We really needed a new door and I'd seen advertisements for First Impression Ironworks. They did not disappoint! Chris showed up on time to give us an estimate and go through all the options. We approved our CAD drawing a few days later and 4 weeks later our door was installed. Jorge & Juan did an awesome job with the installation. They were courteous and respectful of the surrounding. The job was done quickly and they cleaned everything perfectly. We are delighted with the new door!!

From the promptly delivered initial consultation with Kyle to receiving the three custom residential gates, a better choice for replacing my old, dilapidated yard gates couldn't have been made!

After basically being scammed by a neighbor who claimed they could put in a gate for us and knew what they were doing these guys fixed what was wrong. They were fast affordable and communicative. Before they came slates of our gate were falling off constantly these guys fixed it.

Very prompt, which is impressive considering that the job was scheduled on a Sunday. Wonderfully detailed and thorough in that they completely refurbished the gate, more than replace the wooden slats. Sebastian and his partner provided new, pre-treated wood slats and stripped the metal gate. They cleaned, refurbished, repainted and re-leveled the gate. They even replaced the spring. Whoever needs their gates worked on, go with Gates The Right Way!

Amazing! Truly amazing! The RV gate I got was worth every penny! The owner communication was incredible, he let me know every step of the way when he would arrive, how much it would cost and all the details into installing the gate. I recently contacted Alex to have my RV gate fixed after a landscaping company took it down and didn't reinstall it properly, ever since then it would blow completely off the wall in the storms- he responded to my message the next morning, came out that day- and completed the job the same day at an extremely reasonable price! I couldn't be more pleased!  From speaking with Amy to meeting Bob onsite, everyone was friendly, professional and informative.  I had a block side wall being pushed up by a pine tree, which created huge gaps and instability.  Bob came out to assess the situation, provided a fair quote and work started swiftly.  The wall was rebuilt from the bottom up and pine tree roots were cut as well. They did such a great job, arrived on time and completed the wall same day.  I would never hesitate to contact them again - fantastic job and fantastic people!

Truly WOW!  What a beautiful door.  I was originally hesitant about spending the extra money versus a cheap Home Depot solution but I'm so glad I invested in a quality door.  My door at my old house allowed bugs to crawl underneath but this door is sealed bug tight even at the bottom.  Words can't do it justice you need to give these guys a call from the initial sales call with Mike to the install everything was superb!

I had Hernandez make a custom RV Gate for me and I am truly impressed.  Everything done was top notch.  Everytime someone comes over, they mention how nice my gate looks.  You get for what you pay for and if you want quality, one-of-a-kind, look no further, excellent craftsmanship.

Like most home owners I had a vison of what I wanted done at my home but did not know how or where to begin. I came across Gabe Castle, owner of Sacred Steel AZ's work on Offer Up and was intrigued by the many unique projects Gabe completed. It can be intimidating reaching out to a company you have never worked with but I decided to reach out to Gabe and am very thankful I did.

From the moment I contacted Gabe I was impressed with Gabe's willingness to actively listen to my thoughts while answering questions and offering suggestions. I did not feel any pressure from Gabe and at no time felt rushed when explaining my vision. Gabe helped me understand what can be done with metal and offered suggestions from his years of experience and his expertise took my vison to another lever that I did not think would be possible.

Through the entire project my thoughts were at ease knowing that Gabe was on job and that's a piece of mind money cannot buy.  While we are on the subject of money I felt Gabe was honest with the cost of materials and did his best to get the maximum yield out of material to help stretch my dollar further. Gabe's labor cost was fair in relation to the type of work he performed. (I later learned he was well below the average cost of his competitors.) When it came time to compensate Gabe for his work I had no reservations on the price as I felt it was deserved based on the wonderful outcome.

Each time I pull in my driveway and see Gabe's work it brings a smile to my face. I have had countless compliments on my projects originality and coolness and feel that others should give Gabe an opportunity for their projects, you would be in good hands. Called this morning and left a message that I wanting to go to their office to look at pictures and pricing on an RV gate.  Just received several texts from Carol saying they do not have a showroom to visit.  Just Gates only offers on-site visits by both Tim and Carol.  She refused my request to send pictures of standard RV gates they make nor would she give me a price range of what they charge for a simple 12 foot RV gate.  Their policy is to not reveal any price range of their products unless it is in person at my home.
I'm surprised and disappointed...and now wary.
