Woke up to a 90 degree house, the air conditioning had stopped working through the night. Red Mountain set an appointment right when I called. The other company I contacted had to call me back with a time. When the service tech arrived he took no time in diagnosing the problem, telling me the exact cost and it was up and running in no time. He was polite and checked the whole unit over for me. I would recommend this company to anyone. I was very pleased.

UPDATE: Repair didn't even last 90 days and they would not come back out unless I paid another service call fee.

Kings of AC were responsive, and came out the exact day that I needed them at our Airbnb. They fix the problem for a very reasonable rate and we are extremely grateful for their service. I will use them again for sure.

Saul diagnosed and repaired my ac in less than an hour. He's honest found a bad capacitor. Replaced and comes with a lifetime warranty including labor. Reasonably priced. Thanks Saul. I will call you for all my ac needs.

Lynn came out today when our furnace flue vent came apart. He didn't charge us a thing and wished us a happy holidays and fixed the issue. He also educated us managing our furnace in the future. While it wasn't serious and didn't require parts, he asked for no compensation and politely declined my offer to pay him anyways. I hope his good will is paid in some other way. He'll absolutely have all of my business when my AC/Heating problems are serious. I hope all of his customers treat him as well as he treats us.

After 5+ years of living in Phoenix and owning my home I can't tell you how exasperated I was to come home one hot summer day to find my A/C not blowing cold air. WCPA's response time was amazing, and their staff was very friendly to work with. I highly recommend their services!

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We felt he actually went above and beyond what others have done for us in the past. The thing we loved the most was how much he cared for our house and property. My husband and I had A.P.E.S. out to a rental property to perform normal maintenance on the AC and Dryer vent.  Many companies we contacted would not give us the time of day, often declining to take our business because it wasn't an emergency.  A.P.E.S. was very prompt with all levels of communication and was happy to come out.  Destrey and Frisco were not only knowledgable but very friendly.  They did a wonderful job servicing our equipment and made sure they were neat while working.  Both made sure I was educated on promotions and other products that might help the longevity of our appliances.  I always appreciate when I can be walked through something with out the hard sell. This is how A.P.E.S. operates.  We will definitely use them again.

Called because my heater died.  After thoroughly scouring Yelp reviews I called John.  He came out 40 minutes after my call.  A few things were not working on the unit and John was able to quickly and efficiently diagnose the problem and fix it on the spot!  Paid about 40% of what big name companies charge.  MORE THAN PLEASED!!!  FAST AND FANTASTIC SERVICE!

I called one place left a message still haven't heard back. I called Mike at 7:00pm and he was over by 8:00pm and had my A/C back on by 8:30 sweet very reasonable

Repairs were done quickly and professionally. They did a very good job, our Air conditioning as been working well ever since.

Great experience from start to finish. PlumbSmart was fast, friendly and got the job done right.

We were about to install a new washing machine/dryer and discovered the valves were corroded and needed to be replaced.

I found PlumbSmart after a quick Craigslist search and gave them a call. Within an hour, their repairman, Charlie came out and did an excellent job explaining what he was doing and efficiently solved the problem. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Obviously no one wishes for plumbing issues, but I'd use them again if necessary!

Of course, as always, the A/C goes out in July when it's 110! But just one call to Sharp a/c and they have a tech here pronto who diagnosed and fixed the problem ASAP. Fair price too considering the cost of a new unit. So thanks to Mitch and his team for a job well done!!

This company took advantage of us on a holiday service call and charged outrageously for parts and labor that didn't fix the problem.

Didn't show up multiple times after scheduling an appointment.   In both cases I took off work to be there. Then told us our warranty was holding it up.  We confirmed the warranty company authorized the purchase.  Then wouldn't return my husband's call or text.  This company is running on the back of a napkin.  Highly unprofessional.  My poor kids have had no AC for over 5 weeks.  RUN from this company.  

Contractor finally called back after my review and said they didn't like working with the Home warranty company and no longer wanted to do the work.  Then they shouldn't contract with the home warranty.  They know my family has had no air and kept lying to us saying that they were waiting on the warranty company.  20 days later they finally say sorry we just don't feel like doing it - all along telling us they were working on our behalf.  This company lacks complete integrity.
