Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

I asked Joe to service my house - diagnose, checked all the 4 units, changed 2 capacitors. He was very pro, fast and reliable. He doesn't push at all for unnecessary and give good tips. On top of that, he is super friendly! 5 stars.

Beware.  I contacted this company when I couldn't reach my regular company.  The company sent out a tech to my rental property and they said that my system wouldn't hold pressure and I needed a whole new A/C system for a charge of about $5500.  I then called another company who tested the system and just said that it needed cleaned and recharged.  They only charged me $150.
6 months later and still no issues.  $150 vs. $5500 - you decide!

Mark did an excellent job replacing our 40 gallon  water heater. He came on time and completed the job in no time. Mark is very pleasant and I highly recommend his company

Came home from vacation to find one of our units wasn't working and it was 112 outside, terrible time to have that happen. Contacted Mike through Yelp on Sunday night and he was out first thing the next morning.  He diagnosed the problem, picked up the correct parts and had it repaired before lunch the same day, on top of that the price was reasonable. Thank you Mike for the fantastic response time and professionalism, you will be our only call for maintenance, repair, and replacements going forward.

Highly recommended! The owner Raul is extremely knowledgeable and honest. He showed up as scheduled and ready to get the job done. I hired him after I hired another AC person who was trying to rip me off or did not know much about AC.

I requested service on yelp and Suttle Air Was the first to respond late one Sunday evening. I booked an air vent/ dryer vent cleaning and they came out a few days later. Chris was the service tech and was super friendly and professional. He did a thorough job and walk me through the whole process. Thanks for the wonderful customer service! Needing an Air Conditioning repairman equals the question Can I trust them?  I live miles out of town, and too often when I hire someone, they simply don't show up and won't return my calls after they learn how far I am.  Alternative Air kept me updated on their progress with their previous appointment and showed up exactly on time.  Ten minutes later, the job was done.  All I needed was a new capacitor.

8/19/16- Update:  AC decided to give me problems tonight.  Called Bakers at 7:30 pm and doorbell rang by 8.   1 run capacitor later, I've got nice cold AC again.  Highly recommend.....again.

Turned my furnace on (gas) and it set off the smoke detectors.  Googled heating/AC service for Surprise and got a list.  Baker was the third call and only company to actually answer the phone.  Asked Ken if he could take a look at it Monday (called Friday afternoon).  Ken said he could look at it same day and called in advance.

He serviced the system and furnace running fine.  Just needed cleaning of the AC coil.  Fast, friendly and professional.  Highly recommend.

My a/c went out. I called Pineapple Air and John picked up on the second ring. Told him my issue and he informed me that he could be at my house within 2-3 hours. 2 hours later he's here with the problem diagnosed and fixed! WOW!! This company I definitely recommend. I'm very impressed.

Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

You know how when you find good people, it's evident? Good people have a certain way they talk, a certain way they walk, a certain way they help you through things.

Gerald and his team, (which I think consists mostly of his family) are just plain good people.

We had the unfortunate circumstance to have both of our A/C units experience issues in the summer of 2020 (of course, need I say more?). By the time we started talking with Gerald, I had already been on an a/c contractor parade. I buy nothing that will cost 10k+ without shopping around, so we're talking Excel spreadsheet comparison with all the different quotes, ideas, suggestions, etc... (Side note: if you'd like my spreadsheet, shoot me a message and I'll happily send it over).

I can say Gerald wasn't the least expensive option on the list, but was definitely one of the better prices, and his company offered a labor warranty that was 2.5x longer than the next closest installer. Bang for the buck-- this was a no-brainer.

On install day his team showed up and they're delightful. I can't imagine working in 100+ degree heat in an attic all day, so I honestly couldn't be more thankful. They're polite, informative and again, just plain good people.

I watched our old stuff hit the road and the new stuff come in, and wow. Totally awesome.

Yelp tells me this review is pretty epic (their words), but really it's these guys who are pretty epic. Save yourself the contractor parade. What you get here is an amazing value at a great price. Couldn't be more pleased!

I was looking for a contractor to install a complete heating and a/c unit. Calling most of the directory listed companies, I could not get anyone to come out to bid. Then I ran across this new business R&R, what a find! Ray came out as scheduled and on time. He is very knowledgeable and patiently went over the details of his design. I had total confidence in his plan. We scheduled the install and Ray not once disappointed us. He made every appointment and not one late show up. Our system performs perfect! I highly recommend this business.

I've had this company come out to my house twice for two different issues. They are awesome, hard working, and did not price gouge me! They also beat another company's estimate and saved me some money. I have referred them to a friend of mine and they are also very happy with this company's work too! Definitely recommend.

I can't say enough about how awesome Sorensen AC treated us. Brian came out replaced our thermostat and explained everything he was doing and explained what the builders didn't do. I will be using Sorensen for years to come. Honest Honest Honest! If you need AC heating service call them you will not be disappointed!
