We have been a customer of Hobaica Services for several years now and are on their service plan.  They do a check up on our air conditioning system a couple times a year.  Each and every time a 5 star rating!  On one of the occasions they made an adjustment and our system has ran colder and worked more efficiently since. My parents purchased a home and needed a new unit and new ductwork. LRG did a fantastic job. The pricing was fair and the work was completed fairly quickly. Very professional. LRG is the way to go!

It's never a good time for your AC to go out but living in Arizona in the summer, it's a really scary event. Last night and into this morning, my house temperature rose to 90 degrees. I had requested some quotes around 9pm last night but never heard back. I requested additional ones this morning around 6 and Comfort Experts answered within minutes. My technician Trevor was here by 8 and my AC was fixed by 11. In very impressed with the response time and customer service I received and a new AC is in my future. I will definitely be calling Comfort Experts back to help me with that purchase. Thank you Trevor. You were professional and kind and got the job done!!!

I've never had the need to write a review for any business before but i just couldn't be more glad that it's for K&K. My mother is 83 years old and had her heating unit go out on her during the coldest time of year. I called a few other company's to please check the unit, when they found out it was an older unit they flat refused to even come out. I came across K&K and figured i'd try one more. I spoke with Danny and he was more than glad to come out, even though it was raining that day, he offered to come out same day. He came and checked out the unit and did his best to try and get heat to the house for my mother, who by the way suffers from crippling arthritis, but was unable to due to units condition. He wrote out an estimate for a replacement unit and asked me to call if we needed his service again. After he left my mother told me that she had a great feeling about this man, as did I. He must have felt something because he called later that night to check on her and again stated that if he could help in any way to please call at any time, day or night. After contacting the insurance company they asked for better wording as to why unit needed replaced and Danny was able to help us out thru the whole insurance process, and also worked us into his schedule to make sure my mother got heat as soon as possible. Danny is an awesome man, And K&K is not just a business, they are now FAMILY...  Thank You So Much

This company superseded my expectations. As a single mom, I am always leery of service companies ripping me off. I never felt that with Reliance. The tech who came out to look at my AC unit never pressured me into buying their unit. He simply stated the facts and let me make up my mind to purchase- which I really appreciated. My rep, Daniel, is fantastic. He took the time to explain everything in detail, to find the best option for me. Enrique and Jose were very polite and quick to get the job done. We had a little glitch in the thermostat. I called Daniel and he immediately took care of the problem, within the hour of me calling him. David followed up with cleaning the air ducts. I am so impressed with the professionalism and top-notch work they did. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

After 4+ bids for an AC Unit, I went with AccuTemp.  Matt was helpful and honest.  He gave us time to do our research and answered all our questions.  The installers were professional and although a mistake was made, they came out quickly upon realizing there was a problem and corrected their mistake.  Mike was on top of it and wanted us to know that they stood behind their work.  Hopefully there will be no more problems in the future but should there be, I am sure they will be there to help and fix them.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. They have been servicing my unit for about 2 years now and I have never felt that they have tried to pressure me into purchasing something that I truly did not need. I have had multiple technicians, all friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, and professional.

I recently had it serviced and as my unit is 20+ years old and in need of some costly repairs, I decided to go ahead and invest in a new one. I contacted several companies and found that they were the cheapest and offered great financing. On the day of the install, the technicians arrived exactly on time and diligently got to work. I was surprised that a manager came out to inspect the work and to see how the techs were doing (no complaints here). Overall, I am happy with day and night and even recommended them.

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

A less than four year old condenser unit would not start up. Called Stay Cool and had an appointment window for 2-5 PM. At four pm i called to confirm and they said yes, but someone else was in front of me. 5:30 PM rolled around and no Stay Cool. No call, no nothing. Unreliable, unprofessional. Buyer beware.

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

We had Quantum perform a checkup on our system and are extremely satisfied with the service received. They arrived exactly when they said they would and got it taken care of. We had been told in the past by several other companies that there was an issue that needed to be fixed and would be fairly expensive. Kevin checked it out and dispelled that. He identified a minor issue that may come up but nothing that needed immediate attention. The price for the checkup was very reasonable. We also like that they are a small, local company. We will definitely look to them in the future any work needed on our system. We highly recommend them. Thanks.

We had a very positive experience.  They were professional , helpful and knowledgeable. They were very prompt in getting someone to our house, they wore masks, and diagnosed and resolved our issues.  We will definitely call them again when we have any problems.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

Been messing around trying to fix a running toilet since Wednesday, now its Saturday and its finally fixed!  Garrett did a fantastic job, kept me informed about was wrong and cleaned up the area.  Got a good deal on the price, I'm so happy I called Canyon State Plumbing!!
