Tim came out and was very professional (wore a mask) and had my HVAC working in no time. Was even nice enough to check the cooling system for me and informed me it was looking good

We just moved into a new house and wanted to install two ecobee thermostats, but quickly realized that our air handler system did not have a traditional panel for wiring. We contacted Boldt and they got us scheduled quickly, and their technician was able to wire up both units using an extra wire hidden in the wall. He waited to ensure the thermostats were working correctly and charged an extremely reasonable price. He also wore shoe protectors and came with a mask. We'll be using Boldt for all our HVAC work in the future!

I would agree with many other reviewers that this is the company you want to be dealing with. Our sales rep, Bill, actually called to see if he could come out early because he promised to be at our house at a different time and he wanted to see if that was ok. Certainly different from other companies. I quoted. He was quick and efficient and made sure that we had plenty of time to ask as many questions as we wanted. At no point during the initial sales process did we feel rushed or more importantly pressured. Bill's professionalism and outstanding reviews led us to select Hays to replace both our A/C units (despite the fact that they were not the cheapest company to quote).

We called Bill on Monday and the crew showed up on schedule 3 days later Our install team was led by Jack who displayed the same professionalism that Bill did and had a great sense of humor (promised to make sure that anyone who fell off the roof would be dragged into the street so it wouldn't impact my homeowners insurance. Pleased to note that no tech's were harmed in this install). The crew replaced both units and removed an old Swamp Cooler in less than 4 hours. I was home working and barely heard them. The team even took time to talk a little Mario talk with my 4 year old son. When Jack wrapped everything up he mentioned that they noticed that some of my vents were blocked so his team went and fixed them for us.

I was very apprehensive about making such a big purchase and switching out A/C units just prior to summer here in Arizona but Hays made the process painless and easy. I will be using them for all maintenance and service issues for anything HVAC or Water heater related for as long as I live in Arizona. This company truly believes that the customer is the priority and everyone we dealt with lived that belief. If you want great service and peace of mind, call Hays.

Called and scheduled Caleb, the owner, to stop by for a check up before summer. Caleb is the owner if his own company so he does not work on commission. He is not trying to make a commissions and up-sell his customer. He wants the best so 'we' continue to call him back. I've had a quote from another reputable company and he completely invalidated the quote and when he looked further, advised that the parts are all fine and accomplished a minor fix that was much lower than the quote. Overall you can tell Caleb is a genuine good guy running a good company trying to provide exceptional professional service to his customers.

We purchased a mini-split AC unit for our garage and called the Dukes to install it. Their price was far better than any quote we'd received and the unit was installed the next day. Installation quality was top shelf!

Alan is the best! A/C went out on a Wednesday morning, I had another company come out that afternoon and tell me that the compressor and fan motor were broken and that I'd need a new $5,000 air conditioner. I called Alan's Air that night at about 5:00pm to get someone out there for a second opinion, and Alan was out there the next morning at 8am. Turns out the compressor was not broken at all and just the fan motor needed to be replaced, for a fraction of what an entire new A/C unit would have cost. Alan was prompt, professional, and excellent at his job. Alan is extremely trustworthy and will be my go to person from here on out, thank you Alan's Air!

I had Ideal come and just do a checkup on our 3 ton. To my surprise, the owner Alex was the technician. Once again, Ideal has surpassed my expectations.
