Easy to schedule the appointment...Claude (technician) called to say he was on his way, I received a text and an email with a picture of Claude, so for safety's sake, I knew who was going to show up.

Claude had a suggestion to rectify my small issue and it seems to have worked. He looked at all of my condensing and handling units and gave me recommendations on when they may need to be replaced. His knowledge of the business was really good and he/they have earned my business.

Pretty prompt in service. Was at home within 2hrs or so. Was wearing mask  gloves and shoe cover. However the mask was sliding off. I would recommend provide a mask for them so that they stay safe and the customers as well. Explained very well what was the issue and what he had to do. However, he didn't inform me before he started the work. He forgot to do it he mentioned.  He made sure the AC is working fine before leaving. Overall good experience will definitely recommend them.

The while process was very professional and friendly.  No pressure either. We asked for a quote for routine maintenance on two ac units and our hvac.  They got back to me very quickly and so we scheduled for that week. For the day that the appt was for I did have a prior commitment to get to so I messaged them that day to find out when they will be here so it did not interfere with my other commitment. Anyways, they were willing to reschedule but we kept the appointment. Tim and Brandon came and were very friendly, respectful, and professional. They even pointed out a tip to keep the ac units clean. When we settled the bill, they mentioned the maintenance plan which I declined but there was no pressure from them.  We were very happy and will continue to use them going forward

Wow ! We called on Monday , they came out on Tuesday and gave us a quote that beat everyone else out of the water.  We signed that day.  It' is now Friday ( the same week) at 1:00 pm and my new air-conditioning unit is on the house and has been cooling it house for 3 hours.   Now that is getting the job done !  Phil and Fran are an amazing team of making it happen so fast.  Then Mike and Juan came out this morning. Started at 7:30 and done by 11!  Great guys !   I can not say enough how how efficient and affordable this company is.  Thank you guys

Best Customer Service Ever.   Heater stopped working so I googled A/C-Heater repair.  Johnny's had a 5 star rating....that's usually for a reason.  I called them, they answered and said they could make it out right away.  That's awesome right there.  I explained the problem and was given a very reasonable price.  

Then Johnny asked me to try something before he came out.  It worked and the heater is now working.  He could have come out, done the job and got paid.  Instead, he saved me time and money.  THAT'S GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.   Johnny's is now my Go-To A/C-Heater guy.  Thank You.

I am happy to say I had a very good experience with Hay's. One of my units wasn't blowing cold, so I called around a few of the higher rated places on yelp. I made the mistake of going with someone last year who wasn't on yelp, and I totally regretted it--the guy totally reamed me. Hay's was different-honest about their pricing and went above and beyond, even fixing a leak in one of my units the guy last year said he couldn't fix without being there while it was leaking (WTH?). So they fixed my unit, fixed the leak, tuned them both up, and because I signed up for their service plan, waived the trip fee. It's hard for me to know what is fair pricing as I don't have a lot of experience with HVAC repairs, but I feel like a I got a fair deal for all that they did while they were here.

Cannot give this local company enough compliments for its gold standards in customer service! They will go above and beyond for the customer. I have a rental property which needed an AC replacement, and needed prompt and reliable service. The tenant was not the most hospitable, but Randy, one of the co-owners of the company, was extremely professional in inspecting the property and getting back to me with his recommendations. Their pricing is extremely fair, but the communication and trustworthiness with their customers is what will always bring back repeat clients! So many businesses could learn from them! Thank you Randy, Darrin, and Marija for your excellence!

Capacitor went out when we got back from being out of town. Set up an appt for the next day, which I was surprised at getting one that fast.
Replaced the capacitor in around a half hr and the house is finally cool again. I highly recommend Cool Zone Air.

In the 5 years that I have used this company for my house remodeling they have earned this five Star rating - If you need ac or heating or evap cooler work or ductwork or plumbing from repairs to new install this company will not waste your time or money ,I shopped around a lot before my new install ac /gas  heat  combo  ,others wanted more for less work and or tried to lie to me about what all was needed to install unit I have built homes I know what's needed ,In my thirty years of owning homes for my self and several others I rented out to people ,This company is the best I have ever hired .Not a  greedy large company working on commission .

After another company spent a day playing Lucy-and-the-football with us, we called Gladiate. They responded immediately, showed up right away, had the right part, and installed it along with something else that needed attention, all for a reasonable price! Also friendly and courteous!

I called AZ Dukes based off the recommendations found here on Yelp. I was not disappointed. The tech went above and beyond. My unit kept blowing fuses (2 within an hour) he troubleshot the issue and found the fuse box had a short. He bypassed the problem the continued to check my entire system and ensure everything was working well. He made adjustments to help my condensing unit run more efficiently, at my request he even checked to make sure my system was wired correctly for a smart thermostat I had purchased but not installed yet. After all this I was still only charged a service fee. I have since installed the new thermostat and replaced the damaged fuse box and things are running great. I will call them again with any HVAC issues and have already recommended them to my friends and family.

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Bumble Bee. My system was blowing cool, but not cold which isn't enough for July in Phoenix.

I previously used a different company for an annual service in the spring but was very dissatisfied with them, especially with all of the extra service plans and memberships clubs they were pushing on me for a system that in their own words was working correctly.

I decided to give Bumble Bee a try and the whole process was easy, quick, and affordable.I was able to get a hold of them immediately and they were able to come out and look at my system the next day. The technician was very knowledgeable, and was able to give me a very good explanation of the problem, what needed to be done, and why. It turned out my indoor coils were extremely dirty and simply needed a cleaning. Their pricing was very reasonable for this, and my system is back to blowing ice cold air. I've definitely found my AC company for any future needs!

My husband and I highly recommend Cave Creek Cooling Company.  Mike came out within an hour of our telephone call.  He even called and let us know he was within 10 minutes of our home.  He replaced our blower motor and another part and was done in an hour.  Another company said it would take two and a half hours to replace the blower.  He also said he would not replace our 14 year old unit.  Saw his good reviews on Next Door Fantastic, Fair, Reliable. Wow. Alan was absolutely terrific! Quickly diagnosed the AC problem and now my unit runs like a clock. Terrific service and a very fair price. My highest recommendation! I'd call him again in a heartbeat!

I held off on my review because I wanted to see the how well it worked in the hottest part of the year, and the results are in, it's fantastic.

We have an older home (1940s) in central Phoenix and in looking at some solar systems, one of the companies discussed sealing our ducts and removing and replacing the insulation (with blown fiberglass). I wasn't convinced by them, but got Ideal Energy to come out and do an analysis. Wes came in November crawled all through our attics, and put together a very detailed proposal to replace the ductwork and insulation. The quote was not cheap, but reasonable considering the extent of the work involved. The things that sold me on the proposal were: the existing ductwork was put in when there was an evap cooler and were now too large for a modern AC system and no amount of sealing and external insulation was going to make them perform correctly. They used blown in cellulosic insulation which is what I preferred for environmental and health preferences. They sealed and insulated the vertical knee walls as well.

We scheduled the insulation for the last week of December and Mike and the crew (6 guys in total) were fantastic. Prepping and cleaning the house every day they came out, fantastic communication, flexible when we needed to change something last minute, and polite. When I saw how much work went into the project, the cost became even more reasonable.

The first thing I noticed was how quiet the house became, and that we could hardly tell when the heater came on (due to silence and infrequency). Now that we have made it out to 110+ days of real summer, every room in the house is now at a perfect temperature. Our main bedroom used to get hot at night in the summer, now it maintains a perfect temperature and our electric bill is at least 20% lower. Having a home that is now evenly comfortable and the energy savings is what we hoped for.

Also a couple follow up questions I had (where to order the filters, and finding a source for the insulation boards for my workshop) were handled quickly and professionally.

I am so pleased we decided to use Ideal Energy.

Almost immediate call back.  Doug was very helpful, went out the very next morning and had a repair plan and estimate the same day. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future for all my swamp cooler needs.

Had an issue with our AC, left a message via Yelp and was contacted immediately and a tech was at our house in a couple hours and repaired our issue and we were very happy.

I'm not into lengthy reviews, but I hired them for annual AC maintenance. Rising Sun Air communicated well, was on time, and did a great work in a quick amount of time. Would hire again.

I would HIGHLY recommend Sure Temp Air, James was awesome!!! He was polite, professional did great work. He went above and beyond to get us cool again.
