Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

Joseph was sourced by my landlord to troubleshoot/service our AC unit that went out in the middle of July in Phoenix. Joseph made sure to come as soon as he could on the same day. He was completely competent, energetic and efficient. He figured out it was the fan blade motor that had given out and he got it repaired fast. He also gave us several tips to improve our AC air circulation, reduce the strain on the motor and to help it cool down faster. All-in-all, I was completely impressed with Joseph's energy, knowledge and expertise and I will directly go to him for any AC problem in the future.

I was very pleased.  They came on time and serviced the a/c, which had an apparent build-up of dust and oil on a wheel.  No complaints.  Will use again.

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!

Super prompt and honest. Derek was a life saver after our home warranty company left us with no A/C for two weeks. He immediately reached out to schedule a time. He was actually able to arrive before his estimated window of arrival. He diagnosed what was wrong and gave us our honest options rather than the run around we kept getting from other places. We have been using Cooler Tymes as our go-to repair and maintenance provider for couple of years now. Mike was extremely helpful and professional,  both times that we have needed his services. We bought A/C units from him twice and his prices were much better than anything else out in the market. My husband loved the job he did for us the first time, everything was explained thoroughly and done the right way, no shortcuts, the house was nice and cold and our electricity bill was dirt cheap for the size of the house we have (two story home 2,765 sqft). Fast forward to a couple of years, we became landlords and rented out the house, the second A/C unit broke down in the middle of summer, and my husband who is stationed overseas didn't want me to call anyone else other than Cooler Tymes to work with us. We had the peace of mind that the job was going to be done well and fast (tenants living in the house have babies, so we were really concerned for them), but we had nothing to worry about as Mike is very trustworthy and knowledgeable in what he does. Mike was always easy to reach, whether it was through email or call or text, he was extremely flexible working with us, despite the fact of living out of town, we were able to negotiate and make the arrangements needed.

Great service at reasonable prices. Arthur showed up to my house early the day after Christmas and resolved the issue quickly. He cleaned my HVAC system and tested it to make sure it was working at peak performance. I would strongly recommend RMIII AC and Heating. A+

Up front. Honest. Professional. These guys did an amazing job cleaning my ducts and vents. They were honest about time frames and with what services were included. I'm ready to use them again for the next cleaning I need done.

Our A/C unit went out probably on one of the hottest days. This was not only an inconvenience but it was an expensive inconvenience. We called Alternative Air and they were able to come out the same day to diagnose the issue. They gave us a few options on a replacement unit and replaced it the very next day.

We had shopped around and these guys gave us  the most fair and honest quote. But what stood out the most was how professional Avnel is. I contacted Sorensen Heating and Air Conditioning to come out and service my AC unit before summer hit.  After several snags with scheduling and finally getting them out I was impressed with their service and knowledge.  They were very professional, took the time to explain what they were going to do.  Afterwards I was shown what they did and any recommendations.  I appreciated the no up-selling service and attitude.  I will use them again in the future, be patient as communication is a bit spotty.
