These guys are great!  No hassle.  Low charge for service calls - I forget if it is $40 or $60, but either way, it's a good deal for an honest diagnosis.

Nothing but quality service and advice from Chad,who along with his wife Nicole,own Paragon Service Pros. Recently had him and his team perform a HVAC duct cleaning,along with the clothes dryer duct cleaning,on our home. A nice difference in the air quality in our house. I was referred to Aire Serv of Red Mountain to have an HVAC inspected on a house I am purchasing.  Clayton came right out for the inspection and found that another air conditioner company had installed a brand new unit but it was too large for the house and the duct work was leaking so it was not  running efficiently.   Clayton came back a second time to meet with the original installer who agreed that the unit needed to be switched out to the right size unit and all the issues corrected.  He went above and beyond to make sure all the problems were corrected, thank you Clayton!  I feel confident in referring Aire Serv of Red Mountain to all my friends and family.

Beware of these guys.  Had them out to replace a motor on AC unit.  Sold me on an extra $60.00 for 2 free check ups in the next year.  Came out two weeks later and HUH, found problems that they said they should have seen the first time.  I asked for an estimate.  After 20 minutes the guy comes down and says he shut off my unit entirely....  I said, this is my house and I do not want the unit shut down.  He said, too bad I already did it and you need to have it repaired before I will turn it back on.  End of the day, the annual checkups are a ruse for creating work and they use the shut down the system guise as a way of ensuring that you need to have it done.  I don't know about the rest of you, but you don't shut down things or work on things in my domicile without my permission.  Beware!!

Trae and Mark did a fantastic job replacing our 4 ton unit located on our roof.  They were prompt and professional.  Mark set the expectation and both he and Trae more than delivered.  On top of that, their prices were very competetive!!  We HIGHLY recommend Top Tier to anyone in the market for a new AC/heat pump.

William responded to my inquiry promptly, I was able to schedule my repair within the hour of my initial request. William showed up right at the scheduled time and worked efficiently to fix my drain. I would definitely call them again for any future plumbing issues.

I had them come out to service my A/C units before summer hits. Santiago was superb, courteous, and very knowledgeable of his trade. He explained everything he was going to do with my units and even showed me what to do after a haboob comes through. We needed a new a/c unit which also included the gas heater. We received a quote from 2 other companies, each wanting a minimum of $8900. We are retired and just didn't have that in our budget.
We had used Mac's Air 3 or 4 different times since we moved here to the Province for maintenance and repairs, as he had received many good reviews on Next Door. Our unit is 15 yrs old and did give out on us last summer. He repaired it for $250 (condenser, I believe) but highly recommended we obtain a new unit by the summer of 2021. So I called Mike and within 48 hrs he gave us a quote for $5500 which included everything. It was installed within 10 days, though we told him we were in no hurry. The unit works super and is very quiet, along with being energy efficient. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Honest which is rare in this industry. Their prices are 30% less than some of the other rip offs, namely the companies that are always advertising like George Brazil, Parker and Sons, etc. They have excellent technicians who are honest and have the customers best interest in mind. I would highly recommend this company.

Made appointment for gutter installation. Joe said he was a month out for scheduling. I setup date for my job. Joe was MIA. No response to calls and texts.

Landmark Home Warranty sent another company to fix our air conditioner. Their guy tried to fix it, but after he finished, we still had the same problem. He came back, but couldn't figure out why it was still doing the same thing.

Decided to call North Mechanical and pay out of pocket to get the problem fixed right the first time. They sent out a young tech the next morning who has only been working for them for a month. After looking over the system for 10-15 minutes he figured out that the new fan had been mis-wired, fixed it and it worked fine. No new parts, so we were only charged for a service call.

Horrible service, had a scheduled date to get a new AC installed they did a no call no show. Gave them a second chance so rescheduled they showed up 40 mins late then the guy was only here for 20 minutes with zero Communication. Then wanted to add on another $1,000 on top of everything else. Definitely glad I went with another company couldn't rely on these guys.
