Larson did a stellar job beginning to end. From initial office call, they were able to schedule next day appointment. Leo the technician arrive right on time. He did a thorough analysis both in the house and on roof, gave me his recommendations and pricing. Upon approval, he quickly made repairs and cleaned up all surfaces as he put his equipment away. I will definitely use and refer Larson!

Just had new A/C and heating units put in and ducts cleaned. Excellent employees, workmanship and pricing. I needed a diagnosis and repair on the blower on my HVAC system.  Boldt HVAC was great.  They were able to send out a technician 30 minutes after I called and he was able to diagnose and repair the problem quickly.  This is why I prefer the Mom and Pop companies to the bigger ones; great customer service and a quick response.

I am beyond impressed with Johnny! Yesterday, our tenant's AC went out. In a panic, I called Johnny based on his outstanding Yelp reviews. It took Johnny exactly 1 hour and 10 minutes from start to finish, and everything was fixed good as new! By the way, when I say 70 minutes, I don't mean 70 minutes to make the repair. I mean 70 minutes TOTAL, from hanging up the phone, Johnny getting in touch with our tenant for more info, driving to our tenant's house for a service call, diagnosing the problem, and fixing then problem.... he did all of THAT in 1 hour and 10 minutes! All at a very reasonable price, by the way! Johnny explained concisely the repairs he was making and why. No swindling us for more money, even though the AC unit is about 20 years old. Very impressed, and our tenant was beyond happy as well! Thank you again Johnny!

We had a problem with the a/c and a technician by the name of Frank came out. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything, and gave us a couple of different options to fix it. He did a good job and I thought the price was fair. Just an FYI that there is a $79 trip charge. But I thought it was well worth it and would pay it again based on our experience.

If there were more stars to give this company would have each one! From the star of contacting them till the end of the service, Arizona Air Experts were excellent! The lady who helped me get an appointment the same day was sweet and has great customer service and great communication, she called every step of the way. Darrin was our technician and he was AWESOME. Very honest, friendly and helpful. He showed us every step of the way of what he was doing and how to help the performance of our AC unit. He was also very patient with us as we had to go through our home warranty for authorization for our reimbursement process. Great company and I will most definitely be using them for our maintenance on our AC and any plumbing service! Thank you so much, your company made our day!

I requested quotes from several companies. Cool zone was the first to respond and had the soonest availability. I was told a tech would be to my house between 3-5pm the same day I requested the quote. I was delighted at 1:30pm when I got a call saying the tech could make it earlier. It was nearly 90 degrees inside my house when Ryan arrived. He got right to work and had the problem solved and repair completed before 3pm! He stuck around and chatted for a little while to make sure that the temp was dropping in my house. He was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend cool zone to anyone needing AC repairs!

During the heat wave of the week of July 23, 2018 my heat pump would shut off at the hottest part of the day and then return to normal operation about two hours later. I called Arctic Fox and let Misty (the owner's wife)  know what was going on with my unit. I told her it was not an emergency, as the unit was running when I called. We scheduled Friday of that week for Heath (the owner) to come out and look at the heat pump. Misty stated if it got any worse to call and they would fit us in.

I called back on Thursday morning, as my wife was concerned about our dogs and cat. Heath arrived at our house and did some troubleshooting on the unit. He could find nothing wrong with the unit. After providing him with the symptoms that occurred each afternoon he determined it may be the motor for the fan that cools the coils. It has a thermostat that shuts down the motor at 200 degrees. It did not occur when he was there (naturally). He stated he would return the next day with a new motor. Friday he removed the old motor and lo and behold, the motor was leaking oil near the shaft. The motor was heating to shut down temperatures the previous days. Heath worked fast and diligently to replace the motor as the heat pump was shut down during this task.

When it was all said and done, the motor was under warranty and there was no charge for it. Heath said there was also no labor charge. I disagreed with the free labor, as he came out two days and I know the manufacturer was not going to reimburse him for his time.  I asked him what his labor rate was for the two days he was at my home. He provided me with the cost (I think he may have low balled it) and I gladly paid.

I cannot say enough of the integrity, customer service and genuine care this husband and wife company displays every time I use their services. The big name companies cannot even come close to Arctic Fox's business ethic.

I am pleased to write a great review for the family run business of Gladiate Air Conditioning & Heating.  Dave and Gabriel called before our scheduled appointment.  They arrived on time.  They spent an hour servicing my air conditioner (that I should have had serviced sooner).  They replaced wires worn out by the sun.  As I vacuumed my pool, I could see on the roof how they checked everything thoroughly.  And their price for service was only $65.  I learned of the company through Yelp (5 stars).  I am now a loyal customer and want others to feel comfortable calling for service with Gladiator Air.

Wow!  Dukes of Air came out same day and fixed my heat pump issue on the spot for a good price. Dustin gave me all the information I needed.  He is truly a professional, and his honesty was refreshing. This was such a favorable experience that I will never call another company. I wish Yelp had a sixth star.

Dave was super awesome!!! After another AC company said my heat pump wasn't working and needed to be replaced I reached out to Dave for a 2nd opinion. He came right over, inspected my unit and said it was fine and working properly.  So thankful for his honesty and integrity!  He's my new AC guy!

Can't say enough how much of a pleasure it was working with Alan through our AC problem.  He was helpful, very informative explaining everything in detail and went above and beyond to see that our issue was fixed. Further, he answered his phone every time I called him!!! I never had to leave a voicemail. He is my AC guy going forward. I'll surely be using Alan's Air from now on.

Here's the short version:

My experience with Ideal Energy was absolutely beyond my expectations. They were professional, on time, and I couldn't be happier with my home's new AC and Furnace. If you're shopping for HVAC services, don't hesitate to call these guys.  

If you want the details:
We purchased an older home. Built in the 1980's and it had its quirks; its had things break. We've had multiple contractors to our house to fix and install various things around the home. Windows repaired, blinds installed, drywall repaired, patio installations. We had a few AC quotes prior to working with Ideal Energy. We needed new duct-work. Our house had add-ons that just weren't getting air properly. We voiced our concerns to other HVAC companies, but all they wanted to so was replace our AC unit. This would have left our 35-year-old furnace and 35-year-old duct-work in place to run a brand-new AC unit. In my mind that was like putting a new engine in a 35-year-old car, and not bothering to replace the worn-out tires. We said we wanted all of it fixed, but with other contractors it fell on deaf ears. I can do the AC but we don't to ducts. I've had contractors come in with wild ideas to save money, including going and purchasing the AC unit myself, so I can save money with credit card points. I've got quotes written down on blank sheets of paper with no real explanation or break down for what I was buying. I've had contractors, in fact nearly all of them, fail to follow up when they said they would.
My experience with Alex and Ideal Energy left the competition in the dark. Alex showed up not only in the window he had promised, he gave my updates as to when exactly he would arrive. He showed up with a power point presentation outlying MY HOUSE. My floor plan was in his power-point. He explained the problems with my current duct working. He explained several solutions we could implement with various price points. He calculates the exact tonnage required for my home, based on computer simulations. Not a generalized rule of thumb like every other HVAC company that showed up had offered.

We settled on a state-of-the-art Zoned AC system. I can individually monitor and change the temperatures in various parts of my home. I can opt to cool infrequently used rooms less and keep the Master chilly at night without cooling my living room as much. While only using the single AC unit. It's absolutely incredible. (Ask them about it, its super cool... No pun intended) I didn't even know something like this existed. Alex's crew showed up on time with a convoy of trucks to remove my old system and install the new one. The task was a huge undertaking. His crew spent the better part of 3 solid days in the attic ensuring everything was good to go. I'm chilly in rooms of my house that have never been cold before.

An AC is a big investment. Let Ideal Energy take care of you. This has been the most streamlined, turnkey process I've had done to my house. Which is amazing. Considering its by far the biggest project I've had done. Don't hesitate to call them, they'll take care of you.

I just had the pleasure of having Fidel and his crew install a new AC Unit. I called on a Monday, and the next Saturday they installed the new Unit. One of the best customer service experiences I've had from beginning to end. Ever.  My water heater wasn't producing hot water so I did a quick google search and found these guys. I checked their website and they offered free diagnosis and no trip charge. Wow. I did a quick help search and saw stellar reviews so I called to schedule a visit. Jackie on the phone was awesome and scheduled a tech to be here within 2 hours!  Impressive. John H the technician was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. He's an excellent representative for your company.  Give him a raise!  He got my heater working super fast and I couldn't be happier.

My wife and I are first time homeowners and this was our first time buying an A/C unit. Had to do a lot of research to know what was good and bad and to understand some of the terminology. We had probably 6-7 quotes done before we decided. I knew I wanted to get it done before summer since our Carrier system was almost 20 years old...Wasn't going to let our system run through another summer. Like telling grandpa to run a triathlon.
Pam was friendly and reliable to count on, to get any questions answered and to get us on the schedule. Kevin was knowledgeable and fair with his quote when he came by to take a look at our system. Haven't really had the need to test out the system since it's still nice but so far I'm pretty happy with our system and can feel more relaxed about having a new system in place for summer. I am happy about the 10 year parts/compressor warranty and 1 year service included. The two installers worked hard and got it installed and running in about 4 hours. Good choice of a company to choose.

Service was excellent. Justin was proficient, considerate and had exceptional knowledge of our AC unit when we requested a routine maintenance call. He showed us some bad wiring that that had previously been done and corrected it while explaining the process. We also received a quote for recommended future services and never felt pressured. We will defiantly be using Sure Temp going forward. The prices were also very reasonable especially considering the outstanding service received.
