Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

I am extremely impressed with this company. We had our AC unit go out and within 30 minutes of calling Joseph was at our house and fixed our unit. He was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and there was no call fee, no emergency fee and no up-charging.

I just used Cool Touch for my outside AC unit cause it started intermittenly turning off in the afternoon over the last couple days. After diagnostics we came to the conclusion that the condenser fan motor was going bad. The tech went over my pricing options and offered their additional cost maintenance program. The tech arrived at 6:10 and after doing diagnostics, going over pricing, and the installation of the new fan, he was done by 7:20. After he left I did some research on the cost of my fan motor. The most I have seen it for sale is close to $100. Their price for the motor and install was $789. I saved 20% by signing up for their annual maintenance which after the total came out to $631 plus $15 a month for annual maintenance for a total of $646. So for 25 min of diagnostics, 20 min of going over pricing and 25 min. to install the motor I paid $546 for an 1 hour of labor or $689 if I didnt sign up for their maintenance program. I slept on it and woke up feeling like I really got screwed or gouged on the pricing. They showed up when they said they would, everyone I dealt with was nice but dont think I could use them again based on this pricing.

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!

They did a great job for me. He was so nice and walked me through everything. He even took video to show me what was happening in my attic.

I decided to contact Cooler Tymes AC after reading all the amazing reviews. After doing some research and calling some of the top companies, Mike, the owner was the only one who called me back on a Sunday, and came to our house as promised ! Upon arrival, he was professional and knew immediately what was wrong with my unit. He explained everything throughly and gave me a few options but it ultimately came down to making a decision on replacing my very old units. I felt confident I made the right decision and not once felt pressured even after I told Mike I would think about it. My wife and I discussed the options and after a few days we went for it. As soon as we decided Mike promised to show up at a certain hour and just like his first visit he was punctual and showed up with his awesome crew. They finished in a few hours, cleaned, and meticulously installed everything. Thank you Mike, Carlos, Miguel and Rudy. We finally found a trustworthy ac company.

Highly recommended! The owner Raul is extremely knowledgeable and honest. He showed up as scheduled and ready to get the job done. I hired him after I hired another AC person who was trying to rip me off or did not know much about AC.

My house is now cooling and staying cold. And he was affordable!

James was awesome. My father, who is on hospice, AC had stopped working. I had another company out that said the part was at least 2 weeks out and the fix would be $1700 and seemed to just want to convince me it would be faster and overall less expensive to buy a new unit. I reached out to various companies through yelp to see if anyone had the part. No one did but James asked if he could call to discuss. James had a can do attitude. With or without the part he was certain he could get the air working. He made some calls and called me back the same day with a solution. He sent Justin out the next day and the AC was fixed. James went above and beyond in helping, finding a solution and getting it fixed quickly. Justin was kind, professional and informative. Hopefully wont need to, but would definitely  use again and recommend!

The technician never showed up. The picture in this review clearly shows an email with an appointment at 8 AM. At 1050 AM, I got a call from this company dating that their technician was running late but he works be arriving in about 30 minutes. He still never showed up. I posted a bad review here and the owner replied adding that his morning appointments go from 9AM until noon and I canceled on him. Not true. A woman from the office even called me to apologize. Why would they apologize if they did nothing wrong? Normally I would let this go but I won't be portrayed as a liar. The guy was a no show.

Tom was courteous, quick, and informative in a semi-emergency. Couldn't be happier with the service. I will use them from now on for any HVAC needs.

Even though I didn't get to call them till around 330pm, JP (owner) came out that same night.   He was very thorough in explaining all the issues with our unit & provided details of the reasonable options he could offer us. His customer service was top of the line & this is why we decided to go with them to get our new unit.  Upon delivery & installation, his crew (Chino, Gunner & Christian) extended that same level of excellent customer service.  We were blown away, from beginning to end.  Even with some of the challenges we faced, they were here every step of the way to get it all squared away. We highly recommend them & will certainly use them again.  Thanks, Pineapple Air, for being one of a kind.

Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

AirZona came to the rescue the day after Christmas when our heat was not working. I went through our home warranty and the first contractor would not be able to make it out for a few days. AirZona was the second contractor that we were referred to and they came out and fixed the issue same day. I was looking for a contractor to install a complete heating and a/c unit. Calling most of the directory listed companies, I could not get anyone to come out to bid. Then I ran across this new business R&R, what a find! Ray came out as scheduled and on time. He is very knowledgeable and patiently went over the details of his design. I had total confidence in his plan. We scheduled the install and Ray not once disappointed us. He made every appointment and not one late show up. Our system performs perfect! I highly recommend this business.

We all know how it goes in the Valley of the Sun... It's 115 outside and your air conditioner decides to take a dump. The good, decent, honest guy you normally use has either gone out of business, moved, or gone to work for one of his competitors. You're stuck calling one of the Valleywide big guys that you see advertising on TV (and those commercials ain't cheap). Either that or you ask your neighbor or coworker, or jot down the number of the HVAC van you see driving by on your way to work.

Then you have to listen to all their doom and gloom and all the reasons why you NEED to buy an annual service contract. Then they go into why the estimate's so high and how you need things that YOU know aren't the problem, blah, blah, blah... You know the drill. You feel like you've been molested by a predator but then do whatever they say to GET THE AIR BACK ON!

As they say, when there's sh*t in the bathtub, you don't care what the plumber charges! Those guys prey on the desperation of scorching hot Valley residents.

I sincerely hope that Kyle (and his tech Chad) stay in business for a good, long time. They really ARE the good, decent, honest guys you've been looking for. I know that I'm sold on their service and will use them for as long as I can!

Honest, Prompt, Courteous.  We found Sorensen on Yelp and decided to try him due to the great reviews and we were not disappointed.
I was able to get an appointment within 2 days. Brian, the owner, did a diagnostic on the A/C system and told me what he thought should be done, but didn't try to up-sell me.  He replaced our malfunctioning fan and the unit works great now.  Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will use him again.  It's always nice to be able to use a locally owned and operated business.
