I was referred to this company from a neighbor. When I got the initial contact and quote, I was a little agast at the price. But, when they were installed, I was totally understanding of the price. Perfect fit and open and closed perfectly. The installer was courteous and mindful of any mess he made. He also needed to trim some rock facia to to mount the door frame. They were very heavy duty screens that were so clean that you could see through them like they weren't there. After a month or so, I did have some weather stripping coming off. He returned on a Saturday to my house in Payson in his own vehicle to fix the problem. He even left me some extra stripping. I have recommended First Impressions to my friends and family.

I contacted Abrahams to provide a quote to replace an existing block wall fence at my community. It's a major project (@$90-100,000). While he offered a fast response to answer the RFP, what he relied with was only 1 of the 3 options we requested, and the option he did provide was at the wrong linear footage, so incorrect. He was contacted to update the proposal, and he promised to do so, but it was never done. Even though I contacted him several times

I searched around for a Fence Contractor, and finally settled on Bob.  I needed to replace the pool fence around my patio, and to take down an existing section of the deck perimeter fence.  He gave me a more than reasonable estimate, and I signed the contract.  Due to his workload, he was backed up 4 weeks.  On 02/19/18, he finally arrived and completed the work order.  The crew of Mike and Fred were fabulous.  They were meticulous, professional, and installed the pool patio fence I wanted.  Little did I know what shoddy work I had previously.  They carefully removed the section of the fence I wanted down.  After installation of the pool patio fence, they arrived the next day to paint.  Both Mike and Fred carefully put up protective sheathing around the windows and covered the deck, outside furniture and artificial turf with tarp to ensure no spray paint damage would occur.  What a great job!  Needless to say, I am very pleased with the fence and workmanship of the installation crew.  You can easily tell everyone knows what they are doing, and they take pride in their work.  I highly recommend Bob to anyone who is in need of fencing.  I was lucky to have chosen Ace Fence.  This company gets the job done, the right way...If I could give them 6 stars, I would have...Thank you Bob!

Excuse me, but I was NOT offered a dinner, just a $25 gift card (which may have been for dinner, although the person I spoke with, who, I'm assuming, is you, Shawn, never mentioned what the gift card was for, just the amount.)

In any event, I neither was nor am interested in a peace offering, or, to my mind, a bribe of any sort. I am interested in great service first and foremost.

And I did not need a list of any other so-called reputable companies because I had already received an estimate from another company - one whom I immediately engaged and who came out on the scheduled day, at the scheduled time, and who did an excellent job. And I'd like to pose a rhetorical question to you, Shawn: Why would I want a recommendation from you for *any* company, given what happened? The answer is that I wouldn't, and my recollection is that I declined such a recommendation both because if your company functions in such an abysmal way, so would your recommendations and because I knew I would be calling the aforementioned company immediately after speaking with you.

Yes, I did hang up on you: we were going around in circles and, at that point, you had insulted me by implying the issue was my fault.

You're correct, though, something *DID* slip through your euphemistically named fail-safes: your professionalism and integrity. It was, after all, a woman in your office who set up the appointment. And, as I wrote in my initial review, when I called and mentioned the 1/2-hour in advance call, I was told, 'Yes. that's us.'

If she or any of your other office workers don't know how to set up an appointment properly or err in another fashion, YOU needed to take responsibility for that, not blame me or any other customer - and not try to buy a potential customer off with a peace offering so that they don't leave a review such as mine. And if I am outside of your service area, well, make certain ALL of your employees know what your service area covers so that errors of this sort do not happen again.

You may pride yourselves on excellence and integrity, but anyone can be delusional in his self-assessment.

They did a great job replacing/repairing the hinges and connecting bars on my iron gate. I found them responsive, friendly, reasonable and easy to work with. The turn-around time was excellent and I would highly recommend them for any metal installation or repair. Mark was easy to communicate with and seemed to care about the end result. 5 Stars!

Sebastian did a gate repair on my backyard alley gate, it was very efficient and clean.  They were in and out in no time, very professional & highly recommended!

I had two metal awnings made and installed by JM Custom Iron Works to go over sliding glass patio doors. The awnings needed to match existing ones that were in place over our windows. The final product looks EXACTLY as I hoped it would. The craftsmanship is excellent and the installation solid. I wish I had more projects for JM to work on as I have complete confidence they would be done well. It was also easy to work with JM. Juan seems like a really good guy.

I had been researching replacing my RV gate and two side gates for over a year. Two out of the three gates were pretty much non-functional and all of them looked terrible. My goal was to just replace the gates with the same type of wooden slatted gates I had before. After getting several quotes from some of the larger gate companies in the Phoenix area, I found Full Spectrum. Paul came out to give me a quote and in 10 minutes explained more about the install process and possible options available than the two other companies that came out previously.

While meeting with Paul, I mentioned some of the install concerns one of the other companies had about the foundation of one of my walls that would have to hold up the RV gate. Instead of agreeing that my entire wall needed to be demolished/rebuilt and giving me an open-ended quote due to unforeseen costs during demolition like the other guys, Paul came up with a reasonable alternative that ended up working perfectly and not only offers more than enough support for the gate but also is helping support my 60 year old wall.

I went into the project just trying to regain functionality of my gates at a reasonable cost and I ended up with very sturdy and highly functional works of art. I recommend that anyone planning a project involving metalwork contact Paul.

I had Aldo make a gate and privacy barrier at our home in CantaMia. He did a great job, and we moved down the road to another home and needed a security gate fabricated and installed. It is absolutely beautiful and we are so happy with his work. I strongly recommend Aldo's Metal Fabrication.

Gates by Geoff did a great job removing my old gate and replacing it with a new one! The finished product looked better than I expected.

I'm impressed just by the help I received over the phone. The young lady(I apologize I didn't get your name) who helped me was able to answer a lot of my questions even before I asked. Then gave me some references to my side of town and who might be able to help us out sooner. I really like everything that was covered over the phone and Thank you for all the help. Recently widen our RV gate and Ron followed up when he said he would and got the stucco guy to come out (even though it was a new contractor for him) when planned and he did a great job on the stucco.  The gate looks great and Ron's pricing was very fair.

I met with Mike Stocker last week and had to post a review because he is great! He was very honest, wasn't trying to just get money from me and he has been very helpful! I highly recommend Mike and this company!

Michael was very kind and professional.  He showed up on time and even moved his schedule around to install our pool fence sooner once he heard that we have a 1.5 year old son!  We would highly recommend Clear Choice, it has eased our minds having the fence in place and now our son can play in the backyard.

Before we move to another house we where looking for a fast installation and best quote possible, we found Pool Guard and we where so Happy with the services, several month later we have a problem with the fence and with no question ask they come, check and do the repair.

Tim came out to replace an old broke 12 foot Rolling RV gate. The new swing gate is amazing. Great deal on the gate as well! I recommend this company to anyone!
