Kurt from Felix Appliance Repair fixed our microwave today! SO polite, wore a mask & gloves (so thoughtful during this pandemic).
He went above and beyond by also checking out an issue I had been having with my stove, despite the fact I had only made the service call for the microwave. Taking the extra time, he determined the issue so I would know whether to get the stove repaired, or replaced.  He did not charge anything additional for the troubleshooting.  
I would DEFINITELY recommend him for any appliance repairs. There is a travel fee, but it is added to the repair of the appliance if you decide to have him fix it. He gave me a 1 year warranty on parts & a 3 year on labor.
(When I originally booked the appointment, I spoke with Kurt over the phone to give him an idea of what I thought was wrong with the microwave. I didn't want to pay a service fee if it would likely be determined non-repairable. He was more than happy to listen & troubleshoot to the best of his ability over the phone & give me a rough guesstimate on the repair price.)
Maybe I was just lucky he was right on what was needed for the repair, & that he had ordered & brought the correct parts for the job.
But, I got the impression he would've done what he could to make sure I was happy with the service & outcome. Very knowledgeable about appliances too.

This is one great contractor to have inspect, service or replace your system. The technicians were Honest, Truthful, and true to their word. I would call or hire nobody else in the Payson area. PLEASE Give them a chance to earn your trust in great local Ac/Heating Contractor, I recommend them 110%.

Great service from Nick and his company, I literally texted him nextdoor this morning, he responded very fast, and was at my house in 2 hours to fix our AC unit, now it starts and operates much better, much quieter. Very professional approach to our problems..within a short period of time the issue was resolved! I asked Joe Wise (the owner) if he like do a check our HVAC units for wintertime..he suggested I wait until it got colder & he would check at that time! I appreciated his honest approach as he indicated I'd be better waiting!

No question that we will use Wise Mechanical again. Jim is very approachable,listens intensively & is only interested in doing work in a professional manner. The charge was fair & reasonable!

James came by in the middle of summer- at 330 pm ( heat of the day) and got up on our roof and did an amazing job cleaning the coils - inside and out, checked my system and said said everything was working perfectly. They are quick and responsive with your A/C needs. They we're able to come out the same day our Air conditioning went out and get it fixed. Dominic will explain everything and get you what you need!

I have used Taps, the owner, for over five years for all my HVAC needs. I followed him from his previous company once he started his own business. I live in an older home with a goofy system that had vexed the other AC techs that tried to work on it -- but not Taps. He is the most get it done contractor I've ever worked with. He always does everything he can to keep costs down without ever sacrificing quality.

Taps gets to us so quickly, even during the hottest times when things are busiest, and has what he needs on his truck to gets things fixed then and there. He is extremely proactive with communication and he shows up when he says he will. He is professional but friendly and never makes you feel bad, even when you have six inches of dog fur all over your coils.

I highly recommend Comfort One and Taps. I am a loyal customer for life.

If you live in Phoenix your worse nightmare is your A/C going out. You pray to whatever being you worship that it's a cheap repair because who puts $8,000 away for a new A/C unit?

Mine conked out on a hotter fall day and trying to get same day service was challenging. I called A&M but couldn't coordinate correctly and with my back to the wall, I went with a company that could get my house cool and keep me and four legged creatures alive.

That being said, Amy at A&M was beyond helpful in giving me good information so I made an informed decision. There wasn't a sale in it for the company, but she represented both humanity and her profession with honor. She helped me understand that I was getting a fair price and unit from her competitor and put my needs in front of making a dollar!

I wasn't their customer, but they treated me like a human being in need and I would use this company without hesitation. The other company did a great job, too, but I wanted to commend A&M for being helpful when they didn't need to be. Thank you!

Rusty came to our rescue late on a Friday afternoon, after we received an exorbitant quote from another company. He was friendly, professional, and helped us out with some coolant to last us until he could get the needed parts and replace them.
Since we were experiencing 100 degree days without air conditioning, that was a huge blessing!  The other company was going to charge us at least 1/3 more than Rusty and they did not supply us with emergency coolant. Pretty bum deal when we had used them a few times,  and come to find out we were overcharged for a bandaid service than an actual fix.
You can trust Rusty to be fair and honest!

I had an original separate company diagnose what was wrong with my ac it took them 3 visits before they told what was wrong with it and they charged almost triple the cost Overson did. he came over within 24 hours took a look and got me squared away. Will definitely only go to them for all my hvac needs

I just bought my first home and knew I wanted the bathrooms remodeled as the rest of the house was really modern and cool but bathrooms were really outdated. I received quotes from 5-6 different contractors to do the work and Chris and Steve at AZ dynamic builders honestly gave me the best price and more importantly did the BEST job on my remodel.  I am obsessed!! They were super responsive to respond texts when I had questions about what to buy and what would look good.  They were a pleasure to work with.

It does not get any better than this! Sam  is about the friendliest, most honest professional, helpful and most competitively priced Trades people I've ever met. He was very efficient in addressing the plumbing problems I had Including a clogged bathroom sink and trouble with water pressure on my master shower. I cannot recommend Sam highly enough!

Huge shout out to these guys.  I returned from a vacation and found that the thermostat had been damaged by a recent storm.  Needless to say the house was very hot!  Within 90 minutes of my call, they were on site, went the extra mile to get a temporary stat to get me cool, and then replaced the original one the following day.  What really got me was that they could easily have said that they would have me up and running the following day when they got the part, and I would have expected that.  But, the didn't.  They went to the  effort of getting a substitute part immediately, and actually had to do the work twice just so I could sleep cool that night.  This was all at no cost to me since the system was under warranty, therefore, the didn't get any additional revenue for the extra work.  Very responsive to say the least!

I had a rental that suddenly had the air conditioning STOP WORKING when it was 120 degrees out.  They were referred to me by another air conditioning company (which is amazing) and I ended up dealing with the owner of the company who personally drove and got the unit and COMPLETED THE installation in less than 20 hrs. of getting my call.  They are EXCEPTIONAL and THEIR PRICING IS AWESOME!  I compared their pricing to another company, who was giving me preferred pricing and this company was only $50 more than the other company AND THEY DID MORE AND PUT A BETTER UNIT IN the home.  They are honest and gave GOOD VIBES from the very 1st call!  I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.  Thank you DESERT FOOTHILLS AIR CONDITIONING!

We called Emergency Air to have a thermostat installed.  Mike showed up at the beginning of the time window they gave us.  He was very professional.  When he learned that we have a service contract in place with a competitor, he let us know that if he performed the work, it would void our contract.  He never spoke badly about the competitor, he was very professional.  He even showed us how to install the thermostat ourselves if we're so inclined.  The entire time he was here, he was very nice, always professional, and freely shared his knowledge.  When our contract is up we'll definitely be in touch with Mike.

Upon SRP's recommendation, I hired Brewer's to install my new $6500 AC unit 6/17/2010. They offered a 10 year No Hassle Warranty that I was told by my service rep would include EVERYTHING! When less then 13 months after my installation & only one month after my Maintenence Check-up, my compressor goes on a Saturday morning, I'm told there will be a $150 after hours fee (that includes the part warehouse fee if need be). Because I am surprised by this fee given what my rep had explained to me about my no hassle warranty, I am told the owner Tim has waived my fee this ONE time as a courtesy. Then, when they finally (next day-Sunday, not same day-Saturday) come out to repair, I'm told it will be $100 to fix today to get into part warehouse (owner is NOT covering after hours fee afterall)! Besides owner Tim, promising to waive fee & then changing his mind when there was actually a repair to be made, I was treated as an inconvenience at every turn. It was clear I was an annoyance in their weekend (never did I get so much as an apology for a 1 year old unit's compressor going!). Both the customer service rep & the owner Tim cut me off repeatedly & talked down to me as if I were undeserving of their respect. I can not tell you how insulted & upset I feel. I will never use Brewer's again (I need a new unit on my other side too). I highly recommend that anyone interested in using them be cautious. Their sales men make you feel all cozy & confident then they treat you like dirt!

Fast arrival and I felt they were honest about my plumbing issue. They were not able to correct my issue at the time as my problem was more extensive and required pumping. Never the less, I trust them and would recommend them to anyone.

Our A/C system died after 17 years and had to replace it.  I got 5 estimates and not only was Discount Air Care the least expensive,(by 30%) they could replace my system the soonest.  They showed up on time, on Saturday Morning, (no extra charge) with a full crew ready to go.  By 10:30 in the morning I had a new system.  The technicians, Conklin and Bob took the time to educate me on setting the thermostat and explaining on how this new variable speed system worked.   KUDO's To Mike Jones and HIS EXCELLENT CREW.  They are attentive, very well priced, professional and nice.  All you could ask for in an A./C. company.  no surprises, billed as quoted, no extra's..
