Courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. They installed my 53 solar panels and it's wiring and took the time to make sure the work was seamless and blended in with the home like it had already been there since it's conception. Terry took us on a tour of the solar power system so we had an understanding of how the system worked and explained the difference between  our system and our neighbors.  I added pictures except I could not fully show my solar panels on the roof top because I'm short and it's a 2 story house. They made sure that the work area was clean of debris after installation. Great bunch of hard working people that love what they do. I can't stress this enough. If you want the job done quickly and professionally these guys are the ones you want to come out doing it.

I have a reasonable amount of experience with roofers so I had some comparator companies in making my assessment of Caliber. Caliber is by far the best. Rocco and Chris are sharp, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. They were both a pleasure to deal with--took my calls, answered my questions thoroughly, provided pictures with follow up explanations, got me scheduled promptly, and did an excellent job on my roof. I never felt rushed or confused about the process. Caliber is a top notch group offering top quality and good value. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

We had existing solar panels with a different company we wanted to add more but the company we have never returned our calls. We were referred to Aneva spoke with Scott he was very through explained everything answered all our questions. We had them do the work it was so quick and easy and we are very happy.

Quick response over the weekend to get a job scheduled. Scheduling was easy, pricing was fair and work was good.

Wonderful Experience from consultation to install! Kevin who did the initial free in home inspection was great and knowledgeable about product an tax savings. Devyn was a pro at install and helped me pic the perfect spot for both my tubes. So much sunshine !  My wife came home to a well lit home and commented I neglected to mop that day! Lol jk thank you Az home daylight!!!

We chose Black Platinum Solar & Electric after getting quotes from a few companies.  They also came highly recommended by a friend.  Our friend's recommendation mirrored what you see in many Yelp reviews and our experience matched up.  They're a smaller company so everything was very personal, friendly, and competent.   From the beginning, David was low key, low pressure, and helpful.  He spent over an hour answering all of my questions and explaining the ins and out of solar.  Throughout, he was bending over backwards to not push or pressure for time in any way, which was different than other firms that used expiring credits and changing utility rate structures to subtly pressure to move quickly.  He also never tried to sell any kind of financing package where the installer can make extra fees from the lender.  

Once we decided to move forward, all of the contracts and approvals were electronic, which I appreciated -- it made things very easy.   They communicated how things would work, what they do vs what I do, and how long it would take.  The only things I had to do was submit to my HOA for approval and do some touch up paint in the garage where they wired in a panel.  Black Platinum did everything else with the City and APS.   The panel install took 2 days as planned.  During the following week, a new breaker box was installed and inspections were performed.  They arrived about 20 min early each day of the installation, and the whole crew was extremely friendly and professional.  They kept everything clean and once finished, you couldn't tell they had been here.   John Black came out at the beginning of the first day to introduce himself and the crew and collect an installment.  He really knows his stuff and was more then willing to explain anything I wanted to know.  He was an email away throughout the whole process, including once we were up and running and just getting into the app to see solar production stats.

I think I got a bit lucky with the time of year and with the length of time inspectors and APS can take, but I was up a running 1 month after signing the contracts.  Really impressive!

Overall I'd sum up that trust is important when installing solar because it's a big project on your home.  You don't really know the people doing the work and you have to take a bit of a leap that they are trustworthy and know what they're doing.   John, David and the rest of the Black Platinum crew lived up to what you see in Yelp reviews.   The job was done with extreme competence and they're the nicest people you'll meet.

From the start Michelle asked the right questions and from those questions came up with an estimate to not only meet our needs but made suggestions to improve our systems. No high pressuring, no badgering and only honest quotes with no hidden costs. The project manager Dannielle was on top of the project from day 1 and if needed was quickly on the phone with me if something was not going as schedule. She coordinated with all of the contractors and keep me in the loop as the solar system was being installed. I would highly recommend Rooftop Solar to anyone and have recommended them to all of my neighbors. 7 months later I contacted Michelle for some questions and she responded immediately with answer to my concerns.

Mr. Sunshine Solar was so helpful. Im another solar company customer. But I am currently having issue with my system. I called him to get assistance and answers. He helped me get the information I needed from solar edge customer service. Without talking to him I would have not be able to get the help I needed. He was so sweet and nice. I am so thankful for his assistance.  Thank you.

Had Steve and Kent out on 10/17/2022 to service my 120 gal. solar hot water tank.  I have used General Solar several times to change out the anode in the tank as the water in Maricopa is very hard.  I have been using the solar hot water heater for 10 years.  To maintain this reliability, I had the anode changed out about six months before it was really due.  Also put in a new mixing valve and T-stat element kit.  New flex lines were installed as well.  Very pleased with their service and would certainly recommend them.

I moved in to SUn city after getting a divorce as a senior and wanted to put solar on the roof. I met Cary after speaking to several salesman and decided that Cary had the best price for me. The work was done. A year ago I contacted Cary and got some extra work done installing a mini split that helped even more. I would recommend galaxy solar to anybody because of the professionalism and care.

JUST IGNORED.  Went through their sales pitch, inspection, cutting holes in two places in my ceilings, patching ceiling holes, changing my APS plan from a savings plan to a regular plan---and months later, no installation, no calls, only several ENORMOUS BILLS from APS,

Thought I was kissing hugh electric bills goodby...not with Harmon.  Received the largest fall electric bills ever!  So much for following their instructions to drop my savings plan.

Called, asked what happened to my installation.  After employee looked around on her computer, she apologized and promised someone would call me shortly with an update on my installation.  No call.

Called back the next day, couldn't reach the person handling my account.  Well, it was 10 to noon, guess she sneaked out early for lunch.

Avoid these folks.

Requested a Solar Installation consultation, after finding them through Yelp. I called AEP, discussed what i was looking for. They took down all my information, scheduled me for Friday 12/2/16 and proceeded to no call-no show.

Absolutely amazing service. By far the best electrician we've worked with. I highly recommend!

No.  Please don't.

This company has been questionable from the get go.  Kyle our "salesman" was okay at first. Really a salesman personality. Not pushy just the insisting that our product is the best kinda guy. My wife and I agreed that we wanted to use renuable energy and was very interested in the savings so we decided to move forward with getting solar panels. He told my wife and i that if we needed anything at all that he would be there for us.

Weeks later we would get sparatic phone calls from people we didn't know letting us know that other people would be by to check the roof and take measurements. More Weeks would pass and we would get more phone calls about different people needed to get back on the roof.  Still no communication regarding where we were in the process or any follow up for that matter.  I would call and check on them every once in a while to see where we were in the process and would get very generic answers from the nice younger sounding gal who tried to answer my questions the best she could ..... Professional emails sent by Craig the guy who handles permitting with the state was not thorough or seemed not to care about anything.  His way of completing his work was to write broken english emails and have me taking time to discuss my permit with  state offices.... . Which turned out to be completely useless and a waste of time and I was told after many days of back and forth with them I was indeed good to go and did not need to contact them in the first place.

I expressed sincere frustration to our sales man Kyle, who after saying he was going to get to the bottom of this and Answer all my questions.  Kyle has just straight up ended communication with us. All of this after a meeting he set up.  He insisted he take care of all this negative bs that's going on around our project. Just gone.  Texts (how he likes to communicate)  have not been returned. As it stands today, on June 25, 2018, I am unsure what the hell is going on. We signed documents with this company on February 26th. 4 months ago.  Please save yourself the headache and go with a reputable company.  If I could give them zero stars I would.

Absolutely horrendous experience. I sadly made an error in not using my original solar installer to add 7 new panels. This company is an unorganized disaster. 2 weeks into having "permission to operate" my critter guards are still not installed and the inverters aren't reporting correctly to my monitoring co. It's been issue after issue, rescheduling, showing up to install without the correct "parts". Rescheduling the reschedule during a snow storm... The list of utter BS just continues. Just a complete disaster. Avoid Titan at all costs.

I have had our system for about 3 years now.  I haven't seen a huge difference in my bills with the solar.  My last bill was $240.00 with a $168.00 lease amount.  My system was down for over a month and the contacted us saying that our system was down then they came out and fixed it.  That part was great but it took a month to see my panels weren't functioning that part is just horrible I think because I paid more for that month since my panels weren't working.  No credit back to me at all for the panels not working.  My first bill I received after my install I was sad about because I was expecting a big difference with my APS bill and I didn't see a difference and a lot of months out of the year I question why I still have the system.  With all this being said my girlfriend just put up her solar bills on Facebook and she is with a company named Sun Power and wow she paid $1.94 for July and $.90 for June in a 2 story home using the air conditioning and all!  I wish I could say I was that happy with my electric bills and the Solar company.  I wish I would have researched this more before we went with Solar City.  APS points you in their direction so that is why I went with them.  One good thing I will say about them is that I have found their customer service is good and the install was good.  I would definitely look around before you go with Solar City.
