Best Landscapings in Phoenix, AZ

Hands down horrible!

First look at the reviews, most 5 stars are new yelpers while most 3 star and below are established accounts.  This is due to the fact that they offer a discount on your first service if you leave them a review. Also sort by date as it looks like the service has deteriorated over the last year or so.

I would like to tell of my full experience but it is way to long and I really do not have the time or energy to do so right now, so I will just state some points.

- Complete lack of communication with client and with their crews. Not getting responses back from texts or emails with me (some even started by them) and crews showing up and not doing any of what was asked to be done since last service. Supervisors showing up without a heads up (e.g. call, text, or email) to walk the property.

- Crews that just do not care.  Every single service was crap.  From tree/bush trimmings left, cutting down established bushes and trees (happen twice), not blowing yard with any care, not raking rocks, KILLED my grass (had been a beautiful green for 3 years straight), not trimming trees/plants, leaving a large and long mound of cut grass in yard, and destroying a beautiful mesquite tree.  There are plenty more problems but you get the point.

- Promises made by Clara that were not kept (i.e. credit to account that never happened)

- Crew stating that I got the service I paid for when I pointed out massive issues with their work after they were sent back to my house.

These are just some of the issues. Clara promises the world to try and keep customers but does not deliver on any of them!  I am still laughing that Clara asked me to take down my one star review when I was firing them, thinking someone else's review was mine because of how similar the bad service was.

UPDATE 9/28/2021

Clara called me this morning offering me a full refund if I take down this review.  I declined and stated that I was not going to take it down but would take the refund (she did not apricate that).  She then threatened to send me to collections today for the balance from yesterdays incomplete work.  She threaten to send me to collections for not taking down the review (that might be extortion, not sure). Threatened to take legal actions for defamation because of this review.  Told me I was just an angry man and no one would care about my little one star review that just copied other's one star reviews (guess everyone is getting the same bad service).   This is a horrible company that uses threats to get what they want.  Will update if any legal or collection actions are taken against us.

Valley verde came to do a first time cleanup and did a great job!!!  All weeds were gone, everything tidy and looking really awesome.  I am going to start using them bi monthly - good communication and follow up.    Reasonable rates too!!

Envision Landscapes and Pools is an amazing company.  They provide world class customer service from the beginning to end of the project.  They truly take the time to understand your vision and support, with possible options to enhance it.  You can tell that they are in business to take care of their customers needs and will not cut corners like other companies do.  From the person that provided me the quote, to the manager on sight working with his team to complete the project, I can honestly say were simply professional, detailed and amazing.  They truly have earned a loyal customer for life with me and my family.  Thank you for making our backyard vision come true!

I got a bid in November and called over the holidays for an install. After a couple of calls and emails I finally got an email back saying they would be with me the week after New Year's, and I haven't heard anything since. And I was a sure thing. They must not need my money.

Made an appointment to quote an irrigation project and they never showed up.

They did an amazing job with our yard! They responded quickly and promptly, would highly recommend!

Did a Amazing Job an reasonable Prices  I searched everywhere for  lawn maintenance with Good prices an everyone wanted to much Money I was about to get out there an do it Myself. Or Move .. LOL.   Until I came across this Company fast response an very professional

Miguel and crew did a great job removing an old Mulberry tree and a smaller one. They did a great job, good attitude and good clean up, and good price.

I appreciate how quickly they were able to schedule and treat for weeds. I have 0.6 acres of irrigated lawn. Other companies wanted me to wait until a truck was in the area, which would have been into March.  Custom Weed scheduled me within two weeks of my call. They were more expensive than others I spoke with for the same treatment, but Custom Weed warrantees their work. The others did not. If for some reason my weeds insist on growing three weeks from now, Custom Weed will re-treat. The warranty is good for three months. In the business of weeds, that is many lifetimes and worth the extra $40.  
Glad I found them.

Geronimo and his crew were great. They responded to my job request very quickly. He came out next day and gave me a quote. The job was done the next day. 5 stars!

our expectation and we've asked for a monthly service.

Showed up on time.  Reasonable price, left property clean after hedge removal.  Roots removed and ground leveled.  Very pleased with our experience.

Greenheart Landscapes was very responsive from the start and all the way through our front and backyard remodel.  We love our new yard, and are very pleased with the end product.  Irene and her crew were very professional and did very good work.  We were very happy with the paver install (2'x2') and the artificial turf.  We also thought they had very competitive pricing.

We CAN NOT say enough about the professionalism, quality and superior workmanship of the TURF MONSTER team.  Our backyard was a mess and after sharing our vision with Mike his team went to work! The scheduling and delivery of materials was flawless (despite severe paver shortages) and their very skilled craftsmen created a putting green OASIS with a paver design that is second to none.

We didn't stop with the hardscape and artificial turf,  they helped us design lighting for the front and backyard and also updated our irrigation.

Pricing... COMPETITIVE and fair
Quality... AMERICAN MADE with excellent installation
Design... SUPERIOR with attention to every detail
Personnel... SKILLED and professional

They also referred a sub contractor for sun screens and  all of our questions were answered with care and patience. We felt APPRECIATED as customers and they installed our turf and hardscape as if they would be enjoying it with us.  Their crew was great.  Call them out for a quote and judge for yourself. They have our vote of confidence in every category.

Quick response at a reasonable price. Met with me on a Thursday afternoon and we're here Saturday morning.

Cristo and his team are outstanding. They're a powerhouse group of quality work and efficiency. They're also budget friendly and Cristo is very creative & innovative with suggestions and ideas. I've worked with them on three separate projects and each time they've exceeded my expectations. I won't go anywhere else.

Miguel and his team did an outstanding job with our front yard. He was very responsive and completed the job in a timely manner. He has fair prices and great ideas! I trusted him with most of the designing and it looks great. Once we are ready for our backyard we will be using them again. Thank you!

Sal and his crew are outstanding craftsmen. We wanted an entire front yard remodel. Pavers, walls, turf, etc. The change is exactly what we were seeking. I was led to Sal's Landscape Construction through Yelp and SLC's 5 star reviews.
His crew's attention to detail is impressive, and Sal's imaginative suggestions added to the experience, which I initially was dreading to be honest. By day two, my wife and I enjoyed watching the processes going on. A day or two before they finished, she said she was going to miss them...
Overall, I highly recommend considering Sal and his crew if you're in the market for a landscape renovation.
