Very disappointed!  Do not recommend.  Phone calls are not returned in a timely manner.  They don't stand behind the products they sell by admission but yet still sell them to the consumer.    Brand new unit, less than 4 years old, serviced 4 times and never covered by warranty.  Not trying to bash, just being honest.  Did not work for me, will not return!

Ian contacted me on a weekend when Nest thermostat wasn't working properly. I set it up and went on the roof to look everything over. Good communication. Showed up on time. Completed the job as expected. Charged a very reasonable fee. I will call them again next time I need any AC services. Will update this review if anything changes.

Working with Semper Solaris was a pleasure. Dennis walked us through all our options for the system. He made everything very understandable and let us know what to expect every step of the way. Saul diagnosed and repaired my ac in less than an hour. He's honest found a bad capacitor. Replaced and comes with a lifetime warranty including labor. Reasonably priced. Thanks Saul. I will call you for all my ac needs.

Great Place to buy Wholesale! Have everything for A/c and Heating needs. Great prices and always have everything in stock. If you need anything special made have another location that can do it. Also have a location in Tucson. Highly recommend, So licence HVAC contractors check it out!!

Lynn is the most honest person I ever met among all the big/small companies I have had over the years that came to my house to fix/repair things.

We had a big chain company over to do a AC tune up. In the end the guy told me we needed to pay over $1800+tax to clean/replace/fix things here and there. He showed me a picture on his phone of the dirt coil up in the attic. I didn't do it for sure (which I am so glad right now).

I did more research on yelp ,BBB and ROC (btw, the information on BBB is not very reliable at all. I have had quite a few bad experiences with the companies that bbb enlisted as A or A+, I will not use BBB as a referral any more) and found Lynn.  from all the 5 star reviews, I had a good feeling.

I called him and made an appoitment at 8am. He showed up at 8:03 and even apologized for being late. I would not call that late. :-)

He went to the attic to check and told me that the coils were not dirty at all. (The guy from the other company must have  taken that dirty coil picture somewhere else and kept it in his phone to show to people. what a shame!). Lynn also told me there was no need to replace the fan motor and add more freon. He cleaned the outside coils for free and cleared the drain line. In the end I paid 2 hour labor to get my AC fixed. what  a big difference between $1800+tax  and $144.

I will highly recommend Lynn to my friends and any people out there with AC issues. It's so hard to find an honest person/company to tell you the truth . I will have him over every year to have my AC tune up done.

Hope my review will help someone not being ripped off by those big companies out there.

Exceptional customer service. Tech was due in 3-4 hours and he showed within the time we were told. The tech that came out was thorough and explained in detail to us what the problem was with our air conditioner. We needed a new part. He installed the part and completely satisfied. Ive also seen West Coast contributing it in the community. That is so awesome. Exceptional Company! Highly recommend and we will use West Coast for any future plumbing or air needs.

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. I would recommend HammerHead Mechanical ask for Brandon he'll take great care of you.

I can't thank Nick, the owner, and Erin enough for helping us out when we had an issue with our Trane AC unit. I had been using Orangutan for all my AC needs and when their Tech showed his utter incompetence by diagnosing a perfectly good compressor as being faulty and wanted to charge me $2200, I was desperate to find someone who could give me an honest second opinion. I was referred to the AC Team by a good friend and I called Nick immediately. Even though it was a weekend, they returned my texts/calls and set up an appointment for Monday to come out all the way from Surprise to Scottsdale (a good 50 min drive) to inspect my units. Nick found that there was a faulty breaker, loose wiring and dirty filter. Not wanting to do anything more than what was needed, he made two trips during which he thoroughly cleaned the filters, tightened the connections and went to the local hardware store and replaced the circuit breaker.
These guys are honest and true professionals and will go out of their way to do right by the customer. I would highly recommend that you give them a call if you are having any HVAC issues.

OMG! If I could give this company zero stars I would. They came over and spent over four hours in the house and never fixed the toilet correctly. If the technician that comes to your house is named Matt be very Apprehensive

I had a quote from 3 companies. Went with John at Service King he was the best. I will call him going forward for future repairs or service.

We were very pleased with AJ Mike's Air Conditioning service. Setup our appointment for 2:00 that afternoon, he called at 1:50 and told us he would be at our place in 10 minutes. Found our problem within 5 minutes, had it fixed within 20 minutes. He was very professional, explained to us our problem and the best way to fix it. Also explained the costs for the repairs. Thank you for a job well done. We would be pleased to tell others of his great service .

Repairs were done quickly and professionally. They did a very good job, our Air conditioning as been working well ever since.

Six Stars!  Absolutely the best company from the initial phone call for service, scheduling (next day!), and the technician, Jason...who phoned to arrive early (what AC company in July AZ does that?).  Tony from Air Assurance replace one AC unit 3 years ago.  I didn't hesitate to call on him for this unit.  Three years ago I chased around with other companies (including the big buck advertisers) until Tony at AIR ASSURANCE simply did the work.  Phew!

Very disappointed with PlumbSmart of Mesa, AZ.
They sold and installed a brand new electric water heater in my home on 3/24/2012.  The water heater failed in January 2013, so we called them back.
Naturally they would stand behind this 10 month new water heater, right?
Wrong!
I will spare the details of my go-'rounds with PlumSmart, but they actually charged me $175 for a replacement water heater (Oh - but the labbor was free).
The water heater manufacturer could not help, because the installer is supposed to register the S/N of the installed H2O heater with the manufacturer - - and PlumbSmart had not done so.
The whole idea of having to pay for any part of a 10 month old new water heater installation left a bad taste in my mouth. I can not recommend PlumbSmart for new appliances.

Aaron and his team recently replaced our air conditioning and heating units and they did a fantastic job. The pricing was reasonable and his team was a joy to have at our home.  The work was done on time (they actually finished earlier than anticipated) and their clean up was meticulous. I'd highly recommend this company.

I spent lots of money. My problem was never diognosed or resolved. When the technician explained  what they charged for, it seemed to make sense. As he was placing a new looking motor (presumably the old broken one) into the service van, I resisted asking him to leave it.
I have heard of technicians pretending to replace parts. I resisted because I believed it would cause an an argument with my husband.

Didn't show up multiple times after scheduling an appointment.   In both cases I took off work to be there. Then told us our warranty was holding it up.  We confirmed the warranty company authorized the purchase.  Then wouldn't return my husband's call or text.  This company is running on the back of a napkin.  Highly unprofessional.  My poor kids have had no AC for over 5 weeks.  RUN from this company.  

Contractor finally called back after my review and said they didn't like working with the Home warranty company and no longer wanted to do the work.  Then they shouldn't contract with the home warranty.  They know my family has had no air and kept lying to us saying that they were waiting on the warranty company.  20 days later they finally say sorry we just don't feel like doing it - all along telling us they were working on our behalf.  This company lacks complete integrity.
