Let me just say, the last time our AC went out, my husband and I nearly got divorced. I don't tolerate heat well, and trying to find lodging for two senior citizen dogs and a one eyed cat is just plain stressful. So, after spending all night on the phone after the storm with every AC company in the valley, I was relieved when Red Mountain called me the next morning to schedule same day service. Luis was my technician. Not only did he show up hours early, he fixed the problem quickly and was very reassuring. Luis was so personable and his smile was infectious. And as grumpy as I was, I couldn't help but smile back. Thanks!!

Excellent! These guys, the owners, came right out on a Saturday 112 degrees out, and fixed my system in abut 10 minutes. They even texted me to let me know they were running a bit late!
They showed me what was causing the problem. They had the part with them and done!

Awesome! Lynn came out with an honest assessment. He gave me lots of choices. I chose to add some new registers, which took a few days to get in. I asked him to come back next week. He was prompt and efficient. He balanced the whole house's air. I was able to raise the temperature 2-3 degrees and get better cold air than before! Saving me a lot of money. Can't recommend high enough.

They were able to come out to my townhome faster than anyone near the holidays & gave me a reasonable quote after hearing the first quote i received from another company that sounded sketchy.  Plumber was able to come back the next day and fix the cracked pipe quickly and for a good price.  Thank you, after dealing with multiple sub contractors over the last month giving me the runaround, I appreciate promptness and your honest work.  Would use again!

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. We have used the AC Team several times. They are always on time, professional, and give a lot of information with what is wrong. They were able to come out same day and we were very thankful as our AC unit had stopped working. Kyle and Bill were great, and very knowledgeable. Our family only uses the AC Team for our AC repairs!

I scheduled an annual ac service online after a colleague recommended them. I previously had service from another ac company and was really looking for an honest assessment as I don't believe that is what I got from the awful 1st company.

The contact and scheduling was great and I received reminders and updates as promised.

Jesus arrived on time and checked the thermostat and got right to work.  After some time on the roof he came in to give me a rundown. I was on another call, so he just waited patiently for me to finish up. My dog loved him, which I personally find a great indicator of character.

He told me he had some not so great news and proceeded to tell me about some suggested repairs. I am not really knowledgeable about the inner workings of an ac unit and he explained it in a way that made sense to me. I asked him a few questions and about home warranty coverage. He said he wasn't sure if the warranty would cover it, but that he would check.  Even before home warranty his estimate was significantly less than the previous company.

Turns out my warranty paid to replace the 2 failed/failing parts and I paid to have some cleaning and maintenance done.

At the end of the appointment I paid less than 10% of the other companies estimate and my unit was back to working as efficiently as possible that same day.

I will definitely be using this company again!

Amazingly quick, knowledgable and personable.  Highly recommend.  Came within an hour late in the day and made sure my family was not without AC on a particularly hot , 105 degrees, September day.  Payment was fair.  It is nice to have someone that cares as much about his work as I do.  Definitely will use again.

We had a really good experience with Mike when our air conditioning stopped working on a very hot weekend. He came out on a Sunday, fixed it, and didn't upcharge us because it was a weekend.

Repairs were done quickly and professionally. They did a very good job, our Air conditioning as been working well ever since.

Air conditioner went out over the weekend. I called Air assurance they showed up right on time the next day on Sunday however they charge almost 3 times the amount if you called him on the weekend. The technician showed up got on my roof check the few things on my air conditioner didn't check the coils or the compressor told me that my air conditioner was fine just that it's old even though I told him that it wasn't cooling down the house and it was continuously running . He said that's normal for old air conditioner took his service fee and left. Called another company out of Casa Grande, they came out and fix the problem in 35 minutes told me it was the compressor. This company is reliable to show up on time that's about it.

I have to say I was totally impressed with their service. Mike showed up just like he was suppose to and was courteous and pleasant. Completed the job quickly and professionally. My one and only complaint is that I thought the price to install a disposal was on the high side.  I knew before and what a disposal should cost.

Of course, as always, the A/C goes out in July when it's 110! But just one call to Sharp a/c and they have a tech here pronto who diagnosed and fixed the problem ASAP. Fair price too considering the cost of a new unit. So thanks to Mitch and his team for a job well done!!

I spent lots of money. My problem was never diognosed or resolved. When the technician explained  what they charged for, it seemed to make sense. As he was placing a new looking motor (presumably the old broken one) into the service van, I resisted asking him to leave it.
I have heard of technicians pretending to replace parts. I resisted because I believed it would cause an an argument with my husband.

Tech serviced the wrong house. The work order had my address but they serviced the neighbors house. When I informed them the Tech never showed they tried justifying the service by sending me pictures of a house, the house number and an a/c unit. The pictures were my neighbors house. To top it off...my neighbors were not home! and the company never called me. They went into a backyard when nobody was home?? I had to call another company so hopefully they know how to read an address.
