I Called Pink plumbing today for my investment home that I have in Scottsdale for a leaking water heater. Chris and Brad came right out and had found that it was just a pipe that was leaking. Thank god, they saved the day and my pocket book. They could have over charged me since I'm in Chicago, but they were honest with me. I'm currently in the middle of moving as well and this was not a trip or expense  I was planning to have to make anytime soon. I thought I was in store for a new expensive water heater, but instead it was just a minor pipe repair. Thank you guys so much! You're the best !

I called DiamondBack Plumbing after another local plumbing company gave me what I immediately assumed to be a highly inflated quote to hydro-jet a laundry pipe having drainage issues. Ozzie and Paul came out within a couple of hours, evaluated the issues, and even took the time to show and explain to me what was wrong and what they planned to do before they did it. Their price was extremely reasonable (a fraction of the other company's quote) and they were incredibly professional, thorough and friendly. After having such a negative experience with a competitor I was leery to trust another plumbing company, but I am so glad I called DiamondBack Plumbing. I would recommend them to anyone and will certainly be calling them for all of my future plumbing needs.

We had an emergency plumbing issue with water leakage in the backyard and we needed same day service. Chris responded to my inquiry within minutes and was able to make it to my house within an hour. He did an excellent job and I truly appreciate such a quick response and outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Well, last review. The initial appointment had been delayed by the company due to other work. I was told there would be a 10% discount. Nope. Thought the price quoted was too high--same service charge. Called to complain. Spoke to one of the bosses--was told they would credit the service charge as customer service was important to them. A week went by. No credit. Called, was told the owner did not approve it and he would have them call on Monday to discuss. No call.   Would not recommend.

Unfortunately, i had a leak from a previous job they did for me. They honored they're warrantly and provided great customer service. They have a short lead time for appointments, and the person they sent was on time and worked until the job was done. Will use them again for future jobs.

We've been dedicated customers of EZ-Flow for years.  Because they're based on Mesa, sometimes it's a few days before they can get out to my area (far north Phoenix) and that's fair.  

As ProSkill is Anthem-based and my neighbors on Next Door seem to love them, we decided to give them a shot.  

Our RO unit was broken and we had two leaks in two different bathrooms.  Our appointment was easy to schedule and our technician was very polite and courteous.  

He replaced the RO unit and it's functioning wonderfully now.  He replaced the innards of two separate toilets (ostensibly to fix the leaks?).  The next day, I noticed water all over the water closet again (which is why what prompted us to call them in the first place).  Upon closer examination, there was a rusted bolt at the bottom of the toilet that was the clear reason for the clear.  We called and the technician came out the same day.  Where things went wrong is when he tried to charge us $60 to fix the issue he was supposed to have the day prior.  

If he didn't fix the issue the day prior, that tells me the toilet innards were fine and probably didn't need replacing so we paid for something that didn't need doing.  And to try to charge us again for failing to do what should have been done the first time?  

Nope.  I'm going back to EZ-Flow.

UPDATE: The owner reached out and demonstrated stellar care and concern for our poor experience.  A portion of what we paid is being refunded and the amount of goodwill shown is enough to change my rating.  I am impressed with the swift action on the part of the owner and his dedication to righting a poor situation.  Thank you Tyler!

Great service. They came the same day for an estimate and ended up fixing my valve on the spot. Took them no time at all. Much better experience then the last plumbing company I used to use. Definitely will use Elite going forward for all my plumbing needs.

Dave within a couple days and was able to rebuild our custom copper fixture that needed replaced to do a slow leak! Really nice and accommodating as well!

I had a small leaky pipe in attic and had another company come out for quote (name starts with H ends with A) and they wouldn't just fix the problem without installing all new pipes for over $1400!! Total ripoff. I called Sound Plumbing and Dylan came out a few hours later and finished the job on the same day!! He was nice and informed me of his plan: which was NOT to repipe the attic, but to FIX THE PROBLEM. It was reasonably priced and I was very happy that I made that 2nd call for another opinion.

Mont and his crew have always done a fantastic job for us and our clients. They are accurate w/their estimates, show-up to get the work done and get it done. We are never hesitant to refer 100% Plumbing!

Can I give this company six stars please? It started Monday evening around 7:00pm when I messaged the company to see if they had any next day appointments as I was having an issue with my brand new washer. The manager Danny responded very promptly and advised me to check a few things first but assured me if I still needed their assistance he could get someone out the next day to take a look. Eloy and John showed up just as they said they would. They were both very professional and thorough. It turns out it was a water supply issue and they gave me a couple different options to choose from to change out my water shutoff valves. They got the job completed in a timely manner and even stuck around to make sure my washing machine was filling properly and that I wasn't going to have anymore issues. I have high expectations and this company met them all from start to finish.

REVIEW UPDATE
My original request was to have my clean out pipe checked for blockages. In the past I've had oleander roots in the pipe. Previous plumbers had used a auger on the end of the cable to scrape out roots.
I called Rooter Ranger and they came out quickly. They ran their cable thru my clean out pipe without finding any blockages. I didn't specifically ask for a rooter with an auger, I just assumed that all rooter jobs used them. When Rooter Ranger found out that I wasn't happy about the job, they got in touch with me right away to see if they could fix things to my satisfaction.In retrospect, I think most of the problems were due to poor communication between the company and myself. I would use them again, but try to be more clear on what I wanted.

Near me plumbing and drain replaced (Two) Moen Magnetix Shower heads in our new home.  Jordon also installed a salt free water softener system. He not only built an inside loop in the garage wall but he went over and beyond. I got an inside salt free water spigot-faucet, a shutoff water valve behind tanks (Great for washing your car) and a beautiful sleeve for my tanks Inside my garage. I still have my outside spigot and water shutoff vale on the outside. I would recommend Jordan to anyone, he was professional, polite, helpful, did excellent work in a timely manner, and left the place clean. Most important the Water Taste Great!!!

I just hate hiring professionals to do a job because I just feel like I'm going to get a high bill for POOR labor ... HOWEVER, the Lawson Family Plumbing was a welcome change for me ... the plumber, Paul, listened to me and explained in detail what would need done and what didn't need to be done ... then he told me exactly what the cost would be to the penny ... Paul completed each task and I inspected his work and it was done perfectly ... Everything was done completely and thoroughly with no exceptions ... the price was more than fair (Thank You) and the work Paul did was Grade A First Class all the way, Paul was great, Thank you Sir ... To be honest the Lawson Family Plumbing is my go to plumbing company now ... their pricing is extremely fair and the quality of work is above reproach ... They treated me like, well - family and that felt good - Thank you LFP ... I'll be back for sure ... JOB WELL DONE!

I've used Option One twice now and both times the experience was great. They are great for dealing with clogged drains!
Both times the Technician who came was very professional and helpful. And they were on time, called before coming over, and we're a pleasure to deal with!

I have a service contract with Hays. I contacted their call service at 8pm Friday after my rental tenant told me his AC was blowing heat. I was told a technican would call to let me know when they could schedule service. I followed up at noon Saturday, 5pm Saturday and 4pm today and still have yet to receive a call back to provide service as of 11pm Sunday.

King plumbing gets a very good review from me.  Although I did not hire them for plumbing because I am a very good plumber myself but rather I hired them for air conditioner service.  This technical kind of job out classes my skill set and tools so I needed  some help.  So I Yelped out.  A few out other companies were not willing to service my unit (because it was a Mexican market unit I bought for cheap).  Some other companies were willing but they Didn't have any reviews yet but I wasn't willing to be the first one.  So I called King plumbing because they had very good reviews already.  What can I say the reviews don't lie.  The first company I hired last year to do the install messed up the install.  It was a simple mistake but there was a tiny leak and so the machine ran out of Freon in the winter when I need it to make heat which makes it kind of difficult to service.  King Plumbing Took care of it easily, and they came through right away and fixed it very reasonably.  Their master journey man level technician was very professional and respectful.  I was happy and proud to leave him his first tip.
