Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

Sold our house, and the buyers inspection revealed a couple of issues we didn't know about. A/C drip pan in the attic rusty, and drain line possibly plugged.
Since I had such a good experience with this company a couple of years ago, gave them a call.
Efficiently scheduled appointment. Technician showed up on time. Thoroughly professional gent fixed the problems for the price I was originally quoted. I highly recommend this Company. Their standards and behavior have been exceptional!

Robert did an awesome job for a reasonable price. Good attitude, worked super hard, got it done in a timely fashion. Will definitely be using him again for anything we need hvac related. Recommend him highly. He replaced our air handler and condenser and relocated it all in one day.

I've used Hobaica to replace and repair my air conditioner and was extremely satisfied so I called to see if they can do a small plumbing job. No problem. The tech, John Miranda, let me know when he was on his way. When he arrived, he was extremely pleasant. He was efficient, courteous, professional and friendly. He took care of my problem and even went the extra mile with his extra clean-up from whoever was lazy enough to paint over pipe threading. Highest recommendation for sure!

Absolutely without a doubt 5 stars! Our AC went out this morning and of course I was panicking because we have a little dog who cannot be in a hot home. I inquired on yelp and found comfort experts. The business owner called me right away and had a tech at my home within 2 hours. Connor was so great and informative. He helped me sort out the issues and tell me what was wrong. With our warranty we noticed we would need to get the repairs done by another company however Connor broke all the prices down for me and said they would do it in a heart beat if our other company cannot. I've never had the need to write a review for any business before but i just couldn't be more glad that it's for K&K. My mother is 83 years old and had her heating unit go out on her during the coldest time of year. I called a few other company's to please check the unit, when they found out it was an older unit they flat refused to even come out. I came across K&K and figured i'd try one more. I spoke with Danny and he was more than glad to come out, even though it was raining that day, he offered to come out same day. He came and checked out the unit and did his best to try and get heat to the house for my mother, who by the way suffers from crippling arthritis, but was unable to due to units condition. He wrote out an estimate for a replacement unit and asked me to call if we needed his service again. After he left my mother told me that she had a great feeling about this man, as did I. He must have felt something because he called later that night to check on her and again stated that if he could help in any way to please call at any time, day or night. After contacting the insurance company they asked for better wording as to why unit needed replaced and Danny was able to help us out thru the whole insurance process, and also worked us into his schedule to make sure my mother got heat as soon as possible. It's still going strong two years later (a 15 year old unit) and your honesty and great service are much appreciated.

Great company with excellent service. They dont commission their techs so you dont have to worry about being upsold just so the tech can jack his truck up. Had an issue with our AC and they fixed it quickly. Highly recommended.

This company continues to impress me. My A/C died in late November. If I wasn't living in Arizona, this wouldn't have been a problem, but it was still in the high 80s/low 90s so getting the A/C fixed was something of a priority. Day & Night sent Kyle to come out and investigate. He determined that there was a coolant leak, but he advised that the entire A/C unit would need to be replaced. He said that another associate would arrive soon to discuss options and financing. Within just a couple of hours, Corey showed up, took measurements of our house and checked out the outdoor unit and the unit in the attic. He then went over what products would be best for us based on the size of our home and then went over how much it would be to finance the removal of the old A/C unit and installation of the new one. A few days later, Johnny, Aaron, and Michael showed up first thing as promised. They completed the work in about 7 hours. In the process, we also got a nice new thermostat with a touch screen and Wi-Fi capabilities that allow us to adjust it using our phones! A few days after that, Ronnie showed up to do a final walk-through quality-control inspection. Everybody was real polite and a pleasure to do business with. I recommend this company to everyone.

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

Garrett with Stay Cool just showed up an hour early and fixed our heat pump that had been out since last Friday. You don't realize how amazing AC is until it goes out! I highly recommend Garrett and this business!

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

Quantum Climate Control Services saved the day, we had an issue with installing a new thermostat, ended up without heat or AC. I got a response quickly, that was informed and Kevin knew exactly what my problem is. He was able to stop by my house first thing, gave fair pricing, fixed everything and was great to work with.

We had a very positive experience.  They were professional , helpful and knowledgeable. They were very prompt in getting someone to our house, they wore masks, and diagnosed and resolved our issues.  We will definitely call them again when we have any problems.

I called Precision Air when my A/C was running but not blowing cold air out.  I thought I would try them because of their heavy advertising.  While they did come to my home in a reasonable amount of time and it was a Sunday, I was prepared to pay for the Service Call, even at a premium.  I was not prepared to pay a total of $797 for 3 small products.  I searched for each piece of product and all 3 were absurdly marked up.  As in $342 for a $23 item.  Then $236 for an $18 item.  Then $168 for a $15 item.  I do not mind a company making a profit but this was criminal.  I called to discuss the situation with the Manager, and the reason the bill was so high was, they are a large company and have a lot of overhead and expenses.  That they cannot compete with the smaller repair places who do not have as much overhead.  I don't know about anyone else but if you're going to be in business, I do not think you should gouge your customers because of your cost of doing business.  Like I said, I did not mind paying a fee for Sunday service and paying more since I didn't have a contract.  But I think the amount of parts should be within reason.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.
