Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

Woke up this morning to a blank thermostat.  I'm not from AZ so I don't have an AC guy or that family recommendation.  Got online and found Joe.  Joe was here in less than an hour.
Found the issue fast and talked me through everything.  Joe knows his stuff and I know more about my AC unit than I did before I called.
Everything's working great again and I have a new friend that can help me if my AC acts up.
We're lucky to have Joe in Scottsdale.

Wow!!! Saturday night about 9pm my AC is blowing but not cool air......my handicapped son fast asleep the temp was rising quickly with June heat.  I contacted several companies with no results and then I found cool touch!!!  They called me right back and had Robert, the tech, out within an hour!!!  He was polite and showed me exactly what was going on.  Repair complete and air back on within an hour of his arrival!  The price was very reasonable and the service unbeatable!!!  I will be a customer from now on!!! Robert and Cool touch saved the day!!!

Mark did an amazing job on the installation of my garbage disposal.  Also reasonably priced.  Will definitely call him for my Plumbing needs.  Recommended.

Super prompt and honest. Derek was a life saver after our home warranty company left us with no A/C for two weeks. He immediately reached out to schedule a time. He was actually able to arrive before his estimated window of arrival. He diagnosed what was wrong and gave us our honest options rather than the run around we kept getting from other places. Mike and his team did a great job. He diagnosed the issue and had it resolved the same day. I should mention that the fix was not easy. It required new coils and new compressor. Thank you so much for the excellent service.

The service technicians were quick to respond. They were professional and cost was very reasonable.  I was very pleased with their service, so I had them service my daughters A/C.  They found an issue caused by a previous company that was causing the A/C not to run efficiently.  It was corrected. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

These guys were extremely thorough, professional, and considerate. The vents in my very very old rental were painted over but they actually removed them to make sure they got all of the dust out of my home.

I'm already breathing better. The before and after, while alarming and disgusting, thrilled me.

They are not going to try and upsell you like other companies. Their word is their bond. And I know that's because I tried price shopping with about six other companies before choosing Suttle Air.

Our A/C unit went out probably on one of the hottest days. This was not only an inconvenience but it was an expensive inconvenience. We called Alternative Air and they were able to come out the same day to diagnose the issue. They gave us a few options on a replacement unit and replaced it the very next day.

We had shopped around and these guys gave us  the most fair and honest quote. But what stood out the most was how professional Avnel is. He made sure to check for leaks and made sure everything was in good working order before he left. We recommend Alternative Air to anyone looking for a good, reliable and honest HVAC company. I needed some accessory installed and being excited to have it working my regular service company put me off.  Baker stepped up and I could not be more pleased.  Ken arrived on time - having called ahead and for a very reasonable fee did the work.

I highly recommend Pineapple Air! The owner JP came out and did the estimate and had his crew in the next day replacing our AC unit. They were respectful, efficient, and friendly. The price was better than the other companies we got estimates from and JP was honest with what we needed and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. He also came out 2 days after the unit was installed to do a quick inspection to make sure everything looked good. We will definitely use him in the future!

I called when my A/C wouldn't come on. They came out promptly, diagnosed the problem (bad capacitor) and we're done in under 30 minutes. Didn't try to scam me into paying for parts I didn't need. Have used them before and wouldn't hesitate to call again.
