Jason Hill did a amazing job!  Very professional and knowledgeable.  First time customer with Pink Plumbing and Sewer and extremely happy with the service.

Called at least 6 other companies before Diamondback said they would come on Easter Sunday for a drainage problem.  Listened, identified the problem, fixed it. Kudos to Jason and Jerry.

Hansen Family Plumbing did a fantastic job on repairing a drain leak we had in the kitchen! Eric was responsive  and came out quickly to assess the repair. Dishawn and Jesus came out the next day after calling Eric to fix the drain pipe. They were respectful, responsive and explained the work they did in detail. If you want a family owned plumbing company that will do great work and that is truly there to help you I would recommend Hansen Family Plumbing.

I had water leading from a light fixture in my roof & instead of being dishonest and charging me for something that i Diane need, Jason noblely advised that this want a plumbing problem but a problem with my A/C. I don't have a plumbing problem now but test assured when I do, Lawson Family Plumbing will be who I call. Thank you for the refreshing honesty.

Please consider regarding this review:  I did not end up actually using this company.  Overall I would say the comments from some of the other reviewers is what I experienced.  Very nice front office lady and very responsive in making an appointment. However there were lots of follow up calls.  I didn't mind texts and emails but the calls were almost like the people in the back office were not talking to each other or checking system notes prior to calling.  I had to ask to please not call so much.  The man that came out to assess my leak was very professional, but was like other reviewers insistent on me standing in the heat to educate me and while I personally didn't feel any sales pressure; it DID feel like that possibility was there and once I knew the fix may go into the thousand(s) I was just very clear I was going to get a second estimate instead of proceed.  I just felt a lot more comfortable with the second folks who are preparing an estimate and I will go with them.  They did a little more to trouble shoot and root cause.  My recommendation is if you are not an assertive person or if you have an emergency and no time for a second quote maybe consider someone else.  I do believe they would negotiate on price though but I always prefer a good price and maybe cash discount instead of feeling like I have to negotiate on something relatively urgent.

My husband Fred & I have called Lawson Family Plumbing for several jobs. We ALWAYS request Jason to do all our plumbing jobs.(nobody else) He is professional, always on time, takes pride in his work, is courteous, explains everything, always has a smile, truly loves what he does, checks to make sure everything is working properly when the job is finished, he strives to make the customer happy, he's honest & he is, simply put.....an incredible person & plumber!! These guys did a great job. Needed my sewer line replaced from house to city connection and they were very responsive. They were the lowest quote and also had the quickest turn around to get it down. I would recommend them again for sure.

Let me preface this review by stating I am not a plumber, but am probably in the 99th percentile of homeowner's who will tackle projects themselves. I have plumbed a bathroom, replaced every faucet/sink in my house, added a garage sink, repaired my roof, installed new floors, landscaped the yard, installed an irrigation system, etc. etc. We had a clog in our main drain I discovered around midnight last night. I tried to snake it myself for about an hour, but with nothing to show for it with my 15 ft snake. Removed both toilets and tried from our washout, but couldn't get it. Enough about me.

Dave came out in less than an hour from when I first contacted him, charged an incredible price, and fixed the issue in about 45 mins. I won't mention what he was able to pull out of the drain line, but his customer service is excellent and quality of his work was outstanding. I have some scar tissue from getting gouged by plumbers in the past, and feel confident going to Dave for any and all future plumbing needs! He is a one man show, so you don't have to deal with a scheduler or multiple field folks. Save his contact info. 10/10 recommend Dave!

I had a gas leak in my outdoor grill. I called them this morning and they scheduled someone to come out the same afternoon to look at it. Gave me a quote when they arrived on site and got the repair done the same day. Brian was very professional and courteous and did a great job with the new gas pipe.

A truly great experience. We had a gas leak in our outdoor BBQ and Firepit/Firepots. We asked for recommendations and several neighbors suggested 100%. Jason explained what he was going to do and why it was the best course of action. A couple of hours later it was all finished and working. The cost was very reasonable. Thank you!

I needed my water filtration system cleaned out. When I opened the salt tank, it was full of bugs and saw dust from the recent construction being done on my home. I was utterly grossed out.
I sent for a quote, and within an hour, someone was in my home, cleaning out the tank. The gentleman who arrived was knowledgeable, professional and polite. I would definitely call them again.  Thank you!!

We waited for nearly a month to write this review because Isaac was so darn NICE and seemed to want to help us and we wanted to give the main office time to contact us but they never did, even after repeated calls. My daughter's toilet in the master bedroom that she rents out in her older, small home on Mulberry Drive in SW Phoenix got plugged up on Dec. 18, 2021. Isaac came out and tried to clear it, couldn't do it, then said we needed to use water to blast it out. He went up on the roof because the older home does not have access points and was able to clear it.  Charged us $1189 for clearing the pipe and running a camera down to see if they could find the problem, which they did the next day. We paid for it and Isaac assured us that the amount could be put toward any more expensive repairs that needed to be made.

Apparently the camera showed a problem out near the road. Repairs would cost in excess of $5000 - 6000. My daughter has two toilets, and only one of them was backing up repeatedly. The renter was not putting anything she shouldn't down the drain. I asked Isaac, If the problem is at the road, why aren't BOTH toilets backing up? He said that maybe it was closer to the outlet near the road, which did not make sense to me.

My issue is two-fold:   1) My daughter has repeatedly asked for a detailed receipt showing what the $1189 included and has been assured each time that she would be sent one. None has arrived as of almost a month after the service. I tried calling and no one who has any authority is ever in the office.
2)  This amount seems exceptionally high for the work performed. Am I wrong? Do you have some sort of a price chart we could see?

My husband and a plumber friend who used to work many years for a rooter company came over a few days later, removed the toilet, and ran hot water for 10 minutes down the tub and toilet pipes with no blockage.

We would like to see the video of the problem with the pipes to confirm that an actual problem exists. If the pipe issues near the road are not actually what caused the blockages, we would like some of our money returned and an explanation of what they did and a receipt showing the work done. No complaints about Isaac, as he was trying to be helpful and just did what his boss told him to do.

Please contact us or my daughter to resolve this issue. I have called the office several times to try to talk to someone in charge with absolutely no luck.

UPDATE:  The delightful Albert from HR returned my call on Jan. 14, 2022, and we tried to figure out why my daughter did not get the invoice that she had requested several times. Turned out that someone had written her email address down wrong and within a few minutes, she received the receipt. Rooter Ranger also agreed to a partial refund for the work done because we had so much trouble getting this resolved and explained to us. My daughter is still waiting for a final phone call explaining what she will need to do in the future based on the results from the camera. Daughter swore she spelled out her email several times, but..... oh, well.

Jordan is really friendly and did a fantastic job replacing my whole water manifold. It was  bad and right away can tell the water pressure is now better in my house after he replaced everything. My water pressure was really high, I had a constant leak and everything was corroded. He came during the time he promised and left the work area clean. He was upfront with me about everything when setting it up and his pricing is really great. He gave me the best quote and also has warranty on his work! Tony is the man! Came to see our (pretty gnarly) plumbing situation, got us a very fair quote, and was back a couple days later to do the work. It was a pretty big job and Tony did a great job of keeping me informed and walking me through what he was doing, and he was friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely use them again if we need plumbing help and I would highly recommend them overall

Excellent service and Sammy, option one plumber, was outstanding.  He gave me a complete understanding of the problem and the options available to fix.  Can't say enough good things about Sammy.  He is a true professional who cares about the quality of his work.

Now here is a company that truly cares about there customers. Had to call about the initial visit from Hays because I was not fully explained the charges prior to the work. John was wonderful and sent Mike out to double check the previous work done. He was prompt, listened to my concerns and diagnosed my ac unit. He  fully explained to me the condition of the AC unit that I was having problems with and offered a credit on the previous work for my inconvenience. I will absolutely use Hays again and refer them to anyone needed there service. I will personally ask for Mike when I decide to upgrade my units next year. Thank you John and Mike for your attention and detail to customer service!

The guys at King AC and Plumbing are the best. They saved me thousands of dollars. I first had my AC unit looked at by one of the big AC companies here in the valley because it was vibrating very badly. I wont name names, but let's just say the original owner's last name is the same as a large South American country where the World Cup is taking place right now. After the big guy's service tech failed attempts to convince me that I needed a brand new unit ($5,000), he told me that the blower motor needed to be replaced and would cost $1,300 with some sort of VIP package. A few days later I saw Brendon with King AC in my neighborhood working on my neighbors unit. It was already pretty late in the evening, but after a quick conversation with Brendon, he gladly climbed on to my roof to take a look at my unit. He came down and said there was an issue with the blower motor but it would be nowhere near the $1,300 I was originally quoted. He also informed me that the other guy that came out never even opened a single panel on my unit to come up with his expert diagnosis. The next day I received a call from the owner Terry who told me that the motor was a specialty order part and was quite expensive, but again nowhere near the original amount I was quoted. He also informed me that most likely the motor didn't need to be replaced, but the squirrel cage probably just needed to be cleaned out so it could spin properly. With Terry's advice in hand, I spent a couple of hours that weekend cleaning out the very dirty squirrel cage which was super easy to do and cost me $5 worth of cleaning solution. After I put a couple of panels back on and started up my unit again, the heavy vibration had completely disappeared. Today I had Brendon come out to take a second look over my work and make sure everything else was tip-top. He informed me that my unit needed a couple pounds of Freon and everything else with my dinosaur of a AC unit looked great. Now my unit blows colder than ever and stays on half the time that it used to, which is going to save me a small fortune on my electric bill. I have nothing but compliments for this company and their employees. All around knowledgeable and honest guys. I will never call another company for any of my AC or plumbing needs. I know with King I will receive an truthful recommendation at a good price. No scare tactics, up-selling, or commission based sales. The world needs more genuine people out there who work to help others and not take advantage of them. Thanks King AC!
