That person has no relation to this company whats so ever he hasnt been employed with this company since december of 2018. We had a small order for 6 new windows and a Slider for a new Casita.
They kept us informed on delivery date. When the installers arrived, they were very thorough and cleaned up everything when they were finished.

Chuck from UC Glass came out and replaced a cracked window. Rather than just do the putty around the pane he did the entire window frame. That's above and beyond what needed to be done. Chuck pointed out a problem with other windows which was and is a concern. I appreciated his input and plan on having him come back to do all the windows in the guest house. Chuck is honest and very helpful. I would recommend him and UC Glass to everyone. Thanks Chuck!

Billy showed up on time and had a mask on. Even though he was not able to do my project he stayed and explained my windows to me and how everything works just for me to have some knowledge about them. He was very nice and polite. From the initial appointment, fair market pricing and through to the installation Cougar Windows should be on the top of your list for windows and doors! Having integrity, knowledgeable and being customer service driven, they can't be beat!

Raben Glass did a wonderful job replacing an Audi windshield.

Stephanie took care of all the insurance paperwork and coordinated the replacement to be done while the car was in the auto body shop.

I was very disappointed. I ordered 4 windows and a sliding glass door. First they had to reorder the windows and door because they found bubbles. Then there were more delays due to thanksgiving. It took 2 and a half months to get the install finished. Next, the work was very sloppy and incomplete. They did an okay job the second time they came out to finish the work. The price was good, buy the overall experience was one big headache.

I did not receive the kind of business I was hoping for with Mountain View Windows and More LLC. The price was right. The service on the other hand was not good. First, I felt as though I was being blown off serval times on when someone should be there to fix a window. After I had to pay half up front for cost. It was becoming very frustrating. When someone just this week on Monday June 14 came to fix the window. The window was left with looks like grease markings all over the glass. Also, had to use my ladder to get the job done. Then left broken glass all over the ground outside. Along with glass in the brand new carpet. I felt not only did the gentleman show up unprepared, I also had to clean up after him. I have been dealing with this company since May 5th.  For just 1 small window.  I am relieved that the job is complete at this point. I just can not leave a good review or would I recommend this company.

I had an appointment with Jonathon to come give me an estimate to replace all the glass in the windows at my home. His company has a Gilbert address and I am in Chandler. He missed our appointment and whwn I called him to remind him he had an appointment with me he at first didnt know who I was.  Then after I told him he acted like of course he remembers and he said he would be another half hour because he was stuck in traffic. Baloney!! I told him to forget it and tthat I dont want to do business with him.

Explained the process if replacing windows.  Reasonably priced.   Installers were professional.

I recently needed a new sliding screen door for my patio.  I had an existing door, but I wanted to add a screen door so that I could open the patio door and keep the bugs away.  I tried the stock screen doors from Home Depot, but they didn't fit quite right.  I called a lot of door and window companies for help, but they all indicated that I would need a brand new door set.  Finally, one company referred me to Kraft Screens and I am glad they did!

Kraft Screens did exactly what I wanted.  They came out to my house and measured the door opening.  They then ordered a custom sized screen door.  A week later, they returned with the screen door and quickly installed it.  

The whole process was easy, very affordable, and the new door looks great.  I am extremely pleased with this company and the level of service that I received.

Terrible experience, we ordered a front entry door on 4/20/19, the install was finally completed on 11/8/19. I took off work on five different occasions to accommodate the contracted installation company. In April their sales persons came to our house and promised a quality door and install. Two and half months later the contracted installation company makes an appointment to do the install, they show up with the door which is made from another contracted company which was the wrong dimensions. Basically Universal windows sells a product they don't even manufacture and then hire an outside company to install. From July 2019 through November 2019 was four months of frustration and run around as it was a combination of unfulfilled promises and finger pointing that the issue was with one of their contracted companies. In the end the front entry door is very nice and the final install was acceptable, but the communication breakdown between Universal Windows Direct and their contracted partners is absolutely unacceptable. I found no accountability with the personnel I talked to, they can blame the manufacturing company or the installation company but ultimately Universal Windows Direct is accountable since I'm purchasing the product from them. This experience was the worst I have ever had with a company.
