It was a great job done. Jeff arrived a little out of the time frame given, but considering the drive out to my place and that it was raining heavily that day, the delay was was understandable. He got hot right to work, and there was no surprise in price, what I was quoted, was the price I got.

The evaporator coil in our A/C unit was going out.  We called Andre and within a week he had the part and scheduled the appointment to get it fixed.
He did a professional job at a reasonable price.  We would highly recommend Andre to anyone who needs an efficient A/C repairman.

Victor is the most professional and nicest contractor that we had the pleasure of working with!  He was able to come out within hours of calling him and his prices are super reasonable!  We called him for one project but quickly found out he does almost everything!  He installed new ac vents in our kitchen, new outlets on our patio and next to our back door, changed out all of our old outlets throughout our house, installed new fans, light fixtures, and the most dramatic, beautiful under cabinet led lighting in our kitchen! His customer service is superior!!!  He went above and beyond to help us with our house projects!  I highly recommend Victor for your home repair and projects!!

Our microwave was turning on whenever the door was opened (not so safe), so I reached out to multiple companies on Yelp. Kirk was one of the first to respond and was also the most competitively priced. He was able to come by the very next day (after responding over text on a Sunday), and made the repair in less than an hour. Turned out to be a door switch. He even left an extra just in case I have any future issues. Thanks Kirk!

Carlos answered my initial request in just a few minutes and was able to schedule the repair same day. His work was efficient and reasonably priced. He also explained everything to me as he was working so I could understand the problem and his solution for repair. Highly recommend

I had my AC go out after hours on a Saturday with outdoor temp on 103 and was doubtful I'd be able to get service until the next day or Monday. I called McLaughlin Air and Bruce, the owner himself,showed up at my door in under 45 minutes and completed my repair about an hour later.  I expected to see a surcharge for after hours and weekend rates etc but was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no additional charge for time or travel. Super professional work and a very nice guy on top of that. Warrantied equipment and workmanship at a price that was more than fair. If you're in Maricopa and looking for AC repair or installation you can stop searching and give Bruce a call. Highly recommended!

Dave was so responsive and quick to respond. Our air conditioner broke on a Friday afternoon and this was the only company that picked up our phone call. He showed up on Saturday morning, found the problem, and fixed it quickly. I recommend this company to anyone having issues with your AC. He is honest and straightforward. Hansen Family Plumbing has been our go-to for our plumbing needs for many years. In my original post I thought they were a bit pricey but in the end their great customer service came through and made things right. I greatly appreciate it and I would use them again.

I called Convenient Home Services to have a tune up on my AC units last summer. The customer service rep was very courteous and helpful, and that is probably the only reason why I would give this company even two stars.

The HVAC techs came out promptly at the time that were scheduled, but when I explained to them what was going on, they immediately said that it was likely I needed to replace the units. This is before they had even looked at the units! The lead tech then proceeded to be very pushy and  continually suggested to me how it wasn't even worth replacing and they should just install new units. Keep in mind the house is only about 10 years old, not brand new units by any measure, but not on their last legs either.

The units were low on freon, and I told the tech to put three pounds in each unit. After agreeing to this and receiving the final invoice, the tech put four pounds in each unit, stating, Three pounds would not have done anything. This led to an additional $290 I was invoiced for that I had not authorized.

Overall, I would suggest for you to spend your money elsewhere.

I had a warranty issue which was more of a manufacturer issue....112 degrees and they definitely are getting tons of calls, no problem as Mark & Brett were on the issue in less than 12 hours. I can't say enough about these guys and their responsiveness. They are first class and treat your call as it's the most important request they have. You can't go wrong with Mark of Excellence!

TruTek has helped out twice now to address air conditioning unit problems, quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend for their response time and their value. This isn't another sales based company or business looking to increase their profit by recommending unnecessary stuff. Their owner Ron has been very honest and helpful and I have been happy to recommend him to others. He's treated them well with a quick response time and great pricing. I've learned my lesson and recommend others to reach out to this company even to do a check up and clean on your system to avoid issues!

My experience with this company was above and beyond. Their pricing is great, and the products are excellent. I am happy we chose to work with A.C. Infantry out of all the companies we spoke with. Dacoda and his team are not only professional and knowledgeable, but they get the job done right the first time. I would highly recommend this business because of their prompt communication and honest diagnosis and recommendations. Also, because this company is local, I don't have to schedule too far out in advance when something needs repairs or maintenance.

Scammers , after a huge argument he confessed my type of unit Doesn't need maintenance and refunded my money after my ac unit running worse after he touched it

My elderly mother call them up to have a clogged toilet taken care of. They said it would be $49 service charge. They were unable to unclog the toilet. They charged my mother $229 to pull the toilet and $249 for trying to unclog it. The next day I called them to inform them I would putting a stop payment on the check and I would pay them $229 for removing the toilet. They said a supervisor would be calling me back never did. They took my mom's paper check and did it as electronic check in two separate transactions so the bank wouldn't catch it.

Liar liar pants on fire. I waited over a week to see if you guys would really refund my mother's money. That's a shame you can't take your company on their word.
