Highly OPINIONATED, Extremely DIFFICULT, know-it-all.  

Chris the owner came to my house to respond to a backed up drain and identified a broken sewer pipe in the center of my house.  This required a large claim with my home owners insurance which started a process where I needed to have the plumbing repaired as well as the rest of my house reconditioned.  

I engaged a General Contractor to manage the entire process and Chris was nothing but completely self-absorbed and extremely difficult.  

He bad mouthed everyone, immediately became the expert on everything and wanted to steer me to his restoration company by telling me the Contractor I have known and trusted on many other projects was ripping me off!  It was exhausting to ALL involved. I finally kicked him off the job before he even started to work!  He clearly was not interested in the big picture and could not see a benefit to anyone but himself.

This company is a complete HACK. I called for a leak in the wall. They sent out a guy who Smelled VERY strong of alcohol. As he tried to put his words together he openly admitted to me that the company only offers Patch Repairs. He said they come out and put a patch to hold you over until the problem needs a permanent fix which is not what I wanted behind my walls. They only use Shark Bite fittings. My dad is a plumbe t and told me these fittings are known to FAIL ,Causing you more repairs and more $$.  Go with someone else, this company doesn't have good intentions behind their work.

This is a two-part review: one for AC Tune up and one for Plumbing

I'd like to start by sharing there was an issue when setting my first appointment, but I immediately received a call to fix it. That tells me a lot about the integrity of a company.

I requested an AC Tune up service and was absolutely impressed by the technician, John. He was very thorough, provided lots of good information about our existing unit, cleaned our unit, and made solid recommendations. No repairs were needed.

Also, received a quote to replace our existing polybutylene pipes. The gentleman took his time going through our home, inspected the work areas, we asked for some things to be added such as a wash basin in the garage and a hose bib to the exterior. He was very easy to work with.

Overall, very impressed.

Tim is amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Tim was timely and capable of fixing our issue in one visit. He gave us a few options at different price points and his honest opinion on what our best course of action would be. Buying a new house is stressful. Have a few things break all at once is super stressful. Tim's upbeat attitude and sense of humor lightened the mood and left us happy customers. Would definitely use again and recommend. We found out during the inspection on our new home that it had polybutylene pipes. After reading about it and talking to a number of plumbers we decided that repiping would be a major repair but one worth doing. Well as it turned out, our house was a nightmare to repipe and what is usually a 2 day job for one plumber turned into a 4-5 day job for a whole team of plumbers. It was super stressful!! While a different company was who we primarily worked with (I was super pleased with them as well), Flush King worked with them to get the job done in a timely manner for me. It was neat to see two separate plumbing companies work together to help one customer. I was also very impressed with the team Flush King sent over. They showed up as soon as they were needed and worked hard the entire time. Thanks for your help guys!

Outstanding and professional service. 2nd time I've used them. Their employees and repair people are all courteous and professional, from the person who answers the phone to the follow up calls.

They are substantially less expensive than other plumbing companies. They showed up on time, charged me exactly what they said they would on the phone, and the repairman actually did more work than the original estimate.

I recently had them install a water heater I purchased from them. On top of the fact it's a much higher quality heater than those sold in box stores, and that it cost the same, Lawson provides a 6 year warranty with 2 years in - home service - perhaps 3. The manufacturer only provides a 2 year warranty, and 1 year in-home service.

Don't call anyone else! These people want to make sure their customers are happy and keep coming back. They've got a permanent customer in me and, no, I was not paid to review them!

ProSkill came out yesterday, just for routine maintenance on our AC/Heater.  I can't say enough good things about this company.  Technician, Gaquar Moore, was right on time, sent text to let us know he was on his way, his picture was included so we would know him when he arrived.  He was friendly and courteous.  Even slipped on booties over his shoes to keep our floors clean.

We relocated to Phoenix & decided to update our Biltmore patio home. Unfortunately, we encountered every hiccup on a remodel you can imagine including new sewer lines. Elite Rooter came out & installed new sewer pipe with a high tech devise of threading the new pipe w/out having to jackhammer the entire interior floor. Frank & Soros were meticulous & thorough doing what needed to be done. They went above & beyond to make the experience as pleasant ( which is a feat in itself) & effective as possible as quickly as possible. They spent extra time & hours to determine where the issue was to repair & pass inspection even though it was the inferior plumbing work previously done.

I strongly recommend Elite Rooter & their staff to repair your plumbing issues & in a timely manner with as little disruption as possible.

We needed a new faucet and under-mount sink installed. Somers Plumbers was the only reply that would at least look at installing an under-mount sink and after inspection gave us a very competitive quote. Dave came out the next day and installed the sink and faucet in no time and everything has been working great.

We will definitely use Somers Plumbers again for any of our plumbing needs.

Highly recommend, not only are the prices very reasonable they do great work and care about relationships. I rarely feel compelled to write reviews but they've earned it.

I have called them twice. Both times my wife has WFH so someone could be there for them. She raved about how nice and respectful they were. I appreciated that they were willing to give reasonable quotes via yelp when others provided a range that started at twice what Element bid. They were prompt, courteous and even took care of a mouse in a trap in our crawl space. The second time they came out for a leak in the  kitchen sink. The day before they arrived I found a leak in the water pipe for the ice maker, they were able to handle both jobs quickly and came in under bid.

I love the fact that I can simply email Element with my plumbing issues and feel confident they will provide quality, prompt service.  

Don't call anyone else. Just book Element Plumbing.

I had a gas leak in my outdoor grill. I called them this morning and they scheduled someone to come out the same afternoon to look at it. Gave me a quote when they arrived on site and got the repair done the same day. Brian was very professional and courteous and did a great job with the new gas pipe.

First class service and prices, I'd definitely recommend using this company for future work for us and anyone looking for plumbing services

5 star rating is not enough! After replacing the fill and flush valve in my toilet myself, (I think I'm Miss DIY) water was spraying from the supply line and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Jordan came out and found that it was missing a gasket that was stuck in the old part. He took it out and screwed the water line in, made sure that the toilet was flushing the way it should. I was surprised that it was such an easy fix and felt like an idiot. Another company told me I might have to replace the entire water supply line, but what surprised me even more, was that Jordan refused to charge me saying, I didn't do anything, even after removing a hose that was stuck in my backyard and checking my shower head. I was floored and asked him multiple times to charge me for his time, and gas but he refused. Such an amazing experience.  Most companies would have never taken a simple job like mine or would have charged a service call. I will be calling again and referring him to everyone I know. It is so hard to find honest, reliable, kind people. Thank you so much Jordan, you are amazing!

About five days ago, I looked down and realized that a small amount of water kept pooling underneath the edge of my vanity. I thought that I had just washed my face too much, and that the water on the floor had simply dripped off of my arm and elbow when I stood up to dry my face off. Turns out that our floating vanity had a leak at the very back of it, and the water was running underneath the drawers to the front and then down onto the ground. My husband called Lawson Plumbing, as they had previously helped us with a situation involving our water heater. We were very impressed with their services then. And we were just as impressed with their services this time.

On this appointment, Cody showed up toward the beginning of the window of time for our appointment. After thoroughly checking out the situation on the sink, he informed me that he could repair it and not replace it, which would save us money. He gave us an estimate on the repair and promptly started working. He realized about halfway through that he did not have the part to fix the situation, so he left to grab one and returned quickly. When he was finished repairing the problem, he advised me he had been wrong about the estimate he gave to me. Without me even asking, he adjusted the price down so that it was closer to the original estimate. He was polite, thorough, and honest. Cody did a great job.

These guys know what they're doing! Always able to solve my problems & they're prompt & clean up after themselves.  Sammy & Robert are great!  They send a text b4 they come.  I've used them a bunch.

I hope everyone sees this review.  I just moved to Arizona from Georgia, not knowing anyone.  The AC unit on the condo I purchased died a few weeks after I arrived.  I wasn't in a position to purchase a new unit, but with 106 degree temps I had to figure something out.  Not knowing who to call, I simply responded to an add on the radio and hoped for the best.  Hays immediately came out and did the best they could to keep my current unit running to help me have a little time to figure out what to do, then once it would no longer run they connected me with Jack Zwiers.  He immediately came to the rescue, did I mention it was July 4th, when every other company refused to work?  He was knowledgeable, professional, and was able to answer all of my questions.  Hays offers great financing and made it where I could get my new unit installed immediately. Their prices are competitive and the service you receive is outstanding.  My home has been wonderfully cool and just when I thought everything was done I receive a call from Hays scheduling a quality check. Even though everything is running good, they still come out afterwards and make certain everything is running properly.  I'm definitely one that believes if it's too good to be true, it probably isn't, but please believe me when I tell you Hays Cooling is legit.  I'm already recommending coworkers at my new job to them.

I can't say enough about the customer service from King Plumbing & AC.  Just as luck would have it the AC in my home stopped cooling on a weekend in July, it was just running constantly.  I posted a message on Yelp that following Monday morning. King Plumbing was THE ONLY company who could come out that morning.  Luis and James arrived right on time. Both were very polite, professional and honest. They noticed the unit was low on coolant, recharged it and cool air had returned.  Next step was to reach out to Old Republic, the home warranty company, to get the AC repaired or replaced.  They sent out some shotty company who charged me 75.00 just to tell me nothing was wrong, didn't even check anything except to tell me the unit had plenty of coolant. No duh  since King had just been out a day prior.  This company then closed out the service ticket with no problem found. I called Old Republic back and stated there was a reason why the unit was so low on coolant and insisted either they repair or replace the unit.  Since King Plumbing & AC is also a contractor for Old Republic, I demanded that they open a new ticket to King.  Luis and James came out again, went up in the attic and found multiple leaks in the coil. Luis worked with the manufacturer to locate a replacement part which was so nice of him. A part was found and the insurance company approved the repair with no cost to me.  Luis and James came back out once the part arrived, replaced it and now the AC works great.  I even signed up for the maintenance plan offered by King so now twice a year the unit can be inspected so no more summer without AC.  There are so many AC companies in Maricopa County but if you are looking for a company with honesty, integrity, that goes above and beyond, by all means, look no further than King Plumbing & AC.
