Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ
Sold our house, and the buyers inspection revealed a couple of issues we didn't know about. A/C drip pan in the attic rusty, and drain line possibly plugged.
Since I had such a good experience with this company a couple of years ago, gave them a call.
Efficiently scheduled appointment. Technician showed up on time. Thoroughly professional gent fixed the problems for the price I was originally quoted. I highly recommend this Company. Their standards and behavior have been exceptional!

Robert did an awesome job for a reasonable price. Good attitude, worked super hard, got it done in a timely fashion. Will definitely be using him again for anything we need hvac related. Recommend him highly. He replaced our air handler and condenser and relocated it all in one day.

Just new in Wickenberg and bought a condo. Within 5 days the old air conditioner dies and who do I call? I go onto a HVAC website and ask for suggestions. Immediately I am contacted by Jason and he asks if he can help.
Besides coming to see if the unit can be fixed, he has Lola bring a temporary unit to get us by until we have permanent air conditioning.
Can you ask for better service?
The next day, at reasonable pricing, we are back up and running. We chose to go with a whole new unit to replace the 30 year old unit. Mitsubishi non-duct. What a beautiful unit and installed by very friendly, professionals.
I would recommend them to anyone.

My AC went out on the day my wife gave birth to our second son, which happened to be a 100 degree day. I had family in town to help and needed to rush to fix it correctly fast. Raud was on time, super nice, and explained everything with detail so that I had no doubts about replacing AC , running new air ducts to balance the rooms and remove hotspots then finally sealing the air ducts. There was no pressure and when I was stressed the most he made me feel at ease. Angel and Carlos worked their butts off and got it done fast. Hobaica also worked with me on an energy audit I had done a month earlier from a different company so they transferred it to them and got me tons of rebates from SRP to make the project affordable. Compared to the other two companies that came and gave me quotes I am really happy with my choice going with Hobaica and would definitely recommend them to my friends.

The owner, Danny, came out and took a look at my AC and found an issue and fixed it right away. He said if I had any more issues to give him a call or send him some videos. I'm much happier now that he came over and took a look at what was happening. I will definitely give him a fall in the future if anything happens. Thank you!

We received excellent service from Raul, a technician with Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning this past week. Our heat pump was fixed a day after initial diagnosis (blower motor) and we're happy to have heat again :). Raul was professional, neat and courteous, highly recommend him.

Why does this always happen during the Summer months? I come home from work yesterday and notice that my house is hotter than outside! Good thing my house has 2 AC units(upstairs/downstairs), so I made an appointment for the next day for a repair tech.
I get a call from Jennifer that the tech will arrive between 10-3 and get another update that the tech is on the way. My tech , Ken, quickly finds the cause as a bad contactor, shows me the bad part (that has tons of filth on it) and replaces it. Ahhh..... cool ac again.
Accutemp will always be the best for me as not only are the office personnel and techs always courteous and friendly ( a lost art in 80% of business nowadays), but
their updates and prompt service has made me a customer for life. Gotta keep up on those Season maintenance to keep my outside units clean!

We had Day and Night do a routine service call to make sure AC was working properly. Today we had Kasey come back and do the Gold Semiannual service. Oh what a wonderful experience! Kasey was amazing. Explained all he did and said we had good, working unit. We are so happy to have found Day & Night. We are snowbirds who have decided to stay in Phoenix full time. We not only signed up for the Gold, but added the plumbing as well. It feels so good to be connected to such a fine firm that employs such nice people who also speak so highly of the company they work for. Wow, so refreshing in this day and age. Thanks Kasey and Day & Night!

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

So I purchased a mini split to go in my garage. I called Stay Cool the owner Garrett was prompt in calling me back and gave me a great price to install it. He was here yesterday. Garrett installed the unit in about 3 hours. Great to have a cool garage for my home workout. Would definitely recommend Stay Cool for any need.

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

Kevin identified an issue previous AC specialists didn't. A cap on the tube before the p-trap was missing. Led to fire truck rollout due to water spilling into the smoke alarm. Kevin didn't charge. He is trustworthy, fast, and highly knowledgeable. Recommend him for system checkups or repairs. He also will give truthful assessment about system replacement if needed.

I can't say enough about the customer service from King Plumbing & AC. Just as luck would have it the AC in my home stopped cooling on a weekend in July, it was just running constantly. I posted a message on Yelp that following Monday morning. King Plumbing was THE ONLY company who could come out that morning. Luis and James arrived right on time. Both were very polite, professional and honest. They noticed the unit was low on coolant, recharged it and cool air had returned. Next step was to reach out to Old Republic, the home warranty company, to get the AC repaired or replaced. They sent out some shotty company who charged me 75.00 just to tell me nothing was wrong, didn't even check anything except to tell me the unit had plenty of coolant. No duh since King had just been out a day prior. This company then closed out the service ticket with no problem found. I called Old Republic back and stated there was a reason why the unit was so low on coolant and insisted either they repair or replace the unit. Since King Plumbing & AC is also a contractor for Old Republic, I demanded that they open a new ticket to King. Luis and James came out again, went up in the attic and found multiple leaks in the coil. Luis worked with the manufacturer to locate a replacement part which was so nice of him. A part was found and the insurance company approved the repair with no cost to me. Luis and James came back out once the part arrived, replaced it and now the AC works great. I even signed up for the maintenance plan offered by King so now twice a year the unit can be inspected so no more summer without AC. There are so many AC companies in Maricopa County but if you are looking for a company with honesty, integrity, that goes above and beyond, by all means, look no further than King Plumbing & AC. Thanks Luis and James. You guys rock !!!!

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.
I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.
Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:
1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.
2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.
3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.
I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

We found your company through APS' Home Energy Audit $99 special and we are glad we did. Your audit tech, Ken Kucera was nothing short of perfect in professionalism, knowledge, service and just being a great guy. My husband, Jack, is a retired electrical engineer, residential & commercial contractor and a Jack of all trades and he loves to test the knowledge of people in the service industries he understands. Many people don't make the grade, but Ken was able to describe, in technical detail, what the audit process was, why it was being done, what the equipment did and what the data meant. He answered all of our questions and easily chatted in tech talk with Jack.
When the audit results were ready, Ken explained what he had found, what he suggested needed to be done and what additional things we may want to do in the future to make our home as efficient as possible. He did not push services or hard sell us, he simply offered information and willingness to be of service in any capacity Canyon State AC could provide.
We scheduled Canyon State to come out to fix the ducting in the attic. Kyle Hicks & Albert Espinoza arrived on time, with all the parts, materials and tools necessary to complete the job and did so in the estimated time. They left the work site clean and removed all the old ducting. Using your partner company to blow in insulation was as painless as working directly with Canyon State. APS sent out an inspector to make sure all the work was completed properly. We got their thumbs up.
A few months later (June 2015) we turned on our HVAC for the first time since Canyon State did an all points check up on our unit. We found that it was turning on and running but it was blowing out outside ambient temperature air. We called Canyon State and explained our issue. Because they had our warranty info on file, they noticed our warranty was due to expire in the following four days. Canyon sent out Gabe Maestas that day and he found a blown control board. He ordered it and it arrived in 2 days that same day Gabe was out to replace the board. While he was replacing it he found the start components also had blown, suggesting we had had a power surge between when they serviced it the first time and when we turned it on the in June. Gabe offered to install a surge protector, we said do it. Oh, and they didn't charge us for these last two service calls, just for the surge protector. What could have cost us nearly $1,000 ended up costing us $120. THANK YOU Canyon State!
