On Saturday afternoon Chris, the owner, got me out of a jam.

Our kitchen sink was clogged with grease. He diagnosed the problem over the phone, explained what they would do to solve the problem and prevent it from recurring and he provided an estimate.

In less than a half hour Keith arrived. He was courteous, pleasant, done in 20 minutes and cleaned up after himself.

To my surprise, it cost less than I expected.

Had a leak under the kitchen sink. Called at 11am and they were onsite at 1pm. Garbage disposal leak. Replaced and cleaned up in an hour. They don't rip you off with a trip charge and provide timely and professional service. They are my plumber of choice.

Had a plumbing problem, called Hansen, and they scheduled for the next day.  Their plumber discovered that our drain was plugged some due to rust from cast iron pipes.  He could not take off the drain pipe because it was rusted in so he went through the roof pipe with a snake to clean the pipes.  In 90 minutes, water was running great.  He was also very friendly and explained everything he was doing.  I would definitely call Hansen again.

I can't say enough about how satisfied I was with this company. From the moment I called I was met with courteous and professional attention. They called to confirm the appointment, arrived on time and performed a major repair on a pipe leak in my house's slab. The job was done quickly with minimal disruption. The cost was reasonable and the servicemen were friendly and reliable. I will use them again for any future plumbing work and highly recommend them.

Great however they are Flush King which was confusing why it's a different name. But fantastic service! Chris and Larry are great to work with . Larry is so professional and really takes the time

Top Notch! We had new countertops and sinks installed and needed our faucets installed and plumbing hooked up. From the beginning with online chat with Courtney to scheduling; staff was amazing! The whole process was quick! In fact they were able to come the next day unlike other companies who gave us appointment times a week out. They emailed appointment reminders and texted you to let you know who would be headed to your home. We had the pleasure of working with Dan. He was fantastic! He was honest, efficient and definitely a pro with 34 years of experience. Can't get better than that. Everything came together perfectly. DeeDee followed up to make sure service was completed to our satisfaction. Very professional and caring. They are not the cheapest but you can't beat the quality. As the saying goes you get what you pay for. We will use Bumble Bee Plumbing for our plumbing needs in the future.

I have used Larson Family Plumbing several times over the years and have never been disappointed.  This last time I received a call that my house was flooded after just 3 weeks of having new flooring installed.  I raced out to my home in Arizona from California to take care of the problem.  I contacted Larson Family Plumbing and Joe, from Larson, came out and took care of my leaky washer and toilet valves.  What a relief to know that I am receiving professional service, reasonable pricing and great customer service.  Joe went above and beyond in his customer service.  He explained what he was doing and why.....He took the time necessary to make sure I knew what was needed to be done.   Not only that, he checked the water pressure coming into my home and determined that my pressure regulator had failed.  Thank you Joe, and the entire Larson Family for taking care of my home.

I called them at nine in the morning needing a toilet snaked. They were able to come out at noon, which I really appreciated.

The plumber was polite and courteous. The snaking took less then ten minutes. I thought the price was high for the job and time it took. I did call a competitor for a price comparison and ProSkill was $15 cheaper.

The reason I deducted one star is because the plumber's shoes were filthy and he left dirty footprints from the door to the bathroom, he made three trips total, on my clean tile floor. Other plumbers I've used in the past have always wore booties when they came in the house. After he took off his gloves to do the electronic signatures his hands & nails were filthy too. I get that they do dirty work but it was gross to look at and I didn't appreciate him getting my floor dirty.

We called Elite Rooter out to our condo complex at around 5 on a Saturday and Brian arrived within an hour. Another plumber had already been called by another owner in the complex and they couldn't fix the problem. In fact, they wanted $900 to remove the toilet to snake! The problem was on HOA property, so we called Elite Rooter for a second opinion. They should have been the first call. Not only were they quick to arrive, Brian was very nice and he really knew what he was doing. He fixed the problem very quickly using the sewer cleanout. The cost was outrageously reasonable. We will absolutely call them again and see if Brian is available.

After our usual plumber let us down several times I took to Yelp and found Somers Plumbers.  Its a huge challenge when you are reaching out trying to find a decent person to work in your home.   Someone that doesn't just pull down the first $ number that comes to their head and someone that you can trust to be there when they say and do what you ask.

I am really happy to have been able to find Dave Somers.  Dave is a truly knowledgeable plumber coming from over 16 years working for someone else, Dave now turned his experience over to becoming an ROC Licensed Plumber and business owner recently

He was quick to respond back to questions and rough pricing through Yelp, his communication skills through text/Yelp & phone are fantastic.  I always knew where I stood with Dave.

I set Dave up with 5 different faucet replacements which included new drain/plugs and a challenging hands free kitchen faucet.  Dave came through perfect on everything.  If I didn't have the right part, he had the parts on hand or knew where to get them.   He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.  

I am already figuring out his next project.

Leaks, water softeners, RO, faucets, drains, toilets.  Dave does them all.

Mike is amazing! He helped us out of a bind big time! From the time I called to the on-time arrival was less than two hours. He had our problem fixed quickly and his rate was very fair and reasonable. Plus, he is a neighbor so this couldn't be any better for plumbing work.

Best of the best! We needed to get our water softener removed and pipe bounding done. Very quickly I heard back from Dianna, who scheduled an appointment for the following day to get a quote. Brian came out on time, even sent a message notifying us that he was en route. He evaluated the work needed to be done, provided us a quote and was back few days later to get is all done. Hands one one of the most professional, friendly and honest services around!

Oh my gosh we are so thrilled with our experience. My husband called when he got home from work because our tub had a leak that was leaking into the wall. Even though they were closing for the day the scheduler/dispatch turned her computer back on and routed someone to us after their last job for the day since we had to turn the water off. Eddie texted when he was on his way. Way very friendly and efficient (wore a mask the whole time) and fixed our problem with minimal work. So, so thankful for this company for going above and beyond at the last minute.

This company has a better than average communication with their client.
Justin, our technician is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.  Justin gave us a quote for a new unit and a quote for rebuilding the control panel of our current unit.  He wasn't pushy about trying to make the sale.  Merely gave us the information and left, allowing us to think it over.
I have never heard of this water softener, but on the other hand, I couldn't find any negative reviews either.  The unit has an excellent warranty in my opinion.  I checked with the BBB online and they have a rating of A+.  I would certainly recommend this company.  Dave makes appointments, communicates with the customer and handles the follow-up.  He is also very accommodating.

Last night my sink got clogged and my wife and I were really worried about both getting it fixed, and the cost of getting it fixed as well. I looked on Google and Yelp and saw how close Rooter Ranger was to us and some of the positive reviews and decided to give them a call in the morning. It's a Sunday on a holiday weekend so I didn't have high hopes, but to my surprise they were able to come in quickly within 4 hours of my call. The plumber who came was friendly and courteous, and told me how much it would likely cost and how much time it would likely take before he started. As the process went on he gave me regular updates until it was complete. He was able to effectively unclog the sink, and gave me some advice for how to keep it from clogging in the future and to regularly maintain the line. Overall, extremely good service, and a very good price for what he did.

Will hopefully not have to use a plumber in the future, but inevitably when I do, I will definitely use Rooter Ranger.

I contacted Lawson Family Plumbing about replacing all of my under-sink shut off valves. They were kind and courteous when I called to schedule and they showed up on time and even offered to wear booties when they came to the door. I really appreciated that. I thought the price was fair. Highly recommend.

My only complaint is the receptionist whom I called mid-way through my appointment time slot of 10-12AM to ask her if the service person was going to be late and asked her to please call me if he was going to come past the 12:00 window as I had plans with my granddaughter.  She never called back and the service person didn't arrive until 12:40.  He was very apologetic and got right to the task at hand; clearing my bathtub drain.  He was a very nice young man who took the time to explain everything he was doing and the best part of it was they stuck to their advertised price of $49.50.  Unlike the previous company who came out (Schuelke Plumbing, LLC ) who said they were going to have to charge me $200 becuase he had to use his rooter without even removing the drain plug to take a look at it.  So call Option One if you need this kind of repair.  I am a very picky person and would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the flaky receptionist.

We could not be happier with our experience with Hays. They were extremely quick to reply and get us a tech to the house. Within 2 days they came out, quoted and fixed the issues we were having. Jason was our tech and he was kind, professional and really set us up for success.
