We have been very pleased with Pink Plumbing for the past five years. We first called them when we came back from a weekend away and discovered water had pooled under the kitchen sink without any discernible reason we could find, but it was quickly becoming apparent that wherever it was coming from it was causing damage and quickly. Called Pink Plumbing and explained our problem hoping they'd be able to come within the week and was pleasantly surprised that they responded to our SOS and sent a plumber no more than a couple of hours later! He got to work right away trying to find this mysterious leak. Turned out to be coming from an underground pipe that had burst and been leaking up without us knowing for who knows how long?! By the time it was showing under the sink, it had done plenty of damage to the kitchen cupboards, the family room wall behind the kitchen sink and had warped the flooring from underneath as well. It was truly a nightmare and only a month away from the holidays with guests coming to be stay. It was refreshing and calming to have someone there communicating to us precisely what was happening and what they were doing. It gave us confidence in their ability to do what was needed and they worked diligently to repair the problem without the all too familiar refrain of Well, looks like we'll have to come back later.
Besides this kind of excellent and very professional service, every plumber is licensed and bonded which is not the norm or even mandatory to even be here in Arizona! This is a huge plus!! Now, we wouldn't think of using any other plumbing service but Pink Plumbing!! 5 stars plus!

I cannot express how grateful I am for Diamondback Plumbing (Brian & Joe)!  Our ac unit was blowing hot air in the midst of AZ summer in July, they came out the same day and fixed it within a couple of hours.  The price was ridiculously affordable, major plus.  Oh we also got our 2 toilets fixed and replaced the garbage disposal.  Drumroll please..all for $600.  Thank you Brian and Joe!  We will definitely utilize their service if a need ever arises.

Erik (owner) doesn't pay attention to detail. First question for quote is What is your zip code? which is 85041. Then fill in the rest and got very quick response back with quote, then a few more responses back and forth, then lining up time, gave actual address and the guy says We don't service your area!  Uh, I'm in Phoenix city!!  Bottomline: waste of time. So, be mindful that he might waste your time too.

Tim is amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Tim was timely and capable of fixing our issue in one visit. He gave us a few options at different price points and his honest opinion on what our best course of action would be. Buying a new house is stressful. Have a few things break all at once is super stressful. Tim's upbeat attitude and sense of humor lightened the mood and left us happy customers. Would definitely use again and recommend. Spent nearly $400 to unclog the toilet and have a camera through to the main sewerage line. They came and used the plunger to unclog the toilet. That lasted 3 days before the toilet became clogged again. There's no guarantees of their work.

They sent pictures of a sewerage line but no description of what I'm seeing. Why they sent a camera through the roof? I have no idea. Communication with the owner Chris M. was quick, but he wasn't the one who did the work. I would not use them again.

I called Bumble Bee last night and Ken was here first thing this morning! He quickly assessed the problem and fixed it.  He was incredibly nice and professional.  Will definitely use Bumble Bee for all of my plumbing needs!

When our 9 year old boiler broke down Tuesday, I jumped on Yelp and found Lawson Family Plumbing and their great reviews. Now I know why. Wednesday morning, Jason came to our house, assessed the situation and did a same-day install of a new tankless water heater as well as a new water softener that was also 9 years old and too small for our house. I could not have been more pleased with the experience and Jason's professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you again for a great experience and a fair deal. If you are having plumbing issues, Lawson is a solid company. I highly recommend.

We had a clog in our sink that our snake couldn't reach. We reached out to different plumbers on Yelp and Elite Rooter gave us the best price and quickest response time. They came out that same day and got our drain running again. They're fast and affordable! We're very happy with them.

We needed a new faucet and under-mount sink installed. Somers Plumbers was the only reply that would at least look at installing an under-mount sink and after inspection gave us a very competitive quote. Dave came out the next day and installed the sink and faucet in no time and everything has been working great.

We will definitely use Somers Plumbers again for any of our plumbing needs.

I don't usually write reviews but I had such a great experience with Element Plumbing that I had to write a rave review.  Our water heater was spewing water all over our ceiling and I was in a panic, I was sure it was going to cost a small fortune.  A friend recommended Element Plumbing so I called and Mike was able to come over within a couple of hours.  He was very professional and friendly.  He knew what the problem was right away, explained it all to me thoroughly, had all the parts he needed with him and fixed it quickly and he was very reasonably priced!  I would highly recommend him to anyone and will be using him for all of our plumbing needs.  He was awesome!

Brian is absolutely amazing! For our project, he was very responsive and punctual. His work was great and his prices were very reasonable. We needed a broken spigot on the side of our house fixed asap as it was leaking water pretty quickly. We called them this morning and they were out here within a few hours and replaced the whole thing! McKinley was great to work with and got the job done quickly. We were recommended them on Nextdoor and we can see why. Highly recommend!

The main sewer line on the house was clogged the other night, 3/20, around 8pm. I called around and the other plumbers that actually bothered to call back all wanted $400+ to come out and clear the line. I called Rooter Ranger after seeing the $47 drain clear offer on line, I figured there would be additional after hours charges, etc. but $47 sounded like a good starting point. The first person I talked to said it would be just the $47 along as there was access, which there is, and said the tech would call shortly. I got a call from the tech, Adrian I think, within 5mins and he was at the house with in 40mins. The tech was very nice and polite, worked promptly to snake the line, no up sells, no we'll have to come back tomorrow and charge more, which I have to admit I was expecting. He got it cleared and gave me the bill for $47!!! Great service, great company, they made a customer for life.

Jordan is really friendly and did a fantastic job replacing my whole water manifold. It was  bad and right away can tell the water pressure is now better in my house after he replaced everything. My water pressure was really high, I had a constant leak and everything was corroded. He came during the time he promised and left the work area clean. He was upfront with me about everything when setting it up and his pricing is really great. He gave me the best quote and also has warranty on his work! After moving to Chandler 10years ago, I am so glad I've found a reputable company to service all my plumbing needs.  They have replaced my water heater (on a short notice, the owner came on a Sat).  That was my first experience with them!  Awesome service and left the place super clean!  Since then I've called them with other problems, most recently a leaking shower.   Tony came out on time and did an amazing job!  Their prices are very competitive and they always show up super professional and friendly.  They don't mind answering any questions you have and also try to educate you.  Again, with so many plumbing companies out there, this company is top notch and  the best!!!!  You will not be disappointed!

Technician went to my property to diagnose a potential leak. The tenants were not there, so the technician couldn't enter the house to diagnose. He spent an hour (or more) to check everything he can check outside the house, running water, check sprinklers, etc. He gave me very professional recommendations and possible reasons for the leak, and explained things very well. Good manner, professional, and complimentary first visit.

My AC died on Father's Day. I called Hays and they were quick to respond.

They called 30 minutes before they arrived so I wasn't sitting around waiting.

The tech was knowledgeable and courteous. He showed me why the unit stopped and then quoted me a price.  When he told me he didn't have the part on his truck I assumed it be another day without AC. Nope, the part was delivered to my home in less than 30 minutes.  

Great company. I highly recommend them.

Had our backyard sump pump fail (kept tripping the GFCI). Called King Plumbing, Heating and AC and Ulises came out fast to give me an estimate on the repairs/replacement. He was very courteous and offered suggestions etc on how to remedy the situation. After all the parts came in Ulises came out again to do the repairs/replacement of the sump pump and I was amazed by the attention to detail and cleanliness. He kept me informed during the repair process and let me know tips on future maintenance of the sump pump in order to increase longevity.

Once the job was done, Ulises cleaned up and verified the sump pump performance to my satisfaction.

Overall, I would not hesitate to reach out to Ulises and King Plumbing, Heating and AC again in the future.
