This is exactly the kind of business I like to work with.  I am a real estate professional so I have seen every kind of contractor, and Charlie and his crew are some of the best.  He won't lie to you just to get your business, he shoots straight with you, prices very fair, and most importantly they do what they promise to do - and that is to be there on time, work hard, and give you a great quality finished product.  Very respectful with our property too, taking great care to prevent any messes.  He even helped me with a referral for another small job that I was having trouble getting anyone to do.  Next time I need concrete, this is the only place I'll call.  A+++!

Ruben came out and not only beat two previous quotes but offered to take out a tree and beat the quotes on that as well.  I had to wait until HOA approved and when we got the approval Silva Brothers started the job the very next day!  Ruben and crew were professional and definitely have experience laying concrete.  They were meticulous to detail even digging out the water meter box to make it level.  I would highly suggest you talk to Silva Brothers for your next concrete job!

They removed existing gravel and grass all around our home and replaced them with decorative rock and synthetic grass. All of it looks beautiful.  

We were very pleased with the care they took to eliminate the previous grass and place weed barrier under the rock and synthetic grass. They also did a thorough job of compacting the soil and worked carefully around our existing hardscape.

Their work makes our landscaping look like a resort. They even repaired some of our travertine that was not correctly installed.
We will use them again in the future and recommend them without hesitation.

WOW! Can't believe the work Jose, his son Alejandro, and friend Julio did today!! First, they were here bright and early right when they said they'd be, 6:30 am. They reinforced the base of our pool wall facing an alley that was crumbling and becoming unstable. We talked with other craftsman and decided to go with Jose because of his well-thought our solution and reasonable estimate. And they are really nice.  They worked efficiently, and got the task done with a minimum of noise and disruption. Nine hours our wall is fixed - with a sturdy, rebar-reinforced bumper the length of the section. They cleaned up so nicely after themselves ... all I can say is WOW!! We would hire Jose every time we needed concrete or paver work done.

Nacho and Jose are truly first class! Their professionalism and attention to detail sets them apart! They are on time and on budget. Nacho is truly an artist! I highly recommend them for any paver job you have! Honest, trustworthy and just nice people!

This is the 3rd project that Abraham's Fence has done for us and we couldn't be happier with a fourth project on the way!  The first project was fixing an existing block wall that was damaged by a neighbor's tree root system.  They did such an excellent job that you could not tell it had ever had a problem. The second project was adding height to an older slump block wall in the backyard of our current house, which included removing and reinstalling the existing cap.  They matched the slump block perfectly,  and their clean up was professional and they were able to save all of the cap. The third project was adding a brick pillar on our front patio and we love i!.  We are now about to have pavers installed. Mike completed a highly technical hillside  concrete job to install a mountain side elevator(Hillhiker) He finished hillside excavation by hand to make sure his forms met the city approved plans. Coordinated the subs to help pump the concrete ect.

The rebar, and concrete passed a 3rd party special inspection and the city the first time. Pricing was reasonable.

Jordy and his team did a great job on installing pavers extending our driveway for guest parking.  I would highly recommend JM Landscaping Pros since they have excellent customer service, reasonable prices, and do high quality work.

We used Cactus Curbing for our paver installation and they were awesome! They had competitive pricing, Albert was our main contact and he was very responsive, quick from consult to install, and they did a tremendous job. We now have a backyard space that we really love. I'd highly recommend Cactus Curbing.

I hired Envision to re-do the front and back yard landscaping on my Arcadia-area home and they did a wonderful job.  I had initially contacted them in January of this year when I had a different, simpler concept in mind, and Envision quickly engaged with us and provided a detailed 3D model to preview the finished product.  I had other home projects going on at the time, and wasn't quite happy with my own plans, so I put the project on hiatus.  In May, I re-engaged with Envision with a new proposal and Envsion was immediately responsive in preparing a new plan, and I was put onto the schedule.  The majority of the project involved removing my existing front Travertine paver walkway and concrete driveway, and replacing both with brick pavers.  The plan also called for new decorative rock and plants in front, new lighting in front, new decorative rock in the back, and removing 10-15 flowering bushes from the premises.  Everything about the process was great - the communication, the crew, and the final product.  There were minor deviations along the way, as there always are when a lot of work is being done, but Envision was very good about accommodating my requests being flexible throughout the project.   I would hire Envision again for any future landscaping projects.

The team from Green Valley Tree Specialists were professional and did a great job.  Not to mention that their price was far less than their competitors.  They removed a tree that had fallen during a storm and removed a second tree for the price of what their competitors wanted to charge to remove just the tree that had fallen from the storm.

We recently had extensive front and back yard renovation services provided by Colorworks in Phoenix, and we cannot praise both the professionalism and quality of their work enough.  From the first visit by the designer, Karen, to create landscape schematics, to the execution by the contractor, Jeff and his crews, we found Colorworks to be professional, timely, and within the original budget for the final cost.  Karen listened to what we wanted and had excellent suggestions, using native plants, to create our design, keeping within our budget and was flexible in making substitutions where necessary.   She responded quickly to questions and issues that arose, even during non-working hours.  We made a major change to the original contract (involving removing and replacing the pool tile area), and Colorworks again delivered a beautiful job on time and on price.  We are very pleased with the plantings, the turf installation, and especially the stone work, including a talavera tile mural, and pool and grill surround.  Colorworks is a top-quality company where you will get value for the money spent and, most importantly, get excellent design advice, construction,  and services provided on-time and on budget.

We hired Ramos Concrete to do front door concrete steps for an in-law suite addition. It was very easy to work with Augustine. Very timely, professional and communicative. I was appreciative that he squeezed us in to his busy schedule. Many of the other contractors I tried calling simply ignored my calls or didn't show up. Glad I found them and the steps look great! I highly recommend.

CSI just finished our garage bump out.  Heath was wonderful to work in kept us updated all they way through!  I can't say enough good things about this company!!

I've had New Generation Block Fence to my home twice to do repairs on my brick wall.  The work was outstanding, the service was great, and the price was very fair.  Highly recommend.

My backyard needed an overhaul after years of inattention. Manny and his crew were fantastic - they worked with me on price, showed up when promised, and did a great job. They accidentally missed taking down a small tree, but Manny got right on it to make sure that it will be taken care of. I highly recommend Nature Homes Landscaping and will use them again in the future.
