Lou Hernandez came by our house a day earlier than scheduled, because he knew our water heater was not working. He got it back up and running and told us what regular maintenance would be needed. Great service and great result.

Called Diamondback plumbing on Sunday at about 10am. Matt said he will be over in an hour, he was at my house with in 35 minutes by 11:10 am he had finished and was gone. He was great, professional and answered all our questions. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

We were having trouble connecting a water supply line to our toilet, so we called Lawson Family Plumbing.  They came over less than 2 hours after I called.  It turned out the cone joint had been pushed up into the tank connector, which was causing water to spray out of the connection when we turned it back on.  They were able to remove the joint, put it back where it was supposed to be, and everything worked perfectly.

Because this was basically a my computer isn't working/have you checked if it's plugged in? situation they were nice enough to not charge us for the trip.  We will absolutely call them for any and all plumbing needs in the future.

We had a great experience with the Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers team. They were a bit on the pricer side but overall did a great job and solved all of the plumbing issues we had. I'd highly recommend Rich, Chris, and team.

Great people & great service! Very quick-next day service! Sharaya scheduler, Deedee dispatcher, and Mike P plumber fixed up my gas water heater lines to code and adjusted the stove/range gas lines. He also installed 3 new water valves for fridge & clothes washer to replace the old broken valves. Outstanding expertise and a very friendly attitude by every single employee. Ok. Had to call them again for a random & slow refilling toilet. Again Sharaya (sp?) scheduled it the next day and Craig kept me informed of the dispatch/arrival time per my schedule availability. David & Victor came out & got the job done in less than an hour. These guys are amazing. So friendly and informative. Forgot to mention how fast they responded=super quick to my initial online Angi request for help. I'm a big believer in this Bumble Bee Co. Thanks so much again!

Jason K. stopped by today to look at the plumbing in my house.  We recently had a leak in the ceiling and needed to know if repiping was necessary.

Jason called 15 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on the way.  He arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time. He was clean, professional, and extremely knowledgable.  I also appreciated that he put on shoe covers before entering the house.

After showing him the fitting and the piping in the house, he clearly explained what I have, what it would cost to replace, and did not recommend replacing the piping at this time.

Pro Skill- Scott- came to home and did a lengthy review of our HVAC system and needs.   He came up with a plan and explained it, and then followed up with a quote for the work that was more detailed than any other bid I received.  I was given options as to SEER and quality ratings i wanted in selection of the units.    We decided to replace 2 electric cooling units and 2 gas furnace heating units.
The crew came to the house on time, were pleasant, task oriented and answered all our questions with patience.  They cleaned up the work site well.   2 weeks after the job, the quality control person -Keith- came out and spent almost 2 hours going over all the work that was done, adjusted one blower speed, and again, answered all our questions.   For a final wrap-up, Scott came out again, delivered paperwork that had been requested and the completed rebate forms for the energy savings allowed.   Im happy with the work, the price was competitive, and their concern about doing it right was evident.

Isaac was a saint and our bathtub drain was fixed in under 20 minutes. 10/10 would call again. Extremely efficient and easy to work with!! Go with them!

Dave is timely, efficient and skilled and responsive to text messages and very timely. He communicated when he would be arriving and to explained everything that needs to be done and very fair pricing the repairs were done. We highly recommend Somers plumbing and will be using them for future needs!

We just moved to the area from out of state and I called around to several local plumbing companies that got top marks here on Yelp and Google for a quote to fix our toilet that wouldn't stop running. Element Plumbing was by far the best to work with in terms of professionalism, expertise, price, and friendliness. Greatly appreciate Michael's communication, care, flexibility (when we changed last minute from swapping out an entire toilet to just fixing the current one) and expertise. Highly recommend and will definitely call again if we're in need of a plumber --- tho fingers crossed not anytime soon! ;)

Brian was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. He patiently answered all of my questions before I hired him. When all my questions were answered he offered to get the job done that same day! The job was well done and I couldn't be happier with Sound Plumbing.

Eddie was great!  He took the time and care to install a tankless water heater in our home today.  Everything was done to perfection.  This is not the first time we have used 100% Plumbing and they never disappoint from the scheduling process to the tech arriving and completing the job.  It's good to be 100% satisfied.

Excellent work on both jobs. I had an irrigation problem fixed plus a new main shut off valve needed replacement.  Jeff explained everything that needed to be done and came in at a very fair price for the parts and labor. He also told me about future problems I may have coming, and gave me an estimate for those jobs also. I believe he went above and beyond the service I would have received from somewhere else. He's also a very nice guy and easy to talk to.  I will be calling Allegiance for any  plumbing work from now on.

Very good experience. Called to schedule a routine line cleaning. Jordan (owner) answered and advised a technician would be at my house within 90 minutes.

Danny (technician) called shortly after to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. He was very professional and polite. He gave me advice on future services, etc.

We have used them several times in the last few months and each time a different tech came out. There were all professional, prompt, efficient and nice. The receptionists are professional and nice too! The quote let us know how much the job was going to cost before they started.

Tony, the last tech that came out told me everything he was doing step-by-step.. He did a neat job and was methodical about his work and I can say that about the other techs as well. Unfortunately I don't remember their names.

MY ONLY CONCERN is Lawson Family Plumbing will grow too big and they'll lose that personal touch of customer service. If that happens, I will have to find another plumbing company.

Ask for Robert G., the Field Manager.  Polite and informative.  He did what  he said he was going to and gave us options to work with to resolve our blockage in the sewer line.  We will be using OptionOne again!

Our A/C unit started squealing last night.  After reading a few reviews last night I called Hays.  Even though they don't open until 7:00 AM, I called at 6:45 hoping someone could help ASAP; especially since they temp had climbed from 76 to 84.  They answered & were very courteous  .  They took my info and had a scheduler call me back.  They were able to fit me in for a 5-7 PM time slot which was better than any of the other companies I checked that were at least 2-3 days out.  I was pleasantly surprised when they called back at 2:20 & said they could have someone here in 45 min.  Jerry S. came right away; found the problem & replaced the capacitor. While I was on the phone with my husband explaining the problem and the cost Jerry also checked our other unit & for that capacitor was about to go out as well.  If our units weren't 13 years old we would have signed up for the warranty program; however, it just didn't make sense for us since we'll have to replace the systems soon and any other parts will be much more expensive.  Rather than me trying to explain the costs or components Jerry spoke directly to my husband making everything clear.  He even e-mail my husband the estimate for the parts and trip charge for today and the estimate if we were to sign up for the warranty program.  Jerry was very honest and professional; he definitely went above and beyond and we truly appreciate his service.  I will be sure to recommend Hays Cooling & Heating to everyone we know in need of help with HVAC.  For the 1st point of contact to the end Hays was professional, polite, honest and all at a very reasonable price.

This isn't about their work . I posted that review months ago .This is regarding their honesty, i e Zack. I was called the other day , which is always annoying since I'm busy . I assumed it was a solicitation.  Instead he informed me of an overcharge from their last visit . I would not have caught this until 04/21 at the earliest . I am always impressed when someone is honest . Yes, it should go without saying but I have learned from experience it does not .
