Wow! I am more than satisfied with this company! Last Friday, when it was only 118 degrees outside, my central A/C stopped blowing cold air. Naturally, I panicked and thought I would end up dying in the heat over the long weekend. I searched online for an A/C service repair company in the far west valley that would service Buckeye, and AC-Men came up. Since it was so late, I wasn't really expecting much when I called, but at 8:30 p.m. on a Friday evening, David Rivera answered my call, right away. He said he was on a call in Goodyear but would come out to my house as soon as he was done. First off, I was blown away that he would come out that late, especially on a Friday night. He arrived at my house at 9:50 p.m. and spent almost 2 hours in the dark, diagnosing the problem. He had to get a part but made it to where I had temporary emergency service until the part could be purchased the next day. To make a long story short, David from AC-Men is hands down, the epitome of great customer service. He got my A/C blowing cold again and his prices were half what the other companies charge. He didn't even charge me an after-hours fee, just a regular service call! As he was leaving my house at close to midnight, he mentioned that he was on his way out to Maricopa.......AT MIDNIGHT.......because another person called and their A/C just went out and he didn't want them to suffer in the heat so he was going to fix their A/C!!!!! You will be hard pressed to find a better, more reliable, and fairer company to repair your heat/AC. I highly recommend this company! Thank you David, for such a wonderful job and for caring about people you don't even know.

Jerry the owner is one of the best in this market. He is fast responder, friendly, knowledgeable and fair.. I've lost my roof A/C in the middle of August heat wave of 110-115 temperature. Jerry did diagnose the problem, initiated a plan, got the parts and fixed it. All done fast and professional. High five to you Jerry, please keep up the good work. I highly 100% recommend his company to friends, families and neighbors. Call him if your AC fails, you'll be happy

Full disclosure here, I have not had any HVAC work done by this company. However, I've just completed a business transaction with Derek. This young man impressed the heck outa me. He did what he said he would do, was honest, and concerned for my welfare as well in addition to being responsible and respectful.

I have worked with Bill and Todd for several years now. They have always been incredibly reliable, fast, friendly, and fair! AC issues are never fun but having someone I can trust to take care of the issues is a huge relief. I highly recommend this company!!

I had been having issues with my AC Units for awhile now. I had went through my warranty company & the company they connected me was horrible! I had a bad experience, I wanted to find a good company to help me with my AC units. As soon as I called Total Care they were nice & explained to me what they would do for me. We set up a time & they did as promised. Sammy was amazing! From the very start he was honest, genuine & willing to help me in any way. He explained to me my options & did his best to give me his expertise. I couldn't be happier I chose to replace one of my units. Now they're both running great, & I'm incredibly happy & thankful to Sammy & his team! I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

Just now Innovative Air Tech Garrett came to my home and did annual springtime maintenance on my home unit, and on the ductless splitter unit Innovative Air founder & owner Julius installed years ago on my guest house in the back yard.  

Garrett was professional and knowledgeable and completed all the work in this one call.  He made a minor correction that could have been a major problem in the weeks to come.

People like Garrett are the reason I recommend Innovative Air  Conditioning & Heating to colleagues.  Everyone at the company is great too, particularly Karen, who manages the office.  And with preventive maintenance like today I can rest easy for the coming summer

Amazing service! I help out with some properties in AZ from afar and have had 2 instances where they got technicians out at short notice.
Their technicians are polite, courteous, prompt, explain everything very well, reasonably priced, I could go on and on.

Just our luck, our air went out during the hottest time in Arizona. Our neighbor recommended this business. The owner Jorge came and work on our unit for most of the Saturday afternoon. Though he was not able to fix it with parts he had, he was willing to come back Sunday. As promised, he came early on Sunday and worked all morning to make sure we had air conditioning. Jorge is an honest , reliable and reasonable with pricing.  I cannot rave enough about this business and the owner.  I highly recommend him! He is a savior from the Arizona hot weather!

Our AC decided to die on a hot summer day last week, and I was looking for someone local who could take care of it same day as we have pets, and it was getting to 94 degrees inside the house.

I called and the lady on the phone was very professional. She had Scott call me and he came out within just a few hours.

Turns out, it was a bad motor (something I suspected based on the noise it was making and the fact that the fan stopped spinning on the AC unit itself), which he replaced and warrantied for a year parts and labor included.

The AC works great, the house cooled off by late afternoon, and all is well. I would call again for service, but I hope I don't need it.

Chase (the owner) is truly a professional.  He responds quickly and gets the job done very well, timely and at a reasonable cost. He has always taken excellent care of our HVAC.  I highly recommend Top Gear to anyone needing scheduled maintenance, repairs, or a new heating and/or cooling unit!

After returning from Vacationing abroad. Came home to 100+ degree weather. Reached out to Alexis at Royalty Air, and to my surprise, set me up with a same day visit to check out my lower floor Ac unit. Unfortunately the compressor did not hold up. (Was an older unit) Alexis ordered me a new one. By the very next day he arrived and set it up. Top notch service all around. I will recommend Royalty Air to my friends and family.

Great team - honest, no BS great service. Substantially less expensive than most, highly recommended.

Our A/C Compressor went out. Our home warranty company sent us another vendor. Thy said the compressor was shot but convinced my wife to replace the entire 25 year old unit (outside of the warranty coverage). A few month later the original thermostat needed replacing. The other vendor wanted to charge $225 (even though they should have replaced it as part of replacing the A/C, and even then should not have charged us more than the $75 service charge had we called the warranty plan to do it. So we said no thanks, called the warranty plan, and they assigned Heat Slayer. They accepted that I told them the thermostat needed to be replaced and brought one with them and installed it in 30 minutes (I feared they'd first need the warranty company to approve their assessment, but no, they treated it as a done deal). Heat Slayer was excellent and I'd never hesitate to use them again.

Run from these guys. Had two AC units & two air handlers installed when we purchased our home. We had to argue to have them to up the size of the second unit to match the house design (vaulted ceiling on west side vs lower ceiling on east, etc.). That should have been the 1st clue.
After the sloppy install we started averaging one service call every three months. This went on for two & 1/2 years. Things improved significantly once I wized up and started using someone else to service their mess. Now in year 5 1/2 the new service guys said we really need to move on to new units. Have confirmed this with two other companies. Same input - they look at the entire set up, look at our pile of paper work from the service calls and then shake their collective heads. Oh, and my wife looks at me like she wants to beat the crap out of me for throwing away so much $$$ & her time because she's been the one that has had to be there for the service calls.
Please don't be me. If you see their truck - run. Don't dial their number. Don't let them in your yard. Lock your doors.
