Tim was my salesman and Ernie, his brother and JD did the install. I'm a salesman as well and can spot, in the first 10 seconds,  if a guy knows what he's doing. Tim does, which is why I went with RMAC. He answered all my questions, worked with me on the price and added services, met and exceeded expectations.

Ernie and his team did a seamless job of installing the unit. No issues and I would have no problem referring him on anyone's job. They were thorough in their preparation, execution, and clean up.

Lynn was exceptionally punctual, kind, knowledgeable and efficient.  I would recommend Cool Guys without hesitation!  Our air conditioner was fixed quickly and for a very reasonable rate.  If you are trying to decide who to have work on your air conditioner, call Lynn right away!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about west coast plumbing & air. They are an amazing company and they take care of their customers!  We had a clogged toilet late at night and they fixed it. We had a water issue outside the house and they fixed it fast. We had not one but two ac units go out within a week of each other and they came to the rescue!  West coast goes above and beyond and I highly recommend them to everyone!  Keep up the good work.

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. These guys are the real deal. They installed a new unit in our condo about 4 months ago, and we could be happier. The install went smooth and they were in and out in a few hours. Very professional clean installation the gives me confidence. Even after the installation they are able to help me tweak/modify the setup further for optimization purposes and efficiency. Just a little background since May 2019 we've have four different company's to our house regarding our ac. All four of those companies used bandaids to fix the problem and returned multiple times because they installed incorrectly the first time. I will say those four companies from the start you could tell something wasn't quite right and all four of them proved my feeling right they were all crap.
APES is our fifth company from the initial visit till the completion of job they have been the BEST! Good job you deserve much more recognition than this post.

John came out to central Phoenix to help me install a mini-split air conditioning unit I purchased from Home Depot.  He came out for an initial consultation, noted some items that were required but not included in the system that I bought, and picked up those items before showing up at my house again for installation.

The former garage (current family room) is now my favorite room in the house!  I highly recommend Service King if you have a/c issues or need someone with the know-how to help with A/C needs!

Not all heroes wear capes! We came home after a hot day outside at the comicon convention to an ever hotter house. The ac was blowing hot air. Not wanting to wait 3 days for a response from our home warranty, I turned to Yelp and called the first company that was open late on a Saturday. Mike was out in hour and within minutes knew what was wrong and even better, was able to fix it! He had parts handy on his truck which made it a quick fix. I damn near kissed the man as our house was cooler immediately. I don't handle heat well --Backstory, our compressor went out a few years back and the home warranty took 10 days to fix it in 120 degree weather. My husband and I damn near got divorced over that because again, I don't tolerate heat well--so thank you Mike for saving the day, and potentially our marriage. I will shout it from the roof-tops how great his service was! Bravo!!

Repairs were done quickly and professionally. They did a very good job, our Air conditioning as been working well ever since.

Air conditioner went out over the weekend. I called Air assurance they showed up right on time the next day on Sunday however they charge almost 3 times the amount if you called him on the weekend. The technician showed up got on my roof check the few things on my air conditioner didn't check the coils or the compressor told me that my air conditioner was fine just that it's old even though I told him that it wasn't cooling down the house and it was continuously running . He said that's normal for old air conditioner took his service fee and left. Called another company out of Casa Grande, they came out and fix the problem in 35 minutes told me it was the compressor. This company is reliable to show up on time that's about it.

Pleased with the responsiveness of the company and the reasonable pricing. We ordered a toilet in the morning that they were able to install same afternoon. I appreciate the electronic invoices as well - saves on paper clutter.

I choose this Sharp Air Conditioning because the reviews, but this was the worst mistake ever choosing them. All of this started June 2, 2022 with us calling to see if they would accept a 3rd party check, they said they do. Long story short everytime they would schedule us to get the work done I would take time off to make sure I was here but eventually got fired because Sharp Air Conditioning would never show up. So we have spent this whole summer WITHOUT AC. (Anyone in az knows how inhumane it is to not have ac). Well there excuse was they would try calling and I won't pick basically no communication but phones don't lie we have screenshots and call log recorded to prove them lying. Then turns out everyone else had priority over us and we needed up giving them a check for the full amount for the work and unit on June 27 2022 (almost a month later) then they scheduled us for July 7, 2022 at 12 (noon) I took off the whole day at my new job then everytime I would call, the time kept getting pushed back, I missed the call because it was 5pm (5 hours later than what they said) my wife had to get 3 teeth pulled and 2 root canals and needed a driver that is why I took the day off and scheduled her appointment to the latest time expecting the ac would be done around the time they said. I left a message for them but we were told this morning I was being rude with the message left so they dropped us. ***They keep deleting my review on google****

I spent lots of money. My problem was never diognosed or resolved. When the technician explained  what they charged for, it seemed to make sense. As he was placing a new looking motor (presumably the old broken one) into the service van, I resisted asking him to leave it.
I have heard of technicians pretending to replace parts. I resisted because I believed it would cause an an argument with my husband.

Didn't show up multiple times after scheduling an appointment.   In both cases I took off work to be there. Then told us our warranty was holding it up.  We confirmed the warranty company authorized the purchase.  Then wouldn't return my husband's call or text.  This company is running on the back of a napkin.  Highly unprofessional.  My poor kids have had no AC for over 5 weeks.  RUN from this company.  

Contractor finally called back after my review and said they didn't like working with the Home warranty company and no longer wanted to do the work.  Then they shouldn't contract with the home warranty.  They know my family has had no air and kept lying to us saying that they were waiting on the warranty company.  20 days later they finally say sorry we just don't feel like doing it - all along telling us they were working on our behalf.  This company lacks complete integrity.
