This company is shady! If they ask you about a home warranty make sure you say no. I was told since I have a home warranty they will not come out and perform a duct inspection (even though they will get paid 80 bucks) because the customer would likely use the home warranty.

First - a home warranty does not cover an inspection, so I am not sure what someone is supposed to do, second they are getting paid. Its not a free inspection. Lastly, even without a home warranty a good consumer would get quotes for needed repair anyway, so its not guaranteed they would even get the work. Makes me think no matter what the inspection reveals, they are going to drum up some need for repair.

The lady on the phone said she could try and get the manager to make an exception because they had gone back and fourth on this issue. I am sure they have since its a shady business practice. I told her no thanks dont want to business with this type of unethical company.

Do your homework and all companies.

Update based on the post from the company - they are trying to make this appear as a home warranty issue. There was no home warranty issue. I just wanted the inspection on my duct work, which I was happy to pay for, in order to get an idea if my AC was balanced correctly. They said no when they asked if I had a home warranty. They told me it was likely I would submit to my home warranty if they found any issues.

Shady company and shady response in Yelp!! Stat far away from this place. Lots of other reputable companies to give your business to.

Mark did an amazing job on the installation of my garbage disposal.  Also reasonably priced.  Will definitely call him for my Plumbing needs.  Recommended.

I came home from work on a 109-degree Friday evening to find my upstairs A/C unit blowing hot air.  I called Mike at Cooler Tymes and he was at my house within an hour, even updating me by text along the way.  Everything about the experience was outstanding. Mike is both highly professional and refreshingly personable.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty part, all at a very fair price.  I am so pleased with the service Mike provided, and I highly recommend Cooler Tymes!

The service technicians were quick to respond. They were professional and cost was very reasonable.  I was very pleased with their service, so I had them service my daughters A/C.  They found an issue caused by a previous company that was causing the A/C not to run efficiently.  It was corrected. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

I started off by requesting an estimate for a dryer vent cleaning. Mr. James Suttle responded quickly. I'm appreciative that James was able to accommodate my schedule to come out sooner than later due to me leaving town. I received a heads-up text that James was on the way and he arrived with another technician right on time. James asked if I preferred them to wear masks before they came in. The vent cleaning took roughly 20 minutes. James communicated any issues well, was professional, and was very courteous.

On time technician w/professional bearing; polite, informative & pleasant to work with! Technician showed me what work was done on annual maintenance of my AC units. Taught me good items to look out for, pointers to keep power bill down when using my units & how often to change my filters. Fast, thorough & great service!!

I've done business with Baker Heating & Cooling for 7 years.  GREAT Customer Service.   Had them install my new units last October 2021.  Very happy with the install and the quality of the units.   Highly recommend

Thanks to Yelp,  when I needed to find a company to fix my HVAC unit, I found Mountainside Air.  I actually called them for a second opinion after my regular Heating & Air quoted me a very high price to replace the blower on my unit.  Steve and Raoul came out and checked all systems.  Blower did need replacing and I was quoted a price that was much lower than the other company.  2 hours later I had a new blower and all systems were working well.  I am very impressed with the company as well as with Steve and Raoul.  They worked efficiently with no drama and while I hope I won't need the services of Mountainside Air again, it was definitely a good experience.  I highly recommend this company.

The day before I was scheduled to move across country, I was informed that my a/c unit had leaked into my downstairs neighbors condo causing damage to their unit. It was a Saturday in August in Arizona. I called another company first who I previously used and was told they couldn't help me until Sunday night. When I contacted Pineapple, I spoke to John the owner who said he would come to my place that night. He came and quickly diagnosed  then fixed the problem. He also did the repairs to the pipe that runs through my neighbors unit. The cost was so far below what I was imagining for an emergency weekend call. I highly recommend Pineapple for the efficiency of the work, the cost, and the kindness they showed to accommodate customers.

Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

You know how when you find good people, it's evident? Good people have a certain way they talk, a certain way they walk, a certain way they help you through things.

Gerald and his team, (which I think consists mostly of his family) are just plain good people.

We had the unfortunate circumstance to have both of our A/C units experience issues in the summer of 2020 (of course, need I say more?). By the time we started talking with Gerald, I had already been on an a/c contractor parade. I buy nothing that will cost 10k+ without shopping around, so we're talking Excel spreadsheet comparison with all the different quotes, ideas, suggestions, etc... (Side note: if you'd like my spreadsheet, shoot me a message and I'll happily send it over).

I can say Gerald wasn't the least expensive option on the list, but was definitely one of the better prices, and his company offered a labor warranty that was 2.5x longer than the next closest installer. Bang for the buck-- this was a no-brainer.

On install day his team showed up and they're delightful. I can't imagine working in 100+ degree heat in an attic all day, so I honestly couldn't be more thankful. They're polite, informative and again, just plain good people.

I watched our old stuff hit the road and the new stuff come in, and wow. Totally awesome.

Yelp tells me this review is pretty epic (their words), but really it's these guys who are pretty epic. Save yourself the contractor parade. What you get here is an amazing value at a great price. Couldn't be more pleased!

Our wall unit gas heater wasn't working.  Ray responded quickly, scheduled an inspection, showed up on time, repaired the heater, and charged a reasonable price.

I highly recommend Kyle Wilson for AC service and repair. Not only were he and his tech knowledgeable about the specific problems with my system but the cost of service and repair was very fair. Kyle responded within the hour when I had and follow-up issue (which he resolved in less than 15 minutes after his arrival). As a consumer, I always prefer to make a well-informed decision which I felt I was able to do based the recommendation and details Kyle provided. I appreciate not being upsold for things that aren't needed.

Brian did a great job installing our new unit, very professional! Thank you for making our house cold again!
