Lou came by to work on my clogged tub.  He was on time, friendly, quick and professional.  Honestly, those are the main things I look for when working with a service professional.  He even helped me diagnose another problem I was having in my house.  I will definitely call Pink Plumbing again should the need arise.

Great communication and service. The tech they sent out was knowledgeable always took our budget into consideration when making recommendations. Fixed our leaks timely and kept labor costs down.

I received a response through Yelp from Chris late Thursday night as I needed to schedule a plumber to check out an emergency situation early Friday - great communication.  
On Friday morning, I received a call and a text from  Rich to say he was on his way - courtesy that I really appreciated! He arrived at my property and quickly diagnosed the issues.  He then clearly provided work options for my consideration, solved the plumbing issues and referred me for restoration services . The whole time I felt like he was advocating for me, and taking care of a tough situation.  Rich was looking out for my best interest, and before leaving, he took a look around and spotted several connections and potential issues that could be my next emergency. He  provided me with great advice  and what to expect, and estimates for the work.  He didn't push anything on me,  but instead explained it to me like he was my older brother and wanted to help me look out for issues.  Really made me feel comfortable and confident in how to proceed.  Very responsive, provided great information,  skilled plumbing service and made me feel comfortable to move forward.  Loved that!  When was the last time you could say that about a plumber?

I came home from work to find the copper line in my front yard had corroded and was spewing water. I called several plumbers to come and take a look but they all wanted to charge an after hours fee of $150+. When I called bumble bee they did not have any techs until the morning but would let me know if that changed. Fortunately for me a tech became available and was at my home in 20 minutes. Ricky was the perfect mixture of personable and professional. He was obviously well versed in his craft and took pride in his work. He gave me an honest quote and explained the process thoroughly so I could fully understand the expense. Working swiftly he was able to complete the project in under an hour. All the tools were on his truck so I didn't have to wait for a Home Depot stop to pick up more materials. After he had completed he showed me exactly what he had done and checked my water pressure. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs plumbing work. Are there cheaper services, maybe...but with bumble bee I know I'm going to get professional work.

As if they need another 5 stars!!  But we are still compelled to review. From the phone call to reserve , to the technician (Dylan) performing the work, these folks are old school--meaning old school quality, courteous service.

This makes the third time of using them and all experiences come out the same--very satisfied!!

I've used ProSkill for years to service my HVAC system. When it came time to replace it, I called them as they always do quality work. Tyler E. did the estimate.. he checked the configuration of the existing system, inspected the floor layout and venting. He then recommended the replacement system and explained why. He went through the estimate and rebates. The pricing was good and what I had expected it to cost. Scheduling installation was easy.  The installation crew (6 technician's-sorry I don't recall all 6 names, Carl, Dan, Cezar, Terrance) arrived on time. They began there work. Two were in the attic removing the old furnace, two were outside replacing the AC units and two were staging the new furnaces and removing the old. The teams worked effectively as a cohesive group. After installation they cleaned up the work area and you'd never know they were ever there if you hadn't seen them do the work... Everything was in order. They demonstrated the new system and answered any questions. I can't be more pleased with the work ProSkill has done. The technician's are true professionals. It easy to highly recommend their services. In addition to this review I called Tyler R. (One of the owners) and personally let him know how pleased I am with their service and the new units.

Cleared drain but said pipe needed to be scoped.    Was suppose to show up later in the day but never showed up .   Called the following week because they never asked for payment and they sent a guy out.    He used his crapper camera and claimed our seer drain needed to be replaced.  Told up we could make a claim in home owners insurance.   He would not leave our house when asked .  Finally had to lie to him to get him to leave and then call there dispatch to cancel everything and pay them.    Scam.   Found similar insurance scam reviews online.

Dave came out to the house within 10-15 minutes after I called him on Saturday after seeing water in my garage. He quickly figured out it was a drain pipe in my upstairs bathroom. He had to come back another day for fix it after flood company dried everything and removed vanity. Everything was fixed and his prices were more than reasonable. Also, great communication

It was a snow day and the owner took the time to answer my frenzied questions. Based on the timely and helpful responses alone, we were able to solve our problem. Others had basically had automated responses about getting scheduled 3 days out not even bothering to ask if that would be the appropriate solution. We had dropped a ring down the shower drain and with their help we figured out how to retrieve it. If and when we need plumbing, I'm calling them first!

Best of the best! We needed to get our water softener removed and pipe bounding done. Very quickly I heard back from Dianna, who scheduled an appointment for the following day to get a quote. Brian came out on time, even sent a message notifying us that he was en route. He evaluated the work needed to be done, provided us a quote and was back few days later to get is all done. Hands one one of the most professional, friendly and honest services around!

Mont and his team were amazing. They came out on the same day to give us a quote for a huge job and fit us in two days later because we were in a time crunch. He gave us a fair price and worked all day to finish the job in one day. I messaged him on a Sunday evening about a potential follow-up problem, and not only did he respond, but he sent someone the next day to have it fixed. 100% plumbing will definitely be our go-to plumbers from now on.

I was convinced by the tech to pay an extra $150 to replace a working pipe because copper is better than pvc they said. After paying $500+ for the job, the value connected to pipe he replaced is now leaking. I called thinking this was a obvious cause of the work they had done. Instead I was told it would be another $400 to replace the value. I called to complain and was told the owner would call me, instead he called the tech and had him offer me $100 off something I should not be paying for in the first place. I will be finding someone else to fix what they broke. I will not give them anymore money. Do not trust this company.  
*To add to your response. You are trying to blame it on me for your work breaking it. You say it was not leaking when you left but there would not have been enough time to even tell. You can lie all you want. Everyone should know they will not stand by their work!!!!
** I hired a new company ( the most reputable in town), they confirmed it was the torque used to break the seal on the replaced pipe that created the leak.

I had a really bad experience with another big plumbing company that left me putting off a non-emergency repair for most of this year. I called rooter Ranger this morning after hearing an advertisement on the radio. Within about an hour from my first call the plumber was at my house and my toilet was fixed for the $47 drain clear special. The plumber was honest, friendly and quick. Next time I won't take so long to call because these guys are awesome!

We were so glad to find someone so responsive and easy to work with especially when dealing from another state.
I will be contacting him to get  more stuff done for the house soon .

UPDATE----- YELP works for those owners/manager/executives that care.  I posted a comment/review with a one star rating due to the issues stated below.  The owner was aware that there were issues but thought they had been taken care of.  Unfortunately they hadn't and there wasn't much follow up until I posted the review.  I immediately received a call from Jeff Lawson with an apology and willingness to make it right.  They had a technician back out to fix what issues hadn't already been taken care of by our team.  Jeff is very concerned with the quality of work and how his technicians represent the company.  I am pleased to say they continue to work hard to repair the issues and my confidence in their company. Because of this I am updating my rating to 4 stars.  As with any company it is difficult to control and oversee all employees and their work.  I am chalking this up to a one time bad experience which will hopefully never happen again.  Jeff---thank you for the continual follow up, please continue to care about your company, its quality of work and the way your technician represent the company.  

 Had them come out to quote work to reroute some water lines, install a hot water heater and tie into an RO system.  I spoke with the plumber and approved the price and project.   Project got completed but not without several issues.  They forgot to mention that they would have to cut into the drywall to add support for the water heater but would not repair the drywall.  Found this out after I had accepted the quote the same day they were supposed to do the work. Water lines from the RO system to the water heater were run in poly,  the were mounted but crooked and not running straight. A few extra pipe clamps would have gone a long way.   They also pulled out ceiling tiles to mount the water heater.  Mounted it so high that the ceiling tile wouldn't fit back in and never put the other ones back.  They couldn't even take the time to cut one ceiling tile so that the ceiling grid was closed up.  The final straw was when they left a pile of insulation in the hallway where they had been working on rerouting the water lines. A message was sent to the plumber about the issues.  I did receive a voicemail from the owner on over the weekend asking about the issues, but by that time we'd already hired a handyman to come in and clean up their mess.  It is amazing what people will try to get away with when they think nobody is looking.  They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive when it comes to cost but the quality of work definitely leaves something to be desired.  Other than one voicemail, no additional follow up was ever done. Pretty disappointing!

Hay's has been fantastic to work with.  They corrected numerous poor installation items by another vendor in the Valley, and have been very knowledgeable and responsive.

I found King heating, plumbing, and AC LLC when my home warranty company  (Old Republic) sent Marc out to take a look at my AC unit that was not producing cold air. I cannot say enough good things about Marc. He was extremely nice, honest, trustworthy, and took the time to explain to me the problem and what can be done to fix it. He took his time and made sure the job was done right. The problem was that we were low on refrigerant and he made sure there were no visible leaks before pumping more refrigerant in the unit. He was able to fix our air conditioner and now my family doesn't have to live in a hot house anymore. This is by far the best experience I've had with a heating/cooling and plumbing company. I highly recommend this company and I even more highly recommend them sending Marc out to your house!
