Super friendly servicer, I called yesterday and they were able to get me on the schedule next day. Very helpful team and easy to work with.

Higi came and installed our system in a very professional manner. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a clear manner patiently. I would use their services any day. After he was done, he cleaned the area after he was done installing.

They say they offer price matching on similar products online. I haven't yet tried to ask for a price match on a similar product I saw at home depot. I hope they do.

I called them at 7 AM, and they showed up before 8 AM, fixed my old A/C unit in 30 min, and said it does not need a replacement. Great service!

Patrick is amazing! First I used the yelp app to reach out and get some basic idea. I feel that cool zone air was pretty quick with their response time. And it was not the cheapest estimate I got but how they handled my business is what got them the 5 stars. On time with their estimated time with the phone call before letting us know they were on their way. Very honest with what needed to be done and not over priced. They asked us about their service program but did not push the issue. I will use them from now on!!

Once again Gladiate has delivered. Great pricing on my mid-summer checkup, that should have been done in April, yep I procrastinated again. We have used Dukes several time for our yearly AC maintenance and we were extremely impressed with their service so when it came time to buy a new AC unit we decided to get an estimate from them. The entire process was completely painless. From the estimate day to two days later having my new unit running. Our service team Manny, Luis, Freddy, Berto and Danny did an amazing job. They were able to complete the job with no drywall damage even though several over companies told us we would have a big hole cut. They left the room just as clean as when they arrived. We were very happy with their work and highly recommend Dukes.

I use Yelp to find a lot of the businesses I use. I find that the reviews are very valuable and help me make good choices. Since I use Yelp to FIND companies, I do a lot of reviews myself. I want to pass along the information and help others. When you sit down and review a company, it is hard to picture that you are not only talking about the company, but the owner. Most of the time I would say, so what? If they lived up to the hype, I write a glowing review. If they fell flat, I rip them a new one. Plain and simple. Business is business.

But it is hard to understand that with little companies, you are not only ripping the company, but the owner. Most of the time, I really don't care. Why should I care if some fat cat owner got their fat wallet hurt by what I said? I don't even HAVE A JOB, so BOO HOO I hurt your feelings. But once in a while something happens that fall outside the bounds of the norm. When I reviewed Bumble Bee I was not expecting any answer. I was DEFINITELY not expecting a refund. Let me repeat, my first review said I WAS FINE WITH PAYING THE TRIP CHARGE, I WAS NOT EXPECTING A REFUND. So when Lisa offered me one I was skeptical. I thought, sure you want to give my money back to shut me up. Make me change my review.

So I agreed to meet Lisa. Get my money, run... end of story. But something happened I was not expecting. I saw in Lisa's eyes, her face, her body language. She was not just trying to shut me up, she was genuinely disappointed. I could tell this business is very very small, and it is her families whole life. There is pride in this business. They may not be big, but they take great pride in being good. They are the company that actually CARES. When I ripped her apart, it wasn't anger, it was hurt. I took a shot at the most valuable thing she owns and cares for like a family member. She wanted to meet me not to make me quiet, but to apologize and explain. The most amazing part... she still wanted to work with me! I think this shocked me more than anything else. I figured she would be glad to see me go and never come back. But instead she comes up with a future plan of attack and prepares me for the many steps to come.

I learned a lesson here. If you are a customer who likes working with mom & pop shops like I do... You need to be a little more aware of your actions. I didn't write a bad review of Walmart... I trashed Lisa and her husband. I did it before she had the chance to explain. I did it before she could fix it. This may be ok for Walmart, but it isn't ok for a company this small. I love the little guy. I love the underdog... so why was I so willing to trash them, well that was simply me not thinking about my actions before I hit send. So Lisa, publicly I do apologize. I am impressed with how you reached out to me. I impressed I got my money back. I was fall down on my face shocked you still wanted to work with me. I look forward to it. I hope this repairs any damage I may have caused you and your family. From the bottom of my heart I am sorry if my temper caused you and your family any damage. Thank you for being the bigger person in this relationship. I look forward to working with you again.

Michael came out was excellent! We were down for vacation and he saved the day.Very reasonable and knowledgable .. would use him again!!!

Alan is the best! A/C went out on a Wednesday morning, I had another company come out that afternoon and tell me that the compressor and fan motor were broken and that I'd need a new $5,000 air conditioner. I called Alan's Air that night at about 5:00pm to get someone out there for a second opinion, and Alan was out there the next morning at 8am. Turns out the compressor was not broken at all and just the fan motor needed to be replaced, for a fraction of what an entire new A/C unit would have cost. Alan was prompt, professional, and excellent at his job. Alan is extremely trustworthy and will be my go to person from here on out, thank you Alan's Air!

They were very busy but somehow managed to fit me into the schedule on the same day. Kevin showed up exactly on time and I told him what was happening and he went right to the condenser and showed me that it was fried (as in black). Wired burned right off it. He explained everything in detail to me and checked the Freon and all that stuff also. He had the part replaced within 15 minutes and my A/C finally worked again!. The price was excellent and the service was too. I will use them again.
