We had a leak from the condensate drain clog in the attic. Terry from King Plumbing was great, professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He did a great job. I am extremely satisfied with his work.

I had a really expensive quote from another AC company for a massive rip-and-repair of existing ductwork and an old AC unit, so I wanted a second opinion.  Kevin was prompt, professional, and smartly suggested just replacing some crushed ducts to fix the hot rooms before doing anything else.  Doing incremental work to see how much it helps before the massive repairs was appreciated and much more cost effective.  He also took the time to measure the current/power draw on my older AC unit to see how well it is performing to its SEER rating.  Highly recommend Kevin for any HVAC work!

The service technicians were quick to respond. They were professional and cost was very reasonable.  I was very pleased with their service, so I had them service my daughters A/C.  They found an issue caused by a previous company that was causing the A/C not to run efficiently.  It was corrected. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

Last Thursday at around 4:30pm when my wife got home she realized our upstairs AC wasn't blowing cold air.
We discussed for a moment waiting till I got home to take a look at it (since I do many of our home repairs myself) but quickly concluded that we should get a technician out to our house ASAP or we'd likely need to wait till the next morning.  My wife called Canyon State a few minutes after I got off of the phone with her (maybe 4:45pm) and was pleased to learn that a technician would be out to our house (we live in Surprise) between 5 and 7 pm.

Astonishingly, the technician (Jake) knocked on the door shortly after 5pm!

He quickly determined that the problem was with the outdoor unit corresponding with the upstairs AC (a motor had failed, and the unit was evidently SUPER hot)

We approved the replacement for that motor, and by 6:10pm I was paying the bill for the completed repair (using a slick iPad app - which wasn't really a factor, but was cool to see how they were using modern technology to make transactions easier).

We had a cool upstairs by bedtime, and I couldn't be happier with how everything went.

If anything breaks again, I'll definitely be calling Canyon State (saved them to my phone as a contact :)

Joe is the best. He was able to come out right away to replace a condensation pipe on my roof and check over the A/C. When he was on the roof he found I had a pretty bad pigeon problem. When I should have had to call a pest control guy to clean off the roof, Joe came back the same week to clean off the roof. He truly went above and beyond and charged a very reasonable price. Should I have any A/C needs in the future I will definitely not call anyone else!

Robert was friendly and gave me a lot of information. He did not just try to tell me that my unit needed to be replaced. (Like the 4 other companies who came to my house for 5 minutes). He actually told me I had options. He spent an hour and half here but in the end I decided to have my entire unit(s) replaced. Kevin who came out to do the measurements was great. He was friendly and at no point made me feel like I had to buy new unit(s). He also was informative and polite. On the day of the install, they were organized and finished the job the same day! They were here for over 10 hours, because they were so concerned about doing the job just right. They did not leave a mess either. The only thing that happened was that someone stepped through the drywall above the bathroom. But that was not a problem at all because they sent someone out to have it fixed right away. And now it looks good as new (like it never happened). During the install I could not really give them the attention they deserved because I was extremely ill. But my mom was there to assist them with anything they needed or asked. About two days later, I received a get well card from their company. Overall this company is a fantastic company, and I am so happy that I choose them over anyone else. I will not have any problem referring them to anyone who needs this type of services. Needed help with our central air. Derek responded to my Yelp request right away. He got here quickly even before his ETA and was able to assess the situation and help resolve it the same day. He also provided more solutions and ways to improve air later on as needed. He was kind and understanding of my concerns. Would definitely recommend!

Just had Mike come out and get my A/C in to spec for the sale of my house. He was prompt, knowledgeable and very courteous. The work was explained to me as he went along and it was done in a timely manner. His rates are very reasonable especially considering the high quality of the work performed. Up front. Honest. Professional. These guys did an amazing job cleaning my ducts and vents. They were honest about time frames and with what services were included. I'm ready to use them again for the next cleaning I need done.

Needing an Air Conditioning repairman equals the question Can I trust them?  I live miles out of town, and too often when I hire someone, they simply don't show up and won't return my calls after they learn how far I am.  Alternative Air kept me updated on their progress with their previous appointment and showed up exactly on time.  Ten minutes later, the job was done.  All I needed was a new capacitor.

We were given their card from a friend who had nothing but glowing reports.  We were given the opportunity to try them out, since our a/c was out upstairs.  They were honest, courteous, reliable and quite knowledgeable.  Would definitely recommend them!

After being unhappy with our HVAC Service Company, I tried Mountainside Air in Phoenix.  Steve came out this morning at the time they said they would be here, I couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. He was great, on top of that they are very nice people that provide great customer service. I highly recommend this Company.

Pineapple Air installed my new AC unit a couple of months ago. They did an excellent job and I love my new AC!!

A couple of weeks after my AC was installed, John personally came out to do a quality check and make sure everything was working appropriately.

The Smart Thermostat they installed keeps me aware of any issues. Today, on a Sunday morning, I noticed my AC temperature was not where I had set the thermostat. I called John and he was there within an hour to fix it! The issue was just a loose wire. My AC is working wonderfully once again!!

You know how when you find good people, it's evident? Good people have a certain way they talk, a certain way they walk, a certain way they help you through things.

Gerald and his team, (which I think consists mostly of his family) are just plain good people.

We had the unfortunate circumstance to have both of our A/C units experience issues in the summer of 2020 (of course, need I say more?). By the time we started talking with Gerald, I had already been on an a/c contractor parade. I buy nothing that will cost 10k+ without shopping around, so we're talking Excel spreadsheet comparison with all the different quotes, ideas, suggestions, etc... (Side note: if you'd like my spreadsheet, shoot me a message and I'll happily send it over).

I can say Gerald wasn't the least expensive option on the list, but was definitely one of the better prices, and his company offered a labor warranty that was 2.5x longer than the next closest installer. Bang for the buck-- this was a no-brainer.

On install day his team showed up and they're delightful. I can't imagine working in 100+ degree heat in an attic all day, so I honestly couldn't be more thankful. They're polite, informative and again, just plain good people.

I watched our old stuff hit the road and the new stuff come in, and wow. Totally awesome.

I was looking for a contractor to install a complete heating and a/c unit. Calling most of the directory listed companies, I could not get anyone to come out to bid. Then I ran across this new business R&R, what a find! Ray came out as scheduled and on time. He is very knowledgeable and patiently went over the details of his design. I had total confidence in his plan. We scheduled the install and Ray not once disappointed us. He made every appointment and not one late show up. Our system performs perfect! I highly recommend this business.

We needed to have our units tuned up and decided to use Kyle after some research. First, we love the fact that Kyle supports our military, first responders and Police. Second, he was very professional and very straightforward. There is no trying to sell you extra anything! Any and all questions I had for him he was able to answer and explain so I understood. He was a little late which was fine because he did call to let me know (15 minutes late maybe). Once he arrived, he introduced himself and I reiterated what we were looking to have done and for his opinion on any other issues that may arise. Kyle went straight to work, and fortunately for us, he did not see any other issues (phew). He is a small company but we felt he was truly honest, he knew what he was doing and he will not try and sell you something you don't want or need. We will be using him again for our next tune up and when we replace our units, he will be the one we go to. Thank you so much Kyle Wilson for your honesty and exemplary work.
