Jason Hill was our technician.  He was polite and professional.  Showed up early for the appointment.  We will definitely use Pink Plumbing & Sewer again.

Last month i had them install a tankless water heater.    Installer was nice and informative and seemed to do good  job on installation.   However, they did not clean up though i had left 2 vacuum cleaners near their reach.   So 15 min of my cleanup afterwards,   But then I put my pickup i n the garage when they left.   They had parked next to garage with their van open to do the work in garage.   Next day my tire had a screw in it which probably was left by them....cleanup again?    I called them and they did not seem to interested in my  problems.   So i spent another two hours to get tire to Discount and then put on again by myself.     Be aware.

My mom's house needed new shutoff valves. The plumber I previously used surprised me with a high estimate. Hanson Family Plumbing gave a much more reasonable estimate and they followed that up with friendly, professional service. We will be calling HFP in the future.

Another company told me I had a slab leak and needed a camera inspection of my pipes. I called Lawson Family plumbing based on their great reviews and I couldn't agree more! A technician came out on a Saturday (which several others wouldn't) and showed me that nothing indicated I had a leak (showed me the pressure difference didn't change when the water was off). They could have easily charged me for the camera inspection based on what I had told then but they didn't charge me a dime!  I had also had this other company tell me that I needed a new water heater because it was too old to be flushed. My technician with Lawson Family Plumbing revealed that this is one of the tactics that companies can use to get you to purchase something. I told him I had just spent $3,000 on the other plumbing companies recommendations and my technician with Lawson Family Plumbing looked up the same items I had done and I found out that I could have saved about $1,000 if I had gone with Lawson Family Plumbing. Because of this I am going to cancel my contract that I have with the other plumbing company (which was part of a maintenance plan through Goettl and Sunny plumber) and just going with Lawson if I have any issues. Thank you so much for running an honest business, you have earned my trust!

Company was not up front about fees to come and bid a water heater replacement. We were told after the fact what we would have to pay for the technician to come out. Bid was also higher than any bid I've ever had for a water heater replacement.

They did great work replacing our sewer pipe. Worked hard all four days, checked  back with us to see if we had questions  and cleaned up at the end.

We were very satisfied.

After having some mis-communications with a dispatcher, Vick, a FSM gave me a call to address my concerns immediately. He went so far as to actually show up at my house with the technician, CJ. Both did excellent work in resolving my issues and I will continue to work with Lawson Family Plumbing for the foreseeable future. I'd also like to say Matt exceeded my expectations as well on a previous service call.

10/10 would recommend to use.

I used Elite Rooter Phoenix to get our pipes and  tub/shower faucet replaced. Kevin Mon at Elite Rooter Phoenix was very professional and did a great job. I would high recommend them!

I cannot say enough thing about this company!!!  I couldn't shut off the water to my house and the valve wasn't working. I found this local company and they came out very quickly, had great communication, professional work and charged me a fair price. He also answered all my questions and was very honest. I feel like he went above and beyond and walked me through the whole thing. I will be using him for all my plumbing needs.

Great job. Came in short notice to snake a line and extremely cost effective.  Would use again

I needed a plumber...stat. The water line to my misting system burst and the company that installed it did not put a cutoff valve on it. I had to turn the water off at the main...no water to the house. I called Near Me Plumbing and was told they could have someone here at 10 AM. The tech showed up exactly on time and assessed the problem. He spliced the line where the pipe had burst. He thought the pipe may have burst due to vibration from the misting system compressor and the fact the pipe was against a block wall so he wrapped it in a rubberized leak sealing tape to prevent it from happening again (hopefully)...BUT he also installed a cutoff valve in case it did. The repair was quick, the work area was left clean and the tech was very professional and friendly. Near Me Plumbing will be my first call for all plumbing needs in the future.

We had a tub spout and the stem was damaged.  Larson came out and did a great job fixing the spout connection.  

Later not related to the spout that fixed, we experience a water leak.  We called them out to trouble shoot.  They did and they corrected a shower stem and installed a new one - $199.  They did a great job on the shower stem.  

They warned at the time that there could be additional issues and recommended accessing the back through the drywall in the adjacent bedroom - $300 more for a total of $499.  

My issue is the plumber appeared to be very impatient and rushed and didn't even bother to test out the first fix.  

Bottom line - I replaced the bathtub drain and installed a new cartridge - I tested and no more leaking.

I will not be calling Larson for any plumbing services ever again.  In my opinion their pricing is outrageous.

We called this company needing emergency plumbing service due to family and friends coming over for the wedding. We were finally able to locate a plumbing service that would service the Tonopah area for an additional fee of $175. We agreed to the cost and was informed of an hour and a half wait time. However, 30 minutes later, they called to tell us to let us know that $175 was not enough and that it would cost more money to come out and service us. We were given a quote and agreed to it. Now, they want more money for doing a job they specialize in. No way. This company has technicians that are sharks. Don't use them!!

Just called to schedule an appointment for service on our home air conditioning unit. The gal that answered the phone told my husband that they weren't accepting any new customers. What's with that?! Must be like a doctor's office.
Anyway, if you haven't used them in the past don't bother taking the time to call them.

Today was my second time being thoroughly impressed by this company. They were able to come out to my house within a couple hours of calling, they were highly professional and were able to successfully fix my a/c quickly.

I highly recommend this company!
