Hands down the best company you'll find. Honest work and great pricing.  The technician did a great job and was very thorough.  Explained everything in detail.  Took the time to explain every minor detail and at the end of the day earned a lifelong customer.  Britni was a pleasure to deal with for scheduling and pricing and Chris was the amazing technician that came out. Dont waste your time with other companies, go straight to this one!!!!

Last night we came home from work at 8 PM and our AC was not working and our Nest thermostat was saying there was no power to the thermostat.  The circuit was not tripped, so I knew we had a serious problem. I called American Cooling and Heating, and they answered the phone right away. Tim arrived at our house within an hour, and discovered that our air handler disconnect switch was bad.  This is literally just a standard light switch that turns the unit off, and he doesn't have one on his truck because it's not something an air conditioning company usually deals with. In fact, he said he has never seen this switch fail in all his years of work! Fortunately this is a $2 part that I can install myself, so I went to buy a light switch to replace the faulty one.  I bought it, I installed it, and the AC came back on right away.  Thanks for the excellent troubleshooting Tim!

This company should be on your speed dial for air conditioning problems.  They are a family-run business, and treat the customer like family.  Tom's can-do attitude, and knowledge of the business are unsurpassed.  Following a really bad experience with two other companies, Tom and his crew have me up and running and better than new.  Chuck is an excellent team lead; Sean is the best installer I have ever met, and Frank is an asset to this Accurate team.  Shannon, in the office, is bubbly, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to talk with.  Honesty and integrity, combined with volumes of knowledge and professionalism are the characteristics of the members of this company.  They seem to take pride in seeing a job well done.  I can honestly say that I did not know my air conditioning system could be this great.  I highly recommend Accurate Air.

Mr. Alejandro did a fantastic job installing our Mini split, he was very professional and communicated very well about the install and process! Would recommend him to anyone looking for professional install and great service!

Called to schedule an annual check up and got an answer right away. Turns out it was the owner who answered and immediately got me on the schedule for a 2 day turn around. Tony was professional and informative about the check up.. will definitely be using him for future needs!

American Air and Appliance came highly recommended to us in 2013 and we have never been happier!  We have a 1998 heat pump and a 2001 Master Cool plus swamp cooler. Old units!

Senor Mist is a remarkable company. Karen and Allen were so great to work with and now I have a misting system that performs as it should. Allen is so knowledgeable and professional. He arrived and quickly assessed the situation and made logical recommendations and with Karen's support and communications was able to return the following day with the parts needed and now my system is better than it ever was. I just purchased a 20 year old home. My realtor referred me to Preferred Air.

Fernando was the one who did my inspection for my 20 year old AC unit. I love how detailed he was with his work pictures and notes.. My AC was working fine but I feel that it was time to replace it because it's so old and worn out.

I didn't want to deal with it breaking down in the long run.. Living In AZ with the heat and all. I've experienced AC breaking down on me. It was a horrible experience.

I told Fernando I wanted a new AC unit. He gave me some estimates and I set up an appointment with him to install me a new one right away. He was quick and friendly. Answered all of the questions I had. I definitely recommend Preferred Air .

I contacted Francisco about a project with a family I was working with to get their AC fixed.
Francisco was fast, courteous and VERY Knowledgeable. Francisco will not price gouge you and tells you EXACTLY want needs to be fixed. I will recommend him to anyone in my family and friends circle.

Being a homeowner can be a scary thing. You're at the mercy of technicians when something breaks or needs servicing. Nowadays many of those companies are just out to make a quick dishonest buck and the unsuspecting homeowner may be severely ripped off.  

With that being said, I'm so glad I found Severns Air Conditioning!!! (aka Murrieta Air Conditioning).  Thanks to internet reviews I had a great feeling about them, and I was right. Everything about them is wonderful, they exude honesty and genuine care for their customers. Just talk to any of them (Rich, Brenda, John) for a few minutes and you'll realize it too.  

These are true professionals. They came out once for HVAC maintenance and another time for a repair. Funny story..our home came with a home warranty, so last year we called one of their technicians because our fan kept blowing even though the A/C was off. The guy ended up telling me it was normal and there was nothing wrong!! He collected his trade-call fee and went about his merry way without fixing anything. I found out this was not normal, and eventually the fan blew non-stop. Rich and Brenda came out right away and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. We're happy campers now.  

I really appreciate this family-owned business and have 100% confidence in them for anything we may need in the future.

Bell Air Conditioning consistently comes through anytime we have had any AC issues.  2 of the times that they come to the rescue were during emergencies and they have proven that we can always count on Dan and his great staff even with such short notice(when it matters most)!

Wow, they saved my ceiling before it collapsed again. Had my ceiling collapse last year when the drain for the A/C clogged. I had another A/C maintenance company advise me to install a cutoff valve for the drain to avoid this problem. You can imagine my surprise when I found water running down my wall and ceiling. My son advised me to call Steve and I did. I called 7:30 in the morning and they were there in less than 2 hours. They found the valve improperly installed and fixed that plus repaired the drain lines to function properly. I was back up and running in no time and their fee was very reasonable! I need to start off by saying that I called Michael at Desert Chill Air Conditioning at 6:00 pm on a Monday early evening.  My A/C unit for upstairs all of a sudden was blowing out warm air and was over 90 degrees upstairs. I couldn't be more impressed with how honest and straight forward Michael was and getting my A/C Unit up and running within 5 minutes!  He found the run capacitor to be bad, which was the best news for me as the customer. He had a new run capacitor on his truck, installed it, and what do you know, ice cold air upstairs again!  Total Cost of $65.  In the past several years, I have been given the run a round with many different A/C guys and companies.  I am so happy to finally find Michael at Desert Chill Air!  His honesty and ethics will never be forgotten in my books.  If you are looking for the run a round and many different diagnosis with these companies, call someone else.  If what you need is a quick and honest job, call Michael at Desert Chill Air Conditioning.  I am so happy I did and still can't stop smiling!

1 star because there is no ZERO star rating. Once again, we signed up online for our routine AC/Heat units maintenance for an 8-10 a.m. window today. Imagine my surprise when Parker & Son's called at 930 a.m. to say, we're sorry, we have too many emergencies to come do your routine service today. SERIOUSLY???? It's 64 degrees out right now - definitely not a cold, nor a heat emergency! The guy then says, well Friday's and Monday's are always busy with emergencies.  Really? Like you all need a longer weekend is what I'm hearing. Sadly, this is the normal method of operating with Parker & Son's as this has happened every single time we make an appointment for routine service for the last 8 months! (Doesn't matter what day we choose for maintenance either). We were charged over $10k for a new unit less than 3 years ago. Their Installer kicked the unit during installation which then caused significant water leak with subsequent garage damage from said water leak, so less than 2 years ago a new unit was put in with the promise to do routine maintenance every 6 months. LOL - that hasn't happened to date. Too bad Parker & Son's can't honor their maintenance warranty!
I could never recommend anyone use this company ever, unless you just want to waste your hard earned money and time.

My parents' air conditioner went out today in the middle of the Arizona heat! George Brazil was quick to respond. Todd Coleman came out; did a complete check of the system, and helped my parents get what they needed. His professionalism and concern for my parents was so appreciated.
