Joe's service is top notch. He is always on high speed and gets the project done. His pricing and customer service are 2nd to none. I am a Realtor and use him on many projects as well as refer him to my clients. You won't be disappointed.

I had an AC issue and needed it to be taken care of ASAP.  It was about 7pm in the evening and they were able to send out a tech minutes after I called.  The tech showed up, was very nice and helpful, and showed me what to do incase the AC went out again (it was really an electrical issue and the electrician wasn't able to come out right away).  Their service fee was only a few dollars more than my home warranty service fee, which was totally worth it for the same day (evening) service.

Mark did an amazing job on the installation of my garbage disposal.  Also reasonably priced.  Will definitely call him for my Plumbing needs.  Recommended.

Derek was on it! My A/C went out in the middle of night,  and he was the 1st one to respond and able to get here the fastest! Total life saver! Definitely recommend this company if you need any service!

Top rated equipment installed expertly.... Mike helped me out with a quote on a new system for our house. Our builder Airflow unit was functioning, but was super loud and I knew it was just a matter of time. I had a few others give me a quote and didn't like their equipment, cost or sales tactics. Like offering me a free cruise... or a Costco card as a rebate. Why not just give me the fairest price up front instead. Mike was good to talk to and made it simple. He told me about the equipment, was very knowledgeable, and it was all top of the line American Standard products that have been the top rated equipment for years by Consumer Reports. Cooler Tymes standing with ROC and BBB were great as well as the yelp reviews so it was really just about cost at that point. Mike was very straightforward with the pricing and sent me everything in writing and it was less than the others by a substantial amount. His people were top notch friendly guys and were in and out with as little fuss as you could probably have with people in your attic and outside replacing a whole system. We've noticed the temperature being more stable, the system is whisper quiet and our electric usage has gone down. I'd definitely recommend Cooler Tymes if you need service or a new system. Cheers

The service technicians were quick to respond. They were professional and cost was very reasonable.  I was very pleased with their service, so I had them service my daughters A/C.  They found an issue caused by a previous company that was causing the A/C not to run efficiently.  It was corrected. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

James was awesome. My father, who is on hospice, AC had stopped working. I had another company out that said the part was at least 2 weeks out and the fix would be $1700 and seemed to just want to convince me it would be faster and overall less expensive to buy a new unit. I reached out to various companies through yelp to see if anyone had the part. No one did but James asked if he could call to discuss. James had a can do attitude. With or without the part he was certain he could get the air working. He made some calls and called me back the same day with a solution. He sent Justin out the next day and the AC was fixed. James went above and beyond in helping, finding a solution and getting it fixed quickly. Justin was kind, professional and informative. Hopefully wont need to, but would definitely  use again and recommend!

Alternative Air Heating and Cooling has been our AC/Heater repair company since 2007. One of our AC units went down last week (one of the hottest days of the year), so I called them Saturday night and tech Gage came out the next day on time, as promised, and fixed the AC unit.

Got nothing bad to say about them. They are an honest, fair and a local  company. Next time you have issues with your heating or cooling, give Avnel and his guys a call.

I found Ken on home advisor. He called me back right away and he scheduled an appointment and arrived on time.  He did a great job being patient and explaining what he was doing on my unit. He cleaned the attic Evaporation coil. LOOKS LIKE NEW. I will definitely call Ken again for service. ***** 5 stars!! Thank you!!

Professional and reliable. Texted before appointment and on time.  Price for general service was a bit higher than I wanted to pay but Steve was thorough. He also educated me on the best filter for my AC and my needs. I definitely recommend them

Today JP (the owner) came out and fix an issue I was having with a clogged dishwasher we had, he was efficient in his work, and was able to let me know what the problem was, and fix it!. Definitely an honest worker and owner! Thank you for getting my problem fixed immediately I will definitely be recommending my friends & family!!!!

Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

We had an emergency. Needed someone tonight but no one is available in the whole state it seems.

Our wall unit gas heater wasn't working.  Ray responded quickly, scheduled an inspection, showed up on time, repaired the heater, and charged a reasonable price.

We needed to have our units tuned up and decided to use Kyle after some research. First, we love the fact that Kyle supports our military, first responders and Police. Second, he was very professional and very straightforward. There is no trying to sell you extra anything! Any and all questions I had for him he was able to answer and explain so I understood. He was a little late which was fine because he did call to let me know (15 minutes late maybe). Once he arrived, he introduced himself and I reiterated what we were looking to have done and for his opinion on any other issues that may arise. Kyle went straight to work, and fortunately for us, he did not see any other issues (phew). He is a small company but we felt he was truly honest, he knew what he was doing and he will not try and sell you something you don't want or need. We will be using him again for our next tune up and when we replace our units, he will be the one we go to. Thank you so much Kyle Wilson for your honesty and exemplary work.

Brian at Sorensen Heating and Cooling is very professional and knowledable. He replaced our old units and themostats and it runs great. Got the job done very quickly.
