Our A/C went out last night around 11:30pm, and after calling two places during the night with no response, at 6:45am I kept looking and called Airnow. I'm glad I found them. A live person answered the phone, and she was very pleasant to talk with. She gave me an estimated time of noon, but said she would call back at 8am to confirm a more definite time. She called back right on time, and told me that a repairman would be there between 8:30 and 9:00am. Very impressive. I then received a call from the man himself, Lito, at 8:10 saying he would be here in 10-15 minutes. More impressed. I like communication, and they did not leave us wondering. Lito showed up, was super polite the entire time, explained what was going on, and fixed what seemed to be the problem quickly. As he was preparing to leave, the power went out again on the unit. He ended up spending two hours in our attic trying to figure out why the unit was not getting power, and he did finally figure it out because we are now sitting happy and cool in our home, and without a huge jump in temperature so the A/C won't have to overwork to cool us down again. Prompt and efficient are great descriptions, but they really went beyond that. Will definitely have them come back to perform routine maintenance so there are hopefully no future problems.

3/26/15 - They are still fabulous and we have used them several more times for emergencies and non to keep us warm or cool. They explain everything, have fair prices, and let you know exactly what's happening and how long it will take.

if I could do a no star I would.It took them 5 months to get the doors......and two attempts at installation and I am still waiting on them to get the right parts don't do it choose a different company

Wow!  Darren, Brett and the guys at K&J are simply the best. Their customer service is top notch. They blew me away with their responsiveness and attention to detail. They are focused on doing what's best for their customers needs. I can't recommend these guys enough. I will definitely be using them again.

From the initial quote to the installation, Imperial Windows did an excellent job with our home.  We had 12 windows and a patio door completed.  Ken was great with sales and showed technical knowledge of the windows.  He was honest and provided immediate response to my questions prior to contract.  John, the owner kept us up to date on manufacture shipping times.  The installers were wonderful and completed the job efficiently and were very clean.  I would definitely recommend this company.

I chose Dunrite as one of my choices for services. I spoke to Sal about fixing a window in need of repair. To my surprise he suggested I call a glass company because of my specific needs I could save money for what I was asking for.

Sal also did not hesitate to suggest a glass company and to look on Yelp for reputable companies.

My conversation with Sal was refreshing and the power of Yelp is amazing. I am giving Sal 5 stars because of his honesty and usefulness. I now know if I need window/door installation I will not hesitate to use Dunrite Windows and Doors.

I was mowing my yard on a Sunday and a rock broke my Arcadia door into a MILLION pieces, it was a mess.

I called Sunny State Glass, they came over that day and boarded up the window for the evening, cleaned up the million pieces of glass inside my home and out, then ordered the glass. Within a couple of days the glass was installed and the door was completely repaired, like new. These folks are amazing, the workmanship was truly professional. The quality of the glass and materials was of the highest quality, the customer service was outstanding. They were there for me the day I needed them and they worked around my schedule. To top things off, the price great!

We bought our home in Scottsdale and apparently Dependable glass installed our front door. Last week, the knob to close and open the door broke and my handyman husband tried to fix it and in the bargain messed up. The latch for the door fell in the middle of the frame of door.  We actually slept with our front door open. My builder had given me the number and I reached out the morning. Tigen was amazing and she scheduled techs for me. Daniele and Kyle were awesome - they were super friendly and polite. They came at such a short notice and fixed my door and ordered a new part. My dog, Duke loved them too. I would highly recommended them.

We love Desert king windows. The sales person was phenomenal and the installers were great. They actually came early and we had our new patio door in one day. We would highly recommend using this company.

I made a purchase for window replacement on Jan5th. Typical 50% down and the rest on install .  The lead time is 8-10 weeks. I'm now close to the lead time and reached out to the window company for an install update. I cant seem to contact them. Have a bad feeling that maybe they are not in business anymore.

I highly recommend Garcia's Windows.  Mark was prompt, polite and professional.  His price was very competitive and the installation was seamless.  He showed up when he said he would provided a quality product.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Tyrone showed up the same day I called, provided a thorough and reasonable repair quote. He is professional and efficient. Give this company a try, you will not be disappointed.

I have had ECS Come out to my house for two different areas needing gutters. They are the nicest people, perfectionists in their work, and they get the job done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anybody.

We had a wonderful experience with Window World.  We are extremely happy with the product, excellent quality and craftsmanship. Our sales representative Ace was great to work with, very knowledgeable and down to earth. The installation went  very smoothly, Jose  and his crew were awesome.  They were very professional and extremely skilled at what they do.  They were on time, thorough and did exceptionally good work.
Overall we are very happy with Window World . Our expectations were exceeded.

Bad service. Overcharged so much. Worst company. Didn't even apply the service charge to his work.
