We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday afternoon. Most plumbing companies I called didn't even answer their phones. One that did said they could have someone to our house in about a week. With our sewer line in unknown condition we couldn't wait that long. Pink Plumbing & Sewer promised someone here the next day.

Their technicians  arrived on time and did a killer job. They located the problem within minutes, went through a systematic series of tests to confirm the exact issue, fixed it, and explained the whole thing to me. I now have a good understanding of what happened, why it happened, and how to deal with it in the future.

Great guys from an excellent business. If only the rest of the world worked as good as this company!

We developed a plumbing problem at our business at around 9 AM and Diamondback Plumbing showed up in the time frame they promised and fixed for a fair price. I will be calling them back for another job we will be needing.

I had used Lawson Family Plumbing about 2 yrs ago when I had an exterior leak in my home while I was in Hawaii. They came out promptly and, although the price was high, I was happy with the work.
Fast forward to this past week.
I had a new tub put in my master bathroom. Unfortunately, it was set a couple of inches off from where it should be placed. (and I am above ground, so wooden floor)
I called Lawson to see if they could give me an estimate to move the drain 1-2.
I didn't hear anything back for 3 days. Finally I called for my quote.
$4300.00!!!!
No parts. Just Labor.
I won't be contacting Lawson Family Plumbing again.
And, I will update my review when I get my  job done!

These guys came out within a couple of hours of all my toilets clogging up-- and they gave me a discounted coupon rate! Larry was professional, helpful and made a difficult situation seem minor in retrospect. I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Bumble Bee Plumbing saved me thousands because of their quick, efficient, and courteous service. On January 1st I noticed my garage ceiling was dripping water because of a bad drain pipe upstairs in the tub and paint was starting to pool in the ceiling. Long story short, I reached out to Bumble Bee and they were able to get someone out the same day I called. From their telephone greeting to the speed at which they handled everything, I was left extremely satisfied. Mike, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient was able to confirm my preliminary diagnosis and got right to work. After fixing the issue and cleaning up (they had to cut into the ceiling dry wall) I was explained everything that they did and why they did it and even recommended a remediation/restoration company (which I am using). If you have any plumbing issues, you'll be in good hands with Bumble Bee Plumbing. Awesome work!

Great experience with Lawson Family Plumbing.  Starting with the friendly reception phone call to set up appointment.  The morning of the appointment, I received a timely courtesy call from Jeff advising me he was enroute and his estimated time of arrival.  After promptly arriving, Jeff quickly and efficiently unclogged my bathroom sink...and shared good advise on how to avoid future clogs.  Then he very quickly and efficiently installed a spray bidet to my toilet.  I sure do appreciate the friendly and professional service ....I will be using Lawson Family Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.  Susan R.

Had our air conditioning serviced . They were on time ; did a thorough inspection of our system. Recommend a few things that needed to be fixed . Did the repair . Leonardo was very nice , explained everything with pictures of before and after work was completed. Definitely would recommend them .

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.  They ripped up my house for a pipe that could have been fixed.  Insurance company requested statements with breakdowns which they refused to provide.  They put a fake lien on our home.  Was told EVERYONE gets one.  Once they got paid, never apologized or took responsibility for the harrassessment I endured by them.  Keith tells people he is the owner, he is not.  Company is a joke!!!!!

I was tired of the recurring issues I'd been having with the builder-installed Bosch tankless system.  I had literally gone through two new Bosch and Eamax systems within the 2 years we'd owned the new home so I contacted Element plumbing to audit my current setup and figure out why it kept failing.  All I wanted was instant hot water from the third floor master bath without the wasteful waiting.  
Making an appointment was easy with Element and Michael offered multiple solution options.  I ultimately decided to update the whole system to a Navien NPE 240A because I'd lost faith in Bosch products.  So far, so good!  Thank you, Element Plumbing and Michael, for fitting me in and cleaning up my builder's mess.

I can't say enough great things about this company. They are fast, reliable, honest and really know their stuff. When my home warranty company couldn't get the job done, I decided to turn to Yelp to find someone who really knows their stuff. I called and they were able to send someone out the next morning, when other companies couldn't help for weeks. In a matter of minutes they were able to properly diagnose our issue and got to work on getting it fixed, and what do you know? Two other companies couldn't get the job done and they did.

Special shout out to Dylan Morris who is an absolute gem. This guy is an expert and is so kind and professional. He really took the time to explain what was going on and laid out several courses of action we could take. He truly went above and beyond to help us out.

This is my go-to plumbing company moving forward. Highly recommend!

Had an excellent experience with 100% plumbing! After calling around the week of Christmas and not having success finding someone who could clear our kitchen drain quickly, I was happy to find them. They were prompt, professional, courteous and took care of the problem exactly as promised. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Although I did not use their services, but I think this company is worth writing a review about.

About 2 weeks ago, my water heater simply stopped working and deeded replacement, and I sent several messages to plumbers on yelp asking for quotes. Justin, the owner, responded immediately and provided a phone number to call and schedule a time to come and look at the work site and what water heater is needed and give me a quote. Believe me when I say it, he was one of 2 plumbing company owners who actually set up time and came to give a free quote. I sent messages to over 10 companies, 1 didn't even bother to respond, 2 responded the next day, and Justin actually responded and came out and gave a quote.

Most plumbers give you prices without even looking, then when they're at the site, the price jumps up claiming that the heater is on a high ground, piping is complex etc... but not with Justin and Allegiance plumbing. He came is, inspected the sight and gave an exact quote on what price it will be and what will be replaced. In fact not only his service is good, his price was competitive, unfortunately I am on a budget and had to go with another company that offered somewhat of a better deal.

I know a company is good when their initial communication and speed of response is good. Justin showed genuine desire to help, by coming in and giving detailed information and a quote before starting the job. Thanks Justin and sorry we were not able to do business, but I can assure you you'll be on my list of people to contact when I need plumbing services.

5 star rating is not enough! After replacing the fill and flush valve in my toilet myself, (I think I'm Miss DIY) water was spraying from the supply line and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Jordan came out and found that it was missing a gasket that was stuck in the old part. He took it out and screwed the water line in, made sure that the toilet was flushing the way it should. I was surprised that it was such an easy fix and felt like an idiot. Another company told me I might have to replace the entire water supply line, but what surprised me even more, was that Jordan refused to charge me saying, I didn't do anything, even after removing a hose that was stuck in my backyard and checking my shower head. I was floored and asked him multiple times to charge me for his time, and gas but he refused. Such an amazing experience.  Most companies would have never taken a simple job like mine or would have charged a service call. I will be calling again and referring him to everyone I know. It is so hard to find honest, reliable, kind people. Thank you so much Jordan, you are amazing!

Prompt response, scheduled to arrive at 8:00 the following morning and techs arrived on time.  We were having problems with our water heater, only to learn there had been a fire within the safety valves.  The techs showed us the damage and quoted us to remove the old unit and replace with a higher efficiency model.  Within hours of arrival the old unit was removed and hauled away and the new unit was installed along with a new line to replace the previous flex line that did not meet code requirements.  Excellent customer service, knowledge and response time.

OK, the supervisor came out and did a good install, no leaks and it doesn't wobble. Had he only come the first time we could have avoided a YEAR of TROUBLE and frustration. I'll give them another star for finally taking care of me.

I called Hays this morning to try to get an estimate for how much it would cost to replace the two thermostats we have in our house.  We had used Hays in the past to repair our air conditioner and had been satisfied with their work.  The gentleman told me on the phone that it would be a $79.95 charge for them to come to our house to give us an estimate on replacing our thermostats.  I asked if the $79.95 charge could be waived; he said no.  I asked if we ended up going ahead with the replacement if the $79.95 charge could be credited towards the replacement costs; he said no.  I relayed the information to my husband and he decided to call them to see if the almost $80 trip charge to provide us with an estimate could be waived since we have a history with the company.  Not sure who he talked to, but whoever it was agreed to waive the charge for him.  A few minutes later he gets a call back from someone at Hays telling him that the person he talked to earlier was new, and that they were not willing to waive the charge.  Heading in the wrong direction Hays.  First, not being willing to waive the $80 fee to come to our house to give us just an estimate, after being loyal customers, seems like bad customer service and in poor taste.  But then to actually call us back to tell us that you're taking back your offer to waive the fee after saying you were willing to do so is just something else entirely.  You've lost this loyal customer and any future referrals.

They sent a seasoned plumber who said that he did not like the price that I would be charged to change an outside spigot. So he gave me a lower price. Was not sure if this is a line that he tells everyone. Not happy about the price. On the first try, the fitting leaked. The second try worked.
