Friendly and helpful customer service, and great glass installer. My windshield cracked while visiting family in Phoenix, and Universal was amazing. They helped me put it through my insurance, and were very knowledgeable. I didn't have to take my car anywhere! They came to me and replaced the glass on the spot. I've since come back home to Cali, and my windshield still looks perfect. I would recommend them to anyone!

That person has no relation to this company whats so ever he hasnt been employed with this company since december of 2018. Had an estimate scheduled for 6:00pm. No call, no show. Very unprofessional. They won't be getting our business.

Chuck from UC Glass came out and replaced a cracked window. Rather than just do the putty around the pane he did the entire window frame. That's above and beyond what needed to be done. Chuck pointed out a problem with other windows which was and is a concern. I appreciated his input and plan on having him come back to do all the windows in the guest house. Chuck is honest and very helpful. I would recommend him and UC Glass to everyone. Thanks Chuck!

Billy showed up on time and had a mask on. Even though he was not able to do my project he stayed and explained my windows to me and how everything works just for me to have some knowledge about them. He was very nice and polite. I would use him in the future if I needed a window replaced. Thanks Billy!

Had my front windows of my house replaced. On time, clean, professional I would highly recommended.

Jack with Raben Glass did a great job on replacing the windshield on my Accord. They were on time, courteous, and professional. Couldn't have asked for a better company to replace my windshield.

I was very disappointed. I ordered 4 windows and a sliding glass door. First they had to reorder the windows and door because they found bubbles. Then there were more delays due to thanksgiving. It took 2 and a half months to get the install finished. Next, the work was very sloppy and incomplete. They did an okay job the second time they came out to finish the work. The price was good, buy the overall experience was one big headache.

You shouldn't waste your time. Called and said they would come Saturday.  No show, no call. Came another day 30 minutes early, because it was convenient for them. Said they would install Saturday.  No Show, no call. Called and they said they were busy finishing another job. Would come Monday. Monday came- no call,  no show.
I give up. Must be a side job because they really don't care about their customers, or their business.

Jonathon is a really nice person, which is making me a tad more lenient with this rating.

Horrible communication. This company was extremely difficult to work with after we paid our 50% deposit. They told us that after we paid our deposit, the door would be ready in 15 business days. Once it was clear the door was late, they never communicated with me and I constantly had to check in for the status.

35 business days later, I got a text the door was ready for install.  They scheduled install and said they'd be there between 8-9 am. At 830 am I got a text saying the installer was sick and we had to reschedule.

The morning of the rescheduled  install, Jonathan said he'd be a little late, after 830.  At 11:30, he still wasn't there but a potential customer of his showed up at my house to pay him a deposit. This is extremely unprofessional to give a clients address. Jonathan wasn't even there! The random customer finally left after waiting 45 minutes.

The day he was supposed to install,  he lied over and over about where he was. He constantly said he would be here soon or  on my way it's pretty clear he double booked us and hoped we were gullible enough to believe it.

Finally showed up 4.5 hours late with the wrong glass!!!  They put our order oh wrong. We had to wait a other few weeks for the new glass.

The install didn't go well. It took 10 hours because our slate floors are uneven so he had trouble getting the door to line up. The actual final door is  wonderful , although we have to have our  handy man come out to fix a ton of the areas around the door.  

There we're holes / gaps where air and bugs could get in. It took 3 more weeks to get this fixed.

Beautiful end result but would not recommend

Going to use them for our front door once I have the cash.

They arrived on time, completed 8 windows in less than 6 hours and cleaned up the mess.

Great communication as we discussed options on windows.

The material used is good quality the service of installation bad.Becareful when using this company I had screens installed through out the house I never inspected the quality of the installation.My wife goes to do spring cleaning and noticed two of the Windows are cracked so where the installed the top screw the crack starts from there two the side we never bothered to move the drapes or to do a walk through with the installer.So I call them and the said I may done that to my Windows they said I could of altered or removed the blinds ..They don't want to stand by their work manship bad customer service....

Made an appointment for a quote and confirmed but the person never showed. Rescheduled and the guy who provided a quote was rude the entire time. Wouldn't recommend.
