Very professional approach to our problems..within a short period of time the issue was resolved! I asked Joe Wise (the owner) if he like do a check our HVAC units for wintertime..he suggested I wait until it got colder & he would check at that time! I appreciated his honest approach as he indicated I'd be better waiting!

I had a mini-split installed in my garage.  This company was spot on, both in getting back to me promptly and being on time. Plus sending texts and email for clear communication.  They even reached out to schedule despite being on their HONEYMOON.  That is customer service at the highest level.  
My unit is up and running with professional care and consideration.
This is my new A/C heating company for sure.  I will be using them in the future and telling my friends about them.   Glad I found them.  No other company would install a mini-split unit unless I bought a expensive commercial one..  so once again, thank you!

It is a small business owned by Taps, who does everything from repairs, to quotes to installation himself (assisted by one assistant). So you just deal with same person throughout the process.
It was much easier to work with him as a result, compared to one of the highly rated small business for AC installation in yelp. The other large company charged me $75 just to come over and tell me that they would need to do a much more expensive testing to find source of leaks!

Tap's quote for new system also significantly lower than the other business. They did quality work, and also came by to do a free inspection of the heater before it was needed for the winter.

I had an original separate company diagnose what was wrong with my ac it took them 3 visits before they told what was wrong with it and they charged almost triple the cost Overson did. he came over within 24 hours took a look and got me squared away. Thank you Lee! In the heat of an Arizona summer our A/C is sending out warm air! We called Wickenburg Air Inc. and Lee showed up on time and worked tirelessly until the unit was up and running again. He repaired the thermostat and then he checked and tested the heat and air conditioning system. Lee also made sure we knew how to program the thermostat before he left. After a few days, he called us to ensure everything was still working correctly. We have referred Wickenburg Air Inc. to our friends. It was an excellent service and we can't say enough about the customer care. Lee was polite and professional, the prices were fair, the work was excellent. The only evidence of him ever being there was the lovely cool air flowing through the house. So if you need the best heating & cooling service, choose these guys!

This company is the best I have ever used. They let me know what was going on every step of the way. The technician went above and beyond to assure the installation of my new unit was installed properly and working well before leaving.

Recently my washer displayed the middle finger icon in the display and died. I called Laron at Loe's Appliance to check things out. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate for the repair. He had to order a part from Whirlpool, but returned in two days once the parts supplier got the part in. He promptly completed the repairs and gave me a complete explanation of what was done.

Bottom line is that he was prompt, polite, and professional He got me back in business without leaving a mess behind. I am very satisfied and will definitely call again if I have other appliance problems.

Glendale, Arizona. Make Emergency Air your first call for repair or replacement. I recommend these four technicians. To start out this review, I am a customer and not receiving any gratuities for this review. I called two air conditioning companies with no results on installing a new a/c unit. Both companies came over to give me a price and never called back. I then contacted Emergency Air. A technician, Caleb, showed up on Saturday, look at my old unit and explained to me the type of unit needed to be installed in my 1972 manufactured home and will contact me on Monday at 4pm. Monday morning Caleb and his supervisor came back to make sure the unit suggested will fit. At 4pm Monday, Caleb called to confirm the unit suggested will fit. We set up an appointment for Wednesday at 4pm to go over the details again and sign the contract. Caleb showed up at 4pm. Caleb was honest, professional, prompt and concerned about the installation and my comfort. He scheduled the installation for the new unit on Saturday.
On Saturday, three young men showed up around 8:30 am. On the trailer was my new a/c.  All three men, Larry, Jake and Jesse, knowing their job started to remove the old unit. These three men are courteous, professional and worked together as a team.  My manufactured home is an older unit and needed some changes for installation of the new unit. I asked for a few changes to the placement of the new condenser and wiring. All three of them accepted the challenge and the unit was installed. They cleaned up after they were done, and had someone remove the old unit. Great job, Thank you.

Edit#2:  brand new a/c installed in Jan and now we have dirty sock syndrome or something. 3 visits and still no resolution and zero communication from the owner. We had to pay for a second opinion to get a warranty request started with Trane. Hopefully they can figure it out.

Edit:  I have to update this review. Turns out the employees (maybe just one?) who they sent out to replace ALL the ducts actually lied to us and stated that all ducts were changed out. We had a smoke smell issue and specifically did the ducts for this reason. The QC check missed this oversight and we were told, yes they are all new. My husband had painted the old ducts w Killz and he pointed out that the 2 harder to get to ducts still looked like the ones he sealed. QC said it was the paint or (I forget the technical term) they used and yes, they were all new. We sent pictures to the owner who did, in fact, determine the ducts were not new. Part of the original crew were sent out to rectify it. They pulled out quite a bit of old duct work.  They are lucky my husband is nice and professional. He had to take another half day off work to watch them and be sure it was done right. I would've asked why they lied right to my face. We went with the highest bid on this job because we trusted the company and was impressed by their technical expertise. Very disappointed.  I guess the lesson is if you aren't doing it yourself (and paying over $10K!!) for a service, you better watch every step of the way.

Our AC unit was not working so I placed a call to Yavapai Plumbing & Heating on a Monday.  On Tuesday the technician (Shane) showed up on time.  He was great to work with and after checking our AC units along with furnace - our AC unit was up and running.  Shane was detailed and professional and should our home need service for anything YPH can help with - I will certainly contact them.

My experience is the complete opposite of either here.  Recently sold home and bought condo in Fountain HIlls.  Condo has original Trane XE1000 split unit.  AC still working but called Discount Air for maintenance and estimate to replace.  Not a matter of if but when.  The son came out and provided an estimate which seemed fair.  However, after looking at the units, I was told it was not heat capable.   Outside AC unit was air compressor only and no heat strips in heater.  Say what?   Called the home inspector who had his AC guy come out.  Switch behind thermostat needed to be flipped and panel in split system in attic needed to be opened and heater turned on.  Worse thing was that I emailed the company about this and absolutely no reply.  While I have read nothing but good things about this local company, I would not use them again.
