I had a slab leak at the house and called out two companies. One was a popular, well know company in Phoenix and the other Diamondback Plumbing. The popular company came out and provided a quote and scoped the line. Next in was Diamondback and their proposal was three time less. Literally THOUSANDS of dollars less!!!
Please call Diamondback first and don't look back. High quality at a fair price.

I called and got same day service. They came out and repaired my toilet I called about and also looked and did a quick fix on another toilet I had for no charge. Lenny was our guy and he was funny and cleaned everything up better than when he got there. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend to my family and friends! Thanks Eric and Lenny for all your help!

If you don't hire Lawson Family Plumbing you are making a huge mistake they are fantastic! The woman I spoke to in office on Friday around noon was a delight and very informative. We were fortunate that they had a same day opening! The Plumber came out at 2:30 the same day.

The plumber who had 2 ideas of our issue. He however couldn't access where he believed the problem was coming from. water was appearing in out spare bedroom behind where our master bathroom shower is located. So he recommended Bingham Restoration; to come out and gain access.

They had guys in the area and were at my house within an hour! They gained accessed to the problem area quickly and then cut away the damaged area, cleaned everything up well and left dryers and de-humidifiers for the weekend. Then helped me file my insurance claim the same day!

Nick from Lawson came back out on Monday and saw where the problem was and unfortunately had to have our entire custom cultured marble shower taken out to access the leaking pipe.  

So the next day Bingham was out to remove the shower and the next day Nick was back to fix the pipe. Bingham suggested a general contractor to restore the drywall, carpet, baseboard and wall texturing and paint to the spare bedroom and then replace the shower.

This has been a super smooth process and I am very impressed will refer Lawson and Bingham to everyone. I cannot recall the name of the Contractor. I am meeting with them today to choose my new marble and carpet!

We have used Bumble Bee Plumbing several times and have been very pleased with their service each time. This last time Ken came to re-install our kitchen faucets after we had new countertops installed. He arrived promptly, took care of the faucets, and also noticed a problem with our dishwasher. We've had this dishwasher for about 2 years and thought the bottom rack falling down onto the door when it was pulled out was just the was this dishwasher worked, since it had been that way from the beginning. We didn't even call it to Ken's attention. But he noticed it and fixed it. Great service above and beyond!

I was impressed with their fast, same day service. There price was reasonable,  overall excellent service. Need a plumber,  than this is the company to call!

Joseph Marcus was our technician for our water softener filters and Joseph not only did a thorough job, but actually came back a few days later to fix a problem that was not related to what he performed. I had a question about a possible future problem and he came that same day and did what needed to be done!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.  They ripped up my house for a pipe that could have been fixed.  Insurance company requested statements with breakdowns which they refused to provide.  They put a fake lien on our home.  Was told EVERYONE gets one.  Once they got paid, never apologized or took responsibility for the harrassessment I endured by them.  Keith tells people he is the owner, he is not.  Company is a joke!!!!!

Amazing customer service from Somers Plumbers.  I used them for new plumbing installations and I highly recommend them. Very thankful to have found them through the Yelp bid request.

Found Ascend on Yelp. First plumber couldn't find the leak and couldn't co.e back for 4 days. My husband cut open the wall. Second didn't have the parts to fix it but helped stop it. Again 4 day wait for next visit. All were great, but Mom just didn't want to wait.

Ascend was our third plumber and was a charm. Michael is very experienced, knowledgeable and professional.. He was  able to make it out the next morning where no one else could come until Tuesday. Best of all he had all the parts! He was on time and my mom really appreciated him.  He rebuilt my mom's leaking shower cartridge and valves. Adjusted the shower handle and caulked everything  If you ask me he went above and beyond. This is why I need Yelp!

Anyways..  Brian was great.  Found my water heater leaking and he came out the next morning.  Just quick and easy for me..

Mont and his team were amazing. They came out on the same day to give us a quote for a huge job and fit us in two days later because we were in a time crunch. He gave us a fair price and worked all day to finish the job in one day. I messaged him on a Sunday evening about a potential follow-up problem, and not only did he respond, but he sent someone the next day to have it fixed. 100% plumbing will definitely be our go-to plumbers from now on.

Allegiance Water Services did install my faucet yesterday (May 27th). They did a nice job and seemed very sincere in wanting to address my complaint. They also provided some educational on my plumbing system.  I would recommend them now.

So happy with these guys.  Raul was very nice, respectful.  They were here within the hour of my calling.  Other companies wanted me to wait for an unknown amount of time and one wanted me to wait until tomorrow even with me telling them I have no water until the problem was fixed. Price was right on point with other quotes I received.
I will definitely use them again!

Lawson Family Plumbing came to our home to replace our hot water heater and install a Grundfos recirculating unit. Kevin was fast, courteous, and professional.  We have used Lawson Family Plumbing in the past and have always had a good experience.

I live in a 55+ community and am widowed. Technician Eddie did a good job, but when he brought out Tim, with the camera, to scope my backup issue, Tim tried to BULLY me into having them put a clean out line in for $4,000.00.  He said no clean out line, no service.  I was fortunate that the property management company came up at the same time with another plumber who resolved my issue. When Tim realized he could no longer bully me, he stormed off and drove away when the other plumber called him on his

We had a service appointment for 5-7pm last Friday June 6th.  (our upstairs AC vents were not blowing properly in our multi zone house).

A lady from the office called us around 6pm to say that our service person was running a bit late as he had to pick up some parts.
**After that phone call...nothing.  
**No service person, no other phone call to let us know what happened.  It's tough being stood up :)

We called the on call number the next day (Saturday) to ask what happened and to get a message to the company.  The on call person was very nice and apologetic and promised to get the message passed on right away.
**Again...no phone call, no communication.  We received no call back.
**We awaited a call from the office on Monday.  
**Again....nothing, no communication from Hay's.

So, yet again, we called.  They didn't apologize nor acknowledge the missed appointment, but they did schedule a service person (who showed up!).

Michael was very polite and courteous.  And- BONUS- he put booties on over his shoes while he was in our house (love that).  
**He said our AC unit was way undersized (it was 4 tons, and we absolutely needed 5 tons) for our house.   This is not the case at all and would not logically explain our issue.  This would not explain why only one zone was not cooling. The other two zones cooled like champs!

This technician then said a comfort specialist would be in touch with us with to discuss remedies.

Out of the blue, another person from Haye's called us, saying he'd read the notes and he wanted to send out someone who specialized in multi zone systems.  The notes did not seem correct to him.
**Why was this not done in the first place?  Our notes from our initial call were very clear that we had a 3 zone house.
**Had this person not happened to read our notes, this would've gone undetected and we'd have gone down a road of repairs that would perhaps not fix our issue.

The zone specialist -Mike-came out today.   He was phenomenal.  (kind and courteous as was the prior technician)
As we initially expected, the problem is with the damper not closing / opening properly.
He was great and we already have the quote and are awaiting scheduling.

Overall, we are disappointed in this experience.  We understand things happen and appointments cannot be kept.  But, this must be communicated.
At the very least, please acknowledge the inconvenience and the issue.  We waited 3 + hours on a Friday night.

Secondly, I'd expect our notes to be read thoroughly and a qualified, multi zone technician be sent out.

There were zero missed calls from Hay's to us.  I have the call logs.
Last communication from Hay's to us was Friday evening around 6pm or so- as i mentioned letting us know the driver had to make a stop for items.
There is no way 6 calls were missed, as they stated.  It's absurd.  
Additionally, why was there no follow up after we phoned the on call service on Saturday?
The fact that we had to keep chasing you down- making yet another call on Monday to find out what's going on is unacceptable.
A no show is acceptable as long as there is sufficient communication.
Please don't state 6 calls were made to us that were unanswered as that's demonstrably false.
Let's pretend that IS true.  Why were there no voice messages left?

Randy and Marc showed up on time and were friendly, helpful, and very professional. They found simple solutions that 2 other plumbers hadn't found and wanted to charge us a ton of money to fix. One was the recirculating pump, which wasn't working. These guys figured that it wasn't plugged in! (It still needed work, but....) We also had no cold water in the master shower. A previous plumber told us it was a cartridge that was hard to get to, and would cost $1000. Randy handed me a rubber piece and said someone put this rubber piece on backyards and it blocked your cold water intake. I'm 63 years old. This was the best plumbing experience I've ever had!
