I needed to replace my hot water heater.  These folks were very responsive.  The plumber, Lou, even found a defect in the new unit immediately after install and got another one in on the same day.  Couldn't ask for better than that!  The defect could have gone unnoticed by me until a huge problem developed down the road.  
I also had a shower unit that had a bad thermostatic cartridge.  I called for Lou again and he went absolutely above and beyond to get the unit working again.  He deserves 10 stars! Thanks so much!

I needed a pressure reducing valve installed on my home. After calling around, Diamondback Mechanical offered the competitive price. Not sure if he is the owner but Steve Herzog called me back very quickly to schedule the installation. The plumber (Scott Andrews) was timely, did the job well (no leaks and reduced the pressure going into the home), and had no problem answering my questions as he did the work. If asked by buddies, I'd recommend this company.

Needed a kitchen faucet replaced. Richard F. arrived early and finished the job quickly -- will use Hansen as my go-to for any future plumbing needs.

Had them out this last week to eliminate a water softener on my house. Service tech was very professional, arrived on time and did the job the right way. Pricing was well worth the work. Other big name companies wanted double the cost for what I needed or wanted to charge just to come out for a quote. Keep up the good work.

They were able to fix the main waterline to my house in about and hour. They showed up early and got right to work.

Horrible service and lairs very unprofessional... lack of communication across the whole company thiefs of time and money they dont even need a gun their weapon is a drain snake... if i could i would remove the 1 star and just give them the finger

STOP!!! Don't call any other plumber folks! Tony came out to replace a drain pipe without cutting into wall like the other co said he had to do....and they snaked out the drain same day because of the BAD experience from the other co.

I highly recommend ProSkill Services! They answered my call right away, were very friendly, and got an appointment scheduled within a few minutes. The technician arrived on time (within the first 15 minutes of my appointment window) and was incredibly friendly as well. He had my pipe repaired and the water turned back on way faster than I expected. The repair looks great and more importantly, works great. I will definitely be using them again for any plumbing repair needs.

While visiting our daughter, one of her bathrooms had a leak and was flooding the downstairs. Took a look at Yelp and gave Elite Rooter a call. Dispatcher/receptionist was quick to respond and had Brian there within the hour. Despite a series of issues from prior poor maintenance/workmanship that he had to work through, Brian was pleasant and helpful. Since we were from out of the area, we were definitely thankful for the honest reliable service!

I needed two faucets replaced. Dave was good in communicating price, appointment time, etc. He arrived on time, did a great job. Price was reasonable.

Completely agree with Scott P's review. Unlike other plumbing companies that provide ranges that seem extremely high, I sent a picture of my current setup and was clear about the work that I wanted done, and the quote I received was very reasonable and exactly what was charged.  They were professional, placed a tarp down which kept the work area clean when they left, and the end result was exactly what I needed.  Now I have a go-to plumbing company that I have confidence in.

I just moved in to my new house used Yelp to help find a licensed plumber. I need a new regulator on my built in gas grill. Sound plumbing responded and came to my home for a quote. Brian was on time and came back the next day with the parts and completed the installation. Thanks now I can have a house warming party.

I can't say enough positive things about our first experience using 100% Plumbing. My wife & I have been wanting to find a new plumbing team for awhile and found ourselves needing to locate where our sewer clean outs got buried during some landscaping several years ago. We used this as an opportunity to vet and price out a new company. We always try to stay local and family owned and 100% Plumbing fit the bill. However they earned our future business by being a model of how a good company should be run. I submitted my inquiry through their website and received a call back from Rebecca in the front office shortly thereafter. She answered my questions and put me in touch with McKinley who helped us sort out the job details and estimate thereof. I even got a follow up email from the owner making sure I had been taken care of and this was all prior to making the decision to hire them. Mike & McKinley both showed up within the window advised and were here for less than an hour, successfully helping to find both of our clean out drains (we thought we only had one). We also got an estimate for a new hot water heater while they were here and they made sure there was nothing else that they couldn't take a look at or help with while they were on site. Not only are 100% Plumbing fair with their pricing but their customer service was a home run from beginning to end. I would not hesitate to use or recommend this company for any future plumbing needs. Thanks so much!!

This company is the best!! Great service and speed. Attention to detail with the work performed was perfect. The quote for work was fair and reflected my input on what was needed and nothing extra. Work was performed professionally and on time with no surprises. I would most definitely recommend them!

5 star rating is not enough! After replacing the fill and flush valve in my toilet myself, (I think I'm Miss DIY) water was spraying from the supply line and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Jordan came out and found that it was missing a gasket that was stuck in the old part. He took it out and screwed the water line in, made sure that the toilet was flushing the way it should. I was surprised that it was such an easy fix and felt like an idiot. Another company told me I might have to replace the entire water supply line, but what surprised me even more, was that Jordan refused to charge me saying, I didn't do anything, even after removing a hose that was stuck in my backyard and checking my shower head. I was floored and asked him multiple times to charge me for his time, and gas but he refused. Such an amazing experience.  Most companies would have never taken a simple job like mine or would have charged a service call. I will be calling again and referring him to everyone I know. It is so hard to find honest, reliable, kind people. Thank you so much Jordan, you are amazing!

Prompt response, scheduled to arrive at 8:00 the following morning and techs arrived on time.  We were having problems with our water heater, only to learn there had been a fire within the safety valves.  The techs showed us the damage and quoted us to remove the old unit and replace with a higher efficiency model.  Within hours of arrival the old unit was removed and hauled away and the new unit was installed along with a new line to replace the previous flex line that did not meet code requirements.  Excellent customer service, knowledge and response time.

Pipe burst at 9:00 p.m. at night! Option One made a bad experience as great as it can be. Timely, professional and thorough. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I hope I'd never have to call a plumber again, but if I do I'm definitely calling these guys!

Richard was out today to do my yearly check on my heater.  He was friendly & courteous & here when they said they would be.   They do a great job!

Our daughter's house had a plumbing issue and water leaking from the kitchen. I had called a couple other plumbing companies in the area but no one could come out right away, some were booking 2 weeks out. I called King Plumbing around 2 pm. The repairman arrived before 5 pm and had the repair complete inside of 1-2 hours. I cannot remember the name of the gentleman that did the repair but he was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The cost of the repair was also reasonable. I do recommend this company and will use this company again if needed.
