This guy was terrific.  He was very responsive after initially messaging through Yelp, gave us an estimate based on pictures we sent, and his prices were extremely reasonable.  Much more reasonable than the other companies we had contacted.  Once we agreed to have him replace our side yard gate, Lev told us when he'd be able to come, and he actually showed up on the exact date and time that he said he would (imagine that!).  He got the work done in a timely and efficient manner, disposed of our old gate, and the new gate looks great.  Can't recommend him strongly enough.

UPDATE...

Although, our door is finally installed and looks absolutely beautiful-This doesn't change what we had to go through to get here. It doesn't matter if you all were asked to speak to my husband (not sure where that came from).    When a customer calls, you should always take their calls no matter what, even if you know the customer is not happy. Jennifer or Melissa never had any trouble contacting me to schedule every single delivery! I will not remove my post because potential customers must see what they could encounter. It's not just about how beautiful the door is or how happy the customer is with the results. It's about your poor customer service and quality control during the process. You all know how terrible your mistakes were.

Bob built a gorgeous wrought iron pool gate for child proofing our pool for our children.  He advised us on the right location of the fence with his vast experience and insight on keeping the pool and pool area child free.  The fence is clean, painted precisely and done by a real professional.  His price was GREAT and very reasonable.  We added a self closing gate with a Magna Latch for additional safety for our 9 month old and 3 year old. I would highly recommend Bob and his team of professionals on their quality and efficient work!

They dont offer what I needed to do but WOW was the lady super friendly and helpful over the phone. People like that make you want to use them in the future. Wish I had a project for you guys but rest assured I will call when I do! Thank you for being so pleasant.

Alex was great from the start with communication through yelp and text.  The door to our courtyard was rusted and had broken a hinge.  His team fixed the door, replaced the hinge, and also gave it new life with a fresh coat.  The timing was to be expected with a fix and we are happy with the finished project.  We would recommend IMS to anyone looking for a gate or repair.

Very prompt, which is impressive considering that the job was scheduled on a Sunday. Wonderfully detailed and thorough in that they completely refurbished the gate, more than replace the wooden slats. Sebastian and his partner provided new, pre-treated wood slats and stripped the metal gate. They cleaned, refurbished, repainted and re-leveled the gate. They even replaced the spring. Whoever needs their gates worked on, go with Gates The Right Way!

They did a great job on our side gate. It was a small job that other businesses weren't as eager to take on.

They saved us hundreds of dollars repairing our gate so we didn't have to replace it. They set up our appointment quickly. Alex was efficient and reasonably priced. He did a quality job with professionalism and a friendly manner. We would highly recommend this business and will use them again if the need arises.

Super responsive and awesome work. Called Ron on Monday gates installed and done before noon Wednesday. Gates look great and seem heavy duty. I would absolutely recommend Ron, he's friendly and fast. One thing he said that stuck with me was get it done right the first time and let me tell you, he doesn't disappoint. Great job Ron!!!

We just got our new RV 10 ft wide gate installed yesterday July 14th and could not be more pleased ! From my initial contact for a quote the staff was awesome to work with,  they came out exactly  when they said. Salesman  Mike who provided the estimate  was professional  and not pushy but the quality  of  product sales itself. They provided  drawings and samples for HOA approval. They also provided  a temporary gate after removal of existing  gate.  The customer  service  throughout  the process including  accomodating us with working around pool construction was impeccable. The craftsmanship  of our gate and the installation  of it was 100 % the definition  of perfection!  I highly and sincerely  recommend Steel  Creations  & Fabrication.

Michael is great. We called him a few days before our scheduled pool inspection, he came out and gave us a quote that was half the price of another company (who was pushing us to install more concrete). On installation day Michael was early and efficient. The city inspector complimented the safety barrier Michael installed for us. We passed with flying colors. Glad we hired Clear Choice Pool Fence.

We had a really good experience with Arizona Pool Fence!  The estimate was about what we expected to pay for the fence and the end result looks great!  Our pool was built very close to the patio door and we were worried a fence would look bad.  We have a little one starting to crawl though, and his safety trumps backyard aesthetics.  I was happy when all was done that it really looks great.  It exceeded my expectations.

Anthony was the one who came out to install the fence. He was professional and did an excellent job walking me through how it works and how to remove the fence if necessary.

Like most home owners I had a vison of what I wanted done at my home but did not know how or where to begin. I came across Gabe Castle, owner of Sacred Steel AZ's work on Offer Up and was intrigued by the many unique projects Gabe completed. It can be intimidating reaching out to a company you have never worked with but I decided to reach out to Gabe and am very thankful I did.

From the moment I contacted Gabe I was impressed with Gabe's willingness to actively listen to my thoughts while answering questions and offering suggestions. I did not feel any pressure from Gabe and at no time felt rushed when explaining my vision. Gabe helped me understand what can be done with metal and offered suggestions from his years of experience and his expertise took my vison to another lever that I did not think would be possible.

Through the entire project my thoughts were at ease knowing that Gabe was on job and that's a piece of mind money cannot buy.  While we are on the subject of money I felt Gabe was honest with the cost of materials and did his best to get the maximum yield out of material to help stretch my dollar further. Gabe's labor cost was fair in relation to the type of work he performed. (I later learned he was well below the average cost of his competitors.) When it came time to compensate Gabe for his work I had no reservations on the price as I felt it was deserved based on the wonderful outcome.

Each time I pull in my driveway and see Gabe's work it brings a smile to my face. We are so very happy we are with our new gate and our entire experience with Tim and Carol.  They are a very personable, husband and wife team who promptly came out to give us a quote to replace our existing RV gate.  They exceeded our expectations on every level.  The custom gate they built for us is stunning!  We originally shared our design idea with Tim and asked if he could customize the gate so that we could have the option of when we wanted out dogs to be able to see out.  He created a very beautiful, functional gate with a privacy plate that can open and close at the bottom.  It works beautifully!  They also reset 4 posts in to our concrete driveway so that we could hang our shade sail up.  Not only did they provide the best customer service and beautiful customized gate, they also were very reasonable with price.  I am so happy we chose Just Gates to do this project for us!  Thanks, Tim and Carol!
