I can see why Joe has so many 5 star ratings on here! I had an emergency AC issue and Joe was able to check it out asap. I really appreciate how easily accessible he was during what is usually non-business hours. Joe is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He is such a nice guy and clearly gives great service! He took the time to explain what was wrong and what I needed. He also took time to ensure the details on my home warranty which saved me money. He gives great service at a great price; I have my AC guy for life!

I have worked with Cool Touch in the past. Being a naive homeowner I gladly paid whatever they charged for AC repairs because Arizona is hot and I just wanted to make sure my family was taken care of. Recently the condenser fan motor on my unit went out and they wanted to charge me $1800 to replace it. Additionally, the tech was very forcefully trying to convince my wife and I to buy whole new unit for just $8000! I decided to try another company this time around and they replaced the motor for less than half. I will not be using Cool Touch again.

Mark did an excellent job replacing our 40 gallon  water heater. He came on time and completed the job in no time. Mark is very pleasant and I highly recommend his company

Great service at reasonable prices. Arthur showed up to my house early the day after Christmas and resolved the issue quickly. He cleaned my HVAC system and tested it to make sure it was working at peak performance. I would strongly recommend RMIII AC and Heating. A+

I requested service on yelp and Suttle Air Was the first to respond late one Sunday evening. I booked an air vent/ dryer vent cleaning and they came out a few days later. Chris was the service tech and was super friendly and professional. He did a thorough job and walk me through the whole process. Thanks for the wonderful customer service! It was a great experience and I highly recommend Suttle Air!

My A/C stopped working, of course, on a Sunday morning.  I called Alternative Air and they picked up the phone within a few rings (I had expected to have to leave a message and wait for someone to get back to me). They dispatched a technician (Ray) within a couple hours and diagnosed the problem quickly. The parts were not on the truck at the time, so he came and fixed the A/C on Monday morning without an additional service charge.

I was extremely impressed many aspects of the service: promptness, courtesy, friendly communications, ease of scheduling, reasonable rates & no extra charge for weekend service.

I will definitely call Alternative Air for any future issues with my HVAC.

I found Ken on home advisor. He called me back right away and he scheduled an appointment and arrived on time.  He did a great job being patient and explaining what he was doing on my unit. He cleaned the attic Evaporation coil. LOOKS LIKE NEW. I will definitely call Ken again for service. ***** 5 stars!! Thank you!!

I am so impressed by John and his crew. My heating system went out on one of the coldest days in AZ. I knew ahead of time that my 20+ year system would have to be replaced. John came over on the first day called. Reviewed options with me and had a new system installed the next day. His crew were friendly and professional and on time. We had an emergency. Needed someone tonight but no one is available in the whole state it seems.

Our wall unit gas heater wasn't working.  Ray responded quickly, scheduled an inspection, showed up on time, repaired the heater, and charged a reasonable price.

My guy retired so I had to search for a good one.  I think I found one.  Kyle came out to check my two units.  Explained their status and didn't try to get me to spend more $.  So far so good.  Will keep you updated.

My fiance and I decided to give Brian a call after some friends of ours had him out to look at their problematic air conditioner. After they had some bad experiences with some other local heating and cooling companies, I knew that he had to be good from how much they raved about him. I really liked him from the minute I met him. He showed up on time, he called a half an hour ahead to give me notice, and his manners didn't stop there. He's a genuinely nice, hard-working, and honest guy. He spent about two hours at our house, even though he got here at 5pm and still had other calls after us. He wrote up an extremely detailed list of all of the things that needed to be repaired and gave us bids for each one. He was also upfront about the fact that the repairs don't need to be done right away, and he hung around and answered all of our questions afterward. We will definitely be using him for ALL of our future heating and cooling needs. We wouldn't even think of using anyone else.
