Ian contacted me on a weekend when Nest thermostat wasn't working properly. I set it up and went on the roof to look everything over. Good communication. Showed up on time. Completed the job as expected. Charged a very reasonable fee. I will call them again next time I need any AC services. Will update this review if anything changes.

Lynn, with Cool Guys AC, is great.  My appointment was at 2:30 and he showed up right on time.  He did an inspection on my AC and made sure it runs smoothly in the hot AZ summers.  We have used him in the past and he is honest and doesn't try to fix things that aren't broken.  If something is wrong with your AC, or if you just want to make sure it is running good for the long summers, call Lynn.

Had a valve issue on Thanksgiving Day with a shower. Had to turn off the whole house water as we couldn't get it stopped. Called a few companies, several wanted a $350 trip charge due to it being a holiday. On Friday, with no holiday fee, plumbers said the supply houses were closed and parts needed to be ordered. Called John at West Coast and he found the part in :10 and had Luis scheduled to arrive a few hours later. All good now and paid a reasonable charge for professional service. Thanks, West Coast!

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. Service Kind is always very prompt, responsive and professional. They are my go to AC team after having experiences with several AC service/repairers in the valley.  They only repair what is needed and provide you with choices/options you may want to consider.  They do not pressure you into paying for repairs or equipment you may not need.  My house is a two story 8,300 sq foot home with two large AC units. Therefore, I cannot wait several days for someone to show up when it is100+ degrees outside.

I know I am starting to sound like a broken record here about Mike but it is true- he is a great business man, very honest and very fair!!
Our unit finally died- and we needed a complete replacement and Mike worked with us to get the best unit and get it installed.
The job was very tough and they were here for over 13 hours and never complained once! He knew I had a wife that just had surgery and living in a house without air conditioning was not going to be easy so he stayed until the job was complete.
I cannot say enough about mike, other than if you go with someone else besides mike you are making a costly mistake.

Repairs were done quickly and professionally. They did a very good job, our Air conditioning as been working well ever since.

Reliable, honest and affordable company with excellent customer service. Technician was there when they said they would be and completed a job well done!

Sharp Air is very responsive, professional and reasonable.  No additional fees.  Great service done right the first time.  I wouldn't call anyone else!

This company took advantage of us on a holiday service call and charged outrageously for parts and labor that didn't fix the problem.

Didn't show up multiple times after scheduling an appointment.   In both cases I took off work to be there. Then told us our warranty was holding it up.  We confirmed the warranty company authorized the purchase.  Then wouldn't return my husband's call or text.  This company is running on the back of a napkin.  Highly unprofessional.  My poor kids have had no AC for over 5 weeks.  RUN from this company.  

Contractor finally called back after my review and said they didn't like working with the Home warranty company and no longer wanted to do the work.  Then they shouldn't contract with the home warranty.  They know my family has had no air and kept lying to us saying that they were waiting on the warranty company.  20 days later they finally say sorry we just don't feel like doing it - all along telling us they were working on our behalf.  This company lacks complete integrity.
