Handy Gate Man was super responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and offered fair pricing for quality materials. Within one week of contacting Handy Gate Man, our new gates were installed! He even came up with a solution for a chain link gate we wanted to be immovable. Definitely recommend!

I was lucky enough to get Tatum Percival as my customer rep on my door repair issue. She was outstanding in her information seeking and followup on my issue. A wonderful asset to this business and their customer service..

I made an appointment with him for this past Friday between 2-4pm.  Never showed up.  I sent him a text asking if he was still planning on coming.  He asked if he could reschedule for Saturday between 10a-12pm.  Once again, never showed up.  I text him and asked if he was ever coming and never heard from him.

So please don't bother with this company obviously he doesn't want business.

Ace Fence Co made us a new gate for our backyard. It's beautiful and perfectly installed! The whole process was a breeze - I was given pricing on the first phone call, they came out and measured same day, and we had a new gate constructed and installed in less than 2 weeks. I highly recommend them!

I have had this company complete several metal structures for me and I have yet to be disappointed. I affectionately call Alex the owner Magneto, he just can do things with metal that most humans can't. His top notch work is accompanied with great service and excellent communication and prices that will fit anyone's budget. I am very happy to have met Alex and very much appreciate his excellent craftsmanship. Five stars easy.

Very prompt, which is impressive considering that the job was scheduled on a Sunday. Wonderfully detailed and thorough in that they completely refurbished the gate, more than replace the wooden slats. Sebastian and his partner provided new, pre-treated wood slats and stripped the metal gate. They cleaned, refurbished, repainted and re-leveled the gate. They even replaced the spring. Whoever needs their gates worked on, go with Gates The Right Way!

We had a new concrete porch poured and needed a railing. They were here the day after we hired them. They finished the job in 2 days and it looks great. It's very solid and stable.

Our backyard fence was damaged without our knowledge, which led to our dogs getting out. We called Paul and Full Spectrum Artworks and he returned my call very quickly (within an hour probably) and was able to drive out to the East Valley for emergency work to fix our fence. The price was reasonable and we appreciated his response to our urgent problem.

He even gave us some DIY tips to try to solve the problem in case he wasn't able to make it out or we wanted to give it a try ourselves. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and most importantly, **he wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the job**.

Highly highly recommend no matter what fence-type situation you need assistance with.

These guys were great to work with. They were professional and responded quickly to any questions that arose during the process. Beyond that they were always right on time to get the job done. Highly recommend them for any gate work that you might need done.

The wrought iron fence that we had installed was done well. However, the painting of it was not. I am doing my 2nd major touch-up in less than 2 years since it was installed in May of 2018. They also came back once to touch it up after 10 months of installation, which makes 3 times. However, there is only a one year guarantee. I am going to have to have the fence completely repainted in the near future and it is not a small fence. Buyer beware.

The professional and helpful treatment started with the online quote from Amy.  From there I made a phone call and spoke directly to Amy.  Again she was kind, patient, and very helpful.  Jim came out and gave us a quote/estimate and was very professional, helpful, and prompt.  We had an extra block added to our 25+ year old block wall for privacy and safety with a pool in our yard.  They were able to match the painted block and it looks great!  They were fast, and completed the work in several hours.  The four gentlemen who did the work (and Jim) were very positive, helpful, and attentive to what we needed.  The workmanship is excellent.  I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a fence.

We recently expanded our front porch and contacted Deisgner Gates for the fence. They were extremely easy to work with through the entire process. We were provided with multiple options and selected the model we liked best. The quote came in accurate, they arrived on time and only took 2 hours to install!

Chad our installation technician was fabulous. Very knowledgeable, clean and punctual. He arrived at 8am and left at 1pm. We worked out a plan and he got to work. I even downloaded the yelp app to make this review. We are very happy with our mesh fence and was the lowest estimate.

They listened to us as to how we wanted to make the gates express our taste and then they perfectly executed the requested changes. Like most home owners I had a vison of what I wanted done at my home but did not know how or where to begin. I came across Gabe Castle, owner of Sacred Steel AZ's work on Offer Up and was intrigued by the many unique projects Gabe completed. It can be intimidating reaching out to a company you have never worked with but I decided to reach out to Gabe and am very thankful I did.

From the moment I contacted Gabe I was impressed with Gabe's willingness to actively listen to my thoughts while answering questions and offering suggestions. I did not feel any pressure from Gabe and at no time felt rushed when explaining my vision. Gabe helped me understand what can be done with metal and offered suggestions from his years of experience and his expertise took my vison to another lever that I did not think would be possible.

Gabe's attention to detail was evident from start to finish. (I am that annoying homeowner that loves to hover and ask questions so I was very involved with the project which allowed me to see the time and effort Gabe displayed in making sure my project was being constructed to my liking). The more I got to learn about Gabe to more I realized the pride Gabe takes in his work and his willingness to always go the extra mile.

My project involved working closely with another contractor which can be challenging but Gabe did not skip a beat and worked hand in hand with my paver installation allowing both companies to do their best work. Gabe showed up on time, every time with strong communication skills that kept me in tune with the project completion and was also patient with me when I asked to modify the plans on the fly. At the end of day, Sacred Steel aims to please.

If you are considering getting any type of metal work done I would highly recommend Gabe at Sacred Steel AZ. Through the entire project my thoughts were at ease knowing that Gabe was on job and that's a piece of mind money cannot buy.  While we are on the subject of money I felt Gabe was honest with the cost of materials and did his best to get the maximum yield out of material to help stretch my dollar further. Gabe's labor cost was fair in relation to the type of work he performed. (I later learned he was well below the average cost of his competitors.) When it came time to compensate Gabe for his work I had no reservations on the price as I felt it was deserved based on the wonderful outcome.

Each time I pull in my driveway and see Gabe's work it brings a smile to my face. I have had countless compliments on my projects originality and coolness and feel that others should give Gabe an opportunity for their projects, you would be in good hands. I have never left a negative review in my life, this company is literally THAT BAD, that I felt a responsibility to write this. I reached out to Just Gates a week ago and asked for a quote on my RV Gates. The owner , Carol, said she might have time The following day (Saturday) to come by, but said she would let me know.

So, Saturday comes around, haven't heard from Carol, no big deal . I'm out with my family and all the sudden I get a call, it's Carol, and she says she's out front of my house. Weird? I was a bit thrown off and I think she could tell due to the confusion in my voice. So she immediately says I'm sorry, I realized earlier I was calling the wrong number and leaving messages on the wrong voicemail. But we are here. Mmmmmm-k? To this day I still don't know if I'm upset with her pathetic excuse, or impressed she had the ball sacs to use it on a new customer.. I think I'm a little bit of both. Moving on. So I explained that I was out with my family, and due to her not calling ahead of time, I couldn't get there to meet her. I gave her permission to measure the gates and take photos without us there, she did, and she said I'd get my quote on Friday of the following week (today). I had gotten quotes from 2 other gate companies that ran numbers and gave me a quote on the spot (I always get three quotes prior to making large purchases) , so I thought a week was steep, but due to some of the positive reviews I read I decided to go along with it.

Today rolls around and I get an email from Carol stating due to unforeseen circumstances, my quote will hopefully be ready on 8/25.. which is over a week away. I replied to her email pointing out the fact that I've seen previous reviews call out the fact that her company is wish washy with timelines and commonly fails to complete things when they say they will. I informed her that her services are no longer needed etc. I then fired that sucker off to her and thought that would be it ‍

This is where this company went from being wish washy to complete shit show in 2.5 seconds.

Carol literally replied back stating .. and I quote.. We are sorry you feel that way. Would you mind forwarding those bad reviews . We are so busy we haven't been able to follow up with reviews. .

Carol (idk why I keep saying her name, I think it just reminds me of all the carol memes out there.. they have all the sudden become relatable) LITERALLY asked me to send her over her OWN COMPANIES REVIEWS cause she's just that busy. The worst part?? I fuckin' did it!!  .
