Clara was very responsive to my emails and the workers who came to clean up my backyard and fix my irrigation were very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend getting your services from divine design. Another bonus is that you can pay with card online through their portal and request tickets.

Valentin and his crew did an exceptional job bringing our front and back yards back to their former glory. Well,  actually, better than before as I don't think they ever looked this good.

Valle Verde was quick to respond, quick to come out and see what we needed,  and provided a bid that was very reasonable. They scheduled the job and were very communicative about when and what time.

Given their commitment to excellence and customer service  their time on property can sometimes run long so they did arrive later than anticipated. But, again,  this was due to making sure the previous appointment was completed to their high standards. Valentin did, of course,  communicated this to me and keep me apprised of his progress. This was affirmed when they spent almost 7 hours (!) trimming, cutting, and cleaning our property. They even touched up areas I didn't even ask for.  I had even asked if they would plant a couple of cacti I just couldn't get to.

The invoice was exactly as agreed with the tiny extra charge for planning the cacti.

I cannot recommend Valle Verde enough. They are professionals from beginning to end. For any and all landscaping needs in the future,  they're my first and only call.

Rafael is the man. Great communication from start to finish. You can tell he wants to get it done right -- put in lots of extra time fixing little things to make his team's part of the job successful long term (e.g., rebuilding my irrigation valves/manifold).

I just bought a house and the previous owners landscaped it, but never set up an irrigation system.  I've been outside every day hand watering grass, trees, etc, so I called Nicholas to have him take a look and install a system. He has a ton of knowledge, and is definitely an expert in this field.  He came by and assessed everything, told me the plan, and began in about a week's time.  He did it right - and literally checked every spaghetti, and sprinkler head to ensure there were no dead spots, and that every plant was getting water.  He's meticulous, and cares about doing it right. If you've got a project like this, you need it done right the first time, otherwise you've got to dig up your yard again.  Nicholas is the guy to call.  I'm glad I went with him and I'm excited every time the sprinklers come on.

My yard was so overrun with weeds that the city was threatening to fine me.  They came out for an estimate on short notice, and had the job done for a competitive price within just a few days.  The job was done quickly and professionally, and I'm very happy with the results.

With them. After several conversations and promises they wanted my business. I set an appointment with them and 15 min before they were supposed to show up they said they don't service the area anymore. So many options out there don't waste time or money on this one.

Great customer service and their pre-emergent absolutely works. Hired them after we moved into our new place in Feb of 2020, not one weed for an entire year and just had them treat again in April. Great value and will be hiring every year.

I had a time scheduled to meet. They didn't bother showing up, and didn't bother to contact me. When i sent them a message that evening asking what happened they said they had a lot of work.

If you can't make an appointment, have the decency to let the people know instead of leaving them hanging. It would have taken what, 15 seconds to call/text and say you couldn't make it?

We had Sam and his team in for our backyard redo. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. His team built and installed a gazebo, built a pathway to the gazebo, a deck below it and installed artificial grass. The Greenheart team went above and beyond my expectations.  After multiple failed attempts looking for competitive quotes, I finally went with Greenheart Landscaping.  The team provided a very detail breakdown of all the work involved.  Thank you for your professionalism, flexibility and also given the high temperature you guys delivered.

This is just a review on their proposal process. We ended up going with a different company that fit our needs better but Mike came out to give us a quote and he was very communicative and professional! The pricing was still competitive and not far off from others. I think it was just our specific needs for our backyard situation that we went with someone else, but would definitely recommend this company to friends as an option for landscaping!

They came on Tuesday to look at what trees they were trimming and on Wednesday they cut my trees back. Fast and friendly service. They were on time which was nice and they got the job done.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY.

We wrote a check to Miguel and he deposited the check for 6x the amount written. It took multiple hours on the phone with our bank to sort out this issue, along with all the bank fees we were charged as he drained our account negative. Miguel laughed on the phone and blamed the overcharge on the ATM. He offered no resolutions or apologies to over-charging us THOUSANDS of dollars and we were left hanging, dealing with the aftermath.

This business lacks integrity.

EDIT: Miguel's response below is not accurate and is not truthful. This further shows his lack of acknowledgment in over-charging us thousands of dollars. Please beware when conducting business with them.

Sal's team was very responsive and communicative. They knocked out a landscape cleanup (removed a hot tub stand/deck), irrigation repairs, planted a new tree, and laid down new sod.

We had Hector & his father come out for one of our three estimates for ~500-600 square feet of pavers, 2 tons of rocks, and sprinkler system reconfiguration. They were prompt and on time for this appointment, then they blew us away with their pricing, so much so that I cancelled the last of the estimators. I had done my share of research on pavers prior to meeting with Hector and even still he was quite informative and understanding of our desires, encouraging, and gave great advice even though we had not agreed to use his company yet. Nevarez Landscaping also was able to start on the project ~1.5 weeks after the initial estimation with a 4 day completion timeline. Of course, they ended up finishing in 3 days. The work is guaranteed and this was proven when I had a small issue with the sprinkler system a few days after the project was finished, Hector came back with his crew and fixed the issue quickly (less than 1 hr) and left us as very happy customers. Their work is beautiful and we have been incredibly happy to have our new patio, steps to our workshop, and rock landscaping around our grass.

I highly encourage anyone looking for a landscaping/patio project to contact these gentlemen. Their work was impeccable, they were prompt, and their estimate was exactly what we paid. Very happy customers here!
