Pink Plumbing gave me a quote ahead of time and completed the task according to the quote. Easy and efficient. I will use them again when I have a plumbing issue.

My fiance and I have 4 houses, and I have used this company 6 times in the last 3 years. NEVER AGAIN!

The last time they came to my house for a service call, three days later my son was having the same problem.  After talking with them a couple of times, they finally said they would come back and redo it and only charge me about $40.  I was happy.  I gave them my credit card number since I was not at that property and they said they would charge my card.  I thought everything was done.

Several days later, my son called me and said they had charged his card for both services, AND had charged MORE the second time they came out than they had originally charged.  It had overdrawn his bank account.

I called Diamondback and they argued with me about the quote I had been given for the second appointment, and also admitted they had charged the wrong card.  They talked to a supervisor, called me back and said they would fix the charges.  I thought they were going to take the charges off my son's card and charge mine, but I'm not sure what they did.

TWO MONTHS LATER, I get a call from Beth (who is apparently the VP, and owner's wife).  She had first called my fiance and told him she was taking me to court because I owed them money and had I had reversed the charges on my credit card. HUH?  I called her myself and asked what she was talking about, I had never reversed anything.  Her response was Oh, you never reversed your charges?  You never reversed your charges?  Well, I'll see you in court!  Then she HUNG UP ON ME!!!  What?!?!?  My fiance called her back after I talked to him and she said that I had been yelling at her and used the F-bomb!  Then he just wanted to get this whole thing taken care of so he said he would bring them a check.  They said if he came to the office they would call the cops because they felt threatened!  It went on and on...needless to say, it was the craziest phone call either of us had ever received from a company, and I would never do business with them again, and will tell everyone I know the same.  MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS EVER!!!!!!!

On time did a great job replacing a wax ring on my toilet, very professional would recommend to everyone!

Lawson plumbing replaced my water heater. They were professional and knowledgeable. Dylan was very helpful. He knew what to do and how to do it. I was impressed with the service and would use again.

After my home warranty company told me it would take at least 4-5 days to fix my hot water heater, I called Bumble Bee and they said they would come out the next day.  Javier came out at 6:30 in the evening and spent the next 2 hours replacing my unit.  He was so helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable and made an unfortunate event as easy as possible.  Even though their day should have been over, Bumble Bee and Javier went the extra mile to help me.  It was worth it to me to go around my warranty folks and pay for getting hot water in a timely manner.  A family owned business, I highly recommend this crew.

Technician David was sent to fix a plumbing issue in my bathroom, and also make sure a pipe isn't leaking water. He was right on time,  and was honest about the leaking, also did a great job fixing the bathroom plumbing issue. I highly recommend this company.

I needed to have 6 new faucets in 3 bathrooms, I am updating a new home built in 2018, I asked for an estimate, but was quickly booked for a plumber to come out to give an estimate between 9-11am the next morning.  I waited till 12:30 no call from anyone, then called the company to check on it, I was told the plumber was behind, however, she told me the day before to expect an ETA by the plumber, which never happened, I called back when this time he didn't call nor show up so she said once again he is behind, well if he's not going to call the next customer, and I have other appointments to go to, but waited again anyway, I decided to cancel it completely.

In my experience and opinion this is an unreliable company they said anything to get business.   Maybe it's because they are located in Tempe I had not noticed it was that faraway until I looked up the call number again, I am in northwest Phoenix, honestly, she should have informed me on that particular issue the day before, so I could make a qualified decision.  If they are short handed be honest and tell a potential customer what the real scoop is.  Next time I will read a website more carefully for company servicing locations and ask better questions.

Dave came out to the house within 10-15 minutes after I called him on Saturday after seeing water in my garage. He quickly figured out it was a drain pipe in my upstairs bathroom. He had to come back another day for fix it after flood company dried everything and removed vanity. Everything was fixed and his prices were more than reasonable. Also, great communication

I cannot say enough thing about this company!!!  I couldn't shut off the water to my house and the valve wasn't working. I found this local company and they came out very quickly, had great communication, professional work and charged me a fair price. He also answered all my questions and was very honest. I feel like he went above and beyond and walked me through the whole thing. I will be using him for all my plumbing needs.

Today is Saturday the 12th I was having plumbing issues and my drain got clogged today I luckily  found this company and they came to our rescue I highly recommend them. they came out less than 30 minutes After I called I got the pleasure of meeting Francisco he was amazing so friendly so helpful and went above and beyond my expectations he really cared about taking care of us! I am very happy with the quality of service I received from this company.
I had a $6000 HVAC installed on my roof a couple of months ago. They showed up on time, were respectful, installed the unit in a timely manner, and had a very competitive price, (I got six bids for the job). After the initial installation, a quality control person came out and inspected the installers work. Then, six weeks or so later they came back to do a another maintenance on the unit. Nice job Hays!

We've used KING Plumbing Heating & AC (KING) in the past for a plumbing problem. My late Father's Day gift late last night was our AC unit stopped cooling. I sent a text to KING that I would contact them in the morning (Monday). As in our previous experience, the response was quick and by 10:45 our unit was up and running. Fast response, taking care of customers and personable guys who treat people with respect and understanding... yeh, I'll be calling on KING every time.
