I highly recommend this company.  The owner is amazingly knowledgeable, fair and honest.  If you need repairs, or a new unit you will not go wrong calling this company first.  

Our air went out Saturday evening, and the owner actually came out at midnight to fix our unit.  He diagnosed the problem in minutes and repaired the unit.  He didn't even charge us because it turned out to be a simple issue.  I can't give this company enough praise.  Very pleased at the service.

Thanks to Brannen, we're running cool again. We had a spot of bad luck with a tech who wasn't quite up to Cool Touch snuff but Brannen came out first thing next day and fixed the mistake. He was very nice - exactly what I'd expected from my first experience with Cool Touch. He took the time to explain what went wrong and really made my husband and I feel like valued customers. He even wore those blue carpet-saving booties. We'll definitely be back - and we'll be looking at turning our water heater needs over to them since I learned that they handled those as well.

We found mold under some crumbling paint while prepping to paint a bedroom. Wanted to have someone come out and fix as we know how dangerous mold can be. Kyle came out, was extremely informative and alleviated our worries in terms of what needed to be done. Did not try to oversell or do unnecessary work. I would definitely use this company in the future and recommend to others.

Derek was on it! My A/C went out in the middle of night,  and he was the 1st one to respond and able to get here the fastest! Total life saver! Definitely recommend this company if you need any service!

Highly recommended! The owner Raul is extremely knowledgeable and honest. He showed up as scheduled and ready to get the job done. I hired him after I hired another AC person who was trying to rip me off or did not know much about AC.

My house is now cooling and staying cold. And he was affordable!

James was very responsive from the beginning and was able to schedule a duct cleaning service fairly quickly after my house was painted fairly. Did a bunch of quote requests from Yelp and James' quote was the most reasonable.

The actual job was done on time and perfectly. Dustin and Chris the two technicians took care to not leave my house dusty after the cleaning and also took care to not damage or scratch my freshly painted walls and ceiling.

Remote diagnostics that were attached to my AC units showed me all the functions were within parameters and there was never an attempt to upsell anything.

We even get pictures of all the vents in all their gory details post job.

The owner of this company was not able to make the first appointment that was  scheduled weeks in advance.  He rescheduled with us for 2 days later and when he did not show up he didn't even remember he made the appointment.  We are going with a different more reliable company!

I found Ken on home advisor. He called me back right away and he scheduled an appointment and arrived on time.  He did a great job being patient and explaining what he was doing on my unit. He cleaned the attic Evaporation coil. LOOKS LIKE NEW. I will definitely call Ken again for service. ***** 5 stars!! Thank you!!

Our central air went out when it was 113 out. JP and his team took fantastic care of us. They were reasonably priced and prompt. They made time for us in the middle of their busy schedule when other companies wouldn't. They checked on us for days after and were so personable and friendly. Best customer service experience I've ever had!!!! Highly recommend!

Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

Then I ran across this new business R&R, what a find! Ray came out as scheduled and on time. He is very knowledgeable and patiently went over the details of his design. I had total confidence in his plan. We scheduled the install and Ray not once disappointed us. He made every appointment and not one late show up. Our system performs perfect! I highly recommend this business.
