I needed some fencing and a replacement gate. Lev responded quickly with an estimate.  We agreed and scheduled the work.  He performed without any issues and did everything we needed.  Highly recommend.  Would use again if needed

First Impressions was an alternative to the builder's preferred vendor for our new home, whom we chose for cost reasons. Huge mistake. After initially quoting us approximately $1800 for a custom iron gate for our courtyard, we followed up with them over several occasions during the year it took to build our new house. Every time we checked in with them, the price for our gate went up.  Steel costs, labor costs, different sales guy, who knows. We decided to continue pursuing it with them because they were still cheaper than the builder's vendor. Ultimately, we found a gate/door on Pinterest we liked and asked if they could replicate it. Nope. The curves were too complex, but they offered us something similar with straight lines, for a huge $5300. We swallowed big and signed off, asking for it to be built. During each conversation, we discussed that we wanted a Smart Lock, like those made by August, so we could control the gate access with Amazon Alexa or a phone app. No problem, although they couldn't do it, (why? who knows!) they said we could mount our lock after installation.

After the contract was signed and a $2650 (1/2) deposit was made, the problems began. We were given 3-4 different dates for the installation, each time they either failed to show up as promised, or responded to my phone calls that the gate needed additional work, with barely an acknowledgement that we had waited around all day for them to show up. On the day of the install, the installer was kind of an arrogant smartass to put it bluntly. He said the gate wasn't going to fit in the opening (the sales guy measured wrong, or the construction of the door was wrong). He cut the opening with a lot of damage to the surrounding stucco walls. No they're not responsible for the damage, it's in the contract, you'll have to hire a painter or stucco guy to repair that, I was told. After fuming at the install process with the delays and damage, I acknowledged that the door opened and closed properly and paid the balance of the $5300 contract. I then spent a day with stucco patch and paint trying to make the best of the installation damage.

A few days later I obtained and went to install the August smart lock, only to discover that they hadn't left space for it to be mounted on the back side. The strike plate was in the way, and the frame around the glass protruded into what should have been a standard sized mounting plate. I sent an email to the sales guy and asked it they could correct it. He came and took measurements, and several phone calls later I was told that any changes to the door (so I could mount the lock I'd asked from the beginning!) would result in additional service call and fabrication fees. What? This is a $5300 custom gate. After all their excuses about what they couldn't build, huge cost escalations, delays and damage on the install, I'm being asked to absorb the cost of their failure to listen to and build what I asked for. I couldn't be more disappointed with this company and the way they do business. I was not asking for anything I had not specified from the beginning, and with a custom build, should have been provided with. Phone calls with their customer care were worthless, as was sending them a copy of their own original bid showing extra charges for this type of lock. I was wrong to trust them. I was wrong to pay them before I knew the lock would fit, and they have earned nothing but another bad review for the way they handled this. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

Abraham's was responsive from the start.  Provided a reasonable quote for a RV replacement gate.   We ordered the customized mesh panels to the bottom half of each gate ans open slats above.  Much thicker wrought-iron than other quotes received and heavier overall.  The creation of the gate took longer than originally quoted due to inclement weather.  But definitely worth the wait.
Installation crew came out earlier than expected by 4days.  They were efficient and  left the are as they found it.  
Will plan on hiring Abraham's fencing again without hesitation.

If you need a fence stop looking. Bob and his team are awesome. Another fence company let us down during our pool build and these guys stepped in and they were able to accommodate our needs. He even gave us advice our pool company didn't catch. Super nice no BS company. This is actually the 2nd time we used them, I forgot we used them 4 years ago. Happy experience both times

I am writing this review because it is well deserved!
We contacted 3 companies through Yelp for bids on new gates.  Sunset gates promptly responded and sent photos and price information.  The second place took a week to respond.  In the meantime we already had a bid from Sunset Gates!  The third company never responded!  All of our questions were answered by Dawn who works in their office.  The decision to hire them was easy!  We paid our deposit and started production.   When the gates were ready we were promptly contacted by Shawn and he set up dates for masonry and gate installation.  
Both installers arrived exactly when they promised which is unheard of with contractors!  The job and attention to detail is excellent and it's a definite upgrade!! We would highly recommend this company.

So happy with my new gate! They did an excellent job building and installing it. They also were able to haul away my old one. Highly recommend them for all of your gate needs!

I recently contacted Alex to have my RV gate fixed after a landscaping company took it down and didn't reinstall it properly, ever since then it would blow completely off the wall in the storms- he responded to my message the next morning, came out that day- and completed the job the same day at an extremely reasonable price! Couldn't recommend anyone more!!!

I had an old wooden fence along my back yard and part of another side, Bob helped engineering the work that needed to be done and came up with multiple suggestions, he professionally worked with my concerns and answered my questions. Bob went above and beyond to do a nice job including moving my stuck to the ground shed out of the way so we have a nice even height fence.

I have done some researches and had other bids, but the previous reviews of Sunset Fence, Inc helped me decide to go with them and I'm no different, I highly recommend Sunset Fence to anyone who's looking for a quality work and good customer service.

Owner responded with a sorry I don't do that kind of work the end.  Didn't ask me to clarify my wants or if you ever need xyz...obviously doesn't need my business!   If I ever need whatever he does do, I wouldn't bother with him!

Mike Stoker and his team at Steel Creations are the finest steel fabrication shop in phoenix.  They have done work for myself and many of my friends.  True custom work is their specialty.  If you are looking for gates, pool fences, front security doors or most anything else made out of steel.  

All my friends who have used Mike love him and the work his firm has done.

We had a great experience working with Michael. He came out and explained everything and was easy to book for the install. He installs all the fencing himself and does it quickly. He shows us all the details about the gate and how to remove larger sections if need be. We have two very social pugs that wanted to supervise his work. He was so great with them! While he was there, we were also putting in a doggie door in our slider. The door itself was about a half an inch too big. Michael offered to use his saw to cut the metal to a size that fit. Talk about great customer service! That saved us so much time and money and only took him a minute to do. All the fencing comes with a lifetime warranty. Once it's installed, he gives you time to see if you like the color you chose as well. If you don't he will come change it out. We went with the black as it's the most transparent. We would recommend Michael to anyone for a great pool fence, quick install, and great customer service!

Great company, great work and knowledgeable.  The installer was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to ensure that the setup was exactly what we wanted. Prices were very competitive and the quality of product and work was top notch.

I had at least half a dozen architects and contractors look at our master suite project, but none of them had the skill, vision, or knowledge of Sacred Steel AZ.  From understanding how to preserve the original block (I had master masons tell me that wasn't possible), to knowing the structural constraints of the wall, to working within the overall aesthetics of our home, Gabe Castle demonstrated professional expertise that surpasses his competitors.  He worked meticulously on every detail of our slider door to ensure a perfect, unique final product.  He also took time to collaborate with me about different decisions during the process.  Sacred Steel did all of this for a fraction of the price of other bids...and for 100% custom work!  The true beauty and quality of this project has far exceeded my expectations for only a fraction of the price.  Now I'm eager to see how Sacred Steel can blend more steel features across the exterior of the home.

Sounds like they build great gates and was excited to work the this company but I have waited a month just to get someone to come out for measurement!  I called to check in on a status 2 weeks ago and Carol reached out saying I was still on the wait list and could not schedule and appointment for me. It has now been a month and I have decided to go with another company as I can't wait over 4 weeks just for a measurement and price!
