Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

I needed my washer repaired.  The service tech was timely, professional and had all of the parts available.  I'm soooooo using them again when needed.

This is one great contractor to have inspect, service or replace your system. The technicians were Honest, Truthful, and true to their word. I would call or hire nobody else in the Payson area. PLEASE Give them a chance to earn your trust in great local Ac/Heating Contractor, I recommend them 110%.

Great service from Nick and his company, I literally texted him nextdoor this morning, he responded very fast, and was at my house in 2 hours to fix our AC unit, now it starts and operates much better, much quieter. I have used  Wise Mechanical a few times for my air conditioning unit going out in the middle of summer. Both times, Joe was extremely prompt getting back to me and had the problem fixed within a few hours. He also seemed to be genuinely concerned about getting my system up and running as fast as possible so I could stay in my home comfortably. I would absolutely recommend Wise Mechanical and will use them in the future for any problems that may come up.

James came by in the middle of summer- at 330 pm ( heat of the day) and got up on our roof and did an amazing job cleaning the coils - inside and out, checked my system and said said everything was working perfectly. Called 480 Mechanical at 9pm and made appointment for 8:30 next morning.  Jarrett arrived on time. He was very professional and got our system running for us. 480 Mechanical will be our go to for AC company.

I left a voicemail 3 days ago and never heard back from anyone.  I tried again today and got voicemail again.

We live in a home where Chas Roberts installed the AC so we knew there would be issues but the first year was even worse than we thought. We had to call them out multiple times with the issues we were having and each time they said they fixed the problem. Too bad it was never actually fixed. I don't know if they were lying, incompetent, or both, but I got sick of it so I had Rustys come take a look. They found the actual issue within 20 minutes which Chas Roberts took multiple visits to miss. Chas Roberts told me I would have to wait 5 months for them to come and fix a mistake they created so I had Rustys fix it at a great price in less than a week. Rustys should be the go-to fix for all the shortcut problems and run-around games that these big HVAC companies try and pull with their customers. Our house feels comfortable for the first time since we moved in thanks to Rustys.

I had an original separate company diagnose what was wrong with my ac it took them 3 visits before they told what was wrong with it and they charged almost triple the cost Overson did. he came over within 24 hours took a look and got me squared away. Will definitely only go to them for all my hvac needs

There aren't enough stars for AZ Dynamic Builders. Seriously, they are the absolute best. In the last month or so AZDB handled two projects for me -- both were replacing vanities and light fixtures in bathrooms. In both instances there were unforeseen complications -- plumbing fixtures, incorrect shipments from manufacturers -- beyond their control. These guys didn't blink; they walked me thru the issues and the possible solutions, then adjusted on the fly. They never even considered throwing in the towel and saying, Hey, not our problem. Requests for estimates and scheduling are handled promptly, and the guys couldn't be nicer or more capable. Do yourself a favor and hit them up for your next project -- you'll be very glad you did.

These guys are always great. I came home from vacation late last night to a warm house. I waited until the morning to give them a call and found that they now have a website that I can request service from them on. Within 5 minutes of placing a request for service I was called and an appointment was scheduled. Lee was at my house within the half hour, and had my house cooled off again to help us brave the 105 degree heat! I found that Lee was a straight shooter, and didn't BS me and try to run up the price, nor did he leave me wondering what was needed to be done to get the unit functioning again. This type of service makes a life long customer.

DESERT FOOTHILLS AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING is the absolute BEST! I had a rental that suddenly had the air conditioning STOP WORKING when it was 120 degrees out.  They were referred to me by another air conditioning company (which is amazing) and I ended up dealing with the owner of the company who personally drove and got the unit and COMPLETED THE installation in less than 20 hrs. of getting my call.  They are EXCEPTIONAL and THEIR PRICING IS AWESOME!  I compared their pricing to another company, who was giving me preferred pricing and this company was only $50 more than the other company AND THEY DID MORE AND PUT A BETTER UNIT IN the home.  They are honest and gave GOOD VIBES from the very 1st call!  I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.  Thank you DESERT FOOTHILLS AIR CONDITIONING!

My quest for an appliance repair person started with a call to HomeAdvisor--a service I used to use (via the internet--never by calling) with great confidence under their prior name (Service Magic). I wasn't actually trying to call HomeAdvisor; rather, I was calling an appliance repair company I found online and somehow, the appliance repair guy's # was really just the Home Advisor #. Apparently, calling Home Advisor is a cluster-_ _ _ _. I wanted to talk to a guy who knew what I was talking about with respect to the dead fridge at my sister's house. I did not want to deal with some goof in a call center who was just going to refer me to some on call technician. After a couple of transfers and a hangup, I hit re-dial on my cell phone and was ready to spit venom, Somehow through fate, Laron at Loe's answered the phone. By this time, I had a full head of steam after being jacked around by the HomeAdvisor operators and thinking Laron was with HomeAdvisor, I probably didn't start out very nice. Within about 10 seconds, I realized I was talking to a guy who knew what I was saying and who knew what he was doing. I told him the problem, the fridge make/model and he told me what the problem most likely was--some sort of relay as I recall. He also told me that if the problem was anything else (i.e., a compressor), I should save my repair money and buy a new fridge instead of paying him to fix the old one. He got out to my sister's house within a couple of hours, confirmed that his phone diagnosis was right, fixed the problem for the price quoted (a little less, actually), and was on his way.

This is the guy you want for appliance repairs. He's honest, hard-working and a straight-shooter. And, he takes his 5-star reputation seriously. I have a leaky ice-maker on my own fridge as I type this. In the morning, I'm calling Laron.

I totally agree with J. Chris H.  This company is a scam!!!  I also asked for the 34.95 tune up and not only was called twice to tell me that they were going to be late but finally told after they were an hour late that they were going to have to reschedule the next day???
The technician was at my house for 5 min. and told me that several things were wrong with my unit and that they needed repaired.
I asked the technician for a written receipt and details of the repairs needed and he said he would email them to me that day. I did not receive an email from the company so I spoke to the manager the next day and he stated that they don't give written details of repairs needed or receipts???
I'm contacting Carrier because it states on the ad that they are Carrier certified technicians.  I'm sure Carrier will not appreciate their deceptive practices using their name.  I'm also going to contact BBB!

I have used this firm for years and have always been impressed with their responsiveness and courtesy.  Today I had a technician come out for a condensate leak from a ceiling vent.  He went into attic, took photos and patiently explained the problem and several solutions were presented.  I ultimately decided to wait and see if it resolved itself when humidity receded.  He didn't try to sell me on expensive repairs I didn't need, just presented the information I needed to decide for myself.  I trust them to be honest and knowledgeable and unhesitatingly recommend them.

Not the family owned company they used to be I believe they have been bought out by Ace services I will be using a different company from now on, somebody local with an interest in giving good advice and service not turning the service call into a sales call!

I've just had a new HVAC system put in my house and I feel like I was treated fairly and honestly.  They arrived on time for both the estimate and the install and were knowledgable, friendly and did an excellent job.  I've used Discount Air Care in the past for maintenance calls at my rental property and my home and will continue to do so in the future.  I definitely recommend Mike, Konlin and their team.
