Joe is an amazing guy and total lifesaver.

Early this morning I noticed that one of our a/c units that cools half of our house (including my 1 year old's bedroom) stopped producing cold air. One company (who I won't name) came out and told us that we needed to replace the defrost board and would have to call the manufacturer to find a company that could replace it. Pretty useless information midday on a Sunday in the summer in Arizona.

At this point it was about 85 degrees in the house and 105 degrees outside. I called another 8-10 companies (including those open 24 hours), and none of them could come out today.

Just as I was getting ready to find a hotel for my family to go to for the night, my husband found Joe, who told us he could fix it right away. He came by within an hour and figured out that the previous guys had actually blown a fuse and made the problem worse. Joe fixed everything within 30 minutes max and didn't need to replace the defrost board.

Not only did Joe come to our house at 5:00 pm on a Sunday, he essentially had to do a chin up just to get into our attic on a 105 degree day (we don't have a tall ladder).

He is the only person I will ever call to fix my a/c in the future!

Our AC was broken both upstairs unit and downstairs unit, two ACs I called Mike at cooler Tymes. He was polite over the phone and I asked him; Could you please come tomorrow early morning before I go to work and he immediately did not hesitate and said I will do my best he showed up exactly as he said at 6:30 AM, fixed both upstairs unit and downstairs unit in less than half an hour he's very reasonable price and very honest man he also advised me that there could be potential other things may need fixing in the near future, he also cleaned both units which I did not ask him to do without extra charges, I will always use this company and recommend Mike for all your air-conditioning needs!!

The service technicians were quick to respond. They were professional and cost was very reasonable.  I was very pleased with their service, so I had them service my daughters A/C.  They found an issue caused by a previous company that was causing the A/C not to run efficiently.  It was corrected. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

James has been doing all HVAC work on my house for the past two years including working on my AC unit, replacing my thermostat, and removing 4+ pounds of lint from my dryer vent. He has always been very prompt, friendly, and professional. He provides text messages with updates of his arrival as well as text messages with photos when the job is finished. I highly recommend using him for all of your HVAC needs!

Our A/C unit went out probably on one of the hottest days. This was not only an inconvenience but it was an expensive inconvenience. We called Alternative Air and they were able to come out the same day to diagnose the issue. They gave us a few options on a replacement unit and replaced it the very next day.

We had shopped around and these guys gave us  the most fair and honest quote. But what stood out the most was how professional Avnel is. Our central air went out when it was 113 out. JP and his team took fantastic care of us. They were reasonably priced and prompt. They made time for us in the middle of their busy schedule when other companies wouldn't. They checked on us for days after and were so personable and friendly. Wow am I impressed!  Today I had the pleasure of experiencing a true professional installation of my new Ameristar Heat Pump and Reehm Hot Water Heater by a team from AirZona HVAC.  The two Gentlemen Gerald and Scott arrived on time and looking professional.  We reviewed the project and they answered the few questions I had confidently and professional.  Gerald and Scott then went about removing my 20+ year old Mobile home system and replacing it.  The work went very smoothly and  everything was cleaner then when they arrived!  
I am now relaxing in my cool living room and marveling at how quiet the new unit is.  I couldn't be happier.  Thanks to the professional team at AirZona!

I was looking for a contractor to install a complete heating and a/c unit. Calling most of the directory listed companies, I could not get anyone to come out to bid. Then I ran across this new business R&R, what a find! Ray came out as scheduled and on time. He is very knowledgeable and patiently went over the details of his design. I had total confidence in his plan. We scheduled the install and Ray not once disappointed us. He made every appointment and not one late show up. Our system performs perfect! I highly recommend this business.

Kyle was very friendly and professional.  He found an issue we had and let us know it could still be covered under our builder warranty, which I wasn't aware of.  Very honest.  Sadly a lot of companies attempt to nickel and dime, that definitely was not the case with Kyle. He addressed what needed to be addressed and saved us some money with warranty information.  We will definitely use his services in the future

Brian and Ryan were extremely helpful in repairing and replacing parts to my AC unit.

Brian answered my calls and questions over 2 different days and was super informative and understanding. I had my Ac unit stop blowing cold with 3 dogs and 2 kids in the house.

Ryan came out over two days and worked extremely quick. Super friendly, awesome work ethic and takes pride in his work. I'm sure I could have found maybe someone cheaper for the repairs but the quality is always worth the extra money.

Would highly recommend for anyone in the west valley who may need AC repairs.
