Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

Paul was the technician that serviced our A/C for routine maintenance. He was prompt and I also received a courtesy phone call with ETA before he made his way over to our house which I GREATLY appreciated. He was very professional and explained the work he had completed and also the proposed preventative work he recommends we get done to ensure our unit lasts as long as possible before having to replace it. I recommend Northern Air Mechanical Services and will continue to use them for maintenance services and repairs if ever needed.

Robert did an awesome job for a reasonable price. Good attitude, worked super hard, got it done in a timely fashion. Will definitely be using him again for anything we need hvac related. Recommend him highly. He replaced our air handler and condenser and relocated it all in one day.

Just new in Wickenberg and bought a condo.  Within 5 days the old air conditioner dies and who do I call?  I go onto a HVAC website and ask for suggestions.  Immediately I am contacted by Jason and he asks if he can help.
Besides coming to see if the unit can be fixed, he has Lola bring a temporary unit to get us by until we have permanent air conditioning.
Can you ask for better service?
The next day, at reasonable pricing, we are back up and running.  We chose to go with a whole new unit to replace the 30 year old unit.  Mitsubishi non-duct.  What a beautiful unit and installed by very friendly, professionals.
I would recommend them to anyone.

We have used Hobaica for years to service our a/c unit.  They NEVER push to get you to buy a new one or make up fake problems.  They do an excellent job and will even give you an inspection report with photos with a 21 point inspection.  We highly recommend them.

My parents purchased a home and needed a new unit and new ductwork. LRG did a fantastic job. The pricing was fair and the work was completed fairly quickly. Very professional. LRG is the way to go!

AC let go mid-day yesterday. The wife and I set up a wind tunnel in the Livingroom to make it through the night. 1st thing this morning, hopped onto Yelp and found Comfort Experts and had Ryan come out a few hours later. Within an hour he had us back up and running :)

We purchased our home two years ago, and earlier today discovered a small water leak in a bedroom ceiling.  Apparently our air conditioner had clogged pipes which had led to an ancient and rusted condensation pan filling with water (which isn't supposed to happen, it turns out). Fortunately Danny was able to get out to see us that afternoon. He picked up a new and improved pan for us, blew out the pipes and had everything done in little more than an hour. If we need help with our heater -- or have another problem with our air conditioner -- we'll be calling K&K Heating and Air again.

Honest, straightforward, great workers! These are not usually adjectives to describe most repair services, but it describes Reliance. Thank you Dalen for the great service you provided. Two years ago another company suggested we needed to buy a new unit and you saved the day. It's still going strong two years later (a 15 year old unit) and your honesty and great service are much appreciated.

I have a Carrier unit and the blower would not shut off.  I made the mistake of calling a non-authorized Carrier dealer that was very highly rated on Yelp.  What a disappointment.  I paid for the trip charge and had zero confidence in the proposed repair.  So I made the call to an authorized Carrier dealer like I should have done the first time.  The tech that came out from AccuTemp quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a proposed repair.  He showed up on time and clearly knew his stuff.  They had to order a part and schedule a follow up.  Work was done on time and as promised.  If you have a Carrier unit do yourself a favor and don't call anyone else.

Had Day & Night come out to my house and give me an estimate on a new AC system.
First off, the guy was really nice. Great guy.
I'd already had 2 other companies come out and estimate the same job with the exact same system.
Both of the other companies are 4 and 5 star Yelp reviewed and you've seen their commercials on TV.
One came in at $6,500 and the other $7,000.
Day & Night came in at $9,500 (even with $1,000 of so-called discounts). The other 2 didn't try to use discounts. Just a straight up price.
Again, exact same AC system, same install.
I wrote a pretty thorough, lengthy reply to the sales guy with all of the pricing and details of the other estimates letting him know that they were too high and that I couldn't fathom why they would be that much higher and that I would be going with one of the others. I was just being nice and letting him know the market. I mean if 2 of 3 well reviewed companies are in the ballpark and you're out in the bleachers, chances are you may be wrong.
No reply from them saying thanks for the feedback or an attempt to explain the huge difference.
Honestly, I don't know that a reply would have changed my mind, but at least an attempt to explain would have been interesting to read.
Nice guy, very knowledgeable but the estimate was awful. They may have been phenomenal at installing, but I'll never know. Whatever pricing Day & Night is following, it's hurting nice sales guys.
This is a textbook lesson to ALWAYS GET MULTIPLE QUOTES.
I'm having my AC installed next week and I'll review that company afterwards.

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

Garrett with Stay Cool just showed up an hour early and fixed our heat pump that had been out since last Friday. You don't realize how amazing AC is until it goes out! I highly recommend Garrett and this business!

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

I have used Kevin's service for many years.  He is the nicest and the most honest person that I have known.  He does a good job and his service charge is very reasonable.  I strongly recommend him to everyone.

This isn't about their work . I posted that review months ago .This is regarding their honesty, i e Zack. I was called the other day , which is always annoying since I'm busy . I assumed it was a solicitation.  Instead he informed me of an overcharge from their last visit . I would not have caught this until 04/21 at the earliest . I am always impressed when someone is honest . Yes, it should go without saying but I have learned from experience it does not .

Let me just start by saying that overall this was an EXCELLENT experience. We recently bought a new home and we had to replace the hvac system asap. We were stressed and wanted it done right the first time. I shopped a few quotes from some partner companies of ours and I thought they were good until we met Claude from Precision. That's where the quote shopping stopped. We were sold immediately. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of our exact needs. It was not an easy job due to the limitations of our existing system. Claude was able to assess the requirements for a completely new system in a fraction of the time the other companies took. He even found numerous things that they never did and would have been crucial to a proper installation. He had the quote to us the same day and that was it. They offered better products & were also less expensive than all of the others. It was a win win. No question. We scheduled the installation immediately, about a week out. Installation day came and the crew arrived earlier than expected. Guy & Eric are truly an amazing duo. They were very polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgable. They got right to work and didn't waste anytime. Very hard workers! Without any major complications the installation went exactly as planned. This was a direct result of a proper and thorough consultation. The end result was clean and done right. The system is amazing & runs very efficiently as promised. Don't look any further if you need anything related to your HVAC system. In my opinion this company strives to be the best at what they do and it shows in every aspect of working with them. I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

This is the second time we have used Canyon State - the first was a large job replacement of outdoor AC unit and attic exchanger in the casita - their quote was significantly less than all others and the service was timely.  Today they came out due to a critical issue with the main house unit -Timely and professional. Most impressively, they were honest as it turned out to be a simple fix and they charged us $75 for parts and same day service. I trust this company and highly recommend them.
