From start to finish everybody we came in contact with was nice, knew their stuff and did exactly what they said they would. It is hard to believe that a contractor would take care of all their customers this way, but with all of the positive reviews one can see that they do in fact take care of all their customers this way. They called when they said they would and followed through on their promises. The installation was quick, professional and clean.

Locally made product, great fit and finish on my security door. Any money you think you may save at a big box store will long be forgotten when the project is done correctly by the full time employees of American Vision. No subcontractors were used on our job, with workers comp insurance and all. No sub-contractors to track down if there is any service work down the road. Which I don't expect there to be any. American Vision stands behind their products and installation.

We could not be happier with SR Glass! We had three windows replaced and a sliding glass door fixed that did not want to slide. Angel was our installer and he was very professional and courteous. He did and exceptional job. When he left my husband made the comment you need to let the company know what a good job Angel does. There was no muss, no fuss, just a job well done.

Not all the plugs were not included with the door and I have not been able to get the plugs. I do not feel the door is completely installed though it has been completely paid for.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

Joe came out to fix my in-laws' door after an emergency situation where the door got busted. He very promptly assessed and helped me to navigate the process (call insurance, door choices etc) of repair. He was diligent, professional, efficient and kind. I absolutely would recommend him for future home needs.

Fantastic Window Company !!!  We loved our Milgard Replacement Windows we had installed in our previous home and knew we had to replace the existing ones in the new home we purchased a year ago.  It seemed like fate when we received a flyer from Tracer Windows inside that huge envelope of business offers you get in the mail every so often.  Tracer was having a Sale/Promotion at a substantial discount.  I thought I would get an estimate from Tracer and from K & J Windows who did our old house and see who could give us the best deal.  Tracer obviously won the biding contest.  Now the question was could they match the craftsmanship of K & J Windows.  The answer is Yes.  Tracers installers were equally gifted.  We are absolutely pleased with the quality and performance of these Windows.  These Fiberglass ones are a step up from the vinyl ones we had in our old house and we immediately noticed a marked decrease in how often our air conditioning comes on and the duration it runs.  Super impressed with the noticeable reduction in felt heat coming in through the Windows.  Once again very pleased with our Milgard Windows and we didn't have to have a second Mortgage to get them like the other company that everyone knows is 5-10 times more expensive.  If your looking for great quality Windows at substantial saving call Tracer Window Company, you won't be disappointed.

Super happy with my experience with LJ Neal and Sons.  I got many quotes from different window companies but was happy with their price and communication. The installation itself was seamless and my new Pella windows look amazing. Very happy with my experience and highly recommend to anyone looking to replace their windows.

A few weeks ago Century installed new windows all around our house. They arrived when they said they would, did a beautiful job, were polite, neat, and very professional. We love the new windows. We wanted an installer for the new sliding patio door so we called them again, and the job was just finished this afternoon. Stephen did a wonderful job and the door looks just as good as we hoped it would. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend them.

Prescott Window and Door saved our remodel project!  We recently moved to Prescott and decided to remodel our master bathroom. Our remodel contractor quickly discovered extensive wood rot and termites and told us that because of the wood rot that the wall might need to be replaced.  

Our remodel contractor couldn't help with the repairs that were needed so we were referred to Rick Lewis and Prescott Window and Door.  We had an entire wall that had to be removed to fix the wood rot.  Prescott Window and Door made the repairs immediately so our remodel could continue uninterrupted.  The job was led by Scott Ramicone who has decades of experience. Scott kept us posted about what we could expect and what needed to be done. All of Rick's employees are highly skilled and provided us with excellent service. Our new windows are fantastic!  We were so happy with the quality of our new windows that we decided to replace all of the windows in our house.  One of the rooms used to get so hot that we couldn't open the blinds in the afternoon because of the intense sun and heat.  Our new windows keep most of the heat out of our house so we are now able to open the blinds all day long even in the room that was exposed to the afternoon sun.

Excellent customer service!!!  From beginning to end, this has been a smooth and simple process!  They called me to remind me of appointments.  When I requested text messages, they did just that!

And the fees were very reasonable!!!  

Tim is a great guy and worked to do ONLY what was needed.  He didn't attempt to up-sell me anything!  He assessed the issues and repaired them quickly at a price that was very reasonable.

They installed my frame less shower enclosure without any headaches and the process went smooth, the only minor downside was no one called to set my install appointment when the glass was in stock, I had to call and then found out my glass had been in stock for a few days.  It would have been nice to be notified and possibly had the shower glass installed a little sooner but this certainly wouldn't prevent me from calling them again in the future,

I would give Jason a high 10+ if it was available!!! We are very very happy with his work. He calls and lets you know about when he will arrive. The glass that needed to be repaired was double pained. I called around and glass shops wanted $500-$1200 to replace the entire frame and windows!!! No way. I searched some more and gave The Jackson Glass a call. I received a call back in just a few minutes.

He said that he could replace the one broken glass. To replace the entire framing and windows were not needed. He also gave me a less expensive quote. We are both Seniors and noway could we have afforded $500-$1200 elsewhere.  

Jason is very meticulous as Joseph D. stated in his review. We were very impressed. So much so; that I ordered some screens and had others re-screened.

Don't go anywhere else!!! Call the number and you will be happy you did!

Just got a call from this outfit claiming their name is Reliant Capitol and it is. Plus many other names.  Not sure about their work but don't care for their marketing techniques.  We are also on the Do Not Call list and they showed up as unlisted.  

Folks if you want to earn my business, please be more honest.

I'm not sure if this is a HD issue or an LG issue.  Our LG washer has pooled water inside the drum ever since we got it, causing a very foul odor.  After numerous telephone calls and even going to HD, NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED.  Recap, and I quote what LG repair said:  Not even Jesus Christ would get a new washer because of odor; or There is no water in it now; or my favorite We don't fix odor problems.  This is ridiculous.  NEVER, EVER buy a LG product from HD.  They point the finger at each other stating it's not their problem. Well, the problem is we have a defective washing machine that has standing water in it and smells like sewer.  I have spent hours upon hours either on the phone with both of them, and even going to HD and speaking with the store manager to no avail.  HD told me if it was up to them, they would just give me a new washer, but LG will not.  Since i bought it from HD, i fell they are responsible but refuse to accommodate by giving us a new washer.  Needless to say, after numerous, painstaking hours on the phone, I  strongly urge you to shop elsewhere for a washing machine.
