Wow what quality professionals. Chris answered my request in minutes after the pipes under our bathroom sink began leaking. I had to take the day off of work to get it fixed...same day.

Lou from Pink Plumbing and Sewer arrived same day, and within the first hour of their 2 hour window. Lou brought everything in he needed, and was done in probably 15-20 minutes.

What stood out however was the meticulous job Lou did. He checked several times to insure there were no leaks. I know water is a tricky animal....

This company is a rip off. The guy came out, was rude, told me they're $175 an hour and then went to his car, came back, said he called his supervisor and they charge by the job now and it's $600. Didn't explain anything and wasn't very friendly unfortunately.

Walked into garage and found a puddle in the drip pan under my water heater.  Immediately contacted Hansen Family Plumbing and Erik got me scheduled for the same day.  Technician showed up and diagnosed the issue, quoted me on a replacement water heater and had it installed the same day.  They were knowledgeable, professional, and affordable.  Would use again and recommend to family and friends!  Thanks Hansen Family Plumbing!

Tim is amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Tim was timely and capable of fixing our issue in one visit. He gave us a few options at different price points and his honest opinion on what our best course of action would be. Buying a new house is stressful. Chris is great. Super straightforward and helpful. Prior plumbers we have had out to the house have been too busy to respond quickly and tough to get out to the house. Chris answered his phone right away and came by 3 hours later. He was very knowledgeable and had the tools to assess the problem and fix it quickly. We wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

We recently moved into a new house and just had the kitchen redone so needed all plumbing hooked up again. Bumble Bee Plumbing was so quick to respond. Ricky came out to the house the next day and did a walk around with us and answered all our questions. He was very helpful! Ricky came back again the next day to get the work done. Again so quick! Highly recommend. I had an issue with my hot water tank. Lawson was able to come out quickly (next day). They called prior to coming and arrived on time. I ended not needing any significant repairs, however, I felt they were knowledgeable and honest.

Lief was extremely professional, courteous, and informative. Ran late but informed me every step of the way. Installs were seamless, leakproof, and look fantastic. Highly recommended. Friendly. Has a clogged tub, thought the usual but nothing was working. Sent for quotes from Yelp and by far best rate ever. Even came out same day. Fixed our tub and gave us some recommendations while he was here. Thank you. I will differently be calling again.

Let me preface this review by stating I am not a plumber, but am probably in the 99th percentile of homeowner's who will tackle projects themselves. I have plumbed a bathroom, replaced every faucet/sink in my house, added a garage sink, repaired my roof, installed new floors, landscaped the yard, installed an irrigation system, etc. etc. We had a clog in our main drain I discovered around midnight last night. I tried to snake it myself for about an hour, but with nothing to show for it with my 15 ft snake. Removed both toilets and tried from our washout, but couldn't get it. Enough about me.

Dave came out in less than an hour from when I first contacted him, charged an incredible price, and fixed the issue in about 45 mins. I won't mention what he was able to pull out of the drain line, but his customer service is excellent and quality of his work was outstanding. I have some scar tissue from getting gouged by plumbers in the past, and feel confident going to Dave for any and all future plumbing needs! He is a one man show, so you don't have to deal with a scheduler or multiple field folks. Save his contact info. 10/10 recommend Dave!

Fast, honest, and reliable. This is the second time we've used Sound Plumbing, and they do not disappoint. The first time was to have a sink and faucet installed in the laundry room. Everything was great there. This time, an issue with the hot water flowing lukewarmly. Brian showed up, on time, and within the hour we had hot water again. We will definitely call them anytime we need a plumber.

Not having hot water in your morning shower is not the way to start your day, finding your garage flooded doesn't make it any better. Thank goodness I found 100% Plumbing.  Mont told me how to turn the water off and Eddie & Evan (I'm horrible with names so I hope this is correct) came a couple hours later and changed our hot water tank and patiently answered all my questions!

My wife and I have finally found a fantastic plumbing company! We have had them to the house for a variety of unrelated issues 4 times  since September of 2019. Every rep we have had come is courteous, knowledgeable, explanatory, professional, and they leave the work site spotless. A veteran owned company, their prices are very fare and they are top notch in terms of quality of service. Highly recommend!!

I noticed some water damage when removing trim for a project.  Jordan was super quick and easy to confirm an appointment with and seemed very knowledgeable.

Tony is the man! Came to see our (pretty gnarly) plumbing situation, got us a very fair quote, and was back a couple days later to do the work. It was a pretty big job and Tony did a great job of keeping me informed and walking me through what he was doing, and he was friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely use them again if we need plumbing help and I would highly recommend them overall

Our 50-gallon hot water heater was on its way out with rust and leaks, so we called our home warranty company (Old Republic Home Protection) to have it replaced.  First, they called a yahoo company that tried to charge us extra to move our water softener (what???!) in order to replace the hot water heater....with whom we refused to work with...and so we asked ORHC to send a different vendor.  

They picked Option One Plumbing as our alternative.  A young tech came to our home to replace our hot water heater.  Everything went fine until I found out that our isolation shut-off valve (to shut off the main water line) was found to be broken in the process (and it wasn't before he arrived).  From what I see (attached pic), it looks like the metal was forcibly twisted off, and we had no recent incidents where we had to get anyone to shut off our water supply.  

I called ORHC to recall the original work order to have Option One send a tech to come back out to do the right thing and fix the broken valve that their tech broke.  Another tech came out and after calling the office from his truck, explained to me that he had talked to the original tech and was told that our shut-off valve was already broken when he had worked on it earlier...and left without any remediation.

I was very upset over how the issue was taken care of and spoke to ORHP to file a claim against Option One and left it at that.

Update (1/7/2021):  After leaving my one-star review, I got a call from Dennis at Option One to make this right.  He got the original tech back on the call to fix the broken valve today.  Despite the awkwardness, the tech was very polite, professional, and worked quickly to replace the whole valve (see new pic); he did reiterate that he did not break the valve, for the record.  

Overall, I give Option One 4 stars.  It would have been 5 stars if it didn't have to get ugly to get the issue completely resolved.  However, I see that the company cares deeply about its reputation and is willing to make things right...and I have respect for that.

Hays is the best. They are always on time, they keep in close touch by phone. Their techs are top notch and their work above par. As a longtime desert dweller with two AC units, I'll never go with anyone else.

Didn't use them only talked to them on yelp. Very nice, didn't string me along or ignore me. Told me upfront they didn't do what I needed and recommended me to another plumber
