Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

Joe came out to inspect my A/C system since it has been underperforming for the last month.  I wanted to make sure there wasn't a larger issue and that the system has just hit its max with this heat.  I had called two other companies that weren't even willing to come out.

Not only did he come over the same day, but since there were no issues with the system, he didn't charge me anything.  And he ended with, a very sincere Do you have any more questions?

That last part is what really caught my attention.  At 2:30 in the afternoon mid-August, having not made any money on the call, still seeing if he can provide customer education.  Very rare to see that kind of professionalism, and it was deeply appreciated.  He certainly won me as customer.

I called on Saturday for a basic service call. Price was reasonable at $59. They were booked until 12 but I was called as soon as a tech was available. Louis came out to check the unit. Now my unit is 19 yrs old so typically ac companies tell me I need a new one. Not Louis. He checked my unit and told me it was running at all optimal conditions.  He even said if its not broke don't fix it, which you never hear from ac guys.  Their techs get paid per hour and not by commission. Their care for the customers' best interest really shows. He took the time to explain the service he performed and was very professional.

We found mold under some crumbling paint while prepping to paint a bedroom. Wanted to have someone come out and fix as we know how dangerous mold can be. Kyle came out, was extremely informative and alleviated our worries in terms of what needed to be done. Did not try to oversell or do unnecessary work. I would definitely use this company in the future and recommend to others.

They did a great job for me. He was so nice and walked me through everything. He even took video to show me what was happening in my attic.

I had a problem with my AC.  It just kept blowing hot air.  I called cooler tymes and within one hour had great service and cold air.  I highly recommend Cooler Tymes

Great service at reasonable prices. Arthur showed up to my house early the day after Christmas and resolved the issue quickly. He cleaned my HVAC system and tested it to make sure it was working at peak performance. I would strongly recommend RMIII AC and Heating. A+

James was very responsive from the beginning and was able to schedule a duct cleaning service fairly quickly after my house was painted fairly. Did a bunch of quote requests from Yelp and James' quote was the most reasonable.

The actual job was done on time and perfectly. Dustin and Chris the two technicians took care to not leave my house dusty after the cleaning and also took care to not damage or scratch my freshly painted walls and ceiling.

Remote diagnostics that were attached to my AC units showed me all the functions were within parameters and there was never an attempt to upsell anything.

We even get pictures of all the vents in all their gory details post job.

yes,  yes,  yes. true example of great and fast customer service,  I had contacted another local AC company from yelp last week but they never showed up,  today was my first available day off,  so I've been miserable for a week now, I woke up found this company and based on reviews gave it a try, I called them at 8:22am, they tech Jamie showed up at 10:30 on the dot as promised, checked my attic,  told me the problem and cost to fix and now I'm sitting on my couch with that beautiful cold air blowing at 11:30, a week of suffering resolved in a hour, my only complaint is that I didn't call them last week. .i will def use them again if necessary and recommend them,  being a homeowner in Maricopa I'm happy to give a local company my business. . nice job

We called Baker Heating and Cooling Sunday afternoon (new client). Our AC decided to take a dive.  Of course, Sunday afternoon.

Ken answered the phone (sounded like he was climbing down a ladder), took my name and info and said he would be over in 2 hours. Wow!  Awesome.   Ken comes over, does his thing, says the fan motor thingy (my words) is dead and needs to be replaced.
So I go into stealth mode, hop on amazon and Google, search the cost to see if I'm being... well you know.  Ken quoted me $760 installed and I found it online for $550+ shipping.  So with install, he's a great price (soon an awesome price, continue reading)!  But it only came with a 1 year warranty.
Ken has a program I can sign up on, he'll clean both my AC units (in the off season), extend the warranty to 5 years, and discount the part by 15% ($114.00 in this case, making the fan thingy $646 installed! ) for $300 more.  Unless you're strapped for cash, this is a no-brainer, do it!  So I did.  Ken went to work, had everything in his truck, got us cooled down in about an hour.
Awesome service, awesome turn around time, awesome hardware price, awesome response time!

So the next day our AC goes out again.  So, here's the bad right?... or is it more Awesomeness?!!

Ken comes over 2 hours after I call, checks the AC unit, finds some wires that might be an issue and replaces them.  Ken then gave a little educational talk about running my dual AC units.  Everything done, how much for the service call and wires?  Just the cold bottles of water!!  No charge for the service call!  No charge for *my* faulty wires that Ken replaced.
That my friends is Awesome Customer Service!

Please remember it's hot out there and Ken is racing around fixing our AC units.  Please put a few cold bottles of water in the fridge for him!

Professional and reliable. Texted before appointment and on time.  Price for general service was a bit higher than I wanted to pay but Steve was thorough. He also educated me on the best filter for my AC and my needs. I definitely recommend them

We had an emergency. Needed someone tonight but no one is available in the whole state it seems.

Our wall unit gas heater wasn't working.  Ray responded quickly, scheduled an inspection, showed up on time, repaired the heater, and charged a reasonable price.

Full disclosure here - Kyle has been a friend to my family for many years - which made things all the better when he set up his own HVAC business.  We knew we'd finally have someone truly trustworthy if and when our AC unit went south.  And it went south in a big way just over a week ago.  We needed a complete replacement during Kyle's busiest time of the year, and Kyle came through.  We now have a near top-of-the-line, high efficiency system.  The installation was timely, clean, and hassle free.  This is a man you can believe in.
