Our house was cold when we came back from Christmas vacation Dec.30, 2012.  CoolTouch sent a tech out on New Years Eve.  Luis was very professional and we are confident he checked to make sure there wasn't anything that could be done short of replacing the 12 year old unit. The compressor was locked which meant it tripped the breaker after about 10 seconds.  He explained all of our options and we decided to upgrade one SEER level.  The installation crew was there 3 days later with a crane- we have a roof unit- and had the new unit installed within 4 hours.  The installation included a new programmable thermostat and a new more efficient return port (where the filter resides).  They also ran new thermostat wiring from unit to t'stat- and put it in conduit on the roof- the original installer just ran the wire across the roof.  You can imagine what kind of shape that was in after 12 Phoenix summers!  The price included a pre-summer cooling season check and a winter heating season check.  Luis was just here today for that final pre-paid check, and made sure everything is perfect.  We will be scheduling our next regular maintenance with them around April.  Our final bill for the unit and installation was $5600- I don't recall the unit capacity, but it heats and cools our single-story 1470 sq.ft. efficiently- and it's so much quieter than the old unit. I will recommend CoolTouch to anyone!

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!

Super prompt and honest. Derek was a life saver after our home warranty company left us with no A/C for two weeks. He immediately reached out to schedule a time. He was actually able to arrive before his estimated window of arrival. He diagnosed what was wrong and gave us our honest options rather than the run around we kept getting from other places. I have called Cooler Tymes now several times for various needs and each time Mike was fast to respond, completed the work quickly and provides an extremely fair price. My wife and I recently decided to move. An A\C tune up was requested. We had only a small window to complete the request. Tom has maintained my unit for awhile now but when summer switched to winter, I noticed that my heat was out. Having an older unit, I expected that it would be a lot of money to replace but it was a simple fix and just a low service charge.
I refer him to all my clients.

Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

The Best .. A Great experience If you have to purchase a new A/C unit. Gerald came out and was very through in explaining the unit and what they would be doing in the change out. All technicians were very professional and polite. I received 3 estimates on the same unit same sear and AirZona was the least by a couple  $1000.00.No kidding. I highly recommend.and Gerald brought us KK donuts on the morning of completion.  Sweet..

Our wall unit gas heater wasn't working.  Ray responded quickly, scheduled an inspection, showed up on time, repaired the heater, and charged a reasonable price.

After reading the review by Jessica P. I decided to give Sorensen's a call, and I was very happy with the results. My heat went out, so I gave them a call and Brian came out a few hours later. He was very efficient and knowledgeable and was able to repair it. Even knowing he had other service calls to go on that night, he took the time to answer all my questions. He even went the extra mile and looked at my water heater for me after mentioning that the hot water didn't last long. I will definitely be calling them for all my ac and heating needs. I suggest giving them a call. BTW I am an actual client.
