Joes is the absolute best in the valley. After vacating my condo for the summer I came back to a hot boxes unit. I called several 24 hour companies who falsely advertised their services. Joe showed up in 20 minutes. Explained my AC malfunctions And had it cool in 20 minutes. In the middle of the Night id already planned to book a hotel but couldn't be happier to stay at my own place. Joe was professional, officiant, and an expert at his job. I can't stress enough how thankful I am. Nothing like driving for 24 hours and coming home to a 117 degree home. Don't look any further. Call joe! He's brilliant.

Another large AC repair company had told me my heat exchange was bad and I would need to replace my entire unit.  I asked Cool Touch to come give me a second opinion - Brannen diagnosed the real issue and easily made a quick repair saving me thousands of dollars!  Cool Touch AC rocks!

We found mold under some crumbling paint while prepping to paint a bedroom. Wanted to have someone come out and fix as we know how dangerous mold can be. Kyle came out, was extremely informative and alleviated our worries in terms of what needed to be done. Did not try to oversell or do unnecessary work. I would definitely use this company in the future and recommend to others.

Needed help with our central air. Derek responded to my Yelp request right away. He got here quickly even before his ETA and was able to assess the situation and help resolve it the same day. He also provided more solutions and ways to improve air later on as needed. He was kind and understanding of my concerns. Would definitely recommend!

The worst ever, I have been calling them 2 a day for the past couple of days and have left voicemails and ask that they contact me but have no heard back from them at all. I also submitted a request online for them to contact me and it has been 4 days. Not sure why it says they get back to you within 2 days, not true at all.

Highly recommended! The owner Raul is extremely knowledgeable and honest. He showed up as scheduled and ready to get the job done. I hired him after I hired another AC person who was trying to rip me off or did not know much about AC.

My house is now cooling and staying cold. And he was affordable!

James was awesome. My father, who is on hospice, AC had stopped working. I had another company out that said the part was at least 2 weeks out and the fix would be $1700 and seemed to just want to convince me it would be faster and overall less expensive to buy a new unit. I reached out to various companies through yelp to see if anyone had the part. No one did but James asked if he could call to discuss. James had a can do attitude. With or without the part he was certain he could get the air working. He made some calls and called me back the same day with a solution. He sent Justin out the next day and the AC was fixed. James went above and beyond in helping, finding a solution and getting it fixed quickly. Justin was kind, professional and informative. Hopefully wont need to, but would definitely  use again and recommend!

I've used Alternative Air for the last two years and always found them to do high quality work at an affordable price. Never any up sell from them. Always a couple of alternatives on how to fix a problem.

My AC stopped blowing cool air and we found Ken through Google and contacted him.  He came within an hour and knew what the problem was right away and fixed it on the spot.  His service was quick and very professional.  I would have Ken do all of my heating and cooling services when needed.  Thank you Ken!

I am so impressed by John and his crew. My heating system went out on one of the coldest days in AZ. I knew ahead of time that my 20+ year system would have to be replaced. John came over on the first day called. Reviewed options with me and had a new system installed the next day. His crew were friendly and professional and on time. Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

Unknown to us was the condition of our AC unit. We recently moved in and the unit passed inspection because it was working and giving out excellent air temps. The unit did not fit the roof support so it vibrated and scraped the new shingles which leaked into our attic and onto the living room ceiling, creating stains. This was after the roofer came and shared this info with us. We needed help and AirZona HVAC came to the rescue. We now have a new Trane heat pump. A new roof frame fits the unit. Gerald's team installed our new heat pump. There was a delay when they unwrapped the unit to find dents from the factory forklift. They would not accept the damaged unit for which I thank them. Who knows what damage lies under the frame? We have a wonderful unit and a WiFi controlled thermostat. Clean up was great. The crane operator went above and beyond in insuring the unit was safely on the roof. We thank AirZona for their wonderful service and products.

Our wall unit gas heater wasn't working.  Ray responded quickly, scheduled an inspection, showed up on time, repaired the heater, and charged a reasonable price.

Kyle came out quickly to diagnose my AC problem, gave me multiple options / prices for repair thru replacement. I had already d cider to replace the units and Kyle's quote was much less than the competition and he sent a crew out the following day to do the install. Overall a great experience and I am very happy with the units and value I received.

Tried to schedule an AC tuneup on their website online form, which didn't work. No answer when calling the office phone. After 3 tries, finally reached someone.

On the scheduled day, we were told someone would call before they arrived at the scheduled time. No one called. Two attempts to reach someone in the office failed. Half an hour after the scheduled time, they called and said they would be there in 30-45 minutes. They instead arrived 90 minutes later.

Once onsite, the technician performed the work satisfactory. Only a couple hundred dollars of repairs found.

In conclusion, the work was performed well , but their customer service is severely lacking. Had it not been for the 5-star reviews, I would have given up and went with someone else.
