Such great customer service! I called on a
Sunday about having an AC unit checked out and they were able to squeeze me in for Tuesday, in the summer! Joseph was so friendly and thorough, I already recommended his services to a friend. In the valley of the sun, it's really hard to find good and honest AC repairmen- thank goodness the Cool/Hot guys is one of them!

The owner Chris runs a honest and fair company. He makes sure that his techs do only what's needed and DO NOT push things you don't need. He puts his customers first and makes sure they our top priority. He has also helped the elerdery and needy in the past to make sure they were safe during the hot weather.

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!

They did a great job for me. He was so nice and walked me through everything. He even took video to show me what was happening in my attic.

The worst ever, I have been calling them 2 a day for the past couple of days and have left voicemails and ask that they contact me but have no heard back from them at all. I also submitted a request online for them to contact me and it has been 4 days. Not sure why it says they get back to you within 2 days, not true at all.

Great service at reasonable prices. Arthur showed up to my house early the day after Christmas and resolved the issue quickly. He cleaned my HVAC system and tested it to make sure it was working at peak performance. I would strongly recommend RMIII AC and Heating. A+

James came right away to do it. He was friendly, made sure to check in with me before any work needing to be done, and provided me with photos/videos with work he's done.

Our A/C unit went out probably on one of the hottest days. This was not only an inconvenience but it was an expensive inconvenience. We called Alternative Air and they were able to come out the same day to diagnose the issue. They gave us a few options on a replacement unit and replaced it the very next day.

We had shopped around and these guys gave us  the most fair and honest quote. But what stood out the most was how professional Avnel is. He made sure to check for leaks and made sure everything was in good working order before he left. We recommend Alternative Air to anyone looking for a good, reliable and honest HVAC company. The technician never showed up. The picture in this review clearly shows an email with an appointment at 8 AM. At 1050 AM, I got a call from this company dating that their technician was running late but he works be arriving in about 30 minutes. He still never showed up. I posted a bad review here and the owner replied adding that his morning appointments go from 9AM until noon and I canceled on him. Not true. A woman from the office even called me to apologize. Why would they apologize if they did nothing wrong? Normally I would let this go but I won't be portrayed as a liar. The guy was a no show.

Tom & Steve just came by to do a follow-up check to the brand new unit they installed a few weeks ago. I must say I am so impressed with both of them and Mountainside Air! Considering I called for a free quote due to a Facebook pop-up ad - I am so pleased with my experience! Knowledgeable, professional and I trust their diagnosis assessments and work.  Thank you Mountainside Air for helping me when my AC unit completely went out in 100+ degree heat. You were able to come out to assess the situation quickly, recommend, quote and ultimately install a brand new unit.  After gathering multiple quotes I appreciate your ability to price match to get me the most value for my money. Today JP (the owner) came out and fix an issue I was having with a clogged dishwasher we had, he was efficient in his work, and was able to let me know what the problem was, and fix it!. Definitely an honest worker and owner! Thank you for getting my problem fixed immediately I will definitely be recommending my friends & family!!!!

Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

Our wall unit gas heater wasn't working.  Ray responded quickly, scheduled an inspection, showed up on time, repaired the heater, and charged a reasonable price.

I had a Home Inspection done prior to the purchase of a condo.
I received my report and invoice via email.
The report stated that the inspection was for ONE 4 ton AC unit
The only item that needed attention was: Low voltage wire on roof.

After closing, I had a firm come out to repair the Low voltage wire on roof.
I found out from them that I actually have a 3 and a 4 ton Heat Pump on this condo. The Low voltage wire on roof was that the complete wiring harness had no insulation due to the sun. I was advised that the 4 ton unit had been overcharged to provide cooling and both units should be replaced. I did get a second opinion which was the same.

I did have both units replaced.
I don't think the report was accurate nor complete.

I WOULD NOT USE THIS FIRM.

Honest, Prompt, Courteous.  We found Sorensen on Yelp and decided to try him due to the great reviews and we were not disappointed.
I was able to get an appointment within 2 days. Brian, the owner, did a diagnostic on the A/C system and told me what he thought should be done, but didn't try to up-sell me.  He replaced our malfunctioning fan and the unit works great now.  Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will use him again.  It's always nice to be able to use a locally owned and operated business.
