Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

Sold our house, and the buyers inspection revealed a couple of issues we didn't know about. A/C drip pan in the attic rusty, and drain line possibly plugged.
Since I had such a good experience with this company a couple of years ago, gave them a call.
Efficiently scheduled appointment. Technician showed up on time. Thoroughly professional gent fixed the problems for the price I was originally quoted. I highly recommend this Company. Their standards and behavior have been exceptional!

Robert did an awesome job for a reasonable price. Good attitude, worked super hard, got it done in a timely fashion. Will definitely be using him again for anything we need hvac related. Recommend him highly. He replaced our air handler and condenser and relocated it all in one day.

My HVAC broke down end of August, Heat warning in effect and literally 2 hours after I called McMillin Air their technician Lalo had my A/C up and running again!!! I can't begin to tell you how impressed and grateful I am! They will have all of my future business. A million thanks is not enough.

First time using Hobaica and I was totally pleased with their service.  I called around 10 am and the service technician came early afternoon.  Ron did a great job of cleaning/flushing the water heater. I will definitely not wait as long as I did for the first service and make this a yearly to do with Hobaica.

Absolutely without a doubt 5 stars! Our AC went out this morning and of course I was panicking because we have a little dog who cannot be in a hot home. I inquired on yelp and found comfort experts. The business owner called me right away and had a tech at my home within 2 hours. Connor was so great and informative. He helped me sort out the issues and tell me what was wrong. With our warranty we noticed we would need to get the repairs done by another company however Connor broke all the prices down for me and said they would do it in a heart beat if our other company cannot. I was in a bind since my AC took a crap. Got 3 estimates and didn't want to wait any longer because it was getting hot soon. Reliance had estimator Daniel come out same day with in the hour with his trainee. Took photos of everything and showed me with detail description what they will need to do. They didn't push me into buying the expensive units, just explaining the difference of all the Tranes they carried. The other estimates was Ruud and Goodman, very basic, and cost more. The other companies steered me away from Trane cause they said it's hard to get replacement parts. Daniel assured me he has warehouse stocked with replacement parts. 2 days later the crew arrived around 7:15 and finished by 2:30. They did a great job with install, clean up and orientation. Thank you Dalen and Michelle for taking care of me :)

They changed my ac 6-7 months ago. The price was good and installer did a good job. But the customer service is not as good. I got the filters after making some calls. The ac is making very loud noise also, they came and checked but couldn't fix it. I was promised $200 aps rebate but i haven't got it yet and haven't received call back from accutemp after several follow up call.

I would definitely recommend Day & Night. Their techs are hourly, not commission. They won't jerk you around trying to sell you a new motor or something else you don't need. The tech loves his job and the company and is very friendly and talks to you about your AC. Our tech was Alex and Shana answered the phone! They were both very friendly and professional!

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

We called Kevin when our AC unit went out and he showed up within an hour to take a look at things. He quoted us both a fix and a replacement, which I appreciated having the options. He was very quick and communicated every step of the way. Thankfully, our new air system is up and running now and working great!

King plumbing gets a very good review from me.  Although I did not hire them for plumbing because I am a very good plumber myself but rather I hired them for air conditioner service.  This technical kind of job out classes my skill set and tools so I needed  some help.  So I Yelped out.  A few out other companies were not willing to service my unit (because it was a Mexican market unit I bought for cheap).  Some other companies were willing but they Didn't have any reviews yet but I wasn't willing to be the first one.  So I called King plumbing because they had very good reviews already.  What can I say the reviews don't lie.  The first company I hired last year to do the install messed up the install.  It was a simple mistake but there was a tiny leak and so the machine ran out of Freon in the winter when I need it to make heat which makes it kind of difficult to service.  King Plumbing Took care of it easily, and they came through right away and fixed it very reasonably.  Their master journey man level technician was very professional and respectful.  I was happy and proud to leave him his first tip.

We have a new home and Ricardo came out for regular maintenance.  He found a number of things that were installed wrong and figured out why our three zone was clicking off and on. He found water damage, no float value and a kink in a tube. Their policy states if they find anything wrong they send out a technician, same day,  to repair the shoddy workmanship of the installer. Ricardo did an excellent job and we would recommend him!!

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

I needed a new Heat Pump and wonder who would be the best place to replace the unit. I went to their store and talked to Mike, a sales consultant. After going over price, size, and when I could have a unit installed, I decided on Canyon State Air Conditioning. They show up on time and worked nonstop until it was finish. I was very satisfied with the installers. James and Victor made the installation enjoyable. After they got done installing the unit they came in so they could finish up the process. They explained to me how to run this system and all about their company. They made this a very great experience.
