Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

Joe came and fixed my capacitor in literally less than 10 minutes. Very honest and no hidden fees.  Such a class act.  Then I called him 6 weeks later for what I thought was a recurrent issue and he drove 25 minutes to see what was wrong.  It turns out nothing was wrong and it worked on its own.  I wanted to pay him for his time but he said he doesn't charge.  We need more good people like Joe and cool/hot Guys!  Top notch honest service.

I've used this company twice now, mostly because I need service on a lemon I was sold by another company several years ago, and Cool Touch has never let me down.

The first time out, my compressor burned up and I had to get a new one, but they got the job done in record time (given that it was June, I appreciated it!). Fast forward two years down the road, and we have another issue with the same unit (remember, lemon).

I immediately rang Cool Touch in the wee hours, just about midnight, but still got someone to answer and got scheduled for the next day. The tech that came out was Jason and he was highly touted by the dispatcher as well as some of the reviews I've read here and elsewhere, so I had high expectations going into it, but was petrified that I would be out tons of money and potentially need a new compressor.

Jason spent a long time diagnosing the real problem and assured me the compressor was fine, which was a huge relief.  This go around, it was the outside fan motor. Apparently the bearing let go and it was all but seized up, so the compressor was cutting out (thankfully saving itself) and we were getting warm air as a result. Jason guessed this might be the problem before he set foot on the roof, but took his time to confirm and also fixed a few other minor issues we had with misaligned panels and rattling.

The best part? He had a replacement fan motor, evidently a better unit than the OEM, on his van and ready to install. I understand this is a common issue, and I was fortunate that within an a couple hours, we were back up and running and getting ice cold air again.

Jason is an absolute professional and extremely good at his job. He has a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience and displayed the utmost professionalism and integrity. Having dealt with hacks and disingenuous HVAC professionals in the past from other companies, it was a welcome change to deal with Jason and Cool Touch air.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for integrity and honesty when they have HVAC issues!

We found mold under some crumbling paint while prepping to paint a bedroom. Wanted to have someone come out and fix as we know how dangerous mold can be. Kyle came out, was extremely informative and alleviated our worries in terms of what needed to be done. Did not try to oversell or do unnecessary work. I would definitely use this company in the future and recommend to others.

Needed help with our central air. Derek responded to my Yelp request right away. He got here quickly even before his ETA and was able to assess the situation and help resolve it the same day. He also provided more solutions and ways to improve air later on as needed. He was kind and understanding of my concerns. Would definitely recommend!

My AC went out on Friday afternoon - I was able to get a hold of Mike very easily and thankfully he was able to schedule me in within a few hours.  Mike was professional, knowledgable and a genuinely nice guy.  He fixed my system without it costing me an arm and leg.  I highly recommend Mike for your AC issues.

Great service at reasonable prices. Arthur showed up to my house early the day after Christmas and resolved the issue quickly. He cleaned my HVAC system and tested it to make sure it was working at peak performance. I would strongly recommend RMIII AC and Heating. A+

James has been doing all HVAC work on my house for the past two years including working on my AC unit, replacing my thermostat, and removing 4+ pounds of lint from my dryer vent. He has always been very prompt, friendly, and professional. He provides text messages with updates of his arrival as well as text messages with photos when the job is finished. I highly recommend using him for all of your HVAC needs!

Just had an HVAC guy here to do a summertime check up on my A/C unit, before the unit has to work hard over the next few months.  It was a good thing I had him out, he showed me melted plastic and melted wires he found inside the control box.  That's replaced!  Keeping Molly 'n me safe. I've used this company a couple of times since moving in two years ago and have always been happy with their service and their prices have been fair.  They come out the same day or next day of when I call.

I found Ken on home advisor. He called me back right away and he scheduled an appointment and arrived on time.  He did a great job being patient and explaining what he was doing on my unit. He cleaned the attic Evaporation coil. LOOKS LIKE NEW. I will definitely call Ken again for service. ***** 5 stars!! Thank you!!

Great company-- Tom is wonderful! He came out of his way to check out our AC situation and give us a quote that was much better than the previous company we had come out for a new one. We got it installed the following week, which is way faster than we thought! They came early in the morning and it was done before the summer heat kicked in! Woohoo to an updated AC! Oh and they fixed a few things that weren't right from the last time someone was up there before we bought the house. They are amazing! And they come to check on the install 2 weeks later. JP and Pineapple Air saved the day for my 78 year old mother. Her AC stopped working during a heat wave and after getting the run around from two other companies I luckily found Pineapple. JP answered my phone call and was able to arrive at my mom's house within the hour. He diagnosed the problem and provided an straightforward estimate. He was even willing to speak with an insurance rep on the phone for me and explain the issues. He had the needed parts in his van and was able to get unit back up and running. He was kind, personable, and knowledgeable. This is a company I will call in the future and refer friends to.

Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

The Best .. A Great experience If you have to purchase a new A/C unit. Gerald came out and was very through in explaining the unit and what they would be doing in the change out. All technicians were very professional and polite. I received 3 estimates on the same unit same sear and AirZona was the least by a couple  $1000.00.No kidding. I highly recommend.and Gerald brought us KK donuts on the morning of completion.  Sweet..

Our wall unit gas heater wasn't working.  Ray responded quickly, scheduled an inspection, showed up on time, repaired the heater, and charged a reasonable price.

All I want in any business is for that business to be honest.   Kyle was honest, fair, and willing to explain exactly what went wrong.  I appreciate that!   I will definitely use this company again for any further needs.

This company shoots straight and tells the customer like it is. The A/C tech Brian was very knowledgeable and works very efficiently! I would recommend Sorensen Heating and Cooling to anyone that needs good work done at a fair price.
