If I could give 6 stars I would, working with Lev to replace 2 gates at our house was wonderful.  He was on time, responsive and did an excellent job.  We ended needing to replace the pillars for one gate and he coordinated getting the Mason who also was on time and did a great job.  After dealing with multiple contractors and suffering he was a breathe of fresh air.  Highly recommend!

I was very impressed by their service and their product.  Our door looks amazing.  They helped us with the HOA approval and consistently followed up until that was approved and then about a week later called to install our door.  I love it!  I am thrilled with both the customer service and the product.

Abraham did a great job with my custom gate! Came out next day and it was built and replaced within two weeks. Thank you!

What can I say... Bob and his team were absolutely wonderful!  It took them about a day to install the whole pool fence.  My husband and I love the way it looks.  Bob even came up with a design I hadn't thought of and it worked out perfectly!  I would recommend to anyone looking for a pool fence to call but one company, ACE Fence Co.

Excuse me, but I was NOT offered a dinner, just a $25 gift card (which may have been for dinner, although the person I spoke with, who, I'm assuming, is you, Shawn, never mentioned what the gift card was for, just the amount.)

In any event, I neither was nor am interested in a peace offering, or, to my mind, a bribe of any sort. I am interested in great service first and foremost.

And I did not need a list of any other so-called reputable companies because I had already received an estimate from another company - one whom I immediately engaged and who came out on the scheduled day, at the scheduled time, and who did an excellent job. And I'd like to pose a rhetorical question to you, Shawn: Why would I want a recommendation from you for *any* company, given what happened? The answer is that I wouldn't, and my recollection is that I declined such a recommendation both because if your company functions in such an abysmal way, so would your recommendations and because I knew I would be calling the aforementioned company immediately after speaking with you.

Yes, I did hang up on you: we were going around in circles and, at that point, you had insulted me by implying the issue was my fault.

You're correct, though, something *DID* slip through your euphemistically named fail-safes: your professionalism and integrity. It was, after all, a woman in your office who set up the appointment. And, as I wrote in my initial review, when I called and mentioned the 1/2-hour in advance call, I was told, 'Yes. that's us.'

If she or any of your other office workers don't know how to set up an appointment properly or err in another fashion, YOU needed to take responsibility for that, not blame me or any other customer - and not try to buy a potential customer off with a peace offering so that they don't leave a review such as mine. And if I am outside of your service area, well, make certain ALL of your employees know what your service area covers so that errors of this sort do not happen again.

You may pride yourselves on excellence and integrity, but anyone can be delusional in his self-assessment.

Although I haven't yet done business with Alex at Integrated Metal Structures, he has been MORE than helpful in talking over my ideas with me. Alex and I have exchanged emails with different ideas, suggestions and quotes for my front yard project. He has been more than patient, has a great sense of humor, and is candid in his approach. I'm sure that once I DO finally do business with him, everything will workout exactly how I'd expect. THANKS ALEX!

Sebastian does great work!  From the very beginning he did what he said he was going to do.  That's integrity.  The gate he created for my home was phenomenal and he got the job done quick.  Best feature is good quality work at a great price.  I hope you will consider Gates the Right Way and Sebastian for your gate repairs and replacement.

This company is terrific- the iron railings and spiral staircase they built for us are built so well, the welding is so good!  Juan is easy to work with and he most definitely keeps in communication all through his projects. His work crew is made up of good guys, esp his Dad. Pricing is very very fair.

November 2020 - Once again Paul exceeded our expectations and did a spectacular repair on our old falling down gate to the carport.  He is extremely focused while working on his project. He took the old literally falling down gate that had to be dragged and lifted to force it closed - and transformed it into his own style of a cool item still fulfilling the need to keep our tiny dog from getting out.  He's really something.  He comes, sets up to do his work, cleans up after himself, is a fair and kind person you would be happy to have on your property working. We made a video of some of the project will try to load it here in Yelp for others to see what you get if you call upon Paul from Full Spectrum Artworks.  You will be glad if you call him to quote and work on your next project or home improvement.

Alex was a pleasure to work with.  We were not able to install a gate due to issues beyond my (and his) control, but his quoted price was fantastic and he was very responsive when contacted through the app.  He is our first choice if we end up needing a gate in the future.

They did a beautiful front porch railing fabrication and installation between two arches.

My gate was a horrendous mess of rotting wood and peeling paint! (It was probably the original one from 1997.) Geoff created an absolutely beautiful replacement in exactly the right color. He and his crew were friendly and professional, and they left no mess behind. They even installed it on a Sunday!

It is refreshing to work with professionals such as the owners of Sunset Fence.  The entire process went flawlessly.  Every appointment  was on time and all the workmanship exceeded our expectations.  They built over 400 feet of block wall in 4 days.  Just like they said they would.  1st day is footing only so they really built the wall in 3 days.  The employees were very hard-working and always on time and always respectful.  The cleanup was thorough.  The quote process was easy, detailed and accurate.  I highly recommend this company for any masonry work.  It would be hard to find better customer service than Sunset Fence provides.

We had just moved into a house with a pool and we have three kids ages six and under. Our two year old is so curious and loves water. Thus I needed this fence ASAP as I was having major anxiety living in a home without a pool fence.

Wow, perfect service.  Can't say enough about them.  We were moving into a new home and have a child with Down syndrome.  We needed the fence up the day we closed before we even moved in.  Nobody else would give us an estimate without coming out but we could not do that because we did not own the home yet.  Gina looked up our new home on googlemap and gave me a rough estimate with prices and scheduled our install the day after we closed on the home.  They came out on time. Did a perfect job.  Had a great price.  The sand color fence looks great.  Tim and Gina called me personally.  When you call you don't get some corporate office.  You get the owners cell phone and they pick up right away.  Tim, a fire fighter knows all about safety, no just the pool but does doors and gates as well.  Professinal, responsive and flexible.  They know safety!!

Mario is great. He was out right away and we received a professional shortly after. Communication was great throughout. They were always on time. Mario works as hard or harder than his employees. They demoed part of my wall to expand my gate and rebuild a pillar. We went with all metal due to the lack of composite slats. It was about the same price and it looks great. It will be less maintenance in the future.

I had at least half a dozen architects and contractors look at our master suite project, but none of them had the skill, vision, or knowledge of Sacred Steel AZ.  From understanding how to preserve the original block (I had master masons tell me that wasn't possible), to knowing the structural constraints of the wall, to working within the overall aesthetics of our home, Gabe Castle demonstrated professional expertise that surpasses his competitors.  He worked meticulously on every detail of our slider door to ensure a perfect, unique final product.  He also took time to collaborate with me about different decisions during the process.  Sacred Steel did all of this for a fraction of the price of other bids...and for 100% custom work!  The true beauty and quality of this project has far exceeded my expectations for only a fraction of the price.  Now I'm eager to see how Sacred Steel can blend more steel features across the exterior of the home.

Sounds like they build great gates and was excited to work the this company but I have waited a month just to get someone to come out for measurement!  I called to check in on a status 2 weeks ago and Carol reached out saying I was still on the wait list and could not schedule and appointment for me. It has now been a month and I have decided to go with another company as I can't wait over 4 weeks just for a measurement and price!
