My experience with imperial windows are absolutely perfect. I had all the windows replaced on my triplex. From the salesman to installers, everything turned out the way they said and I'm extremely happy. I highly recommend this company for any window replacement.

Got a back of the napkin proposal quick, but even after multiple attempts via phone and email never received a proper proposal. After waiting few days we went with a more responsive contractor.

I had 2 large sliding glass doors and 5 windows to be replaced. I called several companies to get quotes and Imperial gave me the best quote. We did have to wait three months to get our doors and windows but that seems average wait times because of Covid. They just got installed this week and look amazing. It was well worth the wait.

We had a couple of misunderstanding with frosting on the bathroom windows and exterior locks on the sliding glass doors but they have been very responsive in getting those rectified. Overall, they have been a pleasure to work with and the windows and doors look awesome. Thank you

I could not be happier!   House is 21 years old in Cooper Commons.  Had 3 companies come out and give me a quote along with installation date.
Andersen and Co quoted 16,000 dollars for 5 windows.. (install..8 weeks to make the windows 3 weeks to ship and we can make the appointment for the install and that depends how busy we are) as impressive some of the features in their windows I could not justify that price for a not forever home or even for that!!! honestly!!!  They were going to break the water barrier on the window that gets the most sun.
It has been so warm in there we thought that its the ac not balanced maybe...??  we had r2d2 a put water in my butt and i will cool you down fan in there.. Ice every night.  Window world gave me a price after the coupon that was more then the coupon (that is everywhere on tv and junk mail) by $450 dollars and estimated install 12-15 weeks. Imperial windows sent out Kyle gave me a quote that was 1/4 of Andersen and $350 less the window world with the coupon.  (I paid 4200 with changing a non opening windows to be able to open.. the room I mentioned above is the same temp as the living room... first time in 5 years!  windows were installed 2 months on the day after I ordered them and I can not say enough good things about the company. professional, fast, reliable. My electric co still had the saving on it so i got the 1500 from the electric company back for the the energy saving windows and got another 1500 off my taxes so 1200 for all that!!!
I will order my next windows in November that way i can take advantage of the tax at least since my electric co. does not have the savings anymore.
if you have windows facing the sun like i had... get Imperial windows!  Yeah it has a blue sheen... but it does a fantastic job.  just like the company!!  From the beginning to the end . This is how things should wok!! Fantastic company!!!!  Now cross your fingers because my AC that went out Friday.. JJ fire and ice is the company you should stay away if you have insurance.  If your out of pocket they might be nicer to you.  I have American Home Shield.  Eric has a pattern to ignore insurance calls even when it is an emergency in AZ.

Had a great experience with Imperial.From the initial consult with Ken, our sales rep, scheduling with John, the owner, and the install done by Jimmy and Dean. All were polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Windows are in and look great!

There is a real good reason why these guys have so many high reviews on yelp. The owner John is very honest and knowledgeable person. I had a lot of questions and he walked me through them all.  I highly recommend this company and I hope and pray we get more of these type of companies in our communities and societies

Purchased a house that had a broken upstairs window. After making a few calls to window companies, Imperial was the first to call back.

We got an appointment within 48 hours of speaking with Ken. They were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and you can tell they value their customers. I had 2 other window companies give me a bid, and those companies didn't think that they could even make a window that size. During Ken and John's visit, they called the factory to make sure, and they delivered.

Our windows arrived much sooner than anticipated, and their installers did a phenomenal job. We have some very large windows in our house, and also being a two-story, it was a difficult job.

The installers were very professional and polite. They did a great job, and even explained the scope of work.

Their windows were by-far the most energy efficient, and the largest window needed to be triple pane, with extra support, and you could see that they use the thick glass, and build windows designed for the Arizona heat. They are made here, and it's obvious that the build a high quality and very efficient window.

Imperial exceeded all of my expectations, and when they were finished, vacuumed up and debris and left my house clean. After about 45 days with the new windows, our electric bill has dropped substantially and our AC isn't running nonstop.

We received 4 quotes for a replacement patio door. Two of four window companies carried the same model we ultimately used and Imperial Window beat their price by $600. Bob was our salesperson and he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Bob noted the patio door would take approximately 8-10 weeks to come in from the manufacturer. John, Imperial Windows owner kept us up to date regarding status and installation. In fact, we were pleasantly surprised to know our patio door came in a little early. The installers were great! On time and cleaned up, too. Overall, we are very pleased with Imperial Windows from the beginning to the end. Highly recommended! Best price! We love our new french sliding patio door! :)

From the initial quote to the installation, Imperial Windows did an excellent job with our home.  We had 12 windows and a patio door completed.  Ken was great with sales and showed technical knowledge of the windows.  He was honest and provided immediate response to my questions prior to contract.  John, the owner kept us up to date on manufacture shipping times.  The installers were wonderful and completed the job efficiently and were very clean.  I would definitely recommend this company.

After years of listening to the conversations of passersby on the sidewalk or the windows rattling every time a truck passed the house, and the increasing energy costs of cooling this place during the Arizona Summer, AND worsening allergies, and putting off the DIY job I was confident I COULD do, once I found that Round Tuit, we decided to have professionals replace our nearly 50 year old single pane, aluminum frame windows.
We really could not be happier with the total job done by imperial.
The sales guy, Kevin knew his products and targeted our needs directly. The owner, John answered every call during the delay between down payment and scheduling installation.  And in the midsts of all this supply chain inconvenience everyone is experiencing currently, that was refreshing.
Imperial exceeded the expectations of that timetable and Tommy, the installer was here on time when scheduled,  actually before the originally projected date, and completed the job beyond my satisfaction in less time than was communicated.
What more could a homeowner ask for.
There's been only a minor follow-up issue that was dealt with immediately and completely without any inconvenience or delay.

Had new Sunscrens installed today. After several quotes, Imperial was the best choice based on product, cost, and process. When they came to provide a free estimate, they measured like the job was theirs, very exact. No one had to come back to remeasure.

Product- great quality, and the stand off (not sure exactly what they are called), are great. These frames and material are further away from your glass than normal screens, therefore not as much heat is transferred to the glass. Very nice.

The Install- These guys showed up when they said they would and started work. The two man team did the whole house in about two hours. They made an otherwise ugly door look good again and even took my old screens with them.

At the end, I'm very satisfied. They provided the SRP rebate paperwork and I filled it in while they worked. Kudos to the Imperial team. Thanks again.

Please look no further if you need your patio door replaced. I spoke to at least 3 others and none of them seemed reliable and their quote was way above what this company offered. The whole transaction was very professional. I got free advice that saved me few hundred dollars for an unrelated issue from the person who came to do the estimate for the home as well. On top of that you get regular updates from John on the status of the order. The door took time to arrive as ours was unconventional size. Nevertheless, the door arrived couple of weeks before what was committed and installed professionally. We are extremely happy with the process as well as the new door. I would recommend everyone to use John and his company for any of your windows and door replacement services.

Imperial Windows was extremely easy to work with, from the initial meeting about quotes and measurements to the installation sessions.  The installers were very clean and organized and the company was great at answering any questions I had in a very timely manner.

My wife Jo I had tried for over three weeks to get another Shade Screen company to schedule and come out to do an estimate,and to then get us a price to install Sun Screens on our home. With Imperial Windows and Sunscreens,  all it took was one call and within less than a day, we had both received call backs.  We made an appointment to have an inspection of the home and a quote done. Within just a couple days Imperial was out to the house and had us that quote, we booked the order with them, and within three weeks time our Sunscreens were installed flawlessly.  From John and Bob calling us back, to the quote from Bob, the installation from Kyle and his crew, and then the kind follow up by John, just a great 5 Star job ALL AROUND!  We would recommend these folks to anyone looking for quality Windows and in our case Sunscreens!

I scheduled 3 companies for new windows installation.

One representative of a company had a great presentation, but after doing my homework, I realized he was a little deceiving on the information provided. The other representative didn't get our proposal until 2 weeks later. She forgot.

Ken from Imperial Windows came over and gave us a proposal to replace 1 sliding door and 6 windows. He was very knowledgably and gave us the proposal as promised the next day. We didn't feel that he was pushy or deceiving. He was very upfront.

The proposal did not have any hiding cost and it was what it was. The price was very competitive to other estimates.

Once the windows arrived, John the owner called me and worked around my schedule for installation. John the installer
(there are two Johns) came over with the crew and they did a very good job. They made the job look very easy, and that's when I know they know what they are doing.

We did have two small delays:
1- A window was mistakenly measured, so they had to reorder it and come back to install it. We are human and I understand.
2- A bathroom window was correctly measured, but it needed a little creativity to avoid the water from standing in between the window sill and the tile. This is an older home.

Outstanding response:
1 - Within a week or so, owner John called me and informed me the new window arrived and once again he worked around my schedule to complete the job. Of course, they was no extra fee.
2 - John the installer was very creative with the bathroom window. He did an amazing job! Very creative!

My opinion about Imperial Windows:
Upfront and honest.

The job was so well done they made it look easy.
The crew cleaned up after the work was done.

I received a few estimates when considering new window shades for my house and they were the best price! Bob was very knowledgeable and great to work with during the measurement and estimate appointments. Once my screens were ready, Kyle scheduled a time and came out to install them the same week.  One of my bedroom screens was not measured correctly, so they remade the screen and came out the next day to reinstall it. Great experience overall. Excited to see how much heat I keep out of the house with new screens.

I do my own sunscreens - but not arched windows.  Our renter wanted one on a high arched window with southern exposure 6' long and 1.5' high. Ace Hardware and quoted $60 - but the lady seemed confused about price so that may be incorrect. And she said the company they contract with actually cuts slits into the border to make the arched border. I would have to do precise measurements, order and install.
I contacted Imperial and they indicated they had the machine to bend the border, and that the price was $90.  And for $35 they would first come out to measure, and then a day or two later come back to install.
Not a bad price for two trips and a quality product that is guaranteed to fit ... and last a long time.

We called a number of companies to get quotes for new sunscreens (at least 7 different companies). This company won our business for a number of reasons: price, knowledge, product and speed.

Unlike other companies that have a team of sales reps answering every call, when you call Imperial you will most likely need to leave a voicemail and wait a day or two for a call back. It's worth the wait. Be patient.

When you do get a call back to schedule a quote you will be given an appointment time, not a window of time. I had a quote scheduled for 10:00am and that is the EXACT time my doorbell rang. Literally 10:00am on the dot. That never happens. Ever.

Bob Nelson is the installation manager that gave me the quote and did the installation. Bob was very knowledgable. I asked him about proper care, average life of screens, energy savings, SRP rebate program and many other questions. He was able to confidently answer every question, whereas previous companies could not. He also gave me the quote on the spot.

The quote was $450.00 cheaper than other quotes I received.

Bob also let me keep the booklet of screen swatches so I could show my husband. The other companies only let me take pictures.

It is now 2 weeks later and the new screens have been installed. They look fantastic.

We just had our windows and patio door replaced by Imperial and they did an excellent job and the price was great. Ken was very personable and swung by on both install days to check up and say hi, John reached out on the days before the install to let us know what to expect and was available and responsive for any questions and the installers, Christian and Roy, were very efficient, friendly, and helpful! Great customer service and great looking doors! We decided to replace two sliding doors in our house and went with Imperial based on reviews and cost. We worked primarily with Ken and he was great - super friendly and helpful! He stopped by during install to make sure everything was going well and just say hi. The guys doing the install were awesome as well, they worked quick and didn't leave any mess at all! The doors look amazing - our entire house looks nicer and more modern! I highly recommend working with Imperial and will definitely go back to them if we need to replace windows or doors in the future!

Imperial Windows did such a great job, from the moment I called them to the end of the job. Ken Griggs from Imperial worked with me from the beginning, and he was great. Imperial Windows gave us the lowest price for a great product. The installation crew was great and only took the 1.5 days to install 14 windows. Really happy customer!

Highly recommend Imperial for window replacement!  We replaced all of the windows in our house with Imperial, Jon Uptegrove.

We did it in 4 phases over a year period.  I wanted to pay cash and not finance or use credit.  Jon was great to work with.  He was very responsive and always on time.  The product is excellent.  The temperature improvement in my east exposure bedrooms is amazingly improved.
Jon gave the perfect recommendation to achieve the desired result in the various rooms with different exposures.

We don't need sunscreens!  The windows do it all.  And they give our 1980's home an updated look.  Couldn't be happier.

Had high hopes for Imperial as they were recommended by family, but it just wasn't the best experience overall. Took quite a long time from the time of order until the actual install. The team wasn't the easiest to get ahold of and seemed slightly unorganized. The install crew was friendly enough, but the inside of my house was left covered in dust from the work that was done. Now, one of the windows is warm to the touch, when they weren't supposed to be. I would say to check out other companies that may have a more streamlined process before going with Imperial.

Update - Imperial immediately reached out to me regarding my review. The owner offered to come out personally to talk about the issues. Ended up connecting with the sales lead due to scheduling. While the window is warmer than the other windows due to the direct sunlight it receives, it was explained to me that it was functioning as expected and was within variance. We spoke about possible solutions and may go with a sun screen.

Also spoke about the dust caused by the installation. Was advised that while it should have been cleaned up better - the nature of my install, with a higher than normal amount of construction (framing the windows up) caused more than the usual amount of dust etc...

I was satisfied with the response overall and await to see what can be done about the window that registers warmer due to the direct sunlight.

I cannot say enough about this company! Just had new windows put in and they are awesome! We were more than satisfied with the whole process. The guys that put them in were prompt, very friendly, and their workmanship perfect! We enjoyed hanging with them for 2 days. Ken, that oversaw them, was also so pleasant and nice. Had them install Windows screens a month or two ago. The screens work great. The people were nice and explained the process. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is a lot  of the screens came scratched or scuffed up. I mentioned this to the installer and he said the supplier doesn't wrap the screens only the corners so this tends to happen during transportation. If I were them I'd require the supplier to wrap the entire screen to prevent this.

My wife and I are very pleased with the purchase and installation of the Simonton Daylight Max Windows for our home.  Bob Nelson, Sales and Installation Manager, was very professional and understandable for our needs.  He was not aggressive in his approach for the sale and gave us plenty of time to consider our options.  The price for the entire project was  super competitive.  The installers did an excellent job replacing the old windows with the new.  They worked continually over a period of two days with no interruptions to us and were first class young men in their work ethics.  Bob Nelson came back to our house after the new windows were installed to personally reinstall the blinds for the geometric windows that presented a unique challenge.  In summary, we rate the Simonton Windows and the employees of Imperial Windows & Sunscreens five stars for great quality and a job well done.

Look no further! You won't regret hiring them. After almost going with another company, we decided to look a little more into it and found this place. Their reviews were fewer than the other company, but they were impecable, so we scheduled a consultation. Bob came over and was excellent: answered all our questions and gave us a competitive price. On the scheduled date and time the team came and worked non-stop until all the work was done. They ran into some unexpected issues, so it ended up taking almost twice the amount of time they had estimated. Still, they did not charge a dime more than the quoted price! The team was great, everybody was firendly, and Bob stopped by to check how things were going. They did an excellent, excellent job! It's been about a month and we've had no issues. I cannot recommend this place enough!

We recently had windows and sliding glass doors installed and we are very pleased. The process began with Ken Griggs and he was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Renovations are my least favorite part of home ownership simply because you have no clue who you're inviting into your home. These guys were all super nice and did an excellent job on our new windows.

**EDIT**The owner followed up again. He sent his own techs out, not the warranty company, to fix the issues. It is great to see that kind of professionalism: acknowledge an issue and resolve it. I'd happily purchase from them in the future.  

We purchased 3 sliding doors from this company. The install had a warped door and they wanted to leave it like that. After many issues they turned us over to the warranty company. We have been dealing with problems for over 2 months and Imperial has just washed their hands of this issue.

If customer service is important to you, I would not recommend this comp

**EDIT** The owner came out today to look at the problem. He has a plan to fix it. Now that we are back dealing with Imperial and not the warranty companies, things seem to be moving much better!

We were in need of replacing our sunscreens so I contacted Imperial right through their website. It took about a day to hear back; however, the owner John called me up the next night because he was in my area and did a quote for me right on the spot after hours. I was super impressed by his customer service. We decided to move forward with the replacements because the price was right and I loved the custom frames that they have, they keep the screen from sitting right against the window which makes a difference on the temperature inside.
With it being summer it is their busy season and there was a few week lead time, but Bob was out at my home installing the screens in the exact time frame that they quoted and he showed up on time, no waiting during a large window of time for the repair man to arrive here. We are so happy with the results and I have to say that our screens look the best on the block. I highly recommend Imperial Windows to anyone who is looking to replace all their homes screens.

Great job by John and crew. Had some acrylic windows replaced with rain glass design and it's like a new house. Gave us a nice demo on how easy the acrylic can be pushed out!! Will recommend to my neighbors!

John and his crew are top-notch.  We love our new windows!  We had 5 replaced upstairs and the difference in comfort in those south and west facing windows is ENORMOUS.  I was expecting a decrease in the amount of heat that gets through them, but the difference really is awesome!  The whole upstairs area used to be the warmest part of the house in the summer, and it's now the coolest.  We opted for the low-e double-paned glass with a tint.  The installers were very nice, they worked quickly, they put down protective coverings on the floor around where they were working, and even put plastic up in the open cavities during the removal of the original windows to keep dust and debris out.  

We will be calling John again in the near future to do the rest of the windows in the house, can't wait!

John and his crew just replaced 9 of our windows. We got quotes from a few companies and John gave us the most trustworthy feel. We were spot on. The windows were ready in 4 weeks as promised. We had a tight schedule for install and the deadline was easily met. The installation crew was top notch and professional. We will definitely call Imperial when we replace the rest of the windows.

Service - work was done quickly on the date of installation. The crew had to come back out to re secure some of the screens on larger windows .  Crew was professional and nice despite having to come back out to secure screens with additional screws. Spoke to owner about screen issue, returned call promptly and addressed issue accordingly

Scheduling - due to pre-summer rush, it took about 4 weeks from original estimate to installation

Product - screens look good.

Overall, decent experience at reasonable price .

These guys did a perfect job on my window screens! Everything went perfectly as planned. The came out, gave me an estimate, scheduled the insulation and Kyle explained things (like taking off the old screens 1st or it will not look right) before he installed them. Thanks guys for doing a GREAT job!

I had a 3 start but feel more a 3+, so I gave them 4 as they are really nice people and do have good customer service. I feel guilty for having to give them this review. But it is what it is. I called Imperial Windows for a 2nd estimate as my first was a bit high. Ken came out Friday afternoon. Almost felt he was in a bit of a hurry for the weekend as I asked if he could give me a quote on new front door and side panel as well so can see what I am looking at, but the windows needed to be done first as I wanted to see if the windows solved the issue with heat in my house or not as I feel heat come thru my front door and side panel. He said he can do that another time, lets get the windows done first. I had received a larger estimate from another company (one for all windows and one for front door & side panel) but they had priced me out with triple pane windows. Most of my townhome front windows all face west and the afternoon sun is brutal. This is a big issue for me as from 2pm-7:30pm I have solid sun. I had single pane windows before with sunscreens and they did very little. So I was excited to get my windows done and chose Imperial Windows due to the great reviews. I explained to Ken my heat issues on the west side as well as telling how hot it gets during the SRP 3-6pm time of use time. So my kitchen which is next to my dining room (no solid wall dividing) is 78 during this time and the room right next to it with the big window is 3-4 degrees hotter. I also explained to him I am disabled and home all day long and miserable as it is so hot in my house. This room with the large window is the one I am in a lot. He told me that I don't need triple pane windows, just Low E double pane. So he quoted me 6 Low E windows and 2 sliding doors. I asked him if I needed sunscreens and he said no why? I said for privacy. I have a unique situation where my dining room has a large window and is my bedroom. The same large window I speak of in this review. He told me no one can see in. I feel so uncomfortable because I feel they can. I go outside and check. When the sun is directly on the windows the reflection is greater. But today is over cast and you can see in quite clearly. So now I am trying to figure out how to make it more private with out again, having to have blinds closed. I had window film on the lower half of a couple windows before for privacy. But was told I cannot use window film. The quote was a lot lower than my other estimate due to going with only double pane. I never told him what I was quoted, nor did I tell him I had a top price I could go. Now that the windows are installed and I am trying to figure out how to make the privacy issue work and it isn't going very well as I refuse to have blinds curtains closed all the time. I am also dealing with the hot west direct sun and I honestly wished I was quoted triple pane. Or at least even just the one large window that seems to let my room heat up still so much. It's not as bad as before but it's still pretty warm in here and fans are still going 24/7. I was tired of having to have insulated curtains on that large window which helped tremendously but were ugly plus I felt so closed in as my place is small. I took those down and now have just my vertical blinds, but it still gets so warm. I do wish I was quoted with triple pane windows as it would have been worth it to me to pay the price even if it was just for the largest window on the west side which I think would have drastically helped. This is actually a bit of a big deal to me thus the 3 stars, as now I am trying to find the best window covering that will help with heat for this large window yet let light in and not make me feel closed in. I wanted to use my vertical blinds with no insulated curtains. But now it cost me several hundred to put cellular blinds up as they are supposed to help trap heat. Haven't gotten them yet as they are in the mail, so we will see. Still not the option I wanted. If it wasn't for this one issue, Imperial Windows would have gotten 5 stars.

Great service, Great Product, Great Price.  When I started looking for sunscreens, Bob was the first to respond and schedule an appointment to give us an estimate.  He was friendly, professional and informative.  The price was competitive so we decided to go with them.  It took just a couple weeks to have the screens manufactured and schedule installation.  The job was completed professionally and the end result looks fantastic!  I can confidently recommend them.

Wow! Wow! Wow! From beginning to end, my experience was nothing short of amazing. My first Wow! Is for the initial intro. Imperial/John was the 4th company I interviewed and received a quote from. From the moment John walked in, it was clear he knew his stuff. He spent a ton of time reviewing window covering options with me and the pros and cons of each. He didn't pressure me into the most expensive option, he actually talked about the pros of the less expensive options more. He spent a lot of time ensuring I was educated on his products and answered all my questions while not seeming to be rushed at all. I ultimately decided to go with shutters and I am glad I did!!! That's the second Wow!!! Now that they are installed, these are the nicest and highest quality shutters I've ever seen!! This is my 3rd time putting shutters in a house and all I will say is, I sure missed out before but glad I've found him now. And my last Wow! Is for the install... Fast, efficient and end result is beautiful!!! WAIT!!! There's more... John and Imperial also installed French sliding glass doors too!! Everything I said above still applies to the doors too.  My house is beautiful and complete thanks to John and Imperial!

I got quotes from 5 different contractors (including the worst--Home Depot on Baseline) for replacing the 8 side-sliding windows in my newly purchased house. My husband and I wanted to replace the single-paned, damaged aluminum frame windows that currently stood in the house before the summer. John came to my house and was professional, informative, and helpful. His price was reasonable--in the median range of what I was hearing, and the windows that he sold were top of the line. While he highly recommended the Aegis windows that he carries because of their exccellent value, my husband and I went with the Simonton windows that he does because of their widespread name and guarantee that were worth a little extra money. We got texturing on the bathroom windows and tinting on the East-facing ones, and John tried to do everything possible to keep costs down (like not tempering glass when it didn't need it for regulations, that other big names had told me I needed it).

My husband and I have a do it right rule when it comes to homeownership, and John and his team did just that. The windows were ready in 6 weeks and Jose, his installer, had them in within a day. Everything was cleaned up quickly and well, but there were a few small holes in the caulking once it dried and shrank. Jose came right out to go over all the caulking that he needed to, included in the price of the guaranteed service.

Let me tell you, our new windows are BEAUTIFUL! So beautiful, in fact, that our wood frame back door that adds to the house's character (we initially thought) now looks like an eyesore in comparison! While we're looking for something with a dog door like the current one we have, John says he wouldn't want to damage the integrity of an energy-efficient replacement door. As soon as the two of us figure out a solution, We'll be getting a quote :)

John and Jose shared expertise with me when I asked about other things around our house, like a sun-worn exterior side door that needs replacing. We had three new windows installed last month and we are extremely satisfied. When I had initially inquired about a quote, Bob promptly responded and worked around our schedule to come to our home to provide us with a quote. Bob is not your typical pushy, annoying sales guy. He is very professional, informative and and friendly without being overly aggressive or pushy. My husband and I immediately agreed that this was the company we wanted to work with to replace our windows. Imperial's pricing is highly competitive. The installers were great as well. They were prompt, professional and friendly. Bob followed up with us to see if we were satisfied with our windows, and we are. They look fantastic. Ken came out very quickly and gave me a quick estimate. He was neat, friendly, knowledgable and prompt. I had to reschedule once and they had to reschedule once. Both times the experience was customer centric and pleasant. The installers were also very personable, neat and professional. It is not easy having contractors in your home, because you never know how they are going to leave it. They left everything clean when they were done. I love my new windows. They look great and have reduced the noise in my rooms tremendously. Thanks for a great job!

Called John Tuesday morning (because of the great reviews on yelp) on 3/8/16 he didn't answer so I left him a voice mail to call me back to set up an estimate.  Wednesday afternoon came and I hadn't received a call back so once again I called and this time John answered.  I informed John that he was rated very well on Yelp and I need 2 windows replaced and 2 sunscreens and would like him to come give me an estimate this weekend, John informed me that he has a minimum 4 windows to come out and also has a 7 sunscreen limit to come out and give an estimate.  John didn't seem like he wanted my business unless it was a large job consisting of at least 4 windows replaced or 7 sunscreens.  So I'm writing this review in the hopes that I can save someone else the head ache of dealing with John.  So unless you have a large job then don't bother calling John its a waste of time and based on what he said to me he doesn't do windows per say but does custom frames for windows and that's why its a 4 window minimum (meaning he doesn't just replace a broken window)!

On another note I ended up using Apache Glass who was very friendly and helpful and had no issues coming out and giving me an estimate on my small job (2 large windows replaces and 2 large custom sunscreens).  The price was very competitive as well.

I attempted to gather quotes from 3 companies for my new window screens. John was not the first to respond. We had already received a quote from another 5 star rated company and were ready to move forward when John came for an estimate. John's estimate was in line with our others. His had a couple of extra benefits, like screwing down the screens and a couple of nicer decorative touches for two of our windows.

All through the process, John was informative, responsive and just all around great. I would highly recommend him to anyone that would need screens.

We had Imperial Windows come out and install new double pane windows throughout our house and they did a great job. John was very helpful in helping us pick out the best windows for us - and the installation went great. We would definitely recommend!

Fantastic company, incredible service, fully satisfied, would recommend to all friends with no doubt. First Ken arrived as promised, took all preliminary measurements and got us an estimate pretty quickly. Then, after we accepted, he sent one of his crew installers and John took the precise measurements. The order was done the same day. A few weeks later the windows and the door were ready and Ken contacted me and scheduled 3 days. The crew arrived as promised, did the job. They don't hesitate to help with blinds and other stuff, then returned everything back to the original stage. One of the windows was damaged during delivery and they made an emergency order, so it arrived and was installed next week. John and his crew were extremely detailed, answered all questions and we are the people enjoying the new just installed windows and one replaced garage door. Great job, guys, thanks!

I scheduled an appointment with Bob for a quote.  He was right on time, friendly and professional.  He gave me two options for brand new windows within my price range and wasn't too pushy.  I received a quote the following day, that included tax, installation, and screens.
I was just about ready to say go ahead when I realized I hadn't gotten two other estimates as one should.
I called other companies for estimates.  Some wouldn't take an order as small as mine (two custom windows).  Some of the people were rude and some made getting an estimate so arduous and confusing.  I finally set one appointment, which I canceled the next day after thinking if it was this hard to make an appointment, what would the rest of the process be like?
I called Bob to go ahead and order the windows and we set an installation date and time.
(The glitch) When installation day came Bob called me and had to reschedule.  The frame color was wrong, and they hadn't seen it until that morning. Yes, I was annoyed.  Geez, open the carton and check when you get something in people!   But, I am sure that is a mistake that will never happen again.)  John, the owner contacted me with apologies and a, probably more than, fair compensation for my inconvenience and we rescheduled.
On the day of the installation two installers, young, polite and friendly fellows arrived 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time.  It took just under the estimated time to install the windows.  They cleaned up EVERYTHING so that, other than the new pretty and very clean windows, one wouldn't know they'd been there.  
Everyone makes a mistake from time to time.  I don't think the particular error in my case will ever occur again with this company.  How the persons responsible for the company handle errors is crucial, and these people handled it honorably.  The windows are better than I'd hoped.  (They have some security-latchy thing that is awesome!)  The installers are knowledgeable without being know-it-alls and personable.
I would, and likely will use Imperial Windows again in a heartbeat.

I choose Imperial based on other yelp reviews and I was not disappointed.  John and Kyle were professional, friendly and left my house spotless after installation. Ken was exceptionally helpful in helping me decide on styles/colors and very patient with me when I kept making changes to the order. The windows were delivered when he said they would be and installation was done quickly. I am very pleased with my purchase and the customer service I received from Imperial!

We found John and his crew through other Yelp reviews and got a quote from them for a bay window, a sliding glass door, and a large dining room window (all replacements).  We were shocked at how reasonable he was compared to the other quotes we'd received!  Not only were they the best price, but they were professional, responsive (text messages, which I LOVE), cleaned up after the work was done and gave a full explanation before, during and after the work.  Needless to say - look no further if you need replacement windows or patio doors.
We will be replacing the rest of the windows in our house at some point in the future, and I know who we'll be calling!

When it came time to install the windows, everything went smooth. Jose and his crew, were great. They arrived at the correct time, and did their best at keep the work area clean and safe while at my house.

The windows ended up looking great, I would use this company again for sure!!

Ken and company did a fantastic job for us.  We had 5 upstairs windows we needed to replace, the quote came in much lower than our other chosen options, they made all appointments on time, and returned all phone calls quickly.  Also VERY trustworthy -- due to an emergency situation, we were there to let them in the house but then had to leave them alone to work all day and close up the house when they were done.  They even had to handle a signed but blank check that we hadn't finished filling out (yikes!!!)  They were completely professional, felt like they treated us like family, and the windows look and work great.  It rained the very next day, so while I'm bummed my new windows got spotted right away, we were able to see if there were any leaks or installation issues.  Nope!  Everything was perfect.  We will be calling them to finish our downstairs windows next.

Do NOT shop any further. I shopped and received quotes from 5 other window businesses and was frustrated with the variance in price and quality. The really scary thing was reading the reviews on those companies, some good and a lot not so good. I just couldn't commit to any of them. Then I found Imperial Windows & Sunscreens. I met with Ken in sales and was impressed with his knowledge and demeanor. The product was quality but that was not what sold me. The reviews for this business are top of the stars. And so many people can't be wrong. John the owner called twice to confirm the install date. His install staff was top notch.  I can't thank installer John, Roy, Corey and Chris for a meticulous and respectful installation. I was impressed with the cleanliness that they left. This crew is the best and so appreciated. In fact, after this project, I met with Bob their blinds manager and ordered 5 blinds to compliment my new windows. I COULD NOT be happier with my new windows!!! I set up the appointment with John to come replace the 5 windows in my house that weren't double pane, and about a month and a half later his partners Jose and Jorge came out and did a fabulous job. They were professional and quick! They were in and out in about 3 1/2 hours and cleaned up everything. I will definitely be using them when it's time to replace the other three windows in my house.

John the owner, and Jose the installer were both great. I have never replaced windows before so I got 3 quotes originally. John was honest with me and didn't try to oversell or over charge me. Everything was installed on time and looks great! I've still got to paint the stucco repair in a couple weeks when it cures but the repair needed was minimal due to a great instillation. Would highly recommend.

John Uptegrove from Imperial does a great job!  I've had him do sunscreens on 2 houses and plantation shutters on another home.  His work is impeccable!  The finished look really is dramatic.  I can't recommend him highly enough!  He has great attention to detail and his prices are more than fair for the quality he delivers.

He didn't try to up sell me and was very thorough in this bid and proposal. Couldn't have been more impressed by John & team. We had the windows throughout our home replaced last year. The immediate impact/improvement to both the reduction of outside noise & temperature control was outstanding. This was hands-down a great investment. The price was pretty middle-of-the-road. We had a couple of quotes higher & a few lower, but we are extremely happy that we ended up using Imperial for the job. Dust from the project was a huge concern for me, and I was shocked at how clean the process was & what a great job the team did to contain any dust/mess. Had john come out about 2 weeks ago to give me a estimate on some sun screens. His presentation was the best out of all estimates i got.  It took about a week to get them installed. They look awesome and would recommend him to anyone.

This company was absolutely WONDERFUL!  We needed all the windows in our house to have shading screens.  Kyle came out for the initial estimate and was very knowledgeable and courteous.  The order was placed and we were scheduled for install.  Kyle was also the person who came out to install the screens and was great.  The screens were installed very professionally and accurately AND looked amazing.  Their service is impeccable.  What is very cool is that SRP offers a rebate for shading screens and instead of me having to fill out the SRP forms and then submitting them, etc.  Imperial completed the rebate for me so that they received the funds and deducted that amount from the bill!  That was a no-brainer for me.  Eliminated paperwork and applied the money right back to the screens to immediately save me money.  We had 9 windows (two up high) screen and are so happy with them.  Oh, and one very important thing is that Imperial was almost 3 times less than Home Depot and half of other estimates we received.  I strongly recommend this company!

I was very impressed with John and his team. I've had several contractors work in my home over the past few years, so I have a pretty good feel for their trustworthiness, and I felt very comfortable with John. He's not a pushy salesman and his prices are fair. His quote was several thousand dollars cheaper than a quote from another reputable company in the valley, but that didn't mean the quality was any less than I expected. I was extremely pleased with the new windows and back door they installed. One window in particular was a challenge given its location, but John and his team had the skills to make it look really really nice. I recently had John with Imperial Windows come to my home for a window(s) replacement quote.  I found John to be very friendly, informative and personable. I ended up having Imperial do the work I requested and I am so glad I did! In particular I have a large west facing window and previously had sunscreens installed to help with the heat during the brutal Arizona summer months. But even with sunscreens, the heat in that room was unbearable. John suggested a particular window for that application (low e, tint, dual pane, etc) and even though the window may have been pricier than others, I am so impressed with it's performance thus far. And I don't see us re-installing the sunscreens on that window ever! Also, I must mention John's installation crew is second-to-none! They also are very friendly and informative and I could tell by watching them work they are very passionate about performing a flawless installation. I plan on having Imperial Windows back out in the near future to complete another section of my house since my wife and I are so impressed with them. We definitely recommend Imperial Windows!  John returned my call on the same day and arranged a walk through at a time that worked well for us.  He was thorough in assessing our needs, reviewing the various options with us and providing a recommendation for the 6 windows we had replaced.  The lead time for the windows was as promised and he kept us informed of the status.  When it was time for install, the crew did a great job - and communicated with us when any questions or issues arose.  They were creative in a solution to be able to re-install our plantation shutters.  One of the new windows was not perfectly made by the window manufacturer, and John had a new window made to meet his approval.

Had I realized what a great, easy and reasonably priced experience this was going to be,working with someone like John at Imperial, I wouldn't have waited so long to do it.  The whole process was fantastic! He helped me decide what percentage of screens (for example 80% or 90%) on each of my windows at different exposures on my entire house.  He replaced everything and even the back siding patio screen. He was professional and timely and finished exactly when he said he would and even coordinated with me to install the screens when I was working.  He also filled out all the paperwork for me to receive the SRP rebate.  John and Imperial were exceptional!

John is AWESOME I have been wanting to get this done for a while to save money off my electric bill and decided to get a couple of quotes. John was not the first company I called. I called a contractor before this and told him I was looking to get a few quotes to see what kind of deals I could get. I measured all my windows, and sent my measurements to two highly ranked screen contractors for quotes. Imperial's quote was a little lower, and we went forward with them.  John was right on time when he came by to take his own measurements, show us the frame color and screen material options, etc.  With a small deposit he placed our order, and it took a couple weeks for the screens to come in (I assume April/May is thehigh season). The installer was an experienced contractor who knew what he was doing. Everything looks great, and we can already feel the difference in heat gain - we are looking forward to knocking down our air conditioning costs this summer!  As we paid the final balance, John provided paperwork with information filled in, so that we could easily apply for the SRP energy rebate.  We see that Imperial receives 5 Stars from nearly all reviewers, and it is no surprise.  John and his installer are both very nice guys and professional in their work.  Do not hesitate to give them your business!!
