I built my first owner-builder home.  After talking with 4 companies I went with Red Mountain.  I explained that I wanted a high end system with separate temperature controlled areas, humidity control, Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV), solid tubing for main runs and a Mini Split for the workshop.  Red Mountain did not disappoint!!  It has been 18 months since I built my home and my highest electric bill was $177 for a 3,700 sf home.  Sweet!  Thanks Red Mountain!!

When our AC broke Luke came right out the next morning. He gave me a couple options, one of them being that my AC needed to be replaced. We already knew it was coming so we just went with the new one. There was a slight delay in getting the unit, however, they took care of us and filled up the existing AC so we were comfortable until the new unit came in. The company was in touch with us everyday letting us know any updates they had. The install was easy and painless! Every technician that I had contact with was extremely helpful and nice to work with. We will certainly invite them back to our house if we have any other issues. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help!

Saul diagnosed and repaired my ac in less than an hour. He's honest found a bad capacitor. Replaced and comes with a lifetime warranty including labor. Reasonably priced. Thanks Saul. I will call you for all my ac needs.

Because of all the positive yelps, I called Cool Guys. Called at 9pm on a 112 degree day leaving a message about A/C out, hard for my son and I to sleep. No one ever called back. Ever.

We had a lightning strike recently which caused various equipment to fail in our home. The AC Team came out the next day and was able to determine what needed to be repaired or replaced. They were knowledgeable, efficient, were able to get replacement parts quickly and priced well.

Our refrigerator recently sprung a leak over the weekend.  After several S.O.S. calls to various service providers, I checked Home Depot Pro and was hooked up with A.P.E.S. (Arizona Plumbing Expert Services).   APES responded within an hour or so and said they'd have a tech out to our place by the end of business.  Destry arrived within an hour or so of the notification.  Check Box 1!  Prompt service!  After diagnosing the problem, he gave me the price and upon approval, he retrieved the part and installed.  Check Box 2!  Pricing before performing the job!  Within the hour, he had the part, had it installed, checked the back line to ensure no further leaks.  Check Box 3!  Attention to detail!  He cleaned the area and reviewed the invoice with me and showed no hidden or additional charges.  Check Box 4!  Kept his word on the pricing!  

I highly recommend A.P.E.S. for your plumbing, appliance or electrical repairs!  My endorsement is that I hope I never have to call upon A.P.E.S. again!  But if I do need help, these are my guys!

John to the rescue again!  My upstairs A/C stopped blowing cold air last night so I called this morning.  He squeezed me in, again, and fixed the problem (a burnt wire)!  I highly recommend Service King if you are having A/C problems and want a trustworthy technician!

AC crashed today and called about 8 places, including my home warranty, no one was available in the same day. Called Sharp AC as my last hope (naturally, I only wanted 4 stars or better rating) and they said they can send someone in about 2 hours!!! Justin shows up, and what a life saver!

It took him ten minutes to diagnose the problem (blown fuse) and fixed it. He even had time for me to ask him some questions and took the time to answered them thoroughly, without making me feel rushed.

Justin's great, and I strongly recommend Sharp AC (family run business) in a pinch!

This company took advantage of us on a holiday service call and charged outrageously for parts and labor that didn't fix the problem.

Didn't show up multiple times after scheduling an appointment.   In both cases I took off work to be there. Then told us our warranty was holding it up.  We confirmed the warranty company authorized the purchase.  Then wouldn't return my husband's call or text.  This company is running on the back of a napkin.  Highly unprofessional.  My poor kids have had no AC for over 5 weeks.  RUN from this company.  

Contractor finally called back after my review and said they didn't like working with the Home warranty company and no longer wanted to do the work.  Then they shouldn't contract with the home warranty.  They know my family has had no air and kept lying to us saying that they were waiting on the warranty company.  20 days later they finally say sorry we just don't feel like doing it - all along telling us they were working on our behalf.  This company lacks complete integrity.
