I can't say enough about the customer service from King Plumbing & AC.  Just as luck would have it the AC in my home stopped cooling on a weekend in July, it was just running constantly.  I posted a message on Yelp that following Monday morning. King Plumbing was THE ONLY company who could come out that morning.  Luis and James arrived right on time. Both were very polite, professional and honest. They noticed the unit was low on coolant, recharged it and cool air had returned.  Next step was to reach out to Old Republic, the home warranty company, to get the AC repaired or replaced.  They sent out some shotty company who charged me 75.00 just to tell me nothing was wrong, didn't even check anything except to tell me the unit had plenty of coolant. No duh  since King had just been out a day prior.  This company then closed out the service ticket with no problem found. I called Old Republic back and stated there was a reason why the unit was so low on coolant and insisted either they repair or replace the unit.  Since King Plumbing & AC is also a contractor for Old Republic, I demanded that they open a new ticket to King.  Luis and James came out again, went up in the attic and found multiple leaks in the coil. Luis worked with the manufacturer to locate a replacement part which was so nice of him. A part was found and the insurance company approved the repair with no cost to me.  Luis and James came back out once the part arrived, replaced it and now the AC works great.  I even signed up for the maintenance plan offered by King so now twice a year the unit can be inspected so no more summer without AC.  There are so many AC companies in Maricopa County but if you are looking for a company with honesty, integrity, that goes above and beyond, by all means, look no further than King Plumbing & AC. I have dealt with a lot of AC technicians over the years as I have nursed along my old Goodman units, and I finally reached a point where it was time to replace the worst of the 2 as funds would not permit a full replacement of both.  I found Quantum's address as being local to me and Kevin the owner came out same day to quote me a price.  On first meeting him he handed me a business card, shook my hand, and introduced himself - the first sign of a professional.  I explained that I wanted a replacement quote, but instead of going into hard-sell mode (which is what I am used to) he asked if a repair was an option - and proceeded to inspect the unit and climb up into my attic.  Identifying that my unit was low on R22 even though it had only been refilled a week ago he offered to refill it, I declined as obviously there was a leak but Kevin offered to put some recycled R22 in there to keep me going over the weekend - for FREE, and R22 is anywhere up to a hundred dollars a pound right now.  After all of this he never asked for a penny and had my new system quote with me just 2 hours later.

You simply do not find AC technicians like this in the valley - even the good ones are not THIS good.  Kevin is quite exceptional.  I have lived here for 15 years and this is the first positive AC technician review I have posted, ever.  Get on his schedule, you shouldn't even consider anyone else, and no I am not a friend or relative - this review is 100% genuine.

The service technicians were quick to respond. They were professional and cost was very reasonable.  I was very pleased with their service, so I had them service my daughters A/C.  They found an issue caused by a previous company that was causing the A/C not to run efficiently.  It was corrected. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

So my first Impression from the company was really positive but after I signed on the dotted line things changed...the system was to be installed in one day and all trash was to be removed same day. I left the installers and headed off to work. When I got home everything seemed to be in order other than all the trash they left in my front yard. The next morning I headed up into the attic to look at the new unit and I was not happy. There were exposed wires just left lying in the attic, the changes to the air intake that were discussed in the contract had not been done and there was a 2 inch gap in the air duct cooling my attic not my home. I called the office and left a message for Mike and received no response. I called the following day and they finally had someone come take away the old unit. After 2 more visits they finally got the hole fixed and wires taped off. As I was talking to the tech about the repairs I asked where the air scrubber/UV light was located that was included in my contract. The Tech told me it hadn't been installed and it was never in his work request. So I called Mike and he assured me it was an honest mistake and that they weren't trying to cheat me. The Trane unit seems to be doing great and I am happy with it but the customer service was differently lacking. I wish I could say I just caught them on a bad day but this was over 3 weeks. Hopefully they can work on this and insure it doesn't happen to others.

Hottest day of the year, our A/C unit went out! (Of course). Warranty company couldn't come out for 2 days...Found Joe on Yelp...he came out a few hours later in the evening, was here about 45 min. He did a temp fix until warrant company came out...cool air!!

When I asked how much, I was a little nervous. He said I'm not charging you for that, how about a handshake a good review on Yelp

Thanks to Brannen, we're running cool again. We had a spot of bad luck with a tech who wasn't quite up to Cool Touch snuff but Brannen came out first thing next day and fixed the mistake. He was very nice - exactly what I'd expected from my first experience with Cool Touch. He took the time to explain what went wrong and really made my husband and I feel like valued customers. He even wore those blue carpet-saving booties. We'll definitely be back - and we'll be looking at turning our water heater needs over to them since I learned that they handled those as well.

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!
Will definitely call Safe Dry Out for any future plumbing needs.

We really loved working with Mike on our recent service. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and we appreciate the time he took with us to explain our system and upgrade options. His prices seem to be very reasonable and very competitive.

I just bought a home and I wanted duct/vent cleaning to be done on the entire home before I officially move in.

James came right away to do it. He was friendly, made sure to check in with me before any work needing to be done, and provided me with photos/videos with work he's done.

Had a tech come out for a seasonal inspection, everything went great.  Guy showed up on time, and went about with the job.  He also made some recommendations which I liked and the best part is the flat service fee.  I will differently use these guys again.

My AC stopped blowing cool air and we found Ken through Google and contacted him.  He came within an hour and knew what the problem was right away and fixed it on the spot.  His service was quick and very professional.  I would have Ken do all of my heating and cooling services when needed.  Thank you Ken!

Steve and Tom came out and put a couple mini split systems at my house a few months ago and they did a really great job! The mini splits are great for only cooling my living room during the day and my bedroom at night and I'm really enjoying the cheaper electric bill that I had last month. They seemed pretty knowledgeable and answered all the little questions I've had since the install. Tom let me know that I could call or text whenever I needed help or more information which was nice! I've recommended them to a lot of my family and friends since then and a few months in, I've had no issues with their work! Very professional job!

Even though I didn't get to call them till around 330pm, JP (owner) came out that same night.   He was very thorough in explaining all the issues with our unit & provided details of the reasonable options he could offer us. His customer service was top of the line & this is why we decided to go with them to get our new unit.  Upon delivery & installation, his crew (Chino, Gunner & Christian) extended that same level of excellent customer service.  We were blown away, from beginning to end.  Even with some of the challenges we faced, they were here every step of the way to get it all squared away. Our wall unit gas heater wasn't working.  Ray responded quickly, scheduled an inspection, showed up on time, repaired the heater, and charged a reasonable price.

I highly recommend Kyle Wilson for AC service and repair. Not only were he and his tech knowledgeable about the specific problems with my system but the cost of service and repair was very fair. Kyle responded within the hour when I had and follow-up issue (which he resolved in less than 15 minutes after his arrival). As a consumer, I always prefer to make a well-informed decision which I felt I was able to do based the recommendation and details Kyle provided. I appreciate not being upsold for things that aren't needed.
