These guys are great!  No hassle.  Low charge for service calls - I forget if it is $40 or $60, but either way, it's a good deal for an honest diagnosis.

Aire Serv is the single best A/C repair and maintenance company in the Valley of the SUN!  The outside temperature is over  100 degrees for more than 5 consecutive months every single year!  Seriously, you cannot even imagine how fantastic a company has to be to consistently be the BEST at cooling your home and office under these conditions.

So my air handler was making an awful racket for the past week or so.  I knew this meant I'd need the Dreaded Air Conditioning Replacement, but I wasn't sure who I could trust.  Am SO glad I went with TemperaturePro!  The technician on site was courteous and respectful to my family;  he explained (in English) what was wrong and what was needed.  When the time came to make a decision re: which system to install, Robin spent an hour with us walking through the options and the pros and cons of each.  It was clear she was looking for the best system for us for the money...and indeed, she recommended that we NOT choose the most expensive option as it didn't make sense for us.  Their installation crew was amazing -- meticulous, quick, and clean.  The work was done in a day, and Robin followed up a few days later to ensure that everything was okay. Truly, truly can't say enough good things about these guys; they've earned my business for life!

Trae and Mark did a fantastic job replacing our 4 ton unit located on our roof.  They were prompt and professional.  Mark set the expectation and both he and Trae more than delivered.  On top of that, their prices were very competetive!!  We HIGHLY recommend Top Tier to anyone in the market for a new AC/heat pump.

William responded to my inquiry promptly, I was able to schedule my repair within the hour of my initial request. William showed up right at the scheduled time and worked efficiently to fix my drain. I would definitely call them again for any future plumbing issues.

This company is awesome. Ray, Art and Victory came out to all of my properties and serviced all of my A/C units. Our AC went out in the middle of the night. We called first thing in the morning and they came and fixed it by that afternoon.

Mike was phenomenal! He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and fixed our small issue within 20 minutes. Even though we have an older air-conditioning system, he did not try to sell us parts that were unnecessary, nor did he try to convince us to replace the unit entirely, like other companies. He is one of the most honest guys I've ever done business with. Give him a call, before you call anyone else! We will never use any other a/c company but Mac's!

We thought our a/c was going out. We called Clark Heating & Cooling and they came out the same day. The guy was very friendly, professional, he wore a mask and knowledgeable. He found the problem and fixed it!! We did not need a new unit. They are very affordable! We are going to set up yearly a/c services with them! I highly recommend them!!

I wanted a periscope dryer vent installed and he showed up to check things out before install and because of extenuating circumstanses I was (getting a new dryer and) going to need to wait until the new dryer arrived to use Honeycutt's services. While he was here I managed to find out that he has an L.L.C. and I hope I get this part correct, he works on hvac units, has remodeled entire condos and started doing this at the age of 17. So he has much experience. Lastly, he is extremely fair and honest. I would give him 10 stars if I could, because that is the kind of character he has.

Major disappointment. First, they were supposed to do our job 10 days ago. it took multiple calls to their office to finally get them to do anything after there initial diagnostic visit. In addition, they charged an outrageous service charge just show up the first time. then, as they needed to order a part,they then charged us another service call charge to install. The job took 5 minutes for their tech to do as they just needed to change out a minor part.

We used this company 3-4 years ago, and they were great. Very disappointing this time. So we will look for a new heating and cooling company for our future work. Do not recommend at all.

If I could give them a zero I could. Really ripped me off and tried to do it again but fortunately I found Cave Creek Cooling.  Buyer beware.  If the offer seems too good it usually is.  They will get you coming and going especially if you cannot get on the roof with them.
