I built my first owner-builder home.  After talking with 4 companies I went with Red Mountain.  I explained that I wanted a high end system with separate temperature controlled areas, humidity control, Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV), solid tubing for main runs and a Mini Split for the workshop.  Red Mountain did not disappoint!!  It has been 18 months since I built my home and my highest electric bill was $177 for a 3,700 sf home.  Sweet!  Thanks Red Mountain!!

Ian contacted me on a weekend when Nest thermostat wasn't working properly. I set it up and went on the roof to look everything over. Good communication. Showed up on time. Completed the job as expected. Charged a very reasonable fee. I will call them again next time I need any AC services. Will update this review if anything changes.

Saul diagnosed and repaired my ac in less than an hour. He's honest found a bad capacitor. Replaced and comes with a lifetime warranty including labor. Reasonably priced. Thanks Saul. I will call you for all my ac needs.

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. I would recommend HammerHead Mechanical ask for Brandon he'll take great care of you.

The AC Team Heating and Cooling was hired by our rental management company when it was discovered our Hot Water Heater was going bad.

My husband is a contractor in a different industry so I feel for other trades that come to our house, due to the higher standard he hold them too!

They were great! They made arrangements within 1 day for service. The AC Team was prompt- here exactly when they said they would be. They were very professional- knew exactly what they were doing and did it quickly!

Though we didn't pay the bill, I would definitely use them if we need any of their services once we get into our next home purchase.

Six Stars!  Absolutely the best company from the initial phone call for service, scheduling (next day!), and the technician, Jason...who phoned to arrive early (what AC company in July AZ does that?).  Tony from Air Assurance replace one AC unit 3 years ago.  I didn't hesitate to call on him for this unit.  Three years ago I chased around with other companies (including the big buck advertisers) until Tony at AIR ASSURANCE simply did the work.  Phew!

I was never contacted by this Company. I just checked all my email, spam folder too. I have no missed texts or voice messages either. I'm done with this... it's lie after lie with this guy.

I was on vacation when I got the call my heat pump was dead.  I don't know if it died of loneliness or couldn't bear to leave with me watching :/

What I didn't expect was the level of care I received...
A simple phone call, Andrew doing a very thorough inspection and thereby providing a history and detailed explanation of what went wrong, and the offering of several options; all occurring according to a timeline initially discussed.

When I opted for replacement another appointment for measurements was set, and since I was home on the day of installation, I got to see the crane!  ( My first photos posted on Yelp :)

I spent lots of money. My problem was never diognosed or resolved. When the technician explained  what they charged for, it seemed to make sense. As he was placing a new looking motor (presumably the old broken one) into the service van, I resisted asking him to leave it.
I have heard of technicians pretending to replace parts. I resisted because I believed it would cause an an argument with my husband.

Didn't show up multiple times after scheduling an appointment.   In both cases I took off work to be there. Then told us our warranty was holding it up.  We confirmed the warranty company authorized the purchase.  Then wouldn't return my husband's call or text.  This company is running on the back of a napkin.  Highly unprofessional.  My poor kids have had no AC for over 5 weeks.  RUN from this company.  

Contractor finally called back after my review and said they didn't like working with the Home warranty company and no longer wanted to do the work.  Then they shouldn't contract with the home warranty.  They know my family has had no air and kept lying to us saying that they were waiting on the warranty company.  20 days later they finally say sorry we just don't feel like doing it - all along telling us they were working on our behalf.  This company lacks complete integrity.
