Thad is a fantastic guy! He is honest and reliable. I would not hesitate calling him whenever you have trouble with your A/C. He doesn't charge an arm and a leg for repairs, either.

Our AC started blowing warm air during the hottest days this week. I assumed it had something to do with the filters my son neglected to change on time, but wanted someone to come have a look. The lady who answers the phone (Amanda, I believe--I'm terrible with names) was friendly and funny. She gave me a lot of free advice and stepped me through some things to try before sending out the service call. Apparently some people get upset when he comes out and says their filters need changing, lol.

Long story short, the dirty filters caused the compressor to work so hard that the AC threw a breaker. So now my son is out a $59 service call and I have peace of mind that the AC is in great shape. Best of all, the temp read 74° this morning.

We ordered a sliding patio door and had it installed by Arizona Window and Door.  The door itself is great quality and works fine now.  The problem was with the original installation.  The installer on 7/13/2021 left the door in a mess (in fact it was not even on the track properly).  We could barely open the door and tiles were broken during installation.  A man by the name of Jesse was sent out 7/23 and made all repairs (except the tile) and the door works fine now.  We can actually open the door and it slides like butter and the lock at the top of the door is installed properly as well.  Jesse did great work.  Now for the tile repair.  That was scheduled for today 7/26,  8 - 9.  Here it is past 9:30 and no one shows up.  I called and apparently there are problems and we'll see the tile repair person later today but I never rec'd a call at all.  Door cost over $4k so this low level of service is disappointing. I am giving a rating of 4 as the door is great and the follow-up by Jesse was perfect.

Update: we recently had a warranty miscommunication issue that the owner rectified and it just cemented our AAA rating of this company.  He personally called me and was extremely accommodating in helping us out! Thrilled to also hear they now service Prescott! We'd recommended this company in the past and those friends are still very happy with K&J! Do yourselves a favor and call them for new windows!

Highly recommend getting your windows from John. He's very professional and the service is great. He always gets back to you in a timely manner and answered any questions/concerns I had. Jose installed our windows and he was professional. I'm so happy with our new windows!

Where do I begin? My wife and I are new to home ownership and needed to have numerous windows replaced due to their age and failing seals, parts, locks, you name it. We reached out to a few window installation companies and quickly knew we liked DunRite.

Sal was from the get go very kind and flexible when it came to scheduling follow up meetings as we kept coming up with new questions every time we met, and he continued to have answers for us each time! Never once did he pressure us into buying his windows or services. We finally decided on moving forward with window installation using DunRite after reviewing the multiple bids we received from others in the valley, DunRite stood out as being the right choice for us. After  another measuring appointment or two they were ordered and then we waited for install!

After a couple of weeks the windows arrived and we were on the books for installation. The install crew were extremely polite, respectful, and did everything they could to keep our house and the surrounding areas near the windows as clean as possible. Collin was nothing but patient with us as my wife and I asked a million questions before, during, and after each day of install. They wrapped up pretty quick over all (roughly 3 days) and the windows look amazing! What a difference we are noticing in our house temperature wise and just the overall appearance of our house having been updated with these beautiful windows.

We have had some settling of stucco and the caulking used (inside and out) with the temperature changes but we were reassured this is normal and to our delight Sal was quick to respond and have JJ come out to do a once over of the windows and then fill in any openings from the material expanding and contracting. JJ by the way is just awesome, as well, having been here to measure in the beginning and now after the install was complete to ensure we are happy customers.

For two first time home owners and first time window project people DunRite has been there every step of the way for us. Sal, JJ, Collin, and the rest of the crew (sorry to not name all of you!) are some of the most trust worthy, professional, and truly customer oriented people I've had the pleasure of meeting. I feel confident that our windows will last for a long time to come and should something pop up, I know they are there to help. Keep it up and don't ever lose that customer focus. Dwayne was absolutely amazing. My glass door cracked over the weekend and he came out on Sunday the next day, boarded it up and removed the glass for no extra charge. He ordered my glass and a new screen door and had it installed within a week and a half. I absolutely recommend him to anyone. His prices are the best in the valley and he doesn't charge extra fees for removal.

We decided to change our mirrored closet doors (with the shiny brass trim) and were extremely happy with Dependable Glass. Stephen was very responsive, polite and professional. We got a great price and more importantly the installation was perfect. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Thanks!

We ordered new doors January 15th...the front double doors were partially installed on March 31st...one of the doors is already losing the rubber seal on the bottom of the door...the front doors needed some additional materials for the installation to be completed but we still do not have this job completed...we had an appointment on June 29th only to receive a call that morning they would not be able to come which is the only time this company seems to have time to call.  

The back door ordered originally was the wrong size and had to be reordered...they had already removed the door trim so we elected not to have them put it back so no more damage would be done to the surrounding area, we never realized it would be 3 months later and we are still waiting...we have called weekly since May trying to get someone to complete the job.

Reached out 3 times to Windowz4Less and got no return call or email.  

They do not want your business, if they did, they would return a call/email.

That's what a review is, a look at your actions..called 3 buisnesses looking for windows and a sliding glass door. Left message with all requested info.  Not our fault you failed to reply.
Funny how when its documented you show up quick... Treat folks better.

Professional and kind! We had ZERO issues with scheduling to have a large window in our living room fixed. There was good communication between this company and us, they did a great job and cleaning up any mess that was made trying to get to our difficult window. Their work looks great and we are very pleased!

I came home to a shattered window thanks to an errant golf ball.  They were able to come out within an hour to temporarily fix my window while the replace glass was made.  Very fair and reasonable prices!

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Quality and service outstanding.  They did two shower enclosures and a glass accent panel for us .  Work was clean and professional.

This company is a great company to work with, they did what they said they were going to do and the price was right on point. The company kept in contact with phone calls during scheduling and their workers called me on the way to my house. I appreciate that in this day and age, communication is everything! The salesman for Kraisva windows and doors was very knowledgeable on their products and explained in detail all our options for window replacements.  The workers who installed our windows were also very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.  All work was done with skill and on time. My new windows look great and really change the appearance of my living room and bedrooms, inside and out.   We are happy with the quality of windows installed.   Thanks Kraisva for a job well done.

Worst customer service of my life! The lady who answered the phone had the worst attitude with me and was completely unknowledgeable about my inquiries. Choose this place if u want never ending headaches

I would NOT recommend this company!

Last week, my AC unit stopped working. Hot air was blowing and and the temperature in my house was quickly rising. It got to 91 at one point.

I called my AC company but they couldn't come out right way so I called another company.

I was hoping it was an easy fix.

I  called FH (Fountain Hills) Air Conditioning & Heating.
They were at my house within an hour and a half.
The tech check out my unit, took pictures then called his boss. They told me that I needed a new compressor, a new phase-shifter and new evap coils. The tech said the coils were rusting and leaking.
The cost to repair these items was $6000- $7000.
But, they recommended that I get a new unit with a warranty for $8500 - $10,500.
I told them that I wanted to get a second opinion.
They said that they can get my unit started, temporarily, so that I would have air until the new unit came.
$700 to get it going. I declined.
Again they said, we can't have you staying here without air conditioning.  We can install a new phase shifter for $199 to get you air for now.
I declined again.
Then the GM told the tech to write on my receipt that I declined. He wasn't too nice about it either.

My AC company came the next day and after a thorough diagnostic, found that I needed a new Fan motor and a new Capacitor.
My AC unit is 15 years old and still in great condition.
I have cold air again and paid an extremely reasonable price.
