One of the best contracting services I've ever dealt with. Pricing was fair and highly competitive (same exact system and thousands less than competitor). Antonio was the crew lead on my HVAC system replacement and moving of my condenser. He was very knowledgeable and highly skilled. Chad was great in the initial consultation. Has a ton of experience in HVAC and was not pressuring me to make a decision. Just informative and honest.

I was very happy with all of my interactions with SureTemp, they're managers, sales team, and technicians. Would absolutely refer them to a friend and do business with them again (hopefully not for another 15-20 years ). Great company and culture.

We got 3 quotes and suretemp was by far the fairest.  We knew our Ac was dying.  Installation was fast friendly and thorough.
One quote we received from a top competitor in the area was triple and summer emergency pricing.

I had used SureTemp for the maintenance of my AC units for a few years.  The technicians are nice and knowledgeable.  I asked them this year to come and check the units in preparation for the summer season.  It turned out that I needed a starter kit (see picture) for each of my 2 units.  I was charged $356.40 (see picture) for each one.  After all said and done, I looked up the cost of the unit on Amazon.  It turned out that it was anywhere between 12-15 dollars.  The entire time that it takes to replace one is all of 5 minutes.  I felt betrayed and taken advantage of.  While I am not here to tell anyone whether they should do business with SureTemp, I know that this marks the end of my calling on them for my needs.

Sure Temp installed two 3.5 ton trane XR15 units to cool and heat the first floor of our house.  They replaced two 20 year old XR 12s.  Sure Temp matched our best quote and handled our SRP rebate.  The best part is they scheduled five days after we signed the contract.  Six professionals completed the work in 7 hours.  They were neat, polite, and well trained. It was not an easy job as one furnace is in a tight attic. The only hope is our new united last 20 years.

This was by far the best A/C company I've worked with and I've tried several others.

I am the original owner of my now 10 year old home and have always had issues with my A/C system. The builders put in a low grade system and the work was iffy at best. Over the years I've tried to improve the system as much as I could with other companies but with no success... it actually got worse.

Now 10 years later I was ready for a total overhaul. New everything. I also wanted to add a mini split to my home gym in my garage for the upcoming summer. I got quotes from 4 A/C companies and Sure Temp stood out from the others and they also had the lowest price!

Chad came to my house last week and spent the most time in my attic of anyone. I told him all the issues I've had and he took it very seriously and wanted to figure out how to fix it. Chad is a tall guy and my attic is small so for him to put that much effort up there was big for me. He explained all the current issues and had a plan that I felt made a lot of sense to solve everything. He even discovered a piece of the system that wasn't hooked up at all. Nobody else noticed that. Sure Temp also has a preferred partnership with Trane, which showed me they are trusted by the best. After I chose Sure Temp, Chad assured me that I would get their best team. He delivered on that promise.

A few days later Antonio and his team showed up to my house on time and got right to work. The first day they installed the mini split A/C in my garage and did a great job concealing everything with the outside unit and wiring. It's extremely clean and organized. The inside unit can really push air around. This summer I'll have a nice cool gym garage!

The next day Antonio and his larger crew showed up on time again and started on the attic. The removed every piece of the previous system. They worked all day and I don't think I even saw them take a break. The new parts were shiny and high end. The worked from 7am to 5pm. Antonio and his team acted like this was their house. The craftsmanship was amazing. My house is literally cleaner than when they arrived.

Antonio was up in my attic for hours and was in need of rest but he stayed to make sure everything was perfect and explain everything to me and answer all my questions. He's a legend.

After they left I immediately started testing out the new central A/C. I've always had issues with one room upstairs over my garage. It just never got any air from the vents. I cranked the cold and it was blowing strong air! I've never felt that in that room. I was so excited. I checked the other vents upstairs and everything was blowing way harder than the previous system! The 3rd zone they added will really help us this summer because we can give our kids more of the cold air since their rooms are warmer on the west facing side of the house.

I also went up into the attic and everything was way more clean and organized than before. This may not matter to most but for me it's important. The organization and care speaks to the overall quality of the system. There's way less clutter up there and more thought was put into how to get around in the attic for future work. The attic is now something I'm proud of in my house.

I usually dread summers here but this year I'm saying bring it on. I'm finally ready thanks to Sure Temp.

I called Sure temp after my ceiling started leaking and I stuck my head in the attic. I saw my system was leaking heavily-- it appeared my pan cracked from all the condensate.

After managing to get things under control a bit myself I wanted the peace of mind by having a professional come out and take a look. The  tech came out, gave a diagnosis and plenty of options. They were quick to remediate and we built a profile with them so that we could expedite any troubleshooting in the future.

We opted to go with a yearly maintenance plan as it made sense with a crucial system. I am very satisfied with the work and professionalism received from Sure Temp

Chad did an awesome job explaining our new unit options, the pros and cons of each, and providing very competitive quotes.  He was very thorough in making sure he identified the necessary modifications to the airflow in the house to get the most out of our investment.  Antonio, Josue, and Zack were a great crew, very respectful of our house, and did a great job installing our new Bosch unit.  My only tiny complaint was that there was not an expert on the modulating units on the crew to explain the functions, as they have installed very few of these so far.  All in all a very pain-free process, I would definitely recommend this company.

We told you the unit was banging--we paid another company $83 to tell us it was the contacts. SRP audited your install and you failed to inform us about our restrictive filter, vents that reduced air flow. We weren't happy with the bang but decided to see what the auditors said--they told us the bang is a problem with Trane. We appreciate your response to our questions and your return visits just wish we had known about the bang before we bought it. Guess my issue is with Trane, not so much Sure Temp.

I knew it was time for a new heat pump and had the luxury to retrieve six quotes. I only reached out to companies with over 200 reviews and 4 stars. Sure Temp not only came in with a reasonable price but matched a lower quote. I was impressed on many levels. The higher-priced company had a laundry list of quality checks and install styles that warranted the price. I presented this information to Chad at Sure Temp and he clearly showed they did the same work. The installation is done and the quality of work matched all the fancy photos I was presented before install.

Steve was my tech and he made our day. Being with out AC is pretty awful. Having it go out is stressful and worrisome. You know that it's going to be expensive and you just don't know how bad it will be. I was really impressed. Steve was awesome. David was my technician.  I was very impressed with his service., He came early! He checked my AC unit and the air handler. The only thing he found wrong was a wire was corroded.  I appreciate his honesty.

Let's face it most of the time your having Air conditioning problems it's when it's a 110 outside and you need to find a reasonable , reputable company that knows what they are doing without taking you financially. It wasn't a cheap fix but Steve explained all he had to replace and even found a issue that wasn't safe that he could fix until we are ready but it's something that we could put off a bit until we are ready by fall, and I appreciate his honesty.we were cooling back down in the house. AC going out is the worst. I had talked to many many companies and not only did Sure temp come recommended (even by another company) they also had the best quote by far. The owner reached out directly as it was outside of normal business hours they worked with my schedule to install a new unit as soon as possible the unit works great and they saved me tons of money.

Took last Thursday off to have a multiple company consultation come by and talk about what they can offer for a new A/C system to replace our 20 year old system. Had an appointment set between 10-11am with this company due to their awesome reviews. Talked to Mindy about 11:15 to see if the technician was still coming by, she said he was running behind, respectfully I understood and gave them a chance. 12:30-1 pm came and no one showed up yet. Ended up calling back to cancel. I have cash ready to get this system done before spring/summer. It was unfortunate they couldn't keep their word. Now I wouldn't be able to trust them to show up to complete quality work if they can't even make a SET APPOINTMENT. Oh well. On to the next one.

02/25/22: Spoke to Keith (Owner) about my issue and he's a great guy. Was apologetic and just explained it was a scheduling error that happened. Things go wrong and I get it but scheduling and communication is key. Maybe 15-20 years down the line when I replace my new unit I'll give them another try.

I have had the very best service from this Company.  They replaced my indoor air handler due to a coil that was almost as much on an old unit as purchasing the unit. They sit and walk thru options, show pictures of the problem and provide diagnosed solutions.  They are not pushy about the more expensive option - just provide the facts.  

Today I called at 3:30 in the morning- as my house was 86 degrees while set at 77..  I received a call back at 7- they said someone would be out from  9-1. At 11:30  someone was here!!!   Steve was the service  person. He was  very thorough- and communicated with me along the way what he was checkin into issue Before he went outside he spent time telling me what he was checking on that unit.  

After a bit he explained it was a capacitor- he even brought me the faulty one to see problem and went into detail as to what it does.  He had one in the truck- so it was fixed right away - I also purchased a start assist after weighing pros and cons.   Needless to stay he fixed it quickly- and my house began to cool.

I cannot say enough nice things about this Company-  everyone from the office folks to service people and techs are incredibly professional, communicative and  honest.

My AC system stopped working. When I requested recommendation via Yelp, Sure Temp Air Conditioning was the first to respond, and the technician came a few hours later. Both the owner and the technician (Matthew) acted professionally, and they kept me in the loop about what was happening at any given moment. I would definitely call them again if I have AC problems.

Being stuck with a faulty A/C in AZ is a real pain in the ass!
SureTemp sent out their technician the next morning, got my analysis, and I basically needed a new air handler. The install crew was out the morning after and got it installed in a few hours, no problem! When you get this kind of service, you feel spoiled. But I am very grateful! A big thanks to Steve for the initial inspection, and to Julian & Cody for the final installation. Great job boys!

Sure Temp responded to my query over a weekend and sent someone out first thing on a Monday to resolve one of my tenant's problems with cooling. Their technician quickly determined the problem was with a clogged air filter, but he got up on the roof anyway and checked out the entire system to make sure there were no other issues. Sure Temp's technician contacted me with the status and sent photos of the air filter and the heat pump. Sure Temp's responsiveness and professional technicians reflect credit on the premium they place on customer service. I'll be calling them again in the future. Well done!

They sent a technician to evaluate and he got my ac running and blowing cool air.  I asked for an estimate for a new unit since mine was  going on 15 years and had several breakdowns in recent years. They quoted me a good price and they setup an install the following Monday - I have been happily skipping thru my home for a week now. Enjoying a quiet, cool new unit while its 113 degrees outside!

One of our air conditioning units went out as soon as we hit our first 90 degree day. The technician who diagnosed the problem was great, even though he had to deliver bad news... it was time to replace the units. The technical worked with us on the best options and worked in possible rebates. The install crew came a week later and did an extremely professional job. We are very pleased with the overall quality of service.

After hiring another company to do A/C repair, we weren't 100 percent satisfied with how everything went down. The job got done and well but the in between process could have been better.  

So, when our second unit stopped working I reached out to Sure Temp.  From the 1st call down to completing the job, the service was great.  Great communication at very step.  Showed up during the time given.  Matthew was the technician who did our repair and estimate.  He was professional, knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done in a manner I could understand.  

I highly recommend this company and will be keeping their contact info for future service.

I am not one to do reviews. These days it is so hard to find honest, quality companys with great employees.  This company has all three!

I have to admit it was nerve wracking selecting a company to replace our 3 existing air conditioning units. It was a big job and was quite an investment. I was very impressed with several A/C companies that I received quotes from.  I spent a lot of time researching the pros and cons of all the different air conditioning brands. After careful consideration we decided to go with Sure Temp Air Conditioning LLC. I believe we made a great decision and let me explain why.  

I have never worked with a company where every person was in tune with the rest of the employees. I saw a real respect for one another within the company.  The communication between all areas of the company was on point.  Each employee completed their job with the attitude that their goal was to have a happy customer after the completion of their specific job. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire job.

Chad was our technician who gave us a quote for the job. He explained why Trane was the right brand to install in our home and why Sure Temp was the perfect company for the job.  He gave us a fair contract price and was instrumental in getting the equipment ordered. He was available any time I had questions.

The day of the installment, Damien, Antonio, Josue and an apprentice showed up bright and early. They worked throughout the day, working hard to complete a large job. While completing the job they were respectful of our home placing tarps down across all areas of traffic, opening and closing doors quietly as to not disturb anyone in the home, and working in an efficient knowledgeable manner.  I was kept abreast of the status of the job throughout the day. Their goal was to complete the installation in one day and they stayed until this was completed. When they left our air conditioners were up and running, our new thermostats had been demonstrated to us and our home had no signs that they had ever been there.

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Keith, and was very impressed with the respect he had for his employees and appreciated his assurance that our job was being completed by some of the best in the industry. I know he had several jobs going that day but he acted like our job was the most important, spending time answering any questions and making sure we were comfortable with the install.

The next day I called the office to pay.  I was met with a personable employee, Mary, who was expecting my call. Just another example of how excellent communication skills are key when running a business.

I have already recommended this company to a few neighbors. I know there are many great companies to choose from but I am very happy with our completed job and I would recommend this company to anyone IN A HEARTBEAT!

Matt came out and gave me a fair estimate to replace 2 Trane units. Their bid was in the middle; however, Matt's advice and explanation of the different units was honest and unbiased. The team that came out to do the install was great. Antonio lead the team; he was up in the small attic area installing the upstairs unit. The other crew members installed the downstairs unit in the garage. They did a great job. They cleaned everything up; afterwards another truck came by to remove the old unit and debris. Since the installation, the company has come out to do maintenance check. So far, so good.

Long time customer because I feel like they treat me right. Just before the harsh Az summer, I had Sure Temp replace my 22 year old unit that just plain broke apart. No pressure or sales pitch, just solid information to help me make a decision. The service, installation, and office team are very professional. It sucks when your AC goes out on Friday at the end of business hours. I searched YELP for nearby companies that were open and responded to wknd calls. Sure Temp was the 2nd company I called (1st company didn't answer the phone even though hours listed said they were open). Sure Temp has a 5 star review on YELP and they definitely earned it. They sent a text with a pic of the technician (so you know it's not the killer) letting you know they are on the way. Austin arrived within 1hr of the 4hr estimated wait window (which is fantastic). He was friendly, professional, and courteous. Austin explained everything to me every step of the way and showed me pics of the repair. The pricing was reasonable and after hours fees waived. AC fixed and cooling again. I will definitely use them again and recommend to my friends.

My mom's air went out and the end of June and her house was at 99 degrees inside- we called an A/C company that we have always used and they were responsive and came out that night to look at it- the problem was they couldn't fix the A/C and they didn't know when they could get a new unit- nothing was offered like a portable A/C unit etc. Thankfully she was able to stay with us while this was resolved. I called several companies and was super impressed with Sure Temp- they said they would come out the same day, take a look and bring a portable unit to help cool my mom's house down. They came out same day I called with the unit- SUPER Impressed with how responsive, awesome and helpful they were. My mom did need a new unit and they were able to replace it 2 days later!!!!! I had a clogging issue in the AC unit with water dripping from my ceiling this morning.  Sure Temp Air was able to come the same day which was a huge relief!   Austin was incredibly professional as he completed the work.  It wasn't as easy as we thought at first, but he did a great job of checking each location to find the issue (including the attic) .  Austin was also great at educating me about the AC set up and it's special issues the builder left behind.  The communication was great with a text message and email to let me know who was coming and Austin also gave me a phone call for an eta.  Pricing was incredibly reasonable especially everything he had to go through!  I will definitely keep them on my call list for issues and will be having them back for annual service.  I highly recommend Sure Temp AC.

It costed $10,000 for a new HVAC system to be installed in our home. 2 1/2 months later I had to call them back because the system was not working.  Ricky With Suretemp Air Came out early this morning and fixed the issue! I just had an amazing experience working with Sure Temp. I was quickly scheduled after putting in a request here on Yelp. Speed is everything when you have 4 younger kids in the house and your heat isn't working. Justin was great quickly diagnosing my issue. He heard the sound my unit was making and I could tell he knew the answer on how to fix it but he waited until he got up on my roof and thoroughly investigated.

I need to replace two major parts and he got it done in a few hours even after going to the shop to actually the part.

Our AC unit was more than 18 years old and started having issues every now and then. We were looking for new HVAC units for our home. After doing some research, we came across Sure Temp Air Conditioning. These guys are really good at what they do and at the same time are genuine and good people. Our unit broke down in the middle of summer and due to supply chain problems, the HVAC units were back ordered everywhere. Keith and Ricky understood our problem and repaired our old unit for free and replaced the fan motor on the outside unit while we were waiting for the new unit to arrive. Then their team (Antonio, Damien, Zack, Josue and others) did a great job installing the new unit quickly and keeping us informed at every stage of installation. I highly recommend this company for anyone who is in the market for a new HVAC unit or looking to repair one. These guys offer excellent service at a great price.

Our AC stopped working late Monday night into Tuesday morning, with the weekly forecast predicting temps of 108 every day this week! Knowing that our existing and very old AC unit needed to be replaced, I started calling numerous places first thing on Tuesday morning, looking to see who would be able to install a new AC unit fast, and with the most reasonable price. I called Sure Temp, and they were able to send Chad over within an hour and a half to provide an estimate. My husband and I called several different places for estimates, some being $3-6K over Chad's estimate. Because of their professionalism, speedy response, and unbeatable prices, we chose to do business with Sure Temp.  Their next available install date was not until Friday, so they lent us a portable AC to hold us over, free of charge. Antonio and his crew arrived around 5am Friday morning to begin the install. They worked hard to get the job done, and the new unit was up and running before lunch. We have recently replaced our HVAC system with a Trane sixteen SEER five ton unit. Sure Temp were not the lowest quote that we received but were the best value for money and we were not disappointed.

We had to reschedule our install date as our concrete contractor couldn't meet their agreed dates. Sure Temp was very accommodating and rescheduled us with no additional charge.

The installation went very smoothly and the new units all tested well. Everything was left all neat and tidy.

Great Service by Keith !! He came out today to take a look at my AC. When he was done he gave me a through estimate of what was wrong, what needed to be repaired and the cost of each repair and a very fair estimate to replace the unit. The cost of his estimate was in line with the other estimates I received but because Keith was so great and giving me the information I needed, I will most likely go with Sure Temp when I replace it. Sure Temp replaced my air conditioning and furnace and did a great job. It's been a few years and it works great, and I have lower costs. They adjusted the plenum and airflow for improved performance. When I experienced a problem after, they came right out and fixed it. Nicholas just came out to do a yearly check and also gave excellent service. He showed me pictures and videos and described everything. I'm very pleased with their service.

Had some issue with my unit not blowing cold as desired. It's an old unit and had issues in the past. Called Sure Temp AC for PM check. David was our technician. He came within the expected window, checked everything and gave detailed explanation of what was going on. He was very professional and honest. I was pushing my 18 y/o Trane to try to make it through the summer. After a service call to another company and quote of just over $1K I knew it would be easier cheaper to replace it. I got quotes from three companies and was most impressed with Chad. He took the time to ask me questions about the unit, what issues I was having, what I was looking for in a new unit. My OLD AC units were over 20 years old but still functioning. Instead of waiting until catastrophic failure, I figured I should replace the units during the off season and not push my luck for another season. My friends recommend Sure Temp. Domenic, the sales guy, gave me a quote that was very competitive, well under what I was expecting to pay to replace both AC's.

Two days later, a crew of 6 arrived at 8:30 in the AM ready to work. They completed the work in under 7 hours. They were a really experienced crew, very professional and efficient. Like clockwork, they had the job complete and cleaned up before I had to leave to pick up my kids from school.

New A/C

About a month ago I replaced our aging/dead 4 ton Goodman (very low quality, 14+ year old contractor grade) A/C with a Trane 4 ton 18 Seer variable speed heat pump.  Trane got the bare edge against Carrier in the latest Consumer Reports survey (Don't do Lennox!)

It normally runs at such low speeds that I have to open the cabinet door to see if it is actually running.  I have found it completely off one time in a month.  I cranks down the compressor, the outdoor unit fan, and the air handler fan to accommodate the demand it senses.

These guys did the work.  They were the best price by a significant margin.  I'm a degreed mechanical engineer with some a/c experience (I used to be an apprentice installer), and I tell you these guys did all of the right things to make the installation perfect.

My next door neighbor, a realtor who seems to know lots about this kind of stuff saw the truck in my drive when I was out there and told me I had selected the very best company in The Valley.  Well?  That was heartening:

These guys saved the day today! Record breaking heat of course on the weekend my AC dies. I woke up in the middle of the night to warm air coming out of my AC vents. Spoke to Sure Temp first thing in the morning and they got me on the schedule same day. Justin arrived right when I expected and fixed the problem in record time with a part in his truck. He gave me an update on the overall condition of my AC unit, recommended some future maintenance to keep it running, and was out the door. The very long overdue review...

I texted Sure Temp on Yelp early on a Saturday and had a response within an hour. I had been living out of state and my condo in Scottsdale was listed as a short-term rental with a local property manger. I told the owner of Sure Temp that the best/easiest way to quote the job was to show up with a 2-story ladder to see the job for himself without having to coordinate with my PM and tenants. Not only did he do it, he came back with a quote 30% lower than the next best price with better units. It's been a year since they replaced both my units and I've recommended ST to several friends and neighbors and my utility bills are about 40% lower than prior year.

I can't recommend Keith and his team enough, these guys are the jam.

5 Star Service for sure! They had Justin come out to do a A/C Unit Tune Up and he was real easy to talk to, he explained what the tune up includes and all his findings.

Condenser was leaking oil and we ended up having that replacement done same day which was extremely convenient and for a fair price.

They came to my house and quoted me $500+ on repairs stating I had two blown fuses and capacitor needed replacing. I thought it was a lot and money was tight. I called another HVAC company. The guy they sent out said my fuses and capacitor was fine. He did some rewiring and he said my fuse in the breaker was not pushed in all the way. It only cost me the service fee and he got my heater working again.

04/13/20 We have been using Sure Temp for a number of years now.  My office manager had highly recommended them.  They have kept our 6 units at our office running efficiently; they have found the source of leaks in our air handler at a rental property; and have kept the two units at my house working well.  Keith, Tom, Ryan, Kevin who have done the work are very professional, neat, extremely honest, knowledgeable, and really nice people.  We totally trust them to treat us like they would family!!!  You don't find those attitudes and values too often!!!  Destiny is in the office and couldn't be more responsive or pleasant!!

08/03/20. I called the office and Destiny couldn't have been more professional and caring.  I told her water was backing up and accumulating under our downstairs air handler.  Tom came out 3 hours later and tried to find where the outside condensation line came out.  I thought it was on one side of the house.  After many trips inside and outside in 106 degree heat, he determined the outside condensation line had to be somewhere else.  It turned out to be on the opposite side of the house much to our surprise!  Tom worked his tail off.  He had to crawl under the air handler.  He wet vacuumed all the water.  He must have made at least 10 trips inside and out to solve the mystery!!!  He is very thorough and great to work with!!!

This company restored my faith in humanity and customer service. I certainly am not the only one that has been let down continually by services, products, or contractors. The story goes, you spend your hard earned money, something goes wrong, you call said company to explain the problem, and it falls on deaf ears.

I can tell you confidently this will not be the situation with Keith (Owner) and Sure Temp. They 100% stand behind their work and they take a lot of pride in it.

My story was a replacement of a 24 year old unit, the refrigerant line was old and went under my concrete slab, upon replacement, it seemed like it would still hold up, they installed with the old line, it ended up not holding up. I called the next morning they came out immediately and identified that the old line was leaking refrigerant. Without question they laid out multiple options of steps forward and ended up running a new line set above my house through my roof. It was EXCEPTIONALLY done in a clean and meticulous manor from Anthony and Josue, who are not only AMAZING HVAC engineers, they are also extremely hard working, kind, and caring people.

This was no small job and it easily could have been something they charged us 2-4 thousand additional dollars for, but they didn't, they decided to just make it right even when it's highly likely it was not even caused by their install.

Keith, Anthony, and Josue with Sure Temp restored my faith in humanity, people do care, people do want to help, people do want to stand behind their product, you just need to find the right people, these are the ones for AC in AZ. THANK YOU!

I can honestly say my experience was first class. The sales staff were honest and easy to talk to; they gave me an honest assessment of the most relevant units to purchase for a three-unit replacement.

As you know replacing air conditioning units is expensive.  We had a couple of A/C Companies out to take a look at the project. We received a few budget-breaking quotes with little or no detail on why the replacement units they are recommending are best for our home.  Sure Temp was the only company that took the time to walk me through the features and benefits of the units they proposed.

The installation team was excellent. They arrived promptly, worked quickly, with a minimum of disruption to the rest of the house. The units themselves are wonderful, easy to use and program, and in hot weather, the house is a delight to be in.

Well they just completed the install of my new Trane. Other companies didn't have or didn't offer Trane products. Keith even helped me get into an interest free option because who the heck has this kinda money around. John & his crew installed a beautiful new unit and I now have a fancy Dancy thermostat that I can adjust by phone. The customer service I've experienced was top notch from the office to the installation crew. I will update you if anything changes but if what they've showed me so far I don't think it'll be bad.

Two units on our 20 (30?  who knows) year old system either died or were on their last legs and I knew we had to replace them before it got hot.  We had three companies come out to bid the job.  Of the three, Sure-Temp's salesman did the most thorough evaluation of our HVAC needs and was the only one who responded to follow up questions.  He was super-proactive about keeping in touch and their pricing although not the cheapest was also not the most expensive and seemed very fair for what we got.  The day of the installation, the teams sent out to install the new equipment were punctual, efficient and discreet--I barely even knew they were there which is saying something since they were installing air handlers in two different parts of the house.  They did a fantastic job of cleaning up a system that we've been patching up for the last ten + years.  The new units look great and work great.  Completely satisfied with Sure-Temp and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Had a room in our house that wasn't cooling well. Called SureTemp and they came out to asses the situation. Found out the duct work to that room was restricted where part of it had been crushed. Set up an appointment and one of their techs came by to do the repair.

Before arrival I received a call where he let me know he was on the way. He was polite and professional the entire time he was in my home. He removed the crushed portion and rejoined the duct work. He also discovered an area where some cabling had been routed over the duct work and was restricting it. So when he cut it he also moved the cabling to go underneath the ductwork to remove that problem as well. He repaired the ductwork and straightened everything out to give the best airflow. He provided pictures so I could see what all had been done in the attack without having to crawl up there myself.

The airflow to the room definitely feels better now so I'm hoping this takes care of the issue. With the original assessment they suggested other options to improve the situation such as adding a return duct, but encouraged me to try the duct repair first before paying for work that I may not need done. So I got real advice without any up-selling. All and all everyone I talked to was polite and felt honest in their assessment and fair in their pricing. I'll be going back to this company whenever I need AC work.

Last year my unit was turning on and off constantly. They were able to advise me over phone how to handle the situation till they arrived. Upon inspection of the unit they determined a part had to be replaced. They took the time to research the part and were able to determine it was under warranty. Though they didn't originally install the unit they were able to get the advance replacement part and took care of warranty part on the back end. We only paid for labor. It has been working great since then.

Great customer service . The technician had a issue installing a new thermostat on an old second unit after replacing the primary AC. Keith, the owner , was great he took responsibility for all issues and despite a few hiccups he  fixed everything to our complete satisfaction. Our A/C unit blower went out, right after a few other issues had been repaired and diagnosed. It was clear we'd have to determine whether it was best to get a new unit, or fix the blower in addition to other items that needed or should have been fixed. The unit had worked through its expected lifespan, even though we only got a few years out of it.

Keith gave me an objective assessment that didn't try to push us in one direction or another. We got quotes for fixing the existing issues as well as installing a new unit. Some line items weren't clear to me, so Keith took the time to call and explain everything, including answering all my follow-up questions. He also explained payment options.

The installation team worked diligently to put n the new unit despite the 100-degree heat, and explained the basics on the new thermostat as well.

The team was professional through and through, and I especially appreciate their protective attention to detail given the current pandemic.

We couldn't be more pleased with Sure Temp Air Conditioning!

We wanted to put in a Nest thermostat to keep more programmable control on our air conditioning usage and purchased one at Costco.  We attempted to take off our older thermostat first, but it just wouldn't budge.  Since it was like welded on the wall, we really didn't want to risk damaging our older system's thermostat and wiring in case ours wasn't compatible with the Nest unit, so we decided to have a professional come out and check it out / install it for us.  After requesting quite a few quotes on Yelp, (All ranging from $100-$275 with the caveat that they also had to review the system and see what else had to be done with it besides just install a new thermostat), we decided to go with Sure Temp because they had awesome reviews on Yelp and had the most realistic and cost appropriate fee for the job.  (My husband said he wasn't gonna pay more than $100 bucks to put in a damn Nest! :)  )  We're so happy we called them!

Not only are their service calls very reasonable at $29.95, our technician, Ryan was really friendly and great.  He not only was knowledgeable about the Nest thermostat and troubleshooting its installation, but he took the time to help us with the setup and was patient while I downloaded the app and got the account registered.  He made sure that the thermostat was online and talking to the app before he left, which was really cool.  The unit is sensitive and Ryan said lots of people try to hook it up themselves but damage it with power surges from not turning off the electricity to the air handler first...I really like that Ryan took the time to tell us what he was doing and did the install carefully to avoid wall damage as well.  Once he finished, the unit looked like it had always been there.  Very chic! LOL

We're glad to have found Sure Temp, I know that we'll definitely be calling them first for any AC issues we have.  Wholeheartedly and highly recommended!  (My husband says this is how an AC company builds a business-with fair and reasonable pricing and honest friendly service technicians!)

Would highly recommend Sure Temp Air Conditioning and the Trane system they installed for us. In April 2019, we had bids from a few HVAC companies, and SureTempAir stood out and looked to be the best deal for the money.
We were looking for a quality, though mid-grade option to replace our Heatpump and Air Exchanger, as ours was the original system, 14 years old.
After discussing what our priorities were, and what we were looking for, Keith (the owner) presented us with three levels of systems, and we chose the middle option (Trane XL16i), which by comparison to the competitors, was cheaper in cost comparing the same brand/model by another contractor, and much better quality with a good warranty compared to another.
We were fortunate to have the team of Antonio & Josué to do the work, they were clearly very experienced and operated as a good team together. The work was very high quality, they didn't leave a mess, and Antonio made sure to review everything with us about the new system, while Josué tested the output temperature of each air vent.
SureTempAir also did all the paperwork and filing to get the SRP rebates credited to us, including the filing of all the Trane warranties. System came with two free service calls during the first year, this also made SureTempAir stand out from the competition.
We are completely satisfied and happy with the new Trane system, it is more efficient, quieter and much cooler than the old HVAC system we had. Now looking forward to not having to worry about an inadequate or on the brink of breaking system during the upcoming triple digit Arizona summer.

Contacted Sure Temp to get service and they were prompt to get me in the next week. Tom did a great job of explaining all the items that they were looking at what was going on with the unit and a brief understanding of how the unit works and what to look for.

I was very impressed and appreciated that when he turned the unit on and the fan wasn't working he brought me out to see the problem before starting the work. Really put me at ease and showed me the issues with the fan and why it was happening. He showed me what the readings should of been and what my issue part was showing (and that there was stuff coming out of it), then showed me what the readings where on the new part.

My first contact with Sure Temp was in June when my AC decided to stop working, which of course is every Phoenician's worst summer nightmare.  I was under Home Warranty and, since Sure Temp was contracted with my provider, I didn't have much choice but to call them.  In the end however, this turned out to be fortuitous.

Due to a tight schedule, I had to wait two days for a service visit (the only frustration in my entire experience) and in the meantime I decided to be pro-active and contact two other AC companies to get quotes on a replacement (I was certain that was what was needed).  When Sure Temp came out, they were able to repair my AC within 20 minutes--so crisis averted for the time being, although I knew the fourteen year old unit's days were numbered.

Sure enough, last week the AC went for good. The customer service and advice I had received from Sure Temp was top notch, so although I had two quotes for replacement, I wanted Sure Temp's offer on the table before making a decision.  

Keith was out that same day and gave me the best quote of the three by a decent margin.  I made the difficult decision to pay up front rather than finance, since this would save me an additional $1200. The other two businesses didn't offer this option.  In the end I saved a bundle (lower quote to start off and pay by check discount).  The budget will be a bit tight going forward and I'll have to be disciplined with my spending until I recover my savings, but the final price was a number I could live with.  I actually couldn't be happier with my decision.

I only had to wait one day in a busy August season for install and was extremely pleased with the crew that came out. They were friendly, quick and great at answering questions.  My new Trane XR-16 runs like a dream too!

To sum up, superb customer service from the start, honest evaluation of my needs without trying to up-sell or take advantage of the situation and prompt turnaround time. Sure Temp gets my unwavering recommendation!

The AC tech was very nice and showed up in a mask as well. I appreciated that he was quick and explained the issue with our air-conditioning system. Josh showed up on time after texting me. He was called to see why my 20 y.o. heat pump was running constantly. After evaluating and performing routine maintenance, was told the unit was performing as well as it could considering the age of the unit and the severity of the heat we've been experiencing. $59. No extra add ons, no worn out parts. Just what was quoted. Professional, capable, and NOT a salesman! What a relief. Lowest quote for my prefered equipment. Great Install by courteous professional installers.

I was looking to replace my furnace and 5 ton A/C as it was 19 years old and on its last legs. I was looking for a variable speed high efficiency unit. I received 6 quotes. 1 contractor quoted Rheem, 2 Diakin, 1 American Standard, and 2 Trane. I also researched the different brands. Although there were many opinions, Trane seemed to be the highest rated.

Keith was the only one to give me both cash a financed prices. Financing was 0% for 4 years. He was the last to quote. His price was lower than even some of the lesser brands. He was quick and seemed knowledgeable. I didn't get the hour and a half sales pitch some of the other guys put me through.

Installers showed up on time. They did a nice install. Cleaned up after themselves. Took the time to explain the system and its controls.

Very good experience. I highly recommend Sure Temp.

The owner, Keith, was the one to come give me an estimate on my failing AC and furnace.  He was honest and transparent about how his pricing works and what was included.  I felt very comfortable hiring them for the job.  And then Kyle and mmm was the lead tech to come install the unit.  He was great, explained everything and what to expect, they were very respectful of being in our home and thorough.  They even replaced some trim work because it was so old.  After they left I had a question and Kyle was immediately responsive, even though it was kind of a silly question and it was after-hours.  I recommend SureTemp highly!  You are in good hands if you hire this company.

We have used this company in the past and have always gotten a good deal and great service. We had to call on the company again this year to come look at our a/c unit, after the inspection we decided to replace the unit since ours was extremely old. The day of install was great, techs were fast and friendly, answered all questions. I would give 5 stars if I could get a response to my email I sent the company, had some more questions on the unit installed and bill, still have not heard back. I will give them a few more days (been a week) and then I will call. Was trying not to call since it was simple questions. If I get an answer I will update my review and rating. Feel it is a good company and would use again if necessary.

I had to call my Home Warranty company to get a one time exception for the company they originally assigned to my work order (I wont mention the company name but they have awful 1 star reviews) for a malfunctioning heater and they reassigned the job to Sure Temp.

Sure Temp was very professional from the initial appointment setting call I received from Keith on a Sunday morning to the actual appointment with Kevin the next morning.

Kevin showed up at my property at the EXACT time he called me to say he would show up and was able to diagnose and fix my issue in 30 minutes.

I contacted Sure Temp concerned with a couple of my rooms that got far hotter than others. Obviously being the southwest corner of the house, they would be worse off, but as it turns out, the builder's attempt at installing the ducting was not sufficient. They ran one whole new run to the worst room with the ability to adjust the flow in the attic. Two of their vehicles showed up and two guys attacked this job swiftly and we're on time. Both were very pleasant and respectful of my home. The result was splendid and I felt like it was money very well spent!

They were able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly.

Cons:
Not cheap. The guy was here for about an hour and replaced a $20 part (as seen on Amazon). My total bill was $185. Their bill read $29 for the visit and $155 for the part. I know the part cost them at most $20, so that comes out to about $136/hr labor + $29 for the drive out.

I had been having trouble with my A/C for about 2 years now and as you may know, this is not the type of issue you want to have in AZ summers. This time, I knew I had to bite the bullet and have a new unit installed. I contacted several companies and even friends of family members who are in the trade and not one of them made me feel the way Sure Temp did. I requested an estimate through Yelp over the weekend and within about 30 minutes, I had a response and an appointment within the next couple of days by the owner, Keith. The service manager, Bud came out and was very thorough and explained in detail what the issue was. Once I decided to go with Sure Temp, Bud made arrangements to have paper work dropped off and picked up to get started. At this point my A/C was no longer blowing any cool air, so Bud made arrangements to have a portable air conditioner dropped off to use until my new unit was replaced. Talk about going the extra mile for thier customers! This was such a relief in this 100+° heat! By Saturday morning, Kyle and another gentleman came to install the new unit. They worked diligently to get the job done. I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Sure Temp. Not only was thier customer service exceptional but their prices could not be beat! Thank you Sure Temp for making this experience a little less stressful!

So, we had an American Standard heat pump that came with the house which was 14 years old. Last spring, I got a quote from a company that came to our home to do one of those inexpensive tune-ups. He was a nice guy, said our unit was on its last legs and gave me a reasonable quote to replace it. When I told him we were trying to hold off before making that kind of an investment, he said we could probably make it another year without too many problems.

Well, just as we got through 2019, the unit stopped heating in the mornings so I called the same company for service but my buddy had moved on. They sent another guy over who charged us $300 and the unit still didn't put out any heat. 

So, then the dilemma, request another service call for, potentially more money or consider a new purchase?

Long story short, I requested some quotations from a number of reputable dealers but one company stood out. 

I contacted Sure Temp on a Saturday and the owner (Keith) texted me that he would have a tech out on Monday. I texted him Sunday morning to confirm and asked about a financing concern Minutes later, he asked me to call him. On the phone he said he would be over Monday morning. 

On Monday, he looked at my heat pump, told me it would just be a matter of setting the new unit in place and wiring it in so he could give me a great price. He did and I accepted his offer on the spot. Twenty minutes later, Mary called to get my credit information and a half hour later she called to let me know we had been approved.

Our Trane was ordered from the warehouse on Monday, received on Tuesday and installed on Wednesday. Kyle and Damion did a quick and excellent job on installation and by 11:00, we had heat again!

I very much appreciate what Keith did for us and would recommend Sure Temp Air to everyone. It's an excellent company with the best product and I expect to have them take good care of us for many years to come.

Justin came out to give us a second opinion about our duct system having a leak.  Yesterday, a Patrick Riley tech came out to do scheduled maintenance and although our 3 units checked out fine - he wanted $1500 to replace a tear in my duct system.  We called Sure Temp for a second opinion - Justin came out and could not find any tear in any part of my duct system.  He saw there was a small leak which he was able to fix with some kind of gummy tape which took him 5 minutes.  He only charged us the $65 service fee.  It was refreshing to have an honest tech give us an accurate assessment.  Justin is the best.  We highly recommend him and this company.  We ended up buying a service contract for future scheduled maintenance which was half the price of Patrick Riley's.

They are punctual and professional. They have gave me recommendations on helping keeping both of my units running well. They are very honest and knowledgeable. The whole team was amazing. Keith was very knowledgeable and quoted me the cheapest price out of the three I had bid. He was also able to schedule the soonest. I was amazed at the organization: Kyle and Chino showed up on time then an hour later a crane showed up to remove the old a/c and swap. Then raised up the new system. Within a half hour a hvac recycle truck showed up to pick up the old equipment while the team was Installing the system. Leon was so helpful with our  AC concerns.  We use George Brazil for our AC service.  GB said we had a leak.  They had quoted us for a duct cleaning service and an air purifying system for over 2,000 $.

This company is terrific! They answer the phones right away and very polite. They had same day appointments (of course it's not summer) they gave me a window of arrival time and got here within that first hour of the time frame. Except on the phone nobody notified me of the service call fee.
  Dominick is a rare gem, he is honest, up front, good personality, and explains everything in terms that a non professional air tech person could understand.  When I say honest he went over some things and easily could of said I need this or that, and like most people in trades jobs; we all know from there how that would go? Instead he was honest and found out the problem wasn't even air related and what needs to be done as well as a referral to the type of tradesman I need. He wrote out what was needed so I know the right direction. I only could wish more companies in all trades were more honest and up front, those companies would make alot more money because I know this day forward I'll call Sure Temp for ANY and ALL my heat or air related needs!

I had initially written a pretty poor review for these guys after, what initially was a lackluster experience with them around the 4th of July, when my a/c went out. Keith the owner, caught wind of my displeasure and took it very personally. He then immediately rectified the issue by sending an outstanding professional out to the house, Bud, who correctly diagnosed the issue immediate and then had it fixed the next day. Our AC unit died on a Wednesday night when this area was breaking hi temp records and I scheduled a 3 estimates thru Yelp.  The prices on quoted on Thursday by 2 companies were way high...I knew they were based on past experience with ac replacement.  I called Keith (owner) from SureTemp and he was there within an hour to give a second opinion and quote cost to fix.  He actually gave me his personal cell phone.  Keith confirmed the same issue that we needed a new compressor and provided a quote that was considerably less than what the others quoted.  Just to be clear 1500 less.  He got the job and my money.  His guys showed up on Friday braving the high temps and completed the job.   The 2 man team were polite and friendly and did there thing.  I was very happy with what was done by this company.  I think they went the extra mile to get us helped.

When we needed to replace our 25 year old (!) rooftop 5-ton AC/heat pump, we got several bids. Sure Temp (Keith) gave us by far the best bid, and added an enhanced warranty. The installation couldn't have gone smoother, with his guys and the equipment showing up on time. They were absolutely professional, and had no problems integrating our smart wifi thermostat, and were impeccable in their clean-up. Months later, Keith spent hours tracking down a phantom noise in our ductwork, going above and beyond to take care of his customer. Dominick & Bud are good dudes, had them come out to refill my old unit about a year and half ago. But that unit is old and I won't be able to refill it anymore with the new laws so I got them coming out to put in a new unit, will update in a couple days after the install. So far highly recommend, Kieth came out spent a good deal of time scoping things out (something that other companies didn't do when I was pricing around) he gave me a fair price and timely install date.

Wow my install service was top notch, Tony and Josue came over and worked straight through the day in high heat to get my AC up and running in a timely manner, yet they did not take any short-cuts. I called sure temp for a second opinion and they came out next day to double check that it really was the compressor at no cost to me then replaced it for a fair price. Holy moly! We've had no ac for 3 months, it has been unbearable to live! a previous company I had come over to check our ac unit quoted me $2k to fix our blower motor. I definitely couldn't afford that but he did not want to answer any of my questions and kept saying I don't know which made me so mad. I'm glad I found sure temp air, I spoke with Keith on here on yelp for quotes who was very friendly and answered my questions. My husband Called on Monday, but they were busy so they had someone come out today which is Tuesday. Matthew came out and was very professional, came to our home, was very kind and he had a mask on which I appreciated. He answered our questions and he converted our motor to a ecm motor to a psc motor which no other companies even mentioned that they could do that. And the price was under $1000 which was nice. We had a very nice experience and I would definitely recommend this company. Also I LOVE nice people so this whole experience was awesome.

We shopped around for a new split unit install for the last couple of years and the prices ranged from ridiculous to seriously ridiculous.  It got to the point where we finally had to get a new unit due to our old units fan producing that great smell of some kind of burning electrical component so I contacted Keith after seeing all the great reviews.

We used Sure Temp this past week! Our AC went out and we had a sick baby at home. Sure Temp came out as soon as they could and had our AC fixed and running within an hour of arriving. My a.c. went out and I emailed Sure Temp off yelp based on the reviews. They got me scheduled same day with a time frame of 1 to 6. The technician was here at 1! He immediately found my problem and was done within 15 minutes from start to finish. Our technician was Bud, he was super friendly and knew what he was doing. Sure Temp didn't break my bank either! The lady (I didn't catch her name) that scheduled my appointment was very courteous and called me within 5 minutes of me sending an email for service. I contacted Sure Temp about installing a mini-split air conditioner in my bedroom. Keith was able to come out the next day to quote the job. He was punctual, friendly, and patient. He went through the different mini-split options, configurations, and installation details with me. He also shared information with me about a current SRP rebate, and 0% financing. The installation techs, Tony and Josue, installed the mini-split a week later. It only took them a few hours to complete a clean, professional looking installation. Tony went over the completed job, and the operating instruction with me before leaving. The installed Trane mini-split is incredibly quite, and cools my bedroom to 65°F in less than 30 minutes. The following day Keith contacted me to answer any questions or concerns that I might have about the new unit. The team at Sure Temp did an incredible job, and I would recommend them highly.

Just read David's review from 05/14 and everything he said was our experience. We had the same install team of Antonio and Jose' and there was no evidence we had a install when they left except a cool quiet running A/C unit. Their attention to detail was amazing.
This is our second install with Sure Temp Air and Antonio was our technician on that one. He was definitely one of the reasons we reached out to Keith when we purchased our home this time.

I am hopeful we will not need another unit as we hope this unit is in our final retirement home bit if a move come Sure Temp would be our go to.

Justin did a very good job. He made sure the gas pack operational. He found water on the bottom of the unit and drilled a hole to drain it and said he would seal it when finished. He also found the reason why there was water. The water outlet was plugged up, so he knocked the pipe a few times to loosen the clogging and was in good operational condition again. All of this done for the original fee for coming out. I recommend this company. Justin was efficient and trustworthy.

The best service from quote to cleanup after install.  I was replacing my old unit with either, Trane, Carrier, or Lennox.  I had quotes from 4 other companies. Keith was the lowest price for comparable units including coil, furnace, ac, thermostat, return grill.  He never tried to up-sale.  Offered best discount for cash. Arrived on time and did not waste my time.

Installers arrived on time. Worked continuously. Placed drop cloths to insure no damage. Were friendly. Explained what I needed to know to operate the unit. Did a complete cleanup and haul away.

Looking forward to using Suretemp for my annual maintenance service.  Highly recommend Suretemp.

I recently had quite a problem with my air. I had Kevin from Sure Temp Air Conditioning come out. He fixed the blower/wheel squirrel cage issue on my air that had been diagnosed previously by another company that I decided not to use.

After he put the part in, he went around and checked the registers to make sure it was operating well. He was really not happy with the temperatures that he found, so he started teching out the problem. He found another issue with the thermal expansion valve and got the part quickly. I'm glad he did this otherwise he would have left and the air would not have been very cool.

NOW my air is blowing really cold. It hasn't been that way ever since I purchased and moved into my resale home. We're now getting cold in our home! This company is very caring, efficient and honest.

Kevin even cleaned up the insulation that came down from the attic! He's super nice, very hardworking and a great technician! The owner Keith was very kind and very helpful and concerned about us getting our air fixed.

I highly recommend this company and and these two awesome people.

I cannot say enough great things about SureTemp!! Our downstairs air conditioning unit broke a few days before my son was to move out for college. We had a so many things planned, and emotions were high already. Keith from SureTemp came out really quickly, was super professional & repaired our downstairs unit. I had an issue with my AC unit and my home warranty vendor sent the work to Sure Temp. They were quick with their response and scheduled the appointment right away. What I liked most was the pressure free service. I've had to use George Brazil and Precision Air in the past and they bombard you with up-selling, recommending work to be completed, or trying to force you into buying a company maintenance package. Sure Temp fixed my issue and only bothered me with items needing repair in a pressure free way where you didn't have to sign up for some on-going maintenance plan. Great work and very friendly staff. Just had a Trane AC unit installed by Sure Temp.  Keith, the owner came out for the initial look over and quote.  Very good guy to work with.  He is trustworthy, on time, looked things over well and provided us a very competitive quote.   I had 7 other companies quote the job, so I did my research on who to go with.  Antonio did the actual install and it went in clean without a hiccup.  He spent the time to go thru the system operation and they were very good about cleaning up after they finished the job.   I will go back to them for future HVAC work.

Could not be happier with Suretemp! Here it is almost 5pm on a Friday, and not just any Friday but Good Friday. Worried I would not have cold air till after Easter, I called up Suretemp. The owner actually sent someone out TODAY! When the technician arrived he was super friendly and explained everything to me in layman's terms since I don't speak AC tech. Turns out I needed a new fan, and Dominic was able to replace right then and there. I had cold air again by 6:30! Hallelujah! I whole heartily recommend them 100 times over! This was my third interaction with Sure Temp and each time, they've been great. Very responsive, reasonably priced and most importantly, they've earned my trust. No selling pressure, good advice and they talk through the issue completely. I've got a couple of 16 year old units and they honestly discuss the cost benefits of repair vs. replace without ridiculous mark up on parts to make replacing the units the obvious option when it doesn't need to be. This is a field with a lot bad players in it but there are some good ones out there. Keith is definitely one of the good ones and runs his business the right way. I highly recommend them.

Originally I had planned on using another local competitor; but fortunately for me, I opted to message Sure Temp.  I'm glad I did, as other reviews state not only did Sure Temp beat the competition in price, they were the quickest turn around.  I contacted two other well-known named competitors, but never heard back.  Keith contacted me in less than 30 minutes after me contacting him through yelp.  I now have a brand new Trane Seer 16.0 Heat pump, it was excellently priced - 500 less than the lowest quote, and over two thousand less than the other Trane dealer quote.  I opted to take advantage of a SRP rebate by getting the higher Seer 16 unit.  I didn't look forward to mailing in the rebate form and waiting for a check in the mail - if ever.  Sure Temp takes care of that as well and discounts the price up front - eliminating a big headache for me.  I highly recommend this company and I am glad I contacted them.  This was a very easy and fast process, thank you Sure Temp!

I can't speak highly enough about Sure Temp. I contacted them via yelp at 7:15am on a Sunday morning. I didn't expect an immediate response, so I didn't check my email right away. My mistake, as they responded in literally 1 minute. Due to scheduling challenges on my end, I wasn't able to follow up with them again until Monday morning. They sent a tech out same day, diagnosed the problem in minutes, sourced the replacement part locally, and had it installed in less than an hour. I was more than satisfied with the price and greatly appreciated their responsiveness with temps pushing into the 100's. What more can I say than Sure Temp executed flawlessly. Outstanding company! I contacted them via Yelp yesterday, then followed up with a phone call, because my 9 year-old AC unit was not blowing cold air. Although they were booked solid, owner Keith rearranged their schedule to fit me in the following day (today) and, because I needed some quotes on a few other possible HVAC items, Keith said that he would send over his Service Manager, Bud. Bud called me ahead of time to let me know when he was heading over. He was courteous, professional, knowedgeable and had a friendly and genuine personality. I always go up on the roof with technicians because - just as a homeowner - I like to have some basic understanding of how things are put together and operate. With over 35 years' experience in HVAC, Bud was a wealth of helpful information! Instead of trying to upsell me on all sorts of unnecessary repairs, he pointed out exactly what was wrong (the capacitor had died). The $30 service fee plus replacement cost came out to under $200, which I felt was very reasonable, especially because Bud helped educate me about several items that I had questions about. I have a small second bedroom and my housemate has complained that her room isn't getting enough cool air, so I wondered if I needed to install a second register. Bud explained that the room is too small to install a second register and instead, he showed me that my existing register was blocking too much of the air flow. He advised me on what kind of register to get that would not create so much air resistance, so the room would get better air flow from the AC. He also made suggestions on cooling my house down at night, when rates are lower, so as to store or bank the coolness in the house to keep it cooler for longer during the day - which ultimately saves energy and cost. This was a totally positive experience, with NONE of that awful, sick-to-my stomach anxiety that we all have felt when a smooth-talking upseller is trying to frighten us into spending more than we can budget. This company did not do any of that - instead, Bud gave me many helpful tips on how to save money! Thank you Bud and thank you Keith for providing HONEST service at REASONABLE prices. After living in my home for nearly 10 years, I feel that I have finally found an HVAC company that I can feel comfortable calling on for maintenance and repairs, as well as recommending to others.

New to town and wanted to schedule their advertised $65 tune up special.  I explained that my two units are running ok, except one is noisy at start-up.  Because it was not an emergency call out, they scheduled about a week out.  The tech showed up on time and gave a courtesy call about 20 mins out.  After diagnosing the system, the tech stated that one unit needed Freon and likely a capacitor and recommended a hard start kit.   My wife was not comfortable moving forward with the fix without talking to me first (within 5 mins), upon which the tech left without closing on the issue, to which I would have given the go-ahead.  So now I am calling a different company to execute the work. Additionally, Instead of the $65 charge, we were charged $105 (my wife was not aware that I scheduled using the special.

They are professional, punctual, and repaired our ac issues in a timely fashion.  They even cleaned up after themselves. When Justin came out to inspect it, he explained things in a way I could understand and was patient with my questions. My timeline:  Experienced an AC issue around 4:00 AM this past Saturday.  I was referred to Sure Temp by American Home Shield at 6:15 and got a call from the owner at 6:30. Keep in mind that their office was not schedule to open until 7:00 AM.   Bud, my technician, was at my door by 8:30.  He diagnosed and solved the issue by 8:55.  Additionally, Bud was kind enough to answer some HVAC-related questions I had for him.  

The owner and Bud were as kind and as responsive.  The service was quick and painless.  What more can you ask for?  I will be a return customer should I need further AC help.

So far, I have met Tom/Bud/Kevin from Sure-Temp and they were all the most courteous and helpful service techs I have met for any service company in a long time.

After contacting American Home Shield for a repair order on my AC unit, Kevin came out, worked on and thought he fixed an issue... Well, AC went out again right after.... No questions asked they sent out Tom and Bud.

I scheduled an AC tune up with my home warranty company and Sure Temp AC was the provider selected. I was glad to see that they sent a company that had so many positive reviews and not someone less experienced. Kevin was the technician who came out for service. Kevin was friendly and prompt. He concluded his tune up and gave me the diagnostic report and told me there was a part that needed to be exchanged. He called my warranty company, got a work-order for it and completed it within a half hour. I probed him on questions regarding the part, why it was needed to be changed, what it did. He answered all of them, providing the back knowledge on not just why it needed to be replaced but why it was important overall. When completed, he made sure to recap, fill out paperwork and conclude service. I appreciate his professionalism and attitude toward the job. Kevin makes Sure Temp stand out for me!

We took 3 estimates and Sure Temp had the best bid. The guys showed up on time and were ready to go. They were very professional and cleaned up their mess inside and out (even the attic area). We thought they were going to have to remove shelves and trim in the closet to get the equipment in and out, but they were careful and worked around it. In the past I did this kind of work and therefore really appreciated the small details they incorporated into the install. Many installers will skip these important details. I asked Sure Temp to visit my house and give a second opinion and estimate on a repair that I was quoted by another AC repair shop.  Not only did they come out and verify the diagnosis for free (vs. a few hundred dollars charged by the other company for diagnosis and leak testing), their estimate for repair was also a few hundred dollars less than the other quotes I received.  The leak is now fixed and AC is running great!  Sure Temp was prompt, easy to work with, candid, and affordable.  Next time Sure Temp will be my first call.

I felt it was time to replace the AC-Heater unit and get a new system installed before summer.
After receiving a couple of quotes from other companies which were ridiculously high, I came across Sure Temp and read the reviews and thought I would get a quote from this company.  Called Sure Temp and Keith was quick to contact me and schedule a time to come out.  His quote was the lowest out of the other quotes i had received.  Keith was knowledgeable and professional, also he didn't give a big sales pitch or try to push a more higher price system. Keith is up front and to the point along with being honest.
The installers showed up on time and were professional and friendly.  They made sure that everything was cleaned up before they finished for the day. They took the time to explain what they were doing during the installation and went over how to use the thermostat and answer any question i had.

Keith and Sure Temp literally SAVED ME OVER $1000!  I had another company (that I had used before) diagnose an AC problem and quoted me a really high price.  I called Sure Temp for a second opinion and quote and I'm sure glad I did.  Sure Temp was very responsive, gave me a quote that was much lower, and came out the next morning to help.  Turns out the other guys were wrong (and way overpriced anyways).  Keith fixed my ACTUAL AC problem on the spot and saved me well over a grand.  This is definitely my HVAC company for life.  They're very responsive, but even if they're busy next time I need them I'll gladly wait because I know I'll be getting awesome, honest service.

I called Sure Temp based on Yelp reviews in my area, due to furnace not working.  The technician, Bud, came within 2 hours.  Very pleasant, very knowledgeable.  Diagnosed problem with heat pump quickly - all was corrected within an hour or two.  Warm again!  I would call them again for any problem with HVAC.  They are licensed, bonded, and insured.

They had a tech come the same day that I called. Diagnosed the issue and had the repair done within an hour.  While not cheap the price was fair and within the price range I expected from my own online research. I would not hesitate to reccomend.

Tom was excellent and super patient with me. I called them out to find and change a filter in my salon and it ended up being 3 filters that would need changing and they were all on the roof Oi! Tom was patient while I contacted the landlord and got key codes etc. Not once did I feel like he was annoyed with me. Turns out that the landlord had changed the filters a week before (so stupid) so we Tom was very fair with his charge and I am glad to have an AC company I can trust.

Our A/C stopped blowing cold air on Sunday evening and hottest day of the year on top of things. My husband called and left a message at 7:00 pm Sunday night and received a call back within 5 minutes. Tech was to our house at 6:00 Monday morning and had the problem fixed in less than 30 minutes. Tech was courteous, prompt and friendly. We will recommend SureTemp to everybody we know. Hands down best customer service we have ever received!

Received same day service when my AC stopped working!  They gave me a window time frame for arrival and showed up close to the beginning of the range I was given.  They called when they were about 20 minutes away to let me know when they'd arrive and to make sure it worked with our schedule to come at that time. Tom diagnosed the problem very quickly, had the part on hand and fixed it on the spot.  He explained what the problem was and showed me the damaged part. He also explained about how long it was going to take for my house to cool down again and what to expect.  Couldn't be happier with everyone at Sure Temp that helped me starting with Mary when she scheduled our appointment, to Keith when he reassured me that we'd be taken care of today and then Tom for his services.  Great job guys!  Keep up the good work!  There is a reason why you have such good ratings!

I saw that they had an A+ BBB rating, gave them a call and booked an appointment for the next business day. Our tech Blake arrived on time and he was polite, courteous and professional. He proceeded with the inspection and tune up. I felt comfortable asking questions and that their prices were competitive. I would recommend them to anyone!

Just got my SRP rebate check, which made me rethink my whole 4.5 stars thing.  To be fair, I was just reacting to the Trane unit that failed.  That's on Trane, not Sure Temp.  They took care of everything from start to finish, and shouldn't be dinged for a faulty manufacturer.  It's been a month, and everything is working to plan.  I appreciate their willingness to work it through until it was right, and doing what they could to express their apologies for something largely beyond their control.  Thanks to all of the service guys that came out.  5 stars - unreserved!

Keith was brought to me through my property manager and my home warranty. I received a call that the A/C was not working at my rental home and Sure Temp was sent out to have a look.  Keith was very responsive and got out to the house quickly and the issue was diagnosed and repaired with no drama. I plan on using Sure Temp for all my upcoming seasonal check up's on the A/C system from now on.

My AC went out at 6 at night on march 14 . I did a quick google search and these guys were the only ones open. They showed up the next morning on time on march 15 and discovered they issue right away. I asked how soon could you guys start working. They said first thing tomorrow morning. They still recommended I should still get quotes from other companies to make sure i had a good deal. What I found out amazed me. Every company quoted about the same , but here's the difference. Everyone else was booked a week out, some couldn't even give me a quote till the end of the week. I called back to make sure the claim was true about starting work the next day.  Well today is march 16 and I have a brand new Trane AC.

After doing my homework and being uncomfortable being told I needed a new AC unit by another company, I reached out to Keith at Sure Temp. He literally responded to my Yelp message within minutes (probably less than 5 min!). He was very professional and courteous. I was able to schedule a diagnostic appt with him on the very next day. I told him my experience and he immediately agreed that I probably did not need a new unit. A quick look at the unit and the problem was diagnosed properly--a bad capacitor! He diagnosed AND replaced the capacitor in 15 minutes. WOW! I went from being quoted $7800 for a new unit that someone insisted I needed or a $1200 bill to fix the old one, to a 15min fix and very, very small fraction of the price.  Thanks Keith!

FYI...was just informed by these guys that they won't do your repairs if you have more than one system.  Very strange business practice considering that most larger houses in the valley have two or more systems to cover larger square footage that a single system can't manage.  I have two, very common, Trane heat pump systems; one for each side of my house that work independently from one another.  On separate duct systems.  Nothing out of the ordinary.  One stopped working, so I wanted them to come and repair it...simple request, so I thought.  But he told me they don't work on split systems.  The guy just stopped talking to me as I tried to explain that there was nothing special or complicated about my systems...even stranger behavior?!  So, after an awkward pause, I just said ok, hung up, and called someone else.  It's likely that my non-funtioning system needs to be replaced, as it's now about 16 years old.  So they probably are going to lose out on a $4-5K deal.  Oh well.

Keith and Dominick are very professional and prompt. My AC went off on 8th July 2017, Saturday night. They came the next day. I had already troubleshooted and realized that fan capacitors had gone out. They fixed them quickly and charged me reasonably. I am impressed with them and would recommend them to others. My AC was up and running by 9 AM on 9th July.

They were very busy but somehow managed to fit me into the schedule on the same day. Kevin showed up exactly on time and I told him what was happening and he went right to the condenser and showed me that it was fried (as in black). Wired burned right off it. He explained everything in detail to me and checked the Freon and all that stuff also. He had the part replaced within 15 minutes and my A/C finally worked again!. The price was excellent and the service was too. I will use them again.

Our home is located in Sun Lakes, AZ and last night we noticed that approximately  1/2 of our home was not receiving cold air. The A/C thermostat was selected ON and the outside circuit breakers were not tripped. I called our home warranty service which is American Home Shield (AHS) but they had a rather lengthy wait time amounting to upwards of 1 hour of being put on HOLD. I went ahead and booked the appointment online and an HVAC company was chosen for me without offering me any other options whatsoever. Without mentioning names and upon further review, the company that was selected had terrible reviews and so I elected to do some additional research which is when I discovered that Sure Temp had excellent reviews and consistently so. Primarily based on their excellent customer reviews, I called the warranty company back, cancelled the original servicing schedule with company brand-X and requested the services of Sure Temp Air Conditioning, LLC. It turned out that 1 out of our 2 AC's had a bad capacitor as explained by our technician, Dominic. It was a real pleasure as well as a breath of fresh air to actually have a good experience for a change with a home service company as this is not always the case. Dominic explained the problem and went right to work to remove and replace the capacitor unit. Voila! Problem resolved !! My wife & I are firm believers in giving credit where credit's due and it is certainly due in this case. We plan to use Sure Temp for any future HVAC problems that we might encounter and would also like to recommend them quite highly to anyone in need of heating or AC repairs & service. In fact, I spoke with Dominic about preventive maintenance inspections for the future at our home & he explained the company's practice for doing check-ups in both the Fall & again in the Spring. We look forward to a lasting relationship with this fine company.

Our home warranty company sent Sure Temp to diagnose AC issues, charged us a service fee and then closed the case as completed within a week without anything being done! Rather than being on hold for over an hour with them as always, we called Sure Temp. Keith, the owner, called us back within a few minutes even though it was a Saturday, apologized, and gave us the best deal out there. What really stood out to us in working with Keith is his outstanding customer service. He was very responsive and took the time to explain everything in detail to us. He didn't add 'fluff' in his estimate and didn't charge us for things that didn't need replacement. In fact, while replacing the AC he found that (1) the old thermostat was very good so there was no need to replace it - he deducted the price of a new one from his estimate and (2) the old pad turned out to be too small for the new AC - he gave us a new pad at no charge! That's a level of honesty and integrity that is rare to find! He's earned our trust. We highly recommend Sure Temp Air Conditioning.

We've had at least 5 different HVAC companies out for repairs on our system over this past year. Had we found Sure Temp earlier we could have saved all the run around & expenses! This is the first time I really felt like we got a proper repair! Tom Nash was our Service Tech, it is obvious that he's extremely knowledgeable & took the time to talk with us & explain what was going on. Our heat nice & hot like we've never known! He spoke highly of the company he works for & it certainly sounds like Sure Temp runs on Honesty & Integrity which is a rare find these days!

We had suretemp out through our home warranty because we noticed condensation coming out of the overflow pan. DOM came out and immediately addressed and fix the issue. Awesome right, no hassle no oh this isn't covered he just got it fixed. Now he could have stopped there because the problem was fixed but he said no your paying for the hour let me look over the rest of it I'm going to look inside the lines and make sure we have it all fixed so this doesn't become an issue in the future and that's what he did . Now I work with the home warranty companies on a different trade so I see first hand how hard it is to find a honest respectable company within the home warranty contractor pool but SureTemp is top notch I would refer them to anyone. I've had two different techs come out through suretemp the first one was Bud and he was amazing. Then this time was Dom and had the same experience. Thanks so much for getting our issues handled, your company and the way it's ran is beyond reproach. Never change

Excellent experience.  Had 4 a/c units get checked out for preventative maintenance.  He (Dominik) was very friendly, down-to-earth guy, and was fun to talk to, and offered a wealth of information about anything you had questions with, he was very happy to offer that.  He stated everything was in spec (all wires pulling correct currents, run-caps at expected values) and was very thorough.  He stated they DO NOT work on commission, so there won't up-sell or try to get you to buy something that you don't need.  For example, if you are 1/3 lb low on refrigerant, they will only charge you a 1/3 lb to fill it to spec, as it should be.  With R22 refrigerant being on average $100/lb, some previous companies charge you the whole lb ($100) even if you needed 1/2lb or 1/4 lb, or 1/8 lb...  If any company tries to do that with you, show them the door and the bottom of your foot!   I felt he was very honest and it was a pleasure doing business with them.  I will definitely use them again for all other services!  They charged $65 for first a/c, and $40 for each additional a/c.

I bought a new (used) house that needed some AC TLC, Keith and his team were great. They worked with me to meet at a time I was available, they came over checked out my AC units and installed some industrial looking ductwork in the unfinished basement. It looks awesome. I used Sure Temp Air Conditioning for Dad's property in Mesa Az.  We had miscommunication first so I was quite upset with the company but after the owner, Kieth, explained and  revisit himself to the property.  The heater worked perfectly.  I will highly recommend them to everyone not only for the technical service but also the good customer service.

I was first introduced to SureTemp a couple of years ago through my Home Warranty program, and have used them for all of my AC needs since then.  Keith is professional, polite, prompt, reliable, very reasonably-priced, and honest.  You could not ask for more from a business.  If you're in need of AC work, you shouldn't contact anyone else!

I don't typically give any 5 stars on yelp, however Sure Temp Air Conditioning went WAY above and beyond in my case. I received a new AC unit with my home warranty company. 6 months later my brand new AC stopped working. After 3 weeks of getting the run around my home warranty company Sure Temp came out to my home (they were not the original installers) and fixed my AC unit. Not only did they fix it, they noticed it had been installed improperly and went back to the home warranty company and instead of it costing me $1300 out of pocket they had the home warranty cover 100% of it . Over the last three weeks I have had multiple AC companies come out and treat me so poorly, lie to me to get money, etc. Sure Temp came out, got every thing fixed and fought on my behalf. I would recommend them to anyone and consider them one of the few trustworthy AC companies out there. I will continue to go to them for all of AC needs!! Thank you so much Sure Temp!!

Awesome experience. I get that yelp has to limit the stars but these guys deserve a 10.Here's why: Noticed downstairs ac unit not working yesterday. Go to yelp as Im new in town. Based on yelp ratings, this was an easy choice. Keith answered phone on my first call which I think was before 8 am.. Tell him the issue and he is at my house within hours. Very professional and knowledgeable. My house is 20 yrs old and I expected to be told I needed to replace one or both units. Keith was quick to diagnose and fix problem. Also provided me with an education on what he did and to look out for. Cost was very reasonable. I also appreciated that he respected my time as I was working from home and he did not engage in meaningless conversation like some others have a tendency to do. Also was very careful with going in and out of house because I have indoor pets.  I will be using them again and will recommend them to others.
