My Friday morning 7am distress call was answered by Chris the owner (before the office was open).  He took down my number and Becca called me back at 8am.  She had Zach out to my house by 10am.  My hot water tank had leaked overnight.  By 12pm a new tank was installed.  I was so impressed by the professional, kind and prompt response by Chris and Becca.  When Zach arrived, I knew I was in good hands.  He was friendly, honest and thorough in his work.  A few weeks later Zach came back to install a water leak detector on one of our tanks and answered all my questions.  He did not charge me for this visit.  This company is incredibly service oriented.  I highly recommend Pink Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Diamondback came out, told me exactly what the project would be with replacing a cast iron drain pipe for the sink in my bathroom.. and that's what it was.. and with out the crazy cost that another company wanted to charge me.

Recently, my auto-level filler piping setup also known as a backflow preventer valve pressure vacuum breaker, started leaking quite a bit.  
I called my home warranty and they said they did not cover it but could recommend a pool company.  I asked home warranty if this was not covered under plumbing and they said no.  I decided to call Lawson.  As always, they came out to do a free estimate.  And they were able to provide an estimate and do the fix a day later.  
The technicians in their employ have always been professional and amiable.
They provide good answers to the problem at hand and give me confidence in their skills.

When my home warranty said it was not covered and they could recommend a pool company, to me, this seemed more like a plumbing issue and I would prefer a plumbing company instead of a pool company.  I did learn from the Lawson technician though that some piping for landscaping is better handled by landscapers and/or pool companies.  I am glad Lawson was able to do the job.  It looks great and I am confident in their work.

Flush King team did an amazing job locating water leak associated with main water line. Team identified problem and resolved within a 24 hour period. Super professional crew and immediate response from office and team. Highly recommend!

Bumblebee took care of the plumbing repairs and upgrades I asked for.  They did not leave me hanging and no delay. Jim was courteous, professional and his finished pipe work looked tidy and clean.  The one thing I did notice was pricing was noticeably higher when compared to a quote from another one of Yelp's highly rated plumbing companies.  (Before I had even heard of Bumble Bee I had planned on using the other company to do the job and when I was ready to have the service done, the original technician who had reviewed my plumbing need and was familiar with my request was already on a pre-scheduled vacation and was not immediately available.  I searched Yelp for another reputable company and found Bumble Bee.)  I did request of the owner of Bumble Bee to discount the price in order to reduce the gap between the two prices and it would have been to my satisfaction if the attempt was made, but I was only offered a discount on my next service.

UPDATE TO MY EARLIER REVIEW:  Within minutes of posting my review I received a call from the owner, Jeffrey Lawson. He is the quintessential business person. I can see why the business has a FIVE Star Yelp review overall. OOPS ON MY PART FOR SOME OF THE MISUNDERSTANDING. I hadn't listened carefully enough when the filters were changed on my reverse osmosis. The fifth filter and heart of the system was a little more costly than the typical four I had been replacing in previous years. The tech did say to me that the fifth filter needed to be changed every ten years or so and I blanked that part. Hence the difference in cost. On the plus side for me Jeff pointed out that the pricing had not taken into consideration the other work I had done while the tech was here and he processed a credit to my Visa. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you to Lawson Family Plumbing. Just as Jeff said to me and by the way his tech told me this when he was in my home. The owner cares about the customer and wants to hear their feedback.

Lawson Family Plumbing was in my house on July 27th. This should have been a five star review except for one issue. I needed some work done on toilet parts and that work was done very well. The price felt right and so far no issues with any of the toilets.

Unfortunately they earned the three star review due to pricing on the Reverse Osmosis filter replacement. In the last ten years I have never paid more than $100 to have these filters replaced. Lawson's price was a whopping $275. I guess I should say shame on me for agreeing to have the work done. But I did and won't make that mistake again.

I do love these businesses that have great reviews as Lawson does. My son owns a local service business and hovers between 4 1/2 stars and five stars on Yelp. I know how hard it is to earn this kind of rating from your customers.

I used ProSkill for a complete replacement of a roof top A/C unit. The team was fast, efficient, polite, skilled and fast. The prices were very competitive and the precision in which the team(s) worked to get the job done was top-notched. These guys have it right. Thes guys are the best!  They came out today on short notice to repair a leaky water line in our crawl space.  They not only repaired the known leak, but also discovered another one in the hot water line and repaired that as well at no extra charge!  They also rebuilt a leaky hose bib on the way out. I would highly recommend hiring these guys for any plumbing needs. Thanks Michael!

I can't say enough great things about this company. They are fast, reliable, honest and really know their stuff. When my home warranty company couldn't get the job done, I decided to turn to Yelp to find someone who really knows their stuff. I called and they were able to send someone out the next morning, when other companies couldn't help for weeks. In a matter of minutes they were able to properly diagnose our issue and got to work on getting it fixed, and what do you know? Two other companies couldn't get the job done and they did.

Special shout out to Dylan Morris who is an absolute gem. This guy is an expert and is so kind and professional. He really took the time to explain what was going on and laid out several courses of action we could take. He truly went above and beyond to help us out.

This is my go-to plumbing company moving forward. Highly recommend!

We have been having the same problem over and over - not their fault - McKinley came - fixed and was awesome !  Vert reasonable priced and fast. He arrived earlier than expect but I appreciated the text message updates .  Plus work is guaranteed for 2 years - great benefit ! Will use again - thank you again!

Evaluated our misting system. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable!

UPDATE:. Almost 2 years on waiting for a permit for septic.  They also installed a Well Pump and pressure tanks.  They used a 2017 motor for a 2020 repair.  Something that should of had a warranty.  System went down approx. 1 year after repair, by installing a new pump motor, pressure tanks and electrical box (ALL NEW).  Low end products and used parts were installed at inflated rate.

I searched Yelp for a plumber to replace all 14 of my bound to fail FloTite water shutoff valves. Not only were they the lowest price quoted, I picked Near Me Plumbing & Drains because of their quick response, and their kind words telling me how smart I was to replace those crappy valves! Jared and Landon completed the work quickly, even arriving early due to their previous job not taking as long as scheduled. They were polite and respectful of our property. I will definitely call Near Me Plumbing & Drains if I ever need any other plumbing work done!

***Update***

The owner, Jeff, contacted me almost immediately after I submitted my review and was extremely apologetic. He explained that he was investigating what had happened and was going to work with Old Republic and me to fix the situation. He had a team out by 10 and we now have a working water heater! The team was super nice and did great work. Jeff was great to work with and I can now see why his company gets good reviews. Thank you for the great communication and responsibility!

We were assigned this company by Old Republic Home Warranty because we had a water heater that wasn't working. They had a technician come out the following day. He took one look at the water heater and said it needed to be replaced. He followed that up by saying that he wouldn't be able to do it and it would take two people to remove it and another company would need to be assigned by Old Republic. He was literally in my house for less than five minutes and it was obvious from his demeanor that he didn't want to be there. When I followed up with Old Republic, they told me that he had reported that our water heater was 75 gallons (it was only 50) and used that as his justification for why he couldn't take the job.

I was very pleased with the service  that Devin provided today. He arrived on time, listened to my description of the issue and got to work. We had a slow drain that was backing up into the kitchen sink. He snaked it from the sink. Then he went on the roof and used a camera and then a jetter to unclog,. It wasn't easy and he stayed up there until he was satisfied that it was clear. He did it several times. He cleaned up everything.. He was also very personable. I will definitely have him back. Thank you.

The heat at my office wasn't coming on, and my employees and customers were cold!  When I first called Hays, they said they couldn't get out until the next afternoon so I was going to check around to see if I could get someone out sooner.  Hays called back a few minutes later to say a cancellation had opened up a time that same afternoon.  It turns out they still weren't able to make it that afternoon, but Mike was at my office promptly at 7:00 the next morning.  He was police and professional.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and clearly outlined my options.  I was pleased with the service and will definitely call Hays again if I have any heating or air conditioning issues, either at my office or at my home.

These guys are truly great. Real professionals not fly by night guys. Brendan provided prompt, courteous and exceptionally knowledgeable service. He was able to quickly assess the scope of our leak and get it fixed right away. They came out within minutes of our call and did really fine work. I'd call them first for any plumbing or hvac needs.
