Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

We had Larson come out to fix an issue that a previous AC company had performed. Caleb was professional and did a great job with the repair. I would 100% recommend Larson to help with any AC needs.

They gave me the best rate which is $500 less than all other competitors for the exact same services. The technician provided very detailed info while installing the water heater. And taught me how to maintenance it every year.

Our AC stopped working when it was only 107 outside and First Choice was at our house within an hour and a half. They fixed the issue and Tim and Brandon were awesome. They were incredibly professional and efficient. We will be canceling our maintenance plan with another company so we can switch over to First Choice. We can't thank Tim and Brandon enough!

I called Johnny at 8:30 a.m. on a Saturday. He arrived at 9:45 a.m. and my Lennox AC was repaired and working by 10:20 a.m. He had the parts in his van. Good job, Johnny!

I first called Simply the Best when my AC stopped last week. The technician came right out, diagnosed the problem, explaining to me the blower motor was no longer operable. He said it was too old to be replaced and that I needed a new system. He put me in touch with a salesman who came out and quoted me $5500 for a new AC unit (my condo is 600 sq ft). I asked if he would subtract 10%, as specified in the service agreement I have with Simply the Best. His response: I'm already reducing the cost by $1,000; that's far more than 10%. I asked about options. He said there are none; he had only one system that fit my condo. I decided to think things over.

Two days later the system resumed working just like before: nice cold air, good strong blower.

I decided to get a second opinion and called Hays. Thad came out and checked my blower: took amps draws, tested the capacitor and motor temp. All good. Then he checked out the thermostat, found bare wires and loose connections, which he adjusted and tightened.

The difference between Hays and Simply the Best? Day and night.

Cannot give this local company enough compliments for its gold standards in customer service! They will go above and beyond for the customer. I have a rental property which needed an AC replacement, and needed prompt and reliable service. The tenant was not the most hospitable, but Randy, one of the co-owners of the company, was extremely professional in inspecting the property and getting back to me with his recommendations. Their pricing is extremely fair, but the communication and trustworthiness with their customers is what will always bring back repeat clients! So many businesses could learn from them! Ac tune up/repair

Awesome job guys!  On time very professional and explained everything in detail.

Responded quickly and arrived to do seasonal A/C and gas furnace checks in matter of days. Technician observed mask and social distancing in addition to shoe covers. He was friendly and polite. I will continue to contact them for any furnace and A/C needs.

Felt like my AC was struggling to keep up with the temperature set by my thermostat so I called Duke's. The woman I spoke with was super friendly, and scheduled to have someone come out that same day.

The tech called ahead as scheduled and arrived within the provided window.

He listened to my concerns and then was quick to have a look and determine the issue with my unit and what needed to be corrected.

He gave advice on what to do going forward (currently and down the road) with maintenance and repairs in order to save us the most money which I appreciated.

He worked quickly and our AC is working great and I will definitely be using Duke's again!

I was incredibly impressed with Biltmore Mechanical!  David answered my call immediately and was able to come over the same day.  He diagnosed my problem within about 5 minutes and  discussed with me the deficiencies of my system.  He was able to get my system up and running that very same day and also  got me two new automated thermostats.  He was very reasonably priced.  I was extremely happy with him.  Biltmore Mechanical is now my go to HVAC company.  Highly recommend!!!!

Excellent service! Our AC went out at 8pm. Called Bumblebee and was able to get an appointment for the next morning at 7am. The tech showered up on time, was friendly and professional, and explained exactly what work he was doing. He replaced a couple of fuses and my unit was up and running. Huge relief to have some cool air in August, especially with a family at home all day. The cost was very reasonable as well. We will definitely use Bumblebee in the future for maintenance and repairs.

Mike is the best! My AC stopped working and he was able to come by same day and help fix the issue. My AC is now working perfectly! All other companies that I reached out to wanted me to wait days to fix - in this 106 degree heat. I am so thankful he was available to help so fast and fix the issue quickly. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend and will be using Cave Creek Cooling for all of my AC needs in the future!

Fast, Friendly, Effect, Professional. Had Alan himself who found my two problems, had all the replacement parts in his truck & within 28 minutes I had my air conditioner up & running again. Afterwards we started chatting about Health Care & I provided him the contact information from my agent. Hope he contacted her!

First off let me say that Alex is nothing short of fantastic. I originally called them to get a quote on just insulation for my attic.  I had just gotten new windows and I had another company come in and give me an energy audit, however their price was outrageously expensive. They may as well have asked for a kidney as part of payment or my first born!
Alex came in and did an overview free of charge and brought me the results of his findings.  They were the same of course, however his solution wasn't going to cost me near as much money, not to mention I didn't need to do everything the other company was suggesting.  
Alex was honest and up front about everything, a very genuine person which in these businesses there aren't very many of - they all want to raid your pocketbook because everyone needs AC! But not Ideal Energy! Not once did he try and up sell me things or recommend things I really didn't need, he actually worked with what I had, and told me I didn't need the huge unit that was being almost force fed by the other company.
He took the time with me and explained everything in full detail, gave me his opinions and his solution was almost half of what I was previously quoted.

I was nervous about taking the chance, but I am very glad that I did. His team of guys are all very polite, they knew what they were doing, fixed the hiccups they ran into, they work very well together. Chris the lead guy communicated with me the whole time, and he and Alex discuss each job so he knew the little things that needed to be taken care of when he got there. He even patched my walls for me just because he had time, he went above and beyond for me.
After the job was done Chris went through everything with me, the team did an energy audit on my house after everything was finished and the numbers were almost perfect.
I am so happy with the work they did, as well as the people that represent the company as a whole. I would recommend them to anyone that needed work to be done without hesitation.  
I won't go anywhere else, I am so very grateful to have found them.

DCM was quick to respond, quick to schedule, and quick to get the necessary work done! Their work is warrantied for two years as well. We'll definitely be using their services again in the future!

After no call/no shows from both Howard Air and Parker & Sons we turned to Yelp for guidance.  ProSkill was highly rated, and were able to schedule an appointment within  the week.  Cody and Robert showed up within five minutes of the scheduled time, finished quickly, had some credible maintenance suggestions.  They also put on booties without being asked.  All and all, a very positive experience.

We had a great experience with Rising Sun Air. Will be using them again for any of our AC needs.

Sure Temp is the absolute best they are absolutely perfect no kidding. Justin Wilson was the service technician who did the job and he was amazing everything done to a perfection.  He was so knowledgable and informative.  Wow I have not seen service like this in many years.  Truly the best I will always call them  for everything.  This is the best company I have ever had service from since I have been in Phoenix.  Thanks to Sure Temp Air Conditioning above and beyond the call of duty.
