These guys are great!  No hassle.  Low charge for service calls - I forget if it is $40 or $60, but either way, it's a good deal for an honest diagnosis.

Nothing but quality service and advice from Chad,who along with his wife Nicole,own Paragon Service Pros. Currently have a service contact with Paragon,that is not only a good value and piece of mind but also offers some discounts as well. Recently had him and his team perform a HVAC duct cleaning,along with the clothes dryer duct cleaning,on our home. A nice difference in the air quality in our house. Unfortunately had a poor experience second time I used this company.  Wanted several hundred dollars for a 10 dollar capacitor replacement!

Great service, Julio is a great tech! This summer our AC has been struggling to keep up and can't maintain temps after 9am. Our power bill is higher than last year and we called in different company at the behest of our landlord. I'll call them Company A. Company A basically said the unit runs great, the temp split is ok and all is as expected. They claimed nothing was wrong; no explanation for our issues other than APS increased their rates, as if we don't know how to compare usage and performance one summer from the next. And as if increasing temps in the early morning is totally normal. We called in TemperaturePro for a second opinion and thank goodness we did. Julio identified that our compressor was running at its max. The AC unit being 17yrs old is still technically running within spec, but with the compressor running at such high amps, it's probably on its last legs. He didn't try to sell me a new unit, just gave me a heads up which I appreciate, and a reasonable explanation for my issues. Additionally, if the landlord is looking at a major purchase in the next couple years, I imagine he'd appreciate a heads up too. Julio also discovered that we had a clogged drain and the drain pan had filled to the point the water was draining from the emergency drain. The first company missed it and we were in danger of water damage in our ceiling. TemperaturePro just saved our bacon. Julio also found some air leaks in our main vent which he sealed.

After receiving the invoice/pics from TemperaturePro, I had a conversation with the owner from Company A. He reviewed the notes from his techs and compared against TemperaturePro's. He basically confirmed that TempPro was right and the reason why Company A didn't tell me about the compressor was because they got accused of upselling in the past and had been in hot water. While I understand where they were coming from, I want a company who will give me the facts, not to insulate me from information just so they don't get perceived as selling something. Honesty and transparency is what I want, and I got that from TempPro. I really don't care what the motive behind Company A's withholding the full story was, I am entitled to know the facts. Company A's tech also claimed they topped off our coolant and told our landlord the same thing, but they didn't make any notes on our account nor was anyone charged, so the owner wasn't thrilled to hear that. The owner from Company A also apologized for missing the plugged drain, said they usually only check that during a (paid) routine maintenance session. However, Julio said when compromised performance is a complaint, checking things like drains are on his checklist to look at, even in an initial inspection.

Bottom line, TemperaturePro I trust. Julio obviously knew his stuff and gave me the facts without any sales pitch. He was incredibly thorough and professional and showed us what he found throughout the inspection. When our AC finally fails, they'll be the ones I'll call. Thanks Julio!!

I just have to say that I am happy with the service. Benny was here and got right to work.  I needed to switch out a ceiling fan.  I chose this company because it's local and open 24/7. So I thought what the heck let's give them a try. When I called he was really nice and helpful. He didn't try to nickel and dime me. He said he can make it within the hour. Now that's what I call service.  Benny also services ac so if you are looking for ac service I would highly recommend his company.  I feel he know what he is talking about he has been in business for 20 years. I definitely know who I will be calling when that time comes.

Trae and Mark did a fantastic job replacing our 4 ton unit located on our roof.  They were prompt and professional.  Mark set the expectation and both he and Trae more than delivered.  On top of that, their prices were very competetive!!  We HIGHLY recommend Top Tier to anyone in the market for a new AC/heat pump.

Arrived on time!  Completed a quick diagnosis of the issue. Replaced a corroded refridgerator waterline. Repair completed in under an hour. We will use again this company again.

Buying a furnace and air conditioner is a big deal. I put a lot of thought and did my due diligence because there was a lot of money involved.  I could not have been treated better by Ray and the folks at 911 Air.  Victor and his installers are very, very good at their job. 6 hours and everything was installed and no mess was left. Ray sent a tech over the next day to check everything and to make sure I was satisfied with the install. I will admit I was a little concerned when entering into this but Ray's customer first attitude and his doing a little hand holding got me through the process. There are no hidden fees or add on cost, everything is up front.  You can trust 911 Air to give a competitive price and excellent service.

As part of a remodel I'm currently doing, I called several places around the valley and no plumbing or HVAC company would do the cutout for the roof as well as all the mechanical work related to a stove vent.  They all said I needed to hire a roofer and an electrician separately. I was recommended by someone to call Richard at Cactus Valley HVAC LLC.  Richard came out and did everything for what i thought was a very reasonable price.  Not only that, he custom cut a vent cover for the roof and cut the trim around the duct to match it with the slope of the ceiling.  He is someone who takes pride in his work and it shows.

We needed a new a/c unit which also included the gas heater. We received a quote from 2 other companies, each wanting a minimum of $8900. We are retired and just didn't have that in our budget.
We had used Mac's Air 3 or 4 different times since we moved here to the Province for maintenance and repairs, as he had received many good reviews on Next Door. Our unit is 15 yrs old and did give out on us last summer. He repaired it for $250 (condenser, I believe) but highly recommended we obtain a new unit by the summer of 2021. So I called Mike and within 48 hrs he gave us a quote for $5500 which included everything. It was installed within 10 days, though we told him we were in no hurry. The unit works super and is very quiet, along with being energy efficient. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This is the best HVAC company in Phoenix hands down. I had my entire HVAC system replaced and they are extremely competitive on pricing. You probably won't find a better price. They use York systems which are excellent and give you upgraded color wi-fi thermostats to control your system via phones. It took two days to install two large 5
ton compressor system for my two story house, but they cleaned up everything each day. They also were very responsive and Dave the owner is super nice and easy to deal with. Ivan the lead tech is fantastic and has the highest integrity among service techs. I've used these guys before I had my 18 year old system replaced and they don't use any bait and switch tactics that is so prevalent today by many unscrupulous cooling companies. I highly recommend Clark Heating & Cooling.

Can't say enough good things. So responsive, helpful, honest and really good work. We will definitely use them again in the near future. Extremely competent and very reasonable prices!

Major disappointment. First, they were supposed to do our job 10 days ago. it took multiple calls to their office to finally get them to do anything after there initial diagnostic visit. In addition, they charged an outrageous service charge just show up the first time. then, as they needed to order a part,they then charged us another service call charge to install. The job took 5 minutes for their tech to do as they just needed to change out a minor part.

We used this company 3-4 years ago, and they were great. Very disappointing this time. So we will look for a new heating and cooling company for our future work. Do not recommend at all.

BEWARE!!! I had this company come out to service my AC unit which, although older, WAS WORKING PERFECTLY BEFORE THEY CAME OVER. I just wanted to have it serviced before summer hit. Well, the guy came out and showed me photos of everything that needed fixing. Then their technicians proceeded to vandalize my AC unit. I called the company, never got a call back, and their employee said the owner, Carl Weaver, E. Thunderbird Rd Suite 731, Phoenix, said they wouldn't fix it unless I paid for the needed parts (over $2000).
This company baits people through an ad for cheap AC tuning, then they drum up further business for themselves after their technicians purposely break things on the unit.
They may end up in court with me.
My advice--- get a reputable company. They may charge more for a service call, but they won't vandalize your ac which will end up costing you lots more.
I'm having heart problems, and my blood pressure went waaaay up and pulse over 145 because of this company. I'm 68 and sure don't need this nonsense. This company is willing to take advantage of a 68 year old woman because of greed.
Two days later.... my home warranty serviceman came out. I happen to have a company which services the homes they insure (I just found out--Broward's). Their technician went up on the roof and took a video (too large to upload), but found out that Merlin's technician CUT THE WIRE TO MY AC MOTOR!!! This is vandalism. I have called the police. I have uploaded my home warranty receipt showing that the wire was cut.
In addition, they did something to my contactor. It was not broken before they came over as the unit was not running while in off position. But after they left it was.
Merlin's technicians actually vandalised my AC unit.
