Felix Appliance Repair is amazing.  Technician, Mike was Very knowledgable and took his time explaining exactly what the problem was. Best Appliance Repair company in Maricopa. Repaired our dishwasher and built in Viking Refrigerator for less then what we thought it would be. I highly recommend this company based on their pricing, knowledge, honesty, and friendly staff.

This is one great contractor to have inspect, service or replace your system. The technicians were Honest, Truthful, and true to their word. I would call or hire nobody else in the Payson area. PLEASE Give them a chance to earn your trust in great local Ac/Heating Contractor, I recommend them 110%.

Very professional approach to our problems..within a short period of time the issue was resolved! I asked Joe Wise (the owner) if he like do a check our HVAC units for wintertime..he suggested I wait until it got colder & he would check at that time! I appreciated his honest approach as he indicated I'd be better waiting!

No question that we will use Wise Mechanical again. Jim is very approachable,listens intensively & is only interested in doing work in a professional manner. The charge was fair & reasonable!

James came by in the middle of summer- at 330 pm ( heat of the day) and got up on our roof and did an amazing job cleaning the coils - inside and out, checked my system and said said everything was working perfectly. They installed new AC unit for me.
It is a small business owned by Taps, who does everything from repairs, to quotes to installation himself (assisted by one assistant). So you just deal with same person throughout the process.
It was much easier to work with him as a result, compared to one of the highly rated small business for AC installation in yelp. The other large company charged me $75 just to come over and tell me that they would need to do a much more expensive testing to find source of leaks!

Tap's quote for new system also significantly lower than the other business. They did quality work, and also came by to do a free inspection of the heater before it was needed for the winter.

Saturday night (late) I was getting warm when I checked the thermostat to see if the central AC was on and yes it was, but it was blowing warm air. Oh no! So now my air conditioning decided the day it was 109 degrees to stop working

I called Sunday afternoon and spoke with Mark I  told him about the issue with my AC and he said the earliest he could get here was sometime Monday. I was fine with that even tough it was 98 degrees in the house. My wife and I were OK but a bit worried about our dogs and how they would take the heat.

Amy ( Marks wife called this morning to confirm that I would be home. Mark came around 12:10 asked a few questions, and went right to work. After diagnosing the problem, he came back, and told us what was wrong, what needed to be done, and the cost to have it repaired. I agreed to the repair. About 1 hour later he was done! I believe he was here for a total of thirty minutes and my central air conditioning unit is now working and blowing cold air. Happy dance!!!

He located, tested, and fixed the problem (Bad Capacitor) quickly and efficiently. I can sit back now and relax in my fully air-conditioned house and enjoy the cool air as I write this review.

PRICE: No hidden or extra fees for an estimate, just the cost of the repair.
SERVICE: Mark is very professional. Overall, this company was as good as you could ask for.  CONCLUSION:  They were prompt, thorough and affordable and Highly recommend. In fact Yelp readers: look no further, this is a quality, ethical, reasonably priced A/C service. Could not be happier.

We live in a home where Chas Roberts installed the AC so we knew there would be issues but the first year was even worse than we thought. We had to call them out multiple times with the issues we were having and each time they said they fixed the problem. Too bad it was never actually fixed. I don't know if they were lying, incompetent, or both, but I got sick of it so I had Rustys come take a look. They found the actual issue within 20 minutes which Chas Roberts took multiple visits to miss. Chas Roberts told me I would have to wait 5 months for them to come and fix a mistake they created so I had Rustys fix it at a great price in less than a week. Rustys should be the go-to fix for all the shortcut problems and run-around games that these big HVAC companies try and pull with their customers. Our house feels comfortable for the first time since we moved in thanks to Rustys.

I had an original separate company diagnose what was wrong with my ac it took them 3 visits before they told what was wrong with it and they charged almost triple the cost Overson did. he came over within 24 hours took a look and got me squared away. Will definitely only go to them for all my hvac needs

The folks here showed up on time, we're very professional, and were flexible on dates. They even offered to do what they could to help accommodate our son who has special needs. They did a fantastic job and we would definitely hire them again.

Sam is the Man!  Took care of a leak in my outdoor valve and replaced all the piping. Looks and works great now! Will use him again and he already assisted with a major leak that occurred in a sprinkler valve for a family member that flooded their street this morning. On a Saturday!! He will go out of his way to help and is very fair with his quotes. Highly recommend him!

These guys are always great. I came home from vacation late last night to a warm house. I waited until the morning to give them a call and found that they now have a website that I can request service from them on. Within 5 minutes of placing a request for service I was called and an appointment was scheduled. Lee was at my house within the half hour, and had my house cooled off again to help us brave the 105 degree heat! I found that Lee was a straight shooter, and didn't BS me and try to run up the price, nor did he leave me wondering what was needed to be done to get the unit functioning again. This type of service makes a life long customer.

My Refrigerator blew out a relay and I was losing food in the freezer and fridge overnight.  I called six (6) Appliance Repair shops that advertised Same Day Service, the earliest one wanted to schedule out 5 days later, the latest two weeks.  I called Laron Loe and he was there within a couple of hours.  Assessed the problem, had the part on hand, rolled up his sleeves and additionally cleaned up the compressor coil.  End result-the unit works like new.  
Best part: Exceptionally reasonable pricing.  This is a Journey-Level Professional that will take care of your appliance issues post-haste and without lame excuses. Pretty rare these days.  Combine that with an extremely friendly and professional demeanor and you've got a winning equation. Laron comes with my highest recommendations.

Yesterday June 20ththe hottest day so far this year, my Air went out. I immediately called Emergency Air and they dispatched Jaime Gacia to my home in Maricopa AZ. Jaime called me on way to my house, letting me know when to expect him. Upon arrival, Jaime was extremely courteous and concerning. He investigated the problem--the motor blew out-and explained my options. The unit is 14 years old and I decided to replace it with a new one. Jaime took his time to put in a temp motor until the installation will occur. He was meticulous throughout. There is no better technician anywhere !!! Thank you Emergency Air and Jaime!!

Well, time to find a new company to service my air conditioner. They give you a two hour window, but do not show up. I guess their business is more important than mine. When 11:00 came and went, I called and talked to Rosie, the manager in charge of scheduling. She told me that the tech was on his way, yes he is running a bit late. When I pressed the issue she then apologized. It's a shame because I think the techs are actually pretty good. I have gotten great service in the past. So, if you have the time to sit around waiting, then go with Brewers. If you have a life, you should probably consider an alternative.

I recently had my heating and air serviced by Billy.
He was very thorough and professional . Billy took the time needed to diagnose and and make necessary adjustments to allow my AC unit to operate more efficiently. To say the least, I was very impressed . Thank you Yavapai heating and air !!

Truly disappointing experience with Discount Air.  We've had no heat in our home over a month now.  They came out and diagnosed our unit.  The parts are under warranty which we confirmed with the Manufacturer Ruud. They told me the parts house was telling them otherwise I called Ruud to confirm and cascaded that to them.  They were supposed to come out to our home on a Monday canceled day of.  Rescheduled for Friday and told upon getting here parts are not under warranty called ruud again they confirmed they are the tech just needs to submit a claim.  The owner won't take my calls and son is incredibly rude
