Very disappointed!  Do not recommend.  Phone calls are not returned in a timely manner.  They don't stand behind the products they sell by admission but yet still sell them to the consumer.    Brand new unit, less than 4 years old, serviced 4 times and never covered by warranty.  Not trying to bash, just being honest.  Did not work for me, will not return!

These guys are a great team! They did a full installation of my new air conditioner in great time and at a great price. I highly recommend this company for your air conditioning needs. They even registered my warranty and took and disposed all the trash and old unit! They are brothers and work very well together. There philosophy is to do it right the first time. Well, they did it right. I had no issues whatsoever. Thank you so much!

Saul diagnosed and repaired my ac in less than an hour. He's honest found a bad capacitor. Replaced and comes with a lifetime warranty including labor. Reasonably priced. Thanks Saul. I will call you for all my ac needs.

Lynn came out today when our furnace flue vent came apart. He didn't charge us a thing and wished us a happy holidays and fixed the issue. He also educated us managing our furnace in the future. While it wasn't serious and didn't require parts, he asked for no compensation and politely declined my offer to pay him anyways. I hope his good will is paid in some other way. He'll absolutely have all of my business when my AC/Heating problems are serious. I hope all of his customers treat him as well as he treats us.

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. I would recommend HammerHead Mechanical ask for Brandon he'll take great care of you.

We have used the AC Team several times. They are always on time, professional, and give a lot of information with what is wrong. They were able to come out same day and we were very thankful as our AC unit had stopped working. Kyle and Bill were great, and very knowledgeable. Our family only uses the AC Team for our AC repairs!

John Farrell from Service King came to my home in Mesa, Az. and did some electrical work for me as well as checking out my AC system.  John was on time, very courteous, in uniform and very knowledgeable in his work.  I will use this company again when I need repairs done around my home, and will also recommend him to my friends.

Six Stars!  Absolutely the best company from the initial phone call for service, scheduling (next day!), and the technician, Jason...who phoned to arrive early (what AC company in July AZ does that?).  Tony from Air Assurance replace one AC unit 3 years ago.  I didn't hesitate to call on him for this unit.  Three years ago I chased around with other companies (including the big buck advertisers) until Tony at AIR ASSURANCE simply did the work.  Phew!

Plumb Smart saved our butt.

When our rooftop AC unit got loud and never shut off, our incumbent AC repair company came out and completely misdiagnosed the problem. They told us our compressor had gone out. This would have cost us thousands of dollars! Some good friends of ours had a son who worked at PlumbSmart. Brandon Manus came out (next day! in July! high season!) and determined a completely different root cause. It was just the TXV (Thermal Expansion Valve). Compressor is fine! He saved us thousands of dollars.

Further, we paid our current plumber for annual maintenance for some 20 years. Brandon also showed us pictures and video of the AC unit internals, which were completely full of dust and soot. Our current plumber was apparently NOT doing their annual service that we'd been paying for for some 20 years.

I highly recommend PlumbSmart and especially Brandon Manus.

We used Sharp Air on the recommendation from our neighbor who had extensive work done including ducts. We just replaced our upstairs unit and were very pleased with the work done and the professionalism displayed. Justin was very accommodating and patient with us as we went thru our options. The owner Aaron dropped bu during the install as well. Very caring company and highly recommendes.

This company took advantage of us on a holiday service call and charged outrageously for parts and labor that didn't fix the problem.

Didn't show up multiple times after scheduling an appointment.   In both cases I took off work to be there. Then told us our warranty was holding it up.  We confirmed the warranty company authorized the purchase.  Then wouldn't return my husband's call or text.  This company is running on the back of a napkin.  Highly unprofessional.  My poor kids have had no AC for over 5 weeks.  RUN from this company.  

Contractor finally called back after my review and said they didn't like working with the Home warranty company and no longer wanted to do the work.  Then they shouldn't contract with the home warranty.  They know my family has had no air and kept lying to us saying that they were waiting on the warranty company.  20 days later they finally say sorry we just don't feel like doing it - all along telling us they were working on our behalf.  This company lacks complete integrity.
