I highly recommend this company; you will not be disappointed. The service team are very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I had my AC/heating system replaced last November and the service technicians were experts at the work being performed. The service and followup is great by this company.

I have used them for years. Water Heater, circulator, water softener. Never disappointed and prices among the lowest. I've tried others before using them, such as Bob Brown, Pro Skill, etc. and none come close.

Jared came out and did a complete tune-up on our system. He was very friendly and professional and did a great job. He explained everything he did along the way. He even went back and got a part he needed, and I wasn't charged extra. Very reliable, called ahead and was right on time. I can definitely recommend this company.

I just had my heat pump prepped for the hot weather ahead.  Juan was great - thorough, polite and informative.  I did a lot of research to find a well-rated, licensed/bonded company to service my Goodman heat pump.  I struck gold when I chose Boldt HVAC!  High recommendation!

This is the fourth time I have called Hays with some type of heating or cooling issue. Their customer service on the phone is wonderful, the technicians are respectful, and I trust them 100%. I have had problems with other companies in the valley, and I highly recommend them.

When I called this morning at 6am, the man on the phone was very nice. I explained that I have 3 dogs, so I had to be home and safe. He told me to turn off my air conditioner and someone would be out by 9.

At 8:30am, I got a phone call from one of the rudest people I can remember speaking to. He asked if I had called other places. I said, 'No, I didn't know that I was supposed to.' At that point he got so argumentative with me, and every question he asked he got angrier at my responses. I cancelled the service. No way would I recommend that repairman. Based on the initial phone call, other repair people might be great, so I'm giving it a middle rating, in an attempt at fairness.

Great service and knowledgeable technicians. We've had companies charge a initial visit fee only to tell us that they don't know how to fix the AC unit we have (commercial Carrier). These guys have only ever sent technicians who know what they are doing. And they are always super-nice and polite. Happy are we found we them.

Gave me an estimated quote without knowing exactly what I needed and didn't go over. Gabriel scheduled with me right away. He came out, hooked everything up and helped me get going with what I needed. Gabriel was quick, efficient, left the area clean, showed up on time  and was definitely affordable. My heroes! My aging AC unit was not keeping the house cool...never reaching below 82 degrees. When I called the Better Business Bureau's A+ rated Dukes of Air, Christy answered with a caring voice and got me on the schedule the same day. When Anthony came out he was honest, truly cared about my situation and performed the repair in an efficient and professional manner. He didn't try to sell me a new unit and instead got the old unit working again. He made some recommendations and was on his way. I couldn't be happier with my experience and I will definitely return to Dukes of Air when it's time to replace the unit, or for any other AC needs. Great company! Highly recommend them.

I was incredibly impressed with Biltmore Mechanical!  David answered my call immediately and was able to come over the same day.  He diagnosed my problem within about 5 minutes and  discussed with me the deficiencies of my system.  He was able to get my system up and running that very same day and also  got me two new automated thermostats.  He was very reasonably priced.  I was extremely happy with him.  Biltmore Mechanical is now my go to HVAC company.  Highly recommend!!!!

Helped me several times -- recommended cheaper alternatives when others wanted to just replace the system.  Honest, dependable.  Good people.

Finally, guys who will fix your AC without replacing the whole thing for thousands of dollars.  I called out this company after trying another company that told me I need a new AC system (and they lied about its condition).  Cave Creek Cooling came out and replaced the fan blower motor and everything works perfectly.  If I listened to the other guys, I'd be replacing my AC every 3 years.  Cave Creek Cooling sells you what you need.  Honest repair people.  Skilled at what they do.  And rates are very competitive.  And yes, they can replace everything too if you really need that.  But they are happy to work with you even if you need a relatively simple repair to get you going.  That's almost rare in Arizona these days.  Would recommend to others.

Alan showed up wearing a mask and on time! We have had issues with our air conditioning off and on for 5 years now and havent had anyone out that I felt confident was giving me sound advise. I searched Yelp and found Alan's Air. I am happy to say that I finally feel like I have found a company that knows what they are doing, can do the work that needs to be done and offer great pricing! Would recommend giving them a call if you have HVAC problems.

We had an energy assessment done through Ideal Energy because our electric bill went up x4.  Wes came out and did a very complete assessment and told us what we needed.  The repairs were going to be quite costly and Wes called one of their technicians out to look at our AC unit before we replaced a good unit.  Keep in mind that our AC is 20 years old and we know replacement is coming soon.  The AC unit was only putting out 87 degree air even when turned way down.
Adam Wilczynski showed up to our house on short notice, after hours and on a Friday.  We really figured we would have to wait until Monday to get someone out.  Adam did a complete check of the system and said pressures, amps and levels were all good.  Adam was concerned that our condenser looked like it had a lot of debris in it so he completely cleaned it (and didn't charge any extra).  Once Adam was done with everything, we had 41 degree air coming through the vents.
So...We were prepare (not happy) to change the AC until Adam did his magic.  We and Adam both were very polite and respectful.  They both knew exactly what they were talking about and neither tried to take advantage of us.  
Ideal Energy will be the only place we call in the future for AC work.

In 25 years we have had a lot of plumbers at our home,but never as efficient as Tyson. I didn't think he would have to get under the sink so I didn't remove anything. Tyson took everything out and replaced it exactly as it was. He also wore a mask,gloves and booties. This company is very efficient from the first contact to finish.

Outstanding company! I contacted them via Yelp yesterday, then followed up with a phone call, because my 9 year-old AC unit was not blowing cold air. Although they were booked solid, owner Keith rearranged their schedule to fit me in the following day (today) and, because I needed some quotes on a few other possible HVAC items, Keith said that he would send over his Service Manager, Bud. Bud called me ahead of time to let me know when he was heading over. He was courteous, professional, knowedgeable and had a friendly and genuine personality. I always go up on the roof with technicians because - just as a homeowner - I like to have some basic understanding of how things are put together and operate. With over 35 years' experience in HVAC, Bud was a wealth of helpful information! Instead of trying to upsell me on all sorts of unnecessary repairs, he pointed out exactly what was wrong (the capacitor had died). The $30 service fee plus replacement cost came out to under $200, which I felt was very reasonable, especially because Bud helped educate me about several items that I had questions about. I have a small second bedroom and my housemate has complained that her room isn't getting enough cool air, so I wondered if I needed to install a second register. Bud explained that the room is too small to install a second register and instead, he showed me that my existing register was blocking too much of the air flow. He advised me on what kind of register to get that would not create so much air resistance, so the room would get better air flow from the AC. He also made suggestions on cooling my house down at night, when rates are lower, so as to store or bank the coolness in the house to keep it cooler for longer during the day - which ultimately saves energy and cost. This was a totally positive experience, with NONE of that awful, sick-to-my stomach anxiety that we all have felt when a smooth-talking upseller is trying to frighten us into spending more than we can budget. This company did not do any of that - instead, Bud gave me many helpful tips on how to save money! Thank you Bud and thank you Keith for providing HONEST service at REASONABLE prices. After living in my home for nearly 10 years, I feel that I have finally found an HVAC company that I can feel comfortable calling on for maintenance and repairs, as well as recommending to others.
