If you want an estimate from Kings of AC LLC,  the King will tell you in the afternoon. I didn't know that this meant from noon to......  Like I have all day to wait for an estimate. At 5 pm I sent the King a text to cancel appointment.
The King is too busy (good sign), but gave him 2 star because he's a young company....Good luck

Saul diagnosed and repaired my ac in less than an hour. He's honest found a bad capacitor. Replaced and comes with a lifetime warranty including labor. Reasonably priced. Thanks Saul. I will call you for all my ac needs.

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. This deserves a followup!!!  Our AC went out - about a month after our semi-annual check (which you're crazy if you don't have done).  I called the AC number and Nick was here the same day,  Fixed the major problem in 30 minutes and gave me full credit for their check up they'd done the previous month.  Plus a discount on their service.  That's why I would NEVER deal with a major chain.  Give me a local service company every time.  And in the Heating/AC business, I'll always choose the AC Team.

I was referred to them by my home warranty. They called me with a 2 hour window. They Text me when 1 hour away. After inspection of problem they were called out on they noticed garbage disposal had several cracks. They not only called home warranty to verbalize concern but replaced it on the spot!!!!

I called John around 9:30 this am after doing several review checks on a repair guy online. My builder had Chaz Roberts do the AC installation in my new home two years ago and this was the second time in two years with the same issue,  no AC upstairs in any of my bedrooms..By noon he was here as told and got right to my ac problem. He was very thorough in the repair and service! He did not hit me up with bogus repairs and unmanaged time. I will be using him again next week on another property as he was VERY reasonable with his fees as well! Thanks John! Stay Cool.

Last night, 2300 hrs. Whew, it sure is hot in here. Doh. The A/C is out!
Mr. P found AJ Mike's on the web, and gave him a call. What service! Mike came out just a few hours after our call! Talk about prompt, Mike was ringing the bell at 1059 for our 1100 appointment. Professional, friendly and prepared, Mike was amazing. He fixed us up, and explained the problem to Mr. P, who often repairs our stuff on his own. He was very affordable and humble. We thought we probably also needed a freon top off for a slow leak, and he told us that, in fact, we were good. That's integrity that we have yet to see (if you read my other reviews of HVAC contractors), and we appreciated his knowledge.
We had an all-around great experience with Mike, and will be using him from here on out. We will be moving our units in the near future, and his quote for A/C relocation was more than fair...we will be seeing him soon!

Six Stars!  Absolutely the best company from the initial phone call for service, scheduling (next day!), and the technician, Jason...who phoned to arrive early (what AC company in July AZ does that?).  Tony from Air Assurance replace one AC unit 3 years ago.  I didn't hesitate to call on him for this unit.  Three years ago I chased around with other companies (including the big buck advertisers) until Tony at AIR ASSURANCE simply did the work.  Phew!

Competitive pricing, professional service, fast response. Will definitely use again with my next plumbing issue. Replaced a corroded, no longer working outside water Bib (I think they call it). The tech was very personable, so if you get Hernan you are in good hands.

Sharp Air is very responsive, professional and reasonable.  No additional fees.  Great service done right the first time.  I wouldn't call anyone else!

This company took advantage of us on a holiday service call and charged outrageously for parts and labor that didn't fix the problem.

Didn't show up multiple times after scheduling an appointment.   In both cases I took off work to be there. Then told us our warranty was holding it up.  We confirmed the warranty company authorized the purchase.  Then wouldn't return my husband's call or text.  This company is running on the back of a napkin.  Highly unprofessional.  My poor kids have had no AC for over 5 weeks.  RUN from this company.  

Contractor finally called back after my review and said they didn't like working with the Home warranty company and no longer wanted to do the work.  Then they shouldn't contract with the home warranty.  They know my family has had no air and kept lying to us saying that they were waiting on the warranty company.  20 days later they finally say sorry we just don't feel like doing it - all along telling us they were working on our behalf.  This company lacks complete integrity.
