Super service.  Robert came out after our home warranty called him.  He was here the next day and within an hour we had ice once again!  They know what they are doing and have great customer service.  Recommend them highly and love that they are local in Maricopa.

This is one great contractor to have inspect, service or replace your system. The technicians were Honest, Truthful, and true to their word. I would call or hire nobody else in the Payson area. PLEASE Give them a chance to earn your trust in great local Ac/Heating Contractor, I recommend them 110%.

Great service from Nick and his company, I literally texted him nextdoor this morning, he responded very fast, and was at my house in 2 hours to fix our AC unit, now it starts and operates much better, much quieter. I called Wise Mechanical to service my HVAC system based on the reviews I saw. I can say that the reviews don't lie. Outstanding service and very professional. Joe serviced my system and made necessary repairs to keep me cool this spring and summer. Definitely will use again to keep my system running smooth.

James came by in the middle of summer- at 330 pm ( heat of the day) and got up on our roof and did an amazing job cleaning the coils - inside and out, checked my system and said said everything was working perfectly. Another company 'fixed' our 7-year-old air conditioning unit that wasn't cooling but had to be called back a few weeks later because it failed again.  The diagnosis the 2nd time was a shorted compressor, and the recommend fix was a whole new system.  The quoted price was absurd but after the tech 'spoke with his manager' the price was lowered to ridiculous and they didn't have time on their schedule for 10 days.  A friend recommended we call Rusty's and I'm sure glad we did.  Rusty's came out the next day and had our house cooling in no time - the compressor was fine.  Rusty's is knowledgeable, fair, trustworthy and efficient and I highly recommend this company.

I had an original separate company diagnose what was wrong with my ac it took them 3 visits before they told what was wrong with it and they charged almost triple the cost Overson did. he came over within 24 hours took a look and got me squared away. Will definitely only go to them for all my hvac needs

There aren't enough stars for AZ Dynamic Builders. Seriously, they are the absolute best. In the last month or so AZDB handled two projects for me -- both were replacing vanities and light fixtures in bathrooms. In both instances there were unforeseen complications -- plumbing fixtures, incorrect shipments from manufacturers -- beyond their control. These guys didn't blink; they walked me thru the issues and the possible solutions, then adjusted on the fly. They never even considered throwing in the towel and saying, Hey, not our problem. Requests for estimates and scheduling are handled promptly, and the guys couldn't be nicer or more capable. Do yourself a favor and hit them up for your next project -- you'll be very glad you did.

I had an AC issue that they came out and diagnosed as what seemed like an easy fix. Told me it was fixed, paid them and speak to my tenets that were there and it wasn't. The technician returned and made every attempt to accommodate and fix the situation, including  putting in a temporary solution. During all of this I get a call back that is indeed fixed and the AC is now working correctly, no temporary AC, everything is good. Get a call from my tenet shortly thereafter, whatever was done the power now won't stay on. So I notify the technician again and he says he will head back out. Meanwhile I have to pay for my tenets to stay in a hotel, ok, it is what it is. Get a message back later stating the power is on, nothing else. I informed him I would be there in two days and we can discuss what happened. Get into town on Sunday morning and send him a message, got nothing in return, no call back, no explanation of why my AC still wasn't working, nothing. Paid $725 for them to come out and worsen the situation to the point 3 other technicians couldn't figure out what they had done with the wiring of the AC unit and I had to get it replaced. I feel the experience wasn't bad up until the point of not returning my calls and flat out not explaining what was going on, not the way to treat paying customers, especially when you aren't the only game in town.

our air-condition went out several weeks ago and Wickenburg Air was kind enough to complete our request quickly, they are always on top of their game, know exactly what the problem is and how to fix it.

This company is the best I have ever used. They let me know what was going on every step of the way. The technician went above and beyond to assure the installation of my new unit was installed properly and working well before leaving.

I had an issue with my dryer. Loe came out and fixed it within hours same day. I will definitely use him in the future for all my appliance repair needs. Highly recommend.

Tony came out to fix my ac Unit. He was very nice and researched issue and fixed it. I love Emergency Air. They are very honest and tell you the truth about what is wrong. I purchased a very expensive unit from Brewers in November 2014 after getting quotes from several companies.  In August 2015 I came home from work and the AC had shut off.  I called Brewers and was told the after hours fee of 150.00 starts at 4:00 (you will be charged this even if you have parts/labor/ etc warranty).  The after hours technician (his name was Tru) was at my house in less than 10 minutes!  The repair involved removing the wall control module (thermostat) and plugging it back in.  It overheated and when that happens it will shut off.  Tru said this was a problem with this particular thermostat, which was also quite expensive...

The next day I called Brewers and spoke to Rosie the manager.  I explained my situation and asked that they waive the after hours fee.  I work a job that you can get called out for so I know what it feels like to have to leave home and someone does have to pay that salary, but he clearly wasn't that far from my house because he responded in 10 minutes.  Rosie spoke to the boss and they agreed and waived the fee!!

I also expressed concern that this thermostat my break again and the Brewers was aware of this issue with this model.  Again, Rosie agreed and set up an appointment to replace it with a brand new unit the next day.

In a time when some companies have blatantly stopped providing good customer service or applied good common sense to a consumers concern-it was very refreshing to see that Brewers has not.   The technician (Tru) was great and Rosie was very receptive to my concerns.  I am very pleased with Brewers and would recommend them to any of my friends because of this experience alone.  Word of mouth goes a long way with an expensive purchase like an AC unit.

Our AC unit was not working so I placed a call to Yavapai Plumbing & Heating on a Monday.  On Tuesday the technician (Shane) showed up on time.  He was great to work with and after checking our AC units along with furnace - our AC unit was up and running.  Shane was detailed and professional and should our home need service for anything YPH can help with - I will certainly contact them.

Mike and his partner did show up on time and did get my AC working again. I thought he overcharged for the parts. He used two Capacitors to replace one that was bad. I paid $560 and they did not even clean the unit, did not even take out the leaves that had built up let alone clean the unit itself. Five weeks later it went out again and when I called him, he didn't even offer to come and look at it. Fortunately, I had bought a home service warranty so I wound not overpay again.
