I purchased the Day and Night Heat pump and was very pleased at first and even left a positive review which i just removed.
Shortly after it was installed (actually this was  2 years ago) I decided to look in the attic where some of the equipment  is and realized that they did not put in the insulation which I had paid $400 for and the levelers that were supposed to go under the unit were not put on as well.
Then, after  1 month the thermostat was not working properly so they replaced it and i requested a manual rather than a programmable thermostat so it left a big hole in my wall and when they left the air was blowing cold and this was January so I told them and they assured me that it would soon be blowing warm air., It continued to blow cold air so I called shortly after and had to wait 2 business days for someone to come back and get the heat back on it.. (Just imagine 2 days without heat on cold days after paying $6500 for a new complete unit) ...................I expect more for the seller of a  brand new unit considering that Weather Master that I preciously used would come out within a day and sometime even the same day and I didn't even purchase a unit from them.

If you need a heating or cooling system, this is the place to go!!  Leadership always starts from the top down and Scot Moore runs his company with great integrity.  His men are proficient and knowledgeable.  I interviewed 3 others companies and their price was the fairest but also they were the only ones who wanted to do the job without cutting a hole in my ceiling - a little extra work on their part but a much better finished result.  I cannot say enough good things about their workmanship, response time and trying to give customers the best price.  5 Stars all the way.

I can't say enough about this company and the professionalism shown to me.  My a/c went out on the east side of the house and I have company coming next week and I was sure it was a goner.  To my relief these guys fixed the problem and I HAVE AIR ON THE EAST SIDE.  YEA.

From the first call to the finished work an overall exceptional experience.  I found my refrigerator failing in the evening and less than 24 hours, with AAA service my fridge was fixed. Excellent service from start to finish.  Rex has extensive knowledge about the various options for installing mist systems which was the first reason I chose Senor Mist.  He explained in great detail why it should be installed in x place vs Y (y being where the other company quoted me). He explained various options for managing calcium buildup,  remote control,  noise and maintenance.  His team,  yes an entire crew showed up for the install, and were there on time.  They installed the system exactly as it was explained it would be.  They showed me how to maintain the system, walking me through the pump, the lines etc.  couldn't be happier with their attention to detail and the final product.  I am ready for summer!

This is my second review of Preferred Air! I still think they rock! My AC died! Time for a new one. They gave us a recommendation for a unit they said the owner had installed at his own home which was thousands less than other units. It was two days before they could install, however they gave us two free loaner window units which they came and set up for us in the meantime. When they came out for the install, we needed a small drywall repair which was anticipated and they had the repairman out the same day. They followed up the next day and one week later they came to the house for a follow up visit to ensure we were up and running optimally. This company was so impressive all their team members are awesome and helpful.

Many years ago with my last AC install, the company that will remain nameless left a huge drywall hole and didn't patch it or have a recommendation for us. We also had issues with their company extended warranty which they stopped servicing. They sucked! Post sale support was terrible! So for a complete soup to nuts solution with top notch post sale service go to Preferred Air. You will be happy you did!

I contacted Francisco about a project with a family I was working with to get their AC fixed.
Francisco was fast, courteous and VERY Knowledgeable. Francisco will not price gouge you and tells you EXACTLY want needs to be fixed. I will recommend him to anyone in my family and friends circle.

I felt my TRANE combo heat pump with auxiliary natural gas furnace wasn't heating the home properly when in heat mode. Called Prescott air conditioning based on the high reviews here. Rich came out along with an assistant technician. Rich took a look at it and indicated that although it appeared to be working properly, it wasn't quite optimum. He said he can start throwing some parts at it, but that it being TRANE and that a lot of their parts are proprietary, that could get expensive. Rich also mentioned a TRANE specialist could come out and diagnose it with their specialty test equipment, but that could also get pricey. He explained that heat pumps don't work quite as well when it's cold out and that if it was his system, he would just run the furnace since it's on natural gas. I expected a charge for at least his time and trouble, but he said that since he didn't feel like he really did anything, that there was no charge and to just keep him in mind for future service and when I'm ready to have the A/C serviced to ready it for the summer. You can't put a pice on integrity and service like that. I would absolutely use them again and recommend Prescott air conditioning and heating to family and friends.

We called on a Friday night at 6:15 to just leave a message for Monday. To our surprise, they answered and said they would send someone out in the morning for no charge. We were shocked. Chris arrived promptly as promised and realized it was just our thermostat we installed over summer. We didn't realize we had to set the heat settings differently for gas vs our electric air. He had it fixed within minutes and didn't charge us a penny. Yelp users get that wonderful benefit. Be sure to mention you saw them on Yelp. Now, I feel I'm a good judge of character. Chris was genuinely caring and honest. Our unit is almost 18 years old, so it's getting to be that time to do. Guess who we will be calling? Yep. Bell Air. Thanks!

Steve and Irene are the most amazing people in the HVAC industry. Bar none. If you are looking at any other company, you are looking in vain. Not only did they fix my unit the very next day (albeit was an urgent, complex issue), they then followed up with my homeowner's warranty company to see if there was any way they would cover the cost of labor. Steve was extremely knowledgeable about the unit and very responsive to my texts, while Irene was incredibly caring and sympathetic to my situation and answered my frantic calls on the weekend. You can tell how much this dynamic duo cares about the quality of their work and the high level of customer service they deliver. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Steve's Ultimate Air to anyone who is needing service on their heating/cooling unit.

I can't recommend these guys enough. Mike and his crew are great and resourceful. Prices are very fair and appropriate. The craftsmanship and attention to detail, we're exceptional. These are our go-to folks, if we ever find ourselves in need of AC maintenance or service needs. Definitely worth the call if you find yourself in need as well!

They installed my A/C unit and, after my most recent experience, I am convinced I paid too much.
I was having issues with my pool pump and wanted to get an estimate on upgrading my electrical panel. They will not give out an estimate over the phone.
Electrician came out, tested systems, and said that the electrical line was cut to the pump and quoted $3000 to dig up and replace line. I asked about routing line in conduit on block wall, was told it would be same price.
Another electrician quoted $200 to run line through existing PVC pipe underground. That's a $2800 difference. The line didn't need to be replaced because it turns out the pump is dead.
To recap: misdiagnosed problem, quote that was 1000x more than the solution would cost by another licensed electrician, and no estimate before visit.
The only thing I would call Parker and Sons for is the service work on A/C that is covered.

Just recent had a 3.5 ton roof unit installed, sale rep Bill and Jeff were awesome! Talked me through the option, very knowledgeable, respectable and helpful! At a great price! Chris and Wade did the install and were the right men for the job, install went great with a few hiccups, supply and return lines were backward to today's standards. But Chris was able to modify the set up with some crafts sheet metal work and not sacrifice performance! All in all! Great company and people! Thank you Chris, Wade, Bill and Jeff

Really disappointed in their service. After spending $16,000 with them on 2 AC units I practically have to beg to get a service appointment. Last year they put me off for 8 months before getting over their covid-phobia and sending someone for spring maintenance in October. This year I had to wait 2 months for an appointment for spring maintenance only to get canceled the day before. Unable to rebook for yet another month. I wish I would have stayed with the other company who didn't over-promise.
