I needed a water tank replacement at a rental.
The quote was reasonable and their team was on text with me supporting me on all questions such as they model

Kyle is the best handyman ever! He has installed a new shower head/faucet/value, garbage disposal, installed two ceiling fans, mounted my flat screen tv, and set up the surround sound. He's fast, friendly, and good with my dogs! I will continue to call Kyle for all my handyman needs!

Amazing work on our patio home in Scottsdale. Tackled a project that was complex and required skill and ingenuity to complete. Rates were reasonable as well. Worked neatly, arrived promptly, and accommodated us in our requirement of zero contact. Very pleased with the outcome.

Russ will get it done! Even if it is a really weird job.
He's flexible and did what he said he would do, including when it was not the most convenient thing or the easy thing.

Reading some of Gary's negative reviews it seems that a lot of people have had similar experiences. Gary might be able to do some quality work, but I wouldn't know because he's just not professional at all.

We reached out to Gary after buying a new house in Arcadia a while back and he told us that whenever we were ready he could help us with installing ceiling fans, blinds, and whatever we may need (score!) but when we called him back to schedule something he was sick and told me he would call me back in a week.

A week goes by with no phone call, so I call him-- but no answer... and his vm is full. so I waited a couple more days and called him again, still no answer; so this time I followed up with a text asking if he was still interested in helping us out with our handyman needs and he replied yes and to let him know when we would like him to come help.

Perfect! I called him when I got back to Phoenix and he didn't answer (of course), so I texted asking when he was available and he asked if he could schedule me in for between 1-2pm on Thursday. Yes I replied, then I texted asking him a couple questions about estimates for hanging large blinds and included photos. He ignored my texts that night about the quote/estimate altogether, so I texted asking if he received my messages requesting an estimate to which he replied "Yes, I'll look at them when I'm at your house." (Not really an answer or estimate- kind of slippery).

So today rolls around and of course I'm at home waiting on this handyman to show up (of course I organized my day around him) 14 minutes before he was due for our appointment, he cancels.

He says: "Can we meet Saturday 9-930? Caught up in work."
(No apology for the inconvenience, or wasting my time, just a crap text).

Me: "You know Gary, let me talk to my boyfriend about it. After reading your Yelp! reviews we expected a little more professionalism to be honest."

He says: "Well I've been sick for the last month and been out of commission. I've been trying to catch up on my jobs. Sorry if you feel that way. I know I can't make everyone happy.

Me: "It's not a feeling. You cancelled 15 minutes before you were scheduled to show up and have been unresponsive and not very communicative with me. Those are facts. While I understand it's impossible to make everybody happy, you could do a much better job by being a little more professional.

Then-- radio silence.

Gary, you can make customers happy; how about apologizing when you're wrong and unprofessional instead of #1: making excuses, then #2: blaming me, or acting like I'm the one with unrealistic expectations when I've accommodated the date and time YOU chose and then flaked on. Would not recommend.

Luis did a wonderful job with cutting and installing new bypass doors on our closet. He was very careful to ensure they were properly adjusted. I really appreciated his care with cleanup as well! Highly recommend!

We had Michele send out a handyman to repair some closet doors. The work was completed in a timely manner with good communication and at a very reasonable price. We will be using them again.

My new go to for help around the house. My job ended up being much bigger than I initially thought and they pivoted the scope of work quickly to ensure my project (a vanity installation) was completed on time. Luis did a wonderful job and Melissa, the owner, is quick to communicate and kept me well informed. The pricing is very for the quality of work.

Stan was GREAT! Not only was he on time but very helpful and even went above and beyond to fix little things he found along the way I didn't realize needed fixing. He was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable having him in my home. Great guy and did great work!

So happy with my service by Chris! He installed 2 ceiling fans for me in my condo. He is reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. I will be keeping his number on hand for future projects. Thanks again.

Just waiting for a call on replacing a window

Mark is absolutely AMAZING!!!  Save yourself time and effort and call him first.  He did a magnificent job installing multiple outside power outlets on my home and did it for less than a supposed "family friend" wanted to charge us.  In fact he did it for 1/3 the cost.  We will have Mark back to install our patio ceiling fans soon!  Thank you Mark for your amazing attitude and reliability!

Mr. Garcia worked very hard on the waterfall faucet for my tub.  It was a difficult job, and the faucet came without any diagrams. Part of the install really did need some explaining.  He did his best but I need to contact the company and ask one question for the job to be completed.
I am going to have him do several more jobs for me.

Mike went above and beyond helping me with several projects when I bought a new house. He showed up on time, provided great advice, completed quality work, and charged a reasonable price. I will continue to use his services, as I was extremely happy with the results.

Steve was more than I ever could have asked for, and I will 100% be calling him back out as soon as I figure out where I want pictures/artwork, and another set of curtains put up.Not only was he able to work around my limited schedule and make time to come help the following day, but he also was able to help me with so many things in such little time. Originally I had asked Best Buy how much it would cost for them to put up two TVs on the wall and it was going to be around $150 per TV. Steve charges by the hour and since he's extremely experienced in things like that, it took under an hour for each, AND he was able to help fix things I had honestly forgotten about- or didn't know if he would be able to help with- such as fixing my entertainment center that was wiggly and has misaligned drawers thanks to ikeas crappy installation. Not only was Steven fast and friendly, you can just tell he genuinely loves his job, even with the plethora of tasks that it may include. I would absolutely recommend him anytime, without hesitation! Thanks for everything Steve! We'll be in contact again soon :)

We needed an emergency service when our original professional was in a car accident. On less than 24 hours notice, Dave was here, ready to go. The work was quick and good quality. We had some drywall repair done in a few different spots by Ken. I highly recommend Ken for his expert workmanship and friendly demeanor.

Tom is a fantastic professional to work with and a gem to find in Anthem. I had a sliding door issue that many other handymen didn't think they could do, but Tom was able to fix the problem easily while charging a very reasonable price. On top of that, his professionalism is unmatched. He responds swiftly and politely as well as gave a specific time and window to when he would show up. I really appreciate working with Tom and will use his service any time in the future.
