Octavio was wonderful! Very kind and dedicated! He made sure we were informed of all the needed repairs and very satisfied with the work that needed to be completed! Very personable.

Coming home to an A/C unit that isn't working is never fun, but for it to be on the hottest day of the year, is awful! I wasn't sure where to begin with finding a company I could rely on to do a good job. I went straight to yelp and found American Home Water and Air. I was able to book an appointment for the following day. I was told a technician would call me between 8-9am. Joseph called me a little after 8am and told me he would be at my house between 11-1pm. Joseph arrived right around noon. After letting him know what was going on, he got straight to work. He was extremely professional and knew almost instantly what the problem was. I now have cold air running in my home!! The price was reasonable and Joseph was awesome!! I had a few questions about my A/C unit and he took the time to explain things to me which was extremely helpful!! I would not hesitate to call American Home Water and Air again in the future!! Very impressed!!!

Our AC stopped working when it was only 107 outside and First Choice was at our house within an hour and a half. They fixed the issue and Tim and Brandon were awesome. They were incredibly professional and efficient. We will be canceling our maintenance plan with another company so we can switch over to First Choice. We can't thank Tim and Brandon enough!

Once in a while the stars line up and you luck out... Knowing zero about a/c repair and the costs, it was so helpful to be able to read the Yelp reviews from Boldt customers. A lifesaver.

After a day and night of my a/c not cooling below 84 degrees, and trying everything I could think of to not call a repair person (new filter, new batteries, checking breakers) I decided it was time to get some help so I logged on to Yelp and decided on Boldt due to the great reviews.  First stop, Fran, who took my information and made arrangments for Phillip to head over to take a look.

Within an hour Phillip pulled up and after a brief introduction, got to work. He'd intermittently stop and explain what he found with his step-by-step inspection.  The coils were frozen and Phillip found the reason for this and fixed it, but first, he explained what the problem was and how much the product he needed to use would cost.  

Within 45 minutes of Phillip's arrival, cool air was flowing out of my vents again. Phillip took some time to explain that I was using the wrong filter and suggested a few other maintence items I needed to take care of down the road. Never did he upsell or try to get me on a service plan. This is a good guy who I honestly think is just as interested in doing a good job and treating his customers with respect as making a buck. Plus he likes cats, always a sign of a good soul.  

I will never use another company.  Thank you, Phillip and Fran, for your help today and for your kindness and diligence.

Johnny was absolutely fantastic. I won't spend too much time here, as he already has over 150 five star reviews here (and not surprised by that at all). Honest, quick, affordable and just the sweetest man! Needless to say I've already added him to my phone book, and I'm  thankful to have a new trustworthy AC repairman to depend on!

Frank came to fix my a/c- they were fast to come out and fix it right. He waited to make sure the problem was fixed, and waited for the air to turn down before leaving. He was great!

These guys were awesome!  I originally called another company just to service the a/c and he was a no show so I forgot to call another company and today my air stopped working.  I called Arizona Air Experts and they came out and fixed my air.  They discovered there was a short that caused my thermostat to break.  They fixed the short and replaced my thermostat and didn't charge and arm and a leg.  I will only be using them in the future.

The team at Cool Zone performed an AC inspection before I bought my new home. They identified a duct issue that would have cost me $4000; I was able to recoup it from the seller. Because of the inspection they performed, I had Cool Zone redo all of my duct work in the house. Dave was great and incredibly communicative. The work took a bit longer than planned, but it turned out great, the team took time to answer my questions, and they listened to my asks to move ducts around so I could raise ceilings. I'll likely need a new AC unit soon and I plan to go back to Cool Zone because of their quality work and professionalism. I definitely recommend them to others!

A++ service. Quick to come out and quick to diagnose and fix. Will have them back next year for tune up. Bill answered my questions without hesitation!

Apologies as I am a couple months late here but couldn't miss giving Gladiate Air a review... Back in early winter when we had a few cold snap days, I turned on the heat on our dual HVAC systems. I was surprised to see both systems failed exactly the same way. Not being an HVAC person, I was pretty well convinced the problem was in our thermostats since a coincidental furnace failure of the same type in both furnaces would be against the odds. After a week, I gave up being a furnace expert and called Gladiate Air (thank you, Yelp). A quick, smart professional showed up right away and diagnosed our problem as a faulty control panel on each furnace... most likely due to age (12 years) and dust accumulation. One panel dead and I sure appreciate his efforts to resurrect the second panel... but ultimately both replaced... and his supervisor stopped by to check on the work being done. Price seemed very fair and house was left clean by our polite, friendly fixer. Thanks Gladiate Air!

Dukes of Air gets an A+ today.   Super polite/knowledgeable tech, got right to the problem quickly and before I knew it my unit was repaired, pumping cold air again.

David came out today, on the same day we contacted him, on a Saturday, and fixed our issue (diagnosed and fixed I should say, as we had one a/c unit that was only sort of working, but we were not completely sure it was a problem).  He was a very nice guy and we are already enjoying our markedly cooler house.  We will definitely use him again!

Bumble Bee offers an excellent customer experience. I called in and got Lisa. Lisa answered my questions and worked me into their schedule the same day. I called her back two different times with extra questions and she was always helpful and cheerful.

Kris was the service technician we worked with. I could not have been more pleased with my customer experience. Kris came on time and explained everything he was doing with my unit. I enjoy the chance to learn new things, and Kris was happy to spend the time and answer my questions. He explained the amp readings he was taking from the capacitor and motor. He answered all my questions and educated me about my A/C unit. I feel more equipped as an informed home owner because of Kris's time. Kris left me with a sheet with all the amp readings from my capacitors and motors.

Bumblebee has a fair priced maintenance plan.  They have an option to sign up for 1, 2, or 3 years of a maintenance plan (higher discount with each additional year).

Bumble Bee will definitely be the company I call next time I need anything HVAC related. They create relationships with their customers and offer fair service. Kris earned my confidence to continue to do business with this company for years to come.

After a near lightning strike, our AC was out - still running but icing over. Also electric out in 4 rooms. After doing as much as I could on my own (not much) I got a referral for Mike, here. What a great job he did - got us up and running with parts he had on the truck, showed me where the relay board was fried, installed new thermostats. Great guy, fast, knowledgeable, hard working, and (I kid you not) his eyes light up when he talks parts. You gotta love the enthusiasm. He even helped us figure out the electrical. We signed up for the maintenance/tune-up program - cheaper than the one we were using before and WAY cheaper that a new unit. Call Mike. You'll like him, and he will do a good job at a reasonable price.

Alan has a customer for life! Fuse kept blowing on my AC and the company I normally use recommended replacement on a 7 year old unit. Called Alan for a second opinion and he a) discovered the issue immediately (faulty wiring) and corrected it and b) called Trane and found out the unit was under warranty for another 3 years. I would recommend Alan and his team to anyone and everyone!

I don't know where to start but long story short, I initially contacted Alex and Elena at ideal energy because my summer cooling bills were ridiculous and some rooms in the house were warmer than others. I was sent Theo for a 3 hour thorough inspection and analysis and Theo knew exactly what he was doing. This was a guy who was a subject matter expert and provided me with a dozen page report detailing everything. It turned out that my insulation in the attic and the duct system was all messed up. So I scheduled an appointment for them to take care of all of those issues.
A whole crew was sent out to my house, i think 6-7 people with the crew lead Kristian who is definitely an expert at what he does. Each and every one of them was professional and well mannered, very knowledgeable, they did an amazing job and an amazing cleanup after they were done and all with a smile on their faces, which you don't see too often these days. Alex contacted me later in the afternoon to make sure that everything went well as i would expect from any business that knows how to take of customers. I have noticed a big change with the added comfort and i will definitely be contacting them again in the future.

Thursday night, I returned home, and my house thermostat was showing 85 degrees. I tried everything I knew to do without success. My husband searched for an AC repair company, saw the 5-star reviews for Desert Comfort Mechanical, and gave them a call. He called three companies, and Desert Comfort was the only one to call him back. They called back within 30 minutes. It was 9:00 pm by this time. Fidel said they could be out that same night or at 5:00 am. Since it was so late, already I opted for the early morning appointment. Fidel and another gentleman arrived when they said they would and, within 20 minutes, knew what the trouble was. They were both extremely professional and offered several options with reasonable pricing. They made the repairs the same day, provided me with Duct Cleaning company referrals, and even checked on me that evening to see if everything had cooled down and was working great.

I will refer Desert Comfort to anyone asking if I know a good AC company and be a loyal customer from here on out. Desert Comfort is a perfect example of great customer service.

I had looked into another well known HVAC company to have my whole house unit replaced.  But I had been using Proskill for my A/C and plumbing maintenance for years, so I decided to give them a look.  Turns out for the same price I got a much better system and peace of mind knowing the people I already have been using for years would be taking care of me for this as well.  They were efficient (in and out within 6 hours), they cleaned up after themselves very well, and they were polite and professional.

Rising Sun Air exceeded our expectations. They came out in such a timely manner that was earlier than expected. Much needed especially in this Arizona heat.

Kevin, Tim, and Dillion did a great job with our A/C. It turns out our old unit was damaged and giving out on us. As replacement was the only option, Kevin was able to talk down his boss for a reasonable price for us. It only took a few days for them to install the new unit, but they fixed our old AC unit enough so we stayed cool until the new unit was brought in to replace. The new unit works great and it comes with an up to date thermostat that is touch screen and can be controlled through the app. I highly recommend this place and appreciate the work they do!
