I highly recommend this company; you will not be disappointed. The service team are very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I had my AC/heating system replaced last November and the service technicians were experts at the work being performed. The service and followup is great by this company.

After some back and forth with one of the owners, I feel that the situation has been resolved. I understand running a business is difficult, especially went you can't do everything yourself. The owner ultimately apologized and promised that he would use this experience as a teaching moment for the tech that came to our house. That's really all I was hoping for. We're all good.

I called early in the am because my AC was out on the hottest day of the year and my 80 mother lives with me. Boldt HVAC was the first company to call back and with in a few hours My technician arrived and found the issue in 10 min. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel informed as to what the problem was and how to prevent it in the future. On top of that the price was more than fair. Thank you for your great service.

Call him!! Johnny is such a great and reliable guy. Called him on a Saturday because one of our AC was struggling. He squeezed us in between his other appointment and was over at our house within an hour. Apparently our AC had gotten frozen so he asked us to switch it off till Monday to let it thaw.

Monday came around, he called early in the AM to let us know he would be over around 9-10am. Guess what? He was right on time! We ended up having him service the other units.

He's so straightforward and no BS kinda guy, a quality which I appreciate. He wasn't one of those who would scare you in buying new AC or service more than what's needed.

By the way his fees are super reasonable. He didn't charge us twice; or extra when he came out on the weekend. We'll be calling him again for our regular tune up.

Our A/C unit started squealing last night.  After reading a few reviews last night I called Hays.  Even though they don't open until 7:00 AM, I called at 6:45 hoping someone could help ASAP; especially since they temp had climbed from 76 to 84.  They answered & were very courteous  .  They took my info and had a scheduler call me back.  They were able to fit me in for a 5-7 PM time slot which was better than any of the other companies I checked that were at least 2-3 days out.  I was pleasantly surprised when they called back at 2:20 & said they could have someone here in 45 min.  Jerry S. came right away; found the problem & replaced the capacitor. While I was on the phone with my husband explaining the problem and the cost Jerry also checked our other unit & for that capacitor was about to go out as well.  If our units weren't 13 years old we would have signed up for the warranty program; however, it just didn't make sense for us since we'll have to replace the systems soon and any other parts will be much more expensive.  Rather than me trying to explain the costs or components Jerry spoke directly to my husband making everything clear.  He even e-mail my husband the estimate for the parts and trip charge for today and the estimate if we were to sign up for the warranty program.  Jerry was very honest and professional; he definitely went above and beyond and we truly appreciate his service.  I will be sure to recommend Hays Cooling & Heating to everyone we know in need of help with HVAC.  For the 1st point of contact to the end Hays was professional, polite, honest and all at a very reasonable price.

I live in Fl has a rental in Surprise AZ. The property needs an AC replacement. I found great reviews for Az Air expert so I gave them a chance and it was a great experience. I got everything done the next day. Thank you Maria and the AC Tech Randy for making the process painless. And most of all the price was very fair.

My Evaporative cooler was not working and causing a breaker to trip. I reported the problem to Danette at Cool Zone and made an appointment for repairs to be made.  On 04/25/2019 a technician (unknown name) arrived, and I told him to proceed with the repairs (without asking for a cost estimate).  He completed the work and presented me with an invoice for $826.97 which included the cost of a 3/4, 115V blower motor @ $666. I thought  the cost was extremely high, but paid it, as I had no idea how much the motor should cost. However, I later checked with Lo
we's and Home Depot and found the motors retail for between $85 and $150. I discussed the above with my niece, Kathy, who called Danette and suggested there may have been an error in the billing.  Kathy was told there was no mistake and they would not make any adjustments to the billing. I would not recommend doing business with Cool Zone.  I would be glad to re-think this review if CoolZone would furnish me with a copy of the invoice showing exactly how much they paid for the blower motor.

I am so blown away by the service we received from Arctic Fox, Heath is amazing!  We were so impressed with how fast he was able to diagnose and fix our ac...and in July!  Only waiting a few hours was a complete blessing in the middle of summer.  We are so thankful to Heath and will be only calling Arctic Fox from now on!

I'm impressed with this company and I have used them twice so far. Once to give me a quote on my AC and once to fix my heater. Both times they followed up quickly and tried to troubleshoot on the phone to save me the cost of an unneeded house call.

Both time i did have to have them come out, however I was impressed with the service detail and prices. I will continue to recommend them to friends.

I don't write very many reviews but when I think a business or service is either exceptionally good or really bad, I will take the time to do so. Often times I make choices based on others reviews and feel they are important and very helpful. My two air conditioners were serviced. I knew I had a problem with the secondary unit last year at the end of summer but thought I would wait to get it serviced this year before the heat of summer starts. Turns out the only problem was the circuit broker was switched off. My fault last year when I switched all of them off and on in my search to reset one that had tripped. There was a minor problem with the main unit which was fixed for a very reasonable price. I am recommending them because I know they are honest and have built their business from having integrity and referrals and I highly recommend them.

Excellent service! Our AC went out at 8pm. Called Bumblebee and was able to get an appointment for the next morning at 7am. The tech showered up on time, was friendly and professional, and explained exactly what work he was doing. He replaced a couple of fuses and my unit was up and running. Huge relief to have some cool air in August, especially with a family at home all day. The cost was very reasonable as well. We will definitely use Bumblebee in the future for maintenance and repairs.

I cannot think of a more honest, friendly, genuine, professional than Michael from Cave Creek Cooling Company. He was able to troubleshoot the problem right away and was just a pleasure to deal with. He did not try to upsell me, but made good suggestions. I recommend him without any hesitation for all your a/c needs!

Great service. Showed up on time and in a timely manner. Fixed my ac a few months ago and so far so good. Price was also reasonable. Glad I finally found a good company I can rely on.

We had our rental house AC unit replaced by Ideal Energy. We were so impressed by their work, we had our main home's entire system replaced and upgraded. Not an easy job to say the least. But Chris and the crew did an outstanding job. They replaced all ducting and added insulation, sealed up unused swamp up ducts, replaced 2-30 year old units with 1 unit that has 3 zones. We cannot be happier with our new system. The best part-no more dust blowing into the house. We're relieved now that we have a trusted team to assist with any needs down the road.

Almost immediate call back.  Doug was very helpful, went out the very next morning and had a repair plan and estimate the same day. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future for all my swamp cooler needs.

We have used ProSkill for over the eight years that we have lived in Anthem for all of our plumbing and HVAC needs and have never been disappointed with their friendly and professional service. Today Tyler serviced our ro system and drained the water heater. Nothing tough at all but double checked all connections so all was well when he left. They are always on time and call ahead. It sucks when your AC goes out on Friday at the end of business hours. I searched YELP for nearby companies that were open and responded to wknd calls. Sure Temp was the 2nd company I called (1st company didn't answer the phone even though hours listed said they were open). Sure Temp has a 5 star review on YELP and they definitely earned it. They sent a text with a pic of the technician (so you know it's not the killer) letting you know they are on the way. Austin arrived within 1hr of the 4hr estimated wait window (which is fantastic). He was friendly, professional, and courteous. Austin explained everything to me every step of the way and showed me pics of the repair. The pricing was reasonable and after hours fees waived. AC fixed and cooling again. I will definitely use them again and recommend to my friends.
