Best Concrete Contractors in Phoenix, AZ

Charles and his team completed a job for us last week and they have exceeded our expectations. After seeing the awesome 5 star reviews on Yelp and Facebook, we knew we'd be in good hands. From his first visit a couple months ago to see the yard, to going above and beyond, we have had an outstanding experience.

We communicated mostly thru Yelp via messages and I must have messaged Charles over a dozen times with questions and design changes. When we had to postpone due to delays with HOA approvals, Charles was able to push us back to his next available date. He made sure to answer all questions in a timely manner and was able to do everything we asked in our design. He had a packed schedule, but did not overbook to give each project the time it deserved.

We ended up having a walkway put in from the driveway to the side gate, a 6 ft pad behind the gate, 2 1/2 ft wide square steps to the back leading to a 12 x 20 ft concrete slab, and a full patio extension to match our existing covered patio.

Each day, Charles and his team arrived on time and immediately communicated any issues that came up. The first day, the site was prepped which included setting up the frames for the concrete pour, and even included taking out most of the weeds in our backyard. The second day was a little shorter, but involved putting together the frames for the square steps and other prep work. The last day was prepping plastic to cover the house and surrounding areas, and of course the pour and finishing.

Everything was completed as requested and the area was always cleaned after each day. There were a few hiccups with the concrete company they had come out, but Charles and his team made sure to fix all issues and we were very happy with all the work done. You're in good hands with Charles and you can tell he cares about the homeowners he works with. For a hardworking team that does awesome work, at a fair and affordable price... look no further than NLC.

Alfredo was quick to respond and provided a quote that beat the others that I got. There was a delay in the delivery of concrete, which has more to do with the current construction situation in Arizona and nothing to do with Alfredo. He was quick to explain the situation.
His work was high quality as it shows in the photos. I could tell he knows his stuff and the pads will hold up well.

Reuben and crew did a great job on a concrete patch job. Very responsive over text, good price and good work. Showed up when he said he would. Very nice guy too. Much appreciated!

I found Jose on Yelp and although he is new to Yelp with few reviews, dont hesitate to hire his team for your job.   I had a small paver repositioning/border job that I needed done quickly.  Jose was prompt in responding, gave me a great (very fair) quote and scheduled the job quickly.  He arrived on time, worked quickly and did an amazing job...exactly what I needed!  I would recommend Jose and his team for any Concrete/Paver work you need!

Great work!  I love my pavers.   Nacho and crew worked tirelessly until the job was perfect.  No need to look anywhere else!   He quickly came out and gave me an estimate the same day I asked.  Price is competitive.  Craftsmanship is impeccable.   He took out a poorly placed concrete slab at my side garage door entrance and built a beautiful base of pavers with a nice step made of pavers.  He's creative!

This company came out and replaced our RV gate. They were fast, cost effective, and put in a very nice quality gate. I would absolutely use again!

The guys from AZ concrete works are just finishing up a project in our backyard.  We can't recommend them highly enough.  The finished concrete piece looks amazing!  Far more sculpture than giant planter, just what we wanted to make a contemporary statement in our yard,

We are SO happy with our pavers these guys did for us. They showed up when they said they would, worked around our schedule, and even picked up all the pavers for us so we could avoid a delivery fee. Pricing was very fair and they did amazing work- didn't cut any corners. Would recommend to all

I would recommend Prevail Concrete & Coatings to anyone looking to improve their driveway, garages, or any type of concrete flooring! They are efficient and professional. I am impressed with my experience and will definitely be using them for future projects.

I'm very, very happy with the work they did in my backyard.  They did a couple of walkways to my back gate and shed, as well as some pavers next to the patio where the grass wasn't growing.  I would absolutely recommend Albert and his crew.  I'm already planning on using them for some turf installation.

Rafael was able to meet 1-2 business days after inquiring with Envision Landscaping via Yelp. We did a walk-through discussing what i wanted which included around 500sq ft of pavers, irrigation repair and raising my backyard block wall. Although I had my own vision, Rafael was able to give his professional suggestions allowing us to collaborate on the overall outcome.

I met with about 8 different companies and what stood out with Envision Landscaping is the thorough breakdown on the invoice and presentation. A proper breakdown of where my money is going is very reassuring, especially not being very knowledgeable on terminology and work. The presentation was surprising to see because this company used a drone to capture ariel view photos to outline where the landscaping work will be conducted.

Overall, the experience was very pleasant from start to finish. The craftsmanship was very precise during the demolition, execution and clean up. I am very happy with the outcome and how fast they were able to complete the project.

I should have posted this review back in November when we had the work done, better late than never! First things first, because I am sure everyone wants to know, they are very reasonably priced and the price never changed. Cristo and his team are amazing, they took our cracked concrete driveway and turned it into something beautiful. They then continued with pavers into the backyard and around our pool. Cristo's design ideas were excellent and his entire team was professional. Even though the weather was not ideal, and we were so close to Thanksgiving, the team ensured we had a beautiful paved patio to enjoy with our extended family over the Thanksgiving weekend. Pictures were taken a day before they finished, so some end pieces are missing, but you get the point. I will use this company again, and I recommend you do too!

We had Colorworks do a full remodel of our front and back yard, and they did a great job on both jobs. For me a huge selling point was the fact that they don't stop a job until it's finished. I've had terrible experiences with contractors where they start and then disappear for days at a time. This was not that experience! Jeff was super responsive and helpful in our design selection, and they've continued to support remedying issues like a plant death or an exterior light that stops working long after the job has been completed. I would highly recommend!

I contacted Mr. Ramos after he was referred to me by another contractor that performed drywall repairs on my home. I mentioned that In needed my old driveway demo'ed and repoured and he said that he just had Ramos Concrete and Landscaping complete a much larger job for him a few weeks ago.

I called Mr Ramos and he was able to schedule an appointment to meet me at my home a few days later. I had already received about 3 quotes from other concrete companies and they were all fairly comparable.

Mr. Ramos came out (on time), measured my drivewway and told me exactly what would be done. He also explained how long the process would take, when I could walk on it, when it would be safe to drive on etc. His quote was also several hundred dollars less than some of the other contractors.

Knowing that he had done quality work for someone else, I went ahead and scheduled the work through Ramos Concrete and Landscaping. I paid the deposit (50%) and he arrived a few days later, on time to complete the demolition. After the demo and haul away was complete, the driveway was repoured. I couldn't believe how amazing the new driveway looked!

It's been a few weeks since the work has been completed and I have had Mr. Ramos come back to my home for a few other landscaping projects ( fill holes, repair sprinklers, lawn maintenance) and I will definitely be referring him to clients in the future.

CSI is the best contractor we've worked with. On time, on budget and great communicators.  The project turned out great and I couldn't be happier.  Highly recommended .

I've had New Generation Block Fence to my home twice to do repairs on my brick wall.  The work was outstanding, the service was great, and the price was very fair.  Highly recommend.

Manny was very friendly, but I had some problems once we got things started. First, they were not super communicative once we paid our deposit.

Second, on the day of the final installation, they did not listen to our directions for the small plants in front of our house.  Planting four small shrubs rather than a variety.

Third, and by far the worst, was the bougainvilleas. We had ordered 4 of the same color. When they arrived there were 2 pink, 1 purple, and one that they said was purple, but there were no flowers currently blooming. They assured me it was purple, and installed them alternating. When the flowers bloomed, the last one was white. It's clear that the installers (who were not accompanied by Manny), ripped the flowers off and lied to me so I wouldn't force them to go back and get what we actually ordered. That lack of integrity was extremely disappointing.

Plusses- Manny is very friendly and accommodating, they responded quickly, and the work quality seems pretty good so far. Price was fair, although not fantastic.

Minuses- Nobody seems to communicate very well, they don't listen (or communicate to staff) about what you want installed, and then to top it off, they lie to you.

I won't be using them again.
