Paul was the technician that serviced our A/C for routine maintenance. He was prompt and I also received a courtesy phone call with ETA before he made his way over to our house which I GREATLY appreciated. He was very professional and explained the work he had completed and also the proposed preventative work he recommends we get done to ensure our unit lasts as long as possible before having to replace it. I recommend Northern Air Mechanical Services and will continue to use them for maintenance services and repairs if ever needed.

I wish that there was more starts, 'Cause HOBAICA Services Inc. Tooked my A/C Unit challenge, I called them yesterday in a 109 degrees Phoenix summer around 2pm, I explained that my a/c Unit wasn't cooling enough that I believe that there was a leak in the tubing, cause, I saw frost on it, Gent attending the call mentioned that, they're busy, but if I didn't mind to wait, that his technician TED K. Would arrive around 5, 6 or 7pm, I thank him for taking my short notice challenge, & TED K arrived around 4pm, (due to the pandemic times, MASKED ON & protected following all health procedures,) had to putted away all my dogs, TED K was understanding about it, I explained the challenge & he started checking out my a/c Unit, I explained to him that HOBAICA it's my 2ND CHOICE OPTION, & that GOETTL A/C was my 1st choice & they didn't do anything for me, the technician who tooked care of me, as soon as he saw my TRANE A/C unit, he said well sir, definitely you need to change the unit it's almost 20 years old, when we not even start checking out for problems, I said I've take care of the unit, it's just freezing the outside pipe like you can see, he repeated, again sir, it's a 20 years Unit needs to be replaced, I ask about prices, which me mentioned that could run from 10,000 up to 20,000 or more depending in what I'm looking for, I mentioned that I couldn't afford it, he said we financed, you could be paying between 150.00 to 275.00 a month, I said thanks but no, to please fix it somehow that at least gave me this summer, he said I don't understand how do you want to put money in the garbage, he gave me an estimate of 2,100.00 just to fixed it, patch it, put a bandage like he said, he wanted to change my air filter & check out the temperature inside the house, but I mentioned about all my dogs, so I did it for him, changed the A/C filter & so.. come back, he's checking out my unit & definitely said that either 2,100.00 to fix it RIGHT NOW or don't waste your money & buy a new a/c Unit from us, I said please stop, I'll paid for his visit $79.00 & luckily I find out about HOBAICA, from Mrs. J. GONZALO Which attended to school with MR. Hobaica, TED K HOBAICA technician checked my A/C Unit & it's low in the freon but still worth it to keep it running, for another season or two he said the only challenge was that the a/c filter inside the house was dirty, got replaced since GOETTL technician requested, (knowing according to GOETTL tech I turned off my A/C Unit cause it wasn't working properly, so we had horrible hot night) but he never waited to check if the machine was or not cooling enough, thing that TED K did, he waited for the numbers to go up to the point of saying that sir, your A/C Unit it's fine & running, there's no leak, the challenge was that we you had a dirty a/c filter doesn't allow the air flow, so the cold has to go somewhere and freezes the pipes outside & inside your attic too, please keep your filter clean & no challenge for you for now, God bless TED K. After an extensive RFP bidding process of 10 vendors Comfort Experts came out on top. I have been partnering with Ryan and Ryan at my commercial site for the better part of 2017 and its a decision I wish I had made sooner. These guys are amazing; they work on your Carrier RTU package units, Carrier and LG mini splits, AHU, AAON, and ecobee system. They have done service, repairs, retrofits, and installs and their work is far superior to any vendor I have come across in the valley. They are extremely talented at what they do and don't try to up-sell anything. We worked together on a PM plan that works for the business and they tailor their services when needed. They always pickup the phone when I call, are willing to do unplanned and unscheduled site-visits on a moments notice, and work around our business schedule. I had my air conditioning go out and they came the same day and service my air conditioning unit. Got me back up and running in about 35 minutes. Yeah the crew was honest respectful knowledge follow up what they were doing and charge me a reasonable rate to get my air conditioning running again. I strongly recommend that you use this instead of one of the big billboard companies out there.

Also while installing they discovered the ductwork from the original system was done in various sizes, which caused some rooms to be colder and some hotter. They fixed this so we would have even distribution throughout the house.

I used AccuTemp to install a new AC but it was also a good product Trane which they were able to get finance for us. They recommended to go 1/2 ton larger than required no bigger which makes it easier on the AC to run. They did an excellent job installing and only service 1 time in 25 years to replace a capacitor (200.00) and still running strong. I see a lot of stories here but no mention what brand AC they have or installed. The first tech that came out didn't find the problem thought it was the thermostat, when they didn't seem to work they sent another guy out and that tech was I have to admit didn't do a good job at first seem pre-occupied with personal stuff on the phone and left, I had to call the company and they call him back out that's when he got busy and found it was the capacitor and it's been working great ever since. I don't believe in the seasonal maintenance stuff. Not broke leave it alone less hands messing around the better.

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

So I purchased a mini split to go in my garage. I called Stay Cool the owner Garrett was prompt in calling me back and gave me a great price to install it. He was here yesterday. Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

We had Quantum perform a checkup on our system and are extremely satisfied with the service received. They arrived exactly when they said they would and got it taken care of. We had been told in the past by several other companies that there was an issue that needed to be fixed and would be fairly expensive. Kevin checked it out and dispelled that. He identified a minor issue that may come up but nothing that needed immediate attention. The price for the checkup was very reasonable. We also like that they are a small, local company. We will definitely look to them in the future any work needed on our system. We highly recommend them. Thanks.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.
I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.
Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:
1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.
2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.
3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.
I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.
