Had an appt to have our security doors installed today, and even cut short part of our vacation to be here for the installer. Got a call and said the installer was ill due to a 2nd COVID shot, and MAY be able to come out tomorrow. When explaining we cut short our vacation to have the install done today and would have to reschedule tomorrow's activities to be home- zero sympathy given. Completely unconcerned about their customers schedule and only concerned about their own. Terrible customer service.

We had them install two matching fences. Powder coated iron and Synthetic wrapped board to match our outside gate.  They were very reasonably priced, were the lowest bid, and did an amazing job.  They even installed a little door so we could reach the hose bib behind the fence. I would highly recommend them.

We have a pool and a young (toddler) grandson. We knew we wanted to put a fence around it for his protection and safety. We got bids from a few people, but we were really impressed with Bob and his bid. First, he agreed to come on a Saturday, so my husband could be here.  My husband has over an hour commute every day so meeting Monday through Friday can be impossible and finding people willing to accommodate a weekend time can be tough at times. Bob listened to what hubby wanted with the fence and didn't try to convince him to do something else (as another company had wanted him to do). The fence around the pool is absolutely gorgeous. Bob worked with his workers to get the job done. He didn't farm it out, but was here from basically start to finish. We also had him put in two side gates. That work also was very good and looked very professional, etc. We caught him in a time that he was very busy with a lot of other projects but he kept us informed of how long the wait would be and was within days of what he said the wait would be. He didn't demand a deposit up front but got paid at the end of the work. We don't have any more gates or fences to put up, but it we did, we would definitely use Bob and Ace Fence Company. He is worth the wait. You won't be disappointed.

Quality gate but they charge a premium.   Then they try and nickel and dime on install asking me to do most of the work or charge more for what is included in competitions price.   Do your homework .

The team at Integrated Metal Structures were great! I had an issue with a rusted fence that had fallen over and submitted several requests for quote on Yelp and Angi's List. Alex and Marc were the only ones to respond to my plea for help. I shared pictures so they could get a feel for the work that was needed, then Alex came to the house to personally inspect the area and take measurements. The next day Blake showed up and did a great job with the repair. E was professional and worked quickly to get the job done. He cleaned up the work area after the project and made everything look great. I couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend these guys!

I found this company on Yelp. I had a gate that the latch completely broke off. I requested a quote through Yelp, and as contacted back in ten minutes. I explained that my wife worked from home so it didn't need to be right away, but he said he was happy to come out if I didn't mind it being around 6:00pm. Wow, someone who knows you need something fix, and is willing to come out that late on a Saturday! He came out, and did more than I asked for the price we had agreed on. His work is great! My gate looks perfect and the latch looks like it came with the home. I 100% recommend this guy! I also like supporting a local guy who is running his own small business. I will be sharing his info with my neighborhood!

Before You Read My Review: I am a client who has high expectations. I rarely write someone a review unless they deserve it. But when I hire a company/person that knocks my socks off and goes above and beyond, I make sure to write them reviews everywhere because they are worthy of it.

LOW cost and extremely high custom screen doors.

We hired Juan (Juan Custom Iron Works) to custom build 3 security screen doors for our home in Gilbert. Before I called JM Custom Iron Work, I had 2 other well known companies come out and give us quotes to custom build and install 3 security screen doors. These other companies were expensive.

I originally had reservations about hiring a company that is not licenses/bonded. So before I gave them my 50% down payment, I did extensive online research. They have their LLC through the AZ Sectary of State, they have numerous online reviews from other very happy customers, and I was able to drive over to their shop and see their set up.

My Experience With Juan: When I called Juan, he immediately responded to my text message. I sent him the pictures of the doors on our home and then sent him pictures of the types of custom screen doors we wanted. Juan is super fast to respond to text messages and phone calls. I love that! I love working with a business that understands that customers want answers and they wants answers NOW. Juan is professional, patient, a super nice dude, and takes his time to understand his customers wants and needs.

Price: JM Custom Iron Work was the lowest costing. I had received several other quotes from other companies in the valley but all of them were beyond expensive. Juan came out the same day, measured our doors, and got me a quote within 24 hours. JM Custom Iron Works beat the other companies cost, hands down.

Quality: Wow! They just installed our 3 custom security doors today and the doors are incredible. They seriously build the doors from scratch. I went to their shop out in Tempe/Scottsdale and saw their shop. Great talent.

Alex Lucero is fantastic. He replied right away when I first asked for an estimate, unlike several other companies I contacted. And he was responsive all the way through this process.

Our gate is very solid and beautiful. He paid attention to detail, and did not leave until we were sure every keypad work properly, along with the wifi controllers.  Then they carted away our old, ugly gate, and we were left with the beautiful finished product for our home.  They even included a free magnetic locking system!

Gates by Geoff was incredibly simple to work with!  I contacted him on a Friday and the next Wednesday morning the work was completed.  The job completely refreshed our tired, old gate - very cost effective solution too.  Will recommend them to our neighbors.

Similar to Ed H. review... I called to inquire about their services and although I haven't yet booked, the lady that helped me was very gracious. She quickly google earthed my address and measured my front wall to give a general estimate. She provided solutions they offered as well as some considerations that they didn't offer. She also provided some recommendations and gave me an honest answer in regards to how booked they are. To me, it's always the small things and she provided her time and skill to help me get an idea of what I could expect. They will definitely be in the consideration for the project if my wife can wait till they have time to start the job. Thank you for your sincere help!

We recently expanded our front porch and contacted Deisgner Gates for the fence. They were extremely easy to work with through the entire process. We were provided with multiple options and selected the model we liked best. The quote came in accurate, they arrived on time and only took 2 hours to install!

Michael is great. We called him a few days before our scheduled pool inspection, he came out and gave us a quote that was half the price of another company (who was pushing us to install more concrete). On installation day Michael was early and efficient. The city inspector complimented the safety barrier Michael installed for us. We passed with flying colors. Glad we hired Clear Choice Pool Fence.

No problems, they were great.  There was a little settling and the door had to be adjusted.  They tried to walk me through it over the phone, and when I couldn't do it, they came out right away and fixed it for free.  It's been quite a few months now and everything is still great.

I had Hernandez make a custom RV Gate for me and I am truly impressed.  Everything done was top notch.  Everytime someone comes over, they mention how nice my gate looks.  You get for what you pay for and if you want quality, one-of-a-kind, look no further, excellent craftsmanship.

We love working with Gabe. We hired Dig It Design to completely redo our front yard. Sacred Steel handled all the custom steel work, including edging and planters (rectangle and V-shaped). Gabe was very knowledgeable and executed the work beautifully!
