I called about 8 different HVAC companies on a Friday looking for someone that A. I could afford and B. could get my AC system installed within 24 hours! American Cooling and Heating met both requirements! I worked with Wayne from sales / estimating and gave him all my requirements via text over the phone. Now I have worked in the new home building industry for several years as buyer so I kinda knew what I needed. Wayne recommended a Frigidaire split system, 3.5 ton heat pump and air handler and we agreed on an out the door price. American Cooling and Heating beat everyone's price. A scheduler called me and we set up an appointment for early the next morning. American Cooling and Heating was swamped so they used a third party installation company that they are affiliated with called ASAP. The guys from ASAP showed up at 6:30 am right on time and did a great job installing the system. There was a slight problem with the original air handler they had but Wayne personally delivered a new air handler and got the job back on track. The professionalism and the level of customer service that American Cooling and Heating provided is unmatched in this industry . I would recommend this company to my Mother. They are that good! If your looking to replace your AC system or you just need service American Cooling and Heating and ASAP Cooling & Heating are the A-1 guys to go too.

We have had our HVAC systems serviced and repaired by the Accurate Air team for several years now. (We had used others before that, and have been much happier with Accurate on both pricing and apparent quality.) The technical staff explain things well, and offer clear information about what's recommended and what's necessary. I understand they are not compensated on commission, which helps explain why--relative to some other companies--it's never felt like we're being pushed to do anything unnecessary. I appreciate the friend who referred us to Accurate, and have referred other friends to them too.

From the start salesman Eric J. explained each type of unit and what he felt we needed. He spent over 2 hours looking and explaining.  The crew that they sent out Anjel, Eucogio and Jaime were all dressed neatly. They were very polite and explained what they would do.  They never missed a beat!  We had two other bids one much higher for the same units and the guy was a mess. I would recommend Scottsdale Air.

Mr. Alejandro did a fantastic job installing our Mini split, he was very professional and communicated very well about the install and process! Would recommend him to anyone looking for professional install and great service!

Called to schedule an annual check up and got an answer right away. Turns out it was the owner who answered and immediately got me on the schedule for a 2 day turn around. Tony was professional and informative about the check up.. will definitely be using him for future needs!

From the first call to the finished work an overall exceptional experience.  I found my refrigerator failing in the evening and less than 24 hours, with AAA service my fridge was fixed. Inital call was informative about what to expect and AAA followed up to get me scheduled asap. They went above and beyond to help get the service done. Extremely grateful for the fantastic service, much appreciated!

Our air conditioner went out on a Friday evening before a three-day weekend. But, lucky for me and my family, Daniel from Preferred Air came out within an hour at 8:30 p.m. and got it fixed quickly and for a very reasonable price. Plus he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them.

This is the only company I will use for my HVAC needs.   On time, honest, professional and affordable.    I am somewhat new to this area so I do not know who the call for home repairs that I cannot do.  Rich is the guy I will call for AC and heater issue ALWAYS.

I am visiting my dad in Sun City and just received emergency service from Bell Air Conditioning, on a Saturday afternoon. I cannot express just how truly PROFESSIONAL this company is.

After being given the run around from supposedly other emergency air conditioning companies, who referred us to their call centers... who promised to locate a technician.... who would then call us to set up an appointment for someone to THEN come out to do a diagnostic....We are STILL waiting for a call from three of these so-called emergency service companies FOUR HOURS LATER! :-(

Bell has come and gone and we now have cool air!

When we called Bell, the phone was answered by Dan--who we later discovered was the actual OWNER himself! No call center on a 4th of July weekend: THE OWNER HIMSELF!! He assured us that a technician would be out to us within a 3 hour window.

Chris, Bell's technician, arrived within an hour. Chris is a consummate professional who is effective and knows his craft. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Mind you, we called our home warranty company many times in the last 10 days. Their referral company has been out to us to fix the same problem 3 times. With the interminable heat, my father had to leave his home to stay in a hotel because the house felt like Hades. They had told him that it would take a week to locate the parts. Our mom suffered heat stroke and dehydration in all of this. With a new compressor in place, the unit was supposedly fixed 2 days ago;  however, we lost air again today. That's when we decided to shop around. We thank God that He sent us to Bell.
We are going to cancel our current home warranty in favor of one who uses Bell.

I HIGHLY and UNRESERVEDLY recommend BELL. Their integrity and work ethic is truly unparalleled. I wish Bell serviced units in Los Angeles!!

I was looking for an HVAC company to check my A/C in a mobile home I just bought. They were able to send Doug the next day at 11.  When he arrived he talked to me and answered all of my questions. I immediately felt comfortable with Doug's knowledge in getting the job done. My A/C unit is quite old but still working great. Doug showed me how to clean the filter and some other pointers to keep it running smoothly.  I'm definitely going to call Steve's for any of my HVAC needs in the future. It's always nice to deal with a polite, knowledgeable company.  Give them a call you won't be disappointed!

I can't recommend these guys enough. Mike and his crew are great and resourceful. Prices are very fair and appropriate. The craftsmanship and attention to detail, we're exceptional. These are our go-to folks, if we ever find ourselves in need of AC maintenance or service needs. Definitely worth the call if you find yourself in need as well!

Ben is very responsive. My AC wasn't working and he fit me in with his other appointments. Within an hour he had the AC going.

Absolutely DO NOT call this company for anything!!! I had them put in a new a/c unit and within 2 days of it being installed I had to have 2 service men come out to try to fix it since it wasn't working properly. Not only that but they try and use lame excuses as to what's wrong. I don't know what else could be the issue. I have 14 yrs experience and tried everything I can think of stated Casey who still didn't fix it. I was told that with it being a bigger/better unit than my last one that it would be more efficient. What a crock! It starts running around 1pm and runs non-stop till after 9pm without regulating the temp or cooling the house. Air is set at 83, but the a/c runs non-stop with the room temp at 86. Never does the temp go down. This is why you installed a new a/c so I wouldn't have this problem. Not only that but it's June in Phoenix (!) and I can't afford both a new a/c and an astronomical electric bill. Fix it or get this piece of shit out of my house and give me my money back so I can get call another company.

He was VERY helpful and found multiple errors that the installers made and other Melvins in your company didn't. THANK YOU CHAD!!!

It's been about 2 months since my installation. Could not be happier with the superior customer service received. My installers/techs were Omar, Christian & Jeremy.  The sheetmetal work by Omar was a bonus I was not expecting & it looks amazing. Great care of my home was taken & masks were worn . I recomend Semper Fi for all your heating/cooling needs. From my quote with Froy to the installation by Omar, Christian & Jeremy , Semper Fi was the right choice for me & will be for you as well. Please tip your installers for their hard work.

Main drain needed cleaning leaking all over front yard. They sent Ted G. Nice clean professional assessed the work needed. Confirmed it was 99.99. Set up, completed work and and cleaned up in no time. Start from initial call to completion less then 3.5 hours.
