I have now had Brian from West Coast Plumbing out here twice and have been  so happy with his service I felt it'd be my duty to leave a positive review. He came out the first time for some routine faucet installations and repairs. He not only came out on short notice the day before Christmas but also went over and above by fixing something a different plumber had simply overlooked. The second visit was also on short notice and again he went the extra mile to help with pipe insulation. Considering the service they give and the savings I'll now experience from not wasting money with anyone else, I can say they have unequivocally earned me as a long term client.

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. I can't thank Nick, the owner, and Erin enough for helping us out when we had an issue with our Trane AC unit. I had been using Orangutan for all my AC needs and when their Tech showed his utter incompetence by diagnosing a perfectly good compressor as being faulty and wanted to charge me $2200, I was desperate to find someone who could give me an honest second opinion. I was referred to the AC Team by a good friend and I called Nick immediately. Even though it was a weekend, they returned my texts/calls and set up an appointment for Monday to come out all the way from Surprise to Scottsdale (a good 50 min drive) to inspect my units. Nick found that there was a faulty breaker, loose wiring and dirty filter. Not wanting to do anything more than what was needed, he made two trips during which he thoroughly cleaned the filters, tightened the connections and went to the local hardware store and replaced the circuit breaker.
These guys are honest and true professionals and will go out of their way to do right by the customer. I would highly recommend that you give them a call if you are having any HVAC issues.

i called one company they said 3 to 6 p.m.i called mike he answered the phone and gave me approx time he would be out. the a/c was not working we were burning up. he did diagnosis and checked the points of unit just needed one lb of freon. all else is good shape. $100 freon and $60 service call thanks mike i will use you again. i like local help with 5 stars. and you deserve it.

Repairs were done quickly and professionally. They did a very good job, our Air conditioning as been working well ever since.

Very satisfied with work and price on a water heater install and outdoor spigot replacement.  Very unsatisfied that they recommended a water damage remediation company that I vetted and discovered that company has terrible reviews on yelp and Better Business Bureau.  Plumbsmart keep doing what you do well and make sure the industry partners you recommend are A+.  A bad recommendation reflects poorly on your business profile.

AC crashed today and called about 8 places, including my home warranty, no one was available in the same day. Called Sharp AC as my last hope (naturally, I only wanted 4 stars or better rating) and they said they can send someone in about 2 hours!!! Justin shows up, and what a life saver!

It took him ten minutes to diagnose the problem (blown fuse) and fixed it. He even had time for me to ask him some questions and took the time to answered them thoroughly, without making me feel rushed.

Justin's great, and I strongly recommend Sharp AC (family run business) in a pinch!

This company took advantage of us on a holiday service call and charged outrageously for parts and labor that didn't fix the problem.

Didn't show up multiple times after scheduling an appointment.   In both cases I took off work to be there. Then told us our warranty was holding it up.  We confirmed the warranty company authorized the purchase.  Then wouldn't return my husband's call or text.  This company is running on the back of a napkin.  Highly unprofessional.  My poor kids have had no AC for over 5 weeks.  RUN from this company.  

Contractor finally called back after my review and said they didn't like working with the Home warranty company and no longer wanted to do the work.  Then they shouldn't contract with the home warranty.  They know my family has had no air and kept lying to us saying that they were waiting on the warranty company.  20 days later they finally say sorry we just don't feel like doing it - all along telling us they were working on our behalf.  This company lacks complete integrity.
