Replaced both of our side gates. One of the gates was difficult to open and close so he came back out the next day and fixed it. The gates look great and work great. I highly recommend him for your gate needs.

I don't know where to start. Tom the salesman was very nice and helpful. After that things went downhill the first installer installed the door off-center they had to return to reinstall it. The door has been leaking water for the past four months. I was promised they would send me the best person in the company to fix it. The best person came and installed new weatherstrip he said that's all he could do. The leaks continued. This went on for four more visits my door continually leaked.  I made several calls requested to speak to the owner and never heard from him. Voicemails go on answered.  It is very frustrating and difficult to work with this company. Every promise made to me has not come true. I have had six visits from this company in attempt to fix my door. Finally they came and picked up the door leaving my home with plywood to keep out the weather and the bad guys. They promised to have a back to me in five days that didn't come through it took 11 days. Today the door was supposed to be installed in the morning it is now 2 PM and they have not arrived. I have had to reschedule many appointments throughout the past six visits and it seems like every time they dropped the ball. If I had to do it all over I would not buy a door for them. As I was writing this I received a call from the the company Rep. I requested to speak to the owner.  they are running blocker for him very hesitant to commit. They were trying to push me off on someone else and  I refused. I was told that they will try To contact the owner and see if he can talk to me. That's a sad way to run a business. If you're looking for a door you might want to look somewhere else.

Well this is my update. It took close to 20 visits from Phoenix to Prescott to take care of my leaky door. I do have to say that they did not give up, everyone was very nice and they did try hard, but it was frustrating. I ended up finding the problem. They failed to seal the top stationary part of the door. I videoed the leak, emailed it to them.  I also had them change the bottom door seal from a brush type nylon to a full rubber seal.  They came out and fixed it. We had heavy rain and it did not leak. Based on my total bad experience, coupled with my observations of how the work was done, I will have to stay wit my 2 stars. As far as the personal contact with the persons I dealt with, I will give them five stars for kindness and not giving up. Thank you. Ps  they did refund me $600.00 dollars. Better than a kick in the butt.

I reached out to Abraham up get some help fixing a slat in my fence. Not even the whole fence but A one or two boards. He contacted me and asked me to send him a picture, so I did. Not one peep after that. I guess my job wasn't large enough for him.  ohhhh well. That's what Yelp is for.

I had the absolute best experience with Ace Fence! Bob sure knows his stuff! My experience with fence companies is a little different than I'm sure what most people experience...

We initially had our pool fence done by a DIFFERENT company (subcontracted by our landscapers). This different company was completely unprofessional, and didn't seem to know what they were doing. We have a curved iron fence following the travertine decking. The curved fence was not level, panels were different sizes, gate didn't close well, welds were terrible, panels met the posts at different spots, and the list could go on and on. I would prefer not to remember that experience.

Bob and Ace Fence came to us when we got fed up with the other company. We asked around and found out that one of our neighbors had used Ace. We loved our neighbor's pool fence so we decided to give them a shot. Bob was absolutely phenomenal! He seriously knows his industry. He takes pride in his work and will give you an incredible finished product! We are beyond happy with our new fence! I would recommend ACE Fence to anyone! You will not be disappointed!

Just had a wonderful experience with Sunset Gates.  They replaced two gates and were completely professional, not pushy, and even did a little improvement (a better latch) when we realized we hadn't ordered a thumb latch for the front gate.  Both gates are beautiful, solid, and look like they will last forever.

Alex and his crew did a phenomenal job on our side gate and sliding RV gate. Everything is custom, and comes with a quality guarantee. They managed to get everything done less than a month after hiring, plus hauled away the old rickety gates at no charge. We even had a hole in our metal awning on the new place we bought, and with rust running through, and they managed to patch that up. Needless to say, if I have ANY welding needs, I'll be calling him. Well worth going with the little guy over one of the bigger companies.

WOW!!!  I had a custom gate built for my new home from a different company and it has been wrong since day one, I had to constantly adjust the hinges.  Finally the weld stopping the gate from opening inward completely broke off, I wanted it fixed right so I did not call the company that built it 2 years ago.  Here is where I found Sebastian at Gates the Right Way.  He was responsive, kept in touch fast, reasonably priced (actually cheap but I don't want to tell him that :=)) and fixed the problem fast and right.   The gate has NEVER operated as well as it does now! I will never call another company for any gate needs.

I needed a new patio gate due to my condo complex's HOA enforcing building codes, and Juan did an amazing job! I struggled to find anyone who good do the job before the deadline (because I procrastinated, of course) but he said no problem and that he could get it done in time. I am beyond thrilled with how it came out, and would recommend him to anyone. Thanks so much for the new gate!

This is my first review on Yelp but I wanted to make sure that Alex was rewarded for his outstanding service. I contacted him about a weld on my fence holding the pin in place that had broken causing my fence not to work. He responded in a quick and timely manner with a quote. The next day we set up a time for the following day and he was here on time. He answered all my questions and had the work done within 30 minutes. He even went above and beyond the work I requested by also adding a stronger weld on another piece of the gate at no extra charge. Thanks again for your hard and honest work!

These guys do great work, everything from removing the old, worn panels to prepping to frame for painting, cutting the new panels to size.  Like-new condition with a fresh coat of paint and composite panels to withstand our brutal sunshine.  I couldn't be happier with the outcome, and highly recommend Gates by Geoff for your gate refurbishing project.

Great working with designer gates. My old tired gate was in need of replacement and I found this company on Yelp.  They were very responsive and the owner called me personally to walk though options so I could tell the difference between a quality gate and one that would not last. I went with composite material which looks good but will also last much longer than wood.  Pricing was great and installation was done perfectly.  We had the gate done and installed within a week of when I sent measurements. 3 business days to be exact!

Mike came by to consult with us on the courtyard gate we were thinking to have put it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He provided us with a reasonable quote in a timely manner. He set the right expectation. Our gate was installed as scheduled and we are very happy with the product!

Michael did a great job on the fence around my mom's pool! It was a quick easy process and very affordable too. She was nervous about her small dogs getting into the pool when she let them outside because they have trouble getting out on their own. Now she lets them out with no worry. I am so happy with my new gate. Tim did a superb job on it. I especially wanted it snake proofed and he went the extra mile to make it perfect. My neighbors are loving it also as the old one was very ugly. It has a great locking feature which makes it safe and secure as well. We couldn't be happier. Just Gates is a family business that really cares to do a job right. It was a real pleasure to meet them and receive such old fashioned quality service.  We need more businesses like this!   Thanks so much guys.
