Josh and Jamie have been excellent resources for my recent remodel. They are professional, efficient, and service oriented. I would recommend anyone give them a chance to consult on your project.

Very personable, professional and efficient staff.  And the owner was very helpful in deciding which water softener to buy.  No upselling.  The softener we bought was installed the same day, and fit very well in the space alotted.  Reasonably priced.

Our AC unit was making a loud noise for a couple days, then stopped working. My normal AC repair guy was unavailable, and I was really worried I would have to pay extra for a Sunday job. But I'm really glad I called Johnny. He answered the phone right away, quoted me $80 for the diagnosis, and arrived in under an hour. He had the problem figured out within a few minutes. It was a loose wire that was touching the coolant pipe. He said we were lucky it didn't burn through the pipe. The total cost was only $150, which seemed totally reasonable to me. I checked in with my normal repair guy, and he agreed that Johnny did a great job.

I must say that I am impressed with the owner of this company.  After my post yesterday, he called me and left me a message to call him.  I was very busy yesterday, however, even if I wasn't, I still would not have called him back because I didn't want anything  (I told him this as well).  I wasn't looking for financial compensation or anything, I was just frustrated with the circumstances and wanted others to know to be careful.   We own three businesses ourselves and understand mistakes happen, however, as per my previous posting, I was not happy with the way everyone but Steve had handled the situation.  Today, July 22, Steve and Chris (the owner) came by my store first thing.  I was shocked, but completely impressed.  The owner wanted to make things right.  He apologized profusely and told me the changes they were going to implement to ensure these issues don't happen in the future and offered a complementary 2 year service plan for the troubles I had.  As mentioned, I was not looking for any compensation, and I told him that it wasn't necessary, but he insisted.  I was very happy to see a business owner take ownership of the mistakes.  He could have just left things as they were, but actually coming to see me in person showed me just how much he cares about his business.  So many people who own businesses loose sight of these things and Chris has not.  Handling staff can be a headache, especially during busy times, however, it's what the company does to resolve issues I believe that sets them apart, and Chris has now set his business apart for me and I will refer many people to their company because of Steve and Chris.  Thank-you again Chris and Steve, I am very impressed with the way you have handled things for me.

I requested quotes from several companies. Cool zone was the first to respond and had the soonest availability. I was told a tech would be to my house between 3-5pm the same day I requested the quote. I was delighted at 1:30pm when I got a call saying the tech could make it earlier. It was nearly 90 degrees inside my house when Ryan arrived. He got right to work and had the problem solved and repair completed before 3pm! He stuck around and chatted for a little while to make sure that the temp was dropping in my house. He was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend cool zone to anyone needing AC repairs!

During the heat wave of the week of July 23, 2018 my heat pump would shut off at the hottest part of the day and then return to normal operation about two hours later. I called Arctic Fox and let Misty (the owner's wife)  know what was going on with my unit. I told her it was not an emergency, as the unit was running when I called. We scheduled Friday of that week for Heath (the owner) to come out and look at the heat pump. Misty stated if it got any worse to call and they would fit us in.

I called back on Thursday morning, as my wife was concerned about our dogs and cat. Heath arrived at our house and did some troubleshooting on the unit. He could find nothing wrong with the unit. After providing him with the symptoms that occurred each afternoon he determined it may be the motor for the fan that cools the coils. It has a thermostat that shuts down the motor at 200 degrees. It did not occur when he was there (naturally). He stated he would return the next day with a new motor. Friday he removed the old motor and lo and behold, the motor was leaking oil near the shaft. The motor was heating to shut down temperatures the previous days. Heath worked fast and diligently to replace the motor as the heat pump was shut down during this task.

When it was all said and done, the motor was under warranty and there was no charge for it. Heath said there was also no labor charge. I disagreed with the free labor, as he came out two days and I know the manufacturer was not going to reimburse him for his time.  I asked him what his labor rate was for the two days he was at my home. He provided me with the cost (I think he may have low balled it) and I gladly paid.

I cannot say enough of the integrity, customer service and genuine care this husband and wife company displays every time I use their services. The big name companies cannot even come close to Arctic Fox's business ethic.

Backed-up condensation line. Called Mon, Henry was here on-time on Tuesday. Spent :20 and got the line cleared. Very reasonable price compared to other AC companies, wanting to charge $200 or more. Will definitely use this company again. Thank you!

Haven't given my system a tune-up in a few years and was looking for a more reputable company not out to empty my wallet and hit their daily sales quota . They were able to get me on the schedule about 5 days from when I called which worked for me and they gave me a 2 hour window of when they would arrive & the technician would call when he was on the way about 20 minutes out. Everything went just as they said it would, they hit the 2 hour window and I received the call when he was in route. The technician was courteous and gave me a thorough review of my system which was performing wonderful. I will be definitely using this company again, great service!

Needed peace of mind that my old a.c. unit would last this summer and get an overall diagnosis on the unit. Finding bumble bee was   a great decision and will use them again. I had to call 3 times to make an appointment since my schedule is crazy each time the women who answered was professional and patient with me. Had krys come and he explained everything did not try to up sale.  They even called before my schedule time to let us know they could make it earlier.

We were leaving for vacation when 1 of our AC's went out. I looked at reviews on Yelp and called when on vacation for an appointment. We arranged to have service immediately on our return. By 8:15 am after our return Mike arrived, by 8:45 he had completed our repair and we were back in action. A week later our 2nd AC went out. I called Cave Creek cooling immediately and they were able to come that same day to diagnose and repair. This time we had Chase who was just as pleasant and competent. I am so pleased to find a local company with such great service. I have already recommended them to friends.

Of course after running fine for years, my AC decides to die right at the start of June, just as it gets super hot. I found myself in the market for a new repair man. Based on only a few other reviews, I took a chance and called Alan's Air. Well, I'm glad I did. Alan is a genuine, nice person. He explained the problem with my AC unit clearly, and he got it fixed good as new. Reasonable rates. Support your local small businesses; call Alan.

My experience with Ideal Energy was very good from my first call to the arrival of Adam the tech. I liked that they sent a picture of their employee and also a little write up/resume on him, I was very impressed. I appreciate Adams honesty, knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend Ideal Energy!

I called Thursday because my furnace would not shut off.  Fadel was out in a couple hours to troubleshoot the problem.  He provided tons of advice and even offered to walk me through installing a new thermostat should I buy a new one.  He showed me what to do and offered to help over the phone if I had problems.  He would also come and install it if I wanted.  Amazing customer service and they are my go to and I will recommend to all my friends.

I've dealt with lots of decent AC repair companies in the past.  This one beats anyone else by a long shot. Took the time to check everything and not just the issue.  If you need an AC tech, call this place cuz you're done looking.  Amazing value.

Rising Sun Air exceeded our expectations. They came out in such a timely manner that was earlier than expected. Much needed especially in this Arizona heat.

Kevin, Tim, and Dillion did a great job with our A/C. It turns out our old unit was damaged and giving out on us. As replacement was the only option, Kevin was able to talk down his boss for a reasonable price for us. It only took a few days for them to install the new unit, but they fixed our old AC unit enough so we stayed cool until the new unit was brought in to replace. The new unit works great and it comes with an up to date thermostat that is touch screen and can be controlled through the app. I highly recommend this place and appreciate the work they do!

I had been having trouble with my A/C for about 2 years now and as you may know, this is not the type of issue you want to have in AZ summers. This time, I knew I had to bite the bullet and have a new unit installed. I contacted several companies and even friends of family members who are in the trade and not one of them made me feel the way Sure Temp did. I requested an estimate through Yelp over the weekend and within about 30 minutes, I had a response and an appointment within the next couple of days by the owner, Keith. The service manager, Bud came out and was very thorough and explained in detail what the issue was. Once I decided to go with Sure Temp, Bud made arrangements to have paper work dropped off and picked up to get started. At this point my A/C was no longer blowing any cool air, so Bud made arrangements to have a portable air conditioner dropped off to use until my new unit was replaced. Talk about going the extra mile for thier customers! This was such a relief in this 100+° heat! By Saturday morning, Kyle and another gentleman came to install the new unit. They worked diligently to get the job done. I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Sure Temp. Not only was thier customer service exceptional but their prices could not be beat! Thank you Sure Temp for making this experience a little less stressful!
