I just had this company at my house for my annual air conditioning checkup. Thad was on time (early in fact) which is very important to me. None of this We'll be there between 9 and noon. He was very personable and there was no pressure to purchase something I felt I didn't need. I liked that the best. I felt he did a thorough job. I recommend this company and will use this business again.

They serviced our air and heating units for a fair price and come highly recommended in the EMR community

Great company and service.  Darin, Cody, and all the installers did a wonderful job.  I wish i hadn't waited so long to get them. I've seen a significant reduction in my APS bill over the past year; whose budget plan goes down in the summer?? Mine!!  The house is much quieter as we don't hear the street noise either. You can't go wrong with this company.

Easy deal. Fast installation. Reasonable price. And the windows look really great. John also helped complete all the documentation needed for an SRP rebate. We're very glad we chose this company for our new screens.

I chose Dunrite as one of my choices for services. I spoke to Sal about fixing a window in need of repair. To my surprise he suggested I call a glass company because of my specific needs I could save money for what I was asking for.

Sal also did not hesitate to suggest a glass company and to look on Yelp for reputable companies.

My conversation with Sal was refreshing and the power of Yelp is amazing. I am giving Sal 5 stars because of his honesty and usefulness. I now know if I need window/door installation I will not hesitate to use Dunrite Windows and Doors.

I was mowing my yard on a Sunday and a rock broke my Arcadia door into a MILLION pieces, it was a mess.

I called Sunny State Glass, they came over that day and boarded up the window for the evening, cleaned up the million pieces of glass inside my home and out, then ordered the glass. Within a couple of days the glass was installed and the door was completely repaired, like new. These folks are amazing, the workmanship was truly professional. The quality of the glass and materials was of the highest quality, the customer service was outstanding. They were there for me the day I needed them and they worked around my schedule. To top things off, the price great!

I highly recommend Sunny State Glass.

Unfortunately, they are not so dependable in my case.

Got a quote from his company to replace some smaller roller windows for my 14th floor condo. After 10 days, I finally was able to reach someone at the office to find out they're refusing the job as they are no longer doing work at my building. I asked if anyone was ever gonna call to let me know this. I asked why somebody would've told me that from the very beginning as I referenced what building I'm in and that I'm on the 14th floor in every conversation. They did reference the flu going around the office, but they don't seem very organized and at this point I've wasted 3 weeks waiting for nothing.

Very frustrating!

Update - Owners responds seems to blame me for not knowing their schedule and that they were doing me a favor by not charging for their free estimate. I get people get sick and yes there are holidays, but every time I spoke to your company I referenced which building this was as it's not like Phoenix has a bunch of high rises. BTW - A more sincere apology and some accountability from the ownership is all that was needed to turn my experience around. Instead the response from ownership, which unlike the refusal of my quote was immediate, seems intentionally contentious and disingenuous.

15 windows and a patio door done in 2 days. From the initial visit, through the installation process Desert King has been great!! We were referred to them from our neighbors who had them install windows previously, and were exceptionally pleased with them as well. I was nearly ecstatic when I saw how well they cleaned up after themselves as they were working and after completing the job. Lots of places will tell you they will do that, but they don't always follow through. Overall, the price was very reasonable, it took about 6 weeks for the Windows to be made and another week for the scheduled dates for the install to arrive. I have had 6 other window companies come by and give estimates over the last 18-24 months and Desert King is what worked for us. All vinyl double-paned windows that aren't welded in the corners, and are specifically designed for use in our hot desert climate and have the best overall warranty that I have seen. I just really can't say enough good things about Desert King, and if you need to have Windows replaced, you won't go wrong with them.

Getting new windows from Windowz4less was a great experience. Mike was very responsive to e-mails/texts and was able to give me a competitive price on some high-end windows, even though I only needed to replace four total. He honored the original quote even though I had to wait several months to get HOA approval. The new windows have an excellent build quality and reflect the majority of the incoming sunlight. So far this summer, the west-facing rooms in my house have been several degrees cooler. I wish I had gotten these windows earlier. Highly recommended!

Had Mark come out to repair a sliding window that had the spring pop out. He asked me to text him a few pictures of the damage and measure the window dimensions so he could get the right parts and avoid a second trip. He did clear it with me to start texting back and forth before he actually did, which I thought was just fine. He quoted me what it would cost to fix with or without parts.

He arrived exactly when he said he would, and was able to repair the window without parts, which ended up being about $90 (this was about a month ago, so I can't remember the exact cost. It was definitely under $100).

Wouldn't hesitate to call him again if I needed another repair.

They replaced a broken bathroom mirror quickly. Reasonable price and excellent customer service. No excuses, no up charges.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

I wish I could give more than five stars! From first contact to the final clean up of the job, Tyrone was a first class professional. He did top notch work at a fair price and showed pride in his work that you just don't see everyday with other companies here in the Valley. Tyrone even anchored in my slider at the top of my shower to keep my little ones safe at no additional cost. I just finished my long shower remodel with the assistance of AZ Xtreme Glass. They did an outstanding job in fabricating and installing my beautiful frameless clear glass shower door and glass panel and I couldn't be happier with their professionalism and quality. This business was amazing to work with and they exceeded my expectations. They were on time to every appointment and finished the job on time. Bill and Chad came out to measure for the job and turned out to also be the installers. They were polite and helpful with options. They did a great job. Had a difficult gutter installation (2 story hillside house). Paul was able to quickly provide a completive quote. Crew was professional and did an amazing job. Fantastic customer service!

EDIT: How very sad that this business decides to argue with people online instead of provide good customer service. Yes, I had a problem with my ceilings. Yes, I did start a new job. Those are not reasons why I did not go with your company, but they were reasons my door project was delayed. Which I told your representative the last time we spoke. I'm not sure how that somehow makes it ok to call me over and over every day for a week less than a month later, which I am now assuming was done spitefully. You guys must have a lot of time on your hands. I uploaded screenshots of every call to this post, although they seem to be out of order. But it's very visible that you harassed me, apparently because I postponed my project or because I may have used someone else. At no point did I ASK anyone to call me in this manner.

I would highly recommend this company for window and/or door replacement.  Last November, we had them install dual pane windows with Lo-e and they have really help this summer in keeping the cool air from our A/C in and the hot sun out.  The pricing was fair and the warranty is excellent.

Two weeks ago we had our patio door replaced by them and they did a fantastic job.  The sales rep called afterwards to make sure that eveything went as planned and their customer service department called a week after the installation to make sure that we were happy with the door and the work.

I have used Fountain Hills AC for a few years now and they always provide superior service. We just moved to a new home and had the obligatory check up and minor repairs needed. Bill Smart was on time, professional and did great work with out selling me things I dis not need. It is good to know that good service is not dependent on the tech sent out but is the company culture. We will be long term customers.
