Second time we have used Chris and so grateful to have a plumber like him! Our tenants toilet was backed up/overfilled with raw sewage on a Friday afternoon.. lovely... needless to say an immediate response was important to us, and that's exactly what we got with Chris. He was able to get one of his guys out that very same day. The problem went further down into the ground than we thought, and he explained everything to us before proceeding. He gave us a VERY fair price and was even able to provide the new toilet we needed to replace vs going out and shopping around for it and extending the repair time.
He knows what he's talking about, has great communication, is a quick worker, has very fair pricing, and is an honest plumber! Can't beat that. Thanks again to Chris and his Pink Plumbing team!

I needed a pressure reducing valve installed on my home. After calling around, Diamondback Mechanical offered the competitive price. Not sure if he is the owner but Steve Herzog called me back very quickly to schedule the installation. The plumber (Scott Andrews) was timely, did the job well (no leaks and reduced the pressure going into the home), and had no problem answering my questions as he did the work. If asked by buddies, I'd recommend this company.

Our water heater went out and I searched for reliable plumbers that could help with this. Hansen Family Plumbing sent out Robert and he was on time and they had communication by email and text that the technician was on his way. This helps because I don't do well with time windows and have to find others to be at my home while the technician comes. Well Robert came and he explained the situation and was able to see if the part was under warranty. He was able to get the part under warranty, except the diagnostic and labor was not. Which was ok with me because Robert saved us money in the end. Thankful for hot water and will definitely recommend Hansen Family Plumbing to others.

3rd time we've had them out for issues..all fixed and done in good order.  Just had David C visit to replace a toilet and was an easy and pleasant experience to schedule and get the work completed

I contacted them and had a call within 10 minutes and someone out within an hour. Professional, courteous and honest. This is my plumber of choice for any future issues.

Unbelievably overpriced. I had a shower faucet that wouldn't stop in the right place and had mixing issues. All I need was to be told the parts and I could have gotten everything done myself, but instead of what should have cost $200 for a faucet repair, it cost me $700! Not to mention the fact that they couldn't make it out on the original day they said they would, Monday. Then they rescheduled me for the wrong day when I told them Friday. Mike was a reasonably nice dude, so that's a positive. Should have called someone else 100%

The only reason that a membership was selected was because of the discount, so I literally selected THE CHEAPEST option given to me. I absolutely do not like the fact that they try to get you to buy a membership.

As far as researching my specific valve, locating the parts and same day pick up, I literally could have done this whole service in 3 hours or less. I don't see driving to Home Depot as a 700$ service, and yes, I'm sure someone there could have pointed me to the correct parts.
I guess I just got played, you're right, I could have and should have taken a while to research the item but I figured since this company has such great reviews, they must have fair pricing. It is clear now that they just groom their reviews and work hard to get people to post only positive reviews. But in the end, they have my money and there is nothing that can be done.

As far as scheduling, unfortunately no, your records are not correct. When your technicians COULD NOT MAKE THE SCHEDULED DAY AND TIME, I had zero options when called asking if we could reschedule. I asked if there was any chance they could still make it that day (which I consider informing you that it was an issue) and was denied. I should have not rescheduled in hindsight, but I chose this company so I was going to make sure they would come out. I did expect some sort of discount because of the missed day. Don't book me for Monday if you can't make it on Monday. I never, ever asked for an appointment on Wednesday. Your receptionist made a mistake, own it.

Also, really didn't like the absurd amount of phone calls from your reception. I got probably 4 calls on Monday letting me know I was being serviced today, I was next in line and that Someone will be coming soon, when in the end you couldn't make it out? That is honestly just annoying.

I hate writing reviews and wasting my time, but the fact that I spent 700$ for a service that was insanely simple and easy really upsets me.

I wish I could say I had such a positive experience as the others who have left reviews. In May 2021, I had their technician come out for a dripping tub faucet, to install a kitchen faucet, and new garbage disposal. He advised me on the faucet and disposal, but said he'd need help on the dripping faucet in the bathroom. He came out again with another technician, and they replaced a part for the tub faucet. He said, this should help... $385 (for the part he said he needed) and still drips the way it did when he walked in the door (twice, I might add).

I called in July letting them know it still dripped. Their scheduler said they'd send out someone more senior. Couple days later, the same technician showed up and wanted another $300 for 2 parts (to hopefully get whatever was causing the drip). He said he had to find the part(s) however, which apparently wasn't easy.

I sent an email through the company's website detailing the entire experience. No call, no email, no text.

To date, I have still never heard anything back. I'm guessing they don't work on mobile homes much, but was a really expensive, negative experience.

Our A/C went out when it was in the 100's, I called George Brazil to come out figuring they are larger and have less overhead. Their service was horrible, he kept telling me he had 5 more appts. that day and I needed to hurry and make some decisions on the new unit to purchase.... The service with them was sub par.

Proskill just happened to be tuning up my next door neighbors A/C on the same day and I went over to see if they could come look and give me a price for a new unit. My neighbor highly recommended them as he knew them personally. G.Brazil gave me a price for a 16 seer York for almost $10,000, the same seer unit except a Trane brand was thousands cheaper. Proskill came out the same day to look it all over and had it replaced within the next couple days. They did a beautiful job, they had to rebuild our attic access, it looks better than it did to start with, had to pour a larger slab and they went the extra mile on everything they touched. They kept my home super clean despite all the insulation up in the attic and the A/C is awesome!! These are my go-to guys from now on!! Highly recommended, so lucky I found them. :)

Soro came to my rescue when I had a clogged drain causing havoc in my home. He showed up promptly at the time he provided -  the same day I called for service! He was professional, courteous and even wore protective booties to keep my floors clean. I highly recommend Elite Rooter, and Soro as a technician. Thank you for providing excellent service. This is the only number I will call for any plumbing needs I may have in the future!

Fast, honest, and reliable. This is the second time we've used Sound Plumbing, and they do not disappoint. The first time was to have a sink and faucet installed in the laundry room. Everything was great there. This time, an issue with the hot water flowing lukewarmly. Brian showed up, on time, and within the hour we had hot water again. We will definitely call them anytime we need a plumber.

I can't say enough positive things about our first experience using 100% Plumbing. My wife & I have been wanting to find a new plumbing team for awhile and found ourselves needing to locate where our sewer clean outs got buried during some landscaping several years ago. We used this as an opportunity to vet and price out a new company. We always try to stay local and family owned and 100% Plumbing fit the bill. However they earned our future business by being a model of how a good company should be run. I submitted my inquiry through their website and received a call back from Rebecca in the front office shortly thereafter. She answered my questions and put me in touch with McKinley who helped us sort out the job details and estimate thereof. I even got a follow up email from the owner making sure I had been taken care of and this was all prior to making the decision to hire them. Mike & McKinley both showed up within the window advised and were here for less than an hour, successfully helping to find both of our clean out drains (we thought we only had one). We also got an estimate for a new hot water heater while they were here and they made sure there was nothing else that they couldn't take a look at or help with while they were on site. Not only are 100% Plumbing fair with their pricing but their customer service was a home run from beginning to end. I called them because another sprinkler repair company whom may be named after a medical professional after waiting four days to get back to me quoted dates 10 days out.  I called Allegiance and was immediately handled by a very nice gentleman.  He apologized for not having someone to come out that day, but could send someone the next day!  I was thrilled.  He also informed me on the phone that the company is driven digitally and that they would communicate with me via text and email.

Day of the appointment, I received a text from them telling me Jeff was on his way, that he was a veteran, his hobbies, that he had a 5 star rating and even sent a picture so I knew who was coming!  I have never seen this before.  Jeff arrived and was extremely helpful and diligent.  He was quick to assess the issues and also showed me what was wrong and explained the cost of repair.  He had everything he needed and rechecked things twice before demonstrating the repairs to me personally.

I highly recommend them and will call them with any water needs in the future.

Morgan was incredibly helpful and very professional! Fantastic service and fixed our clogged toilet. I will definitely call this company again for any plumbing needs in the future.  Morgan and Mark are a pleasure to work with. Gave us a lot of very helpful information about our sewer system. Our house to certify a septic system... they were very vague and unprofessional in the quote and appointment set-up.
Needed a credit card to even speak to me!
They called and changed the prices 3 times before they even arrived at our home.

Called these folks because other companies proposals were all over the board in price. We were in an emergency situation no ac on 100 degree day. Their response was that they would come look at it to make a proposal for a FEE of 98 dollars. Never use these thieves!!

Chino came out to my townhouse to diagnose a low pressure shower. Had the problem solved & fixed in 5 minutes. Was knowledgeable & nice. Definitely will call back for any future issues. Thanks
