We have been using them for 5 1/2 years. We have a large soft water machine and a reverse osmosis system. They are so professional, honest, on time and reliable. Higi who came to our house for a service call the other day is fabulous. So knowledgeable and has been with company for years. If you have a question or a problem the owner will answer the phone in the middle of the night for an EMERGENCY. A++++ company. My husband is in real estate and always tells his clients about them. We never had a fridge problem before, so this was our first time figuring out who to contact and eventually trust. The guy came early- within the 4 hour window. He was super nice and there's an $80 fee; however, it'll go towards the service. I'll definitely be using their service next time.

My AC went out on Friday evening and of course it was over 110. We called all of the big companies but no one would come out on the weekend or they were closed. We have a home warranty but they were no help, they refused to let me call an outside vendor. By mid Saturday we were dying!  I got on craigslist and found Johnny's AC. He was so nice, came out the next morning, had my AC back up and running within 30 min !!!!!  He didn't charge me extra for the weekend and his rates were very reasonable. Great overall experience with this company. They answered my request for quote within minutes and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Caleb, the technician, arrived right on time. He was friendly and informative. He explained everything he was going to do and then did a thorough job diagnosing the issue. He told me what the problem was and explained everything in way that was easy to understand. I will definitely be using this company for future repairs and service.

Was sitting here at home yesterday working when I notice my AC was no longer blowing cold air.  Naturally I panicked.  Weekend coming up, hotter than blazes outside.  So I called 3 different companies to be sure I was going to get someone in the next day or two before I turned into beef jerky sitting in my living room.  I texted Bumble Bee, they came over an hour later, found a blown fuse on the compressor up on the roof, replaced and voila! Winter is coming.....So so grateful for the rapid response and professional service...

Finally, guys who will fix your AC without replacing the whole thing for thousands of dollars.  I called out this company after trying another company that told me I need a new AC system (and they lied about its condition).  Cave Creek Cooling came out and replaced the fan blower motor and everything works perfectly.  If I listened to the other guys, I'd be replacing my AC every 3 years.  Cave Creek Cooling sells you what you need.  Honest repair people.  Skilled at what they do.  And rates are very competitive.  And yes, they can replace everything too if you really need that.  But they are happy to work with you even if you need a relatively simple repair to get you going.  That's almost rare in Arizona these days.  Would recommend to others.

I'm very happy with the service. They responded quickly and were friendly. The service lasted less than 20 minutes and they were all smiles and very educational. My AC stopped working and the house was 90 degrees. They came out and in less than 20 minutes it's up and running again for way less than I was expecting. Happy to recommend to anyone.

This company has been awesome to me from beginning to end. When my AC compressor went out in the middle of July, they were the only company that was able to come out same day. The tech that came out, Adam, was friendly and it was clear that he loves his job and did his best to take care of me as the customer. Brandon then came out to do my energy audit, also the same day, and was incredibly thorough in explaining my options and associated costs for replacing my AC system. I was worried about the steep costs, but was reassured about how it was a long term investment in efficiency and energy savings. When the installation team came out the next day, they were patient, meticulous, thorough and friendly. It took longer than expected, but they worked after hours to make sure I had my system set up that day. Overall, this is some of the best money I've spent, and I would recommend them to my family and friends in a heartbeat.

Excellent experience. I reached out on yelp Saturday morning. Received an instant response and the tech was at my house Saturday afternoon. Very professional and detailed estimate. We scheduled new AC and was installed on Tuesday.
