Best Handymans in Phoenix, AZ

I had work done by Gregg and Richard yesterday and couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism, workmanship and attention to detail. As a first time customer, I would highly recommend Response Crew for your next project.

I saw the reviews on Yelp and decided to contact Honest Handyman about our sagging ceiling can lights.  Kyle was very prompt in responding and setting up an appointment for us.  Dave was the serviceman that came out and took care of the lights very easily.  We asked him if he could take care of a couple of other things at the same time and he did, which was so helpful.  We didn't have to call several different contractors to get those things done.  It was great having one handyman that could take care of all of the items that needed attention.  Would definitely recommend them and call them again!

He is prompt, reliable and has very reasonable rates. He installed all my ceiling fans, replaced a sink, painted my rooms, cleaned my pool filter and pool, built me some plant stands,  landscaped my yard, installed an outside vent for my dryer and cooking hood, installed a new thermostat, installed lighting, fixed my garage door, ....and the list goes on!!! His work is Respectable!

Russ was a bit difficult to contact, but in person was very pleasant. Alas, in the end his estimate was 3x that of another equally qualified handyman so I have no direct experience with his work.

Update: Despite his assertions otherwise, Russ did come to my home to review the project, took notes, and told me that I would receive the quote from someone else via email. Several days later I received the quote. Included in the email was a note that the email address from which the quote was sent was not monitored by Russ and that I would need to contact him directly.

It is important to highlight that this review is of the communication with Russ and his price, not of his work. As I mentioned in the above review, because Russ' quote was 3x that of another handyman our business relationship went no further. I would think it in Russ' best interests to (a) accept this review in the positive spirit in which it has been provided, and (b) stop sending me cellular text messages about the review.

Very pleased to have Gary come to my house and install my new dishwasher!  He was prompt and very easy going. Also fixed my door on the way out.  Very fair price too.  Highly recommend him.

Luis did a wonderful job with cutting and installing new bypass doors on our closet. He was very careful to ensure they were properly adjusted. I really appreciated his care with cleanup as well! Highly recommend!

This is the second time the same guy ( i wish i remembered his name) has come to our house and did a PHENOMENAL job! He first fixed our pocket door perfectly and quickly and today, he came and fixed a gap in our floors that we have been putting off for months, along with some drywall repair above our closet doors. He does amazing work, so kind, very reliable, thorough, quick, on time etc. I can't say enough nice things about him and the jobs he has done for us. This is a great company and we will continue to be repeat customers for anything we need in the future. So happy to have found this wonderful company! Thanks again!

Chris is knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and affordable .  He installed two new bathroom plumbing fixtures, cabinet,  all the hardware, faucets including the  kitchen faucet and even repaired some electrical outlets for safety.  He was invaluable in helping update a senior citizen's home needs and took time to explain and communicate with the owner and family.  I highly recommend Chris for all types of services.

I had Arizona Maintenance Service come for the first time.  They removed my shutters to accommodate a new window installation the next day and then replaced them the day after the window was placed.  I worked with Jesus who was just a delight with a great personality.  He was timely, very neat with his work and respectful of my property.  He was extremely competent and I really cannot say enough about him and the organization of the company!  Highly recommend. We called a few guys (handymen) to get estimates for a fix it list we needed completed in order to sell our house. It was the buyers post inspection request list that we needed to fix up some things.

There were multiple things that I liked about THE Handyman! He promptly returned our call and came over to the house to go over the list. He didn't just ask for info over the phone but rather took the time to come and give an honest estimate in price and time. He was friendly and trustworthy. At no point did I feel as though I was getting overcharged.  

When it came time to do the repairs, he showed up on time, did quality work, was pleasent and easy to talk to. There were a few items he needed to get parts for. He took care of all the ordering and came back as planned and completed everything with ease.
I give THE Handyman a big 5 stars!

We had Dave handle a couple of projects around our house that we weren't willing to tackle. He communicated well before and during the projects, showed up on time and his rates were reasonable. The jobs were well done!

If Ron gives you an estimate on a project just know it will turn out exactly how you want it.  He took time to be sure he was creating the bookcase I wanted down to every detail.  He was always very professional and when he said he would be here......he was!  I would strongly recommend Ron for any woodworking project you may have.
