Excellent service I can't say enough!  I called 1st Choice Mechanical for a estimate on replacing a compressor.  Michael / owner was our technician and he quickly diagnosed our problem.  After explaining the solution and cost we agreed on repairs. What can I say,he saved my friend $3000. I couldn't be more satisfied.  We have set her up with bi-yearly service agreement. I feel that she is in very experienced hands now.
I take care of 11 restaurants, 19 Ac units.  First choice has my stamp of approval.

Loved the way they handled my emergency request if my HVAC. Was a fast turn around as i needed badly and my home warranty company could not expedite the request. The gentleman showed was with mask and ensured job is done while maintaining social distancing.
However, Price for coolant refill was way above the market price I am being told by my home warranty as well as my quotes from other local companies. Since i could not wait, as it was 111 degree weekend, got the job done

I called Johnny out to help with my 2 AC units on a new home that were having problems. They arrived within the hour and worked for 2 days to try every possible repair and way to save the units. They had a very reasonable price and I paid in cash. Later the same day it became apparent as they had mentioned that the units may fail due to their age and condition. Of course they did unfortunately. These guys were honest enough to meet me the next day and return back half of my cash which was more than fair with all
Of their time and efforts to save the units. Bottom line they are the most honest and the best in the business. You won't find anyone more reasonably
priced and with the same integrity that Johnny has! I will use them for all of my ac repairs in the future and refer them to all!

We called Hay's for an estimate on replacing our HVAC system.
The man (Michael) came on time and seemed nice.  He said he would give us three different quotes on three types of systems and would send them to our e-mail that night or the next day.
We keep checking our e-mail but nothing ever came in from Michael.
So after four days my husband called and spoke to the woman who answered the phone.  She was very nice and asked if we checked our spam, which we did, and then said she would speak to him and we should get the e-mail by the next day.
Again nothing, so we waited 2 more days and called again.  This time she seemed upset that we didn't get the quotes and said she would definitely talk to him and would call us back with the information.
We never heard from her or him, it's now a week later and for the first time in my life I'm writing a bad review, because I can't believe a company would do that to someone.
We got other quotes, very quickly, but I would have liked to have gotten one from Hay's because they were recommended by a friend.

They were very reaposive and gave us info to help get the blower replaced. Maria was awesome, kind and good follow up. Thank you your old school customer service.

Dave came by the evening I called to give an estimate on a new unit. Of four estimates, his was the lowest. I don't usually go with the lowest, but I checked him out with BBB and Contractors and besides he's in my neighborhood. He and his crew did a great job, quick and clean. He also added dampers, moved the air handler up and over for easier filter access and sealed some areas that my previous AC guys had created. At no extra charge. Now all areas of the house are comfy and quiet. Great guys!

Literally, the best AC company in AZ. I can't say enough good things about this company. We had an AC unit from 1998 that was on it's last leg. It wasn't going to last through the weekend. Friday I was calling companies and getting quotes, trying to figure out who could help us over the weekend. Not only was Arctic Fox a very competitive price, they were the ONLY company that could help us on Saturday. We had an AC unit installed the very NEXT day!!

Heath installed the unit with precision and the highest standards, everything works perfectly and looks great. His recommendation for units and standards for installation are far superior from other companies.

This is the only company we're ever going to use in the future and we will be telling everyone to do the same!

We had a mini split installed in a guest house during renovation. It continued to fail in spite of being a new unit. The installer said nothing was wrong. We then asked Gladiate to come take a look at it. The issue was immediately identified and repaired. I was afraid our cost would soar, but the price was more than reasonable. I recommend Gladiate to everyone who needs a repair.

May of 2018 I hired Arizona Dukes of Air to come out and perform a tune up on both of my air conditioner units. I was told I was low on Freon so I agreed to add Freon to one of the units and the bill total came out to $750. Two months later the same a/c unit that Freon was added to went out. I called Dukes of Air again to come out and take a look. I was advised that the air conditioner tripped and there was a button inside that can make the air conditioner reset. I asked the technician what caused the problem, and I was advised that it seemed to have been overcharged and it was the only issue that was found with the unit. Arizona Dukes of Air proceeded to charge me an additional $176 for the diagnostic of the issue. So initially, not only did I pay for too much Freon that the unit needed, but they charged me an additional $176 to fix (most likely) their own problem performed two months prior. They fixed the issue hence the two stars but I will definitely be moving forward with a different a/c company in the future.....

Update: After my initial review, Patrick the general manager of Dukes of Air reached out to me to discuss the situation and we both agreed I should not have been charged for the 2nd visit. I received a check in the mail from Dukes of Air for the full refund of the 2nd visit ($176) which was very much appreciated. 4 stars

I utilized Biltmore Mechanical to replace my unit on my condo. I based my decision on the paucity of negative reviews on yelp (people that are dissatisfied are much more likely to leave reviews than people that receive the level of service they expected). That and the fact that the other company that I had bid on the work only offered a 1 year warranty whereas Biltmore Mechanical offered a 10 year parts warranty (and I considered a 1 yr warranty unacceptable as a quality unit properly installed and maintained should last significantly more than 10 years in my opinion).  The job went perfectly, and I am confident that Biltmore Mechanical will assist me if I should have any difficulty with my AC in the next 15 years.

I have to say after dealing with a few ac companies in the Phoenix area , bumble bee was a breath of fresh air. I had a unit replaced in July and love the efficiency and the price as well as the service. Also had them come out and service on time and the customer service side of the business is indeed the bees knees. !! Thank you Lisa for making  a believer and for living by the mantra of always doing the right thing. You will have my business for a king time.

I had the most pleasant experience with this company. The  thermostat went out and the house was literally baking !! I reached out on yelp and received a response in less than 10 min. I received an appointment, and our technician Chase was prompt and even called to let me know he was just a couple minutes away.  He quickly identified the problem and did the repairs just as quick!  The company also sent status updates via text.  The pricing was reasonable and he gave me choices to fit my needs and my budget.

I will definitely call them again if I ever need any HVAC services, as well as recommend to anyone who needs  fair and reliable  services. Great company!

Another great experience with Alan's Air. Alan is extremely fair and knows his stuff! I will definitely be using him again.

My AC was blowing warm air the day after it hit triple digits, so I called for help. I checked yelp for someone who was close by and highly rated.

Alex returned my call within 15 minutes, and shortly after that was at my place. He was friendly and worked efficiently to diagnose the problem. He explained clearly what needed to be done, and what the options and costs were. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and the reasonable cost.

The BEST Experience! Really!!!
Y'day late evening my air-conditioner started blowing hot air. (110 degree outside)... I tried calling a few different local companies/ contractors here...Being Friday night, no one was available...
Luckily, I was able to reach Doug over the phone. First he also said that the soonest one of his men will be able to come over would be Saturday AM. THEN, he asked me a few questions about the situation I was in and said that he'd like me to perform a few steps....NO WONDER - within a couple of minutes of him walking me over the phone...the air conditioner started working! WOLAAAA! AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! Trust me Doug...I still owe you a case of beer! :-) Thank you Thank you Thank you! God Bless you!

This was my first experience with Proskill. I really liked the notification that they were on their way and that it had the technicians photo so I know exactly who to expect. Jake arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgeable. He even had the courtesy to wear booties upon entering my home. He diagnosed my air condition issue within minutes. I'm really happy with the exceptional service provided by Jake and Proskill. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing/ac needs. Thank you Jake!

Very happy with the service. The cost was good. And the service man Kevin was fabulous   I wanted them to come out to make sure my main ac was ready for summer. I had a mini split put in about a year ago by another company. It never worked. I really like it to be cold in my room at night. If needed Freon. Once in it works great. Thanks yoj

Justin came out to give us a second opinion about our duct system having a leak.  Yesterday, a Patrick Riley tech came out to do scheduled maintenance and although our 3 units checked out fine - he wanted $1500 to replace a tear in my duct system.  We called Sure Temp for a second opinion - Justin came out and could not find any tear in any part of my duct system.  He saw there was a small leak which he was able to fix with some kind of gummy tape which took him 5 minutes.  He only charged us the $65 service fee.  It was refreshing to have an honest tech give us an accurate assessment.  Justin is the best.  We highly recommend him and this company.  We ended up buying a service contract for future scheduled maintenance which was half the price of Patrick Riley's.
