Water softener was leaking and was at least 6 years in service. Not worth repairing and this company has great reviews. They came the same day and put in a much better unit with a 5 year full warranty. Great job.

Read the reviews and thought, what the heck, I will try them.  Have had two companies out in the last 5 years to repair our A/C unit and both times felt I was over charged and not sure if they did much as the spiel was the same and I needed this and that and this was going out soon, etc. etc.  Lady who set the appointment was very pleasant and thought they would not be able to get out until after 7 pm and did I want to call someone else since it had been two days in the heat (holiday) but I said we would hold on.  Glad I did as they (2) came in, accessed the situation (which was not very bad although how is a homeowner supposed to know without getting multiple quotes while you are frying in the heat!!), fixed the problem in a short time and the bill was very reasonable.  Forgot to say that the office had called me back and said the previous jobs had gone faster than expected and would it be ok if they came earlier like in between 4-5 pm.  Well,Yes!!  Anyway, good experience and will call them again if needed (and in Arizona its not if but when!!).

I called Johnny to service our rental home in central phoenix (based only on his + reviews). He answered right away, said he could be out within an hour or so and he did, showed up right on time. He diagnosed said I would need a blower motor (ac was not heating) and a capacitor and quoted me which I found to be reasonable, I approved the repairs, then he called back to tell me that in fact I DID NOT need a motor and only a couple of capacitors and that he got it running. I appreciated the honesty as he had already gotten approval from me for $500+ ended up costing me $320. Integrity is a rareity these days and I really appreciate his. Got a 1yr warranty on parts/labor to top off the experience. Johhny will be my go to AC repair company from here on out and will tell everyone I know to call him first!

The technician Randy showed up to my home in less than an hour and it was a simple fix due to a wiring malfunction. He didnt try and up sell, he was in and out in less than 30 mins. Very satisfied and will defiantly use Arizona Experts in the future.

So impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge of the company and tech who came to my home for the tune up. I didn't have any particular issues that warranted any maintenance, but I had a ton of questions that were all confidently answered and left me assured. I did ultimately move forward with some preventative maintenance, but did not feel pressure to do so. I'll continue to go to Cool Zone in the future for all my A/C needs.

Appreciated the fast response when my system went down on a Friday night as guests were about to arrive.  System was restored quickly and the weekend was saved.

My heater stopped working and I wanted to hire a local small business that didn't have a star fleet of vehicles with commercials and billboards all over the place.   Bumble Bee sounded like what I was looking for.  
I made an appointment, they arrived a few days later (it was not an emergency).  I got a text the day before, and when they were on their way.  
The tech was very nice and clearly enjoyed working for BBAC.    He also practiced safe social distancing and wore a mask.   He did not need to enter my home in this case.   Fortunately for me it was a simple fix.    They even showed me the old broken part that they replaced.    I was not pressured or offered at all to buy a new A/C or subscribe to a yearly service subscription which I appreciate.   To sum it up, they checked all the right boxes, and I'll use them again if (when) my A/C requires additional service.

I woke up and my A/C wasn't working. Called Mike and told him what was going on. He came and fixed things within 20 min. Sweet bliss in over 100 degree heat!

Update on my review. Even though it's not fixed, they went above and beyond. Alan has come to my place 2 times to attempt to fix it. He has tried different methods, the issue is not with my unit but it is with the HOA settings for my chiller unit. Unfortunately out of my control, however Alan offered so much support and he attempted to flush the system in hopes it works. Thank you so much for trying!!  
Not to mention, he came on Father's Day. I felt so bad because it was not my intentions to make them come on a Sunday but I am overall grateful. Definitely will use them again.

Here's the short version:

My experience with Ideal Energy was absolutely beyond my expectations. They were professional, on time, and I couldn't be happier with my home's new AC and Furnace. If you're shopping for HVAC services, don't hesitate to call these guys.  

If you want the details:
We purchased an older home. Built in the 1980's and it had its quirks; its had things break. We've had multiple contractors to our house to fix and install various things around the home. Windows repaired, blinds installed, drywall repaired, patio installations. We had a few AC quotes prior to working with Ideal Energy. We needed new duct-work. Our house had add-ons that just weren't getting air properly. We voiced our concerns to other HVAC companies, but all they wanted to so was replace our AC unit. This would have left our 35-year-old furnace and 35-year-old duct-work in place to run a brand-new AC unit. In my mind that was like putting a new engine in a 35-year-old car, and not bothering to replace the worn-out tires. We said we wanted all of it fixed, but with other contractors it fell on deaf ears. I can do the AC but we don't to ducts. I've had contractors come in with wild ideas to save money, including going and purchasing the AC unit myself, so I can save money with credit card points. I've got quotes written down on blank sheets of paper with no real explanation or break down for what I was buying. I've had contractors, in fact nearly all of them, fail to follow up when they said they would.
My experience with Alex and Ideal Energy left the competition in the dark. Alex showed up not only in the window he had promised, he gave my updates as to when exactly he would arrive. He showed up with a power point presentation outlying MY HOUSE. My floor plan was in his power-point. He explained the problems with my current duct working. He explained several solutions we could implement with various price points. He calculates the exact tonnage required for my home, based on computer simulations. Not a generalized rule of thumb like every other HVAC company that showed up had offered.

We settled on a state-of-the-art Zoned AC system. I can individually monitor and change the temperatures in various parts of my home. I can opt to cool infrequently used rooms less and keep the Master chilly at night without cooling my living room as much. While only using the single AC unit. It's absolutely incredible. (Ask them about it, its super cool... No pun intended) I didn't even know something like this existed. Alex's crew showed up on time with a convoy of trucks to remove my old system and install the new one. The task was a huge undertaking. His crew spent the better part of 3 solid days in the attic ensuring everything was good to go. I'm chilly in rooms of my house that have never been cold before.

An AC is a big investment. Let Ideal Energy take care of you. This has been the most streamlined, turnkey process I've had done to my house. Which is amazing. Considering its by far the biggest project I've had done. Don't hesitate to call them, they'll take care of you.

It was the hottest day of 2018 and our AC went out. I chose to call ProSkill after seeing many good online reviews. But after about a 3hr ordeal dealing with two untrained after-hours answering service operators I was having second thoughts.

I finally spoke to a knowledgeable operator who got our emergency A/C repair on track. And a manager even followed up after 11pm. He scheduled a repair the next day between 10a-noon.

The repairman was knowledgeable and he was all business. The A/C was up & running in about 20mins.

It was a bumpy ride at first. But once the ProSkill pros took over it was a good experience. The last operator I spoke to, the manager and repair man put me at ease. I recommend ProSkill.

Side note: I had my air checked in July by a company (see my reviews) referred to me by American Home Shield, they neglected to secure my panel and due to monsoons my unit was destroyed ... beyond repair. I contacted them to voice my concerns and they couldn't have cared less. ........ Kevin came out right on time, did a diagnoses, tried his best to get it up and running but due to exposer to the environment my compressor burnt out along with several other issues. After seeing the pictures I was devastated. The previous company basically set me up, so they could come back and install a new one. smh... But Kevin was also concerned about us in the heat and came back with an amazing option to get me up and running by Monday. This happened on Saturday btw. Adrian the owner and Kevin showed up today 1hour earlier than scheduled, secured a payment that only an angel could do to help in this type of situation. Come to find out his middle name is Angel! From the first time speaking to him and his wife they have been nothing but kind, comforting and accommodating. I would highly recommend this team for your heating and air services, they will do it right the first time! ... and don't invest in American Home Shield... so ready!!!

The best service from quote to cleanup after install.  I was replacing my old unit with either, Trane, Carrier, or Lennox.  I had quotes from 4 other companies. Keith was the lowest price for comparable units including coil, furnace, ac, thermostat, return grill.  He never tried to up-sale.  Offered best discount for cash. Arrived on time and did not waste my time.

Installers arrived on time. Worked continuously. Placed drop cloths to insure no damage. Were friendly. Explained what I needed to know to operate the unit. Did a complete cleanup and haul away.

Looking forward to using Suretemp for my annual maintenance service.  Highly recommend Suretemp.
