Thoroughness + timeliness + knowledgeability + reliability + economical = professional.  Bought a condo in Fountain Hills and while original Trane (20+ years) ac/heater was working we decided to replace it.  

Had several estimates done.  Tim from Red Mountain came out and his input, questions and inspection outshone all.  He was the only one to take the time to inspect the interior and exterior units, return air and grill and to walk around the complex to look at the other units and their upgrades.  With Tim's insight and at a nominal cost,  we also enlarged the air return which was one of the best decisions we made.  Interior sound was significantly decreased.  

While it took a full day, replacement and installation was without an issue.  Follow up was done by Tim.  It was thorough and provided back up information along with warranty information.  Would highly recommend Red Mountain. I will go through them for future maintenance and I will also look at them when water heater needs to be replaced.

Kings of AC were responsive, and came out the exact day that I needed them at our Airbnb. They fix the problem for a very reasonable rate and we are extremely grateful for their service. I will use them again for sure.

Saul diagnosed and repaired my ac in less than an hour. He's honest found a bad capacitor. Replaced and comes with a lifetime warranty including labor. Reasonably priced. Thanks Saul. I will call you for all my ac needs.

They were able to come out to my townhome faster than anyone near the holidays & gave me a reasonable quote after hearing the first quote i received from another company that sounded sketchy.  Plumber was able to come back the next day and fix the cracked pipe quickly and for a good price.  Thank you, after dealing with multiple sub contractors over the last month giving me the runaround, I appreciate promptness and your honest work.  Would use again!

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. We saw on a local news show that they were highly rated. We needed a/c maintenance and got an appointment quickly. Katie was great on the phone and our technician was so awesome. Jesse took care of what we needed in a timely and professional manner. I will use this company again.

I took advantage of APES' December hvac tune up for $19 and was very pleased. The scheduler got me service within a couple of days, giving me a time slot of 2-6 pm. Adam showed up right on the dot of 2 pm. He was efficient and polite, masked, and explained due to Covid-19 precautions he would not  enter the house--I just had to crank up the temp to get the system running while he inspected it. When he came down (roof unit), he had photos, which he reviewed with me, showing just what he'd done to tighten things up. No up-sell beyond a brief mention of service plans available. I like the idea of one excellent service for most of my home repairs and will be calling on APES for my future repairs.

I had a quote from 3 companies. Went with John at Service King he was the best. I will call him going forward for future repairs or service.

Mike was very professional. I closed on a home and found that the A/C and heating unit was not working. I was only in town for the day Mike made room in his schedule to accommodate my last minute request for service.
He gave me a time he thought he would be at my home. He let me know ahead of time that he was on his way and arrived just when he said he would.
He fixed my heater quickly and was very gratuitous  answering all my silly questions.
He went above and beyond. Not only did Mike fix the initial problem, he made necessary adjustments  to ensure that my unit was working in the most efficient manner.
Mike was friendly, polite,  professional and most of all he was honest.
I would recommend him to anyone who needs A/C or hearer repair!

Repairs were done quickly and professionally. They did a very good job, our Air conditioning as been working well ever since.

Worst plumbing Company that I have ever dealt with.  I will NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone. They make false promises, cancel appointments, etc....

We purchased our AZ home in 2017 and, upon a recommendation, starting using Sharp Air for our HVAC maintenance. They found a couple of problems then and took care of them.

This year the expected bad news finally came - We needed a new system. That was on a Wednesday. We approved the new install and the new units were installed on Friday. This was great as we were leaving for the summer in a few days.

Sharp Air has always been courteous and attentive to our questions.

Highly recommend.

I spent lots of money. My problem was never diognosed or resolved. When the technician explained  what they charged for, it seemed to make sense. As he was placing a new looking motor (presumably the old broken one) into the service van, I resisted asking him to leave it.
I have heard of technicians pretending to replace parts. I resisted because I believed it would cause an an argument with my husband.

Didn't show up multiple times after scheduling an appointment.   In both cases I took off work to be there. Then told us our warranty was holding it up.  We confirmed the warranty company authorized the purchase.  Then wouldn't return my husband's call or text.  This company is running on the back of a napkin.  Highly unprofessional.  My poor kids have had no AC for over 5 weeks.  RUN from this company.  

Contractor finally called back after my review and said they didn't like working with the Home warranty company and no longer wanted to do the work.  Then they shouldn't contract with the home warranty.  They know my family has had no air and kept lying to us saying that they were waiting on the warranty company.  20 days later they finally say sorry we just don't feel like doing it - all along telling us they were working on our behalf.  This company lacks complete integrity.
