We had several window companies make presentations to replace 28 windows and three sliding doors in our house. We were still undecided when we received a call from Jake, the owner of Modern Resolution. He answered some questions we had from his sales rep's presentation and decided it would be best for him to see our house to respond to a couple of concerns we had.

We did research and found that the Anlin windows he proposed were highly rated. Jake gave us a good price and we signed a contract. We had a very short delay in getting our windows installed due to the end of the year holidays.

The install went well. It was very impressive how hard the installers worked. They were on time every day and were very careful of not damaging anything in our home, including the floor.

Per Jake's recommendation, we had a combination of retrofit and new windows installed. The new windows required chopping out some stucco. After those windows were installed, new stucco was put on immediately. Modern Resolution had a great employee named Luis paint all of the new stucco. That was one of the reasons we went with Modern Resolution as most other window companies we spoke with said we were responsible for any painting required after the install.

We had a couple of small issues, such as a bathroom screen missing. (it was found in the warehouse behind a box) but Jake always took care of those in a timely fashion. We were shocked how much outside noise was reduced by our new windows and sliders along with the utility savings!

Also, it was surprising how nice the windows looked from the inside. If we would have known what a great job we would get from Modern Resolution, we would have replaced our windows much sooner! Thank you, Jake!

I needed some doors replaced after a tenant kicked down a few of them at a rental. After calling around to multiple door stores I discovered that most door stores are unwilling to do the mill work on the doors and that it would take weeks to get the doors in. I called A thru z doors and was immediately impressed by the owner. He told me he could do the mill work for me as well no problem. In less then a week I had the new doors with the correct milling done. I'd definitely recommend going here. He also does locks and safes among other hardware things.

Chuck is the best! Not only did he show up and give me a very competitive price on screens for two of my rental properties, he was very professional and was able to get the job done ahead of schedule on both properties! My wife and I were going to buy a big box store front door, and we decided to get a second opinion if you will before buying.  Michelle was awesome and explained why for a small amount more than what we were paying, we could get a fiberglass door through them, instead of the steel door which as I have now learned would've become a heat conductor in our home.  Michelle came out and took measurements, explained best quality for a west facing door to avoid heat, showed us the types of styles available, and asked us to review our options and let us know to call when we'd picked our door.  No high pressure sales tactics just honesty and explanation.  We decided on a door and style shortly after, called Michelle with our choice, and the next day they had another measurement taken by another individual, just to verify 100% before ordering the door which I think is an awesome practice considering how many times I've had to wait on a contractor who ordered the wrong size by mistake and delayed the project.  When the door came in Michelle called me and scheduled an installation at my earliest availability which was also awesome.  Then the installation.  I cannot say enough or speak highly enough of Chris.  As a self admitted clean freak with OCD, I was a bit nervous thinking of a 8 foot hole in my home mixed with sawdust, woodchips and who knows what else.  Unprovoked, Chris set up a fan blowing out the entryway and after every step of the installation, stopped and swept the entire work area.  By far the most clean and organized construction and installation I've ever seen.  The door, looks amazing.  It's perfect, as expected they built out the frame and entry to fit exactly like we wanted, and matched the frame to the flooring so there is no gap from where the old door hugged the flooring.  When all was said and done, we actually saved money because the door, installation, and additional framework all out the door was less that just the door and 1/4 of the installation cost of the big box store, and we got a much better product.  I wish I could rate them higher than 5 Stars, I would recommend QuadCity to anyone and everyone in the valley who is thinking of replacing their doors.

We had to replace our existing skylights. Had several quotes from various companies. Mitch came buy with a quote that was within reason and comparable to the others. What separated  Mitch, and overnight skylight, from the others was his enthusiasm, commitment, and passion for what he was doing and talking about. Not going to lie, I had my reservations considering they were relatively new company with a new license. I voiced these concerns to Mitch and he understand yet was committed to starting his business off on the right foot. In today's world it's important to give a new business the opportunity to build a positive reputation and that is exactly what they've started doing. Mitch and his partner (Who, I might add, is a 3rd generation, glass person), do it right! No issues, on time, excellent work and they stand behind their work and the product they install. I would lightly recommend overnight skylight and the team.

Stay away from Apache Glass....I would give these guys negative stars if possible.  They are receptive when they want to sell you a $3,000 shower enclosure...but not so much if you need it fixed.  They have the worst customer service....You might want to tape what comes out of their mouth so you can play it back at a later time...Be warned.

They may be a great company, but when you ignore a no soliciting sign, knock on someone's door, and are asked what your company does, just answer the question. Dustin was asked three times what his company did and three times he talked around the answer. When I became annoyed he called me an embarrassment and disrespectful.

Never trust a company who can't answer a simple question about what they do.

Hired them to fix my sliding glass door. They came to replace the grate but realized all I needed was some screw tightening and readjustment, and they didn't even charge me! They were so nice and I appreciated it.

I am an insurance agent, and I send ALL my glass repair/replacements to Desert Breeze Glass! I have never had an issue with them except POSITIVE ones!  When my clients contact me after their appointment and tell me how great and nice and prompt Desert Breeze Glass was, that's all I need to know to keep sending them all my work.

They overcharged us. They vastly misrepresented when our order would arrive. They didn't communicate about delays. They missed three due dates. They never finished the installation.

Installers were on time, professional and did an amazing install. I was referred to them by a friend after having a botched install by a different company. Jocoran Glass had to basically make their job cover the tracks of someone else's mess and they delivered! Came out perfect and they went the extra to fix the mistakes made by the prior company. Pricing was very fair and worth every penny to undo the poor prior work!

I purchased a 12 X 36 window to replace an old aluminum window above our shower.  They told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get the window.  After 3 weeks I was contacted and they told me that it would be installed on Friday, 9/23.  The office manager, Kelli told me the installer would be there about 10:30 am.  I waited until 2:50 pm, when Kelli called and said their installer got tied up.  She asked if they could reschedule for the following Thursday or Friday.  I told her I had an appointment on Thursday, but Friday worked well.  She told me I would be first on his list.  On Wednesday I got an email to call Kelli.  I phoned her and she asked if their installer could come on Thursday, 9/29.  I explained that my appointment had been rescheduled and I was available on Thursday.  I asked if I would be first on his list? Kelli said yes, that he needed to pick up some doors but should be at my house by 10:30 am.  On Thursday I waited until 1:10 pm, without the installer showing up.  I called the office and got their voicemail.  I left a message that their installer had not showed, and requested she call me back.  I got no return call.  At 4 pm I called again and got their message machine again.  I again told them that their installer had not arrived and requested a call back.  Again, no return call.  
On Friday 9/30 at 8:45 am their installer arrived.  He replaced the window and left.  I went to their office to pay the balance.  Kelli handled the transaction without any word of the previous day's messages.
It appears that if you have a small order, you are put in limbo.  Common courtesy would be to call me back and explain the situation.

Just received got off the phone with Anthony.  Found this company off of Homeadvisors.com.

Very impressive how they called me from my inquiry. Next day.   Explained the type of work that I needed.  Anthony offered a free estimate.  Explained how they replaced the windows.  I asked how much something like that type of repair would run Ball Park and he became very evasive.   I told him that I understand that they need to look at the window for the actual estimate and that I wasn't going to hold him to the Ball Park range.  Conversation went down hill from there.  Sad that a business has to rely on that type of customer facing employee for their revenue.

Poor Customer Service - I will also respond to the negative review below by Michael V and the response by CK Glass.  The installation of these windows DOES NOT FALL ON MILGARD, the manufacturer. The poor response time by CK Glass to rectify the leaking windows during monsoon time was Uncalled for. The customer never took issue with the home being flooded by the rain yet CK glass continued to not show up for scheduled appointments to rectify the situation or return phone calls. The voicemail box was continually full  with no way to make contact on several occasions. The windows leaked  like Niagara Falls, carpet and furniture were soaked. The lack of communication, not returning phone calls, or emails, not keeping scheduled appointments, all by CK Glass not MILGARD. How many times does a customer have to sit and wait for no-show appointments by CK Glass? How many times does a customer have to call to get results before reverting to this negative review. Over and over again for several months the office manager blamed the owner, the owner blamed to office manager, the office manager blamed the manufacturer. This is a business owner-customer negative review. No one else is responsible for missed appointments, no returned phone calls from the owner and the office manager for weeks at a time. The responsibility lies with CK Glass for not showing up as scheduled and promised on several occasions and for the lack of communication between the owner and the customer. These windows were installed on March 10, 2021 with the last no show appointment on November 2, 2021 at 4 pm as promised. It was stated that the owner was occupied with another customer and would arrive by 5 pm. This is November 27th with still no apology or communication from CK Glass for not showing up or fixing the leaking windows.
