I have used Diamondback Plumbing on 2 occasions - once for a tub/shower diverter issue and once for an outside plumbing leak.  On both visits, the plumbers explained the problem and how they intended to fix it - and they did!  The charges were reasonable and all of the staff have been extremely nice to work with.  Thanks Diamondback!

Our technician, Mike was awesome! I got stuck half way through replacing a bathroom faucet the day before putting my house on the market. Called Lawson Family Plumbing and they scheduled someone to come over same-day. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and they showed up within the time window they promised.

Mike was amazing. Even with the faucet rusted into the sink, he was able to remove it and replaced it with the new hardware relatively quickly. Kept the place spotless once he was done working. Really friendly guy, clearly very knowledgeable and knows his craft well. Very pleased with the price and service. Based on my experience today, I would highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing!

I can't even begin to explain how awesome everyone was, from the first lady I spoke with on the phone to Dan and the gentleman whose name I didn't get with the hydro jet. I called them for a second opinion after having had an emergency call out the night before, which I was charged for, and being told by a different company I had no clean outs so they needed to install some today. I was tired and sick and had no clue so I said sure, schedule it. My boyfriend, working overseas, said no way, we have clean outs, that's ridiculous! I called the company back and spoke with the manager. They ended up making me call the city inspector to come out and I was just overall not happy and had no trust left for anyone. After calling Bumble Bee Plumbing, Dan showed up and five minutes in I already felt so much better!! He said they weren't the cheapest but they also weren't the most expensive but what they are is honest and they will get things working for me again! Everything in the house was backing up so a day and a half with minimal water use was no fun. At the end of it, I got a before and after recording of what they did and the price was far better than what I was quoted with the other guys, which I did end up having to pay almost $200 to for the nothing they did. Live and learn!! Now we have our membership and I feel like I have peace of mind and a great guarantee with them. I highly recommend them!! Thank you, Dan!!

Unfortunately, i had a leak from a previous job they did for me. They honored they're warrantly and provided great customer service. They have a short lead time for appointments, and the person they sent was on time and worked until the job was done. Will use them again for future jobs.

Provided quote for the faucets, but needed to inspect toilets installation before quoting install price. Since their quote was much higher for the faucets I elected to go with a different company.

Can't recommend them.  Called, and arranged a specific date and time for service.  They called halfway through their arrival time to say they weren't coming.  Unbelievable...and unreliable!

Dave did a great job of replacing our old, cracked, leaking disposer. He tested the new system a number of times and discovered a leak, which he repaired. He kept testing and looking to make sure that everything was in perfect condition before he left, even carefully removing overflow putty that I couldn't see until he cleaned it out. I was so pleased with his excellent work and friendly manner, explaining what he was doing at each step. If we have any future plumbing needs, I will gladly call Somers Plumbing to take care of us. Found Ascend on Yelp. First plumber couldn't find the leak and couldn't co.e back for 4 days. My husband cut open the wall. Second didn't have the parts to fix it but helped stop it. Again 4 day wait for next visit. All were great, but Mom just didn't want to wait.

Ascend was our third plumber and was a charm. Michael is very experienced, knowledgeable and professional.. He was  able to make it out the next morning where no one else could come until Tuesday. Best of all he had all the parts! He was on time and my mom really appreciated him.  He rebuilt my mom's leaking shower cartridge and valves. Adjusted the shower handle and caulked everything  If you ask me he went above and beyond. This is why I need Yelp!

I just moved in to my new house used Yelp to help find a licensed plumber. I need a new regulator on my built in gas grill. Sound plumbing responded and came to my home for a quote. Brian was on time and came back the next day with the parts and completed the installation. Thanks now I can have a house warming party.

Mont and his team were amazing. They came out on the same day to give us a quote for a huge job and fit us in two days later because we were in a time crunch. He gave us a fair price and worked all day to finish the job in one day. I messaged him on a Sunday evening about a potential follow-up problem, and not only did he respond, but he sent someone the next day to have it fixed. 100% plumbing will definitely be our go-to plumbers from now on.

THANK YOU to the moon and back!!! We moved here from California and were struggling with how the drip system worked, when and how the sprinklers worked, were scratching our heads on where the sprinkler timers were and when the heck was the best time to water! Holy heck!!! Not only did we call over the memorial weekend, but they actually came out within a day of our distress call! Mr Cook was patient with us. Walked our entire with us in this crazy heat 106 degrees. Took us step-by-step on EVERYTHING!!!! Even showed us how to turn the house water off when we take vacay. He went above and beyond! He was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and just an all around great guy! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Really...our fruit trees will survive, our veggies garden will produce, our plants are happy and the little birds are singing with joy! Everything will be watered regularly and our days of losing plants is over! Finally! 5  s !!!!

Very good service. They came Last Thursday and Friday  for heavy drain issues. Nice people, very professional  and on time. We highly  recommend this company.

I cannot recommend Jordan enough. He is timely/professional/ and most importantly keeps his word. He fixed some loose handles in my guest shower and warranted his work. Unfortunately there was a faulty washer that allowed the shower to drip. Jordan was back out immediately to fix this issue along with a leak in my other shower and honored his warranty. He is great and I will continue to use him as my plumber for as long as I am in Arizona. He is a plumber you can trust!

We called Lawson Family Plumbing to come out to check on something that we thought was a plumbing issue. Tony came out and assessed the issue and confirmed the work could be done thru our home warranty. The initial service call was of no charge and he was friendly and professional. If we ever have plumbing issues we will definitely give this company a call.

This five-star review is specifically for Adam, who removed the water softener and R/O system from the home I was moving out of. The landlords were being complete jerks and Adam was very knowledgeable and patient in making sure that everything worked as expected so I could get my security deposit back. #Kudos Adam!!!

However, the following Monday the company sent a different technician to install my R/O at my new home and it was a COMPLETELY HORRIBLE experience!! The guy showed up THREE HOURS AFTER he texted me and said he would arrive in 20 minutes. When he came he smelled of marijuana and was very antsy and jumpy. One of the hoses was left in the car when we removed it from the previous home but instead of waiting patiently for me to get it, he got agitated with me and raised his voice to say that all of the parts wasn't there and he couldn't do the work. Ultimately he left without installing my system. #Unprofessional #Disappointed

Mightily impressed with Hays Cooling from 1st phone call about our 13-year old malfunctioning A/C unit August 20!  Jerry came to the house within a few hours and diagnosed the problem!  Then Jack discovered that due to the old configuration on the roof and it being a Thursday night (in the middle of a lightening storm) he promised us a new unit on the roof and operational by Monday morning.  IT IS DONE - Monday 9:00am!  This company came as a word-of-mouth recommendation and I will continue to spread the word about this excellent business!! Highest commendation  to all who helped- from initial phone call to the hard working guys on the roof! Thank you Hays family!
