I am absolutely satisfied with the overall customer service we have received from pink plumbing. We were in need of service asap and as soon as we called the person we spoke with she was very helpful and delivered such amazing customer service to us. I am so happy with the quick service we received especially since it was on the same day and they sent the technician in an hr. We can't say how grateful we are to have found such an amazing service. Excellent company. I've always used for minor things but they really stepped up with a major slab leak. My home warranty company keeps using other companies that leave a lot to be desired. After dealing with another company that took 2 weeks to even think if repairing a slab leak causing water on my foundation, these guys were out in 2 days (cause I had to work my schedule to be home not because they delayed scheduling). They did a major re routing of my plumbing that other company couldn't even plan for. Way to go diamondback plumbing. Definitely will be on my favorites list.

First of all.  I found Hansen Family Plumbing on yelp.  The reviews speak for themselves.  They are by far one of, if not the best, experiences I've had with any contractor I've had in my house.  They are prompt, efficient, and do really high quality work.  I will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs.  I've worked with a few of the professionals they have and they are all phenomenal.  They answer the phone, and respond quickly and schedule appointments even faster.  They have a text and email based system for reminders and are way more technologically advanced than I've experienced.  Definitely use these guys for everything.

I can't say enough about how satisfied I was with this company. From the moment I called I was met with courteous and professional attention. They called to confirm the appointment, arrived on time and performed a major repair on a pipe leak in my house's slab. The job was done quickly with minimal disruption. The cost was reasonable and the servicemen were friendly and reliable. I will use them again for any future plumbing work and highly recommend them.

Chris is the man. This is the second time he's come out to service my house. First time was a few weeks ago when he installed 3 new toilets and fixed some old plumbing issues we had. He then just came out today to give my water heater and water softener a new flush. He's super professional, let's you know when he's arriving through an automated texting feature and most importantly, does quality work. Thanks again Chris. Buyer beware.  Extremely overpriced.  They will not give you an estimate over the phone but a tech will come out to your house for a $65 fee.  Then you will be provided a quote that is more than double the going rate.  At that point you can refuse the quote and pay the $65 or just have the job done for double the price.  Either way the consumer loses.  I ended up paying over $700 to get it done with for a garbage disposal that should be a $300 job.  The tech was very nice but they should lower it to be competitive and consistent.

Had these folks out to look at leaking valves for my washing machine hookups and once they were out, also replaced a pressure regulator.
They scheduled me SUPER quick (even though this was a non emergency), showed up on time, did great work in a quick and professional manner, and all for a very fair price. What more could you ask for?

Absolutely, hands-down the best plumbing company in the North Valley.  We have used Pro Skill for a number of things, small and large.  They were communicative, always fair priced, responsive and helpful.  I will never use any other plumber.  Thank you guys!

This review is for the Elite Rooter in *Tucson* -- I  had a complex kitchen clog that I tried absolutely everything to clear. I called the Elite Rooter in Tucson, and they arrived promptly. The technician (Joel) was polite, respectful, *honest* and determined that the clog was in some marginally accessible part of the drain system. He removed the clog and I have my kitchen back. He was helpful and informative. And, as I say, *honest* which I have found lacking in some Tucson plumbing companies. I would without hesitation call them again. They do a good job, are courteous and are very reasonable. The technician went out of his way for me. They don't try and sell you anything you don't need, nor do they engage in other deceptive practices, which is refreshing. The tech stayed until I had run water, run the dishwasher - whatever it took to be sure the problem was resolved. When I think of the hundreds of dollars I have donated to other companies for far less, I wish I had known about them sooner!

Amazing customer service from Somers Plumbers.  I used them for new plumbing installations and I highly recommend them. Very thankful to have found them through the Yelp bid request.

My septic tank alarm started going off a few months after moving into my new house. My wife called me panicking not knowing what was going on so we called Element plumbing to come to our rescue. Michael figured out the problem very quickly. He said our septic pump had stopped working and was no longer pumping everything out into the drainfield. It most likely stopped working when a different company came out before we bought the house and inspected the pump but did not replace one of the seals causing the pump to burn out. Michael very quickly fixed the problem by replacing the pump and the seal. He was so professional and efficient that I called him again to come out and fix both my leaking garden hose faucets. If you're in need of a great plumber call element plumbing.

Fast, honest, and reliable. This is the second time we've used Sound Plumbing, and they do not disappoint. The first time was to have a sink and faucet installed in the laundry room. Everything was great there. This time, an issue with the hot water flowing lukewarmly. Brian showed up, on time, and within the hour we had hot water again. We will definitely call them anytime we need a plumber.

This is a wonderful company! We recently moved to Phoenix and having an irrigation system to maintain was new to us. In the little research I had done, I could tell we had an old system that was not meeting the needs of our yard and garden. Tom came out and spent time explaining our system to us and helped us understand how to best provide water for the plants in our yard. We ended up replacing our system and I couldn't be happier! Our lawn and garden are thriving now! Everyone we interacted through the process was so kind, helpful, and professional- probably the best customer service I have ever experienced!

Lawson's saved the day! A lesser plumber botched a job. Lawson's repair was for a fraction of the price and they did the job quickly by arriving onsite. Will do business with Lawson's again.

I must say that I am impressed with the owner of this company.  After my post yesterday, he called me and left me a message to call him.  I was very busy yesterday, however, even if I wasn't, I still would not have called him back because I didn't want anything  (I told him this as well).  I wasn't looking for financial compensation or anything, I was just frustrated with the circumstances and wanted others to know to be careful.   We own three businesses ourselves and understand mistakes happen, however, as per my previous posting, I was not happy with the way everyone but Steve had handled the situation.  Today, July 22, Steve and Chris (the owner) came by my store first thing.  I was shocked, but completely impressed.  The owner wanted to make things right.  He apologized profusely and told me the changes they were going to implement to ensure these issues don't happen in the future and offered a complementary 2 year service plan for the troubles I had.  As mentioned, I was not looking for any compensation, and I told him that it wasn't necessary, but he insisted.  I was very happy to see a business owner take ownership of the mistakes.  He could have just left things as they were, but actually coming to see me in person showed me just how much he cares about his business.  So many people who own businesses loose sight of these things and Chris has not.  Handling staff can be a headache, especially during busy times, however, it's what the company does to resolve issues I believe that sets them apart, and Chris has now set his business apart for me and I will refer many people to their company because of Steve and Chris.  Thank-you again Chris and Steve, I am very impressed with the way you have handled things for me.

They sent a seasoned plumber who said that he did not like the price that I would be charged to change an outside spigot. So he gave me a lower price. Was not sure if this is a line that he tells everyone. Not happy about the price. On the first try, the fitting leaked. The second try worked.
