Recently, I had Lev replace my RV gate and the wood slats on a smaller gate.  The finished product looks amazing - the wood slats were replaced with composite material.

Horrible horrible horrible!!! Expensive gates that are installed by people that have no idea what they are doing.  We spent over $10,000 with this company and both installations have been nightmares. When you try to talk to customer service (Jennifer) they treat you like a child in a condescending voice. I wish we never used them. I had a gate installed Friday and it is Monday and it is half hanging off my house. I was told it was safe. Such a liability to my family. Jennifer needs to be fired as she is so rude and told me it was my fault. Please stay away!  
Update: no one has reached out from corporate. Another installer was sent and he made a bigger mess (photos attached) gate is still not installed. He asked us to make the wall secure by cutting a piece out and our general contractor said it would be a horrible idea and lead to rot over time.) they also said my wall wasn't supportive but all the holes show it is a masonary Wall!!!!

I reached out to Abraham up get some help fixing a slat in my fence. Not even the whole fence but A one or two boards. He contacted me and asked me to send him a picture, so I did. Not one peep after that. I guess my job wasn't large enough for him.  ohhhh well. That's what Yelp is for.

The reviews on here are absolutely true. Bob is professional, detail-oriented, honest, and a pleasure to work with. I interviewed multiple other fence companies before I decided to go with Ace Fence.

To be honest, I'm usually used to being at least somewhat disappointed with work that is done on my house/yard; it never seems fully up to par. It was a breath of fresh air to work with Bob and to see the quality of his work. I didn't have to go through at the end and have the team fix things (which I have had to do with other contractors unfortunately). That's because Bob is there and constantly has his eye on the quality of the work.

I hired Sunset Gates to replace the previous homeowners poorly done DIY gate install. Shawn, the owner, came out to quote my project.  He worked with me on how to make my ideas work in the space I have in order to provide a professional quality replacement.

When the crew delivered and installed the new gate, there was a small issue with the fabrication. I called Shawn and he had me rescheduled within a week. Today the crew got the gate panels removed, fixed, and reinstalled within business hours, with no evidence of the problem.

Very satisfied with the service, and the iron fabrication quality is top notch. Would hire them again without hesitation. Thanks, Shawn and crew.

After basically being scammed by a neighbor who claimed they could put in a gate for us and knew what they were doing these guys fixed what was wrong. They were fast affordable and communicative. Before they came slates of our gate were falling off constantly these guys fixed it.

Received a message requesting my contact information and never heard back from Sebastian. I even followed up days later for an update on a quote and never heard received a response.

Juan and his guys are fantastic. They are working on the second project I am having them do. These guys are the best gate guys in town!

Paul was fantastic! He built us two custom gates for our home and it was wonderful to be able to watch the progression, as he truly built everything from scratch. This is one of the best companies I have worked with in several years. They take pride in their work, their communication is amazing, and their pricing is fair. We had a lot of questions about our gate, as we were removing part of our block wall to install an entirely new gate, as well as replacing an old gate, and they always took the time to respond to any questions we had. They went out of their way to drop samples off to us, they recommended a fantastic mason who could help with our block wall removal/repair, and they created and installed absolutely beautiful gates. Each member of the team we worked with - Araceli, Alex, and David - were all very professional, kind, and patient. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for great customer service and beautiful gates!

Gates by Geoff was incredibly simple to work with!  I contacted him on a Friday and the next Wednesday morning the work was completed.  The job completely refreshed our tired, old gate - very cost effective solution too.  Will recommend them to our neighbors.

Not the cheapest, just the best. Highly professional from start to finish. We had an unusual situation - a 50-year-old redwood fence overgrown with literally tons of cat's claw vines. The overgrowth was about 12 feet high and 8 feet thick along the 90 food length of our back yard. This isn't the kind of demo Sunset usually has to do, but they quickly arranged for another contractor with a backhoe and large truck to haul the cat's claw away in just two hours! All in all, a great experience, and the fence they put up - in just one day! - is beautiful.

4 days from the first call to the installation of beautiful new side gates. I am thrilled with the product and whole process!

Clear Choice did our pool fence when we moved in a year ago, and thankfully he was able to come very quickly to get it up! A few months ago our friends dog ripped a hole in one of the panels and he came out and repaired it within a week just in time for my husband and I to host an event. Quality service and the nicest guy ever. Highly recommend!

We waited for a month to review our installation, wanted to make sure things were good. Plus with the ability to update our review in case something fails with the product in the near future. We can always come back and change it.
So with that said:
As of today, Sept. 14th, 2021 We are very happy with our fence. Coming into this, we have already had experience with the safety fence. In our previous home we had one installed. So we already knew what to expect, and knew the quality of the fence being installed.

Professional, Even though it rained the day for installation, they were still able to make it in and have it installed. They were not worried about getting wet, they were just concerned that the quick crete would be able to dry. Well, everything worked out, and they did an amazing job.
Our first fence at our previous house was installed for the thirty foster kids we took care of. This fence was for our two grand babies. Life is precious, please do not hesitate if you are thinking about installing a safety fence.
