We recently sold our home. As usual, there were a number of small fixes we were asked to do--and only ten days to get them done. We contacted Kyle and scheduled a visit from the estimator. Kenny was helpful and friendly. As soon as some electric circuit breakers were in hand, a return visit was scheduled. Work is all done, at the price agreed to in advance and within the needed time frame. I recommend the HHS!

I called Gary to schedule a kitchen faucet install.  He was able to do the install within the week which took him only an hour. This would have taken me so much longer to do. Worth the money and he did great work.

Luis is the best handyman in Phoenix. He will find an answer to your problem and he will fix it. He is skilled , efficient, responsible, dependable and affordable. He is trustworthy and friendly. I was impressed with the way he accomplished the tasks I needed done. He won't cut any corners and you can trust that the work he does will be done right.

Chris did a great job replacing a window sill. He was friendly, on time and gave me a fair price.

I recently had Arizona Maintenance install a faucet,  remove can light, move light box, move wires to new location, fill old can light hole, texture and paint ceiling and hung chandelier. Glenn did a fabulous job. You cannot even tell where the repair was made in the ceiling. I would highly recommend AZ MAINTENANCE.

I had in-ceiling surround speakers and a kitchen cabinet repair I needed done in a hurry.  Mark gave me a good quote and lucky me had an opening next day.  He was very honest,  professional, and friendly.  Did an amazing job.  He also guarantees his work.  Would recommend if you need anything done.

Steve was more than I ever could have asked for, and I will 100% be calling him back out as soon as I figure out where I want pictures/artwork, and another set of curtains put up.Not only was he able to work around my limited schedule and make time to come help the following day, but he also was able to help me with so many things in such little time. Originally I had asked Best Buy how much it would cost for them to put up two TVs on the wall and it was going to be around $150 per TV. Steve charges by the hour and since he's extremely experienced in things like that, it took under an hour for each, AND he was able to help fix things I had honestly forgotten about- or didn't know if he would be able to help with- such as fixing my entertainment center that was wiggly and has misaligned drawers thanks to ikeas crappy installation. Not only was Steven fast and friendly, you can just tell he genuinely loves his job, even with the plethora of tasks that it may include. I would absolutely recommend him anytime, without hesitation! Great work and always kept in communication with me. We had some conflicts in timing but because he kept in constant contact we made it work. I had to have my subfloors in my bathroom repaired and he gave me a fair price and even went above and beyond in waterproofing the section. Highly recommended!

Dave was professional and gave me good value for my money. He arrived on time, cleaned up after himself and was very courteous

I had a front entrance door that was rubbing against the door frame. The craftsman that came out was very friendly and said that he would replace a screw in the top hinge . He first tried a screw that would not go flush against the hinge. He then got two screws from his truck. He then took out another screw from the hinge and replaced two screws . These screws where both different in sizes the longer was close to 2" the other about an inch. It didn't do much good and he recommended placing another screw into the jam on the latch side . I declined to let him do that. Based on what I observed when he started tightening my screw hinges. He was using a drill and not a screw driver. When I questioned him on this he replied that it would not strip out the screws . After he left I checked the screws he replaced and they are  all stripped. They will not tighten at all. The screws had no issues before this and they all would tighten. Now I have stripped out screws and my door is still now adjusted correctly.

In response to the reply from this contractor: The reason there wasn't a charge is because I had called to have you come out a couple of weeks ago and nobody showed up or called. So when I called the office they told me that the manager had failed to put me on the schedule in the computer. So no it wasn't a courtesy.

When we spoke yesterday you said you could send Jay back out but on one else due to my vicinity. You also stated there would be a charge . I will be moving forward with a complaint to the BBB and the registrar of contractors . I had a reputable door company come out today and confirmed that the screws to the door hinges have become stripped out due to your service tech that came out yesterday.

Erick did an amazing job hanging my Art, floating shelves and curtain installs. He was very professional, responsive, communicative, and on time to the job. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with these type of things, like myself, who is the opposite of handy lol.

Tom is a fantastic professional to work with and a gem to find in Anthem. I had a sliding door issue that many other handymen didn't think they could do, but Tom was able to fix the problem easily while charging a very reasonable price. On top of that, his professionalism is unmatched. He responds swiftly and politely as well as gave a specific time and window to when he would show up. I really appreciate working with Tom and will use his service any time in the future.
