I had NO IDEA how excited I could possibly be about windows, until I got new ones! :) I am a Realtor, so I meet lots of people who are obsessed with them, but I didn't fully understand it until now! I bought an older fixer-upper a few years ago and knew that eventually I would have to replace the old ones, but I didn't think I could afford it yet. I noticed that certain areas of my home were really hot lately, so I decided to go ahead and get an estimate so I knew what kind of $$ to budget for in the future. I am SO glad that I met with Dan with Desert King first, because he ended up being about 40% less than Anderson Windows, so if I had met with them first, I wouldn't be sitting in my cooler home right now.
Dan Gordan came to our home and gave us a really impressive demonstration of their products. I learned that most windows aren't made for the extreme heat of the desert and theirs definitely are. He was friendly, professional and super knowledgeable. I also really appreciated that he wasn't some cheesy sales guy and not high pressure at all.
We ordered our new windows, had them installed within a few weeks. The installers were just as nice and professional as Dan and I couldn't be happier with the entire process. Windows seem to be good quality and pricing is competitive, however- pretty negative experience from the time we signed the contract. No quality checks before arriving, so came twice with windows incorrectly manufactured. Quoted 2-3 weeks to get correct ones installed each time. Each time, we had to call 4 weeks later. One window was installed and unfinished- with insulation exposed- for 4 weeks. All in all it took over 3 months to get all correct windows installed. Delays would've been tolerable if we'd been treated better. Our salesman violated the contract, and his satisfaction guarantee, by charging us 2 months before the work was completed. When we brought up any of our concerns, he vacillated between saying he wanted to make it right and talking down to us/being passive aggressive/justifying poor service. It was strange and unsettling. I recommend giving your money to a company with a longer history and many more positive reviews (which illustrate customer experience as a key focus).

Had new windows installed today. The crew was very professional and efficient. Everything look great! They cleaned up their mess and I can't even tell they were here.

I had several quotes and follow ups with other companies. K and J was the only one who didn't tag on a bunch of unnecessary fees.

Got a back of the napkin proposal quick, but even after multiple attempts via phone and email never received a proper proposal. After waiting few days we went with a more responsive contractor.

Pay attention to those multiple 1-star reviews..........there's a reason for them:  Lousy customer service!!  We set a date and time for Apodaca to come to house and review the work requested.  No show.  No call.  Didn't even answer text message until following day.  Said they called several times, and also left a message.  BS.  There's good companies out there...........this isn't one of them.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

We recently bought our dream home and did a remodel. We had AZ extreme glass and mirror come out and replace some of the older class with new energy-efficient windows. This company is a great company to work with, they did what they said they were going to do and the price was right on point. The company kept in contact with phone calls during scheduling and their workers called me on the way to my house. I appreciate that in this day and age, communication is everything! Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Krasiva Windows & Doors installed 21 new windows and 5 new doors in our home, the work was all done in a professional manner and completed on time. All our concerns and questions were handled by Julie or the owner Greg. Each day a crew of six came to our home and worked as a team, 2 workers would remove the old window, 2 workers would come behind them and install the new window, the final 2 would follow and clean up. Everyday the only way you would know any work was done was the new window. Wayne and his crew cleaned everyday and left nothing, they completed 20 windows in 2 1/2 days, widow 21 was a little more difficult. Krasiva's crew had to deal with a broken garden window, not something they normally replace, but they took care of the window and it is beautiful. After all the work was completed I called Jack, the recommended painter for the doors, he is also very professional and neat, when he came he matched paint and repainted the replacement stucco around the garden window, at no cost, all payed for by Krasiva Windows. The process was easy, clean and we are very happy with all of the work done. The new windows have reduced noise from outside and look great. I would highly recommend Krasiva Window and Doors. Greg, the owner, is hands on and checks the progress of the work.  We haven't been through a summer yet with our new windows but know our energy cost will show a savings.

I walk into their office it wa informed that they can't give me a price on windows. In the middle of a show Room standing there 2 people working and they can't give me numbers because their sales guy needs to call me. This is unbelievable I guess they really don't want business. I will have to call Dave Ramsey and explain to him the level of customer service he's advertising Is not what hes portraying it to be. I made a special trip down here So I can speak to somebody in person. Shame on window world

These guys are great!!!! Some how, a pane of glass broke in my duel pane sliding glass door. I was referred by a friend who's used them in the past. They gave me a quote within 24 hours. I also got quotes from about 4 other companies on Yelp. Most of them quoted me around $300 more. So, I went with this company, saved me a lot of money. Jane, in the office was great with putting up with all my phone calls & questions. They have definitely won a customer for life!
