Sam was very professional and did an excellent job. He showed me everything he did every step of the way. Larson AC made sure I knew when he was going to be here, and he was here right on time. I couldn't ask for more courteous and Professional Service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Woke up to find my water heater had broke and water spilling everywhere in the garage. Called my insurance company for a restoration company and then called American Home Water (because of the numerous 5 star Yelp reviews) at 7 am. By 9am they had someone replacing the water heater. They beat the restoration company to the house and were done before the others came. We didn't even miss a hot shower. Very fast service could not have asked for anything more. Definitely 5 star service! Service techs Angel and Brandon were great as well. Would definitely use this company again!

When the compressor in our air conditioner failed, Mike worked hard with our home warranty company to ensure we were  properly cared for. As soon as the parts were ordered, and work was authorized, Mike and Tim were at our home pulling out the old unit, just in time for the new unit to arrive. They plowed through the whole replacement of the split system in a single visit, getting it done in around 8 hours, in the middle of summer (I have no idea how they are able to stand the heat!). A huge thank you to Mike and Tim, for doing high quality work so quickly! Our family is enjoying the new A/C system.

Honest, Fair, and a nice guy. Philip came out today after our AC units started intermittently shutting off. He took the time to explain everything I asked about and even things I didn't (a good thing). He advised, but never once pushed the need to replace the AC unit fans. We decided to replace them and though he didn't have them on his truck, he came out at 5am the next morning and installed them. We woke up to a well-running system and crisp cool air. I know there's other options out there, but you really can't beat this guy's knowledge, work ethic, dedication, and prices. Highly recommend.

I called Johnny on one of the hottest days of the year when our AC went out.  I called him because of the wonderful reviews that he has received.  He came out in an hour ( ! ) and said that all that was needed was to re-connect an electrical wire.  He only charged us for the service call.  As hot as it was, we would have almost paid anything to get the air back on.  His honesty and professionalism would have earned him 6 stars is they were available.  Wonderful experience.  Can't recommend him higher.

Good technicians, recently had some rewiring done as well as getting 2 new WiFi thermostats installed and they did a great job. Pricing is resonabale, would use again.

Called and scheduled Caleb, the owner, to stop by for a check up before summer. Caleb is the owner if his own company so he does not work on commission. He is not trying to make a commissions and up-sell his customer. He wants the best so 'we' continue to call him back. I've had a quote from another reputable company and he completely invalidated the quote and when he looked further, advised that the parts are all fine and accomplished a minor fix that was much lower than the quote. Overall you can tell Caleb is a genuine good guy running a good company trying to provide exceptional professional service to his customers.

The team at Cool Zone performed an AC inspection before I bought my new home. They identified a duct issue that would have cost me $4000; I was able to recoup it from the seller. Because of the inspection they performed, I had Cool Zone redo all of my duct work in the house. Dave was great and incredibly communicative. The work took a bit longer than planned, but it turned out great, the team took time to answer my questions, and they listened to my asks to move ducts around so I could raise ceilings. I'll likely need a new AC unit soon and I plan to go back to Cool Zone because of their quality work and professionalism. I definitely recommend them to others!

Great service experience with Gabe and Christine of Gladiate AC. After reading all the positive reviews on Yelp I decided to try them out to service the AC units for my duplex in Phoenix. Gabe was extremely helpful in explaining the process and went above and beyond to get the job done. I will use their services again for regular AC maintenance in my duplex. Christine was very efficient in setting up the appointment and explaining the AC maintenance procedures. Thank you Gabe and Christine!

Todd was great!! He was honest with us and sent us what repairs he made! We are in the process of selling our house and making repairs for the buyer so this was very helpful!  He also made sure to charge us fairly for what was needed. We will definitely use them again!!! Thank you Todd!!

Long story shortened, had one of the big companies out for routine maintenance and quoted me and outlandish price to repair 4 items. A friend recommended David at Biltmore Mechanical, and I couldn't be more thankful he did! Basically he said 3 of the parts need to be monitored, but not replaced yet. I'm not kidding people, the big company quoted me $830 per capacitor to replace for a total of $3320 plus the $600 for the maintenance on my 5 units! David replaced one for a total of $299 including the trip charge.

David and Biltmore are definitely my heating and cooling people from now on!

Getting repair work is always stressful for me. I'm not mechanically gifted so I rely on the professionals I choose to treat me right and set me straight. And there is no one I would trust more with my AC unit than Jimmy @ Bumble Bee. I know he's gonna tell me the real story about my unit, recommend service when it's needed, and give me the all clear when it's runnin' smooth. If you're looking for an AC guy you can trust, you've gotta use Bumble Bee.

I called customer service to set an appointment for an estimate because i needed a new hvac system to replace the old worn out one. Bill arrived and was the one who installed the new system. He was very professional and he knew his stuff he was not a pressure sales person and i felt comfortable with his knowledge. The next day i got a reasonable estimate i was happy with. The installation went smooth and the system is blowing ice cold air.

I'm so impressed! Same day service, incredibly friendly people all around from the girl I spoke to on the phone as well as Adam who serviced our unit. I also really appreciated getting a text with Adam's photo and some background information prior to him coming so I knew who to expect. Will definitely use Ideal Air again! Thanks!

I highly recommend DCM. We had them replace 2 AC units and put in some new ductwork for a home we purchased end of November.  Extremely professional, responsive, knowledgable.  They take pride in the quality of their work and the services they provide, and they do not disappoint.  Their rates are competitive as well (I had gotten quotes from a few other companies).  Joseph was absolutely wonderful to work with.  He is great with communication and following up throughout the entire process with thorough/detailed emails - from initial questions/estimates all the way to after install and setting up warranties for the units.  Shaun was also extremely helpful, detailed and took the time to answer many of our other questions about the home and HVAC.  And lastly, Fidel and his crew were wonderful - very hardworking, efficient and courteous.  My husband and I really appreciated the extra time Fidel spent over going the new systems with us.  Again, I am extremely satisfied with DCM and would highly recommend them.

Ok - so the owner has stepped in and found the part that was needed, so now we'll have hot water tonight. I was impressed that the complaints went up the chain and the owner reacted. Things happen that are out of their control but I believe they went the extra mile to get this taken care of without having make a band aid and then come back in a day or two. Pleased.

The technician was top notch.  In this day and age you get so many excuses for poor service.  I get tired of being told by a company we have issues due to the pandemic.  Rising Sun Air is old school.  They are honest on time and excellent at what they do.  I for sure will call them the next time I have issues with my AC.

Just got my SRP rebate check, which made me rethink my whole 4.5 stars thing.  To be fair, I was just reacting to the Trane unit that failed.  That's on Trane, not Sure Temp.  They took care of everything from start to finish, and shouldn't be dinged for a faulty manufacturer.  It's been a month, and everything is working to plan.  I appreciate their willingness to work it through until it was right, and doing what they could to express their apologies for something largely beyond their control.  Thanks to all of the service guys that came out.  5 stars - unreserved!
