Our AC was not working in the middle of the night Saturday; after spending most of Sunday trying to self diagnose the issue, we finally called Red Mountain Air. They set up an appointment for an hour away from my call and Bill arrived right on time.  Fortunately our issue was not too big nor too expensive. Bill was very knowledgeable and informative and answered all of our questions. We will be recommending Red Mountain Air from now on.

An outstanding service experience with West Coast! Our AC had been doing false starts and wasn't always turning over. I scheduled a time (between 3-5) and received a call from the tech, Rob, saying he could come early! How often does that happen? I couldn't so he still came promptly at 3 pm and went to work: 10 mins in he'd diagnosed the problem, gave a price and fixed the issue in less than 45 mins! One that another company in town had fixed and charged much more about a year ago, without resolving the problem.  Rob fixed it in short order and at a very good price! I highly recommend these guys!!!

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. I would recommend HammerHead Mechanical ask for Brandon he'll take great care of you.

This deserves a followup!!!  Our AC went out - about a month after our semi-annual check (which you're crazy if you don't have done).  I called the AC number and Nick was here the same day,  Fixed the major problem in 30 minutes and gave me full credit for their check up they'd done the previous month.  Plus a discount on their service.  That's why I would NEVER deal with a major chain.  Give me a local service company every time.  And in the Heating/AC business, I'll always choose the AC Team.

Our water heater broke on a Saturday morning,  I texted Ralf and his guy was at our house within 2 hours. The part that was broken unfortunately had to be purchased from somewhere Monday morning,  but they got the part the minute the store opened and had it fixed that morning. Great communication, great workmanship!

John was professional, courteous, and on time. He serviced my AC units and swamp pump and didn't try to sell me on unnecessary items. His prices are very reasonable and fair. I will continue to use his services in the future and highly recommend him to anyone in need of AC or swamp cooler services.

Mike was very professional. I closed on a home and found that the A/C and heating unit was not working. I was only in town for the day Mike made room in his schedule to accommodate my last minute request for service.
He gave me a time he thought he would be at my home. He let me know ahead of time that he was on his way and arrived just when he said he would.
He fixed my heater quickly and was very gratuitous  answering all my silly questions.
He went above and beyond. Not only did Mike fix the initial problem, he made necessary adjustments  to ensure that my unit was working in the most efficient manner.
Mike was friendly, polite,  professional and most of all he was honest.
I would recommend him to anyone who needs A/C or hearer repair!

Repairs were done quickly and professionally. They did a very good job, our Air conditioning as been working well ever since.

Air conditioner went out over the weekend. I called Air assurance they showed up right on time the next day on Sunday however they charge almost 3 times the amount if you called him on the weekend. The technician showed up got on my roof check the few things on my air conditioner didn't check the coils or the compressor told me that my air conditioner was fine just that it's old even though I told him that it wasn't cooling down the house and it was continuously running . He said that's normal for old air conditioner took his service fee and left. Called another company out of Casa Grande, they came out and fix the problem in 35 minutes told me it was the compressor. This company is reliable to show up on time that's about it.

They advertise as low cost plumbers. I contacted them for a quote on replacing my tub faucet set and shower head. They quoted me a price of $600! I asked if that included parts. They said that was just the labor cost. I asked how long the job would take. They said 2 hours. Excuse me. But no plumber is worth $300 an hour. Beware!

UPDATE AFTER A MESSAGE FROM THE OWNER:

The guy who showed up never mentioned a second worker. Nor did the first person from the company who responded to my review. As for cutting a hole in the wall, I said I would do that myself. I'd did it and it only took five minutes. Even if they planned to assign two people to the job (which would be ridiculous and unnecessary) that still means they were going to charge me $150 per hour per man. Not exactly the bargain rates they advertise. I'm not going to give them a second chance at my wallet. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

The technicians at Sharp Air really know their stuff.  They're very good at communicating.  Today I was given a two hour window and received a text at the beginning of that window, letting me know that they were on their way to my house.  They're professional and capable and they've kept my system running smoothly for several years.  Their prices are reasonable, too.  Highly recommend.

This company took advantage of us on a holiday service call and charged outrageously for parts and labor that didn't fix the problem.

Didn't show up multiple times after scheduling an appointment.   In both cases I took off work to be there. Then told us our warranty was holding it up.  We confirmed the warranty company authorized the purchase.  Then wouldn't return my husband's call or text.  This company is running on the back of a napkin.  Highly unprofessional.  My poor kids have had no AC for over 5 weeks.  RUN from this company.  

Contractor finally called back after my review and said they didn't like working with the Home warranty company and no longer wanted to do the work.  Then they shouldn't contract with the home warranty.  They know my family has had no air and kept lying to us saying that they were waiting on the warranty company.  20 days later they finally say sorry we just don't feel like doing it - all along telling us they were working on our behalf.  This company lacks complete integrity.
