Honest work and great pricing.  The technician did a great job and was very thorough.  Explained everything in detail.  Took the time to explain every minor detail and at the end of the day earned a lifelong customer.  Britni was a pleasure to deal with for scheduling and pricing and Chris was the amazing technician that came out. Dont waste your time with other companies, go straight to this one!!!!

I called these guys after my 3rd unsuccessful attempt at finding a trusting honest air conditioning company. My air was sporadically getting warmer throughout the day and then would cool back off. First company said I need a whole brand new unit, second company wouldn't even get on the roof. Shaun arrived exactly at 3:00, which is the time I asked and was very knowledgeable. He immediately got on the roof and checked out the unit and identified what he believed to be the problem(a disconnect valve). He was honest, genuinely nice, and completely fair! Never once did I think he was trying to upset me. I am so happy to finally have found a trusting company like this! There a few and far between! If you're looking for an honest air company.. I purchased a new ac unit from Accurate Air and I'm very pleased with the price and the whole process from bid through installation. Shoutout to Tom and Sean for their help and professionalism.

Scottsdale Air is a fantastic company and one which I will recommend to everyone I know for any air conditioning needs here in AZ. I worked with Russell Byrum to replace the old and dying AC in my house and he was responsive, efficient, and effective.

The replacement of the AC system, including the initial inspection of the current system, was all done quickly and with lots of communication throughout. The people who were sent to install the new system made sure to go through and replace any of the ductwork which had become worn or damaged.

About a week into having the new system, we noticed our house had one warm spot which we had never been aware of before. Now, with more awareness of the feel around the house, due to trying to gauge the effectiveness of the new system, and with summer starting, we realized the West-facing front of the house got quite warm toward the end of the day, as the sun was setting.

I contacted Russell about this and he immediately responded with suggestions to try to test and correct the problem through the thermostat. When those suggestions didn't work, Russell promptly scheduled a visit from a technician, who came and rebalanced the system by redirecting airflow to favor certain vents.

It has been a couple months since then and we're well into the summer, so, at this point, I can confidently say this is the best my house has ever felt. Additionally, the new thermostat they provided has allowed me to save money with its smart settings.

I can't say enough about this company and the professionalism shown to me.  My a/c went out on the east side of the house and I have company coming next week and I was sure it was a goner.  To my relief these guys fixed the problem and I HAVE AIR ON THE EAST SIDE.  YEA.

I was referred to AAA by my father-in-law who used them for his rental property, and they are absolutely amazing.  Both their communication and work was fantastic, and really made the whole process painless. They replaced our air conditioning unit, the entire ductwork, and removed an old gas furnace in the attic, and it couldn't have gone more smoothly.  My wife and I are truly grateful for their amazing work, and we can now live comfortably in our home.

Awesome company to work with! Not only were they competitive with their prices, they had great ideas to make our backyard a very comfortable environment! If you're looking for a misting system, you should absolutely reach out to Rex and team! My only regret is not doing this sooner!

This is my second review of Preferred Air! I still think they rock! My AC died! Time for a new one. They gave us a recommendation for a unit they said the owner had installed at his own home which was thousands less than other units. It was two days before they could install, however they gave us two free loaner window units which they came and set up for us in the meantime. When they came out for the install, we needed a small drywall repair which was anticipated and they had the repairman out the same day. They followed up the next day and one week later they came to the house for a follow up visit to ensure we were up and running optimally. This company was so impressive all their team members are awesome and helpful.

Many years ago with my last AC install, the company that will remain nameless left a huge drywall hole and didn't patch it or have a recommendation for us. We also had issues with their company extended warranty which they stopped servicing. They sucked! Post sale support was terrible! So for a complete soup to nuts solution with top notch post sale service go to Preferred Air. You will be happy you did!

I contacted Francisco about a project with a family I was working with to get their AC fixed.
Francisco was fast, courteous and VERY Knowledgeable. Francisco will not price gouge you and tells you EXACTLY want needs to be fixed. I will recommend him to anyone in my family and friends circle.

If you are looking for an honest, hard working HVAC guy, you've found it right here with Rich Severns. Our experience with Rich and his wife was top notch!! He was very quick in responding to our phone call and was able to come out the next day. I really appreciated his excellent communication with us throughout the entire process. Once he diagnosed our problem, he explained exactly what we needed and why. He even went as far as to send me photos, while I was at work, showing me the repairs he had made. He is very reasonably priced and never tried to up-sell us on things we didn't need. I will definitely be using Rich from here on out and recommending him to all of my family & friends.

I called Bell because of all of the great 5 star reviews posted here. My AC was not blowing cold air into the house and it was late in the day around 6:00 p.m. I called Bell and they were very courteous and responsive and had someone out to my home by 8:00 p.m. This is the reason for the 3 stars.

I was hoping it was nothing too major, hopefully something like the capacitor and was fully prepared to pay upwards of $400.00 in order to get it fixed that night knowing full well that a capacitor costs no more than 20 bucks. Hey, I understand companies are going to mark up their prices and that is the price you pay for someone to come right away and get your home cool after hours.

It turned out to be the blower motor and I was quoted a price of $1,840.00 and they would not have been able to repair it that night, so I gave the tech his 50 bucks and told him that I would get back to them if I decide to have Bell repair it. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise.

The next morning I got on the phone and started calling different AC companies and did not let them know what I was quoted by Bell. There were some companies that quoted me around and above $1000.00, but nothing close to the $1840.00 that Bell quoted me. I found an independent guy who came over and did the job for $853.67.

$1000.00 LESS THAN BELL!!!!! Are you kidding me?!!!!!

Again, I understand convenience and markups, however, this quote seemed extreme, almost to the point that I felt they were taking advantage of my predicament and desperation. I truly hope this was just an anomaly and not their normal course of doing business.

We love to support small businesses and feel blessed to know Steve and Irene, owners of Steve's Ultimate Air. They are professional,  knowledgeable,  and trustworthy.  The only A/C company we recommend!

My parents had a leaking AC unit. I called Michael and he was able to help them. My Dad said Michael was knowledgeable, professional and did a great job. No more leaking!

My mother called George Brazil after our air wasn't working. They came out and checked everything out and said it would cost $1700. My mom wanted a second opinion so she scheduled an appointment with someone my grandma recommended. When this company came out they said it would cost $75. The gentleman that came out said either the guy from Brazil was trying to rip us off, or he just didn't know what he was doing. I would not recommended this company, and my family will not be using them again.
