I needed some fencing and a replacement gate. Lev responded quickly with an estimate.  We agreed and scheduled the work.  He performed without any issues and did everything we needed.  Highly recommend.  Would use again if needed

So after posting my initial review, First Impression contacted me to arrange having a technician come out to fix the stucco patch.  The technician arrived as scheduled, fixed things up and now we're satisfied customers.

As noted in my original review, the door itself is fantastic.  Very well-made and a beautiful design. We were always happy with the door.

I do encourage First Impression to rethink their policy on stucco patching.  This was a large project that cost quite a bit of money.  It simply makes no sense to not ensure the final result is polished and perfect.  

But, all's well that ends well and I appreciate First Impression standing behind their product.

Abraham was a pleasure to work with! Outstanding work ethic, professional, reliable, and with timely communication.  We wish we found him a long time ago. We needed 60 ft of block wall, with a zig zag and stucco to match the house and 1 existing wall. The first day, his team prepared the site and poured the footings. Second day, the wall was up and stuccoed.  Arrived 7 a.m. sharp both days. Professionally dressed and groomed. Friendly, happy team.  2 days! Done! Awesome! 10 stars!

We called many companies and Bob knew his stuff and was in the middle with pricing. I will gladly pay a little more for someone that is experienced, legal workers and has a Veteran on the team. We had a new pool fence put in per the adoption code, it was 73 Lineal feet and a custom fit at that.
The fence is beautiful and we get lots of compliments about it. I highly recommend Ace Fence Company they are on the ball, very polite, and do quality work.

  If you are looking for a pool fence stop you just found them!!!

I hired Sunset Gates to replace the previous homeowners poorly done DIY gate install. Shawn, the owner, came out to quote my project.  He worked with me on how to make my ideas work in the space I have in order to provide a professional quality replacement.

When the crew delivered and installed the new gate, there was a small issue with the fabrication. I called Shawn and he had me rescheduled within a week. Today the crew got the gate panels removed, fixed, and reinstalled within business hours, with no evidence of the problem.

Very satisfied with the service, and the iron fabrication quality is top notch. Would hire them again without hesitation. Thanks, Shawn and crew.

After basically being scammed by a neighbor who claimed they could put in a gate for us and knew what they were doing these guys fixed what was wrong. They were fast affordable and communicative. Before they came slates of our gate were falling off constantly these guys fixed it.

Sebastian just left our house at 7:30PM after completing a gate repair.  Sadly you do not often find service providers who are customer oriented, pleasant,  hard working, efficient, and do not try to uncharge you.  I recommend Sebastian at Gates the Right Way without  reservation.  He is a problem solver, provides multiple options for the repair work required, makes sure he uses quality components in his repair work, and efficiently executes the solution.  I asked him out for an estimate on a gate repair and he proposed a solution and then completed the work even though he was on his way home from his shop at night.

Just got my new spiral staircase installed this morning and it looks absolutely amazing. Great quality and finish. Good communication during the fabrication process and I couldn't be happier with the results. I would definitely recommend JM Custom Iron Work

I reached out to Paul to repair an existing gate. I could barely get the gate to move. When he was done I can open the gate with no effort now. He did a great job and a little more at his original quote. Also he was on time and finished on time. It is hard to find people who do what they say they will do-his is a man who is true to his word. I will use him again and recommend him to others.

I have never written a review ever on Yelp, however after the great job and service I received from Alex and his staff I feel as if this is the least I can do. Alex is a very personable person who will go the extra mile to make sure that you are completely satisfied with their service. Do yourself a favor and call them when you need your gate restored / repaired.

I had Aldo make a gate and privacy barrier at our home in CantaMia. He did a great job, and we moved down the road to another home and needed a security gate fabricated and installed. It is absolutely beautiful and we are so happy with his work. I strongly recommend Aldo's Metal Fabrication.

We rented out our home after having to move out of state and then had to seek someone over the phone/internet to repair the block wall  at the rental home.  If you've ever tried it, you know it's difficult to find someone from afar to provide an accurate estimate, then do QUALITY work.  We feel so fortunate that Sunset Fence did this for us.  We felt that not only did we get an accurate estimate, but that Bob was careful to caution us about those things he would not do...just to ensure there wasn't a lack of understanding.  We recently visited the property and were extremely pleased with work.  This was such a great experience,

He followed up when he said he would which means a lot to me. It was so refreshing working with a company that actually did what they said they would do. First off, if you are reading this, You need to choose Michael for your pool fencing job. Long story ahead, but worth the read.

On the quest to find a pool fence provider, I looked into the top places on YELP and back checked with BBBaz. Come to find out, alot the top companies listed on yelp were either too busy to return my multiple requests or were straight up condescending (Ex: you should be lucky I even return your call peasant). Well, apparently, they didnt want to earn my business.

Enter Michael from Clear Choice. When I reached out to him, he immediately responded. He was funny, cordial, and we hit it off right away. His price was well under my budget and way below the competitors. Did I mention we hit it off right away? He loves to talk and is extremely knowledgable about every topic. We talked about everything from my installing pool fence to Subsaharan African politics from the 1970s. He was bar none, the most fascinating individual i've ever done business with on yelp (IN A GOOD WAY). I could easily see myself talking with this guy over a cold beer at some pub in South Africa.

As for the job, he is a one man crew. He came and showed up on time as promised. Got the job done, proceeded to talk to my wife about a variety of topics just as he did myself. He's like that world traveled Uncle who can tell you amazing stories from his adventures sailing in the pacific to working in Dubai. Once he was finished he EVEN offered to fix our busted gate for FREE. That was amazingly generous.

Anyhow, our pool fence looks fantastic and his workmanship and pride are evident. Quality work. He did an amazing job and I would recommend him over the other pool fence places INSTANTLY. Michael is the best in the valley and his other reviews prove it. Plus, his stories are worth the price of admission. The icing on the proverbial cake.

No problems, they were great.  There was a little settling and the door had to be adjusted.  They tried to walk me through it over the phone, and when I couldn't do it, they came out right away and fixed it for free.  It's been quite a few months now and everything is still great.

We can not tell you enough how delighted we are with Mario & Georgegina and to the guys who all worked on our railing project! Like most home owners I had a vison of what I wanted done at my home but did not know how or where to begin. I came across Gabe Castle, owner of Sacred Steel AZ's work on Offer Up and was intrigued by the many unique projects Gabe completed. It can be intimidating reaching out to a company you have never worked with but I decided to reach out to Gabe and am very thankful I did.

From the moment I contacted Gabe I was impressed with Gabe's willingness to actively listen to my thoughts while answering questions and offering suggestions. I did not feel any pressure from Gabe and at no time felt rushed when explaining my vision. The more I got to learn about Gabe to more I realized the pride Gabe takes in his work and his willingness to always go the extra mile.

My project involved working closely with another contractor which can be challenging but Gabe did not skip a beat and worked hand in hand with my paver installation allowing both companies to do their best work. Gabe showed up on time, every time with strong communication skills that kept me in tune with the project completion and was also patient with me when I asked to modify the plans on the fly. At the end of day, Sacred Steel aims to please.

If you are considering getting any type of metal work done I would highly recommend Gabe at Sacred Steel AZ. Through the entire project my thoughts were at ease knowing that Gabe was on job and that's a piece of mind money cannot buy.  While we are on the subject of money I felt Gabe was honest with the cost of materials and did his best to get the maximum yield out of material to help stretch my dollar further. Gabe's labor cost was fair in relation to the type of work he performed. (I later learned he was well below the average cost of his competitors.) When it came time to compensate Gabe for his work I had no reservations on the price as I felt it was deserved based on the wonderful outcome.

Each time I pull in my driveway and see Gabe's work it brings a smile to my face. I have had countless compliments on my projects originality and coolness and feel that others should give Gabe an opportunity for their projects, you would be in good hands. I am so happy with my new gate. Tim did a superb job on it. I especially wanted it snake proofed and he went the extra mile to make it perfect. My neighbors are loving it also as the old one was very ugly. It has a great locking feature which makes it safe and secure as well. We couldn't be happier. Just Gates is a family business that really cares to do a job right. It was a real pleasure to meet them and receive such old fashioned quality service.  We need more businesses like this!   Thanks so much guys.
