Great service from my first inquiry to service to job completion.

I always get nervous when I have to hire a new professional service. Finding someone competent, trustworthy, and that just doesn't treat you like an idiot (even though you are in said area) is sometimes hard to come by. I mean, I won't buy anything other than a Honda just because I know I'd have to find a new mechanic and I never want to lose him ... (I know he will never love me the same way though)

Anyway, this is only the second time needing a plumber since I've owned my own home. The first time I ended up doing the repair myself because the professional I called out didn't seem that competent, seemed to overcharge, and I knew I could do it myself... I was just feeling lazy. This time I figured I'd hire a professional and not get overly confident. I was happy to find someone that did a great job and I know I can rely on in the future.
I had a pretty standard repair (replacing the cartridges in my tub faucet) and was happy they could give me a rough estimate over the phone. I contacted another company*cough cough Rainforest* that insisted on coming out to physically look at the problem. Like, it's a leaky tub faucet bro, I just need the cartridges replaced, give me an estimate and requote me when you get here if it's f'd to s*&T.

Shoutout to my plumber Lou, he came out and patiently waited for my HOA plumber(they were not on time even though they knew I was coordinating a repair *cough cough Rainforest) to get here and turn off the water. He was super nice, explained the repair and the difficulties I could've run into (makes me happy I didn't attempt it myself in attempts to be cheap AF.) I had another small issue but he didn't have the part on hand. He told me the repair is pretty simple, what to get, and how to do it myself. THIS RIGHT HERE. This is one of those things that may seem small but makes me trust a company/professional so much. Of course, I know I could have a professional do it, but the honesty of them telling me I could probably do it myself for something simple is something I appreciate 100%.

In conclusion (law school taught me to write like this,) I was impressed with them so much I will not only use them again but took the time to draft one of my epic Yelp reviews so that other people know too. - this is called vouching but whatever we aren't in court.

Thanks Lou! I hope I never see you again because plumbing repairs are expensive and I work for the government. If I do, next time I'm calling Lou. (ha that rhymed)

I would 100% use this business again or recommend them to a family manner. I've been burned by a plumber before so naturally I wasn't thrilled about another. My kitchen sink clogged and after 3 attempts at draino and cleaning the trap I was out of ideas.

I called Saturday around noon and a couple hours later a plumber showed up as promised. A couple hours after that my sink was fixed. He gave me an estimate within the first few min and even though the job took longer than he expected the price didn't change.

My house is over 50 years old.  The pipes are not in good shape, plus there's been several patch jobs over the years by previous owner. Long story short he could've found a reason or two for an update. But he didn't. But he did take the time to check out the pipe work on my new sprinklers and let me know it was done right.

I'm really happy with the service and price and would certainly use them again.

Initially spoke to Gabriella. She's great! It was so nice to have someone answer the phone who knew EXACTLY what was going on and could schedule my same-day appointment immediately. This company is ORGANIZED & EFFICIENT! Tech showed up on time and was professional, personable and an excellent communicator who did a great job. My only misgivings were their prices. Definitely above average. I paid it to get same-day service but would definitely recommend getting quotes from others on non rush jobs.

We were in the market for a water softener. Had big name company (P&P) give estimate and sales pitch and then had Lawson come out and their estimate was 1/2 of the other! Joe at Lawson was wonderful to work with! Very knowledgeable and took the time time to explain everything to us.Came out the same week to install! Very happy with this experience. Oh yeah really like that they use local company to source the water softener !! I feel Very confident I made the right decision.

Of course the plumbing started to leak  in the middle of the night on a Saturday which means I needed someone on a Sunday which I thought was the start of a nightmare. I was wrong by using Yelp I found Flush King called them up and someone answered yes answered the call said Tom would show up between 12-2 great right well they showed up at 10:45. Tom looked at the job said no problem and 2 hrs later it was completed. I'm not a plumber obviously but I do know a good job when I see it.
If you are reading this you don't have to go anywhere else. Make sure ask for Tom as the Technician you will be satisfied. Don't know the owner but a business like this starts at the top. So don't hesitate everything is getting wet call.

Best home service experience I've EVER had--no BS. From when I first inquired about if they could help with our garbage disposal to when the tech left my house, the service was extremely prompt and knowledgeable. I had a Saturday appointment between 8-11 and to my complete surprise, the tech showed up at 8 on the dot. I honestly think this was the first time I had a home services company show up within the allotted time, let alone at the start of it.  Highly recommend this company when your in need of some plumbing help.

There is a reason these guys have 5 stars here and on google. My AC went out and a tech was available shortly. They text you the tech's name and picture, which I thought was nice. He fully inspected and tested everything and quickly determined the problem. He replaced the part which he had in his truck immediately. My tech was Nate and he was amazing, knowledgeable and personable. I will definitely use them for any of my service needs.

Soro took care of us we had a collapsed 70 year old Orangeburg Sewer that ran under an addition. He cut a 2 foot square hole in the back patio and one by the house where the cast iron exited and pulled a new ABS pipe shattering the old collapsed line. He installed clean outs and repaired the patio. It was absolutely an excellent job.

Great experience!  He is hands-on with his own company - he understood and knew what he was getting into before he arrived but still asked questions before he did anything.  Always nice having someone with experience.  Confirmed we didn't have a recirculating pump before cutting off the water, etc.  Dave explained what he was going to do, got us the matching 1/4-turn piece (which others charged more for) and knocked the job out.  He charged what he said he would charge and I am happy (my wife is happy).  Good price and I would rather tip because of a good job then agree to the highest and hope.  
I will use him again for future jobs and recommend to my friends and clients.

My septic tank alarm started going off a few months after moving into my new house. My wife called me panicking not knowing what was going on so we called Element plumbing to come to our rescue. Michael figured out the problem very quickly. He said our septic pump had stopped working and was no longer pumping everything out into the drainfield. It most likely stopped working when a different company came out before we bought the house and inspected the pump but did not replace one of the seals causing the pump to burn out. Michael very quickly fixed the problem by replacing the pump and the seal. He was so professional and efficient that I called him again to come out and fix both my leaking garden hose faucets. If you're in need of a great plumber call element plumbing.

Fast, honest, and reliable. This is the second time we've used Sound Plumbing, and they do not disappoint. The first time was to have a sink and faucet installed in the laundry room. Everything was great there. This time, an issue with the hot water flowing lukewarmly. Brian showed up, on time, and within the hour we had hot water again. We will definitely call them anytime we need a plumber.

I just met with Garrod and I am incredibly happy with the service provided! I am pretty clueless when it comes to plumbing around the house. Our water softener was giving us an alert so I found this company on Yelp, wanting to make sure that it was not anything that I should be concerned about. The woman that answered the phone was very nice, and was able to get someone to come out the same afternoon for a free inspection. Garrod explained to me what the alert meant, and then went through several things I should keep an eye on around the house. He was not pushy at all- I did not feel at all like he was trying to sell me anything.
This is my first review on here and I felt the need to create an account just to give them a review. I am a true believer in the power of great customer service and would highly recommend them!

Called Rooter Ranger for my plumbing services and they were very professional and did a great job in my bathrooms and kitchen. Adrain did a really good job and was very friendly and professional. Jordan the owner was also very professional and he answered all my question. PS they are both good looking ;)

Jordan was amazing. He came out one day to fix a leaky hose fixture and he got me on the schedule the next business day to fix my sinks (I needed to buy new faucets before he could help me out with those). All around great service, fast response time, and very nice!

Sewage water started coming up through the pipes into our bathtubs and our toilets started gurgling on Christmas Eve, of course.  Not the best holiday experience.  Did I mention I just had surgery three days prior?  I knew we'd never get anyone out on Christmas Eve or  Christmas but started researching different companies for quality work.  We called Lawson Family Plumbing on the 26th and Austin came out within 6 hours.  He unclogged our pipes but that was just a quick fix.  The original plumbing company that put our sewer lines in did very poor and sloppy work. The pipes were angled up instead of down and couplers were put on upside down causing bellies in the lines.  They came out on the 28th and marked the area, showed my husband the problems, and made a video of the issues.  Austin also moved all the rocks out of the way.  Very nice of him.  It was a huge job.  SRP, Town of Gilbert, SWG and the cable company had to come out and mark their lines on the 29th.   Four hardworking men started trenching on the 30th at 6am and stayed until it was done at 1 am.  They came out again the next morning to clean up and move all the rock back.  You always hear people complaining about the high prices plumbers charge for their work but believe me these guys earned every cent.  They are honest, hardworking and very nice people.  I highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing.

This was my first time using Option One Plumbing.  The tech, Andrew sent a text when he was on the way.  He was clean (even at the end of the day), thorough and very polite.  He explained the cause of the problem and how to prevent future issues with my plumbing.  The price was very reasonable, actually less than I have paid for the same repair in past years to a different company!  Thanks  Option One, I think I have found my new plumbing company.

My wife and I just moved to Tempe. There were a few plumbing issues; to say the least. I was refereed to King by my agent. Terry was very pleasant on the phone. He was also able to accommodate me by sending a plumber the next day. The plumber was Randy. He was AWESOME. Very personal and informative. He did not talk down to me or treat me like I was an idiot for not knowing how to fix the problems. It was like he was helping a buddy and not some guy that just called. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Unless we move away we will never use any other plumbing service.
