Lev is professional, communicative, and competitively priced.  I had an RV gate that had been falling out of the wall since I bought my house.  I decided it was time for a repair when it finally started to really fall over after a windy monsoon night.

Lev responded right away, was able to get out to take a look within a couple days and was able to make the repairs within just a couple days of that.  He communicated consistently through Yelp the whole time and didn't even need me home to complete the repair.

Like I said: pricing was great, quality was great, and I was able to pay online.  I strongly recommend his repair work.  I can also say his quote for a NEW gate was also very competitive, but I wasn't looking for a replacement this time around.

You can't go wrong with the Handy Gate Man.

I was very impressed by their service and their product.  Our door looks amazing.  They helped us with the HOA approval and consistently followed up until that was approved and then about a week later called to install our door.  I love it!  I am thrilled with both the customer service and the product.

Really disappointed with our experience. The estimate was quick and easy, but everything after that was poor. Communication wasn't the best and install only happened 5 days after promised on the invoice because after saying it'd be done from 8 a.m. - 5  p.m. one day and never showing up, I asked for a refund and/or leaving the gate at my property. I had taken off work for the day and received no communication or notice that he wouldn't be out that day until 7:30 p.m. on the day it was supposed to be installed.

I paid full price (about $640) and was told it would be another $50 to haul the old wooden gate we had away. There were slivers of wood and screws left all over the ground. The gate won't open all of the way because of a beam that is in the way. I leave the extra star only because the crew that came and installed were very friendly. The gate was good quality.

We just paid the invoice to be done with this horrible ordeal, but will not be using them in the future.

THE GUY DID NOT SHOW!!!  When I called him at 9am he did not sound like he even knew he had an appointment, then said he was in Tempe and could make it to Phoenix in 30 minutes.   I called again 30 minutes later and he started to make excuses that he did not have my number.....
What happened to the info on the online confirmation!   Needless to say
I did not make another appointment.   If ACE Fence Co gives this type of
customer service, I can only image the quality of the work.

Although my initial experience with Sunset Gates was less than stellar, the owner, Shawn, really stepped up to make things right and delivered a 5-star experience.

On the day of the installation, I was impressed with the crew that installed the gates. They were friendly, polite, and professional. Unfortunately, some of the cedar slats on the new gates were splintered and one of the privacy straps we ordered was not installed. We called to express our disappointment and the installer returned to replace the damaged slats and our missing privacy strap. While he was replacing the slats, he informed me cedar is very difficult to obtain due to supply chain constraints and the slats may not be as expected. While it wasn't great to hear since we specifically wanted cedar, not composite, it's not the fault of the business given the impossible COVID situation.

Several months later, our gate needed to be adjusted and the owner came out to ensure it was corrected and we were happy with our gates. He also offered to have all the slats replaced to ensure we were satisfied. While the initial product may not have been flawless, the fact that Sunset Gates is (1) a small business dealing with the constraints of COVID, and (2) owning up to their mistakes and making things right speaks volumes.  It is almost unheard of these days to have such great customer service but Sunset Gates really came through and we would certainly use them again in the future.

They did a great job replacing/repairing the hinges and connecting bars on my iron gate. I found them responsive, friendly, reasonable and easy to work with. The turn-around time was excellent and I would highly recommend them for any metal installation or repair. Mark was easy to communicate with and seemed to care about the end result. 5 Stars!

I highly recommend this young company.  They do all of their own welding and finish work.  Every gate is a custom fit.  If I ever have need for another rv gate I will definitely use these guys.  Very high quality and pride of  product shines through in all they do.  Affordable and absolutely A1 service.  My wife and I are very happy with the end product.

This company is terrific- the iron railings and spiral staircase they built for us are built so well, the welding is so good!  Juan is easy to work with and he most definitely keeps in communication all through his projects. His work crew is made up of good guys, esp his Dad. Pricing is very very fair.

Alex was awesome! Provided a  reasonable quote for our gate repair on the same day Friday afternoon. Came out following Monday to align and weld the gate and even threw in some decorative scrolls to add some appeal! Very courteous and professional. Also takes care of garage repairs! Will use Alex again!

We highly recommend Aldo's! Great company. Jessica was great to work with as was the to workers, they really took pride in there work. We would use Aldo's again for sure.

I contacted sunset fence for a second estimate on a twenty four ft. by twelve foot block wall.
The 1st came in quite high and sunset fence beat the estimate by $5000.
On day one they came in and dug a footing and poured the concrete by noon.
The next day they put up all the blocks by noon.
The crew was very efficient they cleaned up after themselves and they knocked out the entire project in two days.

We recently expanded our front porch and contacted Deisgner Gates for the fence. They were extremely easy to work with through the entire process. We were provided with multiple options and selected the model we liked best. The quote came in accurate, they arrived on time and only took 2 hours to install!

Working with Hernandez Ironworks was AMAZING! I had worried about finding a professional gate company to make custom gates to fit my vision, style, and security needs and Hernandez truly delivered. I texted their office frequently to discuss materials, colors, and sizing to make sure they offered exactly what we were looking for in our backyard. We ended up getting 3 custom steel gates with them to pass our city pool inspection. Like most home owners I had a vison of what I wanted done at my home but did not know how or where to begin. It can be intimidating reaching out to a company you have never worked with but I decided to reach out to Gabe and am very thankful I did.

Gabe's labor cost was fair in relation to the type of work he performed. (I later learned he was well below the average cost of his competitors.) When it came time to compensate Gabe for his work I had no reservations on the price as I felt it was deserved based on the wonderful outcome.

Each time I pull in my driveway and see Gabe's work it brings a smile to my face.
