Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

This is the 4th air conditioning person I have used since buying a house in AZ 5 years ago.  My system crashed 6 months ago during the summer and had it serviced but the people basically said the system needed replacement and of course tried to sell me on it to the tune of $12,000.  I contacted this service to review the situation and Joe came checked out the entire set up and explained everything about its strengths and weaknesses but basically said he saw no reason to replace it and I could expect 2-3 years and maybe more before it might need to be changed out. I would say he was the most fair, honest and straightforward service person I have ever worked with - plus he is personable and easy to talk to.  You can't do better than this company

I hadn't had my air conditioner looked at for about 8 yrs. (I'm a snowbird and don't use it much) so thought I would have it serviced. My sister said leave it alone if it isn't broke don't fix it, because they had a company and after they left it had all kinds of problems they never had before. However I researched Yelp and decided from reviews to try Cool Touch. The receptionist was friendly, the service man was polite, and when he was done he said it works fine and doesn't have any issues. I breathed a sigh of relief. I trust it will continue to work fine. I was pleased with this company.

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!
Will definitely call Safe Dry Out for any future plumbing needs.

I can't say enough good things about how professional Mike was on fixing my AC unit.  I was able to text him the issue and he just knew what was happening with the unit.  He also helped answer question on a room that wasn't getting enough cold air and did some tricks to help fix the issue.  Also gave my AC unit a good cleaning and fixed some wiring he seen that wasn't done right while he was here. I can say now my AC unit is working better then it has worked before.  Also watch who you call here in phoenix  because I had another guy come out saying he couldn't fix my ac unit and would need to replace the full thing where cooler tymes was able to fix it.

Highly recommended! The owner Raul is extremely knowledgeable and honest. He showed up as scheduled and ready to get the job done. I hired him after I hired another AC person who was trying to rip me off or did not know much about AC.

Up front. Honest. Professional. These guys did an amazing job cleaning my ducts and vents. They were honest about time frames and with what services were included. I'm ready to use them again for the next cleaning I need done.

Our A/C unit went out probably on one of the hottest days. This was not only an inconvenience but it was an expensive inconvenience. We called Alternative Air and they were able to come out the same day to diagnose the issue. They gave us a few options on a replacement unit and replaced it the very next day.

We had shopped around and these guys gave us  the most fair and honest quote. But what stood out the most was how professional Avnel is. I found Ken on home advisor. He called me back right away and he scheduled an appointment and arrived on time.  He did a great job being patient and explaining what he was doing on my unit. He cleaned the attic Evaporation coil. LOOKS LIKE NEW. I will definitely call Ken again for service. ***** 5 stars!! Thank you!!

Pineapple Air installed my new AC unit a couple of months ago. They did an excellent job and I love my new AC!!

A couple of weeks after my AC was installed, John personally came out to do a quality check and make sure everything was working appropriately.

The Smart Thermostat they installed keeps me aware of any issues. Today, on a Sunday morning, I noticed my AC temperature was not where I had set the thermostat. I called John and he was there within an hour to fix it! The issue was just a loose wire. My AC is working wonderfully once again!!

AirZona came to the rescue the day after Christmas when our heat was not working. I went through our home warranty and the first contractor would not be able to make it out for a few days. Our wall unit gas heater wasn't working.  Ray responded quickly, scheduled an inspection, showed up on time, repaired the heater, and charged a reasonable price.

Full disclosure here - Kyle has been a friend to my family for many years - which made things all the better when he set up his own HVAC business.  We knew we'd finally have someone truly trustworthy if and when our AC unit went south.  And it went south in a big way just over a week ago.  We needed a complete replacement during Kyle's busiest time of the year, and Kyle came through.  We now have a near top-of-the-line, high efficiency system.  The installation was timely, clean, and hassle free.  This is a man you can believe in.

Our AC wasn't working...Sorensen had a technician there next day.... The compressor was done...They gave me a few options including just doing the compressor, exchanging the AC parts only, or a whole new system.  From the first time I called to having working AC was just three days.  I contacted a few other companies in the area and the price I ended up paying was the lowest of all of them.  Professional guys! Fast work.
