Just a few words to agree with everyone else. Leo came over and was a very professional air conditioning tech. Had a 6 month check on the a/c's done. While Leo was doing that, my neighbor said to get the start capacitors installed. I felt like a deer in the headlights. Leo explained what the capacitors did and I had him go ahead and install them. Leo is the best a/c tech that I have had come to my house. Outstanding representative for Larson Air. I will stay with them. Can't go wrong. Thanks Leo!

Our A.C. was not working.  We called late Sunday night.  They answered the phone asap..and scheduled an appt for 7am the next morning.  Juan arrived at 700 sharp put on booties as he went upstairs.... diaganksed the need to replace a part.  Total 130 for the part and 65 for labor.  Extremely satised.  Extremely.polite courteous explained everything.  I.would give this company 10 stars..  best a.c. repair experience ever. I woke very early Saturday to find both my AC units had failed.  Called Johnny at 4:30 AM expecting to get an answering machine but Johnny answered and said he would be there (a 45 minute drive from his location) by 9 AM.  He showed up an hour early and fixed both units quickly. Asked if he would mind checking my 3rd unit and he agreed.  Found that was going bad and fixed as well with no extra charge.  Gave me instructions on replacing some parts on my older units that could fail soon so as to not have another emergency this summer.

Best AC repair experience having lived in Phoenix for 30 years.

Hays is the best. They are always on time, they keep in close touch by phone. Their techs are top notch and their work above par. As a longtime desert dweller with two AC units, I'll never go with anyone else.

When I called this morning at 6am, the man on the phone was very nice. I explained that I have 3 dogs, so I had to be home and safe. He told me to turn off my air conditioner and someone would be out by 9.

At 8:30am, I got a phone call from one of the rudest people I can remember speaking to. He asked if I had called other places. I said, 'No, I didn't know that I was supposed to.' At that point he got so argumentative with me, and every question he asked he got angrier at my responses. I cancelled the service. No way would I recommend that repairman. Based on the initial phone call, other repair people might be great, so I'm giving it a middle rating, in an attempt at fairness.

My wife and I finally decided to kick on the heater and when we did it just kicked out cold air. I requested a few appointments first thing the following morning and cool zone responded first, the next call from another company was hours later. They had a tech here in my home within hours to see what the issue was. After the inspection was complete we were given the unfortunate news that the compressor had given out on us. Our tech verified the unit was under warranty still, gave us a quote on what we would have to pay and got us setup for the next day. To have a job be complete from diagnosis to complete in less than a day made us very happy. From quick response and job well done to having a warm house our experience couldn't have been better. Heath is the best. Very reliable, great prices, knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. Love to deal with smaller companies because they actually care as owners. Wouldn't use any other company besides Attic Fox.

I'm impressed with this company and I have used them twice so far. Once to give me a quote on my AC and once to fix my heater. Both times they followed up quickly and tried to troubleshoot on the phone to save me the cost of an unneeded house call.

Both time i did have to have them come out, however I was impressed with the service detail and prices. I will continue to recommend them to friends.

I was incredibly impressed with Biltmore Mechanical!  David answered my call immediately and was able to come over the same day.  He diagnosed my problem within about 5 minutes and  discussed with me the deficiencies of my system.  He was able to get my system up and running that very same day and also  got me two new automated thermostats.  He was very reasonably priced.  I was extremely happy with him.  Biltmore Mechanical is now my go to HVAC company.  Highly recommend!!!!

We have been a customer of Bumble Bee AC for about 4 years now and we have been meaning to write them a review!  We can't say enough good things.  We started by Having them install a new central air unit and insulting our attic.  From the consultation, quote, options and installation everything went well.  When the SRP rebate didn't come for the unit, BBAC even sent us that check to make it good.  The level of honesty is so appreciated.  We have been having them do twice a year maintenance to make sure our unit is working it's best as well.  
Today we had them come back to install a mini split unit on our addition and again, they sent enough people to do the job in an efficient manner.  This company is always there when they say as well and they have our confidence.  Hire them!!!

An update. Mike came over, not due to a problem, but for Maintenance as we soon enter 'that Season' when Air Conditioning will likely be called on.
He throughly checked out, and cleaned each of my 3 Units, and determined that each, albeit over 20 years old, is functioning well. He is professional, and
gives one assurance. You cannot wish for more.

What a fantastic company!  I discovered one of my units not working on a Sunday.  I read several yelp reviews of AC companies, I chose Alan's Air to contact.  Alan promptly answered the phone and had one of his tech's, Phil, call me.  Phil was at my home quickly.  He was very friendly and informative.  He replaced my AC motor in less than an hour!  I felt that the price was very fair, and honest.  Phil was great!

** NOTE: I did a decent amount of research on AC units and other aspects of HVAC systems prior to calling companies for quotes. I definitely don't know or understand it all, but I definitely learned enough to be dangerous (a.k.a. a real annoyance for anyone who doesn't have the patience and/or lacks the ability to explain the answers to my questions). I fully realize I am not an easy customer, which should say a lot for Ideal Energy in meeting (and exceeding) all of my expectations. ***

My wife and I wanted to look into the possibility of a new AC unit for our home. Ours was old, inefficient and was installed poorly, to say the least. We contacted 3 different companies for recommendations and quotes - 1 big box store and 2 local companies (both of which can perform SRP energy audits). All of the companies that came out provided free, in-home evaluations with quotes.

I was not impressed with the company working with the big box store. They did some quick measurements of the house and came to the conclusion that the best solution was to replace my existing units for identically sized units. When I questioned why their load calculations didn't mesh with the size of the units they were recommending, the technician responded with ...I've been in the business a long time, and I just know.. IMO, you should be very wary when someone takes the time to measure your home, input those values into a software program which calculates heating/cooling loads (and ultimately feeds into how much cooling your home needs) and then ignores the software output to say they know best.

The two local companies that came out were both very professional and knowledgable. We chose to move forward with Ideal Energy based on our overall level of comfort with their total solution. To note, they were the only company of the three that could perform all the work we wanted completed (attic insulation, air-sealing and a new HVAC unit) without having to use sub-contractors. Price, of course, is another factor to compare, but Ideal Energy had the best price of the three when comparing apples to apples (like identical HVAC units, etc.). Their recommendation was to remove my existing units (one 5-ton and one 3-ton) and replace them both with a single 5-ton unit, insisting my current setup was over-sized for my home.  It is now almost September and I can say that it has had no problem keeping the house cool through the hot summer months of July and August.

Alex and his team did a great job on communicating their recommendations and answering all of my questions (and, trust me, I had plenty). On our install day, there were no surprises. All the employees were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. After the initial installation, they have been back a few times to make adjustments based on my feedback at no charge to me. Alex always seems legitimately interested in my feedback and I've never felt like they would not do what they promise.

** When I logged into SRP's website this month and looked at where my monthly electric bill stands compared to nearby homes with the same square footage and a pool, it shows my electric bill is 57% less than the AVERAGE electric bill.

August 2015 bill: $320.
August 2016 bill: $154.

Fadel came out and serviced/assessed our aging swamp coolers (20+ years) a few months ago.  He was professional and honest.  Got our coolers as functional as possible and advised us on future replacement.  Once the unit threw the belt again, found the motor housing cracked, he said it was time to replace.  Doug was very helpful in ordering & scheduling replacement.  Shawn & Adam were here on time and got started ASAP. Install went smoothly and Fadel came out to double check.  He even communicated with the electrician to ensure that portion of the work was new, correct and up to standard for the new unit. Would recommend Desert Comfort Mechanical to anyone.  Our experience is based on commercial building swamp cooler, but have confidence in their skill & integrity and will certainly call for other issues in the future!!

Rising Sun Air exceeded our expectations. They came out in such a timely manner that was earlier than expected. Much needed especially in this Arizona heat.

Kevin, Tim, and Dillion did a great job with our A/C. It turns out our old unit was damaged and giving out on us. As replacement was the only option, Kevin was able to talk down his boss for a reasonable price for us. It only took a few days for them to install the new unit, but they fixed our old AC unit enough so we stayed cool until the new unit was brought in to replace. The new unit works great and it comes with an up to date thermostat that is touch screen and can be controlled through the app. I highly recommend this place and appreciate the work they do!

So far, I have met Tom/Bud/Kevin from Sure-Temp and they were all the most courteous and helpful service techs I have met for any service company in a long time.

After contacting American Home Shield for a repair order on my AC unit, Kevin came out, worked on and thought he fixed an issue... Well, AC went out again right after.... No questions asked they sent out Tom and Bud.

Not one word of static or pushback from them and with great attitudes, they fixed the issue. I am so pleased with their efforts and highly recommend them to anyone!
