I sent these guys an email about what I needed and a response was sent with a estimated cost right away with a direct number to call to setup an appointment. I was not able to follow up right away and was sent a follow up email to double check if I still needed service.  
I called and was able to set up an appointment right away and they were right on time and got what I needed done right away.
It turns out what I needed done they could do for a lot cheaper and faster that what I had anticipated.

Friendly, fast, and reasonably priced. Victor arrived on time and completed the job quicker than I expected. Highly recommended!

Levi the Locksmith was a pleasure to work with, very responsive, detail oriented, and explained all options of the job. He re-keyed several locks on a new house and added some new door knobs.   Arrived on time, and worked hard to knock out he work efficiently. Bonus, Levi gave me a recommendation for a good pizza spot in the area. I will use again.

Rapid Response gave me prompt service at a great price.  I contacted several locksmith's to repair my locks.  He was the only one who requested a photo of the problem and quay reasonable fee.  He fixed my lock quickly and effectively.  I will definitely use him aft if needed.

First locksmith I've ever used in Phoenix and I'm highly satisfied with their work. Super friendly with good work ethic. They even gave me an extra key because they wanted to make sure I felt satisfied, and both keys worked perfectly! Now that's what I call quality care! They put their customers first and made sure that I didn't feel the need to question their work inside and outside their shop. If your in Midtown and you need a key of any kind, then this is the place I recommend!

Awesome service, Jeff drove clear across Phoenix to meet last minute and cut a new key for multiple keys that I had lost, and help me get into my car.

Great company! I love that they are family owned, have a store front, and the staff are warm and very competent. I've only been there twice, but I've been very impressed.

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

I needed a key recut for a lost key for my car the guy was a perfect gentleman. charged me a reasonable price. I see other reviews on here saying that he was rude. He answered the phone Stern and short but quickly turn into a very nice guy. Even cut me a second key for only $5 .very professional I would recommend him to anybody.

We just moved from California and we didn't feel safe with the current locks in our rental home.  Because of the great reviews from Yelp I decided to give them a call.  After putting a quote request online late in the evening, I received a response first thing in the morning.  I was able to schedule a date and time for them to come in.

I appreciate they are family owned because they  definitely make you feel like a part of their family with great customer service and sincere care.  They are very knowledgable and I am grateful to Kathy for saving us from having to spend extra $$'s to change all of our locks when it wasn't even necessary.

Jeff came out to fix our current locks and install a night lock.  I explained my concerns and he right away was able to examine and fix the problem.  Also I recently had a Hello Kitty key copied at Loews and he was generous to rekey it to match our locks without me asking.  He did an amazing job in fixing our locks and adjusting our door so that the locks would latch on securely.  I feel so much better now and I can sleep better knowing our doors are secured.

Amazing! Communicates well, sticks to their price, and gets the job DONE! They go valley wide and I promise you if you have an emergency he isn't going to BS you. Cjs lock and security is GREAT!

Service was really quick and efficient. Ari was very helpful on making sure that everything goes smoothly. Very good.
