Saul diagnosed and repaired my ac in less than an hour. He's honest found a bad capacitor. Replaced and comes with a lifetime warranty including labor. Reasonably priced. Thanks Saul. I will call you for all my ac needs.

Lynne saved us today; our AC unit froze up and needed a freon recharge amid the height of 115 degree summer day heat.  He was here within a half hour--guess I should be glad that Yelp was really the only place I could find him and that I took a chance on one review.  I had been on hold at a couple larger companies who then told me they were all booked for the weekend and couldn't dispatch anyone.  Of course then I remembered there is a reason I try to support small business.  CGAC is a one man operation and the price and service were professional and excellent.  It was pretty memorable when Lynne jokingly responded to my comment that I'd think they would have more than one AC unit for a two level house with a there you go thinking again.  My best to him and his business.  We'll be using him again and passing his info along.

I have now had Brian from West Coast Plumbing out here twice and have been  so happy with his service I felt it'd be my duty to leave a positive review. He came out the first time for some routine faucet installations and repairs. He not only came out on short notice the day before Christmas but also went over and above by fixing something a different plumber had simply overlooked. The second visit was also on short notice and again he went the extra mile to help with pipe insulation. Considering the service they give and the savings I'll now experience from not wasting money with anyone else, I can say they have unequivocally earned me as a long term client.

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. The AC Team is honest, reasonable and efficient. I have been working/using The team for over 4 years. They did my house maintenance and recently had a new unit installed. It was a clean installation, the crew is professional and friendly. I had recommended the crew to family and friends and continue to use their services.

We have used . A.P.E.S. Before they were professional and did great work. But a business that also helps in their community is amazing.  We had 11 ton of Rock delivered. My husband  is a disabled Vet. I was planning on doing the job by myself. Then Ralph heard about it and called us and said he would be over to help. No questions, nothing expected. He stayed and helped in the heat until the job was done. We will always use A.P.E.S. for all our plumbing needs. They went above and beyond and I thank therm so much. Our air went out last night.  I called him this morning about 7:30am, he answered on the 2nd ring and came out right on schedule.  John did a great job, was professional and friendly and charged right on what I was expecting from previous A/C experience.  He had the part in the truck and fixed it quickly.  The house is already cool and I'd definitely recommend him to anyone.

Six Stars!  Absolutely the best company from the initial phone call for service, scheduling (next day!), and the technician, Jason...who phoned to arrive early (what AC company in July AZ does that?).  Tony from Air Assurance replace one AC unit 3 years ago.  I didn't hesitate to call on him for this unit.  Three years ago I chased around with other companies (including the big buck advertisers) until Tony at AIR ASSURANCE simply did the work.  Phew!

It was necessary to replace the toilets in my master bathroom, which has travertine flooring, and my guest bathroom, which has carpeting.  I had been putting off doing the replacements as I was concerned that the new toilets would not occupy the same footprint as the old ones, which were 40+ years old.  The PlumbSmart technicians exceeded all reasonable expectations in terms of situating the new fixtures.  As PlumbSmart has done excellent work for us in the past, I should have known that there would be no installation problems.  Plumbing problems can be a nightmare, so it's good to have a reliable company like PlumbSmart ready to provide help when needed.

Called in the morning and a tech was scheduled to come later the same day. Justin even arrived early, but not before he called to let me know to expect him ahead of schedule.
Justin was very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure I understood everything about our new thermostat before he left. We were charged exactly what we were quoted.

This company took advantage of us on a holiday service call and charged outrageously for parts and labor that didn't fix the problem.

Didn't show up multiple times after scheduling an appointment.   In both cases I took off work to be there. Then told us our warranty was holding it up.  We confirmed the warranty company authorized the purchase.  Then wouldn't return my husband's call or text.  This company is running on the back of a napkin.  Highly unprofessional.  My poor kids have had no AC for over 5 weeks.  RUN from this company.  

Contractor finally called back after my review and said they didn't like working with the Home warranty company and no longer wanted to do the work.  Then they shouldn't contract with the home warranty.  They know my family has had no air and kept lying to us saying that they were waiting on the warranty company.  20 days later they finally say sorry we just don't feel like doing it - all along telling us they were working on our behalf.  This company lacks complete integrity.
