Wonderful service! Robert was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Showed up on time and was quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. Prices were very reasonable. I looked around for a bit to find someone to fix our washer and this place was by far the best! We were very happy and would recommend to anyone!

I had an original separate company diagnose what was wrong with my ac it took them 3 visits before they told what was wrong with it and they charged almost triple the cost Overson did. he came over within 24 hours took a look and got me squared away. I needed a plumber to connect a new sink we just purchased after redoing our countertops.  Got a hold of Sam. He told me he would have no problem coming first thing the next morning.  Never mind I live 30 mins from the city, he showed up a few minutes before he said he would come, which was awesome! Installed the plumbing on the new sink in no time at all. He was super friendly and professional! He even wore a mask the whole time. Sam, you are awesome! Thanks again!

These guys are always great. I came home from vacation late last night to a warm house. I waited until the morning to give them a call and found that they now have a website that I can request service from them on. Within 5 minutes of placing a request for service I was called and an appointment was scheduled. Lee was at my house within the half hour, and had my house cooled off again to help us brave the 105 degree heat! I found that Lee was a straight shooter, and didn't BS me and try to run up the price, nor did he leave me wondering what was needed to be done to get the unit functioning again. This type of service makes a life long customer.

Hired this company to check out my AC units for preventive maintenance. Jason came out and proceeded to perform test on air flow and temperature. He directed my attention to the upstairs unit, which had air blowing out from the cabinet instead of through the duct. He said there was a gap in the back of the unit which do to the tight space he couldn't completely fix but could attach a piece of sheet metal to help reduce this loss of airflow.
Having done this you could tell that it did help and made a difference in the other rooms.
Now to the price. I was pleasantly surprised that the charges were very reasonable. Although I did not require refrigerant. That can be costly.
Jason was knowledgeable answered any questions I had and I appreciated that he treated my questions with respect. He was great and I would highly recommend this company and will keep their contact info handy for the next seasons service.

Laron came over to diagnose the problem on my mother's dishwasher. It wasn't a quick and easy fix but he kept troubleshooting and figured it out. He demonstrated a great deal of patience and professionalism throughout.  We appreciated his hard work and always showed up as promised.  I will definitely call him again if I need anything fixed.

Edit#2:  brand new a/c installed in Jan and now we have dirty sock syndrome or something. 3 visits and still no resolution and zero communication from the owner. We had to pay for a second opinion to get a warranty request started with Trane. Hopefully they can figure it out.

Edit:  I have to update this review. Turns out the employees (maybe just one?) who they sent out to replace ALL the ducts actually lied to us and stated that all ducts were changed out. We had a smoke smell issue and specifically did the ducts for this reason. The QC check missed this oversight and we were told, yes they are all new. My husband had painted the old ducts w Killz and he pointed out that the 2 harder to get to ducts still looked like the ones he sealed. QC said it was the paint or (I forget the technical term) they used and yes, they were all new. We sent pictures to the owner who did, in fact, determine the ducts were not new. Part of the original crew were sent out to rectify it. They pulled out quite a bit of old duct work.  They are lucky my husband is nice and professional. He had to take another half day off work to watch them and be sure it was done right. I would've asked why they lied right to my face. We went with the highest bid on this job because we trusted the company and was impressed by their technical expertise. Very disappointed.  I guess the lesson is if you aren't doing it yourself (and paying over $10K!!) for a service, you better watch every step of the way.

We had a service appoint to have our central air condition looked at as would go on. Trevor realized a problem with new thermostat that our home warranty installed. He replaced the thermostat and replace the wire and switch on fan as the fan would not shut off.
He told us the A/C is in good shape for being over 20 yrs old.
I highly recommend this company .
