We chose Pink Plumbing due to the overwhelming number of excellent reviews and we are happy to report that they are well deserved.  I reached the owner himself (Chris) on the first call and even though it is Thanksgiving week, they had me on the schedule the same day.  The tech, Michael, was at our home within two hours and had both of our problems addressed within 90 minutes. This was the best plumbing experience we have had after numerous past disappointments with other companies. We will definitely use them in the future for our plumbing needs.  The fact that they also give back to the community makes giving them our business an extra pleasure. The technician showed up and was able to get to work to find the issue in our front yard. Within 1.5 hours he fixed the main water line to the house and he was efficient and professional the entire time explaining what he was doing and how the device would fix the issue.

I'm a bit disappointed with Hansen Family Plumbing as they don't seem to stand by their work. I previously had a great experience with them until this week. The company has a different feel; I'm wondering if they're under new management.

In any case my issue is that they installed an Insinkerator hot water for me that is leaking. Actually it's leaking in a few places, at the water dispenser (faucet), at the tank, and at one of the fittings. Hansen's response was basically - too bad, your warranty period is over.

They literally installed this unit last year. They instructed me to contact the manufacturer 'so at least I can get a new tank'. This is even though they bought this unit for me, and I paid them for both the part and the labor.  At the very least, they should be doing this work for me. They have all the info a manufacturer would want - such as place of purchase, proof of purchase, etc.

When I contacted Insinkerator, they asked for a copy of my receipt as well as the model number and serial number of the unit.  The receipt I have from Hansen is very generic and doesn't specify model number or serial number; in fact, it doesn't specify the manufacturer.  

Because of that, Insinkerator told me that the receipt I provided to them is not valid.   Furthermore, based on the model number and serial number on the unit in my kitchen, it looks like Hansen installed a unit that was actually manufactured in 2007.

Let me repeat, Hansen installed a really old (13 year old) unit in my kitchen last year.  Insinkerator's warranty is only good for 3 years.  Insinkerator further informed me that they stopped manufacturing this model of insta hot heaters back in 2011!

Waste of $770. Don't bother with this company. And don't believe the 5 star reviews, based on Fakespot it looks like a lot of these reviews are fake.

We had several experts out to find the source of random, intermittent sewer odors in the house, even going so far as to do a sewer line video and smoke test.  The experts were never able to get to the bottom of it, and the smells persisted.  After tons of research, I called Lawson Family Plumbing.  They did what the other experts did, but better.  They found three or four major issues nobody else found.  The house is now free of the sewer smells.  Tim knows how to do a thorough smoke test, which others cut corners on.  I hope we never have another issue like this again, but if we do, I will not hesitate to call Lawson Family Plumbing again.

The toilet was running constantly. I called Flush King. He replaced all the parts in the tank and it runs perfectly now. I will hire them again.

I am so happy to have used Bumblebee. One of the keys to great customer service is good communications.  Bumblebee was very thorough in explaining their process. I receive updates advising me when the tech would arrive at my home. The licenced plumber, Jim, arrived on time. Made a thorough assessment  of the work needed and quoted the price before starting the work. Some of the problems with my plumbing needs were a bit of a challenge but Jim had a great attitude remained on the job until everything was in good working order.  After the work was completed and Jim departed Bumblebee did a follow up call with me to ensure I was pleased with the level of repairs and service.  I was completely satisfied and will use Bumblebee Plumbing again when I need a plumber.  They work very hard for you in a time when many service providers seem indifferent to their customer's  needs. Thank you Bumblebee for the good job you do.

Look no further!! Everything with Lawson went as well as you could expect! From that first phone call with Tanner to speaking with Jeff... I definitely felt more confident dealing with these guys as opposed to the guys my Home Warranty company had sent out!

So if you want quick, honest, and reliable, you should definitely give them a call! Props to Jeff for handling my problem!

11/12: Jeff came out to give me a free estimate on what was wrong with my washer drain. After he was done, his clear-cut, itemized quote pretty much listed all the things my Home Warranty guys told me I needed, but for about 20% LESS!

11/15: After agreeing to their service, he shows up promptly a week later, finishes the job, and I couldn't feel more relieved I finally got my plumbing fixed!

11/20: BAM... plumbing fixed and no surprises either on the final cost!! (Jeff is a busy guy and his only opening was the Tuesday after Veterans Day)

So yeah... give them a call! No regrets here!

Had a new tankless water heater installed yesterday. Sebastian did a wonderful job doing the work, explaining in detail what was installed and why certain types of piping were used. ProSkill is a dependable company. Techs show up on time, do a professional job and prices are explained prior to the work. No surprises.

I have an older home in Scottsdale where roots were discovered growing in the sewer line.  I know this is a common problem and is a costly repair.  So I met with three companies to explore potential solutions.  Replacing the line is considered to be the most long term viable solution.  A sewer scope was needed to pinpoint the exact location of the roots.  Unfortunately, my old home was built in 1958 and did not have a cleanout valve available outside the home.  One very well known rooter company wanted to install a clean out port inside the house bathroom before they could perform a sewer scope.  I turned down their proposal.  

Brandon with Elite came out and was able to locate an air vent on my single story flat roof.  He was able to perform a sewer scope through the vent to identify the two locations where the roots were clogging the line.  It took him about 15 to 20 minutes to perform the sewer scope and come up with a solution.  I found Brandon to be very knowledgeable and accepted his repair proposal.  

Matthew with Elite performed the hard work to dig a substantial hole to replace the old drain pipe.  Took him two full days from start to finish.  He was also able to repair the landscape irrigation lines disrupted during the excavation.  An unexpected bonus was the installation of two cleanout ports.  One port is directed to the city sewer in the alley behind my home.  The other port is directed towards the house.  After work was completed you can not even tell there was a large hole in my backyard.  Everything is back in place looking good.  I am very impressed with the work provided by Elite Rooter and highly recommend them.

Dave did a great job of replacing our old, cracked, leaking disposer. He tested the new system a number of times and discovered a leak, which he repaired. He kept testing and looking to make sure that everything was in perfect condition before he left, even carefully removing overflow putty that I couldn't see until he cleaned it out. I was so pleased with his excellent work and friendly manner, explaining what he was doing at each step. If we have any future plumbing needs, I will gladly call Somers Plumbing to take care of us. Thank you, Dave!!

Things will break. They will argue it's not their fault. Absolutely would not recommend.

Brian was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. He patiently answered all of my questions before I hired him. When all my questions were answered he offered to get the job done that same day! The job was well done and I couldn't be happier with Sound Plumbing.

The tech arrived 1 hour beyond the 3 hour window with no phone call.
The estimate to replace two faucets ( I supplied Kohler ) I was told that it is a flat fee for the first and 20% off for the next. Also asked about new shut offs.
That too was a flat fee for the first with the 20% discount for the remaining 3.
After having a minor attack when the numbers were finally given, I said I would need to think on the national debt. He said he would e-mail the estimate. That was 34 days ago and no estimate yet. The faucets are however replaced at 1/3 the cost quoted and in about 3 hours.

These guys are great.  They showed up exactly when they said they would,  identified the problem and appropriate fix and charged a fair price for the work.  Will definitely use again.

Jason came to the house and fixed our issue quickly and was very professional. Will use this company and request Jason in the future.

Near me plumbing and drain replaced (Two) Moen Magnetix Shower heads in our new home.  Jordon also installed a salt free water softener system. He not only built an inside loop in the garage wall but he went over and beyond. I got an inside salt free water spigot-faucet, a shutoff water valve behind tanks (Great for washing your car) and a beautiful sleeve for my tanks Inside my garage. I still have my outside spigot and water shutoff vale on the outside. I would recommend Jordan to anyone, he was professional, polite, helpful, did excellent work in a timely manner, and left the place clean. Most important the Water Taste Great!!!

Kevin came outdoor how to diagnose a possible leak underneath our concrete slab.  Investigate the situation, and determined there was no leak. He did not charge to diagnose the problem,  and he was very nice. They seem like a great company, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

King plumbing gets a very good review from me.  Although I did not hire them for plumbing because I am a very good plumber myself but rather I hired them for air conditioner service.  This technical kind of job out classes my skill set and tools so I needed  some help.  So I Yelped out.  A few out other companies were not willing to service my unit (because it was a Mexican market unit I bought for cheap).  Some other companies were willing but they Didn't have any reviews yet but I wasn't willing to be the first one.  So I called King plumbing because they had very good reviews already.  What can I say the reviews don't lie.  The first company I hired last year to do the install messed up the install.  It was a simple mistake but there was a tiny leak and so the machine ran out of Freon in the winter when I need it to make heat which makes it kind of difficult to service.  King Plumbing Took care of it easily, and they came through right away and fixed it very reasonably.  Their master journey man level technician was very professional and respectful.  I was happy and proud to leave him his first tip.
