I called Felix Appliance early in the morning and gave my number and problem to the person answering the phone. She politely told me the technician would call me back and let me know when he would be able to fix my dryer.  Within 5 minutes I received a return call from Robert, I explained my problem and he said he would come out the next afternoon.  Robert and Joey were here the next afternoon to repair my dryer.  He was punctual, polite and very patient with his trainee.  I was totally impressed with his customer service and reasonable pricing.  I will not hesitate to call Felix Appliance for all my appliance repairs.  Thank you Robert and Joey.  Don't hesitate to use this repair service.

Wise Mechanical came through for us again with a quick response and quality service.  This time to replace the motor in our condenser that provides A/C to our room addition.  They are the best!!

James came by in the middle of summer- at 330 pm ( heat of the day) and got up on our roof and did an amazing job cleaning the coils - inside and out, checked my system and said said everything was working perfectly. My services from 480 Mechanical went perfectly. Dominic was on time and thorough with his work to ensure that my AC would run COLD! I ran my AC for a while after the initial service, and had a different issue arise. Dominic was able to make time to check on the leak and fix that, too! Thank you so much for the prompt help! I have used Taps, the owner, for over five years for all my HVAC needs. I followed him from his previous company once he started his own business. I live in an older home with a goofy system that had vexed the other AC techs that tried to work on it -- but not Taps. He is the most get it done contractor I've ever worked with. He always does everything he can to keep costs down without ever sacrificing quality.

Taps gets to us so quickly, even during the hottest times when things are busiest, and has what he needs on his truck to gets things fixed then and there. He is extremely proactive with communication and he shows up when he says he will. He is professional but friendly and never makes you feel bad, even when you have six inches of dog fur all over your coils.

First of all, you cannot do better than this company and their owners Amy and Mark! Having lived here in the Phoenix area for a few years now, I've found companies to be fairly flakey and in some cases dishonest in their dealings with the customer. I guess it's easier to hide questionable reputations in a big metroplex compared to the smaller community that I came from. I came upon them through a recommendation from a coworker after having discussed with him the problems of finding a reputable AC repair company. I'm glad I called them after experiencing a problem with one of our AC units. I first talked to Amy, and told her what was happening and what had been done so far. She told me that Mark would be able to come out in two days due to the back log of their work load. I told her that was fine, but she also assured me that if anything changed with their schedule they could possibly swing by earlier. Mark ended up being able to swing by that same day! He immediately diagnosed the evaporator coil to be the problem, as it had a noticeable leak. He was able to quickly get details of the coil to Amy who then immediately was able to find out that it was still under warranty and found the replacement stocked locally for immediate delivery. This was on a Thursday, and they scheduled us for the replacement install the next Monday!  Mark and his helper came early that Monday morning and spent all day working on the install and the associated QC checks to insure a system that would be 100% after they left. In between the checks, they had a little down time, which they used to check the other unit and was found to be in working order. Everything is working like it should now, and the house is staying at a comfortable temperature without the compressors cycling unnecessarily, wasting electricity. I really cannot recommend them highly enough. I appreciate their honesty, professionalism and work ethic to take care of their customer (me).

Rusty came to our rescue late on a Friday afternoon, after we received an exorbitant quote from another company. He was friendly, professional, and helped us out with some coolant to last us until he could get the needed parts and replace them.
Since we were experiencing 100 degree days without air conditioning, that was a huge blessing!  The other company was going to charge us at least 1/3 more than Rusty and they did not supply us with emergency coolant. Pretty bum deal when we had used them a few times,  and come to find out we were overcharged for a bandaid service than an actual fix.
You can trust Rusty to be fair and honest!

I had an original separate company diagnose what was wrong with my ac it took them 3 visits before they told what was wrong with it and they charged almost triple the cost Overson did. he came over within 24 hours took a look and got me squared away. Will definitely only go to them for all my hvac needs

Working with Chris and his team is a DREAM! They are very professional, reliable and willing to go the extra mile. I had some electrical work done by his company and it was completely seamless. Great ideas and fun to work with-- also Christina is a true GEM!

Needed a new washing machine for my rental house. Ordered through a large retailer and they couldn't install it due to shut off valve stuck. So needed a plumber to replace said Valves. Called around requesting quotes and Sam here was the most reasonable and fast in response. Asked for quotes he asked for more details and pics if possible. Got what he needed to see and got my prices. Saved me over $100 from these other companies that quoted me.
Got there the next day and within a hour the job was completed. Was on time prompt and to the point.

Thank you Lee! In the heat of an Arizona summer our A/C is sending out warm air! We called Wickenburg Air Inc. and Lee showed up on time and worked tirelessly until the unit was up and running again. He repaired the thermostat and then he checked and tested the heat and air conditioning system. Lee also made sure we knew how to program the thermostat before he left. After a few days, he called us to ensure everything was still working correctly. We have referred Wickenburg Air Inc. to our friends. It was an excellent service and we can't say enough about the customer care. Lee was polite and professional, the prices were fair, the work was excellent. The only evidence of him ever being there was the lovely cool air flowing through the house. So if you need the best heating & cooling service, choose these guys!

Hired this company to check out my AC units for preventive maintenance. Jason came out and proceeded to perform test on air flow and temperature. He directed my attention to the upstairs unit, which had air blowing out from the cabinet instead of through the duct. He said there was a gap in the back of the unit which do to the tight space he couldn't completely fix but could attach a piece of sheet metal to help reduce this loss of airflow.
Having done this you could tell that it did help and made a difference in the other rooms.
Now to the price. I was pleasantly surprised that the charges were very reasonable. Although I did not require refrigerant. That can be costly.
Jason was knowledgeable answered any questions I had and I appreciated that he treated my questions with respect. He was great and I would highly recommend this company and will keep their contact info handy for the next seasons service.

Loe's Appliance was very friendly, super helpful, and very affordable.  He came to my house and fixed my oven and my washing machine in the course of one week.  He even took several phone calls to answer my questions and see if he could help me figure out what the problem was or whether I could fix it myself.

Yesterday June 20ththe hottest day so far this year, my Air went out. I immediately called Emergency Air and they dispatched Jaime Gacia to my home in Maricopa AZ. Jaime called me on way to my house, letting me know when to expect him. Upon arrival, Jaime was extremely courteous and concerning. He investigated the problem--the motor blew out-and explained my options. The unit is 14 years old and I decided to replace it with a new one. Jaime took his time to put in a temp motor until the installation will occur. He was meticulous throughout. There is no better technician anywhere !!! Thank you Emergency Air and Jaime!!

Upon SRP's recommendation, I hired Brewer's to install my new $6500 AC unit 6/17/2010. They offered a 10 year No Hassle Warranty that I was told by my service rep would include EVERYTHING! When less then 13 months after my installation & only one month after my Maintenence Check-up, my compressor goes on a Saturday morning, I'm told there will be a $150 after hours fee (that includes the part warehouse fee if need be). Because I am surprised by this fee given what my rep had explained to me about my no hassle warranty, I am told the owner Tim has waived my fee this ONE time as a courtesy. Then, when they finally (next day-Sunday, not same day-Saturday) come out to repair, I'm told it will be $100 to fix today to get into part warehouse (owner is NOT covering after hours fee afterall)! Besides owner Tim, promising to waive fee & then changing his mind when there was actually a repair to be made, I was treated as an inconvenience at every turn. It was clear I was an annoyance in their weekend (never did I get so much as an apology for a 1 year old unit's compressor going!). Both the customer service rep & the owner Tim cut me off repeatedly & talked down to me as if I were undeserving of their respect. I can not tell you how insulted & upset I feel. I will never use Brewer's again (I need a new unit on my other side too). I highly recommend that anyone interested in using them be cautious. Their sales men make you feel all cozy & confident then they treat you like dirt!

I had Yavapai Plumbing and Heating out to put in a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal that I had bought and supply and put in new pvc trap.
They quoted me $950. I paid the $59. service fee and told them forget it.

Truly disappointing experience with Discount Air.  We've had no heat in our home over a month now.  They came out and diagnosed our unit.  The parts are under warranty which we confirmed with the Manufacturer Ruud. They told me the parts house was telling them otherwise I called Ruud to confirm and cascaded that to them.  They were supposed to come out to our home on a Monday canceled day of.  Rescheduled for Friday and told upon getting here parts are not under warranty called ruud again they confirmed they are the tech just needs to submit a claim.  The owner won't take my calls and son is incredibly rude
