I had a great experience with King Plumbing for a backup issue at my rental property. They responded promptly, clearly communicated the issue, resolved the issue in a timely manner, and were reasonably priced. They documented everything well and were friendly to work with.

I had a really expensive quote from another AC company for a massive rip-and-repair of existing ductwork and an old AC unit, so I wanted a second opinion.  Kevin was prompt, professional, and smartly suggested just replacing some crushed ducts to fix the hot rooms before doing anything else.  Doing incremental work to see how much it helps before the massive repairs was appreciated and much more cost effective.  He also took the time to measure the current/power draw on my older AC unit to see how well it is performing to its SEER rating.  Highly recommend Kevin for any HVAC work!

The service technicians were quick to respond. They were professional and cost was very reasonable.  I was very pleased with their service, so I had them service my daughters A/C.  They found an issue caused by a previous company that was causing the A/C not to run efficiently.  It was corrected. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

Your audit tech, Ken Kucera was nothing short of perfect in professionalism, knowledge, service and just being a great guy. My husband, Jack, is a retired electrical engineer, residential & commercial contractor and a Jack of all trades and he loves to test the knowledge of people in the service industries he understands. Many people don't make the grade, but Ken was able to describe, in technical detail, what the audit process was, why it was being done, what the equipment did and what the data meant. He answered all of our questions and easily chatted in tech talk with Jack.

When the audit results were ready, Ken explained what he had found, what he suggested needed to be done and what additional things we may want to do in the future to make our home as efficient as possible. He did not push services or hard sell us, he simply offered information and willingness to be of service in any capacity Canyon State AC could provide.

We scheduled Canyon State to come out to fix the ducting in the attic. Kyle Hicks & Albert Espinoza arrived on time, with all the parts, materials and tools necessary to complete the job and did so in the estimated time. They left the work site clean and removed all the old ducting. Using your partner company to blow in insulation was as painless as working directly with Canyon State. APS sent out an inspector to make sure all the work was completed properly. We got their thumbs up.

A few months later (June 2015) we turned on our HVAC for the first time since Canyon State did an all points check up on our unit. We found that it was turning on and running but it was blowing out outside ambient temperature air. We called Canyon State and explained our issue. Because they had our warranty info on file, they noticed our warranty was due to expire in the following four days. Canyon sent out Gabe Maestas that day and he found a blown control board. He ordered it and it arrived in 2 days that same day Gabe was out to replace the board. While he was replacing it he found the start components also had blown, suggesting we had had a power surge between when they serviced it the first time and when we turned it on the in June. Gabe offered to install a surge protector, we said do it. Oh, and they didn't charge us for these last two service calls, just for the surge protector. What could have cost us nearly $1,000 ended up costing us $120. THANK YOU Canyon State!

Can't say enough positive things about our experience! With a high of 111 degrees and our thermostat totally shutting down after hours, Cool/Hot Guys was my third call and the only one who was helpful. He made it out within a couple of hours and was communicative along the way, knowing that there was weather coming in and our service call couldn't be completed if it was raining. He showed up within the estimated time and quickly found the problem which was a melted part due to poor installation. He truly seemed to charge us the bare minimum and did not take advantage of the situation. I will definitely use him in the future for any other HVAC needs and also recommend to anyone in need.

I had an AC issue and needed it to be taken care of ASAP.  It was about 7pm in the evening and they were able to send out a tech minutes after I called.  The tech showed up, was very nice and helpful, and showed me what to do incase the AC went out again (it was really an electrical issue and the electrician wasn't able to come out right away).  Their service fee was only a few dollars more than my home warranty service fee, which was totally worth it for the same day (evening) service.

Mark did an amazing job on the installation of my garbage disposal.  Also reasonably priced.  Will definitely call him for my Plumbing needs.  Recommended.

Derek was on it! My A/C went out in the middle of night,  and he was the 1st one to respond and able to get here the fastest! Total life saver! Definitely recommend this company if you need any service!

I came home from work on a 109-degree Friday evening to find my upstairs A/C unit blowing hot air.  I called Mike at Cooler Tymes and he was at my house within an hour, even updating me by text along the way.  Everything about the experience was outstanding. Mike is both highly professional and refreshingly personable.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty part, all at a very fair price.  I am so pleased with the service Mike provided, and I highly recommend Cooler Tymes!

James was very responsive from the beginning and was able to schedule a duct cleaning service fairly quickly after my house was painted fairly. Did a bunch of quote requests from Yelp and James' quote was the most reasonable.

The actual job was done on time and perfectly. Dustin and Chris the two technicians took care to not leave my house dusty after the cleaning and also took care to not damage or scratch my freshly painted walls and ceiling.

Remote diagnostics that were attached to my AC units showed me all the functions were within parameters and there was never an attempt to upsell anything.

We even get pictures of all the vents in all their gory details post job.

Our A/C unit went out probably on one of the hottest days. This was not only an inconvenience but it was an expensive inconvenience. We called Alternative Air and they were able to come out the same day to diagnose the issue. They gave us a few options on a replacement unit and replaced it the very next day.

We had shopped around and these guys gave us  the most fair and honest quote. But what stood out the most was how professional Avnel is. He made sure to check for leaks and made sure everything was in good working order before he left. We recommend Alternative Air to anyone looking for a good, reliable and honest HVAC company. We were given their card from a friend who had nothing but glowing reports.  We were given the opportunity to try them out, since our a/c was out upstairs.  They were honest, courteous, reliable and quite knowledgeable.  Would definitely recommend them!

Great company-- Tom is wonderful! He came out of his way to check out our AC situation and give us a quote that was much better than the previous company we had come out for a new one. We got it installed the following week, which is way faster than we thought! They came early in the morning and it was done before the summer heat kicked in! Woohoo to an updated AC! Oh and they fixed a few things that weren't right from the last time someone was up there before we bought the house. They are amazing! And they come to check on the install 2 weeks later. I had someone out to my house in just a few hours and my AC back in good condition all in the same day. Prices seemed fair and the technician was polite and professional.

Wow am I impressed!  Today I had the pleasure of experiencing a true professional installation of my new Ameristar Heat Pump and Reehm Hot Water Heater by a team from AirZona HVAC.  The two Gentlemen Gerald and Scott arrived on time and looking professional.  We reviewed the project and they answered the few questions I had confidently and professional.  Gerald and Scott then went about removing my 20+ year old Mobile home system and replacing it.  The work went very smoothly and  everything was cleaner then when they arrived!  
I am now relaxing in my cool living room and marveling at how quiet the new unit is.  I couldn't be happier.  Thanks to the professional team at AirZona!

Our wall unit gas heater wasn't working.  Ray responded quickly, scheduled an inspection, showed up on time, repaired the heater, and charged a reasonable price.

I highly suggest giving Kyle Wilson a call when you have any problem with your AC unit. I had a compressor blow out on me, and Kyle was the only person I called who was able to get there within a few hours to quickly diagnose the problem and give me some very affordable options on how to fix it. It turns out I needed a new unit, and his quote was well below (~$1500) all of the others I received for a brand new American Standard/Trane unit. Kyle and his associate were able to change out the unit in an hour and a half and he was more than professional throughout the entire process. Go with Kyle if you want to deal with an honest company who won't gouge you when you are in a bind with no AC.
