They were very prompt on both the scheduling and for the service call.  Chris snaked our sewer line while we had open access and verified we had no issues with it.  Would definitely use them again for any plumbing issues.

Our water heater broke. We called Hansen Plumbing. Preston was the technician that showed up.  He showed at his scheduled time which was very refreshing. He was very informative on what the problem was and told us exactly what we needed to get our hot water back. Within 3 hours, we had a new hot water heater. Preston was very kind and helpful. I had a water pipe leak in the wall and they were able to come out the same day to replace the section of copper pipe. The person who came out was very friendly and got the job done quickly. I appreciate the quick turn around. Highly recommend them!

I tried to get an estimate on the purchase and installation of 2 Kohler toilets. I was told they would be at my house between 8 and noon. When I hadn't heard anything at noon, I left. They called about 3:30 to say they were on their way. I wasted my morning.
I'm not sure what kind of work they do because I never got that far. If you need an estimate, take the day off.

I actually found a company that responded to me, therefore I not longer need your services. I wish your follow up had been this good in the beginning. Thanks for the effort.

It does not get much better than this.  Jayson was the ultimate professional and did a great job replacing an old and worn out shower valve.  He was on time, polite, VERY competent and charged me a reasonable price.  I would absolutely use Lawson again.

In the last two years we've had ProSkill replace our HVAC system, water heater, add an electrical outlet and install a water bypass valve to isolate our irrigation drip system.  Today we had the water heater replaced by Decio.  He was on-time, honest and did a great job.

They come to your home all nice and caring saying they'll patch a pvc pipe that's leaking for $400.  Sounds fantastic, right? 10minutes later it escalated to $800 because it's behind something. 1 hour of doing nothing and it's $1800 because the spoiled brat doesn't want to get his hands dirty and has to cut into the home instead if reaching around. I'll make sure I inform all my neighbors, church, work, and community about this garbage company.

Dave is timely, efficient and skilled and responsive to text messages and very timely. He communicated when he would be arriving and to explained everything that needs to be done and very fair pricing the repairs were done. We highly recommend Somers plumbing and will be using them for future needs!

No comment on the quality of their service, but I asked for a quote on a toilet repair three days ago.  Still no response and no longer interested

Lawson Family Plumbing is an awesome company - and in particular, Jason.

We cannot say enough about Jason's skill and integrity, he is truly a master at his craft.

We had them come out to clear a drainage problem we had in both our bathrooms. Because our home is almost 60 years old, it has no clean-outs, and none were ever installed. Therefore, Jason had to run his auger down the vent from the rooftop.

With the help of a drain-camera, Jason found that many pieces of PVC pipe had been cut off (at some time before we bought the house), and carelessly/wrecklessly/maliciously dropped down the rooftop sewer vent. We had no idea that PVC was sitting at the bottom of our drain line. With Jason's masterful insight, wizardry and tenacity he made it possible to fish-out the offending PVC. One piece of PVC was around 8' long and another was 2' long. For the life of me I do not understand why 'anyone' would throw PVC pipe down their rooftop-sewer-vent, but some simpleton did.

Anyway, long story short....
We will unhesitatingly refer anyone who asks us, Hire Lawson Family Plumbing and have your plumbing problems resolved now!

STAY AWAY!!!  Had an appointment for 12-2pm today and they called at 1:55pm to say they would be 1hr & 30mins late.  At 5:40pm (2hrs & 10mins after the new time they quoted) we called them back and told them about the situation.  They lady on the phone was extremely rude and did not offer any assistance in the matter.

Called these folks because other companies proposals were all over the board in price. We were in an emergency situation no ac on 100 degree day. Their response was that they would come look at it to make a proposal for a FEE of 98 dollars. Never use these thieves!!

I had a toilet leakage in my rental property. The staff was very responsive, and the fix has been done quick with a reasonable price.
