Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

Joe is an amazing guy and total lifesaver.

Early this morning I noticed that one of our a/c units that cools half of our house (including my 1 year old's bedroom) stopped producing cold air. One company (who I won't name) came out and told us that we needed to replace the defrost board and would have to call the manufacturer to find a company that could replace it. Pretty useless information midday on a Sunday in the summer in Arizona.

At this point it was about 85 degrees in the house and 105 degrees outside. I called another 8-10 companies (including those open 24 hours), and none of them could come out today.

Just as I was getting ready to find a hotel for my family to go to for the night, my husband found Joe, who told us he could fix it right away. He came by within an hour and figured out that the previous guys had actually blown a fuse and made the problem worse. Joe fixed everything within 30 minutes max and didn't need to replace the defrost board.

Not only did Joe come to our house at 5:00 pm on a Sunday, he essentially had to do a chin up just to get into our attic on a 105 degree day (we don't have a tall ladder).

He is the only person I will ever call to fix my a/c in the future!

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!

We were experiencing a rattle in my AC system that was driving us pretty crazy. We found Cooler Tymes online via Google search. They were able to setup a call for the afternoon.The tech arrived on-time and  he was professional and courteous. The issue was identified and fixed very quickly. He gave me some advice regarding our system too - which was helpful because we only recently purchased the house.

Great service at reasonable prices. Arthur showed up to my house early the day after Christmas and resolved the issue quickly. He cleaned my HVAC system and tested it to make sure it was working at peak performance. I would strongly recommend RMIII AC and Heating. A+

I requested service on yelp and Suttle Air Was the first to respond late one Sunday evening. I booked an air vent/ dryer vent cleaning and they came out a few days later. Chris was the service tech and was super friendly and professional. He did a thorough job and walk me through the whole process. Thanks for the wonderful customer service! I called to schedule a basic check up for my a/c as we recently purchased our property and weren't sure the last time it was serviced.  The prices were fair, and they were able to come out literally one hour after i called and showed up right on time. The guys were very nice and professional and everything went really well. I'll definitely be calling them again if anything goes wrong with my units.

We were given their card from a friend who had nothing but glowing reports.  We were given the opportunity to try them out, since our a/c was out upstairs.  They were honest, courteous, reliable and quite knowledgeable.  Would definitely recommend them!

Tom was great, called him at 3:45 on a Friday and he helped me find the best solution.  I didn't hire them, but would be at the top of my list.  He was intent on getting me the best solution not just selling product.  

I was looking for a mini-split but sounds like moving ducts on my existing central air is the best choice.

I was looking for a contractor to install a complete heating and a/c unit. Calling most of the directory listed companies, I could not get anyone to come out to bid. Then I ran across this new business R&R, what a find! Ray came out as scheduled and on time. He is very knowledgeable and patiently went over the details of his design. I had total confidence in his plan. We scheduled the install and Ray not once disappointed us. He made every appointment and not one late show up. Our system performs perfect! I highly recommend this business.

I have done business with Kyle Wilson Heating & Cooling for about 5 years and would highly recommend him.  I have used other big companies in the past and have always had issues.  Kyle is knowledgable and honest.  He won't try to sell you something that you don't need yet or try to upsell you a new unit when a repair is in order, as was our previous experiences.  When our unit did eventually give out, he was out here the same day, ordered a new unit at a fair price and installed it 3 days later.  We have been very happy with the service we have received and like supporting a small family business.

Tried to schedule an AC tuneup on their website online form, which didn't work. No answer when calling the office phone. After 3 tries, finally reached someone.

On the scheduled day, we were told someone would call before they arrived at the scheduled time. No one called. Two attempts to reach someone in the office failed. Half an hour after the scheduled time, they called and said they would be there in 30-45 minutes. They instead arrived 90 minutes later.

Once onsite, the technician performed the work satisfactory. Only a couple hundred dollars of repairs found.

In conclusion, the work was performed well , but their customer service is severely lacking. Had it not been for the 5-star reviews, I would have given up and went with someone else.
