I never, ever, ever have written a review for a company before but felt that the service was so amazing I had to! Our upstairsAC unit began to go out 2 weeks ago. It was a slow decline so we decided to ask around for recommendations from friends for a great AC company. The first company came out, charged me 140 and told me I needed a new unit without even going in my attic. The second company came out, put a capacitor in one of my units, and told me the other one needed a new unit. Then my very smart, very thorough husband called a few more companies. Cool touch came out immediately to discuss the new unit as that is what we thought what we needed. Chris (and they are all named Chris) came out and went over options. They were not the cheapest but they were honest and provided quality which you really want in an A C company. We wrote up a proposal and discussed the financing with the agreement their tech would come out to check the units before full committing to the purchase  of a new unit. Their tech (Chris) was there 2 hours later and looked at both units. He determined that we have a split AC unit, put a capacitor in the 2nd unit as it had blown, and now we have cold air blowing out of both units! What I love most is their honesty, hard work, and quick response! We are aware our units are older and will need to be upgraded. When they do, Cool Touch will be the only company we will use and only company we will recommend from here on out! My husband is seldom impressed by companies and we both agree that his research has paid off and they have definitely earned a lifetime customer.

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!

Super prompt and honest. Derek was a life saver after our home warranty company left us with no A/C for two weeks. He immediately reached out to schedule a time. He was actually able to arrive before his estimated window of arrival. He diagnosed what was wrong and gave us our honest options rather than the run around we kept getting from other places. He fixed the issue right away which was amazing. I definitely recommend Derek and this company. Phenomenal service

We had an issue end of this summer.  After our usual guy went dark on us and wouldn't return a call, we found Cooler Tymes on yelp.  
Called and left a voicemail
Literally got a call back same day and an appointment for the next morning
They fixed our issue and were very quick about it.  The pricing was fair as well.  Me I'll definitely call them whenever we need any hvac work done!!

The service technicians were quick to respond. They were professional and cost was very reasonable.  I was very pleased with their service, so I had them service my daughters A/C.  They found an issue caused by a previous company that was causing the A/C not to run efficiently.  It was corrected. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

I requested service on yelp and Suttle Air Was the first to respond late one Sunday evening. I booked an air vent/ dryer vent cleaning and they came out a few days later. Chris was the service tech and was super friendly and professional. He did a thorough job and walk me through the whole process. Thanks for the wonderful customer service! Just had an HVAC guy here to do a summertime check up on my A/C unit, before the unit has to work hard over the next few months.  It was a good thing I had him out, he showed me melted plastic and melted wires he found inside the control box.  That's replaced!  Keeping Molly 'n me safe. I've used this company a couple of times since moving in two years ago and have always been happy with their service and their prices have been fair.  They come out the same day or next day of when I call.

We were given their card from a friend who had nothing but glowing reports.  We were given the opportunity to try them out, since our a/c was out upstairs.  They were honest, courteous, reliable and quite knowledgeable.  Would definitely recommend them!

I have done business with Kyle Wilson Heating & Cooling for about 5 years and would highly recommend him.  I have used other big companies in the past and have always had issues.  Kyle is knowledgable and honest.  He won't try to sell you something that you don't need yet or try to upsell you a new unit when a repair is in order, as was our previous experiences.  When our unit did eventually give out, he was out here the same day, ordered a new unit at a fair price and installed it 3 days later.  We have been very happy with the service we have received and like supporting a small family business.

Our AC wasn't working...Sorensen had a technician there next day.... The compressor was done...They gave me a few options including just doing the compressor, exchanging the AC parts only, or a whole new system.  From the first time I called to having working AC was just three days.  I contacted a few other companies in the area and the price I ended up paying was the lowest of all of them.  Professional guys! Fast work.
