Great plumber, fair, and honest. Hard to find these days...

Had a major sewer issue with the house and was in need of a good honest plumber. Went by referrals from friends and family and sadly they didn't pan out. Got on yelp (cause it's the 21st century) and found Pink Plumbing. Chris (the owner) answered and showed up to discuss the situation within the hour of reaching out to him. He laid out different possibilities but didn't try to sell me on nonsense.Really could tell he knew what he was talking about. Within 2 hours I had a full estimate with a breakdown of work. I had a few questions to which he replied right away. We had also filed an insurance claim to which he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with. Some details were needed from our agent and he replied without hesitation and cooperated in providing details as requested from our insurance agent. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything. We were so impressed by this we hired him and we were NOT disappointed. They showed up on time and started working diligently. They hit a set back trying to expose the main line going to the city in the front yard because the ground is so hard (we live by a mountain) it took them an extra day but this was communicated to us immediately. There was never a guess of what was going on or where they were in the process. Chris was in constant communication with us which is SO important. Kudos to you and your company Chris. you guys do great work! Nice to know we finally have a problem we can depend on in this city. Cheers!

We had sewer water coming out toilets.  My wife called Diamondback for service.  The lady on the phone was super nice .  We had a plumber dispatched within 2 hrs.  Th plumber quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed in the spot.   Cost me under $200 for something others would have charged $500.

Seeing the good reviews of Hansen Family Pluming and Air on yelp, I called them about the toilet problem in the house. I mentioned the flange and/or wax ring issue of the toilet, and asked for the hourly rate they charge. The customer service lady would not tell me the price just saying the minimum service charge for the visit is $99. Thinking it was a simple job to replace the flange and/or wax ring, and average plumber hourly rate is $80 - $120, it should not be over $150.
After tech Zack finished the job, I was told the total charge was $250 including $229 for one hour labor and $21 for the parts. Not only that, they charge 3% processing fee if customer use credit card for the payment.
I feel they overcharge the customers at $229 per hour. That was probably why they did not want to tell me the price before the job. I would not use their service again as many other plumbers can do the job at much more reasonable price. Suggest know what they charge before making plumbing service appointment.

Lawson sent Jason out to help me with a potential leak in my wall. Jason was great about explaining the process, giving me my options (and his advice), he even helped me navigate issues around insurance. At the end of everything, the leak was actually from a neighboring unit so Lawson did not charge me for the two visits and exploratory work. Working with Jason and Lawson was great. I highly recommend the company and Jason to anyone who needs a repair or any plumbing related work. I hope I don't have any plumbing issues in the future, but if I do I will be calling Lawson!

Came out on a Sunday night on short notice and did a great job taking care of my clogged plumbing. I was charged a fare price and the service was excellent.

My water main the in the front yard broke this morning. The service techs were at my house within 2 hours and fixed my water line the same day! They were awesome, explained everything to me, quotes were clear and they were efficient. They cleaned up after themselves since they had to dig a pretty large hole and I had my water restored within a few hours. Highly recommend if you need any plumbing needs.

Joe came out  and tried to help us find a leak from one of my mom's bathrooms. It has happened before and it was from the guest bathroom.

He looked behind the shower hardware and could see any leaks. Peaked in the attic to see if there was any plumbing pipes which there weren't. He couldn't find anything. My husband will have to make a hole in the wall and we can assess and then have them come back out to see what is hiding.

He was friendly, professional and wore booties taking them on and off as he came in and out. Will be calling them back once the hole is made. We need to take some extra mold protection during the process and make sure my mom isn't home.

I have an older home in Scottsdale where roots were discovered growing in the sewer line.  I know this is a common problem and is a costly repair.  So I met with three companies to explore potential solutions.  Replacing the line is considered to be the most long term viable solution.  A sewer scope was needed to pinpoint the exact location of the roots.  Unfortunately, my old home was built in 1958 and did not have a cleanout valve available outside the home.  One very well known rooter company wanted to install a clean out port inside the house bathroom before they could perform a sewer scope.  I turned down their proposal.  

Brandon with Elite came out and was able to locate an air vent on my single story flat roof.  He was able to perform a sewer scope through the vent to identify the two locations where the roots were clogging the line.  It took him about 15 to 20 minutes to perform the sewer scope and come up with a solution.  I found Brandon to be very knowledgeable and accepted his repair proposal.  

Matthew with Elite performed the hard work to dig a substantial hole to replace the old drain pipe.  Took him two full days from start to finish.  He was also able to repair the landscape irrigation lines disrupted during the excavation.  An unexpected bonus was the installation of two cleanout ports.  One port is directed to the city sewer in the alley behind my home.  The other port is directed towards the house.  After work was completed you can not even tell there was a large hole in my backyard.  Everything is back in place looking good.  I am very impressed with the work provided by Elite Rooter and highly recommend them.

After our usual plumber let us down several times I took to Yelp and found Somers Plumbers.  Its a huge challenge when you are reaching out trying to find a decent person to work in your home.   Someone that doesn't just pull down the first $ number that comes to their head and someone that you can trust to be there when they say and do what you ask.

I am really happy to have been able to find Dave Somers.  Dave is a truly knowledgeable plumber coming from over 16 years working for someone else, Dave now turned his experience over to becoming an ROC Licensed Plumber and business owner recently

He was quick to respond back to questions and rough pricing through Yelp, his communication skills through text/Yelp & phone are fantastic.  I always knew where I stood with Dave.

I set Dave up with 5 different faucet replacements which included new drain/plugs and a challenging hands free kitchen faucet.  Dave came through perfect on everything.  If I didn't have the right part, he had the parts on hand or knew where to get them.   He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.  

I am already figuring out his next project.

Leaks, water softeners, RO, faucets, drains, toilets.  Dave does them all.

Highly recommend Element Plumbing.  They have handled small, quick plumbing problems to doing a major remodel in my kitchen and powder bath.  All the work performed was high quality and the finish detail on placement met my high expectations.  I would and will hire them again.

Very responsive, fair price and arrived on time. Would use for any future plumbing needs again.

My whole house water filtration cartridge was first installed about 10 years ago.  But a few weeks ago I began noticing that the housing had started to leak.  Luckily, this thing had been located on the outside of our house - so the leak was more of a nuisance than a big mess.

But it was time to replace the copper pipes and shutoff valves, and the old filter housing as well.  So I got three prices from three different plumbers.  Although the price I got from 100% Plumbing wasn't the lowest, I found 100% Plumbing and the many 5 Star ratings on Yelp from their former customers to be the deciding factor.

Jason showed up on the day and time we had agreed on, and he worked for a couple of hours.  When he finished, I found his work to be first class.  Everything he said he would do had been done perfectly.  All the new copper pipes and shutoff valves were placed exactly as they needed to be.  And the new pipes and cartridge housing had no runs, drips, or errors.

I am very happy that I chose 100% Plumbing to do the work I needed to have done.  Their price was fair and there were no problems from start to finish.  If you need a good, honest plumber  I highly recommend these guys!

Great - prompt, professional, patient in explaining our water softener issues. I called them based on great Yelp reviews, after being nickel-and-dimed for service by the company who installed our system.  We will definitely switch all our plumbing needs over to Allegiance!

Had an issue with our water pressure in the house. Did some basic diagnostics and decided I needed professional help. Put out a job needing to be done on Yelp. They came out a couple of days later. Our tech was very thorough and explained everything to me. Job was completed in about 2.5 hours. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is they missed the morning appointment and I had to contact them. After that it was smooth sailing.

He arrived on time at the time promised and ready to work. The gentleman was clean, polite, and very professional. After looking at what I needed Done he gave me a good estimate.
After completing the work he showed me everything that he had done, took any questions that I had And I paid him.  I also used their current  coupon offer which he happily accepted. They communicated when there was a change in arrival time. They did a good job at a reasonable price. The person kept a 6 foot distance and wore a mask. I would use their services again.

Loved that they showed up with in a mask, as safety is number one right now. We had new AC's back in April, and since then, they have come back 2X already to check to see everything works. The staff is super friendly and easy to work with. They do work with another party, if they need to put a hole in your wall to change the thermostat.

From the moment I called in they were professional, nice, and knowledgeable. Randy and Brendan installed the water heater and they were super nice and quick! Great service and great pricing. Really a wonderful experience!! Thank you!
