Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

Joe is very honest. We had an issue with our AC last summer and we thought it was going to cost us a lot of money but Joe found a simple issue and fixed it for very reasonable price. Did not try to over sale. He's our new AC/heat guy.

Cool Touch installed my rooftop A/C in 2009.  Don't remember why I picked them, but I'm glad I did. And when the time comes to replace the one I have, they will be the company I give my business to. Everyone that I've dealt with has been competent and friendly, from the person that answers the phone or responds to my email, to the service manager and everyone in between.  I've had service techs go that extra mile and the service manager take the side of the customer when things fell in that gray area.  They always show up on time and practised great social responsibility (wearing a face mask and shoe covers) during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Thanks to all at Cool Touch, I appreciate you all.

Mark did an amazing job on the installation of my garbage disposal.  Also reasonably priced.  Will definitely call him for my Plumbing needs.  Recommended.

Derek was on it! My A/C went out in the middle of night,  and he was the 1st one to respond and able to get here the fastest! Total life saver! Definitely recommend this company if you need any service!

I contacted Cooler Tymes based off of their Yelp reviews.  We had one of our A/C units stop cooling yesterday.  I had my wife contact this company today.  The technician, Mike, came out and my wife said he was very polite and professional.  

After checking everything out he told my wife the TEV or (TX Valve) was clogged and needed to be replaced.  He quoted us a repair (with parts) at $595.00.  My wife told him she would talk to me.  After she called me I said that seemed high and I wanted to discuss with Mike.

I called Mike and asked him what the price was based on.  He went into his industry jargon.  I think they do this to make our heads spin.  I really do not need to know the psi of the Nitrogen he will be using, but he certainly let me know.  I told him I would talk to my wife and get back to him.  Then Mike offered me a deal.  Straight up $500 to fix the unit.  Had to be cash though.  I told him I would get back to him.

I was working and talked to my wife about 30 minutes later and she said she spoke to Mike again.  Now he was offering to fix everything for $400.

So...$595, to $500 and then $400....

Hmmm...sounded sketchy.  It was.  

We called another company and they came out.  Not only was the TEV (TX Valve) not needing to be replaced, but he said that was a scam that some companies use.

He checked the clog and cleared it.  Did a full system check.  Price?  $50.  With tip it was $100.

Very disappointed in what Mike from Cooler Tymes tried to pull on us.

I am all for a company making money for services rendered; however, when the drop the price $200 in 1 hour it seems shady.

If you use these guys, I highly recommend you do your research.

Highly recommended! The owner Raul is extremely knowledgeable and honest. He showed up as scheduled and ready to get the job done. I hired him after I hired another AC person who was trying to rip me off or did not know much about AC.

My house is now cooling and staying cold. And he was affordable!

James was very responsive from the beginning and was able to schedule a duct cleaning service fairly quickly after my house was painted fairly. Did a bunch of quote requests from Yelp and James' quote was the most reasonable.

The actual job was done on time and perfectly. Dustin and Chris the two technicians took care to not leave my house dusty after the cleaning and also took care to not damage or scratch my freshly painted walls and ceiling.

Remote diagnostics that were attached to my AC units showed me all the functions were within parameters and there was never an attempt to upsell anything.

We even get pictures of all the vents in all their gory details post job.

Avnel and his team have been the Honest go to guys for Air conditioning repair and replacement. I'm always out of town and Avnel has taken care of my properties. Without a doubt the most trusted AC company. PS I dont write many reviews, but Avnel deserves it.

We were given their card from a friend who had nothing but glowing reports.  We were given the opportunity to try them out, since our a/c was out upstairs.  They were honest, courteous, reliable and quite knowledgeable.  Would definitely recommend them!

Steve and Tom came out and put a couple mini split systems at my house a few months ago and they did a really great job! The mini splits are great for only cooling my living room during the day and my bedroom at night and I'm really enjoying the cheaper electric bill that I had last month. They seemed pretty knowledgeable and answered all the little questions I've had since the install. Tom let me know that I could call or text whenever I needed help or more information which was nice! I've recommended them to a lot of my family and friends since then and a few months in, I've had no issues with their work! Very professional job!

I highly recommend Pineapple Air! The owner JP came out and did the estimate and had his crew in the next day replacing our AC unit. They were respectful, efficient, and friendly. The price was better than the other companies we got estimates from and JP was honest with what we needed and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. He also came out 2 days after the unit was installed to do a quick inspection to make sure everything looked good. We will definitely use him in the future!

Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

We had an emergency. Needed someone tonight but no one is available in the whole state it seems.

Our wall unit gas heater wasn't working.  Ray responded quickly, scheduled an inspection, showed up on time, repaired the heater, and charged a reasonable price.

Kyle came highly recommended from a friend. When I first contacted him, he responded immediately. He showed up just as he promised and spent alot of time troubleshooting an issue that 3 previous AC techs could not resolve. He found the problem, and did a routine maintenance. He also discovered other issues that could potentially cause problems. He made suggestions, and did not try to sell us anything. Also, he didnt not try to push or sell any warranties or service contracts like many of the larger outfits would do. To say he is honest, professional, dependable, and extremely knowledgeable would be an understatement! I highly recommend recommend Kyle, and I wouldn't use anyone else!

I can't say enough about Brian and Sorensen's Heating and Cooling! I went back and forth between companies, finally deciding to give Sorensen's a call after reading the yelp reviews.  Brian exceeded my expectations!  He was able to do an evening appointment, which I needed as I work late.  He was clean, respectful, honest, hard-working, and answered all of my many questions.  Brian was personable, knowledgeable, and never tried to pressure me into buying anything.  My furnace is working beautifully now!  Brian also went above and beyond, fixing the cut corners that other technicians had left behind.  What impressed me most about Brian was his commitment to integrity and his care for people ~ his family and his customers.  I will be calling only Sorensen's for all of my future heating and cooling needs.  Thank you, Brian!
