Our daughter's house had a plumbing issue and water leaking from the kitchen. I had called a couple other plumbing companies in the area but no one could come out right away, some were booking 2 weeks out. I called King Plumbing around 2 pm. The repairman arrived before 5 pm and had the repair complete inside of 1-2 hours. I cannot remember the name of the gentleman that did the repair but he was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The cost of the repair was also reasonable. I do recommend this company and will use this company again if needed.

Kevin is the most honest ac guy you'll ever work with. I thought my old unit was shot and was prepared to have him install a new system. After inspecting my ac unit, it was only a blown fuse, that he quickly replaced. He saved me $6,600! Kevin is the best!

The service technicians were quick to respond. They were professional and cost was very reasonable.  I was very pleased with their service, so I had them service my daughters A/C.  They found an issue caused by a previous company that was causing the A/C not to run efficiently.  It was corrected. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

I needed a new Heat Pump and wonder who would be the best place to replace the unit. I went to their store and talked to Mike, a sales consultant. After going over price, size, and when I could have a unit installed, I decided on Canyon State Air Conditioning. They show up on time and worked nonstop until it was finish. I was very satisfied with the installers. James and Victor made the installation enjoyable. After they got done installing the unit they came in so they could finish up the process. They explained to me how to run this system and all about their company. They made this a very great experience.

Joe keeps it simple and will explain what he did to fix or maintain your system. He has explained if an upgrade would be worth it or If I'm better off staying with what I have. He has always provided a fair price and quick response whenever I needed his services.

First let me start by saying that I had called 2 companies referred by my home warranty and one didn't call back after stating they'd check with their technician and the other never picked up. 8.5 months pregnant and a majority of the AC repair companies had a 5 day waiting period due to the weekend and holiday. I called Cool Touch Air and they services in my area and had a technician ready who came out within the hour. Technician was able to tell Definitely would recommend this company to anyone having AC issues.

We found mold under some crumbling paint while prepping to paint a bedroom. Wanted to have someone come out and fix as we know how dangerous mold can be. Kyle came out, was extremely informative and alleviated our worries in terms of what needed to be done. Did not try to oversell or do unnecessary work. I would definitely use this company in the future and recommend to others.

Saved me from spending nearly a thousand dollars on unnecessary repairs!  I was receiving complementary AC tune-ups from a big name AC company because I'm a first responder. On a recent tune-up, the technician found a leak in my evaporator coil and faulty capacitors on my 2yr old Lennox unit.  My AC has a 10yr parts warranty but I was responsible for labor costs and I was told that labor was going to be about $1000. I thought it was odd that a 2yr old unit would already be having problems (and the labor costs seemed high) so I called the manufacture for advice and they referred Cooler Tymes among others. I talked to Mike, the owner, and he came over the same day. He checked over everything and found there was nothing wrong with my system! He even looked at the other company's paperwork which said my capacitor numbers were bad and he showed me the numbers were actually fine. That and if repairs were necessary, he would have charged a fraction of what the big name company was going to charge. Thank you again Mike! I will definitely be using Cooler Tymes for any of my AC services in the future!

James has been doing all HVAC work on my house for the past two years including working on my AC unit, replacing my thermostat, and removing 4+ pounds of lint from my dryer vent. He has always been very prompt, friendly, and professional. He provides text messages with updates of his arrival as well as text messages with photos when the job is finished. I highly recommend using him for all of your HVAC needs!

My A/C stopped working, of course, on a Sunday morning.  I called Alternative Air and they picked up the phone within a few rings (I had expected to have to leave a message and wait for someone to get back to me). They dispatched a technician (Ray) within a couple hours and diagnosed the problem quickly. The parts were not on the truck at the time, so he came and fixed the A/C on Monday morning without an additional service charge.

I was extremely impressed many aspects of the service: promptness, courtesy, friendly communications, ease of scheduling, reasonable rates & no extra charge for weekend service.

I will definitely call Alternative Air for any future issues with my HVAC.

I needed some accessory installed and being excited to have it working my regular service company put me off.  Baker stepped up and I could not be more pleased.  Ken arrived on time - having called ahead and for a very reasonable fee did the work.

Thanks to Yelp,  when I needed to find a company to fix my HVAC unit, I found Mountainside Air.  I actually called them for a second opinion after my regular Heating & Air quoted me a very high price to replace the blower on my unit.  Steve and Raoul came out and checked all systems.  Blower did need replacing and I was quoted a price that was much lower than the other company.  2 hours later I had a new blower and all systems were working well.  I am very impressed with the company as well as with Steve and Raoul.  They worked efficiently with no drama and while I hope I won't need the services of Mountainside Air again, it was definitely a good experience.  I highly recommend this company.

Pineapple Air has now helped us 3 different times ! They have always showed up next day ( always emailed late Friday night and they were here first thing Sat morning !) the 2nd our AC was out and it was well over 100 outside . The warranty company told us Friday that they were not covering but could get us a quote from their company at a discount . We called JP who came sat morning and installed our brand new AC Monday morning ! I cannot stress enough how fast friendly and professional everyone one was! I would never use another company ! Thank you pineapple Air!! You have a customer and referral for life! We still have not even received a quote from the other AC company yet!

Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

Unknown to us was the condition of our AC unit. We recently moved in and the unit passed inspection because it was working and giving out excellent air temps. The unit did not fit the roof support so it vibrated and scraped the new shingles which leaked into our attic and onto the living room ceiling, creating stains. This was after the roofer came and shared this info with us. We needed help and AirZona HVAC came to the rescue. We now have a new Trane heat pump. A new roof frame fits the unit. Gerald's team installed our new heat pump. There was a delay when they unwrapped the unit to find dents from the factory forklift. They would not accept the damaged unit for which I thank them. Who knows what damage lies under the frame? We have a wonderful unit and a WiFi controlled thermostat. Clean up was great. The crane operator went above and beyond in insuring the unit was safely on the roof. We thank AirZona for their wonderful service and products.

We needed to have our units tuned up and decided to use Kyle after some research. First, we love the fact that Kyle supports our military, first responders and Police. Second, he was very professional and very straightforward. There is no trying to sell you extra anything! Any and all questions I had for him he was able to answer and explain so I understood. He was a little late which was fine because he did call to let me know (15 minutes late maybe). Once he arrived, he introduced himself and I reiterated what we were looking to have done and for his opinion on any other issues that may arise. Kyle went straight to work, and fortunately for us, he did not see any other issues (phew). He is a small company but we felt he was truly honest, he knew what he was doing and he will not try and sell you something you don't want or need.
