Tim was my salesman and Ernie, his brother and JD did the install. I'm a salesman as well and can spot, in the first 10 seconds,  if a guy knows what he's doing. Tim does, which is why I went with RMAC. He answered all my questions, worked with me on the price and added services, met and exceeded expectations.

Ernie and his team did a seamless job of installing the unit. No issues and I would have no problem referring him on anyone's job. They were thorough in their preparation, execution, and clean up.

Saul diagnosed and repaired my ac in less than an hour. He's honest found a bad capacitor. Replaced and comes with a lifetime warranty including labor. Reasonably priced. Thanks Saul. I will call you for all my ac needs.

Great Place to buy Wholesale! Have everything for A/c and Heating needs. Great prices and always have everything in stock. If you need anything special made have another location that can do it. Also have a location in Tucson. Highly recommend, So licence HVAC contractors check it out!!

He arrived exactly on time and immediately began to diagnose the problem with the A/C and then the gas heater. In quick time he located the problem with the A/C, replaced a minor part, serviced both units and then went to work on the heater(s), one of which which was not warming the left side of the home. In no time he located a stuck value that controlled the gas flow, adjusted that, serviced both gas units, gave me the bill which I'm sure saved me hundreds of dollars.  
He is my go to guy now and forever for any AC or heating problem.

I love West Coast Plumbing & Air! I had a home inspection that turned up some slight issues with the air conditioning unit of a home that I am purchasing. I wanted a second opinion, so I contacted WCP&A first thing on Monday morning. Justin, who answered the phone was polite, courteous and scheduled the appointment for today. About 20 minutes ago I received a call from John (whom I believe is one of the owners) who stated I would love to say that there is something wrong with the unit and you need work (joking of course) but I couldn't find anything wrong with it. Not only did he ease my fears, he stated that he wasn't going to charge me since he was already in the neighborhood! I am a Realtor and this won BIG brownie points with me. Not only will I give them my future business, they can count on me for future referrals for all of my clients!!

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. Well, I just got a response from 2 yrs ago,  and it made me think, I never updated it. Last month, we had The AC Team replace our downstairs AC.  They were just as easy to work with in setting that replacement up, the crew that came to the house was extremely polite and friendly (per my wife, since I was not home). And they got it done. Basically, anything from a service call to change a battery (yep, we did that) to a full replacement, these guys are professionals in every sense of the word. We would highly recommend them. And we have.

We recently had APES apace come over for a repair through our home warranty.  We had an excellent experience with Destry! He was very thorough and informative. He also has attention to detail.  He was really determined to fix our range with precision so it would work perfectly.  We're very impressed and will keep apes on file for future use!

i called one company they said 3 to 6 p.m.i called mike he answered the phone and gave me approx time he would be out. the a/c was not working we were burning up. he did diagnosis and checked the points of unit just needed one lb of freon. all else is good shape. $100 freon and $60 service call thanks mike i will use you again. i like local help with 5 stars. and you deserve it.

Repairs were done quickly and professionally. They did a very good job, our Air conditioning as been working well ever since.

Six Stars!  Absolutely the best company from the initial phone call for service, scheduling (next day!), and the technician, Jason...who phoned to arrive early (what AC company in July AZ does that?).  Tony from Air Assurance replace one AC unit 3 years ago.  I didn't hesitate to call on him for this unit.  Three years ago I chased around with other companies (including the big buck advertisers) until Tony at AIR ASSURANCE simply did the work.  Phew!

Our kitchen sink stopped draining and backed up. Plumb Smart scheduled us within 24 hours. Communicated & confirmed with multiple text messages both before and after. Excellent service from Trent who worked very hard to diagnose and fix our issue that was unfortunately more than a quick fix. Trent showed great knowledge and respect for our house. On time, efficient and a good value. No price gauging whatsoever here - completely fair. I greatly appreciated the helpful attitude from Trent.

We had them install a wi-fi thermostat for us because we didn't have a C wire.  Spoke with Mitch on the phone and let him know what we needed to have done.  He understood, gave us a quote, and said a technician could be out that same day between 4-6pm.  We received a call from Kasey saying he was running ahead of schedule and would like to stop by earlier if that worked for us, which of course, it did!  He was here within a half hour.  We were confident right away that he really knew what he was doing.  After changing some wiring around, and spending at least 15 minutes upstairs in the attic (it was a 100 degrees that day, I can't even imagine how hot it was up there!!) he got our thermostat programmed and even made sure the air and heat both worked!  The price we paid was exactly what we were quoted.  I'd highly recommend them and would certainly use Sharp again!!  Thanks for the GREAT service!!!

I spent lots of money. My problem was never diognosed or resolved. When the technician explained  what they charged for, it seemed to make sense. As he was placing a new looking motor (presumably the old broken one) into the service van, I resisted asking him to leave it.
I have heard of technicians pretending to replace parts. I resisted because I believed it would cause an an argument with my husband.

Didn't show up multiple times after scheduling an appointment.   In both cases I took off work to be there. Then told us our warranty was holding it up.  We confirmed the warranty company authorized the purchase.  Then wouldn't return my husband's call or text.  This company is running on the back of a napkin.  Highly unprofessional.  My poor kids have had no AC for over 5 weeks.  RUN from this company.  

Contractor finally called back after my review and said they didn't like working with the Home warranty company and no longer wanted to do the work.  Then they shouldn't contract with the home warranty.  They know my family has had no air and kept lying to us saying that they were waiting on the warranty company.  20 days later they finally say sorry we just don't feel like doing it - all along telling us they were working on our behalf.  This company lacks complete integrity.
