These types of services can be a real headache, but everything about this experience was easy. The initial phone call, setting up an appointment, and the actual service was great. I didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment and the window of time for the appointment was ideal. Lou showed up right at the beginning of the time window and was really great with finding the issue and fixing it quickly. I would definitely recommend him and Pink Plumbing & Sewer again.

This company is a complete HACK. I called for a leak in the wall. They sent out a guy who Smelled VERY strong of alcohol. As he tried to put his words together he openly admitted to me that the company only offers Patch Repairs. He said they come out and put a patch to hold you over until the problem needs a permanent fix which is not what I wanted behind my walls. They only use Shark Bite fittings. My dad is a plumbe t and told me these fittings are known to FAIL ,Causing you more repairs and more $$.  Go with someone else, this company doesn't have good intentions behind their work.

Responded very quickly. Quote was fair (actually less than competitor). Scheduled an appointment right away. Tech showed up on time, was very friendly, and knew his stuff. I will use them again.

I needed a plumber FAST for a pipe that broke while we were switching out the bathroom vanity. Donny picked up the phone, committed to a fast response, and showed up even faster than promised! He was kind, thorough, tidy, and stood by his work. I'll use him again (but hopefully won't need to!). Don't waste your time calling the other guys that advertise same day or 24 hour service - only to then want extra pay or overtime to show up! Call Donny.

Our service guys name was Ken and he was awesome! Replaced our toilet and fixed our shower in just a few hours and customer service was top notch!

Called Proskill hoping for a water softener repair but unfortunately it was not repairable.  Chance and Harlin were extremely professional, respectful and courteous.  They explained everything including showing us what was wrong with our old unit.  We are more than comfortable referring them into your home as well.  I know that is who we will call when the next thing needs repair or replacement.

I requested a quote on Saturday, they didn't respond until Monday. THEN they said that they only do in person estimates. I told them the guy that gave me a fair estimate, got the job.

Great experience!  He is hands-on with his own company - he understood and knew what he was getting into before he arrived but still asked questions before he did anything.  Always nice having someone with experience.  Confirmed we didn't have a recirculating pump before cutting off the water, etc.  Dave explained what he was going to do, got us the matching 1/4-turn piece (which others charged more for) and knocked the job out.  He charged what he said he would charge and I am happy (my wife is happy).  Good price and I would rather tip because of a good job then agree to the highest and hope.  
I will use him again for future jobs and recommend to my friends and clients.

Michael just left my house after completing two tasks for two separate issues. He was responsive when I began my search for a plumber and was timely and efficient while completing the jobs. He was also very reasonably priced. It was evident that he was well versed in the plumbing realm and was honest with the issues and not trying to rip me off. Technicians  were on time. Excellent communication, personable ! Explained operation of water softener.  Our existing system didn't remove calcium, now the water softener will remove it. They coordinated the timing of each system to work for optimal performance. They explained how often to add salt pellets, & depending on water usage such as having guests. The placement of the new system was compact, neatly placed next to the old & how we appreciated that with a garage full of items & tools to store. Best work we have done after so many projects and disappointing experience Can't thank them enough!

They responded very quickly to my response. The ignitor on my gas water heater needed to be replaced. Very friendly, professional and honest. Dreading a potential costly, involved plumbing leak on my side of the water main box, I called Lawson Family Plumbing on the advice of a number of neighbors that had previously used them. Chris the technician   got here when he said he would, assessed the problem, answered a whole lot of questions I had about plumbing in general thoroughly and with patience, and fix the (thankfully) rather easy to get to leak.
He explained every step he took, and then some, and gave me advice about solutions for any future problems that could arise. All this courteously with no 'hard sell' tactics and a very fair price. I would highly recommend this professional company who seem to understand the value of customer service and word of mouth advertising.

I live out of state and the AC in my Peoria rental home needed to have the indoor coil replaced (in the middle of a June heat wave, of course!) Hays was very accommodating & their staff was superb! The receptionists, Veronica & Tanya, were very pleasant & professional. The two techs we'd dealt with between the couple of visits that had to be made to my home were Jerry & Mike, both were quite knowledgeable and extremely courteous and professional over the phone. The only thing I could suggest is to give an itemized estimate for jobs. We had to spend $2800 on our AC & would have liked to know what we were spending it on. Being out of state, we had to put our trust in Hays so the job could be completed as soon as possible (we have a tenant who's pregnant) & didn't have time to collect alternative estimates.

It is clear that Hays has high service standards and engagement among their employees, definitely an under appreciated quality of small businesses.

We've used KING Plumbing Heating & AC (KING) in the past for a plumbing problem. My late Father's Day gift late last night was our AC unit stopped cooling. I sent a text to KING that I would contact them in the morning (Monday). As in our previous experience, the response was quick and by 10:45 our unit was up and running. Fast response, taking care of customers and personable guys who treat people with respect and understanding... yeh, I'll be calling on KING every time.
