Had a great experience with Northern air. They came and worked with me on a project converting a garage in to a work space. Jason was super communicative. Gave me good info on the best path to take. Cody came out to so the install, he was also great, ran in to some unexpected challenges but handled it like a pro. Jason followed up after the job was complete to remind me that if I have any issues to reach out and they would take good care of the work and any issues that arose. Perfect customer service and you can see that as it's reflected in the ratings! Big respect for running your biz the way you do! 10/10

Robert did an awesome job for a reasonable price. Good attitude, worked super hard, got it done in a timely fashion. Will definitely be using him again for anything we need hvac related. Recommend him highly. He replaced our air handler and condenser and relocated it all in one day.

My HVAC broke down end of August, Heat warning in effect and literally 2 hours after I called McMillin Air their technician Lalo had my A/C up and running again!!! I can't begin to tell you how impressed and grateful I am! They will have all of my future business. A million thanks is not enough.

My air conditioner quit working on a Friday afternoon. It was after 5 pm when I realized the issue. I called Comfort Experts and they sent a wonderful technician, Dakota, out that night. He fixed the problem the same night, rescuing us and our pets from those triple digit temperatures outside. I highly recommend Comfort Experts and Dakota for all your heating and air conditioning needs.They were honest, reasonably priced, and very helpful.

Our A/C started blowing warm air last night.  We got online and put out the call for quotes and availability.  Danny of K&K got back to us within 5 minutes and put us on the books for first thing in the morning.  The techs were prompt and professional, told me what they were doing, and found that the capacitor was completely dead.  They were able to get us swapped and back up in short order.  They checked everything else including coolant and vent temperatures.  They adjusted some vents and cleaned my coils all for a reasonable price.  We will definitely keep them on speed dial for any future needs.

I recently had my AC unit downstairs stop cooling. I contacted another company and they came out and told me I had a refrigeration leak in the attic and that it would cost me almost $2,000 to fix it. Obviously I wasn't happy that I had to spend that kind of money so I asked for recommendations from contacts at work and was referred to Dalen. Dalen was professional, informative and thorough. He came over the next day and found that the problem was the txv valve. He found no leak.,,,he ordered the part and installed it for much less than $2,000!!!! Dalen's number is now programmed in my phone and will only be calling him for any heating/cooling issues. He knows his stuff!!! You won't be disappointed!!

We highly recommend Accutemp.  We had a couple of service calls on our old heat pump which were very satisfactory.  When the heat pump died, we bought a new system from them, and installation and a couple of maintenance service calls since have been excellent.

But, we would not buy a Carrier Heat Pump again.  Works fine, but the programmable thermostat is just too complex, and difficult to understand and program.  And the system won't accept non-Carrier replacement thermostats.

Kevin at Day and Night AC provided excellent service today when he came for our AC service.  He identified some subpar work and short cuts another contractor had used on our unit a few months back that we were unaware of.  We were able to contact the other company to rectify their mistakes.  Thank you for your honesty and diligence Kevin!

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

So I purchased a mini split to go in my garage.  I called Stay Cool the owner Garrett was prompt in calling me back and gave me a great price to install it.  He was here yesterday.  Garrett installed the unit in about 3 hours.  Great to have a cool garage for my home workout. Would definitely recommend Stay Cool for any need.

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

As a Real Estate Broker having a reliable and honest AC company to refer to my clients is extremely important.  Kevin serviced all three of my AC units today and did a great job. He showed up on time and did excellent work.  He is very thorough and extremely honest.

I had a great experience with King Plumbing for a backup issue at my rental property. They responded promptly, clearly communicated the issue, resolved the issue in a timely manner, and were reasonably priced. They documented everything well and were friendly to work with.

AC stopped during a 2-week 100+ degree streak.  Then just like taking your car to the mechanic, it worked just fine was the Precision crew got there. The only potential problem was the fan motor.  Technician acknowledged that everything was working just fine and recommended just watching it for a while.  They didnt push a $600 part if it was working.  I insisted on the new motor anyway but appreciate not being pushed.  AC still blowing a week later.  Thanks

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

I would definitely NOT recommend this company.
Called to have my 3 units looked at and was having issues with one.
Said he could only look at one unit and not repair it. Said he was slammed today.  How would he know if it would be a quick repair or not? First of all, why would you not repair it ? Isn't that the point of calling a repair company?
Called the office to explain that when I scheduled I asked all units to be checked out and rearranged my schedule for them to come out. Finally, she said that he could check all the units and insisted no repairs would be made. Again, why are they insistent on no repairs? That is the whole point. It is $75 for the service call but they plan to leave you hanging.
When he checks the unit I was having problems with, he came in with a list of several things that were wrong with the unit which would cost $4500+ to repair but he wouldn't recommend the repairs because it's too old of a unit. Was told I need to get a new unit which they send a sales consultant to go through the various types $4K-$20K.
I decided to do a little research and ask around for another company since obviously this wasn't going well.
My son's friend's dad has an A/C company and he came over early today (Saturday morning), investigated the problem, went over with me the cost of replacement parts which were strictly a maintenance issue. It is a Trane unit which is one of the best so maintenance is all it needed. He went to pick up the parts since Saturday they are open until noon. Came back, replaced the parts, checked the freon and it didn't even need any and it instantly became cool. Parts are warrantied for 5 years so at that time, if they are problems, look at replacing it then.
$1500 and I am set for 5 years!

Back to this terrible company. Every single thing he said was not working was FALSE. He also told me it needed 11 pounds of freon at $200+ per pound so $2200 in freon alone. There were no leaks as he claimed. If I had no freon and did not get freon today, why is my house so cold now?
They push hard on new units so that's their scam. They don't want to repair anything for you. They want to rip you off!
I have to get up now. It's so cold in here I have to turn up the thermostat.
