Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

I called Felix Appliance early in the morning and gave my number and problem to the person answering the phone. She politely told me the technician would call me back and let me know when he would be able to fix my dryer.  Within 5 minutes I received a return call from Robert, I explained my problem and he said he would come out the next afternoon.  Robert and Joey were here the next afternoon to repair my dryer.  He was punctual, polite and very patient with his trainee.  I was totally impressed with his customer service and reasonable pricing.  I will not hesitate to call Felix Appliance for all my appliance repairs.  Thank you Robert and Joey.  Don't hesitate to use this repair service.

This is one great contractor to have inspect, service or replace your system. The technicians were Honest, Truthful, and true to their word. I would call or hire nobody else in the Payson area. PLEASE Give them a chance to earn your trust in great local Ac/Heating Contractor, I recommend them 110%.

Great service from Nick and his company, I literally texted him nextdoor this morning, he responded very fast, and was at my house in 2 hours to fix our AC unit, now it starts and operates much better, much quieter. We have been using Wise Mechanical for our air conditioning and heating repairs and maintenance for over a year now. Joe is outstanding and provides fantastic service. We moved into a 20-year old house last year and signed up for Joe's annual maintenance program. James came by in the middle of summer- at 330 pm ( heat of the day) and got up on our roof and did an amazing job cleaning the coils - inside and out, checked my system and said said everything was working perfectly. From the office staff to the technician- friendly, knowledgeable & helpful.  AC & Heater issues are never fun or timely.  However, Dominic was quick to respond, explained everything thoroughly & made the situation painless. I have been using A & M Mechanical for all of my Heating & A/C needs over the years. I have found them to be extremely reliable and honest.  The level of customer service is one that is more the exception than the rule today. They are outstanding.  They are not the cheapest, nor are they the most expensive.  I feel that the pricing is within the industry standards.  What sets them apart, is their focus on detail and doing the job right.  When I refer them to my clients, that's exactly what I want them to do: Get it right, Be on time, Be Honest, and Be Fair Market Priced.  I get it all from A & M Mechanical.  I will continue to use them, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has heating & A/C issues.

We live in a home where Chas Roberts installed the AC so we knew there would be issues but the first year was even worse than we thought. We had to call them out multiple times with the issues we were having and each time they said they fixed the problem. Too bad it was never actually fixed. I don't know if they were lying, incompetent, or both, but I got sick of it so I had Rustys come take a look. They found the actual issue within 20 minutes which Chas Roberts took multiple visits to miss. Chas Roberts told me I would have to wait 5 months for them to come and fix a mistake they created so I had Rustys fix it at a great price in less than a week. Rustys should be the go-to fix for all the shortcut problems and run-around games that these big HVAC companies try and pull with their customers. Our house feels comfortable for the first time since we moved in thanks to Rustys.

I had an original separate company diagnose what was wrong with my ac it took them 3 visits before they told what was wrong with it and they charged almost triple the cost Overson did. he came over within 24 hours took a look and got me squared away. Will definitely only go to them for all my hvac needs

I just bought my first home and knew I wanted the bathrooms remodeled as the rest of the house was really modern and cool but bathrooms were really outdated. I received quotes from 5-6 different contractors to do the work and Chris and Steve at AZ dynamic builders honestly gave me the best price and more importantly did the BEST job on my remodel.  I am obsessed!! They were super responsive to respond texts when I had questions about what to buy and what would look good.  They were a pleasure to work with.

I would highly recommend Sam to anyone with plumbing needs.  He offered friendly, prompt service and I felt very comfortable having him in my home.  We had an issue with our kitchen sink faucet and he gave us information on how to contact the manufacturer to utilize the lifetime warranty on our sink, rather than purchasing a new one.  He proved to be very knowledgeable, honest, and got the job done quickly.

our air-condition went out several weeks ago and Wickenburg Air was kind enough to complete our request quickly, they are always on top of their game, know exactly what the problem is and how to fix it.

We sought out a company that we thought we could trust and we were not disappointed . The communication was prompt and seemingly honest, all work was done on schedule and they were very responsive to our questions. After installation we were concerned about the amount of cooling in our bedroom and they were great in adding a new direct duct at very reasonable cost to us.  They wore masks and were both personable and very professional. I give them very high ratings and have no qualms in recommending them.

Glendale, Arizona. Make Emergency Air your first call for repair or replacement. I recommend these four technicians. To start out this review, I am a customer and not receiving any gratuities for this review. I called two air conditioning companies with no results on installing a new a/c unit. Both companies came over to give me a price and never called back. I then contacted Emergency Air. A technician, Caleb, showed up on Saturday, look at my old unit and explained to me the type of unit needed to be installed in my 1972 manufactured home and will contact me on Monday at 4pm. Monday morning Caleb and his supervisor came back to make sure the unit suggested will fit. At 4pm Monday, Caleb called to confirm the unit suggested will fit. We set up an appointment for Wednesday at 4pm to go over the details again and sign the contract. Caleb showed up at 4pm. Caleb was honest, professional, prompt and concerned about the installation and my comfort. He scheduled the installation for the new unit on Saturday.
On Saturday, three young men showed up around 8:30 am. On the trailer was my new a/c.  All three men, Larry, Jake and Jesse, knowing their job started to remove the old unit. These three men are courteous, professional and worked together as a team.  My manufactured home is an older unit and needed some changes for installation of the new unit. I asked for a few changes to the placement of the new condenser and wiring. All three of them accepted the challenge and the unit was installed. They cleaned up after they were done, and had someone remove the old unit. Great job, Thank you.

Brewers is an excellent company with excellent employees. We have been using this company for seven years. They check our ACs  every Spring for a cleaning and fine tuning. Our problems have been minimized. We have older units and they function properly. We highly recommend this company for its honesty, punctuality and professional service.

Very disappointed unfortunately. Tried charging me for repairs that were done without my consent. We asked for an estimate on a house we were LOOKING TO BUY. We don't own the house yet and asked for an estimate only to give us due diligence to use to negotiate with the seller on. They did not not check all of the bathrooms the first day and went out again a 2nd day, trying to charge 2 service call fees ($80 each day). Then on top of that, they tried charging $160 on the 2nd visit to REPLACE THE FLAPPERS in all of the bathrooms WITHOUT CALLING ME FIRST.

I would not have authorized fixing flappers because I don't even own the house yet plus I could do that myself.

After calling to question the charges, the woman on the phone was condescending and resistant to answering questions. She also said the reason he didn't check the last toilet was because the door was closed. (THIS IS AN EMPTY VACANT HOUSE!!!!) When she would answer, the answers kept changing.

She finally agreed to only charge me for the one service fee and said she would note it in their files to NEVER SERVICE anything for me ever again so don't call them. Feeling is mutual.

2 stars because the flappers do function.

We've lived in Fountain Hills since 1993 and have experienced four different AC companies over that time. I know a fair amount about AC/Heating so we tossed the rest and only use Mike Jones at Discount Air.

Fast response, honest, reasonable pricing. Not a rip and replace company, Discount will repair even 20 yr old systems if it makes sense.
