Best Handymans in Phoenix, AZ

I used them again to do work on one of my other properties and I am very satisfied.  Adam not only did a great job with the work, he sent me a before and after pictures (I didn't ask for pictures).  It is always hard to find a reputable company and I am so glad to find Response Crew; especially when I live 750 miles away.

Wish I could have given more stars.  Response time from Kyle the owner was great.  I was very excited to find an honest handyman to help with multiple projects in our new home.  Kyle did say they could do most of the items on my wish list.  The day that I needed a handyman we decided that we were going to start with the install of faucets in the bathroom and faucet and garbage disposal in the kitchen.  Initially we thought we would have them hang light fixtures too but they did not arrive in time.  We would save this for a later date.  The handyman arrived and we showed him the scope of work: install bathroom faucet and install faucet and garbage disposal in kitchen.  He started with the bathroom faucet install, after a few minutes he came to tell us that he could not proceed because whoever put the angle stop on did not do it properly (my fabricator replaced this piece when they took the old faucet off when replacing our countertops). He told us we needed to call them to come over before he could start the install because he didn't want it to become "his problem".  Unfortunately, I couldn't call the fabricators to come switch this piece out while the "handyman" was there.  I asked him if he could do it but he refused because it could be a "liability" for him.  I mean I did hire him to do the plumbing.  After continued conversation about fixing it he said he could try but the best he could tell us is there could be a huge break in the pipe and it could take him 5 minutes or 2 hours to fix it but he was unsure until he got in there.  At this point it appeared he didn't want to do it so we told him to forget it and we could find someone else who could help us out and not give us the run around. He did the kitchen faucet and garbage disposal which was fine.  I'm bummed out because it's so hard to find honest people with customer service - based on all the reviews from this company I felt very let down, I wish I had the same experience as others did.

I'm preparing for the holidays and had a number of small projects around the house that needed attention.  Jose assembled a queen bed, a rolling shelf, replaced faucet and corroded values, a charcoal grill, and showed me why I didn't need repair to the fuse box latch. :-)

Russ was great! Hardworking, efficient, solution-minded. He helped us stabilize a wobbly loft bed and bolt it to a wall. He was fast and easy to communicate with. The visit, quite, project all done in less than 24 hrs. He wore a mask and was very courteous.

Gary was on-time and did all the things we talked about efficiently and well. I am very happy to have found a handyman who is responsible and skilled. When he left everything was fixed and clean.

Luis is the best handyman in Phoenix. He will find an answer to your problem and he will fix it. He is skilled , efficient, responsible, dependable and affordable. He is trustworthy and friendly. I was impressed with the way he accomplished the tasks I needed done. He won't cut any corners and you can trust that the work he does will be done right.

Michelle couldn't have been more responsive in getting my job scheduled. There was continued communication with appreciated reminders until the day of the job.
Steve came at the scheduled time and did a meticulous, great job of painting 3 outer doors. He also answered my questions about other projects.
He was finished a little under the allotted time and the cost was adjusted accordingly. I couldn't have been happier with the results and I've already scheduled more work with them.

I had Arizona Maintenance Service come for the first time.  They removed my shutters to accommodate a new window installation the next day and then replaced them the day after the window was placed.  I worked with Jesus who was just a delight with a great personality.  He was timely, very neat with his work and respectful of my property.  He was extremely competent and I really cannot say enough about him and the organization of the company!  Highly recommend. We were really impressed with Mark's knowledge and professionalism. He checked in with us one week before the appointment and then confirmed again the morning of. He provided a lot of helpful information about how to complete a tricky project. He is honest and trustworthy and his prices are reasonable. Steve was more than I ever could have asked for, and I will 100% be calling him back out as soon as I figure out where I want pictures/artwork, and another set of curtains put up.Not only was he able to work around my limited schedule and make time to come help the following day, but he also was able to help me with so many things in such little time. Originally I had asked Best Buy how much it would cost for them to put up two TVs on the wall and it was going to be around $150 per TV. Steve charges by the hour and since he's extremely experienced in things like that, it took under an hour for each, AND he was able to help fix things I had honestly forgotten about- or didn't know if he would be able to help with- such as fixing my entertainment center that was wiggly and has misaligned drawers thanks to ikeas crappy installation. Not only was Steven fast and friendly, you can just tell he genuinely loves his job, even with the plethora of tasks that it may include. I would absolutely recommend him anytime, without hesitation! I had a screen door replaced and after Lowe's installers didn't want to do the job, I went to Handyman C. because I needed it done right away.  Handyman came out quickly and on time and the job was done right.  Will be calling on them in the future since I can see more jobs in the future.
