and incorrect components installed along with
5 brand new high seer Trane units from several years ago by REEis and overlooked by other companies. This is a company of technicians not just servicemen. Smart, capable and honest.

The guys were able to schedule me quickly!  I really just needed a tune-up and the condenser line unclogged, but they took the time to explain how each moving part looked in terms of wear and condition.  Their prices were reasonable, too.  I will keep them in mind to continue upkeep on our old AC unit.

The Nest thermostat in my home suddenly stopped working.  The display was black and when I opened up the app on my phone the status was not enough power for wi-fi.  After some investigation is was determined that something was wrong with the unit.  I called Lynn and explained what happened, he came out the same day to properly diagnose the problem.  Turns out the board was bad and needed to be replaced. The new piece was a special order item and Lynn was able to find it quickly and get the unit back up in running within days.  Lynn was on time, professional and provided quick service.  Thank you!

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We had a break in our RO system and it flooded the first level. We called after looking at reviews and immediately had someone answer the phone which was a good sign. They scheduled us within the next two hours and texted us when they were on their way. The system had a strange crack and malfunction and Cody replaced it that afternoon after needing to go pick one up. He was very thorough and clean. We were super impressed with how nice they were and didn't gouge us more with trip charges. We will definitely  use them again when needed!

John arrived after hours, and well before the time he quoted, which was less than an hour!  He efficiently and proficiently completed the job, which made us feel important to know that our A/C emergency was also his!! Very knowlegable about his work!  Would recommend to anyone...reasonably priced!

I called 5 HVAC contractors on July 4. Three responded. Understandably, being a holiday, rates were elevated except for Mike. He responded in 1 1/2 hours and took care of our problem. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone wanting a professional and honest repairman. I wii call him again should the need arise.

Repairs were done quickly and professionally. They did a very good job, our Air conditioning as been working well ever since.

Six Stars!  Absolutely the best company from the initial phone call for service, scheduling (next day!), and the technician, Jason...who phoned to arrive early (what AC company in July AZ does that?).  Tony from Air Assurance replace one AC unit 3 years ago.  I didn't hesitate to call on him for this unit.  Three years ago I chased around with other companies (including the big buck advertisers) until Tony at AIR ASSURANCE simply did the work.  Phew!

This 1 star is for the response provided from the business.  The customer is not always wrong as it appears is the philosophy being taken.  Please respond honestly and keep the facts straight.  The manager called to tell me he did not mean to have this happen to me, that is all that was said.

The company is acting like only one technician came out.
Two came out to my house, not one.  Is it customary to send out two plumbers to give just an estimate?  Fact is, I was told I would be able to have work done.  I am confused why in the response he said only one worker came out... I was also told that Monday, NOT Saturday was the soonest they could schedule me.

I told the woman on the phone when she asked if I would like to reschedule, that I can't I need to have this done today.  I was never told at that point, this can't be done.  This was not a mystery of the expectations for the work to be done.  I was told that the work I was having done was common stuff and if nothing had to be special ordered it could be done then at the time of them giving me the estimate. That night, despite what is being said by plumbsmart, they did not keep their word or even try.  That tells me a lot.

I had plumbers come on Saturday, the next day, from a different company installed everything in less then two hours.  I was not planning on writing this, but all the comment had so much false information I thought I should point it out.

To summarize
Two plumbers came not one (they were planning to install)
They never offered Saturday install as stated
They knew I was expecting Friday install from talking to scheduler, original appt, two plumbers came.
The company is acting like none of this happened and the bad experience is the customer's fault.
Nothing was done to try to make it so we could have the planned party at our house.  When asked if we could at least get the sink hooked up, it was a no.

I was on vacation when I got the call my heat pump was dead.  I don't know if it died of loneliness or couldn't bear to leave with me watching :/

Sharp Air Conditioning & Heating came recommended by a colleague whose opinion I highly value.  On his word, with the name and phone number, Sharp was the company to do the job.

What I didn't expect was the level of care I received...
A simple phone call, Andrew doing a very thorough inspection and thereby providing a history and detailed explanation of what went wrong, and the offering of several options; all occurring according to a timeline initially discussed.

When I opted for replacement another appointment for measurements was set, and since I was home on the day of installation, I got to see the crane!  ( My first photos posted on Yelp :)

They answer the phone - Arrive when they say they will - Are courteous and respectful - Answer questions - And leave having done a professional job at a great price!

I spent lots of money. My problem was never diognosed or resolved. When the technician explained  what they charged for, it seemed to make sense. As he was placing a new looking motor (presumably the old broken one) into the service van, I resisted asking him to leave it.
I have heard of technicians pretending to replace parts. I resisted because I believed it would cause an an argument with my husband.

Didn't show up multiple times after scheduling an appointment.   In both cases I took off work to be there. Then told us our warranty was holding it up.  We confirmed the warranty company authorized the purchase.  Then wouldn't return my husband's call or text.  This company is running on the back of a napkin.  Highly unprofessional.  My poor kids have had no AC for over 5 weeks.  RUN from this company.  

Contractor finally called back after my review and said they didn't like working with the Home warranty company and no longer wanted to do the work.  Then they shouldn't contract with the home warranty.  They know my family has had no air and kept lying to us saying that they were waiting on the warranty company.  20 days later they finally say sorry we just don't feel like doing it - all along telling us they were working on our behalf.  This company lacks complete integrity.
