The Team at Larson Air Conditioning was wonderful to work with from start to finish.  The office staff was friendly and helpful and they kept me updated regarding my scheduled appointment.

Jon the service tech was on time , and was very friendly and knowledgeable--Jon has a great customer centric attitude and was very professional.

I intend to use Larson Air Conditioning for future AC services, and I will be requesting Jon for those future services!

We called AHWA when our water heater went out early this morning. I received a call back in under ten minutes after leaving my contact information on the website. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable about my water heater and was able to give me a fair and accurate estimate over the phone. Shortly after, I received a call from the technician giving me my three hour window. Junior, the technician arrived a few minutes early which was no problem. He worked quickly to replace our water heater and we are very satisfied with the results. If we ever have another issue with our water heater or ac we will definitely be giving them a call!

Tim came out and was very professional (wore a mask) and had my HVAC working in no time. Was even nice enough to check the cooling system for me and informed me it was looking good

I contacted this company and Philip was able to come out the same day. After spending some time on the roof,he explained what the problem was. The technician I had used previously had apparently done the same repair incorrectly and when it didn't work,moved on to the replace parts until we solve it theory.
Philip declined the job,not wanting to have to be responsible if other errors had been made by the original tech. This made perfect sense to me.
I now understand air conditioning systems a little more, and if my situation changes,this will be the first company I contact.

I spoke to Johnny over the phone.  I had had an air conditioning company come to my house and gotten some information I was not sure about.  I cold called Johnny.  Without even coming to my house or seeing me in person, he answered all my questions.  He gave me a lot of time and was very honest and all without knowing me or being hired by me.  He gave me valuable information, which I have been able to use to our benefit.  I am very appreciative to him for his time and knowledge.  It is very rare to find a professional who will help you for free.  Thank you, Johnny.  We will call you for our air conditioning needs in the future.

I would agree with many other reviewers that this is the company you want to be dealing with. Our sales rep, Bill, actually called to see if he could come out early because he promised to be at our house at a different time and he wanted to see if that was ok. Certainly different from other companies. I quoted. He was quick and efficient and made sure that we had plenty of time to ask as many questions as we wanted. At no point during the initial sales process did we feel rushed or more importantly pressured. Bill's professionalism and outstanding reviews led us to select Hays to replace both our A/C units (despite the fact that they were not the cheapest company to quote).

We called Bill on Monday and the crew showed up on schedule 3 days later Our install team was led by Jack who displayed the same professionalism that Bill did and had a great sense of humor (promised to make sure that anyone who fell off the roof would be dragged into the street so it wouldn't impact my homeowners insurance. Pleased to note that no tech's were harmed in this install). The crew replaced both units and removed an old Swamp Cooler in less than 4 hours. I was home working and barely heard them. The team even took time to talk a little Mario talk with my 4 year old son. When Jack wrapped everything up he mentioned that they noticed that some of my vents were blocked so his team went and fixed them for us.

I was very apprehensive about making such a big purchase and switching out A/C units just prior to summer here in Arizona but Hays made the process painless and easy. I will be using them for all maintenance and service issues for anything HVAC or Water heater related for as long as I live in Arizona. This company truly believes that the customer is the priority and everyone we dealt with lived that belief. If you want great service and peace of mind, call Hays.

We had other companies come out and look at our AC unit because it had stopped working.  We were told by 3 different companies we had a bad unit, and a leak in our system because we were missing about 10 pounds of coolant.  All three companies recommended replacing the AC unit, which would have cost about $8000 to get our AC working again.

Upon a referral from a friend, we called Arizona Air Experts.  Caleb came out and spent almost 2 hours investigating the issue.  We had a value that was creating a blockage, so our system wasn't working correctly.

Caleb came by the next night after 6pm and stayed until he replaced the bad part in our system, and added the coolant that was needed.

He could have tried to up sell us like the 3 other companies with saying we needed 10 pounds of coolant, at $150 a pound.  He could have said we needed a whole new AC unit, which would have cost thousands of dollars, just like the other 3 companies said.

He didn't.  He simply was honest, found the root cause of our issue and fixed it.  The whole job was about 15% of what the 3 other companies wanted to charge.

It was great working with someone who really takes pride in their work, is knowledgable and honest.  I won't call any other AC company again, and will refer anyone and everyone I know to Arizona Air Experts!

The team at Cool Zone performed an AC inspection before I bought my new home. They identified a duct issue that would have cost me $4000; I was able to recoup it from the seller. Because of the inspection they performed, I had Cool Zone redo all of my duct work in the house. Dave was great and incredibly communicative. The work took a bit longer than planned, but it turned out great, the team took time to answer my questions, and they listened to my asks to move ducts around so I could raise ceilings. I'll likely need a new AC unit soon and I plan to go back to Cool Zone because of their quality work and professionalism. I definitely recommend them to others!

I contacted Arctic Fox per a recommendation from someone who had excellent feedback about the experience with the company, so naturally - I already felt a little bit more comfortable reaching out. I called about midday and nobody answered the call but we left a message for a call back, and we received a call back within 10 minutes. It was a Saturday and we scheduled for a Monday service call on the two units we have for the house. The upstairs unit was sporadically working and wasn't providing cold air so we wanted them to also take a look at that.

The person that came out at 9am was cordial, clear, and expansive in the sharing he provided about what he was doing, what he was looking for, and what we were hoping for. It was a bunch of gibberish to me because hvac isn't my jam but it was helpful information to have later so I could explain to my cousin who does know HVAC. By around noon he was able to determine what the issue was, tell us what part/s were needed and given us a quote for the service. He was going to be able to fix it before the end of the day and something excellent to note is that our old unit (original from '98) still had parts! (Something 2 other companies that had come out wanting us to purchase brand new units had boasted and made us fear!) That in itself made us trust that he was actually trying to help us and not just sell us a new AC unit in the middle of an AZ summer!

He left and came back with parts, a partner to help, and was finished right about 4pm or so. The price seemed fair for the service, parts, labor and overall the experience we had was positive so I was thrilled that by the end of the day, our old original unit (both of them for that matter) felt like they'd gotten a refresh and were back up and running again! Also, the warranty for service covered a year for the parts and 2 years for the service.

Overall a super positive experience and thrilled we didn't have to buy a new unit, that we fixed the issue, and that we feel covered for the next year! Thank you to Arctic Fox for the excellent service.

There's a reason these guys have five stars. Thank you Manny, Luis, Freddy, Beto and Mike for installing our new unit. You did a great job gentleman! This will be the 3rd air conditioning unit I have had to replace in Arizona (different properties). The first time I installed a unit, I went through a company that installed a Goodman. That unit broke down in less than 3 years and the company who installed it did not want to honor the warranty. It was leaking Freon. I had tenants in the property and needless to say the tenants ended up moving out because I couldn't afford another $5k to put another unit in that particular property. The 2nd unit I had installed was through Costco and I had a Lennox Installed. It was $5500 through a deal with Costco for a rooftop unit (that property was a condo). Lennox is a far better unit than a Goodman and this outfit was better about servicing. The challenge was that they sold me a built-in filter that eliminates the need to replace your filter every month. It was supposed to last for 12 months, but I came to find out it has to be replaced multiple times per year and it's $150 every time you have them put a new filter. Very expensive compared to $3/month!! There was a huge disconnect between the sales guy and the servicing department. The house I am at right now (1700 sq feet, two-story, single family) had a Trane that lasted 24 years (original unit from when house was built). Never had to spend a dime on it but the motor went out recently so we looked up AC companies on Yelp and AZ Duke's has the best reviews. The service department of AZ Duke's showed up and offered to replace the motor for about $800. They weren't pushy at all but buying a new unit made sense given the age of our unit and the fact that the coils/pan were pretty rusty. So we took advantage of the fall special, no interest for 48 months and had another Trane installed that is energy efficient and qualifies for rebates (probably save $30 or so per month too). It wasn't much more expensive than what I paid to have the Lennox installed for a fall smaller condo and this unit has far better unit/efficiency. Required they do most of the work in the attic (poor guys!). Because the A/C wasn't working and they couldn't replace it same-day, they went ahead and installed a new motor (same day) for me for free and put me on the schedule for replacement. I was only without air for a few hours. They made it real easy. They do all of the paperwork for warranties; they walk you through how to use the wifi/Nextia thermostat (settings, download the app, help with account set-up etc), they cleaned up everything (no mess), the guys were super friendly and accommodating. They gave us two free annual service visits, they added another intake to better disperse the air upstairs and they even removed the attic later and replaced where some guys cut through the wood to fit the unit. Everything is as it was before they made the replacement and I couldn't be more thrilled to have a brand new Trane! Took about 6 hours from start to finish. My neighbor accross the street has the same sized house with the same layout and he actually paid the same that I did for unit that is not nearly as good as a Trane. Between the attentive service, the price, knowledgeable workers, seamless communication between service, admin and their workers I couldn't be more happy about this experience. A lot of these A/C companies are snake oil salesman; AZ Duke's is NOT that. I freely recommend these guys to those who are in need.

David of Biltmore Mechanical is an absolute TREASURE! My A/C unit stopped working and I was completely gutted. David came out within a couple hours of my call and diagnosed my problem with integrity. He could have went the easy way out and told me my A/C was from the stone age (it's REALLY old) and there was no hope. Instead, he assessed and communicated the parts I needed in a step-wise fashion. He even changed them the SAME DAY!!! His personality, skill set, and pricing is why I would recommend him to anyone, anytime, and anywhere

I use them for my rentals. They are a small enough shop to provide very good customer service yet big enough to always be available for emergencies. I have found them fair and honest. This is one of my go to companies that I trust.

About 11am this morning I noticed my thermostat creeping up and the compressor not sounding right.  Bill from Alan's air just left, now 1500 and all is working fine!  Great price and great, honest service. The old capacitor went out and that caused the compressor to overheat and flip the thermal switch.  Thank you!  Will be recommending you to any and all that need AC repairs.

After 12 years of owning a 1950's red brick house I finally decided to focus on my comfort, especially during the summer. I purchased a new AC several years ago from a different company and expected a huge improvement in my comfort and electric bill. NOPE.  I had Ideal Energy come out and do an energy audit on my home, which clearly detailed why even a new AC was not making a difference. My old duct system was a mess, I had very little insulation and needed a larger main return plus an additional return in the hot bedroom.

They fixed everything and finished 4 days ago. The process went smoothly and I did not have any problems with any of the people I interacted with. Very professional company.

The BEST thing is that I finally have a very comfortable, even cold, house with outdoor temps over 110. My AC is running 8-10 hours less per day!!

I highly recommend DCM. We had them replace 2 AC units and put in some new ductwork for a home we purchased end of November.  Extremely professional, responsive, knowledgable.  They take pride in the quality of their work and the services they provide, and they do not disappoint.  Their rates are competitive as well (I had gotten quotes from a few other companies).  Joseph was absolutely wonderful to work with.  He is great with communication and following up throughout the entire process with thorough/detailed emails - from initial questions/estimates all the way to after install and setting up warranties for the units.  Shaun was also extremely helpful, detailed and took the time to answer many of our other questions about the home and HVAC.  And lastly, Fidel and his crew were wonderful - very hardworking, efficient and courteous.  My husband and I really appreciated the extra time Fidel spent over going the new systems with us.  Again, I am extremely satisfied with DCM and would highly recommend them.

Our water heater died and was leaking water all over our box filled garage. We called in the morning and they gave us a window of arrival between 2-4pm. They arrived a few minutes past 2 and finished install and replacement under 3 hours. Service was great. My mother has used them many times in the past and had great experiences. Would recommend.

Contacted Sure Temp to get service and they were prompt to get me in the next week. Tom did a great job of explaining all the items that they were looking at what was going on with the unit and a brief understanding of how the unit works and what to look for.

I was very impressed and appreciated that when he turned the unit on and the fan wasn't working he brought me out to see the problem before starting the work. Really put me at ease and showed me the issues with the fan and why it was happening. He showed me what the readings should of been and what my issue part was showing (and that there was stuff coming out of it), then showed me what the readings where on the new part.
