The Team at Larson Air Conditioning was wonderful to work with from start to finish.  The office staff was friendly and helpful and they kept me updated regarding my scheduled appointment.

Jon the service tech was on time , and was very friendly and knowledgeable--Jon has a great customer centric attitude and was very professional.

I intend to use Larson Air Conditioning for future AC services, and I will be requesting Jon for those future services!

This morning we realized we didn't have any hot water and noticed a leak and I called AHW at noon and had a new water heater by 4pm the same day.  I can't say enough about how impressive their service has been.  Their installers have always been very professional and prompt.  This isn't our first experience with AHW.  They also installed our water softener and R/O system 2 years ago and came back last year for regular maintenance on our R/O.  They made sure to call us for the service and both the softener and the R/O have been such great additions to our home.  
I recommend this company without hesitation.

To start I was immediately seen as soon as they were available took less than an hour to get to my house and start investigating my issues! Then not only did they find out what was wrong but then fixed it properly quickly and affordably which is saying a lot these days! After the work was complete had no problem walking me up into my attic and explaining everything they replaced fixed and or repaired. Great communication and quality of work done!! Tim and Brandon were awesome dudes and made my shitty problem go away!

Juan was the technician that arrived to our house. Prompt and I believe early as he politely waited outside our premises until the scheduled time. He introduced himself and entered with (clean booties on) incredibly professional. Juan was very kind, explained everything and went out of his way ~crawling underground~ as we have a 1970'a home with underground air return exchange. He found where there was an accumulation of debris ect and cleaned away. He serviced our air handler /ac unit and was very informative, explaining things and to the point. In our one experience with them we would def recommend this company to others and call them againwithout hesitation.

Johnny just saved me a ton of money. My AC wasn't working and he was able to diagnose it over the phone. He called me back several times to check in on me and the system. Once it came back on he gave all the details on what I needed to do. Not only is he knowledgeable but kind and helpful. Thank you Johnny for helping me out! Can't wait to meet you when you come and do the maintenance.

We spent a ton of money getting a completely new A/C/Heating System.  To thank us, they make us wait nearly 6 weeks for a Fall heating check up.  A company should never make good customers wait that long.  It tells me that they don't have enough workers to accommodate customer needs.  The gal on the other end wasn't too friendly and seemed like she couldn't care less.  Typical company - once they have your money, they don't care about you anymore.  We are very disappointed in them.

Got home to find my AC wasn't working, made a quick call and just a few hours later Mr Maneth was here to get us back up and running! Probably the most friendly technician I have ever worked with. He stayed until after 9:15pm just to be sure my family and I could be comfortable tonight.

We set up a summer readiness appointment and Byron was the technician that showed up. We couldn't have been more happy with the check-up. He offered us simply the check-up but also made us aware of service plans that are very reasonable and also come with monthly payment options that make it very convenient if needed. Byron was very personable and great to talk to! There was no pressure to buy into anything and gave us a very thorough check-up and explanation of our systems. I highly recommend this company and Byron!

We decided to install a swamp cooler on our roof before the upcoming summer months. We found Arctic Fox online, requested contact through their website and were contacted back within one hour. Heath, the owner, came over to our house to discuss what we were looking for and to look at the existing system. He tied the swamp into the existing AC duct system, created custom duct panels to fit, and installed a custom water line. They showed up early in the morning, and worked throughout the day to get the system installed. They worked late to ensure the system was installed the same day. His quote for the work was right on and the entire team was very professional. We will, and already have, recommend Arctic Fox to anyone in the West Valley needing AC, heating, evap, or water heater work done. It was the best experience we have had with any company in this industry.

Great service experience with Gabe and Christine of Gladiate AC. After reading all the positive reviews on Yelp I decided to try them out to service the AC units for my duplex in Phoenix. Gabe was extremely helpful in explaining the process and went above and beyond to get the job done. I will use their services again for regular AC maintenance in my duplex. Christine was very efficient in setting up the appointment and explaining the AC maintenance procedures. Thank you Gabe and Christine!

I called these guys out to do a routine summer check on my a/c unit here in Mesa. Caleb came out, he was friendly and seemed to be pretty honest. He did the check in about a half hour and came down with some news. The capacitors were testing a little low and 1 was slightly leaking. I sort of expected this but then next he hit me with the price.. Something in the neighbourhood of $130.. FOR EACH! This is probably a standard price in the industry and I understand he was just going by the book. But to plug in some capacitors that cost $10 to $20 each and both in under a half hour plus the $69.95 you have to pay regardless.. That puts their hourly rate at like $250! Probably a good company but I will handle the small repairs myself or find a tech that works hourly.

Great service and quick response.  While David had appointments all day, he managed to find time and resolved our air conditioning problem.  Very knowledgeable, professional and we highly recommend.

New to the area and found Bumble Bee AC after reviewing a few sites. Honest and accurate reviews and our service was nothing but outstanding. Needed help adjusting my smart thermostat and was so impressive with phone call and service, we decided to enroll in their annual service program.

Mike is the best! My AC stopped working and he was able to come by same day and help fix the issue. My AC is now working perfectly! All other companies that I reached out to wanted me to wait days to fix - in this 106 degree heat. I am so thankful he was available to help so fast and fix the issue quickly. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend and will be using Cave Creek Cooling for all of my AC needs in the future!

Ok, this place is AWESOME! I called them for a 2nd opinion because the other company I called said that we needed a new unity. Bill came over right away and fixed the problem right away. The motor was bad and found out that the other company had lied to me about what needs repair! I'm so thankful for them! They are honest and I would highly recommend them!

Ideal Energy has excellent customer service.  I had my air ducts and insulation replaced and that went great. Everyone I worked with was great. The overall cost was pretty pricey but did fall in line with the other estimates I'd received. The only issue I had was after the air ducts and insulation had been replaced, by whole house smelled like gingerbread.  They came out to check it out and said everything was fine. I'm not sure where the smell was coming from but I do know it wasn't there before the ducts had been replaced.  It's since disappeared though so that's good.   Every so often, when the air kicks on, I'll hear crinkling noises coming from the vents but I think that just the new duct work moving.   I don't know how well I'll do on my electric bills as it's not peak time yet but time will tell if this was a good investment.

I moved into a new home that had a single unit on the roof with two stories, and my main concern was air flow. I had 6 different companies give me a diagnostic and quotes (the high end being 12K to fix duct work and add insulation) and nobody had one singular way to fix the problem I had. I reached out to Desert Comfort and they sent Sean, their air-flow guru to take a look at the system. He explained the poor design, the lack of access and the air flow issues. He also was realistic about what results I could expect, and how my system was choking with only a single return. He obviously had been doing this for decades and can work by feel. He said he would write up the scope of work.

I worked with Joseph Albertson who is the Customer Relationship Manager. He was nothing short of fantastic. We traded multiple emails back and forth,t he quote was upfront and reasonable, and I ended up adding on a few services and he guided me away from options that would only cost me money.

The crew arrived at 6AM, Sean and a partner. They go in my attic, added a new return, did an air balance, added a remote thermostat. While on top of the roof checking the system they spotted an issue with a line backup and a pound of refrigerant being low. Everything was informative and no salesmanship, I opted to have them take care of the issues on the spot. Joseph's first concern was our experience with the onsite. It was fantastic. E-invoice was easy to pay, clear to read, and this company was a pleasure to deal with. They don't advertise and they work via word of mouth and by their yelp reviews. Compared to the dozens of shady outfits in PHX that crowd out the good providers, these guys are a great provider.

No he did not spend 1 hr 48 mins ... it took him maybe 30 mins unless you are charging me for his time to go to Home Depot to get the part???

The technicians were professional & courteous.  Company had outstanding customer service & reasonable prices.  The response time was great.  They had my ac fixed on the same day.  I highly recommend them!

Two units on our 20 (30?  who knows) year old system either died or were on their last legs and I knew we had to replace them before it got hot.  We had three companies come out to bid the job.  Of the three, Sure-Temp's salesman did the most thorough evaluation of our HVAC needs and was the only one who responded to follow up questions.  He was super-proactive about keeping in touch and their pricing although not the cheapest was also not the most expensive and seemed very fair for what we got.  The day of the installation, the teams sent out to install the new equipment were punctual, efficient and discreet--I barely even knew they were there which is saying something since they were installing air handlers in two different parts of the house.  They did a fantastic job of cleaning up a system that we've been patching up for the last ten + years.  The new units look great and work great.  Completely satisfied with Sure-Temp and would use them again in a heartbeat.
