This is a great local place that I will definitely use in the future for my A/C needs.  My A/C went out on a Sunday and there was no weekend pricing surge, which was nice and he got out to my house that morning and took care of it.  I really appreciated the prompt service.

Sunday night air conditioning went out within forty minutes they were here and we are cool again . Good service very good service tech we are impressed!

We are very pleased with the service we received.  Great communication throughout the order and installation process when we had all of our windows and a door replaced. Adrien and Carlos did an excellent job installing them. Would definitely recommend them!!

This is my 3rd time using K&J windows so that should probably sum up everything you need to know about how I feel about them.  The first time was to replace a sliding glass door.  The first 2 sliding glass doors I replaced I used Home Depot and it was a meh experience, the second was Lowes and it was a disaster (they still haven't called me back with problems I was having with the door).  The 3rd was K&J and the quote was less than I received from Home Depot or Lowes.  Now I am a firm believer in that you get what you pay for in life, so cost was not the big deciding factor.  K&J had so many good reviews I decided to try them out and I was not disappointed.

Since the initial sliding glass door install I have used K&J to replace my front door and every window in my house.  From the front office, to Tony my sales rep, and all of the installers it has been a great experience.  When you find a company like this use them and tell your friends.  They must treat their employees well because the guys are always pleasant when they come out.

Finally a big shout out to Richard, my installer.  This guy kept me informed about every step and every detail along the process.  Great craftsmanship!

Imperial Windows was extremely easy to work with, from the initial meeting about quotes and measurements to the installation sessions.  The installers were very clean and organized and the company was great at answering any questions I had in a very timely manner.

Our cat, Slinky, asked that I submit his notes from our installation. Though he was not permitted to oversee the installation process (he does not have any thumbs, is easily distracted, and likes to sit on things he shouldn't), Slinky highly approves of the visual clarity now afforded to him through the low-e kitchen window that lets in the light, keeps out the heat, and provides a fully optimized, high-def front-yard TV experience.

Slinky was so impressed by both the initial product performance and the installers who completed the project, that he requested we replace all remaining household windows immediately. This was a big hit with the rest of the cats, who can now enjoy high-def Pigeon TV on the big screen in both the kitchen and bedroom.

Dwayne was absolutely amazing. My glass door cracked over the weekend and he came out on Sunday the next day, boarded it up and removed the glass for no extra charge. He ordered my glass and a new screen door and had it installed within a week and a half. I absolutely recommend him to anyone. His prices are the best in the valley and he doesn't charge extra fees for removal.

We ordered an entirely new and complete shower enclosure because the original shower door fell and shattered.

Dependable Glass was highly recommended (by our son after they did glass work on his home) and they did not fall short of our expectations in the least.

From the admin folks (Kristen & Michelle) who we spoke on the phone with numerous times to the estimators and thru the installers, we received professional and courteous service through and through.

They were always punctual and thorough. The installers (Jeremy and Emilio) did an exceptional job of removal of the old shower enclosure and installation and area cleanup of the new product.

The finished product is beautiful.

We talked to several window replacement companies in the valley and settled on Desert King. The sales pitch was a total speech, which kinda turned me off initially, but we were definitely impressed by the non pushy approach. Yes they're proud of their windows, but they aren't so proud they needed to charge four times more than anyone. We are happy with our windows. The temperature difference is crazy in our 40+ year old home, and we hear less of the neighbors - bonus! It took much longer than they originally stated it would, but there was also a major glass and construction product problem that occurred shortly after we placed our order. The only thing I have a problem is that my slider door doesn't always close and lock the way it should, and the screen doesn't slide smoothly. We would recommend.

Mike came to look at the issues we have and is reordering us a new window. I asked that they have a different installer.  I will update

This company was great! I had to replace a broken window after a tenant moved out and Mark was professional, efficient and fairly priced. He gave me quick pricing over the phone and was able to schedule me pretty quickly. He emailed me written estimates before the appointment so I would have it right away for my rental paperwork and was always very helpful, friendly and conscientious. For example, he even took his shoes off when coming to put the window in because the carpets had been cleaned  - something I hadn't even mentioned or would have asked! but he apparently noticed our shoes by the door and was considerate enough to emulate it.

Before leaving, I thanked him for his wonderful service and said that I would keep his card for any future needs. He replied, that he hoped I never needed to call him again but that I was welcome to refer him to others. Being interested in the greater good more than the bottom dollar - that is great customer experience in my book!  I will most definitely recommend him!

I had an overall good experience with this company. There was one day that the company had a lack of communication and showed up unannounced to the wrong place which was my house and it was at a very inconvenient time but that is the only issue I had with this company. Besides that day they were very professional and friendly and I would use them again.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Look no further for home glass repair! Seriously. This is the company you want. Tyrone came out the same day after providing a quote to replace a pane of glass in our front door. Very professional result! He definitely knows his craft and is extremely reasonable cost-wise. I would recommend Tyrone to anyone who needs this service!

We recently bought our dream home and did a remodel. We had AZ extreme glass and mirror come out and replace some of the older class with new energy-efficient windows. The price was extremely fair the service was superb and overall experience was perfect. I highly recommend this company for all your glass needs in your home or office

I have had ECS Come out to my house for two different areas needing gutters. They are the nicest people, perfectionists in their work, and they get the job done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anybody.

Watch out! High pressure sales!

Got an estimate scheduled. Instead it turned into an hour and a half sales pitch. He didn't measure anything and just said everything was standard sized and came back with a really high price (which in his favor he did say he was going to charge double then any other Joe Shmoe) then said he could make a deal etc, etc. and then said we had to decide right then and there on going with this company. After an hour and a half of non stop talking, most of which, I didn't give a crap about because I was concerned with how much everything was going to be. THE BIGGEST WASTE OF MY TIME EVER.

When calling and looking for an estimate it means just that. I'm shopping around not looking to be swindled into some deal by some dude sitting inside my house at my kitchen table.

I refuse to do business with any company that makes their sales team pressure people into a sale that they're not even sure they can afford and then offering financing on top of it to make it seem affordable.

You may have decent reviews from everyone else you pressured into buying from you but that still doesn't make the way you practice business, right.

5 Star!! Everything down to price, communication, delivery time and install was top notch. Ryan, Jesus and  their team were amazing. Had 22 windows replaced. They look amazing! I'm so happy with them and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for new windows.

I called with issue after being jacked around with home warranty and seriously this company came out to my house in 15 minutes and told me nothing was wrong with my a/c but faulty thermostat and actually fixed some faulty wiring that could have been a fire.  He installed a new thermostat quickly and I had cold air blowing in no time!   I just came home from hospital and was desperate!   These folks are awesome and honest!   My ac units are old as we just bought house last year and still working and I am quite sure they could have said replace this or that and we would have never known any different but they didn't!  Thank you for great honesty and quality service!   Btw,   When I called other company to cancel home warranty guy, he asked what they did and how much  did they charge and actually said we got really great deal.  Thank you again!   Both my husband and I are in home lending and will spread the word!   :-).
