Pandemic? Don't care - must have air!  So I called Larson...

I needed a new AC unit so per usual I got recommendations from friends. But also found info for Larson Air on the SPR rebate site.  I got multiple quotes for the job and Larson was the hands down choice. (Sorry friends your recommendations were fine, but Larson was well above the rest)

All staff interactions were very professional.  This company has high expectations for staff and staff meet those expectations.  Claude provided an interactive quote with links to a plethora of details, but he still patiently answered my questions to help me decide on which company to use and which Trane AC unit to buy.    

Technicians Mike, Kyle and Dylan were focused on their tasks, yet friendly and respectful of my home. Especially Mike and Kyle who went above and beyond when my project had an unforeseen delay.  They both stayed well into the evening to ensure my AC was working so I had air for the night.  They then returned the following day to finish the job.

I'm extremely happy with my new AC unit and WIFI capable thermostat.  Thanks to Larson and their extraordinary team.

Brad came out today, 1/2 hour after I called to connect my electric furnace so I could have heat. $69 and I now do not have to use space heaters! He gave me thorough and honest information about my unit, ducts and other furnace. I will call them again! Thanks for making my home warm!!

So glad I found this company!  Our air conditioning went out this past Sunday and after getting the run around from several companies I found this company on Thumbtack. I contacted them on Monday evening after 5 pm. They responded to my inquiry on line within minutes and Mike was at my house in 20 minutes. He was very professional and friendly, not pushy at all. They are a family owned company that obviously takes pride in their work. I plan on referring them to everyone I know.

Phillip has helped me on two occasions and both times he was fast in his response time, efficient with service time, completely professional and explained what he was doing along the way.  I trust Phillip and his advice just on these two interactions alone!  I have a rental, so it's usually a situation where I need something fixed immediately because it's effecting someone else.
Fran handles the phone calls and actually tried to help me diagnose and fix the problem myself to avoid needing Phillip to respond.
I highly recommend this company and will not use anyone else again.

Had a problem with the AC in the addition to my home where a guest was staying. Called Johnny's and was able to schedule a time for service on a Sunday.
Repairman showed up and fixed the problem promptly. Gave status report on the unit and the charge was reasonable. Couldn't ask for more on a weekend urgent situation!
Will definitely us Johnny's again!

This is the fourth time I have called Hays with some type of heating or cooling issue. Their customer service on the phone is wonderful, the technicians are respectful, and I trust them 100%. I have had problems with other companies in the valley, and I highly recommend them.

Cannot give this local company enough compliments for its gold standards in customer service! They will go above and beyond for the customer. I have a rental property which needed an AC replacement, and needed prompt and reliable service. The tenant was not the most hospitable, but Randy, one of the co-owners of the company, was extremely professional in inspecting the property and getting back to me with his recommendations. Their pricing is extremely fair, but the communication and trustworthiness with their customers is what will always bring back repeat clients! So many businesses could learn from them! Capacitor went out when we got back from being out of town. Set up an appt for the next day, which I was surprised at getting one that fast.
Replaced the capacitor in around a half hr and the house is finally cool again. I highly recommend Cool Zone Air.

A friend referred Arctic Fox to me yesterday. I called this morning and talked to Tim. He answered the phone, listened to my problem, and had Steve come out almost immediately to look/fix the issue. Steve is very knowledgeable as is Tim. I will only call Arctic Fox from now on. They are reliable, friendly, on time, responsive, informative, helpful, honest, etc. Don't think twice! Call them today! A million thanks! A+++++ service!
Update - had a freeze up the day after and had to have the unit looked at again. Heath came out this time and located the problem and fixed it. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable. I will be calling him for any future tune up/repaires for sure! Great service. Never has our a/c worked as it does now. Thank you Heath!

I called Biltmore mechanical to repair my AC unit that was not cooling, he came that same day in the late evening to diagnose my unit. He found a bad indoor motor and was able to replace it the next day. He was very professional and reasonable, I was very pleased with his response and pricing

Very professional installation of a Trane unit, at a good price. Our unit died just as we were about to leave for a Sedona getaway, and they worked with us to start the install the day we returned. The work was nearly complete when we arrived. Completely satisfied with the job and product, and highly recommend them.

Thank you to Cave Creek Cooling Company! Approaching the hottest week of the year (just our luck on a Sunday late afternoon) and our AC stopped working. It was our first time using Michael and we are happy that we did! He was responsive and at our house in less than 30 minutes. After his assessment, he diagnosed the problem and explained it in detail. Our AC works even better than before.  He's honest, efficient and well priced. My experience with Ideal Energy was very good from my first call to the arrival of Adam the tech. I liked that they sent a picture of their employee and also a little write up/resume on him, I was very impressed. I appreciate Adams honesty, knowledge and professionalism. Another happy service today.  We had ProSkill install our water heater last year and I was VERY pleased with the technician and his work.  Today I signed up for their AC maintenance plan.  Hunter was my technician and he was wonderful.  He was thorough and honest.  He did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I did not need which other companies I have dealt with in the past have done.
Both visits the technician showed up on time.  Communication has been great from the start to finish.  
I do a lot of research before I chose a company to hire for anything.  I also chose companies that pay their employees hourly.  I have found that most companies in trades, such as AC/plumbing, pay their technicians commission for any service they can sell the homeowner.   I have always felt this compromises a company/technicians integrity.  
Proskills pays their employees hourly (not on commission).  It is such a different experience when you take commission out of the equation.  Both experiences with Proskills has been extremely positive.  I am so happy to have found them.  I plan to use them for all my plumbing and AC needs.  I also have referred them to family member who have been very happy.  
Their very detailed report they give you is also worth mentioning .  I was very impressed with my 11 page report, for my two ac units, which included pictures of all their readings.  This company is A+ in my book.

This was my third interaction with Sure Temp and each time, they've been great. Very responsive, reasonably priced and most importantly, they've earned my trust. No selling pressure, good advice and they talk through the issue completely. I've got a couple of 16 year old units and they honestly discuss the cost benefits of repair vs. replace without ridiculous mark up on parts to make replacing the units the obvious option when it doesn't need to be. This is a field with a lot bad players in it but there are some good ones out there. Keith is definitely one of the good ones and runs his business the right way. I highly recommend them.
