HERE'S THE DILEMMA! When you NEED a plumber, you probably need one ASAP. However, trying to find a reputable plumber when you urgently need one becomes problematic.  And let me add that as a Realtor and real estate master sales trainer, I've dealt with many plumbing companies - good ones; bad ones, and a hand full of really ugly ones.

Yesterday morning, I awoke to a flooded garage, thanks to a 12-year old hot water heater that developed a major overnight leak. To add insult to injury, my wife and I were expecting out-of-town guests for a three day stay-over. And YUP, every plumber recommended to me via my Home Warranty Service plan was not available for same-day service. This means our home (and guests) would not have hot water for up to 2 days - and my wife (and guests) do not embrace the camping or wilderness cold water expereince.

I got on the internet, pull-up Yelp, looked at the ratings for local plumbers, and gave Chris Martin of Pink Plumbing a frantic call. Not only was he able to help me ... within 90 minutes, he (Chris) arrived in his service vehicle and personally began the process of removing the old water heater in order to help his serviceman quickly install the new unit. Fast, courteous, polite, AND quality service! AMAZING!

WHAT I DISCOVERED is that Chris Martin and Pink Plumbing and Sewer are a class act - without breaking the bank. His work ethic is the same as mine. Being Visible Isn't as Important as Becoming UNFORGETTABLE!

In my opinion, Chris and Pink Plumbing are UNFORGETTABLE ... for the right reasons!

Happy Thanksgiving!!  If I didn't love these guys before, they seriously walk on water after tonight!  I noticed around 7:00 p.m. water coming out from under my sink.  When I opened the cabinet, it was pooled on the bottom and dripping down the edges.  I couldn't see a leak when the water was off but every time I turned on the water, it would start up again.  Cooking Thanksgiving dinner without being able to use my sink had me feeling pretty disheartened.  On the off chance that someone was working, I decided to call Diamondback (they've always been great before).  The person who answered the phone couldn't have been nicer and said their on-call person would call me back shortly.....  Wow!  Now, admittedly, I am not mechanically inclined, but he listened to what was happening and literally walked me through how to fix it on the phone.  Service call fee saved, Thanksgiving cooking fest saved, Diamondback to the rescue again.  These guys are AWESOME.  And a very special thank you (thank God) to Brian - Happy Thanksgiving :-)

They were able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours to repair a toilet.  I mentioned that my water pressure had recently increased.   The technician checked and found that my prv was broken and was able to replace this for me before anything was damaged.  I am very grateful for their exceptional customer service and prompt repairs.   Highly recommend.

Honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. when the technician came and assessed the actual repair , he charged us an  fair amount -below the quoted amount -for the exact work done and provided care/maintenance tips for us.There was no standing around or push to sell additional services or items. I had their tech come over and diagnose the leak. He said he could fix the issue, but it broke again.

I figure I get the same guy out here and he can do something different to fix the issue. It is still not working. I've spend over 800 dollars with them for no solution, and no follow up care.

They charged me for both times, and it didn't work both times. Right now I'm just throwing money at them, they have no real desire to fix the problem or diagnose what the larger issue is.

No refund, no deal, no commitment to getting it right. In fact they overcharged me the second time after I graciously tipped them $50 the first time. The guy had to call and explain he made a mistake. But as he was ringing me up the second time he said com'on it's the same price as the first time. Just a blantant rip off.

Bottom line I've spent over 800 dollars, and the leak isn't fixed.

I started recording after the third time I called them about the same problem, and he told me you have a shitty valve.

David O'Connor from Bumble Bee did a great job fixing our toilet and installing a new water heater. David was on time and the epitome of professionalism. He also wore shoe covers and a mask during the entire service visit. Just another reason we love Bumble Bee Plumbing.

I placed a call for service and was given a window beginning about 90 minutes later.  Ten minutes later, Kenneth calls to tell me he can arrive in about 10 minutes.  He arrives, fixes our minor problem (no charge), and gives us an estimate to replace our disposal if/when it begins to fail due to some rust.  I've found my forever plumber.

Thanks to Yelp for locating such a great firm for me.  I contacted Proskill online about kinds of service that can be delivered and immediately was responded to and a call was set up.

ProSkill found a window that suited me, sent me a text confirmation.

On the afternoon of the day of the appointment I received a text with a photo and name of the plumber on route to me.

Gregg was great, he quickly checked out my water filtration & softener systems, educated me on them and attended to an outside leak that had pushed to contact a service. He had to source a part which meant a second trip but we worked with my schedule with texts and setting up a return visit,

Between the quick response from their online presence, easiness of making and appointments, great use of technology, excellent service and great reviews; ProSkill has become my new go to company for any plumbing and air related.

Additionally, they just added insulation as a new service, I'll be talking to them about scheduling a visit here soon.

These guys were prompt and professional.  Upon arrival they took the time to diagnose the issue and DID NOT try to sell me new faucet; first looking to see if they could correct the issue.

After assessing corrected faulty handle at a fraction of what others were quoting.

If your looking for a team that will assess before pricing (which was fair by the way) then they are the way to go.  

We will use them again.

Had a leak under the kitchen sink and needed the faucet replaced. Mike and his team was responsive and upfront with his pricing and estimates. His work was quality and I would definitely call him again for future work!

I hired Brian to come replace an under-counter sink the kitchen after several other plumbers declined to do the work or gave me a ludicrous estimate. Brian showed up and talked me through all of the different options. Once we decided on a path he was extremely helpful not only arranging his schedule to align with mine but also went to the hardware store with me to select a sink and other parts.

I must stress that this job was highly nonstandard and extremely difficult. It involved carpentry, plumbing and craftsmanship. Brian worked all day, approximately 12 hours so I wouldn't have to go without a kitchen sink for more than just one day. The end result was outstanding. He found a way to remove my 20 year old sink and install a modern beautiful single basin stainless sink in its place. I could not be more thrilled or more impressed with Brian's professionalism, skill and just being a generally great guy. He left the worksite extremely clean and followed up to ensure all went well.

I highly recommend Brian and Sound Plumbing. I wouldn't hesitate for second to hire them again.

I hired this company to replace some sprinkles that were damaging my wall and wish I never did. My lawn looked great before but now it's half dead. There are large brown areas that aren't getting coverage. They broke one of the sprinklers and were supposed to fix it under warranty but after coming back out it's still leaking and pooling up water. I'm basically out the $210 and will have to hire another company to fix the mess they made. I've also made appointments in the past and no one bothered to call or show up.

I called because of the advertised price $47.00 and senior discount. Every one else was at least double.  Heard their adv. on the radio. Glad I called Christian showed up on time was personable and knowledgeable. Did a find job and cleaned up after himself.

I needed a plumber...stat. The water line to my misting system burst and the company that installed it did not put a cutoff valve on it. I had to turn the water off at the main...no water to the house. I called Near Me Plumbing and was told they could have someone here at 10 AM. The tech showed up exactly on time and assessed the problem. He spliced the line where the pipe had burst. He thought the pipe may have burst due to vibration from the misting system compressor and the fact the pipe was against a block wall so he wrapped it in a rubberized leak sealing tape to prevent it from happening again (hopefully)...BUT he also installed a cutoff valve in case it did. The repair was quick, the work area was left clean and the tech was very professional and friendly. Near Me Plumbing will be my first call for all plumbing needs in the future.

Jerry was a great technician and very helpful. Can't give 5 stars because my appointment was 2-4 pm and he didn't arrive until 6:30 pm.

We've used KING Plumbing Heating & AC (KING) in the past for a plumbing problem. My late Father's Day gift late last night was our AC unit stopped cooling. I sent a text to KING that I would contact them in the morning (Monday). As in our previous experience, the response was quick and by 10:45 our unit was up and running. Fast response, taking care of customers and personable guys who treat people with respect and understanding... yeh, I'll be calling on KING every time.
