We had to replace our HVAC. Great service from Larson Air start to finish. They are very thorough, explain everything up front and follow up to make sure the job has been completed to satisfaction. Highly recommend using them.

Great service and fair pricing. Had a water heater installed in a timely manner, from scheduling to install. Junior called the morning of and gave me a 2 hour window for install. He was very nice and professional. He answered all my questions. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend to others.

There seem to be some pretty scathing reviews on this company but my experience was excellent.  Brandon explained the condition of my system and said there were a couple of parts that should be replaced in the next couple of years.  No pressure to sell me more parts or service.  He spend quite a bit of time with me on the phone.  This guy seems like someone you can really trust to give you good advice.  Not wanting a breakdown in the middle of a heat wave, I opted to replace the parts now.  Brandon was great!  I did not have any scheduling problems and will be using this company again.

Called and scheduled Caleb, the owner, to stop by for a check up before summer. Caleb is the owner if his own company so he does not work on commission. He is not trying to make a commissions and up-sell his customer. He wants the best so 'we' continue to call him back. I've had a quote from another reputable company and he completely invalidated the quote and when he looked further, advised that the parts are all fine and accomplished a minor fix that was much lower than the quote. Overall you can tell Caleb is a genuine good guy running a good company trying to provide exceptional professional service to his customers.

The team at Cool Zone performed an AC inspection before I bought my new home. They identified a duct issue that would have cost me $4000; I was able to recoup it from the seller. Because of the inspection they performed, I had Cool Zone redo all of my duct work in the house. Dave was great and incredibly communicative. The work took a bit longer than planned, but it turned out great, the team took time to answer my questions, and they listened to my asks to move ducts around so I could raise ceilings. I'll likely need a new AC unit soon and I plan to go back to Cool Zone because of their quality work and professionalism. I definitely recommend them to others!

Literally, the best AC company in AZ. I can't say enough good things about this company. We had an AC unit from 1998 that was on it's last leg. It wasn't going to last through the weekend. Friday I was calling companies and getting quotes, trying to figure out who could help us over the weekend. Not only was Arctic Fox a very competitive price, they were the ONLY company that could help us on Saturday. We had an AC unit installed the very NEXT day!!

Heath installed the unit with precision and the highest standards, everything works perfectly and looks great. His recommendation for units and standards for installation are far superior from other companies.

This is the only company we're ever going to use in the future and we will be telling everyone to do the same!

They found what was wrong with my A/C and fixed it. The price didn't seem outrageous or anything compared to how much time and effort was put into the repair. I would recommend and hope to see them again if I have any future A/C issues.

DISAPPOINTED is an understatement.. I've been a long time customer of AZ Dukes so this is a review that I'm not happy to write.

They came out to diagnose a unit at a commercial space I was considering leasing. I asked them to tell me if the current unit could handle the needs of the space and what it would take to get the unit up and running - this would help me determine if leasing the space made sense or not. They said I was good to go with the unit's size but needed to add ductwork, likely around $2,000. Not bad so I pulled the trigger on signing the lease.

Fast forward a couple weeks while I'm out of town. I come back from vacation and find some of the work done, not all. I call into the office and they say, oh, the paperwork we sent you while on vacation said the unit was undersized. So now AFTER I had spent $2,000 to get the unit up and running, they tell me the unit is undersized and now I need to spend $10,000 to get a brand new one. They had been at the space three times and this was the first mention of this...

Not happy. Not using them ever again. You shouldn't either.

I was incredibly impressed with Biltmore Mechanical!  David answered my call immediately and was able to come over the same day.  He diagnosed my problem within about 5 minutes and  discussed with me the deficiencies of my system.  He was able to get my system up and running that very same day and also  got me two new automated thermostats.  He was very reasonably priced.  I was extremely happy with him.  Biltmore Mechanical is now my go to HVAC company.  Highly recommend!!!!

After a great deal of research and a request for referrals for an AC repair company we decided to call Bumble Bee to inspect and maintenance our unit. We couldn't be happier with our choice! We just closed on our home and we knew that the AC unit was fairly old and would likely need replacement soon. Bumble Bee scheduled is within a week even during the peak busy time and massive heat wave in the Valley. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He let us know the unit was 20 years old and would likely stop working soon. He suggested either keeping it until it quit or replacement. We decided to go with replacement and are using Bumble Bee to do so. Lisa has been working with us on that and is so nice and helpful! She has answered all of our questions and has been patient with our decision making process. Our new ac will be installed tomorrow! I fully recommend this company!

After a routine check of our A/C units, Cave Creek Cooling Company recommended some important services.  We scheduled a return visit from them.
Chase arrived as scheduled calling us prior to his visit.  He worked quietly and efficiently.  When the work was completed, he went over what he did.  He again was very professional.  
When billed we noticed the invoice gave us a nice Yelp discount.  Wonderful!  Every little assistance to the pocketbook is always appreciated.  Thank you to Cave Creek Cooling for your services!

I can't say enough good things about this company and the people who represent it!  The entire staff, from the installers to the project coordinator to the estimator to the designer were all sensitive to our needs and truly concerned in reaching the best solution for our situation.  The attention to detail, the little things, set this company head and shoulders above their competitors.  It was noticed and very appreciated!  Thank you, all of you guys, for doing a spectacular job on our demo and install!

Fidel responded to me right away and had two of his techs come out and address my HVAC systems.  They are very honest and upfront about the issues your system has and what is wrong with it. I got a service plan because I found them trustworthy and reliable. I will see them back for years to come I am certain.

We have a home warranty company that has done nothing but disappoint us. Proskill has stepped in time and time again to fix our air conditioning problems. We use proskill for our RO, plumbing and AC units.
After having to wait a couple days and suffer in the heat, the warranty company sent sub par contractors who in fact damaged our AC even further by installing impromper parts.
Proskill has been out several times in the last few weeks making up for other's mistakes. They have appointment availability on the same day and always show up as scheduled on time, unlike others who either came hours late or just plain didn't show up at all.

Yes seriously, that many proskill techs have been to my home to rescue us. Each time the warranty company came out to fix the units, one of these guys had to come behind them and clean up the mess. They are an amazing team who I feel very comfortable having in my home. They are trustworthy and honest. They aren't in it for the quick buck or trying to sell me anything I don't need.

We had a great experience with Rising Sun Air. Will be using them again for any of our AC needs.
