I first met Lou when he was working in Chicago and when I found out he was moving to Arizona I was so excited to finally have the best plumber! I had some minor issues with some leaky faucets that were addressed and fixed right away in addition to getting familiar with the house to make sure he was comfortable with the way all the plumbing in the house was looking right! Very professional,timely and can't say enough about how knowledgeable he is! There is nothing like peace of mind when you find a great plumber!

Do not use this company. They over charge for labor, refuse to provide hourly rate, start projects and accrue labor without discussing and charge credit cards on file without confirming with a written estimate. Truly untrustworthy business practices. There are numerous quality plumbers that communicate pricing before work, email estimates for approval before any charges. And none have I ever worked with that charge a credit card without approval until Diamondback plumbing.

I needed someone to quickly fix a toilet in my house that was flushing slowly and would not refill. They responded to my request immediately and the repairman showed up at the promised time. He worked quickly and efficiently and the problem was fixed within 30 min. This was 2 months ago and everything is still working great!

Terri did a great job removing and installing a new propane water heater for us.  He went out of his way to help me clean up a separate water leak that happened to occur while he was here.  I really appreciated his courteous customer service driven attitude he had. He had the best mannerisms of any plumber I've ever worked with.  GREAT GUY and I'll be asking for his help again on another issue in the near term. Good job Terri!!

These folks made my day. From the moment I called I knew I had made the right choice. I explained what was happening and within a half hour, Tom Johnson the plumber was at my door. He took care of all the repairs and answered all my questions. The work consisted of replacing the hose bib in the back yard as well as the pipe. This stopped the recently discovered drip from the backyard faucet that was getting worse by the day. The new faucet only requires a slight turn and my arthritic hands appreciate that very much. He also replaced the bathroom sinks (4 of them) stoppers and the ball rods underneath. I mentioned to him that a new washer and dryer were to be delivered in a few days. He noticed in the laundry area that the fittings were old and might make it unlikely the new washer and dryer could be installed so that was brought up to current requirements. All the work was done with a smile and I now feel confident that my new home's plumbing is in great condition. And, if anything goes awry, I know exactly who to call.

Just moved into a newly built home and was on the market for a soft water system. My parents recommended Bumble Bee Plumbing to us, and we were able to get an appointment the next day! Adrian was very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable on the equipment we purchased and answered every question that we had.  They also offer military discount which was very helpful. I would recommend Bumble Bee to all of my friends/family.

Gabriel came out today to talk with me about some issues I've been having. Ended up talking me through my problem and I did not need service. Very professional and kind.

Absolutely, hands-down the best plumbing company in the North Valley.  We have used Pro Skill for a number of things, small and large.  They were communicative, always fair priced, responsive and helpful.  I will never use any other plumber.  Thank you guys!

I contacted Elite Rooter as we had a constant clog in our pipes that kept causing our kitchen sink to back up. Soro came out and was very professional and knowledgeable about the pipes and the time frame the home was built. He was efficient and finished quickly. Thank you so much!!

Great experience!  He is hands-on with his own company - he understood and knew what he was getting into before he arrived but still asked questions before he did anything.  Always nice having someone with experience.  Confirmed we didn't have a recirculating pump before cutting off the water, etc.  Dave explained what he was going to do, got us the matching 1/4-turn piece (which others charged more for) and knocked the job out.  He charged what he said he would charge and I am happy (my wife is happy).  Good price and I would rather tip because of a good job then agree to the highest and hope.  
I will use him again for future jobs and recommend to my friends and clients.

I've used Michael on a number of occasions and he has been nothing but the most professional contractor (not just plumber) that I've ever hired, and I hire contractors for a living. He's exceptionally clean, communicative, and second to none when it comes to customer service.

Great guys, we had a mess on our hands with an inside leak under our slab and also an issue with main line to house. 30,000 gallons of water in less than a month. We were freaking out. But they were very professional and gave us a little break because of the multiple problems we had.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Allegiance Water Services. Thomas M. came out to replace my leaking hose bib, and could not have been more courteous and knowledgeable. I will absolutely use Allegiance Water Services again whenever I need water services.

I called today for a toilet emergency, Brett responded and gave me an estimate and eta. He showed up on time and performed the job quickly and professionally.

After this, I will use Brett and Rooter Ranger for my plumbing needs.

I searched Yelp for a plumber to replace all 14 of my bound to fail FloTite water shutoff valves. Not only were they the lowest price quoted, I picked Near Me Plumbing & Drains because of their quick response, and their kind words telling me how smart I was to replace those crappy valves! Jared and Landon completed the work quickly, even arriving early due to their previous job not taking as long as scheduled. They were polite and respectful of our property. I will definitely call Near Me Plumbing & Drains if I ever need any other plumbing work done!

Very happy with the hose fix these guys did for us. Last minute and took the time to fix the problem correctly. Thank you!!

Extremely responsive, set up same day appointment. Time slot came and went, no one showed and no notice about the delay / absence. DO NOT trust them at all or the reviews. We will be without water for another day when there were plenty of other people who answered as well who would probably follow through on doing their job. Not Option One! Option One for sitting around and waiting for no one to show up and nothing to get taken care of. 5 stars for that for sure.

Please allow me to paint a picture for you. It's December, my wife and I have recently welcomed our second daughter into the world and on the morning of our second day home from the hospital our central heating goes out.

Now I know it's Arizona and yeah it doesn't get that cold however this is 2 days after we get home with a baby that had an extended stay in the hospital due to some complications so naturally my wife and I are a bit on edge about this issue.

We have heard rave reviews from everyone who has worked with the Hays family and they were all correct. We reached out and they made space in their busy schedule on the same day, even having their technician Mark work late to resolve our issue and get us back up and running same day!!

To summarize, clean technical staff, fair prices and exceptional service from a locally family owned business!!

We had a leak from the condensate drain clog in the attic. Terry from King Plumbing was great, professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He did a great job. I am extremely satisfied with his work.
