Called Dan to try to set an Appt. for an estimate to reface our Kitchen and Baths.  He told me, without hesitation,  i needed to do my own measuring as well as pictures and upload to him.
So i said so you want me to do your work for you, and then pay you for it?
He promptly HUNG UP ON ME!
Terrible and unprofessional business practice. Home improvements are jumping now. Wonder what happens in the next recession.

I had quite a few folks out to draft up plans on a locker / storage set up for my finished garage, and Space Solutions and their field design team were by far the most detailed and thorough. They were the second most expensive bidder, but had the best design and talked through their quality and installation approach much better than the competition. It seems as though most everyone else is satisfied with standard pre fab cabinets they can throw up in a few minutes at low cost.

The design process as stated was great, response was very very slow. I imagine that these companies are extremely busy with the level of detail put into the process, so I let it slide. Once approved on design the wait time was about a month, quite a bit considering the design process took a few weeks, but fair enough.

This is where they fell down. When the installers came out they installed the wrong cabinets, unfinished lockers, one door broke off it's hinges within minutes of use (turned out to be faulty installation on the hinges) which makes long term usage suspect, and one door was broken, again making me rethink the quality and durability of these.

I had them come out, rip down the cabinets and reinstall them, which took another few weeks.  I will say they look great now, but I am concerned on these hinges, and why the cabinet door broke so easily.

Kudos on them fixing the problem but with the amount of time this took to get a few cabinets up and with the faulty installation I had to give them a low overall rating.

So net net, 5 stars for consultation and design, 1 star for execution, pending on durability over time.

Terrible workmanship, unprofessional/immature staff.  I purchased both epoxy flooring and cabinets with them and they were scheduled weeks out. Epoxy first then the cabinet is supposed to be a week after the epoxy.  I Paid $1600 for epoxy flooring and it's a C product at best. Very rough with sharp pieces of the chips sticking up everywhere. Uneven la y of the chips, bubbles, areas that have a very thick clear coating where it pooled then areas where it looks like no clear coating at all, uneven coloring and missing chips in several spots.  I was flexible with them and accommodated their schedule to return to fix it.  They came out and only sanded some areas, leaving others sharp to step on. Didn't fix anything else and it left the floor with powder texture everywhere. Still uneven and missing, still no topcoat.   It's been 7 days and it smells still so bad that you can't be inside the garage and that's after leaving the door propped for four days.

On the day of the cabinet install, I get a call an hour beforehand canceling because the tech had a migraine.  I asked if they could pull techs off of other jobs for mine instead because it's my only day off until next week, they refused.  

So I started an online chat with the company to tell them about the dissatisfaction with the flooring and canceling at the last minute the cabinets.  The office manager got on and began yelling at me. Epoxy is not a perfect science, we cannot control illnesses. If your floor was so bad why would you have us do cabinets? Then told me she's canceling my order for cabinets because I was dissatisfied with the flooring.  I told her to stop messaging me but she continued with I am still baffled that if your floor was so bad why would you want us to do cabinets? That is puzzling.

Just extremely immature, unstable staff here.  My original review was deleted, probably by the company.  It did have a response from her on here that said she's glad they didn't do my cabinets.  Just terrible.  If you're going to spend $3000 on a floor and cabinets, go somewhere else because this company is nuts.

Great Price and good product if you get the right guy to come out and measure you are golden.

The only issue was the measurements and layout of our cabinets. We were completely redesigning our kitchen so measurements were taken before some walls were removed. We told this to the guy who came out to measure as if the wall were not there but when the cabinets arrived they measured to where the old walls stood.

After some back and forth and re-measurements the company came through and replaced the cabinets with the correct size. Little bit of hassle but ultimately was a good price and service for what we received.

They company they use to install the cabinets is Awesome they do a great job and are in and out before you know it. They even worked with us when we wanted the cabinets moved up a few inches.

We had Chris complete a wine fridge/bar build-in at our home and it came out fantastic.  He was great to work with, had good design ideas and the installation went very smooth.

What a gem I found with Connie at Cabinets 4 less!  We are doing a small new build and after going to about 8 different cabinet places I finally found Connie. She is incredibly knowledgeable about cabinets and has many years of experience. Some of the benefits for going to cabinets 4 less compared to other companies -- They have their own warehouse and the delivery dates can be scheduled more precisely (no long delays like many places which were up to 18weeks), they are very personable and always answer the phone, they are a local retailer, the cabinets are very well made, and they have great prices especially when you can catch a promotion. I would recommend Connie 1000 times. She is amazing!

I found Mike on Yelp after purchasing a Ring Doorbell. I had some issues getting our old one removed and needed help. Mike was quick to respond and we got something set up. I loved that he actually showed up on time and texted me as soon as he was here. He was friendly and not only got the doorbell installed but helped me get my app set up as well.

As far as pricing, Mike was so affordable. Some of the other guys I found were trying to charge double what he did. So, A+ for value and service. I'm gonna be using him again for sure!

David and his team did a great job with our kitchen countertops. Excellent communication and guidance through the process. Finished product came out perfect. Fair prices and no hidden fees.

Chad was patient and informative in our initial discussions. He came up with a winning design for my office bookcase area. He was able to fit us in ahead of schedule, on a Saturday (!), and the installation went without a hitch. A thoroughly professional job at a really fair price...We couldn't be happier with choosing Organized by Design. We will be using him for a second project soon.

I had an excellent experience with Matt. He did an amazing job refinishing my nightstands with a quick turn around time. I will be using him for all my home projects!

All I needed was a replacement piece to the back of one of my kitchen drawers. I had gone to lowes, Home Depot, etc. no one would help. My kitchen drawer front broke off, and I needed the back piece of wood with a router cut in it. I found Arizona Custom Cabinets via search near me. I went there and explained my issue, and showed the gentleman who helped me the piece of broken wood. He said oh yeah let me look in back. 5 minutes later he returns with a freshly cut (exactly measured) piece of wood to replace my broken piece. You've saved me! How much do I owe? The gentleman says 10 dollars. All I had were credit cards so he says I don't deal with cards just bring it by next time your around. Seriously? What excellent, immediate customer service!! I drove to the nearest atm and returned with $20. He wanted to give me change and I said no, an extra $10 is the least I could do for his professional, immediate, courteous help.

I don't need new cabinets, I just needed the one piece and they saved me! I do know if I need any type of cabinetry work done in the future I will go to Arizona Custom Cabinets! Sir, if you read this, thank you again!

Kevin came to take measurements & helped me configure the kitchen the best way for my space & budget. There was no pressure from them and all the contractors were friendly.

We've been contracting in Arizona for almost 20 years. Specifically, working in the kitchen and bath market for the past ten. A few years back we were dealers for 3 cabinetry lines in the Phoenix area. After too much hassle with the other guys, we decided to look into this operation. Within a few months, we exclusively dealt with the folks at New Cabinet Company. The line they distribute, J&K, is second to none in the modular cabinetry space - in terms of quality wood materials and hardware. We sell dozens of projects a year using their product and have not once had an unsatisfactory experience. The sales team is on point, the warehouse crew runs like a clock and the management from top down is accommodating and professional. The only cabinet company I would recommend.

I was in the design center in mid October  Salesman was rude to my husband and while I did proceed with him we did a design that day but did not complete.   after I left the showroom communication with him was spotty.  He would not return a call.  I moved on to look for another source.  I did not find one I liked as well as cabinets to go product.    On Oct 31 We went back in the center and asked for a different salesman.  I was promised he would not treat us like the previous salesman.       we did design picked cabinets. He called to make sure they were in stock and promised delivery in next two weeks. We paid in full and signed contract.  We left the store   Oct 31.   any and all communication between Rick salesman and store manager Brett has been generated by us.   They do not return calls, do not respond to messages and on the last week in November store manager left my husband a voice mail telling us how busy they had been. He said they had 20 pallets if cabinets they had not had time to deal with.  This is my attempt to contact some of those other buyers like ourselves who are waiting and being fed bullshit.   I also would like to keep anyone else from having to experience this frustration and stress and added expense.  I would not recommend to anyone   you can buy custom cabinets and have installed in less time than dealing with this.

My wife and I went to Diamond Kitchen & Bath (Tatum and Thunderbird) on 7-31-15 Looking to redo our kitchen.We were met by Randy and Tina , they took the time to see what we were looking for .We advised they were the first place we stopped and would be shopping around.We ended Up going with them the same day, We worked with Tina, We gave her our budget and she did an Excellent Job in designing/ choosing a great cabinet layout and granite counter tops.One of the Items we had to do as well was move some A/c duct work and add new vent in the kitchen area,We didn`t have an A/C person and Diamond gave us a reference for UHC(Ultimate Heating and Cooling) Great Guys! They were very professional and courteous Would recommend them to anyone. We were promised a specific date for the cabinet install and they delivered on time and the Installer was very professional and nice person ,he did a great Job on the install. The counter tops were delivered right on time as well and again Great Installers.The following day the Final install of appliances, plumbing Etc..Again Very Nice and professional install....Diamond Kitchen  Did exactly what they said they would, exactly when they said and as Far as We are concerned the Entire Project was A Grand Slam , a  perfect Job on all fronts. We actually have more usable cabinet space in the same area due to the great  cabinet choices and design that Tina did.
This wasnt the biggest Job on earth but it was our Project, and it was seamless.

Used Car of Cabinets
Called them to ask questions and was reassured that they have special relationships with cabinet makers therefore they get better quality items and lower prices. I made an appointment and went in. I already had 2 bids from other stores for kitchen cabinet replacement. My experience here was awful. I felt like I was at a used car dealer. Took 2 hours to come up with a schematic of my kitchen (which is small) and a bid. The bid was DOUBLE of the first 2 I had. The salesman could not give me a price himself he kept having to go to the back room behind closed doors to speak to the managers to get pricing. Then I asked for an itemized bid and was told they don't do that. My other 2 were itemized. When I showed my other bid to the salesman at half of his price he got mad and threw his pen and started putting down the other store. So unprofessional and I felt very played.
