In need of a dryer repair, we called and waited 2+
hours before we received a call back.  We informed the caller that due to his slow response,
we called a different repair service who responded immediately.  The old saying:
You snooze, you lose....

This is one great contractor to have inspect, service or replace your system. The technicians were Honest, Truthful, and true to their word. I would call or hire nobody else in the Payson area. PLEASE Give them a chance to earn your trust in great local Ac/Heating Contractor, I recommend them 110%.

Great service from Nick and his company, I literally texted him nextdoor this morning, he responded very fast, and was at my house in 2 hours to fix our AC unit, now it starts and operates much better, much quieter. I called Wise Mechanical to service my HVAC system based on the reviews I saw. I can say that the reviews don't lie. Outstanding service and very professional. Joe serviced my system and made necessary repairs to keep me cool this spring and summer. Definitely will use again to keep my system running smooth.

James came by in the middle of summer- at 330 pm ( heat of the day) and got up on our roof and did an amazing job cleaning the coils - inside and out, checked my system and said said everything was working perfectly. I had a mini-split installed in my garage.  This company was spot on, both in getting back to me promptly and being on time. Plus sending texts and email for clear communication.  They even reached out to schedule despite being on their HONEYMOON.  That is customer service at the highest level.  
My unit is up and running with professional care and consideration.
This is my new A/C heating company for sure.  I will be using them in the future and telling my friends about them.   Glad I found them.  No other company would install a mini-split unit unless I bought a expensive commercial one..  so once again, thank you!

Comfort One installed a new Ac on our home a couple years ago.  At that time, our one AC finally bit the dust. Comfort One installed a new AC. But while their, they also did basic maintenance on our second unit at no cost. They found a couple of issues that should have been covered under that unit's warranty.... we learned the prior installer screwed up the install and screwed up that warranty package.

Comfort One worked with the warranty company and got us back on track with the second unit and its warranty.

Fast forward to this past weekend. We came home and BOTH units had been offline.  They came out, figured out the glitch, then invoiced us at ZERO dollars as it covered under the warranty.

Nice to know the company has a solid work effort, strives to make clients happy, and does that little extra you like to see in customer service.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. They installed a new heat pump ahead of schedule without any surprises. Mark was anal about making sure I was getting the exact options I wanted. They cleaned up every bit of construction debris and made sure to have a fire extinguisher on hand for the soldering. He also corrected some problems with a two year old unit that was installed by someone else. Very difficult to find honesty and integrity when dealing with Phoenix area A/C companies. They are a small operation but it is worth the wait to have Mark and Amy work on your system.

Rusty's services the homes that we manage as rentals for our clients.  They have done dozens of service calls, installed new units for us and every repair has been done right and the prices have always been very fair and competitive.  We need reliable and trustworthy service technicians to keep our tenants and owners satisfied with quick and reliable service. Rusty's is excellent in every regard.

I had an original separate company diagnose what was wrong with my ac it took them 3 visits before they told what was wrong with it and they charged almost triple the cost Overson did. he came over within 24 hours took a look and got me squared away. Will definitely only go to them for all my hvac needs

I just bought my first home and knew I wanted the bathrooms remodeled as the rest of the house was really modern and cool but bathrooms were really outdated. I received quotes from 5-6 different contractors to do the work and Chris and Steve at AZ dynamic builders honestly gave me the best price and more importantly did the BEST job on my remodel.  I am obsessed!! They were super responsive to respond texts when I had questions about what to buy and what would look good.  They were a pleasure to work with.

First of all, wow! Incredible plumber. Most honest plumber I have ever met.
Right off the bat he shared how a restoration company was not needed which made it clear to me the kind of plumber I was dealing with. Very honest with endless integrity.
Most plumbers only care about recommending a restoration company to get a referral fee which they care much more about than they ever do the plumbing job itself.  Not neighborhood plumbing. Sam was out at my house and cared much more about the job he was hired for then recommending a restoration company that is only in it for the money.
Sam came out and exchanged a leaking water heater and shared exactly what we are already going to do about the pedestal that got wet. He even shared to not call a restoration company and file a claim when there is absolutely no reason for it.
Again, call 100 plumbing companies to your house and 99 of them will do everything they can to get you to file a claim with your insurance and get a restoration company out there so they can receive a referral fee. But when you call neighborhood plumbing you get honesty which you almost never see in the plumbing world.
We strongly recommend neighborhood plumbing and air conditioning for all of your plumbing and air-conditioning needs. You will get a very fair price, honesty, and incredible work.

Homeadvisor.com estimates repairs to a home a.c. as follows:  A/C compressor repair hard start kit: $100-$250. Capacitor or contactor replacement: $90-$400. Home air compressor replacement: $1350-$1800, depending on size and type. Evaporator coil replacement: $650-$1200.

They replaced my compressor for $2,000.00. They had an opportunity to exceed my expectations and chose not to. I had a problem, they solved it.

Look elsewhere for help with your AC or heating ! These people are scam artists. They are over priced and looking to make an extra buck! The service guys had horrible body odor, very unprofessional and looked very grungy. I should have looked around more for help!

Brewer's did right by us and in a hurry. We knew our 26-year old A/C unit was on its last legs. I asked our neighbors who they've used and would recommend and Brewer's was one of several they mentioned. They were the lowest of three bids by a few hundred dollars and had the best warranty. We went out of town and sure enough, came home to 96 degrees upstairs. Brewer's went out of their way to get us in the next business day, which is huge in July in Phoenix. Now we have a Trane unit with a digital, programmable thermostat. We hated to spend the money, but love what we got in return. Brewer's was responsive, professional, and no pressure. I hope it's years before our other unit dies (replaced with a no-name unit by former owners) but we'll call Brewer's when it does.
By the way, I researched the bidders on Reg. of Contractors, BBB, and online reviews. I registered on Yelp just to write this review (my first) because I feel like great customer service deserves the effort to say thanks and give credit where it's due. Good luck in your search!

We've lived in Fountain Hills since 1993 and have experienced four different AC companies over that time. I know a fair amount about AC/Heating so we tossed the rest and only use Mike Jones at Discount Air.

Fast response, honest, reasonable pricing. Not a rip and replace company, Discount will repair even 20 yr old systems if it makes sense.
