Lou came by to work on my clogged tub.  He was on time, friendly, quick and professional.  Honestly, those are the main things I look for when working with a service professional.  He even helped me diagnose another problem I was having in my house.  I will definitely call Pink Plumbing again should the need arise.

Faucet outside for main water shutoff broke. Paul came out within 30 minutes on a sunday... added new copper pipe, soldered in a new fitting and valve in 15 minutes. Really impressed with the fast, great service and how well Paul knew his craft. If Paul is a reflection of all of Diamondbacks employees you cannot go wrong this company.  Thank you, I'm happy to be able to take a shower. Nate Richey

So glad I did not listen to the last plumber from Plumbing and A/C medics, they were worse than useless!

Jason showed up early and immediately identified the issue under my sink. Was a simple fix for which he graciously didn't charge me for his time. Great way to build up trust! I hope I won't be needing them for anything soon but they have certainly created a loyal customer moving forward!

Our newly remodeled shower was not draining and another plumber we used could not diagnose what the issue was. We called Bumblebee and they were able to assist us with professional, friendly service. They identified our issue and had our problem solved quickly. They came out very quickly and it felt like a very good, well run organization. I would recommend anyone use them.  Bradley was our technician, he was great.

I do not know where to begin.  The guy who came out blew so much smoke up my ass I looked like a chimney.  I think they use sub-contractors. This guy could not have been a salaried employee.  $1200. for a $300 gas line.  What can I say. He wanted to make his weekly salary on a 3 hour job.  
OK gang, here's an update:  Jeff, the owner of Lawson Plumbing called me after I posted this review and we had a pleasant conversation.  Jeff explained that the higher price than what was expected was due to the City of Mesa permitting process and the delays and administrative work required.  This added substantially to the quote.  Jeff offered to work with me on this project to supply gas to my outdoor grill and I am pleased with the outcome and potential resolution to this project.  Thanks to Jeff for calling.  The customer service is excellent and I will definitely consider Lawson Plumbing for my future needs.

After getting four estimates to obtain a two new HAVC systems I went with ProSkill.  Reasons:  Jason answered all questions and gave me a quote outlined with everything they would do. For my 2-Trane 15 sear units they were over $4000 below the highest bid. After checking with the ROC and several reviews I decided to go with them. Install date was set for the same week and work was to be done in one day (others wanted 2-2 1/2 days)

They showed up right on time with 5 vehicles and 6 technicians. Worked started right away with two techs unloading equipment, two working on the outside units and two working in the attic.  Everything was explained again to me.  Floor protectors were put down and closet draped to prevent damage from crawl space. Was told they would be done between 2:30 & 4:30. They didn't have to enlarge the crawl opening to they finished at 1;30. By the time they cleaned up everything with vacuum and broom, papers signed they were out before 2:30.  After they left I was sent photos of everything they had done.  Was MORE than pleased with their work and professionalism. Now I just hope this two new TRANE units last over 20 years like the old one's.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.  They ripped up my house for a pipe that could have been fixed.  Insurance company requested statements with breakdowns which they refused to provide.  They put a fake lien on our home.  Was told EVERYONE gets one.  Once they got paid, never apologized or took responsibility for the harrassessment I endured by them.  Keith tells people he is the owner, he is not.  Company is a joke!!!!!

Called Somers Plumbing based on Dave's experience & customer reviews and he lived up to all of it! Quick response, explained the problem & fixed it quickly! A nice guy. You're crazy if you don't call him & support this entrepreneur and his new business!

Michael just left my house after completing two tasks for two separate issues. He was responsive when I began my search for a plumber and was timely and efficient while completing the jobs. He was also very reasonably priced. It was evident that he was well versed in the plumbing realm and was honest with the issues and not trying to rip me off. I had a leaky water pipe in my laundry room area.  The plumber was prompt, and competent.  He thoroughly cleaned up the area at the conclusion of the job.  I had a question about the charges and the manager responded quickly and to my satisfaction.  Their exemplary YELP ratings are no fluke.  Fair and honest.

Hays was quick to set an appointment for my yearly AC check up and was great with communication. The tech was running a little behind the morning of my appointment but Hays was very proactive in contacting and updating me. To clarify, I was not bothered by the tech running behind--I have no doubt they are swamped with AC needs in the AZ heat! My tech, Sam, arrived and was super friendly then got right to work. He did a very thorough job, explained everything to me clearly and didn't pressure me at all. They honored the online coupon/discount and Sam told me about the yearly preventative maintenance plan they have but did not try to pressure or up sell me at all. I will for sure be contacting Hays in the future for my AC needs.

We've used KING Plumbing Heating & AC (KING) in the past for a plumbing problem. My late Father's Day gift late last night was our AC unit stopped cooling. I sent a text to KING that I would contact them in the morning (Monday). As in our previous experience, the response was quick and by 10:45 our unit was up and running. Fast response, taking care of customers and personable guys who treat people with respect and understanding... yeh, I'll be calling on KING every time.
