This company is a rip off. The guy came out, was rude, told me they're $175 an hour and then went to his car, came back, said he called his supervisor and they charge by the job now and it's $600. Didn't explain anything and wasn't very friendly unfortunately.

I only hung up on you when you called me SCREAMING at me for leaving you a negative review. Three times. And then I blocked you. And virtually none of what you wrote is in fact true. But nice try. You should consider a career in fictional writing. You're way better at it than you are at plumbing or customer service. Funny...a real plumbing company showed up and hour later and fixed the clog in 20 minutes and charged me $47. You quoted almost $300!!! And they warranted the work for 30 days like all reputable companies do.

Great service! Got an appointment quickly. Our Technician Richard was AMAZING. He did an excellent job and was extremely friendly and professional. He showed us the issues and what to look for on other older items in our home to ensure they are running properly. He walked us through every step and ensured we were on board with what work he was to do at the expected cost. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Great service! We've used them for a few different plumbing repairs. They'll soon be replacing our water softener for us next!

Pro Skill- Scott- came to home and did a lengthy review of our HVAC system and needs.   He came up with a plan and explained it, and then followed up with a quote for the work that was more detailed than any other bid I received.  I was given options as to SEER and quality ratings i wanted in selection of the units.    We decided to replace 2 electric cooling units and 2 gas furnace heating units.
The crew came to the house on time, were pleasant, task oriented and answered all our questions with patience.  They cleaned up the work site well.   2 weeks after the job, the quality control person -Keith- came out and spent almost 2 hours going over all the work that was done, adjusted one blower speed, and again, answered all our questions.   For a final wrap-up, Scott came out again, delivered paperwork that had been requested and the completed rebate forms for the energy savings allowed.   Im happy with the work, the price was competitive, and their concern about doing it right was evident.

We just moved to the area from out of state and I called around to several local plumbing companies that got top marks here on Yelp and Google for a quote to fix our toilet that wouldn't stop running. Element Plumbing was by far the best to work with in terms of professionalism, expertise, price, and friendliness. Greatly appreciate Michael's communication, care, flexibility (when we changed last minute from swapping out an entire toilet to just fixing the current one) and expertise. Highly recommend and will definitely call again if we're in need of a plumber --- tho fingers crossed not anytime soon! ;)

Had water dripping through my kitchen ceiling yesterday from the upstairs bathroom.  I didn't want to wait a few days for the home warranty people to come out.  I found their info on NextDoor and called them right away. They had a technician out within 2 hours.  He explained what he was going to do and was up front about the cost of diagnosis.  He determined it was a faulty seal on a recently installed upstairs toilet.  He fixed the problem.  Everyone was professional.  I think the repair and reseat of the toilet cost was fair given it was an emergency call.  I asked him if he should check my other upstairs toilet that was recently installed and he took a look and told me he didn't believe there was an issue with that toilet and he didn't want me to have to pay for him to pull the toilet and then reseat it if there was nothing wrong.  I would use them again for sure.  No negatives.

We can't recommend this company highly enough. They respond quickly. They're knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and trustworthy (that's a big deal). Their prices are totally reasonable and they're upfront and honest about how much things will cost. They've been to our house a few times and, although we don't look forward to future plumbing problems, when we have them Allegiance will be THE company we call. Thank you Justin and Michael. We had a clogged drain happen in our kitchen on Friday night. We made the dreaded weekend service call and were so very pleased with Rooter Ranger and Mario! Mario was dispatched to our home and was so kind and courteous. He was professional and clean- wore his mask the entire time.

Mario was very sweet with our curious kiddos too. COVID has them starving for social interaction and he sweetly asked them about our dog. Just so kind.

They were quick to respond with out needs for a water softener. I appreciated the details the tech representative had with the materials and he knew his stuff. I asked questions and husband too that made us comfortable to do business with him. I asked him why them and not their competitors and provided a solid statement and his reason why he works for them. I paid a little more more than another company but also felt confident that they work as a team and are happy there to stand by their words. Thanks for your pride in the work you do!

I had an issue with my water softener, an older unit that is no longer made. A few service providers I contacted told me straight away to just replace the water softener. Kenneth, from Lawson Family Plumbing, provided a no-cost inspection of the unit and he said that I can get the unit repaired if I was able to get some replacement parts.

I was able to get parts from another service provider and Kenneth repaired the water softener on the next day.

I totally recommend Lawson for their integrity, no sales pressure, and professionalism.

Robert came out today and did such a great job. I have used Option one for almost 10 years and I will continue to. You can always reach them! They come right away even late on a Saturday. They are prompt, professional, easy to work with and always come through. I highly recommend them for any job big or small.
