Kevin & Jessica are a great team at Four Seasons! From the first call to being prompt with the appointment to finishing the job right they were friendly & reliable. We had an unique problem with a part in our A/C (so rare that Lennox had not heard of the problem occurring often). Kevin had to go to Lennox multiple times to get the part we needed. He did not charge us for the initial parts until he got the one that fixed our real problem. He & his staff were friendly, knowledgable & dedicated to getting the repair done correctly. We even purchased a service maintenance plan from Four Seasons which we have declined in the past from other A/C companies. I would definitely recommend Four Seasons to my friends & family!

I called these guys after my 3rd unsuccessful attempt at finding a trusting honest air conditioning company. My air was sporadically getting warmer throughout the day and then would cool back off. First company said I need a whole brand new unit, second company wouldn't even get on the roof. Shaun arrived exactly at 3:00, which is the time I asked and was very knowledgeable. He immediately got on the roof and checked out the unit and identified what he believed to be the problem(a disconnect valve). He was honest, genuinely nice, and completely fair! Never once did I think he was trying to upset me. I am so happy to finally have found a trusting company like this! There a few and far between! If you're looking for an honest air company.. Yes, this company is wonderful and the staff is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and clean.  If you're lucky you get to speak to Bridgette who's amazing and calms you down and gets someone out to help right away.  My folks and I have been using them for years and they never disappoint.  Last night our AC stopped blowing cold air and today they sent someone and fixed it right away.  A capacitor was the culprit and it didn't break the bank to have it replaced.

We are very happy with our new misters. The owner came to give estimate, and gave us lots of options. More choices than the other companies we got estimates from. The installation is very neat, clean and the installer was very nice. We got compliments from neighbors, on how good the installation looked. The system works as advertised

We got a few quotes with other companies to get our downstairs unit replaced, but I just felt like I couldn't trust them for whatever reason. From the moment I met Daniel I felt like I could trust him and that he was going to go above and beyond, and he and his guys really did!! Not only were they one of the most reasonable, but their work was impeccable! If you are on the fence on who to go with for your AC needs, give Preferred Air a chance to show you their amazing work! I plan on referring them to anyone I can and in the future we are getting another unit replaced .

This past weekend my daughter called us to ask if she could turn the a/c on.  I told my wife I had so I figured the fuse blew.  Upon arriving at home, I checked the a/c fuse and it hadn't tripped.  I checked the main breaker and it was fine.  I was in a panic.  The a/c is dead.  Saturday night and Sunday I was worried about how we're going to pay for new air conditioner.  I had already Yelp'd for asomeone to contact for a/c repair and saw the reviews for Murrieta Air Conditioning.  I'll call them first thing Monday morning.  Monday morning I get up to see what rebates are available for new air conditioning at Socal Edison.  There were some available but only through certain contractors.  I Yelp'd their Platinum service provider for the area and read numerous reviews of the type of service I was trying to avoid.  The thought of spending $4000 - $6000 for a/c right now was not what we wanted since I'm retired and the Mrs is without employ since 2 weeks ago.  I contacted Rich Monday morning and he was as assuring as it can get.  It's usually not the a/c but we'll see...  I'll be there about noon after my 11 appointment.  He arrived exactly as promised and within minutes identified a loose mangled wire under a poor black electrical tape repair (No, I didn't do it!!).  Can you imagine the relief I had.  (No, you really, really can't).  Rich proceeded to check the freon and verify there was no hard start issues and found all was fine.  All done for less then most trip charges with no repair.  This is where you should have your a/c repair work done, hands down!!.  Friendly, fast, professional, reasonably priced and most importantly, service with a conscience.  Thank you, Rich.

When you live in Phoenix, Arizona during the summer months and your AC goes out upstairs... I suggest calling Bell Air Conditioning FIRST! I choose Bell after reading the many satisfied reviews on yelp and google+. I knew this would be our new air conditioning company. They arrived on time and repaired the issue to our ac unit quickly(like less than an hour). We had cool air within minutes and on a 100 degree day that is beyond important. Thanks Bell!

Steve and his team are knowledgeable,  friendly and professional. They do quality work for a fair price and always provide timely service. He has been doing this for a long time  and provides great advice on maintenance and ways to keep your equipment working in tip top shape. I would definitely recommend this company for your A/C and heating needs!!!

I can't recommend these guys enough. Mike and his crew are great and resourceful. Prices are very fair and appropriate. The craftsmanship and attention to detail, we're exceptional. These are our go-to folks, if we ever find ourselves in need of AC maintenance or service needs. Definitely worth the call if you find yourself in need as well!

Parker & Sons cares about their customers! I had an issue when my technician came out, but Lynne B. and Nick resolved it to my satisfaction and have shown me that there are still good companies out there who care about their reputations and their customers.  I truly appreciate a company that works with its customers and takes time to listen and go the extra mile for customer satisfaction....that would be Parker & Sons. Thank you Lynne and Nick for taking care of me and for restoring my faith in excellent customer service.

This is my second review of Semper Fi heating and cooling.  My first interaction with them was not exceptional and their pricing really turned me off.  The issue was that they wanted $700 for a new condenser fan motor and capacitor.  I thought that sounded high and I passed on their service.  He also had told me that I was low on freon and after a long conversation about parts and new quotes for A/C units we both forgot to add the freon on the first visit.  

I wound up repairing my unit for $125 from parts I ordered off Amazon.  The whole repair took me 26 min.  I am pretty mechanically inclined and the repair was very easy.  I had tried to get them to come down on their pricing but they didn't budge and it worked out in my favor.  

Fast forward two months and Semper Fi called me again to see if I wanted my A/C unit looked and we scheduled to have them come out and add freon.  This time I got Thomas and he was night and day different from my first visit.  He went out of his way to make sure I got a better experience from Semper Fi.  He even quoted me reasonable prices for a new A/C unit unlike the first time when I got a quote for $21K with financing for a 17.5 seer bosch unit.  This quote was for less than $10 for a 5 ton two stage Semper Fi unit (Goodman) which is what I already have installed.  

Thank you Thomas for making a very good impression of Semper Fi heating and cooling.  I went from not recommending Semper Fi to a company that I will probably have install my new A/C unit when the time comes.

Awesome first time experience with George Brazil. Our A.C. went out over the weekend when I tried to upgrade our thermostats with a new digital one. The units started blowing hot air instead. After requesting an appointment online, a customer rep called me Sunday to schedule an appointment the next day. On Monday morning, Mike called before arriving and showed up 20 minutes later. He was very professional and respectful, as he looked over our system. It turned out to be a setting on the thermostat was incorrect, which he corrected. He offered us a VIP package to have our system routinely checked throughout the next year. I was so impressed by Mike's help, that we went ahead and purchased the package. Now when we have problems we know exactly who will be coming by to help us out. Thanks Mike, and thanks George Brazil!
