Best Landscapings in Phoenix, AZ

I am immensely frustrated and disappointed in the lack of communication, quality of work, ethic, and integrity of this company. We hired Divine Design by a referral to do a one-time clean-up of immense leaf, flower, and seed pod litter scattered in and around the river rocks in our backyard. They requested that we email photos of the area we wanted cleaned up in order for them to provide us with a quote which we agreed upon. (Our first mistake was not requesting that they actually send out a real person to look at the yard. I feel like this would have given us a better perspective on how they do business and treat people. Do not make this mistake. The crew that they actually sent out did not know the areas of work requested or anything that we initially agreed upon with the owner/office person and we had to try to get over the language barrier in order to explain it to them). We provided the photos to the company via email and responded to the quote (after they screwed it up several times) and tried to get the visit scheduled but we could not get a hold of anyone. This was ridiculous since we both use email and texting constantly in our day to day jobs and have NEVER had any problems with someone contacting us by any of those means. They eventually claimed that they tried to get a hold of us but we have no record of this at all. Why would we NOT respond? All we wanted was a response! It makes no sense that there are no reliable means of communication with these people. After much frustration and going back and forth, we finally somehow get the clean-up scheduled and they do an incomplete job, leaving behind most of the debris we actually wanted them to clean up. They also wasted time in our front yard, an area we did not request. My husband initially told the owner that it looked fine afterwards (unfortunately without him actually climbing up our slope at that moment and inspecting all of the cracks between the rocks from above) and we were billed. FIVE days later when he actually had the time, he went up onto the rocks and saw all of the debris left behind. He also noticed that there were multiple cuts/broken sprinkler heads leaking in our drip system so he had to replace these immediately. We have no idea how they managed to do so much damage to the drip system especially since they did such a poor job picking up the litter. They did remove two or three patches of dead grass that were also included in the quote so maybe it was then- we have no idea. We took photos of everything they missed/damaged and my husband emailed the owner that same day (the owner claimed it was a month later which is 100% false- we obviously have the email records) with all of this information but could not get a response from anyone. It was so frustrating and confusing because the office person then sent several email reminders to pay the bill but would not respond to any of our messages. After several weeks of this, the owner finally contacted my husband and accused him of not wanting to pay the bill. Huh? So you WERE getting our messages then? Why wouldn't you just call us back? They later again claimed that they tried getting a hold of us and could not (we are with our phones all day) but we have absolutely no record of any of attempts- wouldn't we have a voicemail or missed call or email? None of it makes sense. We could honestly care less about the bill. It's not about the money at all. All we wanted was for someone to reach back out to us and simply acknowledge the issue and apologize and try somehow to make it right. They never attempted to do any of this. How can you be ok with the job that was performed by your staff? Why wouldn't you want to make it right? We had super reasonable expectations. Communication and compassion go a long way, you guys. I am completely baffled by these positive reviews because we were treated so poorly and not communicated with at all. I so desperately wish we had a positive experience. The last time we tried to contact them for a solution, the office person, Clara, actually responded and very unprofessionally threatened to send our bill to collections. They have taken no responsibility for their actions or those of their workers. We are honestly so tired of wasting our time and energy trying to deal with this company. We do not understand how you can run a business this way and be sustainable. We should actually be sending you a bill for sprinkler parts and for the yard labor that I ended up doing myself. We should have just done it ourselves in the first place. Shame on you, Divine Design.

Highly recommend Valentin and his crew. We needed a large clean up done and they came in and got the job done.

Rafa and his team were nothing but professional, courteous and fast.  He finished our back yard around our recently installed saltwater pool both in half the time he estimated and weeks ahead of schedule.  Because his quote was so reasonable, we were able to add both larger box trees and landscape lighting to our yard, giving it a very welcoming, finished look.  As others have stated, we hardly ever want to go inside anymore-!  They truly gave us the gift of the outdoors again.  The Envision team is so hard-working, detail-oriented and take such pride in the artistry of their work, to the extent that when I said I was worried that our drip controller wasn't set properly, Rafa volunteered to make the long drive back to our place to verify it for himself.

Please disregard the review I wrote about Always Green Turf. I had mixed up this contractor with another one with a similar name, All Green Turf Pros, which was the actual contractor who did my turf job.

I did tell you and Ben that I did not like the finish of the concrete and you both blew me off about it. I also asked if the drainage is going to be done properly and as you can see it is not. I also reached out about the water issue and got no response on that. i know there were some changes, but most were an idea Ben had and said it would look better. I also had to have someone else plant the plants for a warranty. I made the change to put the wall on top of the pavers to help your guys not have to make so many cuts. I also wanted the Grass walkway in the front curved, but Ben said it was easier to do a straight one, so I agreed. There was a lot give and take on the job.

Removed my tree.  They were fast, communicated well, and had a better price than any other company.  Thank you Velasco!

Our yard looks so much better after the first visit cleanup! We would absolutely recommend and are excited to get on a monthly maintenance schedule.

I called Nature Home landscaping.  I talked to Miguel. He came to the house and gave me a quote for lawn maintenance and trimming and cleaning. I hired him and he said he would start the following Monday or Tuesday. I waited all day Monday and no show. Tuesday morning I called and asked when he was coming. No response. After several more messages he finally called back and said between 11-1pm. He was a no show. No call or text. This business is unreliable. I do not recommend it.

Our weeds on 1+ acre were out of control after the rain last summer. After a recommendation from a neighbor, we called custom weed & Pest Control. They made scheduling easy and they were professional and friendly. They have even been great about checking back in afterwards to make sure our yard is still doing well.

Our front and back yard needed a quick refresh of gravel. We called Geronimo Pacheco Landscaping to help with dispersing 25 tons of gravel throughout our yard. He and his team of 3, including the owner himself arrived on time with a bobcat and two wheel barrels. They had the rock dispersed, raked and tidied in under one day. Their attention to detail and care of the property and mature plants impressed me.
I hope and look forward to be able to work with them in future projects.A

Sam and team did an awesome job! Hired him to replace my irrigation valve and he ended up cleaning both my front and back yard and trimming a tree same day. Can't recommend this service enough.

We hired Greenheart to upgrade our irrigation, add concrete walls and pavers and update plants and lighting in the backyard.

Irene and her team were fantastic. She was thorough in her estimate and the design process was a great mix of what I was looking for and her expertise. She understood what we wanted and her team executed it exactly as planned.

At one point there was a slight miscommunication and they addressed immediately. She kept me informed on each step and there were no surprise costs.

This is my first landscaping project, and I could not have asked for a better team to help me transform my backyard. Turf Monsters AZ, especially Mike and Ryan, have exceeded my expectations on landscaping knowledge/design, customer satisfaction, and professionalism.

I am an indecisive person with limited creativity for landscaping, but Mike and Ryan made the process so much easier. Turf Monsters AZ offered many options for design, types of artificial turf, pavers, plants, as well as lighting. I had simple ideas on the appearance of my backyard, but they are truly experts in landscaping and were able to transcend my vision. With their help, I was able to add pet turf, pavers, borders, AND lights! My backyard used to be my least favorite area, but now is my favorite. They did a fantastic job, and I could not be any happier!

Cost was a priority for me when finding a landscaping company to work with. As a customer, I wanted a low/fair price that was within my budget, but I understand that companies need to profit too. Quality work is not cheap, but Turf Monsters AZ made it possible to get quality service at a reasonable price! I had researched 3 landscaping companies, and Turf Monsters AZ offered us the best price for everything we got. I am grateful that Mike and Ryan were able to work within my budget, and still brought my vision to life and more!

Words cannot even describe their outstanding professionalism. From the beginning to the end of the project, they continued to showcase efficiency, accountability, and patience. Since this was my first landscaping project, I had many questions and modifications. Mike and Ryan patiently resolved all concerns and provided great advice for ways to reduce cost or adjust the design.

Overall, this project was made possible thanks to Mike and Ryan. They have exceeded my expectations in all areas for this project! They are truly visionaries of landscaping, and I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Miguel Hernandez , Hernandez Landscaping did a great job for us.  His tree trimming was really good.  We were going to have him trim a Palo Verde that was huge ..... we had him and his crew remove it.... started it one day and finished the massive cleanup the next.  Left the yard looking clean.  Would recommend him ..... Also we felt that the price he charged was fair for the work performed.

I wish I could give Sal and his team 100 stars!

As a first time homeowner (and a solo one, at that), I was extremely nervous going into my landscaping project. I contacted multiple companies for quotes and from the start, Sal was the most communicative and friendliest person I worked with.

Even better? The quote was the most competitive I received. I had work to be done in both my front and back yards and Sal's quote encompassed all the work I wanted without cutting any corners (I can't say the same about some of the other people - I was quoted nearly twice as much for almost half the work).

Throughout the entire process the team was great - the were prompt, respectful, professional, and most importantly delivered a STELLAR final product. Sal answered all of my questions upfront and was sure to check in with me almost daily about the progress, any questions, and updates. I couldn't ask for anything more! My yards were a barren disaster before this, and now I have a beautiful entertaining space. I could not recommend Sal's Landscaping enough.

These guys are great! Incredibly professional, quick, and clean! We had them do about 4 days worth of work in the back yard and they completed it in 2! Hector and his guys were extremely punctual and reliable! They were working from 7am until 5pm in the dead of heat to ensure they completed the job as quickly and efficiently as possible.  Hector was very respectful and honest! While many other companies tried to rip us off, Hector worked with us on the price and his price was inexpensive from the start. I highly recommend these guys!!
