Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

We purchased annual service plan when we purchased out Scottsdale home - you need efficient ac in Arizona. Larson has been great with scheduling reminders and service. They send the same person, Joe each time which is nice. We also used them for a duct cleaning service and were happy with that service as well.

Reliable, trustworthy, good work ethic. They are available for emergencies as well. I would definitely recommend this company.

My AC has been struggling and running at 85-92 the past month so I had someone come out to check on it and they recommended a repair which I thought was a little high.  I then asked a friend's son who is out of market about his opinion on what they said (figuring it would be honest since he's not trying to get my business) and he recommended a new unit based on the costs involved with the motor and coils.  A local friend had Boldt come out to install their AC units, so I decided to schedule a second opinion with Boldt.  He found the same issues the original company did but also recommended a new unit, saying the original unit was not the right size for my place!  He was able to add some refrigerant and it's freezing cold inside now.  Will definitely be using these guys again!  Thanks.

Our heater was blowing cold air so we called Johnny.  He came by as scheduled to find that hat air was blowing out of the unit.  He explained that the unit will do that sometimes to remove built up frost on the outdoor coil.  Johnny charged us nothing for this visit!

These guys were awesome!  I originally called another company just to service the a/c and he was a no show so I forgot to call another company and today my air stopped working.  I called Arizona Air Experts and they came out and fixed my air.  They discovered there was a short that caused my thermostat to break.  They fixed the short and replaced my thermostat and didn't charge and arm and a leg.  I will only be using them in the future.

I am late in writing this review. Cool Zone installed a new HVAC unit in August 2019. They gave me a great price and warranty but their service went above and beyond. They deserve 6 stars if I could. They also provided portable coolers while our unit was on order and installed. I was a Realtor for many years and dealt with many contractors, Cool Zone is one of the best from my experience. They did everything they could to make the installation as perfect as possible. Danette responds to calls quickly as does David and the contractors. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them.

We own rental properties in Surprise and have had a need for a/c repair services on multiple occasions. Heath, Misti and their team are so incredibly responsive, day and night. They truly care about their customers, are extremely knowledgeable, and 100% trustworthy. It is always awesome to find a great small company with terrific people and fabulous service. My heater stopped working and I wanted to hire a local small business that didn't have a star fleet of vehicles with commercials and billboards all over the place.   Bumble Bee sounded like what I was looking for.  
I made an appointment, they arrived a few days later (it was not an emergency).  I got a text the day before, and when they were on their way.  
The tech was very nice and clearly enjoyed working for BBAC.    He also practiced safe social distancing and wore a mask.   He did not need to enter my home in this case.   Fortunately for me it was a simple fix.    They even showed me the old broken part that they replaced.    I was not pressured or offered at all to buy a new A/C or subscribe to a yearly service subscription which I appreciate.   To sum it up, they checked all the right boxes, and I'll use them again if (when) my A/C requires additional service.

Michael D. is amazing and assisted with my wiring problem ASAP. Others were taking much longer and were quoting super high prices just to diagnose and not even fix the problem. I was trying to setup a smart thermostat in my home, and he immediately knew what the problem was and how to solve it regarding c-wire. He was very knowledgeable and professional, if I have any further future needs or issues, I would not hesitate in contacting cave creek cooling company again. HIGHLY recommend.

I sent a request for a quote to Alan's Air early on a Sunday morning after my A/C quit working during one of our wonderful 115 degree days. Alan called me back within an hour and was out to my house within 3 hours to fix the problem. They changed my capacitor and my A/C was cooling my house within minutes. Alan was courteous and his price was reasonable especially given it was a Sunday and he was slammed with everyone having problems with their A/C's due to the extra warm weather.

Contacted Ideal Energy for a service I needed done right away. The receptionist stated they were a week out but when she sensed the desperation in my voice she took my number and said she would call me back. Called back 15 minutes later a said a tech would be at my property within the next few hours. I received a text before arrival introducing the technician Chris along with a photo. Chris arrived on time and got right to work. Within an hour everything was solved. He was very professional, knowledgeable and his customer service was top notch. Ideal Energy has definitely earned my business. You'll be glad you used these guys!

If you live in North Phoenix or Anthem, these guys are the real deal. Recently purchased a no hassle / no haggle hot water heater with install from them. They cared more about me as a customer and getting it right rather than focusing on a sale, which they ended up getting anyways! Great job and will keep coming back.
