Love these guys. They really are cool. Every question that I had, and I had a lot, was graciously, thoroughly and expeditiously answered. Air conditioning quit working and got 92 degrees in the house. I saw the great reviews on here so I called them immediately. Had great service right away. Had a technician out in 20 minutes to the house. Julian was friendly and immediately found a capacitor bad. He had the air conditioning up and running in no time. Great quick friendly service. I would recommend cool touch to everybody.

Mark did an excellent job replacing our 40 gallon  water heater. He came on time and completed the job in no time. Mark is very pleasant and I highly recommend his company

Super prompt and honest. Derek was a life saver after our home warranty company left us with no A/C for two weeks. He immediately reached out to schedule a time. He was actually able to arrive before his estimated window of arrival. He diagnosed what was wrong and gave us our honest options rather than the run around we kept getting from other places. Just had Mike come out and get my A/C in to spec for the sale of my house. He was prompt, knowledgeable and very courteous. The work was explained to me as he went along and it was done in a timely manner. His rates are very reasonable especially considering the high quality of the work performed. A previous customer recommended Mike to my brother who in turn recommended him to me. I am now recommending Cooler Tymes to the Yelp community. The service technicians were quick to respond. They were professional and cost was very reasonable.  I was very pleased with their service, so I had them service my daughters A/C.  They found an issue caused by a previous company that was causing the A/C not to run efficiently.  It was corrected. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

James has been doing all HVAC work on my house for the past two years including working on my AC unit, replacing my thermostat, and removing 4+ pounds of lint from my dryer vent. He has always been very prompt, friendly, and professional. He provides text messages with updates of his arrival as well as text messages with photos when the job is finished. Just had an HVAC guy here to do a summertime check up on my A/C unit, before the unit has to work hard over the next few months.  It was a good thing I had him out, he showed me melted plastic and melted wires he found inside the control box.  That's replaced!  Keeping Molly 'n me safe. I've used this company a couple of times since moving in two years ago and have always been happy with their service and their prices have been fair.  They come out the same day or next day of when I call.

Hottest week of the summer and this is when my upstairs A/C unit goes out. I tried calling a couple of other companies and they were not able to come till tomorrow. I remembered getting a flyer in my valpak with some A/C companies and decided to try calling Baker. He answered and said he could be their in a couple of hours.

He showed up as promised and went straight to work. Figured out the problem, had the part and completed the work in under an hour. My A/C is back up,  working and I think the upstairs will be a good temp for us to all sleep good tonight.

After being unhappy with our HVAC Service Company, I tried Mountainside Air in Phoenix.  Steve came out this morning at the time they said they would be here, I couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. He was great, on top of that they are very nice people that provide great customer service. I highly recommend this Company.

Never bothered to call. I called a second time, they promised to call back. Never did. Can't rate them if they refuse to work.

Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

My previous HVAC company checked my unit and told me nothing was wrong it was just hot.  Well, that is not an answer so I had to look elsewhere.  Very pleased to meet Gerald with AirZona.

These folks were polite and informative over the phone, on time for their appointment and thorough in explaining their findings; in my case, I needed to purchase a new A/C unit.

Gerald explained some of my options and what he would do in my situation then gave me a price.  When your A/C unit goes out in the summer, all you really want is to have it fixed so you don't shop to find the best deal.  However, the price quoted was about $2,000 less than I had paid 11 years earlier so I was very content to proceed.

Two days later AirZona installed my new Trane unit and I am pleased that everything is back to normal.  Gerald and his team were on time, professional, polite and clean.  We have already told friends of our experience and will be  referring others to AirZona in the future.

I was looking for a contractor to install a complete heating and a/c unit. Calling most of the directory listed companies, I could not get anyone to come out to bid. Then I ran across this new business R&R, what a find! Ray came out as scheduled and on time. He is very knowledgeable and patiently went over the details of his design. I had total confidence in his plan. We scheduled the install and Ray not once disappointed us. He made every appointment and not one late show up. Our system performs perfect! I highly recommend this business.

Called them up on a Friday afternoon, air conditioning not working.
They were out within an hour and a half to help out.
The technician was respectful thoughtful courteous and kind.
He helped out with the problem and got everything working.
