I needed some some shut-off valves so I called Pink Plumbing.  

The owner Chris, who is a rockstar plumber, showed up on time, and was done in a flash!  In fact, I had to replace a leaking sprayer hose on my kitchen faucet and Chris even replaced that for me while he was under the sink doing the other work!

While Chris was there, he even gave me a quote on some other work that he pointed out that should be done.  I will be scheduling that work soon.  

Very reasonable prices, top-notch service, and high quality work!  That's what I wanted from a plumber... and that's exactly what I got from Pink Plumbing!

Called at least 6 other companies before Diamondback said they would come on Easter Sunday for a drainage problem.  Listened, identified the problem, fixed it. Kudos to Jason and Jerry.

Update 3/3/23: Shortly after writing some reviews Jessica reached out to touch base with me about what had happened. There was a misunderstanding and they sent out the wrong tech. They refunded the charge and were very proactive about it. I appreciate that she reached out so quickly and got it taken care of. They've earned a star back from me as a result. I hate giving reviews that are less than 4 stars but I'm honestly not happy and feel I need to be honest about my experience.

I reached out to these folks for a quote for a repair I already knew I needed since they had such good reviews. I like to get at least three quotes for any work being done on my house. They were super responsive which was great and they were able to get out to see me within the week which was fine as the unit is running, just needs a part replaced before summer comes rolling through. So I set up a time to get a quote and the techs arrived on time and were great. I told them I just needed a quote for the part I need replaced which is also what I told the person I spoke to via the Yelp quote system. Things went a bit downhill from there. The tech didn't seem to know that they weren't here to do a service and I wound up spending money for something I didn't need.

I wasn't told there would be a charge to get a quote for something that I already knew was wrong. They did diagnostics which I didn't need because, again, I already knew what was wrong. They also quoted me for the whole system and not for the part that's needed. Two other companies have already been out to look at it and I don't need an almost $6k replacement unit, just the controller needs to be replaced. The unit isn't going to blow hot air out of the top when it's only 54 degrees outside... That doesn't mean I need a whole new unit, it just means it's too cold for the a/c to be running. I mean come on. I'm not replacing a unit that's running just fine with the exception of one failing part. The unit isn't even 7 years old.

The techs were nice, punctual, and I liked them but I was caught off guard by the fact that I was being charged for what should have just been a simple quote. I didn't need diagnostics, just a quote for a part being replaced. If I had been told ahead of time that I was going to be charged for diagnostics and a quote for a whole system replacement that I don't need I wouldn't have had them out.

We had a great experience with Lawson today! He showed up right on time and went through all of the options that we had to install a vacuum breaker so that we can have sprinklers installed in our backyard. He was able to do it right away and after a few hours, we're now all set for our backyard reno! I am so excited! We'll definitely call them again for future plumbing needs. We also felt that their prices were extremely affordable and competitive with other companies. I love that they are locally owned and if you call them, be sure to take advantage of their Yelp deal!

Not all plumbing companies can deal with natural gas issues, but this company was able to replace a broken gas shut off valve for a gas dryer I had. They  were quick to respond and quick to fix the issue at a very reasonable price.  I would highly recommend this company for anyone facing issues with gas or water plumbing.

Talked with Bumble Bee Plumbing on September 16th and scheduled for Monday September 27th. When I asked them what time I should expect them, they say, we'll call and text on day of service to let you know when we're on the way. Interesting, no scheduled time, but ok lets see how this goes.
Monday morning September 27 I receive a call and text at 8 AM telling me today is the day and they will inform me when the technician is on the way. Ok. Sounds good!
At noon I get a call, I'm thinking they're on the way. Silly me, they just want to make sure I'm still available today. Uh, we have an appointment, of course I'm available. They say to me, ok, just making sure we'll let you know when someone is on the way.  Again, Weird, but ok.  
3 PM, no word from them. I text and say yeah today wont work. They reply to me no problem, let us know when you know your availability. Um, how about an apology?? You know my availability, it was today. You didn't show up.

I recently had them assigned to my house by my home warranty. They are a customer oriented business that is interested in your satisfaction.

Joseph Marcus was our technician for our water softener filters and Joseph not only did a thorough job, but actually came back a few days later to fix a problem that was not related to what he performed. I had a question about a possible future problem and he came that same day and did what needed to be done!!

Had a gas leak. Elite got it fixed despite a very difficult city recertification process. I appreciate a company that perseveres through a tough job. Would definitely use Elite Rooter again.

Michael (the owner) came out to replace an old hose bib (faucet) that had begun to leak badly. He arrived on time, calling beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He showed up masked, and even put on booties for the inside work. Replacing the faucet required opening up an interior wall to get at the plumbing. Access was awkward, requiring either removal of a toilet tank or working underneath a built-in desk. He opened the wall from the desk side (saving me money on parts & labor), working in the cramped space below the desk. He also installed an access door, which hid the hole nicely and allows future access if needed. The faucet itself is from a US manufacturer, appears well-made, and is easy to turn (which my wife will appreciate). He did such a great job I asked if he could replace our other outside faucet, and he was able to do that on the same visit, giving us a discount since a second trip wasn't needed. The whole job took him only three hours, and I felt the cost was quite reasonable. I'm very pleased with the work done, and would definitely hire Element Plumbing for any future plumbing work.

I had a gas leak in my outdoor grill. I called them this morning and they scheduled someone to come out the same afternoon to look at it. Gave me a quote when they arrived on site and got the repair done the same day. Brian was very professional and courteous and did a great job with the new gas pipe.

Great guys, we had a mess on our hands with an inside leak under our slab and also an issue with main line to house. 30,000 gallons of water in less than a month. We were freaking out. But they were very professional and gave us a little break because of the multiple problems we had.

Jordan is a really good guy. Got me pointed in the right direction even thou we didn't end up working together.

I had an issue with my water softener, an older unit that is no longer made. A few service providers I contacted told me straight away to just replace the water softener. Kenneth, from Lawson Family Plumbing, provided a no-cost inspection of the unit and he said that I can get the unit repaired if I was able to get some replacement parts.

I was able to get parts from another service provider and Kenneth repaired the water softener on the next day.

I totally recommend Lawson for their integrity, no sales pressure, and professionalism.

My sewer went to crap, no pun intended and option one was there the next day, negotiated fairly and started and finished the job by the following day. The work in the yard was amazing, I have a lot of trees and plants and nothing got disrupted I was very thankful for their meticulous work.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Our air conditioner went out in 114° and our warranty company would not be able to get anyone out for over a week. Hayes had installed the original system in our home before we bought it so we gave them a call. Not only did Charlie come out the same day but went above and beyond. We were not able to fix the unit the same day but he made sure we had some cool air and worked diligently to find the parts we needed. He was communicating with me in the evenings and on the weekend truly going above and beyond. They fixed our system and it was worth every penny! I would HIGHLY recommend Hays and can't thank Charlie enough!

The guys at King AC and Plumbing are the best. They saved me thousands of dollars. I first had my AC unit looked at by one of the big AC companies here in the valley because it was vibrating very badly. I wont name names, but let's just say the original owner's last name is the same as a large South American country where the World Cup is taking place right now. After the big guy's service tech failed attempts to convince me that I needed a brand new unit ($5,000), he told me that the blower motor needed to be replaced and would cost $1,300 with some sort of VIP package. A few days later I saw Brendon with King AC in my neighborhood working on my neighbors unit. It was already pretty late in the evening, but after a quick conversation with Brendon, he gladly climbed on to my roof to take a look at my unit. He came down and said there was an issue with the blower motor but it would be nowhere near the $1,300 I was originally quoted. He also informed me that the other guy that came out never even opened a single panel on my unit to come up with his expert diagnosis. The next day I received a call from the owner Terry who told me that the motor was a specialty order part and was quite expensive, but again nowhere near the original amount I was quoted. He also informed me that most likely the motor didn't need to be replaced, but the squirrel cage probably just needed to be cleaned out so it could spin properly. With Terry's advice in hand, I spent a couple of hours that weekend cleaning out the very dirty squirrel cage which was super easy to do and cost me $5 worth of cleaning solution. After I put a couple of panels back on and started up my unit again, the heavy vibration had completely disappeared. Today I had Brendon come out to take a second look over my work and make sure everything else was tip-top. He informed me that my unit needed a couple pounds of Freon and everything else with my dinosaur of a AC unit looked great. Now my unit blows colder than ever and stays on half the time that it used to, which is going to save me a small fortune on my electric bill. I have nothing but compliments for this company and their employees. All around knowledgeable and honest guys. I will never call another company for any of my AC or plumbing needs. I know with King I will receive an truthful recommendation at a good price. No scare tactics, up-selling, or commission based sales. The world needs more genuine people out there who work to help others and not take advantage of them. Thanks King AC!
