Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

I have used Larson Air in the past and had a great experience with them. I have purchased two Trane air conditioners and a Trane heating system from them. This time I unfortunately had a very negative experience. I was given a quote from Art Schieffer one of their salespeople to install an air conditioning unit at a price of $4,477. After signing the quote and after Art said he would call me in the morning with the install date, Art called me back to gouge me for more money. He said that he wanted 500-600 more dollars to complete the install or it wouldn't be done. I told him that this was unethical business practices to ask for more money after I had already signed his paper and he started yelling at me over the phone. I promptly told him to have the owner of the company call me and hung up. In addition to Art's disrespectful attitude, the owner of Larson Air told me that he would not be bullied into a decision. I hardly believe that reporting unethical business practices in the proper place to be bullying behavior. The owner refused to honor his signed paper.

American home water and air gets a five star rating for their prompt service, terrific customer service and quality work.  Two of our central HVAC systems went out on a Friday afternoon. Drew from American home water and air came out Saturday morning to review the situation. One HVAC had to be replaced and one HVAC system was repaired by Drew.   The Company gave me a very fair price to install the system two days later, on a Monday. Jeff the supervisor and his team arrived very early Monday morning to install the new HVAC system. Their professionalism, The care they took installing the system and around my home was exceptional.   I highly recommend American home water and air to anyone who needs HVAC service, repair or installation

Very happy for this gem of a company! The employees, Tim and Brandon, were extremely professional and took the time to explain my A/C system and gave a few tips for preserving performance.

They explained every step of the process; whether to tell me when they were leaving to grab equipment, then calling to say they were on their way back. They kindly replaced my air filters for me as well. The air purification system is so exciting to have installed too! I have 3 cats and all tile floors so dust, dander and pollen are constant battles in my house. Prices were very reasonable and they have payment plans available for increased financial flexibility.

Dan from Hays Plumbing & Drain..I found them on Angies list. When I called to make the appointment they were very professional took my info ad within 24 hrs. Returned my call. When he came he looked at my problem , gave me a solution wanted to make sure I knew what the repair entailed.He gave a price with a guarantee, signed the paperwork..went to get the  parts.returned and completed the job. He was very professional,easy to talk to.cleaned up after himself . I would use him again.

What a great experience. Darrin and his crew did a fantastic job. They could have replaced what we had, the way it already was and been done. But Instead, they reconfigured duct work and the furnaces for us to get maximum air flow.  We couldn't believe the difference.

Great overall experience with this company. They answered my request for quote within minutes and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Caleb, the technician, arrived right on time. He was friendly and informative. He explained everything he was going to do and then did a thorough job diagnosing the issue. He told me what the problem was and explained everything in way that was easy to understand. I will definitely be using this company for future repairs and service.

I contacted Arctic Fox AC through their website on a Sunday afternoon.  I had a non-functioning heat pump that I needed repaired.  I was wary about AC repair companies that charged additional fees for weekend work, so I expected that they would contact me the next day.  Heath, the owner, called me within one hour to talk to me about my specific needs.  He promised that a technician would be arriving at my house within one hour.  Will, the technician arrived exactly when promised.  He looked at my unit and was able to diagnose the problem within a few minutes  He had the part in his inventory on his van and was able to install the part within a few minutes.  It was dark outside where he was working and to add to the potential difficulties, it started to rain and the outlet from the roof poured directly on where he was working.  He told me that he would wait out the rain unless it got too late and return the next day.  The rain stopped within about 30 minutes while he waited for the roof to stop dumping the water right on top of the unit.  He finished the installation within a few minutes.  From the initial contact to the finished repair ended up being only about four hours and the price was exactly what was promised.  I even got a warranty on the work.
I will definitely use Arctic Fox AC again and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Gabriel is a lifesaver! The AC went out in my Airbnb unit the morning before a guest was supposed to arrive, and Gabriel came out right away and fixed it within a couple of hours. Super professional and reliable--I would call them any time I need a repair and I recommend them to anyone!

Trusting the Dukes was the best decision we could have made. Dustin, one of the technicians for the Dukes, is the man. He came over to give us an estimate and was informative but not pushy at all. The owner John came over with Dustin another time to do a load calculation as well and they were a blast to talk to. Although we did have some communication mix ups along the way, they remedied that and came through.

Adam and Renee (sorry if I spelt that wrong) were our installers and they were here for a day and a half and were friendly and thorough. They answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with everything.

We had 2 Trane XR-14 Heat Pumps and air handlers put in, and the Trane XL824 thermostats (which are awesome). If you want a cold house in the heat that's coming fast, call these guys, you won't regret it.

P.s. If you have these guys over to install anything, give them some ice water and some food or something, they are so focused on making sure everything is perfect, you need to make sure they don't forget about themselves too!! Haha thanks again you guys for making sure I don't die from the heat my first summer here in Arizona!!

I would have loved to provide a good rating, however, after waiting at home for 5 hours-they were a no show. Apparently they do not need the business.

Bumblebee provided excellent service, they arrived within 2 hours after my service request. The technicians followed the Covid 19  protocols and were very courteous,  friendly, and professional.   I highly recommend their company  and am very grateful to technicians Louis and Leslie who went above and beyond in locating parts to repair the problems encountered with my old furnace. A+++

It was so nice to have someone come to the house and be so professional and honest. Mike was right on time and got right to work checking out my A/C units. They are 19 years old and he said they are still in good shape. He cleaned my units and checked them out completely. I would suggest Mike to anyone.

These guys are fantastic and Honest!! Returned my phone call within an hour and was out to my house the same day, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I will always call them from now on!

First off let me say that Alex is nothing short of fantastic. I originally called them to get a quote on just insulation for my attic.  I had just gotten new windows and I had another company come in and give me an energy audit, however their price was outrageously expensive. They may as well have asked for a kidney as part of payment or my first born!
Alex came in and did an overview free of charge and brought me the results of his findings.  They were the same of course, however his solution wasn't going to cost me near as much money, not to mention I didn't need to do everything the other company was suggesting.  
Alex was honest and up front about everything, a very genuine person which in these businesses there aren't very many of - they all want to raid your pocketbook because everyone needs AC! But not Ideal Energy! Not once did he try and up sell me things or recommend things I really didn't need, he actually worked with what I had, and told me I didn't need the huge unit that was being almost force fed by the other company.
He took the time with me and explained everything in full detail, gave me his opinions and his solution was almost half of what I was previously quoted.

I was nervous about taking the chance, but I am very glad that I did. His team of guys are all very polite, they knew what they were doing, fixed the hiccups they ran into, they work very well together. Chris the lead guy communicated with me the whole time, and he and Alex discuss each job so he knew the little things that needed to be taken care of when he got there. He even patched my walls for me just because he had time, he went above and beyond for me.
After the job was done Chris went through everything with me, the team did an energy audit on my house after everything was finished and the numbers were almost perfect.
I am so happy with the work they did, as well as the people that represent the company as a whole. I would recommend them to anyone that needed work to be done without hesitation.  
I won't go anywhere else, I am so very grateful to have found them.

Highly recommend. Fidel initially came out to quote on a new AC system but I decided to wait till around November. I hired them to do a tuneup/maintenance for now. Also paid to add on a IWave and give me custom filters. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain everything in detail even before looking at my AC unit. I appreciate all the help and informing me on everything!

As usual ProSkill was there when we needed them. Same day service with very professional technicians. They are the best Air Condition Service I have ever had. On time and very knowledgeable. Got the job done!! Both technicians that did the work were great. Would highly recommend.

The technician was top notch.  In this day and age you get so many excuses for poor service.  I get tired of being told by a company we have issues due to the pandemic.  Rising Sun Air is old school.  They are honest on time and excellent at what they do.  I for sure will call them the next time I have issues with my AC.

Matthew our technician was on time, knowledgeable, quick and very professional and patient. He walked into a zoo of kids and adults alike going all different directions! Very thorough!
