My AC went out and Larson was quick to fix it! They did not try and upsell me I felt very comfortable with their price and the tech was also very friendly! Definitely would use them again if I ever needed any of there services.

Hey, just to save you some time! They don't service indoor and outdoor air units UNLESS they're both on the ground floor. Because they don't train their employees to safely reach heights above one story homes. For a hot minute I didn't think she was serious.

My bad, I didn't realize using a ladder safely was a rigorous training process.

Update 5/10/18: The owner of this company has responded THREE times since my initial review, huffing and puffing about my gripe about ladders. And now he's changed his tune and is calling me a competitor out to tarnish his name! Sorry to shoot your conspiracy theory down but I'm just a measly home owner. But Tom, you should definitely hire a customer service rep. bc your comments are doing your business a disservice.

Mike showed up and saved the day!! In the throws of our Phoenix heat our A/C went out and he showed up promptly and was courteous, professional and kind. He had us up and running in a few minutes and we are SO grateful!!

My A/C was leaking and needed maintenance. I called several A/C companies b4 having Boldt come out. A lot of them wanted to charge me a fee to come out and then if I got any needed repairs, I'd get that fee credited towards the repair. However, I liked how Boldt did not conduct their business that way. Their technician Juan came out and took care of the maintenance for a flat $65.00. He cleared the clog and leak, as well as some other issues that he had found. Juan was very professional and thorough with his work.

Imagine an auto mechanic trying to sell you a new car every time you brought yours in for a tune-up​. What​ you really want is someone to fix the one you already have. That is what Johnny will do. Find your problem and fix it. I am NEVER calling anyone else.

First rate service.  We woke up Sunday morning and discovered we had no hot water.  We called and within 40 minutes or so, Chas showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem.  He helped us weigh the choice between a repair vs a new water heater.  And he showed up early this morning to install the new water heater.  He was efficient, thorough and did an excellent job.  I think we'v found ourselves a new plumbing company if a problem arises in the future.

These guys were awesome!  I originally called another company just to service the a/c and he was a no show so I forgot to call another company and today my air stopped working.  I called Arizona Air Experts and they came out and fixed my air.  They discovered there was a short that caused my thermostat to break.  They fixed the short and replaced my thermostat and didn't charge and arm and a leg.  I will only be using them in the future.

Patrick is amazing! First I used the yelp app to reach out and get some basic idea. I feel that cool zone air was pretty quick with their response time. And it was not the cheapest estimate I got but how they handled my business is what got them the 5 stars. On time with their estimated time with the phone call before letting us know they were on their way. Very honest with what needed to be done and not over priced. They asked us about their service program but did not push the issue. I will use them from now on!!

I contacted Arctic Fox per a recommendation from someone who had excellent feedback about the experience with the company, so naturally - I already felt a little bit more comfortable reaching out. I called about midday and nobody answered the call but we left a message for a call back, and we received a call back within 10 minutes. It was a Saturday and we scheduled for a Monday service call on the two units we have for the house. The upstairs unit was sporadically working and wasn't providing cold air so we wanted them to also take a look at that.

The person that came out at 9am was cordial, clear, and expansive in the sharing he provided about what he was doing, what he was looking for, and what we were hoping for. It was a bunch of gibberish to me because hvac isn't my jam but it was helpful information to have later so I could explain to my cousin who does know HVAC. By around noon he was able to determine what the issue was, tell us what part/s were needed and given us a quote for the service. He was going to be able to fix it before the end of the day and something excellent to note is that our old unit (original from '98) still had parts! (Something 2 other companies that had come out wanting us to purchase brand new units had boasted and made us fear!) That in itself made us trust that he was actually trying to help us and not just sell us a new AC unit in the middle of an AZ summer!

He left and came back with parts, a partner to help, and was finished right about 4pm or so. The price seemed fair for the service, parts, labor and overall the experience we had was positive so I was thrilled that by the end of the day, our old original unit (both of them for that matter) felt like they'd gotten a refresh and were back up and running again! Also, the warranty for service covered a year for the parts and 2 years for the service.

Overall a super positive experience and thrilled we didn't have to buy a new unit, that we fixed the issue, and that we feel covered for the next year! Thank you to Arctic Fox for the excellent service.

We've had a experienced with a couple of A/C companies since moving back to AZ but Dukes of Air has been the best.  Kalem came out and performed the tune up while also checking to make sure everything was installed and working properly.  Awesome customer service.  I am one satisfied customer and I will definitely use them again.

I called David because the AC guy our contractor hired did a really poor job running new ductwork to our Master Bedroom. David was responsive and immediately knew how to fix the problem. On the day of our appointment, he was a bit under the weather but still made it a priority to make it happen. He did a great job and is just a great person in general. He has even been responsive to my questions after the job was finished. I highly recommend Biltmore Mechanical.

Our AC was acting up, so I called Cave Creek Cooling first thing the next morning. Mike came out a couple hours later; replaced a part, and took time to clean the units and saw the pressure was really high. He adjusted it and stayed to make sure it was running better. We now have cool air on this really hot AZ day.
Mike is so professional and wonderful, and so thankful to him for fixing our really old unit. He did not pressure us to replace them; fixed the problem, and we now have a new AC guy. He is awesome!

My air conditioner stopped blowing cold air, I called Another LARGE company to come out and take a look. The other company's technician told me that the motor is completely fried and I have no Freon. He said it will cost me thousands to get up and running and because it's an old unit, it wouldn't be worth it. I asked him if he put Freon in it, if it would run, and he said no because the motor isn't running, and I would need 9 pounds of Freon. He said my only option is to get a new unit, and his supervisor will come tomorrow to give me a quote.... I paid the diagnostic fee and he left. I then called ALAN's AIR, told them that I would like a quote for a new AC, when the tech Bill arrived he asked me what I was diagnosed with, I explained the motor and Freon issue. He said he saw Freon in the unit, and the fan is blowing so the motor is fine. He said let me REALLY take a look. He found one of the wires was bad, and ONLY put a couple Pounds of Freon that it needed. After my AC was working like new... Alan's Air went above and beyond, I didn't even ask for a diagnosis or repair, only a quote for a whole new unit, they could have went the easy route but they were honest!!! The other large chain company blatantly lied to me, made up a complete false diagnosis, and insisted my only option was buying a brand new unit. Alan's Air saved me thousands, repaired my current unit, and had integrity! I would recommend them!!

We had our rental house AC unit replaced by Ideal Energy. We were so impressed by their work, we had our main home's entire system replaced and upgraded. Not an easy job to say the least. But Chris and the crew did an outstanding job. They replaced all ducting and added insulation, sealed up unused swamp up ducts, replaced 2-30 year old units with 1 unit that has 3 zones. We cannot be happier with our new system. The best part-no more dust blowing into the house. We're relieved now that we have a trusted team to assist with any needs down the road.

I called late on Thursday and Fadel listen and understand exactly what I needed. Showed up the next morning even earlier than appointment time and solved all of our concerns. What a great experience and the price was even better.

Pro Skill- Scott- came to home and did a lengthy review of our HVAC system and needs.   He came up with a plan and explained it, and then followed up with a quote for the work that was more detailed than any other bid I received.  I was given options as to SEER and quality ratings i wanted in selection of the units.    We decided to replace 2 electric cooling units and 2 gas furnace heating units.
The crew came to the house on time, were pleasant, task oriented and answered all our questions with patience.  They cleaned up the work site well.   2 weeks after the job, the quality control person -Keith- came out and spent almost 2 hours going over all the work that was done, adjusted one blower speed, and again, answered all our questions.   For a final wrap-up, Scott came out again, delivered paperwork that had been requested and the completed rebate forms for the energy savings allowed.   Im happy with the work, the price was competitive, and their concern about doing it right was evident.

The technician was top notch.  In this day and age you get so many excuses for poor service.  I get tired of being told by a company we have issues due to the pandemic.  Rising Sun Air is old school.  They are honest on time and excellent at what they do.  I for sure will call them the next time I have issues with my AC.

The tech was ver nice and explained everything to me about the repairs needed.  Purchased a Preventative Maintenance agreement with Sure Temp.
