Best Solar Panels in Phoenix, AZ
These guys were super expensive, and when I reached out to them with my concern about why I was charged so much (they didn't even need to fix anything, it was a tripped breaker!), he couldn't even return my email. Good luck if you use them, just be prepared to break out the check-book!

3 months in and I'm very happy! I did my research before reaching out to Sunny Energy via energysage.com, and Steve and team were able to answer all my questions, beat most other prices, and install within 3 months of signing paperwork (during COVID).
My February APS bill was $-25, and I'm using the federal tax credits to replace my two 20 y.o. AC units.
Getting solar and understanding how my household uses energy is going to save $$ this summer (fingers crossed). For example, I run my pool pump, dishwasher, laundry, etc. during the day and at night I'm now less than 1kWh!
When battery prices go down I will consider adding to my system to bridge the gap between sunset and 8pm when APS still charges premium rates.

Bad experience with caliber roofing. They were hired by my General Contractor and after their first visit I had flashings sticking up and additional broken tiles on my roof. They came out a second time to fix their first mistakes and left me with even more issues. After the second mess up my GC cut ties with them on my project. I am now left finding another roofer to fix the gaps they left between tiles and try to find matching tiles.

What a wonderful experience. Started with Mark our sales representative. Chris and his field crew. Every aspect of the process was seamless. I do have to give a shout out to three person team that came and did our install. They worked for three days straight getting our system installed. They were friendly, hard working, and took such pride in their work. They cleaned up everything everyday. Even went the extra mile for us and painted a small area of our house where my husband had a project he finished and had not yet painted it and while they were painting the pipes on our house went over and painted the one small area for us. I am so very glad we picked this company!

Professional and courteous. Got back to me very quickly with a reasonable response, and timeframe and also offered to a few appointment times. Although my needs changed and I did not have the work completed, I would work with them in the futures

Extremely impressed with Dustin who installed my first set of lights in a windowless room. After seeing the difference they made, I called back and had 2 more installed and Devyn was just as professional. The photo in the room is only showing the light from 2-14" tubes. It was DARK - Zero Natural light! I highly recommend Arizona Home Daylight!

Like most people I did my research when looking into a Solar company for my home. I spoke with three companies and received three quotes. Black Platinum was the only company that didn't have a salesperson come to my house and give a full presentation. Our initial conversations were handled over the phone or through email. This is a father and son company (John and John) and they both have a background in home construction. This is relevant because Black Platinum was the only company I spoke with that didn't use any subcontractors to do their work. They do it all themselves. They were also the only company that installed all the electric cables into the attic and through the walls. This means no conduit running all over the roof and down the sides of the house. There are also significantly less boxes and equipment mounted on the side of my house. It all looks super clean as if the house was originally built that way.
When I initially spoke with John Senior, he explained to me that he is constantly purchasing the latest products because solar technology is moving so fast. He was very familiar with the different products available and it was obvious to me that he knew what he was talking about. I researched every piece of equipment they put on my house. I was very happy to learn that the panels and inverters they are using were listed in the top three of every recent comparison list I could find. There is a lot of debate online regarding central inverters vs mini inverters. If you do your own research, make sure you are reading recent articles because so much has changed in the last couple years. However, I am confident that the latest mini inverters are safer, more efficient and cheaper to repair if you should ever have a problem. Black Platinum also installs "Pigeon Stop" under every panel to keeps the birds from nesting under them. I didn't think much about the pigeon stop when they first mentioned it, but the stuff is legit. It's solid black metal mesh mounted under every panel and will easily last the lifetime of my system.
John (the son) is a super nice guy and runs the operation. He was very responsive throughout the entire process and supervised everything during installation. He even answered calls, emails and text messages on weekends and after hours. It's also worth mentioning that both Johns seem to have really good contacts with the city and the power companies. This helped when navigating the complexities of two organizations (the city and the power company) who don't really have your best interests in mind. John took care of everything and had the cell numbers of the people needed to ensure permits and inspections went smoothly. When the installation was complete, he even used a drone to take some overhead pictures of finished project.
Black Platinum's entire team was professional and friendly and I can't say enough good things about them. The bottom line is that these guys did everything the way I would have done it myself and I felt like their only concern was my satisfaction.

Rooftop Solar installed a solar system in February,2021 and did a great job. They are a very responsive and customer-driven company. During the sales process, their price was very competitive and I felt they were honest about the system and the process. They quoted good equipment, and even ended up upgrading it some (at no extra charge) to help me meet energy targets without upgrading my circuit breaker box. We ran into a few gliches with my HOA and they were very supportive and responsive to my needs and the concerns of the HOA. They really work hard to ensure that their customer is satisfied. A few panels were not working initially and they followed up immediately with the equipment manufacturer to get it corrected. They have also followed up with me at my 1 year anniversary to check in. I highly recommend Rooftop Solar for your PV System.

I live in Hawaii and reached out to Mr. Sunshine 4000 miles away to review two very large solar project for one of my client's. Michael immediately addressed my concerns, provided me the same day a complete detailed breakdown of each project.
Michael's kind heart, support without judgement, compassion for others is paramount, not to mention Michael took the time to go step by step with me, answering additional questions I continued to send to him. Michael worked with me until I had a complete understanding of each and every step to a solar system with associated cost breakdowns of which I did not have and were unable to obtain on the Island's.
I am beyond grateful, I took the time to contact Mr. Sunshine. When my client's begin to consider solar projects moving forward, I will always be sure to request an overview by Michael regardless that I am 4000 miles away.

Just had General Solar out to redo my pool solar. My old system was at the end of its useful life and was getting to be a headache to maintain.
Kent and Steve were very patient with me explaining the benefits of their product and what I could expect performance wise from a solar heater for my pool.
They showed up on time and worked diligently to get everything hooked up.
Could not be happier! Highly recommend

I moved in to SUn city after getting a divorce as a senior and wanted to put solar on the roof. I met Cary after speaking to several salesman and decided that Cary had the best price for me. The work was done. A year ago I contacted Cary and got some extra work done installing a mini split that helped even more. I would recommend galaxy solar to anybody because of the professionalism and care.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I had an appointment scheduled and no one showed up. I called the office a few times to ask if he was still coming and they assured me he was but didn't know what time (at this point he was already late). Called again 3 hours later and they didn't pick up the phone, left a message asking them to call me back and they never got back to me. A few days later I called back to see if they could reschedule and they hung up on me. I called back right away and they didn't pick up the phone. I don't know how a business is running with such horrible customer service. I'd rather them just tell me they're not going to complete the job so I can call someone else rather than leave me hanging the way they did. Would not recommend to a single person. Don't even waste your time.

Looking for a great electrician? This is who you want to call. My 94 year old dad's master circuit breaker cut out on a Saturday. No heat, no stove etc. I called Matt and he arrived within the hour and had the breaker replaced and the electric working inside of an hour after that. Very reasonable price and very respectful guy. If you are in the Scottsdale/Tempe/Mesa area this is definitely who you want to call.

I have had a long battle with Solar and was hoping that once I decided to go for it that it would be painless, that has not been the case.
Long story short, I put my deposit down on 2/8/19 and here is is 2/6/19 and my house just failed inspection.
I had an originally scheduled installation of 12/27/2019 and they came with just the solar rails...no panels. I got lost in life and a couple of weeks went by and no call from Titan, so I track down some phone numbers and find a guy and he looks up the inventory and says they have my panels in stock but the scheduler was not there and she would call me by the end of the week, I called on a Tuesday and there was no call on Friday.
Finally got scheduled to install the panels on 1/27/19 and inspection on 1/30/19 and Titan doesn't show up to the inspection! So they put me off until 2/6/20 and then the inspector gets here and fails the system...
After they failed the initial inspection I called APS and they told me that no one from Titan was there and that the tech called 40 minutes prior, they said that I should call Titan and have them put me on as a secondary contact. So I called Titan...no answer and so I left a message. The next day I called Titan...left a message and now it's 2/6 and I talk to the inspector, failed inspection. I called Titan...no answer so I left a message. I just went on LinkedIn and messaged the COO and we'll see what happens.
I was a low voltage contract for 15 years and I have seen these companies before, I hate them. They are too busy or too cheap to provide good service, they skimp on customer service because they focus on sales and installing panels. Customer service is an afterthought, they play catchup, that's their game.
The guys that came and installed were friendly and professional and did what the plans said, did what they were supposed to do, they talked with me and addressed concerns and we even made a change with no issues.
I have only done this solar installation so I can't tell you want to look for. But maybe you should just see if you can get someone on the phone, thats a good start and likely my mistake. I have a really responsive salesman, but he's an outside salesman.
Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. Titan won, I lost.

DON'T waste your time! Absolute worst place I have ever dealt with. They were pushy on the phone. Then when they got what they wanted the customer service was non existent.
