I had a slab leak at the house and called out two companies. One was a popular, well know company in Phoenix and the other Diamondback Plumbing. The popular company came out and provided a quote and scoped the line. Next in was Diamondback and their proposal was three time less. Literally THOUSANDS of dollars less!!!
Please call Diamondback first and don't look back. High quality at a fair price.

I recently had a pipe collapse under my house which caused sewage to start spewing out of my shower and Bathtub. As you can imagine, time was of the essence as my whole house started to reek like a Porta-Potty after a week long music festival. TERRIBLE! I have a home warranty with Old Republic so the first thing I did was have them send out a technician. He did a half-ass job and after about 30 minutes of trying to get his equipment to work he said I would have to hire my own plumber to get access through the roof (they aren't insured to go on the roof). This is when I found EH Plumbing on Yelp. Robert came out to my house the following morning and he was able to diagnose the problem. It wasn't necessary for them to go up on the roof and they determined the line under my bathroom would need to be replaced. That day I got 2 other plumbing companies to come out and give me an estimate. The first plumber quoted me $3700 and the second $2800. Eric quoted me $2350 and was able to fit me in the very next day, despite another job they were working on. I will use E H Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs in the area from now on. They not only did a great job, but they helped me clearly understand the problem so I could get a $900 payout from my Home Warranty company. I would feel comfortable referring Eric and Robert to any of my friends or family.

Jason showed up early and immediately identified the issue under my sink. Was a simple fix for which he graciously didn't charge me for his time. Great way to build up trust! I hope I won't be needing them for anything soon but they have certainly created a loyal customer moving forward!

Found an in-wall leak and called Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers.  Chris picked up immediately and had someone At my house in a few hours.

The plumber that arrived was Rich,  he fixed the bad copper pipe and I had him add a pressure valve.  Rich's work is top quality.  Im very picky and Rich did an amazing job.  High qualify parts and an outstanding result on everything Rich did.

I have a major renovation coming up, and Scottsdale Router will be on the job--but only if they send Rich.

They showed up early and repaired my broken waterline at reasonable price. My waterline to the house had cracked and they were able to repair the line and save me thousands of dollars

This company is awesome. Finished up in no time at all. Sean was a great technician, very personable. Work done - cartridge replaced in shower. Will use them in the future for all plumbing needs.

I had an issue with one the tech's that came out yesterday and I submitted a less than stellar review. I had used them in the past and they were very professional and got the job completed in a timely manner. Travis immediately called me personally to apologize and come up with a solution to my complaint. Two Tech's arrived today, were very helpful and resolved my issue. I was happy to get everything resolved and appreciate the response from the ownership. Very difficult to find companies now days that strive for great customer service. Proskill is a company that does.

New house with a clogged kitchen sink, they were able to fit into my renovations schedule, lady on the phone was very polite and professional.

These guys could be here in 20 minutes. I had a simple toilet mechanical problem. They said, no problem, $189.  I suggested that was pretty high for a $10 part and 10 minutes. He, Louis, nice guy, said, I don't make up the prices.

i said I'll pass and he wished me a nice day and left briskly. I get the impression that their business plan is to lurk around Phoenix with high availability and higher prices. Not what I needed. It is a shame since I have two more plumbing issues we never discussed.

I guess I'll just use the other toilets until next week.

I needed a plumber...stat. The water line to my misting system burst and the company that installed it did not put a cutoff valve on it. I had to turn the water off at the main...no water to the house. I called Near Me Plumbing and was told they could have someone here at 10 AM. The tech showed up exactly on time and assessed the problem. He spliced the line where the pipe had burst. He thought the pipe may have burst due to vibration from the misting system compressor and the fact the pipe was against a block wall so he wrapped it in a rubberized leak sealing tape to prevent it from happening again (hopefully)...BUT he also installed a cutoff valve in case it did. The repair was quick, the work area was left clean and the tech was very professional and friendly. Near Me Plumbing will be my first call for all plumbing needs in the future.

I woke up with no hot water, then called Lawson's Family Plumbing because they are a local, small business and talked to a REAL person who scheduled an appointment for the following morning. Kevin arrived at the scheduled time then checked the hot water tank and found that the heating elements were not working.  He replaced the heating elements and voila... hot water again.  I asked if the incoming water valve needed to be replaced because it had some corrosion around it but Kevin said that it is normal for Arizona with its hard water.  He said it didn't need to be replaced. Kevin was very professional and honest. I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

I had a clog in my bathroom sink that I was unable to clog after hours of trying.  I called another plumber - they wanted to tear out my wall to get to it and charge me an arm and a leg.  I called Option One for a second opinion.  Option One's technicians were able to make it out to my house about an hour after I called and unclog the drain within 30 minutes for only 49.50!  I was so impressed!  The techs, Tim & Vince, were great - both very personable & funny.  Next time I need a plumber, I will definitely call Option One first!!

Had a pretty epic issue with the sewer line at my house. It couldn't have come at a worse time. My wife and I were in the process of finishing our costly landscaping project. Our sewer line stopped up in the house. No flooding which was good. We hired the first company that could come out( not Hay's). They removed the blockage and put a camera down the line. They located what they thought was Orangeburge sewer pipe. They quoted me an insane amount,$5000 to dig a 2ft x 2ft x 3ft hole to confirm their finding. I was floored, that is insanity. I started searching again and found Hay,s. Brett showed up and was ready to rock. I explained the time restraint concerning the schedule of landscapers and the issues with the sewer line. He assured me it wouldn't be an issue. After scoping the line and digging the initial hole, for a fraction of the price the other company quoted mind you, he confirmed it was Orangeburge. He gave me a quote and walked  me thru the pipe bursting process. This was a Thursday. I accepted the quote with a fist bump( COVID protocol) Fast forward to Monday and I had a team of guys ready to go. They dug a hole in my front yard and one in my back yard, this is for pipe bursting. They also trenched a section in my back yard, to avoid damaging existing utilities. The pipe bursting process took a little over an hour. The trenched area was laid by hand. The entire process from digging to back filling took 3 days. You can barely tell they were here. Amazing to think I have a brand new main sewer line from the back yard to the city tie-in. The price was fair, the peace of mind is priceless. Thank you Brett , for leading the project start to finish and Nick, for answering all my stupid questions as well as the entire Hay's team for making a difficult situation truly painless.

The guys at King AC and Plumbing are the best. They saved me thousands of dollars. I first had my AC unit looked at by one of the big AC companies here in the valley because it was vibrating very badly. I wont name names, but let's just say the original owner's last name is the same as a large South American country where the World Cup is taking place right now. After the big guy's service tech failed attempts to convince me that I needed a brand new unit ($5,000), he told me that the blower motor needed to be replaced and would cost $1,300 with some sort of VIP package. A few days later I saw Brendon with King AC in my neighborhood working on my neighbors unit. It was already pretty late in the evening, but after a quick conversation with Brendon, he gladly climbed on to my roof to take a look at my unit. He came down and said there was an issue with the blower motor but it would be nowhere near the $1,300 I was originally quoted. He also informed me that the other guy that came out never even opened a single panel on my unit to come up with his expert diagnosis. The next day I received a call from the owner Terry who told me that the motor was a specialty order part and was quite expensive, but again nowhere near the original amount I was quoted. He also informed me that most likely the motor didn't need to be replaced, but the squirrel cage probably just needed to be cleaned out so it could spin properly. With Terry's advice in hand, I spent a couple of hours that weekend cleaning out the very dirty squirrel cage which was super easy to do and cost me $5 worth of cleaning solution. After I put a couple of panels back on and started up my unit again, the heavy vibration had completely disappeared. Today I had Brendon come out to take a second look over my work and make sure everything else was tip-top. He informed me that my unit needed a couple pounds of Freon and everything else with my dinosaur of a AC unit looked great. Now my unit blows colder than ever and stays on half the time that it used to, which is going to save me a small fortune on my electric bill. I have nothing but compliments for this company and their employees. All around knowledgeable and honest guys. I will never call another company for any of my AC or plumbing needs. I know with King I will receive an truthful recommendation at a good price. No scare tactics, up-selling, or commission based sales. The world needs more genuine people out there who work to help others and not take advantage of them. Thanks King AC!
