Yikes! Run don't walk away from First Impressions,
met with one of their  sales people at our home as we wanted to purchase a pretty ornate door. Once we made out selections the games began, the price kept changing, first a soft quote l, then our door wasn't standard up charge, needed a bumped out frame up charge, change direction of the swing up charge.  

We'll I up and told them where they could go and ended up getting our door from Desert Hills, I'd strongly  recommend them l, not the cheapest but they are tradesmen who obviously take pride in their business and product

Abraham was quick to respond at a fair price. The installer Sol was on time , pleasant and did a great job! I will use them again on my automatic gate job and highly recommend them to anyone.

We have a pool and a young (toddler) grandson. We knew we wanted to put a fence around it for his protection and safety. We got bids from a few people, but we were really impressed with Bob and his bid. First, he agreed to come on a Saturday, so my husband could be here.  My husband has over an hour commute every day so meeting Monday through Friday can be impossible and finding people willing to accommodate a weekend time can be tough at times. Bob listened to what hubby wanted with the fence and didn't try to convince him to do something else (as another company had wanted him to do). The fence around the pool is absolutely gorgeous. Bob worked with his workers to get the job done. He didn't farm it out, but was here from basically start to finish. We also had him put in two side gates. That work also was very good and looked very professional, etc. We caught him in a time that he was very busy with a lot of other projects but he kept us informed of how long the wait would be and was within days of what he said the wait would be. He didn't demand a deposit up front but got paid at the end of the work. We don't have any more gates or fences to put up, but it we did, we would definitely use Bob and Ace Fence Company. He is worth the wait. You won't be disappointed.

We've worked with our share of contractors, subs and skills while completely renovating our 50s rancher inside and out, these guys were top notch. Our sales person, Sean, was personable, friendly and knowledgeable. After meeting with Sean we were 100% sure we were in good hands. From there we worked with Dawn to complete our order. From order to installation it was a little over 3 weeks, which was within the timeframe Sean first communicated. With a city inspection pending, both Sean and Dawn pulled all the strings they could to get our gates installed for inspection.  Our installer, John, upheld the Sunset Gate standard. He arrived on time, communicated with us throughout the install and went the extra mile to cut out a few pieces of rebar the pool company left exposed. We love our new gates and have received several compliments, but most importantly - the level of service was outstanding.  Don't hesitate, use Sunset Gates.

This company was excellent to work with. They responded quickly, communicated frequently throughout the process, very easy to get a hold of. We even got the gate installed a few days earlier than estimated. The quote matched the final price, and the gate is beautiful! Hope to work with this company again in the future. I needed a gate repaired due to anchors loosing ! They came out the same day and replaced new solid anchors fo the gate in a block wall ! It was done ok less than an hour ! And he readjusted the door to have it centered !

November 2020 - Once again Paul exceeded our expectations and did a spectacular repair on our old falling down gate to the carport.  He is extremely focused while working on his project. He took the old literally falling down gate that had to be dragged and lifted to force it closed - and transformed it into his own style of a cool item still fulfilling the need to keep our tiny dog from getting out.  He's really something.  He comes, sets up to do his work, cleans up after himself, is a fair and kind person you would be happy to have on your property working. We made a video of some of the project will try to load it here in Yelp for others to see what you get if you call upon Paul from Full Spectrum Artworks.  You will be glad if you call him to quote and work on your next project or home improvement.

Super responsive and awesome work. Called Ron on Monday gates installed and done before noon Wednesday. Gates look great and seem heavy duty. I would absolutely recommend Ron, he's friendly and fast.
