Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

Our AC was not cooling below 80. I did call Joe in the morning he called 30 min later and told me his technician, Julio will come between 2-5. His tech arrived at 2 worked for 2 hours, our AC needed lots of Freon which got very expensive and Julio had repaired a leakage. AC is working well and the house is cold again. outstanding service, the same day. They do not charge for service call they come and check the problem and its up to you if you want them to repair or call another company, no pressure!!

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!

The owner / technician rushed the job and let me without a dryer for a week as the dryer vent wasn't properly treated.  He finished with a tape job and broke our fixture next to the dryer.  The quote for proper repairs never came.  Use the next guy.

Avnel and his team have been the Honest go to guys for Air conditioning repair and replacement. I'm always out of town and Avnel has taken care of my properties. Without a doubt the most trusted AC company. PS I dont write many reviews, but Avnel deserves it.

My AC stopped blowing cool air and we found Ken through Google and contacted him.  He came within an hour and knew what the problem was right away and fixed it on the spot.  His service was quick and very professional.  I would have Ken do all of my heating and cooling services when needed.  Thank you Ken!

Great company-- Tom is wonderful! He came out of his way to check out our AC situation and give us a quote that was much better than the previous company we had come out for a new one. We got it installed the following week, which is way faster than we thought! They came early in the morning and it was done before the summer heat kicked in! Woohoo to an updated AC! Oh and they fixed a few things that weren't right from the last time someone was up there before we bought the house. They are amazing! And they come to check on the install 2 weeks later. Unbelievable service!  Came home Saturday night from a weekend in the mountains to find our A/C at home was out, 93 degrees in the house. Called 4 companies, major TV advertisers, no one was available within 24 hours. Called Pineapple Air because their Google ratings were 5 out of 5 with a dramatic number of reviews (43, if I recall correctly.). They were out in an hour!  They gave me a choice, repair tonight (10:30 pm!!!) for $X, or replace tomorrow (Sunday???). Our unit was over 15 years old, so, we decided to replace it next day. Sure enough, late afternoon on a Sunday we had a seriously superior new heating and air conditioning system installed, up and running!! Mind boggling!  It just doesn't get any better!

Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

Our wall unit gas heater wasn't working.  Ray responded quickly, scheduled an inspection, showed up on time, repaired the heater, and charged a reasonable price.

Kyle is dependable, super efficient, and stands behind his work.  He installed a mini-split from start to finish in 4 hours all by himself, for far less than competitors.  AND he loves this country, and is a veteran.

Absolutely would recommend this company. We had noticed our AC was blowing warmer than usual and taking a really long time to cool the house in March. Got Sorensen out within a day or two and he came out and looked everything over and explained everything as he went. Found out we had a hole in the coil that was leaking coolant (he found out we had NO coolant left). He gave us several options: fix it now, do a quick fix and see if it works, or patch. He explained the pros and cons of each option and the approximate cost of each option. We opted to do a quick fix and find the money to replace the coil in a few months. The manufacturer (which our contractor chose, and had nothing to do with Sorensen) was really difficult to deal with and kept delaying but Sorensen kept me in the loop and let me know as soon as it was in. Even with a major issue from the initial installation (again, our contractor's issue!!!), he was extremely friendly and efficient. This company definitely knows their field, and it was great to get a better understanding of how our AC works and what could go wrong. It is so difficult to find a good company you can trust, especially in the middle of summer here in Phoenix, but this company totally fits the bill. I will absolutely be using them in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone looking!
