I cannot say enough good about Pink Plumbing. We had a major sewer catastrophe and I called Pink Plumbing because of the great Yelp! reviews.  Chris met me within a half hour and diagnosed the problem as a main sewer line break under the foundation of the house. Before I even had to have time to worry about the cost, he said insurance should cover most of the cost. By 2 that afternoon, Chris had a company out to help me with the water damage. In days the leak was fixed and we were able to begin dry out and reconstruction.

I really don't know how this would've gone if I hadn't given Chris a call. I know who I will be calling next time I have any plumbing needs.

I had a dreaded drip leak somewhere inside the walls/floor/basement ceiling.  My wife and I struggled to find a source and knew we needed a plumbing expert to track it down without tearing our whole house apart.  Enter Mike Bonner from Lawson Family Plumbing.  He listened, considered a variety of sources, and began his detective work.  After a thorough review, we all agreed we simply had to cut into our basement ceiling and see what we could see inside.  After cutting an opening in a best-guess location, Mike immediately found the pinhole leak in a copper water line merely 8-12 inches away!  He was able to repair the pipe thus stopping the leak and did it with just one small drywall hole that was easily repaired.  Amazing!  We are so thankful for Mike The Water Line Whisperer Bonner's help.  5-STAR!

Just bought a house and needed to have a water line for the fridge installed before my fridge came. Chris came by to do an assessment, proposed a solution along with a quote, and then started the work right away. On a Saturday!  A couple short hours later, the work was done. Chris did a great job and performed high quality, thorough work. He walked me through everything he did at the end which also made me feel very confident with the work. I would not hesitate to hire Chris again for future plumbing needs.

Knowledgeable is an understatement. Had a crazy unusual plumbing problem that apparently 2 plumbers that helped the owner next door could not find. Well after an intial inspection, Lawson Family Plumbing was able to CLEARLY communicate what the issue was and an approach to resolving it. Prices were communicated on during the whole process and after hours they were able to fix the problem with expert care. In addition they were able to work with my Home Warranty people to ensure the work they were performing was not covered by the company.

I really appreciate the service and care to make the drain issue go away.

ProSkill services a/c technician, Pat Murphy, is super skilled and knowledgeable in the detailed work in hooking up my hood insert to the exhaust line. He moved the duct and secured the appliance so it will work for years to come. Pro skills was the only company in the area that could do this work and was done in an excellent way. I cannot thank Pat and Pro-Skill Services enough!

Simply the best!! I use plumbers often so can tell the difference between a great one and a guy with a wrench as I own many rental properties in town. A good plumber is hard to find and Elite Rooter is just that- ELITE!! Quick response times, extremely professional and knowledgeable. Great communication from the entire organization from top down. They went above and beyond for me and I can't say how much I appreciate that. My project was extremely complex and brought many challenges along the way. Elite rooter did nothing but make sure I was satisfied with their work and never gave up to jump over the hurdles that were uncovered along the way.

Highly recommend them for trenchless pipe replacement, snaking drains, adding cleanouts, changing fixtures. Anything plumbing related they can handle it- they have all the right tools to get it done right.

We needed a new faucet and under-mount sink installed. Somers Plumbers was the only reply that would at least look at installing an under-mount sink and after inspection gave us a very competitive quote. Dave came out the next day and installed the sink and faucet in no time and everything has been working great.

We will definitely use Somers Plumbers again for any of our plumbing needs.

I thought about taking on this project myself, but I'm glad I called them. Some extra effort was needed, and they worked through it and did a great job.

I had a gas leak in my outdoor grill. I called them this morning and they scheduled someone to come out the same afternoon to look at it. Gave me a quote when they arrived on site and got the repair done the same day. Brian was very professional and courteous and did a great job with the new gas pipe.

100% would recommend. I noticed an outside leak this morning, called 100% Plumbing, and they fix it. This all occurred within 2 hours - talk about service! Eden was the technician that came out. He took the time to answer my questions, was polite, and worked efficiently. Thank you!

Every aspect of our interaction with Allegiance Water Services has been exceptional.

We contacted them for a consult regarding our irrigation system that had been giving us problems on and off over the past year.  The existing (builder-grade) tubing was simply deteriorating after 7 years in the Arizona sun.   We did several basic repairs ourselves, but came to realize that we were over our heads. Tom and Thomas came out for the (free) initial consultation.  There was no sales pitch to speak of;  they just explained their product to us and we were sold but not only the durability of the product, but also by their well-thought-out installation method and practices.  

We experienced excellent customer service at every step of the process;  from finalizing the purchase to scheduling the installation to the actual install.  The people we dealt with were not only knowledgeable of the mechanics of irrigation itself (which I would expect), but also displayed a good understanding of the unique requirements of maintaining an Arizona yard or garden.  When all of the work (and cleanup) was completed, they conducted an informative walkthrough of the irrigation system, pointing out and explaining the location of all the emitters.  They further elaborated on the differing watering requirements for different kinds of plants, and showed how those requirements had been met.  And finally, they reviewed the settings and operation of our irrigation timer.  All of this was most helpful and made us feel even more comfortable with the setup and operation of our irrigation system.

Office support was easy to work with, both over the phone and by email.  Everything was explained clearly and our questions were always answered promptly.  The work was completed in the promised timeframe.  The installation crew was knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly.  They did the work with a minimum amount of disruption to our yard, and cleaned everything up afterwards.        

In this age where companies so often seem to value profits over true customer service, Allegiance Water Services stands out as an example of what customer service SHOULD BE.

I noticed some water damage when removing trim for a project.  Jordan was super quick and easy to confirm an appointment with and seemed very knowledgeable.

I contacted Lawson Family Plumbing about replacing all of my under-sink shut off valves. They were kind and courteous when I called to schedule and they showed up on time and even offered to wear booties when they came to the door. I really appreciated that. I thought the price was fair. Highly recommend.

Our shower temperature was either was freezing cold or scolding hot.  Fernando provided great customer service by identify the issue, found the the part and got us back on track.

I have a service contract with Hays. I contacted their call service at 8pm Friday after my rental tenant told me his AC was blowing heat. I was told a technican would call to let me know when they could schedule service. I followed up at noon Saturday, 5pm Saturday and 4pm today and still have yet to receive a call back to provide service as of 11pm Sunday.

Our daughter's house had a plumbing issue and water leaking from the kitchen. I had called a couple other plumbing companies in the area but no one could come out right away, some were booking 2 weeks out. I called King Plumbing around 2 pm. The repairman arrived before 5 pm and had the repair complete inside of 1-2 hours. I cannot remember the name of the gentleman that did the repair but he was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The cost of the repair was also reasonable. I do recommend this company and will use this company again if needed.
