Best Windows Installations in Phoenix, AZ

I contacted several of the large window replacement companies and originally signed with one of them.  Their sales person was fast talking and made things sound great.  They offered a finance company (who I had never heard of)  After further research, I decided to cancel my contract and I must say the friendliness disappeared instantly.  My family and I were accused of all kinds of nasty things including forged signatures on the cancellation paperwork.  My granddaughter found Arizona Window and Door, did some research and we gave them a call.  Best decision ever.  From the office staff to our salesman (Brandon) to the entire installation staff (Miguel and crew), the experience was painless.  I replaced all the windows in my house and it only took a few weeks for the windows to be made and one day to install all 8 windows.  My advice to anyone one thinking of replacement windows, please stay local with this family owned business!

I had 10 windows replaced and 3 french doors (changed to custom sliding glass doors).  Daniel Gordon came out and educated me on the benefits of dual pane windows for heat, UV and sound protection.  James came to my house and spent hours getting accurate measurements for my house and answering my questions.  The installation team was excellent.  They explained what they would be doing over the next three days.  They covered all of the furniture, removed and re-installed the wood blinds and left my house cleaner that it was when they started!  I am so pleased with the work by Desert King Windows.  My house is brighter and cooler.  Thank you so much Daniel for your time and getting me to work with Desert King Windows.

Wow. Speechless at how fantastic this company has been for me.

I moved into a new house a few months ago with TERRIBLE WINDOWS. Just awful. I started getting quotes from window installers for literal thousands (2-3k) of dollars per window. Windowz4less came in and blew away all the other competitors quotes.

The everybody was on time and responsive through the whole process.

After a 12 week wait (manufacturer covid delay) I got my brand new windows.

The installation was incredible. The two installers were thoughtful of our home and very polite. They made quick work of the house.

These guys did a perfect job on my window screens! Everything went perfectly as planned. The came out, gave me an estimate, scheduled the insulation and Kyle explained things (like taking off the old screens 1st or it will not look right) before he installed them. Dwayne was absolutely amazing. My glass door cracked over the weekend and he came out on Sunday the next day, boarded it up and removed the glass for no extra charge. He ordered my glass and a new screen door and had it installed within a week and a half. I absolutely recommend him to anyone. His prices are the best in the valley and he doesn't charge extra fees for removal.

The installers came out and installed my window today. My experience from start to finish has been great. Kristen was so helpful, kind and considerate. The installers were great. They got the replacement glass installed effortlessly and cleaned up after themselves. Left the area better than they found it. Thanks Dependable glass!

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

The best part is his personal service. You don't get that kind of service anymore. We replaced a large picture window with laminated glass in order to conform to a City Ordinance and upgrade the window efficiency. His suggestion to replace the glass versus the entire window saved us substantially.

Hired them to install and frameless shower recently. Nick came over to measure and when comparing to how the other company measured he was more detailed. He answered all my questions and was quick to respond which sold me. What really made them stand out was taking care of a problem that occurred. Cheryl was on top of it and they didn't shy away like some businesses would. I recommend using them.

Paul, and his team were awesome. Very responsive and clear communicators. They completed my job in no time. Even going the little extra mile by screwing my downpipes back up. Their roof inspection is trustworthy and I'll continue to use Paul and ECS on all future jobs.

This review is for my Angel Aro.  He installed 3 windows in my house.  He was polite, courteous and answered every question thoroughly.  More than that, he was so exceptionally kind to notice that my mother had a tire in very poor condition that was about to blow out--and he went so far as to put her spare on!!!  In this day and age, kindness,  courtesy and customer service are very much appreciated.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Watch out! High pressure sales!

Got an estimate scheduled. Instead it turned into an hour and a half sales pitch. He didn't measure anything and just said everything was standard sized and came back with a really high price (which in his favor he did say he was going to charge double then any other Joe Shmoe) then said he could make a deal etc, etc. and then said we had to decide right then and there on going with this company. After an hour and a half of non stop talking, most of which, I didn't give a crap about because I was concerned with how much everything was going to be. THE BIGGEST WASTE OF MY TIME EVER.

When calling and looking for an estimate it means just that. I'm shopping around not looking to be swindled into some deal by some dude sitting inside my house at my kitchen table.

I refuse to do business with any company that makes their sales team pressure people into a sale that they're not even sure they can afford and then offering financing on top of it to make it seem affordable.

You may have decent reviews from everyone else you pressured into buying from you but that still doesn't make the way you practice business, right.

Seriously, this is the best window company. From the beginning consultation to the seamless installation, I was truly delighted in each step of the process. Fair pricing, quality windows and the best installation crew on the planet. Jesus and his team installed 14 windows and a sliding glass door within 5 hours--expertly completed, work areas kept tidy and they were completely professional. I highly recommend this company.

These guys are great!!!! Some how, a pane of glass broke in my duel pane sliding glass door. I was referred by a friend who's used them in the past. They gave me a quote within 24 hours. I also got quotes from about 4 other companies on Yelp. Most of them quoted me around $300 more. So, I went with this company, saved me a lot of money. Jane, in the office was great with putting up with all my phone calls & questions. They have definitely won a customer for life!
