I had a new security door and RV gate installed, and have been ecstatic with the results. After having the RV gate for a while, I noticed the composite planks had started to bow, so I called the company to report the issue. They responded promptly with an assessment of the issue, and a satisfactory resolution. Not only do I feel they have great products, but excellent customer service.

Abraham and his crew does a great job. I have use Abraham for several projects. Block wall work, adding a gate to an existing wall, pouring a driveway, stamping a concrete patio and laying artificial grass. All jobs were done professionally, completed in a timely manner and fairly priced.   Will definitely use Abraham for all future projects.

We have a pool and a young (toddler) grandson. We knew we wanted to put a fence around it for his protection and safety. We got bids from a few people, but we were really impressed with Bob and his bid. First, he agreed to come on a Saturday, so my husband could be here.  My husband has over an hour commute every day so meeting Monday through Friday can be impossible and finding people willing to accommodate a weekend time can be tough at times. Bob listened to what hubby wanted with the fence and didn't try to convince him to do something else (as another company had wanted him to do). The fence around the pool is absolutely gorgeous. Bob worked with his workers to get the job done. He didn't farm it out, but was here from basically start to finish. We also had him put in two side gates. That work also was very good and looked very professional, etc. We caught him in a time that he was very busy with a lot of other projects but he kept us informed of how long the wait would be and was within days of what he said the wait would be. He didn't demand a deposit up front but got paid at the end of the work. We don't have any more gates or fences to put up, but it we did, we would definitely use Bob and Ace Fence Company. He is worth the wait. You won't be disappointed.

Long overdue review. I was thrilled with my Sunset Gates experience. They came out last year and gave me an estimate for two gates. I had to wait a couple of before I could have them installed. When I called back, I was told the prices had gone by 10%. I was very disappointed and mentioned it to the person I spoke to. She asked me to let her check with the estimator. I was very happy they honored the price quoted earlier. They were very busy and there was a wait of 6 weeks to have the gates installed, which was just fine with me. What I really appreciated was the excellent communication and honesty about the time frame. What I appreciated even more was the professionalism and knowledge of the installer. He explained everything he was doing and why. I told him I was having snake proofing done after their work, so he made the gaps as small as possible without impeding the action of the gate. He was safe (masking and social distancing), friendly and efficient. The gates themselves as well as the hardware are high quality and look great. I would highly recommend Sunset Gates!

They did a great job replacing/repairing the hinges and connecting bars on my iron gate. I found them responsive, friendly, reasonable and easy to work with. The turn-around time was excellent and I would highly recommend them for any metal installation or repair. Mark was easy to communicate with and seemed to care about the end result. 5 Stars!

I highly recommend this young company.  They do all of their own welding and finish work.  Every gate is a custom fit.  If I ever have need for another rv gate I will definitely use these guys.  Very high quality and pride of  product shines through in all they do.  Affordable and absolutely A1 service.  My wife and I are very happy with the end product.

We used Ron to create 3 gates for our property and are happy to recommend him. Ron responded quickley to my initial call, came to our house to take measurements and provide an estimate. He provided a number of options as far as the type and color of the slats to be used. From the time we gave him the approval to the time the 3 custom gates were installed it took less than 1 week! We needed the work done quickly so we appreciated the attention Ron gave us. Our gates look and fit great, all done within our budget.

Adding my pool fence was one of the best decisions I've made for my home. his fence was to protect our dogs from the pool. Both dogs are Doxies and only required a 2 foot fence, which helped to preserve the uncluttered view of the yard. My elder dog has has gone blind and with a doggie door installed in the house, it was just a matter of time. It was time to take action. I had Hernandez make a custom RV Gate for me and I am truly impressed.  Everything done was top notch.  Everytime someone comes over, they mention how nice my gate looks.  You get for what you pay for and if you want quality, one-of-a-kind, look no further, excellent craftsmanship.

I had at least half a dozen architects and contractors look at our master suite project, but none of them had the skill, vision, or knowledge of Sacred Steel AZ.  From understanding how to preserve the original block (I had master masons tell me that wasn't possible), to knowing the structural constraints of the wall, to working within the overall aesthetics of our home, Gabe Castle demonstrated professional expertise that surpasses his competitors.  He worked meticulously on every detail of our slider door to ensure a perfect, unique final product.  He also took time to collaborate with me about different decisions during the process.  Sacred Steel did all of this for a fraction of the price of other bids...and for 100% custom work!  The true beauty and quality of this project has far exceeded my expectations for only a fraction of the price.  Now I'm eager to see how Sacred Steel can blend more steel features across the exterior of the home.

I requested a quote to replace my RV gate and Carol responded promptly via email stating that I was on a wait list of a few weeks out.  They only do estimates on Saturdays.  Was really looking forward to getting a quote but never received a text or email of them coming by or wanting to schedule to come by.  This was in April and it's now Sept.  I have since hired someone else.  They should have hired an extra employees to do estimates when they started getting a week backlog.
