A great plumbing service. Made an appointment. They were on time, very respectful, did a fantastic job. Didn't over charge by adding a bunch of add on stuff. I will use them again. Both thumbs up. Thank you for being honest.

I cannot express how grateful I am for Diamondback Plumbing (Brian & Joe)!  Our ac unit was blowing hot air in the midst of AZ summer in July, they came out the same day and fixed it within a couple of hours.  The price was ridiculously affordable, major plus.  Oh we also got our 2 toilets fixed and replaced the garbage disposal.  Drumroll please..all for $600.  Thank you Brian and Joe!  We will definitely utilize their service if a need ever arises.

My toilet started leaking this week and I thought I could fix it myself. After a few hours of grumbling, cursing and losing my temper on the toilet and eventually breaking it, I admitted defeat and turned towards the professionals. I tend to look for reputable small mom and pops companies and ran into Hansen Family Plumbing. I put in for a quote and selected the 5 other companies option from Yelp. Not only were they able to get me in with a same day appointment, but they were also the first to reach out to me. I still haven't even heard quotes on two other companies and the job is already done.

This whole experience was nice, but I hardly ever leave reviews. The ENTIRE reason I am leaving a review in the first place was because of the wonderful service from Dishawn. He was very polite, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. It's hard to describe, but the ease to get along with Dishawn, in addition with his willingness to take care of everything (putting together the new toilet, hauling away the old one, cleaning up), just made the experience overall seamless. The ease and speed in him doing that which I couldn't not was humbling to see.
Usually, it's kind of a hassle having technicians over, but Dishawn really made it feel like you were just catching up with an old buddy while he helped you out in installing a new toilet. Kudos to Hansen Family in their hiring process. I can't speak for their other employees, but if you can, ask for Dishawn!

**side note, out of the companies that finally did decide to get back to me, Hansen's quote was on par and fair with everyone else

Edit: after reading a particular review, I would also like to remind people you are paying for a job. You have accepted that you are lacking the skills, time, tools, or knowledge to do a job. Hiring a technician to do the job is hiring for Piece work, not an hourly rate. If you hire them to fix a leak in your sink, you hired them to correct the problem. Not for the time or cost of the pieces it took them to do it. Your hire for skill, knowledge and they experience. There is more to running a business than just a $4 part and 15min of labor.
If you can accept that, this is a wonderful company to go through.

Called Lawson Family Plumbing and they had a tech out within 30 minutes to fix our outdoor water valve that was leaking! Gabriel was professional and got the situation fixed in 20 minutes! Will definitely use them again! Thanks for the speedy service, we appreciate it!!

Amazing service! I called in the late afternoon because my shower wouldn't turn off. I was freaking out and needed someone to come out quickly. I found this company and when I called they immediately picked up, took down my info, and assigned someone to this job. Tom was at my house in 20 minutes and had it fixed in no time! Not only that, but he went above and beyond with a new handle and cleaning the hair out of the drain so it drained quicker. Honestly, I don't mind paying extra for quality service and they delivered that in spades.

I had a clogged toilet that needed servicing so I called bumble bee plumbing.  They were quick to respond and was able to get same day appointment. Ken was the service pro who came out and immediately assessed the work and was in and out within 20 minutes.  Very professional company from the very beginning to the end. Chance promptly sent his top guy Eric C. to check out my system and advise on expanding my system to help with cooling and heating in an addition to our home.  Eric was awesome!  not only checked out the system and gave an honest estimate on the addition but discovered some issues and several problems with the existing system.  He was able to correct the issues and get our system running top notch.  
We will forever use Proskill for all of our HVAC needs.

I used Elite Rooter Phoenix to get our pipes and  tub/shower faucet replaced. Kevin Mon at Elite Rooter Phoenix was very professional and did a great job. I would high recommend them!

Dave came out to the house within 10-15 minutes after I called him on Saturday after seeing water in my garage. He quickly figured out it was a drain pipe in my upstairs bathroom. He had to come back another day for fix it after flood company dried everything and removed vanity. Everything was fixed and his prices were more than reasonable. Also, great communication

Element Plumbing is the best plumbing company in the PNW!! Michael is very trustworthy, honest, and caring! And his pricing is very far too! I highly recommend him and his wonderful company to everyone I know!! Thank you Element Plumbing for always taking great care of myself and my clients!!

I'm a landlord and manage a lot of properties.  I had a drain that was backing up and I couldn't clear it with a handheld 25' snake myself.  Called Rooter Ranger, and for their base rate of $47, they sent someone out very quickly.  So far, so good. The tech ran a larger snake 35' into the line but couldn't clear it.  Called me and recommended running a camera into the line to further diagnose the issue (not necessarily clear it) for $199.  Said they would apply the $47 to the $199.  I declined the camera for the moment, and paid them the $47.   I heard back from another rooter vendor that I've used in the past later that day, and they sent a tech out the next day.  Cleared the line for their base rate of $105.  So my total cost was $152.  I guess that if it's an easy fix Rooter Ranger is a good value.  If it's harder to fix, the other vendor is the way to go.  Glad I didn't pay for the camera.

We've used their services twice now; a couple of months ago to replace a leaking kitchen sink faucet and today to replace a toilet. Both jobs were done properly, promptly and quickly. As promised, all plumbers who visited wore their masks, as did we.

So this company came out to clear an blocked sewer line, after they cleared the blockage they told me that they needed to camera my main sewer line under the house, shorty after they finished there plumber turned into an sales person and tried to sell me on replacing an main section for the tune of 8k dollars. So I went out and got an second plumber to come out and look he told me there's nothing wrong with main sewer line. So option one was trying to upsell me on an repair that wasn't needed.

Our A/C unit started squealing last night.  After reading a few reviews last night I called Hays.  Even though they don't open until 7:00 AM, I called at 6:45 hoping someone could help ASAP; especially since they temp had climbed from 76 to 84.  They answered & were very courteous  .  They took my info and had a scheduler call me back.  They were able to fit me in for a 5-7 PM time slot which was better than any of the other companies I checked that were at least 2-3 days out.  I was pleasantly surprised when they called back at 2:20 & said they could have someone here in 45 min.  Jerry S. came right away; found the problem & replaced the capacitor. While I was on the phone with my husband explaining the problem and the cost Jerry also checked our other unit & for that capacitor was about to go out as well.  If our units weren't 13 years old we would have signed up for the warranty program; however, it just didn't make sense for us since we'll have to replace the systems soon and any other parts will be much more expensive.  Rather than me trying to explain the costs or components Jerry spoke directly to my husband making everything clear.  He even e-mail my husband the estimate for the parts and trip charge for today and the estimate if we were to sign up for the warranty program.  Jerry was very honest and professional; he definitely went above and beyond and we truly appreciate his service.  I will be sure to recommend Hays Cooling & Heating to everyone we know in need of help with HVAC.  For the 1st point of contact to the end Hays was professional, polite, honest and all at a very reasonable price.

The guys at King AC and Plumbing are the best. They saved me thousands of dollars. I first had my AC unit looked at by one of the big AC companies here in the valley because it was vibrating very badly. I wont name names, but let's just say the original owner's last name is the same as a large South American country where the World Cup is taking place right now. After the big guy's service tech failed attempts to convince me that I needed a brand new unit ($5,000), he told me that the blower motor needed to be replaced and would cost $1,300 with some sort of VIP package. A few days later I saw Brendon with King AC in my neighborhood working on my neighbors unit. It was already pretty late in the evening, but after a quick conversation with Brendon, he gladly climbed on to my roof to take a look at my unit. He came down and said there was an issue with the blower motor but it would be nowhere near the $1,300 I was originally quoted. He also informed me that the other guy that came out never even opened a single panel on my unit to come up with his expert diagnosis. The next day I received a call from the owner Terry who told me that the motor was a specialty order part and was quite expensive, but again nowhere near the original amount I was quoted. He also informed me that most likely the motor didn't need to be replaced, but the squirrel cage probably just needed to be cleaned out so it could spin properly. With Terry's advice in hand, I spent a couple of hours that weekend cleaning out the very dirty squirrel cage which was super easy to do and cost me $5 worth of cleaning solution. After I put a couple of panels back on and started up my unit again, the heavy vibration had completely disappeared. Today I had Brendon come out to take a second look over my work and make sure everything else was tip-top. He informed me that my unit needed a couple pounds of Freon and everything else with my dinosaur of a AC unit looked great. Now my unit blows colder than ever and stays on half the time that it used to, which is going to save me a small fortune on my electric bill. I have nothing but compliments for this company and their employees. All around knowledgeable and honest guys. I will never call another company for any of my AC or plumbing needs. I know with King I will receive an truthful recommendation at a good price. No scare tactics, up-selling, or commission based sales. The world needs more genuine people out there who work to help others and not take advantage of them. Thanks King AC!
