It is such a pleasure to write a 5 star review for this company. Spoke to Joe about servicing my 3 ac units and he sent out Chris, ( the same day) who is a very friendly and thorough technician.

Joe called me back this afternoon and is emailing me all of the diagnostics- all of this service in a day! Can't say enough about them and will refer anyone I know to them for diagnostics and repair.

I never, ever, ever have written a review for a company before but felt that the service was so amazing I had to! Our upstairsAC unit began to go out 2 weeks ago. It was a slow decline so we decided to ask around for recommendations from friends for a great AC company. The first company came out, charged me 140 and told me I needed a new unit without even going in my attic. The second company came out, put a capacitor in one of my units, and told me the other one needed a new unit. Then my very smart, very thorough husband called a few more companies. Cool touch came out immediately to discuss the new unit as that is what we thought what we needed. Chris (and they are all named Chris) came out and went over options. They were not the cheapest but they were honest and provided quality which you really want in an A C company. We wrote up a proposal and discussed the financing with the agreement their tech would come out to check the units before full committing to the purchase  of a new unit. Their tech (Chris) was there 2 hours later and looked at both units. He determined that we have a split AC unit, put a capacitor in the 2nd unit as it had blown, and now we have cold air blowing out of both units! What I love most is their honesty, hard work, and quick response! We are aware our units are older and will need to be upgraded. When they do, Cool Touch will be the only company we will use and only company we will recommend from here on out! My husband is seldom impressed by companies and we both agree that his research has paid off and they have definitely earned a lifetime customer.

We found mold under some crumbling paint while prepping to paint a bedroom. Wanted to have someone come out and fix as we know how dangerous mold can be. Kyle came out, was extremely informative and alleviated our worries in terms of what needed to be done. Did not try to oversell or do unnecessary work. I would definitely use this company in the future and recommend to others.

Super prompt and honest. Derek was a life saver after our home warranty company left us with no A/C for two weeks. He immediately reached out to schedule a time. He was actually able to arrive before his estimated window of arrival. He diagnosed what was wrong and gave us our honest options rather than the run around we kept getting from other places. He fixed the issue right away which was amazing. I definitely recommend Derek and this company. Phenomenal service

We have used this company before with ok results - requested a service and cleaning of A/C unit.  Was quoted a price but when he completed the work he increased the bill (classic Bait and Switch tactic) by $20 for removal of the outside cover prior to cleaning.  Will switch to someone else in the future.

The service technicians were quick to respond. They were professional and cost was very reasonable.  I was very pleased with their service, so I had them service my daughters A/C.  They found an issue caused by a previous company that was causing the A/C not to run efficiently.  It was corrected. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

James was very responsive from the beginning and was able to schedule a duct cleaning service fairly quickly after my house was painted fairly. Did a bunch of quote requests from Yelp and James' quote was the most reasonable.

The actual job was done on time and perfectly. Dustin and Chris the two technicians took care to not leave my house dusty after the cleaning and also took care to not damage or scratch my freshly painted walls and ceiling.

Remote diagnostics that were attached to my AC units showed me all the functions were within parameters and there was never an attempt to upsell anything.

We even get pictures of all the vents in all their gory details post job.

yes,  yes,  yes. true example of great and fast customer service,  I had contacted another local AC company from yelp last week but they never showed up,  today was my first available day off,  so I've been miserable for a week now, I woke up found this company and based on reviews gave it a try, I called them at 8:22am, they tech Jamie showed up at 10:30 on the dot as promised, checked my attic,  told me the problem and cost to fix and now I'm sitting on my couch with that beautiful cold air blowing at 11:30, a week of suffering resolved in a hour, my only complaint is that I didn't call them last week. .i will def use them again if necessary and recommend them,  being a homeowner in Maricopa I'm happy to give a local company my business. . nice job

The technician never showed up. The picture in this review clearly shows an email with an appointment at 8 AM. At 1050 AM, I got a call from this company dating that their technician was running late but he works be arriving in about 30 minutes. He still never showed up. I posted a bad review here and the owner replied adding that his morning appointments go from 9AM until noon and I canceled on him. Not true. A woman from the office even called me to apologize. Why would they apologize if they did nothing wrong? Normally I would let this go but I won't be portrayed as a liar. The guy was a no show.

Tom was courteous, quick, and informative in a semi-emergency. Couldn't be happier with the service. I will use them from now on for any HVAC needs.

They responded nearly immediately after hours on holiday weekend when our A/C died. Came out next day and examined everything and provided several options and the offer to to the work with guarantee within 24 hours.

Our old HVAC company was able to wrap our home warranty into this unit replacement at low expense to us however so we used them this time.

I would definitely recommend Pineapple for your consideration as I do believe they are honest and responsible and reasonably priced.

Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

Excellent timely service in every respect.  Staff and crew very professional.  Took time to explain what they were doing.  Highly recommend and would use them again in future.

Not 24 hours, no one answered.
We had an emergency. Needed someone tonight but no one is available in the whole state it seems.

Our wall unit gas heater wasn't working.  Ray responded quickly, scheduled an inspection, showed up on time, repaired the heater, and charged a reasonable price.

On a Friday evening, our air wasn't cooling, called the company that had installed our unit, 5 yrs ago and was  told he was booked through the following Tues, Wed or Thur would be the soonest he could come.  Called Kyle and he exceeded our expectations was here in less than an hour, found our problem and took care of it. Found him to be very honest and fair.  Have given his number to others and will definitely call Kyle for any additional or future air conditioning problems.

I contacted Sorensen Heating and Air Conditioning to come out and service my AC unit before summer hit.  After several snags with scheduling and finally getting them out I was impressed with their service and knowledge.  They were very professional, took the time to explain what they were going to do.  Afterwards I was shown what they did and any recommendations.  I appreciated the no up-selling service and attitude.  I will use them again in the future, be patient as communication is a bit spotty.
