10/24/15 In reponse to owner's comments...bad service is no mistake it's just bad service. At no time did Adam mention that QC was outside of Response Crew's normal service area. In fact, I specifically asked and he said he could do the work. If a business agrees to do work, as a customer, I assume location wouldn't effect the quality of services provided. With Response Crew that was clearly a bad assumption. As mentioned in original review, I declined further services because Adam and team proved untrustworthy when i agreed to let them come out again. What I find most unprofessional is that Adam has now admitted "mistakes", a departure from his pre-yelp assertion that things were done correctly. However, he had no problem cashing my check for his company's service, which he knew might not be up to par before ever providing. Bad business all around. I will be reporting this company to the BBB.

Great service and beautiful work. Kyle cleaned up every scrap and was true to his estimate. Kyle' communication was a nice surprise he let me know exactly what he was doing why and when. Thanks Honest Handyman.

He is prompt, reliable and has very reasonable rates. He installed all my ceiling fans, replaced a sink, painted my rooms, cleaned my pool filter and pool, built me some plant stands,  landscaped my yard, installed an outside vent for my dryer and cooking hood, installed a new thermostat, installed lighting, fixed my garage door, ....and the list goes on!!! His work is Respectable!

Gary did some electical work on a bathroom remodel for me. Added an electrical box, moved light fixture and installed an exhaust fan with duct.  Did great work and was on time for a reasonable price. Would recommend.

Luis was great. Showed up and got the job done for us. We'll definitely use him again.

This was my first time utilizing handyman services, and I'm surely glad I read the reviews here.  I called Stan and set up an appointment to have him assemble a standing desk for me among some other projects.  The desk task, though, was most important.  He did such a great job, and in fact, went above and beyond.  Upon opening the three separate packages, he quickly noticed that the workmanship had some errors.  Parts were welded incorrectly.  The screws and brackets were all loose in the package.  I was truly disappointed since the desk was very expensive.  So what to do?  Send it back?  Call to complain?  Cry?  Nope!  Stan took care of it easily.  He drilled some holes where they should have been drilled in the first place, and then did something else to one of the pieces so that it could be assembled to function properly.  He had all the parts from these three huge boxes organized in no time at all before he began his work.  Then.....he went on to the smaller jobs, and did those with such focus and precision.  I felt completely comfortable with him in my home.  He is a good and honest person...one can pick up on that immediately.  Plus, his work is PERFECT!  Lastly, he tolerated my elementary questions with such patience.  PS.  His pricing is very fair and very reasonable.  I will not hesitate to call him again.  Thank you, Stan!

I called the office and made an appointment for someone to come pour a shower pan.  They sent someone out to measure and I scheduled the appointment.  I took a day off from work to be home for the person to come do the work.  He was 2 hours late.  He came to the house and looked around and said he needed to go to Home Depot.  He then called me from Home Depot to tell me that the pan was not in and that the only size they had was bigger than what I wanted but that was gonna cost $200 more.  I met him at Home Depot where I discovered that my order to have a shower pan poured had somehow been changed to them ordering a pre-fab fiberglass pan.  I explained that that was not what I had requested and that we are going to tile the shower therefore I cannot use a prefab pan.

The man went out to his truck and called his office who then said that they could do what I asked but that it would be the following week before they could do it.  I explained that was unacceptable as I had someone else coming to hang concrete board the very next day based on my appointment with them to have the pan done.

They finally agreed after quite of bit of arguing that they would do the work on Saturday the way I had originally requested.

Now comes Saturday and my appointment was at 8:00.  At 8:30 I get a call from the worker saying that he had overslept but that he would come.  3 hours later he arrived.

Now the pan is in and it seems to be a good.  When the tech left he had me sign something saying the work was done and advised I would receive an email w/ a link to pay.  Sure enough, Monday morning I received a link w/ a bill marked "Past Due".  I called the Manager John and asked why my invoice was marked past due.  He stated that is just their system.  I also asked if he had received my message about the tech being 3 hours last on Saturday and he said yes... Sorry about that.  That was it.

They screwed up my original order; Their tech was 2 hours late the first time; I lost a day of work because they screwed up the ticket and could not do the work they were supposed to do on the day they had it scheduled; rescheduled and the guy was 3 hours late and then I got a past due invoice and the best I could get was a "sorry about that".

Be cautious using this company.  The end result was pretty good but getting there was a real headache and they take no responsibilities for their mistakes!

He's the real deal. I've been looking for a simple next door neighbor type handy man and he's your guy. Friendly, helpful and smart. I will be using him in the future. Thanks again!

I reside in Phoenix and there are several different jobs that I have hired Garcia's Handyman such as changing out my security doors, placing new gutters and am very satisfied with his work.  He recently painted my house and was extremely thorough.   I love the way it turned out and will be hiring him again in the future.

Had the owner Michael help me on two projects at my house, the price was fair and the service was quick with no issues.  I asked for estimates of future projects while I had him there, but a few of them he gave me helpful tints on to do myself.  I look forward to using his services again in the future and would recommend him to anyone.

We called a few guys (handymen) to get estimates for a fix it list we needed completed in order to sell our house. It was the buyers post inspection request list that we needed to fix up some things.

There were multiple things that I liked about THE Handyman! He promptly returned our call and came over to the house to go over the list. He didn't just ask for info over the phone but rather took the time to come and give an honest estimate in price and time. He was friendly and trustworthy. At no point did I feel as though I was getting overcharged.  

When it came time to do the repairs, he showed up on time, did quality work, was pleasent and easy to talk to. There were a few items he needed to get parts for. He took care of all the ordering and came back as planned and completed everything with ease.

Super Amazing!!!! I had hired someone to redo my shower and put in a new shower door. Not even half way through the guy went M.I.A. The amount of people that I had to call to try and get someone to put it in was insane I can't remember the number but I know it was over 20. No one wanted to touch it since they didn't do the shower.  Scott came out and was able to put the shower door in and it was a pain. I bought the worst door anyone could buy I think. The door looks amazing and if he didn't come to my rescue I think id still be using my other bathroom.

I hired AZ You Wish to install a mini blow up spa in my backyard. They arrived on time and ready to work. Super friendly, good suggestions, and highly skilled. This company went the extra mile and recommended a different vendor for a project he was not able to complete, which in my opinion speaks volumes to his integrity. This company will be my go to as we transition in to our new house in Estrella!

I had two different jobs taken care of by Handyman Connection. It is a good service in that they set you up with the appropriate handyman for a particular skill set. The work was done well although the first job was part inside and part outside, the job got spread out over a week when it should have been done in less than two days. The second job took less than two hours. The gentleman was very professional and got to the root of my electrical problem in my utility room, albeit with some help from me.

Erick was extremely accommodating the multiple times I had to reschedule. He was on time, worked fast, reasonably priced. Nice and professional. Will definitely use him again.

Showed up on time, respectful of the current pandemic and did a great job replacing our kitchen faucet. My family will use this company in the future.
