I couldn't be happier I chose Larson Air. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and courteous. It is very apparent the owners and employees care about their customers and providing excellent service while also remaining reasonably priced and straight forward. The process of replacing my unit was very smooth there were no issues and they were somehow very quiet while doing so, it was not as nearly as loud as I expected. They finished quicker then quoted and they triple check their work making sure everything is working perfectly that day as well as coming back a few days later. I couldn't be more pleased. Great company, great service!

I was visiting a friend's house when Jordan came by to replace the filters on the RO system. I was impressed by how professional and neat he was. The filters were quickly changed and he have great instructions on how to purge the system. I was really impressed.

The while process was very professional and friendly.  No pressure either. We asked for a quote for routine maintenance on two ac units and our hvac.  They got back to me very quickly and so we scheduled for that week. For the day that the appt was for I did have a prior commitment to get to so I messaged them that day to find out when they will be here so it did not interfere with my other commitment. Anyways, they were willing to reschedule but we kept the appointment. Tim and Brandon came and were very friendly, respectful, and professional. They even pointed out a tip to keep the ac units clean. When we settled the bill, they mentioned the maintenance plan which I declined but there was no pressure from them.  We were very happy and will continue to use them going forward

Phillip shows when he says he will and does what he says he will. He also goes through the trouble of explaining exactly what is wrong and will go into as much detail as needed so that the customer can make an educated decision about what to do. Fran does the administrative work and is very personable, helpful and responsive. It is so nice to have a reliable HVAC company that is also priced right.

Not much to say that hasn't already been said! Easy to get a hold of, arrived within an hour (late afternoon, mid-summer!), professional, and honest to boot. Got the A/C going for the time-being, but they fully explained that we may need a larger repair in the near future. Fair pricing and friendly service. Thank you, guys! We'll be recommending you to friends and neighbors and won't hesitate to call if we need help again!

Very professional, courteous and on-time. Reviewed both my gas units, performed yearly maintenance and gave recommendations for me to review at a later date.  Not a problem, I would absolutely use them again.

I met Caleb several years ago when I rented a house in surprise and he did all the spring checks on  my unit.
When I bought my home in 2012 I trusted him so much I had him come to check my AC for me. I use Caleb every year for my spring check ups and any other work that needs to get done that is not covered under my home warranty.
Recently my air went out and he had two portable units he let me borrow them while I waited for the warranty department to get back with me.
Caleb  and Misty have always been professional, on time and gone above and beyond for me .
I highly recommend AZ Air experts. If I did not have a warranty I would use them 100% for everything. I will NOT use anyone else.

I am so blown away by the service we received from Arctic Fox, Heath is amazing!  We were so impressed with how fast he was able to diagnose and fix our ac...and in July!  Only waiting a few hours was a complete blessing in the middle of summer.  We are so thankful to Heath and will be only calling Arctic Fox from now on!

This company did not figure out how to fix the unit and we stayed without AC for 6 days. The person answered the phone was unprofessional. I am not responsible if other people came to the property without permission while the technician was there. The police was notified of this right the way . That's not a good answer!

Cant believe I forgot to write a review about my service for Arizona's Dukes of Air....sorry guys (Dukes Team)!

Last year, in summer my AC temp was not cooling off my house and I had home owners insurances to come out and take a look at it. The company that was chosen for me stated it was just needing coolant and it was low.

Next month, same thing and I got in contact with home owners insurances again and they sent someone out. They added more coolant to my AC and added ink to the line to see if there were any punctures or leaks. The company didnt stay long to check. Just told me to call them again if it starts to feel hot in the house or the AC isnt cooling off the house.

Third time is a charm. I decided to go to Yelp and look at AC companies that can help me than a 3rd party company to help me in my situation of need.  I had a rental at Home Depot for a portable AC unit, just to not pass out or my animals.  Arizona's Dukes of Air was the company of choice and it was a great decision. They sent someone to my house to inspect my AC unit and lines. They told me I needed a new AC unit based on how old my AC unit was and freon that was used is very expensive.  They showed me the best unit based on the sq. ft. of the house and told me it will be available for installation next week. During that time Arizona's Dukes of Air will put in recycled freon in my AC unit so I can keep cool until my new unit arrived. THANK YOU!!!

When next week arrived they arrived on time with there team and got it done in couple of hours. My AC bill has been lower per the previous years and my house is nice and cool during the summer.

They also had a great payment plan, so I can pay it off in 5 years or sooner.  Thank you Dukes for helping a guy out during the summer and quick and valued service you gave me. Was tired of wasting money and nothing getting fixed, while sweating my butt off during last year summer.

Once again Cave Creek was able to do a remarkable job on our washer and dryer duct work.  This Company is definitely a keeper.  Love doing business with such a class act.

Needed a mini-split to help cool a bedroom.   Got several bids and Alan's was the best overall deal.  Installation less than a week later and went very smoothly.  Had not used this company previously but in the future, I will definitely give them a call.

My A/C was making a lot of noise and I was worried it was about to die. I called Ideal Energy and they came out immediately.
I live in Canada and rent the house out and the technician from Ideal Energy identified the problem and called me in Canada to let me know the problem even before my tenant came home to meet him. The whole process from calling them to having it fixed only took a few hours. The cost of the repairs seemed very reasonable and I was able to pay over the phone. If I ever have any A/C issues in the future I know I can trust this company.

A/C is working great. Very personable/friendly technician came out on a Sunday to work on our unit.  (Next day service!)

I didn't want to leave a negative review but I still can't get over my explanation why I was being overcharged. Also, I want people to know how ProSkill does business.
So my renter's told me their thermostat stopped working. I called ProSkill because I heard good things about them. I typically perform repairs on my rental myself as I am a contractor but I was out of town. My renter told me ProSkill was at my house in less than 10 minutes and had the thermostat replaced within 10 minutes (as I would expect). Unfortunately, it wasn't a programmable thermostat as that was what I had in the house. I had the renter send me a picture of the thermostat and I could tell it was a $19 Honeywell. The tech called me when he left the house and said it will be $139. Now this may not sound expensive to you but when you have rental house's, every dollar in maintenance and repairs add up. Let's break down that $139 for 10 minutes of work. The thermostat is $19 from home depot, which ProSkill probably gets them for $15. That leaves $124 in 10 minutes of labor from the technician. At this point I wasn't too upset about the charge but my renter was unhappy with the non programmable thermostat. I personally prefer non programmable thermostats but I'll do most anything that's easy to keep my renter's happy. So I called the manager or owner of ProSkill to explain why I wasn't too excited about the excessive charge for a cheap thermostat. After about 30 minutes of arguing it finally came out that his excessive charge for a cheap thermostat was because he's in the business of making money. As soon as I heard that, I was done. I don't know about you, but I think a company like ProSkill should be in the business of making the customer happy... the money part comes later.
Needless to say I had ProSkill go back to the house and remove their thermostat.
I ended up installing the Nest a couple weeks later and we're pretty happy with it.
If you choose ProSkill, get an estimate and remember, he's in the business to make money. Who knows, maybe the owner was just having a bad day or just didn't like me questioning his cheap thermostat and his $750/hr rates...

I had attempted to install an ecobee3lite thermostat and had difficulty and was stuck.
We had previously had Rising Sun air, out for an unrelated problem so I called them for help.
Pam in the office said she thought a technician was currently in Scottsdale and asked if she should contact him, I told her that would be appreciated.
As it turned out the technician could be at my house within the hour (my lucky day) to help me out.
As it turned out he determined that my air conditioner was incompatible with the ecobee3lite themastat, so he reinstalled my original thermostat for a modest service fee.
I'm totally happy with their service and personal and will highly recommend them to family and friends.

The communication with the office and the field technician  could not have been better or clearer.  I'm very satisfied with the service and will be sure to highly recommend them to family and friends.

I had initially written a pretty poor review for these guys after, what initially was a lackluster experience with them around the 4th of July, when my a/c went out. Keith the owner, caught wind of my displeasure and took it very personally. He then immediately rectified the issue by sending an outstanding professional out to the house, Bud, who correctly diagnosed the issue immediate and then had it fixed the next day. This group clearly cares about doing a good job and it became evident to me during multiple conversations with them that they are a group that is looking to be trustworthy, which in my book is a quality at the top of the list!!
