Ish Kissinger gave us a quote to replace our heat pumps very professional and thorough. Answered my questions and explained everything to me in detail about the work that would be done. A pleasure to work with.

I was very disappointed that they promised an install and then didnt bother to check inventory in the week I sweated with no ac. Checked to confirm everything still on and was told yes, only to receive a call one day before install that ac was not in stock and they would update me in 2 weeks. I called another company and had install done the next day. I will not be using American Home Water and Air ever again.

I am so impressed with Mike and this company! We had a really, really bad experience with a different appliance company. This other appliance company came out 5 different time and couldn't fix our dishwasher.  1st choice mechanical came out once and were able to resolve the problem! They were honest and professional. I would highly recommend them! We were be using 1st Choice Mechanical for our future appliance or AC needs!

We've been using Boldt HVAC for both heating and cooling for several years. They are so wonderful. We've had the same technician (Juan) every time - that's unheard of! He's polite, extremely knowledgeable and does a great job of keeping our systems up and running! Thank you to Boldt - it's nice to have a trusted company to call.

These guys are great came out within an hour to fix our AC! They are honest and fair no ridiculous markup prices for just coming out like most big companies. These guys will definitely be our go to ac repair company!

I have been using Hays cooling and heating on my Personal residence and my rental properties.  Their techs are professional and experienced, and on time.  Their prices aren't the cheapest, but their work is 5 stars.

I can't say enough good things about my recent experience with AZ air experts. We had been told by a previous air co. that we needed over $1500 -$3,000 worth of work done, but air experts came in and fixed the problem for $330. They were extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. I requested quotes from several companies. Cool zone was the first to respond and had the soonest availability. I was told a tech would be to my house between 3-5pm the same day I requested the quote. I was delighted at 1:30pm when I got a call saying the tech could make it earlier. It was nearly 90 degrees inside my house when Ryan arrived. He got right to work and had the problem solved and repair completed before 3pm! He stuck around and chatted for a little while to make sure that the temp was dropping in my house. He was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend cool zone to anyone needing AC repairs!

I contacted Arctic Fox AC through their website on a Sunday afternoon.  I had a non-functioning heat pump that I needed repaired.  I was wary about AC repair companies that charged additional fees for weekend work, so I expected that they would contact me the next day.  Heath, the owner, called me within one hour to talk to me about my specific needs.  He promised that a technician would be arriving at my house within one hour.  Will, the technician arrived exactly when promised.  He looked at my unit and was able to diagnose the problem within a few minutes  He had the part in his inventory on his van and was able to install the part within a few minutes.  It was dark outside where he was working and to add to the potential difficulties, it started to rain and the outlet from the roof poured directly on where he was working.  He told me that he would wait out the rain unless it got too late and return the next day.  The rain stopped within about 30 minutes while he waited for the roof to stop dumping the water right on top of the unit.  He finished the installation within a few minutes.  From the initial contact to the finished repair ended up being only about four hours and the price was exactly what was promised.  I even got a warranty on the work.
I will definitely use Arctic Fox AC again and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Gabriel is a lifesaver! The AC went out in my Airbnb unit the morning before a guest was supposed to arrive, and Gabriel came out right away and fixed it within a couple of hours. Super professional and reliable--I would call them any time I need a repair and I recommend them to anyone!

As an avid Yelper, I owe it to Dukes of Air to write this although my husband had all contact with them. Dukes of Air literally saved us!  

Response time was amazing. The air conditioner failed in the later afternoon this past Monday and a tech was out a few hours later. Then, another rep came out (whose name I don't recall...apologies) later in the evening AFTER he was off work to provide a quote and talk to my husband.  

Voila!  Our new unit was installed this morning and my husband reports the house is now cool less than 48 hours after the unit failed. That's service! I'm excited to get home and relax in the cool air.

I'd like to compliment all the team who came out helped. They are ALL polite, addressed me with ma'am and were extremely professional and helpful.

You know that sinking feeling? It's 113 degrees outside when your air conditioner has stopped working?

My husband was out of town, I don't know sqaut about an air conditioning, and I'm dreading the news that I have to buy a new one?

At the recommendation of a friend, I called Jim at Bumble Bee and he was able to fit me in that afternoon. THANK GOD!

I know that this is shocking, but there actually is a Heating and Air Conditioning Company in town that is ...ready? HONEST!

Jim tested my capacitor (my neighbor had checked for everything else, so Jim didn't have to do a lot of testing on the unit)  and the capacitor had failed. He replaced it and added some freon.

I was slightly surprised by my bill, which was $280, because my neighbor had told me that a capacitor is a relatively inexpensive part ($25-$50), but I do believe Jim to be honest and capable..and who wants to argue that when it's 113 degrees?

This is THE company to call for HONEST repair and sales!

Michael is super honest guy who is super talented in his field. His prices are very fair and he stands behind his work. I have used his services for almost a decade and recommend him to all my friends and neighbors. He is THE BEST! How many tech get so many 5-star ratings?

I have a business in Scottsdale, and when my air went out I called Alans Air and he came right out. Did a excellent job fixing my old 1988 air conditioner. Fast service, reasonable priced and friendly service. He's the only air conditioning guy I will ever use from now on. Don't call these big chain air guys when you can have a locally owned guy do it better and cheaper. And very honest

Alex and Elena did an energy audit on our home. They are so professional and friendly. They did a great job explaining our options and informing us just where our problem areas were. We decided on replacing our very old A/C unit as well as insulating and adding ducts. Their crew led by Chis were efficient, knowledgeable and very clean. We now have a very comfortable home and an efficient system. We appreciate their suggestions and so very happy with the work they did. We highly recommend using Ideal Energy!

Called and they were out the next morning to service and inspect. Found an issue and unfortunately they are not on our home warranty list of contractors. Highly recommend honest, polite, good service

Our home is located in Sun Lakes, AZ and last night we noticed that approximately  1/2 of our home was not receiving cold air. The A/C thermostat was selected ON and the outside circuit breakers were not tripped. I called our home warranty service which is American Home Shield (AHS) but they had a rather lengthy wait time amounting to upwards of 1 hour of being put on HOLD. I went ahead and booked the appointment online and an HVAC company was chosen for me without offering me any other options whatsoever. Without mentioning names and upon further review, the company that was selected had terrible reviews and so I elected to do some additional research which is when I discovered that Sure Temp had excellent reviews and consistently so. Primarily based on their excellent customer reviews, I called the warranty company back, cancelled the original servicing schedule with company brand-X and requested the services of Sure Temp Air Conditioning, LLC. It turned out that 1 out of our 2 AC's had a bad capacitor as explained by our technician, Dominic. It was a real pleasure as well as a breath of fresh air to actually have a good experience for a change with a home service company as this is not always the case. Dominic explained the problem and went right to work to remove and replace the capacitor unit. Voila! Problem resolved !! My wife & I are firm believers in giving credit where credit's due and it is certainly due in this case. We plan to use Sure Temp for any future HVAC problems that we might encounter and would also like to recommend them quite highly to anyone in need of heating or AC repairs & service. In fact, I spoke with Dominic about preventive maintenance inspections for the future at our home & he explained the company's practice for doing check-ups in both the Fall & again in the Spring. We look forward to a lasting relationship with this fine company.
