Very disappointed!  Do not recommend.  Phone calls are not returned in a timely manner.  They don't stand behind the products they sell by admission but yet still sell them to the consumer.    Brand new unit, less than 4 years old, serviced 4 times and never covered by warranty.  Not trying to bash, just being honest.  Did not work for me, will not return!

They gave me a quote on a new air conditioner.
I agreed to there quote & installation.
They showed up and completed the job on time as promised.

The Nest thermostat in my home suddenly stopped working.  The display was black and when I opened up the app on my phone the status was not enough power for wi-fi.  After some investigation is was determined that something was wrong with the unit.  I called Lynn and explained what happened, he came out the same day to properly diagnose the problem.  Turns out the board was bad and needed to be replaced. The new piece was a special order item and Lynn was able to find it quickly and get the unit back up in running within days.  Lynn was on time, professional and provided quick service.  Thank you!

Technicians for plumbing are fast and efficient figuring out a plumbing leak from upstairs.  Furthermore, had another issue with a bathroom not flushing and backing up into home.  Technicians scoped lines and found root in a pipe and fixed issue quick and easy.  Highly recommend! This is a six star company out of five!

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. I've had John to my house twice, once for a tube up and once when I had a clog in the drain for my A/c. Both times he was able to come out with in a few days of me requesting an appointment. He was on time and worked quickly and explained everything he did after the service. Fair prices and great results from both services. I'll continue to use him for my A/c needs in the future.

Last night, 2300 hrs. Whew, it sure is hot in here. Doh. The A/C is out!
Mr. P found AJ Mike's on the web, and gave him a call. What service! Mike came out just a few hours after our call! Talk about prompt, Mike was ringing the bell at 1059 for our 1100 appointment. Professional, friendly and prepared, Mike was amazing. He fixed us up, and explained the problem to Mr. P, who often repairs our stuff on his own. He was very affordable and humble. We thought we probably also needed a freon top off for a slow leak, and he told us that, in fact, we were good. That's integrity that we have yet to see (if you read my other reviews of HVAC contractors), and we appreciated his knowledge.
We had an all-around great experience with Mike, and will be using him from here on out. We will be moving our units in the near future, and his quote for A/C relocation was more than fair...we will be seeing him soon!

Busted water fitting under my mobile home on Friday late afternoon, after calling 3 other emergency plumbers and getting no response I found PlumbSmart, answered all my concerns and set an appointment up for the following afternoon. Darrell showed up early and took care of the problem and another fitting that was looking like it was ready to fail. Quick and efficient, will be my go to plumbing company from now on.

Sharp Air is very responsive, professional and reasonable.  No additional fees.  Great service done right the first time.  I wouldn't call anyone else!

This company took advantage of us on a holiday service call and charged outrageously for parts and labor that didn't fix the problem.

Didn't show up multiple times after scheduling an appointment.   In both cases I took off work to be there. Then told us our warranty was holding it up.  We confirmed the warranty company authorized the purchase.  Then wouldn't return my husband's call or text.  This company is running on the back of a napkin.  Highly unprofessional.  My poor kids have had no AC for over 5 weeks.  RUN from this company.  

Contractor finally called back after my review and said they didn't like working with the Home warranty company and no longer wanted to do the work.  Then they shouldn't contract with the home warranty.  They know my family has had no air and kept lying to us saying that they were waiting on the warranty company.  20 days later they finally say sorry we just don't feel like doing it - all along telling us they were working on our behalf.  This company lacks complete integrity.
