Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

Surpassed my expectations. The previous 5-star reviews pushed me to hire these guys--actually this guy--Lance. He did more than I hoped for, and he gave me great advice on how to maintain the A/C and filters. I'd hire Lance again many times--if only my air vents needed that much cleaning--.

I called Andre's with some ongoing thermostat issues he showed  up with in a reasonable amount of time.
He is very knowledgeable, friendly and very reasonable.
I have called and texted him several times with some advice on some issues I've been having and he has always responded within minutes.
He is a stand up guy and you're not just a number with him!
I always try to support the lil guy and I am so glad I took a chance with him.

We had a handyman out to our home to hang some patio lights. In the process, something happened where we could not get any electricity. I called Hope, and they came out the very same day. They were able to diagnose the issue and fix the problem easily. They worked very neatly and efficiently. I will be using Hope from here on out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Our dryer went out one thursday evening. Not the first time it's done so, with 6 people in the household it is constantly in use. I requested a few quotes on Yelp,  because a clothesline is only available in good weather. Mr Hew responded personally within an hour with a very reasonable price, for coming out the next morning (no extra charge for saturday, or sunday for that mtmatter). He arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the issue (kinda figured it was the heating element), ordered thenoart, and returned sunday morning with the new part. Took him about an hour to taking my machine totally apart, and then put it back together. No change in what he charged me, even though he had to come out here twice in the end. Dryer is hot and toasty again. Quick and easy to deal with guys, did their thing, and I am happy with the results. Thanks for doing your thing Mr Hew.

Carlos answered my initial request in just a few minutes and was able to schedule the repair same day. His work was efficient and reasonably priced. He also explained everything to me as he was working so I could understand the problem and his solution for repair. Highly recommend

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.  
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.

I just had Jeremy with Honest Appliance Service & Repair llc out to inspect and service my washer and dryer.  He showed up at the scheduled time and did a fantastic job.  Jeremy is a great, friendly and professional guy.  I highly recommend Honest Appliance Service and Repair for your appliance service needs.

My extended family was out of town when their water heater started to leak.  My goal was to have it repaired/ replaced before they retuned to town so that they did not come home to a mess.
After two days of going back and forth with another company (the one that installed the heater that was leaking,   - the water heater manufacturer gave me the number to Convenient.  
Paul was wonderful!  He called the manufacture to verify warranty for me and had a team out to the house within an hour.  A few hours later, the new heater is installed, and the old one is gone.  The team was great and afterwards, walked me through what could be done going forward to extend the life off the water heater.  
Highly recommended!!!!

The ac in my new construction home in Casa Grande was not blowing any air. I felt that it had to be an issue with the thermostat so I reset it several times and tried to redo the settings. But it was not blowing any air after 2 hours of many resets and swearing in 99 degrees in my living room.

I called Mark and they were able to fix it. They said the thermostat was installed incorrectly and there were other issues with the wiring. Mark said he will have a technician fix one my dripping pans in my home in Phoenix. My Scottsdale AC guy didn't even want to try to fix it and he lives down the street from me.

TruTek has helped out twice now to address air conditioning unit problems, quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend for their response time and their value. This isn't another sales based company or business looking to increase their profit by recommending unnecessary stuff. Their owner Ron has been very honest and helpful and I have been happy to recommend him to others. He's treated them well with a quick response time and great pricing. I've learned my lesson and recommend others to reach out to this company even to do a check up and clean on your system to avoid issues!

My experience with this company was above and beyond. Their pricing is great, and the products are excellent. I am happy we chose to work with A.C. Infantry out of all the companies we spoke with. Dacoda and his team are not only professional and knowledgeable, but they get the job done right the first time. I would highly recommend this business because of their prompt communication and honest diagnosis and recommendations. Also, because this company is local, I don't have to schedule too far out in advance when something needs repairs or maintenance.

Our AC unit broke down so we needed to have it replaced. This company provided the most competitive quote and were able to come to my house the very next day to install the new unit. It also comes with a free annual inspection which is great! They were very professional and courteous; I highly recommend this company for your ac needs.

Scammers , after a huge argument he confessed my type of unit Doesn't need maintenance and refunded my money after my ac unit running worse after he touched it

I have had Chas Roberts AC come out to the house on multiple occasions to service and maintain our two AC units and air handlers. Each time they came out they were clear to point out the problems and recommend a plan to correct the situation. On all but two occasions I followed their advise. On the two occasions, I determined that I could order the replacement capacitors and replace the ones on the units outside and I also determined that I could order and replace the power supply in our Honeywell Electrostatic Air Cleaner. When I ordered the capacitors and had Chas Roberts out later under their CAP program, the tech showed me a puffy capacitor from one of the furnaces in the attic and while he went to check on the other unit I found the two capacitors I had ordered and just handed it to him and he replaced both of them saving me time from doing it myself. Another time a tech came out to investigate why my breaker was resetting itself and suggested I just I buy one at the big box store rather than wait for another truck to bring one out to the house and I did that as well. Our units are now in their 21st year. I don't think they will last much longer but I hope they do. Chas Roberts did the original units and maintained them periodically under the CAP program. The last time the tech showed me exactly what he did and I did the same after that.
