Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Phoenix, AZ

We have extremely old AC unit and an equally old furnace. We get Rescue One to come out a couple of times a year to inspect our equipment and service them as necessary. It would be entirely plausible for them to tell us that we need to pack the AC and furnace in and to purchase new equipment, but instead, they keep them running in tip top condition.
It is nice to deal with a company that has integrity and polite and capable employees.

Last night our AC quit working.  This morning Sheridan's fixed our unit.  I'm disabled and on a limited budget (something they didn't know).  They fixed our unit and kept the costs minimal!  Our repairman was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and displayed expertise and concern above and beyond for our welfare!  I will recommend them to anyone and I'm grateful for their work!!!!  Good on them!!!

I am very pleased to have found this business!  My tenants had contacted me around 5:30pm about two weeks ago saying the a/c unit was shutting down after it was trying to start.  Mind you, the temperature at that time was about 110 degrees.  I contacted the warranty company and they could have somebody out the next day.  Unacceptable if you ask me.  It's 110 out and they couldn't connect  me to someone who could come out now.  

Not content to let my tenants fry in the house overnight or put them up in a hotel, I searched yelp and came across this business.  Thankfully they were open until 9pm, I called and Phillip answered and he said he was able to come to the house in the next hour (as he was on a current home visit.)  I texted him the address and the tenants' names.  He called me once he was at the house and told me what was wrong with the unit and that he checked it all over for any other signs of damage or if anything else was in need of repair.  

He said that he didn't have a part needed readily available on his truck and that he was able to temporarily fix the issue until the next day when he could come back and install the needed part.  

He got the unit working much to my and my tenants' delight rather fast.  I am extremely pleased with the service we received and am so grateful he was able to do it so quickly.  Great owner and attention to urgency was great.  Thank you Phillip for your help!  Will be using you again if need be!

I just received a competitive bid from Gary from Air Dynamics, for replacement of all units on premises. I felt that Gary was very thorough and honest. I hope to do business with them in the future .

They are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and prompt.  They installed our new dishwasher, stove and kitchen water fixture and everything works great.  I would not hesitate to use them again.

My air conditioning was not working properly and my parents referred me to Roberto and Fernando at C&B Mechanical.  They were referred by their neighbor and were treated very well and fair when they needed repair work done on their HVAC.  Here in Arizona if at any time one has problems with their AC anxiety automatically sets in and that's exactly what happened last night when the cool air stopped coming.  I had asked people for referrals and everyone started talking about a new unit.  That was not what we wanted to do.  I was pretty sure the blower motor was faulty in some way but I'm not an AC guy and it seemed like a daunting task.  I called both Roberto and Fernando and left messages.  They called me right back and came over within the hour.  They asked me if I thought it might be and I told them.  After checking the unit out they told me that it was the blower motor and asked me if I wanted a motor from American Standard which they could get on Monday or if I wanted an after market motor which they could get today.  I told them the after market motor was fine with me and they went to get it.  I asked them if they charge weekend rates before they left to get the motor and they looked at me like I was crazy Oh...that's just the big companies that charge emergency rates too.  Today is a regular day.  This was another thing that we were worried about because it is Saturday.  While they had gone to get the motor they gave me a call with an estimate for parts and labor.  It was less than I had anticipated it would be for the motor alone.  They came back within a half hour and had the motor installed within a half hour after that.  Needless to say I was stunned.  I have had a few experiences with repair men and repair situations from plumbing to car repair.  This was the best experience I have had yet.  Roberto and Fernando didn't give me the run around and they didn't take their time getting the job done.  The price was probably the best in town for what was done.  Impressive to say the least.  It's only 11 am and we already have cool air.  Thanks guys.

Casey was able to fix a thermostat problem over the phone!  He has so much know-how in his head that he can tap into that storehouse and fix things via phone!  He was so smart and patient that I decided to have him look into my whole system.  I always put off upkeep in fear of huge padded bills, but he's a straight shooter.  A real pleasure to work with.

Desert Sky AC was sent to service our HVAC unit by our Home Warranty company. We learned that while we do not like our Home Warranty company, we really liked Desert Sky. Matthew was our technician. He was on time, professional, friendly, and patient... As he answered ALL of my questions without a hint of frustration. He was thorough in his work and what we thought could be a very costly visit, he actually pinpointed another culprit in the mechanics of our unit and was able to repair it on the spot. We appreciated his honesty and we will absolutely call on him again in the future. In an industry where there tend to be more scams than not, it was refreshing to have someone knowledgable and truthful taking care of us.

I brought Schiller out on a recommendation from a friend.  I needed a trustworthy contractor.  My system had been sabotaged by an unscrupulous contractor performing a check up and I needed to know with certainty what was wrong.  Brandon came out and discovered the problem and explained to me what needed to be done and how, as a novice I could verify the work was being done properly.  (Unfortunately the unscrupulous contractor did not take responsibility for their actions and so I brought Brandon out again to finish the job.)  

Schiller is a family run operation.  The honesty and attention to detail shown by Brandon deserves accolades.  No hard sell to replace working components or purchase a service plan.  When my old system finally dies I will definitely have Schiller put in the new one.

Phoenix - stop looking for AC help.  These are your guys!

Just has my air conditioner checked for the coming season. So glad I chose Chandler Air.  James Brewer called to see if he could arrive early. Of course. He is very professional and explained everything he was going to do. After checking my 16 year old air conditioner he assured me it is is very good condition, never trying to sell me on services I didn't need. It did need the coils cleaned and gave me options on what he could do. I chose the best option, which was still less much than what I thought it would be. I'll be seeing them in 6 months for a check up.

I finally feel as if I've found a company I can count on season after season.

Scott was awesome he came to my house the next day after contacting him via yelp looked at my AC and gave me an honest review of it answered any questions I had and gave me a fair and reasonable quote on a new AC as I will need one this year. Thanks again Scott for your help it is greatly appreciated. He was so great I told my dad about him and he went and checked out my dad's Acs and all my dad could do was rave about how great Scott was and how thorough he is.

These people cannot be trusted. Their reps are paid on the basis of commission...so do not be surprised when they try to upsell you things...things and work that you do not even need. Had a trusted firm review a proposal of theirs and the result was a combination of laughter and nausea. They cannot be trusted to give you straight, honest information or an appropriate price. Run, don't walk away from these people.

By far the best AC Company in Arizona. I have multiple properties and have dealt with First American warranty a lot when it comes to AC units. I have had good experiences with AC companies but Jumbo Air is by far the best most trustworthy company I have ever dealt with. They clean up other peoples messes. Their work is their passion and it shows. Please do not hesitate to give them a call. If you are lucky they will schedule you in.
