Response Crew was outstanding in their service, workmanship, attitude and professionalism. We received exceptional service from the office staff, the owner and technicians. The job was more extensive than most, and the technicians went over and beyond with their expertise, efficiency and patience. From the initial request to the end result, the service was prompt, kind, and expedient. This was our first experience with the company, and it will definitely not be our last. The owner provided the best customer service and was willing to take on a challenging job, the office staff is helpful and organized and the technicians are skilled and proficient. I cannot imagine a more positive experience, and we are very appreciative of their service!

We recently sold our home. As usual, there were a number of small fixes we were asked to do--and only ten days to get them done. We contacted Kyle and scheduled a visit from the estimator. Kenny was helpful and friendly. As soon as some electric circuit breakers were in hand, a return visit was scheduled. Work is all done, at the price agreed to in advance and within the needed time frame. I recommend the HHS!

We had multiple issues throughout the house and had trouble finding a reliable handyman who could solve them. I reached out to Russ and he was able to quickly diagnose these issues and found specific parts for one of our faucets that we could not find anywhere else. If you need a handyman, Russ is definitely your guy!

Luis did a wonderful job with cutting and installing new bypass doors on our closet. He was very careful to ensure they were properly adjusted. I really appreciated his care with cleanup as well! Highly recommend!

After putting off a few things after my move, I finally tracked down Michele and her team on Yelp. George arrived and was masked and ready to get to work. He hung some large mirrors and helped get our bunk beds put back together. He was efficient, totally helpful! If I had had things pulled more together on my end, he would have been able to finish more tasks! That never happens. I am so grateful for the help and hope I can get Michele's help again soon! I was so impressed with this company. The response I received from them for a quote was so immediate I thought it was too good to be true. They sent me a 24 hour confirmation to guarantee that they would be there. They showed up on time and were quick and efficient. Called for a repair, left 2 messages over 2 days and never received a call back and its been a week...

I did a yelp search for a handyman and had several responses. We picked Hammertime Handyman as his response was the quickest. We had a small job to replace some flooring and his work was impeccable. Chris is a young motivated energetic young man who has great ability and motivation. His work was high-quality and his business model is of high integrity and high ethics.
His prices were reasonable and he did the job within two hours. Cleaned up and left the area immaculate. Highly recommend Chris for handyman type jobs. He says he does almost everything in terms of  homeowner repairs.

Amazing service and great value. Pat treated our home like it was his own. We had two TVs mounted and a dryer exhaust installed in our laundry room. I will be calling back for future projects.

We were really impressed with Mark's knowledge and professionalism. He checked in with us one week before the appointment and then confirmed again the morning of. He provided a lot of helpful information about how to complete a tricky project. He is honest and trustworthy and his prices are reasonable. We will reach out to Mark the next time we need home services.

We do not have enough great things to say about Alejandro Garcia! He completed a whole guest bathroom remodel for us and it turned out perfectly. He was super patient and kind throughout the whole process- brought over tile trim samples when I was indecisive and listened to all my design ideas! He moved our shower drain, added plumbing for the vanity and rotated the toilet as well. He's definitely a Jack of all trades and does high quality work at a very reasonable price. We are recommending him to everyone we know!

I would give Mike 10 stars if yelp would let me. I am grateful to have found him, by searching reviews. I have used him repeatedly, for a myriad of repairs and improvements - from lighting/electrical to plumbing and plumbing fixture installation to small oddities such as garage door seal replacement and other tweaks. He is reliable, on time, incredibly competent and professional and extremely reasonable. He also just happens to be a wonderful person and nice guy to spend time with and have in your home. If he doesn't do a particular job, he has no trouble saying so. He never tries to extend a repair, up-charge you on labor or materials and there is never a question about what falls into his realm of work. If he doesn't do something, he will tell you willingly, though he seems to be able to do almost anything. I have worked with a myriad of contractors, repair people and home service personnel in my life time. Mike is right up at the top of people I appreciate and look forward to seeing and using, again. I'd want to keep him to myself but he already has a loyal following. It's earned. The only thing you might need to know is that his work load is consistent, due to his great service and pricing. He's worth waiting for, if you have a project that calls for him. And he diligently aims to get to you as fast as possible. Mike is truly a great man to have around.

Great service all around, answered the phone professionally and with energy! Scheduled the appointment and he was ON TIME a very rare thing with a lot of guys! He quoted me a price and it took him a little longer and didn't charge me extra (The tip was well deserved) He really seems to have attention to detail when it comes to everything and cleans up very well after himself. I have sent his number out to several of my co workers already because I know there will come a time that he will be needed for them! Highly recommend him for anything!
