I had a fantastic experience with this company.  The Design Consultant (Josh) was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.  The in-house team contacted me right away to schedule installation and also gave me a reminder call.  The installer (Matthew Tuttle) did an excellent job installing my gate and went above and beyond to answer questions and give me care tips.  I could not be happier. I had called a previous company and they came and measured and then I never heard from them again.  Thank you so much for your excellent customer service and quality product!

There are not enough good things to say about our experience with Sunset Gates. With the guidance from Shawn, we got exactly what we wanted. There was zero pressure and the customer service was above and beyond. From the initial visit to picking out the details to the communication with install of gates and masonry work, we couldn't have been happier. The quality of these gates is by far the best I have ever seen. I am so happy we chose Sunset Gates and will for sure use them for any future projects we have.

This company was excellent to work with. They responded quickly, communicated frequently throughout the process, very easy to get a hold of. We even got the gate installed a few days earlier than estimated. The quote matched the final price, and the gate is beautiful! Hope to work with this company again in the future. We needed to remove a section of our block wall and install an RV gate for a new trailer.

Sebastian came out and gave us a quote.

Not only was the price one of the most reasonable of all we received, the photos he showed of prior jobs impressed us. stainless steel bolts and powder coating the gates were suggested upgrades at a minor cost increase.

His mason (paid separately) actually set the 3 posts in concrete, where other quotes were 2 and affixed to the existing columns. This was extremely important to us, as the other companies wouldn't guarantee against sag and stated in contract sag correction would be an additional fee!

He included upgrades as standard some things other companies offered as additional cost options, or not at all. Like using 3 posts, privacy panels (not sure what he called the panels), and using 4 straps to secure the slats to instead of three.

He was able to get the work done and gate installed many weeks earlier than the other quotes too.
The 12 ft gate looks fantastic, and I know we made the right choice in selecting Gates the Right Way for our project.

Minor hiccups: powder coating delayed by one day as the coater was only doing white the scheduled day. Sebastian's quote could have been a lot more detailed, but in our case he remembered everything we talked about and it was not an issue in the end.

Over all, I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to hire them again.

They did a great job on our side gate. It was a small job that other businesses weren't as eager to take on.

Paul came through like a champ.  I had a difficult project that I was fairly picky about and he brought his best...and then some.  This was the first phase of the backyard remodel project and can't wait for the entire thing to be completed so Paul's work can be the highlight.  Paul was punctual, responsive in all communication, and even put up with one of my crazy dogs taking a quick swipe at him.  Sorry Paul!  I look forward to more projects with Paul in the near future.  His work is creative, flexible to the customer request, and he really takes pride in making his projects both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Alex is the best. Very humble and works with integrity. He even gives pointers on where and how you can save money. I've used this company twice now, one for my garage and another for my gate. My garage opens so quietly it's amazing and my gate is so sturdy that I now longer fear my dog busting it down and it even opens without any difficulty, which is something I haven't had in awhile. I will be calling them again to install another because this company is amazing.

We highly recommend Aldo's! Great company. Jessica was great to work with as was the to workers, they really took pride in there work. We would use Aldo's again for sure.

This is THE place to work with!! Amy was kind and committed to my concerns. I was worried my wall was weak and that it would fall and hurt someone. She went out of her way to help me understand masonry and my situation. We ended up not needing any work done and they didn't charge me a dime. (They said my wall was good for at least another 6 years). It seams like a small thing,  it whenever someone like Amy does her job with that level of professionalism, it truly lightens my day.

Owner responded with a sorry I don't do that kind of work the end.  Didn't ask me to clarify my wants or if you ever need xyz...obviously doesn't need my business!   If I ever need whatever he does do, I wouldn't bother with him!

Absolutely terrific experience with Steel Fabrications!  Mike Stocker visited our home, discussed what we desired, and took measurements for the bid, which came promptly--and reasonably.  Mike even assisted in expediting the approval process of our HOA.  Later measurements and installation were done quickly and satisfactorily--which is an understatement.  The gate we acquired from Steel is beautiful.  The entire operation of Steel Fabrications is first rate, professional, and friendly.  Great business and great people.

Michael was incredibly professional and easy to work with. We have an odd shaped pool and he was honest when helping us to decide how to fence it off for our family. He didn't try to upsell us or give us anything we didn't need. Installation was also a breeze! Like most home owners I had a vison of what I wanted done at my home but did not know how or where to begin. I came across Gabe Castle, owner of Sacred Steel AZ's work on Offer Up and was intrigued by the many unique projects Gabe completed. It can be intimidating reaching out to a company you have never worked with but I decided to reach out to Gabe and am very thankful I did.

From the moment I contacted Gabe I was impressed with Gabe's willingness to actively listen to my thoughts while answering questions and offering suggestions. I did not feel any pressure from Gabe and at no time felt rushed when explaining my vision. Through the entire project my thoughts were at ease knowing that Gabe was on job and that's a piece of mind money cannot buy.  While we are on the subject of money I felt Gabe was honest with the cost of materials and did his best to get the maximum yield out of material to help stretch my dollar further. Gabe's labor cost was fair in relation to the type of work he performed. (I later learned he was well below the average cost of his competitors.) When it came time to compensate Gabe for his work I had no reservations on the price as I felt it was deserved based on the wonderful outcome.

Each time I pull in my driveway and see Gabe's work it brings a smile to my face.
