They were great, install in one day after removing what was supposed to be new units installed four yrs ago. After losing 7k wish I'd have gone w/these folks first....they were quiet, efficient and tidied up before they left. It's day three and so far so good...so YES, go w/Larson and save the $$$ and aggravation.

Nothing but good things to say on both the plumbing and HVAC front so far. I got a water softener and the big blue. And they do my HVAC maintenance. They've been responsive on all our needs, even if for quick advice over the phone. Last tech who was here, Leo, was friendly and informative.

My AC was on the fritz on the hottest day in AZ so far! Called Mike and he was able to help me get it back on its legs and it works like it never has before! Previously I was being serviced by a big name company who kept wanting me to buy a new unit....which I need, but just didnt have to dish out. Mike fixed the capacitor on my 17 year old unit and got her spinning again! I recommend 1st Choice Mech in your time of emergency! He was friendly, upfront, kind and knowledgeable!

I decided to call this company because of their reviews on yelp. I texted the company for a quote and minutes later I received a text from Fran who set up an appointment immediately.
Phillip from Boldt HVAC & Repair went out to our house and told me he was fairly certain that he could fix our problems when 2 other companies told us that the parts they needed to access were inaccessible!
Our warranty company would not allow a third company to check the unit so I went elsewhere thinking spending $500 would be a lot less than $8000 to have a crane move the unit which is what I was told needed to happen.
Well after Philip took everything apart he found that the repair was different than what the warranty company had diagnosed.

AC went out on Sunday morning so i specifically looked for a AC repair weekend emergency when i called.

The reviews were very positive and i can see why.

As soon as i called early Sunday morning, he was the only business i called that answered right away instead of making me leave a emergency voicemail and waiting for a call back like other businesses.

This was good because i definitely needed to have a game plan together to prepare for the incoming heat, it was going to be 110 out that I was not looking forward to.

When he answered he immediately made plans with me to respond in a few hours and was here right on time when he said he would be.

He was, in and out, fixed our problem and seemed very affordable. The diagnosis was included in with the cost for repair if we chose to allow him to do the repair.

Saving him as a favorite now in case we have future issues.

On time, knowledgeable, and good communication make these guys the best I've seen. They take the time to explain the situation face to face in layman's terms and make recommendations. Unlike the other guys who mumble technical jargon while they're on the run and hand me a big bill. Hayes techs are invested in the work and seem happy to help. They also have expertise, and even corrected some issues created by previous companies.

Cannot give this local company enough compliments for its gold standards in customer service! They will go above and beyond for the customer. I have a rental property which needed an AC replacement, and needed prompt and reliable service. The tenant was not the most hospitable, but Randy, one of the co-owners of the company, was extremely professional in inspecting the property and getting back to me with his recommendations. Their pricing is extremely fair, but the communication and trustworthiness with their customers is what will always bring back repeat clients! So many businesses could learn from them! We noticed our AC in ceiling unit dripping about 4 weeks ago and Cool Zone sent Ryan out as soon our schedule allowed it, they were so flexible by sending him out after 5pm where I didn't have to take work off. A few days later we noticed our AC was dripping again and they came out that night at 7pm before our red eye flight to see what the issue was. Initially Ryan fixed the leak on the day he first came out but there was additional issues with our insulation that were not caused by them and he still send the owner out on the weekend to double check the issue. The owner was so helpful taking time to explain to us what the issue was with our AC specifically and dumbed it down to my knowledge, haha. Highly recommend Cool Zone to take care of your AC needs!

During the heat wave of the week of July 23, 2018 my heat pump would shut off at the hottest part of the day and then return to normal operation about two hours later. I called Arctic Fox and let Misty (the owner's wife)  know what was going on with my unit. I told her it was not an emergency, as the unit was running when I called. We scheduled Friday of that week for Heath (the owner) to come out and look at the heat pump. Misty stated if it got any worse to call and they would fit us in.

I called back on Thursday morning, as my wife was concerned about our dogs and cat. Heath arrived at our house and did some troubleshooting on the unit. He could find nothing wrong with the unit. After providing him with the symptoms that occurred each afternoon he determined it may be the motor for the fan that cools the coils. It has a thermostat that shuts down the motor at 200 degrees. It did not occur when he was there (naturally). He stated he would return the next day with a new motor. Friday he removed the old motor and lo and behold, the motor was leaking oil near the shaft. The motor was heating to shut down temperatures the previous days. Heath worked fast and diligently to replace the motor as the heat pump was shut down during this task.

When it was all said and done, the motor was under warranty and there was no charge for it. Heath said there was also no labor charge. I disagreed with the free labor, as he came out two days and I know the manufacturer was not going to reimburse him for his time.  I asked him what his labor rate was for the two days he was at my home. He provided me with the cost (I think he may have low balled it) and I gladly paid.

I cannot say enough of the integrity, customer service and genuine care this husband and wife company displays every time I use their services. The big name companies cannot even come close to Arctic Fox's business ethic.

Tech was on time, thorough and professional. While my service was only a summer HVAC system check up, I was highly impressed.

AZ Dukes of Air was a terrible experience and I feel completely ripped off by them. The trip charge to asses my issue was too much and repair costs were more than double other options. They tried to push me into a whole new AC which I do not need. When I called to cancel the appointment they asked if a manager or owner could call me to follow up as to why I was cancelling, and I said sure. A person named Patrick called and I said they were priced too high so I went with someone else. He proceeded to argue with me saying it's a free enterprise system and they will charge what they want. Stay away from this unethical company. Many better options out there.

My air conditioner died and if course it was going to be 100 degrees the next day. I called them and they came out the next day and fixed the problem. Very professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them!

Awesome customer service from Lisa. I have two warranties, parts and labor, Lisa helped me to contact two companies to greatly cut down my out of pocket cost. Thank you so much! I will use their service next time I need an A/C repair or tune up. Highly recommended!

Arrived on time, completed the job and gave me some great tips on how to keep my AC unit running efficiency throughout the summer.  Reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

I don't know where to start but long story short, I initially contacted Alex and Elena at ideal energy because my summer cooling bills were ridiculous and some rooms in the house were warmer than others. I was sent Theo for a 3 hour thorough inspection and analysis and Theo knew exactly what he was doing. This was a guy who was a subject matter expert and provided me with a dozen page report detailing everything. It turned out that my insulation in the attic and the duct system was all messed up. So I scheduled an appointment for them to take care of all of those issues.
A whole crew was sent out to my house, i think 6-7 people with the crew lead Kristian who is definitely an expert at what he does. Each and every one of them was professional and well mannered, very knowledgeable, they did an amazing job and an amazing cleanup after they were done and all with a smile on their faces, which you don't see too often these days. Alex contacted me later in the afternoon to make sure that everything went well as i would expect from any business that knows how to take of customers. I have noticed a big change with the added comfort and i will definitely be contacting them again in the future.

I moved into a new home that had a single unit on the roof with two stories, and my main concern was air flow. I had 6 different companies give me a diagnostic and quotes (the high end being 12K to fix duct work and add insulation) and nobody had one singular way to fix the problem I had. I reached out to Desert Comfort and they sent Sean, their air-flow guru to take a look at the system. He explained the poor design, the lack of access and the air flow issues. He also was realistic about what results I could expect, and how my system was choking with only a single return. He obviously had been doing this for decades and can work by feel. He said he would write up the scope of work.

I worked with Joseph Albertson who is the Customer Relationship Manager. He was nothing short of fantastic. We traded multiple emails back and forth,t he quote was upfront and reasonable, and I ended up adding on a few services and he guided me away from options that would only cost me money.

The crew arrived at 6AM, Sean and a partner. They go in my attic, added a new return, did an air balance, added a remote thermostat. While on top of the roof checking the system they spotted an issue with a line backup and a pound of refrigerant being low. Everything was informative and no salesmanship, I opted to have them take care of the issues on the spot. Joseph's first concern was our experience with the onsite. It was fantastic. E-invoice was easy to pay, clear to read, and this company was a pleasure to deal with. They don't advertise and they work via word of mouth and by their yelp reviews. Compared to the dozens of shady outfits in PHX that crowd out the good providers, these guys are a great provider.

We have used ProSkill for over the eight years that we have lived in Anthem for all of our plumbing and HVAC needs and have never been disappointed with their friendly and professional service. Today Tyler serviced our ro system and drained the water heater. Nothing tough at all but double checked all connections so all was well when he left. They are always on time and call ahead. Great company. Great value and Service.

Would highly recommend Sure Temp Air Conditioning and the Trane system they installed for us. In April 2019, we had bids from a few HVAC companies, and SureTempAir stood out and looked to be the best deal for the money.
We were looking for a quality, though mid-grade option to replace our Heatpump and Air Exchanger, as ours was the original system, 14 years old.
After discussing what our priorities were, and what we were looking for, Keith (the owner) presented us with three levels of systems, and we chose the middle option (Trane XL16i), which by comparison to the competitors, was cheaper in cost comparing the same brand/model by another contractor, and much better quality with a good warranty compared to another.
We were fortunate to have the team of Antonio & Josué to do the work, they were clearly very experienced and operated as a good team together. The work was very high quality, they didn't leave a mess, and Antonio made sure to review everything with us about the new system, while Josué tested the output temperature of each air vent.
SureTempAir also did all the paperwork and filing to get the SRP rebates credited to us, including the filing of all the Trane warranties. System came with two free service calls during the first year, this also made SureTempAir stand out from the competition.
We are completely satisfied and happy with the new Trane system, it is more efficient, quieter and much cooler than the old HVAC system we had. Now looking forward to not having to worry about an inadequate or on the brink of breaking system during the upcoming triple digit Arizona summer.
