I had never used them before but Lou, one of the plumbers, was highly recommended.  He did not disappoint.  Took care of the problem with my outside faucet.  Answered questions I had with some potential kitchen sink issues.  They will be my #1 plumbing company.  Very courteous & knowledgeable.  I have tried 2 other plumbing companies.  The first one never recommend.  The 2nd company was good.  But this company is very good.

We needed emergency service to repair a leaking pipe in our attic! Diamondback Plumbing was so quick and kept great communication with us.
Levi is the plumber that was sent and he did a very thorough inspection and repair! Great attitude and so helpful.

Craig from Lawson Family Plumbing is AWESOME,  we were doing a DIY project and ran into a piping alignment issue, he came in and assessed the situation and had us back up and running in no time. His knowledge and professionalism is top notch. I highly recommend this company. And the price was just right.

Contacted Chris and within an hour he was at our house. He diagnosed our ceiling leak - which turned out to be an issue with our ac. He called someone out to deal with the demolition and repair and they showed up within an hour as well. Very satisfied with Chris's professionalism.

Bumble Bee plumbing was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I asked for a general quote when scheduling on the cost to install a new water softener to replace an old one. They would not give me any range at all. I expected it to be reasonable.  Replacing an old water softener to new one is a job done easily in less than 1 hr. I had purchased a water softener that was highly rated and recommended by friends who have high end homes and plumbers that I know. The bumble bee technician immediately talked down to me, because I'm a woman I'm guessing, gaslit me telling me that I not only bought the wrong size but the quality of the brand was not good and I should buy his brand that I've never heard of for 3x the price of any of the recommended brands and pay another $1500 to install it. So $4500 for a salt based water softener- not water filtration system.  I immediately went to return it and buy a larger size for the softener I had. My plumber friends said that the size I had was actually just fine.  I ordered a larger one just to be safe. I took the day off of work to be available for bumble bee. Any company who will not even give you a cost range is going to try to take advantage of you.

Blake came to my house this morning to install a new water softener and if you're new to Arizona it's more or less a must have in Arizona because it will save all the water using appliances ex: dishwasher and washing machine which are expensive because the water calcification besides the fact soft water saves you on laundry soap and bath soap and all of your copper fittings running through out your home. It's a necessity and Lawson plumbing does an excellent job for an amazing price

Wow!!  What service!  I am a teacher.  They worked with me on their service hours.  So kind.  So family oriented to their own and to their customers!  They really work hard to make sure that I am not going anywhere else.   Thank you!

These guys were prompt and professional.  Upon arrival they took the time to diagnose the issue and DID NOT try to sell me new faucet; first looking to see if they could correct the issue.

Dave did a great job of replacing our old, cracked, leaking disposer. He tested the new system a number of times and discovered a leak, which he repaired. He kept testing and looking to make sure that everything was in perfect condition before he left, even carefully removing overflow putty that I couldn't see until he cleaned it out. I was so pleased with his excellent work and friendly manner, explaining what he was doing at each step. If we have any future plumbing needs, I will gladly call Somers Plumbing to take care of us. Mike and team did a wonderful job. Had a stack of plumbing issues (repair frozen pipe damage from this past winter, replacement of a porcelain sink I managed to bust out and installation of a new water filtration system) that required attention. Element Plumbing was able to get to the work quickly and the quality of the repairs/installation was outstanding. Pricing was reasonable and couldn't be more pleased with the result.

Fast, honest, and reliable. This is the second time we've used Sound Plumbing, and they do not disappoint. The first time was to have a sink and faucet installed in the laundry room. Everything was great there. This time, an issue with the hot water flowing lukewarmly. Brian showed up, on time, and within the hour we had hot water again. We will definitely call them anytime we need a plumber.

Eloy was very professional, and really helpful.  He highlighted numerous areas of my irrigation system that were leaking and he repaired them quickly.  He also tested my exterior sewer line as well.

I noticed some water damage when removing trim for a project.  Jordan was super quick and easy to confirm an appointment with and seemed very knowledgeable.

Great service from Tanner.  He called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time, wearing a mask.  Our toilet was lose and bolts would not tighten it.   After removing the toilet Tanner found the toilet had been leaking and that caused the metal ring to rust and disintegrate.   He at first though we would have to replace the flange, which was expensive.  However he was able to get the ring off and chip away the concrete that was causing the ring to not sit correctly, which is what caused the leak in the first place.  (It had been like that since house of we built!)  Saved us several hundred dollars by not needing to replace the flange.  Really appreciate the effort and honest work.  He could have just as easily replaced the flange to charge the higher amount.  Installed new toilet correctly.   Did a great job cleaning up before he left.

We've been customers for years. Very honest and easy to work with. They do great work, are very clean and prompt. I don't even think about who to call when we need a plumber.

I just had a RO system installed today. The office was efficiant and organized. They verified and reminded me as well. Matt was informative and patient with all my questions. Of particular interest was an additional step added to the system that boosts the alkalinity after filtration which addressed my main concern with Reverse Osmosis. Matt installed the system the same day which saved us another appointment although I'm sure that is not always an option.

It is easy to recommend these folks and I will likely have them do a whole house system next.

Randy and Marc showed up on time and were friendly, helpful, and very professional. They found simple solutions that 2 other plumbers hadn't found and wanted to charge us a ton of money to fix. One was the recirculating pump, which wasn't working. These guys figured that it wasn't plugged in! (It still needed work, but....) We also had no cold water in the master shower. A previous plumber told us it was a cartridge that was hard to get to, and would cost $1000. Randy handed me a rubber piece and said someone put this rubber piece on backyards and it blocked your cold water intake. I'm 63 years old. This was the best plumbing experience I've ever had!
