Super responsive and informative. The guys that came to check my AC unit explained all my options.

So...I took advantage of their spring special and got an Amana HVAC system installed. 16 SEER with 16 years parts and labor? Are you kidding me? 2 year test drive? I had another HVAC installer come out to give me a quote. I showed him the quote from Cool Touch. He said why didn't you jump on this deal? Anyway - system installed properly. David, Christian and Henderson did an awesome job in the very tight quarters offered. So far, I'm very pleased and hope to beat APS at their game. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 star is quote for plumbing repair unrelated to A/C. Got a quote from them (The Trusted Plumber) for $340. I asked for parts and labor breakdown but was told that they do a flat rate. Seems too high to me for the time needed for repair but I'm going for it anyway because I feel the boss, Chris Funk, stands behind his work and will do the right thing. All in all, I would highly recommend Cool Touch for A/C installation.

Mark did an excellent job replacing our 40 gallon  water heater. He came on time and completed the job in no time. Mark is very pleasant and I highly recommend his company

Super prompt and honest. Derek was a life saver after our home warranty company left us with no A/C for two weeks. He immediately reached out to schedule a time. He was actually able to arrive before his estimated window of arrival. He diagnosed what was wrong and gave us our honest options rather than the run around we kept getting from other places. He fixed the issue right away which was amazing. I definitely recommend Derek and this company. Phenomenal service

LIAR...that's the best way to summarize my experience. I was told I needed to replace a part under warranty (my house is only 2 years old) that would have cost me close to $500 in labor. It took about 3 weeks for the owner to call back to replace the part. He claimed the part was on back order. He never attempted to keep me informed on the status of my part. I had a bad vibe about this guy. I decided to research other AC companies. In the meantime I contacted Coolertymes to explain that maybe I didn't need a blower because my fan actually blows air. He insisted that I STILL need this part. I almost fell for this BS but after he ditched me again for a second appointment and sent rude text messages I told him not to contact me again!!! The new company I called A Quality HVAC Air Conditioning and Heating (I would rank them at a 5) came out the next day and said that THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE BLOWER. He said it was just the setting/schedule on the thermostat that was off. He reset it & told me to change my filters. He even took out my filters and washed down my units. He gave me really good tips on taking care of my AC units and was very polite and professional. I paid him $59 plus a tip and my upstairs unit works fine. I suggest to always get a second opinion especially if you call this company. I kept ALL the text messages so he can't dispute our conversation.

The service technicians were quick to respond. They were professional and cost was very reasonable.  I was very pleased with their service, so I had them service my daughters A/C.  They found an issue caused by a previous company that was causing the A/C not to run efficiently.  It was corrected. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

I requested service on yelp and Suttle Air Was the first to respond late one Sunday evening. I booked an air vent/ dryer vent cleaning and they came out a few days later. Chris was the service tech and was super friendly and professional. He did a thorough job and walk me through the whole process. Thanks for the wonderful customer service! It was a great experience and I highly recommend Suttle Air!

Our A/C stopped working, of course, in the middle of the summer.  I read the Yelp reviews and decided to give Alternative Air a call first to see if they could come out.  I was expecting to be told that we would have to wait a few days before someone could come out.  I was pleasantly surprised to be told that a technician would be over in about 40 minutes due to a cancellation.  The technician, Gage, arrived within the promised timeframe.  Gage was courteous and helpful.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the part and was all done within a half hour of arriving.  I have never had issues with an A/C unit before so I'm not sure what everything costs but I did pay less than I expected.  I would definitely recommend them and will call them again for any A/C issues.

8/19/16- Update:  AC decided to give me problems tonight.  Called Bakers at 7:30 pm and doorbell rang by 8.   1 run capacitor later, I've got nice cold AC again.  Highly recommend.....again.

Turned my furnace on (gas) and it set off the smoke detectors.  Googled heating/AC service for Surprise and got a list.  Baker was the third call and only company to actually answer the phone.  Asked Ken if he could take a look at it Monday (called Friday afternoon).  Ken said he could look at it same day and called in advance.

He serviced the system and furnace running fine.  Just needed cleaning of the AC coil.  Fast, friendly and professional.  Highly recommend.

Tom & Steve just came by to do a follow-up check to the brand new unit they installed a few weeks ago. I must say I am so impressed with both of them and Mountainside Air! Considering I called for a free quote due to a Facebook pop-up ad - I am so pleased with my experience! Knowledgeable, professional and I trust their diagnosis assessments and work.  Thank you Mountainside Air for helping me when my AC unit completely went out in 100+ degree heat. You were able to come out to assess the situation quickly, recommend, quote and ultimately install a brand new unit.  After gathering multiple quotes I appreciate your ability to price match to get me the most value for my money. Pineapple Air owner (John) and technician (Matt) installed a new American Standard air handler and heat pump. They were very professional and knowledgable. Excellent customer service! We highly recommend them. A+++

I was looking for a contractor to install a complete heating and a/c unit. Calling most of the directory listed companies, I could not get anyone to come out to bid. Then I ran across this new business R&R, what a find! Ray came out as scheduled and on time. He is very knowledgeable and patiently went over the details of his design. I had total confidence in his plan. We scheduled the install and Ray not once disappointed us. He made every appointment and not one late show up. Our system performs perfect! I highly recommend this business.

I've had this company come out to my house twice for two different issues. They are awesome, hard working, and did not price gouge me! They also beat another company's estimate and saved me some money. I have referred them to a friend of mine and they are also very happy with this company's work too! Definitely recommend.

Needed to have my aging HVAC replaced, Sorenson gave me the best quote, the best communication, and the best advice in regards to financing. Never felt like I was being taken advantage of or that they were trying to upsell me. They are my go to from this point on.
