Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

Our A/C stopped working late yesterday afternoon on one of the hottest days of summer. By the time I got a hold of Cool/Hot Guys Heating & AC it was almost 8pm and not many other companies were open. Joe had other jobs to do but was able to fit us in that night.  He texted when he was 15 min away (always a plus).  Then he was super friendly to our dog, who is very wary of strangers at first, letting him sniff around for a few minutes (another bonus!).  After he charmed the dog, he got to work.  He found the problem - a new fuse needed - and showed my husband how to do it himself in the future.  Then he refused payment because it was such an inexpensive part, even though he spent 20-30 minutes here.  We were flabbergasted.  We couldn't even get him to accept payment for the service.  Although we didn't get to compensate him this time, we are saving his info and will absolutely call him first next time!  HIGHLY recommend Joe at Cool/Hot Guys Heating and AC!!

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!

Today my new A/Cc units and Furnaces where installed.  We just purchase this house in AZT and the repairs are just mounting up.  
We had been shopping for A/C units since we moved in and wanted it done before the beautiful weather of summer hits us.
After long consideration and estimates we choose Cooler Tymes from Litchfield Park.  Mike Greco owner and worker.
Mike and his was the best I have ever seen in a Company that has such great service and repairs.  

Let me tell you about the estimates.  Called 8 different companies even Costco. From 23 to 13 thousand for two units.
Every estimator was told the same thing, the units where install 2001, 2200 hundred square feet,and one room was cold during the winter where the others were heated.
that the estimator should tell us what we needed.  Out of the eight two of the estimators were the owners. only two got a ladder and went to the attic to look at the job.
I can go outside myself and look at the a/c units.

Only two estimator went into the attic to look at the furnaces.  Only two the owners /worker came out to speak to us. The sales pitch was so great that this I will do for you.
Only one explained everything to detail. Cooler Tymes was referred to me by a new neighbor for I am thankful that is why I am referring Mike Greco of Cooler Times.
He told me he would be there he was, Whenever I called Cooler Tymes Mike would answer.  I in a way forgot to meet with him to go over the estimate if I had any concerns.
He called to to set up the second meet I did not return his calls.  A few days later I called him that to wait till I call him back in about a week.  
Never asked or pried or pushed , in seven days.  I called him to make another appointment to meet. Well we sign the contract gave him a deposit and Schedule a install date.

Installation day, seven people including Mike  at schedule time arrives.  Every person on this crew was wearing a Cooler Times work shirt.  Every man knew what his job
was.  It looked like a well planned battle plan. everyone worked including the boss (Mike Greco). Was very impressed at three pm they all left for the day.  At 3:45pm the drywall guy pulls up.  
He comes in to touch up any drywall repairs that are needed. Amazing.  The following day Mike and one employee come to setup and to teach us how to use the IQ thermostats.
This guy is 100% customer Satisfaction!  I am from Chicago and to this date have never seen anyone this good.  Thank you Mike Greco and Cooler Tymes.  A job very well done.

Mike is truthful and Honest he does push things onto you that are not needed.  
I am retired and will spend the rest of my time in the true Sunshine state and Cooler Tymes, and Mike Greco,  will be my A/C place.

Great service at reasonable prices. Arthur showed up to my house early the day after Christmas and resolved the issue quickly. He cleaned my HVAC system and tested it to make sure it was working at peak performance. I would strongly recommend RMIII AC and Heating. A+

So my air ducts was in need of cleaning as I could see the dirt building around them.  I called them because they are local and luckily for me they had a cancellation and we're able to come the next day.  Chris came on time, explained what he was going to do, took photos and video as well.  He was very friendly and cleaned up after himself.  He also cleaned out my dryer vent, which after five years definitely needed it.  I will definitely use them again before the weather gets cold to service my units for the heat and again before next summer for the AC.

Our A/C stopped working, of course, in the middle of the summer.  I read the Yelp reviews and decided to give Alternative Air a call first to see if they could come out.  I was expecting to be told that we would have to wait a few days before someone could come out.  I was pleasantly surprised to be told that a technician would be over in about 40 minutes due to a cancellation.  The technician, Gage, arrived within the promised timeframe.  Gage was courteous and helpful.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the part and was all done within a half hour of arriving.  I have never had issues with an A/C unit before so I'm not sure what everything costs but I did pay less than I expected.  I would definitely recommend them and will call them again for any A/C issues.

We typically went through Chas roberts but having called them and being told it would take a few days to even get some one out to our house, I was luckily forced to look into other options. I did some research and found Baker heating and cooling. Their reviews were amazing. Let me tell you, they deserve every star they have. They showed up within 2 hours even though they are ridiculously busy and started working on the issue. We didn't get it fixed the first time, but here they are working on getting my family cool air at 9 at night. They are hot, exhausted and yet still here to help us. Ken is extremely open in communicating his concerns. They also offer Police/military discounts which is amazing customer service for the area they service! We signed up with the service plan and I could not be happier!

Amazing service! They do our AC maintenance and always take care of us.  I don't know anything about AC and how all of that stuff works but everytime I have a question or concern, I know I can always reach out to them and I get an answer or have them come out and check my unit! They are super friendly and very professional!

Never bothered to call. I called a second time, they promised to call back. Never did. Can't rate them if they refuse to work.

Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

The Best .. A Great experience If you have to purchase a new A/C unit. Gerald came out and was very through in explaining the unit and what they would be doing in the change out. All technicians were very professional and polite. I received 3 estimates on the same unit same sear and AirZona was the least by a couple  $1000.00.No kidding. I highly recommend.and Gerald brought us KK donuts on the morning of completion.  Sweet..

I was looking for a contractor to install a complete heating and a/c unit. Calling most of the directory listed companies, I could not get anyone to come out to bid. Then I ran across this new business R&R, what a find! Ray came out as scheduled and on time. He is very knowledgeable and patiently went over the details of his design. I had total confidence in his plan. We scheduled the install and Ray not once disappointed us. He made every appointment and not one late show up. Our system performs perfect! I highly recommend this business.

I called Kyle around 11:30 on a Thursday when our AC unit started to act a little funny, expecting to be put on the schedule for the following week but he made it out same day! WHAAAT?! Most other AC companies, especially in the AZ summer, are slow to respond and put you on the schedule for a week later unless you want to pay extra. Not Kyle. He was kind, professional and did an amazing job. I honestly can't say enough about the service we received and I will absolutely be recommending him to EVERYONE I know but also using him in the future!

I called when my A/C wouldn't come on. They came out promptly, diagnosed the problem (bad capacitor) and we're done in under 30 minutes. Didn't try to scam me into paying for parts I didn't need. Have used them before and wouldn't hesitate to call again.
