480-406-7487.  He came out, was friendly, very good diagnostician, said my problem could be resolved with a defrost and if that didn't work, call him to come back.  He waived his fee for the visit!  He was correct and it works now, hooray.

I used this family-owned company 3 times and I trust them 100%! Jeremy and his father Jerry are really great, knowledgeable, and efficient!!!!

Great service from Nick and his company, I literally texted him nextdoor this morning, he responded very fast, and was at my house in 2 hours to fix our AC unit, now it starts and operates much better, much quieter. Wow was very impressed with 480 Mechanical, they were out here at my house and put in 2 Ecobee smart Thermostats.  Artie gave me a quote and said they would be out Monday to install.  They stood by their quote no surprises Dominic was awesome was very respectful of my home /my family.

Absolutely the best heating and cooling service company.  A family run company that focuses on your satisfaction and knows HVAC inside and out. Amy runs the business and knows her stuff.  Mark is the ultimate tech. I understand my system better and confident my system will perform perfectly.

Another company 'fixed' our 7-year-old air conditioning unit that wasn't cooling but had to be called back a few weeks later because it failed again.  The diagnosis the 2nd time was a shorted compressor, and the recommend fix was a whole new system.  The quoted price was absurd but after the tech 'spoke with his manager' the price was lowered to ridiculous and they didn't have time on their schedule for 10 days.  A friend recommended we call Rusty's and I'm sure glad we did.  Rusty's came out the next day and had our house cooling in no time - the compressor was fine.  Rusty's is knowledgeable, fair, trustworthy and efficient and I highly recommend this company.

I had an original separate company diagnose what was wrong with my ac it took them 3 visits before they told what was wrong with it and they charged almost triple the cost Overson did. he came over within 24 hours took a look and got me squared away. Will definitely only go to them for all my hvac needs

Fastest to respond when giving a quote. However, be patient and wait for others. Biggest mistake of my home ownership was going with this company!

Quote was high but on a weekend with a PEX line that blows, I just needed it fixed.

Spoke to Sam, the owner, on the phone. He said he would be out and install a copper line to fix my issue.

Cool. Spendy but what I needed and wanted done.

Come to find out, he installed a steel braided line instead. Line burst (not sure why) within an hour.

Had him called back out, didn't even really diagnose the issue nor give a reasonable answer as to what happened or why it is happening or even offer to replace the water heater, but he DID finally do what we had originally agreed to have done.

Then he has the audacity to tell me, I only do what is on the paper, show me the paperwork that says what you claim.... LOL. Don't let them get away with only wanting to text or Yelp message you!

He then blames everything on a defective water heater (which I spoke to the manufacturer and they said something entirely different and will be inspecting) that his work failed.

I also asked for a discount for the inconvenience. Yeah right. Wouldn't even budge even though he made a mistake.

Funny thing is. I have four witnesses to the events that transpired. Please show me an invoice that shows the work, including the comeback (which you have refused as of the time of this review).

Bottom line, scrappy work and dishonest owner. At least with me. Lied 100% about the job he was going to do. And then tried to hide the fact he had to come back to repair a second time. No Bueno!

Homeadvisor.com estimates repairs to a home a.c. as follows:  A/C compressor repair hard start kit: $100-$250. Capacitor or contactor replacement: $90-$400. Home air compressor replacement: $1350-$1800, depending on size and type. Evaporator coil replacement: $650-$1200.

They replaced my compressor for $2,000.00. They had an opportunity to exceed my expectations and chose not to. I had a problem, they solved it.

We have used these guys a number of times. They always do their best to schedule you the same day and are always on time. Their work is always the best with no surprises and prices are never exorbitant.

Laron is awesome!  He is professional and friendly and knowledgable, just what one wants in a repairman.  Not only did he communicate well, he estimated his arrival time and kept it!  He quickly analyzed the issue we were having with our fancy, 3-year old refrigerator and the fix was completed in no time.  Though we offered it, he did not need to look at our original appliance booklet, rather he just got to work and fixed the problem.  The quoted minimum service charge and overall price were very reasonable.  We highly recommend Laron for your appliance repair needs.

I have been dealing with my home warranty and their assigned contractor for over a week to fix my air conditioner. The whole experience has been beyond frustrating and stressful and obviously without resolve.

After hearing great things about emergency air, I gave them a call. The whole experience was wonderful!!!!  I was set up for same day appointment. Technician Mike came out to diagnose our unit. He was professional, courtesy and was able to give us a thorough explanation of the problem after a quick diagnosis. We got more out of his short visit then we got out of our warranty contracted provider in over a week!  I am VERY impressed with his knowledge of his job and his professionalism.

Highly recommend this company for all your AC needs, especially MIKE H!!!!

In the end, we didn't go with Brewers ONLY because the AC unit we wanted was not in stock. The sales technician took time to look at existing vents and duct work to ensure a high quality estimate. Explained everything to us in detail. When I suggested buying a slightly lower quality unit so I could work with him, he told me the other deal was good and he would take it.

Integrity usually implies quality.

These guys are hard sell and all talk. They sold and installed a brand new American Standard heat pump for $8500 in May at my home in Rio Verde. They never verified whether the heat worked or not. When I needed heat this winter, I discovered the unit they installed does not work. They do not stock the part for the unit and evidently cannot get one to replace it. Conlan tells me there is no ETA on getting the replacement part and offers no help other than offering me the phone number for American Standard. I am out of luck. I do not recommend these guys. Go to a reputable company.
