Our AC was not working in the middle of the night Saturday; after spending most of Sunday trying to self diagnose the issue, we finally called Red Mountain Air. They set up an appointment for an hour away from my call and Bill arrived right on time.  Fortunately our issue was not too big nor too expensive. Bill was very knowledgeable and informative and answered all of our questions. We will be recommending Red Mountain Air from now on.

When our AC broke Luke came right out the next morning. He gave me a couple options, one of them being that my AC needed to be replaced. We already knew it was coming so we just went with the new one. There was a slight delay in getting the unit, however, they took care of us and filled up the existing AC so we were comfortable until the new unit came in. The company was in touch with us everyday letting us know any updates they had. The install was easy and painless! Every technician that I had contact with was extremely helpful and nice to work with. We will certainly invite them back to our house if we have any other issues. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help!

Saul diagnosed and repaired my ac in less than an hour. He's honest found a bad capacitor. Replaced and comes with a lifetime warranty including labor. Reasonably priced. Thanks Saul. I will call you for all my ac needs.

We were given a window time frame from 2pm-6pm and he shows up at 6:45 and acted like I didn't have a reason to be upset. He didn't completely fix the issue so we still have to have an Uv light and safety switch installed. I would not recommend. Even though he was late he never called to say he would be late. My wife and I had to call to make sure he was coming. As a business man you have to be more professional especially as a black business man.

I had a particularly bad experience with West Coast. Not because of the level of customer service - they respond very quickly to your calls. They are incredibly courteous. I am writing a poor review because of the low quality of work provided and what appears to me to be a lack of integrity in the bidding process.

They responded to our facility at a point when our air conditioning had shut down entirely - our front office was stifling. The prognoses they provided was poor at best - we had air conditioning units that had reached their last leg and would cost thousands to get operational. We had hours to commit to spending tens of thousands to replace our air conditioning units or risk having to wait.

We called some industry contacts to get a second opinion and realized that 1st the quote that we were being provided for new units was egregious. The competitive quote that we received was 40% (that is a 4 followed by a zero) lower to install the same equipment (a savings of over $6,000) if the units did in fact need to be replaced.

2nd - the technician that reviewed our units found that the real issue was poor air flow from a ten dollar filter, and  a few minor repairs (saving us nearly $15,000 - and he guaranteed the work). His prognoses - our air conditioning units would last for years with simple yearly maintenance.

The most disturbing part of my experience with West Coast Plumbing was what appeared to me to be deliberate actions to force me to purchase new units instead of honestly servicing the units we have. Our main unit was iced up - air flow needed to be unrestricted (changing the filter) - they didn't check the air flow but instead just pulled the breaker out of the unit and left it unplugged - told me it would be thousands to fix it and that they couldn't guarantee the work. When the other tech came by he plugged it back in and the unit instantly started pumping cold air. Replaced the air filter, and what do you know we saved $8000.

In addition, on the same day that they came to our facility, a mysterious Yelp review shows up on the site from another yelper named Keith R. praising their services. I have asked Yelp to review this - when they do and notify me that the review is legitimate, I will modify this part of my review. Until then, my recommendation would be to go to a different company.

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. I would recommend HammerHead Mechanical ask for Brandon he'll take great care of you.

We saw on a local news show that they were highly rated. We needed a/c maintenance and got an appointment quickly. Katie was great on the phone and our technician was so awesome. Jesse took care of what we needed in a timely and professional manner. I will use this company again.

John to the rescue again!  My upstairs A/C stopped blowing cold air last night so I called this morning.  He squeezed me in, again, and fixed the problem (a burnt wire)!  I highly recommend Service King if you are having A/C problems and want a trustworthy technician!

I called 5 HVAC contractors on July 4. Three responded. Understandably, being a holiday, rates were elevated except for Mike. He responded in 1 1/2 hours and took care of our problem. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone wanting a professional and honest repairman. I wii call him again should the need arise.

Repairs were done quickly and professionally. They did a very good job, our Air conditioning as been working well ever since.

My unfavorable review got the owners attention and all of a sudden they want to do the right thing and refund my money. Two weeks & two phone calls later I'm still waiting for a check. Guess you can add don't keep their promises to the review. Four weeks, by the way, since the 2nd company I hired to finish the job this plumber started & no more problems. So obvious it wasn't done properly by Plumbsmart to begin with, triple the cost or not.

These guys are awesome. I just built a brand new house that needed a few HVAC tweaks. Since Sharp Air did the original install for the builder, I asked them to come back to tidy up a few things.

Service Manager Justin came out right away, and I had them move a thermostat that was in a bad spot from the home's design. They also installed Google Nest T-stats for me. Outstanding work in a timely manner. Not cheap, but worth the cost.

I also had an issue with one of the outside condenser units making noise. Emory came out on another trip immediately, in June when they were slammed, and fixed it right up for me under warranty. Units now run and sound great. Thank you, Justin, Emory and Owner Mitch! Sharp Air rocks!

This company took advantage of us on a holiday service call and charged outrageously for parts and labor that didn't fix the problem.

Didn't show up multiple times after scheduling an appointment.   In both cases I took off work to be there. Then told us our warranty was holding it up.  We confirmed the warranty company authorized the purchase.  Then wouldn't return my husband's call or text.  This company is running on the back of a napkin.  Highly unprofessional.  My poor kids have had no AC for over 5 weeks.  RUN from this company.  

Contractor finally called back after my review and said they didn't like working with the Home warranty company and no longer wanted to do the work.  Then they shouldn't contract with the home warranty.  They know my family has had no air and kept lying to us saying that they were waiting on the warranty company.  20 days later they finally say sorry we just don't feel like doing it - all along telling us they were working on our behalf.  This company lacks complete integrity.
