Before I get to the sales part of the review, let me say you need to hope you get Job Morales and Robert Alvarado as installers! I was told between 7-8am for install, and they were here right at 7 and got started right away. I had 9 windows and a sliding patio door to do, and they finished by 2pm. They covered everything to prevent dirt and dust from settling on it, and cleaned up after themselves as they went from room to room, and cleaned each window as they finished it. They kept me advised on time updates and considered my family as they went. They were efficient and very professional! Fantastic job guys! Thank you!
As far as the sales side, Elias did a fantastic job recommending the right windows for our house, as we had an issue with heat transfer from the sun (even with sun screens) as well as noise from the street. The house is already quieter, and even though it's 97 currently, my air conditioner isn't running and the house is cooler. . Normally it's running almost nonstop. Also, Job suggested waiting 24 hours for the caulk to set up before I put the shades back up, so I don't have the shades blocking the sun right now, and it's still cooler!
We had a bit of a hiccup on which windows I actually ordered ( let Google be your friend) but Elias got it straightened out right away. Also, make sure when they come out to do the measure, you let him know what you're expecting so if there is a hiccup, they can fix it before the order is actually placed.
Do I recommend American Vision Windows? Absolutely! And they do more than windows and doors. I'm considering their painting service as well ( last time my house will ever need to be painted ). Are they the cheapest guys out there? No, but I've seen cheaper windows, and the Anlin windows that were installed are some of the best out there, and certainly the best for the Phoenix area, with a true Double Lifetime warranty ( us and the next homeowner should we ever sell ).

We could not be happier with SR Glass! We had three windows replaced and a sliding glass door fixed that did not want to slide. Angel was our installer and he was very professional and courteous. He did and exceptional job. When he left my husband made the comment you need to let the company know what a good job Angel does. There was no muss, no fuss, just a job well done.

OUTSTANDING!! Had a 20 year old large picture window replaced a couple years ago by another company that did a terrible job. Needed another replaced and was determined to find a great company. Southwest was it. Steve and Mike did an excellent job of replacing the broken window (with a new frame) then cleaned up spotlessly. Southwest is honest, ethical, reasonably priced, licensed, bonded, insured, and have a special certificate given to only 5% of contractors in the country.  Very highly recommended.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

Efficient Home Pros came out on a weekend with short notice to fix our main door.  Robert was in and out quickly and the door works great after he was finished!  Thank You!

Fantastic Window Company !!!  We loved our Milgard Replacement Windows we had installed in our previous home and knew we had to replace the existing ones in the new home we purchased a year ago.  It seemed like fate when we received a flyer from Tracer Windows inside that huge envelope of business offers you get in the mail every so often.  Tracer was having a Sale/Promotion at a substantial discount.  I thought I would get an estimate from Tracer and from K & J Windows who did our old house and see who could give us the best deal.  Tracer obviously won the biding contest.  Now the question was could they match the craftsmanship of K & J Windows.  The answer is Yes.  Tracers installers were equally gifted.  We are absolutely pleased with the quality and performance of these Windows.  These Fiberglass ones are a step up from the vinyl ones we had in our old house and we immediately noticed a marked decrease in how often our air conditioning comes on and the duration it runs.  Super impressed with the noticeable reduction in felt heat coming in through the Windows.  Once again very pleased with our Milgard Windows and we didn't have to have a second Mortgage to get them like the other company that everyone knows is 5-10 times more expensive.  If your looking for great quality Windows at substantial saving call Tracer Window Company, you won't be disappointed.

exceptional service, attention to detail, picky about their work, clean,great communication, so...yea i would recommend these folks..BTW, i have a friend that owns a glass company in WA that does mostly custom houses. so i know the business a little more than most...thanks bill and team..will be back

Super happy with my experience with LJ Neal and Sons.  I got many quotes from different window companies but was happy with their price and communication. The installation itself was seamless and my new Pella windows look amazing. Very happy with my experience and highly recommend to anyone looking to replace their windows.

These guys are great!!!! Some how, a pane of glass broke in my duel pane sliding glass door. I was referred by a friend who's used them in the past. They gave me a quote within 24 hours. I also got quotes from about 4 other companies on Yelp. Most of them quoted me around $300 more. So, I went with this company, saved me a lot of money. Jane, in the office was great with putting up with all my phone calls & questions. They have definitely won a customer for life!

So the juries out for me. Ordered 15 windows and 1 slider about 2 months ago. Was scheduled to begin April 3rd. They emailed to say they were short staffed and needed to reschedule for April 10th. Then they rescheduled for April 12th. The 5 man crew came out on the 12th and said they couldn't make it the 13th because they had to work on another job. They came the 14th and said they would be back Monday the 17th but 2 of the crew had to work on another job. AND the kicker to it all is, once they get done, they contract with a guy to do stucco repair and cannot give me his schedule.

$25,000 and this is the way I'm treated?? Crew is great but there is very little communication from sales (who told me he had no idea this was happening) or scheduling. I'm told they'll figure it out and let me know but I haven't heard anything from anyone and my house is in disarray because I've had to move stuff. I've missed work and had to reschedule dog care multiple times.  Will update if the job ever gets done. Would not recommend this company!

Had bobby install a new sliding glass door and window in our condo. We couldn't be happier. Great installation and prompt service. Would recommend them for installing windows in Arizona or rocky point mexico.

They installed my frame less shower enclosure without any headaches and the process went smooth, the only minor downside was no one called to set my install appointment when the glass was in stock, I had to call and then found out my glass had been in stock for a few days.  It would have been nice to be notified and possibly had the shower glass installed a little sooner but this certainly wouldn't prevent me from calling them again in the future,

Our master bedroom exterior door was recently hit by a rock which broke the outer glass pane.  This is a nine foot door with a frame around the edges and all glass in the middle.  We preferred to deal with someone local and my wife found Jackson Glass in New River.  Jason came over the same day my wife called and discussed various options with us including buying a new door.  Since this door is the same as our exterior great room door we wanted them both to look the same.  The major problem is that the doors are fiberglass.  Most folks wouldn't even attempt to replace the glass on a door like this, but Jason said he had done a handful of similar doors and would take a crack at ours as well.  He gave us an estimate and we decided to have him repair it. During this phase Jason never pressured us to choose a particular option or even to hire him for the job.

Prior to coming out to perform the repair Jason called my wife to let her know he would actually be able to complete the repair for about 20% less than his estimate.  This was after we'd already agreed to have him do the job at the price he originally quoted.  How often do you ever here of a business owner coming in under an estimate like this?!

On the day of the repair Jason showed up a few minutes early and quickly started the repair.  He was very meticulous throughout and when he was finished you could barely tell the door had been touched.  The new glass looks great and where he sealed it looks very clean and professionally done.  I found out from Jason as we chatted that he can do virtually any type of glass repair including those uniquely designed panes in vanity mirrors and curio cabinets.

When Jason was finished he thoroughly cleaned up all areas where he had performed work (something you don't always see nowadays). My wife and I are thoroughly pleased with the way the door looks and will certainly call on Jason for any future glass needs.  He is extremely professional and personable and an honest business owner.  I would highly recommend him without hesitation.  I'm hoping we won't be breaking any more glass, but if we do it's reassuring to know Jason is just a phone call away.

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on

After going through Home Adviser and requesting companies for a bath remodel, the scheduler from a company called Bath Planet (which I later discovered is evidently also Reliant Capitol) called me and wanted to schedule an appointment, but they would not make that appointment if my husband was not going to be present. I explained this was my project and I would be making the ultimate decision and payment, and it would be inconvenient for him to arrange his work schedule to be here. She still refused to make an appointment for only me. I told her I would call her back if I decided to schedule an appointment. The next day Stacy from Bath Planet called and wanted to confirm our appointment for Friday at 7:30 pm. I told her I had not made that appointment, that my husband did not need to be there, it was ultimately my decision, and that I found it insulting that they would not make an appointment with just me. Stacy went through a long explanation that it would it be a waste of company money to have to keep going back and forth to answer both my and my husband's questions. I thanked her, told her we would not be using Bath Planet, and hung up. Then I called Reliant Capitol to confirm the appointment I had previously made through Home Advisor, and surprisingly this same Stacy from Bath Planet got on the phone and said they were both Reliant Capitol and Bath Planet and was quite rude, said I hung up on her. I have no idea what kind of job they do, but I will not hire a company that does not respect their customers' ability to make decisions, are very rude, and misrepresent themselves.

I'm not sure if this is a HD issue or an LG issue.  Our LG washer has pooled water inside the drum ever since we got it, causing a very foul odor.  After numerous telephone calls and even going to HD, NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED.  Recap, and I quote what LG repair said:  Not even Jesus Christ would get a new washer because of odor; or There is no water in it now; or my favorite We don't fix odor problems.  This is ridiculous.  NEVER, EVER buy a LG product from HD.  They point the finger at each other stating it's not their problem. Well, the problem is we have a defective washing machine that has standing water in it and smells like sewer.  I have spent hours upon hours either on the phone with both of them, and even going to HD and speaking with the store manager to no avail.  HD told me if it was up to them, they would just give me a new washer, but LG will not.  Since i bought it from HD, i fell they are responsible but refuse to accommodate by giving us a new washer.  Needless to say, after numerous, painstaking hours on the phone, I  strongly urge you to shop elsewhere for a washing machine.
