Best Handymans in Phoenix, AZ

This was our second time using this company. As always they were on time, courteous and got the job done better than what I expected. I had an Ethernet cable i needed to run from my living room to the office and it required going through the attic. Every step they communicated with me even when we had to change plans. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Wish I could have given more stars.  Response time from Kyle the owner was great.  I was very excited to find an honest handyman to help with multiple projects in our new home.  Kyle did say they could do most of the items on my wish list.  The day that I needed a handyman we decided that we were going to start with the install of faucets in the bathroom and faucet and garbage disposal in the kitchen.  Initially we thought we would have them hang light fixtures too but they did not arrive in time.  We would save this for a later date.  The handyman arrived and we showed him the scope of work: install bathroom faucet and install faucet and garbage disposal in kitchen.  He started with the bathroom faucet install, after a few minutes he came to tell us that he could not proceed because whoever put the angle stop on did not do it properly (my fabricator replaced this piece when they took the old faucet off when replacing our countertops). He told us we needed to call them to come over before he could start the install because he didn't want it to become "his problem".  Unfortunately, I couldn't call the fabricators to come switch this piece out while the "handyman" was there.  I asked him if he could do it but he refused because it could be a "liability" for him.  I mean I did hire him to do the plumbing.  After continued conversation about fixing it he said he could try but the best he could tell us is there could be a huge break in the pipe and it could take him 5 minutes or 2 hours to fix it but he was unsure until he got in there.  At this point it appeared he didn't want to do it so we told him to forget it and we could find someone else who could help us out and not give us the run around. He did the kitchen faucet and garbage disposal which was fine.  I'm bummed out because it's so hard to find honest people with customer service - based on all the reviews from this company I felt very let down, I wish I had the same experience as others did.

Amazing work on our patio home in Scottsdale. Tackled a project that was complex and required skill and ingenuity to complete. Rates were reasonable as well. Worked neatly, arrived promptly, and accommodated us in our requirement of zero contact. Very pleased with the outcome.

We can't say enough about the excellent work Russ does. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and reasonable. He was helpful in suggesting different typmaterials as we went along. We'll be ready for our next project soon and will definitely be calling Russ.

Gary was quick, professional, and responsive. He installed three new power outlets for me, installed a kitchen sink, and moved a coaxial cable. All work was done cleanly and works great. Very pleased with his work here.

First of all, I am not someone who regularly writes reviews, so for me to actually sit down and write one is a big deal, but Luis is a big deal! We had several small repairs and one larger repair that we needed done before we were able to list our house for sale. I struck out with several other contractors/handyman type people who either never responded to my inquiries, refused to drive the distance to our home, or quoted me outlandish estimated hours and cost for what I felt were pretty simple, straightforward repairs.

Luis responded quickly and professionally every time I texted him, scheduled me within a couple of days, showed up on time, did quality work, and charged me a reasonable amount. One job was patching a small hole in the drywall of my son's closet and Luis spent an additional 20 minutes testing out all the various cans of paint I had in the garage (6-7) to try to find the right match to try to avoid me having to buy new paint for such a small job. He also completed all of the jobs I asked him to do in 4 hours, including going out to match paint samples, get supplies, and get a new door for my son's bedroom. Not to mention, his work was top notch - beautifully and professionally completed.

We have lived in the house for almost 6 years and I have been trying to find someone like Luis just as long. I am sad now that I've finally found him, we are moving out of state! We we definitely be calling him for any repairs or issues that come up during the inspection/sale process of our home. I can't recommend Luis highly enough. If you are looking for a handyman, stop looking!

Michele is in a class all by herself. She spent a good 20 minutes troubleshooting a major issue I was having with my doors. The handles were sagging and a previous fixit person and a locksmith attempted to remedy the issues to no avail. In the end Michele referred me to a speciality locksmith ... she knows her stuff. Her referral saved me time and money. Michele cared enough to to listen and offer her expert opinion. She did not make one cent today from me today.  but there will be only one Handyman company I call for my needs, Michele's Master Handyman. Excellent customer service and so incredibly knowledgeable. I feel blessed to now have someone to call with competency, skill, honor and integrity with all my fixit needs! Hope you all give this company a try.

Great service. I needed a few odd jobs taken care of quickly to put my office/guest room back together. Michelle came out the day I reached out to review my list, and I had a quote an hour later. She finished the work over two days, and I couldn't be happier. She painted and caulked my baseboards, filled in and painted a few holes in the wall, installed a ceiling fan, built a giant piece of IKEA furniture, and hung floating shelves (a lot of them). She was friendly, patient with my inquisitive child, and communicative.

Bottom line: I would (and will!) hire her again for any project she's willing to tackle in our home.

So glad to have found such a capable, honest, and reliable handyman.  He responds promptly to my inquiries and is professional and courteous.  I called him about a small project and he happened to be in the area and was at my house that afternoon.  He patiently explained and showed me the different types of caulking and why he chooses to use that one for my project, and explained to me how the windows were set in my house and why I didn't need to worry about moisture getting in.  He pointed out some areas I didn't notice and sealed those too.  Very impressed with him.

So happy with my service by Chris! He installed 2 ceiling fans for me in my condo. He is reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. I will be keeping his number on hand for future projects. Thanks again.

I had Arizona Maintenance Service come for the first time.  They removed my shutters to accommodate a new window installation the next day and then replaced them the day after the window was placed.  I worked with Jesus who was just a delight with a great personality.  He was timely, very neat with his work and respectful of my property.  He was extremely competent and I really cannot say enough about him and the organization of the company!  Highly recommend. We were really impressed with Mark's knowledge and professionalism. He checked in with us one week before the appointment and then confirmed again the morning of. He provided a lot of helpful information about how to complete a tricky project. He is honest and trustworthy and his prices are reasonable. We will reach out to Mark the next time we need home services.

Mr. Garcia worked very hard on the waterfall faucet for my tub.  It was a difficult job, and the faucet came without any diagrams. Part of the install really did need some explaining.  He did his best but I need to contact the company and ask one question for the job to be completed.
I am going to have him do several more jobs for me.

Had the owner Michael help me on two projects at my house, the price was fair and the service was quick with no issues.  I asked for estimates of future projects while I had him there, but a few of them he gave me helpful tints on to do myself.  I look forward to using his services again in the future and would recommend him to anyone.

Steve was more than I ever could have asked for, and I will 100% be calling him back out as soon as I figure out where I want pictures/artwork, and another set of curtains put up.Not only was he able to work around my limited schedule and make time to come help the following day, but he also was able to help me with so many things in such little time. Originally I had asked Best Buy how much it would cost for them to put up two TVs on the wall and it was going to be around $150 per TV. Steve charges by the hour and since he's extremely experienced in things like that, it took under an hour for each, AND he was able to help fix things I had honestly forgotten about- or didn't know if he would be able to help with- such as fixing my entertainment center that was wiggly and has misaligned drawers thanks to ikeas crappy installation. Not only was Steven fast and friendly, you can just tell he genuinely loves his job, even with the plethora of tasks that it may include. I would absolutely recommend him anytime, without hesitation! Great work and always kept in communication with me. We had some conflicts in timing but because he kept in constant contact we made it work. I had to have my subfloors in my bathroom repaired and he gave me a fair price and even went above and beyond in waterproofing the section. Highly recommended!

I contacted Handyman Connection for the installation of a security screen door.  Wiley arrived on time and was exceptional.  I highly recommend the company and the individual.  If the rest of their providers are as good as Wiley, you can't you go wrong with the Handyman Connection.

Showed up on time, respectful of the current pandemic and did a great job replacing our kitchen faucet. My family will use this company in the future.
