Appt. schedule quickly, which is a plus.  Rep. showed up on time and was very professional.  He actually listened to what I had to say with the issues I was having with my frig.  He made his recommendations and suggested I didn't need to replace parts Sears tech suggested.

Another rep. came out explaining what he was going to do and why.  My frig. is working fine to date.  All it needed was Freon.

This is one great contractor to have inspect, service or replace your system. The technicians were Honest, Truthful, and true to their word. I would call or hire nobody else in the Payson area. PLEASE Give them a chance to earn your trust in great local Ac/Heating Contractor, I recommend them 110%.

Great service from Nick and his company, I literally texted him nextdoor this morning, he responded very fast, and was at my house in 2 hours to fix our AC unit, now it starts and operates much better, much quieter. We have been using Wise Mechanical for our air conditioning and heating repairs and maintenance for over a year now. Joe is outstanding and provides fantastic service. We moved into a 20-year old house last year and signed up for Joe's annual maintenance program. James came by in the middle of summer- at 330 pm ( heat of the day) and got up on our roof and did an amazing job cleaning the coils - inside and out, checked my system and said said everything was working perfectly. Wow was very impressed with 480 Mechanical, they were out here at my house and put in 2 Ecobee smart Thermostats.  Artie gave me a quote and said they would be out Monday to install.  They stood by their quote no surprises Dominic was awesome was very respectful of my home /my family.

Saturday night (late) I was getting warm when I checked the thermostat to see if the central AC was on and yes it was, but it was blowing warm air. Oh no! So now my air conditioning decided the day it was 109 degrees to stop working

I called Sunday afternoon and spoke with Mark I  told him about the issue with my AC and he said the earliest he could get here was sometime Monday. I was fine with that even tough it was 98 degrees in the house. My wife and I were OK but a bit worried about our dogs and how they would take the heat.

Amy ( Marks wife called this morning to confirm that I would be home. Mark came around 12:10 asked a few questions, and went right to work. After diagnosing the problem, he came back, and told us what was wrong, what needed to be done, and the cost to have it repaired. I agreed to the repair. About 1 hour later he was done! I believe he was here for a total of thirty minutes and my central air conditioning unit is now working and blowing cold air. Happy dance!!!

He located, tested, and fixed the problem (Bad Capacitor) quickly and efficiently. I can sit back now and relax in my fully air-conditioned house and enjoy the cool air as I write this review.

I had an original separate company diagnose what was wrong with my ac it took them 3 visits before they told what was wrong with it and they charged almost triple the cost Overson did. he came over within 24 hours took a look and got me squared away. These guys are always great. I came home from vacation late last night to a warm house. I waited until the morning to give them a call and found that they now have a website that I can request service from them on. Within 5 minutes of placing a request for service I was called and an appointment was scheduled. Lee was at my house within the half hour, and had my house cooled off again to help us brave the 105 degree heat! I found that Lee was a straight shooter, and didn't BS me and try to run up the price, nor did he leave me wondering what was needed to be done to get the unit functioning again. This type of service makes a life long customer.

We have used these guys a number of times. They always do their best to schedule you the same day and are always on time. Their work is always the best with no surprises and prices are never exorbitant.

This morning our dryer caught on fire. I contacted Laron and he came out same day, even got here 15 minutes earlier than the window of time he told me he could arrive. He got everything cleaned and fixed up in less than an hour. His rates are reasonable and he did a great job. I will only call him for all future repairs!!

Tony came out to fix my ac Unit. He was very nice and researched issue and fixed it. I love Emergency Air. They are very honest and tell you the truth about what is wrong. Joseph and Kyle for came out yesterday to fix my A/C. After dealing with completely incompetent and uncaring people with my home warranty and insisting that they allow me to use an outside company, I chose Brewer's. I'm really glad I did, and I couldn't have had better service from these guys. They were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and they worked with the home warranty company so I could be sure to get reimbursement for the amount I paid. I really appreciate the service I received from this company!

While removing a PVC to copper irrigation system the PVC broke off leaving PVC threads inside the copper fitting. We couldn't remove it. It was 4:30pm on Monday. Our water was off and we couldn't turn it back on without capping the copper pipe. We called these guys and Tony took the call. He was at our house in 20 minutes and replaced the copper fitting. We got our water back on by 6:15. Great attitude. Great service. Great all around. Thanks so much for your good work.
