Air conditioning failed during the heat of the summer and within hours Larson A/C had it up and running again. Can't thank them enough.

I needed a plumber to replace a worn-out hot water tank. I threw it out on Yelp and found a few folks that responded with different prices and what they intended to do for me. Well, I found American Plumbing satisfied what I needed and gave a very competitive quote. They replaced both hot and cold water lines to the tank, the pan that it sits on, and of course, a new Bradford water tank.

Daniel, the service technician, did a great job and arrived early for my appointment. He knew what he was doing and was a well-trained installer; he cleaned up very well after he installed the new tank. He also went over the warranty and was very friendly

I am pleased with the work and new tank. I would use them again, and I would recommend American Plumbing for your plumbing and HVAC needs.

I get my AC checked out every year before summer and have used many different companies to take care of this task. I have to say, I have saved 1st Choice Mechanical in my contacts on my phone after today's visit. Tim showed up right on time, kept me in the loop as to what he and his trainee were doing and even showed me some tips to keep my unit running efficiently (no other company I have used have done that). They were courteous and covid safe. No mess after their work, it's like they weren't even here! I will definitely call on them again for next years service or any service in between! The owner (Phillip) and his crew installed a new air conditioner for me about four years ago. They did an excellent job then so when I decided to get a summer tune up on the unit this year I didn't hesitate to call them. The unit was working great so I was surprised when the tech came down from the roof to tell me that there was a problem. He called his boss to come out to take some pressure measurements. Turns out that we had a very small leak but it would be covered by the warranty. When Phillip called the manufacturer about replacing the tubing he convinced them to simply swap out the entire unit for a brand new one. I liked hearing that solution. There's more to the story but that is the long and short of it. I have found Phillip to be honest and informative. It is obvious that he knows the HVAC business. What I like the most about him is his willingness to go the extra mile to make sure that the job is done right. And Fran, who works the front desk, was great about scheduling and keeping me informed. I'm giving them 5 stars because they did a great job and they deserve it.

I've had Johnny's number in my phone based on Yelp reviews and called yesterday when my system started blowing hot air.  After speaking for a time about the issues, he helped me troubleshoot and determined that there probably wasn't going to be good news.  In addition, I was out of his area so he couldn't service the unit, but he continued to coach me over the phone.  The only negative is that I'm too far away for him because I'd love to actually deal with Johnny in person.

General maintenance service for Cooling and Heating unit and Water Heater flush. First time customer. From the initial appointment set-up, to the two gentlemen completing the service, 5 stars. Excellent customer service all around. The communication from start to finish was top notch, zero surprises. Set up a yearly Maintenence plan because I feel confident in this company, and the technicians.

Ok, I just purchased a home, shortly after my AC united pooped out. I had called 3 other people and then called Arizona Air Experts. I spoke to Misty in the office she was super warm and professional she scheduled my appointment for Caleb to come out. As soon as I spoke to him I knew they were the company I wanted to replace my old unit. Misty would always keep me posted on when and what was going on. She is on it and lets you know whats going on before you have time to even realize. When I met Caleb the owner, I knew he was confident and knowledgeable and just knew what was up. I hired him to replace my unit. Him and his crew were great. Even his crew was warm and professional I loved them. After they got the job done, Caleb explained things to me about my new unit and told me if I had any questions or concerns to call them. I know for a fact I picked the right people to do this job and to do business with. How often can you say that? So, if you want a company with integrity and professionalism that is unparalleled, look no further, these are the people. I am telling my neighbors about them and anyone else asking or looking for AC/Heating company. They are a phenomenal company!!!!!!!!!!!

My Evaporative cooler was not working and causing a breaker to trip. I reported the problem to Danette at Cool Zone and made an appointment for repairs to be made.  On 04/25/2019 a technician (unknown name) arrived, and I told him to proceed with the repairs (without asking for a cost estimate).  He completed the work and presented me with an invoice for $826.97 which included the cost of a 3/4, 115V blower motor @ $666. I thought  the cost was extremely high, but paid it, as I had no idea how much the motor should cost. However, I later checked with Lo
we's and Home Depot and found the motors retail for between $85 and $150. I discussed the above with my niece, Kathy, who called Danette and suggested there may have been an error in the billing.  Kathy was told there was no mistake and they would not make any adjustments to the billing. I would not recommend doing business with Cool Zone.  I would be glad to re-think this review if CoolZone would furnish me with a copy of the invoice showing exactly how much they paid for the blower motor.

A++ service. Quick to come out and quick to diagnose and fix. Will have them back next year for tune up. Bill answered my questions without hesitation!

I am pleased to write a great review for the family run business of Gladiate Air Conditioning & Heating.  Dave and Gabriel called before our scheduled appointment.  They arrived on time.  They spent an hour servicing my air conditioner (that I should have had serviced sooner).  They replaced wires worn out by the sun.  As I vacuumed my pool, I could see on the roof how they checked everything thoroughly.  And their price for service was only $65.  I learned of the company through Yelp (5 stars).  I am now a loyal customer and want others to feel comfortable calling for service with Gladiator Air.

Great company! I called them as soon as they opened, and were at my house early. It was $67 for the call which is inline with other AC companies. The tech saved me over $700 dollars by saying the problem is fixable by me ($650 for the fix, $300 for another fix he had seen) based on previous repairs I had done myself. In the end, I spent $150 in parts, and repaired the unit myself (I only did this as I was comfortable with taking the unit apart, cutting/splicing wires, checking voltages/currents, and putting the unit back together; it took about 2 hours to do).

My AC units are 22 years old (12 SEER), so am in the process of saving up to replace them. Since this company blew me away with their professionalism, their propensity to save me money, and being upfront with cost, I will be using them in the future.

David Flores has been servicing my house since 2013 when he was with another company. I thought highly enough of him to track him down and seek out his continued services on our home HVAC needs. He communicates very well, he is courteous and professional. Most importantly he is reliable and knows his stuff and wont upsell you on junk you dont need. I appreciate that he pays special attention to details and takes his time explaining to me what he's doing...I like to watch him working and ask a lot of questions (sorry David it probably annoys you! Haha) I am a contracts manager in my own profession so it's in my nature. David works with me on pricing and rewards loyalty. Appreciate you David. We decided to give Bumble Bee Air Conditioning a  try based on the reviews.  We had a great experience from beginning to end.  Lisa was very prompt with returning my email to request service on my ac unit, and was able to get someone out the very next day.  

The day of service, I received a a phone call from Nicole, who was very polite and friendly, letting me know when my technician would be arriving; Which was in the timeframe they had advised me.

When my technician Kris arrived, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about my unit.  He answered all my concerns I had regarding my aging unit and never tried to sell me on anything.  

Overall, I am very happy with Bumble Bee and look forward to continuing to work with them!

Friday night around 10pm my air handler began making a clunking noise on startup.  I called Alan's air in the morning at 8am and they scheduled me for a visit in the next 3 hours.  Bill gave me a call around 10am and showed up as agreed about 30 minutes later.  He listened to the sound and immediately knew what was wrong.  30 minutes later he made the repair and the air handler was quieter than before the issue started.  The cost was under a $100 and I got back to my Saturday with no stress.  I will always call this company for my ac needs in the Scottsdale area.

I've used Ideal at two separate properties and they provided excellent AC repair services at both.  Very happy with the work that was done and their responsiveness and professionalism.  They also have the best front office support I've ever experience with a contractor.  I will definitely keep using them.

I was just reminded of the invaluable issue 'trust' is when dealing with AC. Companies! Rising Sun Air has my complete trust. I was reminded once again just recently.

I don't typically give any 5 stars on yelp, however Sure Temp Air Conditioning went WAY above and beyond in my case. I received a new AC unit with my home warranty company. 6 months later my brand new AC stopped working. After 3 weeks of getting the run around my home warranty company Sure Temp came out to my home (they were not the original installers) and fixed my AC unit. Not only did they fix it, they noticed it had been installed improperly and went back to the home warranty company and instead of it costing me $1300 out of pocket they had the home warranty cover 100% of it . Over the last three weeks I have had multiple AC companies come out and treat me so poorly, lie to me to get money, etc. Sure Temp came out, got every thing fixed and fought on my behalf. I would recommend them to anyone and consider them one of the few trustworthy AC companies out there. I will continue to go to them for all of AC needs!! Thank you so much Sure Temp!!
