Kevin & Jessica are a great team at Four Seasons! From the first call to being prompt with the appointment to finishing the job right they were friendly & reliable. We had an unique problem with a part in our A/C (so rare that Lennox had not heard of the problem occurring often). Kevin had to go to Lennox multiple times to get the part we needed. He did not charge us for the initial parts until he got the one that fixed our real problem. He & his staff were friendly, knowledgable & dedicated to getting the repair done correctly. We even purchased a service maintenance plan from Four Seasons which we have declined in the past from other A/C companies. I would definitely recommend Four Seasons to my friends & family!

I called these guys after my 3rd unsuccessful attempt at finding a trusting honest air conditioning company. My air was sporadically getting warmer throughout the day and then would cool back off. First company said I need a whole brand new unit, second company wouldn't even get on the roof. Shaun arrived exactly at 3:00, which is the time I asked and was very knowledgeable. He immediately got on the roof and checked out the unit and identified what he believed to be the problem(a disconnect valve). He was honest, genuinely nice, and completely fair! Never once did I think he was trying to upset me. I am so happy to finally have found a trusting company like this! There a few and far between! If you're looking for an honest air company.. I had an ongoing issue with my AC unit, and had three different companies out to look at it. A friend recommended Accurate Air and I gave them a call. Their awesome service starts with the nice woman who answers the phone. As opposed to all the other companies who sound annoyed to be speaking with you- this nice person is helpful and courteous and doesn't make you feel like you are interrupting a Judge Judy marathon.

Chuck is the tech who responded to my house and he was just awesome. He did extensive trouble shooting and looked at every possible issue which could be contributing to the problem. Chuck installed a new fix and also educated me on how to watch for potential problems that may arise. I really appreciated his expertise and professionalism. There was never any attempt to up-sell anything at all. Chuck attacked the problem almost like he was fixing his own AC- which I appreciated. He wasn't rushed and didn't have to be in and out in five seconds like so many other companies. Chuck was very thorough and did a great job of educating me on what his thought process and how things work.

As a bonus- Chuck installed my new 3rd Gen Nest thermostat. Did you know if a Nest Pro installs your Nest- you get a free five year warranty? From the standard two years- you get an extra three- just by having a professional do it. How cool is that?

I'm so glad to have found Accurate Air and Chuck. No one wants to have AC issues- but I can tell you it's nice to have the best people standing by when you have that Aww crap moment and your AC is not working.  Give them a call and see what the Best can do for you.

I can't say enough about this company and the professionalism shown to me.  My a/c went out on the east side of the house and I have company coming next week and I was sure it was a goner.  To my relief these guys fixed the problem and I HAVE AIR ON THE EAST SIDE.  YEA.  

No kidding, I highly recommend this company and I intend to have them out if I ever need any air conditioning work done.  Tony was so professional and courteous and respectful.

My family has been using them for years. They are by far the BEST in the valley. They always reply promptly, get someone to assist as soon as possible and are over all genuinely good people. You aren't just a number for them to complete but they treat you like a person. I recommend and will continue to recommend them to everyone! After our initial discussion, Rex quoted me a fair and competitive price.  We had a small project (enclosed patio w/10 ft opening) and he took the job anyway.  Rex and his team provide us with a quick and professional installation of our mister.  His team was knowledge, friendly, and courteous.  When the job was complete the area was spotless.  I was pleased with their work.

Called for last minute questions/help with a home I am in the process of purchasing and Daniel was such an HUGE help with all my questions. I will definitely reach out to them for future needs.

I contacted Francisco about a project with a family I was working with to get their AC fixed.
Francisco was fast, courteous and VERY Knowledgeable. Francisco will not price gouge you and tells you EXACTLY want needs to be fixed. I will recommend him to anyone in my family and friends circle.

I felt my TRANE combo heat pump with auxiliary natural gas furnace wasn't heating the home properly when in heat mode. Called Prescott air conditioning based on the high reviews here. Rich came out along with an assistant technician. Rich took a look at it and indicated that although it appeared to be working properly, it wasn't quite optimum. He said he can start throwing some parts at it, but that it being TRANE and that a lot of their parts are proprietary, that could get expensive. Rich also mentioned a TRANE specialist could come out and diagnose it with their specialty test equipment, but that could also get pricey. He explained that heat pumps don't work quite as well when it's cold out and that if it was his system, he would just run the furnace since it's on natural gas. I expected a charge for at least his time and trouble, but he said that since he didn't feel like he really did anything, that there was no charge and to just keep him in mind for future service and when I'm ready to have the A/C serviced to ready it for the summer. You can't put a pice on integrity and service like that. I would absolutely use them again and recommend Prescott air conditioning and heating to family and friends.

Dan was super helpful over the phone even though other calls were coming in. Derick came out within an hour of my call and got the AC working very quickly. It was 118 that day!

I didn't hire this company personally, as unfortunately they don't work with AHS, but I gave 5 stars because the lady I spoke to on the phone to inquire about a second opinion was so full of knowledge and didn't hold back! She let me know that for what could be possibly causing the leak (based on what I was told by the other company) I would be better off going through my home warranty if I was looking for the least out of pocket option. She was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and still tried to help me as much as she could. I was so impressed, I let her know that I'd be using them for all my maintenance after this repair is fixed.

My parents had a leaking AC unit. I called Michael and he was able to help them. My Dad said Michael was knowledgeable, professional and did a great job. No more leaking!
We will use Desert Chill for future needs.

Ben is very responsive. My AC wasn't working and he fit me in with his other appointments. Within an hour he had the AC going.

The Parker & Sons (P&S) plumber, Richard, was terrific.  He tested the water purity, pressure, and identified actions we can take with P&S for water filtration.  We have now joined the Family Program to manage our water quality through out the year.

We had Brandon come out and inspect our unit. I was at work so my wife was there. He informed her we had no charge left in the unit and it needed to be replaced quoted 8900 for new unit. I asked him to clean the coils, as they have not been cleaned. That service came to $384. I decided to get other quotes. The next guy came out and put his gauges on it and informed me charge was not low. He then checked my coils and told me they had not been cleaned he took pictures and cleaned them for me. Which made a big difference in my units operation. I have asked for a refund from semper fi, but have yet to receive a response

It is a gift to even give 1 star to this business!!!   After contacting them when an AC unit failed in Phoenix's 110 degree temps, they confirmed the need to replace both inside and outside units, pre-approved loan-worthiness, waited through the weekend.  Then when contacted again, informed us that they could not find funding and we're cancelling the order.  Crappiest organization I have ever experienced !!!!
