I called Pink Plumbing & Sewer on Monday and Becky answered the phone. She was so clear and polite. She listened to my concerns and then she repeated what I said at least three times. It surprised me because it made me feel that she was really listening and trying to accurately note my concerns. She scheduled my appointment and I received a reminder text immediately.
Today, I met with Jason and he was great! We both watched as he assessed the clog in my toilet. The water-filled the toilet bowl and we both stood there for about a minute he started giving me suggestions on what he might have to do. He informed me that the toilet might need to be augured. Then, he gave me the prices and the worst-case scenarios if the auguring didn't work. He was extremely patient and took his time explaining every detail of the process. As he was explaining everything, the toilet started to bubble. He was like...that's odd. Then, it started to gurgle. He was like...that's weird, and as we stood there the toilet drained completely. We were both shocked! He must have the Midas touch because the toilet drained right before our eyes. He took a video of it and we were both stunned. Jason tried several other tests to ensure that the toilet was running smoothly.
I'm writing this review because I wanted to note that he was professional and helpful. He didn't talk down to me and he explained in very clear steps what needed to be done.

I called Diamondback plumbing today to replace a water heater.  I called them around 9am and since this wasn't an emergency I said the next available plumber would be great.  Around noon I received a call that the plumber was on his way. By the time he showed up I had already emptied the water heater and cleared space for him to work.  I asked if I should run to home depot and purchase the replacement water heater or if he was going to sell me one.  In the end I went to home depot and picked up a water heater and the other parts he recommended.  2 x 18in copper flex lines and a water heater pan.  When I return the old water heater is removed and he has installed some steel flex lines instead of the copper ones I bought.  We roll the water heater in and he gets everything installed.
Parts I purchased $622.89
Parts he supplied $27.27
Fuel surcharge $5
Labor for 90 minutes of work $300

The only things that bothered me was the fact that he kept the copper flex lines in lieu of charging me for the steel ones he found in his truck and that he parked in my driveway and left an oil spot.

Other than that I'm happy with the response time and how quickly things were fixed.

We had a problem with not having hot water.  Called Lawson and Jason was out here in an hour.  He diagnosed the hot water heater and didnt find anything wrong.  Turned out a valve was turned in the wrong direction.  He could have easily charged us to replace the valve but he was honest and just charged us the trip charge.

Very pleased and will call them again when we need a plumber.

I have used and recommended this company for several years now. All I can say is, they are awesome.
Dependable, careful, courteous and friendly. I recently made the mistake of letting my contractor use someone else (we were in a pinch) for some work on one of our properties. The experience was so bad that I called Mike and he quickly bailed me out of a potential problem.
Lesson learned. I knew I should have called them first but let someone talk me into what could have been a disaster.
I highly recommend this company, we have several properties and my wife is also a realtor that uses him for her clients. They have never let us down and we've never had problem they couldn't fix.

I had a faucet that quit working and my regular plumber couldn't make it out for a few days so I tried Lawson. They were able to get here within an hour and because the issue was quick and easy they didn't even charge me! The faucet handle was damage in the process but they promised to replace it at no charge. Looks like I have a new regular plumber.

I loved the man that installed our water softener and carbon filter.  Extremely knowledgeable and professional.  I only give them 4 stars is because it was a fortune and the credit service they use for financing are real a-holes.  $1895 for a customer supplied newer water softener, and a new carbon unit.  I would recommend this company just for the service of our professional.  Another gripe is that to do financing we were required to go through another company and they wouldn't work with us at.  They denied me and my husband credit because of activity on our cards.  Of course we are going to put everything on credit when we buy a new house.  An hour later and it put our service tech behind schedule and inconvenienced everyone involved. No, we were not able to get financing.  If you're in a bind this plumber will not help at all because of GreenSky. That's money back on our CC bill every month.  Our credit is perfect by the way, since we pay all CC each month.  GreenSky is the company that refused to take us for monthly payments. Screw them! ProSkill needs to ditch that credit company because it left a sour taste in my mouth.

I called them out for their unclogging deal.  That didn't work and they said they had to do a flush and use a camera, which costs hundreds of dollars more.  They get a couple stars because they unclogged the drain.  However the big problem was after using a camera they recommended another company come in and help me fix an issue their camera found with a pipe.  The company they called was terrible, had horrible reviews, and cost our insurance over $1,000.  It was a HUGE mistake to allow them in our house.  On top of that I tried to get the camera footage I paid for, and they stopped responding to me.  I would recommend avoiding these people since they like to work with other bad companies.

Amazing customer service from Somers Plumbers.  I used them for new plumbing installations and I highly recommend them. Very thankful to have found them through the Yelp bid request.

Element plumbing came out after hours and on short notice when our tankless water heater stopped working. Micheal took the required parts with him, ordered all the warranty replacement parts for us, then came back to repair everything. Incredible service, and knowledgeable people. Would recommend them to anyone

Anyways..  Brian was great.  Found my water heater leaking and he came out the next morning.  Just quick and easy for me..

Called to get an estimate for a pressure reducer (common in some areas throughout Phoenix) due to a sprinkler issue. They showed up same day evaluated the piping, explained the process and quoted. We pulled the trigger and in about an hour everything was done and top notch. Very knowledgeable, courteous and extremely professional job. I highly recommend these guys for all your plumbing needs.

I had my water softener checked since I'm new to AZ and had no idea what to do. Except what I learnt on YouTube.

I had an appointment scheduled for the next day. David kept me updated on the time they would arrive. They were running a little late.

Justin was extremely polite and professional. Answering all my questions and putting me at ease.

Robert was amazing. He responded to us quickly. Got the job done quickly. And answered all of our questions about the issue plus more.

Two stars for the friendliness of the tech who came out...other than that?  Needed a sink replaced-I have a garbage disposal and water purification.  I was buying everything-sink/faucets/hardware....just needed someone to take out the old (drop in) and replace with my stuff. $1450.00 estimate...nuff said!
Follow up:  Had another service come out and replace and install AND replace the water valves...$500.  Hays said it would take all day...took three hours. Moving to one star also-why try to rip people off?

Highly recommend King Plumbing!  Extremely fast to respond for service.  Very prompt,  extremely efficient and very knowledgeable in their field.  Everyone I spoke with and worked with was very polite as well.  In the future if I need service they will be number 1 on my list to call!
