My grandson and myself have been redoing his bedroom. The previous closet doors were sliding doors. They limited your view to only half the closet when opened. The bifold doors that Mike installed solved that problem. The new bifold doors give a full view into the open closet now. Thanks Mike! Greatly appreciated!

We recently built a contemporary custom home. Unfortunately, our Builder switched out the original custom cabinet builders to put more money in his pocket with some inexperienced cabinet builders.   At the end of the day we have to redo all of our cabinets. We heard about Wonders of Wood from a friend that recently had their kitchen remodeled. Their kitchen is  now gorgeous and it only took a very short time from start to finish. Graeme and Jeff are perfectionists and were able to complete the work in a couple of days. Our kitchen island looks incredible just the way we envisioned it originally, when we designed our home. Fantastic experience with Shapira Builders! I cannot say enough good things about Dov and his crew.  I called for an estimate for trim repair, new exterior door, new patio posts and to have a pergola built. Dov came out, on time, prepared and actually took an interest in the job. He arrived with a tape measure and a note pad. I was immediately impressed. The crew started a few days later and finished in 2 days! They arrived both days on time and worked tirelessly to get the job done. They cleaned up on both days and didn't leave me with mess to clean up. I also appreciated some of the products Dov and his crew used, they weren't cheap looking and were meant to withstand the elements.

Throughout the process Dov communicated with me so I knew what was going on. All the work they did looks amazing and I couldn't be happier. I have a few more projects to complete and I will be definitely be using Shapira Builders again!

Alonzo was great. I had a cabinet door that was broken, and the manufacturer had discontinued them.
He rebuilt and reinstalled the door perfectly you can't even tell it was broken.

I may have already reviewed Jeremy, but just in case not, he's really extraordinary. He's worth all 5 stars and then some. He does an excellent job, shows up on time and is very professional. While you might have to wait awhile to see him (the good ones like him are busy,) he's worth the wait. On his first job with us, in our new home, I had a list of things for him to do a mile long. And to complicate things, we were still in the SF Bay Area, when Jeremy was here in the Valley doing the work. But he got everything 100% right...and then some. We've since used him again and again and he's now are forever, handyman.

Simply, the best I've worked with. Brings great attitude and energy, he also considers you as a client foremost.  I couldn't get anyone to work on my exterior door without having to buy a whole new door, because other guys don't have the skill or the willingness to do the actual carpentry work.  Jason is fantastic, it was energizing to me to see a master craftsman at work, I can't rate him highly enough.

JEREMY and his TEAM  are professional, friendly and detailed oriented. Not to mention extremely efficient. They installed my front door and baseboards in my home and also went the extra mile by replacing my leaking washing machine valve and offered to move my bedroom furniture back in place.

I'm using them for the second time for another project in Scottsdale because I was so impressed after the first project. Finding a contractor to manage a major remodel is harder than finding a life partner. At least, that's how it felt before I found Arizona Studs. I talked to contractors who were dismissive, some who were not responsive, and still others with less-than-stellar recommendations. But from the start, Joel at Arizona Studs was easy to work with and instilled a true sense of confidence. This was our guy! Joel managed a complete renovation of our 1956 original kitchen and living room, giving us a beautiful, open-concept living space with new floors, paint, doors, and of course ... a knock-down gorgeous kitchen. Joel was not only easy to work with, he was true to his word, showed up on time and when he said he would, and saw the project through from start to finish in just over a month. We were also really impressed with the sub-contractors Joel brought in, as all seemed to have the same work ethic and demeanor.

I found Joel Brust through his IG page, brust_carpentry. A friend who hired Joel's company to install fencing in her yard referred me to him. I rarely post Yelp reviews, but the professionalism, craftsmanship, reliability, and demeanor Brust Carpentry brings to the job site, was too outstanding to not login and write him a review. I had completely rotted out front gate posts, old rusty hardware, and a malfunctioning gate that would drag on the concrete pathway when opened. He was 5 minutes early to the job. Removed/demo's the existing old gate. Went the extra mile with cleaning out all rot and applying concrete along with the pressure treated/ground contact 4x4 posts that he brought for the job. Not to mention him and his employee, Collin were of the utmost integrity a homeowner could ask for. They built a custom gate to match the existing framing and pickets to the rest of the fence, and it looks amazing. It's unbelievable how sturdy and diligent the completed work is. And there was not a single piece of scrap wood left behind. Don't shop anywhere else, these guys are gems.

Jon at GCS Woodworks provides great service and completes projects well.  He repaired a side gate at my home, which I need to have secure due to the pool in the backyard.    Jon was punctual, completed the repairs as scheduled, and was really courteous and polite.    Out of the several quotes I received from various companies, Jon took the time to explain the repairs needed, answered all my questions, and reviewed the gate.  He is knowledgeable and courteous.   I would definitely call him again for future projects.

I had a great experience working with Marilyn and Gil to make custom stair nosing for my home.  I had purchased a solid bamboo flooring, but the manufacturer did not make stair nosing in this product.

I was recommended to Contact Classic Millworks and met with Marilyn the same day.  She was able to make me a prototype by the next day in order to keep my project on track.  

Gil crafted the nosing for my project and was very personable while discussing my project and sharing advice for completing it.

Overall, this is a great family owned and operated business and I highly recommend them.

Jason was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. My coffee table is a masterpiece and I am so happy with the final product. 5 stars!!!!

JAG is THE BEST place to get your home worked on! Jaimes response time is great and he really understands my vision! My roof was leaking & came & looked at it & gave me a very reasonable price! No more leaks! He also gave me an estimate for some built ins I want in our living room. He has made my home renovation a breeze, I am so thankful to Jaime! Will be getting all my services from JAG from now on!
