Saul diagnosed and repaired my ac in less than an hour. He's honest found a bad capacitor. Replaced and comes with a lifetime warranty including labor. Reasonably priced. Thanks Saul. I will call you for all my ac needs.

Just like many others, I don't know much about AC, and I had a problem needed someone reliable, so I jumped on Yelp and picked the best of the best. Well, I called Lynn, he appears to be very nice on the phone. But he was all booked up very busy, nothing is available for the next 5 days. :( Its 110 outside, and I need someone here within a day or two at most, not 5 days later. So I have to call other, and got someone else here within an hour and I was happy.

I thought with the positive reviews on here that I would have at least a 3+ star experience, sadly not so.  

I had an a/c issue, the air was blowing warm air... the call(s) to their office were a challenge to begin with which should have been a red flag.  I was given an appointment time and date, took the time off work and then I was stood up and told it would be another 24 hours before they could come out that they had a scheduling conflict.  The lady I spoke with on the phone, I think her name was Michelle was very short and rude on the phone which was unprofessional since THEY had no-showed me.  I was able to take my baby and dog to a friend's house for the night so I was reasonable and let them reschedule.  The next day, the service person showed up... 2 hours late with no valid explanation other than they were busy.  I received no courtesy call from their office, etc... about the delay and I had to call them to get an estimate on when he would actually arrive!

After 1 1/2 hours of the service man working on the unit and running up and down the stairs of my condo, I was told there could be not 1, not 2 but 3 different possible issues with the a/c unit.  The cost to repair would be over $800.00 PLUS labor!  Another red flag, how does one quote a repair with labor when they cannot be specific as to what exactly is to be repaired with 3 possible issues?!?!?!?!?

Much to the service man's apparent surprise, I called my husband who was out of town and is a former licensed contractor and gave him the update.  He instructed me to put the service man on the phone and then my husband proceeded to tell him that he needed to put the unit back together so it could again blow warm air and to leave.  I paid him for his time and he was off.

We had another company that graciously came out the same day after I explained what had taken place.  The service man was timely and had the repair discovered and fixed in less than 1 hour!  

My husband upon returning to town attempted to contact John the owner of West Coast Plumbing and Air to advise him of what had happened, not to get our money back, simply to let him know as a business owner of our unprofessional experience.  

John had nothing to say and didn't even apologize, he never indicated he had any level of concern about our experience, didn't ask any questions then said he had to get off the phone quickly brushing off my husband's attempt to better his customer service.  WOW ! ! !

There are too many customer service oriented A/C companies in town to ever do business with a owner and company run in this manner.  Please pass and find another company.

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. I would recommend HammerHead Mechanical ask for Brandon he'll take great care of you.

Our AC unit went out mid-July and Nick and his partner came to the rescue. We realized it went out about 4pm in the afternoon, and I was worried we wouldn't be able to get someone to come out the next day. Luckily, Nick was highly recommended from my in-laws and one quick call confirmed he could come at 8am the next morning. I was very impressed at how quickly he responded to our request and even more impressed when he showed up at the time he quoted us. That rarely happens!

When he arrived, Nick was extremely friendly and was very knowledgeable. Once he took a look, he immediately knew what the problem was and began to work on it. I was curious about what the issue was, and Nick encouraged me to watch what he was doing so I could learn how to hopefully prevent the issue in the future. He flushed our drain line and explained how these issues could happen and what I could do to prevent them. They were here about an hour, and even optimized our AC to run better than before. And I have to say I was very impressed at how reasonably priced they are! I was expecting our bill to be a lot higher, especially with their availability to come so quickly. I honestly don't have one bad thing to say about the AC Team. Their service was phenomenal and they were actually a pleasure to talk to!

I've always been leery about calling an AC company I don't know because I've heard so many horror stories of people being taken advantage of. This company is a GEM and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or refer them to friends. There's a reason they are so highly rated!!

I had them come out and replace some filters all was great then another issue had them come to replace a cartridge in the handle of my master shower.   I was not home just my wife was home so they came and told her it would be $385 charge to do the work.  I know for a fact the cartridge is $21 at Home Depot and they try to take advantage of my wife.   Called another plumber Pruitt Plumbing came following day and replace for $149 including the cartridge and the labor took him 20 minutes.    Not happy they try to take advantage of my wife bad business.

John came on very little notice to help me with an A/C problem after two a/c guys had tried.  He sanitized the drain pipes and cleaned the indoor coil which FINALLY eliminated the musky moldy odor I have been smelling for a couple weeks now.  The other guys tried, but didn't dig deep enough.  I read these reviews and knew John was the man for this!  After two nights in a motel...I am finally back home, in crisp clean safe air again!!  YAY!!!  Thanks so much John!  Because life is full of little knocks...we will most definitely be calling you again!  Very communicative, very affordable, and knows his stuff!  Call John to get it done right the first time!

I called 5 HVAC contractors on July 4. Three responded. Understandably, being a holiday, rates were elevated except for Mike. He responded in 1 1/2 hours and took care of our problem. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone wanting a professional and honest repairman. I wii call him again should the need arise.

Repairs were done quickly and professionally. They did a very good job, our Air conditioning as been working well ever since.

Six Stars!  Absolutely the best company from the initial phone call for service, scheduling (next day!), and the technician, Jason...who phoned to arrive early (what AC company in July AZ does that?).  Tony from Air Assurance replace one AC unit 3 years ago.  I didn't hesitate to call on him for this unit.  Three years ago I chased around with other companies (including the big buck advertisers) until Tony at AIR ASSURANCE simply did the work.  Phew!

3 years ago, bought a house in Tempe that needed complete new water lines, sewer lines (under house) and hot water heater, etc.  Another words, BIG job.  Plumbsmart did all of the work as promised and at a reasonable rate.  Home is currently being sold and some items came up needing repair under warranty.  Don came out and did the job quickly and without any squawk in a courteous and professional manner.  Robert in the office helped with additional property inspector items - above and beyond the call of duty. I can't say enough good things about this company. Outstanding company with outstanding customer service.  Highly recommend!

I recently used Sharp Air to help with an A/C emergency at my home and had a wonderful experience! Well, as wonderful as it can be when you have to replace your A/C in Phoenix...in August.

The night I noticed my A/C was not functioning properly I contacted Sharp Air who had someone at my house the next day. Justin was nice enough to evaluate the situation and give an honest assessment of my options. After discussing some repair options that would have been a cheaper way to go, due to having a decade old unit, I decided to get a new one and was given a variety of options at different price points. Ultimately, Sharp Air assisted me in finding the best until for me and scheduled a very quick turnaround to replace the unit.

The unit replacement was very efficient and done while I was working from home. I want to thank the team at Sharp Air for not only coming to the rescue but for also presenting me with all options and ultimately helping me settle on a solution that was best for my family and budget. This also happened at the peak of the A/C maintenance season which made the quick service even more impressive.

If you have heating or cooling issues, do yourself a favor and reach out to Sharp Air!!

This company took advantage of us on a holiday service call and charged outrageously for parts and labor that didn't fix the problem.

Didn't show up multiple times after scheduling an appointment.   In both cases I took off work to be there. Then told us our warranty was holding it up.  We confirmed the warranty company authorized the purchase.  Then wouldn't return my husband's call or text.  This company is running on the back of a napkin.  Highly unprofessional.  My poor kids have had no AC for over 5 weeks.  RUN from this company.  

Contractor finally called back after my review and said they didn't like working with the Home warranty company and no longer wanted to do the work.  Then they shouldn't contract with the home warranty.  They know my family has had no air and kept lying to us saying that they were waiting on the warranty company.  20 days later they finally say sorry we just don't feel like doing it - all along telling us they were working on our behalf.  This company lacks complete integrity.
