My AC went out and Larson was quick to fix it! They did not try and upsell me I felt very comfortable with their price and the tech was also very friendly! Definitely would use them again if I ever needed any of there services.

I was in the market for a water softener, and took to Yelp to find a vendor. I requested quotes from American Home Water and Air (AHWA), the vendor with the most positive ratings, as well as the second, which we'll call #2.

My AHWA experience:
The owner came out to my house first thing in the morning after I requested a quote. He walked me through what would be required to install a loop in my garage (trenching under my front yard), and provided me with a quote for the services I requested. He never tried to up-sale me, and all of his recommendations were explained. I even asked about other items/services, which he explained weren't necessary. It was extremely refreshing to feel like he was helping me make the best decision, and not just trying to make a buck. The quote was hundreds less than I was expecting. They offered to do the install the next day, but I needed it to happen on a Saturday, due to my work schedule.

My #2 experience:
Later the next day, after requesting a quote, an admin called and left me a voicemail stating that they didn't need to come out for a quote and that they'd just email me one, if I'd respond with my square footage. I was also informed that they don't work nights/weekends.

Needless to say, I went with AHWA. Their techs arrived early and worked hard. They left my front yard and garage in great shape, patiently answered all of my questions, and the system is covered by a 10-year warranty, by a company that has 24-hour phone answering and works on weekends.

This was a trial run for me, to see if I'll use AHWA for my AC, water, and heating service needs. Yup! I'm always happy to be able to stop shopping around for vendors. Great experience.

And was called back first thing Tuesday morning . Tori was super helpful and she said she could have some one out later that morning. Tim came out and was very professional (wore a mask) and had my HVAC working in no time. Was even nice enough to check the cooling system for me and informed me it was looking good

My 82 yr old mom in Sun City had an issue with ac not running cold, I looked for a company with good reviews on Yelp and found Boldt. I have heard stories of HVAC companies taking advantage of elderly and charging for things that are not needed. I gave her their number and they said they could be there between 5-7pm that day. They showed up around 4, wgich was less than an hour from time she called. He told her all she needed was a new filter, that the one she had was 100% dirty. Total bill was less than $100. Great service, felt very safe and trustworthy. Also took precautions concerning Covid19. Great experience. Thank you!!

Record heat and my AC goes out at 1:30 am! Called another 24/7 Company first and they were not available until 1 pm. Called Johnnys at 6 pm and AC fixed by 7:30 am! Fast, courteous,  professional and saved the day! Highly recommend! Call Johnny's first!

I can't say enough good things about my recent experience with AZ air experts. We had been told by a previous air co. that we needed over $1500 -$3,000 worth of work done, but air experts came in and fixed the problem for $330. They were extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. They took the time to troubleshoot the problem and explain all of it in detail. It is so refreshing to find a company that is honest and straightforward. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I woke up to a hot house with my ac unit switching on and off. I found this company on yelp, received a quote, called and within 30 minutes a tech was out to diagnose and repair. Amazing and speedy service. They turned a helpless situation into a positive experience. Definitely will be using in the future and referring everyone I know to them.

The quality of their work cannot be beat. When no other company could figure out what was going on with our A/C, they had it diagnosed and working in 20 minutes. They now have my total business for all A/C and Swamp Cooler problems as well as doing regular maintenance on the system for the future. I highly recommend them.

I've worked with Mr. Allen (not Alan) on two different occasions. One was during the summer when my AC stopped blowing cold air. Mr. Allen properly diagnosed that my freon was out and he refilled it right away.

The second occasion was yesterday. Water was leaking from my AC filter. Again, Mr. Allen was able to diagnose that there was clog and he was able to identify that the clog was in my bathroom sink. He vacuumed the clog out of my sink and my AC was magically working again with 0 leaks.

I'm not a 15 year old boy, but there's only one word for Mr. Allen: clutch.

If you're looking for a top of the line AC contractor, look no further. When our old AC unit finally died, we called Ideal Energy to come look at it and see if there was a fix. They sent out their tech quickly and texted and emailed us with a two hour window when to expect their tech to arrive. The text contained a picture of the technician, so we knew who to look for. When the tech was on his way, we got a second text letting us know he was arriving shortly. So nice!! The tech was knowledgeable and tried to repair the issue, but sadly, our VERY OLD unit was beyond help. Ideal helped us pick a new unit, discussing all the pros and cons of staying with a 5-ton unit instead of other options, which might be more energy-efficient. They even added a smart thermostat so our new AC unit would run as efficiently as possible.
The new AC unit is whisper quiet and super efficient! I would recommend Ideal Energy for anyone needing an A++ expert team for their AC or energy efficiency issues.

A motor in my air handler went out. Handler is over 15 years, but they found the parts and were out in under two hours. Super friendly team, great service, great price. Not much else to say except thank you.

Side note: I had my air checked in July by a company (see my reviews) referred to me by American Home Shield, they neglected to secure my panel and due to monsoons my unit was destroyed ... beyond repair. I contacted them to voice my concerns and they couldn't have cared less. ........ Kevin came out right on time, did a diagnoses, tried his best to get it up and running but due to exposer to the environment my compressor burnt out along with several other issues. After seeing the pictures I was devastated. The previous company basically set me up, so they could come back and install a new one. smh... But Kevin was also concerned about us in the heat and came back with an amazing option to get me up and running by Monday. This happened on Saturday btw. Adrian the owner and Kevin showed up today 1hour earlier than scheduled, secured a payment that only an angel could do to help in this type of situation. Come to find out his middle name is Angel! From the first time speaking to him and his wife they have been nothing but kind, comforting and accommodating. I would highly recommend this team for your heating and air services, they will do it right the first time! ... and don't invest in American Home Shield... so ready!!!

Last year my unit was turning on and off constantly. They were able to advise me over phone how to handle the situation till they arrived. Upon inspection of the unit they determined a part had to be replaced. They took the time to research the part and were able to determine it was under warranty. Though they didn't originally install the unit they were able to get the advance replacement part and took care of warranty part on the back end. We only paid for labor. It has been working great since then.
