I recently had Rescue One Air install a new Carrier two stage AC/Furnace for my 3 zone system because of Darren and Chris' ability to troubleshoot all my past AC problems and custom fit the correct units for my needs. In early March, I tested out the heat and it was the first time in 10 years (new home 10 years ago) that my daughter's north facing bedroom was warm!! The installers, Tuan and Casey, were so hardworking, patient in explaining everything, and went above all to satisfy my expectations. That night Scott made a special after hours trip to make my owner's manuals accessible. Jesse did a fantastic job cleaning my ducts and was so respectful working around my family's special needs and handicaps. Jessica has been terrific at setting up and following through with all my appointments and any questions or special concerns right away. Most of all, I want to thank Alex, the Service Manager, for following up one week after the install to make sure that my system's installation was perfect and ready for extreme heat. Alex is incredibly skilled, efficient, and kind in understanding my 88 year old mother's medical need for reliable air conditioning. Thank you with all my heart, Rescue One Air!!!

Last night our AC quit working.  This morning Sheridan's fixed our unit.  I'm disabled and on a limited budget (something they didn't know).  They fixed our unit and kept the costs minimal!  Our repairman was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and displayed expertise and concern above and beyond for our welfare!  I will recommend them to anyone and I'm grateful for their work!!!!  Good on them!!!

I can't say enough good things. Phillip has been to my house on more than one occasion to save my family from the scorching desert heat ... showing up on short notice even when his day was already jam packed. Everything from pricing, service and personality have all been excellent. Don't go anywhere else.. this company does business the way it's supposed to be done.

I just received a competitive bid from Gary from Air Dynamics, for replacement of all units on premises. I felt that Gary was very thorough and honest. I hope to do business with them in the future .

Our heating went down during the holiday season. I called a number of places, but no one was available to come and fix it. Chino Valley Heating and Cooling gave me Wade's number. Wade answered the call and he was able to come and assess the issue I was having with my heating the same day. It turned out that the motor and switch in my HVAC needed to be replaced.
Wade is a great communicator, he gave me updates until the project was completed.
I highly recommend them for any HVAC services. My heating is now restored and my house is now warm and comfy. Thanks to Wade and Bill for coming to the rescue.

My air conditioning was not working properly and my parents referred me to Roberto and Fernando at C&B Mechanical.  They were referred by their neighbor and were treated very well and fair when they needed repair work done on their HVAC.  Here in Arizona if at any time one has problems with their AC anxiety automatically sets in and that's exactly what happened last night when the cool air stopped coming.  I had asked people for referrals and everyone started talking about a new unit.  That was not what we wanted to do.  I was pretty sure the blower motor was faulty in some way but I'm not an AC guy and it seemed like a daunting task.  I called both Roberto and Fernando and left messages.  They called me right back and came over within the hour.  They asked me if I thought it might be and I told them.  After checking the unit out they told me that it was the blower motor and asked me if I wanted a motor from American Standard which they could get on Monday or if I wanted an after market motor which they could get today.  I told them the after market motor was fine with me and they went to get it.  I asked them if they charge weekend rates before they left to get the motor and they looked at me like I was crazy Oh...that's just the big companies that charge emergency rates too.  Today is a regular day.  This was another thing that we were worried about because it is Saturday.  While they had gone to get the motor they gave me a call with an estimate for parts and labor.  It was less than I had anticipated it would be for the motor alone.  They came back within a half hour and had the motor installed within a half hour after that.  Needless to say I was stunned.  I have had a few experiences with repair men and repair situations from plumbing to car repair.  This was the best experience I have had yet.  Roberto and Fernando didn't give me the run around and they didn't take their time getting the job done.  The price was probably the best in town for what was done.  Impressive to say the least.  It's only 11 am and we already have cool air.  Thanks guys.

Casey was able to fix a thermostat problem over the phone!  He has so much know-how in his head that he can tap into that storehouse and fix things via phone!  He was so smart and patient that I decided to have him look into my whole system.  I always put off upkeep in fear of huge padded bills, but he's a straight shooter.  A real pleasure to work with.

My 16 year old air handler finally had enough and I already knew I'd have to replace it and the A/C unit together due to their age. Matthew came out on Tuesday to look at everything and replaced the handler and unit Saturday. Considering it's almost impossible to find a 5 ton split with heat pump and not have to order it, I was ecstatic!  He was friendly, professional and knew his stuff.  There were some complications with the fan on the air handler scraping and he got it fixed on the spot so I could have air conditioning again. Desert Sky AC is now my go to for A/C or heating! I'd give them more stars if they were available!! Highly recommend!!

Schiller HC is A professional, responsive, efficient and welcome HVAC company!  I received referrals from neighborhood and it proved true! Had an aging old HVAC and needed to proactively get estimates for a new system before another taxing summer.  1 of 4 estimates Jason came by with a thorough and astute review of my system and suggestions for replacement.  After comparing to 3 other companies they proved the best choice as provided solid installation, followed through on minor issues that needed to be addressed.   Brandon and Tony were attentive, professional and the best.  Need work for AC?  Call Schiller.

My A/C went out Saturday night, 5/16. They couldn't come out then, but were out by noon on Sunday. JC was professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Because I have a yearly maintenance contract with them (worth every penny), not only am I a priority customer, but I get a discount. JC was able to find a motor this morning, Monday, 5/18, and will be here to install it by noon today, at about 2/3 the cost of what others wanted.

Have been using Chandler Air for 16 years now, and have absolutely no reason to stop!

James was professional, courteous, and explained everything thoroughly. I have used Chandler Air for about 10 years now. I never plan on using any other company. Whenever I have received quotes from other companies, they're sometimes as much as twice what Chandler Air charges.

My air conditioning unit is incredibly old, but I've never had to replace it because Chandler Air Service is it every year and does an excellent job. Highly recommend this company.

Scott was awesome he came to my house the next day after contacting him via yelp looked at my AC and gave me an honest review of it answered any questions I had and gave me a fair and reasonable quote on a new AC as I will need one this year. Thanks again Scott for your help it is greatly appreciated. He was so great I told my dad about him and he went and checked out my dad's Acs and all my dad could do was rave about how great Scott was and how thorough he is.

We've used ACbyJ after relocating to Arizona over 4 years ago and after bad experiences with home warranties and two other plumbing services, we called ACbyJ and immediately received superior customer and professional plumbing services.  They truly felt like our problem was their problem and they were going to take care of us like family. That was over 4 years ago and they still take care of all of our various plumbing needs and then some just like family. I really can't recommend highly enough, they are absolutely, hands down the best! Once you make that first call to them, you too will be part of the family.

If I could give zero stars I would! The experience with this company was a total scam. The first time they came out to fix our air conditioning they said they did not have a TXV valve to fix it and would be back the following WEEK! They did not come back for over a week while we were having record temperatures (105-111) in Arizona. The second time they FINALLY came back they changed out the valve and said they had to drain all the Freon to do so. This did not fix the AC. They told us that their was a 5% chance that it was the same valve but on the heating unit so they could not fix it again until they got the part the next week. TWO WEEKS into this and they called telling us they would have to drain the Freon AGAIN and we would be responsible to pay for the first time and the second time re-filling the Freon- which was $700-800 EACH time! When we asked to speak to the owner/Supervisor Christina refused to give us the information and refused to send the tech to fix the AC!  So two weeks without air and they refused to fix it! We had an honest man from a reputable company come to our home and he fixed the AC in 1/2 hour by replacing a fan (a part he had in his truck) and he said the heat valve has NOTHING to do with the AC. We were being scammed by Jumbo Air and as soon as we started catching on and asking questions we were dismissed. We spent countless HOURS on HOLD the phone with them while they told us one lie after another. We emailed the owner's son Pete with no response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY!
