Appt. schedule quickly, which is a plus.  Rep. showed up on time and was very professional.  He actually listened to what I had to say with the issues I was having with my frig.  He made his recommendations and suggested I didn't need to replace parts Sears tech suggested.

Another rep. came out explaining what he was going to do and why.  My frig. is working fine to date.  All it needed was Freon.

I used this family-owned company 3 times and I trust them 100%! Jeremy and his father Jerry are really great, knowledgeable, and efficient!!!!

Great service from Nick and his company, I literally texted him nextdoor this morning, he responded very fast, and was at my house in 2 hours to fix our AC unit, now it starts and operates much better, much quieter. I had recently purchased a smart thermostat for our rental home & needed an AC professional to come install the unit as we were unable to do so ourselves.  Ecobee offers HomeAdvisor as an option to help look for technicians within your area that can help with the install.  Within 5 min of speaking with the representative from HomeAdvisor, I got a phone call and text from 480 Mechanical following up on the request.  I called back and was immediately able to schedule for a technician to come install the thermostat same day, as they had an available window.  From the time that I booked with the company to the time the technician arrived, I was updated on his ETA.  The service technician that installed our unit was Dominic.  Dominic was very informative and helped us understand the different functions of the smart thermostat that we had purchased.  He also gave us helpful tips as we are first time AZ residents. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs professional AC assistance.

Comfort One installed a new Ac on our home a couple years ago.  At that time, our one AC finally bit the dust. Comfort One installed a new AC. But while their, they also did basic maintenance on our second unit at no cost. They found a couple of issues that should have been covered under that unit's warranty.... we learned the prior installer screwed up the install and screwed up that warranty package.

Comfort One worked with the warranty company and got us back on track with the second unit and its warranty.

Fast forward to this past weekend. We came home and BOTH units had been offline.  They came out, figured out the glitch, then invoiced us at ZERO dollars as it covered under the warranty.

Nice to know the company has a solid work effort, strives to make clients happy, and does that little extra you like to see in customer service.

TL;DR version: this is an honest company that represents both their profession and people with honor.

If you live in Phoenix your worse nightmare is your A/C going out. You pray to whatever being you worship that it's a cheap repair because who puts $8,000 away for a new A/C unit?

Mine conked out on a hotter fall day and trying to get same day service was challenging. I called A&M but couldn't coordinate correctly and with my back to the wall, I went with a company that could get my house cool and keep me and four legged creatures alive.

That being said, Amy at A&M was beyond helpful in giving me good information so I made an informed decision. There wasn't a sale in it for the company, but she represented both humanity and her profession with honor. She helped me understand that I was getting a fair price and unit from her competitor and put my needs in front of making a dollar!

I wasn't their customer, but they treated me like a human being in need and I would use this company without hesitation. The other company did a great job, too, but I wanted to commend A&M for being helpful when they didn't need to be. Thank you!

Rusty came to our rescue late on a Friday afternoon, after we received an exorbitant quote from another company. He was friendly, professional, and helped us out with some coolant to last us until he could get the needed parts and replace them.
Since we were experiencing 100 degree days without air conditioning, that was a huge blessing!  The other company was going to charge us at least 1/3 more than Rusty and they did not supply us with emergency coolant. Pretty bum deal when we had used them a few times,  and come to find out we were overcharged for a bandaid service than an actual fix.
You can trust Rusty to be fair and honest!

I had an original separate company diagnose what was wrong with my ac it took them 3 visits before they told what was wrong with it and they charged almost triple the cost Overson did. he came over within 24 hours took a look and got me squared away. Will definitely only go to them for all my hvac needs

Chris and his team were amazing. They tore down the wall that divided the kitchen and living room. We were told by a different contractor that we couldn't take the wall out since the plumbing was in a post tension slab. But Chris had his guys come x-ray the floor and they moved everything over. Definitely recommend AZ Dynamic Builders!

I had an AC issue that they came out and diagnosed as what seemed like an easy fix. Told me it was fixed, paid them and speak to my tenets that were there and it wasn't. The technician returned and made every attempt to accommodate and fix the situation, including  putting in a temporary solution. During all of this I get a call back that is indeed fixed and the AC is now working correctly, no temporary AC, everything is good. Get a call from my tenet shortly thereafter, whatever was done the power now won't stay on. So I notify the technician again and he says he will head back out. Meanwhile I have to pay for my tenets to stay in a hotel, ok, it is what it is. Get a message back later stating the power is on, nothing else. I informed him I would be there in two days and we can discuss what happened. Get into town on Sunday morning and send him a message, got nothing in return, no call back, no explanation of why my AC still wasn't working, nothing. Paid $725 for them to come out and worsen the situation to the point 3 other technicians couldn't figure out what they had done with the wiring of the AC unit and I had to get it replaced. I feel the experience wasn't bad up until the point of not returning my calls and flat out not explaining what was going on, not the way to treat paying customers, especially when you aren't the only game in town.

Homeadvisor.com estimates repairs to a home a.c. as follows:  A/C compressor repair hard start kit: $100-$250. Capacitor or contactor replacement: $90-$400. Home air compressor replacement: $1350-$1800, depending on size and type. Evaporator coil replacement: $650-$1200.

They replaced my compressor for $2,000.00. They had an opportunity to exceed my expectations and chose not to. I had a problem, they solved it.

We have used these guys a number of times. They always do their best to schedule you the same day and are always on time. Their work is always the best with no surprises and prices are never exorbitant.

Laron came out today to do an oven repair. He was very friendly and personable. He is very knowledgeable and did a great job on the repair. I highly recommend this company!

They were friendly and professional but extremely expensive.  Feel like they are really over priced for their repairs.

Our A/C was running fine as a new 5-year model but needed coolant over a weekend. Husband went with Brewer's on a referral no less from a neighbor but BREWER'S showed up ..spent 45 min here , mostly talking & THEN ADDED THE COOLANT at an over $300 charge along with an over  inflated WEEKEND charge that does not be removed as per a weekly visit although THE SAME TRUCK AND SERVICE PPL show up. 500$ for this quick fix while 800$ BUYS A NEW UNIT. Brewer's may be in our community for a while but that does NOT MEAN THEY DO NOT RIP OFF WEEK!END PPL! SO very Disturbed .NO Referrals from THIS AHWATUKEE HOOD FROM US!

I had Yavapai Plumbing and Heating out to put in a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal that I had bought and supply and put in new pvc trap.
They quoted me $950. I paid the $59. service fee and told them forget it.
