Found someone had been chewing on the wires going to one of the units. Caused a short... taking out the transformer and thermostat. Naturally it happened on the weekend and we got great service from Larson Air. Lesson learned. Protect those wires from critters.

Drew came to our home for an air conditioning check, he was extremely professional, kept us informed along the way, ensured everything was operational and didn't try to upsell us anything that was unnecessary. Highly recommend and a local company!

Our AC in our new home started short cycling in the middle of a heat wave, and our home warranty company was unable to find anyone to come until 4-5 days later. We have a newborn baby at home, so it was imperative that we got it fixed immediately.

So I was on my own to find someone. Luckily 1st choice got right back to me in less than an hour and were here the next day. Tim and Brandon showed up ready to rock and roll and figured it out very quickly. After both AC's started blowing cold, Tim was adamant to come back the following day to check everything out and make sure all was well. These guys were so personable and solid, I wish every company operated the way they do.

I was even more impressed when I got the bill. I was shocked at how affordable they were as they could have easily charged me anything at that point to get my house cool again.

I can't say enough good things about Tim and 1st Choice. They work hard, and are just plain nice people who won't take advantage of you. My family and I are so grateful for getting us taken care of on such short notice.

Thank you Fran for answering my call at 7:30 AM. this morning! I had to sweat it out a full night {July 25th} as the company I was using didn't return my call for 14 hours! Juan was excellent and had the cool air a blowin' in under an hour. He came at 8:30 AM, and I really appreciate that because I had to get to work. I realize that sometimes you do have to wait but when dealing with this company Boldt: you're dealing with real people. I'll keep using this company for my A/C needs. They exceeded my expectations.

Amazing and HONEST!!!! I called him in a panic early Sunday morning on a 106 degree day because our unit stopped working and had ice on it. I barely slept last night worried about the cost. Johnny picked up the phone at 7 AM and right away ran me through a series of troubleshooting steps, gave me excellent detailed information, and got my unit working on the phone for no fee. He saved me so much money and was so kind. You can tell he's a good honest man. I will be working with Johnny moving forward on any AC/Heating issues we may have in the future. If I had called someone else, they would have charged me a lot of fees and probably tried to sell me services or parts that I don't need. Thank you Johnny!!

I have a service contract with Hays. I contacted their call service at 8pm Friday after my rental tenant told me his AC was blowing heat. I was told a technican would call to let me know when they could schedule service. I followed up at noon Saturday, 5pm Saturday and 4pm today and still have yet to receive a call back to provide service as of 11pm Sunday.

The technician Randy showed up to my home in less than an hour and it was a simple fix due to a wiring malfunction. He didnt try and up sell, he was in and out in less than 30 mins. Very satisfied and will defiantly use Arizona Experts in the future.

Great overall experience with this company. They answered my request for quote within minutes and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Caleb, the technician, arrived right on time. He was friendly and informative. He explained everything he was going to do and then did a thorough job diagnosing the issue. He told me what the problem was and explained everything in way that was easy to understand. I will definitely be using this company for future repairs and service.

Our HVAC had issues and Steve was quick to find the issue. I highly recommend this company for AC issues.

David Flores has been servicing my house since 2013 when he was with another company. I thought highly enough of him to track him down and seek out his continued services on our home HVAC needs. He communicates very well, he is courteous and professional. Most importantly he is reliable and knows his stuff and wont upsell you on junk you dont need. I appreciate that he pays special attention to details and takes his time explaining to me what he's doing...I like to watch him working and ask a lot of questions (sorry David it probably annoys you! Haha) I am a contracts manager in my own profession so it's in my nature. David works with me on pricing and rewards loyalty. Appreciate you David. Bumble Bee deserves its five stars.  Good people and they do excellent work.  I started out with a won't-work problem, and ended up with the problem promptly fixed, plus educated on proper care of an AC system.  High recommendation!

Michael came out was excellent! We were down for vacation and he saved the day.Very reasonable and knowledgable .. would use him again!!!

My air conditioner stopped blowing cold air, I called Another LARGE company to come out and take a look. The other company's technician told me that the motor is completely fried and I have no Freon. He said it will cost me thousands to get up and running and because it's an old unit, it wouldn't be worth it. I asked him if he put Freon in it, if it would run, and he said no because the motor isn't running, and I would need 9 pounds of Freon. He said my only option is to get a new unit, and his supervisor will come tomorrow to give me a quote.... I paid the diagnostic fee and he left. I then called ALAN's AIR, told them that I would like a quote for a new AC, when the tech Bill arrived he asked me what I was diagnosed with, I explained the motor and Freon issue. He said he saw Freon in the unit, and the fan is blowing so the motor is fine. He said let me REALLY take a look. He found one of the wires was bad, and ONLY put a couple Pounds of Freon that it needed. After my AC was working like new... Alan's Air went above and beyond, I didn't even ask for a diagnosis or repair, only a quote for a whole new unit, they could have went the easy route but they were honest!!! The other large chain company blatantly lied to me, made up a complete false diagnosis, and insisted my only option was buying a brand new unit. Alan's Air saved me thousands, repaired my current unit, and had integrity! I would recommend them!!

Conducted an audit, identified a lack of insulation in a room that consistently was too hot (summer) or too cold (winter).  Professional staff, worked extremely hard to install a new unit.  Felt comfortable with them in the home around spouse and kids.

Fidel and crew, you guys are awesome. Called on the weekend in regards to a leak in the ceiling from the AC unit. Fidel was very responsive and at my place within the hour. He was straight forward and resolved the issue very quickly. I really appreciate the explanation of what needed to be done and the execution. Highly recommend. Thanks again, guys!

I don't know if it's the economy/inflation, but had a tune up done again this year and the guy that came out didn't have filters for the air handler.  Did it last year, and they brought new ones.  The excuse was that he didn't know which filters to bring , but considering they knew what to bring last year and the fact that I had purchased the system from them, it should be in the computer/notes of some sort.  No biggie, it was a last complimentary tune up, hence the 4 stars, but people should know ahead of time before booking a tune up.

Great experience.  One of the rooms in our house was warmer than the others.  They came out, assessed the situation very thoroughly and were able to diagnose the problem very quickly.  The technician, Kevin, was a great guy - no pressure and did a great job explaining WHY something was needed instead of just telling us to buy it.
