I am extremely impressed with this company. We had our AC unit go out and within 30 minutes of calling Joseph was at our house and fixed our unit. He was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and there was no call fee, no emergency fee and no up-charging.

I heard you advertise on the radio on  Conservative talk radio.. And you look like you knew what you were doing with the BBB rating and your reviews.. But I wasn't satisfied as a customer. $900 for a small outside fan motor.. on a small older..2002 unit ridiculous!:(
Then I was told the small outside fan motor isn't available in the state of Arizona.. Have to wait 3 days..
Call Sigler Reeves at gateway they had a fan motor for $90 the post for the fan blade was a little long.. My husband went over and picked it up cut off the shaft to fit the fan blade.. Ground it to the unit. All done in one hour.   We are thinking of replacing both units but.. Cool touch won't be doing it.. we are having Collins HVAC..do it for us.

Mark did an amazing job on the installation of my garbage disposal.  Also reasonably priced.  Will definitely call him for my Plumbing needs.  Recommended.

I came home from work yesterday to a balmy 87 degrees in my house. I tried 3 different A/C companies ,who all wanted to schedule me for the following day, I finally found Mike here on Yelp and gave him a call. Told him my issue & he said he was on his way! He gave me an accurate ETA & got right on the job. Unfortunately my A/C was shot so he gave me my options which were unbelievably affordable, still hurt the pocket book but not as bad as I was anticipating. It's now 2 o'clock the next day and my units in and cooling the house. Mike was extremely informative and professional. He really takes care of his customers and I will be a repeat customer for sure. Thanks again.

The service technicians were quick to respond. They were professional and cost was very reasonable.  I was very pleased with their service, so I had them service my daughters A/C.  They found an issue caused by a previous company that was causing the A/C not to run efficiently.  It was corrected. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

James was very responsive from the beginning and was able to schedule a duct cleaning service fairly quickly after my house was painted fairly. Did a bunch of quote requests from Yelp and James' quote was the most reasonable.

The actual job was done on time and perfectly. Dustin and Chris the two technicians took care to not leave my house dusty after the cleaning and also took care to not damage or scratch my freshly painted walls and ceiling.

Remote diagnostics that were attached to my AC units showed me all the functions were within parameters and there was never an attempt to upsell anything.

We even get pictures of all the vents in all their gory details post job.

Our A/C unit went out probably on one of the hottest days. This was not only an inconvenience but it was an expensive inconvenience. We called Alternative Air and they were able to come out the same day to diagnose the issue. They gave us a few options on a replacement unit and replaced it the very next day.

We had shopped around and these guys gave us  the most fair and honest quote. But what stood out the most was how professional Avnel is. He made sure to check for leaks and made sure everything was in good working order before he left. We recommend Alternative Air to anyone looking for a good, reliable and honest HVAC company. After being unhappy with our HVAC Service Company, I tried Mountainside Air in Phoenix.  Steve came out this morning at the time they said they would be here, I couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. He was great, on top of that they are very nice people that provide great customer service. I highly recommend this Company.

Our A/C was acting up during the hottest time of the year. Called up Pineapple around 4pm on Wednesday, and had JP at the house within hours. A check of the system revealed a faulty valve in the air handler. Part was ordered ans installed Thursday evening.
Quick, courteous, and honest service. Happy to recommend to friends and family.

My previous HVAC company checked my unit and told me nothing was wrong it was just hot.  Well, that is not an answer so I had to look elsewhere.  Very pleased to meet Gerald with AirZona.

These folks were polite and informative over the phone, on time for their appointment and thorough in explaining their findings; in my case, I needed to purchase a new A/C unit.

Gerald explained some of my options and what he would do in my situation then gave me a price.  When your A/C unit goes out in the summer, all you really want is to have it fixed so you don't shop to find the best deal.  However, the price quoted was about $2,000 less than I had paid 11 years earlier so I was very content to proceed.

Two days later AirZona installed my new Trane unit and I am pleased that everything is back to normal.  Gerald and his team were on time, professional, polite and clean.  We have already told friends of our experience and will be  referring others to AirZona in the future.

I was looking for a contractor to install a complete heating and a/c unit. Calling most of the directory listed companies, I could not get anyone to come out to bid. Then I ran across this new business R&R, what a find! Ray came out as scheduled and on time. He is very knowledgeable and patiently went over the details of his design. I had total confidence in his plan. We scheduled the install and Ray not once disappointed us. He made every appointment and not one late show up. Our system performs perfect! I highly recommend this business.

We all know how it goes in the Valley of the Sun... It's 115 outside and your air conditioner decides to take a dump. The good, decent, honest guy you normally use has either gone out of business, moved, or gone to work for one of his competitors. You're stuck calling one of the Valleywide big guys that you see advertising on TV (and those commercials ain't cheap). Either that or you ask your neighbor or coworker, or jot down the number of the HVAC van you see driving by on your way to work.

Then you have to listen to all their doom and gloom and all the reasons why you NEED to buy an annual service contract. Then they go into why the estimate's so high and how you need things that YOU know aren't the problem, blah, blah, blah... You know the drill. You feel like you've been molested by a predator but then do whatever they say to GET THE AIR BACK ON!

As they say, when there's sh*t in the bathtub, you don't care what the plumber charges! Those guys prey on the desperation of scorching hot Valley residents.

I sincerely hope that Kyle (and his tech Chad) stay in business for a good, long time. They really ARE the good, decent, honest guys you've been looking for. I know that I'm sold on their service and will use them for as long as I can!

Excellent! I would definitely call them again. Reasonable prices. Their staffs are friendly and prompt.
