Happy Thanksgiving!!  If I didn't love these guys before, they seriously walk on water after tonight!  I noticed around 7:00 p.m. water coming out from under my sink.  When I opened the cabinet, it was pooled on the bottom and dripping down the edges.  I couldn't see a leak when the water was off but every time I turned on the water, it would start up again.  Cooking Thanksgiving dinner without being able to use my sink had me feeling pretty disheartened.  On the off chance that someone was working, I decided to call Diamondback (they've always been great before).  The person who answered the phone couldn't have been nicer and said their on-call person would call me back shortly.....  Wow!  Now, admittedly, I am not mechanically inclined, but he listened to what was happening and literally walked me through how to fix it on the phone.  Service call fee saved, Thanksgiving cooking fest saved, Diamondback to the rescue again.  These guys are AWESOME.  And a very special thank you (thank God) to Brian - Happy Thanksgiving :-)

I called and got same day service. They came out and repaired my toilet I called about and also looked and did a quick fix on another toilet I had for no charge. Lenny was our guy and he was funny and cleaned everything up better than when he got there. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend to my family and friends! It was super easy to schedule and get someone out very quickly.  Communication was fantastic, and they fixed a recirculation pump that had failed. We'll call them for all of our future plumbing needs.

Chris came out promptly and literally spent 1.5 - 2 hrs for a drain line clean and camera inspection. Ran numerous mechanicals down the vents, provided camera footage and answered all questions honestly with many options.
Emphatic thumbs up for Chris and would definitely recommend him to all.

The person who answered the phone was very kind and efficient. I was able the get an appointment same day.Ken came to the house for a water heater issue we had. He was great - very knowledgeable and did a great job of making it understandable to someone who doesn't understand plumbing. I will ABSOLUTELY call them again when the need arises. THANK YOU!

Slab leaks have got to be the worst.  It's going to be expensive, any way you cut the cake.  I had one in my kitchen and called another well-advertised plumber based on a friend's recommendation.  Should have checked Yelp first, duh!  [He only had 3 star average, most always due to sky high costs]. This other plumber wanted almost $800 just to find the leak!  

I quickly did a little Yelp research, found Lawson, called them and the owner assured me the electronic locator firm he worked with would be reasonable. He was, only $200 for his services.  Everything from there on was smooth as silk.  Leak located.  Lawson jack hammered through the tile and slab, located the pin hole leak, covered all my nearby furniture, assessed the water damage, and suggested a water mitigation company who was also out that same day.  Lawson itemized my bill for the insurance adjuster which proved very valuable.  The charges were very fair and reasonable, the work was done in a timely and professional manner, and I could not be happier with Lawson Family Plumbing.

ProSkill is awesome. The air conditioning died in the middle of a Friday night during very hot days & although they were swamped, came to fix it the very next morning - on a Saturday. They were knowledgeable, professional & genuine. Knowing how devistating having no a/c when it's 114 degrees, they made sure all was well with us. Highly recommended.

I've used Elite Rooter a couple of times for plumbing issues. They need to cease with the practice of their opening line of we will help you file an insurance claim for any issues they encounter. It seems clear they are using the rooter business as a front to encourage customers to open an insurance claim and balloon the repair costs for their benefit. Why doesn't Elite take time to properly diagnose an issue before pressing a customer to file an insurance claim? This seems to be part of their standard practice based on other posts and is very disingenuous.

Let me preface this review by stating I am not a plumber, but am probably in the 99th percentile of homeowner's who will tackle projects themselves. I have plumbed a bathroom, replaced every faucet/sink in my house, added a garage sink, repaired my roof, installed new floors, landscaped the yard, installed an irrigation system, etc. etc. We had a clog in our main drain I discovered around midnight last night. I tried to snake it myself for about an hour, but with nothing to show for it with my 15 ft snake. Removed both toilets and tried from our washout, but couldn't get it. Enough about me.

Dave came out in less than an hour from when I first contacted him, charged an incredible price, and fixed the issue in about 45 mins. I won't mention what he was able to pull out of the drain line, but his customer service is excellent and quality of his work was outstanding. I have some scar tissue from getting gouged by plumbers in the past, and feel confident going to Dave for any and all future plumbing needs! He is a one man show, so you don't have to deal with a scheduler or multiple field folks. Save his contact info. 10/10 recommend Dave!

I just moved in to my new house used Yelp to help find a licensed plumber. I need a new regulator on my built in gas grill. Sound plumbing responded and came to my home for a quote. Brian was on time and came back the next day with the parts and completed the installation. Thanks now I can have a house warming party.

I would agree with many other reviewers that this is the company you want to be dealing with. Our sales rep, Bill, actually called to see if he could come out early because he promised to be at our house at a different time and he wanted to see if that was ok. Certainly different from other companies. I quoted. He was quick and efficient and made sure that we had plenty of time to ask as many questions as we wanted. At no point during the initial sales process did we feel rushed or more importantly pressured. Bill's professionalism and outstanding reviews led us to select Hays to replace both our A/C units (despite the fact that they were not the cheapest company to quote).

We called Bill on Monday and the crew showed up on schedule 3 days later Our install team was led by Jack who displayed the same professionalism that Bill did and had a great sense of humor (promised to make sure that anyone who fell off the roof would be dragged into the street so it wouldn't impact my homeowners insurance. Pleased to note that no tech's were harmed in this install). The crew replaced both units and removed an old Swamp Cooler in less than 4 hours. I was home working and barely heard them. The team even took time to talk a little Mario talk with my 4 year old son. When Jack wrapped everything up he mentioned that they noticed that some of my vents were blocked so his team went and fixed them for us.

I was very apprehensive about making such a big purchase and switching out A/C units just prior to summer here in Arizona but Hays made the process painless and easy. I will be using them for all maintenance and service issues for anything HVAC or Water heater related for as long as I live in Arizona.
