We called Diamondback Plumbing to fix a slab link in the suspected area on a bathroom.  The technician came out with the sounding equipment and identified where he thought the leak was.  To verify he cut into one wall and cut the hot water pipe coming from the manifold into the bathroom and then kitchen. He reworked the hot water pipe manifold so we could have hot water in the rest of the house. Before going he stated that they would get us a full repair quote the next day and get us on the repair schedule since we had no hot water in the kitchen.  The next day by noon we had no quote or phone call.  We call and was told that it normally takes 1 week to get a quote.  We explained the situation and what was told us.  We were told the technician was in classes for the next few days.  After we talked to a supervisor, he got us a quote.  However that afternoon we found that there was water leaking into our garage from the wall the technician worked in.  We called and left word that we were having leaks.  

Next day, no word from the company so we called and emailed the supervisor and advised of the continuing leaks and our disappointment.  Now 3 days later and more leaking, still no communication even though we paid for the preliminary work done.  To solve the temporary fix, we had another plumber come out.  He determined that the original technician did not put a cap on the cut line and the water is backflowing from the kitchen sink cold water through the hot water line when the faucet is turned partway hot.  So we are not several hundred dollars out of pocket with no communication at all  from Diamondback Plumbing.  

I'd avoid this company and wish there was a way to get all or part of our money back.

The single BEST service experience of my life.  I had an emergency and couldn't shut the water off.  I called the other big companies in the area and no one could get someone free to help.  I called Erik Hansen because he had such good reviews here.  He left another job and got here quicker than he had thought he could.  He fixed the problem within the hour and charged me less than what he had originally estimated.  What a nice person!  It's great to know that we now have a plumber we look forward to calling.

Gabriel came by to look at a leaking bath faucet and gave us an estimate of $1185.76 to fix the leak.  Amazingly he had just come from a call for the exact same thing.  Went on and on about brass fittings, which is weird because he hadn't looked at anything but the leak from the exterior and not sure brass is used as widely as it once was.  He also let my wife know that water might be going everywhere once work proceeded?  Stay clear of this guy.  Don't know the company but this dude is a predator looking to up-sale.

Chris was amazing.   Water heater went out last night at 730 pm and by noon today we had a new one already swapped out.   Used better parts than the last place that did it and cleaned it up nicely.   Thank you!

He even made sure to think about it being under warranty and it was, when several other quotes immediately just wanted to quote me full price. Very affordable when on a budget.  It's nice to run into an honest business that thinks if the customers needs first.  Highly recommended!

Their quick response time was wonderful! My moms shower stopped working and it was a necessity that it be fixed quickly! Rob, the tall guy, was so polite, patient and has a great personality! He was very respectful of my moms home and to us as well! Showed up with a mask on, and a shirt representing who he worked for. He explained everything he was going to do and made sure we were clear on what service was performed AND quoted a price BEFORE he began service.  I HIGHLY recommend Lawson Family Plumbing. Proskill installed a new AC for us at our old house so when our new house needed a new HVAC system, we called them first.  After 3 estimates, they were not only the best price but the least amount of pressure also. They are professional and transparent.  No sales pitch.  Honest guys who want to do a good job.  From scheduling to install, the entire process was efficient and easy.  Communication is excellent. No stress at all! Paid these guys 10k to replace a collapsed waste line, and they didn't bother to clear the lines, which lead to my toilet being clogged. When I called them out to look at it they told me it would cost 4k. I got a second estimate and had it fixed for less than 1k.

I've waited a couple months before posting this review, because they said they would pay for the other plumber, but they haven't.

Anyway, don't call these guys in an emergency, they will take advantage of you.

The tech arrived 1 hour beyond the 3 hour window with no phone call.
The estimate to replace two faucets ( I supplied Kohler ) I was told that it is a flat fee for the first and 20% off for the next. Also asked about new shut offs.
That too was a flat fee for the first with the 20% discount for the remaining 3.
After having a minor attack when the numbers were finally given, I said I would need to think on the national debt. He said he would e-mail the estimate. That was 34 days ago and no estimate yet. The faucets are however replaced at 1/3 the cost quoted and in about 3 hours.

I called Allegiance Water Services this morning and explained the issue that I was having.  The gentleman listened to me and then provided me with a potential solution to try on my own which worked perfectly.  He easily could have told me that he needed to come out and assess the situation (and charge me a fee), but he was honest and helpful even though he did not make any money off of me.  I will keep Allegiance Water Service's number for any future needs I may have.

I cannot express my sincere appreciation for Casey, Bobby and Jesse yesterday. Our sewer line backed up and waste filled our toilets and tubs. Within 2 hours, Rooter Rangers had a  qualified engineer here ready to assist. After examining and problem detection, Casey realized our issue required more support. He scheduled Bobby to provide further detailed analysis. Upon learning where our issue was, Jesse was not far in tow to perform a high pressure flush of our sewer lines. Each were knowledgeable, honest, sincere and humble when I offered cold beverages and a tip of appreciation. Jesse even offered to assist us clean the mess in our home. Old school ethics with new school technology!
When all was done, my wife was pleased. Happy Wife, Happy Life!

Had an issue with our water pressure in the house. Did some basic diagnostics and decided I needed professional help. Put out a job needing to be done on Yelp. They came out a couple of days later. Our tech was very thorough and explained everything to me. Job was completed in about 2.5 hours. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is they missed the morning appointment and I had to contact them. After that it was smooth sailing.

Best plumbing service I have found. They are very quick to respond. They came out same day to look at my issue, and within two days it was fixed. Joe was extremely helpful, polite and fast. He walked me through the repairs and replaced everything in under two hours. Joe-thank you!

I am happy with Adam who arrived within the time frame and the price was as quoted. He was kind, quick and knowledgeable. I have a home warranty and refused to use it as they only send 1 & 2 Star rated suppliers. Hays did a great job taking care of our A/C and heating problems.  Thank you to Frank and Thad for being professional and courteous.  The reason I'm not going with 5 stars is that I did have a little difficulty reaching someone after the initial fix had a problem that night night.    However, I did hear from the technician the next morning and he came back to work on the issue.

King Plumbing is awesome!! Terry is great about answering phone calls and he is so honest. Brendan is the best plumber ever. He always comes out right away, within a few hours which is very impressive. He is professional and kind and a pleasure to work with. 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!
