Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

On our first 100 degree day of the year we noticed our AC was running constantly, and after a few hours never got down to it's set-point.  The next day I made an appointment with Larson AC.  The appointment was made for 2 days out - but one of the technicians (Jay) was able to squeeze in the call the very next day.  Excellent communication by the office staff.
Very quick diagnosis and fix by Jay.  He is very polite, friendly and knowledgeable.
The service call was very reasonable, and the capacitor needed to fix our unit reasonable as well.
I highly recommend Larson AC, that is who I would call again in the future!

Was not going to arrived during 1pm-5pm. Called at 4pm but reception states he would make it out till after 5:30pm. It would have been nice to be told about sooner.

My A/C was having an issue that would only happen intermittently. I knew it was something that needed to be fixed but I was concerned that when I'd have someone come look at it that it would run fine and that they would just want me to pay them to replace a bunch of parts. However, Phillip Boldt showed up at my place and I explained the issues the A/C would sometimes have. He said that he didn't want me to spend money on replacing parts when he could not find the issue because it was operating properly at the time. He decided the clean and lubricate a few things and start from there. As he was leaving the A/C started having the problem again. Phillip quickly identified the part needing replacement, went and picked up the part, and installed it. His price was very reasonable and I was very happy with his service.

I will definitely use Boldt HVAC in the future and have already recommended a Boldt to friends.

We set up a summer readiness appointment and Byron was the technician that showed up. We couldn't have been more happy with the check-up. He offered us simply the check-up but also made us aware of service plans that are very reasonable and also come with monthly payment options that make it very convenient if needed. Byron was very personable and great to talk to! There was no pressure to buy into anything and gave us a very thorough check-up and explanation of our systems. He did a full tune up and maintenance. Provided full report back to me. Honest and up front with the future of our AC units and how much $ we should put into them. Good and fair price. Took about an hour.

I was incredibly impressed with Biltmore Mechanical!  David answered my call immediately and was able to come over the same day.  He diagnosed my problem within about 5 minutes and  discussed with me the deficiencies of my system.  He was able to get my system up and running that very same day and also  got me two new automated thermostats.  He was very reasonably priced.  I was extremely happy with him.  Biltmore Mechanical is now my go to HVAC company.  Highly recommend!!!!

I have used Bumble Bee Air for many years now. Several years ago I called them to fix a 30 year old air conditioner. They found the part for me and the unit is still working!  Since then, they have provided emergency service for us at some condos we own and just recently came out to our house on a sweltering summer day to get our air conditioner working. They found a faulty switch on our electrical panel and replaced that too.  They are prompt, friendly, and do an amazing job for an excellent price.  We will never go anywhere else.

Ideal Energy has excellent customer service.  I had my air ducts and insulation replaced and that went great. Everyone I worked with was great. The overall cost was pretty pricey but did fall in line with the other estimates I'd received. The only issue I had was after the air ducts and insulation had been replaced, by whole house smelled like gingerbread.  They came out to check it out and said everything was fine. I'm not sure where the smell was coming from but I do know it wasn't there before the ducts had been replaced.  It's since disappeared though so that's good.   Every so often, when the air kicks on, I'll hear crinkling noises coming from the vents but I think that just the new duct work moving.   I don't know how well I'll do on my electric bills as it's not peak time yet but time will tell if this was a good investment.

Wow, what a great company.  Let me save anyone looking for a new HVAC system the trouble of shopping around.  I recently purchased a new split Gas and AC system (5 Ton) 14 Seer from Desert Comfort Mechanical (DCM) and my experiences with Fadel and his entire team have been nothing short of exceptional.  Many HVAC providers promise you great customer support and service but DCM and the entire team don't just talk the talk but they walk the walk in every interaction providing exception value and service.  Even during the due diligence inspection they worked around my schedule to arrive at 6:00am so I could leave for work on time, It's refreshing to know that there are companies like DCM here in the PHX metro area that still know how to deliver exceptional service along with extraordinary value.  Well Done Fadel, please pass on my many thanks to your team and you for delivering a pain free experience.  You can be certain that you and your company (DCM) are the one and only I'll have on speed dial.

The two AC units on my home were 17 year old basic models installed by the builder and it was only a matter of time before one or both required major service.  Preferring to replace them on my schedule and not at a critical time in the heat of the summer, I invited four companies to provide bids.  While Proskill wasn't the cheapest, they were the most affordable for quality units from a major brand.  Brian K took a considerable amount of time to complete a load calculation, explained the available options and fielded numerous questions in person and afterward via email.  He was patient and immensely helpful in selecting the proper units and ensuring I made my decision with confidence.

Proskill arrived on-time for the installation and the four man crew had both units installed in about four hours.  Everyone was professional and friendly and the quality of the installation is outstanding.  I'm super impressed and can recommend them without reservation.  They're now my go to company for plumbing and AC services.
