Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

Needed a new A/C unit installed because dog had been urinating on the previous outdoor system. Spoke with Jason who was able to get me a reasonable quote for a new unit installed. They were very patient and listened to my concerns as I had just been ripped off by a different competing place who had been out three times including charging us for coolant when it was spot on obvious there was corrosion and a leak (I do not recommend Simply The Best).

Jason provided the quote and the install was done within a few days which is excellent response time considering I was in a jam and summer is here. Installers were very professional and even had the job done under the quoted time frame and did preventative maintenance on the other existing unit. Recommended. Straight forward, friendly and professional and don't play games with you like some of the other guys. We need integrity living in Arizona with the heat and I can say based on my experience, Northern Air provides exactly that! Thanks again and will use in the future for all cooling and heating needs!

Robert did an awesome job for a reasonable price. Good attitude, worked super hard, got it done in a timely fashion. Will definitely be using him again for anything we need hvac related. Recommend him highly. He replaced our air handler and condenser and relocated it all in one day.

My parents purchased a home and needed a new unit and new ductwork. LRG did a fantastic job. The pricing was fair and the work was completed fairly quickly. Very professional. LRG is the way to go!

All AC companies should do business like these guys!! Don't waste your time with anyone else and just call Comfort Experts first. Here's my story...

For 2+ weeks, I wasted my time and money with my home warranty company and still had no resolution so I decided to message Comfort Experts on Yelp. BEST DECISION EVER! First, it was only 6am and a live person (Ryan) replied within minutes!! He gave me a reasonable fee to come out for diagnosis and was able to come SAME DAY! Ryan showed up earlier than expected and thoroughly explained the issues and options to me. Somehow he was able to get the necessary part in one hour whereas the warranty company said it would take 5 weeks to get. Now My family and I are sitting in my cooled house during this hot AZ summer! Danny was awesome.  I called another company at first and the work was not done at all.  Its going to be an hellacious week full of triple digit weather. Danny was able to fix the ac and my three little girls are no longer sweating. The other company tried to upswell me by saying the ac unit was lacking freon. Danny was polite and punctual. He diagnosed and fixed the issue without trying to make fraudulent claims. I will continue to use him for all my needs. Excellent company.  I will refer him to all my friends and family

Honest, straightforward, great workers! These are not usually adjectives to describe most repair services, but it describes Reliance. Thank you Dalen for the great service you provided. Two years ago another company suggested we needed to buy a new unit and you saved the day. It's still going strong two years later (a 15 year old unit) and your honesty and great service are much appreciated.

Had some opportunities with another A/C contractor, so I returned to yelp to find another. They were very professional, organized, reasonably priced, responsive, and catered to my specific needs. I will use them again.

My heating went out and so I gave these guys a call. The yelp reviews seemed good, but they didn't have an appointment for 3 days away. Bought a little heater at Walgreens and toughed it out. Come my appointment time, no one showed up. Called the office,  line was busy? Got someone else to come same day. Maria from the office called me 5 hours after my appointment to apologize. Nice of her, but a little late.

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

Garrett with Stay Cool just showed up an hour early and fixed our heat pump that had been out since last Friday. You don't realize how amazing AC is until it goes out! I highly recommend Garrett and this business!

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

Our air conditioner stopped working right before we were heading out of town. When we got back to town we called 3 different companies to get a quote - all with very high yelp ratings. Our last meeting was with Kevin. We were impressed with his knowledge, ideas to fix our loud vent and how he really cared about making it right. When all of the quotes came back we decided to go with Kevin not only because his quote was the lowest (by quite a bit), but also because we trusted him which is needed for an air conditioner in the summer in phoenix. He squeezed us in a few days later. He was right on time for the appointment and he and his team stayed until it was perfect. Kevin, Justin and Javier were knowledgable, respectful and polite. They all went above and beyond for us to have the best experience and a fantastic system, quieter vent and even installed our new ecobees. Kevin even filed all the rebate paperwork and came over to confirm everything is running smooth when he got our signatures. We will always go to Kevin for our climate needs.

King plumbing gets a very good review from me.  Although I did not hire them for plumbing because I am a very good plumber myself but rather I hired them for air conditioner service.  This technical kind of job out classes my skill set and tools so I needed  some help.  So I Yelped out.  A few out other companies were not willing to service my unit (because it was a Mexican market unit I bought for cheap).  Some other companies were willing but they Didn't have any reviews yet but I wasn't willing to be the first one.  So I called King plumbing because they had very good reviews already.  What can I say the reviews don't lie.  The first company I hired last year to do the install messed up the install.  It was a simple mistake but there was a tiny leak and so the machine ran out of Freon in the winter when I need it to make heat which makes it kind of difficult to service.  King Plumbing Took care of it easily, and they came through right away and fixed it very reasonably.  Their master journey man level technician was very professional and respectful.  I was happy and proud to leave him his first tip.

i've used them for years.  Generally speaking, they are great.  Had a couple of hickups over the years, but their office is great, and the technicians are almost always great.  Last technician, Manny V. was awesome. Tells you how to improve, but not a ridiculous sales person.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.
