Very disappointed!  Do not recommend.  Phone calls are not returned in a timely manner.  They don't stand behind the products they sell by admission but yet still sell them to the consumer.    Brand new unit, less than 4 years old, serviced 4 times and never covered by warranty.  Not trying to bash, just being honest.  Did not work for me, will not return!

Saul diagnosed and repaired my ac in less than an hour. He's honest found a bad capacitor. Replaced and comes with a lifetime warranty including labor. Reasonably priced. Thanks Saul. I will call you for all my ac needs.

Great Place to buy Wholesale! Have everything for A/c and Heating needs. Great prices and always have everything in stock. If you need anything special made have another location that can do it. Also have a location in Tucson. Highly recommend, So licence HVAC contractors check it out!!

I met Lynn when I first moved to the valley and haven't used anyone else for my A/C needs, but I would say that he is the best in town.    

I urge all yelpers to give Cool Guys a call for your cooling and heating needs.  This man knows his stuff.

Do not use this company, they are scam artists! I bought their Living Social deal for $39. After counting the number of vents I had he immediately went into the attic where my air handler is. 10 minutes later he came out and asked if I or anyone in my family had been sick lately, I said no and asked why. He then informed me I had mold in my furnace. First, wouldn't he know it's not a furnace? He told me he could not clean our ducts until we got that cleaned up. He said he would give me the managers special for $500.
I didn't trust this man, I don't remember his name, but he had a strong accent.
I told him I would need to talk to my husband and also shop around. He said I would not find a cheaper price, and left shortly after.
I called my A/C guy who had just replaced the coil and drain pan on our unit a month earlier. He said there had been no mold at that time, but he could come by and take a look to see if anything had changed.
Not to our surprise, there was no mold to be found whatsoever. Our A/C guy told us he sealed the unit shut after he was in there last month, and it was still sealed. All West Coast Air did was open up the access panel where the filter is, took the filter out, and left it laying up there. He never closed the access panel or put back the filter. Insulation was being sucked into our air handler and was being distributed throughout the house.
I have been doing my research, and apparently this is a very popular scam amongst air duct companies. Do your research and go with a reputable company!

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. I would recommend HammerHead Mechanical ask for Brandon he'll take great care of you.

Showed up in masks, very respectful and friendly and very professional. We have used The AC Team Heating & Cooling company for maintenance and service n our last 2 homes. They are reliable, honest, knowledgeable and cost conscious. Would highly recommend them.

Finally took care of my problem but took 2 1/2 weeks due to not being aware they had the part needed.

My A/C unit died right in the middle of summer.  Service King had been servicing it for years and we discussed it might be on its last leg.  When I called John, he was out the same day.  My unit was replaced and they were fast, efficient and cleaned up afterwards.  I recommend Service King for service, repair or replacement.  Honest and timely!

Have used AJ Mike's for several years now. He is reliable, knowledgeable and fair.  Always explains everything he does. Works quickly and is always friendly.  Will continue to use AJ Mike's for all my air conditioning needs.

Repairs were done quickly and professionally. They did a very good job, our Air conditioning as been working well ever since.

Six Stars!  Absolutely the best company from the initial phone call for service, scheduling (next day!), and the technician, Jason...who phoned to arrive early (what AC company in July AZ does that?).  Tony from Air Assurance replace one AC unit 3 years ago.  I didn't hesitate to call on him for this unit.  Three years ago I chased around with other companies (including the big buck advertisers) until Tony at AIR ASSURANCE simply did the work.  Phew!

I can not say enough good things! What started out as a small leak in our kitchen ceiling ended up being a much larger problem. They were the only ones who were able to explain why it had even happened in the first place (we'd had 2 other companies come out prior to them and one said we would need our whole house repiped).  They had it fixed within a couple days and had a wonderful recommendation (copper state) for the demo company who came out within 90 mins of PlumbSmarts first time to our home. Shout out to copper state (I'll do a review for them once our project Is complete) who helped me contact my insurance to file a claim. Wonderful service. PlumbSmart had excellent communication & went above and beyond on all fronts. Absolutely recommend them for ANY/ALL your plumbing needs!

We had them install a wi-fi thermostat for us because we didn't have a C wire.  Spoke with Mitch on the phone and let him know what we needed to have done.  He understood, gave us a quote, and said a technician could be out that same day between 4-6pm.  We received a call from Kasey saying he was running ahead of schedule and would like to stop by earlier if that worked for us, which of course, it did!  He was here within a half hour.  We were confident right away that he really knew what he was doing.  After changing some wiring around, and spending at least 15 minutes upstairs in the attic (it was a 100 degrees that day, I can't even imagine how hot it was up there!!) he got our thermostat programmed and even made sure the air and heat both worked!  The price we paid was exactly what we were quoted.  I'd highly recommend them and would certainly use Sharp again!!  Thanks for the GREAT service!!!

I spent lots of money. My problem was never diognosed or resolved. When the technician explained  what they charged for, it seemed to make sense. As he was placing a new looking motor (presumably the old broken one) into the service van, I resisted asking him to leave it.
I have heard of technicians pretending to replace parts. I resisted because I believed it would cause an an argument with my husband.

Didn't show up multiple times after scheduling an appointment.   In both cases I took off work to be there. Then told us our warranty was holding it up.  We confirmed the warranty company authorized the purchase.  Then wouldn't return my husband's call or text.  This company is running on the back of a napkin.  Highly unprofessional.  My poor kids have had no AC for over 5 weeks.  RUN from this company.  

Contractor finally called back after my review and said they didn't like working with the Home warranty company and no longer wanted to do the work.  Then they shouldn't contract with the home warranty.  They know my family has had no air and kept lying to us saying that they were waiting on the warranty company.  20 days later they finally say sorry we just don't feel like doing it - all along telling us they were working on our behalf.  This company lacks complete integrity.
