Kind, courteous and considerate are all words I would use to describe Lou and Pink Plumbing and Sewer. The leak I had was quickly fixed and the end result was I had something nicer than when it broke! I would recommend this company to anyone.

after several visits for a clogged pipe issue and $$$$ cost, they then charged me 1400$ to replace the pipe and STILL have the same issue. so if you want to spend 1400$ plus additional visits and still have the same problem????? do not go to this plumbing company!

Exceptional customer service! They send you a text when your technician in on their way with not only the name of your tech but also a picture and short bio so you know exactly who will be knocking on your door. Such an important safety measure and I've never had any other service provider do this! They've made a loyal customer out of me!

I had a dreaded drip leak somewhere inside the walls/floor/basement ceiling.  My wife and I struggled to find a source and knew we needed a plumbing expert to track it down without tearing our whole house apart.  Enter Mike Bonner from Lawson Family Plumbing.  He listened, considered a variety of sources, and began his detective work.  After a thorough review, we all agreed we simply had to cut into our basement ceiling and see what we could see inside.  After cutting an opening in a best-guess location, Mike immediately found the pinhole leak in a copper water line merely 8-12 inches away!  He was able to repair the pipe thus stopping the leak and did it with just one small drywall hole that was easily repaired.  Amazing!  We are so thankful for Mike The Water Line Whisperer Bonner's help.  5-STAR!

Chris was able to come on the same day and immediately fixed our broken pipe. We had some issues with the irrigation the next day and he was very responsive and willing to come out to check them out for us.  Thanks!

These guys saved my life. The plumbing got backup and foul things were flowing into my tub. They came out right away and fixed the problem quickly and at a very reasonable price.

We had another plumbing company which our home warranty sent out to fix a serious leak under our toilet.  They pulled the toilet off, pulled out some roots, resealed the toilet and told us they would need to come back, remove the tile and concrete around the toilet and dig down to remove the roots, quoting $650 for the job!  They also told us we shouldn't use the bathroom until it was fixed.  Then they told us we would need to have a home builder come in and put everything back, the home builder quoted us at least $2000 to $3000 to do that and told us we probably have mold which they would have to remove and basically rebuild our bathroom.  I called Lawson Plumbing based on the Yelp reviews and was so happy with the service!  He arrived on time and looked at our bathroom, we explained what we had been told and he told us we didn't need to do any of that, it would most likely take the roots years to grow back and we could start using our bathroom again.  In addition, he didn't charge us for the trip!  I cannot give any higher recommendation than five stars and will tell everyone what a great experience we had with Lawson Family Plumbing!

The best customer service experiences I've ever had with a Plumbing/Heating/AC Company have been with Pro Skill. This morning I had my annual AC Tuneup.  The tech arrived right on time, was prompt, very informative every step of the way.  He even took pictures of a situation in the attic to show me exactly what he was talking about.  He made sure to show me digital reads, and to explain how the replaced parts work, showing me the bad parts, and making sure I understood (to the best of my capability) how the system works.  Albert was my technician.  He should be commended for being so thorough and a great employee.  Professional, yet personable as well.  Thanks Pro Skill - customer for life!

This review is for the Elite Rooter in *Tucson* -- I  had a complex kitchen clog that I tried absolutely everything to clear. I called the Elite Rooter in Tucson, and they arrived promptly. The technician (Joel) was polite, respectful, *honest* and determined that the clog was in some marginally accessible part of the drain system. He removed the clog and I have my kitchen back. He was helpful and informative. And, as I say, *honest* which I have found lacking in some Tucson plumbing companies. I would without hesitation call them again. They do a good job, are courteous and are very reasonable. The technician went out of his way for me. They don't try and sell you anything you don't need, nor do they engage in other deceptive practices, which is refreshing. The tech stayed until I had run water, run the dishwasher - whatever it took to be sure the problem was resolved. When I think of the hundreds of dollars I have donated to other companies for far less, I wish I had known about them sooner!

Dave came in and fixed the broken valves for our washing machine and on top of that fixed our leaky shower. Dave went above and beyond as he was only going to change the trim kit for the shower but he ended replacing the shower valve due to a leak. He stuck around and finished the job and then cleaned everything up. I would not hesitate to use Somers Plumbers again.

Michael came out within a couple of hours and replaced the valve on the water line into our home. Very nice guy and the job was completed as requested.  Price very fair. We plan to use Ascend the next we need a plumber. Thank you!

I can't say enough great things about this company. They are fast, reliable, honest and really know their stuff. When my home warranty company couldn't get the job done, I decided to turn to Yelp to find someone who really knows their stuff. I called and they were able to send someone out the next morning, when other companies couldn't help for weeks. In a matter of minutes they were able to properly diagnose our issue and got to work on getting it fixed, and what do you know? Two other companies couldn't get the job done and they did.

Special shout out to Dylan Morris who is an absolute gem. This guy is an expert and is so kind and professional. He really took the time to explain what was going on and laid out several courses of action we could take. He truly went above and beyond to help us out.

This is my go-to plumbing company moving forward. Highly recommend!

I was looking for some serious help because my water bill was so high and I had no idea why. The irrigation was leaking in the valves and I had called them to come out and help me do a walk through to figure out everything that was wrong. Michael was the one that came out and man how mannered and professional he was . He walked through everything and even found the smallest leaks that could save me the most money. Not only did he do an amazing job at replacing the system but he even showed me what to do if a simple sprinkler pops out. If you call this company I would ask for Michael . Thank you Allegiance water company . You guys are very lucky to have Michael.

I called today for a toilet emergency, Brett responded and gave me an estimate and eta. He showed up on time and performed the job quickly and professionally.

After this, I will use Brett and Rooter Ranger for my plumbing needs.

This was my second interaction with Lawson.   The first time was a blind call on my behalf and was in ever lucky.   The insides of my toilet needed to be replaced and they did a great job.   They also advised me that something is was doing wrong in using chlorine tablets contributed to my problem.   I also had them look at a sink that needed attention too.  Well they did an excellent job on that too.   There was also a calcium deposit in the sink that I had no idea how to get rid of and again the technician told me how to get rid of it.  I tried his suggestion and to my delight it totally took care of the problem.   Lawson is the best it is the only plumbing organization i will use.   The second time I called was I saw a post on FB regarding having your hot water heater flushed and they had a coupon on Angies list.   The service is normally  $99 but with the coupon  $59 so called they came out did the work took all of 30 minutes.  One of the most refreshing part of this call was they found no problem and did not try to sell me anything . Sorry for being so long but didn't know I could post here so just giving Lawson their proper due.

Our shower temperature was either was freezing cold or scolding hot.  Fernando provided great customer service by identify the issue, found the the part and got us back on track.

If I could give 10 stars to Hays Plumbing I would! On an early Sunday morning, my water heater had sprung a leak. After calls to 3 other Plumbing Companies that listed 24/7 emergency services & no response, I found Hays Plumbing with high approval ratings listed on my community NextDoor app. On the first call, I was directed to a live person who took down my information & sent a representative out in 40. Chas was the service technician & I couldn't have asked for better service............he was personable, professional, knowledgeable, took the time to explain the problem & the solution & future options. A new water heater had to be installed. Although the price was a little more than I expected, I couldn't beat the prompt, excellent customer service. This was the easiest emergency I had ever dealt with on a weekend. THANK YOU Hays Plumbing & Chas Miller!!

Amazing amazing amazing!  We had a huge back up and they responded fast!  They were so polite and efficient. Zac was great scheduling and Randy was fabulous. They were excellent using Covid precautions. Highly recommend them!
