Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

Honest Air Care did a great job cleaning my air ducts. I highly recommend requesting Lance. He is a nice guy, very personable, professional, and he did a great job while educating me along the way.

The evaporator coil in our A/C unit was going out.  We called Andre and within a week he had the part and scheduled the appointment to get it fixed.
He did a professional job at a reasonable price.  We would highly recommend Andre to anyone who needs an efficient A/C repairman.

We had a handyman out to our home to hang some patio lights. In the process, something happened where we could not get any electricity. I called Hope, and they came out the very same day. They were able to diagnose the issue and fix the problem easily. They worked very neatly and efficiently. I will be using Hope from here on out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

End result- I made a conference call with the tech to my home warranty company since there was no follow up on his part. Yes we had to hold for a while to reach someone ; that's what you have to do sometimes if you're trying to get a resolution. My warranty company called him back (he hung up) and informed him that they have approved the work. Next they let me know he closed out my case and isn't coming back. I'm stunned but my home warranty company lets me know not to worry they will take care of me in their end.
Short story long: I really wish I read the previous reviews before allowing my home warranty company to dispatch this technician. If you have a home warranty; before they dispatch to this company, make sure you insist on using a different company. It's not worth the headaches. Go back and look at the 1 star 2 star ratings from the Yelpers before me; my experience is very similar. I went through the headache so someone else hopefully won't have to. Ugh!

If I could give this company 10 stars I  would!! My home warranty company sent out Carlos, owner of ADEX heating and cooling. I had no heating in the middle of this cold wave. He rearranged  his schedule so he could fit me in a day earlier.  He came to my home in the evening after he had been all the way in Mesa, I'm in north Phoenix. He was courteous, professional and friendly. He got my heat on quickly. The specifications sticker on my unit was faded so he called the manufacturer the next day to get more information if needed. He was thorough and didn't try to upsell me on other services. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone needing heating or cooling repair. Bonus points: he answers his phone when you call!!

I had my AC go out after hours on a Saturday with outdoor temp on 103 and was doubtful I'd be able to get service until the next day or Monday. I called McLaughlin Air and Bruce, the owner himself,showed up at my door in under 45 minutes and completed my repair about an hour later.  I expected to see a surcharge for after hours and weekend rates etc but was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no additional charge for time or travel. Super professional work and a very nice guy on top of that. Warrantied equipment and workmanship at a price that was more than fair. If you're in Maricopa and looking for AC repair or installation you can stop searching and give Bruce a call. Highly recommended!

Dave was so responsive and quick to respond. Our air conditioner broke on a Friday afternoon and this was the only company that picked up our phone call. He showed up on Saturday morning, found the problem, and fixed it quickly. I recommend this company to anyone having issues with your AC. He is honest and straightforward. We have used this company in Gilbert twice now and both of our experiences have been stellar. Our first call was for a washer repair and they went out of their way to get it repaired quickly. Yesterday, we called for an oven repair and they found the part and installed it today for a reasonable price. Amazing service!

They are finally coming out to see if the air is flowing properly after taking their advice and getting over $4500 work done after using them for our SRP energy study. Will update again then

TruTek has helped out twice now to address air conditioning unit problems, quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend for their response time and their value. This isn't another sales based company or business looking to increase their profit by recommending unnecessary stuff. Their owner Ron has been very honest and helpful and I have been happy to recommend him to others. He's treated them well with a quick response time and great pricing. I've learned my lesson and recommend others to reach out to this company even to do a check up and clean on your system to avoid issues!

Had a great experience with A.C. Infantry today! If you're looking to have an AC check up, Dacoda is your guy. Responsive, professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be using AC Infantry for future maintenance calls and/or repairs. I know when my unit needs replacing in a few years, I won't look anywhere else! Highly recommend.

Literally worst company ever! No type of customer service and always get the let me check on it and I'll call you back with no call back ever!

My AC broke 5/22 I called warranty and they sent Pro Solutions Air after I had to contact them to get my appointment scheduled they finally came out 5/27 get my A/C back and running everything is fine and dandy less than 24hrs later the A/C stops working again without even turning on at this point. I call Pro air solutions again and they said they will be back out until 6/2!!!! Finally they come and diagnose it and inform me that my warranty needs to order parts... I call my warranty 6/8 and no part has even been sent in to be ordered from them! I myself had to call in the part! long story short almost 3 weeks later from initial visit and I still have no AC! I call pro solutions and no call backs no resolution not even a we can't get the part or we are too busy to accept your warranty job I literally harass my warranty until they give Pro Air Solutions an ultimatum and of course they won't even call my warranty back.

This is a joke of a company please save your money or if you have warranty save yourself the headache and don't let your warranty send them.

Terrible business.  I had an A/C go down and called this business to have them fix the problem.  When they were here, they fixed the system without informing us of what the problem was in order for me to decide how to go about this.  They repaired a thermostat wire, but did a bad job with the repair.  A week later, the same problem came back.  They were trying to upsell us a new unit, because of the wire.  I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they never responded.  Just shows they are willing to rip you off and take no accountability foe their service..  Stay away from this business!

I wouldn't not use Chas Roberts for your air-conditioning needs.

According to my husband we had a small fan go out of one of our units since there was a Chas Roberts sticker on the unit that's who I called.

The technician came out told me it would be $700 since it is so hot out they have you over a barrel (this was in July) so I said go ahead and fix it. He was out there 10 minutes and when he came back in the air was blowing cold. I said, hold on $700 for the fan and 10 minutes worth of work. He said yes that's what we charge. So I paid him but then I complained to the corporate headquarters and tehy must have agreed because that same technician brought me back out a check for $400!

So in the end it only cost me $300 to get the fan changed in the middle of summer which is okay but I had to go through a bunch of arguing and complaining to get that.

I can understand everybody needs to make a living but gouging consumers in the middle of summer is ridiculous!
