I had a faucet leak and a toilet that needed replacing. Jason was very good. He explained everything, allowing me to make decisions. He arrived on schedule and worked till finished. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting him and found his work excellent.

Do not use this company. They over charge for labor, refuse to provide hourly rate, start projects and accrue labor without discussing and charge credit cards on file without confirming with a written estimate. Truly untrustworthy business practices. There are numerous quality plumbers that communicate pricing before work, email estimates for approval before any charges. And none have I ever worked with that charge a credit card without approval until Diamondback plumbing.

Our shower handle stopped working correctly. The handle would turn off and on but no water would come out. Hansen set out Jerry to fix the issue and we couldn't have gotten a more professional and informative technician to help with the issue. He was great, explained the issue we were having, and got the job done in no time at all. I would highly recommend Hansen to any of my friends and family!

We had a water heater issue, I did research and found them highly rated, requested a quote and got a call back in minutes.  Richard came out, he was awesome, super knowledgeable and helpful.  Turned out the water heater was badly corroded and needed to be replaced.  Richard helped me understand my options and the pros and cons.  He already had one on the truck and got it installed quickly.  Really friendly and easy to talk to.  Will definitely use again.

I had a warranty issue on a water heater Lawson did not install.  I found Lawson on Yelp and called on a Sunday.  I spoke to a real person who scheduled a service call the next day and Kenneth came just at the time promised.  He quickly figured out the problem and cleared all the warranty questions in time to get the replacement installed the same day.  He did a great job of installation and I was very happy with my whole Lawson Plumbing experience.

Pro Skill- Scott- came to home and did a lengthy review of our HVAC system and needs.   He came up with a plan and explained it, and then followed up with a quote for the work that was more detailed than any other bid I received.  I was given options as to SEER and quality ratings i wanted in selection of the units.    We decided to replace 2 electric cooling units and 2 gas furnace heating units.
The crew came to the house on time, were pleasant, task oriented and answered all our questions with patience.  They cleaned up the work site well.   2 weeks after the job, the quality control person -Keith- came out and spent almost 2 hours going over all the work that was done, adjusted one blower speed, and again, answered all our questions.   For a final wrap-up, Scott came out again, delivered paperwork that had been requested and the completed rebate forms for the energy savings allowed.   Im happy with the work, the price was competitive, and their concern about doing it right was evident.

I found my lifetime plumber.   Soro was professional and did an awesome job fixing my plumbing problem.   Best part was he left no trace he was there from the time he walked in until he left.  A plumbing business that you don't have to clean up after.

After our usual plumber let us down several times I took to Yelp and found Somers Plumbers.  Its a huge challenge when you are reaching out trying to find a decent person to work in your home.   Someone that doesn't just pull down the first $ number that comes to their head and someone that you can trust to be there when they say and do what you ask.

I am really happy to have been able to find Dave Somers.  Dave is a truly knowledgeable plumber coming from over 16 years working for someone else, Dave now turned his experience over to becoming an ROC Licensed Plumber and business owner recently

He was quick to respond back to questions and rough pricing through Yelp, his communication skills through text/Yelp & phone are fantastic.  I always knew where I stood with Dave.

I set Dave up with 5 different faucet replacements which included new drain/plugs and a challenging hands free kitchen faucet.  Dave came through perfect on everything.  If I didn't have the right part, he had the parts on hand or knew where to get them.   He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.  

I am already figuring out his next project.

My septic tank alarm started going off a few months after moving into my new house. My wife called me panicking not knowing what was going on so we called Element plumbing to come to our rescue. Michael figured out the problem very quickly. He said our septic pump had stopped working and was no longer pumping everything out into the drainfield. It most likely stopped working when a different company came out before we bought the house and inspected the pump but did not replace one of the seals causing the pump to burn out. Michael very quickly fixed the problem by replacing the pump and the seal. He was so professional and efficient that I called him again to come out and fix both my leaking garden hose faucets. Brian was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. He patiently answered all of my questions before I hired him. When all my questions were answered he offered to get the job done that same day! The job was well done and I couldn't be happier with Sound Plumbing.

100% Plumbing has been a life saver!!!

Where do I even begin?! I've gone through 4 plumbers in the past 8 months and all were quick to take my money, but failed to do the job right or correct their mistakes.  

Thankfully I was referred to 100% Plumbing And moving forward I will only use 100% plumbing.   Soro the plumber was a rockstar! I will refer him to all my friends, family, and even strangers.  Soro and Jose did not miss a beat doing the job..  They showed up on time each day putting in all new plumbing inside and outside of my old home.  These guys are some of the hardest working men I've met.  A job that usually takes a week or more was done in 4 days and done right!!! Soro even answered my calls, text, and communicated with my home warranty company on his Birthday (Talk about amazing customer service).  Thank you guys for putting a stressed home owner at ease.  My family can now enjoy our home with our new plumbing because of you.

I called Allegiance to have them check my irrigation system for any problems.  Michael Turner came out, inspected the system, and told me there were no issues.  Maybe a day or 2 later, I noticed one of the irrigation lines was cut and water was shooting 6 feet into the air.  Nothing had happened in the previous day that would have caused this...I honestly believe the issue was there when they inspected the system.  I called Allegiance to let them know.  They came back out, but said since the problem wasn't worked on during the initial visit, repairing it now would be considered a new visit and they would charge me in full a second time.  I don't feel that is right, since the problem should have been caught by them in the first place.  So after paying Allegiance to make sure my irrigation system is in good working order, I am left with the Bellagio fountain in my front yard, and now I need to fix it myself.  What did I pay for?  Unsatisfied, I called and asked to speak with Michael Turner to ask him personally what happened.  He was unavailable on Friday so I left a message and asked for him to call me back.  5 days later, and he still has not responded.  I consider this to be further bad customer service from a somewhat shady company.

Update after the company's response:
Joshua, the leak was not caught because when Mike reprogrammed my system, he set the zone for trees to water every 2 days for ZERO minutes, which obviously was a mistake.  He had meant to set it for 45 minutes, but set it for zero minutes.  That is why we didn't see the leak while we were both there.  When I fixed the programming after he left, that's when the water shot up 6 feet.  This would have been caught had the system been programmed correctly, and the repair would have been covered in the first trip.  When I called Friday, I was told by the man answering the phone that Mike called in sick that day, but that he would text Mike my name and number, asking him to call me.  He never did.  Based on these facts, I stand by my review.

They damage my bathroom. First they said that roots had damage the sewer pipe under the house. No roots were found. They then said that the flange the holds the toilet in place. They had to unbolt the toilet to remove it. Get another plumber to verify that the work needs to be done. They sent me a bill for $3600. Get the repair in writing; don't sign a tablet or a phone. I finally receive a full refund.

From start to finish, we had a great experience. Our tech, Jeff, first showed up the same day we had called for an estimate as he had a local cancellation. Jeff was very professional and knowledgeable. We showed Jeff what was to be done at that time. A few days later, Jeff sent a revised estimate as we had an issue come up and wanted to make sure we were comparing the same thing amongst estimates. Through out the process, I consulted with Jeff, who exhibited great communication skills, a sign of great customer service. When everything was all said and done, we chose Lawson Family Plumbing for our home improvement project as they had the balance of fair pricing, great communication skills, and could do the project when it was convenient for us. That service was performed on June 15. Jeff called 30 minutes prior to arriving for the appointment, along with his assistant. We showed them all of the parts we supplied and they verified we had everything intact. Our project was completed in approximately 2 hours. The quality of the workmanship was great. We are very pleased with this project. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lawson Family Plumbing for your home improvement needs. Much appreciated and thanks again!

I had an excellent experience working with this plumbing company.  I needed a main line inspected ASAP for my realtor  for a home that I have for sale. I called them on a Wed night and they came out on Friday morning at 10am.  The service technician was friendly, courteous, and efficient.  Within 45 minutes I had my report for my realtor and was very satisfied overall.  I would definitely recommend this company.
