I needed to have a new cold supply line and shutoff valve replaced on my water heater. I called around and felt comfortable with King's responsiveness. Randy and Brendan showed up within 20 minutes and had the job completed quickly and professionally. They answered all my questions and were great to work with. I highly recommend King for fair pricing and quality service.

Kevin identified an issue previous AC specialists didn't. A cap on the tube before the p-trap was missing. Led to fire truck rollout due to water spilling into the smoke alarm. Kevin didn't charge. He is trustworthy, fast, and highly knowledgeable. Recommend him for system checkups or repairs. He also will give truthful assessment about system replacement if needed.

Highly recommended! The owner Raul is extremely knowledgeable and honest. He showed up as scheduled and ready to get the job done. I hired him after I hired another AC person who was trying to rip me off or did not know much about AC.

Our house was 100 degrees inside because our air conditioning broke in the Phoenix summer. We have a home warranty company but because they couldn't get anyone to us right away they allowed us to call an out of network contractor. We chose Canyon State after the positive reviews. When I call I explained that we could pay up front costs and seek reimbursement from the warranty company later BUT the technician would need to speak with our warranty company to have the repairs authorized. They said ok
The technician arrived and it was suddenly a different story. The technician was there to collect his service fee but refused to talk to the warranty company. The technician left us with a non working air conditioning and a 100 degree house because they refused to get authorization from our warranty company.
So disappointed with Canyon State and clearly they don't care about ac repair at all...just collecting a service fee
I would not recommend Canyon State to my worst enemy. They come for their service fee but don't want to get authorization from the warranty company to do the actual repair.

Excellent! The best I could have asked for. He had my AC running in under 3 mins. Extremely kind and professional. If someone is combing out to work on the home it's always nice if they're friendly and easy to be around.

I just love this company!! They totally revamped our entire A/C system including a new unit and an entirely new duct system in 2013. We had messed around with a home warranty company for two years trying to repair an out of date and dilapidated system. Unfortunately, we were lured away by Goettl Air when a plumbing job went south. Friday, 6/24/16, our A/C quit cooling. I called Goettl where I got the run around and was told they could not send a tech out until 7/1/16. Then it would be $79 for a service call. The A/C is still under warranty and we were supposed to have a club membership with them. I told them to forget it.
I called Cool Touch and was told a technician would be out Monday. I have a respiratory condition and if I had remembered to tell them that they would have had someone out to our house the same day. Troy came out Monday. The problem was a manufacture error with a machine weld on a small copper tube. He fixed the problem quickly and recharged the system. Now blessed cool air is flowing through our house once again. The best part is there was no charge for the repair or the service call. It was totally covered under warranty. We immediately signed up for the maintenance contract and will never leave Cool Touch again!!! Another great job, Cool Touch and Troy!!!

Mark did an excellent job replacing our 40 gallon  water heater. He came on time and completed the job in no time. Mark is very pleasant and I highly recommend his company

Derek was on it! My A/C went out in the middle of night,  and he was the 1st one to respond and able to get here the fastest! Total life saver! Definitely recommend this company if you need any service!

Came home from vacation to find one of our units wasn't working and it was 112 outside, terrible time to have that happen. Contacted Mike through Yelp on Sunday night and he was out first thing the next morning.  He diagnosed the problem, picked up the correct parts and had it repaired before lunch the same day, on top of that the price was reasonable. Thank you Mike for the fantastic response time and professionalism, you will be our only call for maintenance, repair, and replacements going forward.

Up front. Honest. Professional. These guys did an amazing job cleaning my ducts and vents. They were honest about time frames and with what services were included. I'm ready to use them again for the next cleaning I need done.

Our A/C stopped working, of course, in the middle of the summer.  I read the Yelp reviews and decided to give Alternative Air a call first to see if they could come out.  I was expecting to be told that we would have to wait a few days before someone could come out.  I was pleasantly surprised to be told that a technician would be over in about 40 minutes due to a cancellation.  The technician, Gage, arrived within the promised timeframe.  Gage was courteous and helpful.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the part and was all done within a half hour of arriving.  I have never had issues with an A/C unit before so I'm not sure what everything costs but I did pay less than I expected.  I would definitely recommend them and will call them again for any A/C issues.

We thought our fan motor was burned out. They could have easily agreed with us but after they checked, it was only a loose wire left by another company. The price for repair was very reasonable. I would have to say they are Professional, on time, respectful, and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

Pineapple air came to the rescue when our air conditioning went out on a Friday night! We opted to replace our units since they were 26 years old. Pineapple air was very honest and clear about our options, and gave us all of the information to make an informed decision.

Then I ran across this new business R&R, what a find! Ray came out as scheduled and on time. He is very knowledgeable and patiently went over the details of his design. I had total confidence in his plan. We scheduled the install and Ray not once disappointed us. He made every appointment and not one late show up. Our system performs perfect!
