The Customer Service we experienced at this level is unheard of these days. We had a leak at the coupling where the city water connects to our house. Water was coming out with a vengeance. I managed to get the water shut off and dig down 2 feet and discovered a connector that I had never dealt with before. Mike from Pink Plumbing lives across the street so I texted him to see if he could tell me what I was up against. Keep in mind this was in the evening. He came right over and calmy said No big deal he noted, a crack in the brass coupling on the house side of the equation. He said he could help out the next afternoon to which we were so grateful albeit we had no water till then. Less than an hour later we heard water filling the pipes and I was sure we had a tragedy on our hands. Our door bell rang, it was Mike, he brought over his tools had already fixed it!!! This is next level and you just don't see this type of service.  Use these guys, you'll be glad you did.

Disappointing. My 4 year old AO Smith water heater began to leak gas, so I called over the gas company. They used their magic wand detector and told me it was the regulator that went bad, something that was under warranty. Since I am new to replacing water heaters I called AO Smith and they sent a new regulator and recommended diamondback on their site.

After a missed appointment and a delayed one a day later they showed up, replaced the entire regulator unit and discovered only afterward that it was just the gas hose that was leaking.

My issue with them is that I told them I suspected it was the regulator. As a professional company, I would imagine they would test this theory and do their own troubleshooting, unless of course, they wanted the much larger service fee for the regulator, which I suspect.

What makes this even worse is 1. They charged me without testing what was wrong for the larger issue, 2. Didn't have a connector hose so I had to buy a $30 dollar part, 3. Told me to install it, and 4. Took the other good part away, probably for resale.

I would have expected a great company to outperform their customers expectations by determining the issue first before replacement and then shipping back the part to save AO Smith money on a replacement nad the customer money on an unneeded service charge for a part that was not bad. Oh, and not expect a customer to fix their own water heater when that is what they were called to do.

Moved into a new home and the washer valves were both bad and leaking. After having friends bail to help fix the repairs, I decided to just hire a plumber. I submitted the job on yelp and within maybe 45 minutes had a quote and availability of the plumbers schedules. I love this set up by the way, it's extremely organized to book with you guys. The tech arrived in a mask and within social distancing guidelines the entire time, I was impressed. He and his mate got the job done in roughly a hour, they even placed the cut out drywall back in the hole which is so appreciated. There wasn't a drop of water on the floor I will add and no mud or dirt from shoes. I Hooked the washer right up and no issues at all, they did a great job. I have several other jobs that need done and I will absolutely hire them again.

Too much sparkle, not enough substance.

I asked for an emergency leak repair on a Friday. On Saturday, I couldn't answer the technicians on site call before it went to voice mail.  My Saturday return call went to thier voice mail and went unreturned, and the leak was not repaired.

At my request, my sister called. She was not able to have a substantive conversation, but  a a supervisor was going to get back to her.  When a supervisor called, he told her a quote had been by emaIl, he forwarded it to her and she called me baffled. Neither of us understood why they had provided a quote a $3,600 to replace a watersoftener.  There was no quote for leak repair, which I had hope to have done on Saturday emergency appointment.

I speculated that perhaps the $250 portion of the total quote, SVC4420-RET Hard Bypass, might be a quote to repair the leak.

We attempted to conference call with a field supervisor three times.  Each time, thier phone system dropped our call.  

I declined thier emailed quote and returned their email to ask if the $250 hard bypass was a quote to repair the leak.

After multiple failed attempts to communicate and get leak repaired by Lawson, another company came out and fixed it for $225.  Thier phone system dropped my calls three times.  If you have difficulty communicating with them, they notice email and yelp.  They are very polite.

If you want to be unsold instead of getting a  repair, some people do, this company will not disappoint.  However, if you are not a credit card quick-draw, perhaps a smaller company would suit you.  Blessings to the Lawson Family and thier employees.

They responded quickly but I thought their prices were high ($249) to unclog a toilet. Less than a week later the same thing happened and I called to say it wasn't fixed. They charged me another $249 and blamed it on me, saying they had done their job correctly and it was clearly my fault. I had to hire another plumber with a camera to identify a problem with the pipes. When I told the owner I was dissatisfied, he refused to refund the second visit and said he didn't care if I gave him a bad review or never used his service again. I definitely won't.

My water heater decided to spring a leak last Monday night, That evening after cleaning up the mess, I looked up Bumble Bee Plumbing on Google. They have an 4.7 stars and I opened their website. They have a section to request an estimate and schedule the service call. Nice and easy! First thing Tuesday morning I received a call from their dispatcher! They will call me when a plumber would be on their way! 2 hours later, Adrian called and said he was on his way. He arrived within 45 minutes. Adrian was with Miguel, another plumber. Both plumbers listened to the problem I had experienced. They checked the water heater, and indeed, the leak came from the bottom of the water heater. Luckily, the water heater was still under warranty! It was a Rheem water heater bought from Home Depot. They exchanged the unit and Adrian /Miguel installed it. Bumble Bee's charge for installation was a fair price. I joined their club for $9 a month, I get an annual check of my complete plumbing, no service charge, and a 10% discount of future jobs. I recommend Bumble Bee Plumbing! Thank you all!

Another great experience! Had a lot of work done by Lawson a month or so ago. Recently, my new toilet got clogged and my plunger wasn't fixing it. Called my trusted plumber and they came out the same day. They could have charged me for the call but didn't!! They do treat you like family and don't try to nickel and dime you!! I will always call Lawson!!

These guys are great!  ProSkill always provides exceptional service at my place of business and at my home.  Last night at our home all the showers/tubs, toilets and sinks were not draining and backing up.  I called Tyler and within 30 minutes Travis stopped by my house dressed in a suit and on his way home from bible study, to help me find the clean outs in front of the house to provide a temporary fix until today when they could replace the valve.  Just an honest and upstanding business.  I could have called another company to come take care of the issue last night, but I don't really trust anyone else.  Thank you ProSkill for being an honest company with friendly, hard working staff!!

Dave within a couple days and was able to rebuild our custom copper fixture that needed replaced to do a slow leak! Really nice and accommodating as well!

The work was done correctly, in a timely manner, and at a fair price. All interactions with Michael were courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Element Plumbing and would use them again for my plumbing needs.

Fast, honest, and reliable. This is the second time we've used Sound Plumbing, and they do not disappoint. The first time was to have a sink and faucet installed in the laundry room. Everything was great there. This time, an issue with the hot water flowing lukewarmly. Brian showed up, on time, and within the hour we had hot water again. We will definitely call them anytime we need a plumber.

We needed a broken spigot on the side of our house fixed asap as it was leaking water pretty quickly. We called them this morning and they were out here within a few hours and replaced the whole thing! McKinley was great to work with and got the job done quickly. We were recommended them on Nextdoor and we can see why. Highly recommend!

Man, is this a great Company!!! We called and Mario was here in an hour! They charge by the job not by the hour so no surprise $$$$$ Bills or upselling. Mario was so great and so professional we were very impressed and pleased with the kitchen drain snaking and clog busting. These are the people we will call in the future for all our plumbing needs.

We've used their services twice now; a couple of months ago to replace a leaking kitchen sink faucet and today to replace a toilet. Both jobs were done properly, promptly and quickly. As promised, all plumbers who visited wore their masks, as did we.

great company!  I was quoted rates of $200+, and to rent the equipment and pay someone to do it would have been $150.  They showed up, ON TIME, handled it, didnt try to up sell me on stuff i didnt need!  They were professional, easy to deal with and would highly recommend!

Frank came to fix my a/c- they were fast to come out and fix it right. He waited to make sure the problem was fixed, and waited for the air to turn down before leaving. He was great!

Had our backyard sump pump fail (kept tripping the GFCI). Called King Plumbing, Heating and AC and Ulises came out fast to give me an estimate on the repairs/replacement. He was very courteous and offered suggestions etc on how to remedy the situation. After all the parts came in Ulises came out again to do the repairs/replacement of the sump pump and I was amazed by the attention to detail and cleanliness. He kept me informed during the repair process and let me know tips on future maintenance of the sump pump in order to increase longevity.

Once the job was done, Ulises cleaned up and verified the sump pump performance to my satisfaction.

Overall, I would not hesitate to reach out to Ulises and King Plumbing, Heating and AC again in the future.
