Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ
Sold our house, and the buyers inspection revealed a couple of issues we didn't know about. A/C drip pan in the attic rusty, and drain line possibly plugged.
Since I had such a good experience with this company a couple of years ago, gave them a call.
Efficiently scheduled appointment. Technician showed up on time. Thoroughly professional gent fixed the problems for the price I was originally quoted. I highly recommend this Company. Their standards and behavior have been exceptional!

Robert did an awesome job for a reasonable price. Good attitude, worked super hard, got it done in a timely fashion. Will definitely be using him again for anything we need hvac related. Recommend him highly. He replaced our air handler and condenser and relocated it all in one day.

Very helpful and honest company. They were able to complete the requested work very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

We thought there was something wrong with our AC, but they came out and checked it for quite a while actually. Our AC units were fine and they didn't charge us a thing. And this was during the high heat of the summer!

Justin recently performed our mid-season checkup. He has been our technician for many years. He is excellent and a true professional. We have great confidence in his work.
So glad to have Hobaica for our HVAC servicing and equally so to have Justin always providing such a super job.

My parents purchased a home and needed a new unit and new ductwork. LRG did a fantastic job. The pricing was fair and the work was completed fairly quickly. Very professional. LRG is the way to go!

Danny got back to us promptly for an appointment time, he arrived on time, explained and took photos of what was the problem, and gave us a fair price. He even offered to replace the air filter and a lightbulb that went out while he was here working in the attic! I highly would recommend him and would use him again.

What an awesome experience! Called me to tell me they were on their way. Had a super nice service guy! He explained everything to me and actually showed me pictures of the problems. I was shocked at how reasonable they were and how professional. I had 2 different friends recommend companies to me and after checking their reviews I picked Reliance. So glad I did!!

Our air conditioner stopped working this week around 6:00 pm. Fortunately, we have two zones and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was working fine. For this reason, I requested AccuTemp to come out the following morning. The service tech arrived on time and identified the problem within ten minutes. The motor burned out due to wires getting tangled within the unit. The prior company I used (through our Homeowners Insurance) tied the wires together with a plastic tie. With the warm weather, the tie broke. I am happy to say that AccuTemp fixed the problem and covered the wires appropriately and did it within 45 minutes. The tech stayed until he verified the AC was working properly. The knowledge and professionalism of the tech exceeded my expectations and the cost to fix was fair and below my expectations. AccuTemp is now my company of choice. I highly recommend them!

Thank you, thank you! In this 109 degree day, we had a power surge and my AC stopped working. I called Day & Night and within the hour tech Conrad Dominguez was out here and on the roof. The compressor had shut off and he also did my cleaning (my bad didn't call before I turned on the air a few months ago) He was up there a couple of hours. I am soooooo Thankful to Conrad who was a total professional and explained to me what had happened and showed me pictures as well. Day and Night thank you to the office staff as well who always treat me with respect.

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

We had a motor which burned out on our furnance (it suppose to snow tonight in Sedona) and needed to be repaired. Once the part was ordered and received, Stay Cool came out and fixed the issue. They even stayed an extra 15 mins or so to explain what fixes/repairs were made and tested the furance to make sure it was working well.
Thank you so much,
Daniel

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

Kevin is very personable and thorough with his work. He showed up on time, and he backs up his work 100%. His charges are very reasonable. It's really nice to find an honest, friendly person to do our A/C maintenance and repair!

I scheduled a service call for yesterday and Ken (only reason I give two stars) came out to look at our unit. He was very informative and diagnosed thru video of our unit that the issue we were having is with the compressor. It totally died and we need a new unit. Ken said that the next step is to schedule a visit with a sales supervisor (Mike, Don or Chad) who will come to inspect the attic, duct work, return, etc. Ken called the office and scheduled the call for today from 2-7 pm. 6 pm arrives and no call from the office or the tech. I called the office at 6:30 and spoke to a young woman who said that the tech called at 12:30 pm and at 6:10 pm and left a voicemail each time. I have been by my phone all day and have no missed calls and no voicemail messages. She said that we are still scheduled but since we didnt answer the phone we were bumped. She assured me that we were the next call in line. I called again at 7:01 pm and spoke with Kirby. Kirby informed me that he saw in the account that I did receive a call earlier in the day and that they left a vm. After explaining again that I had not received a phone call I was put on repeated holds so that Kirby could figure out the situation. He apologized that he was just now getting up to speed on the situation and that he didn't have good notes. After my complaint that I've been waiting at home all day, Kirby said he understood and that he is doing everything in his power to make sure things are notated in my acct. After angrily stating that the person I spoke with earlier had lied to me that I received 2 phone calls, I was put on another hold. He returned and said that 3 people actually tried to call me. I asked for their names and was once again put on another hold. When he returned, Kirby reassured me that I am next on the list and that the tech is in Glendale and would be leaving within the hour. That was at 7:08 pm. I said that by the time the tech gets here it will be around 9 pm. Kirby said he didn't know how long it would take and can't predict traffic nor when the tech will be leaving. I asked again for the names of the people who he said that called and he said legally he was not allowed to give out their names. I asked which law that was and he said he didn't know. I asked if he could give me the times that they called and he said 12:10, 6:12 and 6:31 pm. I never received a missed call alert nor a voicemail for the first two times and I have the cell phone call log to prove it. The last time was actually when I called Precision. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after a long hold, was told that there are only 2 people working right now and a manager isnt available. Kirby said he was escalating this to a concern call in which a manager would call me back first thing in the morning. I asked for the mgr's name and he said Vincent. He asked if I wanted to keep the tech tonight or if I wanted to reschedule for tomorrow. I asked for the name of the tech who was at the job tonight. Kirby easily and quickly gave me the name of Chad. When discussing the supervisor's visit today, I was told by Ken yesterday that there is no charge for the visit. So I asked Kirby if there is a charge for today's visit, and again, after another hold, he returned to say there was no charge for the visit. I asked if Kirby will be calling me to tell me when the tech is on the way and he said it will be him or someone else, to which I added that it would be the other employee that is currently at work with him. Meanwhile, I received a call at 7:53 pm from an unknown caller. Turns out it was Vincent who I discovered IS a manager but is NOT on premises. How convenient. Vincent was calling to let me know that Chad the technician was on his way. I asked if Vincent is the manager and he said yes. I shared to save him a call tomorrow, I have had a less than excellent experience with Precision thus far. He asked what made it less than excellent and I shared that I was lied to by the young woman and got the run around from Kirby. Vincent apologized for Kirby, that he was a new employee and that they have been the # 1 AC company in Phx for 7 years and hates to lose my business. He asked if we could still have the tech come out to our house today. After putting him on a brief hold, I thanked Vincent for his apology but I will be going with a different company to replace the unit. He was again sorry to lose my business but that if there was anything that they could do to let them know. I also shared that I would be telling the friend who recommended them to me about my experience so that she has a fuller picture of the company she purchased from. Also, WHILE I am on the phone with Kirby I received two text messages saying that they had tried to reach me but that they needed verbal confirmation to allow the tech to come. The timestamp is 7:57 pm. I think they were trying to cover their tracks to make it look like they had called me earlier.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.
I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.
Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:
1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.
2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.
3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.
I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.
