I have been dreaming of replacing the windows in my house for decades and when I was seriously ready, I started looking around. 1st I saw their add in a valupak mailer, but also from a friend who saw the same thing. I think I got a quote on one window from a competitor that was more than double?! I can't recall how I got in touch with Window World, but Bill S. Followed up on my inquiry and I made an appointment for the quote. This guy was so thorough, thoughtful, and kind! I can't stand pushy salesmen and Bill was not! He gave me a quote, took careful measurements and then he was gone. I then talked with a friend who said that Bill was also their consultant and that they had 33 windows replaced and they were elated about them! SOLD!! Bill came back, re measured, got re acquainted with the dogs, and I placed my order, which arrived 4 week's ahead of schedule!! I cannot stop looking at the windows and boasting about what a nice experience this has been, right down to their warranty and their customer service!....... The next install will be to replace my front door! This company is amazing and I could not recommend them any higher!!

We are beyond happy with our windows from Window World! Bill, the salesman, was top notch! It was his presentation that made our final decision to go with Window World. He explained and even demonstrated every question we had. Robert and Norman were awesome installers!
We bought 11  Solar SunShield Blue Glass windows. The best price of all the estimates we got from other window companies. It is so quiet in our house now; it's remarkable! We highly recommend Window World for your window replacement!

We used Window World of Northern Arizona and couldn't be happier.  The windows look great and the workmanship was spot-on.  But this is a review of Windows World of Phoenix.  

It was exactly one year and one day that we finally got what we ordered.  That's a long time to wait!  

The first time they came to install the windows they had the wrong color trim.  They didn't install the windows.  We waited months because they were replacing the broken glass.  What??  What broken glass?  Never did find out what they did.  

Finally, they came for the real installation.  One window was built with the heat block film on the outside!  The glass smudged with the slightest touch.  Two of four screens were badly bent.  The windows look like crap from the inside as they used a sort of trim tape to cover the gaps.  

Waited more months.  One window leaked badly.  The explanation?  Forgot to caulk seam.  

We eventually got the right windows, but are extremely glad we have interior window treatments because, frankly, the windows look like crap.  The outside was done with clear caulk instead of color-matched caulk (like our other Window World windows) and is already discoloring badly.  Can't believe this is the same parent company that did our other windows.  Night and day differences between franchises.   Didn't give them just one star because, in the end, the windows do what they were supposed to do.  Just a year late.  

It's nice having the lifetime guarantee, but based on the initial installation issues it will be a nearly lifetime to get what you need.  At least it seemed that way.

Window World is clearly dependent on the franchise that does the work.

We had a wonderful experience with Window World.  We are extremely happy with the product, excellent quality and craftsmanship. Our sales representative Ace was great to work with, very knowledgeable and down to earth. The installation went  very smoothly, Jose  and his crew were awesome.  They were very professional and extremely skilled at what they do.  They were on time, thorough and did exceptionally good work.
Overall we are very happy with Window World . Our expectations were exceeded.

Ryan came out and gave us a fair quote and delivered on everything he promised. On day of installation we definitely got Window Worlds A Team who was lead by Jesus.  Jesus and his team were professional and made sure to keep everything clean the job they did was A+.

Being in the military I take pride in my work and I can see the level of professionalism in  Window World, Ryan and Jesus!

We bought a property in Mesa that was very neglected by the previous owners, one of the big ticket repair/replacements was windows.  Jeff came out to our house one afternoon in April, inspected everything and had a concern about our Arizona room.

The wood under the windows was rotted substantially and he was concerned about there being enough left to hold and brace the large windows needed in that space.  We had conversations with several contractors about rebuilding/reframing the area and were so discouraged.

Jeff asked to come back, as he had another idea that might not only solve the issue, but save us some money in the mean time.  We were all in, signed the very reasonable quote, and paid the 50% deposit.  We knew there was an 8 - 14 week wait once they were ordered, as each window is custom made.

Final week of July, exactly as expected, we received the call that our windows were finished and ready to install.  The arrival appointment was set between 8 and 10 this morning.  We spent last night removing the blinds and moving furniture 2 feet away.

The crew showed up at 8:23 this morning.  The 3 gentlemen were polite, professional, lightning fast, and just downright awesome guys.  All three of them smiled, said Ma'am and Sir, and were ready to get the job done.  In less than three hours, they systematically removed the old windows and put the new ones in.  We have 3 very curious cats, and the crew was very conscientious about making sure they stayed inside.  

Everything was sealed and caulked, each and every window was cleaned, and we had the opportunity to inspect the work along the way.  

We couldn't be happier with our decision to use Window World.  We have a entirely new house with this one change.  The temperature in our bedroom dropped 15-20 degrees, we can finally feel the cool air in our living room, the kitchen is no longer an oven, and my Arizona room went from ragged to beautiful.

I ordered 6 windows from window world and added a color for the exterior.
The salesman was very good and Ii was off to a great start.
The installation was a bit rough. Put a hole in my stucco, chipped bathroom tile, and coated my swimming pool with all the plastic from trimming the windows. Aside from that, the outside trim pieces were never painted on the inside before assembly - thus were two trim pieces meet, you see a white line. Most of the windows also had scratches in the brown paint, which they touched up, but this looks terrible with a blob of paint on a sprayed or powder coated finish. I made a complaint and had Keith show up to look at the windows. He was very nice and agreed to have the windows remade.
I am well over a year into this and when the new windows came in, i asked for a different installer that was their best and they said they would. the same installers came and they had the same problems as before with the addition of marks from the cardboard packaging in the brown paint that could not come off. They offered to remake again for the third time, but they make them the same way with the same problems. If I ordered the windows without the extra 1300.00 for the exterior paint, I would be fine.
Beware of adding any color to the window frames!!

As you may know, we had a problem with the salesman you sent out on October 3rd. I believe his name was Richard. I called and verbally complained to a manager or owner about Richard. I was given the impression that it was no big concern to him. There was no offer of any way to resolve this issue. After that conversation, I felt that some future customers have no value to Window World. This leads me to believe my wife and I would not be valued if we became owners of your windows or what kind of customer service we would receive. Is this true?

The issue with Richard was the lack of respect for my wife. He would not acknowledge her presence while giving his presentation. His answers to my wife's questions were answered with sarcasm. She tried several times to be a part of the conversation, but he kept verbally talking down to her with short answers, if he answered her at all. Finally, she got upset and frustrated and left the room.

After that, I told him the presentation was over, and he had to leave.

Looking out we have white trim on the inside and black trim on the exterior. Windows have Solar SunShield Blue Glass. Window World guys were very efficient.  In less than a day they replaced all of the windows in our house including two exterior sliders.  We recommend Window World for your window replacement.

I ordered the sliding glass door on Feb 2nd.  Was told 12-16 weeks, which was fine.   Finally got a call for install at 18 weeks in mid June.  They came and during installation, discovered that the glass doors delivered didn't fit the frame, and they would have to rush a replacement order.  They did their best to insulate the frame, but left several open gaps to the outside where 110+ degree Arizona heat could get inside.   I had to call them 3 times to get an ETA for the replacement door panels that they mis-ordered, and am finally given an estimate of Aug 1.  Then it moves to Aug 15.   Installation finally scheduled, with a timing window of 12-2PM.  At 2, I call and am told the driver is 40 minutes away.   After 1.5 hours, I call back, and the driver tells me he thought I was in Mesa, and he's now over an hour away.   It has been one mistake after another with over 6 months time passing from order to final install, very poor communication, and no conveyed concern sense of urgency or empathy to resolve my issue.   I never write these,  but simply could not let this one go without addressing.  Do not use Window World of Phoenix.

I was referred to Window World by a coworker that had a good experience with new windows throughout their house. My husband called and set up an appointment for a estimate. Carl was great at communicating. On the day of our estimate he called and said he was running about 30 minutes behind schedule. He showed up, measured and explained how this company works. For 3 large dual paned windows with installation, disposal of old windows, upgraded tint and new screens it would be a little under $1800. A smoking deal compared to other retailers that quoted us 8 times the price. One company wouldn't even come to the house for an estimate unless we were going to purchase over $10,000 in windows. We paid the 50% fee to get the ball rolling. The windows are made to order so it took approximately 5 weeks for completion. Two installers should up on time and we're done in about 2 hours.

We've had absolutely no complaints. Even received $100 check referral fee. My in laws purchased and had a lot of problems though. It took over 3 months for them to get their windows. My review is based on my experience only.

Regardless of the situation you didn't handle the situation properly you still left me behind I don't think you're a Marine... asking the spell respect I don't even think he knows the meaning of it.. I hope everybody there is legitimate from this side of the world... let's not forget what led up to that day the complete screw up from you your people and it screwed up salesperson named Richard

What a great experience.  The rep came to our home.  Went over all the options available. After listening to the look and feel I was going for we were shown a great amount of options to make sure we picked the right thing.  We are so happy with how everything came out!! Thank you to Ryan for all the guidance through our project!

Have used Window World to replace all our windows and front door in the last year.
The experience was excellent.  The initial consult presented us with many choices. No pressure, but measured and bid on the spot. There was a significant wait for custom manufacturing of our windows, but were ready on the promised date.
The installers we on time, clean, courteous. Excellent technicians, with high attention to detail. 2 technicians worked non stop for 7 hours and finished the job... including haul away and clean up.  Jesus is incredible.
Two days ago we had the front door installed.  Again, delivered when promised. Installers on time and skilled. The was also an additional complication because we needed to retrofit an existing security door. It was taken in stride and the technicians took extra effort to measure and dry fit the security door, even though they were not installing that.
Overall these guys seem to be the most experienced in the business. Prices fair. Recommended

Working with the professional, knowledgeable sales person Bill was an extremely positive experience.  The install crew of Jesus was also an incredible experience.   We would really rate the entire process of Window World a 10 stars.  Can't say enough positive things about this company.

Brandon was on time to our appointment, fully prepared and extremely professional. He was honest and was equipped with the tools and information we needed to replace our very outdated windows. We are excited to get them installed and will be referring Window World to all of our friends and family!

I was not satisfied with my experience concerning this company at all.

Zack showed up to give me an estimate and told me they just did new windows in a house just like mine in the same neighborhood.

Then after talking for a bit he turned to me and said, I can't do your windows because out of all your windows I can't do one in a stairwell because it is to narrow. I asked if he could do all but that one and he immediately said no he couldn't do my windows.

I find it hard to believe a window company can't do windows especially after being told they just did a house just like mine. It boggles my mind. I have windows there now and I just want new ones.

After he left I texted him again asking if he could just do it in a different model or brand. I got a quick response that he couldn't.

Zach left me feeling as if he didn't want my business and didn't even try to work with me.

I cannot recommend this business based on my experience with them.

I cannot give a rating higher than one star because of this experience. A window company that can't do windows doesn't deserve more than one star.

I used Window World for my windows and just added my patio door for an upgrade. The sales rep, Lee Cook was very helpful and addressed my concerns as a new homebuyer. I would recommend his services! Please reach out and ask for him for all your patio door and window needs!!

We met Zac from Window World at the Home and Garden show and boy he sold us on getting our windows replaced. best believe we needed them! We are super happy with the quality and workmanship that Window World provides and they look amazing compared to our single pane windows we had. They beat the competitors price and did a great job replacing them. WE ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND WINDOW WORLD AND REQUEST ZAC!

This was my mother and sisters house. Had I known they were going to hack up the siding I would have never let them convince me to allow them to install this way. It was obviously far easier than sawzalling all the windows and cutting the window flashing to fit. Many weeks for custom windows ? The boss also said he would check out the job. Never showed .
Nice guys but not true tradesman.  Top that off with all 3 of us getting covid within 3 days of install. I guess you get what you pay for.

To start Bill was a very thorough and knowledgeable salesperson there were no surprises when the bill came nor when my windows were installed. Once the install started the crew that came were amazing--they were professional, did quality work and ensured I was happy with the finished product before packing up. I would highly recommend Window World--they were by far the most competitive in price and I thought their service was first class.

Installed new series 5000 windows . Installers were very professional and timely. They were meticulous with the install and made sure everything was to our satisfaction

Super disappointed with this company. We just moved to Gilbert and thought why not save some money. I ordered a sliding glass door that took 20 weeks to get installed, that's right 20. Once it got installed, one of the panels was scratched so I'm expecting a manager to call me to negotiate price because at this point I work so taking another day off is going to be difficult. Nope a receptionist calls me asking me how I want to pay. First of all, are you joking me? I'm not paying full price for a scratched door. Do not recommend this business to save a few bucks. Customer service is terrible. I'd recommend just spending the extra grand for better service

I love my new windows from Window World of Phoenix!  The windows are beautiful and are an outstanding value for the price. Installation was professional and efficient; Pedro Bobadillo and his crew did a great job. Also, thanks to my salesman Mike Rush, for measuring accurately when I ordered--- there were no issues on installation day! I highly recommend Window World of Phoenix!

Waited 6 months for 2 windows.  They installed one of them with broken glass, and the other is missing a screen.  Poorly painted, looks bad. No ETA can be provided and they already billed me in full!  Look elsewhere

I paid for and had windows and doors installed over a year ago.  Still waiting on parts to complete a sliding glass door installation, screens don't fit and there is a large gap between the doors.  I keep getting the run around about the missing parts.  Every time I call they tell me it will be a couple weeks.  It shouldn't take over a year to get them.

Seriously, this is the best window company. From the beginning consultation to the seamless installation, I was truly delighted in each step of the process. Fair pricing, quality windows and the best installation crew on the planet. Jesus and his team installed 14 windows and a sliding glass door within 5 hours--expertly completed, work areas kept tidy and they were completely professional. I highly recommend this company.

The salesperson response was very quick an efficient. He explained everything to me clearly. 16 weeks later i receive a phone call my window is in and they would like to schedule a time to install. Three days later after the receptionist put me on hold twice, and said someone will call you in 5 minutes and never did. If the installers cant call customers back to schedule
an install time, what is the installation going to be like? Totally unprofessional.

But after the install guys came to put my windows in I changed my mind. They were experts took out my old windows and put in my new windows in less than an hour. That included taking down and putting back up my window coverings. This is why they get good reviews, great installers not people answering the phone in the office.

5 Star!! Everything down to price, communication, delivery time and install was top notch. Ryan, Jesus and  their team were amazing. Had 22 windows replaced. They look amazing! I'm so happy with them and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for new windows.

I had faith that this was a decent company. The windows are okay, but the $2000 we paid for a new back door is a complete hack job. I was told by the salesman that the new door would be easy to open and very nice. It's complete garbage, my old door was much easier to open and better quality. This is a door made from plastic and complete junk. They don't make their own doors, they buy them from some other company.
The trim they used looks like they got it from the garbage. They used a nail gun to shoot nails all over the trim board inside and out. It's obvious that they have no idea what they are doing. The 2 inside door trim inside my house looks horrific now. An amateur person could have done a much better job.

I would shop around first for a company that actually knows what they are doing before using Window World. They may have lower prices, but that's about it. Everything else is lower also, quality, service, workmanship and overall experience is at the bottom.

The install crew of three dropped window caulking on the floor and then tracked it all over our new carpet we just had installed. They didn't even put anything down on the floors when they worked. My wife and I had to scrub for 45 minutes trying to get the caulking out of our carpet after they left. We paid extra money so that they would take down our window blinds to install the new windows. The only window blind that was not messed up was the one I took down myself. What a complete joke paying them to take your window blinds down was. They basically just ripped them off the wall.

The head guy at the end of the job says, you need to try them before I leave ( the windows I just paid $7000 for ) I guess it was too much work for them to check that they actually worked. He never even looked up at me or walked around or anything. His attitude was like I was a bother to him as the customer. It's obvious they hate their job.

After they drive off, I walk into my spare room and almost stepped on a long sharp piece of metal they cut out of the window that looked like a knife, it was just laying on the carpet. I guess it was happy hour at the bar, because they were in such a big hurry to leave, they just left tools and garbage all over on my back patio. I would recommend shopping around with different companies first. Don't make the mistake we did. They may have good prices, but it's obvious that doing the job correctly isn't part of their business model. They never even asked me about my outside window solar screens, they just tore them off my windows and hauled away.

Window World you FAILED! I will never recommend you to anyone, and since I have a background in advertising, I'll be sure to tell everyone how awful my experience was. Terrible install crew. Grade of F

Just had 11 windows of various sizes installed by Aaron and his crew, they were polite and professional. Top notch! We waited about 16 weeks for the products to be built, but were not really in any hurry for the completion of the job.  Now that the job is done, we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend, our home is noticeably quieter with these windows.

They apparently don't care about referrals or helping previous customers. I called to set up an appointment for an estimate at my parents house and was told a sales rep would call me back and I never got a call back. Business must be good if they can ignore customers. They put windows in my house but it doesn't seem like they care about loyal customers. And they did good work as well.  With how crappy this experience is I don't know why I've sent them so many referrals.  (5) this would have been an easy sale as well. I would have given them 5 stars had they given me the same courtesy they did when I was a new customer. Absolutely let down. And let this review serve as warning if you want to be a repeat customer. Loyalty doesn't mean much to this place.

I had spoken to a manager and scheduled an appointment to have my parents windows looked at today and the sales guy just called me 4 hours ahead of the scheduled time (Dave) asking to come early, normally would be fine but I cannot be at the house till 3 pm. Then he went on about converting our windows and how they don't do that. I am sickened at the piss poor customer service I have received from this company. I was angry before but spoke to a manager and now this. Through the whole conversation I felt Dave was trying to get out of the appointment. Absolutely shameful!!! I hope this review at least pushes a few customers away from them.

I tried to give you another shot but Dave ruined it. I am going to post this review everywhere I can and even to all my followers on social media!

Still waiting for broken window 4 months since 12/2021. FYI no rebate on energy saving windows via APS.

Called for an appointment 5/18, person who answered said i would receive a return call within 3 days. I asked  for sure and he replied   YES.
I verified that it was in fact  Jim Ballads company and,  yes, again from man.
Well, never returned my call.
Crappy way to do business, and i can understand why all the BAD REVIEWS!!

They do doors! Our home had an existing french door. We wanted the new door to be the same as what we already had. The manufacturer is Therma-Tru and Window World is a dealer. I contacted them and they said they could do a door. Ryan was promptly scheduled and came out to take a look at the job. He then called he boss out to verify measurements.  In a few days, I had my quote. It was about what I expected so we ordered the door. Because it was custom, it took two months to manufacture, also about what I expected. When the door was finished, I was scheduled for install. Within a few days. Ivan and his son, Yaddie were sent to install. They were friendly, respectful and professional all the way. They wore their masks, covered all of my furniture and cleaned as they worked. I was especially impressed at how well they worked together. It was clear they knew exactly what to do and made quick work of the replacement. Because the new door had a thicker frame than the old, slider, I did have the same problem where the molding that surrounds the frame fell short of where the old molding was, leaving a gap. We will either have to texture the gap or find wider molding. Still, I love the quality of my Therma-Tru door and received respectful treatment and quality work by all employees that I interfaced with. Just add paint! Thanks Window World!

We decided to finally do the last four windows in our house. They were quick to respond and came out for a quote and discuss options. The guy was extremely knowledgeable, professional, on tome and upfront with any questions we had. They are long windows. We didn't want anything too fancy just new windows to improve energy efficiency and of course they improved the overall look. Price was close to what we figured it would be so we ordered them. Did the 50% down. Originally were told the windows would take 8-10
weeks. But received a call within a month that they were ready. Scheduling was easy and setup and for the same week. The installation guys were knowledgeable, clean, professional and on time.
They told us on the phone and in an email how to prepare the areas around inside and outside of the installation windows. No issues, just noticed a few scratches on the outside around the window, so the frame and let the office know the same day. They came back the next day and were able to buff it out and can't see it now. But they still gave us the option of replacing it as they have a lifetime warranty. Love the finish product and they look
amazing! Recommend them and would use again if ever needed.

We chose Window World because our kids had gotten their windows through them 3 years ago and were very pleased. Our salesman, Lee, was courteous and professional. The installation team was fantastic, they had our windows beautifully installed in less than half a day. But nobody warned us of the WOW factor when we saw how beautiful our new windows looked. We went from the original 1960's windows to 21st high tech. We would highly recommend Window World because their product and people are top notch!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST!- PLEASE READ THIS

I can 't even start to explain how badly you want to avoid this company! They have zero professionalism, zero customer service, zero follow up, zero, communication, zero care for your family's safety and zero care for you once they have your money. We waited over 7 weeks to have French doors installed only to have the installers come out and leave our home wrecked, damaged and a fire hazard. The installer who spoke very little English did the best to explain to me that the doors were too big and they wouldn't fit..and left. WE HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THE COMPANY IN OVER A MONTH! You make calls to the company a customer service rep tells you someone will be back with us in 24 hours to explain what happened, next steps and where we go from here. NOPE! NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER FROM THE CORPORATION. Our Sales Rep Matt did respond to my texts, but he can do nothing on the installation, construction end of things. They have our money and that's all they care about. Meanwhile, we have a huge hole in our back wall, a sliding glass door and screen that doesn't open and absolutely no idea when we are going to get the French doors we paid over $7,000 for! Do not let them fool you or pull the wool over your eyes with their whole JD Power and Associates ratings! They do not care and they have absolutely no idea what customer service or customer care is! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

We had 4 windows replaced and I had heard great reviews on the radio and TV for Window World.  We had a great experience from start to finish.  From calling the office and speaking with a very nice young woman to schedule someone to come to our home, scheduling the actual work to be done and receiving a follow up call, we were very pleased with the results.  The windows look great.  Dave and his helper really tried to keep things neat and orderly while removing the old windows and replacing with new.  We would definitely recommend Window World to anyone.  We give them 5 stars!

I give Lee Cook and the Window World team 5 star service from initial call, field measure all the way through the installation. This team is wonderful. I learned so much about windows and glass.

Initially I signed up with Renewal by Andersen. For 7 windows my quote with the home show discount was over $18K. So as soon as that sales rep left I called Lee from Window World to cancel because he was my next appointment. He said I was paying way too much and to give him a chance. I said if he could get to my house by end of day I would give him a chance to sell me. He came out and I got 7 windows PLUS a 3 window panel front door for less than $8K... that is a $10K savings plus a front door for free basically if you compare the quote to Andersen.

Lee Cook is great to work with and has always been responsive via text or call. I will most definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone that lives in the valley for a great quality window and best value.

BTW... my utility bill went down significantly... huge bonus!

That's the response I got  from their sales rep when I texted him and  asked  for 1 window measurement out of 10 windows Bill measured. I quickly called to explain why i needed the measurement, but my call went unanswered and un-returned.

Before Bill left, during the in-home presentation he was rude, but i shrugged it off. The previous company who came into my house made a big deal about window frames, so when i found out window world installs windows by method of  Window Encapsulation I had a lot of questions. After talking a bit, I kindly asked about window encapsulation and his response was As I've explained 5 times already windows encapsulation is ... ( if it takes you 5 times, maybe you're not explaining correctly!)  but I still didin't  fully understand and with his attitude i was afraid to ask again but still i wasn't as bothered. the icing on the cake was when he refused to provide that one window measurement.

I have to say I am so disappointed that Bill is not the team player i thought he was. Bill could have easily won me over by giving me the measurements, not like i cannot grab the same ladder i lend him to get up and measure myself.

I Think Window World has a great product no question about it, But if you get that one email confirming your appointment and your sales rep is William Stoutenger ...JUST RUN AWAY!
cancel or reschedule your appointment. after reading all these wonderful reviews, it makes me wonder how different my experience would have been had i gotten a different person.

. Started out bad, when I called and spoke to Megan. Immediately she was rude, no customer skills what so ever. I should have known right then and there to say, no thank you.
I ended up taking the 1st available she offered. On 7/28, my neighbor ended up having windows installed. Of course, I was curious to see what they looked like and the process.
No exaggeration, the installer was throwing long metal pieces out the window to another installer below in the courtyard, while he was using a saw to cut them in shorter length.
That is a safety issue, for someone walking by, or could have left metal pieces or screws in the grass etc.
Once I found out it was window world, I decided that's not the company I want installing my product.
I called 7/29 called to cancel my estimate. Didn't get the young girls name, I explained why I was canceling, she said ok. I asked to speak with her manager, she told me no, and she would relay the message. Right before we hung up, I asked about hanging up blinds after the install, she explained all that is extra.
We are happy to report I called renewal by Anderson and immediately , a project Manger came out, explained all the product, styles, options, and displayed professionalism. We as consumers have options, explore them before settling for a bargain window company.

We purchased all new windows and patio sliding door as well as a front door. The salesman was very polite and professional. The wait was a bit long for the windows but what isn't nowadays. When the windows came in the schedules and installed the windows very quickly and did a great job. The front door came a few months later. The door was installed crooked and was told the hinge was bent and they had to order a new one. Weeks later they installed the hinge and the door was still crooked. They had to send someone else out. He couldn't fix it. They said it needed a new door. The screws were too small and they stripped the holes. 5 visits later still no door and this one almost fell off. I had to put longer screws in to keep the door from falling off. We have to pull up on the door just to open it when we can actually get it unlocked. Started this in August and now it's March. In the mean time we're making payments on a door that barley opens. I guess that's why it's not called door world. Very disappointed!

Extremely happy with our new sliding door. Our salesperson, Dave was great to work with. The installers did an excellent job and were neat and tidy. So happy that we called them. I will definitely use them again for any future windows.

Worst customer service of my life! The lady who answered the phone had the worst attitude with me and was completely unknowledgeable about my inquiries. Choose this place if u want never ending headaches

Take your business somewhere else. Not a family company and not for you. Called them for a quote on replacing two very large windows in our house. Richard said they wouldn't come out for anything less than THREE windows. I tried to explain they are large and would be worth the visit. Richard did not budge at all. He kept repeating 'we only come out for THREE windows'. Very dissatisfied, very unprofessional, and very sad they lost my business.

I walk into their office it wa informed that they can't give me a price on windows. In the middle of a show Room standing there 2 people working and they can't give me numbers because their sales guy needs to call me. This is unbelievable I guess they really don't want business. I will have to call Dave Ramsey and explain to him the level of customer service he's advertising Is not what hes portraying it to be. I made a special trip down here So I can speak to somebody in person. Shame on window world

I unfortunately did not have a good experience with this company, and would NOT recommend anyone use them.

Their website is very poorly written (misspelled Phoenix- twice?) along with all the other grammar & punctuation errors indicates to me since they don't care enough about the quality of their website, my windows wouldn't receive a quality outcome either.

I've had patio door and kitchen window installed. The windows are great. I absolutely love them. The service is terrible! It is very difficult to simply schedule a time for them to come out and install them because they aren't smart enough to schedule through email or leave coherent voicemails. Also  if you do happen to schedule a time it has to be between 8 - 2 on a weekday so be prepared to and take another day off work when they do come out. Why don't they state this when they are selling you the windows. There should be a disclaimer, by the way, good luck simply setting a time to install these windows.

After shopping around for a patio door we stopped at Window World. First we met with Mike Rush the sales man for Window World a very nice gentleman, punctual, friendly and strait to the point, that convinced us the Window World is the way to go. Then a few weeks later we met the Aaron and his crew (Zane, Mike and Eddie). In a few hours we had a new patio door installed by a very nice,  professional, knowledgeable and courteous  young gentlemen. Besides the professional employees they have Window World have great price too. We are very happy with the work done and highly recommend Window World to anybody shopping for new windows or doors.

I am very pleased with my experience with Window World of Phoenix, from the sales representative through the installation of my patio doors.
This company did an excellent job of installation, clean up and customer service.  I had the pleasure of Josh and Gary being my installers.  They were polite, on time, professional, cleaned up THOROUGHLY and had great attitudes.  My patio door looks fantastic!  The product of the door was very good.  I will use Window World again in the future.  Communication from sales rep was excellent as was the communication from the dispatcher.

This was the worst experience. They measured the window in the master wrong and already removed the old window so they filled it with foam and I waited another month. They then called on me to do more business but the original issue still remained. When the new window came they found out the wrong screen was ordered. Meanwhile their billing department was calling me repeatedly telling me I'm past due for a job that isn't even complete.The sales person gave me a line how it was coming out of his pocket for the bad window. He is the one who measured it wrong. I could go on and on but you get the idea. Needless to say I would never do business with them again.

I recently had the same experience in April 2021 as Christopher of Glendale. I emailed them about being a repeat customer expecting a great experience. Unfortunately, they didn't respond quickly. A salesperson (Kurt?) called me to follow up on my email. Then told me that he will call back to schedule. 3 weeks went by! Then a lady called me asking How can we help you, you replied to an email from 2017. She only read my most recent email asking for an update. She told me there was no update to give! She skipped my email detailing what I wanted done! She then started quizzing me if I remember who I talk to. I told her that's a useless exercise. Also, my job as a customer is not to memorize who I spoke to (they should have a computer record for the conversation between a customer and their customer reps!).
I am giving a 2-star because they did an ok job for the work done in 2017 but poor customer experience. I agree, they don't care about loyal customers. I have now decided to shop for other window companies.

We're big fans of Window World.  We used them in San Diego and were really happy.  Called the Phoenix location, got what we felt were good prices for several windows, and placed the order.  They were able to install very quickly.  The installation crew was great.  We love our new windows and can't wait to be able to order more!

We priced several window companies before deciding on Window World. They say that you get what you pay for, and I have found that is usually true. So, you can understand my concern about going with Window World. Window World had the lowest price and the best warranty.

I am pleased to report that Window World delivered on what they said. We replaced 23 windows and their head installer Jesus got is done in 1 day. Jesus and his team did a clean and professional job.

I owned a service business for over 20 years and what makes a business stand out isn't how they do when everything goes right. It's how they handle the problems. We did have a couple of hiccups, but Jesus went above and beyond to make things right.

I was very impressed with the crew that installed the my 15 windows.   Each worker knew their job and worked as a team getting my window in place.   Neat and clean....very impressed.   And, oh yes, the window are perfect.   This is the second time we had windows replaced in our homes

We went with Window World after talking with a couple of companies. They had the best price/product mix that we could find. It took a while to get the windows ordered and scheduled but I guess that is because they are so popular.

They really went above and beyond in their customer service. One of their installers accidentally dripped the foam insulation that fills the cracks between the windows and home. It was an accident but it made for horrible marks on our front walkway. They came out at least 4 times to pressure wash, grind it out and finally helped with a company restoring the walkway. Just absolutely floored that they would go to such lengths. Definitely recommend the company as they keep their word and strive for excellent customer service.

I chose window world for the replacement of my sliding glass door because they're well know and they have a good rating with the BBB. The experience was not the best. They came to measure, and I ordered the door. About eight weeks later, they came to install the door but they had the wrong size door made. So, they had to re-order the door and then come back to install about three more weeks later. I did ask them to give me a discount for the inconvenience, and they agreed. The second time they came to install, I asked if they could call me when they were on their way since they gave me a wide window for installers to show up. They didn't call. Overall I think that the experience was just how I rated three stars. It wasn't great, but wasn't the worst.

Saw an advertisement in House2home magazine for 6 premium windows for $3425.  I need to replace all the windows plus a patio door and kitchen door at a rental property, so I asked my husband to call to schedule a free estimate.  I liked that this is an AZ company and the windows are made here because I like to support AZ companies.  However, the person answering the phone, said she could not schedule an estimate unless I, the homeowner, would be there.  My husband said he could meet the estimator at the property, since I'm too busy, but the lady said I would have to be there.  I got on the phone and asked why I would have to be there if I'm sending a representative and she said she couldn't schedule an appointment if I wasn't going to be there but I could talk to a sales rep.  It always makes me suspicious about a hard sell if I have to be at the property just to get an estimate.  I don't like doing business with companies like this.  I always get a few estimates before deciding who to choose for the job.  Obviously, you don't want the business when making it difficult to get an estimate.  There are many window companies in the Valley, so I will be taking my business for this rental and my other properties elsewhere.

On Saturday April 17 2021 I checked the Window World web site and it clearly stated on Google that they were open till 3 in the afternoon. I drove 45 minutes one way to visit with a sales rep in the sales office at their headquarters.  Upon arrival the doors were locked and the sign posted said they required an appointment.  I spoke to a receptionist who said a sales rep would call me back.  On Monday I received a call.  The sales agent was rude, and basically offered no assistance or a willingness to be of assistance.  I have used Window World in the past for 3 different homes.  I liked both the quality and the price.  In the past 12 months I have sent 3 clients to them based on previous experience.  All three were completely disappointed.  Basically they have gone into hiding it appears.  10 to 14 weeks to get production windows is not acceptable.   Sad that a once good company is no longer worth recommending.

I called for an estimate +when the rep came +realized that I only wanted 3 windows replaced he left without even giving me an estimate.  You aren't worth their time unless you have a big job.  Call American Vision Windows instead!

After searching for a company to replace my windows and doors, I decided to go with WW.
The windows are wonderful quality and have a great warranty.
Pricing was excellent (approx. 20k for 12 singles, 3 specials, 2 patio doors, an entry door, a large bay window AND a large garden window).
There has been an immediate improvement to my homes coolness; all the hotspots are gone!
I visited the showroom in Phoenix. Keith and others provided lots of information to made me feel confident with the purchase.
The installers were fast, professional and work very well as a team. Their foreman (Jay) even gave me some first-rate tips about some projects that I'm working on.
While there were a few ordering mistakes, both the foremen and owner were on top of it. They are in the process of re-ordering the new windows.
Jessica (office assistant) helped with coordinating the installation as well as answering questions that I had.
One critique would be their salesman (Tracy). While he made my wife and I comfortable with the initial presentation and contracting, he immediately went AWOL after the contract was signed. We feel the whole experience would have been enhanced if he would have given us periodic updates and called during the installation to insure we were happy with the progress.

I called last Tuesday to make an appointment to get an estimate for 15 new windows. I guess my business didn't matter to them. I had my appointment at 5:30pm today (a week later)and the sales person didn't show up. I knew it was a bad idea to cancel my evening and get off work early since they said they were going to call me an email me with confirmation. I didn't call them because I wanted to see the type of company it was especially if they were going to do my windows. If this was a missed estimate... I can only imagine the hassle it would have been if I actually needed warranty from here. Thank you I'll take my business elsewhere.

My salesman really enjoyed telling what I wanted, regardless of my opinion.  I was wavering on grids in a patio door, when salesman decided I didn't want them.  2 days later, I contacted them and it was a huge hassle to change order, despite the fact they would not be made for 6 weeks.  During installation, I found out that there were different types of grids available.  Yup, I got the ugliest and cheapest ones without being given a choice (apparently there are several choices available).

The replacement patio door ended up leaving a strip of bare sub floor between the door frame and carpet.  Now, I need to find someone to put in a patch.  The door opens most of the way, before getting caught and rubbing on carpet.  At least I don't need a door stop - just my carpet.  Wish salesman had mentioned that I might want to replace the lock.  I didn't think of it, and now have a new door with 20 year old handle and lock.

The living room had 2 floor to almost ceiling non-opening windows.  Salesman did not want to waste time telling me prices of options.  Sadly, I depended on his expert opinion.  I have 2 windows attached together for each large single side replacement.  They can open at top or bottom.  There is one window  screen (covers 1/2 of the full length of the opening), which can be placed top OR bottom.  Due to thickness of safety glass, every time the window is opened, the screen is dragged and must be re-adjusted.  If not adjusted, the screen is stuck between the upper and lower parts of the window.  Hello bugs!  Since these are windows, rain accumulates on the outside at the bottom where the window lip is.

Salesman also  informed me that my prior custom window screens would not fit any longer but I would not need them.  Due to 2 windows in upper part of vaulted ceiling, I got to order new ones to keep from being blinded by the sun in the AM.  Thanks - more money.  

The frames are large and the window portion reduced.  My upstairs shower window glass is now about 2/3 of the size.  Yup, salesman decided I did not want the frosted glass and was unable to change order 2 days after placing it.

During installation, some supervisor came walking through my home, reprimanding employee.  It was quite unpleasant and he ignored my statements that employee was doing a good job.  Perhaps this gentleman should take some management training so he could understand that employee matters are private and not to be done in front of customers.  He was a very unwelcome addition to the process.  My home is not his office.   In simple words, he behaved like a jerk.

Would not recommend.  I will feel resentful during the process of paying off the $10,000.  On the plus side, the sliding patio door in bedroom is wonderful.  Screen latch questionable.  The majority of other windows are nice, with easy to operative locks.

I had them put windows in my home and our rental house. The windows are good quality, and amassed how much noise they keep out, good job. Lee the sales guy did a really good job keeping us informed and on schedule.

We had our kitchen window, bathroom window, front door, and bedroom windows replaced - they did OK but the foreman was a fan of yelling f-bombs at his workers. They were pretty messy and I still need to touch up paint and get my front steps repaired from where they ripped out the threshold for the front door and they ripped of the concrete. We have more windows to replace but I think we might shop around and see what the other places have to offer. For what we paid I expected a better result.

It was easy to schedule an appointment over the phone. Aaron AJ was the sales person that came out to my property to take measurements and provide me with a quote. I was impressed about how well he knew the product and was able to answer all my questions. AJ was not a pushy salesman, he even came back out to the property a few days later to show my partner the product one more time before we made our final decision on 6/29/18.
AJ event took the time to mail us a hand written thank you note about 2 weeks after signing the contract. (Not everyone takes the time to do this).
Our windows would be produced and would be ready in 8-10 weeks. On 9/5/18 our windows were installed by two installers Mr. Carter and ? who were extremely efficient, they placed a blanket on the floor and vacuumed the area.  
I had no idea AJ would show up while the installation was going on to make sure I was happy with the results! #BestsalesmanEver!
After the installation I inspected the windows and was pleased with the results.

My neighbor Frank across the street came over after the installers left and admired my windows I even walked him though the inside of my house so that he could see the great job they did! He will be reaching out to AJ soon to get a quote on installing 2 windows in his property.

My experience with Window World was a wonderful one and I couldn't be happier with my new windows the price was reasonable!

I did shop another company American Vision Windows who quoted me 2X the cost for the same UP package not to mention the super pushy and aggressive salesman that came out to our property!

We had to replace our sliding patio door. We met with a couple of other companies that were overpriced. Meeting with Ryan from Window World was a breath of fresh air! He was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Installation crew were also friendly and super clean. When it's time to replace windows or doors we'll be giving Ryan a call again!

Absolutely anyone and everyone that is looking for new window installation really needs to give Window World a call. They were referred to me from another real estate agent and so we called them. Remarkably Window World's estimate was about half the price of Home Depot. Today they finished their installation of our home, all of our windows, and I cannot say enough good things about them. AJ was the representative and he is wonderful. The installers came out and spent the entire day and they were very courteous very clean and very organized. They did a remarkable job! These guys are five Star all the way!

Jesu's and his team were amazing!  They were here nearly 10 hours and installed 26 new windows and 3 sliding glass doors!  They were very tidy, cleaned up whatever mess they made. We absolutely love our new windows and would highly recommend this company!

This is an honest company. The gentleman that I met with was so kind and very thorough. The crew that did all the replacements were all respectful and courteous. They showed up when they said they would cleaned up fantastically.. just a great company! More than $11,000 less than the competitors bid!

First of all, I have to say that everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable, friendly and great to work with.  The prices were fair.  I did a lot pf pricing comparison and found that Window World was a great price.  The windows are beautiful and open and close seamlessly.   The issue I have is with the color of the window panes.  I had blue/green tinted windows in my last home which was a new build and so I thought I knew what I was getting.  These windows were installed and the entire interior of my home changed.  I no longer have that beautiful golden light pouring into my home.  The color is so blue that my husband refers to our living room as the aquarium.  I actually had to repaint the main parts of the house because our linen colored walls turned teal.  Overall, great company and wonderful employees but if you enjoy beautiful light streaming in through your windows, you might want to look around a bit.

Just had my windows and sliding door replaced.  Great job, showed up on time, good value.  Nice looking product.  My house is quieter and the windows and door do not leak air and water like the old ones.  Mike our sales rep who also measured the windows knew the product well and all of the rules of working in our subdivision.  He made sure the necessary paper work was filed with the HOA. Cant say enough about our installation team headed by Matt and his co-workers Kenny and Devon.  Very nice guys, who knew what they were doing and extremely customer focused.  They went over and above to  make me a happy customer.  So far could not be happier with my new windows and the installation process

Great windows and a fabulous lifetime warranty!  The warranty sounds too good to be true, but it is the best warranty ever!  Replacement windows for any reason at all. The only downside is you actually have to take the screen to them if it needs repair but they do come out for the windows if they need repair.

The experience was very smooth, from the salesman coming out to show me the product to the installation. The installation guys were great and very hardworking.

Good service and great price, lifetime warranty and transferable to new homeowner. One of the windows had a small paint on it and they replace it free (it was the biggest window we have and they let us keep the replaced window...just in case), then one the screens came off I went to their office to get it fixed for faster service, it took 10 minutes. It has been over 3 years since we replaced our windows, so far so good.

We had part of our windows replaced a couple years ago and today they are installing windows in the rest of our house. Love the new windows but I really want to praise the installers. These guys are professional, polite and courteous not just to me the home owner but to each other. I would recommend Window World to anyone who needs their services.

called for price on 6 windows installed, the salesman called back gave ask me the size of the biggest window, then gave me a quote 0f $3500 and I ask how can you give a quote without knowing the sizes and he said they charge the price of the biggest for all of the smaller ones too. how f-ing stupid is that, so if you want to throw your money away please call them and they will take it. just plain stupid !!!!!!!!!!!!!

People were professional and worked in a timely manner.  They left the my home clean of debris and all of the windows look great!  The only issue I have is that I was told I could re-attach my cellular screens (block out heat) and that is not true.  The window is smaller because the frame is larger so the screens don't fit.

We've been upgrading our windows bit by bit over the last year and interviewed/had quotes from 3 companies before we started. We ultimately chose Window World and their representative Ryan because there was literally zero hard sell and the price was by far the best value. We didn't call them back for about 6 months after the initial quote as we saved for the purchase but he remembered me when I called and has been consistently courteous and professional. The windows are beautiful and I've definitely felt the difference in temperature within the house. The install team, Arturo and his father, were amazing, hard workers, friendly, considerate and great with my kids who were DEFINITELY in their way (3 boys!). In short, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for price, quality, professionalism and their great communication.. when I texted a question Ryan would call or text back almost instantly. It's obvious they value their customers and I'm happy to recommend them.

The Phoenix franchise of Window World has to be one of the few old-fashioned companies left who truly believe in customer service.

We had seven windows installed in August, and even though the installation itself went smoothly and the windows looked great, my new inside-mount blinds would not fit.  I live in an older brick house that had casement windows and a sloped outside window sill, as well as tile on the inside of the windows that was pretty fragile.  After writing a rather terse letter to the company, the installation manager called and arranged a meeting.  Not only did he show up, but the salesman, the installation supervisor who was on-site, and the owner of the company came as well.   They all brainstormed and came up with a solution to my problem.    Shortly thereafter, the installation crew was back again, removing and reinstalling the windows.  They did so without breaking any of the plaster, brick, or tile.  

In this age where it seems you have to fight for everything, this turned out to be a pleasant surprise.   I will call them again when I am ready to order the other windows for my house, and will certainly recommend them to others.

Fantastic from start to finish. The Sales rep made an excellent presentation. The price was good for all new windows and a 110 door wall. The installers showed up on time. The lead installer really knew his stuff. He knew how our condo was constructed and what to expect at each step of the process. They were both friendly and polite. And the lead installer went out of his way to make sure every little detail was perfect.

I got three different quotes for seven windows and my patio door, and Window World was, as they say, Simply the best for less.. They called before the timeframe of 6-8 weeks before they'd be ready and scheduled me in less than a week later. It took a bit longer than anticipated. Two people came and one seemed to be the installer, and the other a helper. The helper I think got fired while on the job here, and then someone else came to help finish the job. They did a great job and were super friendly. The guy had to come back the next day to bring a part that they didn't have in prior to coming out & also readjusted a window lock for me that wasn't locking correctly. I got a letter about 1-2 months later that the incorrect patio glass was installed and I could get refund or have the correct one installed. I opted for the refund, then received a call that I received that letter in error and it was my bathroom window glass that I would be refunded for, not the patio, which was fine. I super appreciated the honesty and friendliness and would go with them again when I buy my next home and need new windows! I gave 4 out of 5 only because of the slight errors that happened. Otherwise I am a happy customer and would refer them!

Tim and his assistant knocked ot outa the park they got all 10 windows and my Arcadia door done in one day and I have a house built in the 40's so not the easiest to work with. They worked from 8am to almost 7pm straight. I would deff use them and recommend them

I had 10 windows installed in 2007.  They are inexpensive, professional,   and the windows came with a lifetime warranty.

Boy, shopping for windows was an education back then--I actually had one company (whos name I cannot remember-dang it!) send out a rep that was high on drugs.  So when I met the people from Window World,  I was so excited to be dealing with professionals!

The ordering process was so easy I was actually a little bit worried.

We needed a new front door and custom sliding door. We hired Window World to complete our project and they did an amazing job! Their price was great, but their service was even better! It is a night and day difference between our old doors and the new and we are so grateful! Thank you!!

I will start by saying the beginning experience was good. Dennis came over and gave us an assessment and estimate.  He explained all of the features of the windows and seemed to have great expertise. He said they would call me within eight weeks to schedule my appointment. The nice thing is that they called me twice to confirm my day of installation. The one small snag was that shortly before my appointment time they called me to say one of the installers was not feeling well and we might have to postpone it a couple of days. The reason for my stellar review and five stars is because the manager immediately jumped in and found a way to make the job happen as originally scheduled. He personally came over along with a couple of amazing guys, specifically Phil and Aaron. Between the three of them they got this job done so quickly and so beautifully I could not have asked for more. I wanted a stainless Nickle handle and when they accidentally installed a white handle they immediately corrected it flawlessly. I am so happy with the results and especially the professionalism of the manager and Phil and Aaron. Thanks guys!

My experience with Window World was Great! They were very prompted, professional and Cost Effective. I absolutely love my New French Rail Patio Door. I was surprised by the tremendous noise decrease. I was mostly impressed by Lee and his knowledge of the product,   warranty and the over all process. My windows are NEXT! Thank you Window World of Phoenix!.

Been over a year since I got my doors and windows replaced by this company. The whole experience was great. From the sales rep to the installers. The windows and doors still look and work great. I'm saving a $100 A month on my electric bill as well. Would definitely recommend this company. And the price was $30000 cheaper then the other company I got a quote from.

Absolutely awesome!!!!  From sales to installation.  The install crew was the best we have ever seen and we've been around a long time and had a lot done over the years.  They were absolute perfectionists and went above and beyond to make certain the job was as easy on us as possible.  I would give 6 stars to these folks!  The product is fantastic and our home is staying so well sealed now A/C/ is running much less often and the inside of our home is very quiet...we live close to a busy street and can't hear the traffic anymore!

If I could give more stars I would.  Bought their windows about 3 years ago and thought I got a pretty good deal.  They came out when they were supposed to do, they worked all day and clean up the mess.  Never thought I would have to call them again.  I had one issue with one window I bought 10 windows three of the windows special size not normal.  Well after 3 yrs had a problem a leak.  I had Keith come out to check out the problem.  Then I had the owner Jim I was thinking the worse but Jim said we will fix the problem no matter what.  Again I was thinking the worse (They going to screw me over)  Well needless to say they stood by their guarantee I even had Jim (the owner) in my shower fixing my window along with his helper (sorry I forgot his name.)  Again if I could give more stars I would.  Very refreshing they stand by not only their windows but the installation.  Before I forget the ladies in the office taking my calls awesome job ladies had fun talking to you all.  Jim Max my dog mises you

I recieved a quote from Window World a couple years ago  however unfortunately something came up and I wasn't able to purchase them at that time. Fast forward to now. I call back and have them come back out. My quote went up 2000 dollars! I was told they just increased prices. The sales representative told me  he would look for my previous quote and call me back.  He never did and I had to continue to reach out to him several times throughout the week.  During this time I was able to gather enough money to cover all but 300 dollars. I am offering several thousand dollars including the $2000 increase that was added from last quote and they refused to work with me with the $300. Their labor was more than other recent quotes and they charge a disposal fee that hasn't been added with other quotes I have received. There refusal to work with me and the fact that my salesman never returned my calls left me feeling like a number and not valued as a potential new customer. Really bad experience.

We had our whole house done. Richard the installer and his crew were great! They were fast and very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable! The windows look beautiful! BUT the only thing I wasn't happy about !!! The sales person never mentioned to us that our inside mount blinds may NOT FIT again after the windows were put in. I thinks that if that is a possibility it should be pointed out before you buy!! I have these type of blinds through out my whole house.

My neighbors and I have both used Window World for our whole house. My husband and I replaced 6 windows and the back sliding glass door. The crew was on time, very friendly, and very fast. The house is noticeably quieter and cooler with our upgraded windows. My neighbors and my family all agree that they did a great job for a great price. I would highly recommend this company for window and/or door replacement.  Last November, we had them install dual pane windows with Lo-e and they have really help this summer in keeping the cool air from our A/C in and the hot sun out.  The pricing was fair and the warranty is excellent.

Two weeks ago we had our patio door replaced by them and they did a fantastic job.  The sales rep called afterwards to make sure that eveything went as planned and their customer service department called a week after the installation to make sure that we were happy with the door and the work.

The absolute best deal I could find on windows, and beat the competitor prices by almost 2k. Installed them at the beginning of summer, definitely like the noise reduction and seems to keep the house cooler. They installed them fast and were very cordial. Do not see any decrease on our electric bill though, actually a slight increase. However to be fair, I'm keeping the house 2 degrees cooler than last year as well. Trust me, if anything happens to the windows and I need to use the service plan, I'll write in how that experience goes.

Nice and quiet in the house now! Can't wait to see how they do on a nice hot day versus my old single pane windows!

I had used Window World for a house I owned in 2009 with great results. I recently sold that house and moved into a new one (early 2016) that needed new windows and went with Window World since I had a nice experience with them previously. Ugh, big mistake. The actual windows themselves are fine, but the service was so horrible it would have been comical if I didn't have to deal with the results and the continual follow up in an attempt to fix my issues. First off the sales person made a mistake on the order and I ended up with only one privacy frosted window when I actually ordered two privacy frosted windows. I tried to remedy this issue, but really I didn't want them to remove the clear window and install a frosted window because they had caused property damage with other windows and I didn't want to risk more damage. Also the company refused to acknowledge the mistake, they explained to me how I had changed my mind or maybe my husband changed the order (I'm not married, I was the only one dealing with the company, and my name was the only name on the documents). I also didn't want to wait another 7 weeks to have a new window manufactured and invite not so great characters into my home for yet another uncomfortable installation. There were two guys that came to remove/install the windows, one guy was okay but missing most of the day because he was at home improvement stores looking for tiles to replace the ones that were broken when removing my old patio door to install the new one. The other guy was swearing and yelling and just generally making comments about how unhappy he was about doing this work - how uncomfortable and potentially dangerous! When I brought this up to manager he said that he knows the guys on my job and they never use that kind of language, but he's not saying he doesn't believe me. Sure. I'm not even sure they know who they send out on the jobs anyway because my form had whiteout over the installer's name with a name written over it, but that name wasn't the name of either of the guys that were there! As soon as they had left after the installation I knew I would need to call someone to come back because the caulking was done in a rush and had huge gaps that should have been filled. I didn't feel comfortable bringing it up at the time because the one guy seemed so angry and potentially dangerous. When I called and asked for someone different to be sent out to re-do the caulking (and air my other complaints), they did not seem to think any of my issues were valid, did not provide me with solutions, and they sent the same guy from the installation. Even the second time around the guy still missed spots in the caulking and was in an incredible hurry. It's hard to get anything done when the company just doesn't want to acknowledge any issues. Hopefully I don't have to use the life-time warranty for any reason, I can only imagine they fight I'd have to go through to get warranty service.    tl;dr windows are nice, service sucks. Use a different company.
