It was a pleasure to work with an outfit that prides themselves on being high quality professionals.  Tim worked with me for several hours to come up with the right combination of A/C parts to fit the space available.  The installation took less time than I expected, and was beautifully done.  I am confident the units will work perfectly for many years.

Submitted a request for a price quote and Luke & Ian arrived at our house the same day and on-time.

They were extremely helpful and performed an inspection and explained everything they recommended with a new system installation.  Our then current A/C units were 20+ years old .  They also where willing to help with one of our current A/C units that was leaking freon (not working) while I worked with the home warranty.

After getting quotes from 4 other companies we decided to upgrade with Kings of A/C for the following reasons

(1) they are nice guys and explained in detail the services they would performed and the written quote matched (a other said some things but not on quote)

(2) their overall willingness to help, provided multiple options with different units (14 vs 16 vs 18 seer ; 1 stage vs 2 stage vs variable, etc) they explained the pros and cons of each and didn't push us to a higher priced unit.

(3) They were very responsive to my questions - I texted them 3-4 times with questions after the left while doing the research - each text was answered quickly.

(4) The value of the system (significant upgrade from what we had) and at a very competitive price - high efficient systems - they also didn't require the rebates others offered - the price they gave was the price we paid!

They were able to get the new system installed the NEXT day!! (2) 4 ton split units and new furnace.   I paid the deposit and the next day they arrived sharp at 6 AM and worked 11+ hours- it was so nice to feel the cool air come on!

The new units are very quiet and the house went from 91+ to 78 in a few hours. They cleaned up everything - swept the floor - removed the old systems / parts and the concrete - I should have taken a picture of all the stuff they removed- it was a lot.

They came back the next day to tidy up and check the system. They replaced the trim on the attic access - paid attention to the small stuff.

Units worked perfectly -  it's only been a couple of days since installation but all is great!  We are very satisfied.

Highly recommend.

FYI - We replaced an A/C at our previous home 5 years ago with another company.  While the system worked, the installers didn't clean up much - the attic access was damaged and some of the drywall was damaged and reused some parts (pan and electrical boxes) NONE of this with Kings of A/C- all new and left like they were not here.

Saul diagnosed and repaired my ac in less than an hour. He's honest found a bad capacitor. Replaced and comes with a lifetime warranty including labor. Reasonably priced. Thanks Saul. I will call you for all my ac needs.

Lynn, you are the BEST!  Let me tell you all about this business, and the owner Lynn.  First off, this man has integrity, honesty, good character, sense of humor, and knows his s;%#!  We had window units in the house forever.  Lynn gave a  competitive price and didn't jack us around on unnecessary items/expenses.  He was patient with my financial situation, did amazing work, was very knowledgable, and just flat out knows what he's doing.  If it weren't for yelp I wouldn't have found him.  My father is a contractor and immediately said, this is the guy for us, he speaks like a tradesman, and knows what he's doing.  I can't say enough good things about Cool Guys!  If you want a new unit put in, want someone you can trust, this is the guy...period.  Thank you Lynn!  I'm actually cold already in the house, the electric bill is a fraction of what it was, and you did a fantastic job.  Highly Recommended A+++++

Great company! I had a problem with a very old leaking bathtub faucet. The problem was very complicated but they communicated everything to me and were able to properly fix it.

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. I would recommend HammerHead Mechanical ask for Brandon he'll take great care of you.

Well, I just got a response from 2 yrs ago,  and it made me think, I never updated it. Last month, we had The AC Team replace our downstairs AC.  They were just as easy to work with in setting that replacement up, the crew that came to the house was extremely polite and friendly (per my wife, since I was not home). And they got it done. Basically, anything from a service call to change a battery (yep, we did that) to a full replacement, these guys are professionals in every sense of the word. We would highly recommend them. And we have.

My husband and I had A.P.E.S. out to a rental property to perform normal maintenance on the AC and Dryer vent.  Many companies we contacted would not give us the time of day, often declining to take our business because it wasn't an emergency.  A.P.E.S. was very prompt with all levels of communication and was happy to come out.  Destrey and Frisco were not only knowledgable but very friendly.  They did a wonderful job servicing our equipment and made sure they were neat while working.  Both made sure I was educated on promotions and other products that might help the longevity of our appliances.  I always appreciate when I can be walked through something with out the hard sell. This is how A.P.E.S. operates.  We will definitely use them again.

John has done annual maintenance of our two air conditioning units for the last 8 years. Our 24 year old units (installed in 1998) are still functioning quite well. I think a major part of the credit goes to John Farrell of Service King. I find John conscientious, honest, and very reasonable. His recommendations are based on lots of testing, analysis and good judgement. I trust him completely.

I would highly recommend John for servicing air conditioning units or installing a replacement.

I know I am starting to sound like a broken record here about Mike but it is true- he is a great business man, very honest and very fair!!
Our unit finally died- and we needed a complete replacement and Mike worked with us to get the best unit and get it installed.
The job was very tough and they were here for over 13 hours and never complained once! He knew I had a wife that just had surgery and living in a house without air conditioning was not going to be easy so he stayed until the job was complete.
I cannot say enough about mike, other than if you go with someone else besides mike you are making a costly mistake.

Repairs were done quickly and professionally. They did a very good job, our Air conditioning as been working well ever since.

Air conditioner went out over the weekend. I called Air assurance they showed up right on time the next day on Sunday however they charge almost 3 times the amount if you called him on the weekend. The technician showed up got on my roof check the few things on my air conditioner didn't check the coils or the compressor told me that my air conditioner was fine just that it's old even though I told him that it wasn't cooling down the house and it was continuously running . He said that's normal for old air conditioner took his service fee and left. Called another company out of Casa Grande, they came out and fix the problem in 35 minutes told me it was the compressor. This company is reliable to show up on time that's about it.

Got a quick response to my HomeAdvisor request from Nick in the office, and had same day service scheduled. John R. came out and did the work for my parents, dealt with me remotely, and went above and beyond taking care of an extra that we didn't expect for a reasonable price. Their pricing was fair to begin with, so I'm very satisfied. Will be making the call to them first for any of my future needs. 5 stars isn't enough, thanks PlumbSmart.

These guys are awesome. I just built a brand new house that needed a few HVAC tweaks. Since Sharp Air did the original install for the builder, I asked them to come back to tidy up a few things.

Service Manager Justin came out right away, and I had them move a thermostat that was in a bad spot from the home's design. They also installed Google Nest T-stats for me. Outstanding work in a timely manner. Not cheap, but worth the cost.

I also had an issue with one of the outside condenser units making noise. Emory came out on another trip immediately, in June when they were slammed, and fixed it right up for me under warranty. Units now run and sound great. Thank you, Justin, Emory and Owner Mitch! Sharp Air rocks!

This company took advantage of us on a holiday service call and charged outrageously for parts and labor that didn't fix the problem.

Didn't show up multiple times after scheduling an appointment.   In both cases I took off work to be there. Then told us our warranty was holding it up.  We confirmed the warranty company authorized the purchase.  Then wouldn't return my husband's call or text.  This company is running on the back of a napkin.  Highly unprofessional.  My poor kids have had no AC for over 5 weeks.  RUN from this company.  

Contractor finally called back after my review and said they didn't like working with the Home warranty company and no longer wanted to do the work.  Then they shouldn't contract with the home warranty.  They know my family has had no air and kept lying to us saying that they were waiting on the warranty company.  20 days later they finally say sorry we just don't feel like doing it - all along telling us they were working on our behalf.  This company lacks complete integrity.
