I purchased the Day and Night Heat pump and was very pleased at first and even left a positive review which i just removed.
Shortly after it was installed (actually this was  2 years ago) I decided to look in the attic where some of the equipment  is and realized that they did not put in the insulation which I had paid $400 for and the levelers that were supposed to go under the unit were not put on as well.
Then, after  1 month the thermostat was not working properly so they replaced it and i requested a manual rather than a programmable thermostat so it left a big hole in my wall and when they left the air was blowing cold and this was January so I told them and they assured me that it would soon be blowing warm air., It continued to blow cold air so I called shortly after and had to wait 2 business days for someone to come back and get the heat back on it.. (Just imagine 2 days without heat on cold days after paying $6500 for a new complete unit) ...................I expect more for the seller of a  brand new unit considering that Weather Master that I preciously used would come out within a day and sometime even the same day and I didn't even purchase a unit from them.

I Highly recommend Scot Morgan from American Cooling & Heating for replacing or repairing your A/C. He came out on 4th of July to replace two units that were over 20yrs old. Before we knew it we had 55 degree air coming out of our vents and the house is as cool as its ever been! Cheapest prices, best customer service and I couldn't be happier with their work!

Great customer service. They call to give you a Window of time for your service. Then your tech calls 30 minutes prior to arriving. They are thorough give detailed info and fixed issue!!

They went above and beyond to fix an A/C unit that another company left in a mess. Will be telling all my friends about this great company and the super customer service I received!

Called to schedule an annual check up and got an answer right away. Turns out it was the owner who answered and immediately got me on the schedule for a 2 day turn around. Tony was professional and informative about the check up.. will definitely be using him for future needs!

Yes, this company is wonderful and the staff is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and clean.  If you're lucky you get to speak to Bridgette who's amazing and calms you down and gets someone out to help right away.  My folks and I have been using them for years and they never disappoint.  Last night our AC stopped blowing cold air and today they sent someone and fixed it right away.  A capacitor was the culprit and it didn't break the bank to have it replaced.

Rex and his wife came out and wrote us an in person estimate for a mist system for our backyard...we needed to wait a bit, but when we were ready, his team was super helpful. Lalo was extremely professional and showed us exactly how to operate the system.  We even decided to put foggers around our pool which they drafted and added to the proposal after the initial installation. We are beyond pleased with our patio now, and will be recommending them to out neighbors!

We called 3 companies to come out and interview. Two of the companies wanted to charge us anywhere from $6,000 to $11,000 for unneeded work.  I really liked Preferred Air and their honesty. They explained what we really needed to have done to our ducts. The other companies were twice to three times more than Preferred Air. They were really knowledgeable and worked fast.  I would recommend them to any of my relatives, neighbors and whomever is reading this recommendation.

I contacted Francisco about a project with a family I was working with to get their AC fixed.
Francisco was fast, courteous and VERY Knowledgeable. Francisco will not price gouge you and tells you EXACTLY want needs to be fixed. I will recommend him to anyone in my family and friends circle.

I felt my TRANE combo heat pump with auxiliary natural gas furnace wasn't heating the home properly when in heat mode. Called Prescott air conditioning based on the high reviews here. Rich came out along with an assistant technician. Rich took a look at it and indicated that although it appeared to be working properly, it wasn't quite optimum. He said he can start throwing some parts at it, but that it being TRANE and that a lot of their parts are proprietary, that could get expensive. Rich also mentioned a TRANE specialist could come out and diagnose it with their specialty test equipment, but that could also get pricey. He explained that heat pumps don't work quite as well when it's cold out and that if it was his system, he would just run the furnace since it's on natural gas. I expected a charge for at least his time and trouble, but he said that since he didn't feel like he really did anything, that there was no charge and to just keep him in mind for future service and when I'm ready to have the A/C serviced to ready it for the summer. You can't put a pice on integrity and service like that. I would absolutely use them again and recommend Prescott air conditioning and heating to family and friends.

I became concerned when our 23yr old American Standard heatpump started running upwards of 30 minutes to reach 70°. My husband and I decided we should probably look into a new unit. I called several companies that install Trane units. Jake, from Bell Air Conditioning, came and described several possibilities and answered my many questions.  I used his information for the rest of the estimates to come. It came down to 2 companies and Bell AC had the best price for the same unit, Trane 4 ton, 15 seer. We scheduled for the install to be done today, Feb 2nd, 2023. Dominick and Nick were here and waiting for daylight this morning. Very pleasant and efficient young men. They explained what they did, showed me how to use the new thermostat and were cleaned up and gone before noon. I'm extremely impressed with each employee I came in contact with.

I saw Steve's work van while driving to my office and saw that he was local and gave him a call.  He came by my office the next day and saw what I needed.  It was quick, easy and affordable so I hired him to change out my vents to increase much needed air flow in my office.  It wasn't a big job but I'll use this company again if my AC acts up.

My daughter's AC started leaking and for 2 days, I was trying to find someone who is honest and knowledgeable. Finally, a family member told us about Michael, and we are so glad we called him. He was very knowledgeable, honest and kind. We can't thank him enough, and he is our guy from now on.

Today we had a plumbing emergency.  Our neighbor alerted us to a flood in our front yard. We contacted Parker early and James arrived on scene within the hour. James was AMAZING, courteous,  kind and explained everything that needed to happen. Ended up being a landscaping problem. Thank you Parker & Sons for having employees like James! We will continue to call on you in the future.

2 months after I complained I got a refund of the $70 for diagnosing my air conditioner which they did not do.

My wife and I decided to replace the HVAC unit on our home. This was a big decision for us since we are retired and living on a fixed income. We called local companies to start the bid process. We selected George Brazil Air Conditioning mostly because of the great reputation.  Monte, did a great job verifying that the unit size was appropriate, explaining payment options, and discussing unit options. He was very patient answering our questions. We completed the paperwork and he called to set the installation date. Later  another rep did the pre-installation inspection of our home. This step was new to us and we thought it was a great step to avoid last minute issues.
We received a confirmation call the day before the installation date to verify the work schedule. The crew arrived on time the next day. They completed the installation by midday, reviewed the operation of the new programmable thermostat, and answered our last minute questions.All members did a great job. They were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and most of all dedicated to doing a great job. We'll recommend George Brazil Air Conditioning to our friends!
