I've had Red Mtn Air come out to perform routine maintenance and deal with a condensation line leak in my air unit.  They've always been professional, prompt and very helpful.  No complaints and I continue to use them.

Submitted a request for a price quote and Luke & Ian arrived at our house the same day and on-time.

They were extremely helpful and performed an inspection and explained everything they recommended with a new system installation.  Our then current A/C units were 20+ years old .  They also where willing to help with one of our current A/C units that was leaking freon (not working) while I worked with the home warranty.

After getting quotes from 4 other companies we decided to upgrade with Kings of A/C for the following reasons

(1) they are nice guys and explained in detail the services they would performed and the written quote matched (a other said some things but not on quote)

(2) their overall willingness to help, provided multiple options with different units (14 vs 16 vs 18 seer ; 1 stage vs 2 stage vs variable, etc) they explained the pros and cons of each and didn't push us to a higher priced unit.

(3) They were very responsive to my questions - I texted them 3-4 times with questions after the left while doing the research - each text was answered quickly.

(4) The value of the system (significant upgrade from what we had) and at a very competitive price - high efficient systems - they also didn't require the rebates others offered - the price they gave was the price we paid!

They were able to get the new system installed the NEXT day!! (2) 4 ton split units and new furnace.   I paid the deposit and the next day they arrived sharp at 6 AM and worked 11+ hours- it was so nice to feel the cool air come on!

The new units are very quiet and the house went from 91+ to 78 in a few hours. They cleaned up everything - swept the floor - removed the old systems / parts and the concrete - I should have taken a picture of all the stuff they removed- it was a lot.

They came back the next day to tidy up and check the system. They replaced the trim on the attic access - paid attention to the small stuff.

Units worked perfectly -  it's only been a couple of days since installation but all is great!  We are very satisfied.

Highly recommend.

FYI - We replaced an A/C at our previous home 5 years ago with another company.  While the system worked, the installers didn't clean up much - the attic access was damaged and some of the drywall was damaged and reused some parts (pan and electrical boxes) NONE of this with Kings of A/C- all new and left like they were not here.

Great Place to buy Wholesale! Have everything for A/c and Heating needs. Great prices and always have everything in stock. If you need anything special made have another location that can do it. Also have a location in Tucson. Highly recommend, So licence HVAC contractors check it out!!

We needed to purchase a new heating/cooling system. It was a very daunting task. After we contacted Lynn, he was quick to get back with us- gave us straightforward information and was overall fantastic to work with.

He was on time, respectful of our property and was willing to answer any and all questions. From initial contact to follow through, everything was great.

Quick to schedule. My tech came out and hooked up my Common wire on my unit super fast. $75 fee to come out. He asked if I wanted him to install my new thermostat, but having already installed two at my old home... I figured I could handle that part. My dumb self forgot about the screen that requires HVAC configuration. In which you have to know what kind of unit you have. I reached out and asked if my tech could walk me through the screen. She told me he offered to install, but I said no. Which was accurate, nor what my issue was. She said he couldn't call and they would have to send another tech out to configure. And charge me another fee. From a customer service perspective, this was awful. Take care of your paying customers like they're your family. Thats what keeps them coming back. One screen I needed help with. Five minutes of his time. To make it a whopping 20 minute whole experience.

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. I would recommend HammerHead Mechanical ask for Brandon he'll take great care of you.

Nick and his team have been out to my office twice in the last six months for two different issues.  I originally heard of them through a friend and he told me that their prices and service were unbeatable and he was right.  It took me a minute to convince the doctors that I work for to try a company that is smaller, and not commercial, but they too were overjoyed at the price (I'm talking HUNDREDS less) and service level received.

A job well done! Thank you for a speedy replacement of my water heater and all the knowledge I was given including the referral for water removal services. Technicians were knowledgeable, experienced, professional and considerate; they did not leave a mess. They treated my space as if it were their own. I have found my new handyman! After reading positive reviews on YELP I called John to see if he was available to take a look at my list of projects. He came out within a day or two of my call and was able to handle everything on my list which included- replacing the fascia on my porch before house painting; rebuilding my brick flower box; fixing my sprinkler system; replacing  kitchen faucets and lots of other small projects. John always came up with the most cost effective way to resolve a problem, arrived on time and completed each task successfully! it's a great relief to know that when I have work to be done, I know someone who knows how to do many things well. He will tell you if there is a job that he isn't comfortable with but he is so versatile I didn't experience that. yay John! I am compiling a new list :)

The heat went out on us overnight. I called and Mike  came out later the same day. He was efficient and explained the issue and fixed it. I found him to be honest and personable. His fee was reasonable. I will definitely call him again if issues arise.

Repairs were done quickly and professionally. They did a very good job, our Air conditioning as been working well ever since.

Excellent responsive technicians. Always happy with they come to check out my HVAC system and stick around to explain when I have questions.

I called plumbsmart last week on on the 19th and was given a window for service the same day. The tech Justin came 45min BEFORE the window which was very welcome when your a/c is out. He did quick but accurate assessment and diagnosis. Then repaired with no nonsense. A week later and the unit is still working great. A/C work is never going to be inexpensive but plumbSmart was fairly priced with no shenanigans.

Although tech was nice, they failed to find the leak in the system and wasted my time and money. They charged me $75 for a service fee, two lbs of Freon for $150 and put slime in the system that didn't work. System failed and went down next day. Called them and they said they would be out next day....never showed, called or texted. New company came out on Sunday and quickly found the leak at the coil and system was 3 lbs low on Freon.....good luck with these guys.

This company took advantage of us on a holiday service call and charged outrageously for parts and labor that didn't fix the problem.

Tech serviced the wrong house. The work order had my address but they serviced the neighbors house. When I informed them the Tech never showed they tried justifying the service by sending me pictures of a house, the house number and an a/c unit. The pictures were my neighbors house. To top it off...my neighbors were not home! and the company never called me. They went into a backyard when nobody was home?? I had to call another company so hopefully they know how to read an address.
