Our water heater went out on Wednesday night. They were able to come out early Friday and take replace it with ease. It was done quickly and the customer service from Lou was amazing. Times are so hectic right now so knowing they were still able to come out and fix it was reassuring. We will deff be using them again for any future issues. Thank you Guys!

Excellent company. I've always used for minor things but they really stepped up with a major slab leak. My home warranty company keeps using other companies that leave a lot to be desired. After dealing with another company that took 2 weeks to even think if repairing a slab leak causing water on my foundation, these guys were out in 2 days (cause I had to work my schedule to be home not because they delayed scheduling). They did a major re routing of my plumbing that other company couldn't even plan for. Way to go diamondback plumbing. Definitely will be on my favorites list.

I reached out to Hansen Family Plumbing by email for help with a leaking outdoor hose bib.  Received a response within 24-hours and Dan was onsite the next day.  The job was more than just a leaking valve and Dan saved me the time/frustration of doing myself.  Happy with the result; fair price for quality work.  Definitely reaching out to Hansen for next plumbing needs.

Amazing service. Jason came and helped us on a couple small plumbing issues we had at our house. Not only did he give us expert advice but saved us a bunch of money, when he could of easily charged us for more money. We quoted several other companies and no one came close to the quality and service we got.

Our water heater failed.  I called Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers at 7:15AM on a Sunday morning and got an immediate answer.  Larry arrived at 9:00AM and got us back up and running with a new unit.  He was very courteous and professional.

The cost of our job was 1550$ out-the-door.  I did not receive an itemized receipt ( which would have been nice but does not seem to be the norm with any plumbing company that we have ever worked with ).  The new water heater that was installed retails for about 700$.  A drain pan and some short additional pipes were also installed to ensure that if it happens again, it does not leak into our drywall.  The additional parts probably retail for about 50$.  Assuming 200$ for basic trip charge, disposal fees, and taxes leaves approximately 600$ for labor costs divided by the 4 hours would be in the neighborhood of 150$ per hour.

Overall, very happy with the service provided with short notice on a Sunday morning.

Ken and Jesus have been a dream come true. Have specifically asked for Ken on my guest bathroom shower/bath remodel and recently master bath remodel with more work needed as my project has progressed. We've hired these guys for 3 different jobs over the last 2 years. They are always professional and have the best customer service of anyone we've encountered. They've installed a water softener, hot water heater and replaced our main water line to our house. These guys are the best... very responsive, communicative and respectful. We will always call them first!

Elite Rooter came out when our shower had a leak. They found the issue and fixed everything. Great service.

Dave did a great job of replacing our old, cracked, leaking disposer. He tested the new system a number of times and discovered a leak, which he repaired. He kept testing and looking to make sure that everything was in perfect condition before he left, even carefully removing overflow putty that I couldn't see until he cleaned it out. I was so pleased with his excellent work and friendly manner, explaining what he was doing at each step. If we have any future plumbing needs, I will gladly call Somers Plumbing to take care of us. The work was done correctly, in a timely manner, and at a fair price. All interactions with Michael were courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Element Plumbing and would use them again for my plumbing needs.

They gave me a quote to replace my hot water heater, it was a $1000 less than another company I had out earlier.  Eden was really awesome and was able to install in the same day I initially called.

Our main line backed up into our kitchen sink at 5:15am (ughhh the smell!!), contacted Rooter Ranger Plumbing at around 6:30am, they got back to me within a short timeframe and set-up for a technician to come out, Gabe, who arrived around 10am.  Upon inspecting the issue and clearing the sink he brought in Mike to run a camera and see exactly what was preventing the snake from moving forward.  35+ years of gunk and never cleaned before mains that run out about 120 feet from the house to the city line, is what was causing the problem.

They let us know our options, we went with the hydro jet option, expensive but Alfredo did a wonderful job in clearing the lines, by 9pm the problem was solved for good.

Mike came back out to video the lines, a world of difference in the two videos letting us know we got our money's worth when all the lines were cleared, except for a portion running from the end of our line to the city line where there was a lip.  Alfredo came back out the next day and cleared that part out also.  Definitely will be using these guys again, thanks so much!

I cannot recommend Jordan enough. He is timely/professional/ and most importantly keeps his word. He fixed some loose handles in my guest shower and warranted his work. Unfortunately there was a faulty washer that allowed the shower to drip. Jordan was back out immediately to fix this issue along with a leak in my other shower and honored his warranty. He is great and I will continue to use him as my plumber for as long as I am in Arizona. He is a plumber you can trust!

We used Option One Plumbing last year when we had to have all under-slab sewer pipes replaced at my mom's house. They worked every day for a week  (weekend and Thanksgiving included) to get the pipe replaced. That job was strictly the underground job. On New Year's day found my mom's bathroom sink not draining. I called Option One again. The first tech not able to snake. It did require more work but they got the job done and everything back in order as quickly as possible.

Chas was Great...Water heater finally gave in; he was professional quickly assessed what needed to get done and very patient with all my questions.

Service was very good. They let me know Chino was running late and he arrived promptly at the new time. He was friendly and respectful and did a nice neat job installing a new shower faucet valve.
