Cool guys air conditioning answered our calls on a Saturday evening and got vital information from us about our air conditioning problems.
Then they came out to see if they could even help us and if they can get what was needed for our outside unit. This was so wonderful because this was the home of my elderly parents and my elderly mother is diabetic and this heat for both of my elderly parents is not good.
They were able to help us, they had a new unit in stock and asked the parts guys to open up his shop to get the part after hours (who does that).
This is golden to us and my elderly parents. They worked efficiently and were able to get the unit installed by 7pm that evening. We were cooling up by 10pm. They have compassion for the elderly and they gave us a good deal on top of it all. We highly recommend them to anyone. Sandra G

The AC Team is honest, reasonable and efficient. I have been working/using The team for over 4 years. They did my house maintenance and recently had a new unit installed. It was a clean installation, the crew is professional and friendly. I had recommended the crew to family and friends and continue to use their services.

My water heater broke yesterday morning.  I originally called the company who put it in less than 4 years ago.  They sent someone out who made me very uncomfortable and I decided to ask for a 2nd estimate.  APES was recommended and when Joe came out that afternoon he inspired my confidence and trust.  He arranged to get the replacement unit the next day and was here first thing this morning to install it.  I would recommend APES and Joe-very pleased with their service.

We have had John come to our home quite a few times now to do everything from mounting and wiring TVs, surround sound, installing fans, hanging things, assembling furniture, you name it and he can do it. Mr. P found AJ Mike's on the web, and gave him a call. What service! Mike came out just a few hours after our call! Talk about prompt, Mike was ringing the bell at 1059 for our 1100 appointment. Professional, friendly and prepared, Mike was amazing. He fixed us up, and explained the problem to Mr. P, who often repairs our stuff on his own. He was very affordable and humble. We thought we probably also needed a freon top off for a slow leak, and he told us that, in fact, we were good. That's integrity that we have yet to see (if you read my other reviews of HVAC contractors), and we appreciated his knowledge.
We had an all-around great experience with Mike, and will be using him from here on out. We will be moving our units in the near future, and his quote for A/C relocation was more than fair...we will be seeing him soon!

Six Stars!  Absolutely the best company from the initial phone call for service, scheduling (next day!), and the technician, Jason...who phoned to arrive early (what AC company in July AZ does that?).  Tony from Air Assurance replace one AC unit 3 years ago.  I didn't hesitate to call on him for this unit.  Three years ago I chased around with other companies (including the big buck advertisers) until Tony at AIR ASSURANCE simply did the work.  Phew!

I recently used Sharp Air to help with an A/C emergency at my home and had a wonderful experience! Well, as wonderful as it can be when you have to replace your A/C in Phoenix...in August.

The night I noticed my A/C was not functioning properly I contacted Sharp Air who had someone at my house the next day. Justin was nice enough to evaluate the situation and give an honest assessment of my options. After discussing some repair options that would have been a cheaper way to go, due to having a decade old unit, I decided to get a new one and was given a variety of options at different price points. Ultimately, Sharp Air assisted me in finding the best until for me and scheduled a very quick turnaround to replace the unit.

The unit replacement was very efficient and done while I was working from home. I want to thank the team at Sharp Air for not only coming to the rescue but for also presenting me with all options and ultimately helping me settle on a solution that was best for my family and budget. This also happened at the peak of the A/C maintenance season which made the quick service even more impressive.

I spent lots of money. My problem was never diognosed or resolved. When the technician explained  what they charged for, it seemed to make sense. As he was placing a new looking motor (presumably the old broken one) into the service van, I resisted asking him to leave it.
I have heard of technicians pretending to replace parts. I resisted because I believed it would cause an an argument with my husband.

Tech serviced the wrong house. The work order had my address but they serviced the neighbors house. When I informed them the Tech never showed they tried justifying the service by sending me pictures of a house, the house number and an a/c unit. The pictures were my neighbors house. To top it off...my neighbors were not home! and the company never called me. They went into a backyard when nobody was home?? I had to call another company so hopefully they know how to read an address.
