Joe is absolutely awesome. He answered my calls and texts even at 8:30 at night. He was more than happy to come and inspect the work my home warranty performed because I was skeptical of their diagnosis. I would highly recommend Joe and his company for anything you need!

After having my AC fixed and spending 650.00 my Ac went out again. I called around and a number of people gave me quotes but the best price I could find was with Cool touch. Kevin came out the same day to come look at AC. Very friendly and scheduled someone to come out as soon as possible. David and Austin came out to replace my Ac. All three Cool touch employees were friendly,professional and did an amazing job. They took the time to explain everything they did and showed me pictures of the work in the attic. He also provided more solutions and ways to improve air later on as needed. He was kind and understanding of my concerns. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommended! The owner Raul is extremely knowledgeable and honest. He showed up as scheduled and ready to get the job done. I hired him after I hired another AC person who was trying to rip me off or did not know much about AC.

James has been doing all HVAC work on my house for the past two years including working on my AC unit, replacing my thermostat, and removing 4+ pounds of lint from my dryer vent. He has always been very prompt, friendly, and professional. He provides text messages with updates of his arrival as well as text messages with photos when the job is finished. Our A/C stopped working, of course, in the middle of the summer.  I read the Yelp reviews and decided to give Alternative Air a call first to see if they could come out.  I was expecting to be told that we would have to wait a few days before someone could come out.  I was pleasantly surprised to be told that a technician would be over in about 40 minutes due to a cancellation.  The technician, Gage, arrived within the promised timeframe.  Gage was courteous and helpful.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the part and was all done within a half hour of arriving.  I have never had issues with an A/C unit before so I'm not sure what everything costs but I did pay less than I expected.  I would definitely recommend them and will call them again for any A/C issues.

Had an appointment scheduled, talked on the phone, received email confirming appointment for 10-11am.
Then no show, no call- wow!

Thanks to Yelp,  when I needed to find a company to fix my HVAC unit, I found Mountainside Air.  I actually called them for a second opinion after my regular Heating & Air quoted me a very high price to replace the blower on my unit.  Steve and Raoul came out and checked all systems.  Blower did need replacing and I was quoted a price that was much lower than the other company.  2 hours later I had a new blower and all systems were working well.  I am very impressed with the company as well as with Steve and Raoul.  They worked efficiently with no drama and while I hope I won't need the services of Mountainside Air again, it was definitely a good experience.  I highly recommend this company.

I hired Pineapple Air Heating and Cooling for a yearly maintenance service. I had a hunch something was awry since my unit had gotten louder and the cooling was far less efficient. They arrived on a Friday and found out that the entire unit was installed incorrectly, was leaking, and cooling the outside air as well. I opted to replace since the unit was 11 years old. They got to work, made the calls and had the custom frame work started same day. They installed the next day and were done by noon. They had the best price and the fastest service by far. I would not use any other company for my heating and cooling needs after this experience. Very polite, professional and fast.

Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

I was looking for a contractor to install a complete heating and a/c unit. Calling most of the directory listed companies, I could not get anyone to come out to bid. Then I ran across this new business R&R, what a find! Ray came out as scheduled and on time. He is very knowledgeable and patiently went over the details of his design. I had total confidence in his plan. We scheduled the install and Ray not once disappointed us. He made every appointment and not one late show up. Our system performs perfect! I highly recommend this business.

During an air conditioning tuneup being performed by another company, the technician found a bad blower wheel in my air handler. He gave me an (in my humble opinion) outrageous estimate for the repair (almost $600). He actually tried to sell me an entire new system. After he left, I called around for quotes and Sorensen came in at a little over $300, which seemed a little more reasonable. Even though my unit was still functioning, they got me on the schedule the next afternoon. Brian showed up and did a fantastic job, in and out in less then an hour. He showed me the old blower wheel, which was in pretty poor shape, causing my air handler to vibrate when it was running. Needless to say, I highly recommend Sorensen. They are honest, reliable, and won't rip you off!
