Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

A/C went out.  Called one company that gave appointment 4 days later, another that charged $70 evaluation fee in addition to repair cost.   Called Joe who came within two hours, no evaluation fee,  explained problem, explained that replacing unit was an option but recommended against that, did repair.  Straight forward and efficient.   Will be calling him for any A/C problems we have in the future.

I heard you advertise on the radio on  Conservative talk radio.. And you look like you knew what you were doing with the BBB rating and your reviews.. But I wasn't satisfied as a customer. $900 for a small outside fan motor.. on a small older..2002 unit ridiculous!:(
Then I was told the small outside fan motor isn't available in the state of Arizona.. Have to wait 3 days..
Call Sigler Reeves at gateway they had a fan motor for $90 the post for the fan blade was a little long.. My husband went over and picked it up cut off the shaft to fit the fan blade.. Ground it to the unit. All done in one hour.   We are thinking of replacing both units but.. Cool touch won't be doing it.. we are having Collins HVAC..do it for us.

We found mold under some crumbling paint while prepping to paint a bedroom. Wanted to have someone come out and fix as we know how dangerous mold can be. Kyle came out, was extremely informative and alleviated our worries in terms of what needed to be done. Did not try to oversell or do unnecessary work. I would definitely use this company in the future and recommend to others.

Mike is the absolute best. I've had him out several times for service and thermostat installs and just checking weird noises. He educates his customer and really knows his craft and he is super honest and responsive. It's always better to hire someone with their own business where they do the work and take pride. We need more businesses like this.

Great service at reasonable prices. Arthur showed up to my house early the day after Christmas and resolved the issue quickly. He cleaned my HVAC system and tested it to make sure it was working at peak performance. I would strongly recommend RMIII AC and Heating. A+

James came right away to do it. He was friendly, made sure to check in with me before any work needing to be done, and provided me with photos/videos with work he's done.

Alternative Air Heating and Cooling has been our AC/Heater repair company since 2007. One of our AC units went down last week (one of the hottest days of the year), so I called them Saturday night and tech Gage came out the next day on time, as promised, and fixed the AC unit.

Got nothing bad to say about them. They are an honest, fair and a local  company. Next time you have issues with your heating or cooling, give Avnel and his guys a call.

Can't thank you enough for checking on my a/c today and assuring everything was alright.  It's nice to know there are companies that stand behind their products!

Great company-- Tom is wonderful! He came out of his way to check out our AC situation and give us a quote that was much better than the previous company we had come out for a new one. We got it installed the following week, which is way faster than we thought! They came early in the morning and it was done before the summer heat kicked in! Woohoo to an updated AC! Oh and they fixed a few things that weren't right from the last time someone was up there before we bought the house. They are amazing! And they come to check on the install 2 weeks later. Even though I didn't get to call them till around 330pm, JP (owner) came out that same night.   He was very thorough in explaining all the issues with our unit & provided details of the reasonable options he could offer us. His customer service was top of the line & this is why we decided to go with them to get our new unit.  Upon delivery & installation, his crew (Chino, Gunner & Christian) extended that same level of excellent customer service.  We were blown away, from beginning to end.  Even with some of the challenges we faced, they were here every step of the way to get it all squared away. Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

I was looking for a contractor to install a complete heating and a/c unit. Calling most of the directory listed companies, I could not get anyone to come out to bid. Then I ran across this new business R&R, what a find! Ray came out as scheduled and on time. He is very knowledgeable and patiently went over the details of his design. I had total confidence in his plan. We scheduled the install and Ray not once disappointed us. He made every appointment and not one late show up. Our system performs perfect! I highly recommend this business.

I can't say enough about how awesome Sorensen AC treated us. Brian came out replaced our thermostat and explained everything he was doing and explained what the builders didn't do. I will be using Sorensen for years to come. Honest Honest Honest! If you need AC heating service call them you will not be disappointed!
