Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

Sold our house, and the buyers inspection revealed a couple of issues we didn't know about. A/C drip pan in the attic rusty, and drain line possibly plugged.
Since I had such a good experience with this company a couple of years ago, gave them a call.
Efficiently scheduled appointment. Technician showed up on time. Thoroughly professional gent fixed the problems for the price I was originally quoted. I highly recommend this Company. Their standards and behavior have been exceptional!

Robert did an awesome job for a reasonable price. Good attitude, worked super hard, got it done in a timely fashion. Will definitely be using him again for anything we need hvac related. Recommend him highly. He replaced our air handler and condenser and relocated it all in one day.

Very helpful and honest company. They were able to complete the requested work very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

My parents purchased a home and needed a new unit and new ductwork. LRG did a fantastic job. The pricing was fair and the work was completed fairly quickly. Very professional. LRG is the way to go!

My reviews are far and few between as I save them for truly spectacular services. This particular company deserves the highest of accolades. I am somewhat of a techie but have limited knowledge when it comes to HVAC. I reached out to Comfort Experts to help out with three Nest thermostats that I installed in my mother's home that were not heating properly. Ryan promptly responded to my request quote. Despite not having an opening until a week from now, he offered to diagnose and help me fix my problem over the phone. At my convenience, I called his cell and he answered on his lunch break. He had me snap a few photos to check the setup, made a recommendation, and everything was soon up and running smoothly. I offered to send a tip via Venmo or Zelle but he respectfully declined and asked that I call should I ever need his services again. My parents were small business owners and it wasn't until I called Ryan that I've seen a similar level of customer service. I can be difficult to impress and this company made that task look easy. I will look no further when seeking out an HVAC company in the future. Thanks again!

Danny the owner from K&K Heating and Cooling took care of me, I needed a new 4 ton heat pump 14 SEER system installed, he unlike, a few of the others who bid on my job, didn't try to upsell me anything I didn't need. (it was amazing what some of the sales people told me I needed extra, which would have added $2000-5000 to the price).
He was fair and reasonable on the price. He even checked out and serviced my other AC system to make sure it was cooling like it should, at no extra charge.
I had another company who wanted $1,500 more than K&K for the same system, but with an enhanced compressor, not more efficient but enhanced. LOL

This is the best A/C company I have ever worked with. My A/C was out today and as always their service was excellent.  I have bought several houses and remodeled. I have bought 3 Trane Units from them and never been disappointed. Highly highly recommend.

I can fix most anything but I know nothing about residential AC. My unit wasn't working, hottest week and setting records in Phoenix, had no idea who to call or what to expect but was expecting the worst. Mike was the tech they sent. I was pleasantly surprised when he got to the house same day we called and was just a super nice and knowledgeable tech. I was fully expecting with the high demand this week to get hosed but they were fair and honest, .They didn't hit me with an Emergency or Same Day extra charge! I didn't feel like I was getting fllim-flammed by them either.
AccuTemp and your Rep/Tech Mike have got my highest referral going forward. I'll actually have my unit serviced regularly now that I'm not terrified to as so many people I know (18-20 range) that have had their unit serviced said it quit 2-3 weeks later and had to buy a whole new unit. Mike deserves a pat on the back and maybe a bonus to go with that pat on the back!! When you need service, forget the rest and call the best!!
P.S. Not one of the other companies I was referred to by others even bothered to call me back! Four days have past since I left messages needing my unit serviced.

When these guys come out the goal is ripping and tearing so try another company ...no fooling

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

We called got a call back right away. Had a technician Jeff come out the same day. Had our Air conditioner installed 2 days later. Very Quick respond. They did a very good job. Thanks for your service Garrett

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

I had a really expensive quote from another AC company for a massive rip-and-repair of existing ductwork and an old AC unit, so I wanted a second opinion.  Kevin was prompt, professional, and smartly suggested just replacing some crushed ducts to fix the hot rooms before doing anything else.  Doing incremental work to see how much it helps before the massive repairs was appreciated and much more cost effective.  He also took the time to measure the current/power draw on my older AC unit to see how well it is performing to its SEER rating.  Highly recommend Kevin for any HVAC work!

Service was very good. They let me know Chino was running late and he arrived promptly at the new time. He was friendly and respectful and did a nice neat job installing a new shower faucet valve.

Thom and Brandon were sent out to install new insulation and vents for our attic.
Right off I was very impressed with their professionalism and communication as they began the job.
Even though it was getting pretty hot outside, I felt like they were very committed to making sure the job was done right and that we were satisfied. They also did a good job of explaining what was being done. I was also impressed with how well they did the job with little noise and no mess left behind.
Great experience all around from a company I will definitely be referring to  anyone seeking cooling and heating help.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

So my first Impression from the company was really positive but after I signed on the dotted line things changed...the system was to be installed in one day and all trash was to be removed same day. I left the installers and headed off to work. When I got home everything seemed to be in order other than all the trash they left in my front yard. The next morning I headed up into the attic to look at the new unit and I was not happy. There were exposed wires just left lying in the attic, the changes to the air intake that were discussed in the contract had not been done and there was a 2 inch gap in the air duct cooling my attic not my home. I called the office and left a message for Mike and received no response. I called the following day and they finally had someone come take away the old unit. After 2 more visits they finally got the hole fixed and wires taped off. As I was talking to the tech about the repairs I asked where the air scrubber/UV light was located that was included in my contract. The Tech told me it hadn't been installed and it was never in his work request. So I called Mike and he assured me it was an honest mistake and that they weren't trying to cheat me. The Trane unit seems to be doing great and I am happy with it but the customer service was differently lacking. I wish I could say I just caught them on a bad day but this was over 3 weeks. Hopefully they can work on this and insure it doesn't happen to others.
