Very disappointed!  Do not recommend.  Phone calls are not returned in a timely manner.  They don't stand behind the products they sell by admission but yet still sell them to the consumer.    Brand new unit, less than 4 years old, serviced 4 times and never covered by warranty.  Not trying to bash, just being honest.  Did not work for me, will not return!

The guys were able to schedule me quickly!  I really just needed a tune-up and the condenser line unclogged, but they took the time to explain how each moving part looked in terms of wear and condition.  Their prices were reasonable, too.  I will keep them in mind to continue upkeep on our old AC unit.

Saul diagnosed and repaired my ac in less than an hour. He's honest found a bad capacitor. Replaced and comes with a lifetime warranty including labor. Reasonably priced. Thanks Saul. I will call you for all my ac needs.

We had a very unique situation we ran into while replacing our tub. I called WCP to help us with the install. They were quick in getting a tech out to us. Reid and another gentleman I didn't get his name were the techs. While they were working on the install we saw there was an issue with where the underground water lines were located and where the overflow and drain needed to go. They quickly came up with a resolution to this issue and got the job done quickly. The company was recommended to me from a friend and I must say they did not disappoint. I highly recommend asking for Reid when you call. Will definitely be using them again for our future needs.

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. I had them come out and replace some filters all was great then another issue had them come to replace a cartridge in the handle of my master shower.   I was not home just my wife was home so they came and told her it would be $385 charge to do the work.  I know for a fact the cartridge is $21 at Home Depot and they try to take advantage of my wife.   Called another plumber Pruitt Plumbing came following day and replace for $149 including the cartridge and the labor took him 20 minutes.    Not happy they try to take advantage of my wife bad business.

John does way more than just AC work. I have recommended him to clients and I have used him myself. Recently we had John install a new toilet for us. Just the time savings of having him do it instead of my husband (and get it done right) was worth it.

John's pricing is fair, his service is great and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I called 5 HVAC contractors on July 4. Three responded. Understandably, being a holiday, rates were elevated except for Mike. He responded in 1 1/2 hours and took care of our problem. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone wanting a professional and honest repairman. I wii call him again should the need arise.

Repairs were done quickly and professionally. They did a very good job, our Air conditioning as been working well ever since.

Air conditioner went out over the weekend. I called Air assurance they showed up right on time the next day on Sunday however they charge almost 3 times the amount if you called him on the weekend. The technician showed up got on my roof check the few things on my air conditioner didn't check the coils or the compressor told me that my air conditioner was fine just that it's old even though I told him that it wasn't cooling down the house and it was continuously running . He said that's normal for old air conditioner took his service fee and left. Called another company out of Casa Grande, they came out and fix the problem in 35 minutes told me it was the compressor. This company is reliable to show up on time that's about it.

I have utilized PlumbSmart 3 times and have had a great experience. The dispatch keeps tremendous records of previous work and I have consistently had the same technician, Glenn. Glenn does a great job of explaining what the problem is and fixing it quickly. Every time he has worked on a project I have been pleased. He has always cleaned up the mess, which is very important. It is hard to find a good plumber and I finally have found one!

Prompt, same day service for a broken AC unit. Ended up not using them for the final repair, as it ended up being covered by my home warranty, but would definitely use them again!

I spent lots of money. My problem was never diognosed or resolved. When the technician explained  what they charged for, it seemed to make sense. As he was placing a new looking motor (presumably the old broken one) into the service van, I resisted asking him to leave it.
I have heard of technicians pretending to replace parts. I resisted because I believed it would cause an an argument with my husband.

Tech serviced the wrong house. The work order had my address but they serviced the neighbors house. When I informed them the Tech never showed they tried justifying the service by sending me pictures of a house, the house number and an a/c unit. The pictures were my neighbors house. To top it off...my neighbors were not home! and the company never called me. They went into a backyard when nobody was home?? I had to call another company so hopefully they know how to read an address.
