After dealing with a slow draining sink for weeks, we finally broke down and called a plumber.  We were referred to Diamondback by a friend and, although their prices were a bit more than other companies, we went with them anyways.  My experience was typical until the technician, Jerry, arrived.  We received a call when he was on the way, and he pulled up on time just as he said. He was very professional and respectful of our home.  After a little tinkering, I watched him pull out a monster wad of my wife's hair. Needless to say, now that we know the culprit, I can expect to be calling Diamondback again in the future and will definitely be requesting him!

This company is the best!  They spent some time on the phone to assess my needs and came out quickly. They unclogged our sinks and a toilet and also was able to install a faucet I had as a last-minute addition to the work I originally requested. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up everything.  It's so nice not to have to go in behind a company after they leave to do clean up. They left everything even cleaner than they found it!  It's been several months since I've hired them and the job they did is still great. All unclogged drains are remain  unclogged and free flowing. In addition to the fantastic work they did, the plumber was very professional and friendly. They came when they said they were going to be here without keeping us waiting with a huge window. I can't recommend this company enough. Hire them - you won't be sorry. I wish I found them much sooner! Great, family-owned business!!!

I had a leak under my sink.  I looked for a plumber in my area and found Lawson Plumbing - they had good reviews so I gave them a call.  They said the would send someone out between 12 - 3 pm.  I got a call from JT who said he got finished with his last job and could come early - I said come on down.  JT got here and was very professional and assessed the problem.  He went and got a new faucet and installed it in a timely manner.  I am very pleased with the service I received from Lawson.  Thank you Lawson and JT.

I paid $89 for a quote with the understanding it would be applied to any service I paid for. Their pricing was very high so I forfeited the $89 rather than to hire them. I found another plumber who saved me hundreds even with the forfeited $89.

Just want to give a quick update. I have received a few messages from bumblebees office apologizing. They said they are using new computer program and the tech had accidentally double charged.The price should have been $325.

I'm extremely impressed with Lawson Plumbing! I had a dishwasher installed incorrectly by the delivery company for Home Depot.  The installer caused several issues with water pressure, my RO system and the brand new washer gave us a warning signal that there was a leak. I called Lawson and got a same day appt. Blake (I think that's his name) showed up and easily detected the problem. He restored our water flow which fixed our RO problem. He found the leak and gave us an option to let the delivery service fix their error or he would be glad to fix it.  We decided to call Home Depot to fix the problem and we got it resolved. Blake was helpful, informative and they did not charge a fee for coming out.  We have found a new plumber!!!!!  Great service!

I came across Pro Skill Plumbing during a random search online for an affordable 40 gallon water heater.  I was already armed with quotes as high as $1400 (water heater only) to midrange $999 (heater and installation) to bargain $700 (heater and installation).  Price was not my only consideration since I work until 5pm everyday and live alone, so I needed a company that could work with my schedule.  Pro Skill blew all of them out of the water with a quote of $650 for a 50-gallon water heater installed this past Saturday morning.  Juan arrived on time and installed my water heater with courtesy and professionalism.  This family-owned company will be at the top of my list for any future plumbing needs.

Element Plumbing did a very professional job replacing all my water valves so they are up to code, and came up with a great solution for the water line on my fridge so I could fit a newer model in that has an icemaker.

This company was initially referred to me by neighbors on NextDoor.com and I couldn't have been more pleased with that referral along with the superb outcome. My entire front & back yard irrigation system needed to be replaced. Professional, dedicated, experienced, confident, affordable, attention to detail are all essential qualities I found working with Tom & his crew(Miguel). Communication was excellent. Our kitchen sink backed up on Friday night.  I had my own 40' 1/2 tape 'snake'--I was unable to break through from the clean out outside.  Had to call a plumber.  Googled and found Rooter Ranger--$67 drain cleaning special.  Called around 10am--scheduled for 11-1 arrival.  Gust Isotalo arrived on time and started the cleaning after confirming $67!!  40 minutes later he finally got through the blockage!! Still only $67 and with a 30 day guarantee!  I'm very impressed and will be using Rooter Ranger from now on.  Gust was kind, professional and left my back patio cleaner than when he arrived.  I highly recommend these guys...

Had an issue with our water pressure in the house. Did some basic diagnostics and decided I needed professional help. Put out a job needing to be done on Yelp. They came out a couple of days later. Our tech was very thorough and explained everything to me. Job was completed in about 2.5 hours. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is they missed the morning appointment and I had to contact them. After that it was smooth sailing.

About five days ago, I looked down and realized that a small amount of water kept pooling underneath the edge of my vanity. I thought that I had just washed my face too much, and that the water on the floor had simply dripped off of my arm and elbow when I stood up to dry my face off. Turns out that our floating vanity had a leak at the very back of it, and the water was running underneath the drawers to the front and then down onto the ground. My husband called Lawson Plumbing, as they had previously helped us with a situation involving our water heater. We were very impressed with their services then. And we were just as impressed with their services this time.

On this appointment, Cody showed up toward the beginning of the window of time for our appointment. After thoroughly checking out the situation on the sink, he informed me that he could repair it and not replace it, which would save us money. He gave us an estimate on the repair and promptly started working. He realized about halfway through that he did not have the part to fix the situation, so he left to grab one and returned quickly. When he was finished repairing the problem, he advised me he had been wrong about the estimate he gave to me. Without me even asking, he adjusted the price down so that it was closer to the original estimate. He was polite, thorough, and honest. Cody did a great job.

Option One was the first plumber to call me back about my non-working garbage disposal.  Devin came in, assessed the problem, easily and quickly cleared the jammed blades, and was out in no time....AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME A DIME!  I've never heard of a plumber NOT charging for a service call!  Will definitely call Option One in the future.

As a manager of a window and door company, I have been in the sales and customer service business for most of my work life. When I was in need of a new AC, after my 20 year old unit finally failed. I proceeded to get estimates from a few different companies. This gave me an experience being on the consumer side rather than the business side of things. I let all the visiting  AC company representatives know that I was in sales, and that I only plan on living in the home for a couple of years, and that I needed a good AC at a reasonable price and didn't need anything fancy just the bare minimum.  This pretty much fell on deaf ears. They have a saying Never sale a salesman every up sale and pitch you could ever hear of from most of the appointments. Until Bill from Hays cooling and heating came through my door. Very punctual, professional, listened to my needs. Very soft approach.  Ultimately didn't try to sell me. Was very reasonably priced and was so impressed with the experience I moved forward with the purchase right away. They were very quick on installing the new AC a few days later just in time for the 115 degree weather. Workman where clean courteous and professional. Very pleased with the whole experience.  The Icing on the cake was a few weeks later my small rental property I owned unfortunately the AC  failed also, I didn't hesitate to call Hays again. It was nice to see Bill again, and as before listened to my needs and Hays hit a second home run with me. I highly recommend Hays cooling and heating,  and will not hesitate to refer to friends or family , and or call them for all my future AC needs. Very highly recommended.

I have never interacted with an AC company that was so knowledgeable and informative, taking the time to address customer questions and concerns in order for consumer to make best purchase decisions.  Luis was the tech, and I'm impressed with how much he cares that one doesn't purchase some product and then later regret it.   I have had this challenge before when the timing, or the order of getting certain services such as Duct cleaning, re-sealing ducts, buying Air Scrubber, and or new HVAC, counter acted other purchase if not done in certain sequence.
