Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

I contacted Felix Appliance Repair after seeing all their great reviews on this website, google and about 4 others. They had perfect 5 stars everywhere I looked. Within 30 mins of contacting them they were at my house repairing my refrigerator ice maker that wasn't working. Great service, super friendly, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This is one great contractor to have inspect, service or replace your system. The technicians were Honest, Truthful, and true to their word. I would call or hire nobody else in the Payson area. PLEASE Give them a chance to earn your trust in great local Ac/Heating Contractor, I recommend them 110%.

Great service from Nick and his company, I literally texted him nextdoor this morning, he responded very fast, and was at my house in 2 hours to fix our AC unit, now it starts and operates much better, much quieter. Our heating went out in the coldest part of the winter, and our house got down to just at 60 degrees. I found Wise Mechanical and sent them an email as it was late at night. Joe, the owner emailed me back first thing in the morning. Kevin came out and spent over 30 minutes just looking at the wiring, as I watched. Did all the testing and thought it was the board.

Joe and Kevin came out to install the board and found it was just a switch on the side that had been turned off from the previous AC company that came out this last summer. They charged me for their time, and I happily paid.

I am thrilled I have found my heating and A/C company, and will refer them to my neighbors and friends. Joe stands behind his work, and is a very ethical family man with a son in the same school as my son.

I highly recommend Wise Mechanical for anyone looking to get their heating or air conditioning fixed!

James came by in the middle of summer- at 330 pm ( heat of the day) and got up on our roof and did an amazing job cleaning the coils - inside and out, checked my system and said said everything was working perfectly. I had a mini-split installed in my garage.  This company was spot on, both in getting back to me promptly and being on time. Plus sending texts and email for clear communication.  They even reached out to schedule despite being on their HONEYMOON.  That is customer service at the highest level.  
My unit is up and running with professional care and consideration.
This is my new A/C heating company for sure.  I will be using them in the future and telling my friends about them.   Glad I found them.  No other company would install a mini-split unit unless I bought a expensive commercial one..  so once again, thank you!

Been using Comfort One for years. They're honest and answer my questions. Dealt with other AC businesses and Comfort One is just better.

Recently bought a new AC and it's been working great. I recommend them to my family. It's nice to know I don't have to worry about my AC anymore.

Amy, Mark, and their team are amazing. I have used them for 8 years now and they have the best customer service of any company I've ever worked with. Even when I bother them leaving a voicemail at 7:30pm they respond! When another not to be named company bailed on an emergency call A&M stepped up and got their techs to my home even though they were booked solid. Thank you for providing great, reliable, and thorough work in a town that heavily relies on air conditioning.

Another company 'fixed' our 7-year-old air conditioning unit that wasn't cooling but had to be called back a few weeks later because it failed again.  The diagnosis the 2nd time was a shorted compressor, and the recommend fix was a whole new system.  The quoted price was absurd but after the tech 'spoke with his manager' the price was lowered to ridiculous and they didn't have time on their schedule for 10 days.  A friend recommended we call Rusty's and I'm sure glad we did.  Rusty's came out the next day and had our house cooling in no time - the compressor was fine.  Rusty's is knowledgeable, fair, trustworthy and efficient and I highly recommend this company.

I had an original separate company diagnose what was wrong with my ac it took them 3 visits before they told what was wrong with it and they charged almost triple the cost Overson did. he came over within 24 hours took a look and got me squared away. Will definitely only go to them for all my hvac needs

I just bought my first home and knew I wanted the bathrooms remodeled as the rest of the house was really modern and cool but bathrooms were really outdated. I received quotes from 5-6 different contractors to do the work and Chris and Steve at AZ dynamic builders honestly gave me the best price and more importantly did the BEST job on my remodel.  I am obsessed!! They were super responsive to respond texts when I had questions about what to buy and what would look good.  They were a pleasure to work with.

I would highly recommend using this company, I cannot say enough great things about my experience.  Sam came over first thing in the morning and got right to work.  My main sewer line was backed up and he was able to find the problem quickly (roots).  He helped me find additional clean-outs that the previous owners planted oleanders on, and even offered to help me pull them out to prevent the problem from happening again in the future.  Very nice people, great service, excellent price.  I highly recommend.

Homeadvisor.com estimates repairs to a home a.c. as follows:  A/C compressor repair hard start kit: $100-$250. Capacitor or contactor replacement: $90-$400. Home air compressor replacement: $1350-$1800, depending on size and type. Evaporator coil replacement: $650-$1200.

They replaced my compressor for $2,000.00. They had an opportunity to exceed my expectations and chose not to. I had a problem, they solved it.

Hired this company to check out my AC units for preventive maintenance. Jason came out and proceeded to perform test on air flow and temperature. He directed my attention to the upstairs unit, which had air blowing out from the cabinet instead of through the duct. He said there was a gap in the back of the unit which do to the tight space he couldn't completely fix but could attach a piece of sheet metal to help reduce this loss of airflow.
Having done this you could tell that it did help and made a difference in the other rooms.
Now to the price. I was pleasantly surprised that the charges were very reasonable. Although I did not require refrigerant. That can be costly.
Jason was knowledgeable answered any questions I had and I appreciated that he treated my questions with respect. He was great and I would highly recommend this company and will keep their contact info handy for the next seasons service.

We recently had Emergency Air install a new Carrier heat pump.  Expensive, but they at least had the product during a time when no one else had product availability (thanks to Pandemic unemployment and transportation issues). We chose the 2 stage system after Nate explained the advantages.  Alex and Victor were in charge of the installation and we could not have been happier with their professionalism and knowledge.  They had the entire project done within 8 hours and made sure we were aware of what they were doing throughout the process.  Alex even stopped by 2 days later to make sure everything was up to par and made any necessary adjustments.  We have had it a month now and have already seen a significant drop in our daily energy expense. We will definitely recommend this company and their staff to others.

Joseph and Kyle for came out yesterday to fix my A/C. After dealing with completely incompetent and uncaring people with my home warranty and insisting that they allow me to use an outside company, I chose Brewer's. I'm really glad I did, and I couldn't have had better service from these guys. They were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and they worked with the home warranty company so I could be sure to get reimbursement for the amount I paid. I really appreciate the service I received from this company!

I had Yavapai Plumbing and Heating out to put in a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal that I had bought and supply and put in new pvc trap.
They quoted me $950. I paid the $59. service fee and told them forget it.

My experience is the complete opposite of either here.  Recently sold home and bought condo in Fountain HIlls.  Condo has original Trane XE1000 split unit.  AC still working but called Discount Air for maintenance and estimate to replace.  Not a matter of if but when.  The son came out and provided an estimate which seemed fair.  However, after looking at the units, I was told it was not heat capable.   Outside AC unit was air compressor only and no heat strips in heater.  Say what?   Called the home inspector who had his AC guy come out.  Switch behind thermostat needed to be flipped and panel in split system in attic needed to be opened and heater turned on.  Worse thing was that I emailed the company about this and absolutely no reply.  While I have read nothing but good things about this local company, I would not use them again.
