They sent a seasoned plumber who said that he did not like the price that I would be charged to change an outside spigot. So he gave me a lower price. Was not sure if this is a line that he tells everyone. Not happy about the price. On the first try, the fitting leaked. The second try worked.

I had Kevin come over and he installed a very nice roof top trane unit for me. I got a few reasonable quotes from other companies and some very unreasonable but Kevin still beat them all. I was very impressed with his knowledge and how he actually genuinely cares about his clients. Thank you for all your help though the process. It was a flawless install process and everything is working well. Other companies have had to come back and didn't have everything on the install day.

Great service at reasonable prices. Arthur showed up to my house early the day after Christmas and resolved the issue quickly. He cleaned my HVAC system and tested it to make sure it was working at peak performance. I would strongly recommend RMIII AC and Heating. A+

Canyon State to the rescue. My air conditioner died last Friday & I spent the weekend trying to figure how what to do & how much to spend. Something reasonably priced but also could be taken care of quickly. I combed the APS Qualified Contractors, reviewed them on Yelp, & checked for their ROC license.

I came across Canyon State and could not be more impressed or happy with their service. I received a quote from James Dunkins but it wasn't just one! He took the time to give me four prices on one sheet and an extra price contained in the email. Canyon State uses Trane products & the quotes included RunTru. I never heard of this but looked it up, read the reviews, & saw it too was a Trane product.

The prices was definitely right but more importantly, to me, was the customer service. It didn't feel like it was a massive push or over eager sale. There wasn't an upscale but a genuine, how can we help you? The fact that they also had a portable A/C to help me survive until they could I stall also helped.

James was patient & indulged all of my questions. He was thoughtful in his responses & the tone of his voice made me feel like a friend instead of some rando new potential customer. When he came on Sunday to set up the portable A/C & measure, I felt even more confident in the decision to go with Canyon State.

The first year of service (2 checks) are included with a proposal for maintenance plan to be given at the second service. The warranty for the new install is reasonable as well. I really appreciate the upfront pricing & how it is a flat fee. No hidden surprises. No up sales. No pressure.

I am extremely happy with Canyon State & this all started with James. The techs who installed the unit & set up the thermostat were professional, competent, & personable. Each person I spoke with made me more confident with the purchase.  I don't feel like they're going to forget about me or that I was just another bottom line $$$. This is a small, family run business that has been around for over 30 years.

Joe came out to inspect my A/C system since it has been underperforming for the last month.  I wanted to make sure there wasn't a larger issue and that the system has just hit its max with this heat.  I had called two other companies that weren't even willing to come out.

Not only did he come over the same day, but since there were no issues with the system, he didn't charge me anything.  And he ended with, a very sincere Do you have any more questions?

That last part is what really caught my attention.  At 2:30 in the afternoon mid-August, having not made any money on the call, still seeing if he can provide customer education.  Very rare to see that kind of professionalism, and it was deeply appreciated.  He certainly won me as customer.

I just love this company!! They totally revamped our entire A/C system including a new unit and an entirely new duct system in 2013. We had messed around with a home warranty company for two years trying to repair an out of date and dilapidated system. Unfortunately, we were lured away by Goettl Air when a plumbing job went south. Friday, 6/24/16, our A/C quit cooling. I called Goettl where I got the run around and was told they could not send a tech out until 7/1/16. Then it would be $79 for a service call. The A/C is still under warranty and we were supposed to have a club membership with them. I told them to forget it.
I called Cool Touch and was told a technician would be out Monday. I have a respiratory condition and if I had remembered to tell them that they would have had someone out to our house the same day. Troy came out Monday. The problem was a manufacture error with a machine weld on a small copper tube. He fixed the problem quickly and recharged the system. Now blessed cool air is flowing through our house once again. The best part is there was no charge for the repair or the service call. It was totally covered under warranty. We immediately signed up for the maintenance contract and will never leave Cool Touch again!!! Another great job, Cool Touch and Troy!!!

Mark did an excellent job replacing our 40 gallon  water heater. He came on time and completed the job in no time. Mark is very pleasant and I highly recommend his company

Needed help with our central air. Derek responded to my Yelp request right away. He got here quickly even before his ETA and was able to assess the situation and help resolve it the same day. He also provided more solutions and ways to improve air later on as needed. He was kind and understanding of my concerns. Would definitely recommend!

Saved me from spending nearly a thousand dollars on unnecessary repairs!  I was receiving complementary AC tune-ups from a big name AC company because I'm a first responder. On a recent tune-up, the technician found a leak in my evaporator coil and faulty capacitors on my 2yr old Lennox unit.  My AC has a 10yr parts warranty but I was responsible for labor costs and I was told that labor was going to be about $1000. I thought it was odd that a 2yr old unit would already be having problems (and the labor costs seemed high) so I called the manufacture for advice and they referred Cooler Tymes among others. I talked to Mike, the owner, and he came over the same day. He checked over everything and found there was nothing wrong with my system! He even looked at the other company's paperwork which said my capacitor numbers were bad and he showed me the numbers were actually fine. That and if repairs were necessary, he would have charged a fraction of what the big name company was going to charge. Thank you again Mike! I will definitely be using Cooler Tymes for any of my AC services in the future!

These guys were extremely thorough, professional, and considerate. The vents in my very very old rental were painted over but they actually removed them to make sure they got all of the dust out of my home.

I'm already breathing better. The before and after, while alarming and disgusting, thrilled me.

They are not going to try and upsell you like other companies. Their word is their bond. And I know that's because I tried price shopping with about six other companies before choosing Suttle Air.

Our A/C unit went out probably on one of the hottest days. This was not only an inconvenience but it was an expensive inconvenience. We called Alternative Air and they were able to come out the same day to diagnose the issue. They gave us a few options on a replacement unit and replaced it the very next day.

We had shopped around and these guys gave us  the most fair and honest quote. But what stood out the most was how professional Avnel is. He made sure to check for leaks and made sure everything was in good working order before he left. We recommend Alternative Air to anyone looking for a good, reliable and honest HVAC company. I wondered if it would always be as easy to get great service like it was the first time.
Well, the quality of service is quite consistent. Even the scheduling is effortless.
Just called to see about scheduling appointment, and within five minutes I got a call back. Ken makes us feel like we are his only customers, he easily and quickly had a schedule for us and we look forward to having him out to work his magic. I normally do not get such a personal level of service from HVAC companies. Ken's promptness, quality of work, and his availability are worthy of an extra good update to my review here. Thanks Ken!

We were recommended to Pineapple because my niece uses them and they like them...We contacted Pineapple on the weekend (we just needed a tune-up) and we were pleasantly surprised to hear back and setting up an appointment during the week...JP came and was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient...We highly recommend and will use them again...

Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

You know how when you find good people, it's evident? Good people have a certain way they talk, a certain way they walk, a certain way they help you through things.

Gerald and his team, (which I think consists mostly of his family) are just plain good people.

We had the unfortunate circumstance to have both of our A/C units experience issues in the summer of 2020 (of course, need I say more?). By the time we started talking with Gerald, I had already been on an a/c contractor parade. I buy nothing that will cost 10k+ without shopping around, so we're talking Excel spreadsheet comparison with all the different quotes, ideas, suggestions, etc... (Side note: if you'd like my spreadsheet, shoot me a message and I'll happily send it over).

I can say Gerald wasn't the least expensive option on the list, but was definitely one of the better prices, and his company offered a labor warranty that was 2.5x longer than the next closest installer. Bang for the buck-- this was a no-brainer.

On install day his team showed up and they're delightful. I can't imagine working in 100+ degree heat in an attic all day, so I honestly couldn't be more thankful. They're polite, informative and again, just plain good people.

I watched our old stuff hit the road and the new stuff come in, and wow. Totally awesome.

Yelp tells me this review is pretty epic (their words), but really it's these guys who are pretty epic. Save yourself the contractor parade. What you get here is an amazing value at a great price. Couldn't be more pleased!

I was looking for a contractor to install a complete heating and a/c unit. Calling most of the directory listed companies, I could not get anyone to come out to bid. Then I ran across this new business R&R, what a find! Ray came out as scheduled and on time. He is very knowledgeable and patiently went over the details of his design. I had total confidence in his plan. We scheduled the install and Ray not once disappointed us. He made every appointment and not one late show up. Our system performs perfect! I highly recommend this business.

Kyle is dependable, super efficient, and stands behind his work.  He installed a mini-split from start to finish in 4 hours all by himself, for far less than competitors.  AND he loves this country, and is a veteran.
