Cool/Hot Guys are the best HVAC company in Scottsdale in my opinion. Great service at a great price! Highly recommend for your AC needs!

I needed a complete new system. Cool Touch not only had the best estimate they installed it 2 days later.  I was impressed with their professionalism and they have a BBB A+ rating. From my experience they got it because they earned it.

Mark did an amazing job on the installation of my garbage disposal.  Also reasonably priced.  Will definitely call him for my Plumbing needs.  Recommended.

They did a great job for me. He was so nice and walked me through everything. He even took video to show me what was happening in my attic.

Mike is a treasure-trove of knowledge and knew exactly what was wrong with our AC system right away. With his recommendation of an energy-saving replacement, we were able to save about $120 a month in electricity AND actually turn the temp down in the house to be very comfortable!
Mike was on the job the same day during the busiest time of summer and within two days he and his crew had the new system installed and saving us money!....also gave a very nice military discount to this Marine Corps retiree.
I would recommend Cooler Tymes to anyone with cooling and heating issues! He is super fast, super friendly and super knowledgable. Don't waste your time with a big company that is all about ripping you off. Small company, big service!

Great service at reasonable prices. Arthur showed up to my house early the day after Christmas and resolved the issue quickly. He cleaned my HVAC system and tested it to make sure it was working at peak performance. I would strongly recommend RMIII AC and Heating. A+

I just bought a home and I wanted duct/vent cleaning to be done on the entire home before I officially move in.

James came right away to do it. He was friendly, made sure to check in with me before any work needing to be done, and provided me with photos/videos with work he's done.

My A/C stopped working, of course, on a Sunday morning.  I called Alternative Air and they picked up the phone within a few rings (I had expected to have to leave a message and wait for someone to get back to me). They dispatched a technician (Ray) within a couple hours and diagnosed the problem quickly. The parts were not on the truck at the time, so he came and fixed the A/C on Monday morning without an additional service charge.

I was extremely impressed many aspects of the service: promptness, courtesy, friendly communications, ease of scheduling, reasonable rates & no extra charge for weekend service.

I will definitely call Alternative Air for any future issues with my HVAC.

8/19/16- Update:  AC decided to give me problems tonight.  Called Bakers at 7:30 pm and doorbell rang by 8.   1 run capacitor later, I've got nice cold AC again.  Highly recommend.....again.

Turned my furnace on (gas) and it set off the smoke detectors.  Googled heating/AC service for Surprise and got a list.  Baker was the third call and only company to actually answer the phone.  Asked Ken if he could take a look at it Monday (called Friday afternoon).  Ken said he could look at it same day and called in advance.

He serviced the system and furnace running fine.  Just needed cleaning of the AC coil.  Fast, friendly and professional.  Highly recommend.

Great company-- Tom is wonderful! He came out of his way to check out our AC situation and give us a quote that was much better than the previous company we had come out for a new one. We got it installed the following week, which is way faster than we thought! They came early in the morning and it was done before the summer heat kicked in! Woohoo to an updated AC! Oh and they fixed a few things that weren't right from the last time someone was up there before we bought the house. They are amazing! And they come to check on the install 2 weeks later. A business that cares! Thank you Mountainside Air!

My a/c went out. I called Pineapple Air and John picked up on the second ring. Told him my issue and he informed me that he could be at my house within 2-3 hours. 2 hours later he's here with the problem diagnosed and fixed! WOW!! This company I definitely recommend. I'm very impressed.

Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

I was looking for a contractor to install a complete heating and a/c unit. Calling most of the directory listed companies, I could not get anyone to come out to bid. Then I ran across this new business R&R, what a find! Ray came out as scheduled and on time. He is very knowledgeable and patiently went over the details of his design. I had total confidence in his plan. We scheduled the install and Ray not once disappointed us. He made every appointment and not one late show up. Our system performs perfect! I highly recommend this business.

We all know how it goes in the Valley of the Sun... It's 115 outside and your air conditioner decides to take a dump. The good, decent, honest guy you normally use has either gone out of business, moved, or gone to work for one of his competitors. You're stuck calling one of the Valleywide big guys that you see advertising on TV (and those commercials ain't cheap). Either that or you ask your neighbor or coworker, or jot down the number of the HVAC van you see driving by on your way to work.

Then you have to listen to all their doom and gloom and all the reasons why you NEED to buy an annual service contract. Then they go into why the estimate's so high and how you need things that YOU know aren't the problem, blah, blah, blah... You know the drill. You feel like you've been molested by a predator but then do whatever they say to GET THE AIR BACK ON!

As they say, when there's sh*t in the bathtub, you don't care what the plumber charges! Those guys prey on the desperation of scorching hot Valley residents.

I sincerely hope that Kyle (and his tech Chad) stay in business for a good, long time. They really ARE the good, decent, honest guys you've been looking for. I know that I'm sold on their service and will use them for as long as I can!

Brian and Ryan were extremely helpful in repairing and replacing parts to my AC unit.

Brian answered my calls and questions over 2 different days and was super informative and understanding. I had my Ac unit stop blowing cold with 3 dogs and 2 kids in the house.

Ryan came out over two days and worked extremely quick. Super friendly, awesome work ethic and takes pride in his work. I'm sure I could have found maybe someone cheaper for the repairs but the quality is always worth the extra money.

Would highly recommend for anyone in the west valley who may need AC repairs.
