Met with Tony Carter from Red Mountain Air Conditioning.  Company is experienced in commercial and custom residential heating and air conditioning installation as well as commercial and residential repair and maintenance.  They pride themselves in doing high quality work at a competitive price.  They also do residential replacement systems.  I met Tony through the Gilbert Chamber where I also have met some customers of Red Mountain.  I hear that they are prompt, courteous, professional and do excellent work.

Submitted a request for a price quote and Luke & Ian arrived at our house the same day and on-time.

They were extremely helpful and performed an inspection and explained everything they recommended with a new system installation.  Our then current A/C units were 20+ years old .  They also where willing to help with one of our current A/C units that was leaking freon (not working) while I worked with the home warranty.

After getting quotes from 4 other companies we decided to upgrade with Kings of A/C for the following reasons

(1) they are nice guys and explained in detail the services they would performed and the written quote matched (a other said some things but not on quote)

(2) their overall willingness to help, provided multiple options with different units (14 vs 16 vs 18 seer ; 1 stage vs 2 stage vs variable, etc) they explained the pros and cons of each and didn't push us to a higher priced unit.

(3) They were very responsive to my questions - I texted them 3-4 times with questions after the left while doing the research - each text was answered quickly.

(4) The value of the system (significant upgrade from what we had) and at a very competitive price - high efficient systems - they also didn't require the rebates others offered - the price they gave was the price we paid!

They were able to get the new system installed the NEXT day!! (2) 4 ton split units and new furnace.   I paid the deposit and the next day they arrived sharp at 6 AM and worked 11+ hours- it was so nice to feel the cool air come on!

The new units are very quiet and the house went from 91+ to 78 in a few hours. They cleaned up everything - swept the floor - removed the old systems / parts and the concrete - I should have taken a picture of all the stuff they removed- it was a lot.

They came back the next day to tidy up and check the system. They replaced the trim on the attic access - paid attention to the small stuff.

Units worked perfectly -  it's only been a couple of days since installation but all is great!  We are very satisfied.

FYI - We replaced an A/C at our previous home 5 years ago with another company.  While the system worked, the installers didn't clean up much - the attic access was damaged and some of the drywall was damaged and reused some parts (pan and electrical boxes) NONE of this with Kings of A/C- all new and left like they were not here.

We have used Cool Guys Air Conditioning and Heating for many years now. We first used them when we needed to replace our A/C unit at our old house. The price was unbeatable.

A tech from west coast entered my rental unit without my permission (I am the owner) to help out my tenant. They broke the pipes connected to the bathtub, cut into the wall, and then my tenant called to tell me. They wanted to charge me to fix the mess they made, which I refused. Then they left the mess and my tenant with no working shower. When I called the manager to ask what they were going to do to fix it, they said sorry, it happened on Friday the 13th. I wish I was kidding.

We had Brandon from HammerHead Mechanical come out last week and do our summer service.  I was so impressed he was on time, polite and courteous. We 1st used The AC Team when it was known as Christian Home Air Conditioning when our air conditioner went out. Nick Hefner (the other owner) came out and gave us an estimate for the repairs. It was half of what another company wanted to charge us and Nick told us we only need 1 of the parts that the other company wanted to sell us 2.... We have used them ever since and have had great experience using them. We used them in 3/20 for AC tune up and very professional and knowledgeable. With the invoice they attached the checklist details to show the results..... Highly recommend them.....

After a disastrous experience with A Greener Life septic services, referred by Home Advisor, both of which I will never use again, I was reluctant to call anybody. After several weeks with sewage in my shower, what I really needed was expertise and dependability. I got it with Brian at Arizona Plumbing Expert Services. They live up to their name. Probably not the cheapest, but after several months of struggling with a problem left by the previous company I had used, Brian and Cody solved the problem quickly once and for all. Happiness is being able to flush!

My A/C unit died right in the middle of summer.  Service King had been servicing it for years and we discussed it might be on its last leg.  When I called John, he was out the same day.  My unit was replaced and they were fast, efficient and cleaned up afterwards.  I recommend Service King for service, repair or replacement.  Honest and timely!

Mr. P found AJ Mike's on the web, and gave him a call. What service! Mike came out just a few hours after our call! Talk about prompt, Mike was ringing the bell at 1059 for our 1100 appointment. Professional, friendly and prepared, Mike was amazing. He fixed us up, and explained the problem to Mr. P, who often repairs our stuff on his own. He was very affordable and humble. We thought we probably also needed a freon top off for a slow leak, and he told us that, in fact, we were good. That's integrity that we have yet to see (if you read my other reviews of HVAC contractors), and we appreciated his knowledge.
We had an all-around great experience with Mike, and will be using him from here on out. We will be moving our units in the near future, and his quote for A/C relocation was more than fair...we will be seeing him soon!

Repairs were done quickly and professionally. They did a very good job, our Air conditioning as been working well ever since.

Air conditioner went out over the weekend. I called Air assurance they showed up right on time the next day on Sunday however they charge almost 3 times the amount if you called him on the weekend. The technician showed up got on my roof check the few things on my air conditioner didn't check the coils or the compressor told me that my air conditioner was fine just that it's old even though I told him that it wasn't cooling down the house and it was continuously running . He said that's normal for old air conditioner took his service fee and left. Called another company out of Casa Grande, they came out and fix the problem in 35 minutes told me it was the compressor. This company is reliable to show up on time that's about it.

Busted water fitting under my mobile home on Friday late afternoon, after calling 3 other emergency plumbers and getting no response I found PlumbSmart, answered all my concerns and set an appointment up for the following afternoon. Darrell showed up early and took care of the problem and another fitting that was looking like it was ready to fail. Quick and efficient, will be my go to plumbing company from now on.

Aaron Sharp personally responded to my after hours emergency call and came over to help fix a frozen unit and inspect for flaws. I was very satisfied with his knowledge and expertise and how quickly he was able to respond to the emergency. Aaron helped cool down the house for the evening which helped me get my infant down to sleep. Thank you, Sharp!

This company took advantage of us on a holiday service call and charged outrageously for parts and labor that didn't fix the problem.

Tech serviced the wrong house. The work order had my address but they serviced the neighbors house. When I informed them the Tech never showed they tried justifying the service by sending me pictures of a house, the house number and an a/c unit. The pictures were my neighbors house. To top it off...my neighbors were not home! and the company never called me. They went into a backyard when nobody was home?? I had to call another company so hopefully they know how to read an address.
