Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

I am very impressed today, as a new customer.  Larson did what my home warranty did not; they came out same day and solved my Heating issues.  Sam was knowledgeable and courteous.  I will call again, and highly recommend them !

After researching different brands and companies we decided to go with American Home Water.  I called in the morning and spoke with Tom who gave me a quote over the phone.  He offered to come over to go over everything.   Later that morning he came and told me about the company,  explained the different options for water softeners and explained the benefits of having soft water.  He was never pushy and never made me feel like I had to give him an answer right then.   The next morning we called and told them we decided to go with them and would like the president water softener.  They were able to come out later that afternoon and install it!  Our technicians were Angel and Hinginio.  They were on time and quick,  efficient and very polite.   After it was installed they explained the system to me and were on their way.  I would definitely recommend American Home Water to my friends and family.   They were easy to work with, had very competitive prices and the full parts and labor warranty is great!

We never had a fridge problem before, so this was our first time figuring out who to contact and eventually trust. The guy came early- within the 4 hour window. He was super nice and there's an $80 fee; however, it'll go towards the service. I'll definitely be using their service next time.

Juan was the technician that arrived to our house. Prompt and I believe early as he politely waited outside our premises until the scheduled time. He introduced himself and entered with (clean booties on) incredibly professional. Juan was very kind, explained everything and went out of his way ~crawling underground~ as we have a 1970'a home with underground air return exchange. He found where there was an accumulation of debris ect and cleaned away. He serviced our air handler /ac unit and was very informative, explaining things and to the point. In our one experience with them we would def recommend this company to others and call them againwithout hesitation.

Most honest HVAC guy you'll find.  I'll be using him again for maintenance/repair of my AC unit.  Responded fast, super nice guy, responsive and VERY fair.

Dan from Hays Plumbing & Drain..I found them on Angies list. When I called to make the appointment they were very professional took my info ad within 24 hrs. Returned my call. When he came he looked at my problem , gave me a solution wanted to make sure I knew what the repair entailed.He gave a price with a guarantee, signed the paperwork..went to get the  parts.returned and completed the job. He was very professional,easy to talk to.cleaned up after himself . I would use him again.

I would recommend this company to everyone! Caleb and Misty are awesome :-) Misty always called and kept me in the loop about our services and Caleb was always polite and very knowledgeable. Great family business! We had to wait for our new unit to be ordered and delivered but Caleb was nice enough to go back to his shop to see if he had portable ac units to make my family comfortable. 5 stars to Cool Zone Air Conditioning and Heating! I attempted to install a new thermostat on Sunday and turned off the power like the directions said but  turned off to the AC, not the air handler and blew a fuse. My boyfriend found them on Yelp, have them a call and had David at my house within an hour and done in an hour, including the install of my new thermostat. David showed me how to program the new thermostat and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for quick service on a Sunday. Great service, Thank You!

Heath is the best. Very reliable, great prices, knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. Love to deal with smaller companies because they actually care as owners. Wouldn't use any other company besides Attic Fox.

This company (Gabriel) was recommended to me from a family member and I couldn't be happier with the service! I called Gabe around 9am he was at my house around 9:30 and my AC was up an running within a half hour. He told me to call him back if anything happened and that he would follow up next week. My AC went out again on Sunday and Gabe came back out on Monday dug deeper into what the problem was and fixed it again. I am very happy with the customer service, prompt response, friendliness, and professionalism! I will definitely be using them again and will recommend to my friends and family. Thank you!!

Unfortunately, the word honesty is a word I don't feel can be used too often with tradesmen.  We live in California and the AC unit in our vacation/rental house in Mesa was on the fritz.  The first company we called-out said that the whole unit must replaced for a cost of $4000 plus labor.  I then did some research and found Duke's and called them for a 2nd opinion.  The technician, James, called me on his way, he called me when he did his diagnosis, he called me upon completion of the job.  The extent of the job was replacing a capacitor, not the entire system.  I felt like James was not only honest, but very knowledgable and friendly.  I would happily recommend Duke's and espcially James to my friends and family.

Wow... great guy.  David had great reviews  so I went with it.. glad I did.. Was here within an hour. Got our AC up and cool again. Great service. Hard to find good people these days. I highly recommend Biltmore Mechanical

Had my annual AC tune up few weeks ago, that company said it was low on coolant and there must be a leak somewhere. Their estimate was extremely expensive, so I looked for a reputable company for the service call. Found Alan's Air and setup an appt.  Alan checked the system, found it was not low on coolant, meaning there's no leak at all.  I'm so grateful for their honesty!!  I will definitely call them in the future for my AC tune ups!

My house was built in 81. On the suggestion of my electric company I decided to get my ductwork inspected. Alex came out and suggested a decent overhaul of the old system. New registers, new flex duct work, removal of swamp cooler ducts and sealed throughout. While the job wasn't cheap, I am amazed by the results. Mike Weaver and his crew came out and had a very professional, yet relaxed demeanor. He brought a crew of 6 young men who were very knowledgeable and allowed me to ask questions throughout. My AC units efficiency has improved dramatically. The amount of air I was losing has left me regretting not getting this done sooner. The sheer amount of new air being processed is unreal. Moreover, the noisy unit has become very calm and quiet. I cannot wait to see how much this also improves the quality of air in my home, as they removed old insulation and blew in 1400 more sq ft. Thank you to the crew. I highly recommend them. Top notch. They also left my home as it was before they came.

Great service and support.  What I needed was just a question answered on a 105 degree day.  They walked me through my challenge and helped avoid an unnecessary technician call.  I will be using them for my air conditioner checks and any service in the future.  They have forever earned my business.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Scheduling was really easy and I appreciated the confirmation and reminder texts. On my scheduled day, I also received another text with the tech's name and picture prior to his arrival. Ryan even arrived 30 mins earlier than the estimated time frame. He was very professional, efficient and honest. I never felt like he was trying to up-sell me. In fact, he was quite honest as to whether something really needed to be repaired or replaced. Ryan also gave me various options and advice with another project. He laid out any concerns and even gave me time to research it further while he worked on something else. Overall, everything was completed in a timely and professional manner. I also found the fees to be very reasonable and competitive to other plumbing companies that I've dealt with in the past except these guys are more knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I will definitely use them again for any future issues and projects!

Rising Sun Air exceeded our expectations. They came out in such a timely manner that was earlier than expected. Much needed especially in this Arizona heat.

Kevin, Tim, and Dillion did a great job with our A/C. It turns out our old unit was damaged and giving out on us. As replacement was the only option, Kevin was able to talk down his boss for a reasonable price for us. It only took a few days for them to install the new unit, but they fixed our old AC unit enough so we stayed cool until the new unit was brought in to replace. The new unit works great and it comes with an up to date thermostat that is touch screen and can be controlled through the app. I highly recommend this place and appreciate the work they do!

I had used SureTemp for the maintenance of my AC units for a few years.  The technicians are nice and knowledgeable.  I asked them this year to come and check the units in preparation for the summer season.  It turned out that I needed a starter kit (see picture) for each of my 2 units.  I was charged $356.40 (see picture) for each one.  After all said and done, I looked up the cost of the unit on Amazon.  It turned out that it was anywhere between 12-15 dollars.  The entire time that it takes to replace one is all of 5 minutes.  I felt betrayed and taken advantage of.  While I am not here to tell anyone whether they should do business with SureTemp, I know that this marks the end of my calling on them for my needs.
