Thoroughness + timeliness + knowledgeability + reliability + economical = professional.  Bought a condo in Fountain Hills and while original Trane (20+ years) ac/heater was working we decided to replace it.  

Had several estimates done.  Tim from Red Mountain came out and his input, questions and inspection outshone all.  He was the only one to take the time to inspect the interior and exterior units, return air and grill and to walk around the complex to look at the other units and their upgrades.  With Tim's insight and at a nominal cost,  we also enlarged the air return which was one of the best decisions we made.  Interior sound was significantly decreased.  

While it took a full day, replacement and installation was without an issue.  Follow up was done by Tim.  It was thorough and provided back up information along with warranty information.  Would highly recommend Red Mountain. I will go through them for future maintenance and I will also look at them when water heater needs to be replaced.

Had an emergency repair to AC.  Luke & Ian responded with a same day appointment and beat out everyone's price.  Quality and efficient service from a trustworthy business.  See you in October for a maintenance check up for Fall.  Thanks Guys!

Saul diagnosed and repaired my ac in less than an hour. He's honest found a bad capacitor. Replaced and comes with a lifetime warranty including labor. Reasonably priced. Thanks Saul. I will call you for all my ac needs.

Great Place to buy Wholesale! Have everything for A/c and Heating needs. Great prices and always have everything in stock. If you need anything special made have another location that can do it. Also have a location in Tucson. Highly recommend, So licence HVAC contractors check it out!!

We came back in town from a weekend away to find our downstairs at 85 and found him online with rave reviews and decided to give him a call.  It was Monday when I called and he said he didn't have an appointment till Wednesday but he was going to be in my area that night and could probably swing by later in the evening if that was okay.  

Even though it was after dark when he got here he was able to diagnose and fix the problem for us.  Neither of us knew anything about A/C but compared to other experiences I felt the charges were more than fair and was very happy to see that there weren't any after hours or emergency charges tacked on to the bill.  :)

Needless to say he lived up to and surpassed all of our expectations.  I am sure that this is the busiest and most hectic time of the year for anyone in that line of work and Lynn showed up after a verrrrry long day with a smile and was even joking around with us.  He is a one man show and you can tell that he cares about his customers and is a straight shooter!  Definitely would recommend him to anyone needing repairs in the East Valley (or anywhere in Phoenix) area!  Top notch!

Ben,  I do not think that it is fair that you gave a bad/low review based on the fact that he was unavailable to immediately come out.  That is like me getting upset because I walked into the best restaurant in town without a reservation on a Saturday night -- it still is the best restaurant in town even if I decided to pass on eating there because I couldn't get a table right away. Shame on you!

We've not had the best experience plumbers in the past but West Coast Plumbing & Air redeemed our prior negative experiences. They were incredibly responsive (call back in 5 min or less and a plumber out at our house in less than 24 hrs). Dave was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us trouble shoot our issue. Even though they didn't do our repair (irrigation lines) we had such a positive experience that we will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs. Two thumbs up!

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. I would recommend HammerHead Mechanical ask for Brandon he'll take great care of you.

We have used the AC Team several times. They are always on time, professional, and give a lot of information with what is wrong. They were able to come out same day and we were very thankful as our AC unit had stopped working. Kyle and Bill were great, and very knowledgeable. Our family only uses the AC Team for our AC repairs!

Please avoid this business so you don't have a nightmare like we did. They did not have ANY real plumbers, just wanna be handymen. They treat their employees like garbage, basically stealing from them. They overcharge their customers exorbitantly for work they aren't even qualified to do. Negative reviews are removed so people don't find out how badly these people treat other human beings. Incompetent, dishonest and immoral. Doesn't get much worse than this company and their employees.

Had John come over to the house based on his reviews on Yelp.  Came over as requested and wasn't on time, but I understand that some jobs can take longer than expected, so didnt matter to me since I was already home anyways.  I had 2 issues that needed to be handled, one was a flourescnt light fixture fix and the other was definitely more difficult process with a motor issue in my outside bbq hood.  Basically the motor needed to be replaced completely and John took the specs down and measured out the process, etc.  He came over a few days later and fixed the light which was a bit more expensive than i would have liked to see.  Could have just bought a new light for that price and would have been nice to know that before hand.  We paid him for that with no complaints hoping that the issue with hood would get fixed.  John left that day and never contacted us again.  I get it, its a tough project.  Just let us know you can;t do it and we will move on to the next.  If we were jerks for customers, that would make more sense to never contact us again and not deal with us.  But we never complained or questioned anything, just never heard back on what we needed fixed.

Our A/C quit on a Friday in June and it was quickly over 100 degrees in our home. I called the company my home warranty insurance directed me to, they never returned my call. I called Mike at 7:30 PM on Friday night, he was there within the hour, stayed till almost 11 and fixed the problem. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone, and plan to use him if I need repairs in the future.

Repairs were done quickly and professionally. They did a very good job, our Air conditioning as been working well ever since.

Six Stars!  Absolutely the best company from the initial phone call for service, scheduling (next day!), and the technician, Jason...who phoned to arrive early (what AC company in July AZ does that?).  Tony from Air Assurance replace one AC unit 3 years ago.  I didn't hesitate to call on him for this unit.  Three years ago I chased around with other companies (including the big buck advertisers) until Tony at AIR ASSURANCE simply did the work.  Phew!

A few months ago, in February 2016, I was considering installing air conditioning at our laundromat.  We got several bids and Plumbsmart convinced me I should do the job right then because during the winter when business is slow, I can get high quality work at decent prices.  Plumbsmart's pricing was okay.  They estimated the building should have a 7-ton unit, but I went with a 10-ton unit to assure we would keep the place cool without struggling.  I paid them $11,700.  Installation itself left much to be desired with the quality of work, damaged ceiling tiles and the awful way they restored.  I complained and they corrected the cosmetic repairs within the week, but it left me wondering how well the system's ducting was installed based solely on how they tried to piece back broken tiles to my ceiling.  

Then comes summer and the start of my horrific experience with this company.  The system ran day and night and barely moved the thermostat needle.  Customers are angry and going to our competitors.  Yes, I'm losing customers!!  Plumbsmart has been out many times in attempts to fix the system, but hardly any improvement.  One day, they asked for $1250 to install two more air intakes vents.  I paid.  It made some improvement, but we are still far away to what is acceptable.  Folks, I am NOT asking for 75 degree temps.  I would be happy with 85, but the system doesn't come close.  I'm mad as hell.  I keep losing customers.  Right now, it's 9pm at night.  The unit is set at 78, and it's 92 inside.  92 is not acceptable to anyone's standards.  Plumbsmart drags out with their responses and it'll be winter before they find a solution.  The system was installed last February.  It's now about August, and still no solution in sight.  I DO NOT recommend Plumbsmart for installing new air conditioners for any home or business.  I do not believe they know what they are doing.  I am leaving these reviews in hopes to warn others... and Plumbsmart has not heard the last of me.  I plan on filing a complaint with the contractors board, BBB, any other gov't agencies which may help regulate hvac contractors and I will be filing a court case for resolution.  I have paid them $13,000.  I would like to cool my place to 85... am I asking too much?  My experience with Plumbsmart and the results they have provided are beyond ridiculous.

Excellent! Got home from work on Friday and the house felt warm. Yep. Unit was humming, but no cool air. After calling a couple places that were closing for the day shortly, I called Sharp Air and they said they could have someone out between 6-8. I got a message asking if they could have their tech come over before. Calvin showed up 30 minutes early and got right to it. 30 minutes later cool air was pumping into the house. I ( and the cat) are very pleased with Sharp Air and how cool and knowledgeable Calvin Bailey was. Will definitely call them in the future.

This company took advantage of us on a holiday service call and charged outrageously for parts and labor that didn't fix the problem.

Tech serviced the wrong house. The work order had my address but they serviced the neighbors house. When I informed them the Tech never showed they tried justifying the service by sending me pictures of a house, the house number and an a/c unit. The pictures were my neighbors house. To top it off...my neighbors were not home! and the company never called me. They went into a backyard when nobody was home?? I had to call another company so hopefully they know how to read an address.
