Had two plumbing jobs over the near two years plus we have been in this house. Both times, we had Lou come out. He is awesome.
They honored the $55 yelp discount and the job couldn't have been done more speedy. We had a toilet install done and it was set for two hours. Lou was done within 45 minutes.  

He also was very considerate about wearing the mask and safe for anyone else worried about COVID.

When I called the woman was so helpful and nice! Steven helped me get my leak to shut off so the rest of the house had water! Then tony came out and fixed it fast and for a decent good price.

I have used this company twice and they are awesome. Kevin is great and very thorough. I would definitely use them again if I need too. Very honest and professional.

We scheduled with them and they were able to come out next day. So far so good. They came early, also good. Problem was that they never followed up with any calls or communication even after I called twice to have someone call me back over a three day period. I'm sure they are busy and I've already given this feedback to them when I called in the second time.

I was trying to change my RO filters, and when turning the water valves off under the sink one actually broke off in my hand.  The leak which followed could not wait long, so I found Donny (Scottsdale Rooter) online, loved the reviews, and called.  Donny and Chris came out the same day, even earlier than expected.  They were very genuine, and fixed my valves beautifully, going above and beyond even changing my RO filters at no extra fee.  The cost and service was SO TERRIFIC, that I had them do a new water heater which I had been putting off.  They came the very next day, did another 5 star job, and was less expensive than even Home Depot.  I love being Wowed by mom and pop shops, and would use/recommend Donny & Chris again.  DON'T look any further if you need anything plumbing.

We are redoing our Master Bath using a shower kit and needed a plumber to redo the plumbing.  We had used Bumble Bee Plumbing in 2020 when we were working on the front bathroom and then in 2021 when we had the typical slowing issues in the Kitchen,  (not bad for a house built in 1984!) we called Bumble Bee Plumbing, so it just made sense to call them this year to do the tub to shower plumbing conversion.
Javier Sanchez was here promptly at 8am, very pleasant.  Gave us an upfront estimate of the work to be done, explained everything he was going to do and why.  Treating our house as he would his own home.  As he worked, he called my husband in to show him what he was doing and why.  He listened to any and all concerns that we had and answered our questions
All in all, when he left I knew everything about him and his family and his job.  It was like saying Good-Bye to a good friend.  

We still have more work on this house and when we come to the next plumbing job, we will be calling Bumble Bee Plumbing and asking for Javier!

Great customer service.  I called on a Tuesday asking for an estimate for connecting of faucets, disposal, etc. for my new kitchen and bathroom sinks.  Appointment was set in alignment with MY availability on the upcoming Thursday.  Imagine that!  Unheard of.  Already an awesome experience.
Estimate was within my budgetary requirements, including the military (veteran) discount that was offered and accepted.
Work accomplished flawlessly (thanks Sean), and this is now the only plumbing company I will refer my friends and family to.

I will use this company from here on out! I had Parker and Sons yank me around and lie to me for 2 days. I finally came to my senses and called ProSkill and they were able to come out within the hour. They were affordable and honest with me the entire time. They explained every step of the way to me and have gained my business for life!

Micheal and his team are awesome.  We had a crappy morning (pun intended) as our pipes got blocked and everything backed up into our bathtub.  After hearing the desperation in my voice, and most plumbers being booked out a week, Anna found a window in the schedule and they fit us in same day.  Efficient, professional, they did a great job of clearing it all out and explaining the issue and options.  Highly recommend Element Plumbing.  Thank you guys again!!!

The original company that was supposed to follow up at my mom's house once my husband opened up the wall for a leak was unable to come until Tuesday. Being a Friday it was just too long to wait as the leak ended up being active unless the main was off.

I hit Yelp again and Sound Plumbing was thr first company that I called that could make it before then. Dylan showed up the same day, but didn't have the parts to fix until Tuesday as thr parts stores would be closed for the holiday weekend and he was booked for Monday, He was able to stop the water from leaking where the main could be on which bought us some time. He was professional, super polite. Great guy. I would recommend!

The name says it all. Fast, courteous and professional. Had a water pressure reducer installed, the piping was old and constricted and installation by the owners son was meticulous. He explained everything, was very knowledgeable and we couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend

Great - prompt, professional, patient in explaining our water softener issues. I called them based on great Yelp reviews, after being nickel-and-dimed for service by the company who installed our system.  We will definitely switch all our plumbing needs over to Allegiance!

DO NOT USE IN SAN DIEGO. Absolute trash, they tried to clear a clog in a bathroom sink. Dude snaked it 6 feet and  failed to clear the clog, he proceeded to tell me I needed to hydro flush it. He then used the snake through the P trap thinking the clog might be right below the sink and like an idiot broke the P-Trap at the curve. Not thinking it was a possibility with a powered snake... He then tells me it will be 350 dollars for the FAILED (not to mention short 6 foot) snake and to replace the plumbing HE BROKE. He goes and gets supplies for the new plumbing he broke.... it takes 3 hours with no communication; he does not have basic piping in his truck??? He then fixes it - tells me I will be billed via a phone call and leaves. Before he leaves, I ask him what his credentials are - he says he's a plumber, but he went to trade school for HVAC...he wasn't even licensed, not even an apprentice.

I get another local and trusted local plumber in and he snakes to 30 feet and fixes the problem. This actual plumber is also confused as to why the moron went only 6 feet into the wall and then AFTER - put the snake though the P-Trap??? Additionally, the Ranger Rooter Plumber's fix job is of such poor tolerance that it is likely to leak in the future due to terrible construction. If you are in San Diego County DO NOT click that first add for Rooter Ranger, they are frauds. I know they are a big operation out of AZ and NV so I hope you all are monitoring your reviews and respond to this. I will let you know which people you have on staff that will be awfully bad for the future of your expansion here in San Diego.

Although oddly, my first review seems to have disappeared from the list, I am upgrading to 4 stars.

The owner, Jeff, immediately contacted me after my initial review to see if he could investigate what happened and make it right. There seems to have been some miscommunication, possibly on both sides, since the technician stated he had called me back twice but I never received any message on the voicemail - or from a family member - so I gave benefit of the doubt. He offered to still do the work that they bid.

Their bid was the lowest, and the plumber was very nice and pleasant when he came out to inspect the job. We will be considering them again for future work when needed. I really appreciated the effort Jeff took to try to correct the situation and keep a customer.

My family has been consistent customers of Option One for more than 15 years because their service is reliable and they don't play games with my money or my time.

If you have a plumbing issue, whether large or small, trust me that the work will be correctly done the FIRST time!

Wonderful company to work with, courteous, on time, helpful, not pushy.
We met with sales person Jeff to discuss replacing our 25 year old Trane AC and were presented with best two options to meet our needs. We had Justin service our unit and he was fabulous. not only did he service our equipment he notified us of spiders in our crawl space. Kudos for bravery as well as service. We will purchase in the Fall, wouldn't do business with anyone else.

I had a toilet leakage in my rental property. The staff was very responsive, and the fix has been done quick with a reasonable price.
