I couldn't be happier I chose Larson Air. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and courteous. It is very apparent the owners and employees care about their customers and providing excellent service while also remaining reasonably priced and straight forward. The process of replacing my unit was very smooth there were no issues and they were somehow very quiet while doing so, it was not as nearly as loud as I expected. They finished quicker then quoted and they triple check their work making sure everything is working perfectly that day as well as coming back a few days later. I couldn't be more pleased. Great company, great service!

Excellent experience with this company! In the last two weeks we got a new mini split ac unit and a tankless water heater.  Shout out to Vernon for managing our AC project.  I had to pivot a few times during the estimate phase and he was very flexible and accommodating to our needs.  He made sure the end result was exactly what we wanted.  Also the water technicians were excellent and addressed a few other issues we did not know about while they were here.  Thanks guys!

Technicians from 1st Choice Mechanical came out to perform a tune up on both of my HVAC units. Scheduling was a breeze, techs were well trained and professional, taking extra care through my house and provided me with a full report at the end. Highly recommended and will definitely be my first call for all future HVAC needs.

Juan was the technician that arrived to our house. Prompt and I believe early as he politely waited outside our premises until the scheduled time. He introduced himself and entered with (clean booties on) incredibly professional. Juan was very kind, explained everything and went out of his way ~crawling underground~ as we have a 1970'a home with underground air return exchange. He found where there was an accumulation of debris ect and cleaned away. He serviced our air handler /ac unit and was very informative, explaining things and to the point. In our one experience with them we would def recommend this company to others and call them againwithout hesitation.

I called Johnny's air conditioning on a Sunday afternoon and he answered promptly. I explained my problem, my act was blowing warm air. He told me he could come out Monday morning. About an hour later he called and said he could come by that day. Johnny fixed my problem in about an hour. His prices were very reasonable. He is the kind of guy you know has worked hard his whole life and he knows what he is doing. He won't try to upsell or you tell you need something you don't need. I highly recommend you call him first before calling one of the big guys.

This is the fourth time I have called Hays with some type of heating or cooling issue. Their customer service on the phone is wonderful, the technicians are respectful, and I trust them 100%. I have had problems with other companies in the valley, and I highly recommend them.

Got home to find my AC wasn't working, made a quick call and just a few hours later Mr Maneth was here to get us back up and running! Probably the most friendly technician I have ever worked with. He stayed until after 9:15pm just to be sure my family and I could be comfortable tonight.

I can't speak high enough of the service we received, without hesitation I would recommend them to anyone!

I requested quotes from several companies. Cool zone was the first to respond and had the soonest availability. I was told a tech would be to my house between 3-5pm the same day I requested the quote. I was delighted at 1:30pm when I got a call saying the tech could make it earlier. It was nearly 90 degrees inside my house when Ryan arrived. He got right to work and had the problem solved and repair completed before 3pm! He stuck around and chatted for a little while to make sure that the temp was dropping in my house. He was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend cool zone to anyone needing AC repairs!

Heath is the best. Very reliable, great prices, knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. Love to deal with smaller companies because they actually care as owners. Wouldn't use any other company besides Attic Fox.

I am pleased to write a great review for the family run business of Gladiate Air Conditioning & Heating.  Dave and Gabriel called before our scheduled appointment.  They arrived on time.  They spent an hour servicing my air conditioner (that I should have had serviced sooner).  They replaced wires worn out by the sun.  As I vacuumed my pool, I could see on the roof how they checked everything thoroughly.  And their price for service was only $65.  I learned of the company through Yelp (5 stars).  I am now a loyal customer and want others to feel comfortable calling for service with Gladiator Air.

David was awesome! I called at 4:00p in a pinch with family in town and my AC was not cooling the house despite it running all day. David spent 2 hours fully investigating what the issue, beyond the obvious that it had frozen up. He found a small blockage in a part deep inside the unit, and was able to restore the unit's ability to cool the house. It's a 12 year old unit that has been rebuilt improperly and although the unit works, we are ultimately using David / Biltmore Mechanical to replace with an entirely new system. Great guy and great neighbor!

Came into town in July to find a non-functional ac. Called a few places and bumble bee sent someone over with an hour. Unfortunately, the compressor was stuck. The normal trick of enlarging the capacitor didn't work, so...I got quotes for replacing the compressor and the entire ac. I decided to replace the entire ac and it was in and operational the next day.  Total elapsed time from my first call less than 24 hours. Awesome service and really nice people.

This company is not only knowledgeable, but very honest when it comes to solutions to your problems.  The big HVAC companies work their employees on commission.   This company does not do that.  Very happy with their service and supporting our local business.

We highly recommend Alan's Air! Their response time was great...they followed through and showed up when they estimated. Their customer service is on point. We ended up changing our plan at the last minute (and went with an authorized dealer so we could save $ and be under warranty, ) and they were understanding and so kind. They gave us a portable AC unit in the mean time (until our appt) and we will highly recommend them to everyone that asks!

** NOTE: I did a decent amount of research on AC units and other aspects of HVAC systems prior to calling companies for quotes. I definitely don't know or understand it all, but I definitely learned enough to be dangerous (a.k.a. a real annoyance for anyone who doesn't have the patience and/or lacks the ability to explain the answers to my questions). I fully realize I am not an easy customer, which should say a lot for Ideal Energy in meeting (and exceeding) all of my expectations. ***

My wife and I wanted to look into the possibility of a new AC unit for our home. Ours was old, inefficient and was installed poorly, to say the least. We contacted 3 different companies for recommendations and quotes - 1 big box store and 2 local companies (both of which can perform SRP energy audits). All of the companies that came out provided free, in-home evaluations with quotes.

I was not impressed with the company working with the big box store. They did some quick measurements of the house and came to the conclusion that the best solution was to replace my existing units for identically sized units. When I questioned why their load calculations didn't mesh with the size of the units they were recommending, the technician responded with ...I've been in the business a long time, and I just know.. IMO, you should be very wary when someone takes the time to measure your home, input those values into a software program which calculates heating/cooling loads (and ultimately feeds into how much cooling your home needs) and then ignores the software output to say they know best.

The two local companies that came out were both very professional and knowledgable. We chose to move forward with Ideal Energy based on our overall level of comfort with their total solution. To note, they were the only company of the three that could perform all the work we wanted completed (attic insulation, air-sealing and a new HVAC unit) without having to use sub-contractors. Price, of course, is another factor to compare, but Ideal Energy had the best price of the three when comparing apples to apples (like identical HVAC units, etc.). Their recommendation was to remove my existing units (one 5-ton and one 3-ton) and replace them both with a single 5-ton unit, insisting my current setup was over-sized for my home.  It is now almost September and I can say that it has had no problem keeping the house cool through the hot summer months of July and August.

Alex and his team did a great job on communicating their recommendations and answering all of my questions (and, trust me, I had plenty). On our install day, there were no surprises. All the employees were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. After the initial installation, they have been back a few times to make adjustments based on my feedback at no charge to me. Alex always seems legitimately interested in my feedback and I've never felt like they would not do what they promise.

** When I logged into SRP's website this month and looked at where my monthly electric bill stands compared to nearby homes with the same square footage and a pool, it shows my electric bill is 57% less than the AVERAGE electric bill.

August 2015 bill: $320.
August 2016 bill: $154.

Thursday night, I returned home, and my house thermostat was showing 85 degrees. I tried everything I knew to do without success. My husband searched for an AC repair company, saw the 5-star reviews for Desert Comfort Mechanical, and gave them a call. He called three companies, and Desert Comfort was the only one to call him back. They called back within 30 minutes. It was 9:00 pm by this time. Fidel said they could be out that same night or at 5:00 am. Since it was so late, already I opted for the early morning appointment. Fidel and another gentleman arrived when they said they would and, within 20 minutes, knew what the trouble was. They were both extremely professional and offered several options with reasonable pricing. They made the repairs the same day, provided me with Duct Cleaning company referrals, and even checked on me that evening to see if everything had cooled down and was working great.

I will refer Desert Comfort to anyone asking if I know a good AC company and be a loyal customer from here on out. Desert Comfort is a perfect example of great customer service.

Greg showed up earlier than expected (awesome) to address the septic smell we had emanating from the master bath shower. The septic was cleaned out a couple of weeks prior and the home had sat unoccupied for almost 9 months. The traps had all dried out. Greg took the time to educated us on the septic system and our water treatment system. Very nice guy... and we appreciate the extra effort.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ProSkill plumbing for your plumbing needs. Great job all around! Thank you!

Had a room in our house that wasn't cooling well. Called SureTemp and they came out to asses the situation. Found out the duct work to that room was restricted where part of it had been crushed. Set up an appointment and one of their techs came by to do the repair.

Before arrival I received a call where he let me know he was on the way. He was polite and professional the entire time he was in my home. He removed the crushed portion and rejoined the duct work. He also discovered an area where some cabling had been routed over the duct work and was restricting it. So when he cut it he also moved the cabling to go underneath the ductwork to remove that problem as well. He repaired the ductwork and straightened everything out to give the best airflow. He provided pictures so I could see what all had been done in the attack without having to crawl up there myself.

The airflow to the room definitely feels better now so I'm hoping this takes care of the issue. With the original assessment they suggested other options to improve the situation such as adding a return duct, but encouraged me to try the duct repair first before paying for work that I may not need done. So I got real advice without any up-selling. All and all everyone I talked to was polite and felt honest in their assessment and fair in their pricing. I'll be going back to this company whenever I need AC work.
