My main a/c went down late afternoon Aug. 30th.  I spent too much time trying to self diagnose the issue.  Finally decided to call Red Mountain A/C approx. 7:00 p.m. - Much to my surprise I got a 'live' person who answered the phone and said she could have a tech out to the house at 7:00 a.m. in morning...
Pete G. called at 6:30 a.m. to let me know he was on his way.  He arrived at 6:55 a.m. He trouble shot the system and within 10 minutes knew it was the (damn) run capacitor.  He replaced it, checked the refrigerant levels and showed me how to hose down the condenser coils.  He was gone by 7:50 a.m.
Pete G. is a seasoned A/C technician, good to talk to and he was able to answer all of my laymen questions.  Highly recommend him for his knowledge and professionalism and I appreciate Red Mountain following through on their commitment.  Give them a shout - you've got nothing to loose and they'll keep you nice and cool...!!!

Excellent! These guys, the owners, came right out on a Saturday 112 degrees out, and fixed my system in abut 10 minutes. They even texted me to let me know they were running a bit late!
They showed me what was causing the problem. They had the part with them and done!

Saul diagnosed and repaired my ac in less than an hour. He's honest found a bad capacitor. Replaced and comes with a lifetime warranty including labor. Reasonably priced. Thanks Saul. I will call you for all my ac needs.

The Nest thermostat in my home suddenly stopped working.  The display was black and when I opened up the app on my phone the status was not enough power for wi-fi.  After some investigation is was determined that something was wrong with the unit.  I called Lynn and explained what happened, he came out the same day to properly diagnose the problem.  Turns out the board was bad and needed to be replaced. The new piece was a special order item and Lynn was able to find it quickly and get the unit back up in running within days.  Lynn was on time, professional and provided quick service.  Thank you!

I have now had Brian from West Coast Plumbing out here twice and have been  so happy with his service I felt it'd be my duty to leave a positive review. He came out the first time for some routine faucet installations and repairs. He not only came out on short notice the day before Christmas but also went over and above by fixing something a different plumber had simply overlooked. The second visit was also on short notice and again he went the extra mile to help with pipe insulation. Considering the service they give and the savings I'll now experience from not wasting money with anyone else, I can say they have unequivocally earned me as a long term client.

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. We discovered John King's,  Service King for HVAC service three homes ago and each new place he's helped with the HVAC system.   Quick to respond, Very thorough, and has been super helpful to us understanding our system(s).  Honest and reasonable costs, plus not pressuring for system replacement.   My cousin did have him replace their system and are completely satisfied.   John also has done two plumbing repairs - clean and fixed right at reasonable cost.   We have his twice a year service plan and appreciate him going above and beyond... will have him replace our system when it's time

Mike did a great job for me.  My a/c wasn't cooling.  I called at 4:30 pm, and he was at my house first thing next morning.  Knew right away what was wrong (only small part, luckily), and was gone in a couple of hours.  No up selling, and Price was fair, too!  I highly recommend!

Repairs were done quickly and professionally. They did a very good job, our Air conditioning as been working well ever since.

I think their advertised pricing is misleading.  I had a clogged kitchen drain that was cleared but not for the $49.95 price they advertise or tell you about when you call.  All that covers is running the disposer for a few seconds and that might (emphasis on MIGHT) unclog the drain. I had already tried several drain openers to no avail so turning the disposer on/off was a joke.  Since the disposer trick didn't clear the drain, the price became $134 and change. Since they were already here, I had them do the job even though I could have had it done for around $115.  I suspect if I had not had them do it, I would have been charged a travel fee or similar charge. The 3 star rating is for the fact that they completed the job and cleared the clog.  I would not have them again.

5 Stars is all but impossible. But they get it: Mostly for not what they do, but for what they don't do...which is sell me a bill of goods. If they look at my AC units and the problem is small or easy, then they fix it with little charge and no nonsense. If it's a big problem, they do the best they can and stand by their work. Been using them for about 4 years in my own house and my rental.

This company took advantage of us on a holiday service call and charged outrageously for parts and labor that didn't fix the problem.

Didn't show up multiple times after scheduling an appointment.   In both cases I took off work to be there. Then told us our warranty was holding it up.  We confirmed the warranty company authorized the purchase.  Then wouldn't return my husband's call or text.  This company is running on the back of a napkin.  Highly unprofessional.  My poor kids have had no AC for over 5 weeks.  RUN from this company.  

Contractor finally called back after my review and said they didn't like working with the Home warranty company and no longer wanted to do the work.  Then they shouldn't contract with the home warranty.  They know my family has had no air and kept lying to us saying that they were waiting on the warranty company.  20 days later they finally say sorry we just don't feel like doing it - all along telling us they were working on our behalf.  This company lacks complete integrity.
