Dane has been our house twice for the same issue. The second visit because I forgot everything he told me to do the first time. On both visits he was patient, kind, personable and helpful.

Updating my review over a year later because I still love Hansen Family Plumbing. They've been my go-to plumbers for all of my needs. They are quick to answer the phone and fit me into their schedule extremely fast. Robert is usually my tech and he is the best! He fixes all my plumbing issues promptly and keeps me informed about costs and processes so I can make informed decisions. On my most recent maintenance call, Robert flushed my tankless water heater, fixed a leaky sink and helped reconnect my shower water lines. Cannot thank this family enough for always promptly and cost-effectively helping fix my plumbing problems.

We had a problem with not having hot water.  Called Lawson and Jason was out here in an hour.  He diagnosed the hot water heater and didnt find anything wrong.  Turned out a valve was turned in the wrong direction.  He could have easily charged us to replace the valve but he was honest and just charged us the trip charge.

Very pleased and will call them again when we need a plumber.

Company does not offer commercial services so we were unable to utilize their services, but Rich was very responsive, pleasant, and appeared quite knowledgable. Would absolutely consider using them for residential purposes!

I called Bumble Bee Plumbing and spoke with Craig about a simple plumbing problem that involved replacement of two vanity faucets in which one sink was inoperable. I also had a prior sticker shock experience from another company that wanted to overcharged me to replace the faucet(s). In addition to the current COVID-19 concerns, I wanted to know if the plumber(s) would be wearing protective gear when providing services.

I was highly impressive with Craig's willingness to help resolve the faucet issues and send his plumber, who was 15 minutes away from my home. Craig also explained the company's policy requiring their plumbers to wear protective gear to include shoe covers. Craig sent Michael J, who was very professional as he explained he would be wearing protective gear before entering my home. Michael J ask me questions regarding the plumbing services I was requesting and wrote up the work order with a break down of the work to be done and price. Due to the labor/ time involved to remove the 2nd faucet and having to install the two vanity faucets, Michale J requested his partner Mike P to assist with the installation. After installing both vanity faucets, Michael J made sure that the total area around both vanities were cleaned with disinfectant. Michale J also took the time to explain in detail the work done and challenges he encountered. Michael J even spoke with my husband over the phone regarding the work and was able to get a satisfactory response from my husband - because I was happy.  

Although it's difficult to trust people in your home with the current health pandemic and trust that the job performed will be professional, Michale P and Mike J truly strived for excellence in service, and professional attitude. They not only met the goal, they exceeded the goal.  Thank you Craig, Michael P and Mike J of Bumble Bee Plumbing for providing five star service.

I will start by saying I NEVER write reviews online but I was so blown away by the amazing service that Lawson Family Plumbing gave this week that I was compelled to write a review. They came out to repair our shower because the cold water did not work. The technician Sean was so knowledgeable and curteous and the customer service was top rate! ! I would highly recommend this company!  I have been through SO many plumbers since moving to Arizona and I have found a great one! Thanks Lawson Family Plumbing!

Awesome caring people.... never dealt with them before but had a problem where my sewer was backing up into my shower. I called them Saturday morning at 8;30....The lady who answered the phone was very caring and concerned and was as helpful as she could be..By 11:00 Aaron A the service tech came and fixed the problem.  also a very nice young man.. They treat people like family and don't gouge you...Bravo

So, the one star is because they did what I asked. Cleared our clog, but the process and the pressure sell was so painful and their credibility so questionable, I wouldn't use them again.
 So, Stephen came out.  Super polite, nice guy- in fact FAR too nice to be working for this company.
 Our kitchen sink was clogged.  Needed to be snaked.  So, he did this.  I sat in a nearby room during the process and hear an 'OH, WOW' which almost sounded rehearsed.  I asked what was up, and he showed me 'tree roots'.  No food stuck in it- nothing- just a small glob of what appeared to be roots.   Hm.  Interesting.  It hadn't been running slow at all until it suddenly clogged after a massive cooking session and stuffing of vegetables down the disposal.
 You'd think with tree roots growing into the pipe, we would experience a gradual slowing of draining,  but maybe not- I am admittedly no expert.
 He went on to want to have his 'camera guy' come, no extra charge (yeah, right), to run a camera to see the extent of the problem.   I had read previous reviews and this is a CLEAR theme.  UM, NO thanks.  He went on to explain how serious this situation is.  Ok, thanks.  Interesting that we've had no other issues with plumbing in the 13 years we have lived here, but ok, note was taken.
 He says he is going to clean up and will be done in a few minutes.

  The next thing I know, the 'supervisor' shows up.  I literally felt like I was in a Saturday Night Live Skit.
 This guy suggests a homeowners claim based on some water damage to our cabinet. REALLY?     'I'll take care of it, he said.   blah, blah, blah.  Um, NO.  And he persisted.  I'm not trying to give give you a hard sell.  OH, really, because this is a really bad example of exactly what you are doing.
 I was trying to be polite and finally got him to stop talking and was billed the 77.00 for the drain clearing.    Again, Stephen- move on;  get away from these people.
 The best part was the 'God Bless' on the supervisor's part when he left.  Really?  haha.   I felt like I needed a shower after he left.

 Oh, and in chatting with the tech, he said he works on commission.   Really?  Pretty obvious they all do and somewhere along the line have learned how to work the insurance claim thing in their favor.  YUCK.  Steer clear.

My shower had severe water damage due to a leak. Somers Plumber gave an estimate and different options for the situation. Amazing work, the price is just right! Definitely my go to plumber now. Extremely friendly, explained in clear details about the situation. Professional and reliable.

Michael came out within a couple of hours and replaced the valve on the water line into our home. Very nice guy and the job was completed as requested.  Price very fair. We plan to use Ascend the next we need a plumber. Thank you!

Fast, honest, and reliable. This is the second time we've used Sound Plumbing, and they do not disappoint. The first time was to have a sink and faucet installed in the laundry room. Everything was great there. This time, an issue with the hot water flowing lukewarmly. Brian showed up, on time, and within the hour we had hot water again. We will definitely call them anytime we need a plumber.

First time using 100% Plumbing was a great experience.  Had a tub faucet leak and a faulty toilet that technician Tim C. took care of for me.

These guys are awesome, from the scheduling to the service, top notch and great value. I got text updates regarding my appointment and they were out here to help on short notice. My tech Eloy did an amazing job, knew his stuff, and was very professional. Highly recommended.

We had a sewer line blockage and flooding.  They gave us a quote saying that our insurance would cover most of the cost.  They recommended green sky finance company which the lead got me to sign to cover the costs that insurance was not going to cover.  
They processed the financed cost before they did the work without my authorization.  They quoted me $10k and then charged me 18k.  

Don't trust these scumbags. They subcontracted the work to another plumber that they probably picked up from the car park of Home Depot.  Left our house in a shambles.  Dust and dirt everywhere and even left our old toilet in the front yard for the 2months it took them to fix the issue.  The owners denied that they did a unprofessional job.  They didn't care because they paid themselves before the job was done.  I filed a complaint with them and the finance company. 2 years later I get notified that there is a class action suit from the finance company processing unauthorized loans from contractors like ROOTER RANGER LLC.  
I'm grateful that I lodged a formal complaint, as I can now claim costs that I did not approve.  

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PLUMBERS.  

They will scam you with the finance company and pay themselves before the job is done.

Highly recommend . Tommy our plumber was so prompt and very good to deal with . It was an usual problem but he fixed it . Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant .

I want to commend JOE with Lawson Family Plumbing!!!  On time, professional, knowledgeable, very clean, work done with in a very reasonable time, courteous, outstanding communication.

Purchased a condo Feb 2011 and needed a knob for the water shut off fixed. They came out handled it and gave me great service. I paid the first payment for the service call with my debit before they fixed it and then after it was fixed I paid again. Over the last 15 months I have received 3 calls from them saying I didn't pay, after getting a message last month again I called them back and talked to a very nice lady who said not to worry she would take care of it. Again today I get a call from a woman claiming to be a manager advising me I have a past due balance and I needed to pay ASAP!!! I again told her I had already paid and she began to argue with me. I asked her if I really owed this balance why it took 15 months for them to take care of it, she basically called me a liar and I asked to talk to her manager, and she stated she was it ( she didn't have a manager ) I then asked who the owner was and asked to be transferred to his voicemail, she said he didn't have voicemail and refused to allow me to speak to anyone else. I finally told her if she didn't stop harassing me I would file a claim with the BBB and hung up. Seriously they need a better bookkeeper and need better customer service!!!

When we realized it was time to replace our unit we got 4 quotes.  Hays quote was competitive and their labor and parts backed up by a warranty.  Chris (the owner) took his time measuring our home and answering our many questions.  Install was quick, painless and on time.  Not only did Chris follow up, but we received a thank you card a few days later.
