We had a leaky pipe over a holiday weekend, even though they were completely full, was blown away by the customer service provided by the owner was outstanding!

Steve did get in touch with me and apologize for not being responsive to my initial request. I always appreciate it when someone owns up to their mistake.

We rescheduled to get an estimate for the addition of a gas line to our kitchen for a new gas stove top. The service representative who came to our house was friendly and professional.Their prices were fair but we decided not to go ahead with the work at this time.

Exceptional customer service! They send you a text when your technician in on their way with not only the name of your tech but also a picture and short bio so you know exactly who will be knocking on your door. Such an important safety measure and I've never had any other service provider do this! They've made a loyal customer out of me!

I had an issue with the installation of a water jet where the t-valve was messed up and the water started leaking. I reached out to multiple businesses but none were responsive or entertaining the repair. Then Lawson family plumbing came into picture and immediately scheduled an appointment for the next day for a checkup. Kevin comes in on time and fixes the problem in minutes. Very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely be reaching out to them for any plumbing issues.

I would  recommend them. They remained in contact by phone and email with updates as to when the tech would arrive. Shanne started off with a call at 7:30am...very pleasant and helpful.  Follow up calls (Craig or Greg?) during the day until Mike P. arrived to do the job (emergency job). All in all a very easy friendly and knowlegeable company to work with. I would recommend this company.

I'm a little perplexed...I really like this company but now after a bid to fix a leak in a pipe to the auto fill for pool --estimate was for $2586 and I would still need someone to fix my pavers... I decided to get a second opinion from a leak detector company. Turns out it is not in my line!  They also did a dive in the pool and checked the pop ups (all ok). The leak was in the fill valve.  He corrected the problem. ....bill for all this $425.  That is a big difference!  I did have a 1/2 pressure vacuum breaker replaced at $642 and now Im wondering if that was a mistake AND I bought the membership....???

Thank you Lawson Family Plumbing.  You have made my day.  We had a shower drain repaired in 2019, we noticed a leak under the house yesterday a repairman was sent out today.  Upon inspection it was a faulty o-ring on the connection, it was fixed and when we ask how much it would be the very  kind gentleman said NO CHARGE.  I was so shocked i had to ask twice.  Not only is this a family owned company, it seems they really care for their customers.  Such a rarity today.  So if possible I would give more than 5 stars.  If only all business took such pride in their work and really took exceptional care of their customers.  I would highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing, you have my business for life.

Juan and Pro-skill, really worked with and for me in resolving a complex high-tech hot water heater system failure.  They kept on the job until fixed and Juan is a truly sharp and pleasant tech...strongly recommended!

Do not walk away, RUN!!! This company lacks honesty and integrity. I had to have the pipes in the home replaced and was misled at almost every turn. I was informed the renters in the home would not be misplaced, which was a lie. I was told the job would be completed in a few days, also a lie. I was informed there would be a $1,050.00 discount, yep, a lie. I was told the insurance company would cover everything, which of course was another lie. As if that were not enough, they made an error in billing the insurance company and had to modify the bill. Less than two weeks from resubmitting the bill, they placed a lien on the home due to not being paid!! Putting a lien on the home was not only unnecessary it was cruel and heartless. Please do not be fooled by these snakes in the grass, they will bite you!

Dave came out to repair my clogged toilet in our guest bathroom this morning. He was on time and very responsive and very reasonably priced.

I would give more stars if I could to Michael and his crew. They have helped me replace leaky shower faucets, installed bidets, and replace my old worn out circulating pump and timer. When I have an emergency, a potential leak or the hot water is not working, they make it a a point to come out the same day to help investigate. Their prices are fair and the work is impeccable.

I just moved in to my new house used Yelp to help find a licensed plumber. I need a new regulator on my built in gas grill. Sound plumbing responded and came to my home for a quote. Brian was on time and came back the next day with the parts and completed the installation. Thanks now I can have a house warming party.

Mont answered my call and right away I was struck by his courteous, thoughtful, and thorough demeanor. I explained that we had a nanny at home and he was thoughtful enough to ask her name and get any important information to ensure that she felt comfortable with the technician. They utilize this great service that shows you a picture of the technician as well as notifies you as to when they are en route to the house.
We called because our water softener was leaking and turns out, we just put in too much salt (oops!). I was shocked that we were given great instruction on how to properly use the water softener but weren't charged anything for the consult. It is an excellent and honest business practice and 100% Plumbing has our customer loyalty from here on out.

I've used Allegiance Water Services for various things at a few properties: toilet installation, garbage disposal replacement, sink repairs, and hot water heater replacement. They're great. They always get me on the schedule quickly, and every repairman I've worked with has been incredibly polite and skilled. I'm so happy I found them. I don't have to shop around for prices every time an issue comes up. They do a great job at a reasonable price.

After my home warranty suggested a plumbing co. for a blocked line I reviewed said co.

I called Rooter Ranger and within a couple of hours Casey showed up . I was impressed the moment I met him he performed the service that was required at the time and walked me through the process on a whole home service.
This company really does own up to the 5 star rating they so deserve!

5 star rating is not enough! After replacing the fill and flush valve in my toilet myself, (I think I'm Miss DIY) water was spraying from the supply line and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Jordan came out and found that it was missing a gasket that was stuck in the old part. He took it out and screwed the water line in, made sure that the toilet was flushing the way it should. I was surprised that it was such an easy fix and felt like an idiot. Another company told me I might have to replace the entire water supply line, but what surprised me even more, was that Jordan refused to charge me saying, I didn't do anything, even after removing a hose that was stuck in my backyard and checking my shower head. I was floored and asked him multiple times to charge me for his time, and gas but he refused. Such an amazing experience.  Most companies would have never taken a simple job like mine or would have charged a service call. I will be calling again and referring him to everyone I know. It is so hard to find honest, reliable, kind people. Thank you so much Jordan, you are amazing!

As a first time homeowner, my first plumbing problem in my house was scary and stressful. I took to yelp to look for recommendations on which of the many plumbing companies would be most affordable and trustworthy. Lawson Family Plumbing lives up to their 5 star review!

From the first call, the ladies at the front desk put me at ease with their cheerfulness and flexibility with my schedule. I did have to wait a few days for someone to come out but luckily my toilets were still flushing.

Kevin, the technician, ended up coming to my house a total of 3 times. The first time was to unclog my main sewer line. He pulled up a bunch of roots that had infiltrated the line. I was able to use the yelp/Groupon deal which helped ease the cost of that first experience. He let me know he would need to come out again to camera the line to see exactly where the roots causing my problem were and that the main sewer line would ultimately need to be dug up and have a section replaced.

He came a second time to run the camera and found the spot that was causing all my problems. He emailed me a video of what they found. I didn't look at it until the day before he came out a third time but found it was not the video of my pipe.  I mentioned it and he said he'd follow up and have someone send me the correct video. Not a big deal to me, but would like to have it on hand.

At this point, I already felt like I had spent an arm and a leg on the process so far. When he gave me the quote for the final step, which was to dig out the section and replace it, I was in tears. This quote included a discount associated with the previous work from the camera.

I'd much rather spend $1600 on a Hawaiian vacation or literally anything else but the tube that transport poop out of my house...  but it needed to be done. Just to be in the safe side, I asked a few friends familiar with plumbing work if this quote was unreasonable. They both said it was a really good price for the amount of work it would take to access the area. One of them even suggested i ask if they would offer a discount if we dug the area out ourselves. I contacted the company and said they would be willing to offer a discount if we dug the hole ourselves.

It was a TON of work and literally took about 10 hours of intense digging to access the area. Digging out the area ourselves saved us half of the original quote. This was hard, intense labor that would be worth 100% of the hundreds of dollars they were going to charge us had we not been willing or able to do the work ourselves.

I am so grateful to Lawson Family Plumbing for their honesty, trustworthiness and professionalism. They were accommodating with my schedule and budget and completed the job with the highest quality work.  I will be using this company again in the future and will be referring them to friends and family. Thanks again for everything!

My sink was draining very slow, I had the little plastic thing to clean out the first foot of the drain but decided I'd spring for the full deal and called Option One Plumbing... first of all their prices are double from what their trucks advertise (drive around my neighborhood all the time) but I wanted it done by a pro so I agreed. I Couldn't be at the appointment so my mom waited at my house for the tech. When I get home I go right to the sink and try the water to find it works exactly the same. I called my mom and she told me that the tech told her my pipes were too corroded to remove the trap so he just cleaned out the 1st foot or so with the exact same tool I have, he pulled out maybe 2 tablespoons of hair, took my $85 and left. ABSOLUTELY unacceptable! I'm calling them tomorrow and they better not deposit that check unless they come do the job they charged me for.

I have used Hayes Cooling and Heating a number of times and I want to call out Jerry as a truly outstanding technician. He is thorough, professional and personable in every aspect. It is a pleasure and a relief having him work on my HVAC.

We had a leak from the condensate drain clog in the attic. Terry from King Plumbing was great, professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He did a great job. I am extremely satisfied with his work.
