Yavapai landscaping did a fabulous job installing our artificial turf. They shoes up on time and completed the job on also. They did a great job of cleaning up after the job was complete. Would recommend them-very professional

I contacted Liberty Tree Experts and the next day they had a slot open to come out.  They were the quickest to respond on my Yelp inquiry and even communicated with me via text to talk about the pricing.  The price to remove one tree and trim two palms was competitive.  The next morning, the crew arrived right on time, were FRIENDLY (which seems to be so rare these days!) and knocked out the job, cleaning up my yard in no time.  My husband and I were very pleased and will use Liberty to trim our trees in the future.  Thanks, guys-- we can now see the mountains from our backyard!

After a long search for a sensible tree care service that respects trees without neglecting functional and cosmetic needs, we settled on Heartwood Tree Care. Dakota, the arborist, took the time to understand client needs and provide education. On the day of service, Jason and his crew arrived promptly and did top notch work attending to our native and non-native trees. Highly recommended.

So on the phone was told 80 bucks to come from Prescott, he repaired one rubber membrane, after digging everything up within the boxed in cover, he had others and the one he replaced, to me showed no signs of wear, so he put a new one in, it's about the size of a mayonnaise jar cover.  On the phone I had to repeat several times where I live, was supposed to be here in the Am showed up around noon, he doesn't listen, he;\'s too busy telling you how great he is.  He then said I had a problem with one sprayer, which I usually just twist it back on , but he said it was leaking. In the end he told me he get 80 bucks an hour, cost 240...when he originally stated a little over 150 total. At least I watched and learned how simple it all was. 240 bucks ya gotta be kidding, paid and done, never again, the Trump Sticker on the truck should have told me something, also a suspected racist from the way he reffered to people of color, good fkg riddance to this mental midget

Happy Tree Guys quoted my job at a very competitive price and after seeing the quality of work they did on their website we chose them for our job. the crew showed up on time, did a fantastic job on our trees and left the yard cleaner than it was when they came. very pleased and will use them again

Bummer.  Based on other reviews, I had high hopes.  I would have liked to try out the service, but seems like they're having some challenges in the office.

In essence - No Call.  No Show.  

Called to request an estimate on a Monday morning (after getting no response for 3 days after filling out their web contact form).  It was easy and pleasant enough.  We set an appointment for Thursday between 2-5p.  So far, so good.

A couple hours later I see I have a missed call from the Chip-Off-the-Old-Block office.  No message.  So, I call back and give them my name.  They ask if I have a trimming that day or something... general confusion.  I talk to  2 separate people and what seemed to be a manager, who then confirmed my address and time for Thursday.  OK.  Odd, but still fine.

After rearranging my afternoon on Thursday, I wait... and wait... and wait...  Nothing.  No call.  No show.  I'm thinking, Did I give them wrong information?, but then I realize, no, they definitely have my # (they called me before) and they reconfirmed my address...  

I'm sure I must have slipped through the cracks or been dropped in some kind of administrative snafu -  or maybe they were just too busy.  Your mileage may vary, but it's like going into a retail store - if they don't have time for you, might as well shop somewhere else.

USE THIS GUY!!!!

I had a Massive tree in my front yard removed. The Tree Guy helped me, step-by-step, insuring that once the stump, Tree, were removed, that no sapplings, after growth, seedlings, would appear after the Tree was gone.
The Tree Guy is incredibly helpful and patient. Nice to work with people who are not only professional but genuinely Cool, too.
