Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

These guys are great!  No hassle.  Low charge for service calls - I forget if it is $40 or $60, but either way, it's a good deal for an honest diagnosis.

Amazing company!! Keola, Brennan, Devan, and one other tech (didn't get his name, sorry!) all did phenomenal jobs when they came out to install our new unit and cleaned our ducts and vents. Everyone was thorough, highly efficient, accommodating, very professional and honest.  They had everything timed perfectly which was quite impressive lol Communication was made quick and easy thanks to Julia and Nicole.  They answered all of our questions, addressed all of our concerns and were able to schedule us quickly.  We can't say enough good things about this company.  They are our go-to AC company and would not recommend anyone else.  Thank you guys!

Hands down the best AC repair company.  Jonathan was right on time, friendly, professional and courteous.  You never know what you're getting when it comes to AC service in the valley heat but with Jonathan, I was completely at ease.  A true AC Hero.  He did only what needed to be done, was completely transparent and didn't try to up-sell me on something I didn't need.  And, fixed it right the first time!  This company knows the art of great service. Highly recommended!

Trae and Mark did a fantastic job replacing our 4 ton unit located on our roof.  They were prompt and professional.  Mark set the expectation and both he and Trae more than delivered.  On top of that, their prices were very competetive!!  We HIGHLY recommend Top Tier to anyone in the market for a new AC/heat pump.

Hired William's Handyman Services twice. Once to build out my bed with missing bed hooks and foundation blocks because my movers lost them. He did a superb job by finding the right planks and wooden foundations. Good quality and satisfied with his work.

Second time was to repair my baseboards and paint touch ups due to my puppy damaging the baseboards. He did a great job in a timely fashion by buying the materials and coming back to finish the job the same day! They are super friendly, flexible, great rate, and superb knowledge/skills!

Just had a tech out this morning to inspect our fan that wasn't working. He was very professional and polite explained exactly what was going on. He gave me a quote and didn't pressure me to get the service. Will definitely be back to using Cactus Valley in the future.

I am a out of town Landlord and Have been using Clark for Four years now for my two condos in Phoenix.  I can't say enough good things about this wonderful company.  They are like a Godsend.  They are Honest, reliable, fast, They charge fair prices, and never try to upsell.  The repairmen and the in-office Staff are all helpful and Kind.  I am so happy I found them.  And my tenants love them too.  :)

Made appointment for gutter installation. Joe said he was a month out for scheduling. I setup date for my job. Joe was MIA. No response to calls and texts.

This company is the best!!! We moved into an old home that needed a complete remodel but we had to live in it during the process.  There was no heat or air conditioning in the home.  North Mechanical was the only HVAC company in Payson that would work with us through the process, installing the system so we had heat and cool, and then completing the installation in stages as we progress with the remodeling.  Great company, friendly, understanding, prompt, efficient, fair pricing.

I got a call in December to check all of my plumbing throughout the house and check the water heater.  I should have said no since I recently remodeled the bathroom and kitchen.  But I wanted to have other people check the work.  They agreed the work was done great.  Good Job Re-Bath and JMG Contracting.

Then the sales pitch came when they checked the water heater and showed me all the sediment at the bottom of it.  They educated me on how a 50 gallon water tank with 2.5 bathrooms in the house needed to be maintained at least once a year by draining it.  They then said I am due for a new water heater by the looks of the color and how much sediment there was.  I said ok let's replace it with a tankless water heater.  My gut was telling me I shouldn't do business with these guys but I did.

The tankless water heater they sold me was a Navien  NPE 240A.  This tankless water heater is designed for 3-5 bath house and to replace a 75 gallon plus 40 gallon tank heater to replace both tanks.  If you remember earlier I have a 2.5 bath house and a 50 gallon water heater.  The grand total bill was $7,000.  My fault for not being educated in this.  Not only did they over sell me on the type of tankless water heater I needed.   They over charged me by $1700 of fair market value of that particular model.  compared to pricing I am seeing today.  The water heater that should have been sold to me is a NPE 180A that replaces a 50 Gallon water heater at a price around NO MORE than $5100.

Bottom Line up front:  They sell you stuff you don't need then over charge you for it besides.

Hopefully I learned my lesson.  This company will take your money and take advantage of your ignorance.
