I have used  Wise Mechanical a few times for my air conditioning unit going out in the middle of summer. Both times, Joe was extremely prompt getting back to me and had the problem fixed within a few hours. He also seemed to be genuinely concerned about getting my system up and running as fast as possible so I could stay in my home comfortably. I would absolutely recommend Wise Mechanical and will use them in the future for any problems that may come up.

James came by in the middle of summer- at 330 pm ( heat of the day) and got up on our roof and did an amazing job cleaning the coils - inside and out, checked my system and said said everything was working perfectly. My services from 480 Mechanical went perfectly. Dominic was on time and thorough with his work to ensure that my AC would run COLD! I had an original separate company diagnose what was wrong with my ac it took them 3 visits before they told what was wrong with it and they charged almost triple the cost Overson did. he came over within 24 hours took a look and got me squared away. There aren't enough stars for AZ Dynamic Builders. Seriously, they are the absolute best. In the last month or so AZDB handled two projects for me -- both were replacing vanities and light fixtures in bathrooms. In both instances there were unforeseen complications -- plumbing fixtures, incorrect shipments from manufacturers -- beyond their control. These guys didn't blink; they walked me thru the issues and the possible solutions, then adjusted on the fly. They never even considered throwing in the towel and saying, Hey, not our problem. Requests for estimates and scheduling are handled promptly, and the guys couldn't be nicer or more capable. Do yourself a favor and hit them up for your next project -- you'll be very glad you did.

Let's start with this if you are looking at this company  and on the fence go ahead and feel at ease hiring them for any work. I have used Sam multiple times for my plumbing needs. First was a fix of a nightmare washer and dryer problem and second was an install of a broken hot water heater. Sam is super fast at responding, extremely professional, fast, wonderful work, and by far the best estimates out of anyone.  Sam is a straight shooter and isn't going to BS you when it comes to what you need. He is definitely my plumber and AC person for many years to come.

Huge shout out to these guys.  I returned from a vacation and found that the thermostat had been damaged by a recent storm.  Needless to say the house was very hot!  Within 90 minutes of my call, they were on site, went the extra mile to get a temporary stat to get me cool, and then replaced the original one the following day.  What really got me was that they could easily have said that they would have me up and running the following day when they got the part, and I would have expected that.  But, the didn't.  They went to the  effort of getting a substitute part immediately, and actually had to do the work twice just so I could sleep cool that night.  This was all at no cost to me since the system was under warranty, therefore, the didn't get any additional revenue for the extra work.  Very responsive to say the least!

We sought out a company that we thought we could trust and we were not disappointed . The communication was prompt and seemingly honest, all work was done on schedule and they were very responsive to our questions. After installation we were concerned about the amount of cooling in our bedroom and they were great in adding a new direct duct at very reasonable cost to us.  They wore masks and were both personable and very professional. I give them very high ratings and have no qualms in recommending them.

Not a good review...came home early to make sure that I was here for an around 6 appointment.  I sent an email at 6:30 to see if we were still on and wasn't called until after to say that it would be at least 1/2 hour more.

Of course, once we bought our house a couple years ago, the air conditioning had to be looked at after about a year and we contacted Emergency Air. They couldn't have been more helpful, friendly but professional. Explained everything going on, showed us the problems with the old unit and didn't rush us just to make a sale. We ended up getting a new Carrier Unit that has been working great. Now a year into it, had an inspection and maintenance by Robert Patrick who was very friendly, professional, and thorough, and he explained everything. We feel that Emergency Air is a great company with great people so got a maintenance agreement to keep the system working efficiently through the coming years. Highly recommend.

A year ago Yavapai Plumbing and Heating came out and re-connected my main water line from my street service to my house (between my inside valve and the main).  I was please with their work.  Then one year later I saw a healthy leak right at the inside valve they had connected their pex piping to.  After digging it up they determined that they had connected the new pex piping to four inches of the old rubber connection and then into the existing valve.  That four inch piece of old rubber pipe had split between their pex connection and the valve...
They agreed that they should have replaced the inside valve (and connected it properly with the pex) when the first job was done, and after speaking with their other plumber, decided not to charge for this repair.  I appreciated that.  Thanks for being fair guys!

As good as it gets, they are straight shooters and the price is fair. I had to have my air-conditioning replaced and I was pricing it all over the place at super discount type companies. They all had a laundry list of extras that are not included at that price and they were using the cheapest equipment possible. Discount air care did it at a similar price, used some of the best equipment available, and their estimate was exactly my final cost. No extras, no surprises, works perfect, great communication, I can't say enough good things about these guys. Mike Jones, the owner, is awesome.
