Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

Our A/C was blowing hot air when we got home from work, called the home warranty company they told us will take up to 24 hours to get someone out to the house to take a look.  My husband called Joe, the owner of Cool/Hot Guys, he was at our house within 10 minutes (he had just finished a job down the road...lucky us!).  Joe was professional, friendly and HONEST (best part) and reasonable prices, took a look at the AC unit and was able to diagnose it right away and saved us from having to spend a night at the hotel.

Recently I turned on the AC and noticed it wasn't blowing very cold, and in fact it was barely cool. I had a friends husband change out the old thermostat to a digital one thinking it wasn't working right, but that didn't do it. After doing some research I found Cool Touch and like everyone I saw the good reviews and decided to give them a try. I called them this morning around 9:45 and was told they'd be out 10-2. Within minutes I got a call saying a service tech would be there in 25 minutes, and it didn't even take that long. Robert was very nice and professional and explained that I had a crack in my freon line, some of my ductwork was opened up, not to mention all of the nasty pigeon mess. He repaired and cleaned everything and even fixed the thermostat (it wasn't done correctly yesterday.. Oops). Now I have a cold AC, colder than it's been the entire time I've lived here and I signed up for the service plan. It even runs quieter!
In any case, this is a great company and I'm really glad I found them. I will definitely continue using them!

Derek was on it! My A/C went out in the middle of night,  and he was the 1st one to respond and able to get here the fastest! Total life saver! Definitely recommend this company if you need any service!

Mike is the absolute best. I've had him out several times for service and thermostat installs and just checking weird noises. He educates his customer and really knows his craft and he is super honest and responsive. It's always better to hire someone with their own business where they do the work and take pride. We need more businesses like this.

The service technicians were quick to respond. They were professional and cost was very reasonable.  I was very pleased with their service, so I had them service my daughters A/C.  They found an issue caused by a previous company that was causing the A/C not to run efficiently.  It was corrected. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

James was very responsive from the beginning and was able to schedule a duct cleaning service fairly quickly after my house was painted fairly. Did a bunch of quote requests from Yelp and James' quote was the most reasonable.

The actual job was done on time and perfectly. Dustin and Chris the two technicians took care to not leave my house dusty after the cleaning and also took care to not damage or scratch my freshly painted walls and ceiling.

Remote diagnostics that were attached to my AC units showed me all the functions were within parameters and there was never an attempt to upsell anything.

We even get pictures of all the vents in all their gory details post job.

I have been a customer since 2018 for fall and summer checks and great support.  However I had prepaid our spring/summer check for this year and scheduled our check for the first part of June. They called and said they were sick and they would call and reschedule. No call so I called and no way to leave a msg, mailbox full.  Was trying to stay supportive of the time and wait but I will move on to another company and learned my lesson of prepaying a service.

We were given their card from a friend who had nothing but glowing reports.  We were given the opportunity to try them out, since our a/c was out upstairs.  They were honest, courteous, reliable and quite knowledgeable.  Would definitely recommend them!

Amazing service! They do our AC maintenance and always take care of us.  I don't know anything about AC and how all of that stuff works but everytime I have a question or concern, I know I can always reach out to them and I get an answer or have them come out and check my unit! Today JP (the owner) came out and fix an issue I was having with a clogged dishwasher we had, he was efficient in his work, and was able to let me know what the problem was, and fix it!. Definitely an honest worker and owner! Thank you for getting my problem fixed immediately I will definitely be recommending my friends & family!!!!

Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

My previous HVAC company checked my unit and told me nothing was wrong it was just hot.  Well, that is not an answer so I had to look elsewhere.  Very pleased to meet Gerald with AirZona.

These folks were polite and informative over the phone, on time for their appointment and thorough in explaining their findings; in my case, I needed to purchase a new A/C unit.

Gerald explained some of my options and what he would do in my situation then gave me a price.  When your A/C unit goes out in the summer, all you really want is to have it fixed so you don't shop to find the best deal.  However, the price quoted was about $2,000 less than I had paid 11 years earlier so I was very content to proceed.

Two days later AirZona installed my new Trane unit and I am pleased that everything is back to normal.  Gerald and his team were on time, professional, polite and clean.  We have already told friends of our experience and will be  referring others to AirZona in the future.

Our wall unit gas heater wasn't working.  Ray responded quickly, scheduled an inspection, showed up on time, repaired the heater, and charged a reasonable price.

I have Kyle come out twice to my home. Once was a tuneup which was done quickly and efficiently. Kyle recommended some services that maybe coming up but at no time pressured me to do anything. Today was the second visit when I woke up to no AC. Within 15 minutes of me texting him at 7 am, he set up a time to come out. He was on time, quickly found the problem and came back after 6 pm to finish the job after getting the part that was broken. Kyle is my go to AC guy. You will not find a more honest, reliable and trustworthy guy in the Phoenix area and I can't recommend him more highly.

Honest, Prompt, Courteous.  We found Sorensen on Yelp and decided to try him due to the great reviews and we were not disappointed.
I was able to get an appointment within 2 days. Brian, the owner, did a diagnostic on the A/C system and told me what he thought should be done, but didn't try to up-sell me.  He replaced our malfunctioning fan and the unit works great now.  Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will use him again.  It's always nice to be able to use a locally owned and operated business.
