house in less than two minutes because he was in the neighborhood! He got in my door right away and even made me keys! I love these guys and recommend them to anyone!

Highly recommend. I needed to have a lock set replaced on our security screen door because the locking mechanism broke. Alon was able to fit us in the schedule and within two hours replaced our dingy gold-looking set with a brand new brushed nickel set. In addition, he rekeyed the new set to our old one. Friendly, Fast and Professional.

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

I had misplaced my car keys to my work vehicle (take-home Police vehicle) and was running around frantic. I did  not find the keys which included a city gas key and remote. I got ahold of Todd Hogan who responded immediately. Todd was very professional and went right to work opening the Tahoe. Todd then re-keyed the vehicle and I was good-to-go. Todd was very polite and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend if you find a need for a locksmith, call Todd. His prices are more than reasonable. Looks like I have a new locksmith, just hope its not because I loose my keys again anytime soon!

Been  while since I've been stiffed. Congratulations ACE LOCKSMITH you got me. I had an appt with you for this morning. You never called or showed up. I took off 3 hrs of work to accommodate this appt. You were a no show. One of the best things about living in the Phx area is you can always find somebody else. And I did. I find it hard to believe you have a reputable business yet are incompetent at the same time.
