So they don't service chiller systems, but the girls was super helpful in telling me to look for companies on yelp with the words mechanics or mechanical in the name and for that I thank her so much. GREAT Customer Service!!!  I mean no, I didnt hire them, but yes I felt good about it and she helped me still.

After 20 plus years with our AC, we decide to replace it and contacted several contractors in March. We decided to go with AHWA not only because of the price but also because of the detail contained in their cost estimate. Mack put it together and he became our point person on getting follow-up questions answered. We were able to schedule a tentative installation date for late April after some concern about the Trane system not being readily available because of manufacture production issues in Texas. Was able to get updates from Mack during this time, although he could have reached out to us more.

We got a confirmation call from Mary Ann of the office staff a week before installation date indicating the equipment was in. Got a txt from Nick A. on installation day indicating they were on their way. Nick and the crew followed covid protocols, were very professional, and completed installation, testing, clean up, as well as adding an additional air return all in one day.  Was given a run through on the new thermostat and answers to any remaining questions I had.

AHWA also helped with compiling data on the AC system needed for completing an application for a rebate from our Utility company.

It's now June and temperatures are soaring. Glad we got it done before.

I am SO impressed with Johnny's Air Conditioning & Heating.  While away on business my son called to say the AC broke and it was 120 degrees. I called around to see which AC company would be able to repair my AC the same day.  In the busy AZ summer season Johnny was able to squeeze me in and within an hour from the initial call Johnny repaired my AC.  Thank you so much Johnny for your professionalism and true efficiency!

Once again we had an AMAZING experience with this company. We received a brand new water heater 2 1/2 years ago, but the company that put it in did not do things correctly. We have had four issues with it since then. Hayes came out and noticed that the pipes were not even soldered  to the wall and fixed that. We then had an issue with it tripping the breaker. Hayes came back out and found that it was leaking from the way it was first installed and became rusted. They have switched out the old water heater and replaced it. Nick the manager was absolutely amazing and so kind.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. Every time we interact with them everyone has been wonderful.

Great company. I called them on a Friday at 1:30 PM and the were able to get to my house at 6:30 PM. The blower motor on my second floor AC was out. They needed to get the part and were at my house by 11:00 on Saturday. Everything working great by 12:00. Great price, response, and service. Capacitor went out when we got back from being out of town. Set up an appt for the next day, which I was surprised at getting one that fast.
Replaced the capacitor in around a half hr and the house is finally cool again. I highly recommend Cool Zone Air.

So my thoughts are when the house hits 102 degrees, call Heath at Arctic Fox Heating and Air, (623) 533-5718, because he is seriously the best - and honest - and reasonable - keeps you updated, and does what he says he's going to do. We've had experiences with less than honest technicians from other company's and it's just not worth it.  We just gave him keys to the house for three days, and we stayed in an air conditioned hotel!  We completely trust Heath and his team, and have total respect for what he does.

One of my AC's went out on my short-term rental. Christine and Dave have been a trusted partner, helping implement a short-term solution to keep my guests cool while we wait on parts for my new installation. I'm happy to give my business to such a reliable and trustworthy company. Highly recommend!

Our 20 year old A/C unit ran constantly last summer and our electric bills were crazy high with the kicker being that the house wasn't even staying cool, so we decided it was time for a new unit this spring.

After receiving quotes from several different air conditioning companies around the Valley, we found that Duke's of Air gave the most bang for your buck. Certain places quoted us another $1,000 to correct a kink in our duct, and that was already included with the installation at Duke's.  They were also able to schedule us for the installation much sooner than other places were estimating.

We were also able to get a better unit than we were planning for only a little bit more and amazing financing thanks to a Trane rebate they were offering at the time.

The installation went smoothly, the workers we polite and efficient and it was overall a really pleasant experience. Special thanks to Manny, Luis, Freddie, Beto, Danny, and Ryan!

Great service and quick response.  While David had appointments all day, he managed to find time and resolved our air conditioning problem.  Very knowledgeable, professional and we highly recommend.

These guys are the best. After being told by Orangatan that I needed a new compressor and another part replaced thatunder warranty for labor and parts was going to cost me $1500, Bumblebee's tech came out and found that the compressor worked fine and the cost of the other part was all i needed. The cheating folks at Orangatan said that the cost with free labor and part would be $958 due to additional uncovered expenses.  Bumblebe found the part under warranty and with labor, and the other uncovered expenses charged us $700. I will go with this local HONEST company from now on and so should you!

So we just got back from vacation on Friday and then Saturday afternoon one of our AC units started making a pretty loud sound from it. i checked the air and it was still blowing cold air. 30 minutes later there was no sound coming from the AC unit but it was still blowing air, just not cold anymore.
i went on Yelp and reached out to a bunch of different AC companies but Alan's air answered my call immediately and said they could come over Sunday morning. On top of that they were by far the cheapest company to come out on a Sunday.
The next day came around and Alan himself called me letting me know they were running a bit late but would be over as soon as they finished another job. An hour later Alan showed up and was super friendly. They heard what we said was going on and hopped up on the roof and diagnosed it pretty fast as a we needed a new starter kit and dual capacitor. He could've easily told us we needed a new compressor or more but was super honest. Him and his partner finished the job by checking our other unit as well and added freon to both. Alan said everything else looked fine with the units and we were all set. great experience and we will use Alan for all of our AC needs in the future. Thank you Alan!

these guys came HIGHLY recomended from SRP board members to preform a home energy audit.  they were very professional, timly, honest, and nice.  Alex and his team did a great job and were a pleqasure to deal with.  i would recomend them to anyone looking at a home audit

in addtion my AC actually went out and they were there at the drop of a hat to get it fixed.  i really like the team there and will be working with them in the future.

I moved into a new home that had a single unit on the roof with two stories, and my main concern was air flow. I had 6 different companies give me a diagnostic and quotes (the high end being 12K to fix duct work and add insulation) and nobody had one singular way to fix the problem I had. I reached out to Desert Comfort and they sent Sean, their air-flow guru to take a look at the system. He explained the poor design, the lack of access and the air flow issues. He also was realistic about what results I could expect, and how my system was choking with only a single return. He obviously had been doing this for decades and can work by feel. He said he would write up the scope of work.

I worked with Joseph Albertson who is the Customer Relationship Manager. He was nothing short of fantastic. We traded multiple emails back and forth,t he quote was upfront and reasonable, and I ended up adding on a few services and he guided me away from options that would only cost me money.

The crew arrived at 6AM, Sean and a partner. They go in my attic, added a new return, did an air balance, added a remote thermostat. While on top of the roof checking the system they spotted an issue with a line backup and a pound of refrigerant being low. Everything was informative and no salesmanship, I opted to have them take care of the issues on the spot. Joseph's first concern was our experience with the onsite. It was fantastic. E-invoice was easy to pay, clear to read, and this company was a pleasure to deal with. They don't advertise and they work via word of mouth and by their yelp reviews. Compared to the dozens of shady outfits in PHX that crowd out the good providers, these guys are a great provider.

After talking to the mfgr of our hot water heater Proskill has taken care of us and fixed the dark water that was coming out of the hot water faucets. They have promised to come back in a month and check again and if still a problem replace water heater under warranty. Thanks Proskill...

The technician was top notch.  In this day and age you get so many excuses for poor service.  I get tired of being told by a company we have issues due to the pandemic.  Rising Sun Air is old school.  They are honest on time and excellent at what they do.  I for sure will call them the next time I have issues with my AC.
