Run from this business! Here is their typical scenario to save you time !
They respond quickly, they take your credit card info VERY quickly! Thats pretty much their first question. My issue was a very simple fix! To instal a brand new garbage disposal that I already bought. The tech showed up with the "trainee",they installed it, three months later it was leaking right where it was installed . I called again, they told me they will be charging me for the trip. What kind of business is it?!! Their work last three months, then they take your credit card info again to make sure they get paid for their lousy job for the second time! I understand when they charge you first time, but when they are the one who did not do it right in the first place , they have audacity to charge again !   And this whole scenario when they have your credit card on file, is very fishy ! It's called credit card fraud . They did not have my permission to have it on their file in the first place, but somehow they still have it in their file!
Oh, and watch it now....here comes the owner response..." I am very sorry for your bad experience...but the reason we did this...blah blah... ", all kinds of excuses to cover up there incompetence and dishonesty. Please save your money and credit card info and hire someone even someone from Craig's list would be better than this shady business

Kyle was great to work with.  Responded promptly to my inquiry with a quote and good follow-up there after with questions and scheduling. Arrived on time with a call in advance and look care of a few door alignment issues we had. Good work, fair price and responsive. Something that is not easy to find in a handyman or contractor. We will use his services again as needed and would recommend others do the same.

Small to large, Russ does them all. I started small, asking Russ to fix a porch light and hang mirrors; next I moved on to fence repair; and then I had him completely replace my garage roof. The rafters were rotted and the roof was in very poor shape, so the whole top had to go. While working on the roof, Russ noticed some damaged wall beams and a bad section of sill plate and took care of them, too. All of his work was thorough (two foot deep fence post footings!), precise, and careful. My garage hasn't been this sturdy or looked this good in many years. In addition to great work, Russ was always willing to explain options and what he was doing.

Gary fixed a plumbing problem for us on Mother's Day Sunday.  I wouldn't have been able to make dinner for my wife otherwise.  Great job and great service.

Luis is the best handyman in Phoenix. He will find an answer to your problem and he will fix it. He is skilled , efficient, responsible, dependable and affordable. He is trustworthy and friendly. I was impressed with the way he accomplished the tasks I needed done. He won't cut any corners and you can trust that the work he does will be done right.

Steve has been out here twice (and again next week) and has done a great job.  He is punctual and knows what he is doing.  He's gone above & beyond to make my repairs and install my doors, curtains, knobs, bathroom items, etc.  I am very happy I found them.

Michelle is awesome and very understanding.  Will definitely be using her for any future jobs.

Stan is a godsend. He replies promptly to inquiries - which most handymen services do not - charges hourly and fairly, and works QUICKLY with minimal supervision. His work on various projects around my remodel has been consistently top-notch - he has even helped / guided other contractors on the property with their challenges on occasion. And when he sees things that need fixin', he fixes them immediately.  

What's equally important as quick service and quality results is that *you will feel completely comfortable having Stan in your home*. In an industry unfortunately populated with unreliable contractors, sketchy (or worse) sorts, and well-meaning but bumbling 'jacks of all trades', Stan stands out as a trusted professional.

Chris came to the rescue for a re-caulking job in one of my bathrooms.   He was punctual, personable, and came in significantly lower than other estimates I had received for the job.   Would definitely recommend!

Stanley was knowledgeable and didn't beat around the bush. Pricing was decent, communication was a little slow. But in the end the project was completed in a timely manner. Will definitely use again!

We had several items on our list since downsizing to a condo. Fix leaky toilet, replace ceiling fan, weather stripping for door, install new cellular shades, repair sliding screen, hanging art work. Mark took care of it all efficiently, didn't charge extra for my husband helping, and gave us a senior discount. We're happy to give him a good recommendation.

Mr. Garcia worked very hard on the waterfall faucet for my tub.  It was a difficult job, and the faucet came without any diagrams. Part of the install really did need some explaining.  He did his best but I need to contact the company and ask one question for the job to be completed.
I am going to have him do several more jobs for me.

Mike was very professional by communicating in a timely manner. He was on time for his appointment and provided the repair service. My repair required a new part and he went to the store for me. His fee was quite reasonable. I would highly recommend Copper State Home Mainenance. Lee

Great service all around, answered the phone professionally and with energy! Scheduled the appointment and he was ON TIME a very rare thing with a lot of guys! He quoted me a price and it took him a little longer and didn't charge me extra (The tip was well deserved) He really seems to have attention to detail when it comes to everything and cleans up very well after himself. I have sent his number out to several of my co workers already because I know there will come a time that he will be needed for them! Highly recommend him for anything!

I was trying to find a handyman to fix the bathtub stains, Scott was responsive and found out a better and cheaper way which is to use the fiber glass stain remove instead to reglaze the bathtub. I was kind of rush to ask for the handyman job, Scott was still able to make it and did a great job Thank you Scott !

We had Dave handle a couple of projects around our house that we weren't willing to tackle. He communicated well before and during the projects, showed up on time and his rates were reasonable. The jobs were well done!

I just read the response from Handyman Connections:

"........Handyman Connection also offers a free, written estimate before any work is performed.  All of our work comes with a one year warranty, if there is a problem with the work, we are always willing to fix it at no additional charge.  In this case the customer requested that we give them a partial refund and let them hire another service to repair the problem.  We were happy to do that for this customer."

Well, let me tell you, if you complain about the work, the jerk that is in charge will simply tell you that you WILL PAY UP or you will have a mechanic's lien slapped on your house!!!! There was no conversation as described, "You have a one year warranty, please let us know if you have a problem." YEAH.......NOT!!!!

I was ONLY offered a measly $200 discount if I agreed not to contact Angie's List!! It cost me HUNDREDS of dollars MORE to fix the MESS that I was left with, and I got a $200 discount????

We were offered an up front estimate, BUT we had NO idea that HOME DEPOT was doing DOING the MAJORITY of the construction!!! So, THEREFORE, we were OVERCHARGED for construction that WAS NOT performed by Handyman Connection!!!!!! Not only that, but Handyman Connections had to ONLY install the PRE-BUILT by Home Depot double doors (frame already built too) and FAILED to do it properly!!!!

Please read my previous review to fully understand WHY I gave this business ONE star, only because I was FORCED to give them one!!

Honest, dependable and knows his trade! Erick was on time and finished the job quicker than expected when putting together a shed. Highly recommend!

Showed up on time, respectful of the current pandemic and did a great job replacing our kitchen faucet. My family will use this company in the future.
