I just had this company at my house for my annual air conditioning checkup. Thad was on time (early in fact) which is very important to me. None of this We'll be there between 9 and noon. He was very personable and there was no pressure to purchase something I felt I didn't need. I liked that the best. I felt he did a thorough job. I recommend this company and will use this business again.

We needed a new air conditioner as ours was dead. Air Now rep came out in a timely manner. He was very polite and knowledgable. He said he could not repair the old ac unit and physically showed us and explained why it could not be fixed. He said he would have the office send over a quote for a new one. In less than 2 hours we received by email a very specific quote sheet with several options. They guided us into the best option for us. As well, they had many incentives which brought down the price. The office staff, technicians and every one we dealt with at Air Now were professional and very friendly. We will be using Air Now exclusively moving forward.

Very happy so far... we have an appointment set up for them to come out and measure to get the order in...order time is up to 20 weeks, but we aren't in a hurry, so no worries there. The quality of the product though is outstanding. I will update this review as the project progresses. So far so good....

Five-Star from start to finish...even the first phone call was professional, courteous, and efficient. The process involved several contacts with Cody Eager initially who did the first estimate/walk-around, then providing a detailed and extremely thorough quote that summarized the scope of work, materials to be purchased, specs from EnergySaver such as SHGCs, U-factors, and VLT ratings, installation costs, taxes, and time-to-completion estimates. Compared to the 3 other companies I spoke with this was miles ahead. Cody then patiently negotiated some changes I suggested, providing equally detailed estimates for each proposed change. K & J came in $1500 under Window World; $2051 under Affordable Windows; and $34,651 under Renewal by Anderson. That is not a typo...Anderson's quote was just preposterous!
Step 2 involved a visit to my home by Zeb, who took the official measurements and collected the advance payment. Zeb is precise as the success of the job depends on the work he completes. Those dimensions MUST be correct and you don't find out until they are installed. No worries on that end.
The installation was on schedule and performed by crew chief Nick and his team of Solo, Scott, and Carlos. They arrived early on Memorial Day Monday, worked steady and diligently, and finished 15 windows (1 patio slider) in under 9 hours. All the window measurements were spot on and the crew was a pleasure to be around. They removed the old windows, cleaned as they went, worked quietly even with minor carpentry needed, and even helped me with some existing hardware I could not remove myself.
As I said, professional, courteous, and efficient from first contact to completion. No worries recommending K & J Windows.

Highly recommend Imperial for window replacement!  We replaced all of the windows in our house with Imperial, Jon Uptegrove.

We did it in 4 phases over a year period.  I wanted to pay cash and not finance or use credit.  Jon was great to work with.  He was very responsive and always on time.  The product is excellent.  The temperature improvement in my east exposure bedrooms is amazingly improved.
Jon gave the perfect recommendation to achieve the desired result in the various rooms with different exposures.

We don't need sunscreens!  The windows do it all.  And they give our 1980's home an updated look.  Couldn't be happier.

Dwayne was absolutely amazing. My glass door cracked over the weekend and he came out on Sunday the next day, boarded it up and removed the glass for no extra charge. He ordered my glass and a new screen door and had it installed within a week and a half. I absolutely recommend him to anyone. His prices are the best in the valley and he doesn't charge extra fees for removal.

Initially met with Daniel Gordon to get an estimate. He was on time, and very knowledgeable about the different benefits/features of the windows we discussed. Answered all my questions, gave me my estimate and was on his way. Absolutely no pressure...
Fast forward to install day...David and Donovan showed up on time- we had to reschedule do to an unforeseen issue at no fault of theirs but they kept me up to speed on EVERYTHING- and got right to work. Kept the place clean, THOUROUGHLY cleaned when they were finished, and made sure I was happy before they left. Both guys were polite and professional during the entire day, and I am beyond elated with the quality of work they did!
Im actually blown away at the lighting and temperature differences the new windows and sliding door have made; I have 6 other windows that will need replacing in the near future and Desert King will get my business no doubt.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Tyrone is great!! We are selling our condo this month and needed to get a window with condensation fixed after our inspection and Tyrone was responsive, gave me the best quote & got it done so quickly! He is a super nice and personal guy too - added bonus! 10/10 recommend Tyrone. Thank you.

Very pleased with the results. They replaced a large dual pain window in an upstairs family room. It was a tricky install with them having to walk on a clay tile roof. I was nervous about lots of tiles being cracked. They sent a crew of 3 to do the install and were extremely careful on the tile roof. Only 1 tile was broken and that's not bad at all! These guys did a great job and were very professional. I would recommend them.

Had a difficult gutter installation (2 story hillside house). Paul was able to quickly provide a completive quote. Crew was professional and did an amazing job. Fantastic customer service!

We just had our front double door installed and it looks great! We can already tell a difference in quality and also the fact that the front of our house is a lot cooler. The guys that came to install were nice and did their job in a timely manner. We will be replacing our back french doors next year and will use Krasiva again. We shopped a few other places and Krasiva was the best price and I thought the service was good too.

I ordered 6 windows from window world and added a color for the exterior.
The salesman was very good and Ii was off to a great start.
The installation was a bit rough. Put a hole in my stucco, chipped bathroom tile, and coated my swimming pool with all the plastic from trimming the windows. Aside from that, the outside trim pieces were never painted on the inside before assembly - thus were two trim pieces meet, you see a white line. Most of the windows also had scratches in the brown paint, which they touched up, but this looks terrible with a blob of paint on a sprayed or powder coated finish. I made a complaint and had Keith show up to look at the windows. He was very nice and agreed to have the windows remade.
I am well over a year into this and when the new windows came in, i asked for a different installer that was their best and they said they would. the same installers came and they had the same problems as before with the addition of marks from the cardboard packaging in the brown paint that could not come off. They offered to remake again for the third time, but they make them the same way with the same problems. If I ordered the windows without the extra 1300.00 for the exterior paint, I would be fine.
Beware of adding any color to the window frames!!

A/C went out.  Called Fountain Hills Air Conditioning.  When I called I was told that they had all parts in stock and could fix my A/C the following day (it was late in the day when I called).  They came out that evening but couldn't find the trouble using the $49.95 trouble call so I had to spend another $139 for advanced diagnostics.  The compressor needed to be replaced, someone would get back to me the following day with a price and installation time.  Luckily I called another reputable contractor who replaced the compressor a day later because F H Air Conditioning & Heating was apparently happy enough with the $188.95 I spent because they NEVER called me back with any information about replacing the compressor.  What a rip off!
