If I could give more stars I would!  Everyone we dealt with was completely professional...from the expert knowledge and honesty from our sales consultant Chad,  to Rachel in the office to schedule the appointments, and the expert installation by Miguel and his team, I can't think of a better company to deal with...this was a rather large job and they completed it sooner than promised.  Oh yes, and the new windows and sliding doors are incredible and have made such a difference in both keeping the heat out and the great new look of them...they are everything we were told they would be and much more. I can't recommend this company highly enough. No need to shop around..they are the very best.  We'll be using them again for sure!

15 windows and a patio door done in 2 days. From the initial visit, through the installation process Desert King has been great!! We were referred to them from our neighbors who had them install windows previously, and were exceptionally pleased with them as well. I was nearly ecstatic when I saw how well they cleaned up after themselves as they were working and after completing the job. Lots of places will tell you they will do that, but they don't always follow through. Overall, the price was very reasonable, it took about 6 weeks for the Windows to be made and another week for the scheduled dates for the install to arrive. I have had 6 other window companies come by and give estimates over the last 18-24 months and Desert King is what worked for us. All vinyl double-paned windows that aren't welded in the corners, and are specifically designed for use in our hot desert climate and have the best overall warranty that I have seen. I just really can't say enough good things about Desert King, and if you need to have Windows replaced, you won't go wrong with them.

My old screens were tight weave sun shade material. Compared to that, the mesh on the new screens are larger and very small insects get through; the screens are industry standard and this issue should not be unique to Windows4Less. However, I contacted my sales guy, Mike, who was great at getting back to me. Sadly, they do not offer screens with smaller mesh, but he offered to look into replacing them with aftermarket screens at an additional cost. Still great service months after my purchase and install!!

I had a single broken window payne in the laundry room and needed to get it replaced. Mark was very responsive and reasonably priced. He came out within two days and did a fantastic job with the replacement. Very personable and respectful. Do not hesitate to contact Mark for any window repair needs.

Great Company.  Very patient with my very picky wife.  Tony explained everything to her and my satisfaction.  Patrick handled the install.  Great guy.  Very professional.  Careful with the house and  got along with the dog.  We absolutely love the windows.  Best price after looking at several other companies.  Save your time and just go with them.  They are pros all the way around.

Great job by John and crew. Had some acrylic windows replaced with rain glass design and it's like a new house. Gave us a nice demo on how easy the acrylic can be pushed out!! Will recommend to my neighbors!

I was mowing my yard on a Sunday and a rock broke my Arcadia door into a MILLION pieces, it was a mess.

I called Sunny State Glass, they came over that day and boarded up the window for the evening, cleaned up the million pieces of glass inside my home and out, then ordered the glass. Within a couple of days the glass was installed and the door was completely repaired, like new. These folks are amazing, the workmanship was truly professional. The quality of the glass and materials was of the highest quality, the customer service was outstanding. They were there for me the day I needed them and they worked around my schedule. To top things off, the price great!

Dependable Glass was just that...dependable! Called for a quote to have a 9'x3' glass mirror removed from my wall. They were out two days later, took care of my broken mirror and were finished within 30 mins!! The two technicians, Shane and Justin, were great! Very professional, friendly and very good at their craft. Will use this company for all my glass/mirror needs...and request Shane and Justin as well. Great job!

Pay attention to those multiple 1-star reviews..........there's a reason for them:  Lousy customer service!!  We set a date and time for Apodaca to come to house and review the work requested.  No show.  No call.  Didn't even answer text message until following day.  Said they called several times, and also left a message.  BS.  There's good companies out there...........this isn't one of them.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

I wish I could give more than five stars! From first contact to the final clean up of the job, Tyrone was a first class professional. He did top notch work at a fair price and showed pride in his work that you just don't see everyday with other companies here in the Valley. Tyrone even anchored in my slider at the top of my shower to keep my little ones safe at no additional cost. We recently bought our dream home and did a remodel. We had AZ extreme glass and mirror come out and replace some of the older class with new energy-efficient windows. Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

We love our new Krasiva windows and doors.  Our experience  was amazing from the time Perry guided us through the products to the installers Richard and Raul. This was the worst experience. They measured the window in the master wrong and already removed the old window so they filled it with foam and I waited another month. They then called on me to do more business but the original issue still remained. When the new window came they found out the wrong screen was ordered. Meanwhile their billing department was calling me repeatedly telling me I'm past due for a job that isn't even complete.The sales person gave me a line how it was coming out of his pocket for the bad window. He is the one who measured it wrong. I could go on and on but you get the idea. Needless to say I would never do business with them again.

Trying to get him to come measure and it appears he  doesn't want the business. Keeps telling me I'll call you back....call never happens. Either too busy or don't care about more business. Secretary told me I could look somewhere else, since she doesn't know when he will be able to come measure.
