Very disappointed!  Do not recommend.  Phone calls are not returned in a timely manner.  They don't stand behind the products they sell by admission but yet still sell them to the consumer.    Brand new unit, less than 4 years old, serviced 4 times and never covered by warranty.  Not trying to bash, just being honest.  Did not work for me, will not return!

Had an emergency repair to AC.  Luke & Ian responded with a same day appointment and beat out everyone's price.  Quality and efficient service from a trustworthy business.  See you in October for a maintenance check up for Fall.  Thanks Guys!

Saul diagnosed and repaired my ac in less than an hour. He's honest found a bad capacitor. Replaced and comes with a lifetime warranty including labor. Reasonably priced. Thanks Saul. I will call you for all my ac needs.

I was in need of replacing my old AC unit, so I came to yelp to check out company reviews. I'm so glad I chose Cool Guys. Lynn was super helpful, both before and during the installation. He got a quote to me right away. A month later, when I scheduled the service, he was very accommodating with my schedule. He also finished the whole installation in less time than expected (about 2ish hours for a roof-top heat pump).
Lynn is also very good at customer service. I asked about a programmable thermostat the day off installation. He didn't have any on him but stopped by a few days later to install one at no extra charge. I really appreciate that level of service.

My A/C was blowing hot air and the company who installed the unit and does our yearly maintenance was unable to come out for 4 days. I called West Coast Plumbing and they were able to come the next morning. He found that my A/C had a leak, but could not find the leak after several tries, he advised that he would find out when his supervisor was available and return with him. They were able to come back after 2 days, found the leak, and repaired it. Even though he was not able to find the leak on the first day, he communicated everything to me which is hard to find anymore. Will definitely use them again.

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. I would recommend HammerHead Mechanical ask for Brandon he'll take great care of you.

Just had my AC serviced by Nick one of the owners of the AC team.Very knowledgable and thorough in his work.Glad I found this company and I signed up for a yearly contract.There used to be an old saying Your in good hands with Allstate I feel like I am in good hands with the AC TEAM

Prompt and professional service for the estimate. However they came in about $900 higher than estimates from other companies for the same job, so I have to go elsewhere.

I appreciate the prompt reply, and I can see that you truly care about your business. However I am afraid that your company might be overcharging customers, as the difference between quotes was significant. So I would like to leave my rating as a warning to others, and to encourage everyone to get a second quote before deciding.

John showed up, on-time and did an excellent job.   We had him relocate an air vent that was in the center of the bedroom and install a fan for our 2 year olds room.   While he was up in the attic, I asked if he could take a peek at our original air handler.  He did, provided recommendations and did not charge me extra for it.  Pricing was great and he had great communication.

The heat went out on us overnight. I called and Mike  came out later the same day. He was efficient and explained the issue and fixed it. I found him to be honest and personable. His fee was reasonable. I will definitely call him again if issues arise.

Repairs were done quickly and professionally. They did a very good job, our Air conditioning as been working well ever since.

Reliable, honest and affordable company with excellent customer service. Technician was there when they said they would be and completed a job well done!

Busted water fitting under my mobile home on Friday late afternoon, after calling 3 other emergency plumbers and getting no response I found PlumbSmart, answered all my concerns and set an appointment up for the following afternoon. Darrell showed up early and took care of the problem and another fitting that was looking like it was ready to fail. Quick and efficient, will be my go to plumbing company from now on.

The first visit was from Aaron Sharp - on short notice after a visit from a competitor who gets referrals via seasonal promos by the utility company.

That competitor's tech could only provide one solution for an overflow drain that I wanted for the attic drip pan - not the one I had researched - and the price for that and the fuse he diagnosed was high. Sent the competitor's tech away after paying the flat fee (but not before he left dirty handprints all over the attic door )

Aaron Sharp showed up within an hour of my call, immediately identified and replaced the failing fuse, and provided the fix I wanted for the attic drip pan. He explained everything thoroughly and the price was fair.

Jason did our PM this time, and replaced an aged/failing programmable thermostat with a new one. I am sure we were the last call at the end of his long day, but he was pleasant, professional, thorough.

This is an example of a fine family business - in fact Aaron introduces us to our plumber, who's in his extended family (but that's another review )

This company took advantage of us on a holiday service call and charged outrageously for parts and labor that didn't fix the problem.

Tech serviced the wrong house. The work order had my address but they serviced the neighbors house. When I informed them the Tech never showed they tried justifying the service by sending me pictures of a house, the house number and an a/c unit. The pictures were my neighbors house. To top it off...my neighbors were not home! and the company never called me. They went into a backyard when nobody was home?? I had to call another company so hopefully they know how to read an address.
