We loved that he was very knowledgeable about what would work in our space. He was also very responsive, always on time/schedule and we love our new gate.

We paid for This front entrance iron gate  a little over 2 years ago ( before pandemic) and upon ordering it we were told it's life time warrantied! after 2 years it's rusted, paint  chipped  and looks like an old rusted gate! We called and they said: we will send you fresh paint to touch it up and you are passed warranty! I guess they forgot we were and still going through a pandemic, stores were closed  last year and me as a health care worker was focusing on sick Covid patients  rather than a rusted gate!
A good quality powder coatEd wrought iron gate should last a lifetime! Wrought iron s an iron metal and prone to rust! Apparently what they made this gate out of it is not a pure wrought! and just be aware. This iron Steel coated gate should not rust under any circumstances, rain nor sun especially dry climate in AZ. Very disappointed with our purchase!

This guy was great. His people are honest and tell you what they will do before the take care of your problem. Will keep his number and recommend you call to get your estimate before you go with somebody else

Bob is amazing. The fence we got was better quality than the other vendors we quoted and we even got it for less without the hard-sell extras the other guys tried to sell me on. It looks GORGEOUS! Took no time at all either. Since putting in this type of fence is not a tiny expense, you can TRUST Ace Fence to do the job right.

We love our gate!!! They did a beautiful job. They removed the old gate and cinder block and then installed our new gate. They even came back to readjust the gate so it closed better. Excellent customer service to go with an excellent product.

Both hinges on one of the swing gates on my RV fence was broken so I went online at yelp.com and requested free price estimates from local Fences & Gates professionals to do the repair.

Alex from Integrated Metal Structures (IMS) responded very quickly to my request.  I explained that I needed 2 new heavy duty hinges welded onto the gate and post then reinstall the gate .  He gave me a very reasonable price quote and we scheduled the work for the next business day.

Alex and another worker arrived at the scheduled time and went right to work. They did a great job welding the new hinges and the reinstalled gate was perfectly plumb.  Then they noticed the other swing gate was was out of plumb.  They explained that the gate had sagged and showed me where the gate mount had separated from the wall where it's mounted.

This created extra work for them because they had to use a jack to lift the sagging gate, re-align it, then set both gates in place.  They went the extra mile and did the work without a complaint.

They were very professional, highly skilled, hard workers, and they did a great job.  I highly recommend IMS.

Our pool company's demolition subcontractor damaged our existing side yard gate. So I had to get it replaced because one panel is literally pulling the stucco off the side wall of my house! I contacted several businesses and Sebastian (Gates The Right Way) came off as efficient, honest, and knowledgeable. He came out, did the measurements and gave us a bid. In a little over a month, we have a brand new gate installed the right way (with a new metal post in concrete footing instead of attaching it to the side wall with toggles). The gate looks great and we are already getting compliments from our neighbors.

Did not end up going with this company, but I can say the owner was prompt. Even though I did not choose his service, he still took the time to tell me if other companies were overcharging me for the job requested.

Absolutely amazing amazing company! Called them at 645pm in a panic a portion of my wall fell over and they were here the next day fixed everything and within 24hrs painted. Absolutely an amazing team! I work Real Estate and will refer them to all my clients

If you are looking for the best, look no further. I found Geoff through a recommendation from a neighbor. Our old gate had had it. Rusted and the composite planks were eroded. I only had to send Geoff photos, and I had my estimate and was in the schedule right away. Just a heads up, Geoff does ask for cash, I assume to keep costs as low as possible. However, he also does accept Zelle, which is same as cash and was a convenient option for me.

He and his assistant showed up bright and early at 8:00am and went straight to work. Both were very pleasant and hard working. Geoff did point out that my springs were on the wrong side of the gate and offered to correct them at no charge. He said it was part of his service. I thought that was nice. In short order, the old planks were removed and the gates painted with special high quality metal paint. The new composite planks were accurately cut to length and installed using shiny new hardware. Our gate looks better than new! I am extremely pleased with Gates by Geoff and would recomend him to anyone looking to beautify their home. Thank you guys! You're the best...

Sunset Fence did an amazing job replacing our old, damaged wood fence with a sturdy block fence and beautiful gates (I've received many compliments on the quality and look of the gates).  Bob was knowledgeable, practical, helpful, and responsive.  He went above and beyond to assist with obtaining my neighbor's approval, and was extremely helpful with navigating the City of Scottsdale's requirements.  I couldn't be happier with the process and finished product.  I highly recommend Bob and Sunset Fence.

I texted their office frequently to discuss materials, colors, and sizing to make sure they offered exactly what we were looking for in our backyard. They were so helpful in finding the right solution for our gates.

We ended up getting 3 custom steel gates with them to pass our city pool inspection. Like most home owners I had a vison of what I wanted done at my home but did not know how or where to begin. It can be intimidating reaching out to a company you have never worked with but I decided to reach out to Gabe and am very thankful I did.

Gabe's labor cost was fair in relation to the type of work he performed. (I later learned he was well below the average cost of his competitors.) When it came time to compensate Gabe for his work I had no reservations on the price as I felt it was deserved based on the wonderful outcome.

Each time I pull in my driveway and see Gabe's work it brings a smile to my face. Called this morning and left a message that I wanting to go to their office to look at pictures and pricing on an RV gate.  Just received several texts from Carol saying they do not have a showroom to visit.  Just Gates only offers on-site visits by both Tim and Carol.  She refused my request to send pictures of standard RV gates they make nor would she give me a price range of what they charge for a simple 12 foot RV gate.  Their policy is to not reveal any price range of their products unless it is in person at my home.
I'm surprised and disappointed...and now wary.
