Very attentive and responds on a timely basis.  Arrived, went right to work and we now have a gate that opens the right way and meets AZ pool requirements

We justed moved to our new house and wanted screen doors. We used First Impressions before and were very happy with their job. Called them out again for new house for front security door and back French security doors and they went out of their way to make sure we paid the same amount that we paid 6 years ago!!!  I love this company they always go out of their way to make it right.

I can not comment on the actual work of this company but the owner no showed two appointment times. The first time, a four hour window was given. Waited for 5-6 hours, no communication, no apology. Set up another time, said he couldn't make it an hour before the scheduled time. No apology. Don't schedule your day around an appointment from this company.

Bottom line:  best pool fence on the planet.  No exaggeration.

Bob built and installed our pool fence 14 years ago.  It is still in PERFECT condition - as good as the day it was installed.  Our pool has unusual contours around the perimeter, and I figured that he would simply weld straight pieces of fencing to somewhat match the general contour of the pool.  Instead, Bob carefully shaped the fence to match the exact contour of the pool.  I didn't even know this was possible.  It looks like something out of a magazine that highlights the backyards of the rich and famous, and believe me, I am neither rich nor  famous.

About a week ago, I decided to install a metal gate to protect the pool equipment from our dog who likes to chew anything - shoes, PVC, metal pipes, anything.  Bob came out within an hour of my call to give a quote.  He installed it the following week.  What can I say?  It is truly a work of art.  Bob is a master with wrought iron - a true expert craftsman.  You will not just be getting an amazing fence, you will be getting the best workmanship available.

He came highly recommended from my mother-in-law who had him install a pool fence a few months before he installed ours.  She got his name from a friend of hers who just raved about his work.  I imagine that most of his business comes from word-of-mouth recommendations.

I am sure that there are second-rate fence companies out there, but you don't need to worry about the quality of work from Ace Fence Co.  I assure you that you will not be disappointed, and you will want to jump on Yelp to shout his praises.  It actually seems weird to get so excited about a pool fence, but once you see the quality of his work, you will completely understand.

They show up when and as promised.
Trustworthy.
They adjusted installed products to our liking.
I will definitely do business with Sunset Gates again if the opportunity arises.
Plus, Dawn, who always answers the phone in my experience, is responsive and a really nice person who cares about your call, email, etc.

Although I haven't yet done business with Alex at Integrated Metal Structures, he has been MORE than helpful in talking over my ideas with me. Alex and I have exchanged emails with different ideas, suggestions and quotes for my front yard project. He has been more than patient, has a great sense of humor, and is candid in his approach. I'm sure that once I DO finally do business with him, everything will workout exactly how I'd expect. THANKS ALEX!

We needed to remove a section of our block wall and install an RV gate for a new trailer.

Sebastian came out and gave us a quote.

Not only was the price one of the most reasonable of all we received, the photos he showed of prior jobs impressed us. stainless steel bolts and powder coating the gates were suggested upgrades at a minor cost increase.

His mason (paid separately) actually set the 3 posts in concrete, where other quotes were 2 and affixed to the existing columns. This was extremely important to us, as the other companies wouldn't guarantee against sag and stated in contract sag correction would be an additional fee!

He included upgrades as standard some things other companies offered as additional cost options, or not at all. Like using 3 posts, privacy panels (not sure what he called the panels), and using 4 straps to secure the slats to instead of three.

He was able to get the work done and gate installed many weeks earlier than the other quotes too.
The 12 ft gate looks fantastic, and I know we made the right choice in selecting Gates the Right Way for our project.

Minor hiccups: powder coating delayed by one day as the coater was only doing white the scheduled day. Sebastian's quote could have been a lot more detailed, but in our case he remembered everything we talked about and it was not an issue in the end.

Over all, I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Juan was very responsive to all my requests.   He went over and above expectations.  His price was good and the quality of the work was outstanding.  The gate is perfect and I highly recommend his services.

We had a two small projects, one residential and one commercial, that we worked with Paul on. He was easy to work with and responded immediately to any questions or concerns. He was able to problem solve, complete both projects in a timely manner and stayed on budget. We would use Paul again in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for someone that gives 100% to their work.

They saved us hundreds of dollars repairing our gate so we didn't have to replace it. They set up our appointment quickly. Alex was efficient and reasonably priced. He did a quality job with professionalism and a friendly manner. We would highly recommend this business and will use them again if the need arises.

The wrought iron fence that we had installed was done well. However, the painting of it was not. I am doing my 2nd major touch-up in less than 2 years since it was installed in May of 2018. They also came back once to touch it up after 10 months of installation, which makes 3 times. However, there is only a one year guarantee. I am going to have to have the fence completely repainted in the near future and it is not a small fence. Buyer beware.

I am amazed at the quality of their work and prompt completion of the project. I had two ugly and worn out RV gates with a few broken slats and they were very weather worn from the sun. What a beautiful job they did. They repainted the ironwork, added new bolts and I had redwood slats put in. I am so satisfied with the appearance of the RV gate now. The RV Gate looks new. They did a fantastic job on our privacy wall! They were very knowledgeable and so patient with us while we worked with our HOA for approval. Kudos to the guys who did the hard labor, especially in the extremely hot weather! Price was reasonable too.  Would recommend this company to anyone!

Ron is a good guy. Straight shooter. I liked his old school way of handling the project. Very easy to work with. The most important thing was the communication was good and he kept me informed with any changes that  needed to happen to complete the work. I'll call him again when I need another fence/gate installed.
