I had a plumbing issue on a Sunday afternoon.  I was afraid that I had a leak in the pipes in the slab, but Chris from Pink Plumbing was able to determine that the water was coming from the line to the ice maker of my refrigerator.  He fixed the problem and contacted a restoration company to take care of the water damage.  He even cleaned the floor under the refrigerator!  (We all know how grungy that can get after a while.)  Pink will be my plumbers from now on.

Came out to give an estimate. Plumber said he didn't have the right part and I could pay $200 to keep their supply depot open after hours or come back the next day. I opted for them to come back the next day to repair the leak. The plumber said the office would call with a total and get permission to commence repairs and collect payment. The next day came and went. It's been 6 days and I never heard from them again. Seems my issue wasn't going to make them much money so they completely ignored my business. There are plenty of other great plumbers in the valley that are grateful for your business, I'd look to them instead.

Called on Saturday during NFL wildcard weekend, after our plumbing completely backed up on us. Eric answered the phone and immediately diagnosed our problem over the phone. He scheduled us in for Monday morning and arrived promptly at the time agreed to. He fixed our issue and was very courteous to my pregnant wife who was at the home by herself. Hopefully we won't have any further issues, but if we do I will be using Hansen's again. Highly recommend.

I hired Lawson Family Plumbing to work on my home on 06/29/22 because my bathroom had a clogged drain, after they finished their initial work order, the following day both my bathrooms on the east wing began gurgling water and wouldn't flush properly,  same company but a different tech were called out and claimed that the guest bathroom shower needed to be unclogged and they performed that work at no cost, then the (3rd) day after those events, I was doing laundry and my other guest bathroom toilet on the west wing began to leak and flood water into my home, and from there work exceeded for about 2 months, including work that was not necessary and I was charged over $6k in fees. I was told that it would have costed 5k to get work done they started to do it then they told me that it would cost an extra 2k to digg in a diffrent spot. when I asked the reason why they couldnt tell me other than it needed to be done. Once I couldn't get an answer from techs I asked for more clarification from manager mike. Before Mike came to further inspect, I checked my ring activity for the day of techs work on my new pipe installation and there was 30 seconds of a black out on and no activity on the camera was recorded, including audio, and then the scene clips back to the techs filling the dirt hole and you can see the hole is filled about 90% between the 30 seconds of the ring footage. I went back and watched all videos never had that happen on my ring. I also reviewed more videos and found out they knew where to dig the whole time. I began to really question their work and looked further into the company and company reviews to find similar complaints about the plumbing technicians adding work to their homes that didn't need to be done and being charged outrageously for it or the past customer felt they were taken advantage of. But the biggest issue is that I found out they are not individually licensed plumbing techs and the Lawson Family Plumbing co is licensed as an LLC and allowed these unlicensed plumbers to work on my home and cause additional plumbing damages and fees. I tried to discuss my concerns with Mike and told him about my ring camera being compromised during the techs work, and Mike verbally admitted that the techs on site did touch and move my ring camera during the time of the pipe reinstallation, where they dug an unnecessary pit and performed unneeded work.  Doing this, they caused more damages to my abandoned pipes and cracked part of my pool deck because they were so adamant that the plumbing issue was being caused from a pipe that was placed in the middle of my back patio and pool deck (all of which are concrete so I was told they would need to drill the whole space out)  but after hiring another plumbing group for a second opinion, we learned the pipe that the Lawson Family Plumbing Techs claimed needed to be drilled out, was abandoned prior to me owning the home and that plumbing group found the issue was located in a completely different area of the house and the pipe was easily accessible and no patio drilling or anything we were quoted for from Lawson Family Plumbing was actually necessary. Spent over 3 months with lawson back and forth just to tell me it would cost 17k to fix an abandon pipe. The other company got issue done under 9k. I spoke with owner eventually and received an apology and a refund. I was told by owner he would find a pool company and help me resurface my pool deck in august and never heard back from him. I don't like writing reviews but when you have a company take advantage of you this bad I want to make sure no one has to go through similar experience.

So in summary this company:
- Takes advantage of people (women from what I see in other reviews)
- Techs are not licensed which per law anything over 1k they need to be
-Must work on commission so will take advantage to make a buck
-Do not know what they are doing  
-Wont get to the root of problem in a timely manner(probably because they arent licensed and experienced)
-Techs  Harley Talian, Nicholas Bishop were the ones to touch camera and attempt to take advantage of me.

I had the most amazing experience with these guys. Saturday morning I realized my garbage disposal had went out. Messaged them on yelp, within 2 minutes I received a response with an estimate on a full replacement, 30 minutes later a technician arrived and replaced with a new garbage disposal. He also performed a water pressure test and looked at my other plumbing to identify any other issues. I was so impressed with their speedy response and amazing service. Definitely A+ business, would recommend to any and everyone!!

Our 1.7 year water heater stopped working.  This man knew exactly what to look for, as it was the breaker.  His diagnosis procedure was fast and efficient and fixed the problem within 30 minutes.  In today's time, it's very rare to experience a phenomenal company and service, and this company was professional, affordable, on time, and did a superior job.  We **HIGHLY** recommend this company and will use then in the future going forward.  Gabriel & Greg were incredible!  Thank you SO much for restoring our hot water on a Sunday.

I wanted to thank Elite Rooter for coming out today and clearing out our drains. Keith came out within an hour and a half and checked out our pipes with the camera and found that they were extremely clogged. And then he sent Brian out with their high powered washer and cleared the out the drains in the entire house. Best of all, they got it all done in one day. They gave me a good price for doing the whole house, gave me a 5 year guarantee, and they even waved the initial fee to make things easier for us. Everything was confirmed with a camera search throughout the entire pipe system at the end of the job. I would recommend Elite Rooter to anyone who is looking to get some work done at a reasonable price . You will not regret it.

Element plumbing came out after hours and on short notice when our tankless water heater stopped working. Micheal took the required parts with him, ordered all the warranty replacement parts for us, then came back to repair everything. Incredible service, and knowledgeable people. Would recommend them to anyone

100% Plumbing has been a life saver!!!

Where do I even begin?! I've gone through 4 plumbers in the past 8 months and all were quick to take my money, but failed to do the job right or correct their mistakes.  

Thankfully I was referred to 100% Plumbing And moving forward I will only use 100% plumbing.   Soro the plumber was a rockstar! I will refer him to all my friends, family, and even strangers.  Soro and Jose did not miss a beat doing the job..  They showed up on time each day putting in all new plumbing inside and outside of my old home.  These guys are some of the hardest working men I've met.  A job that usually takes a week or more was done in 4 days and done right!!! Prompt response, scheduled to arrive at 8:00 the following morning and techs arrived on time.  We were having problems with our water heater, only to learn there had been a fire within the safety valves.  The techs showed us the damage and quoted us to remove the old unit and replace with a higher efficiency model.  Within hours of arrival the old unit was removed and hauled away and the new unit was installed along with a new line to replace the previous flex line that did not meet code requirements.  Excellent customer service, knowledge and response time.
