I had a wonderful experience with Pink Plumbing. They were very knowledgeable and straight forward on the phone and quoted me prices on replacing my toilets. They did excellent work with attention to details and installed our new toilet. We even added on a service mid job , and Chris came over to look into our sewer pipes with a camera. He was quick, but very thorough and explained everything they did. The prices were excellent and the service was top notch. They will be the plumbing company we call from now on

First off I can't attest to the services they actually provide, because no one even showed up to perform the estimate!!!

I called Wednesday afternoon and left a message that I needed a quote on a gas line and some plumbing relocation for a full kitchen remodel. Not a small project considering it's a 2 story home and there's currently no gas line in the kitchen. In any case I got a call back Thursday afternoon that they could have someone out to give me an estimate the following morning between 8-12. 3 Hours into the arrival window I get a call saying that no one was going to be available to give me the estimate as originally scheduled. They wanted to either push the window through the remainder of the afternoon or reschedule for this week. I had other plans so I rescheduled for Monday morning between 8-12 again. This time no one showed up again and to top it off they didn't even bother calling to let me know.

Needless to say I'll be looking for a different company to help me with my kitchen remodel. I understand that scheduling conflicts happen, but the way I understand it they're using actual plumbers who are out on billable jobs to also do their estimates, so it's no wonder that they don't show up on time considering jobs can always hit snags. But that doesn't excuse 1 no show and a 2nd no call/no show.

Diamondback definitely needs look at their bidding process and consider hiring someone dedicated to estimates to actually show up and perform the bids during the scheduled time. If they have this much trouble showing up to actually bid the job, what are the odds that they'll show up to do the work once my kitchen is torn apart. I don't need to be waiting for days for someone to actually do the work...

I called and they were here in 3 hours!  we needed a new water heater, they did all the checking and made sure it was under warranty and we only got charged for labor, and the price was great!  They were friendly and efficient.  I would call them again anytime!

Just used Lawson's for the second time in a few years. Experience was just as good as the first. The technician, Rob, called and asked if he could show up early, was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgable. Explained everything he was going to do before and explained everything he did after. Can't say enough about the professionalism and great job he did. Will definitely be using this company again in the future as my needs arise.

We had a water heater issue, I did research and found them highly rated, requested a quote and got a call back in minutes.  Richard came out, he was awesome, super knowledgeable and helpful.  Turned out the water heater was badly corroded and needed to be replaced.  Richard helped me understand my options and the pros and cons.  He already had one on the truck and got it installed quickly.  Really friendly and easy to talk to.  Will definitely use again.

UPDATE: Monday (7-25) Mike from Quality Control reached out to me and Lawson Plumbing has decided to refund us the total amount of our water bill. My family and I thank the company for coming to this decision.

David S installed a new kitchen faucet for us this morning.  He was very personable and friendly. David was also very meticulous with his install and care of work area. He was professional and thorough from beginning to end.  
He noticed that our hot water took forever to get to our kitchen faucet and suggested a comfort series recirc pump.  I appreciated his knowledge and the efficiency in having an estimate before he left our home.

Mathew Quiroz and the rest of the crew did a great job with my difficult sewage pipe replacement for my whole house. They made sure everything was right and working well when the job was completed.  I would recommend them to friends and family for all your plumbing needs!!

Dave came in and fixed the broken valves for our washing machine and on top of that fixed our leaky shower. Dave went above and beyond as he was only going to change the trim kit for the shower but he ended replacing the shower valve due to a leak. He stuck around and finished the job and then cleaned everything up. I would not hesitate to use Somers Plumbers again.

I was tired of the recurring issues I'd been having with the builder-installed Bosch tankless system.  I had literally gone through two new Bosch and Eamax systems within the 2 years we'd owned the new home so I contacted Element plumbing to audit my current setup and figure out why it kept failing.  All I wanted was instant hot water from the third floor master bath without the wasteful waiting.  
Making an appointment was easy with Element and Michael offered multiple solution options.  I ultimately decided to update the whole system to a Navien NPE 240A because I'd lost faith in Bosch products.  So far, so good!  Thank you, Element Plumbing and Michael, for fitting me in and cleaning up my builder's mess.

Jordan is really friendly and did a fantastic job replacing my whole water manifold. It was  bad and right away can tell the water pressure is now better in my house after he replaced everything. My water pressure was really high, I had a constant leak and everything was corroded. He came during the time he promised and left the work area clean. He was upfront with me about everything when setting it up and his pricing is really great. He gave me the best quote and also has warranty on his work! As a first time homeowner, my first plumbing problem in my house was scary and stressful. I took to yelp to look for recommendations on which of the many plumbing companies would be most affordable and trustworthy. Lawson Family Plumbing lives up to their 5 star review!

From the first call, the ladies at the front desk put me at ease with their cheerfulness and flexibility with my schedule. I did have to wait a few days for someone to come out but luckily my toilets were still flushing.

Kevin, the technician, ended up coming to my house a total of 3 times. The first time was to unclog my main sewer line. He pulled up a bunch of roots that had infiltrated the line. I was able to use the yelp/Groupon deal which helped ease the cost of that first experience. He let me know he would need to come out again to camera the line to see exactly where the roots causing my problem were and that the main sewer line would ultimately need to be dug up and have a section replaced.

He came a second time to run the camera and found the spot that was causing all my problems. He emailed me a video of what they found. I didn't look at it until the day before he came out a third time but found it was not the video of my pipe.  I mentioned it and he said he'd follow up and have someone send me the correct video. Not a big deal to me, but would like to have it on hand.

At this point, I already felt like I had spent an arm and a leg on the process so far. When he gave me the quote for the final step, which was to dig out the section and replace it, I was in tears. This quote included a discount associated with the previous work from the camera.

I'd much rather spend $1600 on a Hawaiian vacation or literally anything else but the tube that transport poop out of my house...  but it needed to be done. Just to be in the safe side, I asked a few friends familiar with plumbing work if this quote was unreasonable. They both said it was a really good price for the amount of work it would take to access the area. One of them even suggested i ask if they would offer a discount if we dug the area out ourselves. I contacted the company and said they would be willing to offer a discount if we dug the hole ourselves.

It was a TON of work and literally took about 10 hours of intense digging to access the area. Digging out the area ourselves saved us half of the original quote. This was hard, intense labor that would be worth 100% of the hundreds of dollars they were going to charge us had we not been willing or able to do the work ourselves.

I am so grateful to Lawson Family Plumbing for their honesty, trustworthiness and professionalism. They were accommodating with my schedule and budget and completed the job with the highest quality work.  I will be using this company again in the future and will be referring them to friends and family. Thanks again for everything!

Terrible service or should I say no service.  I was told the plumber would be at my place between 0800-1000 and guess what?  No one showed up nor was there a phone call.  I called 30min after to find out what happened. The lady (I believe they are out of state because she ask me what city I live in) told me he was on the way and he would call me.  No phone call or a plumber.  I called back again to cancel.  I called for another plumber who arrived in 15 min and more affordable.  I highly don't recommend this place unless you want to wait all day long not knowing whats going on then this is your place.  Terrible.
